Lovely spot in Scottsdale. Tucked away in a little courtyard, I sat on the patio and enjoyed the asparagus with tzatziki and the lamb dumplings. Both were light, perfectly balanced - in fact, just perfect. I finished off with their butterscotch pudding which is apparently a permanent fixture on the menu. They also have great local wines, and the service was quick and attentive. This is great food and wine, so in my view it’s reasonably priced. Thanks for a lovely evening, FnB. 😊✨

This restaurant is absolutely wonderful and well worth the visit! We booked a reservation (which requires a deposit) but our flight was delayed. We called and they were so kind and accommodating for us. We were very glad we were able to make it work because the food and service was phenomenal. We ordered the green salad, potato buns with duck fat, and pork chops with seasonal squash. Every bite was full of flavor and the pork chop was the most tender pork chop I’ve ever had. This restaurant is a must stop for your next Scottsdale visit!

FnB is truly amazing, it deserves to be Michelin rated. The food is so creative and made with such high quality, consistently across all dishes. The vegetable-forward cuisine is completely unique, with incredible blends of flavors that pull from different influences but clearly have a very distinctive style of Chef Charleen Badman. The care to balance flavor, visual, and texture is honestly second to none, and we eat out a lot! It is artistry, and the intimate but easy ambience has made every visit a memorable experience. The entire staff is engaging and very competent, this restaurant hits on all cylinders.

Food is surprisingly nice. Especially like the source for the carrot which blended very well with the nuts. Egg plant and Okra are also tasting great. Okra matched very well with curry. It is because Pork has been sold out tonight, it has been changed to steak. Wao, the steak was amazing. Appreciated alot the vegetable portion in each dish. This restaurant really serves good food!

First meal in Phoenix, just astonishing. Local crops mix with new flavours, the taste is so new and amazing. We 3 ordered 4dishes of veggies, 3dishes of meat, and 2 dessert, I chose to not recommend any dish solely, cuz the menu are changing monthly. All I can say all 9 of my order are truly amazing. Even better than some of the Michelin 3stars’ Issac keep checking on us, making sure the flow won’t be too fast, Washroom are clean, paper handkerchief in good quality, shampoo is aromatic P.S. the ginger beer(non-alcoholic) is just so good, as a ginger beer guy, this is the best ginger beer iml

Cant believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. Absolutely phenomenal. If you're in town you have to go! I can't say enough great things. Veggie forward menu with some meat options as well. I promise you've never had vegetables prepared this well. The staff is great, HEY MILES, and people seem to like working here which you don't always see. The menu changes often so I won't comment on what we had but every time we come to town we visit and it has all been delicious. Easily the best restaurant in town and one of my favorites in the whole country! Go now, stop reading and treat yourself!

The best experience, food and service I've had in a long time. Sad but true. Every plate was greatly put together and flavors all complimented each other. I would have had dessert but there was no way I could fit any more food in my belly and there was no way I was packing it to go. It was too good for the next day microwave. Absolutely not.

Second visit and food was amazing just like my first experience! Their chopped salad was my personal favorite and their menu seems to have been updated since my last visit so I tried a few more new dishes like short ribs, zaatar cauliflower, and beef stroganoff. As for the atmosphere, it was a bit dark for photos and noise level was pretty high during the evening. Would come back for the chopped salad and pasta menus!

This was our first time dining at this restaurant from Maricopa and it did not disappoint! The Citizen cocktail was amazing! My husband had the beef stroganoff and said it was delicious with a southwest flare (and he doesn’t even like southwest flare). I had the salmon and it was some of the best salmon I’ve ever had (and lived in the pacific NW) with some good seafood. I loved how the menu was labeled for gluten free (gf) which I am. Also splurged on the flourless, chocolate almond torte. Definitely would go back for a special occasion type celebration, and atmosphere.

We had such an amazing experience everything was top notch! Food, drinks and staff were all exceptional! You won't be disappointed if you book an event here! Thank you for making our night one to remember

Huge shout out to Caylen (manager) and Ryan (chef) for making our anniversary special. I left a note on my reservation mentioning the special occasion. I wasn’t expecting much, but they over delivered in every way. They gave us the best table, a special note saying happy anniversary, and best of all… the chef made us a special dessert that’s not on the menu. A plum pudding, made just for us because plums are in season. Everything was impeccable and Canley personally ensured our experience was fantastic. I can’t recommend citizen public house enough, and we will be coming back regularly.

We were enjoying our Sunday between going to the Museum of Contemporary Art a few blocks away and the Bavarian festival. We stopped at Citizen public house for some snacks and drinks with our baby. We found the staff to be very accommodating and it was kid friendly. We mostly ordered happy hour snacks and drinks to check out the restaurant and it beyond exceeded our expectations. We cannot wait to go back and try more menu items. The place has a luxurious, relaxing vibe. Everyone was friendly. We highly recommend.

We attended the last night of Chefs Week and were rewarded with a impeccable 3 course dinner. The Scottsdale famous Stetson salad as well as the pork shank were amazing.

We came here with our family an 8 top and they accommodated us wonderfully! We had a reservation and had excellent service. Most of us had drinks and they were all delicious! I had the steak tacos and wow it hit the spot! The meat is incredibly tender and full of flavor. We all loved the guacamole as well which we got 2 orders of. The energy here is very modern. We will definitely come back again. Definitely a great experience, service, food, and atmosphere!

We visited The Mission in Scottsdale after landing, with my husband, daughter-in-law, and grandson. It was just before the dinner hour, and while the restaurant itself had a nice setting, the service unfortunately left much to be desired. The hostess looked exhausted and not very welcoming, and our waitress greeted us with a tone right from the start. When my grandson asked if there were other drink options besides what she listed, she curtly responded, “What I told you is what we have, nothing else.” He then decided on a Shirley Temple, which arrived without any syrup and tasted off. When we mentioned it, she replied, “I made it and oh maybe the syrup is out,” but didn’t seem too concerned. The only time we saw her smile was when she handed my husband the check. On the positive side, the mahi mahi tacos were delicious. However, there were no food options for toddlers, and overall the service didn’t feel friendly or attentive. Considering the cost of dining out, it just wasn’t worth it. For us, this won’t be a place we try again.

“Heaven in a Tortilla — La Mission, You Had Me at Guavamole!” Where do I even begin? Let’s start with that guavamole dip 🥑 — yes, guava + guacamole, who knew this was the crossover we needed in life? The first bite hit me like a mariachi trumpet at sunrise — chunks of avocado so fresh they could’ve had their own fan club, with this little whisper of sunflower seeds that just said, “Bro, you’re not ready for this.” Then came the pork bruschetta — absolutely incredible. The kind of flavor that makes you close your eyes and re-evaluate every life choice that led you there. Pro tip: do not skip the flour tortillas. They’re warm, fluffy, and basically edible blankets of joy. Now the wifey ordered the steak tacos, and let me tell you — those things were loaded on steroids. Three big tacos that looked like they just walked out of LA Fitness. Juicy, tender, and full of flavor — she didn’t even offer me a bite, so you know they were good. And just when I thought I couldn’t take another bite, here comes the pumpkin bread pudding — dripping in some kind of magical sauce I couldn’t identify, but honestly didn’t care. It was that good. I told myself, “You’re diabetic,” but my fork said, “We don’t care right now.” The place was packed — sold out crowd — so we ended up sitting at the bar, and Christine behind the counter was an absolute legend. She turned a backup plan into the best seats in the house. Her service was smooth, friendly, and on point all night. Bottom line — if you’re ever in Old Town Scottsdale, do yourself a favor and stop at La Mission. Come hungry, leave happy, and maybe a little more diabetic than you arrived. 😂 A perfect ending to an awesome Arizona vacation. 🌵🌮

If you are looking for delicious 😋 Mexican come here I am vegan/vegetarian and ate butternut squash tacos(🌮 so good And the best I ever ate). I also had the cauliflower entree and it was also good. Then my husband raved about his braised short rib tacos and they were...a WOW factor! Our friends ordered chicken tacos and they were raving about theirs too. Jesse was an excellent waiter and took pictures of all of us.

Best tacos I have had in a while! The atmosphere was really fun and lots of cool seating areas. I loved the table side guacamole making. The server was very kind and professional. It was really great for a family event. It was a tad loud for the older people in the group, but definitely manageable.

WOW!! What a great place! Cool vibes and knowledgeable staff (Shout out to Robert behind the bar) made for a memorable experience. Chef Matt’s culinary vision gave me some of the best food I’ve ever had!! If his other restaurants are anything like The Mission, sign me up try them all.

This review is for the bar as we got drinks and guacamole. The drinks are really good here. Our bartender made us the best whiskey sours. We were here in the afternoon so it wasn’t very busy, but still noisy. Not so noisy though that we couldn’t have a conversation. I love the interior with all the chandeliers. It’s just gorgeous. And check out the mission church next-door. It’s very beautiful.

This is an interesting place that wants to be an Italian style restaurant while serving a good serving of meats and fish. The pasta was good and tasty but our mains were proteins. Regardless, the food was good and we had a good experience here.

Fat Ox in Scottsdale delivered a great Italian-inspired dining experience, though there were a couple of drawbacks. The restaurant has a sleek, moody atmosphere, but it was so dark that it was difficult to read the menu. The entire dinner ended up taking close to two hours, which felt longer than we expected. That said, the food itself was delicious. I had the steak filet with gravy and potatoes, it was tender and flavorful. My boyfriend ordered the half brick chicken, which came with a generous amount of protein and was very satisfying. Overall, it was a good experience, but we did wish the service was a bit quicker.

We drive from Wickenburg, Arizona to Scottsdale and experience great food, and service. One of our favorite restaurants is Fat Ox. Absolutely amazing food and service. Tonight we had Gabby for our server. Such a sweet young lady. She added to the great food and atmosphere! Pictures to follow!

Definitely our new favorite in Scottsdale! We only booked this place initially because it’s part of CSR’s curated restaurants to use our credit. We got one appetizer, two pasta (cacio e pepe and mafeldine), the swordfish and the salmon and they were all absolutely delicious. They also gave us a complimentary dessert for our birthday. Phenomenal customer service and food. We definitely recommend this place.

Had a large group for dinner. Family style was great and gave the opportunity to try multiple dishes. Veal meatball appetizer was amazing! Scallops, ribeye, and stone chicken were great entrees

Was better than expected BUT a couple things I'd like the restaurant to know. We go out often but have taken Fat Ox off of our list. Food/menu was just not good enough to justify the price point. We go once a year with a specific couple. This year the menu looked great - had lots of interesting items. I had the house salad and the gnocchi special and both were delicious. However, the gnocchi, although good, was such a small portion that I could not believe it was $34. Luckily I am on a diet. Also, my friend and I ordered martinis and they were VERY watered down. SO the value is just not there - their pricing and portions are more like a fine-dining restaurant. Environment is cool but not fine dining. Server was great!

I could eat here every day. Food is phenomenal. Seafood is fresh and flown in daily from San Diego. The green chile tuna melt was so unique and flavorful (not spicy). The chimichurri compliments it so well. And the tuna in the Hawaiian poke bowl was delicious. Service is incredible as well.

Chula Seafood is my go-to for local fresh seafood in the valley! The daily specials are delicious and hearty. The raw seafood has always been stocked during my visits and everything is extremely fresh. The employees are always friendly. They also have different flavors of smoked salmon which I can't leave without! Highly recommend this establishment.

I have really been looking forward to this review. I have been coming to this spot for years, and it is my all-time favorite sashimi spot in the Phoenix area. I have only gone to the original South Scottsdale location as I lived just down the road for over a decade. They now have several locations, including in San Diego. My go-to dish is the house sashimi platter. They offer it in 2 different sizes. I usually go with the larger one but the small one will fill up most people or me when I’m not super hungry. No need to order sides with this as it comes with rice, veggies, a small salad. The original location is in a very nondescript, unassuming strip mall. Most people probably drive by and never know this place is tucked in there. So it is a treasure trove for locals. There are many more touristy spots in Scottsdale. But not sure you will find better sashimi. They serve it on bamboo leaves in a silver tray packed with ice. So fresh and delicious. The salmon, tuna - all are equally tasty. They also have a small counter with fresh fish and sushi kits available for purchase. They also sell stuff like gumbo and larger meals if you are ever hosting. I also dig their small retail offerings - particular the “Shuck Boy” t-shirt. This is one of the 1st stops for me when I am in town. A treat every time. I hope this place will always be there.

We were visiting from Seattle and weren’t sure if we’d be able to find a great seafood spot — boy, were we wrong! Chula Seafood exceeded our expectations and introduced us to an American-Hawaiian fusion we didn’t know we needed in our lives. The customer service and conversation with the staff were amazing as well. This place is truly top tier!

I went here for lunch with some coworkers and I ordered the large clam chowder and a salmon nigiri. The clam chowder was ok with good amount of clams. It was a bit watery unlike Boston style. The Salmon Nigiri had large chunks of fresh salmon inside with crispy seaweed wrapping. They served with a wasabi dipping sauce. It was quite nice and delicious! The place smells fishy when you enter which makes me question the freshness of the seafood initially. However, upon eating, it's clear that it is fresh. Perhaps they need to air out the place a bit. My coworkers generally enjoyed their meals as well.

The green chili tuna melt at Chula Seafood is absolutely incredible. The combination of the spicy green chilies with the creamy tuna is just perfect, and the bread is always toasted to golden perfection. It's definitely a must-try if you're in the area.

Derrick and his team were amazing and very attentive this evening. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and his small gestures went a long way for it being our first time. Food was great- pricier than avg however quality makes up for it. (Stay over at Olive Garden if you're one of those) We will definitely be back- thank you once again for the great experience.

We went to Franco's for a large group gathering, and the staff went above and beyond to help accommodate within their small, intimate space. Unfortunately we were about 30 people deep, and the staff were a bit overwhelmed so service was super slow. We were the first in and the very last to be served hours later. The food was traditional Italian, with homemade pasta and bright sauces across the variety of dishes that we ordered. Decent food, nice staff, but Scottsdale overpriced prices.

This was hands down the best Italian meal we’ve ever had. We stopped here as our first dinner on our vacation and Dave welcomed us with pure hospitality. His menu recommendations were absolutely delicious and he truly made sure we had the best dining experience, which is rare when you are the last customers of the night. I will recommend this restaurant to everyone I know who visits the area. Thank you again Dave and team!

Wonderful home-made, authentic, delicious food! Had my Italian Mother with us and she absolutely loved it and also gave a 5 star review. Warm hospitality once you get in and are seated. 😉 If you love Italian and are in Scottsdale this is a must go!

My photos do not do this place justice. The food is first rate! They pride themselves on their authenticity. The food tastes like it is straight out of Italy. We toured Italy a couple years back and dinning at Franco’s felt like and the food tasted like we were in a high end Italian restaurant in Italy with authentic Italian dishes. They will alter the food when requested to do so to make it more “Americanized” but this is not needed. I appreciated that they try and accommodate their guests and even the food that is altered is also amazing. The staff were first rate as well. We had a really sweet and detail oriented waitress who took care of all our needs and made sure the meal was excellent. The last time we came my wife didn’t like the dish, she didn’t know what veal was like and it wasn’t her cup of tea but they quickly replaced it with something she loved. The owner of the restaurant came over and talked of us and made sure we loved everything. Such a great little restaurant! We highly recommend it.

Our dinner at Virtù Honest Craft started with a small mix-up — the wrong dish was brought out on my wife’s birthday. The staff immediately owned it, apologized sincerely, and went above and beyond by comping both plates. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a cozy, romantic atmosphere that feels special the moment you walk in. We ordered the crudo, asparagi, anatra, and manzo — every dish was incredible, full of layered flavors and beautifully presented. Despite the initial hiccup, we left impressed and grateful for the way they turned things around.

Service was fantastic, food was very fresh and delicious, the octopus and steak were the best, couldn't quite figure out the flavor for the scallops. The cocktails were also fantastic. Great ambiance in a nice little tucked in square.

The asparagus dish is what put the chef on the map they told me and I highly recommend it because it was absolutely over the top delicious. Pork chops were perfectly cooked, the fish was clean and super crispy. And both the sticky coffee pudding and the butterscotch pudding are things I'll remember forever. Beautiful setting and great service. Photos will not do this restaurant justice, you just need to come here and at least try the asparagus and two desserts. Also dog friendly!

Virtu is typically a special occasion spot for my wife and I. The drinks are amazing, the food is immaculate, and other restaurants can learn a thing or two about service from these guys. The ribeye is always delicious and typically a staple when we do go. The octopus and bufala were also hits when we go. I will say this, my wife was sad to see the ice queen had been taken off the drink menu, but our bartender actually whipped it up for her! That was a really cool move on her part, but I'd recommend putting it back in rotation! Who would have thought black pepper in a cocktail would be so good?!

This is a fun restaurant that changes it's menu often. We did a chefs choice 5 course and we couldn't have been happier. The taste contrasts were amazing.

We come here every year for our anniversary and it’s above and beyond every single time!! Scott took such great care of us and made our night extra special. The food was incredible as always. I love that they explain each dish they bring out so I know what to look for. Each dish brought out was a little masterpiece and our entrees were what dreams are made of! Pure heaven!! . I love sitting outside in their beautiful little enchanted garden. Makes you feel like you are in a quaint spot in Europe! We went to Cafe Monarch to celebrate my birthday and wow—what a memorable experience!! From the courteous complimentary valet to the very last bite of our meal, I was absolutely enchanted. The restaurant is stunning inside and out, and the romantic candlelit ambiance set the perfect mood. Every staff member was attentive and genuinely friendly, which made me fall in love with this place even more—I half expected a bit of snootiness from such a fancy spot, but there was none of that here. The attention to detail was incredible—from the décor and lighting to the elegant uniforms and dishware. They even printed a special menu with “Happy Birthday!” at the top, and every staff member made sure to wish me one. Such thoughtful customer service! We chose the four-course prix fixe menu with the oyster & caviar add-on (possibly my new obsession). Each dish was truly delicious and so perfectly paced that we were comfortably full by the fourth course. We ended with a dreamy white chocolate passion fruit mousse cake topped with a pretty butterfly biscuit, sparkler, and a cup of coffee. 🥰 Overall, it was a beautiful experience from start to finish. I felt so well taken care of. It may not be a place for casual dining since it is on the pricier side, but it’s absolutely worth it for special occasions!

We visited this restaurant to celebrate our child’s birthday. While the atmosphere was lovely and the staff provided excellent service, the food was far below our expectations, and I honestly don’t understand why this place is so highly rated. Nearly every dish had an overwhelming sourness to it, to the point that it made us question whether the acidity was meant to cover up ingredients that weren’t fresh. The seafood, in particular, was disappointing. We were expecting fresh oysters but were instead served deep fried ones that lacked both flavor and freshness. The lobster had a strong, unpleasant odor almost like stagnant water and was completely inedible. When we asked for it to be replaced, they simply removed the lobster and brought back the same dish with just shrimp on the plate. It felt careless and unprofessional. Overall, the presentation of the food was visually appealing, but the taste and quality were far below average. The chef seriously needs to refine their craft. There are many other restaurants that offer far better food without relying solely on looks.

My wife and I were excited to try since its rated so high. The atmosphere , service and food presentation was definitely 5 star. The food taste for us was not the greatest. Maybe its our palettes.

I’m going to start off by saying that this restaurant is definitely worth the hype. I went last night solo to celebrate my birthday and sat at the bar, from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed & special. On the menu they put happy birthday on it & catered to my vegetarian wants lol. One of the reasons I picked this place is because they offer a vegetarian menu. I picked this place over Maple & ash because of it. That’s very important for me since I don’t eat meat & prefer to stick w/ veggie options or seafood. The food was delicious. I did the vegatarian 4 course. I was so stuffed after & loved every bite of my courses! The bartenders also told me I had the option to mix it up so I was able to get salmon as my first course on the main menu. Serafin & Jeronimo (the bartenders) are fantastic!! They made me a delicious cocktail that was gin based. It’s called the Rosairie (I prob spelled it wrong lol) They are both very informative, gave great suggestions and just everything you want to have as a customer at a restaurant. They really helped to make my bday dining experience special. I highly recommend this place! I love that every dish they bring you they describe to you what you’re about to eat! Everything is beautiful inside and you can tell there was A LOT of thought that went into this place. From the bathrooms to the bar set up to the jasmine outside. Amazing!! The next time I’m in Scottsdale I will try their restaurant across the street& I’ll definitely come back to Cafe Monarch!! Also, I think it was Jeronimo that offered to take pics of me on my phone since I went solo! I really appreciated that. Photos came out amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better bday experience. I loved every minute of it!! ❤️

This restaurant goes above and beyond. The food is phenomenal, the service is impeccable, and the ambiance is sexy. They printed my name on the menu for my birthday and made my special day feel amazing. Highly recommend!

I LOVE IT! Everything is so fresh! Andreoli had some of the best Italian food in Scottsdale hands down! Everything I tried was delicious! From their sandwiches to their salads! Oh my goodness the desserts are just the best! Our table bought 4 different desserts. The cannoli, lemon and lime desert, and marzipan cherry. So flavorful and also affordable! The menu ranges from $14 -$50 per plate. It really depends on what you get. The staff were so nice and fast! How to order, you order upfront , you then get a table that they will give you, sit down and wait for your food! So simple and so nice. They also offer delicious cappuccinos, espresso and more! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This place is exceptional and the real deal. You walk into a providore dining room with a wall of delectable desserts drawing you in. The menu is simple and authentic. The food is made with simple, balanced ingredients, creating a clean and delicious eating experience. The dishes did not hide behind sauces and seasoning, the fresh ingredients spoke for themselves. The olive oil and bread as an appetiser also sold my ‘anti carb’ family, causing them to crave more. We highly recommend any salad, any pasta and the chocolate mousse. Best chocolate mousse of my life! Thank you. The outside dining space was brand new and provided a really enjoyable environment. We could hear each other and enjoy the weather. Overall, stunning.

A family favorite but my first time. Apparently one of those places where the fam loves what they get so much they get it every time - and to be fair the sandwiches all sounded good. But I’ll take pasta anytime, and the bow ties with sausage mushroom and spinach were perfect. I especially liked the restraint here, it was the right amount of sauce. American Italian places tend to want to pour it on, but not here. We also had some kind of fried potato plus leeks thing, not pictured, but everyone liked it. The tiramisu was phenomenal, not too sweet not too much coffee flavor. The creaminess was the main sensation. They also had a pistachio version and tiramisu chocolate bites available. One suggestion, they offer several San Peligrino sodas .. please pick up the “zero” no sugar versions… they’d go very well with the food and in Scottsdale, a diet soda is always going to sell. See you again next time!

This is the best Italian restaurant in az. The meals are delicious, the atmosphere is spectacular and the service is amazing. I love the presentation of every dish. All plates are made with attention to detail. The pasta is cooked perfectly, love the clams and mussels, oh man the EGGPLANT. OK the bread is untouchable and my espresso is the start of every meal. Giovanni, his family and restaurant staff make me feel like home. I love this establishment

We decided to go for a light and tasty lunch, and every bite was awesome, plus the service was as great as always. My husband had the house-made Italian sausage with grilled peppers and onions, skipping the bread by choice, and I tried the 'cafone' sandwich for the first time, which I’d definitely order again. What makes this place special is you can go for a full meal or something lighter and still leave feeling great every time.

SELLS ITSELF SHORT Our Friday night anniversary supper started off well with some complimentary bubbles and prompt cocktail delivery. Our server was exceptional, but his kitchen staff was sorely slow and all tables had an extra long drawn-out dining experience. Hub chose the land and I chose the sea 5 course meals. Almost all of the dishes we had were exceptional in terms of flavor and presentation. I did not care for the king salmon course and my husband was not impressed with the Caesar salad. I could’ve eaten one million of the scallop dishes. I understand that a 5 course chef meal should take awhile and be a leisurely experience, but there was zero pace or rhythm to the courses coming out. Our 6:45 reservations had us leaving the restaurant at 9:30 and we even got our desserts to go. Charging the price they do for the supper, it should be a more polished delivery. We did not complain about the experience, but the manager (owner?) took a few drinks off our bill due to it taking so long to have the meal. The other tables also got comp’d.

SEL is the perfect blend of elegance and comfort. It feels modern and elevated, yet welcoming—no pretension, just incredible food and service. Every dish is a journey, rich in global flavors. From smoked trout roe to oxtail with pickled kumquat and spring citrus, each course is a masterful balance of sweet, savory, and smoky. The Five-Course Land Tasting is hands down one of the best options—decadent without being over-the-top, and surprisingly affordable compared to fine dining in cities like Vegas or New York. Joel, our server, was phenomenal. His storytelling brought life to the dining experience—sharing memories from Mexico, New York, and Chicago that made us feel like we were traveling beyond the table. His passion and personality made the evening unforgettable. Thank you to the chef, the owner, and especially Joel for such a memorable night. We’ll absolutely be back.

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of dining at Sel last night. We were recommended by a coworker and wow did this place take care of us! The food was unique, delicious, and beautifully plated. Working in the restaurant industry ourselves we hold high standards to what impresses us in hospitality. Our server Luciano was warm and welcoming, the Bartender/Somm Josh helped us pick out the perfect bottle of wine to accompany our meal. The two desserts we tried were phenomenal. A Marizpan strawberry shortcake and a flourless tiramisu. Must try if you go!! Overall 10/10 experience. The inside is intimate and romantic, definitely perfect for a date night. We will be back!

No lie — Sel was so good my colleagues and I went two days in a row! Every single thing we tried was incredible. The staff and chef were absolutely amazing — welcoming, genuine, and clearly passionate about what they do. The food was flawless, from start to finish, and don’t even get me started on the desserts… a prosecco dessert and a marzipan — wow! If I lived closer, I’d be a regular in a heartbeat. Truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. And the indoor and outdoor seating was beautiful!!

First time dining at Sel, the restaurant was recommended to us by friends. I went on the Sel website and saw the "Off Hours Bourbon" event, which was right up our alley. When we arrived we were warmly greeted. The restaurant is small and has bar, main and patio seating. The atmosphere has a very warm, country, bistro feel. The event started with a reception where I had the pleasure of meeting the Chef's wife May, who was so nice. What followed after the reception was a 4 course dinner pairing with crafted Bourbon cocktails and a pure tasting of the bourbon that was used for the cocktail and the accompanied dish. The dishes were a Beef Tenderloin Steak Tartare, Seared Duck Breast, Hanger Steak Au Poivre followed Mousse Cake for dessert. The presentation, taste, timing of the whole meal along with the cocktails was outstanding. It was truly a very enjoyable evening. Atmosphere: small Bistro feel. Service: excellent. Food: excellent

As a seasoned foodie and travel writer, I was genuinely excited about dining at Sel Restaurant in downtown Scottsdale. The website, the glowing reviews, the inventive menu—all had my palate in a tizzy. We were a party of six, celebrating a birthday, and several guests had dined at Sel before and raved about it, setting expectations sky high. Worth noting: for parties of six or more, Sel requires a meal deposit, which is applied to the final bill. We began with cocktails. The menu offers intriguing options, though none particularly jumped out at me. I opted for their “Bartender, Take the Wheel” option—where you pick your base spirit and tell the server what flavors you’d like to avoid. I ended up with a tequila-based concoction: beautifully presented and well-balanced, though it didn’t pack much punch. My girlfriend had two cocktails and also felt surprisingly unaffected. The menu offers both à la carte and prix fixe options, but for larger parties, the entire table must choose one format. We went à la carte and opted to share a few dishes: Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras with fermented apple cobbler, Bordelaise sauce, and candied applewood bacon streusel was a fun mix of flavors. However, the portion of foie gras was scant, and the plating wasn’t particularly photogenic for a dish of that caliber. A special diver scallop crudo, tostada-style, was the star of the evening. Vibrant, beautifully plated, and bursting with fresh, balanced flavors. We both really loved this one. Jumbo Lump Crab with Uni Butter and Sourdough was flavorful, but the portion was tiny, and the infused butter was nowhere near enough for the amount of bread served. Braised Lamb Ravioli with aged Parmesan and black truffle jus sounded like a winner. It was tasty indeed—but four ravioli with minimal filling for $42 felt hard to justify. Service was generally warm and knowledgeable—our server knew the menu well and kept our waters topped off—but the pacing between courses was sluggish. Ironically, the restaurant requests that guests wrap up within 90 minutes to two hours, but we couldn’t have done so even if we’d tried. We dined on the patio, which was charming under the Scottsdale sky. However, it cooled off considerably toward the end of the meal, and though heat lamps were nearby, none were offered or turned on. We later noticed other tables had them lit—just a small oversight, but one that stood out. Presentation of dishes was a highlight. Sel uses unique serving ware that suits each course, though one plate arrived with a spot of food on the rim—an off note for a high-end restaurant. Inside, the restaurant is intimate, stylish, and modern. The restroom was pristine, which always speaks volumes about a place’s overall attention to detail. In the end, while the company I was with was absolutely delightful—and I had a truly enjoyable evening—the culinary experience fell just shy of expectation. The food was good, but not exceptional. And for the price point, I was hoping for something more memorable. It lacked the “wow” factor that lingers after a truly special meal. If I could, I’d rate Sel 3.5 stars. It’s a restaurant with promise, and perhaps we caught it on an off night. But when pricing starts to stretch the bounds of value, expectations naturally rise—and sadly, ours weren’t quite met. I did have a wonderful evening with J.S. and her friends, they are amazing!!

This was our first time at Sel. We went to celebrate my wife's birthday. Upon making the reservation and noting that my wife tries to be as plant based as possible, I received a call the next day offering her a special vegan option tasting menu. She LOVED it! I ordered the garden tasting option and I too was thrilled about the food. Not only was the food and drinks top notch, the service was second to none! Every staff member we encountered made us feel very special. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Love the fresh seafood and upbeat, yet laid back, atmosphere here for brunch, dinner and the Tower Hour. All have been luxurious and satisfying with friendly and professional service. We will certainly be back again soon. This time we enjoyed complimentary drinks and onion dip with caviar to start. We followed with mezcal and a draft IPA, then started with a roasted seafood tower with butter, chili oil and pasta finished table side. My husband and I went there to celebrate for my birthday. The food was great! I love the seafood tower. You can really taste the wood fire smokes. The seasoning was excellent touch. The steak was also good. The wedge salad was surprisingly very good. The onion ring made it so much better! The bone marrow was a bit too salty in my opinion. However, for the price of the food I feel like I could go somewhere else. The chocolate cake wasn’t that good. Don’t recommend it. The service was not so great. Usually when we visit fancy restaurants, they ask if we are celebrating anything or if there’s special occasion. The waiter didn’t ask and we didn’t really had a chance to share that we were celebrating my birthday. I was kinda bummed out because I thought my husband had noted it in the reservation. I didn’t get the cool menu that others get for their birthdays. The waiter was very pushy for ordering food. There were only the two of us and we already ordered big entree portions but the waiter kept on asking us if we wanted appetizers even after my husband said no. We ended up getting the wedge salad. The salad was good but we had so much leftovers because we had too much food. The atmosphere was great for dates and special occasions! Love the vibe and overall aesthetic of the restaurant.

Maple & Ash Scottsdale was worth every penny — hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The vibe was amazing from the moment I walked in. The food was amazing. The service was top-tier without being uptight, and the whole night felt special. It’s definitely a splurge, but totally worth it. I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat.

Wow, what an experience! My husband and I were celebrating his birthday and our wedding anniversary and I’m so happy we chose Maple and Ash! From the complimentary welcome drink and app, to ambience, to the service, and not to mention how perfect the food was. Unbelievable! Drea was our server and she was amazing. We didn’t feel rushed through dinner, enjoyed each course thoroughly with lots of time to chat in between. It wasn’t too quiet like most steakhouses, a great house music playlist. The beef tartare was a new experience for me but so delicious. The pillows of love were insane. We shared the NY strip and it was cooked perfectly. Espresso martini was very coffee heavy but tasted amazing. 10/10. Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing customer service! They took care of our large group. We didn't have a reservation but they graciously welcomed us. We went from a party of 16 to 40, and they just kept accommodating for us. Their hospitality was beyond our expectations. Food was also delicious.

Every time we visit the experience is absolutely exceptional. The food is consistently delicious, the service is attentive, and the attention to detail really sets this place apart. The ambiance is elegant without being stuffy, it feels special the moment you walk in. Their seafood tower is delicious 😋. If you’re celebrating a birthday, it gets even better. They make the occasion feel unforgettable with little touches that truly elevate the night. It is gorgeous and cozy!

Forgot to take a picture of the “Tour Hour” seafood tower. It was on the small side, we got two and had them put together. I’ve had the large one before and it was way better portion wise but also what you actually get in it. Service and environment were great as usual just a little underwhelmed on what 2 small seafood towers put together equated to.

First of all tanaka Ken or chef Ken is wonderful. He’s hilarious, great with interaction throughout the service, and prepares flavorful meals! Second, the rest of the team is A++++ in service. Professional, but warm as we joked the whole night. Intimate dinner as it was 6 of us on a Saturday night and it was everything we hoped for! PS also great at taking pictures for your party at the end of service if you ask. They really get all the angles.

I recently reserved my birthday dining at ShinBay, and it was an exceptional omakase experience that showcased the chef’s (Tanaka Ken) mastery of traditional Japanese cuisine with premium ingredients. We opted for the chef’s omakase menu, which takes diners through a beautifully curated journey of seasonal flavors and textures. Sakizuke (Appetizer): The meal began with an elegant chawanmushi featuring shirako (cod milt), hotate scallops, nasu eggplant, and soramame broad beans. The silky custard was perfectly steamed, and the combination of sea and land ingredients was harmonious. Otsukuri (Sashimi): The sashimi course was outstanding. The sagoshi (young Spanish mackerel) was buttery and fresh, while the shima aji (striped jack) had that characteristic clean, sweet flavor. The hirame with ocean trout and the olive halibut with Tasmanian accompaniment showed the chef’s creativity in pairing ingredients. Onmono (Warm Dish): The A5 Miyazaki wagyu houba yaki with matsutake mushroom was a showstopper—rich, umami-packed, and aromatic. Nigiri & Tsumami: The nigiri selection was extensive and impressive, featuring everything from delicate tako (octopus) and saba (blue mackerel) to the prized kinmedai (goldeneye snapper) and multiple preparations of ankou (monkfish). The rice temperature and seasoning were spot-on. ShinBay delivers an authentic, high-end omakase experience with impeccable fish quality and thoughtful preparation. Me and my date are both in our 20s and the braindead maitre d' called my date a "kiddo" which put her in an absolutely terrible mood for the rest of the night. What an insane and brutish gaffe. They've made it clear that this is a fine dining establishment only in price.. All in all, if you're eyeing Shinbay for a date perhaps spare yourself the 800$ humiliation and go to the Korean BBQ next door..

I can say with zero hyperbole that this is quite possibly the finest omakase experience outside of Japan. From the history & provenance given by the servers for each course to the meticulous detail that each of the chefs tended to, this was the best sushi experience of my entire life. I have dined at several restaurants serving omakase. I was not expecting to be blown away by a sushi restaurant in old town Scottsdale, but WOW, this is a fabulous meal. It was a perfect spot for a birthday celebration splurge. Every dish was exploding with flavor. I can't recommend enough....fantastic service and delicious food. The intimate setting may be slightly uncomfortable for some, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. I would definitely dine at ShinBay again while visiting Scottsdale.

The best omaskase experience in Arizona and it’s not even close! Incredible date night location with the restaurant sitting around 6 people with 2-3 chefs it’s a wonderful and private experience. The attention to detail and the way they go out of their way for each course is top notch. They even have a staff member there that explains each dish and where it’s sourced from as well as during the wagyu portion, he goes to each couple and shows the certificate.

I’m convinced this is the best omakase in the US. Every course was insane,thoughtful, balanced, and unforgettable.

Wow! We wanted to try the House Brasserie in Scottsdale and it did not disappoint! Upon arrival, Joe, the owner greeted us and had our table reserved in front of the fireplace on the patio as requested. It was a birthday dinner for my wife and let me tell you the staff made it very special. We were seated immediately and from then on the service was spot on. Our server, Katie was amazing, she had great suggestions on wine and made sure our evening was simply perfect. Our appetizer and dinner were served promptly and timed well, the drinks were spot on, the atmosphere was amazing and to top it off they helped us celebrate with a very nice dessert. All in all this was one of the best dinner experiences we have ever had. A big thank you to Joe, Katie, Tommy and the rest of the staff for making our evening perfect!

This place has an undeniable charm. It feels like an old cottage tucked into Old Town, warm lighting, vintage décor, chandeliers, and a small bar that looks straight out of a vintage classic movie. The photos I posted tell the story, it's intimate, cozy, and visually interesting inside and out and the food looks incredible. However, looks can be deceiving. Read on. *Atmosphere: The outdoor space is where most of the action is, with string lights, heaters, candles, and a very Scottsdale supper-club vibe. It's pretty, but honestly not the most comfortable setup. Chairs are just okay, tables are tight, and the whole layout feels a little cramped for how long you're expected to sit for a full dinner. You sit directly next to the street and parking lot, it doesn't go unnoticed. It looks great in pictures, but comfort-wise, it's just average. *Food: the food looks fantastic, beautifully plated, elevated presentations, the kind of dishes you take pictures of. And it's good. Not great, not memorable, just good. The steak was solid, the fish was plated beautifully, and the risotto-dish looked impressive, but overall the flavors didn't live up to how dramatic the plates appeared. The bigger surprise is how limited the menu is. Fewer choices than I expected at this price point, and not much variation across the entrées. You're basically choosing from a handful of items. *Service: service was good, friendly, attentive, and about what you'd expect at this price point. Nothing negative, but nothing especially memorable either. *Price: definitely expensive. Not outrageous, but high for the comfort level and the food itself. You're paying for the ambiance and the ambiance is great in photos but the value feels a bit stretched. *Overall: this is a charming, photogenic dinner spot with good food, a small menu, and higher prices. Worth trying once for the atmosphere, especially if you want that Old Town romantic-cottage feel, but I'm not sure it becomes a regular go-to for me.

House Brasserie is a hard to find old home turned into a restaurant. We enjoy learning the history of the home and their maitre d provided it. We started with the crab cakes-2 excellent ones. The Mary's Chicken breast was outstanding and the Filet Mignon was perfectly seasoned and cooked. They have a great selection of cabernet and chardonnay wines. It is walking distance from the Hotel Valley Ho. It is a great venue where we have stayed. Parking is a challenge so Waymo, Uber or Lyft are suggested. Other great homes turned into restaurants in the Valley: Feeney's on 12 Street and Casey Moores in Tempe.

Very nice restaurant with a particular atmosphere. We had a dinner in the outdoor patio close to the fireplace and it was really great. The dishes are fine and indeed, as advertised, with a French influence. Dishes are well presented and designed and really good. Highly recommended.

This was our favourite dining experience in Scottsdale! Such a unique + beautiful space! The service, the food, and the atmosphere all blew us away. Lupita was our server- she was top notch and every single staff member really cared about our overall experience. The amuse bouche as well as the treat at the end was such an appreciated touch.

Restaurant/Bar located in the Andaz Hotel with indoor and outdoor seating (overlooking the pool). Service excellent. Breakfast was very good, with dinner items varying a little bit more (I thought some of the appetizers were a little bare). They feature a reasonable happy hour with some excellent bartenders making excellent cocktails. Can recommend, although those with heftier appetites would probably still be hungry afterwards.

Great service and atmosphere. The food can be a little quirky, which I get is a bit trendy - experiment with things - but they have some great standards like their rigatoni all vodka (awesome.) Javier at the bar is incredible and everyone at Andaz has been amazingly friendly. We’ve been coming here a couple times or so every summer for 5-6 years and will continue to make it a tradition.

This was my second time at Weft & Warp Chef’s table. Chef and his team knocked it out if the park yet again! They were accommodating to those in my party that didn’t eat certain foods on the menu. The lamb loin was cooked to perfection! I love their house made hummus with pita. The wine selection is top notch. The pastry chef outdid herself yet again! Thank you for a fantastic experience!

We enjoyed our recent thanksgiving dinner experience here. The spread includes a buffet with hot / cold appetizers as well as a selection of desserts. You order your main entree from a menu with a handful of selections. We both ordered the turkey with sides including stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes and green beans. All the food was tasty and to our liking. My wife's favorite was the char grilled octopus and we're hoping to see that on the main restaurant menu soon. Also enjoyed the hummus, ravioli and cornbread muffins. This is a pretty expensive option for the holidays at $150 pp plus 20 percent mandatory service charge, so keep that in mind when booking. The valet parking at the hotel is included for dining guests.

Loved this place! Great vibe with live music on a Friday night. We ordered few appetizers and main dish and of course few drinks. Everything was great but I found my rabbit dish to be little on the salty side. Our server Miguel was awesome! Very nice young man made our visit more special.

Highly Recommend! I rarely find a hotel restaurant where I enjoy multiple meals, but this place exceeded expectations. The Mediterranean salad, lamb ribs, and hummus for dinner were outstanding. Breakfast was equally impressive—the yogurt Super Bowl with granola and roasted coconut was perfectly balanced in temperature and sweetness. For lunch, we had a delicious turkey sandwich paired with a refreshing frisée salad, and of course, we had the Mediterranean salad again. The food was consistently excellent, making each meal a delight. Highly recommend!

food didn’t live up to expectations. lots of our groups dishes were bland and had no flavor. however, the ambiance was wonderful and the live music was interesting! outdoor seating as well was very nice, great place to people watch. also not many vegetarian options and a lot of menu items couldn’t be altered to make it vegetarian, which was weird

Chose this place for a nice birthday/anniversary dinner, the food was outstanding. We enjoyed the grilled oysters, the green beans, and the peach appetizers. For entrees it was steak frites, salmon, and the tomahawk schnitzel which was delightful. It was pricey, but we thoroughly enjoy our meal!

Odd that such a great place is in a strip mall, but it was great! The crab hushpuppies were a *tiny bit salty, but the cauliflower is fire and the steak frites were amazing! Hubby had the beef and it was awesome! Small wine selection, but good offerings and I had the ruby slipper cocktail...x2! Will be back again soon!

I must admit, it's EXPENSIVE, but we had such a delightful night out with friends, celebrating our friend's engagement and their exciting move to a different state! It was a special occasion filled with joy. The food was a true highlight—I enjoyed open-faced Italian beef oxtail, which was simply incredible! The date cake with bourbon was so extraordinary that it deserves a second date! I can't wait to indulge in that again. Although the wine quality didn't quite resonate with me, I'm eagerly anticipating trying the espresso martini next time! A recommendation from a true foodie like myself: her passion for cooking and hosting creates unforgettable experiences for guests, bridging the gap between drinks, appetizers, and meals. Placing good Italian bread on the table with olive oil and balsamic would be a transformative touch. With the correct elements, we must keep our hands busy and our hearts happy as we await the delicious food.

I've been following Hush Public House on Instagram for a while and decided to try it for my sister's birthday. Tucked away in a busy strip mall in North Scottsdale, Hush Public House did not disappoint! The cocktails were made to perfection and the food was fabulous! The pork tomahawk schnitzel with the apple butter was divine. You must try the whipped eggplant appetizer. The service is accommodating and the atmosphere in the bar area is lively, yet cozy. I will definitely be back!

Did the restaurant week special that had 3 courses. I was frankly scared of the chicken liver mousse on noble bread, but it was actually phenomenal. The new york strip was sublime, expertly cooked and every bite was a joy. This was the highlight of the meal for me. The dessert was an excellent chocolate bodino, I didn't expect to like it but was very pleasantly surprised. The only thing I didn't particularly enjoy were the frites with the steak. They were a little too mushy. Highly recommend this place to those wishing to drop a decent amount of money for a fantastic meal. I wouldn't say the overall decor is anything out of this world, but the food blows everything else out of the water.

We were there September 14 for first seating at 5. There truly are no words to express the quality and creativity we experienced. Beautifully done cocktails, excellent house reds, apps and main. We shared the grilled oysters that took us back to New Orleans for the originality and quality. I had the Italian Beef and hands down 12 out of 10! Husband had the tomahawk pork chop; again just bangers. Overall, nothing critical except wish I had one closer to us! A true gem

Went with 2 of my girls and it was fantastic! Every item we had was delicious. We had our hearts set on the dessert, but couldn’t even get to it because we were so filled by the portions. Every dish was delicious! Server Mikey was great and helpful! Attentive. And didn’t need a reservation to get in on a Friday at 6:45pm which is shocking given how good it was!

A great choice for lunch! Both salads tasted great. The complimentary breag and pesto was awesome. We also ordered the crispy brussel sprouts, cooked very well, not overcooked at all, great flavor! The outside seating was nice, noticed running fountain and the misting stations were a great addition to the patio! I would recommend this lovely place. Oh the inside seating looked spacious and inviting as well. 0ur server Collin (hoped I spelled his name right) he was friendly, helpful with recommending menu items as well.

Every time at Olive and Ivy is a fun experience! Their menu changes with the season and it's freshly prepared to order. You can taste the freshness from the high quality ingredients used and the care taken to cook. Hats off to the kitchen team! The service staff are always warm, welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. They make you feel special. If it's your first time, spend a few minutes to hear about the restaurant...it's worth it! Ideal for a celebration, get-together with friends or colleagues and intimate dining with a loved one. Parking in the garage nearby is easily the best choice as you can walk across the street to the restaurant. Outdoor seating is fun with heaters galore and feels cozy on a soon-to-be winter night in AZ. If you are up for a stroll, take a leisurely walk post dinner across the waterfront bridge to a street with boutique shops selling interesting wares. You'll enjoy perusing the stores. A treasure in the Old Town Scottsdale area!

Delicious food, phenomenal service. My only complaint was the overall volume of the place. It is completely lacking any acoustic dampening, so it was very loud the entire time of our visit. It was almost shocking at first. Once we acclimated to the chaos, we were able to settle in and enjoy our booth. But it took the whole time we were waiting to be sat before we adjusted. They also have a patio we would have loved to sit at, but due to the recent rain it was not open for service. Overall, if are not too sensitive to noise, it is worth a visit. I would not have taken my kids though as they get overwhelmed in an atmosphere like this.

Diner and a show.... First time trying this spot. It's a calming atmosphere with an old world class. Visually stunning presentations, unique menu options and delicious is an understatement. Pictured lamb meatballs clean and tasty, bacon wrapped dates worth the drive for just this, White truffle prosciutto flat bread, crispy Japanese sweet potato has the peppers and cauliflower two desserts creme brulee and warm butter scotch cream cake. Great vibes, great food, great wine selection. Always busy, but worth the wait if you have one. Vegetarian friendly menu, enough where you can try various items and go home with a full and satisfied stomach. The fresh pesto with their house bread is delicious and an appetizer in its own.

Highly recommend!!! My wife and I visited Arizona for the first time and ventured upon Olive & Ivy when going to the Scottsdale Waterfront. Lunch was delicious, and our server Bryce provided great service and great recommendations. The bread provided to start was excellent, and the bruschetta trio (pictured are the Strawberries & goat cheese, Mozzarella, and Salmon Lox) was fantastic. My wife got the chicken panini and I had the bacon cheeseburger. You can’t go wrong with choosing a side between the potato salad and the fries — both were delicious sides to great sandwiches. Plenty of Wine and beer options to wash it all down. It was by far the best meal of our trip, and one of the best lunch experiences we’ve had at a restaurant!

Had a lovely afternoon with friends grazing the share plates. We chose Indoor seating to beat the Scottsdale heat, but outdoors offers lovely views over the water. Great food and good company! Enjoyed the lamb meatballs and fig and ginger mule.

I made a reservation for my nephew and I. We wanted a nice steak. When we got there we were seated quickly however they sat us by the kitchen and I found the staff distracting with how they were acting. Our menus were empty. The server took a while to come around and give us menus. She took his drink order and gave me time with the menu but took another while to come back. Matt came around and checked on us so I gave him our appetizer order. The lamb was good but the fondue wouldn't stay lit because where we were sat. Nephew loved the Nashville chicken bites weren't too spicy. He loved them. We both ordered the NY Strip Steak. I ordered medium and him medium well. After a short while we realized they gave us each other's steak. We switched but as you can imagine- eating a steak after a teenage has cut into it is not the most visually pleasing steak anymore. Overall I was disappointed in the service. Dinner didn't come with ease. We enjoyed each other's company but it was a 2 hour dinner. I tipped 18% but normally I like to tip 25-30% with great service. They frustrated me during dinner but I just had to smile and shake it off. I used to come here a lot. I'm not sure I'll ever care to go back.

This place is way bigger than I expected, with a great patio and lively ambiance. We were seated right away, and our server Kaileigh was fantastic: friendly, attentive, and full of personality. Honestly, the service here was the best part of the night. The drinks, unfortunately, were a mixed bag leaning heavily toward disappointment. The house favorite Raging Rita was so tart it made my face pucker. It felt like they forgot any kind of sweet element—simple syrup, agave, anything—and the result was a “we have margaritas at home” kind of situation. I gave it a 2/10 only because I did finish it. The Category 6 Lemonade, on the other hand, was shockingly drinkable considering it had four different liquors in it. It was smooth without being too sweet and ended up being the standout cocktail. The Peach Palmer sounded great on paper but was so watered down it tasted like someone showed iced tea a picture of a peach and called it a day. My husband couldn’t stand it, and I wouldn’t recommend it either. The Envious Old Fashioned sealed the deal for the drink menu—just bourbon in a glass with a sad cherry. No balance, no sweetness, no depth. Food wasn’t much better. The queso de puerco was the winner by far—creamy, spicy, full of pork, and packing a nice amount of heat. It was a little thin and oily until we stirred it, but it kept us dipping back for more. Sadly, everything else fell flat. The “Big Ass Burger” looked incredible when it hit the table but ended up being all show and no flavor. The patty was undercooked (rare instead of medium), unseasoned, and completely overwhelmed by the bun. Poblano? Nonexistent. We even tried drowning it in queso to rescue it, but eventually gave up and sent it back. At least the fries were crisp, well-seasoned, and perfect with the queso. We swapped the burger for the crispy chicken bites with Nashville seasoning, but that was no upgrade. It was basic frozen chicken thrown in a fryer and dusted with generic “Nashville hot” powder. Spicy, yes, but with no flavor beyond that, and the ranch dip was just as uninspired and definitely not house-made. For a place with so many glowing reviews, this visit was a real letdown. The ambiance is fun, the patio is great, and the service, especially from Kaileigh and the manager, was excellent. But when the food is mostly a fail and the drinks can’t carry their weight, even great service can’t save the night. As much as I wanted to like it, queso alone can’t make up for everything else. Sadly, we won’t be back.

I got the bacon wrapped pork loin and my husband got the 3 course special with ribeye. Both were quite tasty. We were sat right next to the kitchen/expo area so it was a bit noisier and darker than I anticipated. Food and dessert came quickly and the server was really nice.

I guess I should have had a burger and fries, that seems to drive many of the reviews. I arrived at the Scottsdale location at 5 pm, the bar was slammed but the dining area was just getting going. I was seated by the pass shelf where the food is picked up. There was a manager expediting tickets and while I know he saw me, as did several others picking up food, after 5 minutes of not being greeted other than a busser dropping me a water I finally had to ask if there was a waiter for this station. They got one, nice guy, and I inquired as to which he’d recommend, the Duroc Pork Chop or Shrimp n Grits. He spoke highly of the shrimp so that’s what I went with. Wrong, I should know better to order that at anyplace that isn’t Cajun. Aside from the fact it was bland, it was just barely warm. It appears a slice of cheese is put on top of the grits and under the egg. It was not melted, pretty sad. I was starving and the waiter didn’t come back by to check so I ate it. I saw another server bringing what looked to be the same dish back to the line to be warmed, I inquired if it was the shrimp n grits and she confirmed and then told my waiter about mine. He did comp it. The salad was slightly wilted and average at best. I was very excited about Huckleberry cheesecake and the server assured me they fly in a frozen Huckleberry puree just for this. That said I assumed it would be incorporated into the cheesecake as is done anywhere in Montana, if it was you couldn’t tell. There was a bit of drizzle but again not enough to impart any flavor. The cup of coffee ordered with it never came. Neither did a manager. I eat out a lot, this is the longest review I’ve ever written. I see many have had a great experience, I’m glad. That was not mine. So many amazing restaurants in the valley and I’m only here for three nights, bummed that one of the dinners was such a disappointment. I ate at The Henry last night, it was a great meal with exceptional service. I ended up at Sweet Republic tonight for an ice cream after the disappointing cheesecake, worth stopping by as well. Grabbed a coffee at Circle K, rant over.

Kaileigh was our server and did an amazing job, we sat on the patio Category 6 Lemonade Smirnoff Citron, raspberry and orange vodka, chambord, lime, Huckleberry lemonade Delicious, refreshing, good blend of liquors Peach Palmer Ketel One peach and Orange blossom, lemonade, iced tea I don't know if it's just the vodka, but I don't taste peach, I don't taste orange, I just taste water Queso con Puerco Green chili pork, red pepper relish, corn chips I could eat a vat of this, really delicious, an amazing amount of pork, good heat Big ass burger Poblano, cheddar, bacon, lettuce, (no tomato for us), onion, pickles, Chipotle mayo, we ordered it cooked medium, comes with fries The burger patty doesn't taste like there was any seasoning used, we asked for medium and got closer to rare, the burger patty to bun ratio was so far off the patty immediately slid out the back side of the bun with the first bite, The bacon was there but in name only, I didn't detect even a hint of poblano, we even tried to salvage it by putting the queso puerco on it, but it was not going to help We sent it back and decided to get the crispy chicken bites appetizer The fries were amazing, seasoned well, crispy on the outside, the Chipotle mayo was delicious Crispy chicken bites appetizer Right off the bat the presentation was okay, but it was very obvious that some of the pieces had been fried much longer than others based on the color of the breading, after taking the first bite it was immediately obvious these were not seasoned chicken bites that were fried, these were basic Sysco chicken bites that had been fried, and then tossed with seasoning salt, likely some food service Nashville hot seasoning, and the ranch just tasted like something from a jar These went back as well, after speaking to the manager I've been considering coming here for years, and I was really looking forward to it To say that the food missed the mark is an understatement, sadly, this has been my experience several times in the Scottsdale road corridor Obviously not recommending, not returning

I had dinner at the Roaring Fork this weekend and recommend it to anybody visiting Scottsdale. First off, it was a real pleasure to see how lively it was starting even at 5pm and how that energy just continued despite being very busy. The service was very highly attentive and friendly, despite people being both picky and slow! We shared a Big Ass burger which lived up to its name, and some very delicious fries, as well as an adequately proportioned lettuce wedge, chicken flatbread, and a few other items, all of which tasted great. A big shout out to Matt at the front host station for helping us get seated in a nice table and highly recommend you stop in.

Very friendly staff. Great environment & great decor. The drinks were very good and ascetic ! Some of them light up & had glitter in them ! The food was delicious! Would highly recommend all the sushi rolls and the mains. They do have a bit of spice on a lot of their items but all of it was so good.

I always recommend this spot. It’s truly unique with a creative fusion of Mexican and Asian cuisine , vibrant atmosphere, and attentive staff. Plates are visually stunning! And super flavorful. Same can be said for the cocktails. Perfect spot for a night out or special occasion. Always memorable.

Ughh! Was dying to go here, glad I did bc the food was so good, but sorta surprised by the setting. It feels like ur eating sushi in the middle of the club with dark lighting and blaring. But fun interior design, very photogenic. Waiter was attentive and gave recs! Prices are a tad excessive in my opinion. Make a reservation!!

This is one of my top 3 in greater Scottsdale. Great staff, good looking and helpful bartenders at a big square bar and AMAZING food at a reasonable price. See pics. Healthy, interesting, sushi-mex fusion. Music was just right when I was there from 5-7 pm on a week night. Lots of tables, some bigger groups. Easy parking behind the address in small cluster of buildings. Highly recommend

From the vallet to the reception to the waiter to the service and delicious food, this is one of my. New favorite restaurants! Shrimp tacos were so delicious and my favorite sushi we tried was recommended by our waiter, the Dragon Roll and was one of the best rolls I have ever had! I love the ambience and was perfect for a date with my beautiful wife. Most definitely will be seeing this place again soon. Oh yeah, bathrooms were super clean and there was a D.J. for Friday night playing music 🎵

Wow, this place did not disappoint. I saw someone review from TikTok (@destinyliley) and this place did not disappoint.... Once we were seated, our server explained the process (because it was our first visit) and said he would bring out a few plates. He did an exceptional job, they were all sooo good. I had the waygu steak and and eggs as my main meal, but I was so full from the small plates (that were unlimited). He ended our service with mini churro con leche and liquid cheesecake. 10 out of 10 stars. The pomegranate guacamole was probably the best I've ever had and I've had a lot -Guac and the best seasoned tostada (as the chips replacement), generously portioned -rangoons - egg roll - sushi -Pancake tacos Then... - Bravia papas - bacon and eggs - caramelized plantains Yes more... We had the waygu steak and eggs on cilantro rice and the Korean fried chicken sandwich as our mIn meal Ended with our desserts, he recommended dipping our churro into the liquid cheesecake. All mini, but unlimited..I went back for more sushi and Rangoons, but shouldn't have 🙈 All in all, awesome flavor profile, very fresh ingredients, and great service. We will be going back. Note that it is $45 s person so not for the faint of heart from a price perspective, but honestly worth every penny. The environment, food and drink quality was great.

I do not have many pictures of food. We came with a big group for drinks. But the wings were AMAZING! And so was my cosmo! This place is huuuge! And very nice for large groups. Although we were not the only group of over 20 ppl here the server took very good care of us. Everyone here is very nice. My husband misplaced his eyeglasses and they called when we got back home to follow up. Leaving a review because the name of the restaurant was not enticing to me, we were in town for a week and I went everywhere else but here because I thought it wasn’t going to be good and I regret it. I will definitely come back and totally recommend this place.

Category: Fine food. For some reason, dining at the Culinary Dropout always feels like a party. Though we have enjoyed some of the other Phoenix/Scottsdale locations, this was the first time we dropped into the Tempe Dropout. We had matinee tix to a show at the Arizona Theatre Company, which is only a short walk away, so we made a lunch rez and sat at the bar and chatted with the bartenders. True to form, it felt like a party. Both the dining room side and the open-air Yard side were moderately busy this beautiful Sunday afternoon in early November. The place is really spacious, with high steel-beamed ceilings, exposed ductwork, and skylights. Ceiling heaters make the Yard side usable even in cooler weather. A small stage hosts musicians on Friday and Saturday nights. High-top tables abound, and the Yard has large couch pits for hosting groups. Light fixtures that remind me of early satellites hang randomly. And of course there are TVs. I didn’t want to fall asleep at the theater so I ordered an Athletic non-alcoholic beer, which complemented the excellent deviled eggs and French dip that we shared. I substituted the housemade potato chips for fries, as I always do. They are crispy and golden and perfect. I’m SO glad they brought them back to the menu. They are the best I have found in Phoenix/Scottsdale and one of the main reasons — if not the top reason — we drop in at the Dropouts. YouTube’s Chef’s Apprentice

I've heard of this place by a friend and family member and I am not disappointed. The food was flavorful and fresh. I loved the steak frites and the pretzel bites with the fondue. Pretzels were soft and light on salt. The staff is friendly. Our waitress was very informative. The place is spacious and great atmosphere. I would come back ♥︎ thank you.

We only stopped in for drinks and a few snacks, but wow—Culinary Dropout in Tempe did not disappoint! The pretzel bites were soft, warm, and perfectly salty, and that cheese sauce? Totally addictive. We also tried the roasted bread and it was unreal—crusty, buttery, and full of flavor. Drinks were on point, the vibe was relaxed but lively, and the service was super friendly. I had a pleasant breakfast. The food was adequate, and the portion sizes were particularly noteworthy. Two individuals could easily share an order of the pancakes. Each order included three substantial pancakes, which may be a compensating factor considering the slightly elevated cost of the pancakes. It was also intriguing to observe a hired hawk employed to deter birds from the patio area.

The food is okay—not bad but definitely not worth the price. I had breakfast and lunch here. The parfait was pretty disappointing—not enough fruit and the yogurt was tasteless. A side of three eggs costing $20 is wild. The lunch was better—I got the Turkey Cuban which was tasty but the side of chips were stale and flavorless. Staff were all very friendly and the restaurant has tons of indoor and outdoor seating. Beware of the birds though if you’re sitting outdoors—they are ruthless! Worth checking out considering it’s the only restaurant in the hotel, but the food is mediocre/very overpriced.

When I came here it was in March and during spring training, the venue is nice as it’s inside The Phoenician. The food & presentation was good but as others commented, a bit overpriced which is expected being at a resort. Unfortunately, it must’ve been busy season because it took forever for our food to arrive.

Dined here twice for breakfast since we had free breakfast (up to $80) as our perk, just had to be here before 11am. Both times, we (party of 3) were seated right away. Food was delicious—downside is that the menu doesn’t change, so it was the exact same menu as the day before. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Breakfast B.L.T., Avocado Toast and Huevos Rancheros! The Smoked Salmon & Bagel was great too. All delicious and tasty, and the portions are generous. During our first visit, our lady server wasn’t the friendliest which left a bit of a sour experience. On our second visit, the next day, we got Christine who was beyond AMAZING!! Super friendly and attentive—Christine even went out of her way to get us Pina Coladas by the pool since the restaurant bar didn’t make them—truly grateful for her kind gesture. I would definitely request for her!

Food was just ok and service was mid at best. My water glass was empty 3/4 of the meal (not a good look in the AZ summer), monkey bread was worse than any home-made recipe, avocado toast was unremarkable with fancy colored but tasteless lettuce. It was $10 or $12 for two eggs and I ordered cooked over-medium but they served over easy (runny whites - bleah). Tea, Avocado Toast, 2 eggs - over $40 and now I have to actually go somewhere else to get some real food.

We stayed at the Phoenician resort and Mowry& Cotton was excellent, the food was phenomenal, and the service was exceptional. We had breakfast every morning, and dinner once and it was a great experience from beginning to end, each time. I am posting the dinner, and the breakfast at the same time.

I recently had Sunday lunch at Mowry and Cotton at The Phoenician, and while the resort itself is beautiful, the dining experience was just okay. I ordered the salmon salad, but it was smaller than expected and pretty bland. The salmon was cold, lacked seasoning, and the portion size was underwhelming. The highlight of the meal was the wild mushroom flatbread and potato chips, which were both delicious. However, when I ordered an iced latte, the server brought me a cappuccino instead. It wasn’t a big deal, and I didn’t complain, but given the price point, I expected better attention to detail and service. Overall, while the setting was lovely, we were disappointed with the lunch, especially the salad. For a restaurant in such a renowned resort, I was hoping for a more memorable meal.

What we got : Hazy ipa Brussel Sprouts Calamari This place is such a hidden gem. I wish it wasn’t in a hotel where I would come here more often. I’ve never had better brussels sprouts in my life in here they cover in some kind of kimchi sauce and they put bacon in it and it is so darn addicting. I just wish they would go a little bit easy on the sauce as towards the bottom, it just becomes a pool of sauce haha and the calamari was so fresh tasting and crunchy. It was everything I wanted in it. This place is such a good spot and their Caesar salad looked really good. Everybody kept ordering it. The food also comes in big portions which I love.

The atmosphere here is laid back and relaxing. The service matches laid back and is fairly slow. The Brussels sprouts, although plenteous in quantity, were a bit underwhelming in taste. After reading the reviews about them we thought they would be better. The capriccio was absolutely delicious and the salmon had an amazingly grilled crust.

We stopped by to try it because of a name 🙂 and we do not regret. Yes, it is a hotel restaurant but food was delicious, very simple tasty options. Cocktails are not strong, but you can do your own Bloody Mary 😃 something different.

Wonderful restaurant located next to our hotel. The inside is contemporary and there is a nice outdoor patio area. The smoked salmon toast was delicious that we got as a starter. I’m a big chorizo fan so I got the Huevos Rancheros and it did not disappoint. The mimosas are $14 for a regular glass and I didn’t see the price on the menu so just a heads up so you aren’t surprised. Went for dinners but breakfast was our favorite. The chef definitely knows what he is doing (he is listed on the website) and it was a meal we won’t forget. Also the service staff are all friendly and professional.

Zuzu’s is located in the lobby of Valley Ho, a mid-century modern hotel in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona, built in the mid-50s, that harkens back to its origin days. Yet, Zuzu’s combines modern with that early 60s aesthetic. Korean bao buns with mimosas around the pool? Yes please. A short walk to the main drag in Scottsdale, Zuzu’s, and Valley Ho, check all the right boxes.

My family stayed here and dined in every morning for breakfast. Our server was excellent, keeping our coffee topped off and warm. Water arrived right away and the food service was fast. It was a lovely relaxing start to each day. I wish they offered real maple syrup as an option but that’s my only suggestion. The food is fresh and we have no complaints about the portions. One morning, the chef kindly prepared a parfait that wasn’t even on the menu. Love the decor and ambiance that brings you back to the 50s with a mix of Palm Springs and LA. We didn’t bring our pup down but appreciated the option to dine outside with her if we wanted to.

The food was amazing. We had a baby and two dogs and the staff were so nice and accommodating to us. From the valet to reception to restaurant, we felt so welcome. With a baby we don't get out as much as we used to so thanks ZuZu for making this one so special .

Sat down and ordered at the bar, ordered the Burratta Fresca pizza and the bartender misheard and put in there fresco salad. She did course correct and got us the pizza quickly. She asked my partner if she wanted a drink she said just water, but never asked me just assumed for both. When the pizza came out again was not asked if I wanted a drink or if we needed anything else. The staff was just hanging out behind the bar, at one point I looked around the restaurant and I saw two servers talking to each other on the floor and he lifted up his shirt and I got to see his hairy stomach. Really was not a good look. At the end of the meal we asked for a box, had to wait while she ran food and poured drinks all while there was a server standing behind the bar when she could of asked her to grab one for her. The food , the pizza wasn’t the best, for the style of wood fired crust it could of been better, was a little too charcoal forward and all the ingredients on the pizza were too heavy. You couldn’t just pick up the slice. I know it’s a Fresca pizza but the only thing cooked on it was the mozz and sauce when I thought the burrata and heirloom tomatoes would of been cooked too. $25 for a 12in pie is also a lot even for being a specialty pie., if I’m going to spend that I will walk 2 doors down to Virtu and have a superior experience, food, and ambiance.

Service was excellent- Kate took great care of us! Atmosphere was casual and friendly- food and drink options were plentiful. We started with the caprese salad and then ordered the margherita and tipsy pig pizzas. Everything was fresh and delicious. We really weren’t interested in fine dining while in Scottsdale, and I’m really glad we found Craft 64. It was a very high quality casual spot. Highly recommend!

Great pizza and friendly service! The mozzarella and pizza dough is made in house. The bottom and crust of the pizzas nicely done in both pizzas we got. We went for a late lunch, around 2, and service was quick. We had the pepperoni and Anaheim, with one of the seasonal salads. All great. Anaheim is labeled spicy, but it’s not overly so, just enough for a kick. There were other selections like pasta and sandwiches available,too.

Garlic bread, pepperoni pizza, dessert calzone…literally all delicious and worth returning for. My husband had the house made root beer and said it was great. Presentation was nice. Place was clean. Our server didn’t really come back to check on us until just before bringing us the check; we actually sat with our table cleared for several minutes while he checked in with the people right next to us and chatted with fellow workers. He never did refill my husband’s soda, which was empty halfway through our time there. So not really sure what’s up with that. But otherwise everyone was nice and a woman thanked us on our way out, which was a nice way to end our visit.

From the jump, our experience was made even better by Daniel—our attentive and easygoing server who made sure everything hit the mark. He kept the vibe fun and the table full. We kicked things off with the mozzarella and tomato starter—a fresh, vibrant Caprese-style dish with thick-sliced tomato, creamy mozzarella, and a dusting of basil. Paired with hearty toasted bread, it had all the flair of bruschetta but with a richer, cleaner finish. Then came the homemade meatballs, bathed in a rustic marinara and melted cheese. Not joking the Honey Bee is the best pizza I have ever had. I live in Manhattan and the Honey Bee here is elite. Plus the craft beer selection is great. They have a type for every want. This is a must hit whenever I am in Scottsdale. So good and always look forward to it!!

Absolutely amazing! We came here for happy hour and it served as a great dinner. I had the ceviche and spicy edamame. Both are MUST haves. The ceviche has amazing flavor and is very neutral, not at all fishy. The edamame is absolutely amazing, char grilled, has a kick but not too bad. My friends had the Thai chicken bowl, pork pot stickers, and lettuce cups. Lettuce cups are also high on the list, the bowl was good and pot stickers were great. Drinks were well priced, strong, and have good flavors. A good variety of options. I’ve had better service but they were fairly busy and low on staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful in selecting items. I would 100% return and highly recommend!

Glad we decided to try hula‘s out! We were curious and decided to sample several of the appetizer options. Everything had great flavor, Nothing was bland, and we were able to control the spice level on whatever we ordered. We tried the lettuce wraps, fried plantains, potstickers, fish bites, and Johnny cakes. We weren’t in love with the Johnny cakes or fried plantains, there was nothing wrong with them, they just weren’t our favorites. The fish bites were super crispy, but had much more breading than fish. The lettuce wraps were delicious with a great balance between meat and vegetable and enough lettuce leaves to accommodate all the filling. The potstickers were large, nicely browned, and had plenty of filling. We all fell in love with their Thai peanut and their soy based dipping sauces. Our server was very responsive and super friendly! We’re looking forward to going back and trying more of their menu.

We came with a group of 8 on a Saturday morning, soon after they opened. We pretty much had the place to ourselves. It was our first time there and everybody loved all of their dishes! Really yummy and fresh. We will be happy to return!

Excellent food, drinks, and service! We started with spicy edamame, which had a kick with savory flavor. I chose the fish sandwich with half sweet potato fries, half regular. The fish was perfectly seasoned and a generous portion—did not need the bread. I will definitely come back and order this again. My fiancé ordered the short ribs, which were delicious! His brother ordered the pulled pork in a delectable sauce. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend Hula’s!

Food was good and could be better we had the tofu bowl and hula fish tacos. Flavor was on point and the free condiments on the side had great flavor punch. the atmosphere could have been better for the location. Not many vegetarian options mostly tofu. But seafood here was great.

My friends took me to this restaurant and I was concerned that it wouldn't have gluten-free options but pleasantly surprised that they did. I had the lime chicken tacos which were really good. I liked that they had a little bit of a kick to them. The rice was just rice, nothing particularly special in the flavor. The beans that came with the rice weren't very flavorful either. Overall, is probably go again just for the tacos.

Went for happy hour. Loved my bartender Sean. Margaritas were Amazing must try! Sliders were very good as well. Over all I Will come back when visiting.

Nice French fine dining, but not memorable. It’s restaurant week in Scottsdale! So I only ordered from the special menu. I ordered the pita humus, orange wedge salad, the salmon, chicken & potatoes and the berry tiramisu. Also got the cocktail NOH off the regular menu. The food was as expected at a fine dining restaurant, but it was not extraordinary. The service was and atmosphere was also as expected and good. If you’re looking for something special considering the money you will be spending here, this is not it.

Teresa was a gem throughout our whole experience. She had a great server and offered a very warm and welcoming presence throughout. The food was delightful, but the club music leaves a little to be desired on a Wednesday night. But overall great experience.

First time here. Amazing food and great service. We had the grilled octopus and endive salad to start. My wife had the lobster pasta and I had the branzino. We also had the ratatouille. It does not look special, but it too was amazing. All the food was tasty, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Meal was not cheap, but would definitely come back.

Such a beautiful moment for dinner. Everything we had was plated with intentionality and tasted like what I’d hope to get from a dream of French cuisine. Teresa was very attentive and repeated our names and recalled our anniversary. I’d recommend the oysters and the twice washed chicken (the sauce had a dance to it). Dining at Francine Restaurant was a culinary masterpiece! For appetizers, we tried the Whipped Goat Cheese, the Filet Mignon Carpaccio & the Endive Salad all so delicious. Entrees like the truffle-infused Mushroom Rigatoni and the Salmon Riviera with tzatziki and grapefruit were some of our favorites on the menu, so flavorful! Highly recommend the Crème Brûlée for dessert, it’s spectacular. The service was impeccable, especially our server Teressa, who was personable and knowledgeable, while the entire staff was attentive and warm. The general manager’s kindness added a special touch, he bought us a round of drinks which made the night extra special. A luxurious, fun experience we can’t wait to repeat! 💖

Very talented chef, attentive and professional staff. We had the Cacio e pepe bone marrow bucatini (unreal), filet mignon carpaccio which was also incredible, octopus with red pepper sauce, noble bread and french butter, fennel duck sausage gnochetti, Cherry chocolate cake, espresso martini and old fashioned for both prepared very well. Will most definitely be returning and recommending to everyone we know.

Good coffee and juice. I had a cortado which was nutty and creamy. My wife had a honey lavender latte which was also good. To eat, I had the burrito which was honestly a solid burrito. Good size and it was delicious. The salsa with it was also excellent. My wife had the breakfast sandwich and it was also a solid portion and taste. It’s obviously a very busy place due to its excellent food and drink, so be prepared to stand in line when visiting during busy hours, but I don’t think we waited for longer than 15 minutes. We went at 11:00am on a Saturday and it’s my understanding that it isn’t always busy like that. 10/10 I highly recommend.

I’ve come into Berdena’s a few times and I’ve had a great experience every time. When I’ve gone in on weekend days, all of the baristas are super friendly and bring great energy to the busy store! They also have great coffee knowledge. Berdenas has one of the best cortados I’ve had in Scottsdale! The breakfast burritos are also amazing.

We stopped here after a bad experience in a subpar shop and were delighted. The place is very small with limited seating and unfortunately seat hoggers on their mobile devices are a plenty, so seating here can be tricky. The service is friendly, helpful, and attentive. We did not have any food here as it was lunch time and the pastries were sold out, but the coffee was delicious. Can't wait to go back earlier and have some of their food (hopefully we can sit next time). If you go early, parking should not be a probelm, but one can always park near Fashion Square and have a short walk here if no immediate parking available.

I love coming to this cute coffee shop, but my experience yesterday was honestly horrible. I went around 11 AM, and the cashier was super sweet. But the barista making my drink… she did NOT know how to make the simplest order. I asked for an iced honey latte with oat milk. When my drink came out, all the honey was literally sitting at the bottom. I politely asked if she could please fix it because I like my honey actually mixed in, and she immediately gave me attitude. She started arguing with me saying “that’s how it is.” I asked if she could remake it and even explained a quick, simple way to mix honey so it doesn’t just sink. Then another barista jumped in, started making it super aggressively, and told me adding hot water “wouldn’t make a difference.” Spoiler: it absolutely does. Right after handing me the drink, she took off her apron, said she “needed a break,” and stormed out. It was honestly wild.

I’ve been coming to this place regularly for pizza, and I used to really enjoy it. Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing. It seems the menu has changed, and many of the delicious options are no longer available. The pizza I usually order couldn’t be made, so I had to choose something else. I ordered the Diamante pizza, and honestly, it was very unpleasant. While the crust is still amazing - probably the best in Scottsdale - the toppings were extremely underwhelming. Nowhere on the menu was it mentioned that the pizza includes ground meat, which I would have never expected on an Italian-style pizza. The quality of the meat also wasn’t great, and the combination of ingredients just didn’t work. On top of that, the girl taking my order wasn’t particularly polite or welcoming, which made the experience even more frustrating. I’ve always appreciated how attentive and friendly the staff used to be, so this felt like a big change. I truly hope you consider revisiting your new menu. The dough is exceptional, but the toppings need serious improvement. What you currently offer doesn’t reflect the spirit of Italian pizza, and as someone who used to really enjoy coming here, I’m genuinely disappointed.

Every time I've dined at Pizzeria Virtu the food has been fresh, flavorful and filling! Between the adorable aesthetics, the fluffy yet crispy bread, and mouthwatering cocktails this restaurant is impressive. We've had the pleasure of getting to know Joey, who has always treated our team with the upmost respect and kindness. The spaccanapoli has become a personal obsession of mine, although the pizza is also addiction worthy! Pretty positive I could eat my weight in bread here and I cannot wait to try their desserts, if I can ever save room. Thank you for being the best Italian spot in AZ Pizzeria Virtu!

A charming little pizza spot off the east side of Main Street in old town. The menu is small and to the point, both pizzas and pastas dishes were amazing and full of flavor.

On my last day in Scottsdale, I stopped at Toca Madera and honestly, I can’t stop thinking about it—it was the perfect way to close out the trip. We went for breakfast but also tried the fresh tuna, and oh my gosh, everything was so flavorful and beautifully presented. Our server was amazing—super sweet, attentive, and full of great recommendations that made the experience even better. The drinks were also spot on: tasty, refreshing, and with just the right amount of alcohol. The inside of the restaurant is absolutely gorgeous—such a chic, stylish vibe that works whether you’re coming for brunch, a date night, or even just to enjoy great food with friends. It’s one of those places where the food, drinks, and atmosphere all come together perfectly. If you’re in Scottsdale, Toca Madera is a must-visit. Whether you’re with someone you love (or don’t!), it’s worth the experience. Definitely a highlight of the trip.

I saw a lot of ppl raving about the spot on TikTok so I just had to try it for my birthday. It definitely did not disappoint. I got the tomahawk and the presentation as well as taste was excellent. I normally don’t like truffle but the macaroni was delicious and so was the street corn. Drinks were cute and poured generously. Service was top notch as well. And to seal it all with a bow they also give military discounts. Highly recommend giving this restaurant a try

Toca Madera in Scottsdale is absolutely stunning. Not only is the food incredible, but the atmosphere is an experience on its own — they have fire dancers and a live electric guitarist who walks around the tables while you eat. I ordered the Wagyu steak carne asada fajitas and they were perfection. Elenni recommends the sea bass and the al pastor tacos. Our server, Alejandro, was fantastic and really made us feel taken care of. I’ll definitely be returning. ✨🔥🎸

We found a reservation online last minute. The atmosphere is gorgeous and there was performances involving fire breathing! The food was delicious and full of flavor. The craft cocktails had great presentation and taste. I hope you save room for dessert because that butter cake was melt in your mouth perfection.

Had the avo toast and it was delicious 😋 honestly, it was way bigger than I expected. My friend and I could have shared it and been full. We also got the bottle of champagne deal 🍾 and we loved it. We would have loved if the dancers were out during brunch.. it was definitely a quieter vibe than we expected. But still would go back!

This place definitely has a very lively atmosphere and vibe, which is a huge plus for a night out. The service staff were excellent—our server was very nice and attentive, and the hostess was also lovely. However, the experience was slightly marred by the security outside, who were a little obnoxious. Despite the great service and atmosphere, the food was the major letdown. It was overpriced, extremely salty, and just not appealing at all. Given the high cost, the quality of the meal was very disappointing.

Solid place with super friendly and helpful staff. They seem to have a friendly and polite group of regulars as well. The drinks are on the low side of price especially for that area. The burgers are gigantic. I ordered the BYOB burger that came with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. The burger was served hot and quickly with an appealing presentation. The meat was good quality and it was tasty enough for me to finish the entire thing with ease despite its size. I have to give a 4 because the burger was slightly overcooked and came out medium instead of medium rare. I would go back and eat the burger again.

When we first walked in there was a weird smell that almost made me leave. Maybe a spoiled mop or something, not sure. Our waitress was very polite and attentive. We ordered mild wings and two Cajun chicken sandwiches. The wings were really good and I wish that was all we ordered and the only reason for two stars. The sandwiches didn't taste anything like Cajun seasoning. The chicken was so salty we couldn't finish it. I tried adding the garlic sauce...even dipped it in the remaining hot sauce from the wings and that didn't help. It was surprisingly gross. I guess that's what we get for ordering chicken sandwiches at a burger spot. If the meat wasn't so salty, it might have possibly been a decent sandwich.

The atmosphere here is absolutely wonderful and there is so much to see while waiting for food or drinks. I had the mango margarita and it was very good. Chili cheese fries were very good as well. We had the pbj and bacon burger and the spicy mac daddy burger along with all 3 side choices. The burgers were okay. The meat flavor gets a little lost with all the flavors and ingredients in those burgers. The Mac and cheese wasn't as creamy as I was hoping but had great flavor. They do give you a pretty decent amount of food.

Visited for the first time yesterday and will be returning sooner than later for sure! The staff was incredibly friendly, we were sat immediately on a Saturday which was a nice surprise, the atmosphere inside is awesome but we chose to enjoy the last of the nice weather out on the patio during our visit. Cassie our server was amazing, very personable, attentive, paced our burgers to come out after the wings so we could enjoy a little appetizer before getting our entree’s. We really appreciated the attention to detail. As for the food.. OMG the wings were out of this world, do yourself a favor and get the blue cheese dressing. The burgers were amazing as well, we split a hangover burger and a blue cheese bacon burger I can’t remember the exact name of, but both were so flavorful and juicy, the veggies were crisp and fresh, the fries were a highlight as well! This place is awesome!

I got the mac and cheese burger and wow! The mac and cheese is so good. The burger is cooked perfectly. The sweet potato tots are a perfect side. This is definitely the best burger in town.

I love (d) this place when I attended ASU and would come here almost every weekend. And today (Saturday) I flew in to AZ for Thanksgiving to see my folks, and all I could think about as soon as I landed was a trip to Rehab! (Great name!) Today's special which was a butter burger and was off the charts!! So good and I devoured it quickly!! Everything was just like I remembered untilI received the bill. When I used to come here the fry's were included. Not anymore. And the ones served with my burger were cold. I asked for warm ones, which were served promptly, but I only ate a few because I completely inhaled my Butter Burger and was full. When I got the bill it was 23+ dollars, which is totally worth it as the burger was amazing!!! But they charged me for fries which I didn't order nor was I asked if I wanted them. Had I been asked I would have passed honestly, or ordered the onion rings which are the bomb btw, but I only wanted the burger. So when I inquired about the fries being extra, the bartenders said yeah, they changed the menu 1 or so years ago. OK, fine, but why didn't you ask if I wanted them?? This is why I have left 1 star, and I'm bummed as I know the staff and owners work very hard to make this place awesome, but to not ask me if I want fries then charge me for them just broke the spell about this place I had been dreaming about for a few years now., and sadly this will be my last visit.

Love the location of this restaurant that you are able to see the beautiful view of the valley. We come at a time that just right after sunset, amazing colors seem like a majestic painted art. Service was OK was really nice knowing all the specials and server explain it each dishes, spray thoroughly. We could have more water throughout the dinner. The Tomohawk Steak is enough for 3 to 4 people to share. We love the taste and portion of it. Salmon and halibut were OK, they were a bit dry, but I love the sauce that goes with the dishes. Highly recommend the cookie and cream cheese cheesecake, layers of cream, chocolate, cheesecake, and chocolate Oreo like base makes a beautiful dessert

The food was not great, wasn't bad either, just not as high quality as we were expecting. The environment was nice, but the table was wobbly (had to shove their napkin under it to fix it) and the area had live music on one side and completely different music on the other which was very conflicting, really didn't sound great. It took a good 10 minutes for the waiter to show up, and even longer to come back and take our order and she didn't put in everything we asked for (forgot the potato puree), but it worked out b/c we weren't impressed anyways. The food did come out relatively quickly, but I was disappointed by the quality. The steak flavor wasn't great, but the rice bites were pretty good. All in all I would not recommend this place, seems like mostly hype.

We had a beautiful evening sitting outside just after sunset. Bill, our server was attentive and the food was great, both in taste and presentation. Being vegetarians, we usually have to pick through the menu. But, not only did they have a lot of options for us, they even had a separate menu with just the vegetarian choices. After we were almost stuffed from the fantastic shishito peppers, herbed parmesan truffle fries, and roasted baby beets, we had a wonderful Thai green curry tofu for our entree. To finish up Bill recommended the sticky pudding desert, which was more like a moist cake with ice cream - it was yummy! The atmosphere, sitting outside, the food and the service made for a wonderful date night.

We celebrated our anniversary at elements, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, our table was thoughtfully decorated with fresh rose petals. Our server was warm and attentive, greeting us each time with genuine hospitality. We chose the Dinner for Two, which was perfectly curated: a crisp salad, two delicious sides, 40oz tomahawk steak cooked to perfection, and dessert to finish. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the ambiance struck the perfect balance between elegance and comfort. Highly recommend for any special occasion—or simply when you want to treat yourself to something extraordinary.

First time visiting after spending the day walking around Old Town. Wanted to find a good Mexican spot that we didn't have to drive to and found Los Olivos - we are very happy we did! It's a little hidden but worth it! We came during lunch time on a weekend and there was no wait. The main dining room inside is nice and feels very authentic. The decor and architecture in different areas is very cool! Food wise, we tried the Steak Fajitas and Chicken Enchiladas. Delicious! Great sized portions. The fajitas in particular had a huge amount of food! Even the kids meals were good sizes. Ordered a few drinks as well - the house margarita, strawberry margarita, and the sangria. Drinks were okay in the groups opinion. On the small side compared to other places around. Overall, really good food and service. Definitely worth trying out when in Old Town.

Yummy guacamole! Fish tacos were pretty good, chicken tacos were alright. Spinach enchiladas were interesting and could have some more seasoning. They were fairly busy and it took a while to place the food order once we were seated. Great atmosphere!

This place is more American than Mexican… the food it has a completely different taste and texture as traditional Mexican dishes, and besides that it’s too expensive for 2 tacos, rice and beans plate $22, it’s outrageous.. not recommended as a Mexican restaurant

Tried a few spots in Scottsdale/Phoenix area hoping to seek out the est Mexican food (as I’m from the north and it is few and far between). This is the best Mexican food i found in this area and maybe the best ever. I had a shredded beef chalupa and that alone was a filling meal for my larger than average appetite. The chips and homemade sals helped before, which were both great with some heat as well. My buddy agreed it may be the best he’s had as well. The waiter and manager were both great, made the experience better. We learned some interesting history of the establishments beginnings, which makes you appreciate the place even more. Thank you Los Olivos, sincerely, your northern gringo amigos!

Delicious food, great service & wonderful atmosphere... really enjoyed looking at all of the decorations!

Tried this restaurant for the first time. Arrived around 7:30 for a cocktail at the bar before dinner. The people at the host stand overly suggested eating at the bar despite us asking for a table at 8pm (hours were from 11am to 9pm). Our food came out very quickly, was delicious but the cheese wasn't melted and it was just warm. Promptly at 9am, the staff started turning off some of the lights in our dining room. At that time, we had already paid the bill and were finishing our wine/cocktails. At 9:10pm, one of the staff ran by our table to say "It's closing time" and move on to the next table. We had to quickly gulp our drinks and leave. Quick note also to be careful on the wine by the glass. Our wine tasted like it was on the verge of turning bad.

Although I had high expectations I was not impressed by the food. Frankly it was bland and tasteless for the most part. The hot salsa was the only thing I found that had any taste at all. It's not at all like I remember from 20 years ago.

I’ll start with the food- best meal I’ve ever had in my life. The Kobe, the baked potato, and the key lime pie were especially notable. Our server, Sergio, was phenomenal, and the entire staff wished us a happy 10th anniversary. Ambiance was great and allowed for us to be truly present on our date. Overall 11 out of 10!

You always know what you’re going to get when you dine at Dominick’s exceptional food, impeccable service, and an elevated experience from start to finish. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, and you truly feel valued every time you visit. Although we’ve dined at Dominick’s many times, this was our first time upstairs, and it was stunning. The ambience throughout the restaurant is sleek, elegant, and absolutely beautiful, but the upstairs dining area takes it to another level with tables surrounding the gorgeous rooftop pool for a modern, luxurious “dining under the stars” experience. The food is, as always, outstanding. You must try the Hasselback potatoes and the crème brûlée corn, both are the perfect sides to complement any main dish. Dominick’s continues to be one of the best dining experiences in the Valley!

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday and it was just amazing. The service was top tier and I would recommend this place to go to celebrate or just eat at for casual dinner! We had complimentary bread, wagyu, and two steaks. They gave me a complimentary birthday dessert with my name spelled out with happy birthday. I really appreciated their service and amazing atmosphere.

Thank you Dominick’s for providing an elegant night for my boyfriend’s birthday. I spent a week hiding our reservation and you guys did not disappoint. He was in cloud 9 from the moment we pulled up to the valet, to walking out the door. Your entire staff from front to back is brilliant. However, Michael (who was working the upper level) is the star of the show. He made it feel so comfortable, explained the menu in detail, even explained the off menu daily options (sorry we didn’t order off of it, Mike!) Michael provided a phenomenal experience, simply by being himself. I can’t wait to visit Dominick’s again and specifically ask for Michael. Also, a big shout out to Sky who walked us to our table. She is so sweet and welcoming. Sky was a huge part to our dining experience. I can’t wait to return and have Sky as our server. She deserves to be promoted to her natural element.

I was thoroughly impressed. Top notch food. Drinks, service...atmosphere, ALL on point. 10 out of 10. I enjoyed it so much on my own, that I brought my fiance back later the same weekend.

We had a spectacular time at AZ 88. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable! The drinks are served in glasses large enough to bathe in....I kid but they are definitely biggie size. We ordered flatbread and dragon chicken wings and were satisfied. The ambiance was nice. Interesting highlight, the bathrooms are out of this world. Make sure you see the restrooms when you visit. We went during happy hour on a Thursday night and there were many parties there but not over crowded. I heard it can get pretty busy on the weekends so plan accordingly. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it.

Ate dinner here before going to a concert at the Scottsdale Center. Were seated right away around 5:45 pm, but shortly after it got much busier. The music was maybe a tad loud, but at least it doesn't feel like you're eavesdropping on your neighbors. I had Elsa's chicken, which was delicious. Had the key lime tart for dessert, which I'd highly recommend. Our waitress was great. The restrooms are at the back, with the signage on the tall doors being just above the floor, so you can't see it until you're very close. Maybe that was done for aesthetics, but quite a few people got confused.

I was craving a cheeseburger and remembered going to AZ88 in my younger days. It did not disappoint! The cheeseburger is still one of my favorites in Phoenix, and the drinks are amazing. Since I had a beer I had to steal some sips from my family. This place is phenomenal.

Lunch menu items could easily satisfy anyone's craving - especially loved the 1/2 portion items which were priced just right - portions were still more than enough. Food was delicious. Service was amazing - felt genuinely important and cared for.

Marcelino’s patio is really attractive, and I especially like that it’s below street level shielding it from car noise. Our friends loved their cocktails, and we enjoyed the selection of Italian wines - there’s enough variety for all budgets. Our server was efficient and attentive, and we were never left wanting. The only negative of all of our dishes was the mussels in a tomato-based sauce. The sauce was quite tasteless and definitely not at all spicy.

We just celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary here. Originally we had planned to go elsewhere, but changed our minds after having drinks at Marcellino's bar the night before. So glad we did! This is the absolute best restaurant at which I've eaten! Anywhere! Everything was perfect: our delicious entrees, the wine, the service, the decor, the lighting, the live music (with a fabulous singer), the beautiful dessert -- even the simple salad we ordered. It's obvious that the owner, chef, and staff pay attention to EVERY little detail. I wish that we lived in Scottsdale so that we could dine here more often!

My husband and I went tonight to celebrate our anniversary and cannot wait to go back again! We sat in the chef's cove private alcove and experienced the 5 course meal that accommodated our every want and need. The service was impeccable- friendly, thorough and professional. The food was AMAZING! The flavors extremely well blended, with a great variety and we felt like we were back in Italy! We over ate- but happily! Compliments to the chef- and the entire staff for making our evening memorable!

My wife and I ate at this outstanding Italian restaurant recently and it did not disappoint. We sat at the bar and had a great conversation with the chef/owner and his wife. They have been in business over 20 years and serve a variety of authentic made from scratch pastas and other dishes. It was truly a memorable night. We liked the food and atmosphere so much we made another reservation to come back on Saturday night to hear live music (the owner's wife was a professional singer) but unfortunately our plans changed and we missed the experience. It is definitely on our list to return to next time we are in Scottsdale.

We tried this restaurant in old town Scottsdale by the canal. The setting is beautiful with the lights, and the weather was great on the patio (in May) after 7pm. Expect to pay a decent amount. The quality of the food is good. Portion size varied. My wife had a seafood dish that was a special with lobster. It was probably the best (and biggest) dish. The pasta dishes we tried were very tasty, and adequate. The veal and chicken dishes were pretty small, so if you order that don't come hungry. The mule in spring drink was refreshing, though my wife's espresso martini was really tasty.

Everything about this restaurant is amazing! The food, the service and the staff. There’s a reason they are number 1. Even made me a special card to give my girlfriend.

Overall 4.7/5 - Great breakfast option with unique offerings. The avacado trio and protein pancakes were both very good. The only complaint is the very small amount of syrup that comes with the pancakes. Upon request, the server graciously brought us more though. The bonjee biscuits were also very good. We got the cannoli donuts as well, which are enjoyable if you are a cannoli fan.

Hash Kitchen was an AWESOME experience! We wanted a solid brunch and got so much more! They have a huge build your own bloody bar, great menu items, a DJ, and amazing service. Special shout out to our server/bartenders Stephanie and Sydney! Our food and drinks were 10/10.

We are in town visiting for an expo. This place was everything the reviews said and more! Service was fabulous and the Bloody Mary was not only the main attraction but it was worth the experience. The portion sizes are so big. The wife and I shared a plate. We will definitely be back EVERY chance we get.

Visiting from the UK and loved this place so much we came back 2 days on the bounce. Stephanie is an amazing waitress and a great artist (doing the Halloween decorations) and we ate well and drank both the pineapple and blueberry mimosas!! Don’t miss going to this place it is great!!

Omg the Bloody Mary bar was one of the best experiences! Has such a choice of vodka and spice level and soooo many toppings. The food was well flavored and amazing.

Every time we are in Scottsdale, we have to have breakfast/brunch here! We joined the waitlist online and checked in as soon as we got to the restaurant. Waited around 5 mins for a table for 2. Drinks and food did take a while to arrive but service was great and super friendly. The billionaire bacon was good just a little disappointed because it was a little too overcooked for me, it had some hard pieces that were just not edible. Birria hash was delicious, perfect seasoning, perfect all around. MY FAVORITE THING ON THE MENU: AVOCADO TOAST 💛 I don’t know why this is not in the house favorites because omg it is the best avocado toast in the world and always my go to. The mimosa flight was good just a little warm and the booze bag was so refreshing! Bathrooms are always crowded, maybe they need more spacious bathroom. Lots of public parking which is great. DJ was on point and it is loud but a cool ambiance. I wish they would open this restaurant in Yuma, Az!

⸻ My wife and I are from Alabama and recently found a great spot in Old Town Scottsdale called Morning Squeeze. The atmosphere is laid-back and relaxed, with a bar area for mimosas as well as regular dine-in seating that faces the main street. My wife loved the vibe—it’s a perfect brunch location. We ordered the Hangover Bowl with a side of corned beef hash, which was amazing. We also tried the skirt steak and eggs, and it was outstanding. To top it off, the fresh-squeezed orange juice (“the squish”) was out of this world. Overall, it was a tremendous experience, and I would recommend Morning Squeeze to anyone visiting Scottsdale, Arizona. Ask for Wendy as your sever she was also awesome!

Morning Squeeze is definitely a spot worth checking out if you love a good breakfast! I ordered the breakfast tacos, and they were excellent—fluffy scrambled eggs, perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of cheese and toppings to make every bite flavorful. The side of breakfast potatoes was cooked well and added a nice hearty touch to the plate. To drink, I went with the freshly squeezed orange juice, and wow—it was so refreshing. You can really taste the difference compared to bottled juice; it was bright, tangy, and the perfect complement to the meal. Overall, Morning Squeeze delivers on both taste and freshness. The breakfast tacos are a must-try, and the fresh OJ is the cherry on top. Great place to start your morning right!

Great service, food and decor! Had the salmon benedict and the steak skillet. Benedict and the sauce were really good, the skillet was tasty but a little greasy. Orange juice was incredible! Nice bar and open seating!

We love this place, it’s our second place going in for breakfast. I find the staff particularly welcoming, and really enjoy the food. My only critique would be that for us, the music is a little bit loud, my mom wears hearing aids and it’s hard to sometimes to navigate that. Otherwise a full hit

The hangover bowl was awesome, everything was cooked perfectly and the price point wasn't insane at all. We lucked out with street parking right out front but I can imagine parking is difficult on the weekends.

Excellent servers, very friendly and efficient in a super busy diner-type atmosphere. No wait when we arrived. Closest other breakfast place of the same style had a 45 minute wait for a table and no real place to sit and wait. Food was very good and our orders were correct despite the place being very busy. Best thing about this place is the family atmosphere among the servers. They happily help each other! That sets the Morning Squeeze apart from many restaurants in the area.

Great brats and beers in a fun casual environment. Stopped in for lunch and the food was delicious and made fresh with great flavor and ample portions. The beer selection was excellent though there were out of one of my favorites the day that I went. Service was fast and friendly and the laid back atmosphere was a great place to have lunch. I can see spending even more time here for an evening with friends.

This is seriously one of the best hidden gems in old town. The food is fresh and very reasonable compared to a lot of expensive crap in the area. Great beer selection, and the staff are kind and TRULY care about their customers. I came around 1:30pm in the summer for lunch and stayed until 6pm for the company. Drew, one of the owners, is so down to earth. Kristen is an incredible bartender, server, manager and is great at ensuring everyone is happy around the restaraunt. The brats are obviously delicious and fresh, the fries are INSANE!! The process they do make the fries shows how much they care about their food. We stayed long enough that we sampled their cocktails for a trainee bartender and WOW! 10/10 cocktails I had no idea. We also joined their stein club which is a steal. $50 for a year and you pay for a pint and get a custom stein (we engraved ours with our name) along with 10% off food and access to fun events. Brat Haus needs more recognition as one of the best places in Scottsdale...but not too much because I want to still get a seat! Go in the fall for the incredible patio...stay for the good food, beers, and service.

We always stop here when in Scottsdale. Terrific tap selection too. Update: Was here on Feb 13, 2025 and once again Brat Haus delivered. Polish and a Chicago dog were both great with friendly service. Courtney is very funny.

We highly recommend this place, if only for their incredible sausage - it was absolutely delicious! The beer selection was also decent. While we found the prices to be a tad steep, the overall experience was enjoyable and worth a visit.

Great vibe and good food in this little gem of a restaurant! Great Mexican food, tacos, chips, burritos! All served by a super friendly staff! Indoor seating and outdoor seating with mist fans! Good drinks to top off a good meal.

First time here and everything was great. The food, service and atmosphere all good. I had the mangonada which I didn't care for, next time I'll try the margarita. I would recommend this place for sure. Its super chill and relaxing. Everyone sat outside, we ended up sitting inside which was great...wasn't loud at all. Go check this place out.

Reasonably priced and large portion sizings. The sauce basket with all the flavors to choose from was awesome! Ordered the chicken burrito and it was quite filling and tasty. Also had fried plantains as a side and they were perfectly cooked. Favorite sauce was the roasted garlic beet creme! Service was excellent. Got there around 1PM on a Wednesday and had about a 15 minute wait. If you are a gluten free diner they have a separate frier for your food!

Happy hour was sooooo delish! We had Brussel sprout nachos, huge, so many flavorful toppings, great to share! We loved the six chilled sauces they bring out and had fun trying them all. We also got a ceviche which was packing a punch but tasty. Will def be back!

Our server was outstanding. The brussel sprout nachos and cod tacos were tasty. I particularly enjoyed the six sauces brought to the table, especially the roasted garlic beet creama. I love their drink glasses and their ice water tasted great, coming from a water snob.

Farm and Craft was good. I loved the menu here so I got takeout before I left Scottsdale. My acai bowl (with added almond butter) was so delicious. One of the blueberries had mold on it, so a little once over would be good! The bowl was out about 5 minutes after it told me it would be ready on the ordering website, which was a tad annoying since there were only two tables filled when I went in the morning!

Farm and Craft is such a cozy light restaurant with light bites to beat the crazy heat in Scottsdale. Its in a accessible place with a fair amount of parking. Its decorated much like one of those newly modern healthy eating establishments with the grass wall and light colors. The menu is small but it does not lack flavor or diversity for those who have a limited diet. Modifications can be made as needed. Flavor wise it was mild but not in a disappointing way. It seems to keep in mind everyone does not have the same pallet so with a little salt, pepper or sauce you can change it up and not have isssues. Pricing was normal for this area. It is still a bit pricey if youre on a budget. The service was great despite us walking in the wrong door and looking completely issues. All in all, Farm and Craft is a nice restaurant to grab a quick bites and continue on your exploration.

We went here the morning after a bachelorette night and it was perfect! Cute atmosphere, great healthy and whole food options (vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options), and yummy drinks! Inside and outdoor dining, definitely recommend as a rejuvenating meal.

Stopped by Farm & Craft for brunch and loved how they have something for everyone—gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, or none of the above. The place is super cute and bright inside, with great juices and fun non-alcoholic drinks. I had the Matcha Mule, which was super refreshing; you just order at the counter and grab your own table perfect for a light bite and a fresh drink.

Favorite Postinos location I've been to, love the vibe and the variety of seating areas, makes a cozy chill atmosphere. Took my wife here for lunch on a Saturday, made reservation and was seated immediately. The food was absolutely fantastic especially the Sweet & Spicy pepped Jam w/ Goat Cheese bruschetta, first time having it and loved it! Worth the drive from Goodyear as we spent the day in the area shopping too, will definitely be going back.

Nice outdoor atmosphere. Rick board and skewers were very tasty. Beer and drink selections were plentiful. Kai was our server and tried to make sure we had what we needed.

This place is a classic for a reason, with $6 wine before 5pm and tasty food like soups, salads, and paninis. The staff is always friendly, the service is fast, and it’s awesome to sit by the open windows or out on the patio when the weather is nice.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent reservation experience. On the day of check-in, I received a call stating that my reserved room was unavailable due to water damage. While I understand that unforeseen maintenance issues can occur, the way this was handled was extremely concerning. I was offered a downgraded room as an alternative, with the explanation that I would receive additional daily credit in lieu of a rate adjustment. However, the rate I paid was already based on a last-minute booking, and no reduction was made despite the downgrade. In other words, I am now paying the full price for a lesser room. What makes this situation even more troubling is that, as of this writing, the upgraded room I originally booked still appears as available on your website. This raises serious concerns about transparency and business practices. It suggests one of two possibilities: 1.The property continues to advertise rooms that are not actually available, misleading potential guests. 2. Certain guests are being selectively reassigned or treated unfairly. Neither scenario reflects the integrity or professionalism one would expect from your establishment. I am requesting a full review of this incident and a clear explanation for why my original room was canceled while still being advertised as available. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I intend to submit a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to ensure this is not a recurring practice affecting other guests.

We were amazed by our stay at Sanctuary Camelback. Our 1-bedroom casita suite was spacious and beautifully designed, with a cozy fireplace, private patio, and luxurious bathroom. Just a short walk to the serene pool and hotel lobby, it offered the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. Although we were briefly locked out due to a miscommunication about our 4 PM late checkout, the staff quickly made it right with a sincere apology and a thoughtful gift accompanied by a handwritten note. The mountain views were breathtaking, and the service overall was warm and attentive. A perfect getaway—we would definitely be back.

Amazing Resort with excellent attention to detail and customer service and satisfaction. They go above and beyond to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable and go out of there way to accommodate your needs. The location is perfect overlooking scottsdale with beautiful sunsets and city views without the noise of a busy city. It is very quiet and peaceful. Not sure how this gets 5star. Location gives the possibility of five star. New ownership changed this place, not keeping it up well. Pros: there were some lovely service people, nice beds, location/view Cons: safety concern-three different rooms and all the patio doors do not lock! Fireplace didn’t work in two. Water went out for the whole day while we were there and the management handled it so poorly. Bathrooms closed, food shut down, and no accommodations to help guests navigate. No offers for food or beverage options outside of resort.Spa check-in people were so rude, massage therapist was good.

Stunning views of the mountains surrounded us. The resort is thoughtfully designed to promote peace, comfort, and connection with nature. The rooms are spotless, elegantly decorated, and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a luxurious yet relaxing stay. The bed was unbelievably comfortable along with the pillows. The spa experience is world-class. The therapists are incredibly skilled, and the treatments left me feeling completely renewed. The meals at the Element restaurant were beautifully presented and delisious. If i had one critique is that the dinjng menu didnt offer alot of selections. We also enjoyed in room service which was great and about a 20-minute wait from phone call to room delivery. The house keeping was attentive with our extra demands such as additional pillows, extra bathing salts for the tub along with bath towels. All.requests were delivered to our room promptly. What truly sets Sanatury apart, however, is the staff. Every team member I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism made me feel genuinely cared for. I give 5 stars to the concierge desk ( Claire & Rubin ) for all their help and attention to details to help male our stay memorable. If you’re looking for a place to disconnect from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with nature, your partner and yourself, the Sanatury Resort and Spa is the perfect escape. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my next visit.

I came here for a massage today, and while the service itself was nice, and the easier was nice, the men's side was very small. At once point there were 6-8 guys waiting out in various stages, and it was very full. It's not comfortable to be almost shoulder to shoulder in the changing area, or having to stand because that's no where to sit in the staging area while you wait on your masseuse to come get you. I like the place but I won't come back because of how small and dense the men's dressing room is.

Such a great experience at the resort! The staff was so welcoming and kind. The views are beautiful and the rooms were spacious and vibey. Bartenders in the morning were so kind and helpful. We had such a great stay here and we would come back again!
