Had a pleasant time dining at Noble Crust in Wesley Chapel. We were seated upon entry with no wait. Our server was efficient the entire time keeping our drinks filled and food was brought out quickly, served hot. Flavor and presentation of food was excellent!!! Very nice decor and lighting throughout the restaurant adds to the atmosphere!! Will definitely be back next time we are in the area!!!

Smashed meatball sandwich was interesting but pizza and fried green tomatoes were fabulous! Fast, friendly service. Lots of space, nice bar area. Prices comparable to similar establishments. Location was clean and did not smell like a bar. Worth a return visit ;)

Maria was awesome, super attentive and gave great menu recommendations! The chill atmosphere made it a comfortable spot to grab a drink and enjoy some amazing food. The pizza and wings were 🔥 100% recommend! The general manager also checked in to make sure our visit was great, super friendly all around. Can’t wait to come back!

I've never had a bad experience at Noble Crust. The staff is great! Always respectful and super helpful. Food was delicious and tastes very fresh. I enjoyed the Bronzed Salmon that came with cauliflower and mashed potatoes with Calabria chili. The Salmon was so tasty and cooked to perfection. I left my plate clean! We also had the crispy Brussels sprouts and WOW! They were an excellent starter. My partner who does not necessarily like Brussels sprouts approves!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. We went last night with my close girl friends and the experience was amazing. the food was so good and cake pretty fast and our service from Steven was amazing, super attentive and gave amazing recommendations! we can’t wait to come back for another girls night soon.

from the moment I walked into the time I’m left, I felt like this was where I needed to be. I was greeted by the hostess with a smile, when I came in the vibes was there! I’m not sure if it was because of the two dollar mimosas but Our waitress was attentive with a smile. And the manager came around to check on us as well, and a chef came by and checked on us. Mimosas was the best drink. I did try the melon cooler, but it wasn’t my cup of tea. I had the steak and eggs minus the eggs because I’m allergic.. They had no issues with substituting for a salad. This will be my go to Place for brunch and I will definitely try dinner another time. Thanks, Noble team.

Came for a chill date night with the wife. The brewery offered a surprisingly spacious interior. While they had live music outdoors, the volume wasn't ideal for conversation, so we opted for seating at the bar. Despite the crowd, we were able to find seats without a problem. We sampled a wide range of their offerings with two flights, totaling eight different beers. My personal highlight was the Big Boy Blue. While none were particularly mind-blowing, they were all pleasant. I did feel that the beers could have been served at a colder temperature. We also shared several appetizers: the Beef Flatbread, the General Tso Cauliflower Bites (which were delicious!), the French Onion Soup (quite good), and the surprisingly excellent Mediterranean Plate. I found the food to be a standout, even more so than the beer, and I'd definitely come back to explore more of their menu and see if another beer catches my attention. The staff were fantastic – attentive, friendly, and genuinely focused on ensuring a positive experience. Overall, I had a positive visit to Florida Avenue Brewing Co!

We’ve been to Florida Avenue Brewing in Wesley Chapel a couple of times now, and while the space itself is really nice with cool vibes, we just haven’t found “the one”—that standout item on the menu that keeps us coming back. On our most recent visit, they were out of the majority of their tap beers, which was disappointing, especially since they didn’t have can alternatives for many of them either. That said, their mixed drinks have consistently been on point, so props to the bar staff there. As for the atmosphere, it’s definitely more adult-oriented. While kids are tolerated, it doesn’t feel particularly kid-friendly. There are clear rules in place —even in the outdoor area—which might not be ideal if you’re hoping to let the little ones run around and burn off energy. That said, it’s totally understandable and respected that the environment is geared more toward adults than families with kids—just mentioning it to help set expectations for others who might be planning a visit with children. Overall, it’s a decent spot and worth checking out at least once, especially if you’re out without the kids or just looking to grab a good cocktail in a laid-back setting. Just manage expectations if you’re hoping for a full beer selection or a more family-friendly vibe.

The service here is AMAZING! Super friendly and very welcoming. I highly recommend ordering the pretzel with Parmesan! The pretzel is warm, soft, and cheesy. The cauliflower is crunchy and the sauce isn’t too overly powering. The buffalo chicken flatbread was alright, the sauce was overly done and you can barely taste the chicken. I highly recommend the steak Argentine flatbread better since it’s sweet and the sun dried tomatoes blends well together with the steak. The smash burger is juicy and tastes good with the flight of beers. We really enjoyed the dinner and you must try their beer.

First timer alert! What we thought would be a quick brunch, turned into hours of a good time. Our bartender, JOSH, was amazing! Incredibly knowledgeable, gave us input on new specialties, and we could tell he is passionate about what he does. Because of him, we will be back!

Had some family over and decided to check out this place! Its quite large with a lovely backyard area to sit. The seats weren’t the most comfortable, but our server Stan gave us excellent service. We were able to try a few beers prior to picking one. As a vegan, I was able to adjust my dishes- I had a beautiful salad with garlic potatoes and an expresso martini which was so delicious. The food was super yummy. There was an order with blue cheese, which we didnt realize was on it and was able to get a new dish, however it did take a while to come out. The flatbreads were delicious and sandwhich and the fries had a lovely flavour to them. Great place for friends and family! Stop by if you’re near by!

Florida Avenue Brewing in Wesley Chapel is hands-down one of the best brewery experiences I’ve had in Florida! The space is huge—with a welcoming lobby, arcade, spacious dining room, and outdoor beer garden. Plus, there's plenty of free parking with its own dedicated lot. The staff was friendly, helpful, and offered great recommendations on both food and beer. We loved the General Tso cauliflower and the bulgogi bowl—super flavorful and beautifully presented. Their menu has something for everyone, including vegan options. The beer flight was a standout! Favorites included Konga Krush (POG juice in beer form), Star Spangled Slammer (like a rocket pop!), and Key Lime Rhyme (key lime pie in a glass). We also took the brewery tour, which was fun, informative, and came with a souvenir glass. Highly recommend for anyone looking for amazing beer, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere!

4 Stars, First time here, good vibes, nice place, modern, good selection of locally made beers. Staff have communication issues as to what is going on. Ask questions and get different answers. Service was fairly quick, our server was attentive. The food was actually pretty good. They brought out everything at the same time so the burger and wings were warm at best. That would be my only gripe but they tasted good. Recommend if around the area.

Bubba’s 33 is such a great spot for a casual night out! We tried the cheeseburger and mushroom burger and both were absolutely delicious. The patties are thick and hearty, yet still super juicy and flavorful, not dry at all. Added a fried egg to the cheeseburger (definitely recommend!) The kids’ menu is a great value and makes it easy to bring the whole family along. For dessert, the Oreo brownies are made in-house and served warm, and they were the perfect sweet finish. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, with plenty of TVs and a sports-den vibe that keeps the energy lively without feeling overwhelming. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to!

Overall, this place was decent, and I must say the food was delicious. We had the nachos, which were packed with flavor, and the chipotle pasta, which was also quite good. Our server—a short woman with blonde hair and glasses—was okay, though not particularly friendly. She did check on us occasionally, but I wasn’t really pleased and I’m sure she was a little surprised when I tipped her but that’s only because she somewhat did her job but as a waitress you should be a lot more friendly and her overall demeanor felt a bit distant there was another waitress that brought us our food which I immediately noticed she had a sweet positive demeanor . Still, the quality of the food wasn’t disappointing.

We stopped while on a trip and were so glad we did. They had a great burger special, but we passed on that. We opted for a half order of onion rings and they were the best we've had! Their ranch dressing was also so good and we were happy we tried to pizza. The crust was thin and perfectly cooked, the sauce delicious and the right amount of pepperoni and cheese. We didn't get the name of our waitress, but she rocked! It was a great experience. I just wish we had one near our house!

Came here for father’s day with my family to celebrate my late father. Nearly all of us ordered the California Chicken, which was decent… nothing special but it was passable for a sports bar. Hand to God, my mother bit a piece of her chicken and pulled it out of her mouth with a metal staple in it?! How does that even happen? We mentioned it to the manager (Abigail/Abby) and her response was half-baked and unapologetic. Offered another entree and ended up comping the singular entree but that’s it. Either this is a distributor issue or the standards in the kitchen are nonexistent. Either way, the standards need to be tightened up. Unacceptable. Thank God she didn’t swallow it. The server, Addison, was absolutely fantastic and very understandable about the situation. If you come here, ask for her section (then again, don’t come here to begin with)….

It's really difficult to rate this experience fairly. First, they couldn't provide a table for 11 - 14 people on one table, the waitress was busy elsewhere because our area was empty, food & drinks took a long time, but in all fairness, we were a large group with a variety of tastes. I think the waitress was overwhelmed but she smiled through the entire time even when something fell and broke from her hand. So I gave a higher score than I would if it were fewer people. We visited another franchise and we had better service and seating.

It’s ok. Taco shrimps are tiny - feels like you not in Florida but somewhere in the Middle East. Steak taco meat not up to the order - ordered well done - came out medium. Service is good. Nothing special. Kids menu cheeseburger is not edible - dry and overdone. The verdict - not a place for a lunch - you will be better off at a local Wawa or any other gas station.

Went up on a Thursday night with friends and had a great time! The food was excellent. I had the Chef's Soup of the Day, Clam Chowder, as a starter and it was GREAT! Followed that up with the French Dip and I was stuffed!!! No room for dessert, but my friends managed to scarf down the cheesecake and key lime pie. Of course, the music was great....I guess dueling pianos happen only on Fridays or Saturdays?

Sean was the most amazing server! He was friendly, engaging and warm. It was my and my husband’s first visit to this restaurant. The atmosphere was lively and inviting; and the snapper was great!! We will definitely be back

What a wonderful piano bar / restaurant with amazing service and great food! Lamb chops were cooked to perfection, Joseph the bartender is phenomenal. Live piano night takes your requests and everyone sings along. Owner is hands on, and runs the Bills flag when they score, even though it's not necessarily "his" team. Amazing overall ambiance and just plain fun. You will not be disappointed here.

Treble Makers is a nice laid back brunch place for a nice Sunday afternoon. I like the option to dine without a huge crowd. There was a live pianist. The acoustics were great and didn't overpower your conversations. I believe the atmosphere is even better at night. The food was amazing. The fried green tomato BLT was good, but I would have liked more green tomatoes. The play on eggs Benedict was awesome. It came with fried crab cakes with perfectly poached eggs and the smoothest hollandaise sauce I've had. The accompaniments were great, too. For an appetizer we chose the calamari which had a nice Asian glaze that paired nicely with the pickles that topped it. I look forward to going back during the evening. Mondays have half off entrees.

Been before and had great slice and a wine. Today I walk in and told no wine or beer? Waiting for their order to come in I was told ? Come on guys go out and buy something to back up your beer and wine offer. Said I would try a whole pizza and would eat half and take rest home. Counter guy said fine he would wrap up the leftover. Pizza comes out in a box and places it in front of me. Other tables (4-5)had pizza stands and saw them brought out and placed on stand and paper plates. Ordered pizza with sausage , mushrooms and half olive. Pizza was pretty good but had 5 mushrooms on it for $3! No name water $1.75. I tipped 15%. Total $29.77. Left with my half in a greasy box by now. Next time I’ll stick with a slice or two only. Didn’t feel the love here for a sit down experience.

Been living in Wesley Chapel for a year now. We've tried a handful of different pizza spots and have nothing bad to say about any of them.... BUT THIS ONE RIGHT HERE!!!!! Fratelli's has separated themselves from the rest. My families new go to place. The care and attention and quality ingredients. This was an authentic NY pie... and the Grandma Slice.... CHUUUURCH

I’ve been there multiple times and typically get their pepperoni pizza and but yesterday I went rouge and got a slice of the Sicilian..and let’s just say I’m literally drooling thinking about it. It was sooo good! I’ve found my new favorite type of pizza! 🤤🤤 I also got some hot chicken wings to go and they were the best I’ve had from them ever. Granted their wings are always great but they were top notch yesterday! They’re always huge fresh wings and a good mix of wings to drums. I’m telling ya’ll gotta try them out!

The real deal folks!! If you need a fix of good old NYC pizza this is the place. The Grandma's pizza is sublime. Sadly I was too full to try the sausage and peppers. But I will next time.....and there will be a next time! The cheesecake is great as well!! Don't forget to try the white pie.

As a “New York Transplant,” I have been on the search for the best pizza in the area. My mouth dropped when I was told it would be $10 for 2 slices… not sure if I’m nuts or removed from society… 10$??? But this place is a good option for pizza. Would definitely get again to try a different slice. Crust is thin and well prepared. Mariana sauce is a bit on the sweet side.

This is the 2nd time we’ve ordered pizza that has been burned/scorched/inedible. First time we just chalked it up to a bad night and threw the pizza away. This time we ordered a pepperoni pizza. It arrived with No pepperoni. The cheese is half on/half off, a greasy glob. But it’s burned to the point it’s inedible. The margarita pizza also was burned. The 6 pack of garlic knots was 1.5 knots, which they could clearly see/count while they were wrapping them. The salad was good. We contacted the owner and got no response.

Absolutely love this place ! Sometimes they have a bit unfriendly girls at the guest greeting front ( I know strange they do not realize it and allow them to be this way with customers coming through the door. If this happens to you though ignore them as everything else and everyone else is pretty nice there ). The food is ALWAYS super tasty, very nicely presented and cooked to perfection. I personally love steaks and Grillsmith never disappoints- always perfect temperature ! The waiters/waitresses are always nice and knowledgeable. The drinks are unique, pretty and tasty ! We keep coming back because even longhorn steak place screws up their steak and Grillsmith never does ! And we come here as a family ( with a toddler ) and just for dates night - their welcoming atmosphere allows for both ! Highly recommend.

Could not be happier with our experience here. Alex was our server and his service was top-notch! He was very patient with us and made some great recommendations and helped us explore the menu. He genuinely took great care of us throughout our meal and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. He could teach a course in hospitality with his level of experience and kindness. The food was absolutely delicious, the steaks were nothing short of superior! My wife and I ordered a fillet and a sirloin and we got some great sides to go along with it, everything was spectacular! We also shared the pumpkin crab bisque, and that too was delicious! Highly recommend this place!

This wasn’t my first visit to the Wiregrass Grillsmith but it was definitely the best so far. Service was outstanding. Restaurant was clean and well kept including the bar area. Our server Demi did a great job explaining the menu and drinks and kept us full for the night! We definitely will have a table in her section again! I was pleased to learn from her that they are a 96% scratch kitchen. Our appetizers, entrees, dessert and drinks were spot on, fresh and made to perfection. Can’t wait to come back for Happy Hour!

We had a wonderful experience at Grillsmith! Our waitress, Demi, was absolutely fantastic—she was attentive, friendly, and gave us great recommendations that we ended up loving. We’ve been here before, and it’s consistently great. The chips and salsa are served right when you arrive and so fresh. This time, we ordered the parrillada — a meat lover’s dream! It came loaded with an incredible variety of meats and plenty of sides, all packed with flavor. We also got the chicken parrilla, which was a perfect, no-fuss option for our kid and still left us with tons of leftovers. In fact, with just two main dishes, we had more than enough food to bring home. The portions are generous, the food is delicious, and the value is unbeatable. Vallarta is definitely one of our go-to spots, and we recommend!

Calling all those without taste buds… Disappointing Experience and Serious Concerns We visited this restaurant with high hopes, but unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations. The carne asada was incredibly bland—no salt, pepper, or any seasoning to speak of. The beans tasted like they were simply boiled, and the overall dishes lacked the bold and vibrant flavors typically associated with authentic Mexican cuisine. The only dish our party of four enjoyed was the birria tacos. When we raised the issue with the manager, they admitted that sometimes they "forget" to season the food, which was surprising and disappointing. In fairness, they did offer a discount for the uneaten dish, which we appreciated. However, what made the situation worse was that on our way home, our 3-year-old—who had only eaten the beans and some pineapple juice—became ill and vomited. I called the restaurant to inform them, not to place blame but to give them a heads-up. Unfortunately, the response was dismissive, suggesting it "must have been something else" he ate. This experience left us feeling not just dissatisfied, but genuinely concerned. While the restaurant has thousands of reviews, I believe it caters to a specific crowd that may not be familiar with the rich, flavorful profile of traditional Mexican food. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we always want to support local businesses that take pride in what they serve.

Had it delivered by DoorDash. $16.00+ for burnt cheese, wet beans, and a hand full of product. They literally charge you $16.00+ for a “Nachos Supreme,” and it comes in a tiny tinfoil tray. I miss Tacoson. Wesley Chapel deserves better. Cheap , overpriced garbage!

The food here was so, so good and very well seasoned! It was hot, served fresh. The wait time was not long. The service really nice. Great drinks and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely go back again!

Stopped here during a recent outing with friends, i decided to try out the Deluxe burrito and I was not disappointed, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly by the staff, setting a positive tone for the evening. The ambiance was inviting, creating a comfortable environment for us to relax and enjoy our meal. As for the food itself, it surpassed our expectations with its generous portion size and delicious combination of flavors. The prices were quite reasonable, offering great value for the quality of food and service provided. Overall, I would highly recommend Vallartas to anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience.

We had gluten free veggie pizza and GF Hawaiian. The veggie was AMAZING. Hawaiian was good, probably should’ve added jalapeño but was wanting to keep it baby friendly. My baby has bad allergies to wheat n gluten n she didn’t have a reaction to their pizza so is truly GF, wheat free.

Update: its been 6 years since i last reviewed Pizza Mania. So I figured I'd update. Still really good pizza, really good customer service and a really good deal for the food you get. Love the meat lovers pizza. Everything I've ate has been really good. This is my go to pizza place when I'm in new Tampa/Wesley Chapel area....everything I've ever ordered has been great...I've been here when they first open in the morning 11 am, mid afternoon and evening....staff is always friendly....clean dining area, clean food prep area and clean restroom....parking is kinda crazy...they have seven spaces on side of building next to door but 3 spaces are 10 minute only for pick up, but plenty of parking further away in main parking lot. Their entry door is on the side. Never really had any problems with this place. Except once when we went with a bigger group (10 people in our party) there was a mix up on our order and it took a while to receive our order but they gave us free garlic knots. Waitresses are always fast and friendly. Always on top of your needs.

This was our first take out pizza order, and the only descriptions that apply are superlatives. Ordering online was seamless, and the order was ready even before I could drive up to pick it up. It far exceeded the quality of pizza that can be found at any chain store. The ingredients were all fresh and in sufficient quantity. The pie was cooked to perfection with a perfect crust crispness and flavorful throughout. It was hot on delivery and well packaged. We will definitely be making more orders in the future.

The best pizza place outside of NJ, and DEFINITELY in all of Florida. I've been coming here for 20 years and the food and service has been top notch the whole time! I even had them cater my wedding in 2014 and everyone loved the food. Johnny knows what he is doing and is an all around great guy. Not only is their Pizza the best, but good luck finding better cannolis anywhere else in Tampa! I'm so glad to be able to get a taste of home (NJ) right here in Wesley Chapel.

He waited until I got there and was very understanding of my mishap. Most places wouldn't have bothered to call. You can't beat great people, service, and pizza!!!

Excellent pizza, full of flavor, and just right texture. But pasta was very average. Adding a red colored sauce to boiled spaghetti doesn't make a pasta dish.

I recently moved here from NJ (Philly area) and have been in search of some really good pizza. I think I got about 95% there with the regular cheese pie. I think I might get all the way there with the Margherita and I will try that next. The Philly cheesesteak was also delicious. I will be back to try more items but the pizza was a hit.

Seems like our pizza was just put together fast with barely anything on it and for the price, I could of made a better pizza at home. Was looking forward to it but disappointed. Only 3 stars because I ordered a different pizza one other time and it was way better than this buffalo.

The woodfired pizzas are delicious, with a perfectly crispy crust and fresh ingredients. The calzone is amazing, generously filled and full of flavor. Great service and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Our recent experience at 900 Degrees Woodfired Pizza at Wiregrass was the worst we've ever had. We've been to both locations in the past and didn't have any complaints. We ordered a NY style meat lovers pizza and 10 chicken wings. The pizza barely had any meat and the crust was soggy. The wings were dry. All of the food looked like it was quickly put together and cut.

They keep burning the bottom crust. I don’t mind a little char on the top crust but this makes the pizza taste bitter. I would suggest to the manager that they clean the ovens better/more frequently.

We were in the mood for wood-fired pizza, so we decided to order from 900 Degrees Woodfired Pizza. We chose a variety: Vegetarian, Cheese, Buffalo Chicken Pizza, and a Caesar salad. The order was ready in just 20 minutes, so I picked it up from the restaurant. The interiors and ambiance of the pizza place were amazing, with a nice and beautiful setup. We started our dinner with the Caesar salad, which was a great beginning. The salad was fresh and flavorful. Next, we moved on to the cheese pizza. It was cooked perfectly with a generous spread of cheese, making it delicious and satisfying. The vegetarian pizza was also excellent, well-cooked with a good amount of vegetables evenly spread across. Finally, we tried the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. While the buffalo chicken was tasty, the pizza itself was a bit of a letdown compared to the Cheese and Vegetarian pizzas. Overall, the pizzas were hot, delicious, and made our Friday night enjoyable. Despite the slight disappointment with the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, we loved our meal and will definitely order from 900 Degrees Woodfired Pizza again.

This was our first time here, and it was a great experience! We got 2 different woodfired pizzas and they can out hot and delicious! We also got garlic knots as an appetizer and they were very good. The staff here was so friendly and kind. I have already picked out the next pizza I want to try for the next time we visit!

We had a wonderful meal here—just what we wanted. Love the outdoor seating. Emily our server was extremely helpful. The pizza was delicious. Salad was really good—but I didn't see any eggplant on it as advertised in the menu. Enjoyed it very much!

First time trying this restaurante, place is nice but tables were wobbly we had to put napkins on the bottom to hold in place. ( we tried 2 tables both wobbly) Waitress was nice and honest with plate suggestion but would hardly come to the table. Food was 3 out of 5 because steak (bistec) was hard and dry so were the sorullitos, they didn’t have sancocho or rotisserie chicken which were 2 things we wanted to try. Food took a very long time and the place wasn’t really packed. Overall if I’m in the area will stop in but wouldn’t drive down just to come to the restaurant.

This place is excellent! We stopped by for the Friday night music and ended off with some dinner. The atmosphere was very fun with live music and dancing outside. The food was excellent, easily the best Puerto Rican food I’ve had locally. Sebastian was our server and he was so helpful with good recommendations and kind to us, he deserves a raise! All in all amazing experience and I promised Sebastian I would learn a little Spanish so we’re not as embarrassing next time we go, haha! Highly recommend this restaurant for delicious food and a fun night out.

It has been a great pleasure to visit this restaurant. A long time ago I didn't enjoy puertorican food as I did in this place, food that is not possible to find where I live. I ordered trifongo and mar y tierra (churrasco and camarones) and arroz maspostado. The blend of sweet and salty was an amazing taste experience! Besides that, I enjoy the alcapurrias and pastelillo with meat, both delicious and authentic flavors of the island. Drinks the same, espectacular too and on time. The waiter was very attentive and suggested to me different great food, but the ones that i ordered were a great choice too! I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area. The staff and manager are very attentive and friendly. Thanks for bringing here the amazing boricua food!!! ❤️🇵🇷 I wish you the best in your business.

I have been here a few times with my family and have to say I am very disappointed. My wife ordered the Chilli Frito entero and had no flavor. My son and I both ordered the trifongo with churrasco and that was also a disappointment. For the price I expected to be blown away by the flavor and quality of the food and I was not.

Excellent service, friendly, super attentive, varied and delicious food, and a great atmosphere. When we were there, they sang happy birthday to another group who was dining. We had a great time! I recommend it! Restaurant Boricua!

Came here for my birthday and didn’t realize the restaurant was close to closing. Staff were still super friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to make me feel special. Food was great. The tostones with mayoketchup tasted just like the ones I’ve had on the island. Cant wait to go back.

The restaurant is filled with potential. However, there needs to be major internal changes starting from higher up. A customer spends alot of money here for such slow and careless service. The food needs to be inspected and re-evaluated for its quality. The soft drinks are not refill free, each refill is a charge which I believe is the least that can be offered for such slow service and expensive at that. The music was terrible (depressing break up songs). The place felt as if there is no love given to it, it is now either about the money or someone who owns it gave up or is depressed. The fried cheese was more like stale cheese and dry taste. Where is the real mofongo sauce? The surillos were sad on the plate with no flavor no salt no hint of sweetness. The alcohol drinks were ancient and needs life and upgrades. As I wrote earlier, this place has potential but is anyone ready to take on a makeover task? Change the menu, service, prices, offer better deals on party of 6 or more etc. Acknowledge your guests as they come in and make them feel part of the family rather than just a number. Where is the Love and Hope in this place.... I hope great changes are made before the holidays.

I’ve been coming to this course for years and love it. I’ve played pretty much every private and public course in Tampa and can say that this course is one of the best public courses around Tampa. The fairways and greens are so pure. I see some old reviews that say the conditions aren’t great. But I can tell you those are old and the course has improved so much the past few years. Great course + the food is insanely good as well. 10/10

Very well cared greens and the course is a Great choice for many levels. The driving range is beautiful. Accessible as it is just a few minutes away from I-75.

Good time golf pro was very friendly. Someone stayed there until I was done after 8:00 PM.

This course has potential to be a really good destination but I’m not sure the owner is interested in that. The golf: Fun risk reward options. The pace is very slow and the digital cart will threaten you with a ranger visit for not keeping up…rangers…there were none. Greens are in good shape. Firm but somehow slow. Tee boxes and some fairways can be rough. Pick up out of the sand, it is not maintained….which leads to my critique. This is run like a business, which it is - I get it, but not run like a golf course run by a golf pro. This is an owner issue not a staff issue. If something affects their bottom line they will not adjust - it is not about your experience. Do not ask for a 9 hole rate nor refunds nor rain checks - or do it before you hit the turn. Play hole 10 and it pours? You’re done. They unfortunately don’t cater to an after 5 crowd as most everything besides the restaurant closes at 4:30. A variety of albeit little things have left a bad taste unfortunately and I won’t be back to support how my foursome was treated. It is fun and can be affordable but I can get a better experience with similar amenities and a better ‘customer experience’ at other nearby courses. They have their identity and their approach and they are within their rights to manage as they see fit. I don’t think I’ll support it any longer though. ADDITION 7/2/25. changing rating from a 2 to a 3. Rachelle - listed as Manager on the website - called and provided insight. Confirmed the person we spoke with is 'very by the books' and they do not offer rain checks once on the back nine (other local courses have systems that do offer per hole rain checks which has been our experience). That we did have four golfers - and 20+ holes among us left to play - she did offer us one 18 hole rain check to use for our foursome - which was one of the suggestions we offered at the course. I appreciate the call and flexibility. Will follow up again if we opt to play after checking with my foursome.

I want to provide a huge shout-out to Lexington Oaks Golf Club, specifically Susana and Anass as well as their staff. I booked a 60th birthday for my husband and it was amazing. Not only was the food and service impeccable, but Susana and her team handled placing our decorations; not that the club wasn’t already beautiful. I’d like to say living in the neighborhood makes it all more convenient, but they go many steps beyond that. We are lucky to have such a wonderful course and restaurant within our neighborhood. We are already talking about hosting our next event there this summer. If you are looking for a place to have a great dinner or to hold a special event, I suggest you look no further. Thank you for making our event so special.

DON'T play this course if there is even a 1% chance of rain, because after you play 9 holes, you won't be given a raincheck.... Our four-some got rained out on 13 and we tried just getting one rain check for 18 holes (because between the 4 of us, we had 25 holes left), and we would have come back to spend more money, but this course won't get our business moving forward. Slow pace of play, cart threatened us for being behind pace of play with the ranger (never saw once), management sits in office and watches the digital carts on the screen. There are way better courses that have remarkable customer service I'd recommend!

It’s in the best shape I have ever seen it great kudos

We were in the area and looking for a quick bite, so we searched nearby and found Best NY Pizza. When we walked in, we were happy to see that, in addition to full pizzas, they also offered pizza by the slice. Instead of ordering a whole pizza, we went with slices. From the available options, we chose a Cheese Pizza Slice and a Veggie Pizza Slice. The service was quick, and we got our slices in no time. We started with the cheese pizza slice, which was delicious, perfectly made, and loaded with cheese. Next, we tried the veggie pizza slice, which was topped with a generous mix of fresh vegetables, making it satisfying. The pizza slices were an excellent snack--tasty, convenient, and reasonably priced.

Service was okay. Pizza was delicious! We bought the combo. The canolis were delicious! The ambiance could have been better. During our time there, we had to listen to the ladies at the counter gossip about the guy with the french bulldog that came in to order takeout. The manager tried to kick him out. The blond girl pretended to be friendly, but engaged in negative gossip after he left and we had to hear all about this. The Greek Salad was lacking. No potato salad. Wrong dressing. Ordering is easy. The wait time was reasonable. Overall, it was okay.

Pizza was passable 3/10, wings were 3/10, knots looked good but were dry and tasteless. For $60 it's definitely not worth it. I understand prices have gone up but I expect quality. Trying to support local is tough, truly wish them the best, but not worth it for me. Service was ok, they were attentive. Ambiance was depressing, no music, some kinda news or talk show at low volume. Maybe it was a slow night but at least make it lively, italian pizzeria music is easy to find on youtube or spotify. TLDR: After a long day, to spend $60 on mid pizza, wings and meh knots, it's not worth it. But give it a shot, might be for you. Again, wish them the best 🙏

Been coming to this family spot since they had their first location in LOL when I was a senior in HS [over 25 years]. Hands down best pizza around and the same quality passes through both locations. If you never been to NY and dont know the difference between when someone says slice, pie or to stay or to go and the fact NY pizza has to be folded to be eaten, then you have no idea what amazing pizza really is. NY pizza is a whole different caliber. Want a generic pie? Call Daddy John.

So it appears that the owner of “Best Ny Pizza” condones racism. The owner was directly placed on notice of an incident that occurred in his store when employees at his Wesley Chapel location denied me service and refused to allow me to pick up an order for a customer. One of his workers flatly lied and told me that the restaurant “did not receive” the customers order when in reality they did and the order was ready for pickup. When I attempted to address this with the manager, he immediately became angry (obviously because I wouldn’t just accept the lie that was told to me and dared to do my job) he then came from behind the counter and approached me in an aggressive manner almost as if he was going to physically attack me and demanded that I leave the store. Meanwhile a white doordasher had no problem with picking up his customers order and was not informed of any “system issues” for why he couldn’t pick it up. The interaction between me and his employees had all the markings of racial discrimination. Luckily I was on the phone with Uber at the time of this exchange so at least Uber has as recording of it. I attempted to inform the owner of the issue to have a discussion however nearly 2 weeks later he’s opted to not reach out. This alone lets me know that he not only condones racism at his establishment but doesn’t see complaints by African Americans consumers as worthy of a response. Thankfully that’s what lawsuits are for and we have a court system in place to hear these grievances and seek redress. I’ll update my review as the case progress through the court system. In the meantime I encourage all African Americans delivery drivers and consumers to steer clear of their Wesley Chapel location. You will not be treated fairly and you are better off frequenting at another establishment that values your time.

Overall, a pleasant experience and would recommend it to others, When we went, we ordered The Spaghetti and Meatballs meal, and it was the BOMB! So was the the garlic bread and the pizza! The restaurant had little to no people when we first arrived but started filling up by the minute, Our Waitress Lacey was nice and friendly. The restrooms were clean, The service was fast and the food was great! This is a great place and again, We would really recommend this place to others!👍

This place is still Fabulous! Several years coming here and it’s still as good as when we first found Best NY Pizza! The staff is super friendly, Callan and Jay, are very attentive servers, and they always go out of their way to make us feel well taken care of. The star of this review is “Tim” our pizza maker! We get half cheese and half extra pepperoni and our crust is always well-done, and the topping are just perfectly balance! Tim makes the best pies in Tampa, hands-down, and if you close your eyes while you eat this perfect slice of cheese pizza, you’d swear you are sitting in the midst of the NY City pizza-hub! You can tell by the look and taste of these pizza pies, that Tim takes a lot of pride in his product. We love this place!

I don't recommend this restaurant it's overpriced. Very disappointing. Pro: Flavor was good Cons: Overpriced. Tom yum seafood soup cost $8.95 and had three small pieces of meat and small pieces of mushrooms. The Fresh rolls cost $10.95 and had one piece of shrimp on each roll.

Ugh! I ordered a pad Thai and got some flavorless sweet and sour tasting bland disappointment. Mad that it cost me $15.95 and it’s nothing like other pad Thai I’ve had.

This mom-and-pop place is so delicious and flavorful. I had to save it on the map real quick. The owner is very nice and kind. Don’t underestimate a small restaurant because most likely your food is going to be homemade and that is the best food you can ever get. 😋😋😋

Most horrible and tasteless drunken noddles, tastes like hospital food. It has no flavor. Ordered the chicken tom yum soup but no chicken to be found. It's full of veggies with one small pieceof chicken. I wish I could give 0 stars …. Will never order again !!

This food was very good. The service was as well. However. I messed around and asked for my food "thai hot". They did not disappoint there! If you like your food hot hot give them a try. Now probably because of the time of day I was the only person in there. However the food delivery services were bumping into each other coming in and out!! Great Thai Food!! Oh. Mango Sticky rice. Ordered food from this establishment because the photos advertised looked fantastic. Naturally, I assumed they were actual representations of the food they serve. I was completely wrong. The food was disgusting—a total farce. This place does not offer good food at all. When I opened my order, I was shocked. I paid $50 for just two plates of food and a soup, and it was utterly disappointing. I've never been so angry over food. Such blatant false advertising is unacceptable. The food I received looked nothing like the pictures you use to promote your restaurant. So why post them at all? I've worked in the restaurant business for many years, and I recently moved to this area hoping to find a great Thai spot something comparable to the amazing places I've enjoyed in New York, Orlando, Washington, and Los Angeles. But this? This was nasty. Don’t waste your money not a dollar, not a dime, not even a penny. You should be ashamed of yourselves for serving such trash. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog.

We have ordered for delivery in the past and enjoyed it (March 2025). Tonight (July 2025), ordered Pad Thai with seafood to be delivered. Besides it being bland and not flavorful, it had two mussels, two small scallops, and what appeared to be calamari slices that were not edible (Couldn't chew these at all). The drunken noodles were way too spicy for the level we ordered. Don't know what happened in the kitchen but don't think we will be ordering again.

First time trying this local spot out. Service was exceptional and the inside was clean and inviting. We had the shrimp scampi and the truffle mushroom pasta. The food was amazing!

This was our first time here. We were surprised by the costs to portion ratio. It's very overpriced for what you get and not a good value for the money. We ordered chicken parm and chicken mushroom alfredo. The pasta was delicious in both of our dishes, but the sauces were runny and luke warm. Both tasted not fresh. The chicken was the same but overcooked. We were the only customers. Our orders took a while. The customer service was friendly but slow. The girl who took our order didn't know the cannoli flavor of the month. We did order this, which happens to be a maple pecan cannoli. It wasn't great. Drinks are fountain self-service only. We feel they should offer a more well-rounded meal option, such as a cup of soup or side salad with a choice of pasta and a drink for one more reasonable price. Overall, the restaurant was clean. The cashier brought our food to the table. The music was very soft and could barely hear over the kitchen noise. We were the only customers on a Saturday night.

The food was delicious, the portion sizes were very large, and I thought the price was super fair. The workers were very nice and the food came out pretty fast. For a quick place to eat you get some higher quality food here for a good price. Definitely recommend. (This is not a restaurant where you get waited on and it’s a big ordeal. So note that when looking at my review. This is a review for a quick place to eat but with higher quality restaurant type food. If you want a restaurant experience with a waiter you have to go elsewhere. I note this because for a quicker place to eat like a fast casual experience, it’s high quality but an actual restaurant I would have graded this much tougher.)

I'm always impressed by this place. I only come here occasionally when I'm craving good pasta, I mean AMAZING pasta. And it never disappoints. NEVER. So come eat here if you're craving AMAZING AUTHENTIC pasta and don't feel like getting disappointed. You won't regret it.

Generous portions of hand-crafted pastas in sauces also made fresh with quality ingredients around $10 --cheaper than a burger combo in most fast food places. So good I didn't even reach for a salt shaker! From-scratch salad dressings compliment healthy portions of greens for under $5 salads. And, the cannoli crown the experience with filling made fresh every morning in a delicate crispy shell with just the right whisper of cinnamon. Order from app, the counter or have delivered through Uber, grub hub , etc. Quick and refreshingly healthy for a culinary delight you will savor a long time. Super clean, friendly atmosphere 👌

Pasta is one of my family and I favorite foods. Today we tried Pasta di guy for the first time and everything was amazing! There was so many options to choose from. We tried the Chefs Fav (vodka sauce and Italian sausage), spaghetti, and chicken Alfredo, and every things was fresh and delicious. Don’t let the size of the bowls fool ya, you will definitely get full. We will be back to try that ravioli and other options 🍝

What a place!!! Reminds me of this adorable made from scratch joint in Bruges, Belgium…only here Guy and his family are kinder. The menu is perfectly balanced. Six favorite pastas since that’s the focal point. In case you’re not in the mood for pasta you’ve also got four sandwiches or four flatbreads to choose from. Plus some salads and a simply delicious cheesecake cannoli. I’d eat here every night of the week if I could. In fact, I just might!

I'm literally standing in the restaurant now and the two blonde/lighter-haired girls working here are being incredibly passive aggressive. We waited over 30 minutes for two paninis, then one of them went to hand us our food and jokingly said that she made mine on regular bread instead of gluten free bread and would have to remake it. They all seem very unhappy to be working here. We ended up throwing our food away because I couldn't trust that it was actually gluten free bread and they were both soggy to the point of inedible. We ended up getting pizza at 900° Woodfired and it was a much better experience 👌

Where do I start?! I walked in to a very dirty kitchen with debris from vegetables and blenders all over the counter where they make the food.The girl was touching her mouth and rubbing her nose then had to grab gloves with her hands. Gross! Food on the floor. The employees were very unprofessional. I asked if I could get a bag of chips and she said, “ well, if you had ordered a combo you would’ve gotten chips included for $1 less than you paid for no chips! Really?!! Why didn’t you tell me that was an option? I said, “well, if I paid a dollar more than I needed to to have chips included can’t you just give me the chips?” She said “ I’m sorry but I can’t do that”. JUST WOW! Tell me the owner wouldn’t do that too. She forgets to make my tea- remind her to make it…Then I walked back in and said, “I don’t usually complain but the tea tastes like dirty water and she said, “that is just how our tea tastes”. Another wow! No offer to give me something else to drink or tell me that she’s sorry it taste bad just agreed that their tea tastes bad lol. So, I ask that she calls the owner/manager because I’m somewhat heated for the laid- back person that I am. The owner tells her to call from 8-4 tomorrow. Really?!! The owner doesn’t want to talk to me right now? Great customer service! TERRIBLE PANINI and I had to remind her what goes on it. Picture below of the disgusting kitchen. You can’t see that the counter she made my sandwich on was all wet and gross. Don’t eat here! I won’t even go back for a smoothie just due to the bad management! Get your act together if you’re going to run a food establishment!!

Every time I order from here, there is an issue. The wrap was stale and dry and ripped apart. And there were a ton of olives in one bite. I have had many issues with this place and I keep giving them another chance, but not anymore. I have had many instances where the smoothies were poorly made or had plastic and other particles in it. I called to let them know my experience and all I got was a, “I’m sorry about that”, not “I’ll let someone know” or “we will look into the issue to see what happened”. Go to Juice Factory or Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

This used to be my favorite place to get a healthy lunch. Today I walked in, the restaurant smelled like backed up water, and I was told the pitaya bowl was changed to a sorbet base. Although I prefer it to be real fruit I thought I would give it a chance anyway. I walked out with a bowl full of melted fruit soup with a tinfoil cover. I’m not sure what changed or why I received when I received, I really don’t know why it was covered in tinfoil. Unless things change back to normal I sadly won’t be back. I used to recommend this place to everyone that visited me in Florida.

Saddest panini in my life. Also, please, let go your employees, they're too mad to be working there. 😒 Not coming back and I don't recommend it. Next time I'll go with Moe's which is next door and has vegan options as well

All mess aside, the workers don't seem to be happy doing their job. I haven't had a decent order from here that hasn't had an issue/complaint. The smoothies are iffy, one day might be delicious, but the rest of the week they are undrinkable. One order might be half the portion and another smoothie might be double the size (they have actually given 2 of one smoothie and half a cup of another) I order smoothies every day as I WFH. and I can tell they are not pleased with that. The paninis are not great but I wouldn't expect much here. I do not leave reviews but if I am genuinely uncomfortable ordering from an estaishment it needs to be addressed. More than enough problems for such a small, lunch-sized restaurant.

The food and smoothies are great. The service use to be fast but now, has been extremely slow over the last month or so. I waited for 25 minutes on 2 wraps and 2 smoothies. One of the smoothies was very soupy. I really like this place but I don't think I'll be going back due to awful long wait times. 2 couples walked out due to the long wait. The employee's aren't friendly. They don't say thank you after you pay, or sorry for the long wait. Customer service sucks!

Fabulous Friendly and professional staff like Leena and the owner who was so informative. This is an updated review, gave it another try and have to say the Poke bowls were fresh and tasty this time around and will definitely come back!Clean and casual atmoshphere. The dole whip was great.

OMG! I have found heaven in a bowl. I wish I would have remembered the two ladies names who helped me through the poke bowl building process there. They were very informative and made me the most delicious poke bowl ever! They both showed great customer service with an outgoing and sweet disposition. Thank you ladies, I ate every bit of it. Oh, and that's not all... They have an awesome Dole soft serve treat that is dairy free and gluten free. This makes me really happy that I can have both dinner and dessert at a one stop shop without my lactose intolerance getting in my way of enjoying a dessert as well. My only regret is just sampling the treat since I could go for a few more bits now. I'll be going back soon. This place is awesome!

So far the best Poke bowl I've had in FL. They're generous. No limit on the toppings unlike other shops. And they have a good amount of choices for the proteins and toppings. I love how they allow you to choose 3 proteins not just one. They also have good selection for the soda drinks. Service is good too! Will definitely be back.

We had a great experience here, and the food was delicious! They offer 3 proteins and tons of veggies and toppings. I was very satisfied with my bowl and the young lady helping us couldn’t have been sweeter. Great poke place!

Both food and service were amazing! Adrianna provided stellar service: she was welcoming, attentive, and a model employee. The dole whip is a must-have. They only offer one size but it’s pretty big and can be shared between two people if you don’t want to over-indulge. Portions in general are decently sized so it’s definitely worth the price.

Is the garlic Parmesan wings supposed to be swimming in liquid?? I can’t believe I paid $5 for a handful of fries. The pizza is usually always good here but they did forget the pesto drizzle this time. Also one of the ladies that works there is always in a bad mood, even heard her being mean to the other employees.

We ordered a few other pizza’s as well however, I was unable to get a photo of those. I thought the personal pan size pizza tasted better than the other large pan pizza, seems like the recipe changed compared to before. I’ll try it again.

By far the worst customer service ever! Using third party delivery services. they incorrectly delivered the food contacted store and the manager on duty has zero to none customer service experience definitely needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers stated that they can’t cancel the order the same day has to be done the following day expected for us to stay on hold while they contacted DoorDash to get more information plus I have a ring camera and it didn’t show no delivery drivers arriving instead of making it right redoing the order and sending it out ASAP the lady on the phone thought it will be a good idea to argue with my wife basically trying to be little her don’t order from here!. domino’s always gets it right. STAY AWAY!

Since my phone had died, I also wanted to order a large pizza in-person at the counter. For five full minutes, the employee behind the counter (a lady) completely ignored us—despite me saying “excuse me” multiple times. She didn’t make eye contact, acknowledge our presence, or offer help. The lack of basic courtesy and respect was shocking. Worst customer service to date! I will NEVER EVER EVER order from here again. Whoever the night manager is is completely awful. I ordered on the website, and got the whole wrong order delivered. When I called about it, the lady knew who I was as she immediately asked if I was calling about said order. She said she was the manager, and could not get my food delivered to me. I told her I was working and couldn't pick it up, and asked for a refund. She became VERY rude, told me I cant get a refund and hung up in my face. I called back and twice she picked up the phone and hung up. Third time she answered and said she does not have to do this with me. When I asked her name she said it's none of my business and don't worry about it, I cant report her then hung up again. I called back 17 times between 2235 and 2300, to be completely ignored. This is outrageous. For a manager to behave this way and treat people like this over the phone and behave like a child is absurd. This is NOT who you should have represent your store, or allow her to call herself a manager. Awful tone, awful customer service, awful everything! 0/10. Will NEVER recommend. And I still dont have my money back, over $50 worth of food! Smh wonder if they have my info to call me tomorrow as she never got that from me and the delivery address is my job! 🤷‍♀️

Brandon was an excellent waiter he was very attentive and knowledgeable. On the other hand, the food was not the best. My chicken was very hard to bite into and was not that good. However, my appetizers were pretty good

Wife and I were driving by and were drawn in by the cool exterior. So glad we stopped in and wish there was one closer to where we lived. Beer selection and service were top notch. I got the wings and she got pasta. Wings were crispy and perfectly cooked. See you next time we are in town.

Phenomenal service and great food! We tried this place based on the variety of the menu and it did not disappoint. I had the sweet heat fried chicken and it was incredible. I wanted to eat it plain, but they served it with gravy that could have been a side! Wife had the key west shrimp, and the kids had other items. Everything was great. We ended with the beignets, and they were also phenomenal. I had the local beer flight which was also very good, but the food just blew me away.

First time visiting here- My husband had the demon 😈 chicken sandwich and I had the BLTA and a salad. They were both really good. The lemon pepper vinaigrette was unique and delish. James, the bartender, was our server. Very pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable. We will be back!

Interesting and tasty crispy chicken sandwich, and Memphis pulled pork nachos were delicious! Sports and music videos playing continuously and it’s a little noisy but a fun place.

Service was great. Food was great, portions perfect and price on point! Drinks were great, and they have daily deals. Atmosphere is for a music lover, I will be back on the weekend and try other entrees. Dessert wasn't my favorite but okay.

Mellow mushroom is the place to go! I've never had a bad meal here. Some of my favorites are the Pacific Rim Pizza, the bruschetta dip and their Caesar salad salad! They have a great selection of draft beers and some really cool cocktails. The service is always wonderful! And the leftovers taste amazing too! Every mellow mushroom you go to has its own uniqueness in atmosphere. I enjoy finding new ones to visit, but Wesley Chapel is by far my favorite!

Food was a disappointment this time. My second visit here and I tried all new items. First visit was good. This visit I learned that the pretzel bites are NOT good. Tasteless and the sauce barely makes it enjoyable. Calzone- ummm no… they can’t even cook it right, everything is soggy, interior add ons not distributed, cheese blend makes me sad.

I got the cloud 9 wings, a medium pizza and the meatballs. The wings came out quick but it was an hour wait for the rest of the food. The manager came out and apologized which was nice but we expecting some deductions from our bill. The food was okay but it wasn’t the best. Especially for the price I don’t think it was worth it.

Spent a small fortune getting food from here on uber eats as a treat. The spinach artichoke dip was a joke. I actually measured because it was such a small portion and it was under 4oz!! The pieces of bread it came with were so salty we had to eat what little we got of the dip with pizza crust. The wings were nothing special, especially for the price. One pizza was good, the holy shiitake. Worth almost $20 for a small ? No. The new taco pizza was under seasoned, very mid. For the price I’m kicking myself for ordering from here. Why is eating out so expensive but so disappointing these days???

I’m not sure why I don’t come to Mellow Mushroom more often—what a fantastic experience! Great food, great service, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. We ordered the “Steakhouse” pizza (an off-menu item), and the staff were more than happy to accommodate. (Thank You!) Think Philly cheesesteak meets pizza—yes, it’s that good. The dough has a light crunch followed by the perfect chewy texture, and the sauce has just the right tang—not overly sweet, but incredibly flavorful. We arrived before the lunch rush and were seated right away. The hostess was upbeat and friendly, and our server was outstanding—I wish I’d gotten her name because she deserves credit for helping us secure that special order. She was attentive, upbeat, and never let my Coke Zero hit the halfway mark before a fresh one arrived. Clean tables, clean restrooms, and great energy all around. I met my friend Todd Cluff for lunch—he was the principal at Sand Pines Elementary when my youngest daughter attended (she just turned 21!). Though Todd is now retired, the impact he made is lasting. My daughter still remembers him fondly, and I deeply appreciate the seeds he planted in the lives of so many students and staff. It was great catching up and hearing about his adventures including a podcast called Cluff’s Notes. If you’re looking for wisdom and reflections, it’s worth a listen. Can’t wait to return and explore more of the menu!

Obsessed with their delicious pizza! The dough is unbelievably fresh, soft and yummy. Love their unique spin on different pizzas they offer with taco nirvana being our fav. The place has a funky cute feel and good service too. Overall such an impressive experience every time! While they’re on the pricey side for pizza you are paying for real quality.

I really enjoy coming to the Mellow Mushroom in Wesley Chapel. The food is consistently good, and the service has always been solid. It can be a bit of a wait sometimes, but honestly, it's worth it. This place stays super busy, so I try to show them some grace—they’re clearly doing something right! One of my favorite things is that satisfying cheese pull when I bite into a slice of pizza—Mellow Mushroom never misses with that. Their wings are also really good. If you're craving flavorful, quality pizza and don’t mind a little wait, this is the spot!

Extremely underwhelming and not worth the time nor money. Took 30 mins for a gyro. The chicken was somewhat dry and the overall dish was just not very good. Can't say I'd ever eat there again. This prince should be demoted to a jester.

If things are POLICY, then stand on your policies.. makes for bad service having to sit there being punished as a customer when they seek something they already love. Your food & location is amazing.. but the spirit of your place is filled with negativity & restrictive approach. You have plenty of competition in the area for Mediterranean however. Business comes & goes.

Genuinely the best Egyptian food I’ve had in a very long time! I am Egyptian myself, and looking for food this authentic is so hard. The Sujuk, chicken shawarma, gyro, and kufta was DELICIOUS. Sam (I’m assuming the owner or manager) was amazing. He took the time to show us his other restaurant that is Italian inspired. Definitely coming back! Great experience and AMAZING food.

Not worth it. Portions are very small. See the images, paid ~$50 for these. Fries taste like 2 days old, and you need to chew the meat for 2 min to be able to swallow.. Totally not worth it.

I came today and ordered a chicken shawerma bowl. The chicken did not taste like a chicken shawerma. The food was hot which is a good thing but the food taste is way less that what I would expect for a chicken shawerma.

Combo souvlaki plate $18.99 comes with large soup and a small pita and tzatziki sauce. I have small hands and it’s a large plate of rice. I think the meat be a lot lacking for the price. It’s maybe 2oz skewers. Meat was flavorless but cooked well. Good thing I wasn’t too HUNGRY or I would have left as a hungry Greek

It was my first time at this chain restaurant in Tampa. It had just 2 wraps as a veggie option. Both were good. Falafel was aptly cooked. Overall value for money food. However parking n backup is a challenge at this location. While my friend n I were backing, another car from behind tried to sneak in n got hit by our car. Its a busy strip mall.

I've been craving a good gyro since I left NY a few years ago. I saw this in Wesley Chapel and decided to try it. It was probably around 7:30pm and there were about 10 people dining in. The gentleman at the register was friendly and sounded like a cartoon character lol very monotone. It was funny. I ordered the reg gyro and they were quick with it. 2-3 mins and it was done. When they handed me the bag, my first thought was that the bag was really light. I felt disappointed because I waited so long to have one. I opted to eat in my car. Upon opening the box, I saw the shaved lamb covered with onions and white sauce. I took the first bite and was pleasantly surprised by the warm pita and tasty lamb. The onions added a welcomed crunch and the sauce was creamy and added a little tang which I liked. A little small from what I'm used to but full of flavor. I'm gonna try the combo gyro on my next visit. Check them out!

I had an amazing experience at The Hungry Greek in Wesley Chapel, FL! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and authentic. Never fails and always delivers on flavors. I order gyro on wheat pita with light sauces along split lemon soup, wife orders the falafel pita or chicken salad. All are great and filling. Service is fast and there are lot of take out for delivery. You can’t wrong here.

Went back here after not going for a few years. My honest take. They changed the layout slightly. It's not dine in friendly and they made it obvious. You might have 3-4 parties in there at once, only 1 party inside. They removed the fountain machine so they're clearly pushing to go to get your money and push you out. I'm not driving 12 miles for takeout. The food was great honestly, the bang bang shrimp tacos were crispy and fresh. But 2 tacos and a side of small queso and chips was almost $20. The staff was a little cold, but not rude. Service time was okay as well. If $6+ single tacos are your thing go for it. I probably won't go back on my own. For those prices I should be having an experience and not have pricey tacos shoved in a box for them to get cold on the 30 min drive back. Also, the place feels unfinished, like they kinda gave up during the remodel. I had been recommending this place for years, I can't anymore.

Pictures absolutely will not do this place justice. Came in today for lunch with a deep hankering for some good tacos and this hit the SPOT. Tacos were absolutely amazing and the girl at the counter (I forgot to ask her name) was sooooo incredibly friendly, especially with my four year old who tagged along. Food was delicious and came out quickly. We live about an hour away but this place was well worth the drive and I will 100% be back.

Been coming here for years. Love this place. Food is great and reasonably priced. Met the owner today and he gave me a whole platter of chicken to try because he wants to add it to the menu. It was delicious. If you see it on the menu in the future give it a try. It was spicy/ sweet honey chicken.

I was one of the lucky few to sample a chicken sandwich from the new menu rolling out on March 3 2025! To say it is the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had would be an understatement! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy and moist on the inside! The toppings are a flavor explosion of deliciousness!! The perfect combination of sweet and heat on a soft roll! The staff and owner are super kind and you can see the love they pour into this place! You won’t regret trying out the new menu!!

Ugh it really does kill me to write this review but Capital Tacos just didn’t live up to my expectations. I originally was a regular customer about 10 years ago and I thought it was amazing back then. Over the last few years with expansions, the quality fell down. I know this is now the only location left and the couple owning it are trying really hard to bring it back to its former glory. I read their news articles and followed their posts on social. So I decided to give it a chance after a few years of avoiding the place. Straight to the point, it was just too salty and lukewarm for the price I was paying. The cheesesteak taco was actually good but the garlic mayo was super salty (and I like salty foods..) and it was super oily. Shrimply the best taco had a good portion of shrimp but again, it wasn’t hot at all, room temp at best, and the same salty garlic mayo on this taco as well. I ordered one regular tender. The picture showed a sauce and a glaze, and I didn’t get a sauce nor a glaze…. It was just a small, lukewarm tender by itself in a box. It also seems like they really just want you to carry out your food. It was small, barely any seats. I miss having the spacious tables, the cool decor and the soda machine. I’m so sorry to say, I probably won’t come back again unless something really does change.

Wow hands down best chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten. I’ve had the tacos and they were great but the chicken sandwich was over the top. I ordered without jalapeños but Bill put them on side as he wanted me to try them as they were home grown and slightly sweet. Glad he did as they were great too. I was pleasantly surprised to hear ingredients are from scratch and in house, very nice. Bonus was cheaper than the popular chain chicken place.

We used to visit here before Covid and it was incredible. Then after everything happened this place started a decline. The menu shrunk and the quality disappeared. It was sad, so we stopped visiting. Now we decided to try it after I commented on their Instagram post and found out that the Ranger came back along with the Austinite and Double Mesa. We honestly spur of the moment decided to try it this place again. The Ranger was ama-za-zing. I wish I ordered more of those because they came out delicious as ever. Even though we don't live close, I know we'll be back sooner than later. It was fast and it turned out great. I also like that they wrap the tacos in foil saving a lot of space versus before when they'd send you out with two large bags or more because the containers were so big. Overall, it is a great start to the new and improved Capital Tacos Land O' Lakes.

Had carne aaada burrito and pork street tacos. The asada meat waa about average. Pork was too sweet. Too much pineapple flavor. The hot sauces were overwhelmingly not mexican. Different flavors sure but none were really mexican. Sad. Servuce was above average. Ill give them that.

So I took my family, Here for dinner and my daughter and grandson ordered the street tacos, And they were $12 and 70 some cents. And I don't have a problem paying that much if I would have got Normal size tacos, But they were Actually embarrassing, It Look like I ordered off the kid menu, They were like three inches long, It totally ticket me off, And I don't normally give a restaurant This Bad of review, But I will definitely not ever go back to that restaurant, I can't even believe that they would serve something like that. 😡😡😡😡

Never had a problem with this restaurant. My family and I have eaten here multiple times and have always enjoyed it. However, today I ordered the banging chicken burrito through Uber eats. I did not receive my drink and my burrito did not look like a burrito at all. As far as I remember, the burrito comes with sliced tomatoes, peppers, onions. This time it had a couple of big pieces of onion and peppers. The chicken also tasted odd, not to mention the amount, it had very little chicken. Kinda disappointed. Never saw that coming.

Great experience. The food was superb, the service was excellent. We really enjoyed stopping here. The decor is very cool. We have stopped by on our last two visits to Orlando and it just got better. Can’t wait to return.

A classic for breakfast and brunch food. It’s a quick and easy spot to get a hearty bite. It seems to always have people here, more so on weekends. Waited 15 minutes for a table on a Saturday morning which was expected. Staff was nice and service was quick. Last visit, the melt wasn’t as crispy as it could be. But still good!

This is probably the best waffle house I've ever been to. The staff are kind and attentive. The food comes out extremely fast. The restaurant is clean and the food is always good. I would definitely recommend coming to this waffle house if you're in the area!

The new cooks are good. My ONLY issue with this location is one of the waitresses I unfortunately keep getting. Don’t know her name but a heavyset Hispanic looking woman is always making unnecessary comments..made a comment about my kid and job on separate occasions that would have been great if she kept to herself.

Lucas is a complete disaster. This place was a mess from the moment we walked in. Multiple parties waiting, while several tables sat empty but dirty and uncleared. Somehow, a two-person party got seated at a four-person table while others waited — total lack of order or awareness. It’s people like this that make a great brand like Waffle House look bad. Lucas clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing, and the chaos in that restaurant shows it. Waffle House — get your act together. Get rid of Lucas and bring in someone who knows how to run a shift. We’ll give this location another shot someday, but not today. For now, we’re heading to Cracker Barrel — where things actually run like a well-oiled machine

Our lunch at Waffle House was great. Our server Autumn was so kind and attentive and really made our visit a pleasure. The restaurant was clean, and the food came out quick and delicious.

I really enjoyed my time here. We don't have them in Chicago, where I'm from. It was my first time there and as my waitress said "I was in for a treat." I ordered Waffles, scrambled eggs, hash brown, and saisage patties. Pretty traditional American breakfast. I loved it. It was delicious. Slimplicity at its best. That is what I chose and they delivered.

Ordered for the first time recently and was pleased with one part of my food and not so much with the other. I'll say that if you're very particular about gloves being used you don't want to try this place because they don't. I wasn't aware of this as I called in my order for pick up. Had I known this, I would not have chosen this restaurant. The pizza slice was absolutely delicious although it is the most that I've ever paid for only a slice. It had a crispy bottom which I hadn't experienced before from other places unless you ask for it to be crispy. Having a pizza slice that can be picked up and doesn't flop on you is so satisfying and I was very pleased. That alone was worth me trying them and made me happy. The garlic knots though I didn't enjoy but perhaps maybe fresh cut garlic placed on top of the bread is your jam. It is not mine and I wouldn't recommend them. The marinara was more liquidy than chunky which again isn't my preference but maybe other folks like it that way. Overall it was a decent experience, the employee that answered the phone to take my order was the same person at the counter when I arrived and she was very pleasant and friendly.

Ordered the extra large thin crust bbq chicken I don’t think there was any chicken on it maybe the faintest of possibly thinly shaved deli chicken. The pizza crust was fine unfortunately no or the littlest amount of chicken. Not going to order from here again.

I’m wondering if New York-NY, Wesley Chapel store has been sold, or are they raising prices, AND “scrimping on the old family recipe?” The salad is no longer included in the Baked Ziti meal, My $15.00 dollar pizza had less cheese than Little C’s. I have been a loyal customer for years, and I’m not giving you a 3rd strike. Times are tough right now, so off you go, NY-,NY! PS. The staff is great, and I’m sure they are mandated to cheap out the food.

The service on the phone and the delivery was great. I didn’t have a problem with ordering, and the delivery driver was kind. However, I ordered two separate orders. The first one was well, pizza is great. The wings for the second separate order though was unsatisfactory to me. As a server in the industry for 7 years, I don’t expect wings to be sitting and saturating in the sauce in the to-go container, let alone not tossed in the sauce itself. Tenders, are tenders based off inventory selection, and do wish they were a better quality product but I understand. The wings tossed in these sauces and the box just full of sauce sitting in the parchment paper in the box was unappetizing unfortunately. It still however is a great business and the pizza truly is delicious, the wings and tenders just didn’t not meet satisfaction.

We’ve been ordering from here via Uber Eats and they provide no protection whatsoever. I’ve asked three times to tape the pizza box closed and they never do. I would expect better after ordering a $30 plain cheese pizza. Much better options in the area.

Food was good, fries were hot and service was fine. Atmosphere was uninviting. Honestly, it's kind of depressing. I guess they just really want people to take their food and go versus dining in.

I understand it being late and usually busy; so im fine with a wait. As long as im getting what the heck i paid for.. if you run out of fries don't fill up a large fry with the amount of the happy meal bags in it. Let me know. I would have waited, but you're too worried about times. The fries we did get RAW. BOO TO THE QUALITY AND QUANTITY. And with active manager walking around, clearly didn't help much with quality control. Also ordered a mix snack wrap. And 2 ranch. Guess what we opened up to at home. A mix, but... wait for. It.... 2 spicy wraps. Ridiculous Edit. Chicken was rubber, fries aren't edible and had. And because certain family members have spice restrictions the wraps were garbage... its absolutely tragic how much this mcdonalds has been not slowly, but a fast plummet to complete inconsistent terrible trash... This company doesn't care anymore neither do the workers so, this should end well..

When I got to drive thru, they forgot two customized burgers that I ordered. Good thing I checked before leaving. Worker grabbed me the cheeseburgers but even though the wrapping had the correct info on it, they were the wrong burgers. I paid extra for tomato and lettuce so my husband turned the car around and got the correct burgers. We noticed they forgot to give us straws so I ran back in again for that. They did give us a free apple pie. When I ate my snack wrap, something smelled like it was about to go bad. Either lettuce or cheese. Anyway, typical McDonald’s experience, what can I say? 😂

Walked in kiosk weren’t working, staff would not take order. I demanded they did once the happy meal was delivered. It only had six fries. The atmosphere is cold and blank . If this is how McDonald’s is gonna be in the future, then I’ll be going elsewhere for now on. Ronald would be turning over in his grave right now.

Absolutely terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful — so much so that my child left the restaurant in tears. I’ve never witnessed such unprofessional behavior from employees, especially toward a child. There was no apology, no accountability, just pure attitude. On top of that, the dining area was filthy — dirty tables, trash on the floor, and no one seemed to care. Our order was messed up, and when we politely asked them to fix it, we were met with even more rudeness. This location is a disgrace to the McDonald’s brand. I would strongly advise others to avoid it. I truly hope management takes action because this was unacceptable on every level.

ordered on the mobile app before they transitioned to breakfast and got in line before they transitioned and waited 6 minutes (as the only person in line) for someone to say something and when i explained i placed a mobile order they told me they were not open for another 15 minutes and could not help me. yet they had no problem denying me service after i had already paid and been in line for quite a bit. terrible service and no way to treat paying guests

We placed an order at 9:22pm, delivery expected at 9:57. With the location closing at 11pm, seemed like plenty of time. Tried calling at 10:20pm when it still wasn't delivered, no answer and endlessly in waiting que. Drove up at 10:35pm to discover the location is clearly closed way before stated hours. Not sure if they were closed for Juneteenth or something, but it would have been nice to state that any where and maybe stop accepting online orders.

Great, friendly customer service! Very friendly welcome as soon as we opened the door. Marco's Pizza definitely delivers the quality when it comes to their food! Check my photos, the pizza looks amazing, and tasted so, so good! I definitely recommend getting your pizza fix satiated at Marco's. I was introduced to Marco's Pizza a few weeks ago... OMG... It's so delicious and perfect. We order every week ever since. We love the dough thickness variety.... The garden pizza is my favorite.

I had heard of how amazing Marcos pizzas were, well they weren't lying, amazing smooth taste, it's not salty, not over sauced, not too much cheese that you feel like you're choking on rubbery cheese, it is simply perfectly put together pizzas and they allow you to change ingredients like we can't do tomato sauce so we did the white sauce and it wasn't a problem, the pizzas were delicious packed with flavor and it is flavor that doesn't get old as you reheat it or eat it the next day, the staff are also nice and efficient and it's not super expensive at all for the quality and the sizes. We tried the Hawaiian pizza and the veggie pizza both with white sauce, nothing was overpowering, it was perfect.

Craving pizza and usually frequent the location in Zephyrhills (Summertree Plaza). Same pizza, can't really get the flavor profile wrong. However, at least the Zephyrhills location looks at the order and more often than not, makes the pizza the way I order it. Light cheese, light sauce, pretty basic. This was an order and pick up at the location. - They were busy (online orders) but had time to grab a quick pic of a co-worker displaying food spilled on the floor and then send it to a fellow employee that happened to miss that shared moment of humor. - I should've looked at my pizza before leaving. However, I waited over 30 minutes and wasn't willing to wait any further. Why do you cut pizza into squares? Back to Zephyrhills and ordering online. I think if there's a ticket in front of them or they're staring at a screen, it has a better chance of being accurate. My bad for stopping in this location.

This is the worst Marco’s Pizza. I ordered pizza with only white sauce and of course they messed it up again. I guess their employees have a problem with reading comprehension. This is the second time they’ve messed up my order. There will not be a third time.

First ever sonic experience I was excited because they have my favorite hi-c fruit punch. I had heard things about the famous sonic ice so I went to try and it there was a dead bug in my drink. Gave two stars because the food was decent

Usually when I come here the food is decent. But this time around I want to say I had one of the worst experiences. Came here with my mom and ordered two number 1’s. One with ched r peppers or jalapeño poppers and the other with fries. The fries weren’t filled at all, and my fried cheese peppers weren’t fried evenly in the least bit. Some were mushy and not fried and some were burnt. Our strawberry lemonades were filled up to the brim with ice. (Maybe this is how it is now 🤷‍♀️). And our boxes were filled with grease, so much that it dripped onto the second sandwich box below. Hope this is fixed.

Stopped by Sonic for a quick snack while out running errands. The ordering screen was tough to see because of the sun’s glare, which made paying more frustrating than it should be. The food took longer than expected, and the corn dog was smaller than I remembered. It wasn’t terrible—just okay. Nothing really stood out, but it served its purpose as a quick bite. I wouldn’t go out of my way to return, but if you’re in a rush and need something fast, it works. Overall, the experience was one of those “it is what it is” moments.

Imagine being told there’s a after waiting 15 minutes for someone to come to the intercom. 20 minute wait with an empty lot. 2 cars waiting and one already had their food. Horrible customer service, on prime time during the weekend. Young lady on the intercom was rude and condescending, worst experience i’ve ever had at sonic

I went through the drive-thru yesterday and ordered a large Powerade slush and a water with raspberry and lemon. Pretty simple right? No. I had to repeat myself twice, then waited while the employee seemed distracted with practically no customers around. She asked if I wanted lemon or lime, and I clearly said lemon. It took 5 minutes to get my order, and the water was so syrupy it was undrinkable—with lime instead of lemon. This isn’t my first bad experience here, but it will definitely be my last. The staff and service are consistently disappointing.

Wrong order sent back 2 times, easy, burger with everything minus the bun, on the third go around i got slip in a box! Very hard burnt patties slathered in sauce!!

Drive thru line was backed up but no fault to the staff. They handle the stress as calm, collective, and apologetic as they could. All young kids working. Great job to the staff!!

What a great time. Celebrated my daughters bday there was able to set up 2 tables decorate and being snacks and own cake. We did buy sodas and pizza for the kids there and play cards. Lots of fun for everyone.

Took the kids to get out of the house. It's been awhile since we have been to Chuck E Cheese. We had a blast! They have everything halloween right now and if you stress up in a costume you get 500 extra tickets! The staff was so polite and helpful. We also tried their halloween peperoni pizza, the slime cookie, and their eye scream dip n dots. Everything was so fun and yummy! Their pizza was so good! We played games for 2 hours and then cashed in our points and left. Definitely recommend.

My family and I love coming to this location. The service is great, all the employees are very nice and the way the location is kept is very impressive. The restrooms are always clean and they are very fast cooking the food. Chucky always comes up to greet and meet the children and take pictures. Unfortunately, lately we have noticed how rough the games and rides look like. Half of them are usually broken and out of service. We usually stay an hour or hour and a half but it has been difficult stay that long having so many rides out of service. I really like this place, my kids really enjoy coming here. I hope the person in charge of this location would take a little bit of his time and come up to take care of this issue. We would like to continue coming here, there's really not many places like this around our area. We really hope someone will take care of this problem soon.

I am just leaving this place right this second on 9/28/2025 at 1:36pm, and I’m leaving because i could not stand the horrible customer service received from the manager (tall, skinny, black, bald guy with long sleeve shirt without a name tag or logo from his job, he just looked like he any other parent), the interaction he began with me was rude, telling me that my child needed a Wright and to be at the trampoline and playground area and she needed the non slip socks which she also had her own and the ones I purchased from the place but I asked the cashier if she could stay with the socks she had on which were non slip as well and she had said yes and then this guy tells me that he doesn’t know why I was told that but that was wrong and the issue is not someone telling you this is the way it was said. This manager needs a lot of improvement on his customer service skills.

I suggest buying the armbands versus the card a lot easier for the kids to keep track of the only thing I did not like is the games do not give out any tickets

What was meant to be a special day out with my 2-year-old son became a masterclass in terrible customer service. From the moment we walked in, the staff's indifference was palpable. One employee was so engrossed in a phone call that she completely ignored my requests for help, while another projected an unwelcoming, hostile attitude. The vibrant, fun-filled Chuck E. Cheese of my childhood is gone, replaced by a lifeless venue with bored staff. Even my son, who adores similar play places, was disengaged. Save your money and your precious family time—take it somewhere you'll be treated as a valued guest, not an inconvenience.

Very low energy atmosphere. This place could be amazing with the right staff. The manager and employees are very nonchalant and slow. Food takes 20-30 minutes to come out and is not presentable looking. Spruce this place up and get a better group of people to work and it can be a truly fun place for kids!

Currently sitting in their drive-through right now and order a chicken sandwich it was told to go to a separate parking spot. When I was at the window, I encountered the drive-through girl slurping on her milkshake with somebody at the counter and trying to deal with both things and then putting her Slurpee milkshake back. Been waiting a total of nine minutes now for one sandwich. Totally disappointed honestly. Worker shouldn’t be sharing a milkshake with a spoon in front of customers let alone food being late and parking cars for a drive-through times. It’s 1050 on a Saturday night and three cars have been parked so far so the people inside can have a party

Been eating here for over 5 years now the last 4 weeks their service sucks around the 7pm hour. The last 3 weeks their ice machine has been froze up for drinks. Who wants to pay almost $3 for a large drink with no ice? Might need a new management here. Definitely gone down hill for this area for sure. Do better

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I tried to explain to the manager on duty, Dareon, that the last time I ordered, they put cheese on my burger even though I’m allergic. Instead of apologizing or offering to check my past order, provide a number for customer service, or even showing basic concern, he brushed me off completely. He was rude and made it clear he didn’t care about my situation. If you have a problem with your order and Dareon is the manager on duty, don’t expect any help, he is not management material!!

I ordered a LOT of foid for my kids and grand kids. Like it was 10 of them. They got my order correct and gave napkins and straws without me asking. They also are so pleasant when you pull up to the drive thru.

The drive-through took way too long. The lettuce on my sandwich looks old. The only thing that was good was the mozzarella sticks are really good. I drink was fine the fries they just tastes plain and gross.the lettuce taste like seaweed🤮🤢.

My wife just came through and ordered two meals that were wrong. She ordered two meals on the app and the app was giving her issues, she wanted regular nuggets instead of spicey BECAUSE IM HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO SPICES and she brought it to there attention and they said “that won’t be an issue and I will fix that for you now”. (I was on FaceTime) If my wife wouldn’t have taken the first bite I would be sophisticating on the floor right now. We live in Zephyrhills and will not make a half an hour detour. I already notified corporate from your website and want to be refunded for the entire meals. We couldn’t even eat are food because the main part was wrong. If one of us arnt reached out to soon I will be reaching out the next day. I may be blowing this up but this food could have closed up my airway and killed me, I used to work for this company and regardless if this is franchise or JAE, you cut corners tonight.

One burger patty was cooked and the other on the sandwich was almost completely raw after a long wait time. I ordered a lemonade and they gave me strawberry lemonade instead which isn't a big deal, but worth mentioning.

First time trying this Wendy's location! First of all the dining was close! Which was disappointing.. The fries were tasting good! But the burger was to oily i've never tasted a burger as oily as this one! It was terrible. But the employees were nice and friendly.

I came to the this location and the person at the window was nodding off and looked like he was off drugs or something , I was then given this chicken sandwich the one on the top is how it is supposed to be and the one at the bottom is what i was given. I ate almost half of it before realizing so i called up the store to tell them how they might have given me food poisoning and the person on the phone which sounded like the person at the window because be was slurring his words just sat there and mocked me. im overall very disappointed and would like to hear from management about this.

WORST DUNKIN. Drinks have WAY too much ice in them. Way over the ice line. The straw broke trying to get into the drink. Ridiculous. They gave me everything bagel minis when I clearly ordered plain. I was able to notice that mistake and tell them to fix it before I left. They asked me to pull around to the front to give me the 3 munchkins and when I left and opened the bag, OF COURSE they are the wrong flavors. Very crusty gross donuts. It’s the morning and they aren’t even fresh. Save your money and go to a different Dunkin. Messing up on all the items in the order is wild. It’s a shame since they just spent the money to rebuild it and make it look nice. Hire some competent workers who won’t mess up 3 small items.

I work around the corner from this location and it’s consistently awful. Between the stale bagels they sell on a consistent basis. Burnt food. 2 sips of iced coffee in a pound of ice. And getting a stale bagel and creamed cheese instead of the stale bagel breakfast sandwich I ordered. Believe the reviews! Put this location out of business!

I set in drive thru for 10 mins, 5 of that was trying to get Jessica who’s on headset to pay attention and take my order! Then I pull to the window, where Jessica had HUGE ATTITUDE, I proceeded to ask for her name to where I got eye rolls, and ignored, then she pushed the drinks to her co worker to hand to me the drinks, where I then proceeded to ask her name and for a manager ( co worker was the manager) . He proceeded to ask what was wrong and I stated she had a very bad attitude, where he then laughed, and go very rude, like the girl was his woman and he was defending her 🫣🫣🙄. He slammed the window, never came back to the window with the rest of the order, I then proceeded to pull to the front, go in, where he threatened to sue me for recording IN A PUBLIC PLACE 😂😂! I’m going to be sending the videos to corporate, on BOTH of these employees! I have NEVER received such POOR and RUDE and TERRIBLE service! These two DO NOT need to be working with the public! I’m also filing a BBB and a SUNBIZ report on this particular Dunkin! The photo I’ve attached was suppose to be cream cheese bites, not sure what they done to them, but they’re edible!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

MY NEAR DEATH DUNKIN EXPERIENCE: First off, I never leave bad reviews. BUT I’m never coming to this Dunkin’ again. I ordered a hot coffee with almond milk and caramel, and the employee added four pumps of caramel without my request, and then charged me extra for it. Then they gave me the wrong receipt for my order, which felt like an attempt to hide the overcharge. To make matters worse, the cup was filled to the brim and spilled all over my lap and car as soon as I picked it up. This made me lose control of my vehicle and roll out onto oncoming 56 traffic. What makes me furious is that this didn’t feel like a simple mistake, I KNOW the lady overcharged me and overflowed it on purpose. She had a very bad attitude and I wasn’t rude or impatient in any way to provoke this kind of behavior (not that that would excuse it). I didn’t even complain about the extra charge! I thought maybe this was a mistake but when I found out the coffee was filled to the brim I just instinctively knew it wasn't. Also the fact that she like went out of her way to look at me when I pulled up to the window, almost like she wanted to see her victim LOL.... ridiculous. This whole experience was unacceptable, and I’ll be contacting the manager about what felt like a deliberate act of carelessness or hostility. Absolutely ruined my morning. I’ll update this review once I find out the employee’s name so others know to be cautious.

The Store is remodeled and looks great! But the service was really poor. I waited for 7 minutes until one of the employees finished talking to her co worker and decided to actually take my order. I ordered a matcha and it was not made to dunkin standard either. The matcha was lumpy on the bottom and I could tell she did not use a blender as instructed. I paid $9 for one drink and it was made like crap. My shot of espresso that I paid an extra $1.79 for was also missing.

0 stars This was the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to, and I truly feel sorry for anyone else who has had an experience like mine. My sister and I ordered a sweet cream cold brew with sweet cream cold foam, but what we received was a large cup of plain cold brew with no ice and no foam. When I went back inside to explain the issue, the employee (a young woman with red hair) showed no concern at all. Instead of remaking the drink correctly, she just added foam on top in a dismissive way and walked away. The drink was still wrong, and I ended up throwing it out. Please don’t waste your time or money here—at least not when employees like this are on shift. Dunkin’ should really care more about the kind of people they hire, because customer service and quality clearly don’t matter at this location.

I just went there and the wait times were ridiculous, I ordered a regular coffee and the coffee tasted old and overly sweet! I also order a maple croissant and hash browns which were both overly toasted. Do not recommend, go to the one on Bruce B Downs blvd.

Excellent experience with Wesley Chapel Culver’s. Lots of favorites. The deluxe hamburger is always delicious. I’m not really a chicken tenders person but their spicy chicken tenders are fabulous. And the crinkle cut fries are great when hot. Also the pretzel bites are winners. I go to this location several times a year and I have never had a bad meal.

I had such an amazing experience at Culver’s recently, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Christin, one of the employees who truly went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and made me feel incredibly welcome. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and commitment to great customer service made my visit unforgettable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in her work. The food is very good. Love the cheese curds. I take my granddaughters out for lunch every Wednesday and the love coming here. The staff is very friendly. It is not too loud so I can visit with my granddaughters.

This is a great Culver's. Probably the best of the fast food joints. Slightly more expensive for a much improved menu and increased quality. Fish and chicken sandwiches are great, the burgers beat the other guys in my opinion, and the fries are amazing dipped in some cheese sauce. Dont get me started on the shakes.

I love the butter burger and the new grilled chicken sandwich. French fries are always hot, lightly salted and delicious 😋 Quality of the food is excellent and greeted with a smile by an team member.

So I went and order a bacon Swiss chicken. A little pricey for what I got when I got home. Like waisted gas. And not only do I get a sloppy sandwich but the chicken was reheated to a burnt black chicken and hard not able to eat it. Called nobody answers the phone. Driving back waiting gas being late in the day when you are tired. It’s ridiculous to me. The kids that were there had great mannners. But the food if I can give 0 I would have.

Beware! Ordered three of their “steak” sandwiches and they were horrible. They were soggy, full of gristle and looked like a watery concrete mix. Needless to say, we threw it away. We told their cashier and, after apologizing, said he was going to let his manager know. Never again will we order that.

Wow, this just reminded me why I stopped buying food at Arby's. $13.69 for a meal, and the brisket sandwich barely has any meat in it. I'm very disappointed, and I definitely will not be going back because even the curly fries cup was about half full. It sucks because now I would have to waste my time and gas to go back to complain.

We got 2 gyros and frys. After we got our food no lettuce or tomatoes. We asked they said they were completely out of both lettuce and tomatoes. How does that happen when most of the food comes with that? The meat was soggy and the frys were sparse. The counter guy was nice but I feel like it's just a matter of time before they close. Not sure why the owner doesn't care about his store. This was not the first bad experience here.

Absolutely Disgusting, Avoid This Place. This place was nasty. The guy working there was just walking around on his phone, not doing any real cleaning. I overheard him telling his coworker he was “cleaning tables,” but all he had were a few napkins he was just wiping things down and tossing trash under the tables. The tables were greasy, the floors were filthy and so sticky you could probably glue down some LVP flooring without any adhesive. Zero effort, zero cleanliness. Never going back. Need a Check up at night.

I ordered jalapeno bites and potato cakes tonight, when I got home I realized I only have jalapeno bites. I tried calling the store to get my refund and they don't answer. I literally paid $9.50 for a 5-piece jalapeno bite, thanks Arby's. Oh, insult to injury.... I waited 10 minutes for it.

I love this Subway. I'm here often on my lunch hour, and even when it's crowded, the workers keep the line moving quickly and are always super nice. I actually drive by another Subway just so that I can eat at this one.

I must take the time to recognize Detavious (De) at the Wesley Chapel Subway. As a leadership level business professional, I recognize the importance of positive workplace attitude and pride. De exemplified these qualities from the moment I walked in until I left. I arrived late in the evening to pick up a couple of subs. Having never been to this location, I was blown away by the cleanliness of this facility, and even more surprised by the sincere smile and genuine greeting by De. We were engaged in great conversation and his pride and attention to detail shined through. He mentioned he strived to do the best job at whatever responsibility he is tasked with - and this was evident. I hope this Subways Leadership takes the time to recognize De for his superior performance, and invests in his career growth. I will be driving 20 minutes out of my way to visit this Subway ongoing, and hopefully when De is working. A+ job, De. You’re an asset to this business.

We stopped here late one night after flying in from out of town. There wasn’t really anyone else there in the store but the man that helped us was such a good time. He made the experience 10x better. Whatever he’s getting paid is not enough for the service he provides. If he hated his job I would never know. He was also very good to let us adjust our footlong sandwiches to be different on each side with no hassle.

I placed an online order for a salad. When I arrived at pick-up time, it wasn't ready. No big deal, I waited. But what I witnessed makes me rethink online ordering. Cross contamination is an issue at this location! I, along with several other customers, witnessed the girl picking food out of containers and putting them in containers with different food items. People have allergies! This is an unsafe practice! Then when she was making my salad, she dropped some of the meat on top of some bottles, instead of throwing it in the trash, she picked it up and placed it on my salad! When I said something to her about it she rolled her eyes and turned away from me. I asked her to cancel the order and she didn't respond. So I left. This is unacceptable on so many levels!

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch online and it was the worst sandwich I ever ate at a subway. The meat was soggy, not a lot of chicken or bacon and very little toppings. The staff is nice but no care is made with your sandwich that costs $16. So disappointed. I would’ve had a better meal for less elsewhere. 2* because the lunch staff is alright.

Detavious was in the store alone and he was making sandwich’s, cashing out customers, answering customers questions with accuracy and enthusiasm. And completing online orders! Subway Detavious is a loyal hard worker and needs to be respected and recognized by your company
