KC's Restaurant & Home is a charming dining spot in Sauraha that offers a unique and cozy atmosphere. The first floor provides comfortable seating for up to 30 people, with a mix of couches and wooden dining chairs. The walls are adorned with black and white Japanese script wallpapers and decorative hangings, adding to the restaurant's character. A cheerful bar is set up in one corner, adding to the inviting ambiance.
Probably one of the best restaurants in Sauraha. Not too fancy , good food quality, a bit expensive for Nepal but good food. We had a very good & delicious pork curry with some cheese garlic naan and a nice bottle of wine. My wife tried the Nepal thali set and she liked it too.

Good hospitality with nice place to have your meal. The rooms are very nice but little compact compared to price. The team there are very friendly and also welcoming. The service is also good.

The Jalapeno restaurant, located at Hatti chowk in Sauraha, offers a well-maintained ambience and a warm welcome from the staff. We came here for dinner and had the Mexican salad bowl and a vegetarian Dahl baht and both meals were very good. The Mexican salad felt very fresh although the dressing seemed more like an Italian dressing and didn’t fit the salad too well but the corn chips seemed to be freshly made and very tasty! The meals were cheap and the atmosphere was lovely!

Delicious fresh cooked food, full flavour. Recommend the chicken noodles, fried rice and the chilly Momo's. Large portion size.

We’ve eaten here twice now, and both times everything was perfect. The chicken tikka masala was so good that we ordered it on both occasions. The food was fresh, super delicious, and prepared with great care. I believe the restaurant is family-run. A special highlight is the tasty cappuccino with nicely frothed milk.
This restaurant is exactly at Hatti chowk in Sauraha. The ambience is well maintained with warm greeting from the staffs. Food came quite quick for the time we were seated. We ordered mix platter and everything was worth the price. Other items we ordered were steam buff momo, chicken stir fry noodles, bacon pizza and variety of drinks from lemonade to iced cappuccino. Enjoyed the food and quick turnaround time of the food being bought to the table. Overall worth it.

Amazing food, that was completely freshly cooked with love, just for us :) We went here two days in a row immediately. The place offers a huge variety of dishes from many different cultures, we had the aloo tikki, chicken tikka masala, garlic butter naan, Quesadilla and many cappuccinos! Everything was amazing and it was easily possible for them to cook it less spicy. Drinking water is safe as well!
The food is great here by standards of what you can expect in Nepal. The owner is the chef and it is clear he takes great care and pride in his work and his restaurant. The staff were also amazing. Thank you.

Art Cafe in Chitwan has been hailed as the top cafe among those reviewed. With its exceptional artwork, pleasant background music, and attentive staff, it offers a superb dining experience. The freshly prepared dishes are reasonably priced, accompanied by a delightful selection of beverages including the renowned craft Sherpa beer. The attention to detail sets this establishment apart from others, with an immaculate rest room being just one example.
We had a lovely breakfast experience at Art Cafe so we decided to come for the dinner too! Staff was kind and friendly, we exchanged small chitchat, which was lovely. We waited little longer for the food but we wanted to enjoy chill morning so we didn’t mind. Inside (working A/C) there are couple of smaller tables and one large table , great for big groups. Nice and clean washroom. Outside sitting area is very cosy. We got green lemonade and lemon ice tea (highly recommended!! 💫), espresso macchiato and ice cappuccino (Coffee was great), simple breakfast bundle, and mushroom and cheese omelette w/ potato hash browns. Potato has browns were not what we expected but very tasty! All food recommended, we were very satisfied with what we ordered. We paid 2020 npr.
For dinner we had 2 apple ciders (somersby), craft beer (need to try!), mochito (also very good), pasta, fried potatoes as a starter, and veg momo. We paid 3940 npr.

This is one of favorite cafes in Chitwan, Nepal. If you sit here and enjoy your coffee and meal;you get the added joy of seeing elephants walk by and sometimes an occasional Rhino too.
This place is cool! We went here for coffee or tea almost everyday and it was one of the best in town. They also serve Sherpa IPA and a few other beers on tap. There’s a really cool outdoor section under fairy lights and a nice vibe inside, they play great music! Wifi works well, staff were friendly and they accept credit card which is so nice.
Food quality is good!!Highly recommend the egg and cheese burger. The staff are great and friendly, you can enjoy a relaxed and chill atmosphere here. The most important is air conditioning!!!!!
Absolutely wonderful!! The staff are so friendly and kind - they gave our girls some paper and colouring pencils to create art while we waited!! The food and drinks were really tasty! We had pizza, pasta, beer and shakes and they were all perfect! Thank you
Overall, the experience was quite good. The Margerita pizza and carbonara were perfect. The seating area is also nice, considering we might be able to see elephants walking on the streets. The service was quite slow due to the fact they were short-staffed at that time, but the owner was very nice and apologized on his behalf. Recommended place, and I'll surely revisit it.
We loved the Iced Americano and Iced Cappuccino. Honey on the side was delicious. 💛 The Mushroom soup was fresh and so smooth. The French fries were crisp and hot - good for a traveler’s stomach. Be sure to get the Banana Fritters - wow! 💛💛 The atmosphere is relaxing and clean, a great place to watch elephants wander by the window.

This cozy eatery impressed with its delectable pizzas adorned generously with various toppings and boasting a mouthwatering homemade flavor. The ambiance of the place was also commendable. However, their chocolate cookies proved to be overly sweet for some palates. One disappointing aspect was the Paneer Katti roll, which lacked moistness and had limited fillings.
Shantiko Kitchen in Chitwan is an absolute gem! The food and drinks here are simply umamig—bursting with rich flavors, fresh ingredients, and a perfect balance of spices. Every dish is crafted with love and care, making each bite a delightful experience. The ambiance is warm and inviting, creating the perfect space to relax and enjoy a nourishing meal.

We went multiple times here during our stay in Chitwan. It was on the way to our hotel, and every time we had to stop for food or drinks. The host is amazing and very welcoming. Food and drinks all very good. The hygiene is amazing here with cleanest toilets we have seen here. Free water refills, also for your bottle. They support elephants welbeing as well. Many thanks for the good care!!

I came here several times during my few days in chitwan. I ordered the paneer wrap, paratha, and paneer butter masala. I enjoy the food and the laid back vibe of the upstairs. Rock music being played over the speakers was nice.
This place is phenomenal! From the decor and ambiance to the owner and staff and food, this place is 5/5! We loved our dinner so much we went back the next day for lunch, and we will be going back for dinner again! They do not take card, so bring cash!
We loved Burnie, the amazing dog, he's so sweet! There's also geckos and a cute bird that's nesting. The staff made this place feel amazing too because everyone is so sweet!
The best spot in Sauraha! Rajesh was an amazing host, the food is so tasty, I would highly recommend the paneer katti roll!
And can’t forget the ice cold beers on tap.

Went for dinner last night and loved it - the food was super fresh and we had the best veggie momos since coming to Nepal. Food was well priced and the owner (we assume) was really lovely.
We’re vegan and he checked in with our dietary requirements before making our food and seemed to really care about making sure we enjoyed our food.
We sat upstairs outside and there was mosquito repellant we could use - was a good atmosphere!

Banana lassi and hot chocolate were amazingly good but the non-veg nachos was the worst.
Once you come here to eat, you will keep coming back. Food is delicious and service nice. My favorite were spacey buffalo momo.

Was here for the second time - they should focus on the quality of food. Or else, the place is nice.
Pizza was a bit too dry, momo was ok but spicy.
Lasi was too thick we didn’t really like it. But if you miss pizza, I think this place is where you should come, just a bit more expensive than local restaurants.
Huge selection. We’d recommend the local fish and bbq pork. A little heavy on the sauces, but great clean place. This being off season, a considerable number of dessert items were not available, but the off menu honey tardan was incredible!
Had a Ceasar salad and lemonade which were average. Staff are great and prices are average for a place like this. Atmosphere is the best part and there are air conditioners for the summer heat which is a great plus.
Just tried out this place again and was sadly disappointed. Service was very slow but with the food and payment time later. Had the pork chop and it was a fail. Too much fat and way over cooked.
One of the best restaurants in Sauraha. I love the ambience and the music they play. The place is really clean, so is the bathroom. You can sit indoors or on a small balcony overlooking the sauraha road. For indoors they have AC, which is a must during summers and mind it,very few restaurants in Sauraha have AC. You can also sit on the bar. The coffee is very good, they have l!the varieties. I have no complaints about the food. I think this is the only place is Sauraha where you will get wood fired pizza and they also serve olive oil, chilli flakes and oregano. The bathroom is really clean. The staff are friendly. I don't find this place expensive in comparison to similar services in Kathmandu. Do visit!
Best multicusine Resturant in sauraha main street chitwan. This is highly recommend because they have good food with cool ac facility while your feel hot or cold. Food is really nice. Coffee and drinks also chilled. Inside premises they have mandara massage facility. Plz check my pic for your refrance before u go there. Most recommend food is american breakfast which huge enough and serve well. Enjoy.
Good food. Service was quick and the attendant was very responsive to orders. We had momo, chicken tika pizza and lazy spoon special pasta which was great . Definitely worth the price and should try their momo, thin cover with bulky meat. Will be back again

During my time volunteering at a nearby elephant sanctuary, I found myself returning almost daily to this delightful spot. The warm hospitality from the owners and staff made me feel right at home; they even let us choose our favorite tunes while we dined!
What a nice place! For breakfast, lunch and dinner. I felt very special having my birthday here. They did a great job getting the wine we like best.

first the prompt service, you will feel welcomed as soon you enter. Second, the food, we tried butter naan and chicken butter masala, so good on indian taste profile, 10/10 naan..thin&layered. butter chicken just melts in your mouth. we had grilled chicken, perfectly cooked, side with Greek Salad..good enough dressing.. and we had Sizzler..chicken quantity could have been little extra, though veggies were fine.
We had a great time eating here! Great food and great service, always with a smile.

Definitely give this place a try!! The service was great, food was great and they're the only place I've been to in Nepal or India that offers a small or large pot of tea, rather than just a single serving. They have a large variety of food and drink options, as well as hookah available.
We ordered a delivery food to our hotel after reading reviews sadly the food was not edible - chicken noodle soup came without soup and tasted bad, fries were dry ,sausages were pale plus they didn’t add ketchup which we especially asked for. Not worth 1600 rupee…
Wonderful owner/chef! Very personable and welcoming. We had drinks one night for a fun atmosphere, breakfast the next day, and dinner at night. He specializes in Dhindo - a traditional Nepali dish.
Great little local restaurant with traditional Nepali food. They also serve western food like burger and sandwich. I would recommend to try the veg momos. The prices are good as well and the owner is very friendly. Nice place to have lunch or dinner.

Best food and drinking service, have ever expected in sauraha chitwan. Specially for pizza. Thank you bay leaf restaurant for all and my guests also recommended for another time.

Below average veg pulao in which had no flavour at all. Soupy dal fry didn’t had right thickness.
They do have varieties of dishes. The waiter was humble enough when we said that we need a vegan option. He understood the word vegan. The rotis were good. The mushroom curry was very spicy as we forgot to mention that we prefer less spicy. So, it was our fault. Please, be sure to mention it as Indian dishes are spicy. Even the stuffings of aaloo paratha was spicy. They did lower the amount of spiceness on our next visit. Loved the mixed vegetables curry as well. The prices were reasonable fo the curries and the rotis. But, they charged Rs. 200 for a single paratha which is quite expensive. Need to work on the layer of paratha as it was quite thick it was a bit undercooked. Also, didn't like how they seeved the parathas(last picture). Rather than that was happy to see that they provide a vegan meal.
We ordered indian and Nepali food and for that I will give Bayleaf a solid 5.

We went there for lunch, órdenes a paneer better masala and a mushroom curry. I asked if the mushroom is from a can, which he confirmed.i bet he read my facial expression and sent his waiter to get us fresh mushrooms. The food took time to be prepared meaning the dishes are made from scratch. That was a good sign.
The taste was amazing, great balance of spices and aromas.
We went back for dinner and asked for the Veg Khana set, the fried Daal and the Daal Tadkha. Same quality and satisfaction!

On the 1th level you can sit and watch over the street. The ambiance is nice and easy. The restaurant has Indian food which is very nice. But with Indian food comes a lot of carbs but its food is delicious.
The hotel staff marketed me telling it is 3 star level hotel. I went there for new year Eve. The room was average and main problem was bathroom not repaired. Toilet flush was not working and we could not use during our stay. and I also informed but they never come to fix. They take very high price and increased price on that particular day. Room they told was delux but night light was not there and I needed to open bathroom full night for dim light. No toothbrush and no breakfast was there even if I paid 4k for just one night for very average facility and room. I don't recommend this low grade hotel. Service was also bad.
Average food. I tried chicken thakali khana set. Unfortunately there were more bones than meat in chicken curry and daal was tasteless.
The beer wasn’t cooled enough.

Absolutely amazing bar. I can't recommend it enough. When your in town to see the amazing animals in the park. Come here in the evening for great food, beer and meet fantastic people. The guys that work here are great fun and really accommodating. They will treat you like family and you will have a great night. Is it possible to give 6 stars?

I stayed in Chitwan National Park for 3 days and 4 nights. As a pancake lover, I had a delicious and inexpensive breakfast at pancake & Paw this morning. I enjoyed a fruit pancake made by "Martina" from the Netherlands, along with fresh juice and original coffee. I highly recommend it to you and will definitely go again next time I'm in town.

We came expecting good pancakes and good (dog) company, we found both in abundance. What we didn't expect was to find such warm (human) company! We had loads of fun chatting with Martina, listening to incredible stories; and MOST OF ALL - with her amazing upcycling products! We have rarely bought handicrafts that are so useful, so professional and thoughtfully designed. And she can do VEGAN/eggless pancakes!
We left knowing that we got much more in value than what we paid for!

The cheese pancake here is to die for! The salad with Martina’s special Greek sauce is also amazing, I’m sure you will crave for more. Trust me, this is the place that you would love to come back again and again :)

I stopped here on my way to Bis Hazari Lake. The little garden in the back is the perfect place to have breakfast or late lunch. You will most likely see some rescue dogs as the café supports this initiative.
The café is run my a Dutch lady. She really knows how to make pancakes! I was quite hungry so I ordered a savory and a sweet one. They can be made vegan upon request. Both were delicious but the fruit + chocolate chips was my favorite!
Do however plan to spend some time here as the pancakes are freshly made, which can take a while. If stayed in the area for longer I would definitely have breakfast at pancakes&paws again.

This is a lovely Thakali restaurant, with a very nice setting and run by the friendliest family. The food is delicious. We especially liked the khana set and the service is pretty waiter always present and very professional thank you.
We entered this restaurant assuming it was famous. But then we regret this decision. We didn't even eat here after one hour waiting because they were too slow. Our food wasn't served. They tell you to wait five minutes more n made it to one hour n eventually we left. The waiters or owners didn't not say sorry while we left.

Pizza's are made in a real pizzaoven, what really makes a difference in comparison with most pizza's you will get in Nepal. For us it was the best pizza we had in all of Nepal and we ate many.
If you like pizza.. go to Rosa. You will not be disappointed.

So much love going into the food! We tried different options (the fish curry, the fish set with beaten rice and the sticky rice) and everything was delicious. The owners are very kind and everything is cooked with care and love. The prices are very fair compared to the tourist places on the Main Street.

Great authentic Tharu food. First time trying. One of my favorite meals I had here in Nepal by far. Highly recommend trying Ghonghi (the snails). They’re eaten with a toothpick or by “slurping” the meat out of the shell. Order with chichar (sticky rice). Really glad I got to try them. I also ordered Buffalo Sukuti which is like smoked buffalo meat, super flavorful and wasn’t dry. You can eat it as a snack by itself, but I ate it with the chichar. Great prices. Everything made fresh. The masala tea was amazing! I ordered it black so that it would be dairy free.

Kinaar in Sauraha, Chitwan is an absolute gem nestled right on the banks of the East Rapti River. The vibe? Quiet, aesthetic, and deeply peaceful—with dim yellow lights and calm music that sets the tone for a slow, beautiful evening. But what really made the night unforgettable was the view across the river into Chitwan National Park.
We went for dinner and as we sat there, lights occasionally swept across the river, revealing dozens of deer resting and sleeping. Watching wildlife like that, in total calm, while having dinner with my people—it was honestly magical.
Coming to the food: (I have uploaded their whole menu — check it out!)
We ordered a LOT (we were four people) and were surprised that the total bill came to just 3000 NPR. Very affordable for the quality and portions. Here’s what we had:
Wai Wai Sadeko – spicy, crunchy, flavour-packed!
Chicken Jhol Momos – warm and comforting.
Chicken Thukpa – perfect for the cool evening.
Chicken BBQ – For my Indian palate, it was not flavourful but more on the bland side.
Fish and Chips – crispy, light batter, not greasy and chips were crunchy.
Tomato Tuna Sandwich – note: they use canned tuna, not fresh. If you’re okay with that, it’s good!
Iced Caramel Macchiato, Blueberry Boba Tea, and Virgin Mojito – all well-made and refreshing.
Unfortunately, since we went after 9:30 PM, a few items like pizzas, burgers, and pork chops weren’t available (kitchen closes around 10 PM), so I’d recommend going a bit earlier to enjoy the full menu and quicker service.
The place has multiple levels of seating:
One right by the riverbank, for a close-up view.
A few steps above that, they’ve created tiered seating.
The topmost floor is very unique—it has low head clearance (tall people, mind your heads!), but once you step into the outdoor seating area, it’s lovely and has a special charm of its own.
They also serve liquor and have one of the liveliest crowds I saw in the Sauraha locality, without feeling loud or chaotic. Kinaar really balances the vibe of a quiet lounge with being one of the most happening spots in the area.
Conclusion: Good food, serene river views, occasional glimpses of wildlife, aesthetic ambiance, affordable pricing, and thoughtful seating—definitely worth checking out if you’re in Chitwan!

The location of this restaurant is simply stunning. Set right by the river, it offers a unique atmosphere, especially at sunset, when it’s possible to see deer, crocodiles, and occasionally even rhinos. The setting alone makes it a very special place to spend time.

I arrived after a long bus journey and this was the first cafe that accepted card en-route from the bus station. Vegetable chow mein was 280, vegetable Thuppa 320 and a single Americano 170. Note, however, that the map location is on the wrong side of the street.

The food here is very good. Slightly pricey but if you're in a big group and order the hot pot then it won't get too expensive. Expect to pay around 600-1000 per person in smaller groups. The staff here are very friendly and professional and the place is very clean. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for something different in Sauraha.

One of the only legit Chinese restaurants in Sauraha. Great Hot pot specially for a cooler winter day. Little on the expensive side and little longer wait time because of covid staff shortages, but worth the wait.

Base soup was way too spicy and ruined the whole food. There is a reason why you serve chilis separate, so that the customer can control the spiciness himself! Chili is a spice, not a food ingredient!

A beautiful and peaceful small resort with lovely people. Slightly remote (15 min walk) from the touristy village, quite with great view in nature, even with elephants crossing. Closed by to Chitwan National Park.
Great food (organic) spacious and nice rooms. Tour guide Deniz answers passionately every question about culture and nature. Various nice activities are offered.
Owner cares for nature / elephant rescue ramped up, local community and his staff.
Highly recommend it!

My stay at Sapana Village Lodge was nothing short of incredible. The rooms were beautifully spacious, with the comfort of hot showers and air-conditioning after long days exploring Chitwan.
What truly made this place special, though, was the heart behind it. The staff and hosts welcomed me like family, kind, attentive and always going above and beyond. A huge thank you to guides Sahil and Dinesh for sharing your deep knowledge of the jungle, the wildlife, and the local way of life. I left with a full heart and a mind buzzing with everything I learned.
Sapana isn’t just a lodge, it’s a community first experience that I’ll never forget.
The hospitality was amazing. Staff were kind and helpful. The food was fresh, tasty, and well served. The restaurant has a peaceful vibe with nice views. A lovely place to relax and enjoy.
Great Place to explore Chitwan,
really enjoyed my time at the lodge and the staff is friendly, caring and the manager was really invested in helping us wherever he could. The tours and guides you can book trough them are highly recommendable.
The whole project is rooted in the region, has an enormous beneficial impact trough their multiple NGO projects and a great philosophy towards hospitality, wildlife and impactful business.

Despite Nepal’s monsoon season and the fact that we were one of the only guests at the time, we had a great stay at Sapana Lodge. We had the impression that staff is well organized and there was nothing we had to worry about.
Special thanks to Dinesh, our safari guide, who showed us around the national park with his great experience of Chitwan’s local flora & fauna.
I was drawn to Sapana Village because of the ethical treatment of elephants, and they did not disappoint! They do not allow tourist riding and do not chain the female elephants and allow them to roam freely. They have 24/7 caretakers each specific to each elephant. I did the Love the Giants elephant program and I have nothing but amazing things to say. All the staff were incredible and went out of their way to help me (even at the very last minute) make the most of my (short) time in Chitwan. The elephant program with Dinesh Giri was absolutely incredible. He was very knowledgeable and clearly cared about the animals and environments. I learned so much and had an amazing time getting up close and personal with the elephants while remaining respectful. I sadly didn’t have time to stay in the lodge, but I cannot wait to come back and bring my family and actually stay in the lodge! The staff still treated me as if I were a guest. What I did see of the lodge (restaurant, bathrooms and reception), it’s very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Food was excellent. Cannot recommend enough!
Had a wonderful stay at sapana resort during our visit to Chitwan. The lodge gives you a perfect experience of sublimity with nature. The resort is very well maintained and the blend of rustic arrangement with the modern amenities makes it a perfect place to unwind for your holidays. The staff is well mannered and always eager to help. They also have a good kitchen which serves you with some sumptuous meals - must try is the pizza here. The resort also arranged for half day and full day safaries for us. The guide Dinesh Giri was very knowledgeable and tirelessly explained to us every flora we explored and every fauna we spotted. When you visit this place your trip will remain incomplete without a guided tour by Mr. Giri.

Delightful Nepalese Cuisine at Mustang Thakali Restaurant & Bar.
Last evening, I had the pleasure of dining at Mustang Thakali Restaurant & Bar. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with traditional Nepalese decor that set the stage for an authentic dining experience.
The menu was a vibrant tapestry of flavors, each dish telling its own story of Nepalese culture. The Thukpa, a hearty noodle soup, was a bowl of warmth and comfort, ideal for the chilly evenings of Chitwan. It was rich with vegetables and tender pieces of chicken, the broth seasoned with just the right amount of spices to enhance but not overpower the natural flavors.
Service was impeccable, with staff who were not only attentive but also friendly. It was clear that they took pride in their cuisine and were passionate about providing a memorable dining experience.

We entered this restaurant assuming it was famous. But then we regret this decision. We didn't even eat here after one hour waiting because they were too slow. Our food wasn't served. They tell you to wait five minutes more n made it to one hour n eventually we left. The waiters or owners didn't not say sorry while we left.
This is a lovely Thakali restaurant, with a very nice setting and run by the friendliest family. The food is delicious. We especially liked the khana set and the service is pretty waiter always present and very professional thank you.

My visit to this thakali was an exercise in patience and disappointment. The service crawled at a pace that could only be described as glacial, leaving me wondering if I had unwittingly checked into a time capsule set on slow-motion. The staff, with their unfriendly demeanor, seemed to have attended a masterclass in making guests feel unwelcome.
To add insult to injury, the prices were as inflated as my frustration. I felt like I was paying a premium for the privilege of waiting endlessly and being met with disdain. It's astonishing how this establishment manages to charge exorbitant rates for an experience that left me questioning the very concept of value for money. Save your hard-earned cash and sanity by opting for accommodations where your time and budget are respected.

Probably the best food we had in Chitwan area and definitely the best portion sizes. A lot of other places serve small curries or rice but the sizes here are great. We get a lot of vegetarian curries in Nepal but this was the best veg curry we had! You also need to try their paratha, the sauce that comes with it is so tasty! Plenty of vegetarian options for us. The staff are so kind and friendly, good wifi and great prices! Highly recommended when you’re in Chitwan!

We were in Sauraha for 3 days and this was the best place we found. There is great food all around town but the value, portion size and quality of the food at gypsy cafe was so good we went back multiple times. Also the service was lovely every time!
The location is perfect, it is a local restaurant, very good prices and very good food. The staff's attention was incredible. I recommend coming to this restaurant for a drink after a good Safari.

Almost daily we came to this place, owners are an amazing family, the food is very delicious with good portions and the value for money is the best we could find in Chitwan.

Came here everyday whilst in Chitwan. Lovely owners, cheapest (real) coffee around and food was really good value for money and tasty. We couldn’t understand how it was always so empty… An undervalued gem!
We ate here almost everyday. The family that runs the restaurant is so kind and helpful.
We had every morning the simple breakfast, with the eggs of our choice. The quality of the ingredients is amazing, they seem organic.
One day they even offer us tea and were always really happy to see us.
In terms of price and quantity is the best we have seen in Chitwan. We stick with them until the end✨
We also tried for lunch/dinner the Chowmein and Chicken Khana set (is kind of a Thali) both were reeeally good. The flavours are so rich and home-made like.

Worst THAKALI set I've ever had.
You don't need a thief to get robbed!!!
RICE was served cold.
DAL was diluted and felt like they served with the leftovers.
VEG CURRY was disgusting.
What else, the CHICKEN curry was all but with chicken pieces.
I PAID Rs.2800 for nothing which I would say BLACK MARKETING.
I would also recommend the authority to be vigilant and keep an eye on such a non confirmative service!!!!
DO NOT GET ATTRACTED BY THE MUSIC OR LOCATION. Don't expect to be served, staff does not listen. Don't ask them to sit outside when available, they will not prioritise you but make the new guest coming sit outside. The order will not get completed. Staff forgets to complete your order. Short staffed. Also they do forget to bring cutlery along. Do ask them for it if you opt to eat here.
Late service. Tried pizza and was totally disappointed. BBQ items were okay. Giving two stars just because of the live music which was lit.
Average food and service is very slow. The restaurant has good ambiance and good view of street.

The food was low quality for that price. They tried to cheat on the Thali set by adding cornflour to our dal. The vegetables were probably a few days old. The waiting time was long. One star is also too much for the service they waiter boys who just answered casually that they just serve what the cook cooks and assumed they had no responsibility towards the quality.
I came here to have lunch. I wanted a small pot of coffee, which wasn’t on the menu. The guy’s English wasn’t great but he was very keen and kind. By translate we managed to arrange my coffee :)
The food was just amazing! I hade the best aloo paratha and a very tasteful paneer butter masala. Loved it! Would very much recommend this place.

We had 5 thrilling hours of fun at Honey Bee whilst in Chitwan. Tbf, someone in our group chose for us all to go to this town because of this restaurant with such glowing reviews. Well, it was the most entertaining evening we had in Nepal. So many laughs, so many banana milkshakes and a plant in front of my face for the photos. We hadn't realised the time, and as we left the restaurant, I was hungry again. It was so fun to interact with the children in the restaurant too, perhaps part of a family. And the music was pumping, so we all did shots of Raksi to forget our worries (and hunger) in life. Keep up the interesting work.

Location: Restaurant is situated on the world famous Chitwan strip where you can witness Rhinos walking down the road whilst you enjoy your banana lassi.
Decor: Honey Bee is covered in Neon lights which makes it an attractive proposition.
Atmosphere: Music choice was top tier and we could hear the waiters clearly over the double bass from red hot chilli peppers.
Service: if you have a spare 6 hours to eat then this is your place.
Food: probably the best I’ve had since being in Chitwan.

Extremely tasty homemade traditional Tharu dishes!! We visited this restaurant as part of our United Jungle Guides Services and it was a total jackpot. While unassuming from the outside, the hospitality and quality of service is truly on another level. The family that owns the restaurant is most happy to share insights into Tharu kitchen, explaining the differences in its preparation compared to usual Nepalese dishes. It was so interesting to know how everything is prepared by hand and what it takes to put together the delicious food! Great spot for dinner after Safari in Chitwan!!

Such an amazing place. The food is so fresh and tastes great. The owner is one of the most caring Nepalis I have ever met. Even with my allergy (Gluten Intolerance) he went to buy corn flower to make special Pakoda.
