Hands down the best night out you'll have in this berg. Food great, staff exceptional. Best césar salad, the best veal chop. Spumoni to die for. Everything you want in a restaurant; charm, excitement & totally satiated 5 senses.

Connie and Ted's is simply marvelous! I love everything about this place. The food. Service. Ambiance. Design. It really makes you feel like you're in New England with a touch of the West Coast! We had reservations for Mother's Day and arrived about 15 minutes before our time but we were seated right away. We started with the halibut crudo. WOW. The fish was cut perfectly and the plate was beautifully decorated. And the quality of the fish was amazing. So soft that it literally pulled apart with the gentle tug of the fork. The fish was soft, light, and the pickles and citrus notes on top made the perfect pairing. Now for the main dishes. The fish sandwich was simple yet perfectly executed. The brioche was light and fluffy. The coleslaw was crunchy. And that fish was so perfectly fried, the batter was light yet so crunchy and stayed crunchy while eating the entire sandwich. Fries were fried to perfection, crispy, crunchy, lightly salted, and tasted just like fries should! The shrimp chilaquiles are seriously some of the best you'll have in LA. Those chips stayed crunchy the entire time we ate through this dish! And the sauce had a robust, spicy, savory kick. It was cheesy and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. And those gorgeous yolked eggs on top were the perfect kiss. Now the Lobster Croque Connie. Oh my. It might be easy to think "let's just throw some lobster into a croque monsieur" oh no no . . . we gotta make it Connie and Ted style! The toast was light but so crispy and held it's shape to soak up all the sauce. The lobster I think was just ever so slightly overcooked, like 30 seconds, but it did not ruin the dish at all. It was still soft and so sweet. Gruyere cheese for the perfect richness and that figaro sauce - basically a tomato hollandaise - was nuts. Not only did I run my croque through it with every bite, I used the french fries from the fish sandwich to dip it in the sauce too! The best part - desserts! The key lime pie was ON POINT. The crust was dense, rich, toasty, and oh so good. The key lime filling had pieces of lime - outstanding - it was smooth, tart, creamy, delicious. And that merengue - you know they toasted it to order because it was still warm when it arrived! I love that! Light, sweet, airy, amazing. And that newly made special Orange Creamsicle Ice cream? Wow. Creamy rich ice cream, decadent caramel, tart orange and kumquats, and candied walnuts. The best sundae ever. I definitely need to come back asap.

Hip spot with good food and all the vibes 🍝 Make a reservation or grab a spot at the bar and wait with a nice drink. We walked in and didn’t wait long but we came early in the evening! Thin crust pizza was amazing, the pasta sauce was perfect and their bread with marinara sauce is super unique and flavorful. The deco and ambience is perfect for friends or a date!

As a vegan restaurant, this is one of the finest in the area within a 10-mile radius. The food was flavorful and well-prepared, though I would love to see more potato-based dishes on the menu. The entire team was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place!

Effortlessly cool and absolutely delicious. Saltie Girl nails it on every front — the menu is inventive, the flavors are bold but balanced, and the energy in the room is spot on. From the crudos to the lobster rolls, every dish lands. Add to that a sharp, friendly service and you’ve got one of LA’s most satisfying seafood spots.

I finally got myself to Irv’s to try their classic burger. It was top notch, as were their fries. It seems like this location is mainly a takeaway spot, but there is some limited seating inside and just outside. I was lucky to find a table inside to enjoy my lunch. They also have sandwiches, hot dogs, plenty of add-ons, and more sides than just regular fries. They make it far too easy for repeat visits. 😉🍔

Another great restaurant, tucked into The Edition hotel in West Hollywood, but with a few unique quirks. Valet parking with validation from the restaurant is $22 for three hours. The vibe is modern, chill, ultra-lounge, date night or dinner with friends, and with an abundance of plants and trees. The menu is American with some steakhouse influences. The staff were among the best I’ve had at any upscale restaurant in LA. The food was delicious, although we didn’t find any of the 4 desserts that exciting. When the check comes, it already includes an 18.5% gratuity, and it was clearly circled on the bill. Overall a great date night experience. However, I wouldn’t bring kids here - it’s neither the right vibe nor the right menu for kids.

SUR is a unique experience with a great staff. Also fun to eat on the set of Vanderpump rules. The drinks were good, the chicken was tender and delicious, but the pork was a bit tough and fatty. It's worth it just for the atmosphere.

You know those super trendy places with a strong name where you walk in expecting a beautiful atmosphere but not necessarily amazing food? Well… Catch completely surprised me. Every single dish was on point: 🥩 The steak — perfectly seared, juicy, and flavorful. 🍝 The pasta — creamy, balanced, and rich. 🍣 The rolls — delicate and fresh. 🍧 And the dessert? An absolute visual and flavorful showstopper. On top of that, the ambiance was sexy and sophisticated with its candlelit glow, and the service was attentive and smooth. One of those rare places where the hype actually delivers. Definitely a place to return — for both the experience and the flavors.

The food was really delicious I like the starter vegetable platter. The vegetables were so tasty and so fresh I could definitely tell it was farmed. I have the sea bass it was really delicious probably the best sea bass I've ever had. My friend had the skirt steak and she loved it. The dessert was pretty good too The apple tart the middle was the best part.

Staying in West Hollywood for work and not crazy about the area or well versed. Saw this mentioned in the Infatuation and was truly impressed. Totally unassuming spot but delicious really high quality fish. The yellowtail jalapeño yum! Definitely expensive but worth it.

I’ve been coming here with my whole family for my entire life (several decades), and the sweet waiter/host always remembers us 🥹 We love popping in for some dumplings, herring with dill potatoes (my favorite appetizer), borscht, darnitsky salad, chicken tabaka, and various skewers. Their infused vodkas are great, and their compote (cold stewed fruit beverage) is amazing and tastes just like my grandma’s. The atmosphere is relaxed and breezy, and we’ll be coming here forever. I recommend Traktir to all my friends, so definitely come here if you can! I also love stopping at the deli next door to bring home some yummy salads, premade entrees, and cakes!!

Oh man everything about our meal at Ladyhawk was amazing. Our server Janet was wonderful, knowledgeable, and attentive and the food was delicious. My personal fave were the carrots and octopus, and my husband’s favorite was the wagyu picahna.

Night Market Weho was a culinary highlight of our trip! The Pad Thai was the best food we had during our visit to West Hollywood - truly delicious. The interior, however, could use some attention. While the market-style concept is clear, the execution feels a bit off, particularly with numerous crooked pictures on the walls. Service was interesting – ordering was very quick, but we weren't checked on frequently after that. Overall, come for the fantastic food, but don't expect a flawless ambiance

Tried the elote special and was great! Perfect flavors and well balanced. crust was perfect too! Only downside is there was no AC inside on a warm day

We really enjoy Cecconi’s. It’s perfect for a vibey brunch with friends, but equally great as a staple elegant dinner. They never disappoint! The atmosphere is effortlessly chic with an inviting indoor/outdoor setup that makes every visit feel special. The food is always incredible. Most recently we ordered the zucchini fritti, fusilli with pesto, blueberry ricotta hotcakes, bagel with smoked salmon, cavatelli lamb ragout, and the spicy salami mushroom pizza — and everything was spot on. The flavors are bold and fresh, and the portions are just right for sharing. The cocktails are just as impressive — the Hugo Spritz is light and refreshing, while the lychee martini is smooth and dangerously good. Definitely worth checking out and you might even spot a celebrity if you keep your eyes peeled.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable night out in LA, Craig’s in Beverly Hills absolutely delivers. This place has everything—from the moment you walk up to the entrance, it feels like a scene out of a movie. Paparazzi were literally camped outside when we arrived, which set the tone for the ultra-trendy, celebrity-studded vibe inside. The interior is stylish, energetic, and buzzing with a cool crowd. Yes, it’s a bit loud, but in the best way possible—it just adds to the fun, lively atmosphere. Now, let’s talk about the food. The menu is stacked with standout options, but the rigatoni? Hands down, the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked pasta, rich flavor, and a portion that hits the spot. Even the bread basket deserves a shoutout—warm, fresh, and seriously addictive. Service was top-notch too. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs without being overbearing. It’s the kind of place where every detail feels dialed in. Craig’s isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. Worth every penny, every bite, and every camera flash outside. Can’t wait to go back!

Been waiting for a while now to go to Norah, and since the covid restrictions were lifted recently I jumped at the opportunity. We were a bit late to a 8pm reservation but it was okay. The staff were very friendly and asked us what we wanted to drink while we wait for our table: it was very busy for a Friday evening but that’s also probably because restrictions were just lifted. The cocktails were delicious. I tried the passion fruit margarita and the kiwi sour. Both typical cocktails with a nice twist. The food was also very good. You’re meant to share the plates. We got the cornbread which is a must! Make sure to put some of the butter on top. We also got the gnocchi and a pizza. It’s also a really nice atmosphere outside at the back. Make sure to be seated there if you can. Be prepared to pay around $80 per person. Will definitely be adding this to my favorites in West Hollywood!

Authentic Thai eats including fresh pad Thai that was cooked over a wok with delicious flavors! We loved the matcha latte and bear coffee latte! We also had the best mango sticky rice today at Otus! Customer service was beyond amazing and we appreciated the staff providing excellent recommendations for us. Calming shop atmosphere in West Hollywood with a variety of of brunch options.

Pura Vita delivers an extraordinary dining experience with some of the finest vegan Italian cuisine I’ve ever enjoyed. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted, flavorful, and beautifully presented—proof that plant-based dining can be just as indulgent and authentic. Dining here set the bar so high, I only wish Dallas–Fort Worth had a restaurant of this caliber. If you’re looking for amazing plant-based Italian, this spot is a must! They also have nuts free options in their menu. Truly outstanding.

Reserved a Christmas Eve omakase at Sushi Ginza Onodera with my family and really enjoyed the experience. It is pricey, as it’s $425/pp plus 20% service charge (but no tios accepted). We had Chef Yohei Matsuki serving up our courses and it was a treat to watch him work. Note that you pay in advance when you make the booking online, but at the restaurant, you need to pay for the water ($10 per bottle of still Saratoga water) and drinks. Tea is refillable and is $5. We received so many courses and left feeling full. This is what we ate: - Japanese poke fish - a strong start. I added all the wasabi which may have been a mistake since it made me sneezy but the fish texture was very nice. - Japanese octopus - this had a nice yuzu wasabi to add. The meat was tender and warm. - Steamed egg chawanmushi with caviar and uni - Japanese bonito with homemade garlic sauce - this was my favorite piece. I really enjoyed the garlicky sauce. - Hokkaido herring with crab - the fish eggs popped as you bit into a mixture of crab and fish; my dad liked this one a lot. - Japanese ponzu tiger fish (note that you’re not supposed to eat the kombu) - this was warm and brothy with a bright flavor - Sea bream nigiri - this had a spritz of yuzu and a more firm texture. - Hokkaido fish (didn’t catch the name) marinated in soy sauce - very soft and yummy. - Japanese pike soup - this had some corn embedded and a bright plop of citrus flavor - Japanese mackerel nigiri - this comes from a city in Japan called Oita that is famous for its mackarel, as the mackarel mist swim against the currents and are very strong. - There was an option for add-ons ($50 each) of either abalone from the Chiba prefecture or a toro hand roll with caviar. - Japanese carafish nigiri - another firm piece of fish - Uni roll - this was delicious; Chef individually filled each seaweed roll meticulously - Tiger prawn nigiri - cut into halves, the chef showed us the prawns prior to preparing them. These were very fresh and from Japan as well. - Miso soup - umami broth with green onion - Japanese 9 day dry aged fish (missed this name too) nigiri - extremely tender with just the right amount of soy sauce - Bluefin tuna nigiri - this is a nice hefty portion; he zested you y onto the fish and it was lovely - 9 day aged toro nigiri - this came with a certificate; the tuna caught was 450 lbs caught in Hokkaido this was deliciously fatty and rich. - They gave us hojicha tea as a palate cleanser - Ocean perch nigiri from Japan; it was a lightly salted taste that was hearty - Unagi Nigiri with unagi sauce - the fish was super soft and was a great way to end the savory meal. The meat just melted in my mouth. - For dessert, we had a matcha custard with a gold-flecked azuki bean. It was delicious smooth and not too sweet. The matcha was delicate and well balanced.

If you love genuine vintage LA culture and perfect hot dogs and burgers, this is your place. The fact Jim Morrison sang in the bathroom is just an extra. And don't let the hot dog fool you, they also have the best burgers around, thanks to that crispy cheese.

I’ve been dreaming of these since I first got them a few months ago, and today I was back in town and B-lined it over here. The OG griddle cakes make me cry they are so good. The eggs and arugula are fresh, simply prepared, and delicious. I want the cooks here to have everything good in life.

Everything about Somni is impeccable. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you are fully immersed in a complete, truly one of a kind dining experience. The attention to detail is exemplary - everything from the plates, to the spoons to the food of course is truly a work of art.

Pink’s Hot Dogs lives up to the hype. The hot dogs are flavorful, creative, and cooked just right. I tried the chili dog and the bacon burrito dog—both were packed with toppings and tasted great. The line was long, but it moved steadily, and the staff handled everything efficiently. Prices are fair considering the portion size and the location. It’s a classic LA experience with a fun, casual vibe. Whether you’re a local or visiting, Pink’s is worth the stop. I’ll definitely be coming back. Also don’t go for the classic, go big.

This place came highly recommended on our trip to LA. We had the fish of the day dish and it was delicious. It was like a chicken picata but with fish and mashed potatoes instead of pasta. The sea bass was cooked perfectly and the potatoes were lovely. The sautéed greens had good flavor but we would have preferred a vegetable with more bite like an asparagus to balance out the soft fish and potatoes. The empanadas were really good. Very flaky pastry and the fillings were good. The sauce was interesting. We weren't a fan of the cheese breads. They were very dense and I wasn't keen on the kind of cheese they used. The red velvet cake and caramel fudge cheesecake should not be missed. They were exceptional. I was not a fan of the passionfruit margarita. Service was friendly but we noticed that our server was nowhere to be found for most of our visit. It took us awhile to get the check. Overall it was a good experience and we would definitely visit again.

So unique, so amazing! I came to Joan’s for lunch, after hearing great things about their new burgers. After looking through their sit down menu, we tried out their lunch selection, which was delicious. My chili dog was much larger than expected, and was an amazing blend of rich brioche bread, tender sausage, and savory chili. As for the burger, the beef was great quality! Their pickles are made in-house, as well as their house sauce, which was evident in their fresh, unique taste. However, if there is one thing you order, try the delicious onion strings. They are so crispy, perfectly battered, and sweetly onion flavored. Definitely a slept on treat. I was highly impressed by the sheer variety of items available at this location. From grab-and-go deli items, to wines, to desserts and sweets, to restaurant-style hot meals, there is something for everyone! Joan, the owner, is incredibly friendly. She talked to us about the menu, and even recommended some of her favorites. It’s truly refreshing to see a business owner so invested in their product. In fact, the entire staff was outstandingly kind, especially the kitchen crew, which deserves all the recognition! Highly recommend! 😼

We are not vegan, but we really enjoyed the food here. The spicy rigatoni with chicken parm was excellent—full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The calamari was also very good, crispy and tasty. The atmosphere was great and very welcoming. The service was also very good; the staff was friendly and quick. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty and enjoyable meal.

Went to Koi for my husbands birthday, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we were welcomed to the moment we left, the service was exceptional. The menu has something for everyone, including a whole separate vegan menu (which we appreciated). The cocktails were tasty. Our group got a range dishes, including a vegan dragon roll, vegan steak, yellowtail roll, lobster tacos and shishito peppers - all incredible! We were stuffed but had to get a birthday dessert, so we went for the vegan sundae which was presented beautifully and delicious. Lastly, the ambiance was nice - not too loud, spacious tables, chill atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back here!

We had such a great time here—it was absolutely worth the wait! Even though it’s right in the heart of West Hollywood, the vibe was relaxed and inviting. Our waitress was wonderful—super kind and helpful with recommendations. The food was incredible. We tried the vegan burrito, beef and breakfast empanadas, plus the truffle chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious! The chicken sandwich was especially flavorful, but definitely on the spicy side—so keep that in mind if heat isn’t your thing. We came right at lunchtime on a Saturday, so there was a wait, but it was completely worth it. Highly recommend!

One of the best Italian restaurants!! Located in the heart of West Hollywood on famous Fairfax Ave. So much amazing food here. All their pastas are bomb! The spicy fusilli is my go to! Love their caesar salad, mozzarella sticks, and pizzas. Don’t forget their homemade soft served ice cream too!! Dan is running the place to perfection. Super friendly staff all around. Definitely check out this spot next time you’re in LA!

WOW! This has to be my best stay at La Boheme this far. I’ve been to this restaurant a few times, but Stefan’s service MADE this experience for us. He was so attentive, helped us order, and made sure everything was PERFECT for our birthday celebration. I really appreciate his attention to detail to making today special. THANK YOU STEFAN!!

Milk Bar’s ice cream is amazing! The soft serve with corn flakes and sprinkles is super fun and tasty. Crunchy, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. It’s a little pricey for the size, but totally worth it as a treat once in a while. Definitely a must-try if you’re looking for something different and delicious!

More than a marvelous time, the world inside the Jar dining room has a different kind of energy to other LA establishments. The food is beyond perfect, in all honesty, and the atmosphere is always relaxed and never pretentious. For the flâneur in all of us.

My experience here was great. Modern Peruvian food with soothing ambience. The noise level was a little high. Besides, I loved all. Food was so delicious, and light. I like my seating area so I got the best angle to get my videos done.

Best Thai Food in LA! Galanga is hands down the best Thai restaurant I’ve been to in LA since I moved here a year ago. The food is absolutely delicious, the service is incredible, and the prices are more than fair. One of the things I love the most is that we can bring a bottle of wine or Prosecco, and they provide glasses and everything we need without any extra charge. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Thai cuisine with great hospitality!

The staff are always friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. Every time we visit L.A., this is a must-stop spot for our kids. We’re big fans of sushi and have tried omakase in many countries, but this place keeps coming back to mind. While the setting and atmosphere might not be the most fancy, the taste alone is enough to bring us back. In fact, sometimes the small and humble vibe feels even more comfortable, which is why it works so well for our family. I have a feeling we’ll keep coming back every time we’re in L.A!

I had an incredible birthday dinner at Merois at the Pendry Hotel. The rooftop location and stunning views create a beautiful, cozy ambiance, perfect for a romantic night or celebration. The ceviche was mouthwatering, the sashimi was delicious, and while we had to pass on the lobster due to the unexpected curry, the ube cheesecake was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had! What truly stood out was the exceptional service—our waitress was attentive, funny, and made our experience even more enjoyable. Can’t wait to return!

Overall, the food at Sushi Fumi in Beverly Grove is 9.5/10. There is a wait to be seated, but it’s worth it. Maybe just don’t arrive starving like we did! RESERVATIONS: They do not take reservations in advance, we tried calling many times and the phone didn’t go through, so if you want to go here for sushi - plan to wait between 30 minutes to an hour. WAITLIST: When you arrive, you sign in with your name, party size, and phone number on a paper sign up sheet out front on a podium. While many people were standing around, you can go sit and wait in your car, as they’ll call/text you when your table is ready. Note, you need to have your full party there to be seated, and they are strict on this. For a party of 2 on a Tuesday we had around a ~40 minute wait; we arrived at 7:58pm and were seated at 8:39pm, but at least they do have good heaters out front. Once we were seated, we felt like we recognized half of the restaurant from our time standing outside together. PARKING: There’s metered street parking, and make sure to read the signs! DRINKS: For cold sake, they sell bottles in 2 sizes, and as we were looking for something fruity & smooth, we went with the Dasani 45, which is $25 for the smaller bottle (300ML) and that was plenty for 2 people to share. RECOMMENDED ORDER FOR FOODIES: For a starter salad, the Tomato Avocado Salad ($10) is a must-order. We really like the Apple Dressing on it, it’s perfectly balanced and very refreshing with perfect avocado and cherry tomatoes, and we enjoyed the fresh micro-greens (even basil?) on top. For a shared vegetable, for $10 you get a large portion of Grilled Eggplant with Sweet Miso in a sweet sauce. For soup, this was my first time trying Miso Soup with Clam ($7/bowl), and I thought they did a great job! The texture of the clams was perfect for the soup, and they were easy to remove from the shells. For regular sushi, my favorite was the absolutely delicious Golden Eye Pink Snapper with Yuzu ($15) from their white board menu. A delicious sushi from Fumi’s Special Sushi list was the Toro with thinly sliced mild Jalapeño, topped with a small piece of Cilantro, and Truffle Ponzu Sauce, market price; you can also order this as sashimi if you prefer. For seared sushi, our top favorite was the Seared Toro with Yuzu Sushi ($18) from their white board menu - it looks bumpy and tastes excellent; it was so good that we ordered this twice! The Seared Yellowtail Belly Sushi ($10) was also very delicious and is another must-order; ours came with a small amount of sauce and yuzu pepper, served on the same plate with the snapper. For sashimi, I strongly preferred the very brightly colored King Salmon Sashimi ($18 for 4 pieces) over the regular deep red Blue Fin Tuna Sashimi ($22 for 4 pieces). The Blue Fin Tuna was a little fishier tasting then I was expecting. For hand rolls, I always love a Blue Crab Hand Roll ($10), and for this one I recommend adding a small amount of wasabi for extra flavor, without overpowering the crab. For a hot dish entree, I recommend the Miso Marinated Black Cod ($24); it was a good portion size and was served with shishito peppers and eggplant, and the sauce had a perfectly sweet-savory while the fish was buttery and melted in your mouth. The Uni sushi was brightly colored Hokkaido bafun uni & delicious for Uni fans, also market price.

Tu Madre’s happy hour is seriously one of the best deals around! $10 margaritas? Yes, please. The chips and salsa are super fresh, the potato taquitos are next level, and the street tacos are the perfect size—and at around $1.50 each, how can you not?! Everything is flavorful, satisfying, and such a steal. Great vibes, great food, and an unbeatable happy hour. Run, don’t walk!

We had a lovely dinner on Friday night. The fried olives, tasty gnocchi, and indulgent ice cream sundae were exceptional, and the restaurants thoughtful gesture of honoring two burger requests during a difficult time during LA fires added a very personal touch. I saw online that first responders and anyone displaced by the recent wildfires are welcome to a free burger or vegetarian French dip on the house—just stop by the restaurant and ask. My friend, her son, and dog were displaced and crashed at our apartment. While her son was out with my husband I took my friend and teenage daughter to Coucou. Our server’s attentiveness and empathy truly elevated the evening, making it a meal to remember. Merci beaucoup!

I got the fancy prince and we got it warmed up. It tastes absolutely divine. Highly recommend this place for pizza. It’s $6.50 a slice. But the slices are huge.
