I got a pepperoni jalapeno pizza with hot honey. It was some of the best pizza I’ve had on the west coast. I haven’t spent much time on the west coast in the last 2 decades, but holy crap this pizza blew my socks off. Threw some crushed red peppers onto this and I’m telling you, I could eat this every week for 2 months and i wouldn’t get tired of it!

7/28/25 Our server was awesome.Just had the bbq beef brisket with onion crisps over gouda mac&cheese and it was one of the best things Ive eaten this year. We enjoy WR and have favorites ( Cajun Chicken Penne & Rueben usually) but this brisket dish was new to me and I hope they have it often! Just fantastic.

Great atmosphere, fresh food, and consistently friendly service. I also have to give a special shout-out to Eric Bartley — he’s a fantastic manager who truly cares about both the customers and the team. I know firsthand, because I had the privilege of working for him years ago. You can tell his leadership still shows in how smoothly everything runs. If you want a genuine taste of Southern Oregon hospitality, Wild River Pizza is the place to go! 🍕🌲

My son and I drove around town looking for ANYTHING open after 9pm on a weekday. Stumbled upon this place. Came in and were blown away by the size and obvious pride in the restaurant! Anyone's first impression will be "This place is here to succeed and is someone's passion project." As for the food? Might have been the best pizza we have ever had. That's not hyperbole. Absolutely delicious beer too. And they have an arcade that's better than you'd expect! If you go there and not leave with some of their to-go legendary desserts, you're not living right. The enormous cookies are fantastic, but their pecan bar is the best you'll ever have and deserves a Michelin star! This is in my top-5 ever restaurants list. Absolutely sucks that I live 10+ hours driving distance away, or I'd go as often as my pocketbook could allow. What a gem of a restaurant!

Had high hopes for the brews but 3 out of 5 choices we saw on their website was not being served. Waitress stayed the Barleywine hadn’t been on tap since she’s been there, over a year ago. Yet being advertised on the website. The stout was a 7/10. Food was portioned way too much and not a lot of flavor on the chicken salad. Wings were supposed to be naked extra crispy but they didn’t come out that way. Thin crust pizza was good. The bacon jam burger was good. Overall a disappointment.

The pizza was great but I can't get behind the way you slice it. Rather than roughly triangular shapes radiating from the center, I got a lattice-like criss-cut chaos pizza. Next time I'll be sure to ask them to slice it through the middle. Pies, including pizza, have been around for generations and have generally followed the same cutting pattern. Cut the diameter through the center of the pizza an even number of times, and end up with roughly equal sizes of pizza. It's simple and it's easily divisible. If in a group, everyone can easily take a slice of two. If an individual is putting down the whole pie, well that helps with portion control, and makes it easy to pack some for lunch the next day. I must say, I'm glad this was for me alone tonight, as sharing this pizza with others would be inconvenient at best, perhaps party ruined, or a failed marriage at worst. Whatever this chaos cut y'all do is cute and fun, but I have to say it really takes away from the whole pizza experience. You hold the crust - it keeps you from getting greasy fungers. You eat the crust - dip it in ranch and decide if you really need another slice. The *quintessential* pizza slice is this isosceles triangle with a rounded base. Ask anyone to draw draw pizza and I bet 95% of them will draw this! Beginner skiiers rely on this shape! Stickers! Erasers! Earrings! I ask you Wild Rivers, why re-invent the wheel? If you must, I suggest you inform your patrons how the pizza is sliced, and give them an option for traditional. That way we can preserve the utility of food we call pizza that brings people together and lifts personal spirits. The pizza was tasty, staff was friendly, but I beg of you, please don't forget the fundamentals.

Went there for dinner with the in-laws on their trip up from Texas. Eaten at their other locations and always been good, this one was no different. Burgers are big enough to split between 2 people, portions are always plentiful. Great service as always!

Great salad!! and nice atmosphere. The salad was very good size and quality ingredients. The staff if friendly and make it a fun meal. 👍🏼

Came in for the 1st time, and it was delicious!! My husband ordered the combination basket (fish and tiger prawns) came with french fries and cole slaw. I ordered the soup/salad and bread (clam chowder). Plus 2 drinks each!! 🍸 🍺 Manager Melinda and the waitresses were all super nice! We will be going back soon! 😊

Excellent service and food. Grape cider was the best and we had fish and chips which were cooked perfect.

We went to The Laughing Clam with a group and had a great time like always. The burgers were a hit (the gluten-free bun option was much appreciated). I tried the cod and chips — the fish was good, though the breading was a little undercooked. The BLTC has always been a favorite, but since they stopped toasting the bread it’s just not the same. Still a fun spot with good food and atmosphere, just a couple of small misses this time.

Stopped in for lunch while visiting Grants Pass. We both loved our meals, I got the Crab 🦀 Louie and my husband got the cod fish and chips. Both very good. Great service, lots of locals and yummy lunch! We would definitely recommend

Atmosphere… Family friendly and nice background music! Noise level as expected at a restaurant bar scene. Service… Excellent! No complaints… Great suggestions… great drink service… kind and attentive! Recommend Carrie… real good balance of suggestions and service! Food… Look at my pics… went with Fish and chips, clam chowder… Excellent beer-battered cod with a secret sauce for the chips! BOTTOM LINE… I’ll be back!

The laughing clam is a great place to eat with fair pricing. Everything I have eaten there has been phenomenal. Highly recommended place to eat in Grants Pass. They have cold beer on tap and great mixed drinks. The atmosphere is always popping, and there are good vibes. The fish and chips are super fire , and the clam chowder will rock your socks off. 👌

Cooked ,served , tastes pretty much the way I’d make for myself. I haven’t finished a meal yet because of plenty to eat. Biscuits & gravy , YUM!! Stumbled into the place being new to area. Become a regular guest.

Didn't get the waitress's name, but she was lovely. I just had to leave a 50% tip. She was fast, consistent, and extremely sweet. We went for my brothers birthday, unfortunately they dont have cake, but she said happy birthday and wrote it on the receipt. It was great.

Went there twice for breakfast and the food was wonderful. I never got any of the desserts but the choices sounded amazing and OMG the cinnamon rolls were HUGE!!! The portions were just right and the wait for food once you ordered was short. This place was busy both days we went but the staff was very efficient and friendly. I only have them a 4/5 because on the second day they were busy talking to each other and I had to wave someone down to get the check.

The food was great; I ordered the omelette, and it was perfect. The only reason I'm rating it 3 stars is because I was put at an end/center table where I was being bumped by employees, customers, and busboys walking past consistently. I kept thinking how my breakfast would get ruined by somebody farting next to me 🤣. If management wants to verify this, they can look at the cameras around 11:15 AM today. I was the one wearing a black shirt with a "D" on it, and I moved the table up a little.

Honestly this is the first restaurant I've been to in years where EVERYTHING was perfect. I got the #12, sunny side up eggs, and got a slice of the cheesecake and bread pudding to go. Taking a nibble of them both and they are the best I've had from Seattle to Brevard North Carolina. 10/10 for this restaurant.

This place is AMAZING!! As soon as you walk in you feel like you’re at your grandma’s house. The waiters are SO nice, and the place is very homey. The FOOD is SOOO GOOD!! I absolutely recommend this place for those who are looking for a good breakfast. There was no wait for a table and fairly quick cooking and, again the food is SO DELICIOUS!! I recommend their HUGE pancakes. Did I mention the PIE a they HAVE PIE. PIE!! I encourage you to go here the food and service is amazing.

Powderhorn is a pleasant place to have a good meal. The atmosphere is relaxed diner and the staff are happy and helpful. The portions are large and the food seemed pretty fresh. The turkey croissant sandwich is delightful and filling. The dining area was clean although it is showing its age a bit. Our server said the cafe has been around for over 40 years and you can tell that it is well loved by many of the locals.

Specifically came for the $3.95 hot dog... Met with manager because the price on the in-store menu was twice as much as on Maps. The Maps menu is completely invalid and will not be honored. Posting the inside menu pics. Hope this helps everyone. The manager handled me well, food was delicious and service was good. We got a burger meal, a kids meal and 2 large shakes for $40. They have a large covered outdoor patio to eat at if you want to be outside. This restaurant is clean from what I can see.

Forget the In N Out, come here! 50’s music playing, happy employees, a patio with misters, an air conditioned inside. Big menu with fresh options (even a veggie burger!) with sandwiches, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches and all the fixings. The Funky Chicken sandwich was delicious- very nice chicken breast, not frozen or deep fried. This place was awesome, it’ll definitely be a new stop on an I-5 trip!

Had the best experience at this restaurant and the owner was super cool and if anyone is looking for a nice date night location make sure to swing by and get the pipers burger the owner personally brought me and my lady a split burger and I couldn’t have asked for a better time. Thank you all the workers and the owner who was one of the coolest people I’ve met! Would recommend this to anyone.

Stopped in today for my first time with my husband and it definitely won't be the last! The food is SO GOOD! I got the Doo Wap, which is their version of a mushroom Swiss and it was delicious! Their fries are also the best I've ever had, so crispy and flavorful. The service was so quick, too! There was an older gentleman, maybe the owner, walking around making sure everyone was happy and welcoming us to the diner. The whole atmosphere was perfect, no complaints here and so happy to have it worked into our regular rotation.

Could not be more disappointed! Wow! How can you be part of a community serving dinner and close at 7pm. After working a long day, running errands as fast as possible then getting the family ready to go have a great local diner - close at 7pm? Maybe you retired and forgot that the rest of the world is still working their tails off for their families. There are other places willing to engage with a hungry community that wants to spend their hard earned money. And when you’re closed - take your damn sign down so people know!!!

When it comes to the grants pass area I dont think it gets anybetter then Jimmy's classic drive in! Best tasting burgers in town employees are great and down to earth and very helpful. Also I think the owner also came up to my mother and I and asked if we needed anything else or any condiments and that was very helpful. Love everything this place has to offer and it's worth the price. Will be back soon.

This is the best damn chocolate malt money can buy in Grants Pass... I've been here several times, and it has consistently been good. I recommend trying it out!.... and did I mention you can order a Piper Special here?

Passing through and didn't want a hotel breakfast, so looked up a good place to eat. We got some breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Everything was really good, no complaints. The jalapeño cheddar bagel used to make my sandwich was surprisingly soft. I was impressed. I would have given five stars if it wasn't for the atmosphere of the place. The signs hanging in the place made it feel pretty dark and not very inviting. I definitely don't want my kids reading some of the things on the walls. I'm glad the food was good though.

We stopped in for a quick bite on our way down I5 and were pleasantly surprised by how good this place was. The sandwiches were awesome, and they had a full case of delicious baked items like cookies, cakes, and macarons. The cookies and cream macarons were SO good. Definitely stop in and give this place a try!

Food has always been amazing but im not sure how this is an 11 dollar breakfast sandwich it has 1 and 1/2 total full pieces of bacon that's kinda sad. Bagel is 2$ but for an egg and 1.5 pieces of bacon its 11 😂 staff is amazing and quick to fix the issue but the owner needs to fix this. 2 full slices of bacon as spec on an 11$. sandwich is sad and when the staff excuse is we get that alot but we cant fight with the owner its just sad. Thats what you get on a bacon cheeseburger and its not even the star of the sandwich. Magic donuts has them for 7.50 and everything is better and more plentiful except the bagel.

We stopped in while driving home from the Redwoods. Fantastic sandwiches, salads, and smoothies. Super friendly staff. Comfortable outdoor seating. Very clean and open. The sandwiches come in two sizes: 'mortal' (perfect for normal humans) and 'Bigfoot' (you had better be hungry!) The menu had a great variety, and ranged from a few basics through gourmet bits. Lots of excellent bread options, and my wife was able to get a GF/Vegan wrap customized with no problem. Also, hilarious bathroom posters :) Highly recommended - we'll definitely stop by again the next time we're driving through town.

Driving through town on a four week road trip and we've been craving a good sandwich. Stopped at Babe's for lunch and were not disappointed. We shared a Bigfoot Tommy Pastrami and it was to die for. The meat was lean and tasty and the accompaniments were the perfect flavor combo. The fresh house made bread finished it off. Service was friendly and helpful. A great experience and highly recommended.

Pure Breakfast Sandwich Awesomeness!! I work for a fire-fighting helicopter company and was here in Grants Pass helping out with the wildfires.. If you're ever in this neck of the woods- Do yourself a flavor and try this place out! Try out "The Destroyer" It has ham, bacon, eggs, cream cheese pepperocinis, on a golden jalapeño cheese bagel toasted to golden perfection! Show up hungry! It's an $11 dollar Breakfast Sandwich but it's massive! They also have a wide selection of pastries, muffins, coffee and other beverages and a lunch menu as well. 10/10 Highly Recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great bakery. Delicious sandwiches and soup is home-cooked. Smoothies are wonderful. My favorite is Katie girl sandwich (always get a half because they are so big). Bootie buster smoothie wonderful, prices fair. I love the pineapple mango cheesecake. Great salads big portions. You can never go wrong when you eat at Babes bakery. Clean bathrooms, drive through and plenty of seating inside. Order ahead and pick up in drive through.

The bacon blue burger was raw inside, and when they replaced the order, they used the same meat patty, and it was dry and over cooked when they corrected it. We took a friend and recommended this restaurant. Just for them to not be satisfied with their order. It looked like they were in a hurry to close. Firecracker roll was delicious. The rib eye steak was delicious. It could have been better but was still good . The return of the Mac, macaroni and cheese with bacon and chicken was delicious. Real bacon slices and not gready with it. Also got the steamers and they were also delicious

Got sushi take out here because it was recommended to us by many people. The sushi tasted ok at first but we noticed it was a little warm as if it had sat out at room temperature for awhile so we put the rest in the fridge to cool and eat later. The sushi did not keep well. We maybe came back 2 hours later to finish it and the taste was so off. Both my husband and I agreed and it wasn’t just one roll it was all 3 rolls. I love sushi and never waste a single bite but we threw the rest in the trash. I think this place needs to choose a lane, American or Japanese cuisine, and master it.

Exceptional service, they were very busy with Home Coming patrons and we were not forgotten and continued to receive excellent service.

Absolutely amazing sushi. I'm sure by the quality of what we got that everything else on the menu is delicious as well, but if you want some great high quality sushi for a decent price this is the place to go. The baked rolls are beyond flaverful, all the fish was high quality and fresh. We also got what I'm pretty sure was the Vegas roll which was basically a sushi version of a stuffed jalapeño and it was so good that my wife and I ended up fighting over who got the last bite! Can't wait to be back.

I feel like for ordering a salad and being the only customer in the establishment, the wait time was a little long. But the food was delicious, service was good.

We had a great meal here the other night...sushi was really good and a decent price. Cheeseburger my son got was also really good...we got the clam steamers for an appetizer and we loved it..maybe a bit more garlic but that's just my preference. Our server was very nice and he was very busy...but service was still pretty good...

Took my family (with small kiddos) here as recommended by a local for the salad and soup bar. I just love this place. They had GF and Dairy free soup that tasted amazing! Also, a vegan choice. My husband and I ordered the wraps (mine GF), and they were very good. Healthy! Prices are reasonable. The salad bar looked great. They also had beans and rice you could add to anything on the salad bar. I wish I lived in this town because this would be my new favorite spot. They also have organic groceries and many supplements!

The best place in town for lunch! And the only healthy "fast food" in Grants Pass. The salad bar is always fresh with many wonderful selections. I am so grateful for this place!!!

I can ask questions to get educated in the products and their purposes. I get their monthly newsletters with more educational information and customer testimonies. I get their email with regular jokes. I wish I kept up with the emails but maybe I will catch up. Also The Garden of Life Vitamin Code Grow Bone System (and other Strontium brands if the former is not available) has given me a better bone density score. I used to have osteoporosis.

I usually come in after work during the last 30 minutes of your business day. Although the chairs are up and the employees are doing their night prep, I have never been rushed out. Your staff is always so kind and helpful. Of course I just beeline it to the products I need, but it is nice to know that I will still receive the same care and attention that I would if it was during the middle of the work day.

The Staff knowledge of products is so appreciated. As I was inquiring on a particular need- product, they Listened to my questions and what I believed I needed. They shared their knowledge & experience of items related to the inquiry I had. The product chosen for the above mentioned was started today. Also, purchased another bottle of “Healthy Cholesterol” along with a couple other items. The zucchini looked great - they said buy me - I did.

This place was truly a special experience for me and my family. Some of the best Mexican food to ever cross my lips. The atmosphere is bright and cheery, with a vast array of decorations that are fun to look at as you enjoy your meal. The staff was polite and respectful, and handled an order mix-up very well. The food was simply glorious, I would recommend their chicken enchiladas. I hope to return here in the future.

Excellent service clean restaurant, clean bathrooms great authentic Mexican food. We stopped here for lunch on a holiday weekend and received great service. My food was fresh and the drinks were ice cold. It’s also was also fresh.

Casa Amigas catered my wedding this past weekend and we received SO many compliments on the food and the staff. This family is so wonderful to work with. Not only do they make delicious food, they are also so so kind and caring. Our best man has Celiac and he was talked through which food options would be safest. They offer SO many toppings and different meat options for tacos. We could not have asked for a better dinner! Thank you Casa Amigas!!

THE best place for a family style Mexican dinner in Grants Pass. They have an absolutely amazing selection of salsas, and the tacos are *chef’s kiss* Service is impeccable, they make you feel like a regular right off the bat. Shout out to Maria for taking my small dinner order over the phone amidst a background of people singing Happy Birthday in an almost entirely PACKED dinner service. She even went the extra mile and flagged me down in the parking lot when it was ready. ❤️ If and when I ever get married, I know who I’ll have cater it!

Lots of bright colored 🪅 pinatas if that's what you're looking for, definitely festive staff was friendly, ordered a combo meal taco tamale rice and beans, The taco and beans were amazing, sadly my tamale was so dry I couldn't cut it. It just crumbled 😞 everything else was very delicious and tasty, plenty of barking. Handicap friendly, easy to find with Google maps!

Casa Amiga catered at my micro wedding. The food was AMAZING. One thing that stood out was that the catering crew came and got us prior to any food being served. They held and served our plates, walked it to our tables and set it down. They pulled out my chair and then went to our bar area to get us drinks. It was a small gesture that went soo far. As a bride, it is easy to feel lost in the day. This meant the world to me. Many couples say they dont get the chance to eat but we sat down and ate a meal to ourselves. It was the highlight of my day in this small moment. We had a ton of leftovers which they boxed up for us. I couldn't recommend them enough. They were kind had wonderful hospitality and food was amazing. I am so glad we had them on our day.

My friend ordered their catering for her wedding this week, and not only was the food delicious but when a wildfire started and it started getting really smokey, they let the whole wedding party come to the restaurant. They were incredibly accommodating and helped us make sure our bride and groom had an amazing time, even with the changes in plans. All of the staff were absolutely fantastic, I cannot thank them enough

Walking around the lovely historic downtown of Grant's Pass, OR, we came across this amazing find. Customers at another table recommended the Orange Rolls, so we split one three ways, with coffee, tea, and lemonade, and with the first bite we each regretted not ordering one roll each! OMG, these were the softest, tastiest rolls ever, dripping with an amazing lemon filling. You'll be hooked if you try it, which I can attest to, because we'll stop here again on our drive back North....and we'll each enjoy one whole roll each next time!

The bakery is awesome but the dark haired girl behind the counter is very rude and has been so on more than one occasion. Its too bad because the bakery is excellent but this person's attitude turns you off to patronizing it.

This is a fantastic little bakery and deli. I ordered the club and the bread was warm and fresh, the bacon was crispy but not crunchy, and the deli meat was fresh and wonderful. The portion sizes are great, they play great classic rock and they're super friendly. I highly recommend this place for a nice local lunch!

The coffee & chai tea were yummy, the bagels & cup cakes were fantastic, so very tasty and fresh. Nice peaceful atmosphere, we will definitely be back :)

It is very small but the staff is great and very friendly. I love that the Bakery makes every thing the same day. Doug is amazing to talk to if you can get him out of the kitchen. I would tell traveler's to stop here for a bite and a fun GP experience.

Caution, we have been stopping here for years today our order seemed longer and group suggested I check on it. This through the owner Ashley in a tissy and she cursed and flipped me off. I wouldn't risk going here! No reason for her rude response.

As soon as you walk in the door your greated with the most amazing smells and a huge smile! Our food was delicious and fresh. Pho was hot and flavorful! They were more than happy to make suggestions and accommodate sauce and veggies on the side for our picky eaters. We will be back!

WOW!! So happy to find this place. The staff were fantastic, helpful, and attentive. No fuss, easy order at the counter, simple menu so each item can be perfected. We got 2 combo Pho, selecting chicken & tofu, the broth was incredibly healing, adding house made sauces, & fresh toppings! Each employee is invested in representing the owners attention to flavors. BTW - Vietnamese coffee is a must try for bean lovers.

Southern Oregon has few Vietnamese restaurants, we went to this place in Grants Pass which offers decent food however didn’t exceed our expectations. We had Grilled chicken bahn Mi and salad rolls!

Not authentic tasting vermicelli bowl. Gave me a to go box when I asked to eat in… I know vermicelli is a combo of hot and cold, but there was not much hot, some warm, and too much cold. Tasted like it was cooked in a microwave… I advise you pass… Entitled counter person expecting tips.

Anyone that has ever had Pho knows that the broth makes up this dish. The Pho here is mediocre at best. Very flavorless and lacking the aromatics that make Pho special. I had high hopes for this place, but it really disappointed. The service was great. The two young men running the place were friendly and polite. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning, not for the food at least.

The food here used to be great and we've been one of their supporters since the start. The staff are always nice. Unfortunately, in the last year, they've turned out consistently substandard food and the last 4 ot 5 orders have been absolutely incinerated and even refunded meals have been as bad. The owners are nice folks, but are rarely around and have now even started a second restaurant when they can't seem to manage the one they have. Regrettably, as they can't seem to get it together, they'll get no more business from me.

This was a very enjoyable lunch. The food was great and the lady who helped me, Rachel, was so wonderful. She was very nice and provided awesome service. She made our food just right too! I will definitely go to this establishment again.

I placed a DoorDash order to what I thought was the GP location, I spoke to Jessica and she was extremely friendly when I gave adjustments/requests to my order. She then called back to advise my order likely went to the Medford location and that she had texted the Medford manager with my adjustments/requests. She was extremely friendly and I am so grateful she took the time to make sure the order was made correctly with the Medford location. She also too the time to ask if the meat I wanted on the side is to be unseasoned in case it’s for a child/pet which it was for my pet. As for the food, it’s always amazing!

Love the vibe and decor. Lots of seating and lighting. Clean. The food is great! One of the girls behind the counter gave me a lot of good ideas for what I got and could get next time! With how busy they looked the three behind the counter were doing amazing each helping me and working as a team together!

Jess, the “owner” was extremely rude. Absolutely no customer service skills and just wanted to argue about toppings. Told us to “file a complaint and it’ll be the first one she’s had in 10 years” no professionalism whatsoever.

This place is great. They let you put any veggies you want on the grill. You can have your cheese melted on the grill, too. They have soups that you can add grilled meat, veggies, and cheese to as well, which is pretty neat. When you get double meat and cheese, they load that thing up, and you get a huge sandwich. The staff is also great. They'll walk you through customizing whatever you get. It's a great experience.

The food was great, even better was Jess. She was amazing and made our experience great!! You would not regret trying it out. You can custom your pita so any taste is welcomed here.

Pita Pit has yummy food. I really enjoy the Philly pita. The service is good, some days are better than others. The atmosphere is OK.

I am amazed at the transformation! The new ownership has made some sorely needed changes to this iconic buiness & now it's a safe & happy place to hang out. The restaurant is putting out some great pub grub. They also have great daily specials, steak & deserts. The staff has been awesome! They now have a very fine stage for local live bands with plenty of room for dancing. I have heard their breakfasts are amazing so will be going back for that!

Went there for someplace new and was hoping for a good meal, Wonder Bur did not disappoint. Three of us ate for thirty one dollars. We had 1/2 order biscuits and gravy along with an egg, a full order of biscuits and gravy with an egg and 2/2/2 ...2 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 French Toast 😋 we all had coffee. Service was excellent. Quaint dining, definitely going back. The menu prices are a little different than what's posted on the online menu but not by much.

Travelling travelling Oregon recently and ended up dining here. Not at all what I expected and surprisingly, it was one of the best steaks of my life - soft tender and cooked to perfection. The staff were very accommodating as we arrived right on closing time but still took the time to look after us properly. And here's a pro-tip, after dinner you can pop into the bar right next door for an icy cold beer and shoot some pool. 10/10 for the experience and first-class customer service.

The food here is always good and this location is always super clean, it's very impressive, coming from someone who works in fast food it's relieving to see a nice clean kitchen and floors. The employees are always great and the service is quick. Food comes out fast without it being so fast that you're left wondering how long the food must've been sitting there- you can tell you're getting fresh made food. Also one of the only fast food places in the area I won't get a sick stomach after eating. Overall great, would recommend this location for sure

Johnathon was very helpful, kind, and provided fantastic customer service. While we were here we heard and saw him being a great team player and doing many different jobs from cashing us out to helping in the kitchen. All the staff were super friendly and provided great service. Food came out fast and hot.

After a frustrating stop at Wendy’s, we went to Carl’s Jr.—what a difference! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly. The lady at the counter was super friendly, took our order with a smile, and showed great patience letting our kids order their own food. She seemed genuinely happy to help. Cute place! It doesn't look like much from the outside but cute and clean on the inside. Excellent service and very friendly. Our server was quite helpful and pleasant. Prices were great. I ordered 2 tacos with rice and beans but when it came it was the taco and enchilada plate. It looked good so I said it was fine I would take it. But they came out with another taco anyway. Very nice. My husband ordered a shredded beef burrito wet and it was Huge! He was quite happy with flavor and portion.

Nice little cantina. Good food...great prices. They even serve Menudo daily and have a decent breakfast burrito at almost half the cost of other's $12 burritos. Chile Rellanos are nice and so are the margaritas 🍹

Oh my goodness! This place is incredible! The service is phenomenal. Melissa was our personal bartender and server. Excellent above and beyond customer service. Our cook with Pedro. He created our own Carnitas chipotle, shredded pork dinner. omgoogness.... It's heavenly! Honestly, I don’t know if I've ever had better Mexican food and flavor. If you’re in grants Pass, and you want an excellent Mexican restaurant, you’ve come to the right place! Don’t pass it up.

Oh my god. This place is SOOOOOO GOOD. The tacos were some of the best tacos I've ever had - fresh, great seasoning, and pretty cheap ($2.50-3.75 per taco). This is now my go-to place if I'm ever hungry while passing through Grant's Pass. Thank you Malecón; can't wait to return!!

Located at the Weeken Beer Co. Had the bacon cheese burger with sweet potato fries. So very tasty! A good location to sit outside at picnic tables under a huge covering. You won't be disappointed.

I have been here a few times before And the blue cheese burger has never disappointed. I had a procedure yesterday and my check-in time at the surgery center was noon. I was starving and the only thing keeping me going was knowing I was getting this burger as soon as I was done! That's always the blue cheese was melty The burger was juicy and the fries were perfection! Their getting well note was just the Cherry on top!

The burgers were good. Fries greasy. Doggie patties were rare so I refried them. Nothing special here. Delivery items were piled on top of each other smashing orders. Probably won't order from them again. Especially if you want it delivered.

Out very first time here, and it did not disappoint!! We got breakfast. Country Omelet, Hash browns, English muffin with their HOMEMADE JAM. The jam is to die for!! My husband got the chicken fried pork tenderloin, oh my goodness it was delicious, with homefries (ALSO SO DELICIOUS) and the English muffin with homemade jam. Phenomenal experience, waitress was the sweetest. Husband and wife team. We will definitely be back!! Try this place if you haven't already!!

Updated 5-3-2024 Call before getting your heart set on their scratch made food. They are not always able to be open. That said, hubby tried the chicken fried steak today and it passed both the fork tender test and ended in the clean plate results. The coffee was fresh and plentiful and our waitress very pleasant. The pictures of the biscuits don't show how huge they are, so there's one with a small take-home container for size. All their food is delicious. Highly recommended. I've heard about Dinos Diner for awhile but haven't been able to stop until today. A beautiful tray of biscuits was cooling in the window by the counter so I ordered a biscuit and gravy to go for the hubby. He wolfed down the whole order in a matter of minutes. We will be back for more delicious food. P.S. a customer said that their bread is terrific too.

Don't sleep on DEANOS! By far, the BEST breakfast in town!!! Everything is seasoned well and the food was super hot and fresh! Husband and wife duo makes it even better! SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS! Especially ones this good.

I went to Deano's Diner for the first time and absolutely loved it! I went with my three children aged 5 and under. We were seated and given menus promptly. The customer service was amazing! There was one waitress and one cook, and they were both so sweet. The cook surprised my two daughters with chocolate chip pancakes that looked like elephants. They loved it! I ordered the Farmer's Omelet. The portions are big and the food is so yummy and fresh! The environment is very welcoming and comfortable. My 5-year-old told me multiple times that Deano's Diner is her favorite restaurant! We will definitely be coming back.

Good food, decent service, but the prices are too high compared to other local breakfast spots. They do make an awesome pancake for kids that’s shaped like an elephant (in case you want something fun that other places don’t do).

I've been driving by this place for a while now ... they were only open sporadically, but when they were open, they were always busy.. I said I was going to stop by the next time I saw then open... glad I did!! Food was GREAT, cute lil restaurant, fast service, bought a loaf of fresh sower dough ... smell and looks good, I'm excited to try it... This is a wonderful, healthy stop for the entire family. My son has a lot of food sensitivities, but he is able to get a couple of things here. If you like fresh juice, smoothies, banana ice cream, or a quick lunch with gluten free options, this is a great place to visit! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They also support a lot of local farmers and community projects, which I really appreciate as a local family photographer.

If you like health/ vegan food, you’ll love this place . I had their berry blast smoothie and it was very good. The sesame seed bar was excellent. Very cool vibe and they have wifi as well as outdoor seating

I’m passing through from out of town and this is a super charming, community-oriented juice shop. Friendly staff, interesting jewelry and whatnot to purchase, a reading room, a workout room (they said anyone can use), and a stage for live music. Cute, kind, hippie vibes. I’m here for it. Fair-priced health food too!

This juice bar is a little on the spendy side but definitely worth it! I ordered an SOJ (juice) a banana bran muffin and the hummus toast. All 3 were absolutely delicious! This shop also has lots of fun artwork for sale, as well as some supplements and beautiful crystals. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some healthy & tasty food

I'm about a month late writing this review but I was on a trip to the redwoods with my Fiance and stopped for lunch. These people worked hard to make sure we had what we wanted, felt attended to and the food was really delicious. The shake I had in particular was outrageously good and I'm usually disappointed in avocado toast but theirs was delightful and something I'd pay for again. Thanks!

Aloha! Let me start off by saying I am visiting on a business trip, I have lived all over the US and several countries so I’ve certainly had my share of foods and Hawaiian food. This place is absolutely amazing! I have friends and family from the 808 and this hits the spot. The chicken is incredibly juicy and tender, the rice is cooked to perfection and the Mac salad is also awesome. If you have not tried Hawaiian food, or have TRY THIS SPOT. Stopped here on our way through town because we saw the good reviews and I’m so glad we did! The place itself is a small, simple spot in a shopping center, but the stars of the show are the food and the people. We had the teriyaki chicken (their homemade sauce is perfect- not too sweet!) and the kalua pork (so juicy and flavorful). Mama Angie is welcoming and kind- she has the genuine aloha spirit. Stop and have a meal here- you’ll be glad you did.

Absolutely the cleanest Hawaiian food restraunt I've ever seen, was here on a work order, and definitely want to try the food, usually the hoods and walls in the kitchens of my Hawaiian restraunt customers are pretty hammered just because of the type of cooking, it let's off a lot of char smoke, but these guys make sure everything stays spotless, and there kitchen and equipment are out in the open so you can see it, Absolutely 100% want to try the food here, and the owners were absolutely delightful to talk with, super genuine, down to earth, and nice people!!! UPDATE: Finally got a chance to eat here! It.Was.Amazing! Food was incredible had great flavors I'm terrible with names but I got the tofu something and the shrimp something my partner got the teriyaki chicken and we shared the pineapple upside-down cake for dessert was absolutely wonderful, now we are talking to the owner about catering our wedding!:)

I've now eaten at this location twice, and must say I'm disappointed, given the hype. Burger patty was super thin - the tomato slice was twice as thick and the onion three times. Bun fell apart immediately. Fries were ok, but needed more salt. Overall a decent but not great burger. Pretty long wait too. Restaurant was super clean and well maintained. Bathroom was spotless.

Considering the price you pay this is great. The spacious and clean location offers indoor and outdoor seating. Very limited menu but really good burgers at a great price. It's definitely better than McDonald's or Burger King. They even offered lettuce wrap which surprised us.

The only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the customer service. Even though the drive thru guy messed up my order, he was still super nice. The guy at the wondow was awesome too. The food is pretty terrible. Fries are dry and the burger is mediocre. I guess I don't understand they hype.

New in and out burger, the most north one on the West coast. Very clean and staff were just great as always. Super fresh just like all in and outs.

I asked for mayo and got the secret sauce. I can’t have it, and I took it back to be replaced. I was not told they didn’t do just mayo. They promptly made me a new burger, which I pulled out of the bag to find a curly blonde string of hair hanging from the middle of my burger. Was 30 minutes down the road and didn’t return. Not from the West and this was my first In and Out experience.

Absolutely horrified with our treatment this evening at this location. We sat for almost half an hour waiting for service. The hostess was acting like she wasn't paying the slightest bit of attention to us when ordering, was extremely slow and constantly disappearing. Waited almost 20 minutes for a requested refill. Id be more understanding if it was busy, however the restaurant barely had any business. Waited for an hour and a half, all the orders came to the table completely wrong. Food was uncooked or ill prepared. To add to our frustration as we'd been waiting for nearly 2 hours, they began loudly arguing in the back. Our party contained 3 children and profanities could be heard through the restaurant. Absolutely dissatisfied with the service and the food, which was vocalized towards the waitress, which seemed to have fallen on deaf ears as we brought up our concerns. Instead of listening and trying to correct the issues, she immediately displaced the blame and began to negate and minimize our concerns. This also came on the heels of the previous customer walking out and leaving their food as well. Don't recommend coming here, terrible experience overall. In the pictures there's the salad I received, which was assembled incorrectly, then the photo of them dumping croutons on the salad to make it "better" when I sent it back and the remainder of the food which was left and untouched

Ordered a Lumberjack Slam with no ham. The bottom picture is what the menu showed vs what I was served. Waited 25 minutes to have my order taken while listening to the cooks in the back argue over sauces. Waitress was really nice though but seemed inexperienced. Lack of management and training was evident.

Surprisingly excellent! I wasn't expecting much from there because the Denny's in Roseburg has gone down hill, but the Denny's in Grants Pass was delicious! The waiter is very nice and friendly :) Glad we stopped in.

A friend suggested lunch here, so we met at this restaurant. We got an outside table overlooking the river, and everyone from the young lady that seated us to our server was so friendly and welcoming! We ordered specialty cocktails and both were perfection.

Denny's! The restaurant so many many people know and love... And what better place to get a classic breakfast meal, at least that's what I thought! I've been to many Denny's however this one has disappointed me when I walked in with good hope. Ok, where to start.. I walked in and had to seat myself. Then I ordered a grand slam slugger but I received a grand slam. ( Slugger without the hash browns, juice, or coffee) after I told the waiter I actually wanted the slugger he seemed confused. I always get the slugger!! Also when I got the sausages, they were old, hard and disgusting. Also my Sunny side up egg was cold like if they pulled it from the fridge. The slugger is supposed to cost 10.75 but I was charged 12.90 I had to convince the waiter he over charged me. Who does this?! Look at the picture. The ones on the left are brand new and fresh. Actually prepared fresh. Don't eat here go to the next Denny's 30 miles away!

Went in last night after a full tired day of 400 miles on my motorcycle. I ordered Medium Rare sirloin & specifically mentioned that I'm okay even if they keep it rare but do NOT go medium. Take it back to the hotel Im staying at, and Voila! A BURNT piece of meat & sides. Insult to injury, I had left a very generous tip even though I was just taking out. Flung the meat on the wall, it made a hole through the wall. A homeless guy offered me food feeling pity & a street dog refused to eat this food. Finally it's in the dumpster & I think the racoons were so unhappy with it that they left it on my doorstep again with a teeth stuck in it. It must have tried to take a bite.

The server was pretty rude I would ask for something an either didn't get it or not the way I asked for it. Then I went to the bathroom there was no seat covers & only 2 squares of tp so I'm glad I'm small. I asked for a glass of ice because there was no ice in my ice tea & I was brought a new tea. An I'm not the only customer that she did this way. The best part of my time was NOT THE FOOD OR SERVICE IT WAS ONLY THE COFFEE CUPS & SPLENDA PACKETS

I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito and got ZERO sausage in it. There was no line in the drive thru, and nobody inside, so it’s not like they were slammed and messed up. Just incompetent people who work there. The lady who took my order was fantastic and had great customer service on the other hand tho. Props to her.

Had a great lunch today I had the fish tacos my wife had the carnitas. It was very good , everything on the plates was fresh and very good. The service was very friendly and the food came fast. Come here hungry and you’re going to leave full with the generous portions of food. Will eat here again!

My favorite Muchas Gracias in Southern Oregon (the ones I’ve been in Medford and Winston definitely not as good). Anyway… great food, great portions, never been disappointed. Prices gone up, but that’s everywhere. Restaurant itself has parking, plenty of tables and always clean. Location is also pretty close to I-5. Always stop when visiting the area.

Food is delicious. Are you travelling from Oregon to san Francisco, do stop here. Good meal for a great drive. I stopped here, and loved the dish . I am not sure how its spelled. But basically they fry the burrito and make it crunchy a bit. Its awesome. Never tasted this kinda stuff before. And yes, its not expensive . No sales tax i guess, Oregon

No effort for customers service. Nice enough employees but no leadership. Way too long of a wait OMG speed it up. Last 2 times drove away from the drive through without ordering took to long 15 minutes.

Okay. Never going back. Things went down. Understandable. But... the manager sure didn't know how to compose herself to try and make things better. The poor girl at the counter was made to deal with the customers by herself. While the manager kept herself in the back. We didn't even get our whole order. Our party was done eating. So we had to ask for our money back. She was very flustered. But don't treat the customers rudely.

Worst experience. Workers were incredibly slow. Was told we had to wait 15 for chicken wrap then ended up waiting 21 minutes at the window for two burritos. One of the workers kept yawning over the food. 🤦‍♀️

Went to the drive-through in the morning and requested an original chicken sandwich. Which on the menu board is listed as an all day item (meaning served during breakfast). They Refused and said breakfast items only. Even after I pointed out that it was listed as an all day item. I have gotten an original chicken sandwich for breakfast at countless burger kings - never had an issue before.

Super dysfunctional restaurant. Imagine a building full of people running around, confused, screaming obscenities, and nobody realizes they getting nothing done. Well that's what you are sure to see at this location. To management: Hire more people. Anybody. Just get more heads in the building. Based on your current training practices, I'm assuming it should get better, at least if you get more people, you will have someone to take orders and collect the money.

Horrible Root Beer and Coke drinks. Yuck! Mixed all wrong! Couldn't call them to let them know because they never answer calls! Today is the 2nd od April 2025. I ordered 2 drinks, and 2 whoppers one double! Then I ordered a rodeo burger with fries, and chicken nuggets! Drinks were So Terrible!

It's all about the people! This store has the greatest crew, from early morning to late at night! The sunny welcome and genuine smiles really make my day! Very kind people here, and the store is just immaculate! And you can get French toast all day long!

We were visiting family in town and placed a large order through the drive thru. I’m talking about 8-9 people’s worth of food. The staff were incredibly kind with our giant order. We knew we would have to wait and were totally okay with sitting there for 15 minutes or so. But the food was out in less than 10! We were shocked. And they even gave us a free dessert for our “wait”!! Such a great experience thank you thank you!!

I have been coming to this Carl's Jr. for years and the order is always right and tastes great. The staff there are super friendly and the service is top tier. The Carl's Jr. rewards app has one of the most generous rewards system of all the fast food apps as well. Inside is always clean and I have no problem eating at the tables either. Cheerful sounding workers. My wife's burrito was grilled chicken and she got a ton of meat. I ordered the asada burrito and was seriously disappointed when I found only a thin layer of asada in the center and completely overloaded with rice and beans. The asada didn't taste that great either. I feel like it was not worth the money.

Went through the drive-thru and got a carne asada burrito. The wait was a little while, but the place is always busy, even inside. The food is absolutely delicious, more along the lines of good comfort food at the end of a long day. I highly recommend BOTH expresses and will definitely come back!

I normally absolutely love Si Casa Flores but this new Si Casa Express was awful. The managers kids were climbing everywhere and looking for mom. Our order was wrong twice, we had to ask for things more than once. It was 2 hours before close and not busy but staff appeared to be more interested in getting cleaning done than taking our order, we had to wave them down more than once. I won't be back to this establishment. Food was good and beautiful building but that doesn't make up for service.

Legitimately get these loco fries every other week recently. Delicious. Perfection. I don't care about the price with how good they are. And the Horchata is the best my husband had ever had. He never complains at how often I go there if I get him one or 2. BUT there is a downside and that is that they do not have there XL cups anymore. The last 4 lx I went they have been only small. Flithy bathroom. Did not trust the kitchen to be clean. The counter staff seemed uninterest in the issue and not interest in their job or the customers. Taco Bell is the one in medford on 6th street.

The manager asked for my receipt, I told him I wasn’t given one but that I had just went through the drive through (I assumed they had a way of reviewing recent orders) he then grabbed a random bag and told me that was my order. I let him know my order was correct aside from the one missing item and this bag had multiple items, I even went as far as showing him the items in the extra bag was not what I ordered. I was then told they couldn’t take the random extra food back and it was my problem to deal with. The manager then started yelling at one of the newer employees and told her to clock off because she had given out the incorrect order. At this point I was getting incredibly irritated and now felt bad this girl was getting in trouble when she wasn’t even the one that handed me my food to begin with so I loudly said “it wasn’t the wrong order, there’s just a missing item”

These guys are truly funny. I tried to order cheesy steak chalupas through drive through and was told they’re discontinued but the way the guy said it sounded straight lazy and like a lie so I went home and door dashed them from the same location 5 minutes later 🤣

We were traveling to Redding and wanted something quick as we were traveling through The Dalles. Quick is the keyword there. We dined in just because we had a long way to go and needed to stretch our legs. There were workers there, but no one seemed to think it was their job to be at the counter. One was finally elected and we thought we were on our way. They guy behind us got his order in a few minutes. We ordered 2 crunch wraps, a simple order. We waited about 9 minutes and had to ask, and they finally handed it to us. We don't mind waiting if we get hot and meaty crunch wraps we expect from Taco Bell. It was received cold, and we most certainly did not get our money's worth. It was very thin. There was a generous amount of sour cream, nacho cheese, lettuce with one or two diced tomatoes inside, and just a skid mark of the meat. That's just stupid. We had to hit the road or we would have had them do it over: That is just unacceptable.

Food was not so good won’t be going back not thrilled was having to go through kiosk instead of a person, and the food was just terrible the crunch wrap, chicken cut. The chicken crunch wrap was not crunching and they forgot the chicken, the Mexican taco had no tomatoes on the top. And was very flimsy 12 tacos for $32???? What was I thinking

Never had an issue at this location. Food comes out fairly quickly and the kiosks are easy to use. I prefer this to the other location in Grants Pass.

Have had multiple poor experiences with grants pass Arby’s. They are often “out of chicken,” have given us wrong items, and today their fryer was down for cleaning, so I had to wait and could not get a refund. When I finally did get my sandwich, apparently that freshly cleaned fryer cooks faster than an uncleaned one because my sandwich was a hockey puck, and somehow that lead to my bun being burnt. 100% done. If you don’t want to serve food, please don’t be open

The gentleman working register was real friendly greeted you with a smile and kindness. We ordered and it was ready lightning fast. If you haven't had potato cakes I highly recommend them. They are so yummy lol. The restaurant was real clean including the kitchen.

It was really quiet... I will say this the cashiers that were working that day handle themselves very well when a customer was complaining about the app not working to get the specials. The girls handle it like true customer service reps calm and composed. I was very impressed.... Side note I tried it on my app and it worked just fine. Could have been operator error...

We like to stop at Arby's because we like the food but the dining room is very cold. Couldn't enjoy eating inside and no other areas available. Don't plan a return visit unless we have sweatshirts, jackets or maybe even a blanket. The people behind the counter didn't give us the impression they were interested in even checking.

I don't get to have Arby's very often cuz there's not one too close to us. So when I do get to have it I really enjoy it my go-to is either beef and cheddar or the French dip. This particular Arby's was out of the cheese that normally goes on the French dip and I ordered one with cheese and one without cheese but of course they both came with a substitute cheese. Luckily I checked and cut it cuz my mother-in-law is lactose intolerant lol. The employees were pretty friendly. Can't really say much about the atmosphere the inside was pretty empty as it was fairly late at night when I went but would definitely recommend this place just check your order.

Bought two meals to way to long to get. The burger was raw the cashier said they don't cook them they just put them in a deep fryer and push a button. I said it's raw. She said we don't cook them. I put it in the trash and left. 15.00 for nothing. The other meal was OK. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Seems to have no management.

The person running the drive up windows did not have access to the cash register. By the time, about 15 minutes, the other girl opened the tiller for her!!! By this time my fish sandwich was cold!

Whoever is in charge of the drink machines. They need cleaned. They looked disgusting. I hope we don't get sick. I'd pay more for food if maintenance was done regularly. This is just what's visible in the lobby. Food hasn't made me sick before but this is VERY concerning to the level of cleanliness at the location.

Worst food I have ever had at this Wendy's. Apparently they thought I needed half a bottle of mayo on my spicy chicken sandwich. I swear. The first bite I took a PILE of mayo slopped down on my plate. Then every it just continued to ooze out. I took only 3 bites and threw out. My husband got a double burger and had no condiments. WTH???? $30 and threw it out. We are done here. I have never given a review like this before. Breaks my heart.

There is a great team of good people here. I typically stop by several times a week to dine in. The menu offers many items at different prices which suits me. Everything is served hot and fresh. The fries, burgers, and frosties are top shelf. The dining room is clean. The restroom is clean. Isaiah does a lot to keep the team motivated and the equipment running. Skyler is the number one line chef. Josh, Jojo, Dena, and others do good work up front. Everyone is pleasant and positive.

Ordered an apple pecan salad with chicken on the side. I specifically stated twice when ordering. I got the salad with chicken. Told them the took it back and we had to wait about 10 minutes for the new salad as they had to make more chicken. I got the salad and came home. The rest of the food now is barely hot and fries are cold. The salad does have the chicken on the side but there is not a single piece of apple on the salad. I tend to believe they just scooped the chicken off of the first salad and the apples went with it. Not happy with the food, service or attempt to make a fresh salad without the smell of chicken on it which I cannot eat, hence CHICKEN ON THE SIDE.

I ordered online. Got to store and was told that my potato would be 2 hours. Say what?! Then was told that if I wanted a refund that I would have to do it through the app they couldn't help me. Not really apologetic at all. Why did they let me order it in the first place? Other places don't let you order it if they are out of it. Very very frustrating.

Ordered on the app 20 minutes before arrival because I was in a hurry, they made me pull forward in the driveway and wait. I sat there for 25 minutes while 5 cars behind me came got their food and left. Finally they bring my food, I ask for ranch, sat for another 5 minutes then went inside and got it myself after seeing an employee twiddling his thumbs in the lobby. Well what do you know I get home and the bag is missing both of the bacon fries and a nugget. It would be nice to not have to rip everything out of the bag and inspect it in the car because you can’t trust someone to do their job. $43 food order and got $30 in food. Wonderful world we live in.

I can't count how many times I've got home with my food and it wasn't correct. No sauce that was offered...asked for extra tomatoes no onions...got an onion burger with no tomatoes, Attention to details people...food is expensive and it is very disappointing when it isn't what you asked for

I ordered a plate with orange chicken and beef broccoli, And a bowl with super greens and beef broccoli. The bowl is pictured below with the tiny scraps of beef that was included, Basically just a bowl of broccoli with no protein. The plate that was ordered did have the orange chicken on it but instead of broccoli beef they put some other random fried dish that my kid did not like and would not eat. Whoever is boxing up the food there should really pay attention to the ticket and make sure that there is adequate protein in each meal since that's mainly what we are paying for. I tried to call and speak to a manager but they were too busy so I will be going in tomorrow for a refund.

It's hit and miss sometimes the food is very hot other the times it's warm, prefer hot, fresh food. We always feel like we're in a cattle drive, their in a big hurry to get us through the line and pay. But we are not in a rush it's just food not a fire drill 🤷‍♀️

I've already had an incident where I had received the wrong order, but now this is maddening. I usually order a plate, but I was feeling satiety, so I had ordered a bowl. Typically, when I do, the top is pretty full, almost seeing my rice or chow mien. Yet this was an upsetting amount of chicken as the main course, and I'm just about done. I don't want to be too mean, since the front lady was super nice, and even offered a drink while I waited for my food (I ordered on my phone, and it wasn't ready when I arrived). But I'm done, this is my official review of this place, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I really enjoy going to Panda Express. The food is consistently tasty, and they offer generous portions that always leave me satisfied. I especially appreciate that the amount of food they give lasts me for about three days, which makes it a great value for the price. The prices are decent, especially considering how much you get. It's a reliable spot when I’m craving something flavorful and filling. Definitely one of my go-to places!

I ordered noodles and beijing beef. There was more cabbage than noodles and steamed to be mostly the center of the cabbage. Was not good at all ..

Always filthy. I can't recall seeing anyone ever clean the tables or floor. The last couple of times I was there they did not have the usual sauce but instead had sauce packets....it was terrible. When they did have the usual sauce, the food is just okay. Grants Pass desperately needs a good Chinese restaurant option.

Food is fine it tastes just like any other mcdonalds. Portion sizes (especially for ice cream) are less than the other two in town. Take the extra time to go to those ones. This is the regular size mcflurry that I got tonight and is on par with the other times I have been. I would be afraid to see what the small size looked like as a quarter of mine was gone already.

Took my grandson out after school yesterday as a special treat and he selected this location. There is a sign posted limiting your time there to 30 minutes. My grandson was all concerned he wasn't eating fast enough, what time was it now and what would happen if we went over 30 minutes. Will never take him there again. A most unpleasant experience.

Ordered 10 sausage egg McMuffins so I figured it would take awhile longer to get them.. didn’t expect to wait 25+ minutes.. only to get back to work and realize that they gave me 10 ham and egg McMuffins.. so I called them and the lady was very unhelpful and argumentative.. horrible experience.

They use to have decent ppl working here. Like always I ordered through the app for drive thru. Long story short I wanted the paper receipt that showed it was paid for. I got a lot of attitude and eye rolling from the worker and the manager Benji who raised his voice telling me he can’t give me my receipt & it’s in my email. The food was cold but I didn’t dare take it back not gonna risk my kids getting their food spit on. Our family is sticking to the other 2 locations in GP. Side note I always get a paper receipt even when ordered through the app and yes countless times at this location I have gotten my receipt.

Kinda of upset. Went in and tried to oder food. We always oder of food a certain way. The manager told us that we could not do any substitutions. We told her every other place does it for us. So said no we can not do that here. So me and my wife left

Went through the drive thru to get food. They messed up my order 3 times before I gave up. First time gave me the wrong food. Then gave me what I thought was my food but missing nuggets and then got on the freeway just to notice a burger missing as well. Worst service. As someone thats worked in the food industry for years this was pretty sad.

I ordered a cheese deluxe combo with no pickles. The drink had no ice and was the wrong flavor. The fries were stale and the burger patties were still cold. Workers were more worried about talking about what flips they could do instead of getting my order right. Will not ever be going back to this place. I would highly recommend not eating there if you value quality and have any standards. Drive through experience was ok. They are slow to get food out most days. Last week I took my 5 year old grandson inside for ice cream and was extremely disappointed with the staff. They were yelling things like, “stop playing with your nuts” referring to a staff member making an order with nuts. A male customer walked up to the counter and told them to be mindful that kids are in the store. They have no management at all there! It’s like a frat party. Who owns this place!?

We stopped here for a quick bite. Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say. The fries were very soggy and almost cold, the burger was ok and the fried choke strip sandwich was swimming in mayo. To top it off, the women’s bathroom was disgusting. The toilets had dark rings in the toilet bowl, there were bits of paper towels on the floor and even a big false fingernail! As I went ba k t to our table I looked at the front service are and the floor was dirty as well. They definitely need to clean up their act.

Went up there tonight and everyone was disrespectful. No manager on duty to handle their mistake. They were not checking orders tried to only give me drinks and not the food. Then only got one meal I ordered when I went back they were disrespectful and had attitude about fixing it. They literally had the other meal sitting on a shelf with no heat lamp. It was a hassle to even get them to remake the other meal. Very disappointed and irritating. And also the sprite has no sprite flavoring it is literally just club soda taste. Will be calling a manage first thing tomorrow.

The manager working tonight is very rude, he is a larger man mid maybe 30, with dirty blonde/brown hair. I came in as doordasher, and he ignored all dashers, they walked out and even had customers walk out because of his attitude. I asked him why people that showed up after I arrived were leaving with their orders and they hadn't even started their Doordash Customers Order and I asked what the ETA was. He gave me a childish answer and said " I dont know" he did nothing to remedy the situation just walked off and was argumentative. He should not be shift/lead and manager . There were 1000 ways to remedy the situation and he didn't nothing.

Im not sure what’s going on with peoples work ethic. People used to take pride in their work. My niece just got ripped off with a sad dipped cone that kind of looks like Jimmy Neutrons hair. These people want $15/hr 😂😂😂 The person didn’t even care that it was sad and looked like crap. Definitely not DQ standards. It’s so terrible looking I made it into a meme and also posted it to socials and tagged DQ! Will not be back to this location.

Staff was nice but I had to wait for my chicken to come out fresh which is just fine fresh food is great however the fries come out ice cold. So I waited for cold food I couldn’t eat. Chicken is good though.

The ladies here today are nice, super fast and it was one of the better experiences. The restaurant was clean today. I love the double tuna 6inch sub. The nice thing is you have alot of choices of lunch or breakfast options. They have a nice selection of juice, teas and soda. You can buy soda in the bottle or the soda fountain.

Subway as a whole has really gone downhill. They don't offer pastrami any longer. This location only had 3 selections of cheese and limited selections of vegetables, no black olives. The girl at the counter got me the wrong bread and her attentiveness was lacking. Also, the drink cooler was broken. Subway used to be one of my favorite chain sandwich shops. This will probably be my last sandwich from Subway unless they make some changes.

They are seriously inconsistent. When my son and I went all summer long our food was great. It was prepared by 2 old gals who worked in the am. I order in the evening and this 18yr old kid a male and our food has been messed up twice. I don't want to ever order again. I'm deleting my account. I just got a really weird sandwich my daughter ordered and not once in 5months have we ever seen this crap. I never once seen my Philly done like this. Where's the BBQ and cheese?

I love this Subway, specifically for the experience. They have the nicest staff, especially Wendy! I look forward to interacting with her when we stop in, and she always makes it the best experience just by being herself. Best Subway in the valley. Thank you Wendy (:

Boy cotted subway because they don't pay attention to instructions on mobile order. Ate there for the first time in a few month- new staff, but still didn't pay any attention to directions. Not safe. However the people who did get to eat that had correct orders said it was decent.

This Subway location is one of the best. I've eaten there several times, and the sandwiches are tasty, and the service is great. Next time you're in the area, stop by for a bite!

There was a FINGER NAIL in my pizza! When I called to talk to someone, David did offer to remake it, but was rude about it. It doesn't matter if you insist everyone has short nails point is there's a fingernail in my pizza and there shouldn't be.

Almost called the manager but I figure out the process. Your store and the people working made the best pizza. I ordered something other than my regular and I can say this most amazing pizza I had so far! Way to go team Domino's 👏! Yesterday was my birthday and I forgot to eat. He called me to let me know that they are canceling my order because he doesn’t want to stay open to make my pizza. I explain to Andrew I made my order in a timely manner, I have not eaten all day. I am disabled. I don’t have means of transportation and at the time the order was placed. There is nothing else to deliver. Because lack of customer service or Customer care for somebody who has not eaten and is disabled. I will be contacting the manager and corporate. I did my part as a customer. Andrew did not do his diligence. So tonight I will go without food thank you Andrew . I hope Domino’s looks up this and that this is not happened to another person. I hope no one else goes Hungry because the lack of customer service Respect of human life from Andrew . Again, if you are disabled, this place does not care about you or at least Andrew does not.

Friendly staff. Pizza was good. Please do something about the fly infestation inside! The food prep area is completely exposed to the elements. Food prep employees should wear gloves. I did observe an employee repeatedly wiping his nose on his sleeve while making pizzas. I almost canceled my order while I was waiting for my order. Please do better.

The website with coupons was hard to navigate when getting more than one pizza with coupon. Ended up getting 2 toppings on each pizza and didn’t want that. The pizza crust was so thin I thought I was eating a hard burnt tortilla. The pizza was supposed to be medium but was very small and did not taste very good. Going to a different pizza place. Very disappointed!!!!

Dude this use to be the place I would always order pizza from like all the time. The only reason my family and I quit ordering from you guys is because our order got messed up at the time and I just did not want to deal with it after a days hard work I was beat tired after working my second job. Last thing you want to do is call back dominos pizza when they should have gotten the order right the first time and the order was also repeated over the phone I just don't get it. We would also give great tips all the time no less then $8.00 at a time and when we would place orders with you guys we would spend no less then $45.00 at a time we would order alot of food from you guys because I have a big family and everyone needs to eat. I wanted to share an experience we had at this location. My children and I had a food poisoning situation. We had the chicken fettucine alfredo pasta. We got very ill within 2-3 hours of ingesting, luckily my mother did not have the pasta and was able to remain healthy. When the situation was brought up to the manager, he stated food poisoning is impossible within 3 hours. The manager dismissed the situation stating food poison takes 24 hours; however, Yes, you can get food poisoning 3 hours after eating, as the onset of symptoms varies depending on the type of germ, but can appear within a few hours for some contaminants. Some bacteria, like Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus, can cause symptoms to start as quickly as 30 minutes to 7 hours after eating contaminated food because they produce toxins that act fast. For other types, such as Salmonella, symptoms may take longer to appear. My recommendation is for managers to receive further training and empathy in this location.

Tried ordering through door dash and they gave my order to someone else and refused to make it again. Three different dashers tried showing up for my order because each of them had to cancel and they still refused. Then I showed up with my door dash app thinking it would be proof to show them that I never got my food delivered and they wouldn’t even talk to me and wouldn’t answer the phone or anything. So basically the place pretty much robbed me but luckily DoorDash refunds

$5 breakfast burrito was basically a tater tot and tomato burrito with a tiny amount of sausage and egg. At a $ a bite, I would expect more protein. Everything was so tiny, even the medium drink was small ... bummer. Service was good though, just not going to pay so much for so little any time soon...

I’m in the emergency room and was hungry so my boyfriend offered to go get food for us. Not only did they forget the things I wanted on my sandwich but they gave me the wrong sandwich. I was shocked and shed a few tears. I was so excited to eat a crispy chicken and we have a receipt for one beef sandwich and a chicken sandwich. We never even got the chicken sandwich. yes, I called- nobody bothered to answer. My boyfriend also told me when he pulled in the workers were outside with their friends, not working. We have had minor issues there but there’s no excuse for giving us a totally different order. 😞 Super disappointed.

If i could give zero stars i would. The employees were very rude. The worker left my food out of the bag. When i called to get the rest of my order nobody answered the phone. Then when someone did answer the lady was very rude about giving me my food. The chili cheese dog i got had barely any chilli on it. I was basically eating a hotdog which i could make better if i bought the ingredients myself from the store.

After almost 4 years of living in the area, finally stopped by this place only for them to mess up my order after a long drive-they wait and a creepy mumbling guy behind a mostly closed window stuck his hand out at me and barely interacted let alone tried to be clear in communication about verifying the order. I tried to let someone know, but they wanted me to get back in the drive-thru line which made no sense since I encountered 3 employees outside who couldn’t be bothered with customer service. Don’t recommend. Customer service is 1/5 only because there’s no 0!

Basically what went wrong is they charged us for a corndog kids meal, but we ordered the tenders kids meal, forgot the tenders completely. Then they forgot ALLLL of our sauce, ranch ketchup etc. The corndog was cold in the middle. But they are definitely getting a secret shopper email 🥰😇

Probably the slowest sonic in Oregon. Waited 15 minutes in mobile order stall, (which has no attendant button) and didn’t get my drink. Went through drive through just to let someone know we’re here, had 2 cars in front of us, still waited another 20 minutes for two sodas. Multiple people exited the drive-through line because of wait times.

Just ordered lunch on my app for pick up through drive-through at Allen creek location. My brother didn’t want to get a quarter pounder because he got one that was really pink one time. I said it wasn’t a big deal just an uncommon mistake and proceeded to talk him into getting one. Not only was my double quarter pounder so pink that it made me gag but his patty looked like they threw it on the ground and stomped on it. Bought a 10 piece chicken nugget with a bbq sauce they forgot the bbq sauce. Bought 2 fries with extra salt they forgot the extra salt packets. They also forgot my five dollars in other sauce that I purchased through the app. I thought the days of inspecting your bags and counting items before you pull away from the drive-through window Were over. I guess it’s my fault for not driving the extra few miles to In-N-Out Burger

It’s literally the easiest job and they still manage to mess it up. Order numbers, massive screens, sure on me for not checking my order but with three cars in line I guess I gave them too much credit.

I mean, I like McDonald's as much as the next guy, but not always. Nice for a quick bite to eat. Love the French fries. My last visit had my car stuck in the drive through 👍

Gave me the wrong size fry, easily resolved. Pricing is insane a simple hot and spicy is not worth $4. Single small (previously dollar menu) sandwhich and fries shouldn't be 10 bucks. I didnt even get a drink. Haven't been to a mcdonalds in years and this proves why it's not worth it. Plenty of better options at this price point.

When I purchase overpriced fast food, I’m not interested in drama and screwed up orders and being told what to do. I paying for quick, prompt service with no excuses and no teenage attitude. There is no reason for me to spend my taxed income at McDonalds

While we only stopped for large iced coffees, was saddened to hear that Hazelnut flavor has been pulled from choices, leaving Vanilla as our quick choice. Prices beat other coffee drive-thru prices, is really the main reason we choice to visit on a Hot 97 degree day.

Imagine a 17 minute wait for 2 sweet teas. Thats this location. But hey, at least I got my sweat teas. 7 employees working this shift. Tables were mostly dirty. A couple were clean.

Papa John's is a good quality pie. Not a, I would travel 2000 miles for pie but, very satisfying. I really like their New York style thin crust, because I'm that kind of guy. I also like a good Detroit now and then. BTW their customer service is really good

I went to Papa John's to order over pizza for an evening meeting. I went in the morning because I needed to make sure it was ready for a specific time. They told me the price I had was for online orders only, but then they helped me order it online and told me that I could pay when I came to pick it up. I found the customer service to be great, the employees were more than happy to help me order online so that I would get the better price. The pizza was OK and well worth the price. For take out or delivery I would go to Papa John's again.

Rachel, papa johns deliver person, couldnt find my address tonight, then decided to leave my food next to the highway in a random spot, and reported it “deliverd”. Even took a photo of it. I dont know where its at and the store is closed. Dont buy from here.

Wanted to finally try the pizza from this chain so while working in area . My son and I decided to look them up online. It said they were open till 10 PM. So at 905, we arrived at the business locked in and was told. They do not take any orders after 8:45. For pick up yet online, it says open until 10I offered cash and a tip they would not Take my business. I don't understand they wanted me to go to Taco Bell or Wendy's. How do they make money if they don't want to sell their product really upset?I do not recommend this location !!

Your advertisement of the new York style pizza the picture shows large pepperonis on it like it's suppose to have! The advertisement was very misleading because I got an extra large new York style pizza with no pepperonis and extra cheese I have no idea how that works all ingredients it shows in the picture is the and should be the style that style of pizza you get when you order it!

I purchased an 8 piece meal today. The chicken was dark and flavorless. The chicken looked days old. I expected better from KFC. Not happy. I'm bringing the food back to you.

Their chicken was top notch! That is good, because they forgot part of our order, so we had to go back. They made it right, and gave us several extra pieces for our trouble. I love KFC, so I didn't mind a bit!

How can you go wrong with KFC! I was starving. I had been on the road for 12 hours and I pulled off the freeway and there was the big shining light and Colonel Sanders smiling face. It was a win-win situation! I made my order drove up to the window and I was back on the road to get home in minutes. I was very happy. I must say this particular KFC is always fabulous. Friendly staff and the line moves quickly.

The cashier was super nice! I will say as often as we use to come this was a great improvement. $5.00 dollar meals are a good buy and their super fast for lunch which helps when you only get 30min. The food is good as always. The restaurant is pretty clean. Easy to park in handicap and get through the door.

We recently moved here. It was the first time we ordered at the Grants Pass KFC. The 8 pc bucket was SO SALTY I wouldn't even let our little dog eat any even after I removed the skin! We threw the bucket away. I have eaten KFC in several states, and this was the saltiest I have ever tasted! Something is terribly wrong here...The manager or ownrr needs to TASTE the product their employees are putting out. It is almost criminal.

In California we don't get butter and honey with a meal, and the biscuits are either gummy or hard. The biscuits here were actually soft and fluffy. The apple pie things were pretty good too.

Not good to tell someone "please swing around it'll be a couple minutes on nuggets..." and then have them wait over 20 min...! Please don't. Everyone in there look like they are just one nugget away from walking out... many costumers in front of me looking like they were in the same boat...

I'm staying at the Motel 6 right next door. They weren't busy and I had my order pretty fast. I can't believe I paid almost $5 for this! It's barely warm and the cheese isn't fully melted. It's supposed to be meat lovers but is mostly egg and I couldn't even finish it. It's absolutely disgusting. Total waste.

I'm furious right now.. order the double sourdough patty melt..NO ONIONS... I share my food with my dog... I get my food and leave.. once I get to my destination I open it up to see ONIONS.. just a couple but a fair amount... if my dog had eaten them I would have had to rush her to a vet... oh and the fries were all mushy and cold.. pics are attached.....

I ordered an extreme sausage sandwich with No cheese (due to allergies). The receipt showed no cheese in the description. The person at the drive through window repeated the order correctly but it Definitely had cheese on the sandwich. It's very frustrating when people don't check. Especially when you can't eat the food. They did remake it correctly.

The food was awful and they don't even wear the correct work attire. Plus they have multiple drinks on the front line in full view of the drive thru window and were drinking from said cups while we were sitting at the window waiting for our order

I’ve been going through the drive thru quite a few times in the past couple of months and I’m happy to say, it’s been a nice experience! I haven’t had high expectations because IT IS fast food, and most places have restrictions! There has been a little wait, but the foods always great!! I love the milkshakes and the customer service is awesome!!!

I'm not impressed with this jack in the box. It seems like their milkshake machine is always down for "cleaning". In addition to that my husband got severe food poisoning from the tacos once and it lasted 3+ days. Ever since then we pretty much only feel safe ordering milkshakes.

I’ve been a regular customer at this location for years. Today I ordered a medium combo, no ice as always, and for the first time ever, was given a small cup with noticeably less drink. When I politely asked if that was correct, a manager told me that because I didn’t want ice, they gave me a smaller drink intentionally. This is deeply misleading. A medium combo should come with a medium drink, regardless of how much ice is or isn’t added.( winter time, sore throat etc… you get my point) If this has happened to anyone else, I encourage you to speak up. I’m currently exploring formal complaints and may pursue this further if this appears to be a pattern.

One of the last remaining locations with a playground it seems. Bummer, if the food is forever going to be garbage, the least they could do is encourage some active play to burn off the excessive amout of calories

The line was short in the drive-through at 2 pm . The person taking my order was nice, and the same with the person giving me my order. The nuggets were cooked just right. Now the bag the meal came in about time McDonald's this was so cool words can not say how much I enjoyed the bag probly more than the meal .

Went to redeem free meal for a mistake they made before. But they still messed up on the order. Had to going twice to fix the food. After complaining to the manager, he just apologize. Do not replace or give a card. I'm very disappointing how they took care of the customer. I think the only reason why I go is because my kids like to happen now. I've been going less and less because of the mistakes they make.

Came for breakfast and left after waiting 15 minutes in line because the menu switched to lunch. We were there in line , but the employees had to keep running to let other customers into the restrooms. One employee was trying to take orders, open the bathrooms to customers, and push out food. It was chaotic, and frustrating to miss the breakfast menu because they are so overwhelmed by the homeless trying to use the restroom, that they couldn't properly get customers through the check out line. I felt bad for the understaffed workers.

My son and I used to go here on the weekend for breakfast and to play in the kids area. But it seems like everytime we go the kids area is dirty, like it doesn't get cleaned on a regular basis and we are usually there pretty early so its probably not happening . If you don't want to use the walk up order machine, your usually waiting atleast a few minutes until your being helped. And this is the only mcdonalds I've been in that charges for refills. Not coming back

This location used to be solid but the food today was absolutely disgusting. I've never tasted such a more rancid flavor in my food 🤢 I spit it out and threw away the rest of the meal

Got the $7 meal deal with a burger, fries, drink, and sundae and the chicken strips deal meal. The location has a drive thru and indoor and outdoor dining options. The staff was friendly and professional. The food was hot and fresh. Ten out of ten recommend this location.

I ordered a drink and a dipped cone. The ice cream was good. I had an unsweetened ice tea and it was good as well. They have a lot of seating and even though they had multiple customers, the service was fast.

The food was great! We also lost a wallet here and a kind customer turned it in to the staff and they held onto it for us. We were reunited with the wallet by the manager. We really appreciate the staff at this location!

Ordered threw drive threw at 440pm I ordered #1 no onions with a larg rootbeer. They did not repeat the order said total at the window. No thanks for the order no total no idea if they got the order right. Got to the drive up window. Was met with teenage girl attitude who finally told my my total and asked what was the drink I ordered again with attitude. Get my food and go park in the parking lot. Fries were cold and burger is burned with onions on it when clearly said no onions. Yes the manager in charge is 100% to blame for the actions the crew had. With proper management these problems would not exist. 2 stars

Didn't have my confetti ice cream but had it on the menu that sucked but the fams ice cream was good mine was dripping all over the served it messy they were good and all but geeze

They fired my friend and the manager name is Mason and said to my friend this is why we don't hire mom's and dad's. That is so unacceptable I will never ever eat at this location again with my child.

This is what passes for effort here. This is a grilled cheese. Untoasted bread with unmelted cheese. This is exactly how much the owners care about quality, because this is as good as it gets there. Edit** went back, months later, food is ice cold. Totally uncooked chicken wings. Totally uncooked pretzel sticks. Literally ice cold. How is the owner/manager of this place still in control? What a waste of a location.

Okay I after not eating here for 10 years I decided to give a shot again... The service was poor when I went into the building to order my pizza last night I was standing at the front for a couple minutes why people were talking in the back until someone had a finally say oh you have people up front ..then she came to the front I made my order told her no mushrooms on the pizza My husband absolutely does not like them she said okay then as I went to go sit outside in my truck I told the other gentleman were going outside The guy did not acknowledge that I was talking to him at all kept staring at the computer which was rude then I went back in to grab my pizza and the girl told me are you allergic to mushrooms I said no my husband absolutely don't like them though she's like well we had this pizza already made and so we picked off all the mushrooms before cooking it I hope that's okay I'm like as long as there's no mushrooms on there which I thought they make their pizza fresh right when you order it so that was BS. The service was terrible they absolutely did not care about their customers Little Caesars should get new workers that aren't going to be goofing off in the back. I brought the pizza home and it was absolutely crap and of course one piece my husband picked up had mushrooms on it so I will never be going back there ever again. Little Caesars if you're going to up the price on your crappy cardboard pizza you should do better and hired qualified people that aren't going to be goofing off and taking their job serious.

This pizza wasn't cut and all the pepperoni was on a couple of pieces. I worked at pizza hut for 4 years and can confidently say, even in a rush, our food quality NEVER suffered under my watch. 0 excuses. It's a pizza. Not rocket science.

I called and got a garbled response from some guy.To take away the hot and ready, and up the price over $8, then not tell me on the phone - crazy! No thanks anymore. When I called, somebody should have told me that it was that much. Domino's beats you in a lot of ways now. I give you one star to even recognize that I used to get your pizza all the time. In a hurry - I will eat ramen noodles. I'm good with that. It's better than talking to somebody on the phone that doesn't even know what they're doing, and then trusting myself to eat your pizza. I just don't think your quality is there. Done! Bye

Picked up a cheese pizza for my young children, my bad for not looking at it first, but when I got home and opened the box, it was burned and missing cheese in the middle and spots both my kids said no thank you they do not want to eat this $10 later I am not very happy.

Look not trying to start anything with any one but we had this one incident at little Caesars pizza both my mom and I went in to order just a plane cheese pizza with nothing else on it the dude working the cash register said OK I got you what happened was when we got our food back home some one messed up our order and put peperrony on our pizza and and tried hiding it with a bunch of cheese we seen what happened and we did not eat the pizza we put it in the trash and that was the last time we order from you guys down there every job I ever worked I followed directions because I had a fear of losing my job and I think it should be the same way with you guys. We loved your guys food at one point! The bread sticks are fire the chicken wings I enjoyed and the soda was always cold the store is always clean you guys have a lot of respectful men and women that work down there and I thank-you for all that it's just the pizza situation that was kind of a bummer but hey at the end off the day no one is perfect including me I know sometimes stuff happens it would to be tiring working all day long taking order both over the phone and in person on top of all that from time to time having to put up with rude people ordering food because people are not always nice when they order I always say please and thank-you and have a nice day all in all cant beat the price it's more than afordable for the working class people.👍

I was APPALLED. this location is a total JOKE they are in the middle of dinner time thus I understand if it was busy but it wasn't very busy the problem was LACK OF EFFORT I came in the building and was standing next to a woman also waiting for her order . I told the girl and a guy who I assumed to be the "manager" in separate occurrences the name of my order, neither even cared to look and see if it was already in the pizza dispenser . I stood there for about 10 minutes with my order staring me in the face and I had no idea even though I asked 2 separate employees. THATS NOT EVEN THE WORST PART there's an employee with an afro in the back being EXTREMELY loud about missing another co worker because he "says the N WORD" then said " well actually thats like the only reason i like him"to another coworker who then responded " because they like using the N work is not a great reason to like someone" and then they just laughed and laughed and the original one even acknowledged theres customers around so hes not gonna get TOO into it .and I finally said something about where my order is and sure enough its been DONE and they couldn't even care enough to update the app. This is DISAPPOINTING, OFFENSIVE AND IRRESPONSIBLE!

Everything was great except Google's directions. They sent me to where it used to be but no longer is. It's across the street in the Safeway plaza. Looking at Safeway it would be on the right side all the way to the back of parking lot.

I Ordered the kicking chicken wrap. All of the cold chicken was pilled up on one end of the wrap so when I picked up the other half to eat it was nothing but veggies . You think for $12 they do a better job. Will not return food’s not worth the money

Ordered and picked up on the app. Food is decent but I'm sure the owner would like to know your employees are driving customers away by making it look like they are closed early. They close at 10pm but at 9pm none of the lights were on and the chairs were up on the tables conveniently on the table closest to the window. So driving by they look closed. I guess you don't like making money 🤷‍♀️

Don't really know how to rate it. I guess three stars might be too high. stopped here at 8 :30 and they were already closed up, when they're supposed to be open till 10:00

Food was delivered fast, my Club Lulu tasted fresh (Turkey & Bacon) but it wasn't anything special.. Over priced for what you get, 3.8 value rating. The layout of the website didn't seem like they offered alot of toppings or sauce/seasoning options, and some were additional cost. My little cup of kicking ranch was an additional charge, since I couldn't add it as a condiment. I'll try it again, but it didn't standout to me with all the other options in town.

Fast friendly service, I did think them to be overpriced and their bread was a little rubbery… flavor was okay, I could have served six with better on what I spent for two! And I believe their chips to be a bit high with sodium… I eat three chips and need a drink just after and between the remainder of the bag!

Bread. Hard bread sandwich. Yum? I never in my life thought a place could be worse than Subway. Subway sandwiches are gold compared to this. 1 measly slice of roast beef, I honestly couldn't even taste it. I asked for cheese (which I didn't get) and onions (which I didn't get it) thank God they got mayo and lettuce on there. Worst sandwich EVER!! Go somewhere else.
