First time dining at Toast of New Port Richey and was very impressed with everything!! Our server Karen was excellent!!! She helped with menu suggestions, was attentive to every need during my visit. Food was brought out hot and quickly!! Excellent flavors for the dishes I ordered!! Decor is very nice along with the entire restaurant was spotless which was nice to see!! Looking forward to visiting again soon to try some other items on the extensive menu selections they have!!

Great breakfast spot with super friendly staff! The kids loved their Mickey pancakes, I went with the Greek omelet, and my wife had the veggie omelet. Everything came out fresh, delicious, and perfectly served. Definitely a place we’d come back to!

Great place. Good food, good service and a nice atmosphere. Didn't wait long, food was served quickly, and the server was on top of our needs.

The servers are always so welcoming, the environment is very calm and feels like home. My Fiancé and I have gone here 3 times so far and have gotten something different each time. 10/10 would recommend if you’re in the area or are curious about coming here. Very good and the price for everything is nothing near as bad as your regular breakfast/lunch spot.

As a 35 year professional cook there is absolutely nothing I could have said that I could do better with my meal(grilled chicken sandwich w/ bacon, lettuce, tomato and honey mustard, plain fries which I could have also gotten seasoned if I wanted, a pancake lol and sweet tea). The meal also came with cole slaw and a pickle spear. The grilled chicken was seasoned and juicy, the bacon perfect, not too crisp but also not rubbery, tomatoes sliced to a perfect size and not overloaded with lettuce. All on a brioche bun. The fries were fresh and crisp. The pancake was the star of the show for me. I have eaten a lot of pancakes over the years working in kitchens. This was absolutely hands down the best one I've ever eaten. They add a special ingredient that I'm determined to figure out to their batter. The tea was also perfect, tasted like they brewed my cold sweet tea just for me. We will definitely be returning. Thank you guys for the fantastic meal and experience. OK, so I ordered off of the DoorDash app and I decided to call the store because I’m pregnant. I wanted some pickles and a cup of ranch not only were the customer service very very rude but those requests seem like it was out of the ordinary and like I was rude for asking for them. I ordered a steak eggs and Mediterranean fries. The eggs and fries are perfect. The pickles are perfect. the ranch are perfect but then I look at my steak. It is literally a raw hamburger beef patty that I’m not even capable of eating. i’m very disappointed and will not be returning. It’s kind of sad because I’ve been eating here since I was 16. This is downright shameful

Excellent omelettes, toasts (grilled cheese), sandwiches, French toast, and salads too. Consistent high quality food. My only hesitation is that after I i post this, it will get busier like other places we've gone to in the past. It's a hidden gem, but I think they deserve a shout out for their really delicious food. It's a great breakfast or brunch alternative to the big box chains, even the fancy ones.

Went back here after not going for a few years. My honest take. They changed the layout slightly. It's not dine in friendly and they made it obvious. You might have 3-4 parties in there at once, only 1 party inside. They removed the fountain machine so they're clearly pushing to go to get your money and push you out. I'm not driving 12 miles for takeout. The food was great honestly, the bang bang shrimp tacos were crispy and fresh. But 2 tacos and a side of small queso and chips was almost $20. The staff was a little cold, but not rude. Service time was okay as well. If $6+ single tacos are your thing go for it. I probably won't go back on my own. For those prices I should be having an experience and not have pricey tacos shoved in a box for them to get cold on the 30 min drive back. Also, the place feels unfinished, like they kinda gave up during the remodel. I had been recommending this place for years, I can't anymore.

Pictures absolutely will not do this place justice. Came in today for lunch with a deep hankering for some good tacos and this hit the SPOT. Tacos were absolutely amazing and the girl at the counter (I forgot to ask her name) was sooooo incredibly friendly, especially with my four year old who tagged along. Food was delicious and came out quickly. We live about an hour away but this place was well worth the drive and I will 100% be back.

Been coming here for years. Love this place. Food is great and reasonably priced. Met the owner today and he gave me a whole platter of chicken to try because he wants to add it to the menu. It was delicious. If you see it on the menu in the future give it a try. It was spicy/ sweet honey chicken.

I was one of the lucky few to sample a chicken sandwich from the new menu rolling out on March 3 2025! To say it is the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had would be an understatement! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy and moist on the inside! The toppings are a flavor explosion of deliciousness!! The perfect combination of sweet and heat on a soft roll! The staff and owner are super kind and you can see the love they pour into this place! You won’t regret trying out the new menu!!

Ugh it really does kill me to write this review but Capital Tacos just didn’t live up to my expectations. I originally was a regular customer about 10 years ago and I thought it was amazing back then. Over the last few years with expansions, the quality fell down. I know this is now the only location left and the couple owning it are trying really hard to bring it back to its former glory. I read their news articles and followed their posts on social. So I decided to give it a chance after a few years of avoiding the place. Straight to the point, it was just too salty and lukewarm for the price I was paying. The cheesesteak taco was actually good but the garlic mayo was super salty (and I like salty foods..) and it was super oily. Shrimply the best taco had a good portion of shrimp but again, it wasn’t hot at all, room temp at best, and the same salty garlic mayo on this taco as well. I ordered one regular tender. The picture showed a sauce and a glaze, and I didn’t get a sauce nor a glaze…. It was just a small, lukewarm tender by itself in a box. It also seems like they really just want you to carry out your food. It was small, barely any seats. I miss having the spacious tables, the cool decor and the soda machine. I’m so sorry to say, I probably won’t come back again unless something really does change.

Wow hands down best chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten. I’ve had the tacos and they were great but the chicken sandwich was over the top. I ordered without jalapeños but Bill put them on side as he wanted me to try them as they were home grown and slightly sweet. Glad he did as they were great too. I was pleasantly surprised to hear ingredients are from scratch and in house, very nice. Bonus was cheaper than the popular chain chicken place.

We used to visit here before Covid and it was incredible. Then after everything happened this place started a decline. The menu shrunk and the quality disappeared. It was sad, so we stopped visiting. Now we decided to try it after I commented on their Instagram post and found out that the Ranger came back along with the Austinite and Double Mesa. We honestly spur of the moment decided to try it this place again. The Ranger was ama-za-zing. I wish I ordered more of those because they came out delicious as ever. Even though we don't live close, I know we'll be back sooner than later. It was fast and it turned out great. I also like that they wrap the tacos in foil saving a lot of space versus before when they'd send you out with two large bags or more because the containers were so big. Overall, it is a great start to the new and improved Capital Tacos Land O' Lakes.

My kids wanted to take me somewhere simple for my birthday, and we love the Little Greek in Countryside. Unfortunately, we’ve moved up here, so we decided to try this location, big mistake. The moment we walked in, it was hot as an oven and smelled like dirty water. We ordered our meals, but instead of bringing everything out together, they served one plate at a time. The fries were overcooked and crunchy to the point of breaking teeth, topped with cold, hard feta. The burger pita was stuffed with a ridiculous amount of frozen lettuce, clearly to make up for the tiny, chopped-up burger patty inside. Even worse, two of the pita burgers came out with patties, but the third didn’t arrive until 10 minutes after the rest of us were already eating and when it did, it was nothing but a mountain of lettuce and scraps of meat. What really got me was the service. They clearly knew I was frustrated because they asked every other table how their food was but skipped ours entirely. This place is nothing like the Countryside location. I will never go back, and I’ll be sure to let everyone I know avoid this location too. Sad shame.

I have been to Little Greek several times and always have great food. I love their dolmades and greek salad. Tonight, I accidentally ordered my son a kids menu item togo from this location instead of the one we were near at the time. I called to let them know we wouldn't be picking it up. I did not expect anything from them because it was my error but they handled it amazing and refunded me. This may have been a small gesture but it definitely shows what a great company they are. Great job!

It was great to find Little Greek open on a Sunday. We ordered a traditional Greek Pita and a chicken Pita (Gyros). They were cooked immediately. We also ordered Lemon soup & a chocolate desert that looked like a little square pig. EVERYTHING was fresh and delicious. The staff were lovely and the place was being cleaned thoroughly since it was near closing & we were getting a take out order. I will definitely return soon!

I ordered a gyro pita with fries for pickup. The portion of meat is huge for the price. Fries aren't special but not bad either, nice to add into the gyro. Ready to be picked up within 15 minutes at lunch time on Sunday. Staff were nice.

Maybe I came on a bad day but everything I ordered was bad. Food wasn't fresh. Spent almost $100 and threw $70 worth away. Even after getting it replaced it was still bad. Be cautious with the food, my daughter almost ate old tomatoes and old red onions. Only upside was good service and respectable people... But the food was a miss. 2.9/5 stars

Ordinarily the food is spot on. I have not had a bad experience at this location previously. Tonight I got home to enjoy my salad, and sadly some of the lettuce is brown and mushy. Salad doesn't require much in the way of preparation, so I strongly recommend these not be pre packaged for quicker preparation. Hugely dissapointed, this is one of my favorite places to eat.

Food is fresh and prepared fast! Enjoyed the Greek salad which comes with pita on the side. Really wanted to try the baklava cheesecake; however, I didn't leave any room for dessert.

I have tried many pizza places and this one checks every box! Their food, service is an amazing package. We order from there often. For the record, I am not an easy food customer to please and they nail it every time!!!! Thank you for your continued service and great food.

Delicious food. I recommend the stromboli, the chicken parmesan and eggplant Parmesan dinners as well as the pizza. I also adore the tiramisu. Only thing I don't recommend are the zepolis (oily) and the tomato caprese (small). Everything else has been delicious and amazing though and I order frequently.

Ordered for the first time recently as I’m new to the neighborhood. Great pie! Crust was perfect and thin. Sauce was very good. Overall, excellent. Hard to find a pie this good.

It was a few years since going here. Had a pizza place open closer to us. Went back to Sam's for our last couple of our pizza orders and glad we did. The Mozz Knots are so good! Cheese and garlic is so satisfying. Pizza has the same great cheese with the not overly thick crust. Will drive longer for their pizza from now on.

Great pizza, great garlic knots, and a great stromboli! We’ve used Sam’s for parties or a dinner when we don’t want to cook. The online rewards program on their website is great. Tonight was a free ($20) large Italian stromboli! Thanks Sam’s!

Ordered our favorite order. It arrived on time. 5 minutes after deliver and before I opened the packages the delivery person called and notified us they had mixed up a portion of our order. She said they would bring it right back. Came within about 15 minutes. And the extra meatball parmesan sub I got was DELICIOUS! Thanks guys. Great service.

I order a large half-cheese half-pepperoni pizza. The pizza was ready in about 10-15 minutes. No wait. The parking lot was pretty clear. The pizza was hot and fresh. Pretty close to NY pizza. My only complaint is that it should have been a little thinner. I definitely will return. Great place with great pizza.

Made my first visit upon recommendation of our daughter, a devotee in PA. Many more visits to come. We enjoyed Giant Club Supreme No. 9. Delicious!. Each ingredient- RB, turkey, smoked bacon and Swiss- could be tasted and savored. Why else impressed? Easy online ordering system. Prompt service - requested 12 noon pu; was waiting for me at 11:55. Made specific requests - all met. Size intended to serve 4; a filling sandwich, it did so, amply. Close location and had no trouble parking though that could be challenging, given two restaurants and a business share a strip. Maybe I hit it right. A winner to revisit. I had the worst experience at this location. I wasn't acknowledged when I walked in, my sandwich was made wrong, and I waited for every customer in the store to be served before my online order was touched. The online order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes before it was actually made. So I waited 25 minutes for the whole store to get served, and then I was acknowledged by John and a girl with purple hair and the nastiest attitude. They cut me off while I was speaking, and was told he “Didn’t know what to tell me” in resolution to my issue.

I’ve been a regular at Jersey Mike’s, and I’m always impressed by their friendly and swift service. Hunter and Cara, in particular, stand out with their excellent service. Keep up the great work, team!

On Sunday 10/26 went in for a sub. No greeting when u walk in after waiting 10 min or more I walked out they were too busy chitchatting . Totally unorganized worst customer service. Ever ! wont be returning.

I truly enjoy a salad over a sub sandwich. They’re so hard to come by. This day we decided to go to Jersey Mike’s and get a gigantic to last the night. Yes, you get what you pay for. I’m sure it depends on who makes your sandwiches, that makes all the difference. For lunch and dinner I was only able to eat half the sandwich lol.

Hunter is the greatest to ever do it. Quick, efficient, and personable. Every time I go in it's always a pleasure. Jersey Mikes should be thankful to have great employees like Hunter & Anthony (as well as the rest of the people I don't know by name) 10/10

My husband and I dined indoors for the first time at Tijuana Flats. Jess, front of house trainer, could not have been more friendly and helpful, as I am handicapped. Jess made certain we knew where everything could be located and even brought the menu to our table. Jess checked on us frequently and made sure everything was perfect! We will definitely come back! This was our first time at the restaurant and we thought the 4.4 review score was still up to date. The food was nothing special, not bad but absolutely plain. Too much lettuce and not enough of anything else. The service was good, the hot sauce was great but we are not returning :-(

After getting over any misconception others have painted about Waffle House, I stopped in and had the best service and food in a very long time. Their hospitality and prompt service gave me a whole new appreciation for Diners in the New Port Richey area. Best $15-$20 you'll spend (including gratuity). Claire always cooks the best dishes in town! You can always count on Frances to provide top-tier hospitality. Stop in anytime; you won't be disappointed! 👍 👍

First time in A long time having a good experience at this location. Most of the time at this location was a complete mess and disappointed with the Service. However the other day was really refreshing that I actually got good service out of this location first time in years! Unbelievable! The eggs were almost exactly the way I wanted them. First time ever. I forgot the names of the server and girl cook. I will update this In A few days, they did a good job. And I am very happy with them.

Like most Waffle Houses, you’ll get consistent taste and the exact menu you’d expect. Fast and friendly service — also common. My food came from fifteen feet away and right when the order was up. Accurate order. No surprises… Soda machine might need a cleaning as it tasted a little off.

The staff seems more concerned about smoking cigarettes out back with random homeless people than doing their actual job and when I say the staff, I mean, the chick that works for the grill that gets one order and acts like she's swamped... The chick that's working the grill this evening 8/8/25 needs to be fired, remediated, preferably relocated. She is useless and her attitude sucks just as bad. She serves barely cooked food and gives you an attitude when you complain. And I love nothing more than ordering to go to have to go back and have my order remade because she was more concerned with smoking than cooking our food properly. If there was another Waffle House within a reasonable distance, I would never return to this location...

The food is always amazing! They staff were so sweet. None were afraid of my service animal (which happens to be a pitbull) (yes pits can be service animals and can alert to my medical needs they can also be and emotional support animals. But someone sees a pitbull and they usually stereo type the breed. The employees here did not do that

Waited 51 minutes in the drive-through for a simple chicken strips and french fries order. Manager gave me the stupid excuse that everything is made fresh. The girl at the window lied to me and said they were only two people working. There’s like seven or eight people inside working. Would not recommend going to this place at least not through the drive-through.

This place is very clean and quiet. Their desserts are very good. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because we went several times and the service was slow although they were not busy. Also, the cars waiting for the drive through line up behind parked cars so I had to sit in my car and wait for the cars behind me to move in order to get out.

If you are looking for somewhere to stop and get a treat or something to eat, do not go here. The Dairy Queen located at SR54 in New Port Richey have an incompetent staff that will take entirely too long to fill your order. We went here to grab two of the new fall blizzards and spent 46 minutes in the drive thru! That is just utterly ridiculous. Even the customers that were going inside were complaining as they left about the lack of service. It's simply a waste of time to go here. We're just going to go to the Baskin and Robbins right down the road from now on.

I’m usually not one to do this, but this is the 2nd time me and my fiancé have been there and they’ve been rude and our order has been wrong. The first time my fiancé went back to the counter and the man at the counter was very rude when all he did was tell him he didn’t think they made the blizzard right. The man argued with him and put a pump of hot fudge on the blizzard and pretty much threw the blizzard back at him. Now this time the blizzard still isn’t right and his milkshake doesn’t taste right either. Oh well we just left and threw it away. Not getting yelled at again.

Honestly I love this place, I just wish there was two lines or some way to make the line a little faster. It's always busy which is great for them! I just wish it wasn't so long a wait but it is worth the wait.

Anthony did a great job taking my order was very professional food came out super quick I love this location on 54 it's a family-owned and operated restaurant with karaoke on Tuesdays at 6:00 I've been coming here since I was a kid and now I'm very blessed and fortunate enough to take my kid here and create similar memories than what I have had everybody here is super polite and hard-working with the line that wraps around this building from the drive-thru you would think they're giving out free food if I could rate this place 10 Stars I would. Thank you to everyone who makes this dairy Queen something way beyond food it's self!!

Don’t visit this location. Wait times are consistently 20-40 minutes every time I’ve been here. If you desperately want DQ, head up to the location on Little Road. Most I’ve waited there is 10 min. I could’ve driven to the Little Road location, waited ten minutes in line, and been done before I even hit the drive-through window on my latest visit to THIS location. The food’s fine, there’s just no logical reason to come here when any other ice cream place is several times faster.

I gave two stars because usually the food is decent. I order from here probably 4x a month but whoever is in your kitchen right now at 12 on a Thursday needs to be fired. I’ve never seen fries this color. It’s very obvious that they just re-fried some old French fries they had laying around. Not only are they clearly over fried, but the taste of old oil and grease is so overwhelming I gagged and had to spit it out. WE CAN TASTE when you haven’t changed the oil recently. Hopefully y’all replace whatever lazy cook is in the kitchen right now.

One slice challenge everybody knows the rules Score 6.6 🍕 Not bad pizza at all, the sauce was good but very little was applied. (I mean under your typical average). The cheese was also good but very inconsistent throughout the pie. way thicker on some spots and very thin on some other spots no big deal. My favorite part about this pizza was the crust. Very nicely cooked great consistency with a nice crunch. My return to this location is likely. Customer service was great front counter guy was very nice. I rated the atmosphere a low star bc aesthetically when I walked in the kitchen looked old and dirty. But never the less amongst their competitors not the highest rated parlor in the area. But overall not bad Pizza 🍕 6.6

Usually great pizza. Ordered large pie with extra cheese delivered. Have to say very disappointed. Pizza was cold and it was not extra cheese. Called to complain for the first time. Was told that he had checked as order went out that it did have extra cheese I’m attaching a photo there is no extra cheese. And was sorry for it being cold. But my me and friend who vouched for this place were very disappointed today.

Just picked up a meat pizza. I used to go there all the time. But because of this problem I stopped. It's a shame it's so close to my house. The pizza is so well done underneath burnt in some spots and taste burnt... Never again

So, we regularly order pizza from this place and tonight we got a special treat in our pizza. We called them to let them know and they took zero responsibility. They blamed GrubHub. They said it was probably oregano. They made every excuse possible and at no time took any responsibility. Even the manager dismissed the severity of the situation. This piece of wood literate gags one of my guests! Absolutely terrifying and terrible customer service. Take some responsibility! We will NEVER order from here again and will be reporting this to the heath department. Be wary of a company that takes no responsibility!!

Best NY style pizza I've tried since moving down here 18 years ago. I didn't have high hopes after being disappointed numerous times before. We ordered the veggie pizza. It was loaded with veggies and the crust held up (no drooping when folded). Next time we'll ask for no broccoli. Looking forward to the leftovers tomorrow.

This used to be one of the best pizza places around however, when you call and tell them, there’s a problem they did not try to rectify it. They try to justify it by saying we ordered something we didn’t order and it’s not the first time I’ve been a long time reliable customer for them. I want nothing free but when the pizza comes not how you ordered or all the cheese slides off it and stuff does happen from time to time I let them know so they can fix it so other customers don’t have the same experience. I just ordered last week. Two pepperoni pizzas. Two cheese pizzas were sent. I called to let them know that Ann purchased a pepperoni pizza at a discount fine problem solved tonight we ordered again like we always do. Two pepperoni pizzas and only one with sense when we contacted them. The owner female was very disrespectful on the phone saying I knew there was a problem so I saw your number and I listened and you only ordered one pizza when we order two that’s beside the point to be called a liar to say we only ordered one pizzas. One thing it’s not even wanna sell a second pizza which we were gonna order and get rude and hang up on us is ridiculous. Do not order from this place I used to tell everybody to order from there, but you know what they are not the people I thought they were.

Absolutely Delicious and Fresh! Super nice people that own it! My husband and I got the gyro lunch special and man oh man!! What a terrific lunch Special!! Absolutely affordable and decent sized meal!! It’s kinda hidden on US 19! Don’t pass this place up!! Come try it out! You’ll not be disappointed!!

Finally got to visit and ordered to go. A Florida cheesesteak and some mozzarella sticks. The awesome lady at the register was so nice! By the time she put my order in we decided to dine in. The Florida cheesesteak was so good especially the bread and some mozzarella sticks had the perfect cheese pull!. She mentioned they will start making pizzas soon and we can’t wait to come back and try it.

The food is really good. I ordered The Bomb, and it was excellent. The people are nice, but there is no service after the sale. No one checks to see if you need anything like a refill and you are on your own. The order taker ever walked right past me and never asked if I need a refill. So, nit very aware of customers once you have your food. Other than that, food is awesome...

I will preface this review with, back in January, I messaged them on Facebook because we ordered $50+ worth of food that was horrible. $50 for a burger, 2 sides and a Greek salad… They told us there would be a gift card at the counter with my name on it for when we came back. It was a few months, we weren’t in a rush to return. When we did, the gift card was gone, but the friendly woman behind the counter remembered as she said she monitors the Facebook page, and gave us a $20 discount if I remember correctly. Today I sent a message while I was sitting in the restaurant, and I’m glad I did because the same woman loudly announced to the other staff of my message claiming these messages were from January and “I was just trying to get something for nothing” clearly not the attitude she had to my face. Funny watching people show their true colors when they think no one is watching. I gave them the opportunity before I just left a review, and after their first attempt to correct the issue, that’s why we returned, but when they talk badly about the customers and are nice to their face, that’s not something I will endorse, and not a place I will spend my money at. For at least the past year coming here, the decline has been noticeable, while the prices keep increasing. $20 for a cheesesteak, fries and burnt onion rings that they showcased on top of the fries like they were proud of them. $2.09 for a cup of coagulated cheese, and a cheesesteak that was half good, half I’m not sure it was even meat. The “Greek salad” was lettuce and pepperoncini ONLY. They don’t have Greek dressing, typically out of potato salad, but no onion, NOTHING, no flavor either, and the lettuce is typically warm. The last time we were there the staff was telling us to complain about the salad dressing so they could try to get the owners to change back. The paper towels are gone, they now served us bar napkins, the ones you put your drinks on. The salt and pepper shakers are always FILTHY, as if a 5 year old ate something sticky then played with them, and today the entire time we were eating someone was walking around sweeping the floor, raising dust that could be seen in the sun rays. The garbage can by the door was covered with the floor mats, so we couldn’t throw away our trash, which was half of our food that we didn’t eat for above reasons. This would have been the 3rd or 4th time of reporting food issues to the staff, and yet nothing changed.

I am on the road every day and eat lunch out in whatever area I happen to be in. Today's experience started with sticker shock. A cheese steak and a "large" fountain drink was over $17. The sandwich was not bad but it certainly was not "the greatest cheesesteak of all." As far as the large drink goes, it was not, however they did allow me a refill at no charge. Bottom line it was not terrible but I won't go out of my way to here. Now giving the area, I may go back due to lack of choices.

Pumps did not work right with the app. Normally really easy in and out with wawa. The fast pick sandwiches are often limited especially for the breakfast ones.

There is a Guy there name Austin who works there. Younger dude. He is one of the most rudest guy that I have ever meet. No morals, very disrespectful. He likes to go on these dating sights and wants me to come up there and have lunch with him and just blocks me numerous times. I never go up there but this is the final straw.

I ordered a veggie egg wrap! I got all wrapped with a scoop of egg. If I wanted tortilla alone I would have ordered that. The LOWEST GAS PRICES IN THE COUNTY AND HILLSBOROUGH, TOO! I visit this Wawa location at least once a day, Monday through Friday. I drink TONS of coffee & the coffee here is as good as any coffee chain! The entire store is SPOTLESS, the staff is friendly and courteous, they work with urgency, understanding customers have limited time during work. Lottery available. Beer & Wine, yep. Custom sandwiches and salads are delish...grab & go, fresh. Great job, folks! Keep it up, thanks!

Wawa is always great for a gas stop or for snacks or for getting lunch. They make great sub sandwiches. Bathrooms are usually nice and clean. Fast and friendly service. They have cashiers and self check out.

I went by this location Yesterday morning at around 4:30 and I have to say I was disappointed. The restrooms were nice at the time and the cashier was quick to come up to the front for backup when it got busy. The staff was nice but the food was downright disgusting. The quesadilla that I was given was overcooked in certain areas and very undercooked in other sections. I only ate a few bites of it but this was not worth getting. I'll go by another time but this almost made me sick.

Ordered from here a couple of times had an issue with the order this time and just called and asked to replace the wings that they messed up and the pizza that was doey. I tried asking him just to cook the pizza a little bit longer and to send the right wings and he pretty much told me to not order from there again because they make the pizza that way and I won’t like it anyways because it will be the same way I told him at that paint I would like a refund then my kids ate a little over half the cheese pie and a two slices out of the pepp and I ate one wing(which was the wrong sauce) and simply asked to replace what they messed up and whoever was in the phone was very rude and hard to understand because he was being loud and kept beating around the bush and they wanted to charge $10 for extra cheese on the pizza so I said no thanks clearly because $10 bucks for extra cheese is ridiculous eventually gave me a refund and pretty much told me don’t call there again. Customer service sucks 10/10

My friend and I had a wonderful meal this evening. We started with the fried mushrooms that were absolutely AMAZING!! We continued with one white pizza and mine which was a supreme pizza. The pizzas were great as well. They both were prepared as we wanted. We sat and conversed and were not rushed out. I have a service dog, Willow, and she is always treated so well. My friend Rusty and I come in approximately once a month. I wish I could afford it. It would be once a week. Can't wait unti we cime back again!!

Been going to Morty’s since I was a kid. Pizzas are huge and delicious. They’re not “New York style” but they are delicious. If you want your pizza more well done like I do they will do that for you, or even less sauce or more. Staff is friendly but if you’re a rude person they are rude back, love it! Awesome folks and good pizza.

Always worth it. We almost always get the 18 inch meat lovers well done with garlic knots. Just over 30 bucks and it is so much food and so delicious.

This first time there new to area ordered 18 inch pie was raw not cooked Told guy prices on website were wrong asked for menu they didn't have any . Who doesn't have menus oh my gosh. There was nobody eating inside waited about twenty to twenty-five min for pizza and had no calls in that time for a meal.

Place is hot and the pizza is sitting out they take a slice place in oven to reheat and serve. Only thing good was the salad. Pizza 🍕 disgusting.

As I mentioned in original review this establishment has always delivered on expectations of quality product until the past 2 months. With that said. In addition to being contacted with sincere interest in resolving the complaint, (we were credited for the order) I am willing to give them another opportunity. I would like to see this go back to the 5 star places we frequent, as there are not many left. At this point. I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 and I am hoping our next experience will have it back to 5 stars. The review process is all we have left as consumers. Meh. Pizza deal is quick and easy. Used to enjoy coming here but since the new owner took over, it has gone downhill. No attention to cleanliness or details. On a prior visit, the Parmesan cheese in the shaker on the table was rancid. The condiment racks now have a coating of dust and food on them, like they haven’t been cleaned in months. The interior is also becoming more run down looking with each visit. And today, the bottom of my slice of pizza was coated with black powdery debris from the oven, and I came early in the day. Is the oven getting cleaned out at all? These are the problems I can see. What else is happening behind the scenes? Honestly, it is not worth coming any more since I can’t relax and just enjoy my lunch.

I don’t know who cooked tonight, but I ordered 4 calzones for $20 each and they were small with not many toppings inside. They were also very greasy. We were all disappointed as in the past the calzones were good. I spent way too much money for them to be this bad.

This location lies about being out of specific items to avoid doing Uber orders lmao. I drove over with a chicken tenders Uber and they said they're out of chicken tenders. In my opinion this KFC is awesome. The cashier Jessica has such a sweet personality and the other members of the staff just go above and beyond. It’s obvious that the manager keeps everything and everyone in order. I went in way early today to get my usual extra crispy combo in which I always substitute for the wings. Oh my are they the best. The wings came out so fresh and crispy. The staff surprised me with an extra wing because of the wait time. This is what keeps customers coming back. I know I’ll definitely be back for more. Thank you KFC for hiring and keeping this group of workers!!!

This location is the worst! I went one time at 6p.m. and was told they didn't have chicken. The "night time manager" blamed the day crew saying they forgot to cook the chicken. Then last night, 3/02 we tried again. Still no chicken! We asked why? The Lady said "because our only cook is taking his half hour break and nobody else knows how to cook the chicken" REALLY???

Horrible experience!!!! Cashier made me feel as if I was putting her out of her way to do her job. I ordered a 12 piece chicken dinner with all the sides to go and when I got home boy was there a surprise for me! I got eight pieces of chicken was charge over $36 and below are pictures of the size of the chicken I got. Very disappointing! When I called the store five times nobody answers. Not cool! Placed a to go order at the drive up. Fast food is not my usual go to meal so I was not used to the menu. I ordered dark meat for my husband and all I wanted was chicken tenders. There was a 5- pc chicken tender “box” (which I guess is like a “meal”) but all I wanted was the chicken tenders. So instead of explaining that they don’t sell just tenders in a quantity of 5, they over charged me. In fact, I could have ordered 6-pcs of chicken tenders cheaper! I even questioned the high price when I got to the payment window and the guy just said “that’s what the price is”. With cars behind me, I quickly moved on but the price still didn’t sit right with me so I checked my slip. They charged me for a 3 pc chicken tender then two more pieces “a-la-cart”. This ended up costing $3.30 more than buying a 6 piece. So the manager, Ed, was reluctant, but agreed to give me the difference back and told me for the next time, “that’s not how they do it”. I tried explaining that it would have been helpful if the person who took my order would have explained that, but he was too busy to be concerned with me and totally ignored me. The fact that he gave me money back is why I’m giving 2 stars and not one. They should train their workers better in the customer service department.

Though the food tasted good, the potatoes definitely looked like they are made from a powder, and I found an extremely long hair cooked into my chicken. I usually try other kfcs in the area as I find their kitchen cleaner and their employees friendlier.

The lady up front October 5, 4:30pm didn’t need to give me false information. She said if I place an order for pick up at 4:30 that’s when they start cooking it. When in the world is that ever the case? My email says pick up at 4:30-35 pick up time. If they got behind or just forgot about it cool but do not sit there and lie to my face. Disrespectful. And I was really looking forward to trying the Twix cookie dough brownie.

I got lunch for my wife Myself and my son I had a couple things missing from the Order. I called up there and spoke to Brooke. She handled it with no problems. I understand things happen. I thought if you went to a BK it would be the same everywhere, well today I was proved wrong. I had a whopper JR meal with onion rings as a substitution even though I had several of my friends fries. I have never ever had such a great meal, my friend lives close by and he thought they make from fresh and not frozen. I don't know how but they should never change one thing. Bravo owner, manager, cook, food prep and front counter you are the best at what you do. I will definitely return to confirm and enjoy a great inexpensive meal.

I'm guessing that many Burger King restaurants no longer cook their hamburgers on an open flame anymore. I was told that the grill marks are one the meat when it's delivered to them. Funny to the marks only on one side? Notice you don't see a bunch of smoke coming out anymore when cooking. In either case, the whopper still tastes OK, but it seems the size is getting smaller? Food is ok, prices getting higher, but many times you get coupons in the mail and free food and deals if you download the app.

Came here to pick up an online order. I had to wait 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged my existence as the 2 staff members played google translate with the person in front of me. Finally after multiple failed attempts to work with the the other customer they finally acknowledge me and then with an attitude tell me I will still have to wait. Finally the lady grabs the bag and hands it to me. The food is cold and they forgot to give me the drinks for the order. The incompetence here is insane. No apologies for the wait or even a simple "hello". Worst service ever.

I don't eat fast food a lot. In fact, this BK is close to home and I've only been here 3 times in the last 5 years. However, on those 3 visits, my food has always been piping hot and fresh.

I'm not usually one to complain, but this really upset me. I order same thing every single day a large ice matcha latte with 2 vanilla shots and 4 liquid sugars light on the ice and they are usually pretty good at getting my order correct but today I was charged an extra 11 cents for 2 french vanilla swls that I didn't want and didn't even get added into the drink and got a cup full of ice and when I had corrected the women taking my order about the vanilla shots she didn't even offer me anything in return for the extra 11 cents that was took and when i asked if the drink had light ice (yk trying to give them a chance to correct the mistake) no one responded so i just said it was fine and left because I dont want any problems. I understand this sounds like it doesn't matter and it really doesn't but this just really upset me because they where aware that they made a mistake so they should have corrected it but they just watched me leave with a sad expression on my face. I also do fast food and customer service and I understand what it's like to make mistakes but you need to take accountability and make it better. I'm not even mad I'm just upset mostly about the extra charge.

I ordered my $6 dollar meal and I didn’t think I had to check my food to make sure it was edible but as soon as I got to work and sat down I smelled a strong burnt smell and my croissant is so burnt I can’t even eat it . Pretty disappointed. And I even called the store and no answer .

I ordered a medium coffee with one glazed donut. What I received was a cold coffee and no napkin with the donut. I gave the coffee back after realizing it was cold and the clerk returned with hot coffee a few minutes later. After leaving I realized she gave me a small size coffee and I paid for a medium.

I waited 30 minutes for hash Browns and a sausage croissant sandwich. They still did not have it. Ready, I asked for my money bag and they said they could not give me a refund without a manager. I do not recommend this place period

Do urself a favor and drive 3 mins up the road to a better location. No one on line and tried to be patient while someone tried to take my order and kept asking me to repeat myself and then telling me to hold on over and over. Then closed my order out before I was even done ordering and couldn't figure out how to go back. Ended up driving off with nothing.

I told my wife, “babe I’m craving a chicken sandwich from Wendy’s”. We haven’t had Wendy’s in YEARS. Looks like it’s going to be another few years. As you can see on the pictures the spicy chicken advertised looks way better than the one given (middle). The last one is literally a Tysons chicken patty from Walmart. The sandwich was disgusting, no crunch at all. The breading was as if the patty was microwaved. I spent $50 there. I could’ve went to a real restaurant and maybe had a better experience. This is why people choose to stay home instead of going out to eat. The cost is high yet the quality is low.

Would not change a drive-through order to a walk up order for pick up of four chicken nuggets and a medium drink for a handicap person that walked in they made me walk back to the car so I canceled the order. This country just keeps getting worse.

Hate the stupid AI taking your order. Had to wait for the entire order to be remade after waiting in one of the longest lines I have ever seen there. I will most likely go elsewhere. Their food isn't worth it to me and I'm not willing to pay the price of training their AI.

July 24 update: Thank you, Breezy! I’m not saying my perfect single with cheese combo was quick, but coming west on Ridge, I made the left turn light back onto Ridge Rd in one cycle (barely!). It literally took one stoplight cycle to get my food. My Sprite was amazing!! Best fries, seriously. Thank you for a great sandwich. Samantha at the window was super sweet! Great job, Wednesday night crew!!

I have been in about five Wendy's in the past week. The camaraderie between everyone was awesome. It was nice to see everyone with a smile on their face and working together as a team ❤️

This Wendy's takes forever to even let you order then takes forever with your food. If you need to just grab something quick don't come here. Sat waiting for them to take my order for 10 minutes and then to be told if I wanted the food I order I'd have to wait even longer for them to drop the chicken. They need to hire more people if this is how it's ran every time. Spoke to the manager and she didn't seem to care that they are wasting people's time.

Went to Wendy’s for the first time in a while, was excited to try their new pineapple under the sea Frosty, but when I received it, there was barely any of the pineapple in the frosty it on the bottom as well as three people that ordered after us got their food before us, and we saw the workers touching the food with their hands with no gloves on will not be returning

Not sure why these kind of business don't have inspectors for quality control. I just visited this place, ordered two coffees along with breakfast sandwich. Every, I mean single item... tasted incredibly terrible. The workers have no respect handling customers food. What a difference when you go to starbucks (at any location). Yea, more expensive! But not just the food, customer service at it's best! I will never visit this Dunkin location ever again, I'm so disappointed. Oh and just before I forget... go and check the bathrooms for your selves! Not even truck stops are this terrible. I wish the corporate office would pay more attention to the negative complaints about their company.

By far my favorite Dunkin in the area! I visit this location every morning for my coffee and have yet to have a bad experience. They are super consistent which is important to me. The staff is super friendly and go out of their way to make sure their guests are satisfied. They deserve more appreciation than what they receive as they are the backbone of the buisness! Keep it up!

Came in at 12:30pm on 9/19. Vanilla creme filled donut was stale and had almost no filling. This Dunkin charges $1 + more than the Dunkin on SR54 for the identical items. And the girl working the drive thru dropped the F-bomb 4 times while chit chatting with other staff member(s). I was sitting at a table by the door and could hear her loud and clear...

A mistake was made on my breakfast order this morning and they didnt hesitated at all to correct it. I didn't get their names but it was 2 females working the drive thru and window, both were really nice.

Ordered 2 chocolate frosted donuts, they were put in a bag. So now my donuts are stuck together and the top one has barely any chocolate since it was stuck to the bag. Buy the boxes, do better. And how about giving out some napkins, would that hurt the bank too much?

We have been eating at this location for several years. My husband ordered donuts and drove the 10 plus mins up there to get them. He read the list right off the phone that I texted him. Got home and the donuts were all wrong. Went back up there and they took the donut back after arguing with him that that was what he ordered. He had to show them the list right off the phone. Probably reused the ones they took back, bc who does that??? They made it right but 20 mins extra of driving and 5 mins having to argue to make it right wasted.

Dunkin' Donuts is as good as it's equipment, and supplies. Sometimes it's really good, and other times they don't have a machine for decaffeinated lattes. The decaf is out of stock, or the machine is down. I have had a brilliant barista, and others that would rather talk to each other than serve. I am not a donut person.

I asked very politely is the coffee fresh yeah are you sure yeah, pull up to the window. It has a bug in it and the coffee is not fresh. They poured a bunch of milk in place of it. Bad service and you shouldn’t have the girl that’s at your window right now at the window. What a waste of time just make the coffee fresh. You are a coffee store.

I am very disappointed… this Dunkin has went completely downhill. The staff is different and I will not be returning here. Came in for a medium iced coffee & this is what I received … almost $5 for this … I would recommend going to White duck or Starbucks down the road. Do not go to this Dunkin. I simply go in for a cinnamon raisin bagel in my machiato, every single day. This location charges more than other locations and to top it off today. When I ask for my bagel plain, they loaded it with cream cheese. I went to return it and then they gave me a plane one and did not even explain that they were out. I'm basing this review off of several repeat occurrences. I've tried to give them time after time to do better and they just fail. The only reason why I went to this one today again is because I'm headed out to Daytona and it was on my way.

This morning I had a horrible experience at this Dunkin’! I order the $6 breakfast meal, 1/2 dozen donuts and an ice coffee. The donuts seemed to be yesterday, did not taste fresh at all. The breakfast sandwich, the English muffin was mushy, the cheese looked like cheese wiz, only ate a couple of bites, very disappointing. Coffee tasted like chemicals!

Horrible customer service. Girl had attitude. I definitely won't be back. Please hire better people.

I ordered a six dollar meal deal and what I got was a cold untoasted croissant sandwich and hashbrowns that were also cold and literally in on large clumped… they also refused to fix anything or heat anything up so yeah this place sucks

This place has true authentic Italian cuisine. The dishes are made with the finest ingredients and have superb taste. I highly recommend the eggplant Parmesan and the veal tips. Their cannoli is also very good. The stuffed mushrooms were excellent. Even the fresh bread that is complementary was out of this world. The staff is very friendly and personable. We really enjoyed the quaint atmosphere and friendly environment. It is tastefully decorated and clean. We will definitely visit here again in the future.

Our first time ordering from this establishment. We have to say it was very delicious. We ordered the pizza calzone (which can feed at least two people) and the munchy sampler. Plus the delivery time was great. We will definitely order again in the future.

I ordered a Cheeseteak Hoagie. Not a regular cheesesteak. Meaning it should come with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, etc. I had told the young lady to make sure. When I received it, opened it when I got home....A disappointment! Don't waste your time! Mamma Mia's is better and they always get my food correct all the time! Wanted to give this place a try. Yeah, never again!

Update: We returned for lunch because I like giving everyone a second chance at redemption. We ordered the fried mushrooms again with a large meat lovers pizza. Place was busy when we entered but everything was super! Waitress was again on spot! We did have a different waitress this time but both times the service staff was excellent! Our food came out fast hot and super yummy! We were in and out super fast with awesome service and yummy delicious food! Thank you guys for working together to make your restaurant top notch! I just knew the famous in your title meant something!! Loved it and again thank you to all staff for the excellent lunch!! Waited 45 minutes for 1 large pizza that never came. We decided to leave at this point. Staff did not charge us for the drinks we had nor for the deep fried mushrooms. Waitress was on point and we would like to thank her for her time. The rest was just ridiculous to say the least! I will give them another try a different time but for now omgoodness!!

We like to support small business and this is a nice little place. We're new to the area and have found this little gem. We're stuffed pizza fans and love that we can pick our "stuffing". Love that they sprinkle extra garlic on the top crust!

The food and service was exceptional. Julia waited on us and she was absolutely the best! She was timely, efficient, helpful, and very pleasant. The Greek Salad I ordered was superb, and so was the Strawberry Cheesecake - absolutely delicious! Again, I can't emphasize enough how terrific Julia was... she really contributed to our enjoyment of the meal.

It always feels like you're an inconvenience to be in this restaurant. Always a long wait. I was in here today and garbage was on the floor employees walking over it never mind bending over to pick it up. When my order finally came up I was approached and had my contents called out and bag just tossed on the counter, no thank you or anything. Manager was in the back talking about how people didn't show up on Easter Sunday and how bad all the employees were meanwhile I was the only person in the dining room waiting for my food. I wish there was another Taco Bell closer to me that I could go to because I do truly enjoy Taco Bell

-10/10 wouldn't come again. I had come with my family to get a good family meal. Turns out out you cant get plates or even DRINKS. I quite literally asked for biscuits and i had received a sweet treat thing with jelly WHERES MY BISCUITS! And yes the sweet thing was okay but it tasted like chicken what did you do cook it in the oil you bake the chicken in and don't get started on the chicken. We asked for extra crispy chicken and we got baked ones isn't this supposed to be a KFC it literally has FRIED CHICKEN IN ITS NAME!!! Since we haven't received our plates we hadn't drive 10 minutes home and the gravy was cold as well as the macaroni. Chicken tenders were okay like it was crispier then the EXTRA CRISPY CHICKEN. The fat that we haven't had KFC in like 5 years we will more than likely not be visiting this place in another 100! What a waste of $35 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went for the chicken fingers 5pc for 11.99 on sale for 5.00 . They were so small. I really don't know if they were worth 2.00. Big rip off

Never tastes the same from this location and always a wait. Also the food portions are huge one day skimpy the next day. Consistency is what this location needs.

Food took forever. All of the drinks that I will drink we're out of service I ended up paying for a soda and drinking water. when I finally got my food my order was wrong and by the time I got it corrected my food was cold. Poor management. I will not come back. 5 years later gave them another try. Watched an employee. Count a cash drawer on the food line another patron asked if it was sanitary to do that and was ignored. Water all over the floor in front of the fountain drinks and full trash bags in front of the door blocking exits. Completely deplorable will be contacting the health department.

My sons kids meals are bigger than the chicken chalupa I ordered. I’ve never gotten a chalupa this small. Very disappointing. Every other location gives you what you pay for and what you ask for.

Left after waiting 20+ minutes for my food.. all I ordered was an 8 piece chicken combo there is no reason it should take them over 20 minutes to make that.

OK This place is the real deal !! We drove to Inferno Pizza for lunch, we had been told it was good by other friends of ours. We'll we had the cheese fries as a appetizer delicious, and then we ordered pizza and wings. The NY Style pizza was absolutely perfect and cooked to perfection and the crust was delicious. The wings are hands down the best in the area and we will definitely be going here more often. Eddie took excellent care of us and the Owner Edwin let me come behind his counter to get shots of his awesome oven. I am telling you the food and service her is not a 5 it is a 10.

Ordered multiple times now, always consistantly good food, speedy delivery AND THEY USE LOCAL IN HOUSE DRIVERS NO UBER EATS, NO DOORDASH CRAP! Support them! Make sure to sign up for an account as well as this last order the large 4 topping pizza was free with points. Also they have the biggest and best mozzarella sticks I've ever had and I worked in a place like this and made my own! The quality is perfect for the price point, it's very good. Way better then an chain for not very much more. Honestly better then most of the small places around the area.

First time here. Very good food and friendly service at reasonable price. I ordered the white pizza with spinach and tomato and my husband ordered the chicken Parmesan. Food was timed right, good portion, good service. I think we found a new place close to the house! I would give a 5 out of 5 on food and service, because of the time of day, the sun was coming in the windows and it was a little warm but enjoyed the food very much.

Just stopped back in and had Cazone and more pepperoni cheese bread which is awesome. Yummy food great service! The staff is nice..I also ordered a pizza but I forgot take a picture. The cheese bread and salad was fantastic. Great place and good food. I was going to the concert at The Stockyard in the same plaza and the restaurant next door was packed and recommended inferno pizza to us down the way. So if you are coming for a concert in the plaza stop here first great fresh food!

That's right, my date and I ate at Inferno Pizza. As soon as you walk in, it's clean, smells great and the high back cushion seats so comfortable. Our waitress, Michelle, was nothing short of amazing. Friendly, educational and great sense of humor, we loved her. We had the supreme pizza, lots of toppings and stringy cheese, I like that. I gave them 4 stars because the veggies on the pizza were bigger than I like and some were crunchy. Other than that, I'd like to try their pasta next and save room for dessert. Great date and I'm glad they're local.

We ordered the meat lovers calzone and it was amazing!! Also for the mozzarella sticks and meatballs. Great food and the staff was so friendly!! Will definetly be back.

Took the guys out for dinner last night. 3 of us born in Italy just to see if the place lived up to it's hype and we can assure you it does. Pizza made real Italian style, the rest of the food hot and delicious. The server Brenda was one of the best we've ever had and the place was spacious and inviting. A perfect place for a date or for dinner party. We'll be back again soon. Alessio and his partner did a great job and we wish them the best on a winning formula of wood fired pizza and nice atmosphere.

Found my omelette place! If fluffy, oven baked omelettes are your thing, look no further than Tops American Grill and Cafe Family owned restaurant nestled in New Port Richey. The desserts looked scrumptious and we can’t wait to go back for their all-you-can eat fish fry Friday with homemade New England clam chowder 🤤

Was in town for the weekend and stopped at Tops the first day for breakfast. I usually like to try different places, but it was so good I returned for breakfast again the next day. The Belgian waffle with banana, strawberries, blueberries, and whipped cream was out of this world. Served with butter and warm maple syrup, which made it extra special. Enjoyed a bacon, spinach, mushroom and cheese baked omelette with hash browns the second day, was delicious. Huge portions, both meals I could only eat 1/2 and took the rest to go. Prices very reasonable. Staff very friendly and personable. Will definitely return next time I’m in town.

Great breakfast spot! I had the gyro omelet and it was absolutely amazing. My daughter ordered the biscuits and gravy along with a fruit waffle, and both were perfect. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Definitely a great place to come for breakfast!

I visited Tops today from my first time and I can't believe I haven't been here sooner, absolutely loved the oven baked omelette, hash browns and toast! Everything was delicious! I love the decor and cozy feel of the inside also! The waitress was very friendly and welcoming!! Definitely check this place out if you haven't yet!

Staff are amazing. Food is even better. Never have I had a bad meal here. Friday fish night is off the hook. Reasonable prices. Owners are friendly and amazing. All his food is fresh and homemade. Wife and I go often.

My grandson and I din d there, for the first time, Friday. It was such a delicious meal!The fish and the onion rings were perfect! From the clam chowder, to the cheesecake, everything was wonderful!

Bought two crunchy tacos and a chicken quesadilla. Got home less than 10 minutes later, both tacos are soaking wet and I had to rip my undercooked quesadillas cause they couldn’t even cut it. Avoid this location for Taco Bell just go to the one on 19

So I placed a delivery order as my car was totaled. Food was delivered fast with great service from my uber driver but all of my crunchy tacos were soft and the person they were for does not like them soft and won’t eat them. I ordered thru Instacart as I had a $10 food voucher there. Instacart would not refund or do anything. So I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty not the GM, her name was Diana, who before apologizing made the excuse that it doesn’t show on their order screen as crunchy. Yet it’s on my receipt that was taped to the bag!!?? As an old general manager myself of a restaurant with a drive thru, I questioned why my order wasn’t checked for accuracy since it’s correct on the receipt and you tapped it to the bag so someone saw that they should’ve been crunchy. Her response was “we don’t do that here”. So the manager Diana states that they do not check your order before they give it to you!! I again questioned well don’t you think you should start doing this as to avoid future issues? She said it’s not protocol, but she will tell the General manager my suggestion. I am just floored by this comment and the audacity of how little this manager actually cared about the problem, nor about fixing the problem; let alone not caring about adjusting future issues! Sorry Diana that you feel you need your general managers permission to check orders for accuracy on YOUR shift! The only thing she offered to me was for me call Uber about the issue. I actually had to ask her, if she could just put my name down in a book that most restaurants have to replace messed up orders and just write that I need 4 crunchy tacos. I again was told they don’t do this but I can write her name down on my receipt. So you’re telling me, you keep no records in store? I can just write a managers name on my receipt regardless of anything was actually wrong and you’ll just give me free food?!?! I’m sorry Taco Bell, but this manager does not care about customer satisfaction or running her shift properly and accurately for your customers or your company name! This was the worst service I’ve ever received at this location in over 10 years!!!

We paid over $20 for our food to look like this!!!! If you don’t like doing your job, you should definitely leave cuz this isn’t good customer service at all! I will be calling corporate tomorrow to let them know who these people are that work for them! Definitely not cool at all!

Poor products. Bad food . Dry pot pie, dough not over the container. Ordered crispy chicken, but not sure if it was regular or just sat a long time and got soggy and greasy. Go elsewhere.

Attention to details is lacking. Just got home after ordering big beef burrito with a soft shell supreme taco with pepsi zero. Burrito is NOT a big beef. Actually there is No Beef in this. You gave me a hard shell taco instead of soft and the soda is flat. So all around not good experience at all. Plus no receipt in the bag. Just disappointing 👎

We ordered 2 chicken little combos and 3 of the 4 sandwich’s were received with mold on them, safety issue: the store is selling spoiled food I’ve attached the picture.

Of course you can see the difference between advertising and how they really make it. I asked the guy, “why don’t you make it like the photo”. He said “Because this is how they tell us to make it”. Yet you’re eating so much dried bread. Their prices are ridiculous compared to what it was and they can’t even make you a quality product.

Yes, it’s inside the hospital. I was admitted not long ago and was extremely hungry from not eating over 24 + hrs. I inquired with my nurse on what I could get that late at night, she said Subway. I can remember when I stayed in a Subway restaurant collecting stamped cards. Many years have passed and things are different. I was blessed to have something in my stomach. I wouldn’t personally visit this location to order.

As if being in the hospital with a family member wasn't enough HARRY working closing shift on Tuesday april 15th was a nightmare . First we came down for some food and I asked if there was soup and he acted as if he didn't hear me and never answered my question ... he then continued to make the food with a terrible attitude. Then my sister and I went down for a second time where my sisters card kept declining (unsure why because the funds were available) so we explained that she used a bank that is closed so we have to cancle the order and he ignorantly gave her a nasty look while he tossed her food into the trash then we asked when the manager would be in and he said he is the manager meanwhile his name tag clearly said store associate I don't understand if it was going to be tossed in such a way and wasted why not just give it to her ? HAVE A LITTLE SYMPATHY YOU WORK IN A HOSPITAL.! we will be calling the manager to make sure his attitude is recognized by not only customers but his manager as well . 😊

Terrible subways owners don’t do anything drinks are always out so they force you to grab a fridge drink and force an up charge. Ask for a side of cheese they said I have to buy something I try to buy a churro and they switch up a say it needs to be a sandwich like seriously. Also skippy on the meat

I was there visiting my nother who was in there for seizures. It was about 3pm to 4pm the gentlemen working had just returned from a break(I couldnt read a name tag didnt look like he had 1) the gentleman had informed me that Subway has discontinued Swiss cheese I couldn't hear the gentleman because he smoked a little too low for me pain after asking him to repeat himself he got an agitated snipped at me with a tone and informed me that you were no longer serving Swiss as a cheese for your sandwiches good night sweetie I feel very disrespected I go there often with my mother is in the hospital me and my mother have spent hundreds of dollars at your restaurant every time I am there I couldn't hear the gentleman because he smoked a little too low for me and after asking him to repeat himself he got agitated snapped at me with a town and inform me that you were no longer serving Swiss as a cheese for your sandwiches I feel very disrespected I go there off and what my mother is in the hospital me and my mother have spent hundreds of dollars at your restaurant every time I am there there a nice I even go down there for 2 more subs for me and my mother f we're one of your employees to speak to me and this manner I am very disrespected I did not appreciate his tone because I couldn't hear him and very dissatisfied with my visits on the 24th of December

This is definitely a mom and pop pizza joint. No frills, just a counter to order your pizza and several nondescript tables and chairs. It was right across the street from the Cotee Brewery where we were sampling some very good brews. Lots of traffic on the street so be careful crossing. We ordered their medium Supreme and it was enough to feed two of us with leftovers. The pizza owner actually delivered our pizzas to our table in the brewpub. Lots of toppings. Very tasty pizza.

Pizza was okay. I got the buffalo chicken pizza and bacon ranch chicken pizza. The only complaint i have was that the buffalo pizza had too much buffalo sauce which made the pizza nearly inedible. I had to Dab off the extra sauce to eat it. The owner wanted to charge 75 cents for a small cup of ranch even after spending $18 there. I don't know why it couldn't have been spared.

I ordered the Margarita Pizza. I would get extra cheese because I did by mistake and I'm glad I did. It's more of a thin crust but not too thin. I was honestly the right amount for me. The crust was cooked perfectly. Normally I don't eat crust but it was light with just enough crisp to it. I'll definitely order from here again

Average Florida Pizza definitely not New York Pizza,what pizza shop/ Italian restaurant with Sicilian pies on their menu on a Friday night doesn't have a sicilian pie ridiculous,so as not to make it a waste of time I ordered a large pie, extra cheese, mushrooms and sausage. Mistake when I was told they had no Sicilian slices or pies I should have just left.

Good service, delicious food! These guys work hard to feed us good food. Order online works like a charm. Pizza, subs, traditional dishes and FRESH made CANOLIS!!

Had a great time here with the guys. We all purchased the 2 slices and a soda for 6.50 deal and enjoyed the atmosphere. I had the cheese and the Sicilian, I recommend you visit!

This place is amazing. There food is always warm no matter what time you go. They have some great deals through out the week. Even through its in Wal-Mart, it's so freaking good.

My sweet almond pretzel was hot and fresh and had the perfect amount of sweetness and flavour!
