Nestled in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera, Hotel Palacio Garvey is a stunning boutique hotel that beautifully marries history with modern comfort. Set within a charming mid-19th-century palace once owned by the renowned Garvey family, this upscale retreat features 16 elegantly designed rooms that showcase neoclassical architecture alongside contemporary amenities like WiFi and hydro-massage baths.
A very stylish and cool hotel with beautifully designed rooms, all done with great taste in an Anglo-African Safari style. The hotel has its own parking (about 12€ per day) which is very convenient. Inside, it’s stunningly decorated with large, beautiful shower rooms and something like a jacuzzi in the bathroom. I’d like to see more power outlets near the bed. We are very satisfied with our stay.

A lovely hotel. We had a junior suite (room 7) which was huge, incredibly reasonably priced and rightly described as the best room. The location is perfect for the old city. I would highly recommend.

We will return . Excellent restaurant . Excellent staff. Own car park(very important)

What a wonderful wonderful building... Lovely friendly staff...characterful rooms.. What a fabulous suprise to find this hotel in the middle of the town.. Love love love it

Fantastic place to stay if you are visiting Jerez. Very central, own secure car park and just great accommodation, service and food. What more could you want?
Derek P — Google review
Top located in the middle of the center. Private parking behind the building. Jacuzzi in the room was good. Great service and staff! e.g. I forgot a jacket and they sent it back to Germany. Many thanks!
Robert M — Google review
Worst hotel ever. Severely under stuffed. Nobody helps us on our luggage and we had to walk upstairs carrying our heavy suitcase in narrow stairs. The room is also depressing with extra small window and mini TV.

I stayed here in February 2012 when attending the first F1 pre-season test and was delighted by the place. Its a lovely character hotel with beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was superb, and I was frankly astounded at how cheaply if been able to book it. Would love to go back again!

Rooms ooze luxury and comfort, offering a peaceful respite after a busy day of exploration. The ambience is exceptional- it's like stepping into an oasis. Truly, Hotel Villa Jerez is epitome of excellency in the hospitality industry!

A wonderful hotel made extra special by the staff who are so helpful and friendly. Special mention to Reyes although all the staff were wonderful. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and walk into central Jerez was 25 mins. Hotel facilities excellent with nice pool and a fantastic shower and jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was nice and varied. Didn’t try the evening meal. Lovely small quiet hotel. Would highly recommend. Hope to return one day.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Jerez! This boutique property is full of charm, with great attention to detail and a genuine effort from the team to make sure every guest enjoys their holiday. I stayed with my husband, our daughters, and a group of friends, and even though the hotel was fully booked, the service always felt personalized, warm, and friendly. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel—we look forward to coming back!
Marcela P — Google review
We loved our stay here. The room was spacious and had a huge balcony. The breakfast was good with enough options to keep us satisfied for 3 days. The only thing I would improve is to introduce some gentle music on the terrace as it was very quiet.
Kasia C — Google review
Fantastic hotel, classy, boutique, excellent quality and service. The pool is an oasis, and food tasty and traditional. Staff members like Olga, Ana, Antonio and the team made our stay unforgettable during my birthday. Also, it's in a nice neighborhood, close to the city center. We look forward to returning back soon! Thank you soo much!

Extremely peaceful and very clean. The pool is gorgeous and relaxing and the rooms are spacious. Staff are really helpful and especially Carlos, amazing, witty, funny and extremely warm showing the best of the Spanish people.

This used to be a private house then converted into a hotel More of a boutique hotel. I liked the old fashioned style. The breakfast wasn't that exciting ,I've had better at 4 star hotels. It lacked the little touches that you would normally get at a 5 star hotel, which I don't think it quite fulfils. Staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms were clean and had a style that took me back in time and loved it. Much better than some of the modern hotels which are clinical. The other guests were friendly and lovely. Secure parking on site. Good location. Loved my stay there and would go back. 👍🌟
Gabi C — Google review
This is a five star hotel that hzs seen better days. We got a very good deal by booking well ahead. Room was excellent but facilities were almost non existant with no bar and a restaurant that didn't even show a menu. Breakfast was terrible and on the one day we decided to try it the hot water machine for tea and coffee broke down. Staff were very friendly especially on reception and one waitress who even arranged for a chair from the terrace to be taken to our room because it was higher than those we had. Parking is free in a secure area, there is a decent sized outside swimming pool although it was a bit early in the year to use. It is in a quiet residential area and rather than drive during our stay we took taxis and they arrived quickly as well as being inexpensive.

Hotel
Nestled in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera, Hotel Soho Boutique Jerez offers stylish and vibrant accommodations within a striking yellow-and-red building that was once a winery. The hotel features an upmarket spa where guests can unwind in jacuzzis, indulge in massages, and beauty treatments. With its bar, cafeteria, and customer parking, the hotel also serves a varied buffet breakfast each morning.
Minus : we were booked in a room in the building next to the main building as we were participants of an anual dance event. The rooms are very spacious with a small living space in the attic. But ... due to a hardly working AC, a roof that is not isolated against the heat, the room was uncomfortably warm during our stay. Complained about the hardly functioning AC at the desk. They would check it out. Told us all was working well. So we had three warm and sticky nights and hardly slept at all. So avoid a room in this side building. Stick to the main building. The hotel itself is nicely decorated - although some parts could use a fresh paint. Bar service is of poor level. During our dance evenings the bar opened half in the event with one person being responsible for pouring drinks and managing the payments. We felt pity for him. Staff management is not efficient for big events. Plus : nice breakfast with fresh products. . Nice central location in walking distance from the old town
Rob W — Google review
DO NOT BOOK there unless you want to be woken up at 7.30am with the wonderful sounds of a BIG CONSTRUCTION SITE. Probably doesn't apply to weekends, but it's 7.30am to 4.30pm not stop, which makes staying in their nice rooms an ordeal... Ask them about the construction works before heading there. Views from my room in the picture...

I do not recommend this hotel. We booked a room for our family - two adults and two children plus a small dog (3 kg). It is not possible to book one room, the hotel administration said that you need to book two rooms for this number of people (because the rooms are small and not designed for this number of people). I had to pay an extra 37 euros for the dog (accommodation and cleaning after it). It's just a theft out of the blue. The dog is small, goes to the toilet in the yard, does not shed, does not spoil the furniture (it turns out that you will need to clean up after it). For those who have a dog, there is a room for people with disabilities. The room is quite spacious and can easily accommodate 4 people. The bed was wide enough, and big enough that we could all sleep on it, and there was also room for a cot. And the cot would not have bothered us, there would have been enough room with it. We checked into the room at 12 am, and at 11:00 am the next morning we had already made the checkout. So we only had to spend the night. Another room was even two stories high, with a small office on top and a small sofa. Paying for two large rooms when one would have been enough. Theft.

Lovely room but opposite some sort of events space which was holding Octoberfest - you can imagine the noise until the wee hours of the morning. The hotel is a short walk away from the center but that walk felt long after a day of touring wonderful Jerez. Basically a lovely hotel that is just slightly in the wrong location for me - highly recommend for the fit, and maybe slightly deaf!
Jane R — Google review
A great 4 star hotel. Great staff that made us feel welcome. Nice, clean, well maintained rooms. Parking available for a reasonable fee (10€) and needed if you have a vehicle.
Max L — Google review
We like this hotel a lot. Very nice rooms and very friendly staff! The only problem we had was that sometimes one elevator would get stuck open so you couldn't use it and the only part of hotel that had a ramp for handicapped people is in the back. There should be multiple ramps for quick access depending on if there is an emergency.
Ravenakua1 — Google review
The perfect location for exploring the old town. The staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful. The room, 102, with windows on 3 elevations, was a suite, huge bedroom, bathroom and lounge. The bed was a great size, proper bed not two singles tied together, lovely white cotton sheets. The buffet breakfast was lovely choice of cooked or continental with fresh fruit, cereals yogurts and bread and pastries. The on site secure parking was €10 extra per night. Only bad comment was that the bedroom could have done with blackout blinds.

Nestled amidst lush gardens, Hipotels Sherry Park is a luxurious retreat that offers polished accommodations complete with balconies or terraces. Guests can unwind by the expansive outdoor swimming pool or take advantage of the indoor pool, gym, and sauna facilities. Just a leisurely 15-minute stroll from Jerez's historical center, this hotel perfectly balances relaxation and exploration.
We stayed here last week and cannot fault this hotel. In particular , the hospitality of the staff went above and beyond expectations. Not only did they fix my husband’s walker, damaged in transit, but loaned him the hotel wheelchair for the rest of our stay. It meant we could actually complete our holiday like everyone else. So many thanks. John and Veronica

Was here for 6 days with my daughter and had a great experience!Very nice and helpful staff! everywhere! reception, bars, cleaning staff. Everyone was very friendly. We booked halve pension. Breakfast was exclusively good! dinner was great also. Rooms are ultimate clean. so is the rest of the hotel. they change you towels and beds on request. but you can also skip cleaning by simply putting on a light at the door. swimming pools are nice the gym is great. we enjoyed our stay at this hotel absolutely recommend to everyone

Visiting solo in June this year, I revisited the Hotel Sherry Park after 36 years! What a wonderful experience. I loved my private room, the attentive staff, the Vermuteria restaurant, the beautiful pool and grounds and the helpful concierge. I will return next year and I cannot wait. Thank you all.

Beautiful hotel 20 mins walk from Jerez centre. Lovely pool, bar and great staff. Good breakfast choices. Loses one star due to bar food in the evening. Quite poor. Lots went back from all tables. Prob needs new chef. Vermuteria next door is very good though.

I was forced to give my e-mail at the check-in beacause "of the police". I was assured I won't receive any mail from the hotel but I already got 3 the next week. Good hotel. Too bad I've been lied to and spam !

Hotel Jerez & Spa is a luxurious hacienda-style property located on the outskirts of Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. The hotel offers tastefully furnished rooms with attention to detail and traditional courtyard surrounded by lush gardens. Guests can enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools, spa facilities, restaurant, and bar. The air-conditioned suites feature terraces with garden views, minibars, and flat-screen TVs.
Great hotel to stay! Very well priced especially for the motorcycle event weekends! Staff are amazing and facilities are very good
Luke P — Google review
Great hotel albeit some things a little dated now. Great staff and breakfast. Spa was reasonably priced and enjoyable, but you have to pay for lockers which isn't mentioned until you are inside, and then they only accept 1 euro coins.
Russ U — Google review
This is our go-to hotel in Jerez. This time and last, we booked a pool view room with a little terrace. Some of the rooms overlooking the car park are a little dated. We love it because of the location, the parking, the pool, the pool bar, the breakfasts, and the restaurant ...all.of which are of really good quality. What makes it a standout for us is the staff. They are all professional kindly and knowledgeable. The reception team has good English if you are not a confident Spanish speaker. The bearded guy at reception is particularly charming and helpful.
Caroline C — Google review
Hotel and staff are lovely but spa is pay extra and the spa staff doesn't even show up (is never there) when it's supposed to open. And it opens at 11am which is super late. The open hours are short and inconvenient. So lazy!!!
Jane H — Google review
My €1,100 designer sweater was destroyed by their dry cleaning service—and they blamed me. I entrusted a €1,100 Ermenegildo Zegna sweater to Hotel Jerez & Spa’s dry cleaning service. It came back with four large holes. I provided photographic proof the sweater was in perfect condition the day before I arrived. No apology. No responsibility. They even tried to charge me for the cleaning. If you value your belongings—or basic accountability—avoid this hotel. Total disregard for guest property and professional standards.
Mark H — Google review
This was our third visit to the hotel, but our first time staying during summer when the pool was open, and it really added to the experience! The hotel is very easy to reach by car, and free parking is a real bonus. It’s about a 20-minute flat walk to Jerez town centre, which we found very convenient. Our room had direct pool access, looked recently refurbished, and was spotless. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, though we would have appreciated a movable parasol near our room, as there was little shade in the afternoon. Breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold options, and we also really enjoyed the half-board memu, great quality, and good selection. Overall, another great stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!
Katie — Google review
I stayed at Hotel Jerez & Spa for 6 nights. The hotel is somewhat old and could use some renovating, but the rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is also big and clean and open till quite late. Parking is free and I always found a spot. Staff is friendly. However, there are a few details you should know if you are considering this hotel Wifi is extremely bad, mostly due to a complicated login procedure that usually freezes, so you can't connect. But even when connected, the Internet is slow or doesn't work at all. This happened with both my Android phone and iPad. Because of this, I also couldn't stream to the TV, even though the TV supported this. There are not enough sunbeds around the pool. I was there before the high season, and people already had to sit in the grass in the afternoon because of lack of sunbeds. The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear people in the hallway. As the hotel attracts a lot of groups and families with children, there was running and screaming in the hallways from early in the morning till late at night. I was also for some weird reason given a connecting room, and I could hear everything my 'neigbours' were saying and doing through the thin connecting doors. So bring earplugs. Breakfast was OK but a bit too expensive for what you get. The hotel is far from the city centre. I knew this but underestimated it a bit. There are unfortunately no buses to the historic centre, only to the station. There is no hotel bar. Once the pool bar closes, that's it. I did not eat at the restaurant so can't evaluate it. I would rate the hotel 3 stars in stead of 4, but the price was OK. I don't regret choosing this hotel, but because of above reasons it might not be everyone's cup of tea. EDIT I really do not know where this bus stop at 2 minutes from the hotel is. No map or Internet info mentions it. The nearest existing stop is at Plaza del Caballo, which is almost a 10-minute walk. It also only has buses to the train station and no buses to the historic centre. It really doesn't help you if you try to spread misinformation.
Lenny V — Google review
I would like to write something positive but it is difficult to find something like that. The room is ok. Dinner catalyst served on dessert plates, a portion for children. View from the balcony massacre some kind of garbage dump or construction site. In the morning I went to drink coffee and smoke. The staff locked me in a square with a bassinet from which I could not leave. Later still the same woman who let me in there yelled at me in Spanish. MASACRA

Nestled in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera, Casa Palacio María Luisa is a luxurious hotel that beautifully marries history with modern elegance. Once a 19th-century casino for the city's elite, this stunning establishment features chic accommodations, some boasting charming balconies. Guests can indulge in fine dining at the on-site restaurant or grab a quick snack at the café.
A truly remarkable experience at this hotel. Was able to check in early on a rainy day, which was a great start. Staff extremely capable and willing to help in every way possible without being pretentious or intrusive. Was given excellent recommendations for parking and restaurants in nearby Cadiz. Room: Spacious, comfortable, with all the amenities of the highest quality. Turn down service with a little treat every night. Fantastic! Breakfast served with a flair including eggs made to order as well as all the Spanish delights. The building itself is a beauty. Don't forget the bar and common spaces to relax and enjoy. Again, the staff are excellent in every way. I hope to return someday soon!

WOW! Exceeded my expectations. I came to Jerez on my vacation as a stopping point between Seville and Gibraltar and chose this hotel and am glad I did. From the moment you arrive the staff are there to attend to your needs. They are friendly and super helpful. The hotel itself is gorgeous! The rooms have beautiful textiles, patterns, and wallpaper. You feel luxurious in the space. Breakfast every morning was wonderful and delicious and they have a great outdoor bar at night for you to sit and have cocktails in their garden. At checkout, they give you a small bag with water and the most delicious golden (yes golden) almonds. Thank you to the staff at Casa Palacio Maria Luisa for making my stay in Jerez a memorable one.

This is a superb hotel . The staff and service are first class . We arrived frazzled having had a tyre blow out in narrow streets - the front of house team immediately sprang into action - came with us to the car ,arranged the tow truck and the replacement hire ! When we left they had packed. The car with our luggage and brought it to the hotel ! Fantastic - the hotel itself is gorgeous , beautiful wallpaper - garden bar and barman excellent - and the small roof top pool was an oasis when the temperature hit over 40degrees ! A perfect spot in a lively town

This little hotel is such a gem! My daughter and I were travelling around Andalucia and only stayed one night. However, this was our favourite hotel of the whole trip and we will be back, not least because we also loved Jerez de la Frontera. The many thoughtful additional touches, the aesthetic design of the hotel, the calm, attractive oasis of the courtyard and garden area and bar, the warm welcome of the reception team and the fabulous breakfast served to the table outside, were all highlights. Our room was quiet and beautiful, thoughtfully designed and with a spacious, well equipped bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and we had an excellent night's sleep. We are looking forward to a return visit!

A really beautiful and decorated hotel. Great location and it fulfils what you would get from a 5 star. It was the little things that made it very special. Loved my stay there, one of best hotels I've stayed at in Andulusia. My only negative comment is that there are few English speaking channels and maybe add Netflix and Prime etc apps to it for those whom have accounts with these providers.

Handsome Building, decorated with class and serviced by incredibly professional staff - stayed at this Hotel for my lady's big birthday, while also having some dietary restrictions. They were very attentive and ensured that every request was quickly attended to. We had a special breakfast ordered and they took care of everything with an incredibly lovely spread which actually kept us going for the whole day! No doubt this is the best hotel of Jerez and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a very comfortable stay. Special thanks to all the reception, bar and boss of the place for attending to all our requests.

Hotel YIT Casa Grande is a tranquil and elegant hotel located in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera. The upscale 15-room boutique offers a charming Andalusian style with an interior courtyard and a rooftop terrace providing stunning views of the surroundings. The light-hued colors on the walls and linen, along with dark wood furniture, create an old-world ambiance. Guests can enjoy amenities such as complimentary wireless internet access, concierge services, and even rent bicycles for exploring the area.
What a sweet little hotel in an easy, walkable location for enjoying the sights of Jerez. Lovely, immaculate, traditional Spanish building with updated amenities (elevator, air conditioning, modern plumbing) and attractive decor. Inside my room I never heard a peep in spite of the hotel being fully booked. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of choices including cereals, fresh baked goods, ripe fruit, cheeses, Spanish ham and chorizo, and eggs cooked to order. Handy little bar to grab a drink for your room, the terrace or one of the comfy lounges. Good bed with quality bedding. But it was the staff who really put it over the top- warm welcome, helpful and ready with local advice. I’d absolutely stay again.

The location was great. Five minute easy walk to Plaza Arenal. Located on a plaza with cafes that served cheap breakfasts. Pedestrianised area so no road noise. The staff were friendly and the welcome drink was a nice touch. Beautiful building. Common areas were tastefully decorated. The internal patio was lovely and there is a roof terrace, although it could have done with a little TLC, eg comfortable chairs, more shade. The room was pleasant. High ceilings, 2 Juliet balconies overlooking the square, comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean with a good shower with choice of overhead or not. Lots of room around sink for toiletries. However........ The air conditioning was not fit for purpose. We had it turned to the lowest setting and the highest fan but it still had little impact. This affected the quality of our sleep. On getting up on the last morning, the temperature of our room was significantly higher than it was outside. This needs to be sorted out. The outside temperature when we stayed was in the low 30s but it can get so much higher...... We were travelling with a significant amount of cash which we wanted to put in the safety deposit box in our room. However, it had come away from the wall and could therefore be picked up, so not 'safe' at all. We asked at reception if we could leave it in their safe, but were told they didn't have one. We therefore had to carry the money around with us, which was far from ideal.

Loved our stay at casa grande. Excellent location, close to bodegas (try diez merito for a great sherry tasting). beautiful rooms with a Sun drenched rooftop terrace. The friendly staff made us feel very welcome. I Highly recommmend casa grande for anyone visiting Jerez de la frontera.

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Our superior room was very clean and spacious, with a small balcony overlooking a beautiful plaza, worth the extra price. The balcony windows open for fresh air. Great mid-week reduced rates.

This hotel was nice but this happily married couple were given a room with two single beds. Also, no coffee maker or kettle and only instant instant coffee from the bar. Breakfast buffet needed attention. Coffee machine was broken often, had to search for cups and plates if you came down later. I think they were a little understaffed but the ladies were really nice.

The staff is very attentive and friendly. check in/out very easy. Also a plus that the receptionists are able to speak English. The roof terrace is great. I stayed at this hotel in November 2022 in a room on the 2nd floor. Very clean. The location is very good close to the old town centre and not too far from the railway/bus station.

Grand Hotel with Spanish decor. The staff were lovely and friendly. The breakfast is delicious and tastefully presented. Ideally situated for sightseeing and bars and restaurants. The roof terrace is very pretty with great views. We had a suite which was spotlessly clean and the bed was huge and comfortable.

Great hotel, lovely and helpful staff. Secure underground carpark The room was spacious and comfortable. Good bed, great air conditioning and pleasant bathroom. A few things need to be done but overall we're really happy with our stay in the hotel. Nice surprise with a free coffee ☕ and cold water in the reception

First time in Jerez de la frontera and the hotel was perfectly situated. There was a football match on 1 night and it was great watching it from the hotel terrace. Hotel was close to the railway station and the old part of Jerez. The staff from first entry until we left were fantastic. Will definitely be staying here again if ever back in jerez

We wanted a clean environment, a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, a European breakfast, free wifi, and free onsite parking. THIS HOTEL TICKED EVERY BOX. We chose a room with a view of the futball pitch. The decor of the room was stark white and basic, very clean. The view of the pitch was interesting and unique. The bathroom was marble green with a full-sized bathtub and a rolling cart for added convenience. <--That was a GREAT benefit after a long day of walking and touring! The breakfast was excellent! (Our favorite feature was the fresh orange juice machine.) The parking was secure. The people were kind. We will absolutely stay with B&B Hotels again.

B&B Hotel Jerez offers a convenient and quiet option for an overnight stay. Situated next to the stadium, it provides free street parking (though limited) and an underground garage for a fee. During our visit, despite an upcoming match, the rooms remained impressively silent thanks to excellent soundproofing. The hotel is modern, eco-friendly, and meets the expectations of a four-star property. The room was comfortable, clean, and functional. Staff spoke English, which was helpful, though the reception desk was often unattended — both at check-in and at check-out. While this did not cause major issues, it would be helpful if the hotel installed a call bell or maintained closer desk supervision. The main drawback was the WiFi. Although signal coverage existed, the internet connection was unstable and effectively unusable for video calls, file transfers, or even uploading simple images. For business travelers, this could be a significant disadvantage. Nonetheless, B&B Hotel Jerez provides a quiet, clean, and convenient stay for those needing a practical stop in the city.

A superb experience. Excellent hotels are managed by outstanding staff. If you are visiting Jerez for anything connected to the university this hotel is the perfect place to book. Downtown is easy to reach by foot, however, be careful with taxis. The site has an amazing view of the football stadium which gives each visitor a free experience to watch the local team play.

Great hotel in an excellent location in the city centre with underground parking. The breakfasts are excellent with plenty of choice, fried eggs, bacon, tortilla, ham, cheeses, fresh fruit, plenty to choose from. Reception was fast and explained what was needed to be known. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Now, we stayed in the fourth floor room with a terrace. The terrace was large, private and had an excellent view from the roof terrace. Unfortunately this appears to have dramatically reduced the size of the bedroom, there was very little space between the bed, the small desk and a step which led onto the roof terrace, it made moving around the room difficult. The bathroom was great and well presented.

Worst hotel we have stayed in , its basically a Hostel nothing open only one member of staff on duty no bar and no service. To top it off the smell of sewage coming from AC vents is bad and quite possibly a health hazard. The restaurant is something from Soviet era. We had a terrace with sunloungers that were well used to say the least, also no water in the room so i had to pay 10 euros for 2 litres. Mini fridge is not working. Stains on the walls that would not be out of place in a prison. Go elsewhere if you want a relaxing stay in Jerez. Unlucky for us we have 2 more days to endure.
Paul O — Google review
This hotel is in a great location for walking around Jerez. We didn’t need a car for anything. The front desk employees were nice and gave us recommendations for things to do, including a flamenco show that was very enjoyable. The room was clean and large with a big closet and a safe. The shower was very powerful but the shower head was tilted so it was a bit awkward. The AC struggled with the humidity but we had 2 keys so we were able to run it while we were away. I would certainly stay here again.
Marla R — Google review
Disappointing and Overrated Apart from its central location, this hotel has little to offer. The 4-star rating seems completely exaggerated. The entire place feels stuck in the 1980s — the rooms are worn-out and in dire need of renovation. Furnishings include a dated mini-fridge and an enormous oak wall unit straight out of another era. The worst part by far was the non-functioning air conditioning. The room felt like it was 40 degrees Celsius, making it impossible to get any sleep. To make matters worse, there wasn’t even a bottle of water provided in the room. Overall, a complete disaster — extremely disappointing, especially coming from a well-known hotel chain. After complaining at 3:00 AM, we were at least given some water — free of charge. We were also moved to a room in the “premium” category. Unfortunately, it turned out to be just as bad as the first one. The only real difference is that this room has a window that can be opened for ventilation, whereas the previous room only had a window facing an inner courtyard, making it extremely stuffy. Sadly, the new room faces the main street and is located on the second floor. The noise from the cobblestone road and heavy traffic outside is so loud that it’s still impossible to get any sleep. So here we are — sleepless in Jerez.
Björn W — Google review
The air conditioning in the room was completely broken, and the heat was unbearable! it honestly felt like trying to sleep in a sauna: there was no fresh air, and even with the window open, it didn’t help at all. It was stifling, and I couldn’t get any rest. To make things worse, there was no drinking water provided in the room not even a small bottle. Only chlorinated tap water, which wasn’t drinkable. It was extremely uncomfortable and honestly exhausting. It’s hard to believe guests are expected to pay for this experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

NH Avenida Jerez is a stylish hotel located in a serene area, just a short stroll from the center of Jerez de la Frontera. Guests appreciate its convenient location near attractions like the Royal Equestrian School and the bullring. The hotel's well-maintained quarters come with complimentary Wi-Fi and feature a restaurant/bar with a charming terrace for outdoor relaxation. Despite some negative feedback, many guests have praised its cleanliness and overall experience.
I highly recommend NH Hotels. In Jerez I slept for one night, everything was so clean, minimalistic and elegant, feng shui like and was a huge refuge for me. Felt like immediately relaxing and enjoying the stay way more & that I can write my book here. Also the breakfast was fantastic and also for vegetarians/vegans a lot of options!Thank you very much for having me and also in future times! 🫶

7 nights in March . The room was very spacious and there was the balcony. The hotel stand beside the big road, but there was no problem with the noise. It was very comfortable and decent hotel.
S O — Google review
We had a comfortable single night stay at the NH Jerez. We went for the lower cost inside facing room that doesn’t have a view. It was no problem as we weren’t wanting to sit in the room anyway but rather to explore the city. The bed was very comfortable and the large shower was very much appreciated. We took the breakfast option and there was a reasonable buffet selection. It is smaller than other NH hotels that I have stayed at. The breakfast room is small and there was a group there at the same time but we managed to still get everything. The check-in service was disappointing. The person was on the phone while doing my check-in. I felt like I wasn’t being attended to and they rushed to give information. Of course it was a busy time at check-in with others there, but I do expect some personal attention as I am the one paying for the room. The hotel is about 20 mins walk from the old city, so the location is reasonable.

Decent 4 stars hotel nit far from city center. Walking distance 15 minutes maximum. Good breakfast buffet with enough choices. Room sizebalso ok. Better ask for outside views rather than inner patio. In short, good value for money.

Excellent value stay, well located for visit to Jerez and Cadiz. Parking around hotel can be tricky but we found paid and unpaid spaces nearby.
William T — Google review
The hotel is okay but lacks amenities. The restaurant is closed for some reason. There is no nice areas to sit and have a drink. The breakfast was okay but the hot breakfast options were limited and not very appetising, there was only dry scrambled eggs, overcooked bacon or some small little sausages. The most annoying thing about this hotel it being disturbed during the night by a nightclub across the road, the music woke us many times during the night. I did not feel well rested as a result. We had a junior suite which was nice but had a very small bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the towels are very soft.
Emma H — Google review
A nice hotel with good rooms spoilt by the discotheque across the road. If you are a light sleeper, then this is a hotel to avoid. I have just spent Friday and Saturday here and slept about 4 hours all weekend. The music that booms out all night until 6am is unbearable. Whilst I know this is not the hotels fault, I think guest should be aware of this before booking. What should have been a relaxing birthday weekend ended up being a miserable event. One that I would not repeat. I am looking forward to a good nights sleep at home.

Nestled in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera, Hotel Bodega Tío Pepe is the world's first sherry hotel, adjacent to the Gonzalez Byass dynasty's bodega. The luminous and contemporary rooms and suites offer great views of the city's Baroque cathedral and are ideal for families. The rooftop terrace garden provides stunning views and a small plunge pool. Surrounding the hotel are numerous bodegas to explore, including Gonzalez Byass and Lustau.
I recently had the pleasure of staying here with friends and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel has been beautifully renovated. One of the highlights is the stunning small pool on the top floor, offering breathtaking views of the nearby cathedral. It's the perfect spot to relax and taste Tio Pepe sherry. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member I encountered was incredibly helpful and professional, consistently going out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the experience truly memorable. Thank you Angela for the tour ! We are very grateful.

Superior hotel with excellent customer service clean off white finishes offer a calming feel. We had a room on the ground floor with views of the cathedral. Beautifully appointed room with a large bathroom large walk in shower with handheld and tropical shower heads and ample water pressure. Good options for breakfast (included). Staying in the hotel gives you access to the Bodega, tour, tasting (extra)the picturesque street with a canopy of trellis vines and the terrace bar with pool. Highly recommended!

Alright, let’s break this down. It’s Spain, it’s hot, no surprise there. But here’s the deal: the air conditioning in the room, is totally undersized for those top-floor rooms right under the roof. Our room hit 25 degrees, with the aircon cranked to the max. And with the hotel fully booked? No chance of a room switch we were told. The experience? Lousy. Bottom line? This place isn’t built to handle the heat, literally or figuratively. Not coming back.

Outstanding hotel and sherry winery well worth a trip ! A beautiful place immersed in the historical settings of the winery and overlooking the cathedral. We also dined at the restaurant at the Hotel 'Pedro Nolasco' which we can highly recommend - the food and service was terrific and if you book outdoor your dining overlooking the garden and cathedral - what an experience !

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights, including a tasting with 9 sherries, and we had an excellent time. It is true that it’s not cookie-cutter or standard like other hotels: it’s a special, utterly unique experience. The room: Tasteful and relaxing, with perhaps the loveliest, most calming bathroom I’ve ever had in a hotel and a very comfortable bed. The upstairs terrace: Sitting on deckchairs overlooking the cathedral was glorious - such a lovely place to rest between sights and tabancos… Food: We had breakfast in the garden both mornings, and found the quality and range excellent. Your order is brought to the table rather than serving yourself at a buffet, and I actually preferred it as a more relaxing start to the morning. The tasting: This was a definite highlight of our stay. Elena was funny and extremely knowledgable and taught us so much about sherry in general and Tío Pepe in particular. The hotel won me over from the start with the glorious-smelling jasmine at reception. I already can’t wait to go back.

Nice location in Jerez directly next to the cathedral. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are nice. Very few amenities in the room. Nice adjoining restaurant that’s part of the tio de Pepe winery. Breakfast is served in the pretty gardens outside. There is a nice rooftop with bar service. Rooms are a bit on the pricey side.

Nestled in the charming city of Jerez de la Frontera, Suites Alfonso X is a delightful all-suite hotel that perfectly blends modern comfort with a touch of character. Guests can unwind by the seasonal outdoor swimming pool or soak up the sun on the inviting terrace. The suites are tastefully decorated and designed for relaxation, making them ideal for families and travelers alike.
I booked this very last minute after falling unwell with exhaustion whilst in Jerez staying with friends. I needed some down time alone and I do not regret it one bit. I stayed late season so it was incredibly quiet and peaceful, exactly what I needed. The pool area is very tranquil, minor annoyance but the loungers could do with cushion pads to lie on. But it’s very pretty to sit and chill. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very clean and modern. Well equipped apartment if you want to cook something and there is a supermarket a few minutes walk away. I love that I didn’t get woken up by loud staff members or housekeeping and that they were very accommodating and friendly. Will absolutely stay here again without a doubt.

Beautiful suites for our holiday stay. The suites were located in a modern but characterful building and decorated nicely in a modern style. Located in a quiet part of the city, the train station and the city centre were easily reachable by foot, in just a few minutes. The suites were accommodated by a refreshing swimming pool that was shared with the other suites. The pool included free towels, beds, bean bags and chairs. The service was good and the personnel made the experience very hospitable. Everything was clean and nicely maintained to the Spanish standard, with fresh towels every two days. The price for such a nice accommodation was very reasonable. We enjoyed our stay here very much, and therefore recommend everyone to consider 'Suites Alfonso X' as a good option when looking to stay in Jerez de la Frontera.

Nice aparthotel in very central location. The garage in Plaza Madre de Dios is also quite close and can be reserved online. The rooms are spacious and they offered a cleaning service on day 2 for our 3-nights stay. Communication was easy and very friendly. Our room on 2nd floor had a consistent mold smell, which they try to hide with an automatic, regular scent in the bathroom that is very dominant. The pool is nice but could definitely use more sunbeds and larger towels. The pillows in the bed are not great either. All in all, good to stay for a night but the mold smell is not healthy for more than that.

We (2) stayed 3 nights at Suites Alfonso X in a bottom floor room away from street side. We did not have a car. Mgr Marina is fully fluent in Spanish and English and has relatives in the US. The room was excellent, pristine and very quiet. AC and heat worked perfect. Good lighting. Kitchen fully equipped with all dishes that you might need, big undercounter frige, microwave and stovetop. Located quite close to main train station, Tablao Puro Arte, 2 laundromats and a very large fully stocked Mercadona, where we got delicious Spanish food every day. About 5 min walk to main train station and 10 min to main tourist and shopping attractions. The riding school is a bit farther, maybe 15 to 30 minutes on foot but only about a mile away. If we go back to Jerez de la Frontera we'll stay at the Alfonso X Suites. PS: Alfonso X was "Alfonso the Wise", an early Spanish leader.

A really nice addition to the Plaza del Aroyo in Jerez aside the cathedral steps. A beatiful piece of restoration providing a new place to eat and drink for those of us who have a property here. The prices are a little higher than the rest of the local establishments but the setting and standard of service is excellent. The food was good but not overly expensive and that applied to the drinks. This area has been renovated slowly over the last few years (not before time) and this is a really lovely enhancement to the area.

(Translated by Google) I'm sorry to go against the grain but I would like to review the bar service, not having been a customer of the hotel. Without controversy, I would just like to report my experience. 2 of us sit at an outdoor table in the bar and are greeted by a very friendly waiter with a good command of English with whom we order 2 toasted sandwiches with ham and a coffee. Shortly afterwards they bring us a coffee and a cover (a saucer with a knife). After 20 minutes of waiting we stopped another waiter and made sure that the order was correct: 2 sandwiches. The second waiter exchanges a few words in Spanish with the colleague who took the order and shortly afterwards a second saucer arrives with another knife. Meanwhile, 4 American boys and another boy arrive at the bar: each orders a sandwich. After another 10 minutes, 30 from the order, only one sandwich arrives... perplexed I get up and remind the first waiter that there were 2 sandwiches ordered. He replies "ok". In the meantime the other 4 boys and the boy alone are served.... After another 20 minutes our second sandwich arrives, without apologies and after having served all the customers who arrived after us. Now, even considering that there may have been a mistake in understanding during the first order, at the very least I would have expected quicker times, an apology or at least two words to clarify. It was certainly rather unpleasant to be served after the other customers who arrived later.

We are thinking of repeating next year. As soon as they open the agenda we will be calling!😊 (Original) Fuimos a almorzar con menú de Navidad y todo estuvo estupendo: el sitio, con unas vistas privilegiadas porque está prácticamente a los pies de la catedral, la comida exquisita y abundante y la atención inmejorable. Prepare for a week-long stay in Gonzalez Hontoria Park, where you can witness the impressive horse parades and their riders. Explore over 200 booths that offer a variety of traditional cuisine, lively music, and enjoyable activities at the Horse Fair. Located about 1 km east of Parque Gonzalez Hontoria is Alcalde Alvaro Domecq, a fairground area with scenic paths and a monument dedicated to Shakespeare.
One of the best places and times of my life. The Spanish celebration of Fieroa. It is a tribute to horses and their trainers. But it is a chance for people to dress up and enjoy their culture to an extreme. Have you ever have the chance come to this celebratin in Jerez de Frontera.

The horse fair is so beautiful, cool attraction!
Thu H — Google review
Beautiful large park with stunning colourful treeline. Larger open area where Horse Fair was held....
Graham M — Google review
It was just like 100 years ago. Except for the smartphones. Feria del Caballo is such a spectacular event, that everybody wants to have the best photo or selfie. And you know, the traditional dress doesn’t have a pocket for smartphone, so señoritas must be creative. And so they were. But the horses, the colors and sherry, everything was there. The best way to enjoy Jerez.
Juraj P — Google review
Attended "La Feria del Caballo" a week long yearly event. I have family in Jerez de la Frontera and I joined them in the celebration. Ladies dress in Flamenco outfits with all the accoutrements and some gentlemen wear Caballero attire of days gone by. There are horses on parade as well as buggy rides, live music, singing, dancing, eating, and drinking. Lots of drinking!! Be sure to visit the TIO PEPE casita for a first class party experience. Gonzalez Byass winery is the local vineyard of force to be reckoned with. They're everywhere! Jerez is the birthplace of Flamenco and you will experience it's music and dance 💃 authentically by regular people at the Feria.

Beautiful day to see all the horses and the beautiful ladies in their dresses

We went to Jerez de la Frontera for la Feria de los Horses. A historic feria dated many centuries back. Where was used to sell horses and dance Sevillana. Still same yellow dirt sand and streets, is magnificent and breathtaking in size with more that 300 restaurants, dinners and bars. Mucha música y Lots of culture. A plus to visit and taste their wine.

Walked all the way out from the city centre today to see this park, which was supposedly promising so much, only to find it is closed and undergoing some sort of building work but no idea what. Disappointing....

Nestled in the industrial area of Jerez de La Frontera, the ibis Jerez de La Frontera offers a delightful retreat just a short drive from the city center. This functional hotel boasts an inviting terrace and an outdoor pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and free parking, making it convenient for travelers with vehicles. The rooms are known for their cleanliness and comfort, ensuring a restful stay.
Decent stop for a night. The area around the hotel isn’t very nice, but the inside is clean and functional. I stayed one night while passing through, and it did the job. They have a small kitchen - mostly frozen meals - which is okay if you’re too tired to go out after a long drive.
Márk K — Google review
The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and everything you need. I just think it's a shame that Ibis is neglecting the red hotels. They look more and more like the blue hotels, for just 1 night on the way. Is this a way to promote their more expensive green hotels? Will the red/blue hotels disappear soon and become one? Too bad...
Benjamin A — Google review
Below the Ibis standard. Staff was nice and friendly, no issues with the workers but the facilities are dated and the rooms are far from what I'm used to from Ibis in general. Breakfast was best effort but honestly just not enough for all guests. This place is overdue for renovation. Booked three nights, left after one.
Balazs C — Google review
Room was simple but well equipped. However, the shower cabin door had an over 1cm gap to the floor and water constantly flew to the bathroom floor and what is worse: from bathroom to the room! And the room has a wooden floor which seems to have collected a LOT of water in the past, so it felt softer and the whole room stank in a penetrant way. This is a serious issue in my opinion, and the only remedy was running the ventilation the whole time, it mostly helped but I don't want to imagine how the floor around the bathroom looks from the inside. Breakfast was simple but worth the money. The hotel is easily accessible by car and a few minutes' drive from downtown Jerez.

WEAK Air Condition! I am here now, middle of August when it's 100 degrees Fahrenheit and the A.C. is SUPER WEAK to not working. The rooom is hot and stuffy. This is the third Ibis I've stayed in where the Air Condition is weak. I dont believe this to be a problem with the a.c. as it is fairly new. This is Ibis trying to save money. The Lobby where the bar is, is nice and cold, a way as you know to keep customers there all night, but the rooms are HOT! This is not ok. Never again! In the Summer...go somewhere else. Ibis is not a good hotel brand. I woke up this morning and saw ants crawling all over the room. I went to breakfast and saw ants crawling all over the floor and tables. This place is not as clean as you think. They are not taking care of it.
Rob C — Google review
The hotel is an ideal stop for the Tio Pepe musical festival being only a 5 minute walk away. It is a little dated and it shows in the rooms. But it is kept clean. Breakfast is very comprehensive and good value. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and speak English and Spanish. Will stay again.
Sean M — Google review
I've been using this hotel for ten years now for various private visits to the area. It never disappoints me or my wife. They have recently remodeled the reception area to great effect and it is a lovely improvement. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The pool area is a lovely plus and the drinks are very reasonable. Always a lovely stay here..

Won’t use IBIS as they close their hotels for full use of refu gees. The chain doesn’t think anything about a true customer

Nice hotel with helpful front desk. The room is clean, large, the bed is comfortable. Didn’t have breakfast there. Good quality. Parking is possible just in front of the hotel free of charge

We got a great price and I’m glad we booked this place! It has spacious rooms, good staff that also speaks English, decent breakfast spread for the 12€ asking price and clean overall surroundings. There are around 15 parking spots at the site, but there is enough parking space around the vicinity.
Rohit P — Google review
Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Needs a little updating though. Not the best place to stay if you want to relax in your room. The walls are thin. I could hear the person in the next room snoring all night. The room must have been located next to the housekeeping room. I heard them talking and slamming objects. I've stayed there several other times and had better experiences.
All O — Google review
Reservation well handled, efficient friendly reception. Outside free parking. Very good sized room, furnishings in good repair, quiet, very slow Internet. Buffet breakfast offered a good selection of breads and bakery goods as well as a few well chosen hot items. Good value for money. I would not hesitate to use the hotel again.
Brian M — Google review
Extremely overpriced and surprisingly underwhelming place. The internet was not working for either of us and the staff wasn't helpful. The room smelled awful although we specifically asked for a non-smoking room. The pool was extremely dirty and pigeons were swimming in it. The whole place needs a complete refurbishment.

Itaca Hotel Jerez is a contemporary hotel located in a 19th-century convent in the heart of the city. The hotel offers stylish and well-equipped bedrooms, including suites with private bathrooms featuring hydro-massage baths. Guests can enjoy the excellent in-house bar and restaurant or explore the nearby sherry tabancos and eateries. The hotel's central location provides easy access to main monuments, parking, and restaurants.
Very nice and good located hotel . Need to book the public garage in front. Close by. Great friendly service . Very nice rooms... only one thing ..the airco . Very bad how this is organised. And how to controll. Very noisy and constantly switching. On and off and making the most weird sounds . But only for one night. So just ignore it... the shower. Looks nice. But totally not practical. I wonder who came up with this idea
John S — Google review
We’ve returned to the Hotel Itaca for the past five years, and usually stay for three weeks during the flamenco festival. The property was always nice but the recent remodeling was quite an improvement. The rooms with balconies look out onto the plaza and have lovely sunset views. We love the staff and the location couldn’t be better— walking distance to everything in Jerez. Breakfast is a real treat, with delicious, fresh food served in a stunning historic chapel.
Asburysonicgarden — Google review
Superb location. We got a lovely room with a balcony facing out onto the street and the square although that does mean you can hear noise in the morning. The receptionist was very helpful in ringing and booking me a doctors appointment. Coffee capsule's and water provided in the room. Powerful shower and good wifi. Would definitely recommend someone to stay here.
Siobhan — Google review
Hotel Itaca had me swept off my feet , the location is the best place in town, rooms, world class, excellent views of the town square from the classical Spanish balconies. The staff were wonderful and their attention to small details really makes you feel at home, I had great interactions with all of them but especially Alvaro, who spoke impeccable English, practically organised my holiday for me via recommendations, He switched from English to Spanish seamlessly to go from helping me to another guest. Very long story short, Hotel Itaca is a hidden gem and a gift that keeps on giving, I had a wonderful stay and can not wait to go back

This is a beautiful and amazing hotel. The bedrooms were excellent: very clean, well furnished and quite big. The whole hotel is a monument in itself, since it is located in an old monastery and is very beautiful. Also, the breakfast at the hotel was very nice. It is located in the center of Jerez with the main monuments close by. It is also near to parking and restaurants. The staff of the hotel were super friendly, available and helpful. They helped us with all our needs and were always available. The price was also accessible and more than fair for everything that the hotel offers I definitely recommend Itaca Hotel Jerez for family or business trips and will definitely want to stay there again when I return to Jerez.
José R — Google review
Great location, amazing cheap compared to other hotels that day. Easy walking distance from most Sherry bodegas in the city and only a few minutes from the main walking street. The only reason it not getting 4 stars for the room is that aircondition in room 101 was not working well. Room stayed hot until window could be opened after midnight to let in a fresh breeze. Easy cheap street parking within 100 meters!
Jan V — Google review
The hotel is situated in the perfect location. Just a short walk from perfect bars to eat. The hotel itself is beatiful, but dated. The rooms are good sized. The hygiene of the rooms and bathrooms needs to be improved slightly. But the facilities are overall good. Breakfast also good equipped. The staff specially from the reception are kind and always willing to help. If the rooms would be upgraded to more modern standards. The hotel has a big potential to become even better. If you are looking for a hotel in the center of Jerez this hotel is perfectly located.
Al K — Google review
As a first time visitor to Jerez, I was impressed by the regality of the establishment. Very clean and lovely aromas. Very good location and a parking garage (about 8 euros to park overnight during March) is available nearby. The hotel staff recommended at least 4 points of interest and restaurants that ended up being beyond our expectations. They are so friendly. The rooms are very clean. I also love that the mirrors do not fog up after shower. I will definitely be back.

ESZENTRICO Suites is a recently renovated aparthotel located in Jerez de la Frontera, just 47 km away from Novo Sancti Petri Golf. The hotel offers comfortable soundproof rooms with free WiFi and a rooftop pool. Guests can also enjoy the sun terrace and the convenience of a lift. Visitors have praised the attentive staff who efficiently resolved any issues during their stay, providing personalized attention.
Although my wife booked the eszentrico suites I looked at reviews and was a little concerned, however I can now see why the owner is very harsh on negative unfounded reviews. From the initial booking to arrival on the day, the communication was first class, if you read the communications sent, it's oh so easy, building and room code sent at the set check in time. The room was clean and absolutely perfect for our needs, breakfast served on the rooftop bar was also perfect, lovely friendly staff everywhere (including security, who limit numbers to the rooftop bar as necessary). The central market car park entrance is 2 metres from the door, perfect. After visiting for two night's I cannot fathom the negative reviews. Highly recommended 👌

Terrible Experience – Rude Staff We tried to visit this rooftop bar, but the bouncer was unbelievably rude and refused us entry for no valid reason. Instead of being professional, he was dismissive and condescending. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how bad the service inside must be. Plenty of other great spots in the city—don’t waste your time here!
Celine S — Google review
Location couldn't be better and a taxi rank outside which makes getting to Jerez airport so easy (€15-20). A rooftop bar with a pool and a bar. The bar is well used at night. You could hear it a bit in the rooms, but not massively. Good views from rooftop. Breakfast was good, but maybe next time I'd get breakfast in Jerez itself The staff were all friendly, but note when booking that reception is not always staffed. The bouncer on the door keeps the riffraff from going to polite, but was always courteous and seemed to have a good eye for who was and wasn't a guest. The rooms were really spacious, but bathroom shower floor looked a bit disappointing. My only critique, and some will see it as a positive, was getting access to the room. It took about 10 goes. I honestly don't know if it was broken, temperamental, or a case of user hour. But without a staffed reception it gave me anxiety.
Matthew R — Google review
Superb modern apartments right in the centre of the old town. Modern, clean, spacious with a beautiful roof top pool and stunning roof bar. 100% recommend a stay here and very cheap car parking next door.
Jeremy B — Google review
Excellent location in the centre of Jerez, loads of tapas bars just around the corner and the alcazar and catedral a short walk away. The train and bus stations are about 15 minutes away, with trains or buses to Cadiz and Sanlucar de Barrameda, where we spent two days exploring and swimming on the fabulous beaches. We stayed in a suite - 2 adults and 2 children - for 4 nights and had plenty of space. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace, good choice and friendly service. We used the swimming pool on the roof once, it was clean and a great way to refresh after a hot day out. The rooftop bar is busy in the evening, but the service is great and we enjoyed the view. All in all we were very happy and would stay there again.
Ruth N — Google review
Be aware! They do NOT have their own parking but referring to the public parking across the road or other parking's in town but they are all very (too) small. I could not get room to park a BMW X5, not a chance. Also big risk to scratch your own car and others trying. We had to leave for another place to stay!
Hans B — Google review
Parking on a public parking space that's very expensive, but enough spaces left, no sheets for the sofa bed and when we asked they said they didn't had that, like what? Where will the 3rd person sleep? Vage instructions for the breakfast and 80% of the staff doesn't speak an understandable level of English
Bryan K — Google review
Great location! Clean rooms. Again great location. Parking house is 50m and it is cheap!
