Deli
The Grand Canyon Village Market & Deli, located at the South Rim, is a one-stop shop for all your needs. From groceries and camping equipment to gifts and clothing, this market has it all. You can also find unique postcards perfect for gifting. Additionally, the marketplace offers one-day nonresident permits and fishing licenses. When hunger strikes, you can grab a full meal or fresh salads and sandwiches from the deli to enjoy on the large veranda.
Beautiful store with variety of stuff. They have all necessary stuff to camp..hike.. etc. If you forgot something then possibly that they have it here. They have local native American souvenirs and they are marked that they are or not.
Murrells B — Google review
We stopped at the Grand Canyon Village Market & Deli for lunch during our South Rim visit and were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of options. Everything came out fresh and quick, making it a perfect stop between hikes and overlooks. The standout item? The Native Taco—we didn’t know what to expect, but it ended up being weirdly wonderful and definitely worth trying! We also enjoyed the chicken Caesar salad, yogurt parfaits, and a 10” supreme pizza—all solid options with generous portions. Even the kids’ ham & cheese sandwiches were a hit with our crew. Overall, it was a great place to relax, recharge, and enjoy a satisfying meal without the long wait or high prices you might expect inside a national park. Convenient, casual, and tasty—highly recommend stopping here for lunch!

The Grand Canyon Village Market and Deli is a large grocery store, deli and souvenir shop combination. The store is clean, well stocked and appears to have most things people could want or need. It appears to be geared particularly to folks that camp in the park.

The market was absolutely fantastic, a true gem for any visitor. It was filled with an incredible array of food and drinks, tempting my taste buds. I couldn't resist grabbing some lunch, the options were simply too good. There were also many interesting articles, perfect for finding unique gifts or souvenirs. It was so easy to find a delicious drink to enjoy while browsing. I found the market to be a great way to spend the afternoon. I was able to make some purchases for the road home. The whole experience was lovely and I cannot wait to go back.

Enjoyed shopping with friends at the Village Market Grocery Store. There was a great selection of tourist items available. The clothing selection encompassed the spectrum of ever changing temperatures at the Grand Canyon. There was a full grocery available, addressing the needs of the casual visitor on through those of the full-time residents. The prices seemed quite reasonable, especially given that the area is primarily tourism. It's easily accessible via the free shuttle, driving, or walking. There is a parking lot on site.
Julene Y — Google review
I just made a purchase everything except the sierra nevada looks correct. I feel like i was over charged and the cashier couldnt do anything to help because customer service was closed. As the only market in the canyon customer service should be available the entire time the store is open. Now i have to take the L and lose money.
Arianna A — Google review
My family and I had breakfast at the deli and the breakfast burritos were AMAZING! Mesyundro & Alysia very so friendly! Much needed and refreshing after our roadtrip. We will definitely return for breakfast, and can’t wait to try their chicken sandwich & tacos for lunch while we are here.
Dev W — Google review
Great store, great presentation. I bought a mug there on clearance months ago and it broke when I got home (dropped it). I called around 6 months later out of curiosity. The gentleman recalled the cup and said they’re all out but he would check just in case. He found a few left and offered to ship them to me. Great effort, I’m so thankful!

Steak house
Arizona Steakhouse is a modern steakhouse offering a blend of Southwestern and BBQ themes, serving as a culinary journey inspired by the essence of Arizona. The restaurant features big windows facing the canyon, providing impressive views while enjoying upscale dining experiences for both lunch and dinner. With an emphasis on heritage ingredients, the diverse menu caters to meat eaters and plant-based preferences alike.
We didn’t have a plan to eat here but knew that we needed something as it got to lunch time and thought we’d give it a try as we walked past and took a look at the menu. I’m really glad we did! We arrived when service was starting and all the staff were really welcoming. The water service was excellent, which was needed on such a hot day. Our server Sandra was lovely and she gave some great advice about the different options on the menu. She convinced me to go for a dessert and I’m glad I did as it was the best I had that holiday. The main courses were of a decent size. People watching beside the Grand Canyon was pretty special too!
David M — Google review
Get extra prickly pear butter! I don’t regret stuffing myself with bread and butter, although it made finishing dinner a tad uncomfortable. My family enjoyed the menu (the mac and cheese was a favorite) as well as the ambiance and overall atmosphere. We always appreciate local options. And our waiter, Tom, was quick to provide friendly and helpful service. Tip: Dinner is a great time to catch the sunset over the canyon and there’s a photo spot just behind the restaurant. You do not have to be staying at the lodge to enjoy the menu. Reservations are recommended and as a group of 3 we still had a short wait. No problem, we enjoyed a local beer and cocktail while we waited.
Pamela H — Google review
Stopped by as part of a package trip to the Grand Canyon. We were able to walk in with no waiting. Seated right away and staff was attending to us from the moment we sat. Drink were served almost just as fast... and if you know... the water was great... much better than other places in the park. The staff got our menu and helped with choices. I have the trout, a feta salad, and the apple dessert. It was a filling and amazing food. My wife had a sandwich house salad and the Panacota dessert. The staff again did not rush us, and provided recommendations for things to do other than just walking the trails. Highly recommend and I will go back again.
John H — Google review
Excellent entrees! My group had Bisson and steaks. Each came out perfectly cooked and flavourful. I especially like the black rice with coconut. It’s a different story with desserts. I’m told the apple crisp is not so good. The bread pudding is overly sweet. But the vanilla bean ice-cream was delicious! Unfortunately the service was extremely slow. We all had to ask for dessert as take out as dinner stretched out to over 2 hrs. So if time is not on your side and if you’re too tired this may not be your place for dinner.
L.a. L — Google review
It's a very nice restaurant. They we're packed and you definitely need reservations. Our waitress was very sweet and was able to make recommendations when I was unsure of which dish I wanted. We cleaned our plates! The baramundi was excellent. My son had the bison prime rib and it did not disappoint. My husband had Osso Bucco Bison. It was fork tender and just melted in your mouth.

Arizona Steakhouse offers a very enjoyable dining experience right on the South Rim. The steak was tender, nicely grilled, and full of flavor. Sides like the mashed potatoes and asparagus were well-prepared and complemented the main course beautifully. The bread pudding dessert was a standout—warm, rich, and perfectly paired with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. A real comfort treat after a day of hiking. The atmosphere inside was warm and welcoming, with stylish lighting and a relaxed vibe. And the views? Absolutely stunning—sunset over the canyon right from your table. That alone makes the meal memorable. Service was friendly and attentive, though the pacing could’ve been a bit sharper. Overall, a solid choice for a special dinner at the canyon. Just shy of perfect, but definitely recommended.

For the price of the food it did not live up, very pricey menu. The service however was amazing! The green chile tamales were delicious but the rice that came with was not. Would not recommend the rice. Overall a decent experience for a close to canyon view
Mavrick P — Google review
You’re on the south rim of the Grand Canyon. It’s not a top tier steakhouse in a major city but it’s worth it and delicious. Starting with the complimentary bread with prickly pear butter, I ordered the southwest Caesar salad and Prime Rib with hatch chili Mac n cheese. All of it was delicious and washed down with a delightful Napa Cab. 🍷

Nestled within the El Tovar Hotel, the El Tovar Dining Room offers an elegant American dining experience with breathtaking views of the Grand Canyon from select tables. Reservations are highly recommended, especially for dinner, and can be made up to six months in advance with room reservations at El Tovar or 30 days in advance without. The restaurant boasts an extensive wine list featuring over 100 varieties, including award-winning selections that have earned recognition from Wine Spectator magazine.
The El Tovar Dining Room is quite an experience. We reserved ahead of time and were delighted to get a window seat facing the Grand Canyon upon arrival. Although I had read many online reviews highlighting the El Tovar Hotel's location, I was still surprised by the stunning views from the Dining Room, and I'm sure other guests will find them equally spectacular. Just as unique as the location, the food was magnificent too. My breakfast consisted of the truly unique and delicious trio pancake, complete with pine nut butter and wild honey, as well as prickly pear syrup, complementing the flavorful pancakes. This, along with some good coffee, made my meal perfect. My kid and wife enjoyed the Asparagus Omelet and Spinach Omelet, served with toast, fries, etc. The grandeur of the Hotel reception and the antique pieces on display made it a memorable experience for all of us

We spent the Labor Day long weekend at the Grand Canyon with family, and since we stayed at the historic El Tovar Hotel, we also booked dinner at their dining room. Honestly, I didn’t expect much — for a restaurant right next to a major tourist attraction, I thought as long as the food wasn’t bad, it would be fine. But the experience completely exceeded my expectations. The food was outstanding — far better than I ever imagined! Every dish was delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Highlights included: Sonoran Shrimp with Chipotle Cream – sautéed shrimp with cilantro lime rice and cactus caviar. Unique, layered flavors that really stood out. Seared Steelhead Trout – citrus agave glaze, blue corn nokake, and cactus caviar. Tender, flavorful, with rich textures — it’s been years since I’ve had fish this good. (If you love fish, this one is a must-try!) Elk Bolognese – tomato ragout, ground elk, mozzarella, parmesan, fresh basil, and bucatini with toasted garlic bread. Absolutely delicious, with no downside at all. Other dishes we tried were also above average, but these three stood out as truly memorable. Service was friendly and professional, even on a packed holiday weekend. Overall, this dinner was one of the biggest surprises of our Grand Canyon trip. If you think national park restaurants are “just good enough,” El Tovar will change your mind. Highly recommended — make a reservation, it’s worth it!

Perfect Mix of History, Flavor & Grand Canyon Magic We had the most wonderful birthday dinner at El Tovar Restaurant, and I just have to say—it was one of those experiences you don’t forget. The service, the food, the views… everything was spot on. Our waiter Austen was amazing—so attentive and kind—and his assistant Charlie was just as great. They went out of their way to make my husband’s birthday special, even surprising him with a warm chocolate-chip cookie dessert topped with caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream. Oh my goodness, it was scrumptious. From the onion soup and house salad with prickly pear dressing to the fresh bread basket with homemade garlic butter, every bite was perfection. My husband raved about his filet mignon with poblano mashed potatoes, and my shrimp entrée was delicious. The historic charm and canyon views made the whole evening feel timeless. Huge thanks to management for Austen and Charlie’s incredible service—they made our night unforgettable.
Sandee A — Google review
Amazing historic dining room right near the Grand Canyon. Our server, Corey, was great. The food was just one click from being really great : the French Onion soup was delicious but the cheese on top was a bit too burned, the chili has a delicious taste but was a little dry, and the ham and cheese sandwich has too much “soft cheese” on top. Prices were a little high, but not unreasonable for a tourist spot. VictorB
Victor B — Google review
The Bison burger was amazing. They even had a gluten free bun. The pepper just added the extra flavor. My hubby had the shaved prim rib sandwich and my friend had the turkey sandwich. Everyone enjoyed their dish. Our server even swapped out the fries, which had a coating on them, so she offered sides, and I chose spaghetti squash. But, I forgot to take a picture of that.
Tami B — Google review
Exactly the ambiance one would expect in a NP restaurant: Lots and lots of wood, dimmed lights, the smell of a fire… Our two servers were very attentive and friendly. The food was very good - a great meal after a hiking day.
Lobo M — Google review
Make sure to ask for a table with a view of the Canyon. Spectacular! The service was great. The portions were huge, more than I could eat although I gave it my best shot. Had. Oth breakfast and dinner here. Both were great.

I enjoyed my quiche, and coffee. Portion could be larger. The view is wonderful. My mother in law and brother in law enjoyed their meal here. He told me his eggs Benedict was tasty. Next time, I will try the trout for breakfast.

Stayed in a basic, cute cabin( no fireplace or view) at bright angel. Great location-5’ walk to the rim and also eating. Parking was handy. The parks service has done an amazing job with keeping things up to date, but in keeping with the atmosphere.Every employee was friendly and patiently helpful and I think happy to be working there!!

Location, location, location! That gives this place 5 stars. We stayed in the Powell lodge. This isn’t a 4 star fancy place. But you are literally steps away from the rim. Like 15-20 steps. Depending what room, even closer. There are some rooms that do not have a bathroom in the room so you are sharing, we had an in room bathroom. There is no AC. We are here in October and thought it would be good. It got stuffy at night but you can open the window. There were also no TVs in the rooms we had but we didn’t need it. We were not in the room much. We ate at the cafe onsite twice which was surprising pretty good.
Christina N — Google review
I just returned from a trip visiting the south rim of the Grand Canyon and I had reserved 2 rooms in the Bright Angel Lodge last year. Much to my surprise, we were in one of the smaller cabins which was just steps to the rim trail. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We had some delicious dinner food and drinks in the Harvey House bar and we used the shuttle service that was close by. It was a great experience and will hopefully have another chance to return.
Kathy S — Google review
THIS is the place to stay when visiting the Grand Canyon. Cabins are nothing fancy, but quaint, clean and cozy. You walk out your door and to the Canyon rim in 30 seconds. Unbelievable! Very nice people, good food in the restaurant, well designed shuttle services. We enjoyed out stay very much.
Samantha R — Google review
Simple, comfortable rooms with a great location close to the Bright Angel Trail. We stayed in the Buckey Lodge in a double queen room with private bathroom and were surprisingly pleased. Didn’t know what to expect from a lodge, but we were happy with the cleanliness and convenience. You can even stargaze right from the parking lot, with the entire Milky Way visible at night. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Uday K — Google review
Our stay at Bright Angel Lodge was absolutely sublime! Right outside our window was the most stunning view of the Grand Canyon and we could just walk outside to walk the south rim. Breakfast at Harvey House was delicious and all staff were friendly and welcoming.
Hallee N — Google review
Bright Angel Lodge was a last minute decision we will never forget! After camping several days, we decided to upgrade for the last night. We didn’t want to break the bank, but just have a bit more space to rest and regroup. Shared baths can always be a bit dicey but these were cleaned often and I never had to wait. (We visited mid October.) The room was old (there’s history there!) but updated. The restaurant attached to the lodge served many of the same items as Arizona Steakhouse, which was just up the walk. The west village of the Grand Canyon south rim has a slightly Disney feel, but after roughing it several days, it was nice to be pampered.
Vikki C — Google review
Firstly, the staff were all brilliant and are the only reason this was not a 1 star review. The room was clean and tidy and the location is fantastic, right next to the rim. The issue is the room itself though. These are connected cabins with a room separated by a door just down the side of the bed. The issue is that this door has a manual lock that can be operated by either room. There is a small hanging sign on the door handle telling you to keep the door lock turned keep the door locked. However, as we found out, if the person in the other room does not or cannot read this sign, they can just unlock the door on their side and walk into your room. As such, I had a very awkward encounter with the person that had just checked into the room next door, as they assumed it was just another section of their room. This really does not feel secure. There is a small safe in the room, but anything that does not fit into it, could quite easily be stolen if the person next door is not trustworthy. I honestly do not know why the rooms are not able to be locked by the staff and only unlocked if they are to be used by people requesting connecting rooms. Having a trust system seems very risky. If it wasn't for this, it would have been a 5 star stay. Unfortunately, due to the lack of room security, we would not stay again.

Cafeteria
Nestled within the Maswik Lodge, the Maswik Food Court boasts a modern yet cozy ambiance with its updated southwestern aesthetic. The cafeteria-style setup and ample seating make it reminiscent of a typical food court. The establishment features four distinct food stations offering breakfast choices as well as traditional lunch and dinner options such as pasta, grilled burgers, hot sandwiches, and international fare. Whether you're craving a hearty meal or a quick bite, this year-round dining spot has something for every palate.
After a 4 -5 hour hike we were really hungry the every first food station (Deli) offered deli sandwiches that too make your own types. Brit was there behind the counter and with her help I got mine absolutely vegetarian scrumptious Veges filled sandwich. It was yummmm happening place is this. Every where tourists around talking about their grand experience of mesmerising canyons.
Meena J — Google review
We stopped at this food court two days in a row because their prices were better than the other lodges and we enjoyed the cafeteria style. I don’t recommend the chicken tenders or Southwest burger, but the taco salad (huge!) and the Fettuccine Alfredo were pretty decent. For the taco salad and pasta, plus a soda, the cost was around $35.
Olivia C — Google review
They have different variety choice of food! Good place to go with family. We ate at the pizza place instead. They didn’t really wash the lettuce, there were some dirty ends and brown leaves inside. The dressing is too salty. They sale a lot of beers, might want to over seasoning the food to encourage the alcohol consumption. The pizza crust was kinda burned, but overall it was tasty. The service is not very good, waited a long time to be seated, not much of service to be provided, the waitress simply expected a lot of tips with an attitude. Not a very pleasant experience. Maybe the food court is a better choice, since no need to carry the burden of tip and attitude.
Panda T — Google review
Good spot to grab a meal. They have a variety of options available, from salads to pizza to burgers. The quantity is good and complete value for money.
Meenakshi B — Google review
I was at the American food court they made the hamburger and put it off on to the area they put the food together and didn't make the fries at the same time. Then they had to put the hamburger patty back on the grill to warm it up and put the cheese on it they still hadn't made the fries for it, then they put the cheeseburger on the serving table and called out my name. I said to them, "I ordered fries" They said, "Well, we're making them." So, I stood there while my food got cold. Finally, I said "Enough," and I grabbed my cheeseburger and paid $9.75 for it. They had no lettuce, they were out, they said. I don't intend to eat at this place again.

This is one of the top 2 National Park food courts I have been to! They have a system and the staff is considerably quick. Also, there is a wide variety of food options for each adventurer present! The food was incredibly filling, pretty tasty (that could also be how hungry I was), and a great price. My husband had the breakfast burrito and I had the avocado toast with potatoes. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our orders! The location is large and suitable for families/groups of all sizes. The only thing I would change is offering a takeout option or maybe some smaller snacks near the checkout. No need to leave the National Park to grab a meal. This food court is perfect for your mid day pick me up!
Emily G — Google review
We got breakfast and later lunch from here during one of our days visiting the park. Overall they have a lot of food options and I tried the pancakes with sausages for breakfast and in lunch got the chicken thigh, corn bread and mashed potatoes from the barbeque section. Pretty filling and good Portion size. I did get a hot chocolate later another evening but that was just plain water which was a bit disappointing. They did sell pizza by the slice here which is kind of nice and personally I liked this food court over the other near the south rim due to higher numbers of options.
Binit B — Google review
Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - came here after climbing out of the canyon so we think anything and everything will taste great at this point! Penne Pasta with Marinara Sauce and Meatballs with a slice of garlic bread. The sauce was a little sour and the noodles were overcooked. It was warm rather than hot and the serving was quite small. The garlic bread was great though as it was soft in the center and crunchy along the crust! Supreme pizza dough was initially pretty good in the first few bites but it is a bit doughy along the edge. It also was warm rather than hot. And for some reason they charged us $3.75 rather than $3.50 as posted... Went back a second time for Chili Cheese fries were hot and fresh so there was about a 7 minute wait for it. The fries were great but the chili was quite salty Ambience: 5/5 - when you walk past the check in area, there are 4 counters with different food and services. It's well spaced and clean. Once you check out, there's a large dining area with clean tables and some holiday decorations. Very warm inside! Lots of employees wandering around Service: 5/5 - friendly and attentive. Not the fastest service but we got what we asked for Value for price: 3/5 - some grab and go options and some food on the hot plates. Not the best food but good for some warm options.

Steak house
American restaurant
Big E Steakhouse & Saloon, named after its founder Elling Big E Halvorson, is a charming Western-style steakhouse located near the Grand Canyon South Rim in Tusayan. Established by Halvorson in 1963, the restaurant offers generous portions of authentic Western cuisine in a lodge-like dining hall adorned with rustic chandeliers and walls designed to resemble saloon storefronts. The establishment also features entertainment such as magicians and live music.
This steakhouse is outstanding! The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. You can really tell they use high-quality cuts and know exactly how to prepare them. The sides were just as impressive, with generous portions and just the right balance of flavor to complement the meal. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a true steakhouse experience! Bonus: a great wildlife encounter from our table :)

My wife and I sat on the patio with our pup, they are very pet friendly. I had the filet medallions with masked taters n' gravy. The wife has the roasted chicken. Both very good. The steak was very tender the the glaze was very tasty. The chicken had a light BBQ sauce on it and came with zucchini and a baked tater. All good. Great atmosphere. There was even a nice green spot of grass out front for my pup!
Bill F — Google review
Stopped by for dinner after a day in the canyon. The restaurant was fairly slow on this Friday evening. The atmosphere was nice and the decor matches the area well. Service was okay and seemed a bit slow. The servers did not appear too welcoming but they weren't rude or inattentive either. We had New York steaks, ribeye, and fettuccine alfredo. The entrees came with steak fries, fresh fruit, sautéed button mushrooms, and a baked potato. Steaks - well-seasoned, decent sear, flavorful, and tender. 2 steaks were slightly undercooked while the other was slightly overcooked. Fettuccine - hot, good portion of sauce, delicious Sides - Fries were not hot. Fresh fruit was soft and translucent, seemed to be a few days old, and flavors were marinated into each other. Potato was fresh and hot. Mushrooms were okay, warm, and could have used a better sear. Overall, we had a good experience. The price was on the higher side after factoring in the inconsistencies with the food and service.

An fun sort of western themed atmosphere. A bit pricey with most steak meals in the 30s and 40s. Close to 5 stars, but the side salad was not completely fresh and the prices a bit high. Very interesting main dining room, see the pics.

This place is amazing! Really don’t understand the low rating it currently has, cause the food is exactly what you expect to get in the stakehouse. We got ribs and medallon and both were incredibly delicious, portions were that big so we had to take a half to go. Also the waiter guy did a half of the job, being so attentive and helpful, thank you so much!!

We had dinner at Big E Steakhouse during our visit to the Grand Canyon, and it was a great experience! The food tasted really good and came out fresh. The restaurant was quite busy since we came on a weekend evening, but the service was still friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a good steak dinner near the Grand Canyon!

Big E Steak House & Saloon has a really nice atmosphere and a lively western-style vibe. The service is fast and friendly, which makes the visit very pleasant. The burgers are delicious and definitely worth trying, while the steak was just average and didn’t really stand out. Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy good food, especially the burgers, in a fun setting.

I recently visited this restaurant and overall, the experience was quite memorable. The ambiance was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even celebrated my birthday with a complimentary piece of cake, which was a lovely gesture.🫡😍 However, there was a small hiccup: when I first sat down, the table wasn’t clean, and there was a mosquito that kept hovering around and even got into my drink. And steak need to be more well done 😬 Despite that, the friendly service and the wonderful atmosphere made it a pretty good experience overall.

Yavapai Tavern, located within Yavapai Lodge in Grand Canyon Village, is a charming stone-accented watering hole offering a selection of regional craft beers, specialty cocktails, and a pub-grub menu. The tavern provides a welcoming atmosphere for guests to enjoy classic beverages and delightful dishes against the backdrop of the South Rim.
Really enjoyed eating here! 🍔 The Elk burger was super juicy and full of flavor, and the pizza was nice and cheesy (could have been a bit bigger, though). The kids loved the Mac’n’cheese, perfect size for them. I’m a big fan of their fully digital ordering system, super easy to use and makes the whole experience so smooth. Staff were great too, really friendly and quick. Prices are fair, and the place is easy to get to since it’s right on the street. Definitely coming back!

While visiting the Grand Canyon South Rim, we stopped at this restaurant inside the national park for lunch before touring the area. They serve quick and tasty meals like sandwiches, burgers, salads, tacos, and quesadillas. The food was good! The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Since the weather was beautiful during our visit, we chose to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings while we ate.

Food and drink were fantastic. Probably some of the best food we had on the trip. Ordering from your phone was interesting and pretty slick. Get rid of the tip function though if there aren't servers. No refills. Had to go get our on waters and straws. No one ever checked on us. In fact, other than the food runner we never saw another employee expect for a plate busser. I hope he got my tip because from what I saw he was the only one who deserved it.

We had a great experience here! All the food came out quickly for it being so busy! As busy as it was, there was no wait and they kept people coming and going. Being at the Grand Canyon, the place was also very big inside and had a gift shop! I ate every last bite of my food and a few bites of my boyfriend's food. He got a burger and pizza which are not shown. I definitely did not leave there hungry. At all. Lol Anyways, yes. I recommend going there over the coffee shops at the points in the canyon bc those were a disaster. One of them was closed, which is why we came here in the first place bc it was the only other place to get food and I was starving. So glad we did!
Kristin B — Google review
I’m curious about the burgers, but generally things are overpriced and fine but not great. The squash soup was lukewarm but fresh and thick and nicely flavored, and very nicely presented with a design in cream and a bunch of pumpkin seeds nicely sprinkled. After that, a whole burger seemed like too much so I went with the kids grilled cheese, which was decent white bread with hot orange American cheese, potato chips, and a pickle spear; I wish there were an option other than potato chips. The staff was friendly and helpful. The outdoor seating was lovely, the perfect temperature and offering live music. Three stars because the menu is limited and the food isn’t great, and is terrible value for the money.
Mira S — Google review
We like the 3 pulled pork tacos, moist, the right balance between the mix, warm & tasty. Pricey but as expected, it is in the national park. Nice ambience & temperature. Outdoor & indoor seatings. The noise of the door connecting to outdoor seating is a little noisy & frequently used.

We were spending our second day exploring Grand Canyon and were hungry late afternoon. Recommended! After doing a bit of research, we chose the Tavern. Ordering is easy with a QR code at the table and then they bring your food and your drinks out to the patio. We shared the spicy poblano chicken tacos and Elk chili. The tacos were excellent and the chili good. Even though the outdoor patio is right beside the busy main Street it was nice to sit out in the sun and relax before setting out for more exploring.
Lina S — Google review
Food wasn’t to bad. First it was confusing on where and how to order. The gentleman trying to help us had a strong accent and we were a little confused. Then we realized you had to order at the table by using a QR code and that bright food out to you. Any where you ate in the park was very $$. On the bright side we saw an elk while we were eating.

Nestled within the Best Western Grand Canyon Squire Inn, Squire Pub + Social is a charming spot that perfectly blends relaxation with fun. This bar and grill offers a delightful array of classic pub fare, including crispy chicken, golden fries, and mouthwatering onion rings. After indulging in some tasty bites, guests can unwind with an impressive selection of beers and cocktails. What sets Squire Pub + Social apart is its family-friendly atmosphere.
Took a chance because I have a picky eater in my party and saw chicken tenders on the menu. We had a wonderful time! All the staff was very attentive. Bree tended to us and she was such a great personality, not only did we have a great time with her, but we also saw her making time for each table and chatted a little bit with each set of guests. Super hospitable, and we got everything from drinks to food in great time. Wonderful, wonderful service. The food was excellent, too. The Chicken tenders passed muster for my picky eater, and the corn quesadilla I had was probably the best restaurant quesadilla I've ever had. I'd absolutely come here again.

Disappointing Start at Squire Pub & Social Beautiful Location, Needs Work Our experience at Squire Pub & Social was unfortunately a mixed bag, especially considering its prime location within a Grand Canyon resort. Arriving right as the doors opened, we were met with an unwelcoming look that made us feel like we had interrupted something. Despite being the only patrons, our cold appetizers took an astonishing 40 minutes to arrive. Bizarrely, our entrees followed a mere five minutes later, leaving us with a table quickly overflowing. While the fish and chips proved to be a highlight – the fish was well-cooked and the chips were crispy – the pizza was a significant letdown. It tasted undeniably like a frozen, boxed variety, which was incredibly disappointing given the setting. To add to the confusion, we had to request plates for our pizza and were then provided with small appetizer plates, highlighting a distinct lack of common sense amongst the staff. To be fair, the staff members we interacted with were genuinely nice and polite. However, their lack of training and basic understanding of restaurant service was glaringly obvious. From the delayed appetizers to the mismatched plates, it felt like we were their first customers ever. For a restaurant situated within a Grand Canyon resort, expectations are naturally higher. While the location undoubtedly offers a captive audience, Squire Pub & Social needs a serious overhaul in its kitchen efficiency and staff training to meet even basic dining standards. The potential is there, especially with the good fish and chips, but significant improvements are needed to justify a visit, particularly for those expecting a quality dining experience in such a remarkable location.

Good food for a fair price for a hotel grill. Variety was good and portion size was good. Nothing extraordinary with the side salad being too small for my liking. But a great option to eat in this town, and way way better than fast food options like Pizza Hut, McDonalds or Wendy’s, or over prized restaurants.

Jillian (Gillian) our server 😀 was THE BEST. Attentive, pleasant, proficient & professional ! My daughter treated me to this trip to the Grand Canyon (courtesy of her husband too) and for a first time to this hotel & restaurant, definitely won't be our last. I ordered the hot 🔥 wings, decent sized, flavorful. My daughter ordered the Hamburger with Fries & Onion Rings. Her meal wasn't as tasty ( hamburger 🍔 could use pre - seasoning), I tasted some, I, for one also didn't like it. She tasted the hot wings, loved them too. Will be back to edit after I speak with her for more details, as she came from out of state to visit me. Also to add photos she took. Ambiance of restaurant lovely. Loved the lighting, set up. Cleanliness, quiet, comfort.

Very disappointed in our visit to The Squire Pub & Social. Right from the start, our experience was off-putting. Our server, Rebecca, spilled two full glasses of water directly onto my purse and phone—without offering a single apology. She then took my husband’s drink order and walked away without acknowledging myself or my son. When she returned with his drink, she finally asked my son if he’d like something, but again, didn’t ask me. It wasn’t until she came back a second time that I had to ask for a drink. Still no apology. We placed our food order and waited... and waited. Twenty minutes went by—we had to flag her down just to get refills and the drink she still hadn’t brought me. Thirty minutes later, the food finally arrived—and it was terrible. My son ordered a chicken sandwich, plain with just bread and chicken. It arrived with cheese. My husband’s pizza tasted like something straight from a middle school cafeteria. I ordered the salmon tacos, but the flour tortillas had an odd aftertaste, so I just picked the salmon out to eat on its own. We spent over $100 for a meal and service that I wouldn’t have paid $20 for. We left disappointed, still hungry, and frustrated. Would not recommend.

We had an awesome time at Squire Pub + Social and will definitely be back. The place has a really chill vibe—cozy but still buzzing with energy. It feels like the kind of spot where you could hang out for hours. The food was seriously good. We had the Tachos, which were basically loaded tater tots and totally hit the spot. Super crispy, cheesy, flavorful—just really fun to eat. The Mac and Cheese was next-level creamy and comforting without being over the top. Both dishes came out hot and fresh and just made us happy. Big shoutout to our server, Jillian—she was the best. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and made us feel like we’d been coming there for years. She gave great recs and checked in often enough without being too much. Honestly, she made the night even better. If I had one tiny complaint, it’s that the place was a bit too dark. Like, we were using our phone lights to read the menu and see what we were eating. A little more lighting would go a long way, especially for those of us with less-than-perfect night vision. Other than that, everything was great. Awesome food, great service, cool atmosphere—just a solid spot all around. Definitely worth a visit.

The cashier on the arcade side had an attitude at 1st but was okay after I had to tell him I've had a hard day, I brought my family here to eat & play & this is the customer service I get from you? After I mentioned that to him he changed his attitude. I told him I'd like to have his job. Had Pizza & wings for dinner here. Pizza was not so tasty. Wings were on point. Played pool & bowling. It was fun!

Recently remodeled, this dining spot offers a serene alternative to the busier restaurants around the South Rim, making it an ideal choice for those seeking comfort and convenience.
We celebrated Thanksgiving with these amazing folks. During our travels, we made it to the Grand Canyon for the holiday. We were thrilled to learn about the feast they prepared. Everything was delicious and the staff was very caring and nice. We can’t tell you how much we appreciated your efforts and care.

Ordered the chuck wagon "buffet" You pay at a kiosk and go up and pick your food. So not really a buffet. Anyway the portions were an absolute joke! The corn was soggy and cold, pork was dried right out. Even the dessert tasted like sweaty socks YUCK! Everything was cold. For $25 I expected alot better. DO NOT GO HERE! PS. Going over to the general store to buy a gallon of pepto bismol just in case.

We really enjoyed dinner here. Servers were kind. We ordered whole chicken with coleslaw and mashed potato, salmon with rice, meatball spagetti. Each food was great (and not too salty, we loved that) and price was quite reasonable!

I am writing regarding a dining experience at the Yavapai Dining Room on August 9, 2025, when my family and I stayed at Yavapai Lodge (August 9–10). We visited the dining room at around 8:00 PM and ordered spaghetti, curry, and chicken, totaling $60.89 (paid by credit card). After waiting 40 minutes, we were told the curry was still being prepared and asked to wait longer. At 9:00 PM, when I checked again, I was informed that both the curry and chicken were not ready, and the spaghetti had dried out. Eventually, the curry and chicken were prepared, but due to the long wait, the staff member (a woman wearing a headscarf) kindly adjusted the bill. I paid $20.30 for the spaghetti again and was told that the remaining amount from the original payment would be refunded to my account within 24 hours. I'm waiting because the refund hasn't been processed yet. I had to pay both $60.89 and $20.30 to the credit card company. Why is there no way to contact you on the phone? Please let me know your email address.

Pretty good for a dining hall. Food came out at odd times (like a 10 min gap between entrees on the same order being brought out) but the staff was nice. Salad with chicken was good and fresh. Fettuccine Alfredo was under seasoned but cooked properly.

Breakfast was okay. One of us ordered the travelers breakfast and got some ala cart items. The sausage I got was cold but tasted good. Son enjoyed his French toast. Dinner was much better. My mom and I got a large chuck wagon to share and it came with lots of food. All of it was pretty good. Brisket was good pork was dry. Mac and cheese were good. Pretzel roll was yummy! Apple crisp also very good! Just make sure to get there as soon as possible after sunset it gets busy around 7. The process was not very organized and the line can get long. The dinner was probably the better tasting food we had at the park.
Christina O — Google review
Food was surprisingly delicious. Especially the brisket. The place gets a little crazy and disorganized, but mostly from the patrons trying to rush through. Was crazy busy, but pretty efficient if you stay in line. People trying to hold a table and rush through the lines is what caused the confusion. Process: 3 stars. place your order then get in cafeteria style line for main entrees and drinks. Then the salad bar and drink lines. Salad bar needed to get refreshed, but otherwise decent. Basic, but decent. Pet's were only allowed on one side of the dining hall. Wasn't clear until someone told us and wasn't very nice about it. At least they do have a section for pets. Would be nice if they had signs or were more friendly about it. Food. 4.5 stars. Brisket, veggies, and pozole were all very tasty. Salad bar was basic, but fresh. Soda fountain had many options, which was nice. Service: 4 stars. Some really nice people, especially at the food service line. Person who kicked us out of line because of our dog, not so much. Given the options are limited in the park, it's nice to have a decent option. Pro tip: only microwave on the property is in the dining hall. If you need to reheat some leftover or like us, our dog food, come to the dining hall.

This is a cafeteria, but as good as it gets!! I had dinner & breakfast here. Dinner, there were 4 entree meats to choose from (all looked delicious), you get 2 sides (of a 4+ lineup), and there’s several dessert options. For breakfast, there’s several scramble options, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, French toast, cut fruit, and yogurt. Such spreads!! They offer takeout. Very gluten free friendly. Noticeably kind & happy staff. Regarding price - it’s the Grand Canyon & they give you so much food to make it worthwhile. I loved it!

The Grand Canyon Lodge Dining Room offers a dining experience with an unbeatable view. While the food may not be exceptional, the breathtaking scenery makes it worth a visit. The atmosphere is pleasant and not overcrowded, with friendly and professional staff providing good service. It's recommended to make reservations, especially during peak hours. The view outside the restaurant is truly incredible and adds to the overall dining experience.
The minute after you make a reservation at the Lodge, make a reservation at the Dining Room for dinner. The food is great. The service is great. The atmosphere is great. Once you finish dinner, go out on the patio and watch the sunset.

The service was excellent! We had a wonderful server, named Nizameddin, who was friendly, attentive and helpful. The view was remarkable and stunning and that and the service are why I give it 3 stars. The food was mediocre. We had the Southwest Caesar salad, Arizona Mixed Greens Salad, fries, flourless cake and carrot cake. The desserts were tasty, but everything was not flavorful unfortunately, but it did provide us with sustenance and we are grateful for that. Hopefully the dinner and breakfast have better options.

Made a dinner reservation as soon as we made our cabin reservation. We were seated in the 3rd row from the window so could sort of see the canyon. I would have requested a different table because we were in front of the kitchen in the 3rd row (lots of traffic). Brussels sprouts were a tasty appetizer. The flank steak was not the best choice but the trout was delicious. The sides were ok but nothing overly special (veggies are squash and carrots). It is clear they want to turn over tables quickly so felt rushed at the end (~45 minutes). We would eat here again but go in with slightly lower expectations.

Regretted that we had dinner here. We should spend our money somewhere else for better food. We had a walk reservation for 9:30pm. I guess the cook is tired or want to go home. We heard a scream from the kitchen. When our food came out they look delicious but every dishes taste salty and spicy. You better off having a plain salad than their weird Cesar salad. Each of us had a bite of the salad and didn't touch the big plate again. They should get the hint how awful it tastes. Wingstop wings are way better than these. I don't know how they still remains open. Probably for the Grand Canyon views. It's not our waitress' fault so we still tip her the amount she deserves.

Seated on the rim of the North Canyon, absolutely shadowing any other restaurant’s views they may offer. And of course the service. They have to expect nothing but the best because that is what we received. Amazing service. Great recommendations. Each dish came out presented so beautifully. And the flavor exceeded expectations. We were most fond of the pork chop. And tied off with dessert. Made for an excellent day at the canyon.

We ate here today and we had a great experience. Our hostess was friendly and sat up promptly. Our waitress was super friendly also. She is from the Pittsburg area. I’m terrible with names otherwise I would let everyone know. Our food was great. My wife had the AZ chicken sandwich and said it was tender and flavorful. My daughter got the Grand Canyon burger with a Gluten free bun and she said it was one the better burgers she ate in a bit. The gluten free bun was super soft and tasted like regular bread. IYKYN. I had the brisket sandwich and it was a bit fatty and chewy. The flavor was on point but the tenderness was a miss. That’s the reason for the 4 star. All in all it was a great lunch with an incredible view.

We stayed 4 nights at the North Rim, and most of our meals were in the Dining Room. This is 5-star dining, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with breathtaking views of the Grand Canyon. Food and service were excellent. Food in ample portions and wonderful taste. For variety, we frequently opted for the breakfast buffet. No lack of menu items for children. Crystal Creek Trout was my dinner favorite. But it was the wonderful, courteous service that brought everything together. All the staff were friendly, interactive with children as well as adults, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was fun and interesting to chat with them, sharing our daily experiences and learning more about them and their experiences working at the park. Dining room staff often pointed out things of interest as we viewed the canyon from our table. Staff were very personable and our conversations enjoyable. Thank you to Mitch, Matt, Kayla, Lorri, James, Bayan, and others who made our dining experience at North Rim so very special and memorable. Our entire stay was incredible. Thank you!

Located within a Best Western Hotel, Desert Lounge + Grill is a fine-dining establishment known for its selection of chops and seafood. Despite not having an extensive menu, the food is satisfying and well-priced. The staff are accommodating and provide excellent service, making for a pleasant dining experience. Guests have praised the romantic atmosphere, particularly at sunset, and recommend trying the set menu for great value. While reservations are encouraged, walk-ins can also be accommodated.
The “papas fritas” were absolutely amazing! My mother ordered the filet Mignon and she said it was delicious. My brother and I ordered the Chorizo and sausage flat bread and the Margarita flat bread which was really good, and my father ordered the hangar steak said it was “good”. Service was GREAT a little under-staffed but overall everything was wonderful do recommend😁!

Food was super salty. Ordered bread that came with honey and a butter sauce. We had to use our table butter knife to try and cut through it. It had a super hard crust. I also got the 9oz game hen needed a knife for that. Was told they had no steak knifes because they were all dirty. I did eventually get one when I was almost done with dinner. Got our appetizer 2 minutes before our meal arrived. We were drinking water and had a hard time getting refilled. When we did the water was just a little cooler than room temp with no ice. The sever was nice but was loaded down with a lot of tables.

*review is for desert lounge + grill, couldn't find the listing on yelp for some reason In a nutshell; decent food, great staff, and a good dining experience over all. First and foremost the staff were great and accommodating. Didn't take long to get seated even if we weren't booked at the hotel or a reservation. Not the biggest menu, but food was great and I would say matched the price listed in terms of taste and satisfying your hunger. Table wasn't wobbly and seats were comfortable. Food didn't take too long either after ordering so it was a pleasant experience over all. Overall if you're staying at the Squire Resort. You're certainly in for a treat if you dine in their lounge.

Enjoyed our meal there. The steak was huge and perfectly cooked (nice to share), some of the veggies were undercooked though in all plates. The salad was missing a few elements (the candied pecans especially) And they had run out of Prosecco. The cobbler was delicious, the lemon tart was good but the pre-made pastry was disappointing. They do require reservation (although not all tables were full) and apparently accept people around 9pm still.

If I could give a higher rating to this place I would! I have never had better customer service from really every single person we interacted with at this place. Our great experience started right at the host stand with Travis who was super enthusiastic and caring, even checking in on us as we were leaving to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Our waiter Juan was very attentive and made sure everything was exactly as we ordered. Even the supervisor Jason was so kind and personable, taking time to make sure our baby was entertained during the meal. Everyone was so kind and sweet it really would have made me give 5 stars even if the meal wasn’t great, which it was. We started with the pork belly burn ends- delicious. Followed by my martini which was so yum and our meals, my husband got a burger with a salad which he loved both and I got the prime rib which was perfectly cooked and juicy and even my baby enjoyed it. I cannot speak highly enough about this place, staff were the highlight and the cherry on top to our great dining experience.
Olivia D — Google review
We honestly did not expect to find a meal of this caliber in a hotel restaurant. We’ve eaten at some of the most highly rated restaurants around and the food at this place is right up there with the best of them. The steak was dry-aged and cooked to perfection rivaling any high-end steakhouse, oh, and their side of sauteed mushrooms are *wild* mushrooms--they know what they're doing. Everyone we interacted with was warm, attentive, and professional, from the host to the chef himself. The bartender, Bill, deserves special mention: a true mixologist with both technical skill and a depth of knowledge about the craft and just genuinely fun to chat with. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing - eclectic jazz coming thru the sound system and a crackling fire in the back ground, just a lot more beige in the decor than you would see in a non-hotel chain restaurant lol. If it's seriously good food your after, overlook the fact that it's housed in a hotel chain, this place is truly a hidden gem.

McDonald's is a well-known fast-food chain that has been serving its famous burgers and fries for many years. It offers a variety of menu items including sandwiches, breakfast options, chicken, fish, salads, snacks, and beverages. Customers can choose to dine in or get their food to go. The restaurant also provides the option for mobile ordering through the McDonald's app. While some find it expensive, others praise the delicious food and quick service at this popular location in Tusayan.
We showed up 20 min till closing time. Staff was very cheerful even though they were obviously tired. They missed some extra sauce we’d paid for, and when we drove back around, the manager popped his head out the window and offered us free meals the next day. We were blown away, as it’s really not that big of a deal to miss some sauce packets, especially at that hour!!

The store is located on the eastside of AZ Route 64 in Grand Canyon Village, just a few miles south of the Grand Canyon National Park south entrance gate. This appears to be a newer store, or the staff does a great job of maintaining this facility. There is plenty of parking around the perimeter of the store, along with your standard drive-through lane. The store provides plenty of dining tables both inside and outside the store and uses kiosk machines for customers to place their orders. The entire store, including the restrooms, was clean and well-maintained by the staff. We have no comments in reference to the staff, since we had really zero interaction with them except when they brought out our food. The food was served in a time manner, hot, fresh and everyone enjoyed their meal. However, be advised since this store is located close to the National Park, the prices were slightly higher and there is no separate soda fountain dispenser in the dining area and if you want extra sauce for your McNuggets, they will charge you for it.

I've been to many expensive cities in the world. But never have I ever had to pay $10+ for a Quarter Pounder - just for the sandwich. The prices at this Mcdonalds is insane. Simply double everything that you are used to, and sometimes even more, and you may come to the right sum. Even worse, everything is off limits. You can't refill your drinks. Everything is behind the counter. And you can only do take-out even if you're eating at the restaurant - meaning they won't bother bringing the food to your table. I understand that most likely the rent at the Grand Canyon Village may be expensive. But there's a certain standard of service and experience each McDonalds should abide by. This one just blows my mind.

The janitor was a jerk. He purposely to clean one resthe. He mopped the same area 3 times knowing I had to go.But the McGriddles made everything better.

Great food and it all came out fast. Bathrooms are nice, a ton of seating, and it's got a very pretty inside that I haven't seen before. As most places near the Grand Canyon, it's expensive. Use the app and grab some deals. You'll want them.
Natalia W — Google review
Yes, it is expensive ($15 meal) but you're in the Grand Canyon. Not exactly close to any big cities or distribution centers. Food was good, staff was friendly and accommodating. We drove through and the wait wasn't too bad. Can't comment on the conditions inside the restaurant.
Mark F — Google review
We were absolutely famished after driving from Phoenix. This McDonald's is recently renovated with a modern dining area. You can only order from kiosks but I prefer to do that anyway. I haven't eaten at a McDonald's in over a year so I can't remember what typical prices are like. However, we did score the 20 nuggets for $6 deal which was insane!
Kevin M — Google review
This used to be a great spot to stop in for a quick, consistent breakfast at a reasonable price. This location, however, is astronomical on pricing. Plain pancakes were $9 each, add 2 hashbrowns and 2 sandwiches and you’re up to $40+. I have never spent over $20 at any other McDonald’s in our country.

Wendy's is a beloved fast-food burger chain that offers a delightful menu featuring thick, juicy burgers alongside unique sides like chili and baked potatoes. If you find yourself at the Grand Canyon, you'll be pleased to discover a Wendy's nearby, serving up all your favorite items from their classic menu. After an adventurous day exploring the canyon, indulging in their hearty chili or baked potato can be quite satisfying.
This is the only Wendy’s that I’ve been to where my iced coffee has been made perfectly and to my liking. Most places add way too much creamer and one can not taste the coffee itself. Not here! We like to get breakfast from here when we come through. Their breakfast is always hot and delicious. Andrew always has exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond! Our favorite Wendy’s when in town.
Tiffany S — Google review
Food was as expected, you pay at a kiosk, so can’t really rate service. The upkeep of entrance/exit is lousy!! It’s not like the snow was unexpected!! So why is everyone busting their hind ends on the ice at the doorway?? Someone IS going to get hurt!!
De P — Google review
When I first went it was a chaotic and messy place, but I do not blame the workers or the place. Parents were not watching there kids and people were just throwing still full cups in the trash. Was easy to order and staff was friendly. Food was great, place was crowded, but I found a table, dirty but iv been to worse. Would come again cause I won't let a busy day ruin my experience as long as the food is good
Adam T — Google review
Nice place for a quick bite .. good staff and not very crowded
Rakesh V — Google review
Still the Nr. 1 fast food chain in the US. I especially like going to this Wendy’s because it’s never crowded, has incredibly nice customer service and affordable prices (compared to every other places near Grand Canyon, including Mc D’s).
Sámuel C — Google review
We were three people and we all ordered similar things separately (individually): a baconator combo, a son of the baconator combo and a baconator combo with a Frostie fusion swirl Oreo brownie. Not sure what has happened between the time of the order and the preparation but they messed up every order. The one who ordered the son of the baconator got the actual baconator, the one who ordered the baconator combo got a son of the baconator, and finally the one who ordered the baconator combo with the Frostie got a classic chocolate Frostie (see picture). First, we didn't even notice that it was a classic Frostie because it was our first time at Wendy's and we thought it was a joke. It could have been just a marketing thing that showed an Oreo brownie swirl with chunks in it on the poster. But after a while we noticed that a couple next to us got the actual swirl depicted on the poster. How is this possible? The baconators and Frostie were still good though

I try not to eat fast food. Coming out after viewing the Grand Canyon, the entire group was hungry. Ordered everything through the drive-thru and should have known that English wasn't their first language. Ordered everything large and received everything small. Ordered a Spud (potato), with everything. Yet, no sour cream and no fork to eat it. We had to stop in the next town for a plastic fork. You would think that after paying over $50.00 for fast food, a large fries would be above the fries container, no, it was below the half circle, as if put into a large container, only to give me a small order and pay the price for a large. I guess Wendy's must be hurting, meaning, giving their customers nothing, yet charging more. The employees must get a raise screwing customers at the window. Wendy's sealed their fate. One if not our entire group, will never be back again! Great Job Wendy's! Less customers, higher paid employees.

I was impressed by how fresh and vibrant their salad was — definitely a healthy and tasty option.

Tusayan General Store is a must-visit spot for travelers heading to the Grand Canyon. It offers a wide range of organic and gluten-free options, making it convenient for visitors to stock up on supplies for their daily trips into the park or for the drive back to Phoenix. The store also features a deli with healthy Southwestern-style menu options, as well as a Starbucks inside.
Very nice General store, outside of Grand Cayon National Park. Was a bit chilly that day with snow flurries. But it was nice to come inside and enjoy a little shopping. Starbucks was connected with the store, so that was convenient. Even had a local beer tap to fill up jugs of beer.
J C — Google review
It’s a clean store with plenty of parking about 15 minutes from the Grand Canyon park. We stopped here for drinks and snacks before checking in to our resort at the park thinking we would save a few dollars. We found the prices to be significantly less at the general store at Yavapai Lodge in the park. In addition, the general store had better selection and more fresh foods. We would have saved money by not stopping here.
William C — Google review
I don't know what or where this is. The store at the Grand canyon was nice but overpriced, of course. The shop at the gas station was crowded, an spicy food and long lines. I didn't know which of these Tusayan was, or if it was somewhere else entirely.
Kevin M — Google review
This place has an odd selection of jacked up prices and actually decent deals on its items. That being said, it's a charming little place with a surprising number of modern updates. Nice little self-checkout machine and all that.
Keegan S — Google review
Harris's Price-Gouging Ban would have put the owners of this store in jail. The prices here are a blatant spiritual attack on all humanity. An example is $10/pound for some nasty old pork. The plums were almost possibly reasonable at $4.29/pound, but they were refrigerated so they go bad instantly. This entire store is unethical and should be shut down. Better to starve than to give a fortune to the bad.
Zen A — Google review
Great general store with some of everything!
Jan — Google review
CRAZY expensive ! If you are going to the Grand Canyon village, simply drive 15 minutes from Tusayan and go to the Grand Canyon Village Market & Deli. It’s bigger with more choice and more affordable options.

It's located within Bright Angel Lodge and offers a variety of on-the-go breakfast options, pastries, sandwiches, and 100% Rainforest Alliance Coffee. During COVID-19, they are serving everything from a place called the fountain and also offer snacks like ice cream, chips, root beer floats as well as sandwiches and hotdogs.

The lady taking the orders was nice. But the food and drinks were terrible. 7:15 in the morning ready to watch the sunrise over the canyon. I have a cinnamon roll and a “mocha“. Out of the three the only thing to enjoy was the sunrise. The cinnamon roll which is labeled “fresh baked” had just been delivered from the kitchen. It was Very dry had had very little flavor. The mocha which cost $5 tasted like a mix between packaged hot cocoa and brewed coffee blanketed in canned whipped topping and sprinkled with chocolate chips. I hate to waste money but I didn’t finish either one. They were that disgusting. I guess if I return it only be to get a bottled or prepackaged item.

ZERO STARS!! We paid 45 bucks for 3 box lunches that included really dry and stale PB&J sandwiches, 2 hot chocolates, 1 cider and a pretzel w cheese. It was all awful (drinks were fine) and the employee (an overweight angry male) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He seemed to hate his job and wasn't happy with our larger order. We honestly should have left when he was being so rude, but the kids were hungry and needed to eat. I would skip this place and find a better place to grab a snack, our experience was just awful!
Jason R — Google review
Little museum. Historically beautiful and a great balance of male and female historical figures portrayed. Loved it!
My C — Google review
Service was terrible. They got a whole string of orders wrong (forgetting to charge for things and needing to do extra transactions, not giving people things they did pay for, etc). They gave my wife an expired yogurt. They were overall rude, condescending, and patronizing to the guests. And to top it all off, the coffee was mediocre.
James D — Google review
The woman making the coffee was miserable and showed it. She was very confused when I asked for a non-dairy milk, but did find some soy after getting annoyed. If you take her out to the picture it would have been a good experience as the latte was delicious.
Mike S — Google review
Opens at 7am. Grabbed coffee and were ready to see the sunrise over the canyon. The staff was courteous and service was great
D K — Google review
Rude service. It was 445p and there was one pretzel left in the case. Asked if we could get them to put salt on it. They refused stating the last pretzel is at 5pm and they wouldnt prepare it..
