OMG! The food was so good. There were so many good options, we couldn't figure out what to eat. My husband got the torta with carne asada, and I had 3 tacos; mole, carne asada and birria. I wasn't feeling the mole, because I like "Publea" style. Everything else was so good.

This place is close to my house and I am a forever fan. This place is sooooo yummy! I always get their carne asada tacos. Very authentic and prices are reasonable. I come here like 3 times a week to get my taco fix

We visited first for dinner on a Friday and then lunch during the week. The food and service were outstanding. Prices are very reasonable and portions large. This is a causal, friendly mom and pop establishment that has earned its place recently as one of Atlanta's top 75 restaurants, according to Atlanta Magazine! Stop on in, if you are in the area. Parking can be tight, but I see why. I plan to return.

This place is a staple for me now. Not one bad item on their menu. Everything is good! Service is lovely as well.

I was beyond excited to try this authentic Oaxacan food and it did not disappoint! Everything is so full of traditional flavors and cooked super well. The chicken Mole was an absolute fave and I also tried all four tamales on the menu. The Mole and beef were the best in my opinion but you really can't go wrong. This restaurant is busy with a diverse customer base so you know it's good! Definitely give it a try!

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants to visit on the South Side! I love their green Tamales 🫔 as well as their Steak Tacos! If you’re ever on the Souf side Mannn I would highly consider trying this place

The food was great but the service was subpar. I had to ask for more chips, drink refills, the check. They weren't very attentive and didn't seem to check in on us often. The food was pretty good though. Almost made up for the service.

Angel was our server she did a fabulous job! She helped us make good food choices and catered to our needs. Our drinks stayed full and anything else we asked for was provided. Service with a smile from the moment we entered. The food was yummy, presented fabulously. We enjoyed our time at Sonny’s in Jonesboro.

The disappointment level is extremely high for this place. First, I had never seen ribs so little, but the taste of the ribs was okay. The mac and cheese was not good, and since I picked up my order (this is what my father wanted for Father's Day), I had to add some brown sugar to the beans to be able to eat them. To each it's own, this place gets lots of business and it was definitely crowded on this day and people kept coming, but even with my disappointment of the food, there was a manager on duty and this man was yelling so loud and so much, I thought a fight was going on in the kitchen and was coming into the dining area. This man just yelled, and he yelled, and he yelled, then he came to the floor and was yelling at servers that were coming and going back in fourth from the kitchen to the dining area. Sonny's, I will pass.

I was craving Sonnys, which I haven't been there in years and never will go back. I ordered the 3 combo meal and even spent extra for wings. THOSE WERE THE WORSE RIBS I'VE EVER TASTED. They were hard, tough and didn't taste fresh. In addition, the brisket was heavy and tough and the pork was overly chewy. This is not a great place to visit

I haven’t had BBQ this good from a restaurant in years! The store was clean and the staff were courteous and genuine. Shylo went about and beyond to make me feel welcomed, not to mention she knew everything! This restaurant with its staff is a well oiled machine and I will be back. I left happy and full, 10/10 would always recommend! Thanks Shylo!

I just think that it is unacceptable to serve your customers mac and cheese that looks like this. I am truly disappointed. It's dried out and you could get 2 spoon fulls out of this. It's sad because if I were getting this order ready for someone, I would have just not served them this. This food is too expensive to present this for someone to eat.

Our favorite Sonny’s location after we’ve landed at ATL and are headed home. The food and service are always good. Today TK was our server and he was personable, efficient and a pleasure to talk to. Thanks for a consistent “welcome home” after time away!!

I have the Sonny’s app and got a reward to get a free meal (for teachers) as soon as I walked in I was greeted. I sat at the bar and they had a few drink specials. I had the spiked lemonade. My meal was the pulled pork and baked beans. Both were delicious. What stood out the most was the customer service I received from Ayesha. It was truly top notch. I haven’t been treated that well in a restaurant in a while. I ordered the brisket to go and it was good as well. As I was leaving other employees greeted me as well. Not sure if Ayesha is a manager but she should be.

This was a first time try for me I usually don't try this type of food, but to my surprise it was good! The food I got (to go order) was seasoned well and flavorful. The spring rolls were ok as well that come with dipping sauce, nothing spectacular but not bad. The only disappointment was I thought I was ordering an item that came with rice like the picture but maybe the wrong picture was listed with the description so it was just chicken and a big piece of cabbage. But again the chicken was very good and flavorful.

Food is good. Service is very quick and staff is friendly and polite. I always order to go, so I’ve never dined in.

This place is always great when I go. I got take out and my daughter and I were pretty hangry so we ate the Cream Cheese Rolls on the way home. They are sooooo good and I highly recommend getting them as an appetizer. I normally get the Garlic and Black Pepper Chicken Meal with Fried Rice. It is so good that I haven't really strayed from getting that from all the years I've been eating here when I go to Jonesboro.

I tasted it one time and I just keep coming back it's a long ways from my house but I don't care I hope to be back tomorrow that Curry oh my gosh. And the people there are very kind and courteous and respectful so please when you go there be kind and if you're having a bad day they'll make your day better. Thank you all It seems like every time I come there the food just tastes better and better and people if you don't have enough money to go to Thailand just go to this restaurant it'll save you some money and it'll save you some time on travel 🤔😏🤣😂😂🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️❤️🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️

My first time attending this place was Monday and I was greeted as one foot step in the door all the way to the time I exited the building. Very friendly staff and my goodness was the red curry so good. The portions were great for the price. I definitely had enough to eat for three days. I can't wait to explore new things on the menu.

This place is my go to for authentic Thai food. Customer service was and is always great. The food is delicious and the portions are huge. I always have tasty leftovers for another meal.

Super disappointed with this restaurant. We’ve been coming here since the early 90s. Lately though the service, as well as the food, has declined severely. Dining at this restaurant used to be something my family and I looked forward to. However, with the belligerent staff, small portion sizes and raw food, it’s safe to say my family as well as other patrons who feel the same way will not be dining here again. A waitress openly refused to serve our table because she was on a break. While I understand breaks are necessary in any customer service industry, to demand that you are not going to serve a table in front of your customers is a bad practice and a guarantee to turn away future customers. This particular waitress went even further to yell at coworkers in the back. In addition, the staff are allowing dogs in the establishment. While I understand that service dogs are important, a customer had her dog in a stroller (no harness indicating that this dog was in any service capacity). Back to the food, we were served raw mushrooms as an appetizer (see picture attached). The only saving grace for this restaurant was the waitress who took over for the waitress who refused to serve our table. Shout out to her.

My steak was way overcooked. The only thing hot was my fries. The crab legs haven't been rotated and most definitely weren't fresh. Honestly the worst red lobster experience I ever had. And I wasn't the only one several other people were complaining. About service and everything. At one point they were told they only have one table available because only one waiter would accept tables. The hostess said ten minutes and then disappeared. Waited 35 minutes to be seated and only about 10 tables were filled. The best thing this red lobster had going for them was a waiter named dontae. He was seating people waiting tables and correcting errors others made.

Maybe the morning crew cooks better but spare yourself and your health and go to another location. They have a 85 B Health score and the food was horrible. The server looked thrown together and had no customer service. The drinks from the bar had salt at the bottom from the rim I’m assuming and the waiter wasted our shots on the side so it was more like a sip and he didn’t seem bothered by it. The Cajun shrimp pasta was thick and unpleasant to eat. I’d never come here again. The tomato sauce for the calamari was thick and didn’t taste good at all. We had appetizers and main course with alcoholic beverages and nothin except the biscuits were appetizing.

The food was delicious and the serving size plentiful. My drink (I had a frozen mangorita) was amazing; perfect for this scorching summer day. The service was a bit slow surprisingly, seeing as there was hardly anyone there today. But I give it a solid 4/5 and would go back.

Chantel was fabulous! We tried the shrimp and lobster tacos. They were ok on their own, but there were only two shrimp per taco and I couldn't find the lobster. Our other entree was a steak with a side of scallops, so we put the scallops on the tacos with the left-over shredded cabbage and sauce from the crab stuffed shrimp Rangoon. That was tasty! Inside was a bit cold, so we ate fast and didn't stay long. On the way out, we used the bathroom which was very messy considering the restaurant was mostly empty.

My first visit to Red Lobster was memorable. Many things came together that day, not least that it was date night with my princess. Save the passive aggressive attitude of some of the female staff at the entrance (which contributed to a 4-star rating rather than an ideal 5), we were well treated by our waiter, Sheldon aka Panther! Ordered the salmon and shrimp with sweet potatoes which were all excellent to taste. Restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere, serene. Pricing also good. Dinner came to about $60, but worth it. Our initial bread treat was a bit unctuous so maybe that’s something that needs to change. Overall, a great experience, and will definitely visit some other time if I’m around the area.

Absolutely horrible. The bar was dirty. Dishes everywhere. The bartender tried to do her best but was over whelmed. She didn't have a pen for clients to sign receipt. The host threw at pen over to the bar for her customer to use. Waited 15 before I was even greeted. Food and app came out at the same time. Food was not fresh. Was coming from out of town definitely will not return.

Chick-fil-A in Atlanta was a great experience! The staff was wonderful, the service was excellent, and the people were friendly. Even though I witnessed an accident outside, everything inside the restaurant was terrific.

What can I say about Chick-fil-A that everyone doesn't already know, they set the bar! The staff at this particular location just sets it off though - like Cleo and Stony... The morning girls today had thee most positive attitude and went above and beyond! I miss fast food breakfast that made you feel good. The positivity I felt in drive thru today definitely set the tone... So thankful for the staff there. Thank you ladies!!! You guys are the prototypes!!!

Usually chick fi la as whole does pretty good but this location dropped the ball. I ordered a spicy southwest salad and some grilled nuggets. Now what I got was a spicy southwest with now dressing and fried nuggets. I don’t know what happened but definitely not satisfied.

A few weeks ago I was here and asked to talk to the manager, as one of her employees, MACKENZIE MESHELL BRANCH, hit my vehicle and did not want to be responsible for the damage, even though she went inside the Chick-fil-A parking lot and here she works with her mother and grandmother and Shield with them, and they only seek to protect her when they should. Take responsibility for their actions, when I came to ask to talk to her and they completely refused, it is really disrespectful that a company as big as this one, hires staff so lack of values, ethics, respect, responsibility, they are arrogant and despots.

The food was absolutely delicious and came out fresh and full of flavor. The customer service was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and everything was clean and comfortable. If I’m ever back in the area, I will definitely be making this stop again!

I’ve been to this location several times, and more times than not, my order is wrong or missing items. I recently placed a group order and ordered six pretzel cheddar club sandwiches to try, and none of them came with the creamy dijon sauce. In fact, I had ordered additional nuggets, strips, and fries, and my entire order was missing condiments. I even placed another order for more strips when I came in for my initial carry out order, and the few sauces I did get for the second order were incorrect. I would not recommend coming to this location unless you’re placing a small order or you’re dining in so you can ensure that your order is correct. The employees did not seem friendly or inviting. The vibe was different than other locations I’ve been to, and I did not feel welcomed. I tried to report the issues with my order through the app, and I received a pop-up message saying that I needed to visit the location to get everything resolved. I won’t be back because I keep giving grace and chances, and I keep getting disappointed. This was the last straw.

I use to love this location until I found a cockroach in my salad that was “freshly prepared “ now I’ll never eat chic fil a again.

Southlake Ga location my waitress Leslie H was the best and very polite. So that's the ONLY reason I'm giving this place some stars. I had a lady bug in my salad 🥗 so that spoiledmy appetite. The manager never came over and apologized or acknowledged the situation. I feel that was very unprofessional on his part. Don't think I'll be going back there.

I had not eaten at a Carrabba’s in about 15 years and was a little skeptical about giving it a try. I am not disappointed that I did. The food here was really, really good. It was all fresh, flavorful and hot. Even the bread was fresh and moist. All of the food was seasoned just right nothing I received was under or overcooked. Customer service was outstanding! Big shout out to Miss Country! This was restaurant was also very clean. I highly recommend dining here!

To each it’s on but this place has fallen off and I will never eat here again! I placed an order to go. She was super sweet… However after 20min of waiting; order came out wrong! She offered to have them correct it; apologized and advise to will take 10min. I waited another 20min went by… I became very agitated… The waitress didn’t notice I was still waiting in btw her assisting w/ other to-go-orders! Once I shaved my concerns… She went and got her manager who was like 12! He came up and ask me problem. AS IF, he didn’t already know! I told him I would like to be compensated for my inconvenience and ruining my dinner… it’s now been over 40min! And the one dish is still not ready!!! Basically they never re did the order! He ask what would I like? I ask him if he was manager; he said yes.. Well u tell me what u think is right thing to dot! He said tell me what u would like… I said comp my meal or give me a dessert. He said again, what you like… I said just comp my meal! Then the lil 12yr old looking manger said “well I can give you a discount. 🤦🏼‍♀️ You asked me 3x what I want and when I tell finally tell you; now he’s confuse. He ends up having me buy back the 1 meal and he credit back for the one the screwed up. Nevertheless; another 10 min goes by and the supposedly “bow tie” pasta comes out and it looks some freaking throw-up! It looks like some puree pasta or the part of the pasta that they cut off to throw out!!! No bow tie no where! I couldn’t event eat these Over—cooked noodles! The pasta only had 3 shrimp and 3 scallops!!! I ate the bread and meat and threw out the rest, like what they intended to do, when they served me that BS! NEVER AGAIN! Very disappointed in Carrabba's Italian Grill… And the poor service and meal that was prepared for me and my family! I wouldn’t feed my dog this Pasta!

It all started as soon as we walked through the door, The Host was very friendly and. Got us seated right away, then we met our server Nykeria. She was the best we never had to ask for anything it was already there. It's almost impossible to find this kind of service anywhere, so I will definitely go back. Also, the food is Top Notch for sure and the kitchen staff has it figured out.

Came in for dinner with a friend and all I can say is “wow”! From the greeting, to the server introduction, to the wait time and the food- EVERYTHING was a 10/10. This place gives a nice family oriented vibe that’s cozy and welcoming. Ms. Country was our server and she was a ball! When she speaks you know you’re gonna be taken care of. The sangria-Rita that Jaqui made and the sangria that Angelina made were also 10/10. Great balanced drinks that will sneak up on you if you aren’t careful. Kearon and Isaiah checked in on us several times throughout all in all we will be back for seconds 🍽️😋

I had such an amazing experience! A young women who has pink hair gave me and my Husband had the most amazing service!!! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Everything was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. I truly felt valued and appreciated as a customer, and everything went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for excellent service—you won’t be disappointed!

We came after service and were greeted by the host. We met our server; I believe her name was constance. She was pleasant, patient, and provided recommendations. We have not been to Applebee's since 2019, and it was great to come back and feel like we didn't miss a beat. ●Atmosphere: Chill and well-lit. ●Food: It came out hot, and it was well seasoned. ●Bathroom: Was clean. Overall, we would visit again.

Fast seating and food was amazing. Kapri was an amazing server, we did have to call for her she came and checked on us and asked were we okay with a smile. The manager Derrick went over and beyond with service and I can see why he has a great staff . He came to our table to check on us even though he knew our server was doing great . It went to pouring down and me and my step mom had no umbrella and I had to be to work. He took the time to grab an umbrella and walk us one by one to the truck. The women’s bathroom is gross and none of the stalls lock. The tissue is so thin it rips as soon as you pull on it to get some. The food was disgusting. I got the 4 cheese Mac that tasted like watered down Alfredo. The perfect margarita tasted like cleaning solution and only had two pours. It’s advertised as multiple pours. Should be double pour. My server was really sweet and attentive.

When escorted to the table, the floor entire floor was slippery, even the booth that we were seated. We had to wait for everything. They were out of glasses, so we had to wait for drinks. When we received our appetizers, the server didn't bring out plates and napkins and said that they were waiting on silverware to be cleaned. The salmon that I ordered was overcooked, and the waitress said that they could add butter to add moisture. I can go on and on. Horrible experience.

Ordered from the 2/$25 menu. Had the 6 Oz sirloin well done 👏🏾 the mashed potatoes and broccoli with side salad 😋 . The portions were plentiful, enough to carry home. The lemonade/tea mixture could have been sweeter but it served its justice. The server Leonard was very hospitable checking on us from time to time. If in the area again, will order the ribs or riblets.

Seated quickly. Waited for a bit longer than usual for server to take drink and appetizer orders, however during that time we made sure to have order ready. Server was friendly and professional. Table was sticky but other areas we noticed were clean. Another server was going on and on about the kitchen staff being the reason for the delay at the tables in his section 😳 overall a decent time. More than likely will visit a different location because I do like Applebee’s as a whole

The new server was overcharging $16.99 for the daily special doing every item separately. The food was cold and not good. He put in the wrong kids meal for my daughter and laughed said his bad she had to wait forever. I called the manager, she came over and didn’t believe the server over charged. She took off $10.57 and left the appetizer $6.57separate which should have been included. I then went to the server he said it was to late nothing can be done. The manager told my family DON’T come back and got the police inside the restaurant. I was leaving overcharged already before she did that unnecessary racist move. They should be fired immediately. Never going back!!!

Will never go back, ordered to go and when I get home this is what their hot wings and hot shrimp look like. Everything over cooked, super oily and disgusting looking. $70 something dollar worth of food in the trash. Check your food before leaving the restaurant!! 🤢

This used to be the joint back then but now it went down hill. I have so many reasons on why not to come over here but here we go…. I’d like to start off on how bad the service was. Our waitress wasn’t bad but man she can’t do her job. She was constantly going to other tables even tho we had the most orders. Like aren’t you there to make a buck? Cater me before going to the same person that’s on the same beer for the past 5 hours. Cooks look like they didn’t want to do their jobs. There was only one cook that actually did his job. But even then he looked like he was ready to go. And the food…. man….. I got 10 piece wings , medium, I repeat, medium. The wings looked like they were dipped in butter and fried. And man let me tell you about that sorry manager that was there. Short guy didn’t even look like he wanted to be there. Only hung with the only people that was there to watch football. I mean you can’t help the waitresses out and fulfill the orders we’ve been waiting for an hour? He kept going back to serve more beer for the guys that was there to watch football. Maybe I’m just thinking and maybe I’ve should have went another day, but I can see why majority of hooters are closing down. Definitely need to step up.

Great experience at Hooters thanks to Kayla D (check #29). She greeted me at the door with a smile, took my order right away, and checked in on me throughout my visit. What really stood out was the short, encouraging message she left on my ticket—it was such a thoughtful touch. Excellent customer service, that made my visit memorable!

There is plenty of parking and two handicap ♿️ parking spaces. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The employees are friendly and give fast food services. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the food and alcohol beverages sold at this restaurant. The best day to come is on a Sunday morning 🌄 when this establishment is open for fast and very efficient food delivery. The other days aren't bad either, but I like it when I can come and play my favorite tunes on the JukeBox. Awesomeness in vibe and employees.

One of the oldest Hooters we've ever been to! We wanted yummy wings, but holy cow they were extremely over priced! We ended up ordering some boneless wings, which were covered in breading and so gross! Never again. 😳

Not very crowded for the wait time. The order arrived incomplete. I wouldn't return to this location; very poor service compared to other Hooters in the city.

Gave 1 star because I waited 20 mins at a table after being seated by the waitress. She never came back and the place only had 3 tables occupied. Didn't even get to order my drink. Got tired of waiting so I walked out. Now I see why they are going out of business. Inconsistent!

I want to give credit to my wife for this selection. Where do I begin? Minimum wait times for tables and food service. The noodles are one of the stars here. Whether cold in the salad 🥗, spring roll, or soup, the noodles are great tenderness and texture. The salad (pork and egg roll bun) was also fresh and delicious along with the spring rolls. I had the soup 🍲 (house pho) along with mint leaves 🍃. It was a great combination, and combined with the sauces, it will awaken your senses. That heat (chili paste not shown) was great. Not only was this meal filling, but it was also fulfilling. I almost forgot about the tenderness of the meat 🍖 in the soup, including the tripe. It has a lovely crunch 😋. Lastly, the interior is like a combination of a bar and casual cafe with industrial accents of metal, wood, and tile. It was a great experience, and I am looking to coming back.

I went with my girlfriend and was honestly very good. The spicy vermicelli broth was so good as our server suggested! She was amazing and the food was great. Definitely would come again.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I come here 3x or more a week. I sit outside to do paperwork and make all my calls. The staff always comes out to check on me and make sure I’m doing well. The food is always amazing. The staff is always friendly and helpful.A couple of the girls knows my order by heart. It’s always a pleasure and I will continue to come back.

I had the pleasure of dining at DUA Vietnamese Restaurant and it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a fantastic meal. The food was absolutely incredible! The pho was perfectly balanced with a rich, flavorful broth and tender slices of beef that melted in my mouth. The service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, making sure every part of our experience was top-notch! 5/5 Stars 🌟 Highly Recommend

The Bun Bo Hue is so good you will want to ask for more noodles. I like that they give you enough vegetables. I also recommend their chicken wings —perfectly cooked.

However, I realized I needed to quickly change my review due to unforeseen and unfortunate tastes. I also noticed a small piece of hair in my food. 2/10. Mediocre. Won’t be back.

This restaurant is hands down the best in my opinion! From good service, variety of food options, great music choice and the atmosphere this will always be my go to spot! Sam is by far the sweetest, funny, real person and does an amazing job as a server/bartender, if you come here please ask for her I highly recommend!

I guess being from Louisiana, the food in Atlanta hit completely different. I, nor my daughter enjoyed the food. The flavor was off and the level of spiciness just wasn't there.

It was my first time at the restaurant. The food was excellent. It's a charming place, good for conversation, with pleasant background music. Sam Bam was the waitress who served us, and I truly loved her with her attention and menu recommendations. She was always making sure we felt comfortable there. Online customer review: listen I've had noodles before but the Shrimp Soba is not like anything I've ever had. So much flavor, the sauce is necessary, brocoli and shrimp compliment the dish but I'd probably tear up the noodles and sauce alone. I just ordered some more so I'll come back with a photo before digging in!!

When I say this was the best seafood and experience ever!! My kids wanted seafood for their birthday and found this place. Shine our server was phenomenal and very attentive! The food was hot, well seasoned, and didn’t take long at all to come out!! The sweet tea was sweet teaing okkk lol!! We will definitely come back again!! Their prices are unmatched and they even had a Sunday special!! We will definitely be back!! Soon

Sam Bam was my waitress. Beautiful woman, beautiful spirit. Kept us laughing and came to check on us every ten minutes max. The hostess seated us immediately upon entrance. Food is always Phenomenal when I come to Lazy crab. I love it here.

I love going on Wednesdays and Fridays because you get 20 wings & fries they have many flavors to choose from, The wings are really good. The price you can't beat, I love the corn and slice of cake they are delicious.

Ok so the lemonade is delicious, the fried corn was great too, but my wings… they were not cooked long enough to the point they were chewy and the sauce was not it. I’ll come back but I definitely recommend sticking to basic flavors and requesting your wings fried the way you like. Hopefully I can come back and update with a better review.

Wings are fire 🔥. Crispy even with sauce on them. Fries cooked just right wish you actually got a little more and the corn 10 times better than wingstop. Peach lemonade 😋. Everything we eat was delicious. Must try and will come again. I went on Friday I would try calling ahead because there is a wait time.

The food is worth a try. I must say it was better years ago. It is very salty and greasy for my liking. The owner is friendly but the woman at the register has such a bad attitude. In short if you order, do door dash to miss her attitude or be prepared to wait especially on Friday. I waited 1 hour 15 told 20min.

Went to try it out. Placed an order over $100. All the wings were so small and burnt all you tasted was the cruncy dry meat. They don't give you any dipping sauce or condiments. What wing place doesn't give you ranch or blue cheese with your wing order. Wings were overly salty. Will not be returning.

Stopped by on 7/30/25 at 4:22 placed order for 6 wings with fries. Asked for extra sauce on fries which was 1.00 dollar extra. Order total was 11.10 which I thought immediately was too high but I paid. When I was shown my order by the really nice cashier I said ok and left. Got home and wondered why I didn’t say something….it was overly wet, overly priced and not good at all. The wings didn’t seem fried but baked so I ate 1 and threw the whole box in the garbage. I won’t be back.

I went on Friday. The front cashier was multitasking taking front orders and phone orders . I asked for the mild honey jerk wings she said 15 minutes. When I came back in the wings were orange and not like the mild honey jerk that I got before. So I said i don’t think these are the flavoring asked for. She replied you said mild honey garlic I responded and told her no I don’t like that flavor I’m sure I said mild honey jerk. So she got smart and took the wings to who I assume is the male owner and said “she said she wanted mild honey garlic now she saying she wants mild honey jerk” with a sassy undertone. The man tells the kitchen staff to RETOSS my wings in mild honey jerk . The lady took no accountability that she could’ve made an error which she did . Those wings were very VERY SALTY . Overall terrible Service and TERRIBLE wings and I ended up throwing the wings away because of the saltiness.

I placed the order online because it shows that their hours of operation is till 12 AM. Also when you call the restaurant, the automated message says their business hours on Fridays is till 12 AM. I placed the order at 10:36pm they said my order will be ready by 11:06 PM. I came to the restaurant around 11:25pm and saw an employee rushing out to get to her ride and I say excuse me are y’all close because I was confused due to the open sign still being lit but the restaurant lights dim as if they were closed, she she replied with a very nasty attitude and said yes we close we close at 11 I close at 11 all the times I said well it says open unti 12 online and I’m confused on why would you accept my money for online order and she said well they’ll have to give you your money back. I try my best to support local businesses such as this, but this is where the line is drawn. From the misleading times posted online and on your phone message to the very unprofessional rude employee, I would no longer be supporting this business. I left a message on the answering machine. Hopefully somebody will get back to me about a refund because if not, I definitely will be disputing. This is unacceptable and no excuse!

I came in to get a great potato and got just that along with great customer service. The people in the back and the manager Ray were so nice to me when I walked in and took their time making my food, and the peach lemonade is delicious…..believe me when I say I WILL be back!! Thank yall so much 🩵.

All food was cooked in the microwave, which if I had known that, I would not have ordered here. For $15 I would expect quality fresh food. The employee Rita was also not nice at all. I walked in and said “hey how are you”, in which she did not respond. I proceeded with my order and she said “what is that?” . I was trying to order the cheese broccoli chicken potato and she didn’t say anything else to me after that. I just walked up and grabbed my food which was not the best. I expected more for $15 for a greasy potato with microwaved chicken and cheese

I wish I could give them more than five stars for their customer service at this location! Robert has the most amazing people-friendly attitude ever! On top of the veggie potato being amazing that he made, his courteous, friendly, reassuring personality, ensures me that this is the location I need to go to! Go check him out!! This location aesthetics are not that great! I came here for lunch and the broccoli and chicken potato was pretty good. I give the food 4 stars because it’s pricey but delicious. The aesthetics I give it a one because you can walk in.

The last time we ordered from here, my order was awful. I ordered the classic with bacon. It was bland, the green onion were cooked so much they had disappeared. I decided to try it again hoping it would be better… more of the same. I won’t try it again. I waisted $20.

Small wait but that meant my food was fresh! So many options I'll be back. They only use the microwave to melt the cheese at the end for a few seconds not cook the entire time

No onions, ketchup, mustard are anything! I wish the Corporate HR could eat the foods that bad reviews. False advertising and poor service is beyond a review! I ordered a Jr whopper meal with onion rings. I realize it’s smaller than a whopper, but this was ridiculous. It was by far the smallest hamburger I’ve ever seen. The hamburger and the onion rings were as cold as could be. The tomato was so light in color, it was white. I will never go back to that location in Jonesboro again. It was a waste of money. This meal didn’t deserve any stars.

First let me start by saying as a ex food service worker, you guys are undervalued, underappreciated, and most definitely underpaid. I'd love to see you guys get you due. Having said that, it will never happen because of the reason I'm creating this review. I ordered 2 REGULAR whopper meals, one without onions. Why did my whopper not only have onions on it, It had jalapeños on it. I'm eating my "regular" whopper wondering why the hell is it spicy. In times like these I wish I had an allergic reaction to the sandwich so I could sue the hell out of this place. Yall need to get it together and take your damn jobs more seriously. All I taste is damn jalapenos at the moment.

I told the girl at the speaker i wanted only lettuce and cheese because i’m allergic to tomatoes. The lightskin girl at the window wasn’t friendly, she dropped half of my change and proceeded to hand me the wrong sandwich. The employees working there wasn’t doing anything…just waiting in line I looked in the window and there was a young boy just standing there. It’s too late for me too come back i was here to visit, but i willn’t be coming back in general. Really isn’t hard to check people bag’s and the make sure the food is correct. I’m not even hungry anymore, i’m upset.

Despite ordering 2 Impossible Burgers through the app with plain cheese, I discovered that the cheese was missing and I didn't receive the honey mustard I was charged extra for. I only realized the errors in my order once I arrived home. Additionally, the top bun had a strong cigarette odor, which i believean employee spit on my top bun. This experience was absolutely unacceptable and left me feeling disgusted.

The food was good we started our dinner with fried pickles. They were over salted. The steak and cheese was really good 👍. The boneless wings were a great dinner.

This was my first time going to this restaurant, and I must say it was sooooo freaking good. Me and my fiance was out riding and since I work in that area I googled a restaurant with outdoor seating and family atmosphere.....and this where we came!!! Everything was delicious, great atmosphere and great service. We definitely will be going back!!

Wife and I had a good experience here. The food was pretty good, the service was better, and the atmosphere was nice. Lots of tvs for games and such. Definitely recommend.

Low and behold I can’t say loud enough how smitten about the customer experience we received at this location. From our attentively smiling waitress {Abby) to the epitome of MR. CUSTOMER SERVICE himself (David Smith) we passed two locations to get to this location. Needless to say the vibe was warm, food was hot, fresh, and made our tastebuds smile, customer service was up and beyond…. Need I say more? If you’re in Henry Cty Area and wanna watch your favorite sports team, grab a bite … have a cocktail, and just kickback this crew will definitely welcome you in.

Loved this place! Our first time here and was great atmosphere. We had an awesome young man for our server, hate it that I don't remember his name! The fried mozzarella sticks and the mushrooms were amazing. Drinks were great! For main course my daughter had chicken alfredo which she loved. My husband and I had onion rings/fries, both of those were delicious, but the onion rings were the best! We also opted for the wings and wings/tender combo. For mild they were a little on the spicy side and seemed more of a dry rub, I would have preferred mine for the sauce to be a bit wet, but they still were good. Next time I visit I'll be trying the fried shrimp. Thanks for a great experience and fresh hot delicious food!

We usually love this restaurant and location, the food and food and service is always great….. that is until we went this evening. The food was still great but the service however has fallen low. On a Saturday that wasn’t busy and seemed pretty well staffed. We waited 10- 15 minutes for a waitress, had a great meal, we waited another 15-20 minutes after we finished eating to receive Togo boxes and we also waited 30-45 minutes for our check and to pay. This is as multiple staff even what I’m assuming to be the manager of the establishment walk by our table with our ticket and card ready to be run but still waiting. I hope this was just a one time thing and not happening frequently. Other than that the experience is pretty good always.

Casual clean and cool place to chill with friends and eat some good food. The only thing I would recommend based on my first time there is to season the fries or ask during ordering if the customer wants seasoning.

Came on a Sunday evening they have live music every Sunday. The band was niceee, definitely gets crowded so get there preferably a hour or so before the band gets there. Cheap hookah only $15, affordable drinks as well … definitely an older crowd but still a good time will definitely return back on a Sunday for some good live music.

On 9/20 me and my friends had a fun night out . We had pull up at the sugar bush for some food and drinks . I had ordered a blacken salmon and it tasted like jerk seasoning on my salmon. They served had apologize and told me she will let the black person in the kitchen make it right for me . Boy I tell you that was the best salmon I ever tasted at a bar . Not trying to be rude or anything whoever the owner is needs to have a black person cooking and running this place. Because I heard Chinese people be cooking. Too that black brother who made my salmon i had to come eat it again on Thursday and it was delicious again. Also the Mac and cheese and greens is on point too . My wife didn’t like the rice and the catfish was fake . Yall gotta do better

It's a sports bar! Plenty of screens inside and on the patio to watch the games. I've only went to watch my Steelers play because this spot gives the fans lots of love!! They have food and drinks specials and the wings are really good. Only issue I had was the server took awhile to take my order for mild wings and blue cheese and she got it wrong. Because of the long wait, I just dealt with the lemon pepper wings and ranch dressing. The fries were the only thing right lol. Other than that, I'd recommend hanging out here.

Listen I had such a good time my first time at the bush. The food!!!! The food!!!! Absolutely delicious!!!! Everything was sooooo good!!! Our drinks were really good too. Everyone was so nice a pleasant except our waitress. She rushed us up out of there. She wouldn't let us decide on what we wanted. I felt pressured to hurry and order. She just wasn't pleasant at all (tip is included). When I go back I don't want her waiting on me. Ill give my money to another waitress.

T is the best bartender ever! Make sure your food comes on time and the drinks made to perfection! Love this place especially on Thursday’s and Saturdays! Highly recommended for parties.

I went on a Friday around 8pm it was pretty busy but they not slacking on getting people in & out and my food came fast and fresh I was shocked. Get that Chunky guacamole 😋 I couldn’t stop eating it I was getting full before my food came lol. I think it’s the best guacamole I ever had in my life. Fajitas 10/10 and I don’t think liquor but they the drinks rolling! I’ll definitely be back to try different items!

Ordered two quesadillas and a sangria with the red sweet wine. Food and drink were pretty good, but I felt rushed since I was solo. They kept coming asking if I was okay every five mins and the last time even offered a to-go cup for my beverage.

Been going here for many years and it has consistently been the best! We live a bit further away than we used to, but still make the drive because it's worth it. Staff is so always so nice and most have been there a long time as well. Food is amazing and you cant beat the price!

Came in as a party of 3. Service a little bit slow. Ordered cheese dip, lunch fajitas, and chicken wings. Lots of food on plate. We were able to substitute rice for beans. Food was good. The chicken wings were delicious! Asked for chicken wings To- Go near the end of meal. We were bringing an order to a home bound elderly person who loves chicken wings! When our meal was done and To-Go order boxed in a styrofoam container, we were handed the receipt. Huh? A charge was added for the To- Go order. What? We spent $70 plus dollars and a To-Go fee was added? It's not the amount that I'm complaining about, it's the principal of the matter that this business feels that it has to charge after the customer has just dined in. It's a sad time that businesses nickle and dime their customer for every little thing.

I received raw chicken with my order. When I returned to the restaurant less than 30 minutes later to address the problem, the employee I spoke with, Brandon, was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of acknowledging the concern, he questioned when I purchased the food and insisted the chicken had “just come out,” despite me clearly presenting undercooked meat to him. To make matters worse, they demanded that I return the food bag and discarded it, preventing me from taking a photo as evidence. This not only felt dismissive but also made the situation appear as though they were trying to cover it up. Serving raw chicken is a serious health risk, and the lack of professionalism from staff only added to the frustration. I am requesting that this matter be properly investigated and addressed to ensure food safety and respectful customer service at this location.

Great experience at the best Arby's I've been to in years. I honestly forgot to ask for the mgr's name, but he was quite the personable character. His extra effort was appreciated when he explained that the weekend BOGO sandwich deal could only be used in the app that I never had. I just downloaded it right then & was already in the rewards club. Very easy! We chatted a lot. The other employees were quietly working well together while servicing the drive thru. IDK if Friday nights are that typically calm, but it was a great experience. Also, the restroom was clean. Oh yeah. The smokehouse brisket sandwich always hits. I bought the Loaded Italian sub for the next day, and it was delicious with those banana peppers. Those curly fries were hot & basically inhaled. I can definitely visit again.

Ordered a #15 which is the turkey ranch & bacon sandwich combo. Curly fries were cold and stale. The sandwich was skimpy with meat. For it to cost $12 it needs to be loaded with turkey and bacon. It was more lettuce than meat. Big disappointment. Should’ve went to Publix for a $8.99 sub 😒

Absolutely delicious food and an amazing staff! Super welcoming, was immediately concerned for our well-being before we even entered the shop. (Strange man loitering, but all was well.) Food didn’t take long at all, felt welcome the entire time. Very clean establishment and the workers were very gracious offering sauces and asking anything else we needed. 10/10 Would definitely go again.

Today was my first experience with Long John Silvers. Based on the food, it will also be my last. Let me start by noting that the drive-thru employee was very nice and respectful. That is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. I ordered my food and when it was brought to me almost immediately I knew there would be issues. Every fried thing in the box (shrimp, hush puppies, fries, and fish) tasted old. It seems the food was already sitting there and they threw it back in the grease for a minute to serve it to me "hot". Everything was hard and greasy with a lack of anything resembling tasty. The corn was okay in a very canned corn type of way. The whole meal was subpar and disappointing.

The staff where friendly, efficient, & patient. I gave 3 stars for atmosphere because it was smoky (something burned?) when I entered and it was still smoky when I received my food so I had to eat in my car. I smell like smoke. I don't like that. Fish fresh, batter NOT salty,( was at different location, before), & the fries weren't bad but,..this just isn't my cup of tea, anymore. (Will be back to try fish& shrimp tacos and lobster bites, tho. 🙏🏾) They only had malt vinegar, ketchup, & lemon juice in stock. Glad I keep my hot sauce with me.

So when i say the food is bomb, I mean it. I believe the food is made to order being, I can blow the steam off my fish. The fries idk though, sometimes they're hot, other times i can instantly give to my toddler. The staff rotate of course, but are all pretty cool people. I have gone in each time and left out laughing each time. They're really like the cousins you want to sit by at the cook out. Now the inside is typical and can use a Lil sprucing, but who cares that it actually does look like an abandoned ship on the inside? The food is good...

I like the fish basket with waffles FF..They were a little busy but it was shift change and they still asked what we ordered.The staff was friendly and courteous the bathroom was clean too. I'll be back if I'm on this side of town again.

Okay, I was a little leery getting anything from this Zaxby’s, because of their rating of 91. The customer service was okay, even if he didn’t know what he was doing. The Cobb Salad that I ordered was horrible! The lettuce was blackened and some of it was water logged. So, I had to pick out A LOT of the lettuce. I must have spent at least 15 minutes doing that alone, before I could eat. Also, the bread was soaked too with butter. Would I recommend this Zaxby’s…NO!!!

I paid extra for large fries every other order had more fries than mine. I paid extra for a large drink and all the drinks were small. Only mine was supposed to have ice and they all had ice. No straws, chicken looked absolutely disgusting. Didn't touch it and will not spend another cent here. The total for the family was $75 and my food looked subpar. Ive attached photos which tells me how amazing my camera is because it looks a lot better in the photo. Chicken on the far left was deep fried or something. I think 3 stars was very generous. We can discuss your online pickup procedures if you would like. I order online then have to stand in the same line as everyone else ordering and wait for them to finish to pickup my food which is just sitting on the back counter.

this has been my second time going to this zaxbys and they are always either burning my food or not making it right, first my toast was burnt and i have no condiments whatsoever even after pay from extra, now it’s my nibbler my buns were burnt no sauce what so ever and my chicken was extra dry the box was ripped up

Last night around 8:45-9:00pm My family and I stopped here for supper ordered under KP .Upon walking in the darkskin women with dreads and chin hair( it was said to be the store manager) . was having an heated conversation with an ex employee about them being fired . The conversation was being held very loud and in front of me and other customers. The women began taking my order then stopped to tell another employee heavy set man with smaller dreads to “watch her car” then asked another employee the young lady with the green shirt to take over order taking for her so that she can call the police . While fixing my drinks I overheard her on the phone lying to the police about the young man being aggressive and not leaving when he had already left the building. He walked in and asked for something she told him the police will give it to him .i witnessed this and i will tell you that young man was not being the aggressor the police was very unnecessary for an ex employee.If this is the type of person you guys want to run your business I will no longer come here for dinner that was very unprofessional and I feel bad for that young man . Something needs to be done ! These new generation of managers are rude. I witnessed this first hand . do better zaxbys

Stood at counter for a while, was ignored until another person who looked like the people who work here came to the counter, she was immediately greeted and taken care of....then I was told I could order, so I did.. . Simple order of a salad w blue cheese dressing, 5 tenders w nuclear sauce and a tea with sweetner, because I think zaxbts everywhere makes you get sweetner from behind the counter... Anyway...salad came with wilted and withered up lettuce, ranch dressing.... I had to go back and stand in line to ask for sweetner, which i was tokd they were out of... then I had to turn right back around to be in line again to ask for the nuclear sauce that was supposed to come with the 5 tenders.... I have no idea how much these people are making but I can promise if IDGAF were a team, you'd find them at this location..... I shelled out $23 bucks for this very dismal experience.... EDIT: Apparently the terrible attitude of staff is a running theme for this location....as well as food issues, SO IT LIKELY BEST TO AVOID THIS LOCATION NO MATTER WHAT I had to return here to add this edit..... I wrote this review yesterday and today I tried Chic Fil A and I gotta say, there is absolutely NO COMPARISON possible.. . The staff at chic fil a even look more healthy and less ran through from hard living... im sickened that I even stuck around in Zaxbys yesterday to waste my money.....and let those nasty acting people make my food.... so I scream here yet again..DO NOT GO HERE, IT IS A RISK of many kinds

I'm convinced this place only drop tenders once a day and the french fries be sitting out for hours and when you ask for fresh food they say it's fresh but clearly you just dropped it back in the grease.. like I really wish there was a different Zaxby's near me but there isn't because I'm so fed up with this location. And the workers never seem happy.. this food is way too high for it to be garbage.

Oxtail are beef neckbones be honest with consumers. No Gravy or anything when it was clearly asked to be added heavy. I ate it but wasn't satisfied 😕 I will not be eating here again. Very small amount of cabbage

Came in for fried shrimp, but it’s no longer on the menu, so I got the jerk shrimp. Paid $25 for a “large” plate and got a few shrimp, a scoop of rice, and barely any cabbage. Flavor was fine, but the portion was nowhere near worth the price.

They usually have great food! I normally get curry goat with a side of jerk wings for later. Today I got a jerk wing plate. I was very disappointed with the chicken and the portions of the side dishes. I’ve never known jerk chicken to look or taste this way. Presentation is horrible as well.

I got a lot of bones and one slice of plantain. It used to be 3 pieces. The cabbage used to taste great now it has corn and green beans in it. The price has gone up which I’m ok with but the quality didn’t.

I purchased a large oxtails with peas &rice along with cabbage. The oxtails had no seasoning and were mostly fat. Cabbage didn't have a taste, it wasn't worth $30.00. I will never go back to this place. I definitely do not recommend this place. There food is nothing like Jamaican food. When you can't cook oxtails somethings wrong.

Hubby and I find this restaurant to have the best authentic Jamaican food. The place is extremely clean, and the food? Wow! It's the tastiest. Hubby had jerk chicken wings. Look at those fresh vegetables! He had white rice with ox tail gravy. I love the white meat jerk chicken dinner. I substitute the cabbage and plantains for extra rice and peas. Yum! We had strawberry lemonade.

I went here for lunch thinking that the price on the window was what I would pay however I was surprised. I ordered the Jamaican jerk pasta and was charged 20 bucks for a small size. The food was really good and enough for two people but I thought that was kind of deceiving having those prices on the window. I really realized that those are dine-in prices where you can get the better experience of Jamaican cuisine. Perhaps I'll give them another try.

I had the warm chocolate chip sundae with chocolate oreo and sea salt caramel ice cream with toffee. I have never had Bruster's ice cream that taste this horrible and of low quality. The chocolate oreo ice cream had ice crystals in it. The sea salt caramel with toffee tasted like vanilla with toffee pieces..how can fresh made ice cream develop ice crystals and did we forget to add flavor to the sea salt caramel....all for the whopping cost of over $10...I was dooped...they gave me some store brand frosted ice milk and charged me Bruster's new inflation tariff price. Native to McDonough...that's always my Brusters location but since I was in this area....clearly I FAAFO all Brusters aren't created equally...Hey somebody at the Bruster's on Jodeco Rd in McDonough go train that imposter in Morrow...until then ice cream lovers beware!

Is 20min before closing too late to get ice cream? I pulled up to order for the girl to literally say “ hey we’re closing soon” I asked “okay, can I order?” She says “ No, we just sanitized the spoons.” For her to say “we’re closing soon” was crazy she knew she could have served me but did not want too because they were cleaning up. The staff drags a lot of business down.

Went through drive thru today. Order two small cups one chocolate raspberry and one coffee well let’s just say I got plain chocolate and a vanilla something looked like pepper flakes in it and it was flavorless terrible experience even left a tip which I now regret !!! Horrible do not recommend!!

The Mt Zion location is horrible. They don’t acknowledge the customers in a timely manner & the counters are sticky & filled w/ dead bugs. The prices are also higher. They like to nickel & dime you for a pretzel stick, etc. Do yourself a favor & drive to the Jodeco location.

So we go to this establishment Christmas night because our sisters born on Christmas day she turned 53 said it was a great spot drinks food atmosphere he said was wonderful but I guess because today is Christmas some people don't want to work and don't want to be there. I begin to order food talk with everyone it was already annoying me because yes they're playing Christmas music but we have a table of use no worries it's kind of acting out they're very loud they keep sitting at our table at the end or you know like it's weird. Anyway so I get my food appetizer drinks and they made us a way that they close at midnight it's kind of like you basically need to hurry it up so I said well you know it can I please have a to go box my ticket another drink and a Coca-Cola to go without hesitation they nasty waitresses no he then begins to tell me that you can't have that until you're finished because there's liquor on the table I wasn't understanding what she was saying she was very short and nasty when I asked a question she said well if you don't understand what I'm saying that you need to bring it up with my manager and she kind of pointed off so I was going to look back to see them again up to us as though you know something that already been a problem the manager said yes we don't do that that's our policy that we cannot give you a ticket to go box or to go drink even if it's a Coca-Cola while they're still liquor on the table so explain the term for Washington State I've never heard that you know why is that you don't make me aware and the manager is already upset that I'm or I should say annoying that I'm asking questions but then tells us that the side of town we are people still and their thieves and you know all of this and I said how are you a thief on something you already purchased and what is my liquor have to do with my ticket my to go box you know my to go Coke and she was saying that people can just steal the liquor out of there and they would know when I pointed out it's not a lot of people there like I said maybe about 20-25 people eight of them were workers but they were so nasty and disrespectful the manager and the waitress in regards to the side of town we are on and the race I was baffled and disgusted all in the same time like God I wish I would have known that because you're on a predominantly African-American side of town that you have certain rules that don't apply to other parts of the city or state of Georgia it was a back and forth exchange of me asking questions like I said I've never heard of that I guess that's a thing but predominately in the African-American areas. Disgusted they were rude on Christmas and didn't really care who we were what we were celebrating other than that we were pegged as thieves. When I was going to say something else to manager cut me off and said so what do you want I said you know what don't even worry about the Coca-Cola it's okay you already put the drink in and it says it's not refundable so I'll just take that can I at least get my to-go box and the check and literally they both walk off and are talking right behind us about me mainly the waitress out loud as though I couldn't hear her so I didn't say anything we paid and we just left disgusting it should be sued for discrimination as though because the color of my skin you think that I am a thief and yet you decided to open a business in that area

I have to leave a rating based on my to go order. First off $8 for a side salad is kind of high for the portion received which was full of spoiled lettuce. So disappointing that you would serve that to a customer. Food was mediocre at best, wings dry fried rice bland and definitely over priced. 3/10

This was my first time here and I will be back! I had the 10 honey mild wings(SUPER CRISPY), shrimp fried rice and a tequila sunrise. The tequila sunrise was not that tasty but everything else was great

The wings are really good here. I heard they have other good food as well. If you like a drink that will knock your socks off...this the place 😃

UPDATE: Still a great place to get seafood and drinks. Went recently and still above par for a sports bar. A must try for anyone wanting good food and drinks, plus live music on certain days and many screens. Wife wanted something different, as usual, so surfing around we spotted this place. Turns out that it is some of the best seafood we've had, but it's not a seafood place. It's a sports bar, and the drinks are well made, you get your money's worth... Their menu is very low key, you'd expect an assortment of appetizers at a sports bar, but you'd be fooled. They have crab legs, shrimp, THE BEST CAFE HOUSE SPECIAL fried rice! Get it, you will be thrilled. We order it all the time. Prices are good too. Screens everywhere for sports shows and a pool table area. Dining areas and a bar area. Music is good too. We've been back numerous times and ordered to go. Service is good and they will be sure you have what you need.

I was driver for the day and soon as I came in no welcome or hello I'll be rite with u. I just waited for 5 minutes. I said excuse me and there was reply.( I am getting order) I can assume this was the manger. I just let the other drivers tell me how to get my order and the procedure they had in place to proceed to pick up for door dash. It was time consuming. Then got out to my car and one of employees was outside with his girlfriend blocking cars from leaving I did sy anything I thought she.was waiting on a.parking spot. But still was yelling insults at me because I look that way. OK I'm just trying to get out and do my job. I see why there is no store no or name on the place because I'll never accept from them again. They are unprofessional and don't want to work there at all.

I ordered pizza at this location a couple hours ago and sent my daughter to pick up not knowing that if you come after 15 or 20 min they throw your order away whether you paid or not which is understandable if that's in pizza hut policy, but what I don't appreciate is the unnecessary attitude and the neck rolling that came with it as if you thought I was upset after I asked my daughter to ask a female worker while I was on the phone with my daughter how do I get my money back. That's all I was concerned about after she said what she said. I swear people be in customer service position that they don't qualify for mentally and socially. Why apply to customer service jobs if you have the attitude as if you don't want to be there? I definetly won't be back at all. Pizza Hut please don't reply back with your automated messages its always gone be sum BS. That female is going to continue being there even after this review.

Ordered pizza for my 35th birthday. It was amazing.

I went in the restaurant to place an order and was treated wonderfully. The food was great, and the service was magnificent. Brought back memories with my family when I dined in as a child.

Geneshia was my server/cashier, she gave me great service! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes for a pepperoni personal pan even though my wait time was quoted at 20 minutes due to lunch rush.

Let's just say customer service is everything and it's not here until it's time pay the bill. Anybody who has a party of 3 or more you was forgotten about and was still waiting. It was so sad. Over all, they get 3 for effort but them cinnabon is the truth Jesus.... that's why they get that 4th star and that the manager tried to get my food together after me not receiving our food an Togo order. The damage was already done. Let's just say my husband didn't eat with the family.

The lady on the phone was so nonchalant I waited for an hour, ended up calling them back she said the order was cancelled. I ask for the reason she hang up on me. Rude unprofessional and thank God I never received that food they can spit on it that’s the vibe I got

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and really didn't need to look at the menu. So I just asked if they served CEVICHE? one of my favorite dishes. Absolutely the WORSE I have ever had! Ever! Would not recommend! Will never go back!

Food was a little bland but overall good. Drinks were good. Waitress was funny and checked on us.

I ordered a Texas fajitaquesadilla which included chicken shrimp and steak missing shrimp went back for the shrimp. Three pieces of shrimp presentation doesn’t look edible but I paid for it so I’m gonna eat it but I have to go home and Dr on it. The taco that I ordered was OK not my go to Mexican restaurant on a scale of one to five or two but the host that I had she was nice.

Food was fantastic. Service was adequate. Our server was working all positions, it appeared she was working the front alone There is an 18%fee for every sized party. Not just the typical 8 or more.

So I truly do not like giving bad reviews. But this is another bad review I have to give. So they do not have a high rating on their reviews I believe it was a 3.5. But the pictures of the food actually look very good. So we ordered a steak, chicken, shrimp fajita. We also ordered a pitcher of the house Margarita. So let's start with the drinks. I ordered a pitcher of Margarita. She ( the waitress) comes with a little small pitcher. When we ordered I specified told the young lady that we wanted a pitcher of Margarita.  I also said that I wanted a shot of tequila. So in the small pitcher of the margarita she (the waitress) says I put your shot. ??? Ok, so that happen, then the food comes out. The fajita it has it's sizzle. So we make up our fajita. Take a bite, the shrimp is way overcooked and the steak is too tough to eat. The pictures of the food looks good, but literally it does not taste good at all. There was no seasoning in the fajita meats at all. The steak was dry and tough. The shrimp was overcooked tough the chicken oh well... no real words to say.  Now be it, when we initially walked in there was an elder couple and the man was fussing at the waitress. Saying that he would stop payment. Now usually in these type of situations I'm nosy so I would ask what happened especially when I'm about to eat food at a restaurant. But in this case I did not. So we try to eat the food we could not, so ask for the check. I received the check to see that they placed gratuity already on the check🤔 oh. So with only two people in my party being me and my guess. They decided that they are going to charge me for their waitress who did not provide quality service she instantly gets a tip. With bad service.  She's says they do that at all the restaurants 🤔yeah that's not true. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. They are not friendly. The waitress was not helpful. I asked her what do people normally eat from this restaurant. She says did you read the menu "huh??" Not friendly at all and I, who always tip don't like going to restaurants where they feel that they can dictate to you what you're going to pay their waiters or waitresses. I do not patronize places of this statue ever. That's why I love traveling abroad because restaurants in other countries pay their waiters and waitresses fair wages.  P.S. the restaurant is very dusty and I don't believe it's so clean. Look at my pictures I digress.

I shouldn’t have to wait 20 mins for a to-go order after ordering ahead, rude servers just walked right past us and prioritized bigger party. Horrible branch should be shut down. Will never give a single penny to this company again.

I had fried chicken wings and cajun salmon over penne pasta. There was a seasoning on the wings that wasn't good to me, but they were fried perfectly. The salmon and pasta had a good flavor just a bit too much sodium. Customer service was lacking.

I ordered my food over the phone at 7:25 pm. I ordered two personal size Macs. My son went and picked up the order around 7:50 pm and brought it back home. We have ordered here many times with no issue. When he got home he realized his order was wrong, we called to let them know and asked if they could make the correct food. They flat out said NO. I asked to speak with the manager and he refused to come to the phone, did not offer any options for us, just that we should have checked the food before we left and they were busy and getting ready to close, they close at 9:00 and this was around 8:20. While I totally understand checking the food, I also expect that, as a restaurant, you would have my order correct (crazy right). Even McDonalds will make you a new order if it’s wrong. And on top of that to not even give me the courtesy of speaking with me is unacceptable. I’m very disappointed in the service, the food and management. I will not spend my money where I am not appreciated. If I could give a zero star for service I would.

maaaaaaaannnnnnn that food was so frickin good I cried when that bowl came to an end. y'all did that. I got the Cajun salmon Mac and substituted the Alfredo with vodka sauce. HEAVENLY

Moreau's makes the best Mac & cheese variations. I have never had a meal that was anything short of delicious from Moreau's. I'd legit eat here every day if could. On Wednesday, 11/1/23, I purchased a Cajun chicken & shrimp Mac & cheese with Ciroc wings and an Oreo cookie cheesecake. Everything was deliciously scrumptious. On Friday, 11/3/23, I ordered a deep dish spicy chicken Mac & cheese for a paint party event and the ladies loved it. The pan fed 15 ladies and there were still leftovers. Moreau's gets 10 thumbs up! I love this place!

Baked Ziti was smothered in a VERY STRONG GARLIC SAUCE that OVERPOWERED the entire dish. 20$ for a 1 serving meal that was ruined with garlic. I asked for spaghetti and she described a replacement Baked Ziti dish WITHOUT telling me of the garlic drizzle that completely ruined it. Will not return for the value or taste!

Get it. Do it. It's good. Chicken Alfredo here. Fairly priced is an understatement. It's just good. All around.

Why everyone in here they’re team members playing and cursing in the drive thru with one another? Why did my fries which were supposed to be a medium end up smaller than a small? Why every time my food is always wrong. In the attached photo is exactly how my fries were in its container!

Food is what you would expect some days better than others but no taste or quality issues. My one criticism is that they always ask me to pull forward and wasour for me food. I don't mind occasionally but it happens every time. But workers are polite and friendly when asking. It would just be nice to have the process go more smoothly.

Wendy's is a hit or miss. The breakfast is and i will never, never, never have again. It was awful, and I waited a long time to get my food. Wendy's needs to do better.

The lady at the window, had a very nasty attitude ( lost a customer) second paid for SOMEONE ELSE’S Order, and didn’t even get what I ordered. I order the honey bbq nuggets, and never got it. Paid 13 for literally nothing. Like where’s the nuggets?? 🤦🏼‍♀️ will be calling corporate in the morning!!

There is always an issue in this particular location. Extremely slow, both in drive-thru and the lobby. Even when there is no one one in the lobby or in the drive-thru lane they take forever to help you place your order. Uber orders are another issue on its own. Was not greeted when walking inside. Had a customer cancel their order on me cuz they were taking too long. Honestly a waste of both me and the customer's time.

I've always loved Wendy's. And my favorite part is there value meal. Just know that when your on a budget Wendy's is the place to go.

Staff is rude and disrespectful. Management was awful. Customer service was 1 star. If people did not want their job why apply, show up and interview for that job, punch in to do that job, then have an attitude with a customer who just wants the merchandise they paid for in advance. I should have known better then to go to a fast food restaurant with a 82 as their health inspection score. It was on my route and my son wanted a biggie bag. I know better now. I hope those reading this know too.

My family and i ordered from here last night; it seems as though they make the pizza with a bit more protein than asked for. Why I’m eating my pizza and like always i decide to look up at the crust or near it and i see a freaking moth or some type of bug looking right back at me. He was cooked into the pizza. So yall telling me when yall seen the bug , y’all’s reaction was to continue to cook it . I’m appalled.

The place honestly sucks, I order my food from the app and when I went to pick up I looked at my food and realized that It wasn’t made right at all, they said I couldn’t get a refund and I had to get it thru the app even though the app won’t do refund, I would have appreciated it if they would have let me know my order was able to be made the way it was ordered when I picked it instead of me having to find out while driving, I got my refund tho after they had to call the gm bc the cashier doesn’t know their policies

This WAS my location to order from. Since the past month or so the pizza has been HORRIBLE. I always ask for light sauce. They still continue to drench the pizza with sauce. One time the pizza was undercooked! Maybe it’s new management, but I’m done with this location!

at a point in my pregnancy where i’m spending my last $9 on a damn little cesar’s pizza for dinner. i get there and get the food at the drive thru and go home and a family member takes my car. i realize the food is NOT MY food so call and see if i can get a refund because i wont be able to get there before they close but i still have to eat tonight. she tells me if i cannot bring the wrong pizza that SHE gave me before they close tonight then ill have to come up and get a refund tomorrow and i dont have to bring the pizza. so either way the pizza gets thrown away because i cant eat it. and me and unborn baby go hungry for the night because “cheap and affordable” turned into “incompetent employees make customers pay for THEIR OWN mistakes” thank you teenager working at little cesar’s who probably shouldn’t! i hope you all have a good night because i wont!

What’s wrong with this customer service? Pizza was great but why would an employee would be so defensive and rude ? She walked away and I saw she was busy in the other side while I was getting the money and I honk once to get her attention and she come back arguing that I didn’t have to do that. Need more customer service training. I was just trying to get my pizza and go.

Ordered extra most bestest cheese and a pepperoni, they were delicious. We had already started eating when I took the pictures lol I have 3 toddlers so I love the convenience of the drive thru.

Gave us a burnt pizza. We usually get okay pizza but my husband grabbed a pizza on the way home and didn't check. I think it's messed up that they would see they've burned our order and still box it up knowing by the time he got home the store would be closed. They did replace it next day but STILL! My kids sprinkled parm on it in hopes to save it but eventually only took a couple bites. Check your orders before you leave because some of their employees obviously don't care about the customers.

Café Hot Wings is the spot! The service was absolutely amazing — the staff were friendly, quick, and made sure we had everything we needed. The honey hot wings are hands down the best I’ve ever had — perfectly crispy with the right mix of sweet and heat. The atmosphere is just as good as the food — great vibe, great crowd, and the DJ kept the energy flowing all night. If you’re looking for good food and good times, this is the place to be. 🔥 Definitely a 10/10 experience — can’t wait to go back!

I just had the wings delivered and it was terrible. It take like they just dumped hot sauce in there and that was it. The only things I liked was the fries and it was pretty much cold. This was my first time eating there and im very disappointed 🤦🏾‍♀️

Exactly what a real ATL wing spot should be. Fried hard, all flat, wet and they got me right. Cheap drinks, good vibe and they got game machines. They do car shows too for the kids. 5/5.

If I could give it zero stars I would. We went to celebrate my mom’s birthday & received 3 different impatient servers that rushed us the whole time. The last one couldn’t get our order correct even though we literally kept breaking it down to her. The food still came out missing items (shrimp). She added on an order that we did not have that we had to get taken off the ticket later. Our drinks came out last after we were all finishing our food because she kept disappearing & not checking on us at all. They did not take off the item that was missing because why would I still want it after I’ve finished my whole meal. We didn’t see her the whole time but when it was time to pay we seen her the most because she was profiling us thinking we weren’t going to pay. My brother had to tell her we’ll come to the register in a minute & to stop coming to the table asking about the check. They also have it stating on the menu that 6 or more adds 18% gratuity but it was less than 6 of us & the manager told us it was 4 or more because he saw 5 of us, 4 adults 1 kid. Update the menus to say that then ! Attitudes were nasty & the manager was very dismissive. I will never go back or recommend to anyone.

I love coming here!! The food is 10/10 and Ms. Tai is the absolute best!! She is always very attentive and sweet. I highly recommend this spot.

NO crabcakes! The juicy crab does don't have crab cakes. Oysters were good tho.

A pleasant place to eat, they serve food quickly but be careful when paying your bill, according to the same letter and restaurant you are warned that after 6 people you are charged a type of "Charge" for the service, the problem here is that we only attend 4 people at a table, at the time of payment they made us that charge of 6 people and when asking the waitress she told us that it did not matter that we were 4 of charge the same, I did something in bad taste and in case the restaurant allows that they should first tell their customers.

Decided to have a crab boil lunch and Juicy Crab was recommended. I have been to several Crab boil places and this ranks high. We ordered the onion ring appetizer and the crab boil bag with crab cluster, shrimp, potatoes and corn. We requested a blend of mild Cajun and garlic seasoning. It was DELICIOUS! Just the right amount of spice. Our server Kourtney was very pleasant and the food came out rather quickly. The place was not that busy as it was lunch time during the week. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Overall great experience and I would definitely return here again.

The food was absolutely trash. I sent the order back 2 times should have been an 3rd because it still was not right. The manger refers to remake as take my food that I have started eating over to the back of the kitchen and rebag it up as a remake when I explained that a remake means toss that food and redo it the manager responded why would I do that after further protest he took it back and still didn’t seems to have been remade. Will never return and it’s clear why I travel all the way to the Fayetteville location when I want juicy crab. They server should learn to advocate for the customer to provide the best service because your tip is depends on the service you provide.

Food came out very quickly and exactly as ordered with amazing quality. I was quickly greeted by my server Antwanette she had great mannerisms and a warm welcoming personality was a bit shy at first but such a bubbly personality she made sure my dining experience was smooth and enjoyable, she was very sweet and made sure me and my mom had what we needed, I must give this place 5 stars and stop by next time i’m in town .

I’m just glad my children enjoyed their food. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for myself. I ordered the appetizer sampler. Which I had to reorder. This is a basic fry order which shouldn’t be able to be messed up. Everything I had on my plate was old or refried yuck 🤢 even my refried order wasn’t to good please see images I’m assuming the grease is old which may account for the almost burned appearance. Service was ok the hostess was really friendly.

I ordered for 2 people at the IHOP off of Old National Hwy. One of the items from my platter was not available & I paid an up charge for it. I told the server that helped me. He went to let the manager know that I wanted a refund for the up charge & I could hear her yelling from the kitchen about not refunding my money. The server came out 10 mins later & just handed me $3 from his pocket (less than what was owed), but I appreciate him for trying. When I got home, I realized that I was missing items. No onions or peppers on my potatoes, no grits. I tried to call the store but the phones were not available until after 6am. I had just left from a long night at the ER. I called later the next day to speak with the manager & he was not there. I tried calling again the next day & still no luck. Horrible customer service (from the MOD) during my visit & very unhappy with my food. I visit IHOP all the time but this one dropped the ball.

We went here for breakfast. The restaurant was almost empty There weren't very many people there. Our food server was Kevin and he seemed to disappear all the time. We don't know where the hell he went, but we had to ask Zowie to give us our check when we were ready to leave, but the food was decent. Kevin needs assistance with his customer service skills

I went in with a few friends, our server was awesome... but! I ordered a hamburger no cheese, why I had cheese? So I didn't reorder just ate 1/2 and gave the rest to the dog... Otherwise everything was OK

Went in on a Friday around 6-6:30 and it wasn't busy at all. The food was great and our entire order was perfect. The waitress was super nice and attentive, passed by a few times to check on us. No complaints at all, definitely recommend.

They only had one person waiting and covering the front. Took a long time to be seated. Also, the hash browns were hard but everything else was good.

This location is trifling management are lettings those kids play on the clock and with people’s food. Wife specifically told them to cook the burger thoroughly when ordering, get home hand me my burger it’s raw. She goes back and management is trolling along with the kids back in the kitchen, brings another burger for it too still be raw. Stop playing with people health and cook the order the correct way and clean your kitchen appliances!!!!!

It is very difficult for me to understand why an order as simple as the $5 dollar meal or just an order that consists of 2 double cheeseburgers & a medium coke can never be correct. Came here about 2 months ago for a $5 dollar meal in the drive-thru just for them to get the order incorrect 3 whole times. It took for me to go inside the establishment for me to finally receive the correct order which ended up being on the counter the whole time when it was handed to me. I ended up deciding to stop going to this location & started going to another. Fast forward to yesterday, October 1st, 2025 at 6:18pm. I decided to go here for the convenience since I was in a rush & close by. I placed an order for 2 double cheeseburgers & a medium coke in the drive-thru. firstly, they charged me $14.35 which is very inaccurate for the order I placed. got to the window & received a meal for what seemed like a family of 4. told the individual at the window this is not what I ordered. I proceeded to tell her (2 times) what I ordered & she had the audacity to ask "So you don't want this meal?" She then called what I believe is the manager & I told him (third time) what I ordered. he then told me to pull up to the front of the establishment & I'd receive a refund. I indeed did not receive my refund, just finally got my correct order. Which still does not total up to $14.35. All this to say, do not waste your time, energy nor gas to come to this location. Just a bunch of children playing on the clock at this point.

Usually the food is pretty good. No big complaints. But today 😩 after thanksgiving, I just wanted to order something decent and sit down and eat and chill. After cooking and eating thanksgiving meals for 2 days. My food was thrown together quickly and I had to wait long for my food. I ordered ahead of time in the app. I also found a long thin clear piece of plastic in my burger. It made me afraid to continue eating it as it blended in with the shredded lettuce and sauce. My fries were cold and tasted old. Another set of fries I had were room temperature but didn’t taste old. The happy meals were room temp. It was just a completely bad experience. I wasted money, I’m still hungry and have to find something else to eat.

Every time we have ordered they put us in one of the pull up locations. We usually order alot so don't mind but today we just had a quarter pounder and us and the 3 cars behind us all got parked, my daughter said they do that so their counter resets and it looks like they are getting people their food fast when they really aren't. And the attitude these young people have. What happened to customer service.

Yes, The positive energy I received was top-tier this morning. I love when I can go somewhere and I just leave feeling better than I felt when I pulled up. I was greeting with smiles and positivity couldn’t ask for more!

The food here never tastes fresh—the fillet of fish that I usually order tastes very dry, and the Chicken is either overcooked or stale. I know it's challenging to hire people who want to work, but in a food business, you must prepare the food as McDonald’s intended. I would never come back to this McDonald’s because customer service always suck, except for the morning shift manager. She always has a smile on her face, but her team is terrible..

Pull it into this place on October 12th Sunday around 1:48 p.m. No one greeted me at the drive-thru speaker waited waited several minutes later someone said wait a second after I done gave them my order ask them do they hear me said hello on several times and then never came back on the microphone and they was not busy at all One car was in front of me This is the worst experience of fast food history in my life I hope corporate is saying this because everybody on this shift needs to be fired. This was the worst experience I ever had. They didn’t have drinks. The toast was barely toasted and the burger patty was not a sonic patty it’s like they bought the bulk patties in a box from Walmart or Grover.

The lady at the window was kind but the worker who brought my item out cursed at me for questioning my order. They also have the lowest rating from the health department. Came on 10/09/2025. Do not go here.

I grew up in a small town where Sonic was one of the few highlights—and it’s frustrating that every time I visit this particular location, my experience turns out disappointing. Some might ask, “Why do you keep coming back?” I believe everyone can have an off day; not every visit will be perfect. But this location shows no real improvement over time, which is deeply concerning given how many customers share the same frustrations. At what point will the franchise step in to hold the franchisee accountable? This team consistently fails to deliver good customer service, maintain product availability, or even honor posted business hours. It’s clear they put zero effort into improving, and that lack of care raises serious questions about food safety as well. I will certainly not be returning, and I urge other customers to consider whether this place deserves their hard-earned money. Until meaningful changes are made, this Sonic location simply cannot be recommended.

First off it says they close at 1am…we pulled up at 11 & the girl says “uber eats or DoorDash only”. So then, we go to the app and there isn’t any ice cream on there for us to even order it. Then the girl say “umm did you hear me” with the nastiest tone ever. We rode around to the window & they just chillin around….0/10 recommend this location.

I ordered thru drive thru buger was old and cold. The cheese was not even melted the meat was old. Never had this type experience there before so wasn't happy. They didn't have ice but didn't tell me til I had my cup in my hand. The to gentlemen that worked the drive thru were pleasant and customer service was great. It was the young lady which she said she was the manage she has a attitude because I asked for a refund. She didn't come out to ask any questions just very sassy. No paper receipt to say she did the refund. I just had to trust her. But I did check my account and it was there. If I had to encounter her from start to finish I would not ever come back.

General manager is unprofessional. I order two meals and wanted to change one item and was told I could not do so and I could not exchange it even though I’m paying for it. I was also told that the store is being audited. That is no fault of the customer. Audits happen when the employees are negligent. Terrible experience will not recommend until they find new management

We tried this place 3 time the first order was perfect the pizza was fresh the cheese sticks were great. The second time the lady answering the phone was dry and rude. We wanted a special for 3 toppings but Steak couldn't be one of the options which was not on the menu we offered to pay for the steak anyways since I was great the first time. Also we wanted to try out the wings WARNING DON'T!! They were super tiny and expensive and the fries came hard and cold. The last order we ordered the flounder once again the lady answering the phone was still rude and dry. When the food got here the driver begged for a tip and our order once again was wrong. It was whiting not flounder we sent it back it took over 30 mins to return the onion rings are old,hard,and nasty the fish was soggy and it was one whole flounder cut in half for $10 in total we spent over $150 and the only good thing was the pizza. Try JJ fish and chicken for quality food.

There was the most confused business place that I have driven to. It seems as though this business is listed as another fish business. When I came inside, I thought that I was at a gas station due to how the front area is steep. I had to wait until someone came to the Conyers from the back area. The grilled chicken on my salad was old dried up chicken that seems to be packaged from a refrigerated bag. The pizza didn’t seem freshly prepared. I was looking for a pizza that was better than the normal pizza restaurant. This isn’t it!

I ordered online at 7:21 p.m. waited over an hour and a half for the delivery we live 2 miles down the road. Anyway food arrives and it was FREEZING COLD. My husband ordered shrimp and I ordered mozzarella sticks which were so cold it was beyond disgusting. I called and asked for a manager. Guy says he is the manager i explained how it was freezing cold and told him my husband bit into the shrimp and he proceeded to tell me "there was nothing he could do since he bit into the shrimp" like really he said he would not replace it nor refund me. I then began to get loud and asked his name which he said was "Mohammad" i told him I would go to someone higher up then him. He asked if i could run the food back to the restaurant mind you it's after 9 at this point. Um no sir i will not. After i got loud again he said he would send the driver back and told me to give him the food for a refund. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND MONEY AT THIS PLACE. Learn customer service.

My food was not hot or fresh. My wings were extremely tiny and overcook, the fries were burnt, I had to pick trough only to find about 8 good ones. The red velvet cake was the bomb 💣! Best red velvet I have ever had. I was hoping my food would be amazing seeing that it’s hard to mess up something so simple.

I ordered a thin crust pizza with spinach and mushrooms, probably the simplest thing ever on a pizza and they bring me a pan crust.... also the driver called me before he even got here, to go ahead and arrange the tip?? if I would have seen the pizza first I wouldn't even gave the driver a tip, more so I wouldn't have even paid for the pizza... Also, you can tell that they don't have quality toppings because everything is canned... Not fresh at all.

Unfortunately I don’t have a picture of the horrid food they gave me. This was my first time visiting this business. I usually go to American Deli but the we’re close. The cashier was rude and very short. I asked what came with the 20 piece shrimp and he said fries. I pointed out the menu offered another side and he rudely said “well that what it says”. So I ordered and waited. I watched as two people cooked and made pizza and my food. A child of about 13 and a older man. Neither wore hair nets or gloves. It took 15 mins for my food to arrive. And he bought it out already bagged and tied up. I opened it and was disappointed. The fries were limp and cold and the shrimp the size of little pebbles. I asked for a refund. The quality of the food combined with the lack of sanitary measure I saw, I didn’t want to take any chances. The cashier walked away and yelled, “come talk to this girl”. I waited for the older gentleman who I presumed was the owner. He said no refunds. I pointed out the size and quality of the food, the lack of gloves and hairnets. He wanted to argue, I didn’t not. So I simply asked for the owner name and that I will report them to the health authorities. He tried to snatch my receipt, which is why I took the pic. I once again asked for the owner name, he said he wouldn’t tell me. He yelled at me and asked how did I pay, I said cash. He wouldn’t give me my money back unless I gave him the receipt which I thought was fishy. I would give this zero stars if I could. The owner and the workers here (besides the little boy he never said a word) were really unprofessional and rude and clearly lack basic food knowledge and hygiene. Please take your business and money else where.

Went here to pick up 2 orders. After waiting 10-15 minutes, I was told it would be another 40 minutes until I could get my food. I heard them tell 4 Uber eats and 3 Door Dash drivers they only have one cook and were backed up. A customer came in saying he ordered food two hours ago and still hadn't gotten his food. The staff seemed confused, very unorganized, unprofessional, lazy and inappropriately dressed. This place seemed unsanitary.

Today is 10/9/2020 and I have never ordered from this establishment until today through doordash... I ordered the rib tip dinner and red velvet cake... All I can say is AWESOME,AWESOME,AWESOME. The rib tips were succulent and tender. My baked beans and fries were good and hot also.. The best part yall........How about they warm up the red velvet cake just enough that its warm with the soft icing when it arrives at your house. It was soooooo moist and had that red red color that red velvet cake suppose to have, not that brown hue color..... Well no more Sonnys Bbq this little Jonesboro treasure will definetly have my business for here on out.... I called this establishment and complimented the chef on a terrific job and I was so joyous to here the happiness in chefs voice. Well done and thankyou for an awesome experience.

Please avoid coming here. It was a very poor experience. I ordered my family meals in the drive-thru. They gave us our drinks and told us to pull up. We waited over 45 minutes in disbelief. Everyone behind us received their food. We had to back up to the window and literally asked, "Did yall forget about us?!" They took the receipt and state "it will be 5mins". We remained chill. when we finally received our meals, this is what they threw together. It was supposed to be the popcorn shrimp meal. I couldn't believe we had waited for scraps. 0-star experience

Absolutely horrible service! The wait time was almost an hour for 4 pieces of chicken, a shrimp tackle box, fries and drinks! The drive thru was wrapped around the building so we went inside thinking the process would be faster, but we were sadly mistaken! It seemed as though the manager was the only person who knew how to do her job, therefore she had to do the jobs of the others. The person running the register was totally confused, which was understandable considering he stated it was his first day! The manager stated that they became really busy during shift change, but why would shift change be scheduled around 5:00 PM (Rush Hour) on a week day at that! People were requesting refunds left and right! The manager saw my frustration and offered an apple pie for the wait time so that was a considerate gesture! Today was my first time at this location and it will definitely be my last! Hopefully this place works out the kinks and improves QUICKLY!

My online order only required me to wait a few minutes. This location seems to be faster with fewer people than their Fayetteville location. They could have a better restaurant score, but I would return.

Stopped by this KFC location shortly before opening to kindly request a small donation of ketchup packets for a nonprofit back-to-school giveback event we were hosting in the same parking lot. I spoke with the shift manager on duty and explained the situation, mentioning that none of the nearby businesses had ketchup available for purchase. He contacted the General Manager, who responded that “they don’t do that.” I appreciated them taking the time to check, so I thanked them and left. While I understand every business has policies, it was disappointing considering our organization had planned to dine in this location after the event. A small gesture of support would’ve gone a long way, especially as we were supporting families in the community just outside their doors.

#1. Cashier just about threw food out the window. Very nonservice oriented. Running quick, leaving customer at menu box , asked for a sauce I didn't get. Had to ask for receipt and.....chicken looked hours old and pastry looked uncooked!

Came in to eat and use the restroom but it was locked asked if you need a code to get in the employee said that they do not work. How do employees use the bath while working or how do you go in and wash your hands before you eat. Ridiculous I went to Popeyes where the restroom works and the chicken was really good

I ordered 1 chicken sandwich meal with potatoes & a pepsi. In addition to another chicken sandwich. Well the chicken was old & cold. It had a horrible taste. The Pepsi that came with the combo had no ice & it was warm & sugary. The 2nd chicken sandwich was for later on. I'm in bed with multiple sclerosis. I'm in a flare up. We'll do to such horrible food, I had to throw it away. So, I placed a delivery order with Popeyes & everything was perfect. I spent $20 with KFC just to have to throw it away. I will never go to KFC EVER AGAIN. I'm so upset because the total money that I spent on KFC & Popeyes was $47. KFC IS SO WRONG. I WISH I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK. Thanks to Popeyes, I was able to eat. If I could add a Pic of what KFC gave me I would.

Great food. Had catfish nuggets. However, there's only two waiters in the entire bar when it's busy. So service is slow. But they're attitude ain't too bad. Drinks are strong on some nights. Good bang for your buck.

I've been twice, it's seems to always be a hit or miss when it comes to our orders. The food is typically good... once you get it. The prices and convenience are the only reason I'm giving a 3 star. I feel like it really just needs better management and it would be a great restaurant.

Oh my I don't know where to start. This place is unprofessional, unorganized and has the most rude employees ever. I think dogs get better service at their doctor visit than you'll get from these employees except the fair skin waitress with the natural hair and wear glasses. She's tries her best. The Bartenders, especially the young man horrible person to be in customer service. It's like someone put a gun to his head and forced him to be at work. But the worst of all is the management team. So I'm not surprise at the behavior, of all the other employees. I'm also in the management business, and I would never hire any employeee, except the natural hair young lady from this location. They're in the process of moving to a new location but it doesn't matter same management and employees the service will be the same. I have given this restaurant numerous visit to see if they'll improve but up until last Tuesday things just get worse.

Great little spot in need of good management skills to pump the place up. The staff is warm and charming but the atmosphere sucks. Crowd is dwindling. More staff than patrons. Needind help, come with a crowd and you will have a good time.

I recently was a DJ for a party at this location and I was very impressed with the facility and the staff. When I checked in they greeted my nicely and were expecting me and had a space for me to set up. Once I was set up the lead waitress made sure that I was taken care of a checked on me all night. They also did a great job with the party and the break down at night.

Ordered a delivery here for the first time tonight. After all the hype and referrals from others in the area sharing positive reviews, we decided to give them a shot for carry out pizza. After all, pizzeria is in their name so it should be good right? Don’t think so. Pizza was soggy, greasy, flavorless, and otherwise just disappointing. I can cook a better pizza on my Big Green Egg at home. I get the idea that this is just another dive bar gimmick. Good luck Albatross. We won’t be back. Update......The owners administrative assistant contacted me a few days after review. She ask that I email her my contact information. I gladly gave her my information and she contacted me. I indicated I wished to speak with the owner(s) about my food quality. She told me she would forward my information to them and they would be in contact with me soon. It’s now been five days no contact from the owner. I even emailed her after 2 days and she stated she did indeed let them know I wanted to speak with them. If this is any indication of how the owner(s) feel about their customers then I’ll be glad to not be considered a customer of theirs.

This is an AWESOME place... The food is Amazing...

Burgers are good, but the pizza had a either a hard or chewy crust, depending on where you bit into it. Staff are friendly and drink opinions seem pretty good. Oddly located towards the middle of a subdivision.

My mom and I visited on yesterday, and the food was awesome! The pork skins and fried brussel sprouts were delicious, and my burger was cooked just right. Hats off to the chef! I did have a couple of issues though. First issue was with the service. Our waitress Kristen was pleasant but extremely slow. There was only me and my mom there, another gentleman and another table of about 5 people who were almost finished eating when we arrived. It took Kristen 10 minutes to bring my mom and I a glass of water. Then after that, it took another 10 minutes to take our order. The food took another 20-30 min. When we got ready to leave, my mom had to go to the bar to ask Kristen to bring our check. As a side note, Kristen wasnt working the bar but spent a lot of time talking to the bartender and other co-workers versus attending to customers. It would have been a disaster (service wise) had it been busy. Lastly, skip ordering the sangria. There was more ice than wine in it, and we had to send it back to have it sweetened because it was bitter. The glass was also kind of small, so wasnt worth the $8 in my opinion. Just my observation. However, I will be back because the food was damn good 😊

Just there , second visit. Tried the brick oven pizza, jalapeno poppers, fried brussel sprouts. I enjoyed all. Sat at bar & watched pizzas being dressed, wish the view were more entertaining. It's a show to see your pizza made. Live music, brought me back. Crowd was appreciative and became part of the experience. Our server kris, was multi tasking & so hospitable. Loved music on the inside, great sound.

Sat at the bar for 30 minutes while 3 servers ignored us. One of the men working there tried to help us get one of the servers with long brown hair attention and she looked at us and said “someone else needs to help them who’s not busy” and turned away. I don’t care how overwhelmed you are making a comment like that is extremely rude and we will not be coming back.

This is a nice little hidden surprise. I've tried several of the menu items and have not been let down however my favorites are the fried cornbread, turkey wings, baked chicken,cabbage and macaroni and cheese. They even catered an event for my church and it arrived hot and everyone was pleased. This has become a regular spot for my family.

Food cost way too much for it to be flavorless. No flavor whatsoever. The mac & cheese is dry and taste like plain elbow pasta and PEPPER! The cabbage was over cooked...and the cake! The cake way dry and I couldn't tell what kind of cake it was. It taste like cheap box cake.

I absolutely love the veggie plates at Maude's. That broccoli which always seems to have the glory of God shining down on it. Everytime I walk in all I hear is that Heavenly sound aaaaaaaahhh!!!!! I appreciate the fact that they are conscious of what their customers like and knowledgeable of the food they sell. The customer service from Audrey and Corey is an experience in itself I love this place and for the fifth time in the week my veggie plate with yams double broccoli and a little mac and cheese will be purchased thank you Jesus!!!! Lol

We really loved this place! The customer service was great and the food was delicious! Very flavorful and you get a lot for your money, contrary to some of the other reviews we found here. The ribs were burnt and tough as if they were reheated, The mac & cheese was burnt and dry as well as the cornbread patties this was my first time there. Very dissatisfied with the food !

Service was great. Food was okay, the lima beans were too salty and still raw. The red velvet bless my soul though.

We have eaten at The Juicy Crab in McDonough twice. Once last month and once tonight. Both times the meal was amazing. I would highly recommend the place to anyone. We are the fried green beans, tilapia, catfish, sweet potatoes, and onion rings. The fried green beans were the best that I've ever had. The fish was great and was thankfully missing that strong muddy flavor that fish sometimes has. The batter that is used is simply amazing. If you happen to come in on a night that Thadeous is working he is possibly the best waiter that we have ever had anywhere. Do yourself a favor and ask for him. Thadeous - Thank you for your positivity, courtesy, kindness, menu knowledge, and for making a great experience for dinner an aleven more amazing experience.

Came to JC for a quick bite to eat preparing to do take out, was greeted so professionally upon entering so I decided to dine in. It's so nice to come across people who actually enjoy their job. My server was Ebonie, she greeted me with a smile and such great enthusiasm as if I were her only customer (I was not). She was very sweet. I told her I was undecided regarding my meal and she patiently took the time to help me create the perfect meal for me. She brought my food to me, and it was delicious. She checked on me several times. Ebonie was not only sweet to me, but her other customers as well. It's employees like her who still give restaurant establishments hope. Keep doing a fantastic job, Ebonie.

My son ordered food for us yesterday for pick up. I ordered the shrimp and sausage boil with the juicy special sauce. It was so salty that it was not edible, even after rinsing the sauce off it was still salty. I just threw the rest away and took the loss rather than trying to force myself to eat it and my blood pressure go sky high. My son ordered the oysters and he wasn’t happy with his meal either. I have patronized this restaurant several times over the years and this is the first time I didn’t like the food. Please do better.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. We came in for dinner on 08/22/25 at 6:02 PM and had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever encountered. Upon arrival, the male host instructed us to seat ourselves. The first booth available was dirty, and when we asked about it, he refused to clean it. We then chose another booth by the front door. From there, the service went completely downhill. The host watched us the entire time we were seated, and for 27 minutes no staff member acknowledged us, greeted us, or even offered to take our drink order—despite several employees walking right past our table. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would strongly caution others against dining here. We left before even getting a glass of water. And the male had the audacity to ask us after 27 minutes, “no one came to help you yet”… as he stood within arms reach of us and watched the entire time. Piss Poor Customer Service!!! 1000%

I love seafood, no matter how it's cooked. Had never been there before & have wanted to try it since it opened. First thing to notice was the sticky floors. Someone tried to tell me it's the cleaner they use. Sorry, but sticky floors are dirty floors. The music REALLY detracted from the experience. It should compliment the food, not clash with it. Food was good, but not great. Waitresses let our drinks run out, but I still tipped 20%. Bathroom was dirty. There's a cleaning chart on the door, with 2 hr increments - it was 7pm & all squares were blank. Over all, I was a bit disappointed. Maybe my hopes were too high.

3/10/2025!!!!! I am digusted and absolutely cannot BELIEVE THIS CREATURE was in MY FOOD!! As I was finishing my meal, I noticed a huge BUG in the left corner of my tray. I immediately alerted the staff, and the very first thing the GIRL asked was whether I had already eaten most of it—she claimed that because I had, they could only refund half of my money. (2pounds of crawfish) I TOLD HER SHE WAS DEFINITELY GIVING ME A full refund, I also told her that I would never knowingly consume contaminated food! When I went to pick up my refund, I wasn’t offered even a SINGLE apology.ON THE PHONE OR IN PERSON. I strongly advise against eating here. NEVER AGAIN!!! I’m definitely reporting this to the higher up!

The jumbo shrimp is really good and you can use EBT for most items here but not crawfish. I give this place an overall 8/10. I will be coming back!

Ordered 10 pounds of crawfish over the phone, I told them to make it spicy. The guy put us on hold and proceeded to take our order. When we came to pick up the order, the young lady bought our food out and showed it to us and I asked if it was spicy, she looked at the receipt and said no, then she told the guy that he didn’t write down spicy. So I asked them if they can make it spicy because that’s what we asked for, she said no and to just sprinkle the spices on top. I told her it’s not going to be the same but she still refused. The total came out to $106 me and my friend were splitting the payment so I told her I’ll pay half cash and my friend is paying rest on her card. The young lady said it’ll be cheaper to pay cash but I don’t care I’m still paying half on cash and the rest card. I gave her a $100 bill and she still proceeded to pay the full amount on cash even though I told her I was only doing half… I’m so annoyed with this place and the food didn’t satisfy us because it WASN’T SPICY LIKE WE ASKED FOR! I come here all the time and the only time they do it right is when the owner is there, I’m sorry but they need to stop letting these little kids run the place.

I purchased an order and some items were steamed and came in saran sealed container. Of my $71 purchase my broccoli was missing from the sealed container. All of my order was checked but I did not peel the saran back and count out my shrimp or reweigh my crabs legs because I assumed it was all in the foil container sealed. Upon arriving home I realized the broccoli was not in my container. I took a picture and called the store to ask if it could be credited to me on my next purchase. I was told NO! Per the store, I should have verified by recounting, re-weighing my sealed container because they do not make mistakes. Who lies about broccoli????? The store refused to view my photo and would not reinspect the food that clearly has not been touched. I will clearly take my business elsewhere. It is not environment and who knows what is actually behind that dusty curtain where food is prepare. I take this as a sign to save myself from being sick.

I paid over $100 for food they d I don't give me everything I asked for but still charged my card as if I got my order but didn't. They were rude and the manager is a dummy and didn't help but left the place when he said he'll be there . They don't have a score in the store and got mad when I pointed that out also they didn't know what it was until explained which they said they DIDNT NEED ONE IN THE EVERY FOOD PLACE . SO THATS A BIG HCV . They gave my ma old food that spoiled the next day and didn't want to refund her also 2 more customers also came in to complain

There are no chairs inside this business which means after you place your order you have to go back to your car, stand outside or seat on a small hard ledge inside the store. The monitor that shows your order number when the order is ready is located inside the store and is hard to see outside. I recommend having a something outside or in the window for better viewing of the order numbers from outside the building since you have no seating inside.

The crawfish is awful!!!!😡The fried shrimp dry as all get out. Make room for home this place is not it!!! The garbage is where it belongs!!!!

This place is terrible! We got a bad batch of crab legs and they were angry because we returned them for a refund! The owner was so nasty, slamming the cooler doors and all. The crab legs were spoiled and if you get them from that cooler, check the temperature!!! This place has so many health code violations from the rotted ceiling tiles to the broken cooler dripping from underneath. Let’s not talk about the dirty sheets hanging in front of the dirty kitchen! The AC wasn’t functioning properly so It was hot while waiting not to mention the fan blowing at full speed! The lady doing the refund was rude as well! I didn’t get a fair refund but that’s ok because I won’t be back. I pray that we don’t get sick….

Literally just left... they have upped the cooking fee while taking away things you can get. Oh and if you place a order and want to add something before they even finish cooking your food they charge an additional $2. It's too many decent seafood spots around to deal with this I honestly don't think it's policy because after he told me that, his coworker looked at him and he smiled... Very disappointed customer 😔 this location deserves zero stars. 📌missing 2/3 lb of medium shrimps @ $9.99 from my order. I didn’t notice until we were home of my missing shrimps. I knew that they wouldn't give me my missing shrimp, but I had to call this location to inform them that they had an extra order of 2/3lb medium shrimps that they failed to put in the order; however, I did check my order in front of the cashier and thought the shrimps were under the crab legs potatoes, broccoli as they normally are before I left, and I thought it was odd I didn’t receive a full receipt of my order as I normally have, but I didn’t pay it any mind because this location has never mismanaged my orders and has been a great place to visit until today. 📌Please check your orders and look under all your crab legs and jumbo shrimp and corn and potatoes and broccoli because you could very well miss your smaller items, like I did with the 2 or 3 lb. of shrimp. I will never return to this location ever again due to how I was spoken to on the phone. A very disappointed customer 😔.

This is the cleanest and most courteous of all the New Orleans Seafood Markets I have patronized. The representative was very patient and helpful. I shared with him that it was my first time there. He asked what I liked and once I told him, he gave me detailed options for ordering. He showed me the posted options for seasoning, etc. My entire trip from ordering to getting my food was about 20 min. My only disappointments were the shrimp were slightly overcooked-chewy and two of the shrimp had the vein/sack still hanging from them. The broccoli, sausage and scallops were perfect. The seasoning was just right.

gave UNCOOKED TURKEY NECK . they were grey ! got boiled egg with my meal they put the egg WITH the shell IN THE PAN with sprinkled seasoning on top . the only reason i gave it a 2 is because the ladies were nice on the inside . but the food is TRASH !

DO NOT GO HERE, MT ZION LOCATION SERVICE IS 10X BETTER. I ordered through the Dominos app and what I was delivered was less than pleasing. Barely any chicken, no “extra” bacon is shown and there was more spinach than any protein. Anytime you add extra of anything you’d expect your order to reflect that. I called and waited on hold over 40 minutes with no answer or attempt to rectify. I spoke with Larry briefly and explained what I had issue with and wanted to speak with a manager. This pizza was lazy poorly put together and in a time with the cost of everything so high this was a waste of $30+ and I think it’s sad the service and experience varies so much between this location and Mt Zion.

I ordered pizza from Domino's. I literally haven't had any pizza from them since my trip to Seaside, Oregon, in 2021. My pizza was hot and fresh then as it was hot and fresh here in GA. The cinnamon twists were fresh, too. I actually ate the entire box and only 2 slices of pizza. (the 1st night) 😋 It was just as good the next day after I reheated it in the oven. 😋 My delivery driver looked like a football player, but I forgot to ask his name for my review. He was very professional and respectful. Thx, Domino's! I loveeee good food and good customer service. 💯💪🏾

My pizza was cold as ice, long wait, over crowded lobby, pizza was missing toppings, and had to beg cashier for a receipt. I received a text saying my order was ready. When I got inside it was the total opposite. Called and spoke with manager Doug. Doug was nonchalant and very rude. Dough did not rectify the problem. Don't waist your time ordering here.

Do NOT order a salad. Just go get one from Walmart. They're playing games. Idk why this was a nicely put together salad. It's an overpriced store bought salad.

Do not try to order over the Phone, they do not answer it. I have tried several times on different days, never answer. I had a delivery that was wrong and I tried to call them to figure out what’s going on. Was on the phone for 10 minutes just ringing with the delivery driver waiting, but when the delivery driver called, they picked right up. Don’t know what’s going on with these folks. Bad bad bad service.

Ordered a pizza through the app for carryout and I had the unfortunate experience of it not being made at all. The lady was in there by herself and got to it promptly. That wouldnt have been bad to but the pizza had half cooked dough. She didnt roll out the pizza all the way so the pizza was about 40% crust, which wasnt crust at all. I think its about time to take a break from all fast food especially anything on tara blvd.

I placed two orders three minutes apart from each other, the first delivery was delivered at 7:05pm andd the second order didn't reach my home until 9:45pm it was cold and when I called to complain no one answered the phone and tried calling the next day and still no answer wouldn't recommend this location at all

Hookin Bull has the best BBQ on the Southside. The ribs are so tender and juicy, and they are full of flavor. The shrimp are mouthwatering. Everything on their menu is the bomb. You have been slipping if you haven’t tried it. The food is so fresh, and you won’t ever be dissatisfied. Customer service is awesome, and they are so friendly, and welcoming. The owners are down to earth, and you can tell that they put love into everything they touch. Please go and give them a try. You won’t regret it.

Awesome customer service, they let you sample everything. I came for the chicken but they were out, which can't be helped since I arrived 20 minutes before close. Ribs were good a little tougher than I would like, but not bad. Sides were pretty good, try a slice of the pie. I'd visit again

The food and the service is amazing every time I come. My husband and I were driving and saw this place, so we popped in and it did not disappoint! The customer service was great and they were so friendly. The food was even better. We got the ribs tips and shrimp combo and luckily we got there before they were all gone. We've gone back a few times since and every visit was a pleasant experience.

Great service and great food!! We were looking for a good BBQ place to try and were blown away by everything we ordered (including the samples provided since it was our first time). Can’t forget the amazing hospitality too! Will definitely come back.

Okay first of all ... this place is amazing. The owner is amazing && I can honestly say I haven't gone to a place where they bring out samples of everything on the menu. It makes you feel like you're home in a very welcoming way. The food was sooooooooo good. Everything that was brought out to us was delicious!!! I eneded up getting the fried shrimp with Mac && cheese && baked beans ... y'all... I don't even eat baked beans lol. That's how good this place is!! I definitely recommend for anyone looking for amazing BBQ. BTW.... I had the buttermilk pie && almost fell OUT of my chair!!!! Never had anything like it && I'm obsessed now lol.

I would never thought I would ever in my life. Write a bad review about a Jersey Mike’s that I visited until today. The customer service was horrible when I walked in. I literally waited 10 minutes. No one was there to greet me and when the guy finally came out he didn’t even greet me. He simply asked. Do you know what you want so then I said first of all how are you doing? I have more to say, but I think I wrote enough about my experience already at this location and with that said I would never ever come here again. This guy had a bad attitude.

I stopped in to get a tuna sub on Monday 4/5 about 12:25pm. First, the appearances of the young men serving the food were of concern. But I didn't want to prejudge. Even though they were in uniform...., they just didn't look clean enough to be preparing food. Second, another young man parked his car, came in the front door, and was buttoning his Jersey Mike shirt smelling like he just smoked pot in his car.. He immediately went behind the counter to check the bread warming rack without washing his hands. Now my tuna salad sub, which I couldn't finish, had way too much mayo. And unfortunately for me I realized that evening that maybe the tuna salad, on my sub had not been kept cold enough because it made me very so sick that night and all the next day.

You guys have got to do something about the service at this location. It is god awful. I regularly frequent Jersey mikes for lunch but this one I avoid at all cost because of the service. I hadn’t been in over 9 months but decided to give it another shot today since I was shopping at the Kroger nearby. I submitted my order right around the time the store opened and arrived 15 mins later to pickup. When I arrived the lights were off and there were two ladies there. One was sitting down and the other was standing behind the counter. I said hello and advised I was picking up a mobile order. Neither said anything for a few moments. Then the lady behind the counter stated they did not have bread. The lady sitting then stated they did have bread. I was confused. The lady behind the counter then stated they did not have turkey(I ordered a turkey sandwich plus paid extra for bacon). I asked for a different sandwich which was cheaper than what I ordered but there was no adjustment made to the price. Neither woman apologized for the inconvenience or told me to have a nice day even though I thanked them for my order. They both seemed very cold, unprepared and like they just simply did not want to be there. I felt as though I was bothering them by walking in. I am very disappointed by this and this will definitely be my last time ordering from this store.

I came I’m on 7/7, around 1:30 , The young lady that is soon to be graduating from high school and and a young man. They had excellent customer service. I’ve been here before when the customer service was, not up to standard. I decided to try again on this day and was not disappointed. It they continue to have these kind of employees there, I would transfer from the Fayetteville location to this one!!!

I ordered on line this was my second experience with JM and all i was thinking about was it’s going to be the bomb. Because my first time ever having JM was outstanding. But my first time was ordered from Carolina street in Atlanta off Moreland ave. But anyway this second experience was horrible my bread was hard and brunt damn near. My meat was to be doubled and the cheese. Open my sandwich you guys and i was so disappointed in Jersey Mike in Jonesboro. Look like my 6yr grandson made this sandwich. Just look at the pictures!!!! I called and ask for a manager his name was Jeremiah he showed no empathy at all. His exact words were oh i have you Al the turkey we had left and the bread he couldn’t even explain why the bread was so freaking hard. He didn’t offer my money back or anything. Then he says just bring it back up here and i will remake it!!! What? Dude you think I’m going to give you a second try when clearly you didn’t care to make it edible the first time. SMH don’t eat here it’s a horrible experience. Keep going to another sandwich spot because this one here in Jonesboro is not it.

Service at this location is in need for a review. You have middle age adults working with no people skills. Customer service is very essential and this location lacks it. It's probably time for whomever is over it to drop in.

If you haven't been. Well you just have to go. From the moment I walked in I was greeted,with a warm welcome. The place was so clean! I was intending on order my turkey provolone to go. However the place so clean I sat and dined in. Thank you guys for outstanding customer service!

I've been here 3 times in the past couple weeks to give them a fair chance. First time only had 1 kind of bread and it was so stale. All 3 times there wasn't half the toppings and they keep the metal hood up so you can't see the meat or how little they actually put on the brick hard bread. For me 3 strikes and you're out. I will never go here again. I'll be more than happy to go right down the other side of Kroger to American Deli for their sub or drive the 3 miles further to the next Subway.

I will not visit again they skimp on the meat 2 times I went 12 dollars a sandwich for bread and veggies that I had to ask for a little more a footlong she put 3 tomatoes if I could give zero stars I would place was clean.

Everytime i order from this place there's a problem. Either im not getting my whole order or im missing items. This place needs to be shut down. Stop taking deliveries, you never fulfill them, and we lose money. No one fixes anything or refund us. will u listen if i call a lawyer and the health board?

My last order through app I ordered a Sweet Onion Chicken terryaki bowl and asked for a lil extra in special instruction and my bowl was like a cold disgusting soup - I will never use app again last 2 orders were not what I ordered and it's sad for the money what a waste

So many reason not to get food at this subway. I ordered a pick up. Alerted that it was ready. Not greeted at all. Fine. That's cool. Arrived to not only was my sandwiches not already made but still had to wait for 3 more ppl to go. Totally fine but then I realized that the order that they were making for me was sitting on the counter little half way done with one of the sandwiches having a damn receipt sitting on the top. I told them. I'm not eating that. Then the sandwiches were supposed to have more meat. Literally less meat than a regular sandwich. The store is a wreck with stuff thrown about. God! I hate this place!

You know what’s crazy 🤔 ordering food through the subway app and being a time to expect the food to be ready. Paying for it through the app because it doesn’t give the option to pay in person. The. Going to pick up the food to see what’s going on because the tracker never updated and no one is answering the phone. So I get to subway and it’s closed 🤦🏽‍♀️. I was charged for a meal I never received. I check the hours on the door and it didn’t show any changes. I even looked for a note to be posted on the door saying it was closed for the day, or that someone will be back soon. I don’t eat subway often. I’ve have too many bad experiences with dry or over toasted bread 🤦🏽‍♀️ not from this location as of yet. This definitely got me upset and nervous about preordering food. Now I have to wait for a refund after my money should have never went through in the first place to a business that either closed early or for the day.

I ate here last week for the first time since they switched to a food truck full time and here’s my experience: Food - I got a hot lemon pepper sandwich that included lettuce, tomatoes, house-made vegan ranch, red onions (which I asked them to take off), pickles, and the baked cauliflower. It looked very delicious. I liked the flavor, but it was a little too salty/acidic for me with the pickles, lemon pepper, and the vinegar from the hot sauce. (I’d suggest maybe trading the pickles for a sweeter pickle and the hot sauce for one that is more spicy and less vinegary. Also, putting more ranch on the sandwich would be nice. I couldn’t really taste it.) Service - The guy who checked me out was the owner, if I remember correctly. He was kind and very knowledgeable of the items on the menu. Atmosphere - The snowball place that they were parked at was pretty quiet aside from the busy highway that it sits on. There was plenty of space to park, and the food truck itself looked nice and clean from what I can see on the outside. Though, I almost passed the place and the food truck doesn’t stand out, so I didn’t see it at first. Other - The way the menu on the first side was written was a little confusing. I couldn’t tell what options were available with cauliflower and it didn’t say what all was on each item. But, I asked the man who took my order a few questions and he was able to clarify things for me. (I was suggest maybe asking different customers’ feedback on the layout of the menu to see how best to structure it.) Also, maybe include a section for sides (possibly get a bigger board to write the menu on). Overall I had a decent experience, and I’m excited to go back and try something else next time!

While treating my children to Snoballs (and not wanting them myself) I was pleasantly surprised to see this food truck in the same lot. I had multiple questions that he had no problems answering. The kids and I enjoyed the loaded nachos with no reservations of it being vegan. Great portion size and toppings throughout. The sweet heat was savory while still palatable by my spice-sensitive child. We also tried the lemonade and tea. Looking forward to our next visit!

This time We were lost looking for the food truck today around 3:52pm so of course we called the bizzness line to get the 411 on their whereabouts, my mans was kind enough to give us the info and even wait the extra eight minutes it took us to arrive to serve us. Man I lie to y'all not we were so happy he waited that we decided to order more than we originally came for lol, I'm so full right now it doesn't make any sense. One again THANK YOU for your patience, kindness and top of the line service.

I really enjoyed my food! U can prob tell how wow'ed i was when i opened the fries up. Lol. Excuse me. Lol. Taco looked smaller than i thought but honestly a size ofa taco isa size ofa taco isa size ofa taco. No biggie what so ever. For those who are looking for super crunchy fries these arent them. I saw on reviews how ppls fries were soggy but i mean they have sauce / vegan cheese on them so thatll soften them up. But they were absolutely fresh. Even the pico was cut right and fresh. Everything i had was very enjoyable, fresh, delicious. Ill def come back. On picture are the sweet potato taco fries and a hard quinoa taco (cause im GF, DF, NF, etc allergens)[$14]. I also saw ppl complain how pricey i guess i eat out for lunch alot cause this was absolutely reasonable. Esp after covid and other factors i guess ppl just dont understand. Only neg was the bthrm was so dirty. But everyone was so nice and helpful.

Nice little place. The quinoa nachos were great. The cheese fries weren’t crispy but they were still good tasting. Sweet tea was perfect and the smoothies were good. Would definitely come here again.

Let's begin with the good. The health rating was 99 when I visited. The menu description seemed mouth watering. There was a line which indicated to me that the food might be good. I wasn't able to get the mango smoothee because they were out of mangoes. I orederd the super food smoothie and my wife had the tropical harmony. Then watched as the concentrate, ice and water were put in the mixer. After that I had low expectations. The smoothies tasted like water with a little flavor. I had the lemon pepper chicken sandwich, my wife had the taco fries, my sons had the soft tacos and cheese fries. My sons always finish their meals but not this time. My boys didn't like it. The food wasn't terrible but it also wasn't memorable.

Love this place. It was referred to my husband and I and since then we have been making the drive once a week to Jonesboro from Fairburn for their delicious food! We’ve had the chili dog, sweet heat nachos, sweet heat burger several times, lemon pepper sandwich, G14 burger and sweet heat chalupas..All are AMAZING! We will definitely be continuing to support this establishment…And we love that it’s black owned!
