Their grill was broken so they had a condensed menu, but that didn't stop the food from being any less delicious! The club sandwich and fries were delicious, and the mint chocolate chip (using Andes mints I think) has got to be the best shake I've had in a long time. The place has a nice theme, the workers were friendly and it's a great location for anyone on a road trip passing through or staying at one of the nearby hotels.

Such a cute and classic diner experience! Like the kind you see in the movies, with it's retro vibes and airstream-like exterior, offering all the best classic diner fare. Legitimately being open 24 hours is amazing too! Will definitely be bookmarking for future adventures out west, it's the perfect quintessential road trip stop. The service wasn't the "sweetest" at first, but honestly it added to the charm and experience, and she warmed up to us by the end :) Root beer float was just as good as you'd expect, and I had the Frisco melt burger which was delicious. Their t-shirts were so cute, I had to get one!!

Wife and I stopped in for some lunch yesterday and we were not disappointed in our decision to come here. Waitress was all smiles and very pleasant taking the orders. We both went with the classic diner food, meatloaf with mashed potatoes and a salad. Taste and texture was on point made for a very satisfying meal. We will be back.

Stopped here on a road trip with my family. My hubby and I have always talked about and wanted to try this place but never felt we had time or it wasn't meal time when passing through North Platte. We finally got to try it! My toddlers split a kids meal and each got a super chocolatey chocolate milk. Hubby and I each had a burger. They were delicious! I am a fry lover so I felt like I wanted more fries when the food was delivered but by the time I was done with my portion, I was full and satisfied. Price was very reasonable. We'll be back!

I'm torn between 4 and 5 stars. The employees were top-notch. They were friendly and speedy with everyone (this ain't McDee's!). I got the Runza sandwich. It's hard to explain, but you should give it a try. Think hot pocket, except better. The fries were really good, too. I can't remember the price of the meal, but I think it was about 11 bucks. If I ever pass through Nebraska again, I'll be getting a Runza.

As a quick lunch, the food is good. It is definitely a good place to stop by while driving on I-80.

Service was exceptional and really helpful as this was our first experience with Runza. Love the option to mix onion rings and fries, as well as the French onion dip for fries. Love love the cinnamon roll and cookie dough sundae Food was great and we really enjoyed the experience!!! A must try when driving through. Nebraska.

I just left runza didn’t check my bag no ranch like I asked, my sons kids meals fries are stale or burnt. My cheeseburger was extremely greasy. I think I spoke with love I said thank you after ordering thank u at the window while handing my card and the lady at the window never once said your welcome or smiled !!

My husband & I had the pleasure of trying the food from Runza recently. We're from Southern California and do not have Runza's here. The food was excellent. Great hamburgers, fries and onion rings. Now we know why Runza's are so popular. Not only was the food excellent but the customer service was outstanding. We had the pleasure of talking to Aiden Frazier from the North Platte Nebraska Restaurant. He answered all our questions so patiently. I was so impressed by his knowledge of all the menu items. He exemplifies what an employee at any fast food restaurant should be. Thank You Runza for employing such a nice young man who appreciates his job and works so hard. He needs to be promoted to management. Thank you Aiden for such a great experience.

We enjoyed the food from Runzas! The Runza was a really good pasty that reminded me of a Russian piroski. The onion rings are good...I recommend getting the sauce with it. Chicken/burger options were great for my pickier eaters. We are traveling with our dog, so we ordered our food ahead of time and just ate outside at the little shaded park next to the restaurant.

An interesting fast food option I loved the frings. The cheese runza reminded me of the old school made-right. top notch lemonade.

This place seemed to be understaffed. The hostess was also the waitress and maybe even the cook. We needed to relax from driving, so we didn't mind waiting. But the bourbon chicken was worth the wait. It was really good.

I had an excellent experience at Denny’s thanks to our server, Jonathan❤️❤️❤️❤️. He was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome right away. Our drinks were always refilled promptly, food came out just as I ordered, and he checked in at the perfect times without ever being overbearing. Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure everything was great, and his positive attitude really stood out. Truly one of the best servers I’ve had. He made the meal so much more enjoyable!

Not enough help. Only one cook, the other is out leave. Only 2 waitresses. Only have each other to cover breaks. Busy place since it's in a truck stop. Waited over an hour to be seated. Once seated service was quick, friendly, and food was good. Cook did a great job on scrambled eggs, light and fluffy.

It’s was some good food. The triple burger was amazing. Hanna did a dam good job. I haven’t been in there for a while but the remodel look good but the booth have been well used. So much so the was a 6-8” difference in the 1st sliding the 2nd seat (back of the booth.) I’m sure some truckers have broken the springs but it was a good time nonetheless.

There’s a woman that we’ve had 2 times in the drive through that always calls you friend. She’s so pleasant. And should be offered a management position;) However today the woman and man working around 8am (5/24/25) should be fired. Really got to vet your staff. They were soooo rude in their tone. Took 20 minutes for the food. When I got up there I needed to order 2 additional breakfast burritos and they got irritated and told me I had to drive back around. Which whatever I get it, it was mainly the rolling of the eyes and rude tone that was upsetting. I hope they find jobs they can be happy in, and maybe they were both having a bad day. Who knows. But they were rude enough for me to write a review.

Not only did we wait for 10 minutes for our order to be taken, with no customers around. But we also waited a long time for our food as well. Lady at the drive thru was talking on the phone the whole time, including when she handed us our food and almost dropped it all. And they clearly don’t know how to make a simple grilled cheese 🤦🏼‍♀️

Ordered on a drive up. Wanted 30 minutes for our food. Asked an employee what the issue was. She finally checked and said there was a mix up and we needed to reorder. Thankfully we hadn’t paid yet, so we left and wasted 45 minutes on an 8 hour drive.

My boyfriend and I stopped by for dinner on our way home from a roadtrip. It wasn’t very busy, so we pulled into a stall and ordered. The wait time wasn’t bad at all. We got our food and got back on the road. A few hours later when we made it home, I felt nauseous. I tried to settle my body and shortly after felt like I was going to be sick. Sure enough, I threw up my entire dinner. I reached out to customer service, who said I most likely got food poisoning. They said they would open a health investigation and that I’d hear back from their management. I never did. I wouldn’t recommend or stop by this location again, unfortunately.

Seems like even new management can't teach their cooks how much of a condiment should be on a burger. That's mayo in the picture, not cheese.

Proceed with caution! Taking a road trip to CO we stopped for ice cream and shakes. As we continued our journey on the interstate, tummys started rumbling and all 4 of us had an embarrassing and unfortunate situation in a gas station restroom. Staff was nice but the shakes made us uncomfortably sick 😫.

This has to be the worst Sonic I've ever been to. First it took 10 minutes of so for them to take our order cause they were waiting on the fryers or grills or something to heat up. Then we place our order and wait about 5 minutes at the window and then the nicest guy ever (poor guy) had to tell us they didn't have Chili heated up and it would take about 5 to 10 minutes before they could get it heated. We are like okay. That's cool we will wait. Then they bring it out. Order is wrong. My Chicken Sandwich wasn't plain. And those who read my reviews. Knows everything is plain for me. Not hard to do. Well after waiting all this time for the Chili Chees Fries. THE CHILI WAS STILL COLD IN SPOTS. Eerrr. 😆 and didn't even give a half a thing of Fries... beat it all. I then had to wait an additional 5 or so minutes to get my Chicken Sandwich fixed. WILL NOT EVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I SUGGEST YOU PASS THIS PLACE UP IF YOU WANT FAST FOOD 😉

Called in for delivery and got a call center place my order and they forward you to an automated system that I made system said that it would not accept my card. I tried to call back to cancel my order the call center people said they can’t do it so they forward you to the store which is where the call should’ve went in the first place I sit on hold for over 30 minutes. Nobody answered the phone. I started reading reviews on here. Sounds like there’s an ongoing problem. I don’t know how you expect to charge over $30 for 12 wings and then give service like this or no service at all. I agree with one of the previous reviews you guys need to get it together?

The employee Kenneth Is a phenomenal employee he was attentive helpful and just kind when I came into the store to order tonight very nice young man. Could tell he cares about his place of employment and just overall a great employee you should be very proud of him and how he treats your customers

9/5/25 9:30 pm aprox I stopped in for a pasta bowl cashier took order and sorted money into teel then went to ingredients and placed ingredients into bowl with bare hand. I asked for refund but she said she did not know how to refund.

Would be OK if you can understand there call center. Bunch of foreigner that can't speak English and mess up the order all the time. Put you on hold for a half hour just to order a messed up pizza. GET RID OF CALL CENTER

ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT!!!! Put an order in online today 5/25/25 at 1600 hours. The app said my order would be delivered between 16:54 and 1704. Finally at 1730 I called and called trying to get my order cancelled and was repeatedly put on a transfer to the store where I am on hold and no one answers. Online states that they’re open as well as the corporate gal I spoke to.

Fries and nuggets were cold. Their burgers were not impressive in anyway, and the cashier didn’t listen to a single word. I said, didn’t understand a single thing I told her and I still had to pay for a second frosty that I told her the first time I needed started my order off with this is going to be to go and then still got asked after telling her everything I needed if my order was for here or to go. And this was after I had to go inside to order because I sat in the drive thru for 5mins with no one response from any staff member. Not good. Management needs to fix it all.

I wish I could put a negative value on atmosphere. Dirtiest restaurant I have been in. Women’s bath needed searched down. Garbage overflowing in waste basket.i think a dirty diaper in bag on floor. Dining area floor was greasy. - could slide on. Behind the counter - gross. Needs through cleaning. Was traveling back to Wis from CO - googled a Wendy’s thinking would be clean. The fries were greasy. Ended up throwing them out.

Very unorganized at register. The lady was obviously over worked. She was running the register and filling orders. Definitely having a horrible day. Food was like warm. Soda machines out of a lot of the diet products. Flys everywhere, dining room very dirty.

This was probably one of the worst experiences in regards to service I've had at Wendy's. I waited 25 minutes between standing in line to order and getting our food and had to remind the cashier about the drinks. What bothers me is she was talking and unapologetic.

Wendy's used to be my favorite cheeseburger, but for years it became disappointing and unedible at times. I tried again in North Platte and it was surprisingly like I remembered it used to be. So, I tried again on my next trip believing I just got lucky, but no, it was great again. I am hoping my luck holds out, but I'm at 4 times in a row, and it has been as tasty as it was when I tried it almost 40 years ago. The fries aren't up to expectation, but I just don't get them now.

All of the reviews I read were exactly spot on. Every employee here was friendly and courteous and helpful to help us find something to eat. YUMMO!! I’ve never had a bowl of Mexican food before and it was excellent

The food was fresh, the place was somewhat clean (sticky floors and unwashed tables), and the bathrooms were clean. Great value for what we got (I'm shocked he was able to fold the burrito without it rupturing).

First time trying this restaurant, was excited as I saw a TikTok ad about their habanero lime steak. They gave me a giant piece of an onion , I asked for salsa roja they gave me chip salsa ?? It was disgusting and ruined the burrito.

Tazan is AMAZING!! Not sure what to order?? Let the young man fix you up. He's friendly, fast, and he knows what to put together to make incredible food. All the staff here is nice but I had to give a shout out to this one because he's truly a valuable employee and I hope this restaurant treasures him.

First time in Nebraska, first time eating a (cheese) runza. IT WAS DELICIOUS. Clean restaurant, great service. Also recommend the pomegranate passion lemonade, popcorn chicken, and crinkle fries.

I dont know if this is what passes as a large fry container, maybe it is. If so, it only supports my complaint that everywhere you go they're giving you smaller portions at a higher price. I don't eat out often for this reason. However that's neither here nor there, my beef is with the fact that i pay to upsize my meal and not only is my fry only half full, there's more salt and ketchup in the fry container than there are fries. Is this a tactic to make the fries seem full or what? This is not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time this has happened but it is the last. It has been 4 times in a row and I had hoped with the new location and a period of 5-6 months between my 3rd and 4th visit that it wouldn't be the same ol' bull$#¡+. I refuse to pay FOURTEEN dollars for a burger and fries only to be met with the same reoccurring theme of dissatisfaction. I mean, seriously, a monkey could do this job and yet i get a burger that 2 inches thick on one side and 5 inches thick on the other with more cheese on the wrapper than on the burger. I get that you guys hire teenagers but maybe train them to give a $#¡+ and have a lil pride in their work or get new ones because, although I consider your fries the absolute best, it's not worth my time, money or effort when this is consistently the end result. I doubt i will ever be back and that saddens me. The food is delicious. The execution is horrendous. Photos included. Aside from me unwrapping the burger, this is exactly how it was in the bag. I haven't eaten a single fry. But hey, no complaints on the soda. Smh

Kat greeted us as we walked in the door. She was very pleasant and complimented us on our food choices. I went to the counter three times for various needs I apologized for bothering her. She told me “you are not bothering me at all I’m glad I could help”. I would give her a 10 Star rating for excellent service. I hope review is shared with her.

Very slow service. We waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes for someone who just had ordered an ice cream cone. We got our order and they messed it up and gave us someone else's order so thankfully they caught it before we left and the runway we had were undercooked and fell apart the instant you bit into one. The fries and onion rings were good and the staff was at least friendly so that was a bonus.

Out of all the Runzas I've been to this one is my favorite because of the employees. They're customer service skills are amazing. Hopefully they'll see raises soon because they deserve it. The place is always clean and food is always spot on. Thank you to all of them!

1st time Runza customer here as we are from out of state. I ordered an Original Runza, a cheese Runza and a Blueberry Lemon Shake. Quick and friendly service! The shake was delicious but we were not fans of the Runza. If we lived in the area, we would certainly give them another try but order something different than Runzas.

If you are familiar with bierock and have never tried Runza, you must. It is the fast food equivalent and very good. We don't have Runza in Arizona, so we pick up a frozen dozen Originals and take them home to enjoy.

The store opens at 10am. The neon light was on. It was after 10am. The door was still locked. I called. He said they were busy doing a catering order and wouldn’t be opening for awhile. When I said that this needed to be reported to corporate, his response was feel free to go ahead and do it. Wow, the service there is horrid.

First my online order wasn't even on the rack I had to wait in line and get it and then secondly I get a Del Taco cup Jimmy John's. I'd called after I was off of work to explain my frustration and spoke to DJ after this whole incident and DJ proceeded to hang up on me because he didn't want to hear what I had to say. This is the worst customer service I've ever had any Jimmy John's and I'm hoping this situation can be brought to the owners attention. What happened to customers service?

Overweight guy has an attitude when taking order, and take 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. He is also coughing on our sandwiches.

My mom got a Number 15 club tuna wrapped in the Mediterranean last week. Guy stated today that its Limited wrap and is still running but wouldn't make what was given last week just kept saying they have it but they can't make it even tho they made it last week they refused to make it this week. Get it together Jimmy John's.

The picture shows half of my $15 sandwich, a giant slim 4 with cheese. The other half was the same sad story. We picked up sandwiches driving through town on our way home, as we have done several times before. We were already back on the interstate when I unwrapped my sandwich to find hardly anything between the bread. If this is how they make a $15 sandwich now, we won't be stopping there any more. Embarrassing.

They have messed up my orders consistently for the past few months, not sure if they hired new people but the service here is absolutely awful. I have had to send almost every sandwich I get from them back. Recently, an incident happened that has caused me to lose trust and faith in this establishment, which is unfortunate because I used to really enjoy the food. I have allergies, which I always make clear, and I was served a sandwich that had been made incorrectly and then had those ingredients sloppily scraped off, serving the same bread/other ingredients, but covered in the residue of an allergen- incredibly dangerous, I’m lucky I had someone try it for me first. If they screwed up once or twice or even three times, I would give it a pass. But it has been every. single. time. If you don’t want terrible service, suspiciously hard bread, oddly chewy meat and workers who are visibly high, don’t waste your time and money on this JJ’s. :(

None of the coffee we ordered were made correctly. The munchkin donuts were dry. The breakfast sandwich cheese wasn't melted and egg was barely warm

Their app is amazing! Order ahead is a time saver for me because I work early mornings. My order is always spot on and hot. Most of all, the faces are friendly and happy to see me.

The customer service has went downhill. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with cream cheese and only got a bagel with cream cheese. I called and employee said she would leave a note in the office. On a separate day I ordered the same thing and it didn't have cream cheese. We are charged extra for cream cheese only to not get it. When I called again she said that since I hadn't gotten either she would just leave a note for me to get a sandwich when I came in. The next morning I order donuts (which we do frequently). I mention the sandwich while I am ordering, then get to the window and they have several different people asking questions about when I ordered (which I had already given order numbers). There was a line of people behind me and they still didn't trust that I had been charged for this stuff and not received it. The customer service used to be really good, however this is unprofessional. I just left without getting what I paid for 🤷

Arguably the worst attempt at a doughnut. I ordered doughnut holes and received glazeless rolls. Not sure how you screw up a glazed doughnut but they nailed it. Do not recommend this Dunkin

So even though their butternut donuts/munchkins are by far the most popular, today was my 7th trip in a row that they were out at 10:30 in the morning, (OR 3:30pm)!!! One cashier said yeah we're out by 8am. I asked why they don't make more? No answer and the Friday morning manager just rolled her eyes. She's not a friendly person as I've seen her many times. I ended up going to Starbucks. Just pretty disappointed at being disappointed. They do sometimes make a really good avocado, bacon and tomato sandwich but they vary greatly from visit to visit.

My whole experience was great. The lady who took my order at the drive thru was AMAZING. I have never had customer service like she provided. She definitely needs an acknowledgement!!! My food was ready and when we got home it was still hot which was fantastic and not very common for other places ...however I did have 1 issue, we order 4 extra biscuits since kids meals don't come with them and my kids love them, but they were all extremely hard. We had to toss them.

Very rough experience. Took over 30 minutes to get through the drive through. Got to the window, and it took them a few minutes to actually figure out which order was mine. Then handed me my Dr. Pepper that was so watered down it looked like a dim Tea. Tasted terrible. Also, got back home and the extra biscuit that was included with my meal was missing. They forgot to give it to me. Tried to call no one answered. Probably over 5-10 dollars that I spent that was not given or was of low quality.

I was not all that pleased with the old owners of KFC. I am pleasantly speaking of the reopening here in North Platte. New owners did a fantastic job getting the remodeling done. I went through the drive thru last night and ordered an 8 piece chicken and tenders as well and a root beer. The taste was fantastic. Seasoned all through the meat. I could not be happier. Service was quick and worry free. Many more trips in the near future. Keep it up NP KFC!

We placed an online order and when it said it was ready, it wasn't. They had us sit in the parking lot while 7 other cars came through and all got their buckets of chicken before us and they ordered after us. 50 minutes go by and they asked us if we ordered anything so we had to wait longer.

Their food is good, but today of October 14, 2025, they forgot to make a whole other meal for me and my family and told us that was everything.

It was very awful. The people do not listen. I had to speak in a loud manner for them to hear me and they keep on asking. Sorry what did you say? And we were trying to add some more chicken wings on our meal but they keep on saying no we can't do that. It's because of their computer system and they forgot the barbecue sauce. Of course they forget every single sauce every single time. It's a waste of money and a waste of time. They remodeled the store for nothing and the lid wasn't on all the way so it spilled. Sorry KFC but I would not recommend going here. Always check your bag because I found a a Nat in my food one time and there is always workers smoking outside and they microwave their food mostly all of it except the chicken. They microwave the coleslaw mashed potatoes and mac and cheese

I bought the 16 pc chicken tenders. Not the meal just the tenders. Was not impressed by it costing $40 for 16 chicken tenders but benefit of the doubt. Got home and they should call them popcorn chicken. Not only are the tenders very small they shorted me. I absolutely love KFC and have been a huge fan forever but this is ridiculous. I absolutely will not be doing that again. Very disappointed

Very slow service. Why is it that a large fry fills the whole container when you order in, but for takeout the container has so fewer fries inside? Happens at pretty much every McDonald's I go to. I'm including a picture to demonstrate how pathetic my "large" fries order was.

Very disappointing experience — for the third time in a row. We came to this McDonald’s specifically for a Happy Meal with a Squishmallows toy, which we selected through the app. Yet again — for the third time — we were given a Sonic toy that we didn’t want. We clearly explained that we placed the order only because of the toy, but the staff just said there was nothing they could do. We asked politely if they could open the toy display and let us choose from the ones they had visibly available — again, we were refused. Our child started crying, and we had to stop at a gas station to buy another toy, because it was too hard to explain to him why he was being disappointed for the third time. This could have been easily avoided: • Put a sign on the counter if specific toys are out of stock; • Or at least disable that option in the app if it’s not actually available. While we were eating inside, we witnessed at least three more families having the same conflict — doesn’t anyone realize this is a recurring issue? Extremely disappointed. It’s not even about the toy — it’s about how issues are handled. And here, they simply aren’t.

Im not surprised it has 3stars, in my opinion its worth half a star the way I was made to stand there and watch the manager just squirm around try her best to look busy just not to check me out behind the counter. I refuse to do self check out without an incentive, and this proves that the manager is worthless at customer service, and shouldn't be in her position. An employee I could see doing this, but a manager should be a better example.

We used the drive thru. Waited half an hour for our food. There was nobody ahead of us or behind us. After waiting a while, there were other cars starting to line up. We watched 3 other cars get their order before us. When we tried to kindly speak to the employee with purple braided hair walking back to the building, she put her finger up to us and wouldn't even look at us as she walked by and not approach our vehicle. We continued to wait until she finally brought out our food. Tossed it to us. Still refusing to speak to us and we were so off put that we drove away not realizing part of our order was missing and food was cold. We didn't even order anything special! Cheeseburger meal and chicken sandwich meal, that was it! Idk if this location has over worked and understaffed their employees at this location, but that was absolute terrible service.

I ordered in the drive-thru. They asked me and 3 other cars to pull up and park as they were waiting on French fries. After an over 10 minute wait, they finally brought out the food and NOTHING was hot or fresh. It was actually almost just room temperature. Terrible food.

Had ordered 3 mc doubles and 2 McChickens. Absolutely the worst McDonald's food I have had in a very very long time, which says a lot. Beef patties burnt, and extremely dry, onions were missing. Literally disgusting. Even their mcchicken tasted like it sat for an hour. With 5 sandwiches, and each being equally bad, it wasn't just a mistake. This place doesn't care. If I could put zero I would, on a road trip stopped to get a couple coffee and a few sandwiches. Had to repeat myself 6 times that I wasn’t a vanilla ice coffee not a carmal one. I have a trailer hooked on so small enough to fit in drive thru big enough no to park. While pay at the second window the short dark skin lady was giving me so much attitude and was visibly upset when I corrected her for the 7 th time on the coffees I wanted. So then they parked us for 2 sausage mc muffins and made us wait 30 mins bringing us two people behind us orders not ours. And then refused to give us straws we had to walk into the gas station to get them and napkins. I would not recommend going to this location they all have bad attitude, forget and do things wrong cause you up set them it’s not worth it.

This place has seen better days. The building itself is falling apart. Bathrooms gross, water damage all over the place in the dining room. Doors falling off cabinets by drink station, tiles missing from the order counter, panels missing from the ceiling, dead flies all over the window panes. Doesn’t look like anyone cares in this restaurant. Not sure how it passed a health inspection honestly.

Employees dont use gloves when handling the fries and this place is completely disgusting. The roof leaks alot and almost every table was dirty and the floors are gross. It looks like they clean the cooking surfaces from what I could tell but every other surface if gross, the camera by the front camera has built up dust bunnies on it. You could tell it was understaffed and im sure its because of the poor condition of the place and im sure that translates into bad management.

That was the filthiest place I have ever seen! 1:30 in the afternoon, no one in the dining room and every surface is dirty. I asked someone if they could clean some tables and she seemed annoyed but cleaned just the 2 I needed. Windows had not been cleaned in forever!! Place obviously hasn't been updated at all!! Food was fresh and hot but with the filth of the area, we couldn't eat it!!

Looks like this could be one of the first burger kings ever built. The building is in need of some major upgrades. I was nervous to eat at this location. Buckets set up all over to collect rain from a leaky roof. I was expecting terrible food. Not sure if it was my low expectations, but the Food was actually pretty good. Maybe they are on to something. They lower your expectations and blow you away. Anything on a sesame seed bun paired with FRIES!

I order off of the App and have picked up in drive thru for a long time now they are telling me I have to go inside and pick it up .. I won't be returning as unloading a wheelchair to go in and pick up take out food is not worth it

Good food, good prices, needs remodeling bad it's falling apart. Just look at the roof inside and how dirty and outdated it is.

Love their coupon special 3 Whopper's, 3 fries, 3 cheeseburgers. Always fresh and hot. Fries always fresh and hot. Always get 2 cheeseburger plain for my fur babies.

Rolled up to the drive-thru 30 minutes before closing—huge rookie error! Ordered a burger, only to hear the kitchen was already scrubbed down and tucked in for the night, but they’d grudgingly fire up the grill like they were granting us a royal decree from The Dairy Queen herself. At the window, the staff dodged eye contact like we were Medusa’s cousins, irritated and aloof, acting like we’d crashed their sacred fry-fortress. Their behavior was so petulant we tossed the food—cold, soggy fries and all—afraid they might've added an “extra ingredient.” Didn’t trust it, didn’t eat it. Second time this happened here—fool me twice, shame on me!

I ordered a Reese’s caramel craze blizzard today and was told they were out of the caramel truffles. I asked if I could sub in heath bar in place of them and was told they would do that. Imagine my surprise when I looked at my receipt to see I was charged 89 cents for adding Heath bar. No refund not having the caramel truffles. Doesn’t seem right to me. The blizzard was delicious but getting charged to replace an ingredient they were out of leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

We stopped in for dinner and blizzards on OCT 8, 2025. We were told that the lobby was closed. I inquired why (we had driven all day to get to our hotel that day and wanted to eat) and was very rudely told it was none of my business why. I have been stopping here once or twice a year for 25+ years now. Ridiculous attitude.

Ordered online and they had their dining room closed so the staff could get breaks (I work fast food myself and we just send those who need them on breaks just fine without closing). I went through the drive-thru. It took 15 minutes for me to finally get my mobile order. In that time I probably could've just placed my order at the restaurant and got it faster. Taking that long defeats the entire point of placing a mobile order in the first place. All I got was 1 Blizzard. Nothing complicated.

Told me they aren't hiring but the lobby is closed all the time due to being short staffed. The lobby should NEVER be closed. I'm sure this is against company policy. Does corporate know? How are you not hiring if you're short staffed? How are there not 5 people working on a Saturday night? Unacceptable. Hire some adults instead of of kids? If you're short staffed manager should be there!!! There should never be a line to the street. That's crazy

They are absolutely a disgrace... My husband and I went in there on a road trip thinking we could go in and out fast. Nope spent almost AN HOUR waiting and their excuse for why it was taking so long was because the "ice cream had to sit out" since when does ice cream have to sit out??? Do you want it to melt before it gets to your customers?? Absolutely DISGRACEFUL

Its a good thing these people work here and not somewhere important. Asking to toast something, for twice as long, isn't that difficult of a request. It proved too difficult for these green haired tattooed gentlemen.

Bread was the driest and hardest in the history of breadmaking. Unfortunately, I was too far away to go back when discovered.

The lettuce looked gross everytime I go its always brown. They have a policy to where they are supposed to make the sandwich how you want it but yet everytime I go in and Heather is working I get the worst experience if you ask for extra black olives she says you are only supposed to get three she gives you a pinch and that's it. but everytime she is not there we get more then what we get.

Associates were short and impolite, however they were efficient. Their teamwork was good, but their seemed to be tension between them.

The kid behind working the line was very rude. He was finishing up his meal and saw I came in. I heard him call me a piece of S and then he rudely asked what the hell I wanted. I should have walked out I almost went over the counter after him. Didn’t finish my sandwich correctly. Didn’t cut the bread. Didn’t ask if I wanted it toasted. I will be asking the owner to fire him.

Just a note. We had to wait, as they had a long line and only one person working, but Donna (I believe was her name) killed it. Went as quick as she could... sweet as could be, apologetic and the sandwiches were awesome. She is a credit to Subway and is the only reason this review is 5 stars. Hope someone comes to relieve her soon, as she was supposed to be off at 2.

This place was awful. Customer service was the worst I have experienced in a long time. They stood there while I waited for someone to help me, mind you, there was two workers standing in front of me, none of whom even acknowledged me. When I got the the car, I realized that my order was not right. So I proceeded to go back into the restaurant, and they looked at each other and blamed each other. When I was watching my sandwich being made, the worker whom was working on it, seemed upset. When he was done with making the sandwich, he threw it into the counter. When I opened the sandwiches in the car, the meat seemed old, it had weird liquids, and just looked unappetizing. THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER EATEN!!! Would not recommend to my worst enemy!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This was the worst experience I have ever had at this Arbys in North Platte. The girl working up front around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday October 13, 2024 was very very rude and threw my change at me. No napkins in the dining room and when asked for some she rudely said that they had to limit the amount of napkins so she couldnt give me any. I will never come back again if she is working.

Worst meal amd service ever. Angela the so called manager on duty was rude as can be. When asked about sandwich that was half made nothing was offered.

Friendly server at the drive through. The drive through is a little odd as they can’t hear you talking due to traffic noise and the parking lot is strange too. Good food.

Staff was rude and non conversational. Service was slow and we were the only dine in customers with 4 staff standing around talking much of the time we were there. Apparently Also, Arby's has discontinued the Arby's Junior, replacing it with a slider. I won't be back.

It's really sad what this economy and the lack of work force has done to fast food. Forced to pay higher minimum wage to people with no work ethic forces food cost so high they have to cut back on the one thing they are known for. "We've got the meat!" Nope, more like where's the meat!? The store was clean enough, but the staff barely acknowledged our presence, the one kid who was supposed to be wiping tables was so ticked that someone left a tray on a table he couldn't do the one job he had been given. We should have gone to Runza...

My husband and I stopped here on my lunch break. I was surprised their weren't more people there. I ordered the chicken tender meal and there were so many tenders! The restaurant was clean and the staff were very nice. We will certainly eat here again.

This place must employee the dumbest people on the planet. They managed to screw up my super Ole, not once but twice in one order. I will never go back to this location again. They were rude about having to fix the first screw up and still got it wrong with the second one. Don't waste your time going here.

There was no customers in drive through and nobody in line in lobby. Yet 5 employees working, but nobody could stand long enough to finish an order. It was also the longest wait I've ever had at a Taco John's. I really hope I don't end up finding someone hair in my food. I absolutely don't recommend this location to anyone.

After reporting a horrible order last night to staff, Tommy said they would talk to the employee. No offer to make it right whatsoever. Disappointed and will never waste money there again.

We were there on the evening of June 18th. The service that night was phenomenal and the food was phenomenal everything was fresh and hot they didn't miss a thing. It has been a long time since I've been to Taco John's and was satisfied.

The second time i ordered taco salad & no chicken even asked for extra chicken and the taco bowl is less than half full of just lettuce & cheese the worst ever. Never coming back to this scam food place.

The lady at the drive through was vary rude and demanding. We go a super natcho a chicken quesadilla and a beef burrito. We got a bathroom that had stal and under cooked chips and a quesadilla that had steak and a bean burrito. Not to mention the two sodas we got tasted like they had been sitting in the cups for hours. Awful will never go back.

On a cross country trip for 2 + months. HANDS DOWN worst meal in the country. So salty it wasn't edible. $60 for 4 people wasted.

Stopped in for dinner with my wife, she ordered crunchy while I ordered soft tacos. Multiple tables dirty while 2 employees were sitting out side smoking! Although the taste was good they are real skimpy on fillings on the taco.

Probably the worst Taco John’s we have been to thus far. Slow, inaccurate service. I tried a quesadilla this time & 1/4 of the “4 quesadillas” was empty.

All the tables were dirty. Ordered 2 meals, only got one. The women's bathroom was gross 😝 and the soap dispenser was broken, the soap container was sitting on the sink and you couldn't get anything out of it because it was an sensored dispenser! So sad to see a great company get such a bad rap when they were considered to have so much pride in their stores and products 😢

They take pride in providing generous portions on their servings but wait what happened to our barely there flat tacos!! We were given crispy taco shells with so little meat and lettuce and a poor amount of cheese..Disappointing for a first time visitor passing by interstate. Place was empty when we walked, not surprised if they cannot keep up with better standards!

Very rude, The lady that took our order, was more concerned in a DoorDash order she had delivered for breakfast from McDonald’s. The bathrooms were very dirty are shoes were sticking to the floor. The tables were dirty. The area where you got your sauces was so dusty and dirty. Windows look like they’ve never been washed. It was 7:30 am in the morning and nobody was in there but us and it looked like it had not been cleaned in quite a while. Worst taco John’s I’ve been to in a long time. Terrible service

Awesome .... the food was great and the lady who took our order was amazing... they even delivered our food to the table!!

Garbage service. Waited 5 minutes past projected time to pick up my pizza, showed up and got told "it's gonna be a minute". I inquired how long and was told "20-25 minutes". So these guys hadn't even touched my order. No apology, no offer for a refund or a comp, no remorse whatsoever. Garbage service. I hope to escalate this as high as it is able to be escalated, you guys don't deserve to hold the name of my favorite pizza chain. Every single time I come here, I'm met with incompetence. Just get Little Caesars, it's cheaper. No point in paying premium price for subpar service.

I usually like the food but this time my pizza was cold and kinda burnt. In the end I only ate the cinnamon twists cause they were the only things good. I fed the pizza to the birds and even they wouldn't eat it. A few dogs showed interest but refused it so I just threw the rest away. I had the 2 for $6.99 special. I think I'll order elsewhere. The driver Trenton was on time and polite so at least their drivers are nice

Ordered delivery and the last 2 times I have had to put my pizza in the oven to warm it up due to it being cold. One time there was a long hair in it. The tracker says its cooked and checked foe quality but then they have them sit there 30 to 45 mins after they are cooked before they deliver them.

I ordered through the app and we are extremely happy!!! The pizza was excellent!!! Thank you!!! The amount of toppings I requested a 10 out of 10!!! Y'all nailed it!! Delivery was fast!!! Considering the Huskers were playing!! Well done for the crew here in North Platte NE!! Thank you!!!

10 times better than Pizza Hut at less than half the money. The thin crust and the pan crust are excellent. Parmesan bites and jalapeno bacon cheesy bread are great too.

I've always had friendly service, quick deliveries and accurate food. And it tastes amazing!

Tried Ordering The 9.99 For Any Puzza Deal, Couldn't Get It To Work...Called Store, Guys Told Me Just To Come In...Drove There, Guy Said Yes Gotta Order Online...Tried For 20 Minutes With No Assistance...Asked If I Could Just Place Order, Again No Assistance...Left And Went To Pappa Murphy
