German restaurant

Brunch restaurant
Blue Heron Bistro is a cozy and nostalgic restaurant in Coos Bay, serving authentic German cuisine since 1976. The warm quarters are adorned with framed German prints, creating a lively destination for Bavarian eats. The bistro takes pride in its homemade products, including freshly baked German sourdough, rich gravies, warming potato salad, and comforting desserts. Guests can enjoy excellent food and refreshing comfort amidst the amazing seafood offerings.
Blue Heron Bistro provides a unique dining experience with its old Germany-inspired ambiance, featuring rustic decor and animal heads mounted on the walls, adding character to the space. For my meal, I enjoyed the grilled fresh wild salmon served with carrots, spinach, and potatoes. The salmon was expertly prepared and cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and complemented by the fresh vegetables. The portions were generous, leaving me completely satisfied. My son ordered the fish and chips, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. The cod was fresh, lightly battered, and fried to a perfect crisp, striking a great balance between texture and flavor. The customer service was also excellent—friendly, attentive, and fast, making the dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, Blue Heron Bistro excels in providing hearty, fresh food paired with outstanding service in a charming, memorable setting. It’s a must-visit for anyone seeking a great meal in a cozy, rustic atmosphere.

Very fun, slightly fancy restaurant. I got a free slice of cake for playing in cash, so I may be biased! Amazing chicken and spatzle dish, the homemade bread was fantastic and dense. They have a cozy outdoor patio space that looks well sheltered and have a kid's menu. Lots of gorgeous cakes and cheesecakes, a Gluten Free option option was available when I visited. Server was friendly and very attentive, love all the lovely old fashioned decor.

Well, this was a delightful and surprising find! I was in Coos Bay for one night (on my way up the Oregon Coast) and I came across this charming restaurant. My mother was German (grew up in what in now western Poland), and I had been raised on Schnitzel, Sauerbraten, Rouladin, Goulash, Beef Stroganoff and both Knackwurst and Bratwurst. So, for me to when eating at a German restaurant, I come equipped with expectations of being disappointed. But not so at the Blue Heron! I ordered the Oktoberfest dinner (schnitzel, sauerbraten, knackwurst, bratwurst, sauerkraut and potato salad with a side of mustard), and a side of the goulash over a generous plate of spätzel. And a small glass of Paulaner Oktoberfest amber beer. WOW! I was so pleased and ate far more of the very delicious and authentic food than I had expected to. Since I was dining alone, I was also delighted to enjoy reading a number of pages of a book I found on the window sill of the booth, call ed Everybody's War (by the original owner of the Blue Heron, Wim de Vriend, who was a fan of German cuisine and bread and enjoyed collecting many stories of German, Polish and Dutch survivors of WWII. As both my parents were WWII refugees (from Poland and the Czech Republic), I found this book fascinating and Wim de Vriend a wonderful "virtual" dinner companion. I was reluctant to leave, but it was getting late so I got a "take home" box and bought a new signed copy of "Everybody's War" (which are available at the restaurant for about $25). I'm now enjoying reading it (it's the following morning) and I'll soon be munching on my delicious leftovers for breakfast! Danke schön, Mr. de Vriend, and whomever is the new owner of The Blue Heron!

Wow. That is an understatement. I try a bennie everywhere I go. The burnt ends benedict here was by far my favorite...ever. That silky yolk and 100% home made hollandaise is incomparable to all the rest. Well done. Great server, she was friendly, personable, and great to interact with in all directions. I will definitely be back.
Trisha K — Google review
An A+ experience. Cannot say enough about Cassandras professionalism and care with EVERY table. She provides a calm even when it is very busy. The food and atmosphere remind us of our favorite places in Chicago and Germany. Worth the stop over and over again

I took a friend, from way back in high school, that was visiting to show off the area. I was not disappointed! She and I had the surf and turf with the clam chowder. The entire meal was exquisite! The clam chowder was the best I've ever had in my entire life! It reminded me of a lobster bisque with clams in it. The steak and shrimp were cooked to perfection! The green beans and potatoes were seasoned and cooked wonderfully as well. I highly recommend the Blue Heron! We had a wonderful time! Whenever friends or family visit the area, this is going to be my go-to restaurant to impress them.

What can I say the food was Awesome 👌 the wait staff were nice. If you spend 35.00 or more and pay cash you get a free pice of cake. The desert is so good. My wife really liked this place we want to go back. Every was excellent..
Fast E — Google review
Certainly not what I expected at Coos Bay. A German restaurant. They had a fair selection of traditional German cuisine, mixed with seafood dishes you would expect to see at the coast. I had salmkn with carrots, spinach, and potatoes. The dish was everything I expected. My wife indulged in their fried oysters. She loved them and noted how fresh they were. The atmosphere? It lloks exactly how a German restaurant should look...German. Swing in, have some gluhwein, you won't be disappointed.

Restaurant O Italian & French Cuisine is a must-visit dining spot, overseen by the renowned Michelin-starred Chef Eoghain ONeill. The restaurant offers a delightful selection of Italian-inspired tapas and handcrafted cocktails, all to be enjoyed against the backdrop of bay views from the second-floor dining area. Since its establishment in 2017, this place has been serving an array of global dishes prepared by the celebrated chef.
Every time we dine at Restaurant O, we have a truly unique and amazing experience. It’s really wonderful to have this caliber of restaurant in this little seaside city. Every dish is crafted with intention and passion. And don’t skip the wine- his pairings are just as delicious.

Love love love this restaurant!! The food was fresh and cooked perfectly. Our server was very friendly and met our every need. We started with a couple martinis and the calamari appetizer. Portions are of normal size which was so refreshing. We ordered the halibut special and papperdelle pasta. Both were so delicious, halibut was cooked perfectly. One of our favorite restaurants in the area, can’t wait to go back and try more delicious menu items. Thank you!’
Jamie S — Google review
We had a wonderful meal at Restaurant O! We each had halibut from the specials menu, one with beet risotto and the other with shrimp and truffle mashed potatoes. Outstanding! The amuse bouche was creative and super tasty. Would definitely return when next in Coos Bay!
Karen B — Google review
Took my girlfriend here for dinner when we began our coast trip. The menu was robust but not overly so. You could tell every item had care put into it. The service was excellent and though they were on the busier side we didn't have to wait for a table. I had the Crab Cakes, the Steak Tartare, and the Escargot. My girlfriend got the course dinner and everything looked incredible. She very much enjoyed the Pork Belly in Jus over Mashed Potatoes. I didn't do an excellent job taking photos, but I'll post them below. If you are looking for a nice fine dining meal in Coos Bay, in an environment that doesn't feel stuffy or prudish, I highly recommend stopping in here.

DO NOT RECOMMEND Note: Pictures all included We called ahead of time and they said they had a special vegan menu. Everything that was listed over the call sounded very good in concept but the execution on the other hand was nonexistent. To start from the very top: ⁃ When the appetizers came out we were very confused because half of the ingredients under the items listed on the menu were not there. For example, the signature appetizer, Zupetta, was supposed to be a focaccia and vegetable plate. It was missing the focaccia and bits of the vegan cheese were ice cold. The local wild mushrooms & duo of orange salad was supposed to come with wild mushroom, oranges, and orange jelly. The wild mushrooms (the literal main ingredient) and orange jelly were not present and the flavors in the dish did not go well together at all. We asked the server and she brought over the mushrooms and focaccia however the focaccia was extremely crumbly and didn’t taste fresh. Note: The sauce for the dish did in fact taste very good. ⁃ For the main dish we had ordered two signature dishes, nano risotto that was supposed to be flavored with truffle, and apple wood smoked vegetables with a mint and pea purée . Once again the risotto was missing the truffle (which the waitress acknowledged was a mistake on the chef’s part). For the apple wood smoke dish, instead of mint and pea puree it just had torn mint and peas on the top. This simple doesn’t work when the vegetables don’t have any flavor of their own. The dish was also extremely oily as seen in the pictures which was surprising considering the vegetables were grilled. The potatoes were burnt and the squash was overcooked and falling apart, the zucchini had grill marks on it but somehow wasn’t cooked all the way through. For what it’s worth, the risotto did taste good even without the truffle. ⁃ For dessert, we ordered a chilled duo of strawberry and jasmine soup, that was supposed to come with a strawberry sorbet. Instead we received ice water with melted sorbet, with chopped mint and a teaspoon of sorbet. No jasmine to be found. It was so gross we didn’t finish it. To give credit where credit is due, the complimentary pre appetizer with beetroot hummus with tomato and balsamic drizzle, and shot of gazpacho was very good. When it came to service, we were attempting to wave the waitresses down to get our orders fixed but they were too busy chatting amongst themselves. When it came to the bill, there was a mistake on the bill where they charged us for an extra order of our mains. I’m not one to critique ambiance however given this was listed as fine dining and the high prices I have to comment the decor was extremely tacky. It looked like the table cloths came from tj maxx, there were random Christmas ornaments and ribbons taped to the wall (we came late August) and the iced soup was served on a sparkly napkin. To top it off, the chef has put a picture of himself on the wall in which he refers to himself as “master chef O’Neill”. How embarrassing. Please keep in mind this restaurant is listed and the prices reflect “fine dining” hence why we thought this review was worthwhile. Save your money and receive higher quality food at Taco Bell. You’ll get less of a stomachache (our stomaches were killing us after all that grease) and your wallets will thank you.
Ritvi S — Google review
My wife and I love to dine out. We love Vegas style fine dining. Haven said that I'll say this we dont expect that type of quality from any restaurant outside the Las Vegas area. This restaurant failed, in my opinion. My wife loved all of her food and drinks. I ordered the filet minion (medium rare), mashed potatoes, and steamed mixed vegetables with a cocktail, the Irish old-fashioned. Cocktails were the best part of the evening. My steak was over cooked, no crust on it, no flavor at all, the mashed potatoes tasted so bland that I really didn't want to eat them, the steamed vegetables were even more bland and hard. I been cooking steaks for years now and I could have cooked a better steak and made a mashed potato dish that everyone would love, the mix vegetables could have had at least some type of flavor, a little salt or pepper perhaps, I know its steamed but come on. The desert was good. The atmosphere could use a little more quality and less recycled look. Tip for the cleaning person, please wipe down the gold wall art after each guest, there was food from the previous guest smeared on it. Seating is all tables with no booths. I give it three stars at best. Food needs more flavoring and better quality. The wedge salad ok, and the ranch is kind of gross.
Anthony D — Google review
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Food is absolutely fantastic! Better than Michelin star restraints I’ve been to. Drinks and atmosphere were also fantastic. If I lived here this place would be a weekly indulgence.
Michael A — Google review
This restaurant was great! It had really tasty appetizers like the octopus, snails, and the salmon cevichie from the Chef. Drinks were awesome! Ribeye and Halibut was spot on. Our main dishes came out a little late so our waiter was very kind and gave us a box of truffles. Definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Pizza Takeout
Abby's Legendary Pizza is a casual and well-established chain that offers a wide variety of thin-crust and deep-dish pizzas, along with sandwiches. This Pacific Northwest-based restaurant features vintage decor and arcade games, creating a nostalgic atmosphere reminiscent of traditional pizza houses. Abby's serves an extensive selection of round table pizzas, with an array of innovative toppings, all prepared using the freshest ingredients available.
A local favourite, Abby's has a family friendly dining room, everything is clean and the staff on top on things. I ordered the Abby's Italian Classic Sandwich and wasn't disappointed, so I'm sure I'll be back to try their pizza. It looks like they have delivery service, too. [to Abby's response:] I've lived here about 6 months and visited only once.
Artemis J — Google review
Abby’s Legendary Pizza was a great pizza place, right on Hwy 101 going thru Coos Bay. The inside was nice, and they had a few TV’s to watch, and some video games along one wall. I ordered the Taco Pizza because the pictures online looked good! It came out looking just like the picture! I was amazed by the flavor of all of the ingredients. The lettuce, tomato, beef (or you can choose chicken) and cheese all tastes great. I put some of the taco sauce packets on it, and that added the perfect flavor. That was one of the best pizzas I had had in years. Just amazing. I live in Arizona, but when I come back thru the Oregon Coast, I will definitely stop for pizza here in Coos Bay!
Chuck B — Google review
We were here on vacation, rainy night and decided to eat in with pizza. We. Ordered a large Pepperoni pizza and six wings for delivery cost me $40.32 with the delivery fee was $56. I was OK with the cost just because they said they were so good and had such good reviews. Unfortunately when the pizza was delivered, it was a basic 10 inch cheese pizza six naked wings, no sauce and because it was done with DoorDash, I had no recourse and all they could say was sorry Terrible. Please do not order from them. Just go to one of the big chain stores. You will be much happier.
Sean D — Google review
Fully decent pizza place! It’s clean and spacious inside. The staff were polite. Food arrived fast. We enjoyed the spud appetizer, cheesy breadsticks and the family sized pizza fed six people easily. They offer birthday parties here and have a small section of video games.
Laurel H — Google review
No better place for locals and tourists. Stay away from the large chain pizzas and you won't regret it! Our local Abbys has great customer service, awesome pizza and good pricing. You talk with locals who will make you that extra special pizz too. A great place for a party or business meeting too. Definitely go here ( or local for sure) if you want to be happy all around!
Sable H — Google review
My family and I recently came in for our adult son’s birthday on a Saturday, early afternoon. We ordered a giant sized pizza and two large pizzas, plus beer and soda. Everything looked good and tasted great. Customer service was awesome and the pizzas came out quickly. This is my favorite location to come to dine in. My favorite is the Taco Pizza.
Patricia S — Google review
When I called and complained, they told me that I didn’t know how to order through DoorDash and blamed the situation on me. Don’t waste your money, just go to one of the big chain stores. Overall the quality and taste of this so and so “legendary” and “great” pizzas didn’t meet their standards.
Ximena W — Google review
Always crispy crust, wonderful toppings, and they will make it the way you like it! They don’t have a salad bar like other Abby’s, but they still have salads to order.

The Coach House is a long-standing restaurant with a rich history, originally serving as a bar for local loggers in the 1950s. Over time, it has evolved into an unpretentious steak and seafood eatery loved by both locals and visitors. The restaurant offers a variety of options including barbecued meats cooked over coals on an outdoor grill, available for lunch and dinner.
We sat in their outside seating area and it was really nice. Good atmosphere. Ordered off their lunch special menu, the BBQ chicken sandwich. It was delicious and cooked fresh. Seasoned well. The sides were great too. Beans, potato salad and fries. The waitress was very friendly and helpful with the menu. Service was timely.
Christina M — Google review
Our friend from COOS BAY , Oregon told us about Coach House BBQ Ribs with Mashed Potatoes & Veggies . We told him to bring us 2 racks on 5/8/25 . The ribs are really good just as Vince Baldez recommended.
Eliman G — Google review
First, the staff is amazing. Very friendly. The food was okay. They added some mash potatoes to my plate of melted butter. The cod with the shrimp sauce was mediocre. My wife’s plate of beef medallions were great (according to her). Her strawberry lemon drop tasted like kool aid punch. Their water was good.
Michael P — Google review
Intimate dining with tables, no booths, situated but completely separate between the kitchen and lounge. There is additional dining "outside" in the completely enclosed and heated tent structure. The tent structure is fully framed with windows and is equipped with patio heaters keeping the dining area comfortably warm. We had the BBQ ribs which phenomenal. The lunch included three large pork ribs, a small cup of baked beans and garlic toast. We also had a cup of their clam chowder which was okay but sadly. lacking in clam bits. Overall this establishment is definitely a place designated for a return visit. The food was awesome and plentiful, the service was great and overall it was a pleasurable experience. Overall, the restaurant was alot more than what we expected. Great.
Ron S — Google review
Absolutely the best steak and prime rib we have had. This place usually requires reservations because the do so much business. Today we got in without one because we were early enough. All of the staff here work hard but are super friendly and attentive to your needs. Drinks are refilled quickly and the food is exactly to order. Strongly recommend.
Chris L — Google review
This used to be our favorite dinner date establishment but the food has been not good the last few visits. I will say the waiters are always pretty attentive. On our last visit there was 2 large parties and the waiter still made us feel very seen. I ordered a steak Kabob and clearly said medium well but it came back so raw. I don’t usually point those things out but this was bad so I did. The waiter was great and said he would take it back and have a new one made that was medium well. It was maybe three minutes tops, and he brought another one out which I thought was really fast. This time it was worse than the first one and just cut it open so that they could see when they picked up my plate and called it good. There was also a large amount of fruit flies that would not stop trying to get on our food and drinks and that was so annoying. I think we will be taking a break from this restaurant for a while and hope that it’s just a bump in their road.
NC L — Google review
The Coach House is a must-stop for dinner if you’re in Coos Bay! My prime rib was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor, and the baked potato was one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!
Jacob J — Google review
I had the man sized sirloin, fries, veggies, salad, and fried cheese curds. Everything was excellent. Amazing price and taste. Best steak I’ve had in years. Don’t run from the tight bar, there’s restaurant seating in the back. This place is a small town gem please treat everyone well.

This place is fantastic. We sampled a few dishes and were really impressed. The fish was incredibly fresh and the rolls were delicious. Our waitress was fun and made the experience even more enjoyable. The spicy tuna roll was not actually spicy, but it was still full of flavor. Overall, a great visit and we will definitely be back

Good price for the amount of food you get. The sushi is good, and the rice was very well-prepared. The bento box was nice, with well-seasoned and cooked chicken. I just wish there was more shrimp tempura—there was only one shrimp. 🍤
Lila C — Google review
This is a place that is very popular for locals…I’m not a huge sushi fan but this was good, and they have a lot of options if you don’t like sushi…if you do this place has everything…very fresh fish, sushi etc…we came in at a super busy lunch time and it took a while to get our food, but it was fine as we were just with friends and weren’t in a rush
Stephen S — Google review
Best place to grab a quality meal in Coos Bay! Ate here two nights in a row. While they were running a little low on some of their sushi components, what they did have was fresh and well done! The tempura dinner is delightful. My daughter had the ramen and it was very good! Sushi was amazing! We had two different servers on the two visits and they were both top notch! I'll be back for sure!
Darren P — Google review
I was surprised with the freshness and quality of fishes this little place has. Four of us, we ordered some sashimi and sushi (did not take pictures of them) then ordered two different rolls (Chasing Dragon and the Godzilla)and tempura fish and veggies. The tempura fish and veggies are very good. They were fried in perfection. Fried food is not my jam, but I would recommend it.
Yin C — Google review
I was looking for someplace to have really good sushi and I found it at Tokyo bistro. I had the dragon roll and it was exactly how I like it. The Maui Bento box was very filling great teriyaki chicken. It was tender along with the rice and salad dressing, the only shortcut I would think of the boxes of vegetables were shoe string size. My waitress was friendly and. I’m just passing through on vacation, but if I’m in the area, I certainly will stop here again.
Steven R — Google review
I’ve gone here a few times before and all times were great. This time I went with my brother and my mom and we got a bento, I got the Sesame Chicken Katsu, and we also got a few sushis. One of my favorites there was the lemon drop which I believe has salmon, tuna(?), and a thin slice of lemon plus some lemon sauce. We got some appetizers as well like the octopus skewers and a mussels one. The food was very delicious and our server was super kind. I would definitely go there again. TL;DR : Yummy food and nice people. I want the Lemon Drop sushi again
Jackson C — Google review
our waiter was dynamite. he listened carefully and repeated a few times to make sure he got my special drink order correct- apple sake mixed with plum wine- tomadachi! yummy fast service Great food. we had the dancing roll, blue fin tuna, big eye poke bowl, quail egg, oysters, and octopus meatballs. The only thing is, I wish the octopus meatballs had more Baby Octopus Inside and Less dough.... that was the only letdown. and on the dancing roll- if they would’ve charred the scallop, just a hint that would’ve been amazing.. I absolutely love the oysters the sauce and those is freaking amazing . also the dancing role would be maybe a seven out of ten. It was a bit dry. luckily we did bring our own amino acid spray to help liven and moisten it. we had added our own avocado and crab also. Price comparable. drinks great. kids ok. atmosphere cute. parking ok. staff very nice

7 Devils Waterfront Alehouse is a restaurant located in Coos Bay, Oregon, offering American and seafood dishes for both lunch and dinner. The modern venue features large windows providing stunning views of the Coos Bay River, along with live music. Despite its name as an alehouse, it also offers a full bar serving delightful mixed drinks. Visitors have praised the creamy clam chowder and the picturesque waterfront view from both indoor and outdoor dining areas.
7 Devils was a great spot and a must try! We were in Coos Bay for a camping trip and found this place on the water and tried it for lunch and for dinner while in town. It is definitely the nicest restaurant in town and has beautiful views and great atmosphere. My husband and friends said the fish and chips were amazing- specifically the halibut. I had the BLT and meatloaf- both amazing. The Spindrift IPA was delicious, I even bought more at the campground we stayed at that was selling local beers. We even bought shirts here for the memory!
Moorea C — Google review
This place is in a fairly new retail complex positioned right on the river, which we had a nice view of. Our service was on the slow side, but our waitress did tell us after she brought our orders out that my fish had been dropped, so the had to grill a fresh one. My wife’s tea refill also took far too long. My wife enjoyed her rice bowl. My salad was good, but could have used a bit more flavor.
Scott H — Google review
We're traveling through and thus place showed up on top of the local list. Totally worth a stop here! It's Sunday night, so not as busy but reservations might be in order other times. The servers were polite and helpful with duet restrictions. His calamari and clam chowder were great. Crispy, lightly breaded calamari is perfect with the creamy chowder served here. The fish ordered with a salad was delicious! My only complaint that the beautiful carrot strips were really hard to stab with a fork to eat them. Yummy beverages rounded out the meal. They even had a no seasoning burger for the dog. Recommended!

I had the fish burger (added avocado); my sexy husband had the burger (added bacon and Tillamook cheddar). Both of us loved what we got. Coos Bay can sometimes be hit or miss with restaurants. This place is a winner! 🏆 Great food, service, beers and views. We'll come back with others soon!

Very busy when we got there. Glad we made reservations. Waited about 5 minutes for our table to be ready which was fine. The waiting area is comfortable, or you can stand outside and enjoy the beautiful view. The server was great, very friendly and knowledgeable, took great care of us. The bussers did a great job taking care of our plates and filling our waters. The rock fish was delicious and fresh tasting. The breading is extremely good. The smoked meatloaf was one of the best my husband has ever tasted. Our favorite part of the meal was definitely the clam chowder. It was perfect and delicious. Also, yummy beer and cocktails. We sat inside downstairs, in the very back and the view was amazing! Beautiful sunset that I wish I had gotten a photo of. If the late evening weather had been warmer, we definitely would have sat outside but it was lovely inside. Great experience overall, looking forward to our next meal here!

We were there about an hour to an hour and a half. The wait was about 20 minutes we got there about 7 on a Saturday night so not to bad. We got 2 orders of the halibut and chips, calamari, clam chowder and chocolate bar with 3 soft drinks. Total was about $150. The calamari was way too overdone and hard. The server walked past our dirty table with empty drinks many times. The coleslaw was very dry with no flavor. The fries were amazing! And the clam chowder was very well made! There was not a lot of parking if your a truck or anything bigger then a suv.

Great selection of tasty beers and a full kitchen menu. They also have a cool waterfront location right on the bay. I would highly recommend trying one of their beautifully crafted salads or even their classic fish and chips.

Loved this bar. Stopped in on our way to Cali and met a wonderful couple. Good food, kind & friendly staff. Our kids loved being able to run and play. The bathrooms outside were super nice. We will be stopping in any time we can!

We were sad when we moved from an area that got pizza right, and have not found an acceptable and delicious pizza until we came here. We've been here for a while now (3 years since moving here) and have decided this is the best pizza you can get for WHILE- in ANY direction. The crust holds up but is not so thick and chewy, and it doesn't need to be folded to contain a soupy mess like some of the other pizzas in the area. The staff are amazing and if you come here more than twice, will start to anticipate your order. We always know what to expect- an amazing perfect pizza that excels in the area, and in turn, they have come to anticipate and expect us. Perfect. Atmosphere- you're going to pull into a parking lot that is pretty much full all the time, but that's because it's attached to a bowling alley. It's a fun jaunt of nostalgia combined with a pub joint that knows what it is doing. We choose this place most weekends that we head into town :) Also- they have a great selection of beers on tap- how can you go wrong? :D

I was out of town and stopped in. Definitely a local feel to it but I was welcomed. Very friendly workers. The people there maybe could tell I wasn't from there so that was a bit strange at first but not the establishment fault. They had good beers on tap too.

Love it! Great local spot for the entire family. Awesome food, full bar, and local beers on tap. Wood fired pizza is stellar. The new patio area is beautiful and cozy on any weather. They've got cornhole, giant connect four, fire pit. They have live comedy shows, red neck, wine tasting, & live bands monthly. Schedule changes, so sign up for the emails. Great prices, great staff, great place to rent our for your occasion. I can't say enough good things about The Back Alley.

We arrived close to closing and they still took a party of 9. Waitress was excellent and on top of her game. Food was delicious. Seemed like a little café but back dining area was huge. Highly recommend.

We hadn’t been here in years since the kids grew up and stopped having birthday parties in the bowling alley. We were seated “outside” right under a heater and it was toasty and warm. The burgers were pretty okay but they spicy feta dip was SUPER YUMMY! We will be back for more and to try some new things on the menu.

Wildflour is a fantastic dining spot with a laid-back and cozy atmosphere. The restaurant offers stunning decor and locally sourced, mouth-watering seasonal dishes. They host various events such as Happy Hour, Live Music on Wednesdays, Tzatziki Thursdays, Fiesta Fridays, and Seafood Saturdays. Despite feeling disheveled upon arrival with a grumpy toddler in tow, the excellent service quickly made the guests feel relaxed and welcome. The food and drinks were equally impressive.
This really is a neat place with the old architecture and feel. We were passing through driving down the Oregon coast and decided to stop in for dinner. We started with the bread board, the Pear Lemon Drop, and Apple Cider Mule all of which were really good. My wife had the Roasted Garlic Pasta with Chicken Parmesan and I had the Surf and Turf with the 6oz Filet, Yukon Gold Mash, and Autumn vegetables. Both meals were excellent. The staff was very friendly and inviting as well. Highly recommended this place.

We have had dinner here several times for date nights. The atmosphere is absolutely lovely. There is something to be said for nice table linens when dining. The tables are not on top of each other. The staff is great. Attentive but not overly. The food is extraordinary and well plated. Hot tea selection is great I love to choose my tea from a tea box. The desserts are made in house they’re absolutely wonderful. We always bring our service dog there is plenty of room for her to lay down. If you appreciate good food you need to try. Don’t forget to make reservations, it’s super easy to do online or call. Happy Dining ☺️

What a great space to have an amazing dinner. We had the baked brie and build your own pasta with vegan meat balls. So good with large portions! We took a cheesecake to go and WOW. A lot of cheesecakes are delicious but they tend to be thick and this was not the case. First off, the size of the cheesecake was large in comparison to most places where they give you a slice. Second, it was so delicate, light and silky. We both agreed that it was the best we’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend anything from this menu.

It was amazing! I tried some salmon and ate a cheeseburger. I expected this to be some causal American restaurant and instead, it was actually very flavorful and unique! The interior was beautiful and the outside was pretty bare, but the inside definitely made up for it. It’s weird to say, but the bathrooms were very nice as well! Although I didn’t get a bite of dessert, it looked extraordinary and very delicious. The waitresses were very polite and respectful, too. While I was there, there was calming and relaxing live Celtic music! I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are on your own, or even with children! This is all for my review, and I will definitely go again if I stay at North Bend again. 5 stars, would rate more if they had more! --a pre-teen :)

Dinner at a Wednesday night July 3, 2024. Ordered the $50+ rack of lamb... i was exquisite and very soft to the bite. I truly enjoyed this dish... mushrooms were an addition to flavor that complemented the Lamb. Delicious!. Service... Awesome until they forgot to bring in one order of a party of 6. They could have done better and did not notice until 10 minutes after everyone was served. They did apologize and decided to make her order free. There was music that night and with all the people trying to talk over it. it did become problematic for my hearing. I would come here again though. I'll be more prepared for the noise next time. At the end of the day the food was well worth it!

Wonderful quick service; our waitress was great! We started with a cranberry margarita, lavendar lemon drop the bread and bruchetta boards, which were really good. The only thing that would have made them better is if the bread board came with more balsamic and oil. Entress were the vegan burger, ribeye surf and turf, halibut dinner with scallops and seafood pasta with halibut. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. We also took all three desserts home, which were chocolate, spiced apple, and cranberry orange cakes. We forgot to take a photo before tearing into them. Not only were they delicious, but they were also vegan and gluten-free. We will definitely be back, so good!!

The Tin Thistle is a Celtic-themed whole foods vegan cafe located in North Bend, Oregon. The menu features a variety of dishes such as pasties, village bowls, vegetarian burgers, soup, pies, and smoothies. Visitors have raved about the flavorful Fiesta Burger and the delightful Sweet and Smokey Portabella sandwich. The Cauliflower tacos were also praised as a unique and tasty vegetarian option. Additionally, the Crabapple pie was highlighted as the perfect way to end a meal.
This is the best lunch we have had while traveling in a very long time, and we aren’t vegan. The owner and staff are lovely. The restaurant is beautiful and clean and inviting. There is a gorgeous little garden area in the back and we got to eat out there in the sun. Now for the food, wow, these ladies can cook! We had the super greens soup it was so delicious( we bought 2 containers to take home), the roasted cauliflower bowl which was so fresh and tasty and beautiful and we had a side salad with ranch which was very good. Everything was well seasoned and really amazing. I recommend treating yourself to this delicious little spot.

The food is DELICIOUS. I have been vegan almost 20 years and this is seriously some of the best vegan food I've had. I would go back just for the potato salad. The folks working there are so sweet and inviting. And the back patio! Adorable. I can't wait to come back

Great vegan restaurant. Home made burger patties that are excellent. The garden patio was a great place to eat their excellent food. I had the fiesta burger and a blackberry smoothie. Both excellent. Later that day I came back for the tasty tropical pie. Update: went back the next day and got the teriyaki burger and mango smoothie and they were both excellent as well.

A nice little restaurant, very welcoming and fun art stuff. We had pasties which had potatoes, almost like a samosa. We also ordered a BBQ burger, great texture and flavor. The hot and sour soup was tasty as well, good texture.

If I could give the categories of food, service, and atmosphere more than five stars I would. I am from out of town and I would eat here every day! As a vegan, this was a haven. I couldn't believe how delicious everything was. The interior space is so well thought out and curated... It feels so homey as well as welcoming. They have some beautiful wall art that I really enjoyed looking at. That feeling just continues into the back garden outdoor area. We ate outside and it was truly incredible. I tried the vegan mac, a pumpkin cookie, as well as the BLAT. I would eat that sandwich everyday if I could!!! The bread was perfectly toasted and I devoured it all in just a few minutes. The mac and cheese was great but was even better with some hot sauce I added on the leftovers! The pumpkin cookie only lasted a few minutes. Friendly service and we only waited about 10 minutes for the food. Then again I could wait outside all day, that outdoor garden area is the best I've ever been to!!

High quality vegan food! Very fresh ingredients and too notch flavor on all of the dishes we got. We ordered the pasty (which is basically an Indian samosa!!), fiesta burger and Mac and cheese and the gyro. The fiesta burger was my favorite thing- so good. We also loved their outdoor garden patio in the back. This is a great place to stop for vegans and non vegans if you’re looking for a healthy meal with tons of flavor and a variety of options on the menu.

I had a fantastic dining experience at The Tin Thistle in North Bend, Oregon. My group tried a variety of dishes, including the Fiesta Burger, Sweet and Smokey Portabella sandwich, Cauliflower tacos, and Crabapple pie. The Fiesta Burger was bursting with flavor, and the Sweet and Smokey Portabella sandwich was a delightful blend of sweet and savory. The Cauliflower tacos were a unique and tasty vegetarian option. And don't get me started on the Crabapple pie - it was the perfect way to end our meal. We chose to dine in, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The staff was incredibly sweet and attentive, making us feel right at home. Their friendly service added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend The Tin Thistle for its delicious food, warm ambiance, and friendly staff. It's a must-visit spot in North Bend, Oregon!

Italian restaurant
Little Italy is a cozy and charming bistro that offers generous portions of Italian favorites, including homemade pasta dishes, chicken, lamb, veal, and seafood. The restaurant provides an intimate atmosphere for fine dining during lunch and dinner. While some visitors have noted occasional service issues or mixed experiences with the staff's friendliness, many praise the delicious food and recommend trying out the place. The menu features a wide variety of options and a wonderful wine list to complement your meal.
Actually this is probably the best place in all of Coos Bay. The lady that helped us, was very new, she said it was her third day, but she rocked it. The portions are HUGE!! The chicken parm was delicious, the kids fettuccine Alfredo was also money, and the 3 meat pizza was so yummy too! It's like garlic bread crust or something. I 100% recommend and will be back when I'm back in town.

Calzone & Eggplant Parmesan were exceptionally delicious!! Also outstanding minestrone soup!! Took a very, very long time to get our meal even though we were the only patrons there, BUT the food was WORTH the wait.
William K — Google review
FOOD: 4.8/10 Honestly the dishes we had weren't great (chicken Alfredo, lasagna bolognese). But not bad. The appetizers were spot on taste wise. From what I could tell this place does have some good quality food. SERVICE: 2.5/10 The service was the main issue that I and a few others sitting across from us felt. The manager and one server was all that was on the floor and even tho it wasn't super busy things were coming out very slow, This place is cramped It took about 50 minutes just to get silverware, the salads and soup. ATMOSPHERE: 8/10 Cool art and posters all over, instrumental halo 3 music started playing at one point and I pleasantly was surprised because I'm a game lover. ENDING NOTES: All these things aside the owner or manager we DID speak to, does seem to care about the place and the feedback, and they did comp my meal by 50% which gives some points. It seems like things are still being tweaked and worked on, and I'm sure another person's experience will be different from mine, mine just wasn't pleasant for the amount of time we spent there (over 2 hours)

We decided to check out the new Italian restaurant in town. I wasn't overly excited after browsing the menu online, as it seemed quite standard, but I was a little intrigued by the fish offerings. However, upon visiting, I realized that the menu on Google Maps was outdated, and the current one was somewhat limited. The restaurant's decor left much to be desired. It felt dated, with peeling stained-glass window films and dim lighting, creating a somewhat kitschy and neglected ambiance. The men's bathroom, in particular, was disappointingly basic and unclean, akin to what you might find at a gas station. I ordered salmon with pasta, with an included salad, along with bruschetta to share. The salad and bruschetta were tasty, though the bruschetta serving was surprisingly small for its price – just three slices of bread, effectively giving my wife and I only a piece and a half each. While the fish and pasta were also enjoyable, the presentation was lackluster, with too much empty space on the plate and only one side dish. In all honesty, the food wasn't bad. However, the total cost of over $70 for three people, including two Italian sodas, my wife's ravioli, and a simple pasta dish for my toddler, felt steep. We could have prepared a similar meal at home for a fraction of the cost. For such a price, I would have preferred dining at Wildflour, where we'd enjoy great food, a charming and bright atmosphere, and some excellent beer. I'm always happy to see new restaurants opening up, but Little Italy will need to rethink its pricing and really invest in updating its decor if it hopes to compete effectively. Unfortunately, I don't see any value in this restaurant at all.
Kris — Google review
I was happy with the appetizers, and service, But it took a long time to get just those, and then even more time to get the main dishes we ordered. The chicken parmesan was chewy and hard to eat overall which was severely dissapointing because my favorite dish is chicken parmesan, I also tried the fettuccine Alfredo twice from two different occasions, first time it was tasty but very oily which is weird..? The second time a lot of oil leaked from the bottom of the to go box and it was just in general a disappointment. Their bread, sauce, and salads are overpriced but tasted good, the chicken parmesan was 25 dollars for a chewy tasteless plate of meat and sauce, the fettuccine Alfredo was around 25 dollars too and was better but still lackluster. Overall a sever dissapointment and waste of money, but it's the best Italian place I've found so far, which is embarrassing to say. And there was only me and my grandmother there both times and the wait was quite long. Last thing is that 4pm to 9pm is a silly time to be open, it's quite unfortunate they aren't open a little earlier like 12 or 11.
Mythe — Google review
The food and service was excellent. When I pay 21.00 for lasagne, it would be good if it weren't ala carte and came with a salad or breadsticks, or better yet, garlic bread. It's just too much money.
Tess O — Google review
Eat a lot today, eat more tomorrow. Came at 3:30pm, had the restaurant to ourselves. We had the eggplant parm, chicken parm, special (4 course meal), and three cheese tortellini. Food was fabulous, the waiter was kind and funny, and the atmosphere was just like you would expect an Italian diner to be.

Pancake Mill Restaurant & Pie Shoppe is a popular spot with a long wait, but the quality of food and friendly service make it worth it. The restaurant offers good quality food, including fresh fruit, real butter, homemade pies, and muffins. The menu is extensive with options for vegetarians and gluten-free customers. The staff is known for being friendly and welcoming.
I’ve never been to the pancake mill prior to this visit, now that I’ve been, I can say it tops my go-to breakfast spots. The pancake mill offered an enjoyable experience, with a relaxing cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and various homestyle dishes. When I initially came into the restaurant, it took less than 5 minutes to be seated, and we were immediately served waters. After some time to decide what to get on the menu, me and my party made our decisions, and it took about 30-40 minutes for our order to be ready. I believe it took longer because of the apple pancake. Once the food was served, the presentation looked to be on point. I ordered the Egg-N-Muffin Breakfast sandwich, which was fresh, and was considerably healthier compared to opposing menu items. The other items on the table included Swedish pancakes, another guest stated “it’s a 10/10”… I can only imagine those pancakes were delightful. I tried the Apple Pancakes, and they were undeniably hot and fresh, it was essentially a Cinnabon, except it was pancake style. I could rant about how good the food was, so I’ll spare the details. Just take my word for it, these pancakes are sensational.

we were in town for a wedding and everyone told us to try this place. it’s a very small, but cozy environment. if you’re lucky, you’ll get a spot after about a 10-20 minute wait. this place is always busy and for good reason! it was so good, we came back for all 3 mornings we were there. the bacon was thick and delicious, the sausage was very tasty, the pancakes were fluffy and moist, the omelettes were generously filled, and the portions were huge with reasonable pricing. sadly i don’t think we will be back to this town so it was kind of a one and done trip, but i’d highly recommend this place to anyone! bonus: our server Cathleen was the nicest server i’ve ever met in my entire life.

First time here. Very good food. Portions were bigger than anticipated. If I would've known wife and I would had ordered only 1 plate and shared. I had the shrimp omelette. Heavenly but to big.

The food was good and well prepared, but unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the meal. The coffee was burned, and we had to wait over 30 minutes for both our table and food. The staff rarely checked on us, and there were no offers for a coffee refill or to see if we needed anything else. With some attention to service and consistency, this place could truly stand out.

A delicious gem! Everything my family had was great - the garden omelette, the apple cinnamon pancakes, the hash browns, strawberry croissant french toast, etc. Highly recommend this place! Another bonus: it's a family-owned restaurant! A stand-alone, not a chain. We got a slice of homemade blackberry pie to go, and it was out of this world! Like the very best pie your grandma could ever make. 🥧 We had a busy toddler with us and the hostess was very gracious with her, and even got her a little bowl of whipped cream and chocolate chips with our permission. Captain's Choice Fish House is a laid-back eatery that serves up a variety of seafood and meat dishes. The staff are attentive and welcoming, making sure to acknowledge guests promptly even during busy times. The portions are generous, so come hungry or be prepared to take some leftovers with you. Despite being busy, the wait time for seating is relatively short. The menu features options like fried calamari, halibut and chips, crab melt sandwiches, and more.
Anna was amazing, great service! Hubby got the fish and chowder..tempura battered red snapper. He said it was so good! I got Chowder and salad with a bay shrimp topper. Chowder was yummy. Lots of clams definitely made it better than some of the other chowders I've had. The bay shrip topper for my green salad was an additional $6.50, though the cost was a bit more than I wanted to pay for the amount I received, it made my plain green salad so much better.
Krystal E — Google review
For a place that prides itself on it's seafood, the seafood was quite abominable. Fries were quite alright but coleslaw wasn't very flavorful either. Decent salad. They say freshly shucked oysters but they're clearly not, and you can taste it. None of the seafood tasted particularly fresh. Unfortunately, the view of the bay and the inside atmosphere are the only things salvaging the place from a one star review. Waitress was kind but handed us our waters from the lip of the cup.

wonderful fish and chips and they have a very good coleslaw that's not too vinegary. They bring out these big huge bottles of tartar sauce and cocktail sauce and they even have lemon pepper in a shaker! My dad's bowl of chowder with oyster crackers, and toast was delicious

Awesome little seafood restaurant just off the water. The clam chowder is amazing; a bit creamier than the standard chowder on the coast. Halibut fish n chips is top notch as well. Good service and a nice view to top it off.

Brian B — Google review
The staff here were genuinely kind and welcoming, which I really appreciated. That said, the food was a major letdown. The crab cakes had the texture and flavor of an egg omelet which was confusing and not in a fun way. Everything was just... bland. If you have all your tastebuds intact and enjoy seasoning, this probably isn’t the place for you. Every patron during my visit appeared to be over 65, which makes me think the glowing reviews may come from folks who’ve been coming here forever and enjoy the comfort of the familiar. If you're looking for bold flavors (or any flavor at all) look elsewhere. Nice people, but not for anyone craving culinary excitement. I would have given one star for the food but the service was really nice. All the servers were so kind.

Updating review! Our recent visit was outstanding. Tried the same tortellini but with pesto and YES! That's what I've been looking for. So creamy and flavorful, very pleased. The chicken parm was also great! Some was good but some not so much. Steak and pizza plus the spinach dip, pretty on point. However the tortellini not so much. That was my dish and I was disappointed. Just not very flavorful. Everything else I tried (from my husband's dish) was great though. But for the price I expected a little more.

My fiancé and I have eaten here many times, and each time it is just better and better. We went there tonight to celebrate his (early) birthday and had a fabulous meal. If I could give more stars, I would.

Nice coffee shop. Free Wi-Fi. Friendly service. I got a white chocolate mocha with the option of almond milk. Great flavor. Bf ordered an italian soda. Grab a pastry and coffee and sit and enjoy.

By far the best restaurant that I've been to since moving to Coos Bay. The menu selection, seasoning, and ambience is spot on. Prices are reasonable and service was impeccable. FYI this place is always busy and reservations are a must.

Two pizzas, one vegetarian one sausage and mushroom were among the best we have ever had. The crust was amazing, the veggies and mushrooms fresh and the sausage just right flavor. Chocolate fudge gelato in a just right size was a perfect finish. Our server was really friendly and efficient, and the space is beach town cool.

FANTASTIC! Hidden gem in Coos bay that’s to die for! Wine is reasonably priced (Other drinks are as well) apps are spendier than expected. Bread comes with the meal, but if you order an app you have to ask for it, that was rather disappointing. The dishes are LOADED with seafood, more than just the pasta.

Chinese restaurant
Tai's Dynasty Restaurant is a delightful spot that offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both dining in and takeout. The friendly staff ensures your order is ready on time, making it convenient for those on the go. With ample parking and plenty of tables available inside, you can enjoy a comfortable meal without feeling rushed. The menu features an array of delicious dishes that are sure to please any palate.
Visiting from Oklahoma City and found this Chinese Food GEM! Right on the bay with a BEAUTIFUL scene. Ordered an appetizer and the first picture I posted is it! HUGE 😯 The Pork was THICK and JUICY! The Egg rolls had REAL SHRIMP inside! AMAZING FLAVOR! When they brought out the meal it BARELY fit on the table! The PORTIONS ARE GIANT! EVERYTHING was FRESH and NOT GREASY WITH EXCELLENT FLAVOR! Definitely, worth going back! GREAT customer service, amazing atmosphere, prices are EXTREMELY REASONABLE and one of the BEST CHINESE RESTAURANTS I'VE HAD!
Brittany J — Google review
We were hesitant about coming here because of the few bad reviews, and we've had a difficult time finding decent Chinese food. But it was amazing. Everything was fresh, freshly cooked and tasted amazing. The bbq pork, fried shrimp, noodles, chicken, egg foo young - it was all very delicious. And our server was very funny and friendly. Definitely will be coming here again!
Victoria S — Google review
My wife and I are visiting the area and decided to get some Chinese food. All I can tell you is that as far as food we were not disappointed. The price here is very, very reasonable because the portions are large and that's what we were hoping for. We were able to share it amongst both of us as well as our toddler and we have a leftover amount for at least one to two more people. Honestly this was really great tasting, good quality Chinese food. If I'm ever in the area again, this will be a go-to spot for sure and if you haven't tried it yet. It's definitely worth your time to try. I will tell you this though. When I was checking out after I had paid and I didn't leave a tip, the woman at the registers attitude completely changed. This isn't about whether untapping is right or not, but if a customer doesn't tip you and especially when they're just paying for takeout, you as your customer service person should not all of them become unenthusiastic or less helpful
David B — Google review
The food here is amazing!!!!! And the portions are definitely worth the price. We ordered to go but from the short time we were there the atmosphere was great!!! And the staff were very helpful and friendly. And service was fast and very friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone and would give them 10 star review if I could. We live in Eastern Oregon and will definitely be ordering some to take home.

Clean, friendly staff, amazing food. We always try to go when we are in town. You have to try their General TSO's, I have not found anywhere that even comes close to being as delicious!

Amazing food! I recommend chicken and broccoli with steamed rice. Add zucchini and it's even more amazing. Pretty quick and it was busy. Free tea :) 🍵

WOW!!! From the moment I walked in I was treated with a smile and helped right away. The restaurant is EXTREMELY clean, top to bottom!! The waitress was absolutely polite and helpful. Cheers to the cook!! It's the best lemon chicken I have ever had in my entire life!!!!! And to top of off, the portions are simply gigantic!! Oh and one more thing, this restaurant was super busy on a Saturday afternoon, I still got my double order in less than 10 minutes! Thanks again. I'll definitely be back!!! 5/11/24 Well it's been a couple years and I'm back!!!!. Still a fantastic restaurant, great food and super employees!!
George M — Google review
Not a fan. Honestly surprised by all the good reviews. The service was weird, one guy just walked around talking to regulars. The food was absolutely tasteless. I ordered General Tso Chicken, this is a spice dish, it had about as much spice as sweet and sour chicken, which is none. The rice was bland and tasteless. I just had nothing good to say about the food and threw my to go box on the first garbage can I walked by.

Sports bar
Restaurant
Coney Station is a sports bar that offers excellent and amiable service. While the oysters were satisfactory, they were not particularly exceptional. However, the onion rings stood out as incredibly delectable. The menu boasts a nice variety of beverages and has a satisfying selection overall. The onion rings are noteworthy due to their fresh beer batter made daily, hand-cut preparation, expert dredging, and hot serving temperature upon arrival at the table. They possess a delightful crunchiness and perfect cuts.
Walked in for a cocktail while the girls were getting their nails done around the corner. The drinks were fine, we were talked into an appetizer place that was delicious. Thanks Sarah and Steve for your hospitality

The folks here could not be nicer. And the food will truly knock your socks off! Steven and his sister are a treasure. And if you've never been, you need to. We found a new (to us) astounding place to eat and bring family. Thank you again for being so nice to me & mine.

Giving it five stars but the place was weird. I was looking for fish and chips but found this place. Google sent me here but all we got was stared at. Didn't stay long not sure if they serve food.
Jesse C — Google review
Honestly...I'm going to give the place 5 freaking stars. You know why? It's so hard to find great service, and amazing food these days. And their 7 devils beer is some of the best I have ever had!! The barlady/server (receipt says Crystal) was so sweet and accommodating the food was so fresh! Fresh fish, fresh homemade coleslaw....ev perfect!! I am impressed. If you're going here for a new hip vibe, wrong place! This place will propel you back to the 80's. Real hometown diner feel!!!
Richard L — Google review
Great, friendly service. Oysters were good, nothing special. But those onion rings...OMFG, sooo delicious. Nice selection of beverages, nice menu. But, lemme tell you... the onion rings... fresh beer batter every day... hand cut, dredged, fried and so hot when they get to the table... crunchy, perfect cut. Great social distancing measures, clean. We'll for sure be back for those onion rings. Also, we had casually said we were splitting the food (he likes oysters, i like rings) and they made one basket into 2 plates for us, no asking needed. Super great time here! Did I mention the rings were delicious?
Anny E — Google review
This place was awesome. The oysters were good but the onion rings were the best. Got the basket with onion rings and they split the basket for us with out asking on 2 plates. Thats what customer service is.

Seafood restaurant
The Boat Fish & Chips, located in Coos Bay, is a popular spot known for its delicious fish and chips. Housed in a converted houseboat with limited indoor seating and a spacious outdoor patio, the restaurant offers a casual dining experience. The menu features an array of seafood specialties including chowder bread bowls, salads, burgers, and of course, their renowned fish and chips.
The atmosphere is casual and boat themed with a museum next door. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The waitress was very nice and quick. The clam chowder was great and the fried steak bites were tasty. I wish they were served with gravy 🤣 The coleslaw was perfect, not too wet. Overall a nice place to get fish and chips as well as some other items. There is something for everyone.

super cool dine in experience near a measum and the bay! best fish ive had in oregon! fresh and tasty! get the halibut or the fish and chips! the prawns are to die for and are good portion sizes!
Erik H — Google review
I'll start with the good but then continue to read so you can actually get a better feel for my review and hear the bad and negative side of things. The main good thing is the design of this place. It's very unique and you probably won't find another place like it. It's actually three different buildings on an elevated platform. One is the main kind of kitchen area with only three small tables on the inside. They then also have a larger outdoor seating area and in the back I think they have a bar area as well. That's it. That's the only good thing I have to say about this place. The rest is my actual review. Everything about this restaurant was very mediocre from the setup to the actual design and layout to the quality of food and sadly to the service. I can tell you right now this is a place that I would not recommend going to and if I'm in the area again, I will probably not revisit. Not because everything was terrible but just simply because the price to quality was not there for me and my family. While the food was decent, it was all, to be honest, very bland and highly overpriced. There were two adults and and two children under 2 years old, one of which is not even eating solids. For one simple chicken tender and a basket of fries. It was essentially $10. For the fish and chips it was $18. That's the standard price compared to most fish and chip places. But to be honest the fish here was completely plain. It literally tasted like nothing. It was just deep fried meat with no taste or flavor. My wife ordered a fish sandwich which she said she enjoyed; but again I'm not sure if that was because she was starving or because the fish sandwich was truly that good. Portions definitely do not seem to be adequate for the pricing. I ordered a five piece fish and chips basket and the pieces that I received were small, and like I said, had no taste, and really just broke apart as soon as I picked them up. To be honest that was very disappointed and in reality I would rather just go to a grocery store and buy some frozen fish pieces and some french fries and have heated it up in the oven. The service here was very mediocre. The staff I guess was friendly but to be honest not really that attentive either. They were understaffed and overworked. Our server did seem friendly but they only came and checked on is once and didn't even offer me a refill on my strawberry lemonade that says that it comes with a refill. Like I said, the price to quality ratio was not really here at this restaurant and I will not be returning again. But maybe I had a one off situation and this place really is great, I hope that's the case as I don't want to see a good place suffer.
David B — Google review
Our waitress was Darla, and this stop hands down made our trip the first time we went, the staff and the food. My girlfriend and I Drove about 13 hours to get their fish and chips for a second time. We were expecting to see Darla again but it was her day off (well deserved) and they still shined like a diamond. (We will be back)

This charming eatery offers both dine-in and carry-out options, boasting an impressive selection of over 30 toppings to customize your perfect pie. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So Glad We Stopped Here! We stopped here during our road trip and couldn’t be happier we did! The pizza was absolutely delicious—perfectly baked crust, flavorful sauce, and super fresh toppings. It hit the spot after a long day on the road. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick, which we really appreciated while traveling. It was a highlight of our trip. If you’re passing through, do yourself a favor and stop here. We’ll definitely remember this place next time we’re in the area!

This place is a typical pizza joint in Oregon. The service was amazing, the young man working was great. My daughter and I got the BLT and Veggie sandwiches, they were SO yummy. Definitely recommend!

We got the taco pizza and veggie pizza. Both were delicious and loaded with toppings. When I ordered on the phone the employee was friendly and helpful. When I picked up the pizzas I was greeted with smiles and by friendly employees. The pizzas were a little spendy but did not disappoint.
Sean V — Google review
The pizza flavor was great. The crunchy thin crust was somewhat of a surprise. Not necessarily bad, just not what I'm used to. The service was great. Servers went above and beyond for our table. The atmosphere wasnt too loud up front. A few video games and a pinball machine help bring the "pizza place" vibe together. There was quieter seating in the back, but we didn't sit there

We came to Dave's Pizza with a gift certificate we acquired in a silent auction for charity which Dave's son graciously donated. It was our first visit ever and we ordered the garlic chicken and taco pizza and OMG🤯. THEY WERE DIVINE! Everything about the pizza was perfected. The crust was crisp on the bottom but soft above. The ingredients were applied in perfect proportions and the white garlic base was unreal. Taco pizza was well built so all the ingredients complimented one another. I've had many a "gourmet" pizza in my day but none have successfully nailed a pie like Dave's did. I'm very impressed. Well done.

Sumin's Restaurant & Sushi Bar is a relaxed eatery with Asian-themed decor, offering a variety of Chinese and Korean dishes along with fresh and skillfully prepared sushi. The menu features lunch specials, teriyaki chicken, tempura vegetables, egg rolls, and flavorful fried rice. This family-owned restaurant takes pride in its food and service, providing generous portions and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
Surprise find while looking for a fish and chips joint. Awesome food, waiter was very attentive and on point with everything. There were lots of vegetarian options on the menu and the food was very good. I had a fried tofu bento box with tempura veggies and the wife had tofu sukiyaki. Both were incredible and the wife ordered her favorite salmon skin rolls to go so she had some snacks while we were road tripping. Well worth the time to investigate.

I visited a Japanese restaurant run by Koreans, and they surprisingly had a good selection of Korean dishes. I ordered some Korean food and was genuinely impressed by how delicious it was! Specially , The spicy chicken bowl was absolutely delicious. It might be a bit spicy for some, but it had a rich smoky flavor and a well-balanced spicy sauce. Having such a wide range of food choices is always a delight for customers. If I ever visit Coos Bay again, I'd definitely come back here. It's a highly recommended spot!

I walked in thinking I was going to get some Korean BBQ, but then I saw this masterpiece of a custom roll that the chef, herself, was eating for lunch. She graciously offered me a piece to try. I couldn’t order one for my self fast enough. I eat a lot of sushi all over the world and this custom roll was in the top 3 I’ve ever had. Cheers to the chef!! I’ll be back today for some of their fried rice that I saw as well.

Got the food to go, and thought it was a bit pricey. BUT, When I got back to the room and saw how thoughtfully, it was prepared it became very worth it. The tempura was perfectly fried In fresh oil. The sushi (Maguro) was some of the best I ever had. Everything was freshly cooked to order. The staff was super friendly and the place is right downtown. I will go again.

We ordered from Sumin 's today for the first time. I was blown away by the quality of the food. One of the items that stood out for me was the egg roll, it was the most unusual, unique, and absolutely delicious egg roll I've ever had. I've had egg rolls (I love them) all over western Oregon, California, Washington, Ireland, and the UK, but never had anything as good as this. A must try! House special noodles were just as delicious, as were the pot stickers, caterpillar roll, and the japchae. Overall a lovely foodies experience.

From the minute we walked in this sweet little hidden gem had a welcoming feeling!! We were lucky enough to get the last Gluten-free pizza for the day😜 The GF pizza crust is on point! Fluffy, airy and moist. The ingredients were delicious and tasted fresh. My husband ordered the calzone and I was eyeing it wishing it came in the GF dough🤤 Out of Arizona, Seattle, California, Colorado, and Texas this is the best I have had!! Will definitely be back next summer. Thanks for having a Gluten-free option to share with me❤️

What an awesome gem on the Oregon Coast. We went as a family, and were so excited as soon as we walked in. The decor and music and environment and yes smells of amazing food. The owner served us and treated us like friends. So personable and fun. The food was off the charts amazing. They make their own pizza and calzone crust and hello. Never had better. My fiancé and I returned for the New Year’s Eve party that was the best dance party at 49 I have ever been to. And once again we now consider the owners friends. They worked all night and with excellent customer service and kindness!! We will be back. First time visiting Coos Bay/North Bend area for my birthday weekend and was so happy to discover this place walking distance from the hotel. Savory and delicious- for a price. My bud and I were tired of it raining all day and wanted to go to someplace that was not the same old food. Front street provisioners is a new place in town offering an unusual menu and gluten free pizza. We got a pizza they recommended , clam chowder and two special salads. It was all good and filled us right up. I had eaten there once before as a hosted party- and i would describe their food as savory. Not hot but not a lot of sugar either. Our bill was 41 dollars. But we probably ordered too much. The conversation was good and atmosphere light and relaxed. Upon leaving, the night didn't seem so dark and wet after all.
Mark G — Google review
Was able to get seated at an outdoor dog friendly table right away on a Thursday night. Currently they have covered seating with heaters post Covid. Previously the outdoor tables were not covered so I’m not sure if they’ll keep the cover or revert back. The tent can be a bit noisy in the wind but still nice if it were raining or cold. The beer, wine and cider menu had a nice variety. Be sure to ask for off menu drink specials/options. I had the Soulless Pear (Ginger pear cider) and it was great. I ordered the eggs benedict Pizza and it was very good. It’s simple yeah very tasty. The only thing I would change would be to cook the egg a little less. And next time I’ll ask if I can add a second egg to balance it out a little bit more. All in all it was a very good meal very good service at a good price. I’ll definitely be back again.

This experience has been just like the rest. I came in on 11/10 around 6:40. Only stop here when the line is short because it’s on the way home. EVERY single time (not exaggerating) something is missing. I’m not one to leave reviews, ever. But this simply has me amazed. We ordered two McChickens, two fries and two sweet and sour sauces. Not only were there no sauces included but one of the McChickens had no patty. How this is such a consistent issue is beyond me. Do you just have somebody greening out back there, unable to piece together a sandwich? I’ve been working food on multiple levels for years and I’ve messed up some orders in my time, but never have I been such a dolt as to miss the core ingredient of a burger, the patty. How these people keep their jobs is beyond me. I’d say do better, but it would likely fall on deaf ears.

When we got our bag of food we didn't have our sauce and when we told her that she said "did you look?" Puzzled we replied " yes we did and it's not in the bag, may we please get the sauce we asked for?" And instead of handing us the sauce she said "no I know it's in there if you want more you have to pay for it!" As if we were lying! We had to literally get another lady to give us sauce it was ridiculous! Then we finally get to our food and the fries were skimpy and soggy, not even a full bag and the double cheeseburger was seriously so small and the meat soooo thin it was a shame! They raise their prices and thin there meat this is NOT acceptable! We will forever be done with McDonald's! They have completely gone down hill and it's no longer worth our money!

When our rental car experienced issues in Coos Bay, the store manager, Ashley, helped us feel safe and at home while we waited several hours. We enjoyed our food and the restaurant provided a great place to play games, rest and recharge, literally, during our 4 hour wait. Thank you again for your 😇 kindness.

For the most part its pretty good, sometimes very slow and some or the workers don't know what a pup cup is... the guy gave a cup of vanilla ice cream instead of whipped cream lol

If I could I would give them 0 stars. They forget to put sauce on the spicy mccrispy almost every other time, gave me cheeseburger without cheese and the prices went up almost every month. Mr. 7 was 8.90 then 9$ now 9.20$. The audacity to raise prices slow and almost unnoticeable is beyond everything. Definitely not costumer friendly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Restaurant
Himalayan Restaurant & Bar in Coos Bay offers a diverse menu featuring Indian, Nepali, and Tibetan cuisine, including flavorful curries and traditional momos. The restaurant is known for its attentive service and quick food delivery. Customers appreciate the fresh and authentic flavors of the dishes, with a particular emphasis on well-balanced vegetarian options. Despite occasional hiccups with missing items from takeout orders, many patrons find the overall dining experience to be delightful.
Really enjoyed my meal at Himalayan Restaurant! I love that they use olive oil in some of their dishes—it makes everything taste fresh without feeling heavy. Big points for offering brown rice and using organic greens in their salad and organic coconut milk in some their curries. The veggie combo was super tasty, and it’s great to see so many vegan-friendly options. You can really tell they care about using quality ingredients. The coconut milk kheer was fantastic—creamy and flavorful. I also appreciated that the food wasn’t overly greasy or salty. And the chili chicken? Grilled, not deep-fried—so healthy for my non-vegetarian partner

I honestly wasn’t expecting much of this place. The restaurant was closing in 30 minutes. As expected, the waitress wanted our order in quickly and we had to remind them we needed our rice. Regardless, the staff was still courteous and nice. The food was excellent and very authentic! (I love Indian food!) We’re just driving through, but I’d eat here again!

Perfect example of, don't judge a book by its cover. The location is a little bit odd for a restaurant and the outside is barely noticeable as you're driving through Coos Bay, OR on 101. I've driven by multiple occasions thinking I should try that place. Today I did. I went in for dinner. They're open for lunch, then close and re-open for dinner at 4:30 (closed on Wednesday, all day). Nice, clean, well appointed atmosphere with soothing background music and ceiling fans. Great service. I ordered the lamb combination and was pleasantly surprised at the quantity as well as the unique and individual flavors of meal. The combo included a tasty little salad, a generous portion of brown rice and lamb, in a delightful sauce. Also included was a tasty bowl of rice pudding for dessert. All this for around $22. Looking forward to going back and trying the other items on the menu, which is quite extensive, sooner than later.

I would eat here again over any other restaurant in Coos Bay. From the service to the food my experience was absolutely incredible! Stop by and see for yourself.

Highly recommended. Must NOT miss if in the area and have the tiniest liking for desi food. Food is amazing, everything including samosas, chutneys, salad dressing made from scratch, impossible to miss the freshness. Lovely ambience, top notch service, the show on the front is run by the sweetest ladies. Restrooms are spick and span. Again, cant recommend enough.

Food was great! Exceeded my expectations since this cuisine was hard to find in this locality. Our waiteress Tara was really friendly and helped us with the menu and suggestions. Veggies combo - 5/5 Chicken biryani (more of a chicken pulav)- 4/5 Naan- 5/5 Chicken tikka masala- 5/5 Veg momos- 2/5

WOW! This place is such a gem here in coos bay. I am so grateful I stopped here for lunch. The service is incredible , ambiance zen and the food is so flavorful. I had the chicken combo and it comes with so much food at an amazing cost. The spices and aromas are to die for. I ate my lunch and I am beyond satisfied, full and ready to take on the day. I would 10000 times over recommend eating here !

What a fantastic eatery! My husband is a newbie to Indian food, let alone Nepalese, but he is now a fan because of this wonderful restaurant. Our server was very friendly and gave wonderful suggestions on what and how to order (medium heat here is ok!). And the butter chicken and chicken tikka masala we shared were both delicious. The naan was really tasty as well. If we lived nearby we'd be regulars!

Front Street Food Trucks in Coos Bay is a popular spot for grabbing a drink and delicious food from various food trucks. Visitors have raved about the diverse options available, such as Yoda's and 101 Tacos, as well as the indoor seating area that provides comfort during any weather. The dog-friendly environment, free WiFi, and ample off-street parking add to the appeal of this vibrant location.
Stopped on our way back from the Redwoods parks. Excellent food, friendly folks, and super cute setting with an indoor bar/seating area. Husband and I 100% agree with the person who said The Big Cheese has the best burger and fries we've experienced. Sweet Heart Waffles hands down best shake. We all got back on the road happy and recharged. Will definitely stop again next time we're on the West Coast

Very cool little food truck court tucked off the main highway. A handful of very good options. We went to Yodas Hut. Absolutely worth the stop. Price is good, food is great, people running it are very nice, and the food came out very quickly. I will be back when im passing through Coos Bay for sure

An amazing place to hang out and get some excellent food. The indoor area had a great atmosphere with plenty of brew on tap. The Big Cheese food cart had the best burger I have ever had and the fries were incredible as well.

On adventure in Oregon with the family. We were looking for something different for a dinner on our first night in Coos Bay. Front Street caught our attention, and we're so glad we stopped. Ambiance was fun. Food was epic! The concept is something I wish more towns would think about adopting. Oh yeah, and the prices were reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Customers often mention how accommodating staff are when orders change at the drive-thru, making each visit enjoyable despite any mix-ups that may occur with their meals.
We eat there more than we should. I almost tried to get a job there so my grandkids would think I was the coolest grandma in the world cuz they love it too

Great place! It can get a bit noisy at times, but that's because the kitchen is visible from the dining area. The staff are lovely here, and very helpful if you don't know how to use the kiosk to order. I do wish they still let you order at the counter, but that's corporate's fault; not the employees'. Restrooms are available, but you need to ask the staff for the code and they can be a little hard to get the attention of sometimes when it's busy. Over all I like this location and they have never messed up my order so far. Nice little spot.
Viupcake — Google review
I hate this place. You have to order all of your own food on the screen. It's not easy. There's no staff to help you. They weren't out cleaning tables. There was a man on his phone. It was turned up loud. He was talking to somebody on speaker phone it was a spanish conversation and everybody in the place had to listen whether we could understand it or not because he wouldn't put his phone up to his ear.. While we tried to enjoy our lunch. I just was not a fan of this place whatsoever, and the parking is awful, at least if they're gonna have computers that you have to make your own order there should be somebody to help you through it. This is such a hassle.
Shannon H — Google review
The food was amazing, but the price was a bit steeper than I was prepared for. For 4/5 items it cost me 50.00. The person at the window did a lot of staring, I don't know if he was just spacing out or there was something else going on but it made my husband and I very uncomfortable. If the guy was a bit more communicative and didn't stare us down it wouldn't have been so bad. As for the price, it is what it is, it was just a sticker shock. We will be back but it was just a strange experience. Lol

I'm done with this Taco bell! They raise their prices and then sell you garbage! They never get my order right either and all burritos are marked the same so you don't know which burrito is which!
Jessica D — Google review
So I got off work in coos bay after a 13hr day & went through the drive thru of coos bay taco bell. I ordered a beef chalupa add nacho cheese sauce, a chicken chalupa add nacho cheese sauce, and one of each of the burrito supremes (beef, chicken & steak). I asked lady at drive thru before I left if everything was there & correct & she said it should be. I get maybe 5 minutes from my house (clear out in Charleston) and I'm not only missing a steak burrito Supreme but my freaken chicken chalupa is completely meatless & I didn't notice till I put my hot sauce on. The first phone call was to rosa when I noticed i was missing the steak burrito Supreme (she was really nice), then my 2nd phone call I spoke with edgar who said to bring the chicken chalupa back & they'll replace my food. And I then tell him I took a picture as soon as I opened chalupa & noticed but I am not driving all the way back to coos bay Tonight & already told rosa I'd be there tomorrow after I'm off work. Its crazy to know taco bell crew members make $14-15/hr and can screw up food that bad especially when my chicken chalupa was meatless & just the veggies, sour cream & the hot sauce I'd put on it. I think I'll go get my replacement food tomorrow after work & I don't think I'll return to this location. I spent quite a bit for 5 items & they couldn't even get my order remotely correct & drive thru girl said it was all there & correct 🙄🤔😬

It was a great relief to discover Noster Kitchen, a restaurant that offers healthy options for families. We were tired of heavy, fried foods and meat-laden dishes. Being able to find a more vegetable-based menu option made our visit while attending to our aunt in hospice much easier. The bowls we ordered were fantastic - I had the Nori bowl with added chicken and my husband enjoyed the Power Bowl with added chicken as well.
Was such a relief to find a healthy option for our family! I really can’t do anymore heavy fare/fried food and meat mountains as much as I love it. I needed a more veggie based option and do not have the energy to figure that out while visiting my aunt in hospice. We really enjoyed our bowls and our 7 year old daughter loved her smoothie bowl, which was like a big treat for lunch. I got the Nori bowl and added chicken, and my husband got the Power Bowl with added chicken. We both felt so good after eating that we are trying to figure out how to eat like this more often. The business made it very easy to order when we popped in with lots of questions, and we really appreciated they were masked and brought food out to us in our truck.

Delicious, freshly made smoothies with healthy ingredients and a range of add-ins (chia, protein powders, etc), as well as tasty lunch bowls (veggie and meat options) and drip coffee (including their version of bulletproof coffee). Add a delicious hard-boiled, Tamari egg to your lunch for some extra protein (see photo). The staff is friendly and helpful, and the interior is very thoughtfully designed, with a light, bright feel to it. (They've even got footrests at the window counters to make your stay that much more comfortable--a small but thoughtful addition). Noster Kitchen has found a much-needed niche for a well-designed, friendly space with healthy options at a moderate price.

Finally fresh clean eating in Coos Bay! Dog friendly seating, too! Had the nori bowl and it was so flavorful, fresh and fast. Enjoyed sitting outside on the enclosed patio. Very attentive and friendly service. Can't wait to go back. Definitely a place that can be Whole30 and Paleo friendly.

I went there and had a Buddha Bowl & it was good enough for the real Buddha. They're called a "scratch kitchen" & this means they make everything from scratch. Good place to get a bite to eat if you ever find yourself hungry in Coos Bay.

It was just what I needed at the coast. I highly recommend the bowl with eggs, but I can't find it on their menu at the moment. It was satisfying, but not heavy. Plenty of food, but perfect proportions and very flavorful.

Good food, with vegan or carnivore options. Smoothies are tasty and can be a complete meal by themselves. Big, beautiful Safeway with a great Asian/sushi section to the deli. Pharmacy is almost always very busy. Self checkout is a bit cramped but the machines have been dependable to use. Customer service is friendly, even when pressed for time. It's a pleasure to shop here.

Most departments are 4 or 5 star. But in some departments it’s hard to find someone who takes their job seriously. I feel like some of the managers don’t care if you come back or not. As an owner, personally I would be very concerned.

It's a very clean grocery store. I enjoy getting their donuts from their bakery today. I even tried their package sushi, and it was good. When I got to the register, the cashier lady didn't have any customer service. She didn't greet me in any way. Just hold me my amount. It must have been too early for her. Dont work the front end if you can't greet or have a smile. Even the gentleman at the sushi bar greeted us right away.

Pretty good Safeway but always busy busy busy. When I was younger and worked in a grocery store stock8ng shelves we worked at night after hours. Let's bring back that trend. The aisles are already too narrow for a cart and a motorized cart now let's throw in some boxes. 👎

Went in for a tv console and two chairs, but grabbed the last bit of seasonal pumpkin pie for the night. The pie? Divine. Nice spicy flavor. The chairs? Surprisingly comfy. Paid $36 each with the small cushion top in them. Worth it. The console? On sale. Minimal and sturdy. Don’t miss out on that pumpkin pie. Will make you wanna be a better person.

It's a Fred Meyers. Their produce is okay, not as good as Safeway's but they're well stocked on everything so its literally a nice 'one stop' place to shop when in a rush. The employees are frequently stocking while you're there which makes it hard to shop around at times. Most the staff is fantastic and friendly. The store is clean.

Wonderful employees! Remodel is super weird, as the store feels very disjointed when shopping now. Possibly because they didn't redo the floor 👀 the flow of the store is just off for me. Personally, the way it was set up before made more sense to me!

Update 2023: Still clean, comfortable, customer service is friendly even when they don't want to be. I could wish for a better fish selection but I'm happy having a decent store available at reasonable prices. 99.9% of the time the veg is in pristine condition. They care what they are putting out. Original review: I was so pleased today to try this location for the first time. Clean and we'll stocked but I was more impressed with the customer service. One of the reps was more than willing to run around looking for one special brand of beer because they had moved it all. The prices were so good I can easily give up my monthly bicycle trip to Walmart. Plus the range of clothes, art supplies, and hardware are impressive! Thanks for the good experience Fred Meyer!

Gino's Pizza Inn is a nostalgic pizzeria that offers daily specials, beer on tap, and wine. The restaurant features family-style seating as well as booth and bistro options. It also has arcade games, jukebox music, and flat screen TVs for game days. During the winter months, guests can enjoy the cozy ambiance with two fireplaces. Additionally, Gino's has a 70-person party room available for free reservations for private and large parties.
We haven’t come here for a long time due to some not-so-great takeout food, but I’m thinking that we just needed to come in!! First, they have crunchy ice- the BEST ice, the salad was fresh and crisp with cute little croutons, the JoJos were crispy and the turkey sandwich was amazing (bread was crispy, the turkey was delish!) The family liked the pizza and said the crust was great. We are excited to come back.
Janelle K — Google review
Gino's Pizza Inn is a quiet pizza spot not the most elaborate for atmosphere there's long table style eating with small mini bench seats that are for individuals. Overall pretty clean. Had some games to play for littles but not anything new. Food: now was hit and miss I'd say if you like thin crust Krispy Pizza Gino's Pizza in is pretty solid it is pretty heavy-handed on the beer flavor in the crust. The pizza sandwich was decent I had the Tuscan chicken with garlic sauce. We also had the chicken Alfredo, and spaghetti with meatballs. Mother had the half sandwich and potato skins, like a JoJo but skinny like a chip. My sandwich was pretty good not the warmest sandwich. The Alfredo for some reason was heavy on a specific herb could not pinpoint it but possible sage. The spaghetti was pretty good. Price: this was not of value in my book $80, 89 with tip. The dollars for food flavor didn't map out. I've reviewed over 30 different pizza spots in Oregon, California, Washington. In all my trips the cost to quality has never been more off. Now I'm not saying the food was terrible it's that the cost of quality was not worth the balance at the end. Service: service was good overall, we got drinks but were not given any ice, and all the soda was flat as a pancake. I do like how they give you your own set of ranch, ketchup, parmesan, and pepper flakes. Food stars ⭐⭐⭐ Pizza specific stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Value stars ⭐⭐⭐

My family and I were visiting from out of town and decided to stop at Gino’s pizza, hoping for a memorable dining experience. Unfortunately, it was memorable for all the wrong reasons. The restaurant’s cleanliness left a lot to be desired — when the bathrooms are noticeably cleaner than the dining tables, it speaks volumes about the attention to detail. We were not offered any silverware. I also had to retrieve a pizza box from the counter to pack up my remaining pizza to take home — something I would have expected a little more assistance with. To make matters worse, the staff was noticeably rude and made it very clear that customer service was not a priority. Throughout our entire visit, not once did anyone check on us, which only reinforced the impression that guests are more of an inconvenience than anything else. It’s disappointing that this was the first impression my family received of the local dining scene. Hopefully management recognizes there’s a serious issue with service and cleanliness — although based on our experience, that feels optimistic at best.
Amanda — Google review
Me and my boyfriend stopped in after prom night, we were extremely satisfied with the large seating area, we still did prefer to take our pizza to go. We were very pleasantly surprised with how much quantity of food we got for just under $50! The heavier set dude that took our order was very welcoming and warm! Not any offense to you just don’t know your name (we’re assuming we’re the owners of Gino’s pizza :) after me and my girlfriend got back to our car we realized how much food they actually gave us! I’m sure they didn’t make any money with our order because they gave us tons of food!!! I mean our mojos were filled jam packed! And our pizza was absolutely delicious! Didn’t taste super fatty either! Which is a rarity for small pizza places. If the owner is reading this we wish we gave you guys a tip after realizing how good the food really was! Unfortunately we were too embarrassed to go in and ask to tip you guys. I hope you see this and continue this great service for all your customers!!! I read the reviews and they all seem like picky out of town bs. We will be coming back!

We had a terrible experience at this location tonight. Our order was scheduled for pickup at 5:09 PM, but when we arrived, they hadn’t even started it. At 5:25 PM, we checked in, and they still hadn't begun, but assured us it would be prioritized and ready in 20 minutes. At 5:45 PM, we checked in again, only to be completely ignored by the employees behind the counter. After waiting for acknowledgment, I finally said "hello" to get their attention. Two employees then informed me they still hadn’t started our order—for one small pizza. Since we could no longer wait (and expecting us to at this point was absurd), I asked to cancel and receive a refund. At this point, the person I was speaking to became rude and dismissive, saying they’d “set it aside and cancel it later” because they were too busy. Confused, I asked them to cancel and refund it now, but he claimed he needed a manager to process the refund. When I asked where the manager was, he said, "I'm the assistant manager." I asked again, "Then where is your manager?" to which he replied, "They're not here." So let me get this straight—he’s the assistant manager, his manager isn’t present, yet he’s running the store but can’t process a refund? I pressed further, and he simply gestured at the pizzas and said he was too busy to help me. Instead, he told me to "just take his word" that it would be refunded the next day. What?! Then, suddenly, the actual manager (who I was just told wasn't there) came out and finally offered to process the refund. She apologized and explained they had gotten busy and "pushed back" our order. When I explained how long we'd been waiting and how misleading the employees had been, the "assistant manager" tried to argue and deny it, behaving in an unbelievably immature and unprofessional manner. This experience was beyond unacceptable. My family will never return to this location. They wasted over an hour of our time for nothing, and the way their staff handled the situation—especially the assistant manager—was completely disrespectful and unprofessional.

False advertising. The window said 12.99 and they refused to sell the pizza for that price. THIS IS ILLEGAL. The employees were polite. This is on the owner/manager.

Truly, if you'd moved from 6 hours away and all you wanted was something reliable and wonderful, you would normally come to a Papa Murphy's and hold your breath. This location however, was an amazing crew who helped my husband locate our order and it was exactly what we were looking for in our pizza- memories in a slice. Some times, you just want to know exactly what to expect in a pizza and this did not fail to deliver. Very refreshing in an area that isn't sure how to pizza ;)

The lady I talked to before ordering online was friendly and charismatic, had lots of personality, and was very helpful. Our food was fresh and ready for us when we arrived, and upon cooking, was delicious. I Loved that they didn't skimp on cheese! We ordered extra cheese, and we got extra cheese!

All young people in here, had an online order sent in half an hour before I got here, and been here for half an hour, just a bunch of talking and whining about hurt hands and slipping and I think they just now started my second pizza. I'm the only customer in here, they had two other customers in this time, made and pick up a pizza each.. guessing no leader or management today.

Ordered on-line and it was quick and easy. I picked the time I would pick it up and they had it done and ready for me. This was on Mothers Day so I was impressed that they had it ready to go!

Super friendly staff at this location. The pizzas they turn out are excellent. I ask for extra sauce and they make it happen (unlike other places). Definitely worth the time and money. Especially if you apply coupons.

This dominoes is the best one in town. It has wonderful employees who supply excellent customer service. The food is made right every time I order here. The workers do a wonderful job at keeping up on orders and try not to have you waiting to long, even with a ton of orders they will try there best. This is the only dominoes in town that I trust. Highly recommend a visit here.

Let me tell you folks. I ordered a pizza one day from these guys and it got to my house within 6 minutes of ordering and I live about A 5-minute drive away and I'm telling you that right after I clicked order it got here within 5 minutes. I was absolutely astonished. So when the pizza guy got here I asked him how they got it here so fast and he told me that they can see the app while you're ordering. So I know that may be a little creepy to some of you, but for me I would say absolutely stellar service.

The food was absolutely delicious, this is actual real Mexican food. My husband had a pad thai with prawns and he loved every bite of it, and I had a chicken burrito which was super filling. The young man who attended us was very fast and super polite, great customer service. Definitely recommend this place!

This place is a GEM!!! Awesome Food 👌 Noway was our waiter. He was so kind and on top of his game. The atmosphere was weak... There alooooot of pickup orders, and we were the only ones there for a moment on a Saturday night 🌙 I can just envision an acoustic guitar set with live plants everywhere with a daily special. I'll definitely be spreading the word. Thank you, Noway, for a wonderful evening ❤️

This place right. Hungry on the road passing through coos Bay, what a savory surprise.😋🤩 The cook dips his toes in Thai cuisine and boy that avocado curry. So delicious. The burritos are the size if Texas 🤣 do not let appearances fool you. Stop by and enjoy Thai or Mexican. This place rocks

Pretty pleased with our order from the other night. Cali burrito and an asada bowl. Huge portions, especially the burrito. My husband said it was perfectly proportioned with the ingredients. Good chips and salsa as well. The horchata had too much cinnamon in it though. That was the only bummer.
Sunshine R — Google review
I had the 2 flautas, beans, rice, chicken street tacos and steak street tacos. I also decided to try some pad thai and pad see ew. The flautas were the best! Absolutely will be going back for those. They had cheese, crema and I think some green sauce? They were amazing and I would order them every day if I could. The street tacos were ok. I have a hard time digesting dry meat and the chicken and steak were tough and dry to me. My husband liked them though.the green salsa was mild and delicious. The red salsa was HOT and delicious. The rice and beans were good. They don't have refried beans apparently. That's a bummer but still delicious. Let me warn you about the Thai food. I always order 3 star at Thai restaurants.. . the waitress warned me that 3 star is super spicy and suggested HALF star...that's right...1/2 star. Y'all the flavors were so good but Absolutely inedible for me.. even 1/2 star is too much.my advice is don't mention stars...throw those stars out the door. Negative 10 stars...try negative 10.. Otherwise this place is amazing and look forward to being a regular!

This was a really nice farmer’s market. It was the first market of the year so I wasn’t expecting too much but I ended up really surprised at all the fresh veggies available. Several stalls had a really great assortment. Plenty of sourdough and other breads available too. I saw quite a few sweet treats and other artisan wares. I was really impressed! There were also 5 food trucks. Little Plant Food truck vegan burger was the winner for me. Yum!

Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant I've ever seen.. not the food, but the rude, terrible service from, what looked like homeless tweaker crew.. Wendy's needs to shut down this store to save their reputation... IT'S THAT BAD!... will never go back there again.. would never ever eat food that these "people" prepared... they shouldn't be working near the public, and DEFINITELY NOT anywhere near food.. this is one case where automation can't come fast enough... I give them MINUS five stars...

This is my first ever bad review on here, AVOID THIS LOCATION! You will be lucky if half of your order is in the bag. The food is rancid, I bit into chicken that I wouldn’t feed to my dog, and slimy brown lettuce on a stale bun. I gagged. I want to give some grace but it gets worse every-time. Never again. They need to be taken off of DoorDash & Postmates too.
Shasta W — Google review
My reciept said Host: January I’m not sure if that’s the name of the person who took our order today but she was a younger petite blonde with multiple facial piercings. She was annoyed she had to take our order , irritated from beginning to end and it’s kind of wild that Wendy’s employed someone with zero customer service skills. My other observance was the female who I believe is the manager. Good grief, she looks like bulldog and has the exact same attitude towards her employees. I can understand to a point why everyone who works there seems miserable , so much, that it’s projecting onto the customer base. I won’t be back after today. Wendy’s burgers are not that amazing to try and be cordial for the 2-3 minutes it takes me to order my food. It’s always a dramatic ordeal when I’ve been in there. How hard is it to read a promoter and put an order together? Inept low value people are ruining this franchise. Dave is rolling over in his grave seeing how the staff and manager are conducting his business.
Astro B — Google review
We ordered Wendy's through Door Dash because we were at Clyde Allen Baseball park at a Legion game. This was the worst food I have ever eaten from Wendy's. The fries were cold and greasy. The food was cold. The burger was smaller and had less meat and toppings then a simple McDonald's hamburger and it was supposed to be a Double with Bacon. They didn't even have half of what we ordered, including our drinks! The driver, Jose, from Door Dash was wonderful. He went out of his way to run to another place to get us drinks because Wendy's didn't supply them. Wendy's used to be our go to, but if this is what they serve, we won't be going to them any longer.
Kristie C — Google review
The managers service was horrible and was absolutely rushed where I felt i couldn't order my three little items. Would love to leave zero stars but the food was okay.
Nathan M — Google review
Ordered a Son of Baconator and Baconator meals. The regular Baconator had two tiny half slices of bacon on each patty. That's a far cry less than what is depicted in the images they use to promote it . The Son of Baconator that was ordered looked up to snuff. The fries were hot as could be but far from crispy. I thought that Wendy's guaranteed hot AND crispy fries because none of the competition could do it... What a let down. Eating a pack of Top Ramen would have been more satisfying that the food I got this evening.
Willis A — Google review
Unbelievable. I am a doordasher and they made me wait at the drive-thru when literally no one else was there for like 10 minutes just to tell me the one item the customer had ordered wasn't there. During a peak time. This is my only income right now so burning that time actually really hurts. Laziest drive-thru ever don't support this business

Thank you for Subway Flatbread Rotisserie Chicken w/veggies, and there's enough for a late lunch meal, too. I usually do Artisan bread, but tried the Flatbread.

First off- we were the only customers in the place and did not get helped for atleast 15 minutes. Next, I guess I wasn’t watching when the guy made the sandwich, but I get home and there is hardly anything on it. (Live too far to go back) I ordered a veggie. You’d think that would include veggies..? Posting a photo to show . Maybe 10 pieces of lettuce ? The bread is hard. When the guy went to close my sandwich, I look over and he grabs his headphone out of his ear, with the glove still on, goes back and folds and wraps my sandwich . I sort of blanked it out of my mind and told myself it’s going to be okay don’t complain.. but I can’t get that out of my head and now I just don’t have an appetite. ZERO stars. I’m so grossed out

This is a continuous issue at this location. Food made wrong, apathetic employees, and the management will always "promise to send coupons in the mail" as a way to make up for the mistake and NEVER sends the then. Haven't eaten here in a few years. Friend gave me a gift card, and I couldn't make it to either Newmark store, so I thought maybe I'd give this location a try. Absolute worse experience here so far. Took the longest time to get our food, and when we did they forgot half of it. We reminded them once, but the lady was too busy to even help us. We asked her again after 25 mins and then it finally came out. I think they either need more workers or somthing because it was terrible. 🙄
Claire G — Google review
Worst customer service ever from this woman who told me they don't have a scanner and walks away. I called her over and aske how can I use my points then? To be met with "you'll have to figure it out on the app. None of us know how to use the app." I said the other dairy queen has a scanner. She wants to stand there and argue with me about the other dairy queen having a scanner. (I know it does i worked there and had to use it.) I asked to speak to a manager twice. She finally goes to get one. The manager is super blah about it. She says "I'll just give you one." Even though at this point it would have been nice to just have someone explain to me how to use the points at this store. Out of curiosity I called the other Dairy Queen to confirm them having a scanner while standing out front being dog eyed by this red head and some teenage girl with bleach blonde hair and a pink strip. So while on the phone with other dairy queen I walk in and inform them that the other dairy queen has a scanner. To which the red head starts yelling at me to get out of here. I tried to get her picture because no one wears a name tag. Then she went and hid in the corner. And then she starts shouting at me through the drive through window to not come back. I guess being proved wrong must have upset her. I have seen another person post a pic of the woman hiding her face and talking about her attitude. I think the owner should do something about this she is clearly not a good employee.
Rachel H — Google review
We used the app to order ice cream treats on Mother’s Day. We were in the parking lot while placing the order and by the time we made it inside and could grab the attention of the employees, the ice creams they gave us were completely melted into liquid. We ordered three blizzard and two pb parfaits. The blizzards were soft but edible so we took those to the kids in the car. The parfaits were literally completely liquified and when we asked them to remake them we were met with attitude and defiance. It was disappointing to be treated this way over ice cream. Although they did remake them, they treated us like we were trying to scam them. In the future we will hesitate to go back to this Dairy Queen as there are several other choices in the area. We don’t need to be treated this way.
Laurel H — Google review
Food is always good, but it seems like they never have enough staffing so the wait times for food or even just ice cream are crazy long.
Cody M — Google review
Was very displeased with the way I was treated. I get a dipped cone with the dip on the side. For the first ever, I was told no to getting my dip on the side because it was 'against policy'. Needless to say, I am the customer. Im right even if im wrong. I should be able to get what I want if im paying for it. Yall made that cone and told me no to the dip on the side, and guess what? I didnt take the cone either. So in turn of not satisfying your customer, you lost inventory, as well as my money. Do better.

Food is served cold. Buns are stale. Had them remake and while the onion rings come out hot, they are flavorless and overly bready. The second whopper junior came out the same with a stale cold bun. We ordered 2 hamburgers in the drive through. When my son was getting ready to take his first bite he pulled a hair out of his. Once we got to where we were going I opened my wrapper and there was a hair sticking out from mine! So I proceeded to call and told the guy who answered the phone what happened and immediately he replied "we don't have anyone here working with that color of hair. Everyone has light color hairr." He was very rude! We spent $18 for only 2 hamburgers! We could of went to a good casual sit down restaurant and ordered 2 meals to go for a few dollars more and wouldhave been almost as fast.Which I will do next time. The rude attitude and hair in both of our burgers I will never go back and highly recommend going to one of the other 3 fast food places located with in just a few blocks. Update: one more try to give the benefit of the doubt ordered 1 whopper with extra pickels and a double whopper with no tomato. We got the order The whopper had NO pickels and the double whopper HAD tomatoes and extra pickels! It was not busy at all only 2 cars in the parking lot and no cars in the drive through. There is no excuse for this. I will never go back I will drive to Noth bend if I want burger king.

Stood at the counter for 1to 3 minutes waiting for someone to say hello or may I help you or even a yo. It became weird and I felt foolish. It's shouldn't be my job to call out that I'm at the counter, a 210Lb, 6"2" man staring at them wondering why they're ignoring me, I simply wanted a burger, nothing special. This place is weird. I've never felt bad mojo in a place stronger than here. It's a negative place- like a plaster wall with a coat of paint that covering the doorway to hell, that kind of feeling. Still not acknowledged I turned around and left. Do more than avoid this BK. Go there once and share the bewildering story with others, then never go back. They need to close this crack over hell.

Consistently meeting expectations with an elevated twist, the restaurant excels in delivering exceptional quality. Every item served boasts remarkable heat and freshness, while the efficient and amiable staff guarantee swift service.
I am new to North Bend or Coos bay visiting. People are very friendly. We wanted something cheap, fast and fulfilling to our stomachs before shopping. They had great offers on the Whopper Jr.'s. For $19.00, my daughters and I ate. A total of 8 whopper jrs. Four of us. The whopper Jr's were delicious 😋 I definitely recommend it. We added the cheese for another 5.00. I thought it was cute to offer my daughters crowns. Love it. 😍Thank you!

All I can say is wow! I’ve never had anybody take my order at the drive-through that was his curt and rude as this person. I very seldom eat at fast food establishments. And today was a reminder why. I don’t speak Burger Kingeeze so I asked for a quarter pound cheeseburger. The woman said if “you want a quarter pound cheeseburger going to McDonald’s” and she clicked off her microphone speaker. So I sat there and waited to see if she was going to take my order or not. After a minute of silence, I think she finally figured that I wasn’t leaving the drive-through so she came back on speaker said what do you want number one back-and-forth and what I ordered I asked for a strawberry milkshake and again she said we don’t do that here. menu is very difficult to navigate through because it’s a on a digital board and it’s continuously rotating. I think you have to be a speed reader to be able to decipher it. Anyway, I ended up at the window had to put up with the rudeness again, paid my fare and hit the road. I just can’t imagine that the franchisee would find this employees actions acceptable. Maybe next time I’ll take her up on her suggestion just go to McDonald’s.

There is one short young lady who does 98% of the work for the shift. One tall lady who takes orders while she scowls at customers unless she wants to flirt with them (severe professionalism deficit). And one gentlemen who makes burgers and watches the tall lady. Me? 25 years in DOD management and General Contracting experience. Worst or all, 1. The food feels like it was made with zero ❤️ 2. No one said “you’re welcome” when I repeated “thank you” earnestly … for a second time.
A K — Google review
Counter person was in training and her help just confused everything. The order was wrong but everyone tried, so what can you say? We enjoyed what we had and the dog loved her burger too.
FA H — Google review
I asked to sandwich extra warm, they made it sooo badly and didn’t even wrap it all the way, when I asked for the warm bread they started laughing at me in the kitchen, and then I get my poorly made meal, and then the so called manager comes up to me when I said this burger was low quality, and he came over and was rude. The only person not rude was the lady at the register. Totally unprofessional people.
Miss N — Google review
Worst service o have ever had … lady at the drive thru is unable to be half way respectful . Toon my order while literally starring me down for coming to the window after sitting at an unresponsive speaker for 5 minutes. Proceeded to talk poorly out loud about my to the cook. Said he couldn’t wait at the speaker had to drive up. So after being starred down and taking my order we are to park out front . Just in time to see her the only person working the front come out and smoke right in front of us while still looking g at us . We walked in to cancel the order . Completely ignored until they had it done . How she is employed is mind blowing .

The worst 😫 burger that I have ever had. You want a really good burger.Go to Sake-N-Burger next to 7-11 in Bunker Hill. They ate dam good and prisce good for what you think about burger that looks the part also tastes the part.

Everything about this BK is wrong. Staff is super slow and always behind, food is served sweaty and half wrapped. Soggy and inedible. For $20 I would have expected a little better. Online orders are ignored .it said ready at 9:55 am at 10:25 it was brought to me in a soggy bag and my food was cold. I’ll most likely never come here again.Staff looks scary. I miss the days where people came to work looking nice and had pride in the appearance and work.

Little Caesars Pizza is a popular carry-out chain that specializes in delicious pizzas made from housemade dough, alongside mouthwatering chicken wings and signature breadsticks. Their menu features crispy breadsticks topped with cheese and Italian spices, as well as hand-held pizzas loaded with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni, all drizzled with a buttery-garlic flavor. Customers often appreciate the efficient service; many have noted how staff members are friendly and helpful, ensuring orders are prepared promptly.
The manager is awesome. She does a very good job of keeping up. With everything her staff seemed to be well trained and motivated, and the food is hot and ready as advertised, and they haven't messed up on one of my orders yet so kudos

Not the biggest deal but I asked for some bread sticks extra crazy and they were almost bare. Only reason for the review is they charged an extra dollar for something I didn't receive.
KentColeslaw1984 — Google review
The worst pizza I have ever had. It was burnt, the cheese was chewy, and to say the pizza was as thin as paper would be a gross understatement! They just raised the price of the pretzel pizza almost double what it was, and the quality went down the drain. You can't get conststant quality from this location. You literally have to go in, see who is working, and make your best educated guess on whether or not your food will be edible. I'd say save your hard earned money, or go to a different restaurant.
CSC — Google review
Person running the till was extremely rude when I asked for pizza sauce instead of cheese sauce on my pretzel crust pizza. She looked at me like I was stupid and was very unprofessional. I understand not doing substitutions but no need to be so rude.
Maxx — Google review
Been there three times, each time was a disappointment. They have burned my pizza as well as given me hard breads ticks minus the sauce. I guess minus the sauce was my bad as I thought the sauce would be in the bag. But after visiting there three times and each being a disappointment I am not going back. Plus the domino's on ocean blvd is much better and comparable in price.

We love Little Caesars when it's done right but hate it when it's not. Our order of pizzas was perfect. It was busy but everything was ready pretty quickly. People working seem friendly and do great job.
Daniel V — Google review
The food fills the hole I guess? Overall, it's barely food drenched in garlic, butter and ranch. Which will make anything seem edible!

I was in on Friday, the woman behind the counter helped me figure out how to get the $4 movie coupon for the pizza special, she was so patient and even checked back to make sure I got the email verification. The pizza and other items came out in a timely manner and were very tasty.

Domino's Pizza is a fast and tasty delivery/carryout chain that offers a diverse range of pizzas, along with various other dishes and sides. Their service is efficient, as they deliver orders promptly even when unexpected or late at night. Customers find the ordering process to be simple, and their delivery drivers are friendly and personable. With options like crispy thin crust pizza, hot lava cakes, and wings on the menu, Domino's provides an enjoyable dining experience.
We tried the new stuffed crust pizza tonight and it was delicious! The order was piping hot and cooked perfectly. Andrew started making the order immediately and Jesse had it delivered in 25 minutes from when I placed my order online. Excellent job guys.
Heather B — Google review
Used their online order feature an hour ahead of pick-up time to ensure it would be ready as I had to go to an appointment. Received notification that order was being started 15 minutes ahead of my scheduled time for pick up. Upon showing up at previously scheduled time I was informed that my order hadn't even been started and would be an additional 15-20 minutes as they were very busy. I explained that is the very reason I placed order an HOUR prior and their app shouldn't notify me order is on time and being prepared when in fact it isn't. What is the point of providing a service and not utilizing the service correctly to relay accurate information? Honestly never had this issue with previous manager/staff....DO BETTER!!
Chris B — Google review
Had a pizza delivered, looked like it was dropped or someone sat on it.It still tasted good.Just sucks had to scrape the cheese on the top of the box, and rearrange it.

This was some of the best Domino's Pizza I have ever had in my entire life. I have had a lot of Domino's Pizza in my past but nothing compared to this one. It was delivered to my door, hot, as in out of the oven hot. Two thumbs up and five stars absolutely the best

I've been ordering from here for about 8 months and I haven't had any issues. Food is good and great coupon prices. Always friendly service, in store and delivery.

This crew seems cool. However, I checked in with my name after coming in for a pick up order and sat there for 20 more minutes. I asked them later and they said woops "knowone called your name?" its been right here and no one told you? They made me 2 new pizzas but what a disaster. I'm blamimg uper management for this. Get your stuff together. Everyone was kind and friendly at least.

Its domino's what can I say. I will say since moving to the coos bay area and trying other pizza places, oddly, this domino's is actually decent and usually has good coupons.
Tracor M — Google review
Have you ever ordered something without onions, but the dish still arrived with onions?? You end up stuck picking them out and eating around them. It's way more complicated, and it's not an enjoyable meal anymore. This is JUST like that! I was served a pizza with so many bubbles in the dough that I had to eat around them. 3 slices only had a bite left where there wasn't a dry bubble with out any toppings. The crust is oil soaked to the point that the box is drenched, but this might be because of the 12 bubbles on the pizza. Maybe? There was only one slice that wasn't damaged and missing the toppings. The store didn't seem concerned much, bubbles happen they said. I'm not really happy with my pizza this time guys. I've never had someone serve something like this.

Darrell's Devils Food in Coos County is truly fortunate to have such excellent staff. The assortment of baked goods they offer surpasses any expectations one may have for this area. Their pastries are exceptional, with delectable fillings and delightful combinations. There is a perfect balance between the pastries and their toppings, ensuring that neither overpowers the other. Each item is a heavenly slice of either savory or sweet goodness.
Wow! This is a must stop. I can't even begin to explain how wonderful the pastries that they make and how delectable light and perfect they are. And don't even get me started about the pizza because get out of here. It is the best pizza I've had on the West Coast. Did you Detroit and New York. Haven't tried the New York yet but they did not disappoint with the Detroit

Best pizza in town. Dough had plenty of time to age, so crunchy crust! Topping had good quality ingredients - House meatballs, pepperoni that's not super salty, good cheese. You get your money's worth.
Maarten D — Google review
I have never been before but had seen an advertisement that they had slices of pizza and a po boy special for lunch. I opted for the special and just look at this delicious sandwich! The bread, fish, and dressing were all amazing. One of the most delicious sandwiches I've had in a while. As for price, it's a bit of a rich boy's po boy, but you get what you pay for - in this case, a quality sandwich made by an excellent chef. The bread was so good, I imagine their pizza is top notch. I'll be getting a slice next time 🤤

This place is AMAZING! Great pastries, killer sandwiches, great big tasty salads, delicious pizzas, and the owners are super nice. Cant go wrong here!
Stacey D — Google review
Hands down one of the best places to grab a bite to eat on the coast. From the amazing sandwiches to the phenomenal pizzas and oh so yummy baked goods. This place is an absolute must try. The only con is that you will find yourself constantly thinking about their amazing food and incredible customer service. Homemade goodness from a one of a kind chef! If you haven't gone, you're truly missing out. From savory dishes, mouth watering sandwiches, to super yummy sweets, and the best fresh made bread. Also it's a must to follow their Facebook page as they sometimes do unique dishes!

Omg, pizza (“Detroit”-style (deep dish), locally foraged mushrooms, was unbelievable.
Nate W — Google review
Had the new york style pizza, loved it! Fantastic thin crust, soft but toasty enough to hold up the fabulous home made sausage and cheese and top quality pepperoni. Highly recommended!!
Maria H — Google review
We are beyond blessed to have these fine folk in Coos County. And the baked goods they provide are far more than I ever expected to find here! The best pastries, most flavorful fillings and amazing blends of the two. Neither the pastries nor the fillings/ toppings overpower the other. I could go on and on with my delighted experience, sufficing to say that every item is a savory or sweet slice of heaven. Darrell’s Devils Food is destined to become the local staple of fine dining and a tourist destination. Can’t wait to enjoy their other creations!
