I went here with a gift card from a guy I used to know. I flew across the USA and I went here for closure. I so badly wanted to hate this place and I didn’t. I loved it. My friend loved it. The drinks were delicious. The inside was tastefully decorated and quiet enough to have a convo. The food was delicious. Order the fried chicken and the elk meatloaf. Even if you hate meatloaf like me - it’s delicious. The calamari as an app was great. The place was lovely and the service was prompt and friendly. Then go across the street and listen to banjos.

After a slow start with getting our drinks and App, then having to speak with the manager things flowed much smoothly afterwards. The food had such good flavor, 2 of the dishes had some short comings but the manager helped fix things. Our drinks were solid as well. The manager was very helpful and is definitely the reason we would come back when we are in the area again. They also sent over a free dessert to help celebrate our engagement. It was very sweet of them. They have an area for you to enjoy music and other rooms in case you want a quiet night.

Wow, my husband and I just ate here and had the best experience! Not only was our waitress so kind and recommended us some excellent meals, but she treated us to a complimentary dessert. It was beyond our expectations. Delicious cocktails as well!

Very lively restaurant bar. More bar ambiance than restaurant. Our waitress was excellent. We had the calamari, Brussel sprouts, NY Strip Steak and shrimp and grits. Steak portion was huge but a bit overcooked. Calamari over cooked and pieces served tiny. Grits and shrimp was good. Wine pour nice.

Food and service were top notch. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer and it was not our favorite. Shrimp and grits were amazing, a little spicy if you don’t like spice, perfect heat of you can handle jalapeño heat. The elk meat loaf was great and plentiful, not too gamey.

We were here 5 years ago, had a great meal then wanted to come back. Started out with the waitress doing an amazing job. Had the biscuits, they were amazing! We ordered the house salad, looked great, but then I took a bite! Tasted like vinegar had way to much. Could not eat but a few bites before I was overwhelmed with the vinegar. Also, ordered the Chicken sliders again looked great, should of said very spicy on the menu because the were to spicy eat. You may say I can't handle spicy foods but I usually have 4 of 5 spicy level. So it was just not enjoyable dinner.

Food was surprisingly delicious. We got the elk meatloaf, shrimp and grits, house made biscuits and for dessert, banana cream pudding. Everything was great and tasted fresh and flavorful! I also love seeing a dessert that’s not caramel or chocolate on the menu.

Wonderful food!! We sat at the chefs counter, 2 of us, and shared plates. I didn’t get pix of everything we ate sadly, but every teas on point. We had oysters, hamachi, trio salato pizza, short ribs and a Caesar salad.. sounds like a lot but it was perfect for the 2 of us to share. Drinks were also a highlight!!

Latitude 48 is an absolute gem! The food was absolutely delicious , every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The service was just as impressive; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel effortless and welcoming. It’s the perfect spot for a memorable meal, and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!

I was visiting family in Whitefish and got a suggestion to check this place out. Fantastic! Super attentive staff and great food! Had the mushroom pizza with a egg and it hit the spot. Cool DJ downstairs was playing nice remixes and everyone enjoying a Friday night in Whitefish. So much fun very nice spot. top notch service! Thanks! I WILL BE BACK!

Dined with wife and daughter at Latitude 48 on our last night in Whitefish. Seated quickly and was soon greeted by our excellent waiter. I ordered the Bison Ribeye and was extremely disappointed. The portion size was so small I couldn't believe it. For a "Ribeye" cut it was TINY. About 4" long by 2" wide by 1" thick. I ordered it cooked Medium, but it was more Rare, which is fine. It was tougher than old shoe leather and had a fair amount of gristle on it. It was tough to choke down, but I was hungry. It was a $38 entree' that came with nothing else. I also ordered a side of Broccolini, which had very thick undercooked/raw stalks. So my meal was a total bust. My wife and daughter fared better. I don't complain much and will eat what's put in front of me, as that's how I was raised in a family of 5 children. But my meal was a total bummer. DO NOT ORDER THE BISON RIBEYE. Nuff said.

Glad we stopped here. The overall dining experience was nice. Hostess / server both extremely friendly. The atmosphere was good; place wasn't loud or over-crowded and I liked the decor inside, especially in the bathroom. The cocktails were all excellent, food was pretty good as well, nothing we ordered was particularly worth ranting and raving over but we were satisfied, not many complaints at all aside from one steak being slightly over-cooked (which they offered to compensate for). Favorite dishes were probably the calamari (which was a mozz-stick style I'd never seen before, thought it was cool), the truffle mac, and the elk (which I also enjoyed because it was something new). This restaurant seemed like one of the nicer spots in Whitefish. Prices were a bit higher but I would recommend this as a worthy stop to any friend who happened to be in this area.

Took my partner and my grandmother here and it was a great experience. Loved the food, had the bison ribeye which was super tender and the pizza was amazing. Shout out to Darcy and her team for providing wonderful service!

Absolutely wonderful place to have brunch or breakfast anytime you are in Whitefish. The wait time can be long when it’s rush hour. The food makes it worth the wait. Portion sizes keep you content. The service will satisfy you. Prices are very reasonable for Whitefish. Try the fresh pies! They are probably the best you will try in all of Montana!

Located in the basement of the old Masonic Temple building in Whitefish. Needed to go down stairs to reach the entrance so I'm not sure if there is an elevator access for wheelchairs. The place is popular as we had a 20 minute wait on a Thursday afternoon at 1:30pm. Spacious and bright with high ceilings and artwork of paintings and photographs for sale on the walls. It can be noisy when the place is crowded. Friendly staff with fast and efficient service. The Hollandaise sauce on the Eggs Benedict was so flavorful and the poached eggs were perfect, not runny at all! Good selection on their menu for breakfast and lunch items.

Highly recommend the huckleberry peach pie. One of the best pies I’ve ever had. Crust was perfectly cooked and the flavor is unbeatable. Picture is of the Huckleberry Cherry pie because I already ate the other one.

My first time visiting this beautiful state of Montana. I would definitely not go back. The Benedict was way overcooked and we had to send it back. And then our waitress Annie was extremely rude to our 7-year-old. He was coloring a picture and underneath this picture was their menu. After she had placed his dish on top of the picture she was yanking the menu out from underneath everything. It was very rude and inappropriate. Also when we were ordering the child's meal she was trying to convince us to get the side of fries. I had to turn to her and say to her he cannot have the fries he is diabetic. Needless to say the whole experience was not a good one.

We visited Loula's multiple times on a 4 day stay from Calgary. Service was wonderful. All the staff are a pleasure to deal with and a smile on their faces. Both times we had to wait but it was only about 15 minutes and there was plenty of seating available during this time. The food was fresh and delicious. My wife and daughter both agreed the French toast was a 10. We enjoyed everything and have recommended it to friends already. We'll be back.

Love this place! The menu has practically anything and everything you could want for breakfast or lunch, and the lemon cream French Toast is out of this world! Service is amazing, friendly, and quick. Our server, Natalie was top notch! We will definitely be back!

Decided to try something different. The warm vegetable salad did not disappoint. The secret purple dressing was subtlety delicious (no it's not huckleberry) it's red cabbage based with creamy garlic. Very tasty, filling, and healthy. Yum!

I have eaten here many times, usually for breakfast. You are often greeted warmly by one of the owners, Alex, who makes everyone feel welcome. Servers have been great, better than others in the area. Food is quality, portions solid, and prices competitive. It is bustling with happy customers. My wife is gluten-free and found plenty of gluten-free options, including gluten-free toast. We are hard-pressed to find a better breakfast place in the area. Loved it!

Wow where do I even begin! Fast service, party of 8 on a Tuesday morning, got a table in 10 minutes. If you are a Benny lover, PLEASE try the traditional eggs Benedict. Local Ham that’s locally processed and house made hollandaise sauce, chefs kiss, 10/10. Friendly servers, always making sure our coffee is full. The hasbrowns are super crispy. Will be back!!

Love this place for breakfast. Great staff and while there may be a wait they get you in quickly but never rush you. Good coffee, ample portions. Love Granny’s French toast, get the sausage patty, it’s delicious. Have had many other options, have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

Buffalo Cafe was the best food we had our entire trip! The food was delicious and comforting after a long day of exploring GNP. Our server, Stephanie, was wonderful! She was attentive and friendly, and offered great recommendations. We all loved our meals - my mom had the parmesan crusted chicken, my husband had the cherry glazed bison meatloaf, and I had the mac and cheese with lil smokies. Highly recommend and will come back next time we are in the area!

I have been enjoying the Buffalo’s food, service and atmosphere for well over a decade now. Alex(the GM) and the staff are kind, efficient, and clearly have the patience of a saint. Considering even the “off season” is quite busy. lol I have never had a terrible meal or service. Yes the wait times can sometimes be over 30 minutes(I often don’t wait that long, and receive a text sooner than that) but it’s always worth the wait. This is the only breakfast spot my kids request on a weekly basis. Thanks for serving whitefish the best breakfast and lunch in town!

We visited Buffalo Cafe in July and my kids are still talking about it…in October. The food was amazing! We all got different things from wings to sandwiches to burgers. Every single thing was amazing! The buns are locally sourced and the root beer was homemade. I would fly back to Montana to eat here again!

!We were a party of 8, had the covered patio seating, the area was really nice. It was a bit loud but doable. I loved the calamari, I also got seafood pasta and it was amazing! My husband got the Vodka pasta and if you are hungry and a big boy, it might be a bit small, just fyi. We did have a bit of an issue with reservation, the phone number was wrong & the lady on the phone put us on the wrong date. The ladies at the front were a little dismissive but the manager was a lovely lady! Shout out to her and our amazing server! Very friendly & bubbly!

This was the best place we ate at in Whitefish! Wish we would've been able to get in a couple times during our visit. The pastas were homemade. The salads were wonderful! The individual pizzas were thin and yummy. They have a wood burning oven. Cocktails were lovely. Everything was wonderful!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant! From the warm and welcoming atmosphere to the attentive service, everything felt authentic and inviting. The highlight of the evening was without question the wild boar ragù was rich, savory, and perfectly balanced with just the right touch of herbs and slow-cooked depth. The pasta was fresh and cooked to perfection, soaking up every bit of that incredible sauce. It’s the kind of dish you dream about long after the meal is over. Truly one of the best Italian dining experiences I’ve had, and I can’t wait to come back.

Excellent elk tartare and roasted chicken (full of flavor, perfectly moist with crispy skin) but the absolute star of the show was the heirloom tomato and crab salad. This is one of those dishes you instantly have to pause and savor. I definitely moaned more than once. Do not skip out on that dish folks.

We’ve come here twice. First time on the recommendation of a local and now a couple years later again. Did not disappoint. Hannah was our server and awesome at her job. You can tell she loves people and service. Fave of ours is the Carbonara pizza!

When in Whitefish, Abruzzo is a must stop! We had reservations for eleven, and had a fabulous time. We were sat in a cozy space that seemed to be made just for our group and the atmosphere was perfect! The food was incredible (pictured is the wild boar linguine) and the service was amazing! Our waitress was friendly, informative and fun! The NY Strip is legendary and highly recommended! 5 Stars for sure!

The food was fantastic, everything was fresh, hot and delicious. We got the calamari, bread with butter and carbonara pizza for appetizers. The carbonara pizza was probably the best pizza we’ve ever had, it was that good! Our group ordered a variety of dishes including the boar ragu, seafood pasta, pasta a la vodka, bolognese and the halibut. Everything was fantastic(especially the halibut). Our server was also amazing. The only thing that put us off to a bad start was that they messed up our reservation for the wrong day so we had to wait longer but the manager took care of it, apologized and treated us right with our meals. We all left happy. 😊

The nice trip in Kalispell Montana make me happy that I found the Sushi Japanese Restaurant in a small and cute town "Wasabi" I started walking around the town and I come in for dinner. The staffs were so nice. The food so delicious. ❤️

I would have three starred if the chef had not done what he did. I was a solo diner. I waited a long time for my order. And over a hour for the food. The chef caught me as I was leaving and gave me a care package. The food was good, but they were sold out of the eel

The best part of our experience was our server. The food was alright. We tried the tofu rolls and that was awesome. However the pad thai we ordered came out and it was a VERY small portion for $20. The noodles were also broken into very small segments which is not traditional pad thai. Our waiter took it back and got us a 2nd tofu roll instead. We were grateful for that. Also the himachi nigiri had scales left on the side of the plate. The sake was the highlight. We tried the house cold sake and it had hints of plum, and vanilla. Was definitely some of the best sake we have had. Also when I went to the bathroom, everyone working there smiled at me and stepped out of the way to make room for me. They have an exceptional staff. We wouldn’t personally eat there again as the food wasn’t for us. However, we would go back to drink and dine in the nice atmosphere. Overall, 4 stars is warranted for the wonderful staff and the tofu roll was great.

I'm not mad but I wouldn't come back for this sushi. The wagyu appetizer was alright so I rounded up to 3 stars. I would say maybe this is similar to the grocery store sushi. Just not worth the price tag for what it was 2 sushi rolls and the wagyu appetizer is around $65 for reference

I wanted to love this but I just couldn't. We are sushi fanatics and this just did not cut the mustard. The rice was dry and meal-y. The rolls were small and ridiculously priced for their size. We got the special roll for the evening and it had a really unappetizing texture (HUGE chunks of whole snap pea I think?) and we had to just "Get through" that one - which you shouldn't have to do with a $20 roll. Just really disappointing sushi overall. The seaweed salad and spicy tuna roll were good and the atmosphere is awesome, great service. So, it's a good place to eat - the sushi just isn't very good! Pictured is a $100 dinner (yikes).

Absolutely amazing! I’m not sure what other people are talking about in these negative reviews. Their menu is pricey but well worth it for the food and service we received! We had the Snow Leopard and Hot Blonde sushi rolls and the Seafood Yakisoba. The Snow Leopard was buttery and full flavored while the Hot Blonde was crisp and refreshing. For a starter we got the Shumai, a double spicy pork dumpling. All of it was so good I’m convinced it’s 100% homemade. We also think they might make their own wasabi, which definitely has a kick but is so delicious! A lot of new and interesting flavors that I haven’t experienced ever if not in a long time at any Asian-food place, including their “naan” bread with a Japanese 7 Spice seasoning that was great. To top it off we had Almond Crème Brulee and Strawberry Mochi. Also amazing! All of the Itamae seemed to have worked diligently and were familiar with their craft, it was entertaining to watch them build beautiful dishes. The service was great, and they did amazing with being short staffed. Thank you for a great experience!

Service was awful! Never came to check on our table after seating. No refill on drinks until after our food came. Took over an hour to get appetizer and another 30 minutes to get main meal. Waitress dropped the food and took off before even asking if we needed anything else. Make sure to double check your bill too, that was also wrong. After being to many sushi restaurants I rate this at bottom for service and low for food quality. Recommend you pass on this place.

We dined here twice! On the patio during the day (I’d highly suggest the tuna sandwich and Caesar salad!!) and then once again in the evening for a steak dinner. The filet mignon was delicious and perfectly with a nice glass of red wine. We dined at the bar area but the dining room looked more quaint and elevated. If you’re looking to come here for a more intimate setting, I’d recommend dining in the dining room area.

The food was overall good. The sauce that came with the duck was excellent --huckleberry. Folks said the steaks were decent. Service was excellent. Cocktails were well made. An old school place.

June 2025 Dinner with friends. Every single thing we ate was amazing. Caprese appetizer and mushroom appetizer were delicious. We had pesto crusted salmon and steak dinners and every bit of dinner was amazing. Our server Mary was so kind to package my dessert to go and wrote instructions to reheat once I had room to enjoy. I assembled my dessert (Heidi’s Gingerbread) and it was the perfect combination. So stunning.

Food and service was delicious. I was a little skeptical when Google rated it three dollar signs, but I thought the food was reasonably priced. Of course you go over board and order wine.

Nice, rustic, upscale dining. Quality food and drinks. Service was excellent. Food arrives at it's own pace, but we generally go at a peak time, so may have just been busy. Great place for a special event. It is all very high quality, but the pricing is high end too, just know that going in. Reservations recommended. My wife is gluten-free and a large portion of their menu is friendly for this, but you do have to ask. Servers have been informed on the topic.

It was great! The food was fantastic and the service was great. We celebrated my Mom's birthday dinner there. It was old elegance. The fireplace and the wooden ceiling were beautiful and added to the ambiance. There was a casual dining room that needed no reservations and a more fine dining room.

Loved our bartender Mike, he was extremely friendly and made our time at the bar feel like home! He had wonderful suggestions on the menu, and the drinks. The service was wonderful. Very prompt and all of the suggestions exceeded my expectations. The food is fantastic, even for upscale bar food. However, watching the manager at the end of the bar scold other employees during our meal was something that should have been properly handled in a private place! The manager should learn how to do her job and run the business accordingly and not reprimand the employees in a public environment...it's looks bad on the business! ***However, I would have normally given The Craggy Range a 5 star rating. For the wonderful service and food. However, after I initially posting this review. The manager came over and was extremely hostile wondering why I was taking pictures of her and made me feel very uncomfortable! When I explained what I was doing she gave me attitude and walked away. Apparently she didn't want to discuss the situation I observed and just wanted to get into my space, then walk away! *"Great management!

Very attentive service, excellent selection of beers. Bartender knew the menu and made recommendations. Got the bison Patty melt and it was 10 out of 10. Unfortunately the fries with it are just not good. They are rubbery, they’re tiny. They’re just too small. They’re over seasoned, just really don’t enjoy them. Everything else here is excellent.

Good salads and service. The Cobb Salad is impressively large. Nice outdoor patio.

The food was okay but not our favorite, our friends really enjoyed their dishes however. Do not recommend the shishato peppers as they are just peppers that are grilled. Not too much too them.

F first of all, the fech fries are terrible. like possibly the worst ones I've had in years Baja tacos and the chicken sandwich were decent! the olive on the tacos was weird.

We placed a lunch order for 9 people yesterday for delivery, a few with special requests, and I added each person's name in the request section hoping they would somehow mark each order. The order showed up sooner than expected, exactly when we needed it, and each item had the person's name marked on the respective meal box. Plus it was all delicious! It's so refreshing to experience great customer service like that!

Great place to have a drink and food and relax n Sunday to watch football. Awesome bar staff- Clark, Mike, Bennett - can make your cocktails. Good food, ample portions. Fabulous atmosphere. A must stop in Whitefish, highly recommend!

The service was slow but the waitress was nice. The ceviche’s presentation was good but the flavor was over powered by the amount of lime it had. The esquite salad was good, not much corn in it but overall the dressing used was tasty. The chicken enchiladas came with black refried beans and a dirty rice. The enchiladas were tasty and I would recommend. The music was hip and up to date.

Okay, I’ll admit…..I was a little hesitant to try Mexican food in Montana 😅 but wow did Jalisco Cantina blow me away! The food was insanely flavorful and honestly felt like a hidden gem. I had the carnitas tacos, which came topped with juicy grilled pineapple and a sweet honey salsa that totally hit the spot. The chips and salsas (pretty sure they’re made in-house) were addicting,crispy, fresh, and full of flavor. To drink, I tried a hibiscus cocktail that was chef’s kiss, not too sweet, not too floral, just right. 🌺🍸 The vibe was on point, too. Super cute outdoor seating, great ambiance, and it felt family-friendly but also like a perfect spot for a casual night out. If you’re ever in Whitefish and craving Mexican food, go here. You won’t regret it!

The food here is amazing and reasonably priced! My husband and I travel a lot for work and often try new places. We couldn’t get over how good this was! Very happy to pay our tab at the end with no regret! I got chicken tacos and my husband fish, both were amazing and my husband said top 3 tacos for him ever!

We had a really good feeling about Jalisco Cantina when we arrived, but it didn't turn out as well. The service was kind of slow, and the music was very loud and repetitive. When our chips and salsa arrived, we soon found out that after the top few, the rest of our chips were crumbled up pieces, which was disappointing because they were really good. Once our food got to our table, we found the rice to be undercooked and the tortillas to be bland and too thick. We finished our meal and then asked for a to go container. After waiting ten minutes, it finally was given to us. We asked for a to go container because we wanted to go, not wait and wait. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant. Dad's opinion: Rosa's quality tortillas are a quarter of the cost. Montana Mexican food is not that great compared to Texas'. 😃

Good dishes all around. We all enjoyed what we ordered. They have several salsas to try, some with some night heat.

So good we came back a second time during our stay in Whitefish! I recommend starting with a cocktail, I enjoyed the Fem Bot, and chips with guac and salsa. We tried a flight of mezcal and all three were smooth and tasty. For dinner, I had the sweet and savory carnitas as a lettuce bowl (my husband had it as tacos), it was perfectly seasoned crispy pork with small chunks of pineapple, fresh greens, and pickled onions. On our second visit, my husband had the chile rellenos with the barbacoa beef and wow was I jealous! It was delicious and we agreed it was by far the best dish we’d tried and the best version of rellenos ever. Although the place is busy, it was quick to get seated for a walk in party of two.

We are visiting from Miami and wanted real food. This was unexpectedly amazing! The drinks, the food, the service & the views ! The Huckleberry Tres leches dessert was perfection. Molly was great ! Then they opened the outside door and it was even better :)

Fun coffee shop in Whitefish! Lots of seating in the back, coffee shop type gifts in the front, and the coffee and baked goods were tasty as well!

yeah look, don’t come here if you’re a coffee snob and enjoy the likes of third wave coffee. this is a second wave spot and will get the job done if you’re in a pinch. but if you get any kind of flavoured coffee, i’m pretty positive it will be too sweet. both people in our party’s iced lattes were extremely sweet!

I was really impressed with this place! The coffee is excellent — even the drip coffee tastes rich and flavorful, which says a lot about the quality of their beans and brewing. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The staff were friendly and clearly care about what they serve. Definitely one of the best coffee spots I’ve found lately!

Great coffee and very nice staff. They make a great London Fog as well. The breakfast food is good and plenty of seating. A little gift shop up front to wander through while waiting for your coffee. We are up in Whitefish every year for a few days and this is our morning coffee stop!

I give 5 stars for their coffees. I recently spent a week in Whitefish and tried several of the local coffee shops, this was my favorite. The various drinks were enjoyed by everyone I was traveling with. The store has some cute gift shop items too! I got a sandwich that was pre wrapped to go, that was not enjoyable. Skip that, stick with coffee.

LOVE this place. We were visiting for a week and after we went the first time, we came back as much as we possibly could. Fantastic coffee, great food, and the staff couldn't be more friendly. Also, special shout out to Crissy. She helped fix an issue for me and went above and beyond so I could get a nice gift for my wife's birthday. Overall, 10/10. If you haven't been here, go check them out!

Best place to get coffee. If Kimmie is working you know you're going to have your day started right with the best coffee you've ever had! Kimmie knows how to make a cup of coffee and has even better customer service. She keeps me coming back everyday

Loved this place. The staff was lovely and professional. The environment was definitely classic lodge. There's indoor dining with large windows that over look the lake. The large fire places make for a warm dark ambiance. There's valet parking available or you can park across the street and walk over. We came for drinks one day and sat out on the patio overlooking the water. The gas fire pits helped to cut down some of the lake wind chill (we visited in May). We thought it was a cute place so we made dinner reservations. The food was some of the best we've had in the area. We enjoyed the elk meatballs and bone marrow for appetizers. The elk meatballs were delicious and paired well with the huckleberry sauce. (Definitely a heavy pour on the sauce but no ones complaining). And the bone marrow was served with locally made bread. Yum. For dinner we had the Chilean sea bass on a bed of summer squash risotto and lemon seasoned broccolini and the elk loin with parsnip and blackberries/huckleberries, fingerling potatoes and fried mushrooms. We couldn't recommend either of these dishes any more. Both were phenomenal. They blended well both in flavor and in texture. The portions were appropriate. For dessert we had the huckleberry-blueberry pie and this pandan creme brulee that were both out of this world. The pie has a beautiful flakey crust and the combination of blueberries and huckleberries was such a nice balance. It almost cut down on some of that overly sweet taste that some pies have. The new take on the creme brulee was mouth watering. It came with a key lime mouse that was dense and subtle. The toasted coconut flakes added a texture and sweetness that I didn't expect to love as much as I did. I almost had to be rolled out of the restaurant as I finished everything. Go. Eat the all the food. It's absolutely worth it. Our bill came out to $250 which I feel is entirely reasonable. That was with 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 2 desserts and a total of 5 alcoholic beverages.

Really good and tasty food options! The service can be really slow, especially when having a bigger party, but the food is good. I recommend the bread as a starter and the pork chops. Both delicious!

Outstanding place to eat and relax. The food is delicious and the service top notch. We were guest of the hotel for a few days and they delivered. The Lodge at Whitefish is amazing and we highly recommend this location for the whole family. The offer soany things and in the summer even more to do as their Marina is open and Stand up paddle board, kayaks and other water equipment is offer. The Boat club is inside the lodge and offer Burguer night plus liveusoc Wednesdays. Also liveusoc on Fridays and Saturdays plus a killer view of the lake at sunrise and sunset. We had a phenomenal stay and great food, beer and wine at the Boat Club absolutely an unforgettable time.

Five Stars! My husband and I had the most incredible experience at The Boat Club Restaurant during our honeymoon! Not only was the food absolutely amazing (we’re still thinking about it!), but the staff truly went above and beyond to make our night unforgettable. They surprised us with a complimentary huckleberry ice cream cake to celebrate our honeymoon—so thoughtful and delicious! They even made a custom honeymoon sign and seated us at the perfect table with a stunning view of the frozen Whitefish Lake. The staff took the time to bring us outside so we could get scenic photos and also gave us great recommendations for things to do in town. While the food alone is worth the visit, it was the warm, genuine hospitality that made this such a standout experience. We felt so special and taken care of. If you’re in Whitefish, don’t miss The Boat Club Restaurant—you won’t regret it!

We had amazing lunch service by Kayanna! We paddled from city beach for late lunch and drinks. She was so friendly, attentive and helpful. We shared a few lunch items, the caprese salad was our favorite. A great way to show my college friends a beautiful spot in my town.

My two adult kids and I went to the Tiki Bar outside by the pool and lake to watch the fireworks for the 4th of July, 2025. This is part of the Boat Club Restaurant in the Lodge hotel. There is only valet parking here, apparently, so be prepared to tip. The place looked beautiful and clean, though one of the lights in front of the front desk was very crooked, throwing off the good vibe. I am disabled so I enjoyed the valet parking and the elevator, those steps down to the Tiki Bar would have been too much for me. There is also a ramp next to the steps going from the hotel to the pool/tiki bar outside. The employees were very friendly and nice, until the end of the night then the waitress got super pushy and did not treat us right anymore, didn't even ask us if we wanted more drinks. Maybe her boss left? That wasn't cool. I guess they stopped serving food at 9, so we had to go to the bar and get food there ourselves. My kids enjoyed their food, but the French onion soup I got was the worst I have ever had in a restaurant. Was it whole wheat bread? It was all onion and tasted like just plain beef broth from the grocery store, it wasn't good. It was in a TINY paper bowl that was NOT worth $12!! I couldn't believe it! The drink I ordered was good, even had a fresh flower in it. The view is great and the bar itself was nice and relaxing. The music wasn't too loud. The trash was literally overflowing onto the ground, however, and the long white tiles were extremely slippery and dangerous when it started raining. Whoever chose those for an outside venue clearly wasn't thinking fully. Someone is going to seriously hurt themselves there if you don't change it. Overall, it was a nice experience because of the holiday atmosphere, when I ignored the negatives. The kid that was helping out at the bar was really sweet and is why this isn't a 3 star. He did what he could and was very polite ! :) I would like to come back, since we are locals, and give it another try when it isn't a major holiday.

Great dining at the base of the slopes in the Kandahar lodge. Make reservations, tables are limited, this is a popular place for dinner tasting menu. Chef Andy Blanton has developed a style of cooking that is sure to please locals & tourist alike. Expect high quality ingredients a unique style of cooking executed at a high level.

This is a 5 star dining experience. The chef takes his time to make everything exactly right. Beautiful presentation, and extreme flavor in every single bite. We each ordered the 3 course and a couple drinks. Everything was distinct and delicious!!

Tried the adventure menu x2 with a friend and added the wine pairing. Although $50 is a lot for 2-3 total drinks of wine, the sommelier was wonderful and made it totally worth it. Definitely recommend the octopus, soup, and elk tenderloin as they were absolutely spectacular.

From the first course to the last you will be awed. Exceptional cuisine with choices throughout. How to chose between elk or bison tenderloin? The wine is masterfully paired. Service exceptional. Thank you to all the staff!

5++ stars. First please disregard the recent negative reviews. Those potential diners missed an extraordinary opportunity because they did not respect the reservation process. This is a small intimate restaurant with limited seating capacity that is even more reduced now due to COVID restrictions. Don’t reserve a table and try to change within the stated deadline. You’re doing yourself and the owner a disservice. Dalise Blanton is very hands-on with reservation requests and went out of her way to ensure our party was well-accommodated. Now onto the meal. I’ve been coming to Café Kandahar for over 15 years and it only gets better. I’ve lived in NYC for 18 years and Chef Andy could easily compete with the the best in Manhattan. Yet he’s right there at the base of the Big Mountain, serving up Montana-inspired cuisine that will rival any fine dining experience in the world. He and his exceptional staff will sear this culinary encounter into your memory forever. Also, understanding that some patrons might be new to this level of dining, I assure you it’s also an incredible value for quality. As I write this, I’m torn because I consider Café Kandahar one of the great hidden treasures of Montana! Now it will be even harder to get a reservation!

Can't speak for the restaurant, but the Snug Bar? The Snug Bar is like a warm après-ski, après-hike, après-whatever yummy boozy hug. It's inviting, cozy, tiny, intimate, and... well... snug. Naming a snug bar the Snug Bar may not be the most creative branding in the world, but it's solidly on point here. The Snug is definitely snug. The drinks are well made and the staff is super friendly. A limited menu is available from the restaurant.

We went on a Saturday morning and waited just over an hour to be seated, so be prepared to wait at the busy times! The food was great and very delicious! I appreciated the simplicity yet the uniqueness of the dishes! The food seemed very fresh and made with good ingredients.

Fantastic experience. Trout with the cauliflower whatever was outstanding. Green beans on the side were cold but I was too busy with the fish to care much. Beignets were very good (NOLA native here). Soup was solid. Service was incredible. I interacted with probably 7 different people and they were all some of the most engaged restaurant workers I’ve encountered since the pandemic. It really felt like I was family (in the good, nice way). The restaurant was full of charm.

We had driven by this restaurant several times on our way from Whitefish up to where we were staying on Whitefish Mountain and finally decided to try it last night - so glad we did! The food was amazing and service was excellent. We had the Mezze Plate as an appetizer- everything was delicious and the flavors worked together perfectly. For entrees we had the Indian platter, the Goody Bowl with grilled chicken, the Walleye Sandwich with tater tots and the Hearty Salad with grilled chicken - we all loved what we ordered. Highly recommend The Last Chair for its excellent food and warm atmosphere!

We really liked the vibe and food here. It’s a cozy, quaint feeling and the staff does a good job keeping the tables tidy, and waiting with water right when you are seated. The food was very good. We got burgers, walleye sandwich, chicken sandwich, bison ragu. The walleye and chicken sandwiches felt small for the price, but were very tasty. Would come back!

Heard about this place from Mountain Moss Inn owner and we went last minute without reservations. We came in at 5:45 and it wasn’t too busy yet and the host was very helpful. We we’re seated inside and our server Katie recommended the trout and Indian Platter—both excellent! We started with the spinach salad and it was fresh and delicious. We finished with desserts—beignets with huckleberry sauce and the chocolate bread pudding, which we both loved! Interior has a very cool rustic vibe and service was wonderful!

Our food was fresh, well cooked, and in tune with the seasons and local food offerings of Northwestern Montana. I enjoyed the walleye sandwich and thought it was a tasty freshwater fish. Our only complaint was that the compote butter on the rib eye was far too salty, though putting less on the steak would probably be a quick fix to the issue.

It started raining so we sat in here for a hour or so. Great place to have a couple beers and hot wings. The decor is great, you can tell this bar has been a staple of the community for awhile.

If you visit Whitefish, this needs to be on your list!!! Great atmosphere, great drink prices, and probably the best staff in town! Huckleberry wings are a must order item! Burgers and onion rings were top notch! Callie was our bartender and she was so much fun! She told us lots about the local life in Whitefish while slinging drinks and shots! Super attentive to her bar and made our visit fun! Dan was the other bartender and we throughly enjoyed hearing his tales about life in Whitefish, as well as the skiing/weather knowledge. I’m sure I annoyed him with all of my bartending questions but he took it all in stride. Thank you to celebrating my daughter’s wedding with us!

Came in hungry after a day of hiking in Glacier, got the huckleberry hot wings and mango habanero wings with an order of sour cream and chive fries and left full. All three were awesome, but the huckleberry hot wings are a must! My wife doesn’t usually like wings, but she ended up eating most of mine! XD The place was packed, but folks are often down to share big tables.

Today I ordered chips and queso. I got one queso very small and some salsa that I did not order cause I ordered the queso not the salsa. I also ordered macaroni and cheese with a fruit cup, but I did not get the fruit cup macaroni and cheese was cold so now in my oven Cooking the rest of the way so I can eat it hot and then I ordered a mud pie instead they gave me a truffle. Didn’t even ask me if I wanted that or you would even give me my money back yesterday. They ran out of truffles too, so they gave me the same nest the chocolate piece of trouble when I wanted a cake They’re slipping their service sucks. I’ll never order food from there again.

This is a must stop place for great food and drinks!! The huckleberry wings are 10/10, even my husband who doesn’t like wings was devouring them. Michelle made our whole experience special… bought us a honeymoon celebratory shots, gave us tips on where to explore, and is one of the coolest people we met on our trip. Best wings ever at the Bulldog saloon. I think the wait staff was a little tired when we got there, but they were kind though and the fact that we are Georgia Bulldogs made this place even more special.

It was very crowded and we got lucky to be seated right away. Food was pretty good, nachos were very light on the meat. They charged a 3% credit card fee without warning, which bummed me out. I understand the fee, just put up a sign or tell me!!

A must stop while shreddin at Whitefish. Great place for lunch break and Apres. Pro tip - don’t say you’re going to split a sandwich with someone for lunch. You’ll get charged an extra $3 for that 🤡🙃

Amazing place to eat. It’s conveniently located on the end of the slopes between chair1 and chair 2. Delicious food for lunch. My husband and I were very impressed from Bison sliders and soup de jour. Both were full of flavor, delicious and fulfilling. We had lunch 3 times there out of 6 days in the resort. The best place for lunch. Excellent atmosphere, friendly and professional staff. The owner checked all the time how customers are satisfied. Strongly recommended. We’ll definitely come back. Delicious food with very reasonable affordable price.

We had the mushroom appetizer, pork chop, ribeye, and bread pudding (AMAZING) plus wine, beer and cider. Service was great and we enjoyed eating on the deck.

Place was AMAZING… just like the name! Sweet and savory and all DELICIOUS! But for the price I don’t think I should bus my own table. Would get 5 stars if I didn’t have to fight a crowd to put my dishes in a small bus station.

Crepes were ok. We ordered Monte Cristo. They hit the spot. Original presentation was nicer than in my picture. We sat by the window so that was nice.

So happy to find another option for vegetarians in Whitefish! My roasted veggie with egg and pesto crepe was delicious and quite filling! My friend enjoyed her monte cristo crepe too. Lots of fillings and fun watching it being made.

Its a great little place, we enjoyed it! I just did not like how much Nutella they put on my crepe, it should come with an option on how much to apply. It was too heavy and rich but this place is 100% def worth a visit.

It's a fine place if you're going to just have a beer and hang with friends. For food you go all the way to the back and order and pay at the counter. The guy was rude and impatient. You then have to go to the bar to order and pay for water, tea, soda, etc. But since you're not getting alcohol they act like it's an inconvenience to help you. She then gave me a soda instead of a tea and she sighed when I pointed that out. We then had to find a table to eat at which was hard because people were just kind of scattered about. When they brought the food out they just kind of tossed it on the table and walked away. The food also wasn't great.

I liked that they have 3 pool tables. Cider was good. The live music was great. But the workers are kind of rude. A member of my party was playing pin ball, a woker came and unplugged the machine so they couldn't play anymore and gave no reason why. Just "pin ball is done bro." People also really like to complain about tourist in a tourist town.

Great atmosphere!! Obvious local hangout which speaks to the local opinion. Gyro and fries were excellent. Don't know if having spent 3 days in Seattle had anything to do with it, but the prices were amazing. Less than $100 for 5 adult beverages each and our meals. Little different in that you order food at the kitchen and drinks at the bar. We were out of there before 6pm so don't know if service is different later, but not a big deal. Super friendly and great service.

Been coming to the great northern a great deal and for a long time. In the last year the costumer server has gotten so bad. We simply asked on of the bartenders if the other was intoxicated as she was spurring and yelling (it was a Wednesday night and nobody was in the bar) and both the bartenders started yelling and screaming at me and my friends and flipping us off. We also tipped them 30% prior to that questions. Crazzyyy experience but even after that the bartenders have been so so rude.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. If you’re just looking for a place to grab a quick drink I’d say this place is fine, but do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for food. This restaurant is not only disgustingly filthy, but has horrible food service and cleanliness standards. Upon ordering my food I watched the guy standing in the kitchen, who took my order, spit into a garbage can right in front of me and wipe his face with his hand and then return to handling food without washing. Not to mention how filthy their “kitchen” is. If that wasn’t gross enough, after a few bites of my lasagna I stumbled upon half an eggshell inside in my food. That was the cherry on top for me I can gladly say I will never be returning to this restaurant again, pls if you are considering eating here, I urge you to sit and watch the kitchen in the back before you order as it should change your mind. This place needs to be shut down, at least for foodservice, for the safety of everyone who contemplates eating here.

The burgers were delicious, but the tortilla chips we ordered with salsa came with mostly broken small pieces. Not sure how to dip into the salsa with small pieces. We could have had them replaced but we feel they never should have been served in the first place. The Yolo Polo chicken was ordered to be romaine wrapped which is available on the menu, but was served on a bun. Good food with a few deficiencies that could easily be rectified.

So the first day we went there for just a couple beers. Sat outside, plenty of space if weather is nice. Good beer. On the fallowing day we went back after hiking all day, needed some food. Ordered a couple beers, different flavors from before, and two bowls. Food was very tasty and beer was good as well. If we would have something like this by our house, we would definitely stop by once in a while.

Really a GREAT spot! My Fortune Burger was spicy (not too spicy) and flavorful. The Bonsai Cheeseburger were really good too. Great outdoor seating in and out of the sun - under trees. Order inside and take a “buzzer” until it’s your pickup time. Pretty tasty pale ale too!

Didn't try any food, but the vibes and beers we had at Bonsai were top notch. The outdoor space was large and had tons of seating, and the indoor bar area had an inviting atmosphere. The options on tap were also pretty varied which is great to see.

We stopped at 5 different breweries while on vacation in Montana and this was by far our favorite! Beers and food were excellent, intimate atmosphere inside and nice outside seating area as well. The staff were incredibly friendly!!

After a long day of hiking and getting sunburnt this was the place to be to recharge. My husband and I got the soul food beer and foreplay beer and our taste buds were hyped! Lots of parking. Outdoor and indoor seatings. Loud music inside which was a vibe...bartender even started singing. Golden buzzer moment!

Very busy spot. The servers were ran off their feet but did such a great job and were super attentive and nice! The deep fried pickles hit the spot - massive portion. However, maybe cause it was the end of the day, I feel the BBQ didn't quite live up to what I was expecting. Pulled pork was probably the best of the selection we had. Vibes of the place - immaculate. Very roadside BBQ , without it feeling like a chain. Would come back maybe earlier in the day.

Second visit in 9 years and it was good to be back! Enjoyed the pulled pork and their house chips. Wasn't a fan of the spicy mac and cheese. I always liked how they have handouts of the Fish Fables. It's a fun read! Our waitress Julie did a phenomenal job. She bussed, served, and checked out customers. She was very kind and welcoming. Thanks for the exceptional service during what seemed to be a very busy day.

Great BBQ restaurant in Whitefish! Definitely would come back. The food was spectacular. The brisket was excellent and the smoked turkey was surprisingly flavorful and moist (no dry turkey!). Sides were also delicious and full of flavor. Priced well for a three-meat platter and definitely worth it given the flavors. Wes was excellent and provided great service.

Always taking a chance trying BBQ in places other than Texas, KC and the Carolina's, but this place did not let us down. I had the two meat plate with a 1/4 rack of ribs, coleslaw slaw and Mac n Cheese. The brisket was juicy and full of flavor, smoked turkey was awesome and ribs fell off the bone! The coleslaw was great and the mac n cheese was so cheesy! Service was great and the weather outside on the patio made it the perfect stop!

The hot buck burger was incredible, I’d eat it over and over again! And our server Michael made the experience so enjoyable! The place was packed, and he was fun and chill. Thank you!!!

Great BBQ place! Honesty the sauce was my favorite park, more in the vinagery smokey side than thick or sweet! Meet was very flavorful, on the dryer and smokier side but still delicious. Sides were also very tasty, baked beans were my favorite. The 4 person plate was plenty of food for 4 large dudes!

Traveling for work, a local suggested the spot for lunch, and I am so glad he did! It was amazing, the spicey relish was great, the pull pork was awesome. Ordered what I would call a lost generation combination off the menu for the children and a large cheese for the adult purists. Large cheese was perfect in terms of flavor. Matched any good NJ (or NY) pizza. Crust had a good amount of chew but could have been a little more crisp on the bottom. The kids loved their pizza.

I've been here twice. I tried the Animal pizza the first time and it was amazing. The second time I decided to try the Garbage Can and the Classic. They were also really tasty but the Animal is the one I'd recommend. It's very flavorful. I also tried the jersey rolls and the meatballs. I'd pass on those next time and stick to pizza or maybe a sandwich. I will definitely go back. The young girl waitressing could use some help so she doesn't have to juggle so much. The atmosphere is lacking cohesiveness and needs some more fun decor. Maybe ownership will keep investing in the dining area inside and out. The pizza is so good that I won't dock any stars for that so that others can find a yummy pizza too! Also, please fix the paper towel dispenser in the restroom.

Came here for some good pizza after reading good reviews for here. But it was a letdown. The atmosphere here is not great. Music was extremely loud, and it wasn't very good. The food was okay. I got the gluten-free pizza with dairy free cheese, and the pizza was burnt. The cheese they used was not very good. There were flies everywhere, too. Won't be back.

Always double check for your pickup order. My pickup order was brought out to the warming oven, my name wasn’t added to the pick up list to view, and I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes before anyone spoke up. The young man working the counter didn’t have a very nice response to my frustrations. I asked for a little compensation and I was called “rude” for suggesting. Very odd. My order wasn’t correct either. When I opened up the ‘za, no pepperoni. Complete bummer, but the staff took care of me and didn’t charge me for the mixup. The pizza was awesome itself - even without the pepperoni. Leftovers at breakfast were just as good if not better. The buffalo wings were very good too - flavor and meat. This place looked fun. I’ll be back for sure. A good place to have a small gathering. I bet this place can get pretty busy!

Best pizza in the Flathead!!! Fellow New Yorker here…the sauce is perfection (I could drink it!), normally I’m a low carb girl and won’t eat the crust- good luck with that—it’s SO GOOD! Prices are fair and makes going out affordable!

You can’t beat their pizza- I do by the slice and you can customize it anyway you want with so many options. The crust is more like a thin crust- super crispy and delicious. Their Rolls are also to die for- if you love garlic breadsticks I highly recommend their rolls. I love this place's food!!!

Grabbed a slice of pepperoni and a Stromboli here - was good and they reheated for me. Friendly service. If you are headed out of town you can pull up curbside, walk in, grab you pizza and then head out.

Decent little pizza place. Salads, pasta, and sandwiches too. Wine and beer also. I had the lasagna and thought it was good. I had a pizza another time and it was very good as well. It's a busy place. The dinning room isn't all that big, but they do a lot of take-out and delivery. I don't think you can go wrong here.

Pizza was awesome. Jalapenos were crisp like the crust they rest upon. Driving all day through a snow storm and it was one of the only places still open. It really hit the spot. Staff was really nice to me as a late night customer.

This place is a magical little ski-village pub. Lots of beer offerings, a fireplace, old wooden benches and chairs in a dimly lit neon-soaked heaven. The patio is also delightful on sunny afternoons.

Set up of this bar is nice but I came here on a Wednesday and the service was terrible. The bartenders obviously don’t like tips with the way they treat their customers. The food was alright but pretty sure the pizzas were digiorno and not too sure how this place is in business with people like this working the bar. Go somewhere else.

Unique sandwiches that I’ve ever tasted!! We ordered the roast beef sandwich, fried green tomato, and vegan broccoli cheddar. All sandwiches are able to be made vegan. The only reason why its not 5 stars is because the prices seem a little high for what it is but again - the ambiance and taste is memorable!

Our best meal so far in Montana and some of the best sandwiches we've ever had. We ate the roast beef and smoked chicken. Both were great (chicken was better). Everyone there was very nice with helping to choose what to eat. They also had a nice beer selection. We had met Jonas the day before and it was nice to see him at work. The sandwiches are big and might make for a big lunch, but don't worry about going to a sandwich shop for dinner because you won't be disappointed.

First time in beautiful Whitefish MT and this was on my list to visit. So glad I did! I got the ZLT and it was amazing! Huge sandwich with so many flavors and the zucchini bacon was insane. I need the recipe for this. Beer was great too. Nice outside seating very friendly attentive staff. Can't wait to come back. Keep up the great job you're doing.

Just. Amazing. You're a fricken dummy if you don't stop in for a sammie. High levels of deliciousness here. Had the brisket n broccoli - might be my favorite sando of all time. Also had the ham and pimento cheese with some sweet jam on it. Beautiful.

Excellent sandwich selection and very unique. The smoked chicken had rave reviews. I had the roast beef sandwich, and it had some very tasty sauces and flavors. Nice beer garden seating with tables and shady spots. Enjoyable place to have a couple of beers too. A spot worth returning to!

Creative, delicious, well executed. I wasn't expecting it to be so good but it really was fantastic. The food quality wouldn't be out of place as an expensive super hip place in any metropolitan area. They make everything from scratch, and it's fantastic. I ate here 3 times and was only in the area 6 days, it's that good. If they have the smoked beet salad, get it. If they have bread pudding with custard, get it. Rye chocolate cookie? Yes. Carrot cake? YES.

Fantastic sandwiches! One of a kind. All the ingredients are made in house, or local, from the bread to the veggies to the sauces. We tried the breaded celery root burger with candy lemon and the baby asparagus sandwich with tarragon and mint. There was a handful of fresh herbs in each sandwich. They used flavors like fresh mustard, candied lemon etc. Really very unique, well prepared, fresh. The crisps are fresh too.

Good place to stop in between runs. The prices are about what you would expect for a ski resort, but not too bad. The portions are good and I like that they have cups with water available so I don't have to pay for bottled water.

It's nice and comfortable inside and it's definitely more low-key than the beer stube and more family accessible. Food is essentially walk up / cafeterias style prices are what you would expect on a ski mountain maybe a little less. Staff always awesome

Great place to stop for lunch while skiing at Whitefish. The food was quite good - especially the grilled cheese. The atmosphere depends on how busy the slopes are, but my wife and I really enjoyed the relaxed lodge feel. Very Cozy! Everyone who works there is very nice and helpful! Highly recommend sitting at the bar by the windows because the views are great. Reasonably priced alcoholic drinks, especially for being on the side of a ski resort.

Great place to warm up by the fire and eat some good food. Enjoyed watching people ski/board down the mountain as we ate. We all ordered something different and no one has any complaints! Great service!

If you want the best experience on the BIG you want to go see alex and mark at the bar! Definitely putting my vote on best bartenders in the valley on these guys Also lets talk nachos. Those are the holy grail of nachos. A must try! -mal pal

If you’re skiing with others, this place is never crowded and the food is great. I recommend the nachos with Pulled Pork which will feed two comfortably even after a half day of skiing. They have big chocolate chip cookies too! Don’t waste your time looking for a table at the summit; get down here and have lunch and a beer in comfort and sanity.

Rebel roots is SO AMAZING we went twice during our week-long visit!!! The staff were so sweet & friendly! Still dreaming about the palace bowl with tofu… truly incredible! The bowl is vegan I believe, and while I’m not vegan I still found it to be super flavorful, unique, and well crafted. With fresh ingredients and a good mix of veggies, blueberries, mango, the PEANUT SAUCE- seriously this place is so worth trying!!! The tofu tacos were great also and a lighter option vs. the bowl. I highly recommend this wonderful little spot- be sure to check out the awesome outdoor seating options they have, like the hammock with a view of whitefish river down below! So amazing! Looking forward to coming back the next time we’re out this way!

Food was so tasty. The day was really nice so sitting outside worked but not my favourite in general. The food and dog made up for it in spades. I had the pull pork tacos with peppers. Worth the $2 bucks. My partner had the fish tacos which were good too. Find this place if you want a tasty meal.

We tried their Palace Bowl and crispy tofu taco with peanut sauce, absolutely delicious! Every bite was bursting with flavor. It was the perfect summer meal - a little salty, a little sweet, with fresh basil and loads of juicy berries and mangoes. They also have a cute little outdoor seating area, and the staff are super friendly and accommodating!

Our journey through a vegan desert ended with this delightful tofu Bowl. Honestly I'd say this is the best fried tofu ever and I usually prefer to just have my tofu heated and not fried but this could change my mind!delicious veggies in the tofu bowl. So glad we came!!!

I found Rebel Roots just a day before they closed for the season — so happy I did, because great vegetarian food is hard to find in Montana. The crispy tofu tacos were freshly made and full of flavor with a delicious spicy peanut sauce, plus beautiful views and genuinely friendly staff. They live up to their ethic: eat clean, be kind, live happy. :)

Incredible food. So flavorful with clean ingredients. We ate here 2 days in a row, and if we are ever back in the area we will 100% be back. All the food is gluten free and dairy free.

This was an amazing meal after a week at Glacier NP. The Kalua Pork and Mahi Mahi tacos were excellent. We are always looking for Celiac friendly places to eat and I'm so glad we were able to make this quick side trip waiting for them to open before rushing to the airport. You should definitely stop by if you're in the area.

This is a decent brewery, the beers aren't too phenomenal but they are good. The space is very nice and it's nice to, play some games whether it's shuffleboard or pinball. The staff are very friendly and help you navigate the menu very well. Great location and nice to see a local brewery in Whitefish Montana.

We live in Bend Oregon but travel to Flathead Lake every summer. Great Northern has been a destination favorite annually. They have a great tasting room downstairs but we generally head right upstairs and down the hall to the loft overlooking their brewing operations and where they keep the shuffleboard and darts :) They also have tv's for your favorite sports etc. Terrific beer! and their chef's do a great job with their menu. The chips and queso are a signature and we love starting with that appetizer. This round we also picked up the Calypso salad (Caprese). Our girlies also ordered their root beer :) Plenty of laughing, relaxing and memories as we played shuffleboard and chatted about scoping out our Glacier Park adventures.

Came for a visit here in off season and had a very pleasant experience. Friendly staff and knowledgeable about the beer they create and serve. Great atmosphere and perfect service. It wasn’t to busy when we were there which was nice, we shared the flight of 12 and it was fun to figure out what beer was my favourite. So many good ones to choose from but if I had to, I would say the huckleberry beer was my favourite since it was unlike anything I had before. I even bought a 6 pack to take back to Canada. Thanks for having us, we look forward to come back soon!

One of the best places to go while in Whitefish. The staff are always friendly and very informative about their beers, love the Wild Huckleberrie Lager! They have a great patio on the second story that overlooks Whitefish that is great to just relax and have a few beers on..And what more do you need great food! Well they have that too. A must try place while in the area.

Great atmosphere and staff in this 2 floor brewery. $11 for a flight of 5 and there is such a wide range of beers. They also serve food here on top of beers.

Great beer selection, friendly staff. Unfortunately only bar food and sandwiches (but they tasted great). If they had a more substantial food menu would probably have never left.

We really enjoyed the beer, especially the Huckleberry! Staff was friendly and courteous and the upstairs bar has a nice view of the brewhouse and production area.

Delicious l. Fun late night treat because this place is open until 11pm. Homemade waffle cones and sugar cones are outstanding. The ice cream is out of this world. My Griz Tracks was so good with caramel and cookie dough chunks. I loved this. Stopped while on vacation to Montana.

Omy goodness! The creaminess 😍I got the mountain mint (lots of chocolate bits) and hubby the salt caramel cone. This is definitely the place to come for a nice dessert after a long hike! They have a couple of benches and picnic tables to enjoy the delicious ice cream! Friendly staff! I will definitely try the sesame snap!

One of the most amazing ice cream experiences I’ve ever had! I forget the name (seasonal/special flavor) but it had cornbread (yes - cornbread!), honey, butter (I think) and some jam swirled into the mix. Unbelievable! Forgot to take a photo-sorry!

The atmosphere is cozy and clean, and there’s something delightfully whimsical about the place from the friendly greeting at the door, to the display of flavor names. Very tasty !

We came on a Monday night. There were only a few other patrons dining, so we were seated right away. Sophie was our server, and she was amazing the whole dinner. She was very kind, bubbly, and attentive. The food was hot and decent, but there was nothing to write home about. I would come back for the service.

When I walked in, I was immediately separated from my family, but it’s ok because the interior was extravagant. From my seat I was able to see the waitress fill up my Dr. Pepper with a hose. The sausage was so spicy my throat burned but it’s ok because the staff was nice. The salads came after the entree. I had to come back a few minutes later because I had to use the bathroom. They didn’t try to kick my out. That’s northern hospitality. 5 stars.

We had a fantastic experience with MacKenzie River Pizza in Whitefish! Although it was too busy for us to dine in, we really appreciated the easy takeout option, which allowed us to enjoy their delicious food without the wait. The brussel sprouts appetizer was absolutely incredible—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. And the “Stockman” pizza was everything we hoped for: hearty, rich, and packed with bold flavors. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and put real care into every dish. Even with how busy it was, the staff was friendly and efficient. We can’t wait to come back again—and hopefully dine in next time!

Order the buffalo mack & cheese - this is what I received (penne - not macaroni) and no cheese. I told the waiter, Fisher, and nothing happened, then when I asked for it to be taken from the bill as I hadn’t eaten it as it wasn’t what I ordered and tasted badly he said he would do 50% off as it was food waste, I said I didn’t want to pay for something I hadn’t ordered and he slagged me behind my back, told the staff about us and tried to manipulate us saying he would have to pay for it- it should be the restaurants cost as the kitchen didn’t serve us the right food and the bad service left us with a very awkward and uncomfortable experience - I would recommend people stay away

Best place in Whitefish for us. It’s a chain, but this location impressed us with outstanding food and service. Try to reserve or you might have to wait quite a while. Looking forward to the next visit!

The pizza aromas were very welcoming. The booths comfortable. The place was short-staffed. Took a very long time to get our drinks and food. We weren't in a hurry so we were willing to wait and hangout. The craft beers were good. We got a summer pale ale from Jeremiah Johnson and a driftboat. Hit the spot after a nice long hike. The pizzas looked amazing but we're a bit disappointing. This is subjective of course but for us it was very doughy and very thick. One of the pizzas we ordered came out undercooked (Mackenzie River Pizza). We didn't order any of the salads but those looked amazing and if I were to dare come back, would probably stick to that and some beer.

Tasty food here and was surprised to find this quality of Latin food in whitefish for sure We were in the area and walked into this place as most others nearby had crazy wait times but other than surly service and some ridiculous behaviour on the part of the girl who was supposed to seat people, the rest of it went rather well. The prawns with plantain was really good and as was the the tres leches - churros were not so great. All said - a decent place to grab some tasty food - and I suppose the service we encountered isn’t how they are usually…

We did a takeout from this place while we were staying in whitefish. The food is pretty good but our fav was tres leche cake. This is the only restaurant that is open until 11. By the time we returned from the park to our hotel it was close to 10 and this was our only option. We really liked the Mexican food they serve here so no complaints.

Mama Blanca's located in the heart of Whitefish MT. Lots of parking spot and the location is very accessible. The ambiance is very chill and everyone were welcoming and friendly. We ordered the burger, mama's burrito, quesadilla and nuevos rancheros, the plating were very pleasant and of course, they were all delicious. They also have complimentary chips and salsa that were really good. Would highly recommend to everyone visiting in Whitefish!

So good! The chips and salsa were very good. No watered down salsa here, but it did need a little salt. Both the mojo pork & carne asada street tacos were delicious. Highly recommend. You can even get them as delicate little lettuce wraps - beautiful & tasty! If you’re really hungry, get the mamma burrito. It’s about the size of a football, and full of flavor. If you really want to go nuts, get it smothered in ranchero and verde sauces, and add the rice, beans and salad. You’re definitely going to need stretchy pants, and probably a nap after that meal, but it’s delicious!

Friendly service and nice atmosphere; enjoyable decor. Extensive cocktail menu, limited beer selection. Steak street tacos missed on flavor and too dry. Mrs enjoyed her chicken street tacos. Good kids menu options, my son’s chicken tenders that I stole were the best I’ve had in a long time. Only place in town we could find rice.

Good food. Fast service. Good drinks. Could use better silverware. But excellent flavor!! Most times. I've been happy with this place until last night, I was disappointed. My and my husband's steak tacos were cold. There were alot less cheese, and the buritos had no cheese. I thought they came with cheese?? So anyway, room for improvement. Dessert was great. Chips still great but should be complimentary.

Food was good, service was mediocre. Busy spot, so make a reservation, or you may be waiting for awhile. The carne asada fries were awesome, and the fish tacos were ok - a little bland, the pineapple was nice with sweetness, but needed some heat to balance the flavours. An item that seemed really popular was the Wet Burrito...that may be better than the tacos, we wanted a lighter option.

Had a great experience here. The food was delicious, the service was amazing, and they were super accommodating to let us sit on the patio with our dog. They have some comfortable couches set up with pillows and blankets with a heater so it makes for a super cozy atmosphere while you have a drink when it’s chilly. They also had live music for people sitting inside which sounded really popular by all the applause we heard. Whether you’re staying at the lodge or not I would definitely recommend this spot.

Smash burger, French dip, salmon curry, elk/bison burger, salad, and a few desserts were all pretty good. Plus tried all the local whiskeys and a few local beers.

We have had great experience here, The service was great, the staffs were so nice and the food most amazing and delicious 😋 we sat inside and closed to fireplace because the outside around bit cold weather enjoyed the food and the atmosphere was cozy, I love ❤️ it so we think we will visit and be back to eat soon.

My husband and I had an excellent meal celebrating his birthday here. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the poutine, beef tenderloin, and Game-On Burger right next to a cozy fire. When our meal wasn’t what we thought they were able to fix it with no problems. Also, Art did an amazing job as our server, especially being new. So shout out to him for excellent quality work!

We had a great meal here. Servers were all very friendly. We were not staying at the lodge but booked dinner based on reviews. Brussels sprouts are amazing - definitely put those on the list. Charcuterie board was filling - way more than two people can handle. I had the chicken and my wife had the fish. We had cheesecake for dessert. We ate in the outdoor area and brought our dog.

We came here after looking at the menu on the website. It sounded great and with fair prices, but when we showed up we found the website must be outdated by a number of years. Prices are almost double from what the website says -- ended up spending over $17 for a burrito. It was pretty good, but a pretty small-sized burrito 17 bucks. Not worth it in my opinion, there's better food in town for $20+ a head.

GREAT place for people doing whole food plant-based (vegan) diet. Had the Thai Veggie wrap and it was otherworldly. Super fresh ingredients…GET THE AK-47 SAUCE with some chips. I could drink that sauce straight. Great people, great food. All around amazing experience.

Super glad we had the opportunity to eat here. Tried on Monday night but they were closed despite all signs indicating they were open. Today open and very busy. I got the falafel and my kid got the ultimate fatty burrito. A Greek salad too. All of it very much worth the effort. The guy behind the counter, quite possibly the owner, was seemingly stressed but through that friendly and accommodating. This would definitely be a favorite eatery if I lived here.

We had the turkey bacon apple wrap and lamb gyros - wrap could’ve beena little more full but was super tasty, gyros were great and had lots of sauce options! Tzatziki was homemade! Seating is minimal, two tables inside and three outside. Good to dine in if available, otherwise take out works!

I was standing in town and just wanted a good quick place to eat and found this directly across from my hotel. This is a simple eatery with a few tables. You go up, order take a seat and they bring the food over. I got the Thai Peanut Veggie Wrap for $10.00 and it was well worth the price. The food is very fairly proportioned to what you pay and I left feeling stuffed. The employees were very nice and helpful in addition to all the other good things here. I look forward to returning.

Take pride in your business and update your online menu and in house menu written on the wall. Prices were near double when checking out. Came in half hour after they opened and were already out of several menu items. Yet didn’t adjust the price, even though I had half the food items included in my order.

First Time Here Gyro 5/10. Unfair rating as i let it cool down for about 45 minutes. The lamb was high quality. But the pita bread was doughy. Otherwise. Not bad Blt Wrap 4/10. Not a fan of the dill Mayo. Acquired taste. Bacon definitely undercooked unless you like it 15 seconds on each side. Greek Salad 8/10 Amazing. Not a single complaint if your a vinegarette fan. I got the lamb in it. Worth a try id say. But expect to pay atleast 20$

Its going to be hard to not sound like a Karen- but wow... You can't make this up. Please don't trust the 4 stars and fall into a tourist trap like we did- this was so bad. We ordered the "Trust us" - we shouldn't have. The only good thing we have to say is that our server did seem to care, but at the same time, he didn't. We asked for one serving (of two servings total) with nothing spicy, and they served spicy food twice, then challenged us as if we weren't there while eating it in front of us; however, they did remake our food and agreed it was spicy, so there's that. The food was very expensive for poor quality and serving sizes although, according to our server, the items we received were the best and favorites of the menu. There was no atmosphere. The only way to describe it would be hanging out in your friends basement, if your friend smoked a lot of pot. For reference, the server was getting his hair braided by a customer(?) whose group I never saw eat food, but merely sat around the front table chatting with the employees. We had our meal boxed to go because we thought there'd be a better chance of enjoying it on our own- to be honest, it didn't even look appetizing and my husband had a few pieces and said it was bad. We're from the midwest, for reference.

The rolls had incredible flavor, the fish was the perfect temperature and it was tightly rolled with ample amount of fish and toppings. The rolls were unique. We will definitely be back!

We showed up to the restaurant a few minutes before opening and were told to come back in 10 minutes due to staffing issues. When we returned, I personally counted at least 7 staff inside. We waited at the host stand for several minutes before being acknowledged, while the host was busy serving food to other tables and ignoring us. Eventually, we were seated outside, but no one brought menus or water for over 15 minutes. I had to go back inside to find the host, who noted that he hadn’t forgotten about us, as he served entrees to other customers. When he finally came out, he dropped the menus on the table and asked what we were having, saying that “usually people already know what they want.” We asked for a few minutes to look at the drink menu, and he returned 10 minutes late, not to take our order, but to fold, scratch, and question me about my driver’s license (I’m 31). Despite being the first customers of the day, we spent about 45 minutes waiting, being ignored, and ultimately treated with unnecessary rudeness. At that point, we decided to leave and won’t be returning. Very disappointing experience.

Indah has been our spot for date nights and nights with friends and family for a few years now. I love how creative the rolls are here! The staff is always amazing and the vibes are just great all around!

Our experience at Indah Sushi was just wonderful! Derek greeted us a we walked in and was our server throughout. He guided through the unique and delicious sushi and cocktail selections with knowledge and humor. We really enjoyed every aspect of our meal.

I ordered the Stumptown roll and curry soup to go. This is my first time eating here. The roll was not what I was hoping for. Maybe it would have been better dining in. The soup was good. I had make a request for the rice to be on the side and this was not done. It also came in a small coffee cup. I would have liked the option for different sizes. Like a cup or a bowl. Overall the roll was much smaller and a bit less tasty as described.

Cocktails were absolutely delicious. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and made cocktails beautifully! Ambiance… needs some warmth. Metal chairs, bright paint on walls, and an oddly placed seating arrangement in the garage area full of bright fluorescent lighting penetrates into the lounge. Maybe some translucent blinds or coverings would help it feel cozier. Felt like I was looking into someone’s apartment next door. Love the drinks.

Dope spot for great cocktails! Love the vibes here and love that they have an agave spirit and it’s delicious! Prices were a little steep but not terrible. Definitely worth a stop if you like a good cocktail! Staff was very nice :)

This is always a good stop. This distillery creates a unique menu of craft cocktails using their brand spirits. Cool thing too, almost any of them can be cocktails.

Great experience here. Staff was great, drinks were greater and chatting it up with other patrons made it a memorable experience. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a nice craft cocktail.

Awesome cocktail bar/distillery. The cocktails are handcrafted with fresh ingredients and are amazing! There is a 2 cocktail maximum and they are closed at 8:00pm...so get in early to grab a drink before dinner. The salt and pepper martini and the Thai Down were the best. Some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had!

My wife and I visited while on vacation and had a fantastic experience. The bartender Mina was the picture of hospitality and was a highlight of our trip. As pretty avid drinkers, we had some of the best cocktails (the espresso martini with mountain mint spirit is a highlight) and walked away with some of their very high quality spirits to take home. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

I love going to Spotted Bear, the drinks are fresh, creative, delicious, and even pretty to look at. Very casual and great place to chat with friends and meet people from all over the world. The staff is fun, friendly, and explain the menu to help decision making. McCara, one of the bartenders is adorable and handles busy times with confidence and ease. They offer a punch card, buy eight drinks get one free, fun idea! Check it out, a great local treat.

Downtown Whitefish has an amazing bakery and coffee spot! I came back multiple times during my visit to Whitefish, and every item and drink I tried was amazing. Plus the staff there were super kind and hospitable.

Orange cardamom morning bun is AMAZING. They also have great Huckleberry pastry selections, the best being the huck cream cheese Danish, in my opinion. Went back 3 times in the course of a week :)

Very cute esthetic of this little bake shop. The food was so delicious. We had a few frittatas and a huckleberry cream cheese danish. There was no sugar free vanilla syrup but they do make their own syrups in-house which I love! Coffee was so yummy. Will be back again!

For those that curious if the pastries are sweet, then read on: This place caught my eye with their French pastries and freshly baked bread options. While the bread was great, I felt disappointed trying a variety of their pastries : cannelé, chocolate croissant, eclairs, etc. They were disappointing because they were very sweet. I get that people have different taste buds for sweetness, and these can be very good for them. I’m writing this review for some of us that don’t like our pastries candied. My boyfriend and I are visiting for his 30th birthday and Fleur did an amazing job on his cake! They were so kind over the phone and kind enough to deliver the cake so that it could be a surprise for him! :)

Visited fluer for breakfast this morning. Bakes and coffee were good but could be better. Savory croissant filling seemed a touch over salted. Huckleberry Danish was flavorful but seemed to be missing the classic crunch of a French pastry. Morning bun was great with subtle flavors. Prices are quite reasonable for a French styled bakeshop.

My first visit was Mother’s Day. Incredible menu, delicious food and too-notch service. The young owners were working hard with their sweet family in tow. A++++ if you haven’t been to Huck’s, put it at the top of your list!

My husband and I popped in here by chance while walking down the road doing a little shopping and I'm so glad we did! We ordered lunch, the chicken salad sandwich and a chicken bacon ranch wrap. I was so pleasantly surprised by how absolutely delicious the food was! Fresh and so tasty, perhaps the best chicken salad I have had out ever. My husband raved about his wrap, too. Nothing was drippy or greasy at all and the chicken was moist. The two employees we dealt with were pleasant and so helpful with recommendations. I have already recommended the spot to our friends who live in the area, definitely worth the stop in!

I have NEVER written a bad restaurant review before, but I felt compelled in this case. I was appalled at how I was treated here. We moved to Whitefish in April and have loved the restaurant scene and how friendly the staff usually are, so this experience was a complete departure from everything else we’ve experienced here. The greeting was fine, but everything went downhill after that. After waiting 40 minutes for a simple order of eggs and avocado toast, I only received half of my food. When I politely pointed this out, I was rudely told that’s all I had ordered and repeatedly asked if there were two tickets or separate payments, which there were not. I was then told it was on two separate tickets, as if that were somehow my mistake. The issue wasn’t the mix-up, it was how it was handled. I wasn’t rude, I simply pointed out that part of my order was missing, yet I was made to feel like the problem. The food itself may be good, but it doesn’t matter. We will not return, nor would we recommend this place to anyone. As a small business owner myself, I’m usually overly gracious to other small businesses because I understand the challenges. But I also know how crucial respect and kindness are to customer experience and that was completely absent here.

👍 clean environment along with a super cool staff. Honestly one of the best chicken bacon ranch wraps I've ever had. Waitress was nice and helpful. Had a great conversation with a gentleman named Kyle who worked there. Overall a really great experience. 100 percent will be back anytime I'm in the area.

Ordered smoothies and coffee to go, smoothies were good, coffee was not. Mostly- we walked in and asked if we should wait for our name to be called or if we would get a text when our order was ready, they said to wait for our name. After waiting 30 minutes from the time we placed the order we went up to ask about it. The smoothies were “in the fridge” and the coffees were gross and cold like they had been made… 30 minutes ago? Not sure how you’re supposed to get your order here, but pretty lame service. Why was our name not called? Weird. Maybe dining in would be a better experience.

Food was average. Overpriced, but it is Whitefish. Beer was good. Its all self service for the most part. If you're looking for beer and snacks (bar food) it's a decent selection. If you want more, such as dinner, Id recommend selecting one of the other restaurants in town.

Don’t miss the white pizza!!! I only wished I could eat more of it. Others in our party had the smash burgers (delish!) and chicken sandwiches. We had a big group so we pretty much got to try everything on the menu. Our only wish was that the menu wasn’t so limited. Other than that, our beverages were great, the food was good, and the atmosphere was fantastic. We had a lovely lunch on the rooftop and the weather was perfect.

Visiting from out of town so was not aware that it was self service. Can't tell by how the place is set up. Spacious with high ceilings. It was not crowded when we came so can't tell about the noise level. Salad was good. Seems like my friends enjoyed their burgers.

Fun spot for beer and good food. No table service - use QR code to order and they’ll bring it to you sans napkins, utensils, plates or water. No need to leave a tip though because you cannot ask the food runners for soda refills. You have to walk to the first floor yourself for that. Even if you’re on the third floor - plan to hike to the first to get your own refills. I’m fine with that but needs to be a sign and the auto tip generator doesn’t need to be popping up when you order food.

Self service. Scan the QR code to order. The employees who dropped off the food were nice. I like the big sports tv. Someone online highly recommended the white pizza. I tried it and it was mid. The food was ok. You really pay for the atmosphere.

White bean dip, smash burgers, and white pizza were the faves. The rooftop is great. Ordering is easy from a QR code at your table. My only wish is that they had more vegetarian options!

I ordered the Brussels sprouts and chicken fingers with fries — everything was delicious and came in generous portions. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole visit feel welcoming. One thing that caught me a little off guard was the QR code ordering system. You order and pay from your phone before receiving any service, and it automatically prompts you to leave a 20% tip upfront. I absolutely believe in tipping for great service, but it felt a bit unusual to be asked before any interaction. That said, the staff did bring out the food quickly and were attentive when needed, so perhaps it’s just part of their streamlined lunch setup — dinner service might work differently. Overall, I’d definitely recommend BlackStar for its food, friendly atmosphere, and generous portions. Just know the ordering process is a bit different than traditional table service.

A delicious açaí bowl, and I have had many to judge from! I had the Big Mountain bowl and probably ate it in less than 5 minutes.

The service at Mountain Berry Bowls was so efficient but still managed to maintain consistent quality. The portion size was so reasonable for the price. We all got smalls, but for only a 4 dollar up charge you can get a açaí bowl over double the size (large). The bowls are a little more runny than most, but still taste delicious. I would definitely recommend the Big Mountain with almond butter or mango, both are delicious. While there is no seating, the food truck/grab and go style is equally as satisfying.

Give me any food choices and I will always choose mountain berry bowls over any other place to eat💚💜 Bowls are so yummy, filled with goodness and a taste that is my fav blend of flavors. I personally love the good medicine bowl because of the bananas, almond butter, blueberries, super fresh granola, and of course, honey! 💜💚💜💚

Fantastic service by the two ladies working on 7/9/25. My son and I ran up hoping to catch them before they closed at 5 pm, but we were a moment too late. They said no problem and made my son his Acai bowl without hesitation. Highly recommend as the taste was great, plus super healthy.

Found this food truck at an art festival, and it was awesome!! I haven't really liked acai in the past, so I was a bit hesitant to get it, but it was absolutely amazing! The two girls in the truck were so sweet and efficient. Loved it!! ❤️

The food was good and of good quality. The music was right and it's a quaint place. The only issue I have is that the server seemed embarrassed to share with us the fact that they now charge for chips and salsa. I understand why, but it just seemed awkward. The service was good but not notable. I'll be back for another special occasion, but the pricing vs value aspect will keep me from visiting more than two or three times a year.

Burrito was delicious, but the atmosphere could've been better in the main room*. Maybe we just hit it at an odd time; but either way, good food! *Just went back after over a year since my first visit, and sat in the sun room off the main dining area. It's much better over there! The waitress was super nice and the food was still fantastic!*

We live in Whitefish, and this is absolutely our favorite restaurant. The food is excellent! Not exactly "traditional" Mexican, but so very good! My wife orders the fish special almost every time we're in (which is frequently), and has never, ever had anything less than a spectacular meal. The service is always excellent, as well. Michelle in particular is a tremendous waitress. We are consistently disappointed when we eat at Mexican restaurants in other towns, they just don't compare.

My wife and I went here for dinner. Great atmosphere. Friendly service. The homemade salsa was great. We didn’t have very authentic dishes, pork tenderloin and bison enchiladas, but they were still delicious. Only negative thing was the rice seemed old, or maybe it was the spices. Great place! Recommend.

The restaurant itself was very nice. The sun porch and outdoor seating were both nice options. The chips and guac and homemade salsa we're all very good. We ordered three main courses for my wife and my son and I. Both mine and my son's orders were wrong and my wife's shrimp was undercooked. All the portions were what I would considered undersized. If you took a 1980's Chi Chi's had 1/4 of the menu size and doubled the price and instructed the waitresses to act disinterested as they served it you'd have this place.

Came here for dinner with a group of 7 people this past weekend. The first red flag was that there were only two tables (us and another couple) in the restaurant which is odd for a Saturday night. When we went to order drinks we were informed there was no spirits available so margaritas were made malt beverages. Very disappointed with that as we expected tequila available at a Mexican restaurant. The drink menu only contained beer and wine. The quality of the food was mediocre, for example the corn tortillas were tough to chew and the tortilla chips were salty and seemed to be from a bag. The food did not taste like quality Mexican food that was advertised on the website. Portions were extremely small for the price of the meal. We did have relatively quick service from our waitress but she refused to split the bill and it was difficult to figure out individual totals with meals and drinks. She became very rude when she realized she had only accumulate a small tip as we each paid. Overall a bad experience and we won’t be going back again. Save your money and time and go somewhere else !

I'll give them four stars instead of five, only because they don't have tequila, or any liquor for that matter, just beer basically. But I thought my fish tacos were very good, and the Mexican Chocolate Cake was amazing! It's a very nice little restaurant and the service for me was good, so no complaints here.

Everyone loved the tacos, the fries are also great. Didn't expect the tacos to be this good in Montana. The karaoke was really irritating. You can grab beer from the bar.

Open kitchen mean by when they charge you for seven dollars for chip and salsa, you can literally watch the guy open a bag of Juanito’s and a jar of Pace salsa Put it in a plastic cup and mark it up 900% taco Tuesday is Dine in only and they have 4 massive speakers aimed at the dining area blasting crappy music so loud you cant have a conversation not Latin music just non stop bottom 40 kids bop WTF There’s a sign that says they’re closed for the slow season for like 10 days in April I bet they would not have a slow season or need to shut the doors if they tuned up the business a little bit like how about a food runner that could run food across the street to the parking lot so you don’t have to come into this awful building terrible atmosphere and awful parking out front this place needs a new location or a food truck because being attached to a bar is the cause of many of these problems Like they’re slow season happens to be when not a lot of people are not at the bar Because of a lot of people are outside in spring time where the food trucks are anyways I wish this place the best of luck. I know it’s hard out there, but don’t give the bartender next-door control over your music Jesus Christ.

Coming from Texas, you would think it's hard for tacos to impress you. These guys were awesome! The adobo tacos had tender chicken with delicious sauce and abundant hot sauces to go with it, if you choose! Must try in Whitefish!

The tacos really are pretty incredible, I got fish and every single bite was super tasty. They are street style so a little small, but again taste is fantastic. Little on the slower side, but in my opinion forsure worth the wait!

The Korean barbecue pork taco was so good! The chicken one and the beef one were also tasty, not a big fan of the veggie one

We are from Tampa Florida, which has many Mexican restaurants, and yet we have to admit that this was one of the best Mexican food we had-EVER. The staff of the restaurant were so friendly and customer oriented. Many of us were vegetarian and needed to modify the choices in the menu. They happily accommodated all our changes to the food we ordered. And when the food arrived, we were delighted. Their veggie quesadillas had fresh vegetables and real tasty cheese. The French fries, were so crispy and tasty, and the nachos were so nicely made. The person serving soft drinks, did not charge for drinks, saying this was always complementary! One seldom finds these kind of values among restaurant staff these days. We were so impressed by all this that we sought to meet the owner (who happened to be there) and personally thanked him. Whitefish town should be proud to have business establishments like this.

This place is seriously good. Tacos are delicious, and the mystery ones are a fun experience. Let’s just say, the ice cream place next door came in handy after the Taco of Death. The vibe is casual and the people behind the counter clearly care about their work. Would come back again no question.

RENTERS BEWARE!!! I have no clue how this company has ANY 5 star reviews. I am a host with 11 vacation rentals and I could never image providing such horrible places to guests! We rented the “private Chalet” only to arrive to a filthy, unmaintained cabin surrounded by container homes in every direction! I called them immediately to rectify the situation and have been trying to communicate with them for over 2 weeks now to no avail. The provided beautiful photos and a picturesque description of a private mountain cabin, which turned out to be a nightmare for our whole family! Please use a reputable company and don’t fall in to the same trap! Here are just a few of the items we ran in to. Sink faucet fell over, dishwasher broken, disposal broken, only coffee pot broken, cabinet doors broken, chairs old and broken, stick on paper shades with most ripped off, missing remotes for tvs and A/C’s, door handles fell off in our hands while opening doors, overgrown weeds, trash, pallets, personal items everywhere, throw up on wall behind toilet, old sheets and beds unmade, other individuals trash on countertops, used earplugs on nightstand, and so much more. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful that a company would even allow this and not even show concern or remorse by simply communicating with me about the terrible experience. This was the worst place I have ever stayed in as a frequent traveler.

Best Vacation Ever!! We came with a large group and got the Heritage Chalet and the 4 cabins. The main Chalet has a rustic cabin feel but is freshly redone and modern, and the cabins are so cool and modern. The Heritage Ranch is about 10 minutes from downtown Whitefish and 25 minutes from Kalispell making it remote but very accessible. There are tons of activities to do in the area which makes it the perfect location for Skiing at the Whitefish Resort or Hiking in the summer at Glacier National Park or just a chillled day at the flathead lake!! To sum it up the Heritage Ranch is the perfect vacation spot for winter or summer to get the Montana feel but still modern and clean amenities

Happy Bear Trail in Whitefish exceeded our expectations and needs! The home was inviting, well maintained, and cozy. It offered more amenities than were necessary, and would be comfortable for a large family like ours, if we had brought our children. It was within minutes of coffee shops, great food and breweries, fishing, hiking, shopping, and Glacier National Park. This allowed my wife and I the time to reconnect while allowing us to decide our agenda on the go. We will be back to Happy Bear Trail!

We were very impressed with the ease and kindness of your entire team. Each time I asked a question, I received an immediate response. Everything was perfect in the home and your company provided excellent service in renting the home. I stayed in Cabin 2 this summer and what a treat it was! The cabin is simply gorgeous inside and out, it has a modern and tasteful decor throughout, great amenities and a beautiful view! The property is secluded and very peaceful but close enough to Whitefish and all of its restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars that you get the best of both worlds! I plan to come back here again and again, it was a great experience!

Highly recommend the Heritage Chalet / Heritage Cabins! Beautiful and comfortable accommodations. Perfect location. We had an absolutely incredible experience there. Could not have asked for better.

We had an amazing time here and will be back very soon. Home was over the top, clean, and very well stocked. The ski-in/ ski-out was the best on the mountain. Look forward to booking for next year.

The chef prepared the salmon perfectly; the wedge salad and its unique dressing was tasty. The dining room inside was packed so we ate on the patio with a beautiful view from the mountain. Thank you, Caitlin B., for the stellar service! The hosts at our b&b in Whitefish told us we should check this place out. They were absolutely right!

Really a great dining experience. It was so good that we decided to come back for a second night. Our first night we shared a lobster pot pie and the wasabi salad. Was excellent. The second night shared the crab cakes appetizer, ribeye and the seafood pasta dish. Everything was wonderful and the service was top notch. Cozy dining space and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have eaten here five times now and we love it! Food is fantastic. I had pasta tonight and it was the best I have had in Whitefish. Their fries are cooked in beef tallow and are incredibly delicious. Some of the best fries I have ever eaten. Staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you Buchanan’s and we will see you tomorrow night!

I do not recommend the chicken sandwich here. Although it is very large it is the most tasteless chicken you'll ever have. The breading also leaves a lot to be desired. When asked how are meal was I expressed my concerns about the chicken and it was basically ignored. There was no questions about how it could be better, what my issue was etc Furthermore this place is way overpriced for the experience. The carpets are stained the kitchen is loud and the service is just okay. I do not recommend. Seriously how do you mess up a chicken sandwich? Other people in my party rated their food as six out of 10. Again it isn't worth the trip up the mountain.

Buchanans and the Snug were both such a phenomenal experience. The owners were kind and attentive, the servers were absolutely outstanding and the food was top notch. Our table of 6 had a variety of meals and everyone loved theirs. Afterwards we stopped in at the Snug (their lobby bar) and enjoyed some after dinner drinks, the bar and bartender(s) are outstanding. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

You must get up to Buchanan’s NOW! The best restaurant in the Flathead. From the moment you walk in and greeted and the entire time, you are met with friendly and professional staff. The food is outstanding, fresh and delicious. This local will now be making it a regular place to dine whether on the outside tables, the Snug Bar or in the dining room.

We went there for my birthday and were disappointed. Our steaks were overcooked, some items were forgotten. Also the menu was pretty sparse. Definitely not the special occasion place we had hoped for (instead of a chop house, the place felt more like a hotel restaurant, where guests saunter down without making an effort) Lastly please fix the back door. Every time the wind blew, that door swung open. So distracting.

I had the pleasure of dining at this adorable restaurant, and from the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The welcoming atmosphere was enhanced by the delightful aromas filling the air and the warm smiles from both the staff and fellow patrons. We tried a variety of dishes, and I must say, the portions were generous and the flavors exceeded our expectations. Each dish tasted even better than it looked! The wait staff was exceptional – friendly, attentive, and checked in on us multiple times without being overbearing. It’s rare to find such attentive service, and it truly enhanced our experience. We’ll definitely be returning for another wonderful meal!

After traveling from Spokane Washington specifically for this restaurant, we were nothing but impressed! The atmosphere was so cozy with nice music playing. The service was outstanding and you can tell the chef puts his heart into his cooking. Everything tasted amazing and the flavors were spot on. We all agreed we would travel just to enjoy a meal from Mambo Italiano again! Thank you staff and chef!

The people here are incredibly sweet and the food is incredibly good. I wish I lived near here, I'd be there every week 🤤 There is definitely a lot of love put into the food and you can taste it!!!

Romantic atmosphere. Would be a great date night restaurant. The upstairs had a cozy cove that would be perfect for an intimate setting or a small group. The servers were all working hard and very friendly. The food was good, but not what we are used to. The red sauces were thin, yet chunky. In other words it was a very loose sauce (needs a spoon) but had large chunks of tomatoes, which we weren’t used to nor do we necessarily prefer. But this comes down to personal preference, and nothing against the chefs. The garlic bread they bring out is phenomenal!

We have been going to this restaurant for 17 years now. Use to be my favorite. The quality has gone down over the past few months. The chicken Parmesan has always been our absolute favorite. And now the quality of the chicken has really dropped. Last night I had the meatballs with marinara. It was practically a meatball soup. I do not know why a chef would allow that to leave the kitchen. When I want spaghetti, I want actual marinara sauce. Not a soup. The waiter said that it's because of real tomatoes. I make homemade marinara sauce all the time with real & mine is not soupy. We only go to restaurants that can do a better job than myself, so we will not be returning to Mambo's until we hear that they have improved their recipes. I am hopeful that the recipes can be taken back to how they used to be.

Came here 2 days ago for my birthday dinner while visiting GNP from Michigan. The food was fantastic! Staff could not have been any nicer and the ambience was great. I will advise anyone coming to the area to eat here. Bravo Mambo!

Flies everywhere! Very distracting and unclean. My Friitti a Mare was seafood with pasta drenched in water! I put a piece of the bread in my dish to absorb the incredible amount of water, which was considered "sauce", it was mediocre, at best. My concern, however, is about the wine I ordered. I ordered a bottle of Four Graces from Oregon. Delicious. I had a taste test of this wine, and one other. Delicious. When we left the restaurant and were almost to the car, I remembered that I had left my bottle of wine on the table! I went back to the restaurant and asked for my forgotten bottle of wine. Literally, six to eight minutes! My wine was on the shelf to be served again!!!! Really? It makes me question the samples I already tried, and everything about this restaurant! I reached out, and attempted to inform the management, but, an functionality illiterate young woman took my message, and the manager, who was "too busy" to address my concern, never called me back! I waited 24 hours to post this. Food; not terrific. Flies, everywhere. Health code; unimaginable!

Casey's is a very good restaurant/bar in downtown Whitefish Montana. The food and drinks are always good. My wife had the stuffed meatloaf and I had fish and chips...both were excellent. Also, if you like mules to drink, this is the place. I had the Montana Mule made with huckleberry vodka... Awesome! 👍👌😀

This is a great place to come with friends for lunch. The atmosphere is good and the service is very friendly. They are most knowledgeable of their local breweries. We had a good experience asking for recommendations and they were spot on! Our food was hot and came quickly. The restaurant was clean and laid out nicely. Their fries are natural cut (which I love) and they have a large selection of local drinks.

*** No kid menus here *** Stopped here on July 4th, 2019. Family of 6 including 2 adults and 4 kids. Food was good. Made as ordered. Bill was $71.76 for 6 people. We all drank water but were given no straws. When asked we were given bar drink stirring straws. Watch the add-on prices on the menu. For example, adding lettuce tomatoes and onions on your burger costs more. Also watch the two lines of taxes on the bill which is non standard in Montana. Looks to be about 3 percent. Over all the visit was nice and typical I'm price and atmosphere for a tourist trap town

A 4 for atmosphere and for the food. Ate at the skybar which gets very busy (limited seating) but the waitress uptop was very accommodating. The food is made fresh and is good but is as per bar food style although not greasy and very clean. Pricing is average for quantity.

Food was meh, place seemed to be understaffed. Took quite a while to get orders placed and refills once seated. Waitress was pleasant, but struggling to keep up with the tables. Artichoke dip was good. Steer clear of the French dip sandwich. No kids menu.

We sat up on the sky bar, and the views were great. The menu is limited compared to the rest of the restaurant, but we were able to find someone for everyone. I wish that our table had an umbrella though, because it was hot!

Amazing food, wonderful hospitality! I promise you, the atmosphere won't disappoint! Give this place a try, and if you can, sit roof top! Not quite Key West with sunset, but pretty darn breathtaking!! We ate here 4+ times. AMAZING!! 😍😍
