Best pizza in Alba! We come several times a year to Alba and ALWAYS get our pizza at La Duchessa. The staff is friendly and speak English! We have also had the pasta and salads which are all amazing. Alfonso is very outgoing and helpful when ordering.

Absolutely wonderful food and brilliant service making our family feel welcome every time. Whatever we asked for was provided with a smile and the food we had was great. We kept coming back for the pizza, pasta and meat dishes. It's amazing value and a great atmosphere - highly recommended when visiting Alba!

This place was recommended by the locals and they have a vast array of pizzas, pastas, salads, fish -- it's really hard to choose. I enjoyed the salad "estetico", the duchessa pizza and fried misto! The waiters are very helpful if you don't know what to choose. The place is very busy and even with a reservation, there is some waiting time....

I am giving this one 5 stars because the staff was so incredibly friendly. The pizza was very good as well but how kind and how good the service was the reason for 5 stars. They had a very interesting beer from the area that was fermented in a Nebbiolo casket and I have never had anything like it before. If you go I recommend it’s different but something cool to get here. It’s was from a local brewer. I would return here

Lovely cosy restaurant with jolly friendly staff, we felt very welcome. Lots of vegan options on a separate vegan menu! Starter of delicious homemade bread and breadsticks was greatly appreciated! The vegan ‘steak’ was actually breaded seitan but not described as this, I don’t usually enjoy breaded food so I would have ordered differently but it wasn’t bad and it came with nice chips and a bed of rocket, the pizza was great. Would definitely eat here again, thank you 😀

Goodness me what a find in this tiny town of Soglio. It has a varied menu with lots of traditional meals to choose from. Every dish we had was absolutely delicious.
