I had fresh juice, a red pepper salad, a veggie cream soup, and a creamy artichoke dish – all really delicious. It’s not one of those fancy restaurants with stylish plates or decor, but the food was honestly full of flavor and made with care. I really enjoyed everything. I’m vegetarian, and it’s usually a bit hard to find good local food that works for me, but this place was such a nice surprise. I even had anise and licorice tea – both great for health – and they were really good too. If you’re in the Basque Country and happen to be nearby, I totally recommend stopping here. It was a lovely experience.

We were lucky to arrive early, because the place filled up quickly. We got the lunch menu, which has several choices and is incredible value for money. Very satisfying too, we could barely finish our desserts because everything was delicious! The waitress was very friendly and took the time to explain some of the dishes we were not familiar with.
