Sadly this is a case of a better looking breakfast than tasting … which was only decent but not great. The plate was cold so the food rapidly got cold, and the mushrooms and onions both seemed to have been boiled rather than fried … was that in favour of health? The butter in the little container was a nice touch but could have benefited from a few added herbs for extra “fancy” points. The halloumi and basil pesto over the tomato certainly helped add some interest back. With that out of the way, I LOVE the professional waiters and retro-modern vibe in Papachinos … talk about a family-friendly destination, with childminders looking after kids running around. My vote is to try one of the other breakfast options (just look at the amazing Nutella and strawberry stack my son enjoyed).

An amazing family restaurant which is always a bustle. Arriving early helps with the waiting time. Great atmosphere and amazing food both for adults and kids. The kiddies play area is great for keeping the little ones busy and the option to have them make their own pizza is a great Papachino’s initiative.

This place is made for kids with parents in mind. The children will have lots to do. The playground is big and has a variety of things to do. The food is delicious as well.

Papachinos is both fancy and inexpensive. The location is peaceful and secure. Special appreciation for the service, they were all very welcoming. The waitrons serviced well and have good energy, Papachinos is a vibe. I choose the healthier options and opted for chicken livers, avo salad and a hot lemon water. Highly recommend.

I’ve always been fascinated as to trying new cuisines and Mexican can always be a classic. La Rosa has such a beautiful decor, love the vibrant colours and feel. They recently moved locations and today I tried it out. First off our waitress was lovely but wasn’t attentive, she took our drinks and food but never came back. The manager was super helpful and attentive to us which helped! The food: - I ordered my own burrito and it was absolutely beautiful. I love the wide variety that you can choose from. You can taste the quality ingredients and freshness which I adore! They wrap their burritos with love and I loved the ingredients I chose. Their tacos look amazing too! This place seems to be very popular and I suggest coming here with family so you can try a bit of everything!!

I love the Mexican vibe, the decor is colourful and very festive. Some of the dishes are tasty and well prepared, others like the Nachos are rather bland. However the portions are small and quite expensive for what you get. We were there on a Saturday night and the restaurant was pretty empty.

Oh my days, so we came in for a whole bunch of tequila, which did not disappoint. Out of 91 of the tequilas on the menu, we had 10, so 81 to go! Halfway through our little escapade, we ordered quesadillas and wow, those were out of this world! I'm definitely going back ASAP!

This is a great place to visit, and I highly recommend it, despite the slightly steep prices, but the food is well worth it. I would give it five stars, but an occasional unpleasant smell near the wall seating detracted from the experience. I'm confident this was an isolated issue, though it was noticeable.

Tried this place on a whim and have to say that they thoroughly deserve their top star rating. We had the burrito , nachos and wings. It was delicious. We will be back and bringing friends next time! Cafe Picobella is one of Melville's greatest: Hearty food accompanied with a warm, family atmosphere and lovely customer service. Cafe Picobella's menu has a wide variety of pasta, pizza and antipasto. The food is evidently cooked with great care. Tasty meals with fresh ingredients. Friendly staff and vibe in the restaurant. I had a great meal and service was good. But when I was asked about a tip ? When paying buy visa and why I would not tip my generosity went in to the bin . I tip in cash as I have owned and operated many restaurants and cash is not taxed . Any way I asked for a desert for the gardener and it arrived with out ant cream englaise or sauce. Horrible service I got there 😭💔 I went there Wednesday and the waitress that was serving us was really rude hey. We ordered pizza and we waited almost 1h30 before we could get our pizza, when we finally received the pizza it was cold and she never even bother to come to our table to check if we are okay. Went there late Saturday afternoon - an age to get served at all. Wish we'd left then. Both ordered chicken, 1 with prawns. Microwaved and then grilled: awful. The salt cellar wasn't closed properly and landed in the plate - the waitresses did not notice - did not once come to the table to check. They were expecting a big group and maybe couldn't be bothered. An awful experience.

The pasta dishes are divine, our favourite, the Venice, which is creamy and full of flavour rounded off with peas to include some freshness. What keeps us going back and always a crowd pleaser is the 1kg prawn special! You can not do better when it comes to perfectly cooked and seasoned prawns! You can get it in lemon butter or peri peri, included with chips or Rice! if you love prawns, don't miss out on this dish! Drinks are well priced, and the service is great!

Had dinner at Simply Asia Clearwater Mall. For starters, we ordered veg sushi, sweetcorn cakes, veg spring rolls and spinach dumplings. For mains, I had 514 with vegetables. Overall, the food was excellent and I am enjoying the new store revamp. Melina was our waitress for the night and we had excellent service all round. Definitely will be coming back.

But Clearwater malls’s restaurant’s atmosphere has changed over the years from a nice comfy place to sit with warm lighting to cheap plastic tables that make the restaurant and environment feel unwelcoming which has led me and my family to not eat in anymore but rather get the food as a takeaway. I really like the food but it would be nice to have a themed, warm and welcoming environment again. :)

I bought 4x 514 a week ago and the meals were extremely chilli, we could not even eat it. I called in to complain and requested for the manage/owner to call me and sadly no one called me. I always order 514 sometimes its good and sometimes it just okay and we do not complain but this time is was terrible we could not eat it and nothing was done to rectify their mistake. This place is honestly the best coffee/breakfast place ever. The Red Cuppacino was by far the best I ever had and the French toast was extremely tasty. Love the vibe at Little Miss Muffin. We attended a womansday event. Their service was outstanding and their food is different with a twist but very tasty. The presentation of the food is also done to perfection. Defnitely a place that I would visit. You can also host children parties, seperate from restaurant. The venue was also very festive. I enjoyed my morning so much that I forgot to take pictures of the food. Go and try their chicken pie with salad, chocholate pancake.

This Adega has a good and spacious setup. There is lots of parking in this Centre. Went for Sushi, but was disappointed as it didn't taste as good as the other venues. Their cocktails was excellent. Going to try their Sunday buffet lunch and will give a full update.

Great service and food was also really good. But really need to have a look at your bar and how to make cocktails. Ordered an old fashioned under the menu of no pink drinks and it came out pink with no ice no orange rind and look more like a cosmo served in a martini glass. There was no difference in the sauces, it's like they just used the same flavour less sauce for everything. The assorted crispy was not crispy at all, just soggy and flavourless. The spare ribs tasted like they had been boiled and thrown into that terrible sauce. Worst Chinese food I've ever had and a waste of money. I basically had to add additional spices and sauces to make the food edible. The only saving grace was the sushi, it was delicious and well made.

Quite good tasting for the price paid. I didn't wait long for my order. Although finding parking was abit of a problem for me because you have to find parking in the street. I had a bunny chow that was good tasing, decent size and with fresh bread, could have done with some atchaar and a bigger top piece of bread. Other than that, no problems at all with the order. Quite happy. Try the AK47. Its a filling meal for 4. I had a half AK47 and could not finish it. It was really good. A roll as large as a loaf of bread with chips, sausage and steak with sauces that really make it good. Sure its not perfect but for the price and quick service, i definitely think its worth it.

When I was working in the area I used to get myself lunch here very frequently. The food is always well-prepared with decent pricing and almost no waiting time at all. I do recall the chips in particular being very good indeed. Watch those calories though, this stuff will make you fat if you eat it daily.

You know when you want a good cup of coffee, but not a in a crowded mall? For those in Roodepoort, this little gem is right down the road, in a hidden garden (nursery). It's quiet, except for the humming of bees as they dart from flower to flower; it's fragrant, it's scenic. And the staff are down to earth and friendly (my car, parked outside the nursery, was dilligently watched by one of the nursery staff. I wasn'tworried). And the coffee? As good as any in a noisy mall.

I would like to express my disappointment during recent visits to Burger King at Clearwater Mall. This is directed to the food as the staff(excluding the manager, not sure what the managers name was, have a look at my slip attached to see who was on duty that day) the store displays exceptional customer service. Over recent visits with my family, we have experienced, in my opinion some ridiculous reasons for not being able to serve our desired meals, on one instance the store did not have lettuce, on another there was no tomatoes, then there was no sauce for a particular burger, I think this is unacceptable, especially for such a reputable brand such as Burger King. My most recent with my family this(receipt attached). Was by far the WORST! experience, before we even decided what we would like to eat, we were told that we could not order any beef meals as the store could not prepare them for us due to a machine break down. While I understand that these things happen, why is there no contingency plan so as to not inconvenience your customers. Due to the limited options we opted for some chicken burger meals, my husband and I both got the Texas BBQ meals, that were terrible to say the least, both meals tasted SOUR and OFF, we informed one of the staff members who called the manager to the table, she was polite and extremely helpful and replaced our meals with something else, however this was after informing us that she was going to perform a "TASTE TEST" on the meals that she was removing from our table...I don't know what the brands procedure is to handle this type of issue, but I STRONGLY DISAGREE with the fact that a manager needs to tell me that she is going to be tasting the food that I have already started eating, if that is the procedure, that can be done in private, that in my opinion is information that a customer does not need to know. Further to this the portions of chips, which are were great I must say, were only about half the portion that is usually served with the meals, again less value for money! As a family of 5 with kids that love eating at Burger King, these types of inconsistencies and out of stocks do not sit well with us, during these difficult financial time's it is difficult to spend on take aways and restaurants, one would expect on the days that you are able you get value for money, not feel disappointed and unsatisfied with the money spent! Kindly address these issues as they are unacceptable and have the potential to turn customers to the "MANY" other fast food outlets available that are providing quality food. UPDATE: I must say the response from Burger King customer service regarding these issues was not very convincing! and quite frankly, at least a call to apologize for the terrible service and food would have been appreciated. Never the less we decided to stop at Burger King on Thursday as i felt like having one their ice cream cups, I am now convinced that my initial complaint fell on deaf ears and NOTHING was done to correct the issues as the ice cream or the topping(bar one) of all things was off, my husband tasted as well to be sure and it tasted awful!! We immediately turned around and went back to return it, we got a sorry and refund from the manager. We are totally put off from Burger King moving forward, and doubt we will chance purchasing any food from them again and risk POSSIBLE FOOD POISONING!!

The best service I have ever experienced with good food

Just walked in to order food and the store is very dirty. Not very busy inside but not one clean table to sit at and just overall dirty every where. Not hygienic at all.

This place is so buns. Chips are hard, burger is dry as in the cheese ain't good either and wow the only good thing is the drinks and service the food really needs a rework and check in. I highly recommend not getting triple cheese burger that is the driest burger ever and the cheese isn't even melted. Thanks

The drive-through service of this place has declined rapidly. It seems like the kitchen staff purposely drag their feet with orders causin long lines. Today was just ridiculous; staff had the intercom on and were having a long loud conversation. This place seriously lost the plot to good customer service!

This past year this burger king branch has gone down atrociously in quality from the experience of my drive-ins. I ordered all their different bacon burgers recently and i couldnt finish each burger because they were really disgusting halfway through. The one good thing is that each time the employees were friendly, respectful and got the order right.

Excellent service from Sandile he was so friendly, had a smile on his face and went an extra mile by recommending a meal since I was hungry but had no idea what to buy...keep up the good work

I was at Macdonald Florida on 05/10/2025,I am always reluctant to go there when it’s month end because I know how slow they are on those days,placed my order for table service at 13:30 at 14:00 I decided to go and collect it myself coz they seem to be too busy.I did that while I was about to enjoy my food they gave me the wrong order …and I went to sort it out they were not even apologetic please teach them some form of professionalism.I don’t think I will go there anymore

I ordered on uber eats, and my order arrived missing a burger. When we called in and complained, they tried to blame the poor driver accusing them of eating our food without any proof. Our packets seal was in tact, implying that the restaurant staff forgot to pack our order fully yet they fail to take accountability and rectify this. Disgusting behavior.

The whole point of going to McDonald's is that it's fast food, this isn't the case here you wait forever for your order. You basically have to beg for your order. Last time I'll be visiting this mcdonalds

Drove 15mins to buy a spicy mc feast only to receive the wrong order, called the store, spoke to the manager she said we must come back so they rectify the error, didn't tell us to bring the wrong order with. We drove back to the store found nthabiseng by the till who insisted we go back home to fetch the evidence, then had to drive back another 15mins to get the correct order now... Not good at all

We got smash and grabbed in the parking lot 2 weeks ago. It was very traumatic and not something youe expect at such a place. The event has led many we know to find other franchise to visit. McDonald's please has to be aware, up their security and be vigilant to ensure customer safety.

Love Burger King but most times I swap chips with chillis cheese fries (large). And when I come home, this is what I get.

Was very shocked how this Burger King has deteriorated. Shocking. Was empty and the seating was filthy. Tables not clean at all. Rubble all over the floor. All the customers were complaining how slow service was and the place was practically empty. Dirty tray was there when I walked and still there when I left.

Just waited over 20min for my meal. When I opened the burger it had a horrible meaty smell. I lifted the bun and the bacon was completely raw! Lettuce can be off, a burger patty could be medium instead of well - but pork can never be raw. Unfortunately it’s not even the 1st or second time this has happened. The service is unbelievably slow just to get raw food!

Never order any special/promotion online as they will give you the wrong order. Ordered the Naruto meal only to be given a Smurf and peppa pig toy. Even the box that it was in was not the correct one but I let that one slide cause I wasn’t going to keep it

This has to be the worst customer service I've experienced at a fast food restaurant, rude staff, the guy serving Jabulani started raising his voice when I said the order is not correct still the wrong order was given to me and a fifteen minute wait at the window waiting for my food with the window closed, I had to return they kept me waiting for 10min till the manager zanile arrived only to say can we fix your order, that's why I just drove back from my home. This will be the last time I use this burger King. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I am extremely dissapointed with the service we recieved tonight. 55 Minutes standing in a drive thru, unfortunately I could not drive away otherwise I would have. Cars were hooting and everyone was frustrated by the fact that nothing was happening. Once you finally get to the windows, staff don't even greet or even communicate with us. I was told to move to the front window and I was standing there 15 minutes without anyone coming to speak to me, I thought they forgot about us. Honestly the worst experience I have had at a McDonald's and won't be returning any time soon.

I went to McDonalds to purchase a Tenders snack box as i was about to pay they informed me that the sweet and sour sauce is discontinued i then took an alternative sauce, I payed for my order and proceeded to the next window for collection, when i received my order all my chicken nuggets and chicken tenders were just thrown into a happy meal box and i was told that it is the new packaging, the box was so full it could hardly hold the chicken in and it fell out. i laid a complaint and all they could do was say sorry with no further feedback

Absolutely the worst McDonald's ever, i came all the way from boksburg today for a business meeting with my partner and we decided to get something fast to eat at mcdonalds after the meeting and i was absolutely disgusted with this place.... I placed my order at the till and waited almost 20 minutes for my order while there was only two other customer inside, when i got my food my order was wrong i sent it back and it happend 3 times after that again, my chips and burgers was coldly served and the chips was very clearly old aswell as the whole inside of my burger box was full of sauce aswell as my whole burger bun, the burger was just thrown into the box by the looks of it... We were here today and firstly if you are paying with cash nowhere does it say you have to go to the register and not use the machine. Secondly when we got our food our drink lids were not on properly and split all over my boyfriend got a colonel meal and the chicken was not cooked properly it was squish and undercooked I got the pops and they were good until the last few at the bottom, they had no seasoning and tasted bland and I tried the new boba and the boba balls taste so bad the only good thing about it was the drink itself not the boba. Do not recommend going here

I ordered their burger special - four burgers and chips - and, honestly, what a letdown. First, the driver got lost, which is surprising in this age of Google Maps. The food arrived an hour later, despite a promised 40-minute delivery. We had ordered BBQ and Peri Mayo, but the boxes were unmarked, forcing us to taste the burgers with our fingers just to figure out the flavors. Now I understand why it was a “special” price - it really seemed like leftover food from a couple of days ago. I'll never order this special ever again. It was honestly disgusting!

Ordered via Mr D. The deep fried chicken burger patty was awesome, however, the two grilled chicken burger patties were not fully cooked. Seems it was flash fried and had no taste at all. Parts of the chicken looked pink and we were unable to eat it.

This place is now under new management, we are still watching how they will faire in running this place. Their service is fair but it could do better. There seems to be too many people overlapping when it's not full. One person is always more than enough for what we want; excellent food, ready waiter, don't make us wait too long for the food and nothing beats a friend and warm smile throughout the experience. We'll certainly come back to expect more from the team.

If watery pasta and waiting in the cold while Andrew first finishes his cigarette before he serves you is your thing, then this is the place to be. They will tell you to wait outside in the cold while your food only takes 10-15min. 45min later it will only take 2 more min. Get the best watered down experience in town.

Ordered main wings, was the most disgusting wings I've tasted. Was salty and soft like it was boiled. When I complained, they apologized and said they were replacing the meal... it never arrived. My dogs enjoyed them.

They got my Big Tasty order wrong twice. I asked for a chicken Big Tasty and the bun came completely drenched in liquid from the lettuce, sauce and tomato. The burger was also falling apart slipping and sliding everywhere. Asked for an exchange and was given a beef Big Tasty instead for some strange reason. Not that it was any better because the beef patty was burnt :( So disappointing.

Ordered my food at 15:15, only received my food at 15:50... I stood in line and watched my food get cold without being able to do anything about it. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible atmosphere. The counter where people ordered is packed with people so when you try ger your food you have to tru squeeze to the front. The food / seating area is filthy with people leaving there trash at the tables, no one is cleaning up (people should throw there own trash away but anyway). The WORST part is I waited am HOUR (wish I was exaggerating ;'( - ) for two small burgers, and a sprite. I saw people who ordered after me get there food. Made an order to pay at the counter, I literally waited forever for a staff member to come to the till for me to pay, eventually one guy came through but was obviously upset that he has to work there and ignored me totally, he eventually in his language which I understand clearly told the sisters at the back that someone is waiting at the till, still nobody came to take my payment.. Quality and service has dropped since Pedro's opened up the road. Should have been the opposite given the competition. Waited 15 mins for my order at the drive thru. I will rather support Pedro's from now on. Pedro's has better quality, better price and you get your order in under 5 minutes.

Worse experience ever, I bought a simple meal that I normally enjoy at Nando’s only to get disappointed, the meat was super dry and was not fresh. The green salad the tomato was off smelling and the lettuce was brown. I had to throw away the salad it seemed as if it was prepared last week Monday.

Second terrible incident from this restaurant. I am disappointed and profusely angered by the trash I'm served. Bought 5 quarter chickens for my family and none have the sauce. It's just grilled, dry, burned chicken. We literally are choking on this food. What's annoying is that the two ladies that were serving me seemed more interested in gossip than serving people, I waited for long for this. What a waste of money and energy.

I have been buying Nandos from this outlet for many years with no complaints, but today I ordered 2x quarter chickens and sides. I was the only person that was waiting for an order but it took 25 minutes to prepare. I counted around 13 staff members that was bundled together laughting and making noice and not consentrating on the task on hand by making great food. Both the quarter chickens were so over cooked and the Spinach also didn't taste the same as always. Very disappointing in the meal.

This is absolutely shocking! I wanted NACHOS, not dry chips with a splash of salsa and a drizzle of cheese. I could've bought a pack of Doritos from Spar added cheese and put it in the oven, and it would've been better than this nonsense we received! Didn't dine in but the food was really good as a take away. It didn't get soggy or smashed as it was packed really well. It was a 30 minute wait but that's fine as the Food tasted really good. Staff were helpful and courteous as well. The place was neat and tidy too. Would recommend and would definitely go back as this is a great halaal option in the area.

After countless attempts to get the owner to contact me i have decided to publish the terrible service and safety risks I experienced from mochachos rock cottage . 1st issue - i placed an order via Uber eat and after the food was delayed for over an hour I called the store and they advised that the driver had collected my food ,the strange part came in when the app showed the driver collecting it from a different location to the store . Upon arrival I confronted the driver and he advised the restaurant gave him my order to be delivered to another client , when I called in they contacted the driver to collect my food and deliver the correct order to the first customer . They also provided the driver with a new brown bag and stapler so I wouldn't notice that my food was opened. This is where the safety risk comes in , instead of making a new order they sent him to collect my opened food from a different location and deliver it to me as nothing had happened 2nd issue- this past Friday I called in to order 2 meals for collection , upon arrival to pay I noticed I was paying for 1 meal. They then apologized and changed it to two meals , the issue comes in where the first meal came out within a minute of me being there , I say and watched as my food sat on top of the waiting rack getting cold as they waited another 25 minutes for the second order . Surely the correct form of action would have been to make 2 fresh meals ? 3rd issue , the lack of communication- is left my number on friday 13/06 for the owner to call me back so could voice my frustrations and I was advised he would call me that evening. Sunday I went to the store to get another meal and asked for them to call the owner as I was still waiting, they advised he will call me on sunday . Still I did not receive anything, I then reached out to their Facebook page and direct messaged them and I was told he will call me . It is now almost a week and still I have not received anything To say the least the customer service from this branch is appalling, and it sucks because we really enjoy their food when it's fresh

I ordered on Uber eats a special where you buy 1 and get 1 free when my delivery came I only got 1, I called the store to find out why I'm was told by Bridht buthelzi that it's not they problem by ubers and I should contact them. If I had bought directly from the store he would have helped. He gives me a number for Uber but I must just bear in mind they won't help me, How nice I ordered the same special last and got it today I'm told it's a Uber problem

It’s like the chefs don’t know how to cook. Their breakfast is always very oily, pizza dry and tasteless and their pasta always too wet, watery and tasteless. I think management needs to employ qualified chefs or take the current one for training. I love Del forno because it’s near to me and always convenient. Delivery drivers are awesome 💯, staff is also awesome, forever friendly and they get to understand what the customer wants. What made me uncomfortable was the fact that there’s always a homelessness beggar inside the store asking for money or food and they don’t smell or look hygienically clean.

We celebrate my belated brothers birthday here and the staff and new manager accommodates us like we are family. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Thank you for the great service!

I've been assisted by Mandisa 3 times and always her service is the worst service i can think of. She's always nervous or seems to be uncomfortable doing her job. You have to remind her to give you servierttes when buying cone ice cream. Even worse today, she kept on emptying the cones and had refill them. The were no servierttes adn 1 pack of fries was missing on the bag when we checked our food on our way home. She must do better.

I ordered mcdonalds via uber eats on the 19th of June and till this day I am doing a back and forth with uber eats and my bank. Mcdonalds is realy careless with orders, items are always missed by them. This is not the first time and they never refund for paid items that they left out. Nice chilled place. We discovered it some time back when a colleague invited us for a breakfast meeting. We've used it as a place to unwind from a busy day eversince. When we are looking for a private business setting and don't want too many distractions, we come to Del Forno Ruimsig. Service is good and Quality is great. Manager is always around or on call.

My first sit down meal in a restaurant since the first ‘fellow South Africans’ briefing. Lovely outside area with tables well spaced and the waiters sporting masks. I ordered a coffee with the basic breakfast and a small water bowl for my very well behaved jack russel. The coffee was great and tasty. The breakfast was a surprise. Lots of scrambled egg (my choice) and bacon with a slice of brown toast and a tomato. Jams and butter with the usual condiments were also on the table. Service was quick and efficient. There is a lot of parking and the views are not that bad. Well done to all. I will be back

Imagine placing a R500 order from McDonald's and then getting old lettuces, no other garnish, no sauce on food and then burnd patties. Absolutely disgusting service

I live 2 min from this Macdonalds. The only reason why I keep going here is because of my kids. The problems here are endless... If it's not the extra long waiting times, they don't have boxed juices for happy meals, or there are no toys, they don't have certain packaging for some items. Today the cashier at the drive thru wasn't at the window, so we couldn't pay. We waited but the window was shut closed, mind you there plenty of cars before and after us. Visiting this Macdonalds is always painful, part of the experience for kids is the happy meal packaging... That too was not available. Why do you remain open when you offer such a horrid experience?

I had a delightful experience at McDonald's! The seating area was spacious, easily accommodating more than 100 customers, and the kids' play section was a great addition. Ordering was a breeze, and I appreciated the flexibility to customize my order with a hash brown outside of the usual breakfast hours. The service was prompt, on par with other McDonald's locations. Now, onto the food: the coffee was quite good, earning a 4 out of 5 rating. The buns were top-notch, receiving a perfect 5 out of 5. The only minor drawback was the chips portion, which I would rate as a 3 out of 5. Overall, the presentation was impressive, receiving a solid 4 out of 5 rating. I did notice that the branch appeared to be understaffed, but I believe they are doing their best with the resources available. If they could add a few more staff members to handle the growing number of customers, this location could become a flagship McDonald's in the Westrand area. Love going to this branch only problem is you always have to dubble check your order as they like to forget something happend a few times before but other than that great friendly service

The play area has been non operational for the longest time and there has been no turn around time as to when this will be sorted out. It really is quite a let down for my little one as this is the highlight of her outing.

Friendly staff always smile and help, but slow service can be frustrating. Food's still tasty, though

I am highly frustrated at the moment. After a very long day at work and only getting back home after 9, all i wanted was my favorite burger from burger king. Delivery was extremely fast but when i opened my burger up the best part of it was missing, my onion rings. I went to dubble check my order on Mr. Dr to make that i chose the right burger which i did.

The service I got was very great Friendly and quick. I ordered a Texas burger very nice with a juicy bacon. The area was very clean and the atmosphere was awesome

The service I got today was very amazing I git assisted quick, I also received my food on time I ordered a big king a really nice burger, the sauce was amazing with the lettuce and the pickles made it mor delicious because if the freshness, the area was very clean, the restroom is kept clean with everything provided. It's really a nice place to enjoy your self.

It's my first time at Burger King Westgate the service I got was extremely good and very quick the area was well executed and cleaned. The double whoppers was really tasty and very fresh

Drive-thru at peak hour but the line moved quickly. Speaker was clear, staff repeated my order, and everything was correct at the window. Appreciate the sealed sauces and napkins included.

I just bought 3 different meals via drive through. The lady asked me to add wings that I have paid for and didn't add them to my package. Like really we try to support you but this is what you do to us. Like really now

The Domino's app is a fantastic way of ordering pizza, the best franchise pizza in the area by far, and the service is very good, as well.

Placed order 90 minutes ago and live 2 blocks away! Phoned- no apology- the driver has left the establishment and customer care will phone me!!!! Totally unacceptable!

Every time I take a bite into a pizza from this place, it feels like nothing I have ever tasted before. Besides the great taste and bursts of flavour, and I mean every time, which ever flavour you have, their base is perfect every time, wonderfully baked and well prepared. The staff are always friendly and always give the best service, with a smile.

The driver couldn't deliver to my door step because "he didn't have airtime to call me" I had to walk to the gate to meet him. The pizza was not nice, they over spread the tomato sauce. i couldn't even eel the taste of chicken mayo..

Pizza is always good. Its not authentic Italian but still hits the spot. Order online on the app first before standing in que in store. Its much easier

Worst pizza experience ever!!! Dry, thin base and what a sorry excuse for toppings!! Please have a look at Roman's, Debonairs, Pannaroti's, Pizza Hut & Pizza Perfect and get some tips.

The employees here used to be very friendly to me. I used to be a regular. I love the pizza here so much that I even suggested we use this store for a larger order. I wish I had never suggested it though - upon collection of the pizza, I was asked who bought the pizza for me. I was then half-heartedly offered a lone pizza (I ordered 3) after I attempted to convince them that I had in fact spent my own hard-earned money on their product. Right after I told them that I ordered three pizza's, they proceeded to give the pizza they had just offered me to someone else. Domino's pizza is amazing but go to another store if you value your dignity!

I found the service very helpful, but the pizza, not worth the money. The cheese was so thin, that by the time I had finished eating it the cold portions were tough. Left the rest. Update,7 July 2019. Domino's in the USA sent me a mail with a reference number. End of story. Will not be trying them out again.

The service is amazing! The pizza's are delicious and always good quality! The online app offers very quick service. I won't go anywhere else for pizza anymore.

Service delivery overall needs to be assessed and service needs to be provided overall from ordering over counter or over the phone to collection. Service delivery is very important and seems to lack not just here but just about everywhere....

oday I had the worst experience ever. The front counter cashier was shouting my order number while I was standing right next to her. I’m not sure if that’s how McDonald’s trains their staff, but I believe they can do better.

I ordered meals here and when I got home & checked the slip, I was charged for extra cheese, I didn’t ask for it nor was there extra cheese in the meals, what’s up with that?!! Also the fries here are always cold and soggy like they’ve been sitting out for too long

I justordered via drive through at cosmo city mcfeast spicy and a kids meal when l got home n the kids are eating i realized they gave me a mc crispy.

Very dissapointing experience on Saturday 29th June 2025. The chicken burger patty for the happy meal was off, I mean rotten. The chicken tenders were very very dry and inedible. There was no sachet tomato sauce for the three different meals and worst of all no serviettes!!!!. I Know the economy is bad but this is highly unacceptable. I won't be recommending this outlet to anyone soon. I believe there's a pack of proper management and infact there is no one who checks these orders going out from items stored in the fridge and freezers to the complete preparation and packaging of the meals

I was given ketchup instead of sweet and sour source , honestly? The drive through is basically waiting at the parking lot instead of being inside the shop. I’ve been given wrong items way too many times at this place.
