Great restraunt! Came here as a memory since my father went back when he was a kid in the 70s and 80s. The last time he went and sat down was in 2001!!! Awesome service and food came out surprisingly quickly. The burger tastes great and has that authentic smokey taste. The fries were decent, nothing to rave about but certainly not bad. I would try again as it has that authentic southern taste and feel!

The wife and I stopped in for a quick lunch and y'all didn't disappoint. We had the pulled pork sandwich, fries, onion rings, baked beans, coleslaw, and Brunswick Stew.

The place and people are great but.. the food is heavy in vinegar and lacks other seasonings. The coleslaw was not the creamy kind but more sweet and vinegar kind (just a fair warning for those that don't like the vinegar based one). The Brunswick stew was a good mixture for a stew. The chili that was on the chili dog was just ground meat. The burgers, fries, hot wings (weren't hot), and fried chicken were good. I am sure for those that love vinegar based bbq this place is amazing but of the other people it's a bit much. Our waitress was super nice got sat quickly during a dinner high traffic time. Food was pretty quick to come out as well.

A local place with a strong local fan base. I prefer a traditional bbq sauce but they served NC style (vinegar based). I got the ribs but they were mostly grizzle. Our waiters was slow to respond. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. It’s probably important to note we can around 2:30 pm on a Friday so not a normal peak time (which could explain the service). Our company is a local fan and she knew most the staff; she absolutely enjoyed everything. All in, the locals loved it, and the visitors, not so much. Our 10 year old didn’t enjoy the Mac and cheese. The environment was clean and friendly, and no one rushed us while we enjoyed a reunion amongst friends - that we truly appreciated and tipped accordingly.

Had a relaxing time and a good meal at this restaurant. Enjoyed a pork topped baked potato and a fresh side salad. The atmosphere was a large open dining room, which seems to be a common thing in BBQ restaurants.

Food had a very wholesome taste. Nothing too exciting. Vinegar-based barbecue sauce. The onion rings were my favorite. The staff was very friendly, that was the most exceptional thing. Lightning fast food service. Very cool decor and building layout.

Excellent amazing food ribeye was incredible and great price! HOGHLY recommend the fried green beans!

The drive through was quick even though they were packed. I ordered 2 tenderloin biscuits with side order of sausage gravy. The biscuits were a little undercooked and neither it or the sausage gravy were seasoned so they tasted like wet cardboard. The tenderloin however was tender and delicious. The side order of sausage gravy was small yet pricey. They did not provide napkins or plastic wear and I had to go back through the line to get some. Overall I would give it 3 out of 5 stars.

First time I’ve been to Martin’s that the biscuit tasted like it was old. Also, it look like they didn’t put but one egg on my sandwich which was a large. I usually go to Martin’s and enjoy my breakfast very disappointed today.

I know I didn’t just pay 3$ for a small scoop of cheese grits. Nothing is hot and I just left, I stay less than 4mins away from the location. Last time I had an issue and I went back to store, I got yelled at for wanting fresh food and my order correct. Mind you I was pregnant then, and today this is just unacceptable, last time going here

I have always loved this place and this location is a win. The staff awesome and quick no matter how early the prices have definitely gotten higher but the food is still delicious

Pay 15 dollars and only get half of what you order after waiting for 20 Mins. If your gonna take time to play around in there take time to make sure the customers that pay for their food get what they ordered. This is a every visit thing

This location is a local landmark... and historically been good, BUT it needs to be renovated, old, unsightly and just not sustainable. Quality of the food is suffering. NOTICE the 80 score on the health department inspection. PEOPLE this is a very, very poor score eating here could be putting your health at risk. (notice color differences of the ham) SEE the score and read the details. This is store specific. Other Martins locations are in much better condition with better health dept scores.

This is by far the slowest Martin’s around. If you can get to another one, do yourself a favor and go to that one. Food is good but every single time this one is slow.

This was my first time. It was me and plus 1. Thought we'd try a new place. We give it 4.5 stars. The ambiance makes you feel like you're in Mexico. The decor boasts bold wood pillars and I loved the festive colors. We arrived around 4. It was a 20min wait but there weren't many people in the parking lot. We assumed it was staffing. It was less than 20mins before we were sat. We were met with chips and salsa as soon as we sat down. We were asked for our drink order not long after that. Our server came to take our meal order minutes later. It was a timely rotation. Our frosty mango strawberry mix margarita and dragon fruit margarita were AMAZING. my expectations were met one that front. I ordered a fajita chicken salad. It was ok. It was smaller than I imagine. It came in a tortilla bowl. The cheese, onions and chicken was on the bottom. The lettuce was on top. So I didn't get a chance to eat a lot of it because it got soggy very quick. We also ordered the vegan selection that was the veggie quesadilla and Spanish rice. I had a piece of it. It was good. Queso is delicious as well as the salsa. I also ordered the curros. I took it to go so I didn't get a chance to taste it while it was hot. We will definitely be back. The costs were reasonable the service was great and The menu is full of great items.

Our experience was amazing. The service unbeatable and the atmosphere was breathtaking from the lighted tree, hanging lights, the mounted televisions, the spacing between tables and the clean restrooms. We truly enjoyed ourselves

I went on a sunday afternoon at 3:00PM. Self building with an open and free parking lot. First impression visit. Order: Fresh Guacamole (tableside!), cheese dip, Texas Fajitas, Quesabirria, & Steak & Shrimp Chimmichurry  (📸) Pros: -Steak was delicious! Full of flavor... you can tell it was marinated well. Nice and juicy. -Shrimp is large and fresh off the grill. -Rice was just ok - Cheese dip was good. Had flavor and wasn't too watery like a lot of other dips. Cons: -Meat did not come on the hot plate for the fajitas. Only the peppers and onion on the hot plate which is weird. Ordered the Authentic Flour Tacos, 2 with steak and 2 with pork. They came with cilantro, onions, cucumbers, radishes, and a special sauce. Delicious! I normally do not order tacos at a Mexican restaurant due to the lack of flavor. Not in this case. They were seasoned quite well. Nice restaurant atmosphere. Waitress was a little lacking or I would have given 5 stars

Th waitress liked to hover over the table and kept giving us rude stares. Because there was a wait they placed our party of 4 in the back behind the bar. It was hard for the kidsbto sit very loud. They didn't explain the menu snd the pricing is outrageous I won't be coming bsck. If I spend 60 bucks on food it better be some fresken delicious food. This food made us sick very quickly

On the recommendation of parents and clients I'm finally getting a chance to experience the new Red Lobster. Ultimate Feast is a winner! Shout out to CEO Damola Adamolekun! 10/10 service (Tre the magnificent) and food was hot and delicious! Tomorrow the gym 🏋🏾‍♀️

OVER RATED, OVER PRICED AND OVER HYPED..... The new Red Lobster menus is nice and inviting with their new menus and menu items. But like I've always said... There's more open plate space at this restaurant than food on the plate. I'm very disappointed!!!! I ordered a Seafood broil bag, priced at $43.00. I asked the waitress if the bag came with 2 clusters of crabs legs, and she said.. Yes... My wife ordered the crab clusters plate with potatoes. Her plate was served with 2 nice size clusters of crab. My broil bag came with 1- 1/2 pound clusters of crab legs. The food presentation was undesirable. The portions were very small the cluster was small. I chose to send my plate back because what was served as a meal was not worth the price that was advertised. Waste of time and money... But the wife was full...

This evening I went to Red Lobster on East West Connector to celebrate my moms retirement. We had the best waitress from start to finish. She had the best energy for the occasion. I haven't been to Red Lobster in yearrrrssss but I will definitely start going more often. The service and food quality and quanitity were great. Thank you to our wonderful waitress Phoenix for making this night feel so special.

Five stars! We had a fantastic experience at Red Lobster. Our server, Blue, was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and served hot. Every part of our visit was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location, and a big thank you to Blue for the top-notch service!

Went there with my family on a Sunday at 730p. The restaurant wasn’t busy, and actually empty, yet we received our food at 835p. The drinks were subpar at best. It tasted like juice when the menu mentioned top shelf. Food was good. No fault to our nice waitress as she did the best she could. However, the service was much lower than we expected given the minimal amount of customers that were present. Maybe they are understaffed or their chef was having a slow day, but we won’t be coming back to the red lobster ant east west connector again.

My 2-crab-leg cluster dinner was good and reasonably priced at about $30. My husband sent his seafood boil back because it just wasn't worth the $43. It was only ONE cluster of crab legs, one small lobster tail split in half, and then several small shrimp. Definitely not worth the price. The waitress was very friendly. Sadly, my drink was my favorite part of the experience.

Dinners were delicious, pecan pork chops with chutney sauce was superb. Meatloaf balls were well done and proportioned. Took off half a star for the freezer burned strawberries on the cheesecake. I can't wait to come back when the cobbler pie is back in stock.

I am not normally one to leave reviews, but this place was truly noteworthy! We are in Atlanta for a work trip and have been out to several restaurants… South Cobb was BY FAR the best food we’ve had! I had the catfish with onion rings and slaw (the slaw was a tad dry for my taste, but the flavor was on point), my husband had the cowboy burger, and we shared an order of fried green tomatoes - the remoulade sauce was fabulous. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting, and the wait staff was so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend stopping in!

Very happy we found this place. The place is nice, very spacious and clean. Coffee was perfect for us (light roasted, and hot) Menu has many options. We shared the Big and Juicy burger with sweet potatoe fries and added some avocado. Everything tastes yummy. Service was a little slow, but we understand that they were pretty busy.

I visited South Cobb Diner today, July 14, 2025. Shannon was my waitress. She was awesome! She was friendly and down to 🌎 earth. She made it easy for me to choose my meal. I ordered 🐔chicken Alfredo with 🥦 broccoli and meatloaf, macaroni, 🥦 broccoli casserole, 🌽corn bread🍞, and tea. 😋😋😋. The owner Rob visited my table and introduced himself. Talk about friendly atmosphere. Janaya was cute 😍 as a button. She was a sweetheart. The food was delicious😋! I am a foodie. I most definitely will be back to support this establishment and bring others with me.

My cousin and I visited here for some southern cooking and enjoyed the food and service. Destiny served us and here suggestions were great. I got the country fried for the first time and it was great. The mac&cheese was really good and just right. My cousin got the Frisco burger and he really enjoyed it. The banana pudding was really good. Had i known it was going to be that good, I would have gotten 2 more. I would definitely come back for more food and dessert.

This place WAS good. My goodness, I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad, and I got lettuce so wilted the plate looked flat. Now, we went there because we normally go to WEST Cobb Diner and their food is good. South Cobb Diner was previous another location for West Cobb Diner but not anymore and it shows. Horrible salad and my husband also got a plate he always gets from West Cobb Diner but the serving was very small. South Cobb Diner is no longer part of West Cobb Diner and the quality has gone down. We know that because we actually visited South Cobb Diner a few years back and this last visit was the first time we went back in years. Not a good experience.

My fiancée lives within walking distance of the South Cobb Diner, so we took a walk to the establishment one Saturday morning to have a look-see. We were greeted by a delightful server who seated us and told us that Destiny would be our waiter. Destiny answered any and all questions as we peppered her about the salads on the menu. We each ordered a salad topped with blackened shrimp. They arrived in a timely manner - a nice bed of fresh greens and fresh toppings as well. The shrimp were cooked to perfection. Although we didn't get the server's name who seated us, we just want to let management know their kitchen employees and front-end employees were "on point" this particular Saturday. This was our first time dining at the diner; we will be back. What an eclectic menu! Great job from top to bottom. Only thing we would adjust is the lighting. It's too dark and makes the dining area appear drab with no warmth. With respect, Rick

Ordered on DoorDash… I’m from up north so immediately realized OVER expensive … still decided to try and the shrimp was rubbery over cooked and they give a table soon of seafood sauce. Hate when restaurants cut corners to be greasy for a profit. I will never order again

It took 15 mins for someone to come to the table. A server greeted us and said “your server is busy so I’m gonna help you guys”. She took our entire order. I got a Shirley temple ($4, no free refill) and a Pibb ($3.50). It took another 15 minutes for the appetizer, hush puppies ($4) and fried pickles ($6), to come out. Then 20 for the boils ($29 ea). The boil was delicious, the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for food is because it got cold within ~7 mins of dumping the bag out. Overall, not the best service, but the food was tasty.

This place food is trash and I am not a food critic. They use the fish cooking oil to make chicken wings tenders and fries with no flavor. The boom boom wings extra greasy and heavy on the salt. Then the nerve to serve hot greasy food to go in a styrofoam container even the major food chains know better than this all of them have containers with hot food in a box. Definitely overrated and overpriced.

🦀🦐 The Juicy Crab is ALWAYS my go-to spot for seafood boils, and it never disappoints! Every visit has been a great experience, from the food, to the service, to the fun atmosphere. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by the wall of celebrities who’ve eaten there, the smell of fresh seafood, and a huge dining space that works perfectly for big parties, small groups, or date nights. One of my favorite parts when I bring my kids is that they get to draw on the paper-covered tables, it keeps them entertained while we wait for the food! My absolute favorite order is the seafood boil with half a pound of shrimp (head-on 🦐), crawfish 🦞, and crab legs 🦀, tossed in the Juicy Special (hot). The Cajun fries are also a must, and their Juicy Special Hot Wings are next-level, super crispy, flavorful, and addictive! Another thing I love is that The Juicy Crab is just as good for takeout or delivery. Everything holds up really well, so you can enjoy the feast at home too.

Our waiter was so fun! Always smiling and very attentive! The food was absolutely amazing! I could eat it every day! Like, death row inmates would choose this as their final meal and have no regrets about it! They'd die with the best food they've ever had in their belly! I seriously can't rave enough about this place... it's 5 stars all the way around.

I love the food here. I feel like the cocktail menu is hit or miss, out of 3 drinks I’ve tried I only liked one. Service is always stellar. I do wish the booth backs were higher like other locations giving each table a sense of privacy. Overall great place to come for date night

The food and the drinks were good. Our waitress was great even though she felt bad about the slow service from the bar. It took a long time to get my second drink and the third.... well I just told them to cancel it. There were not many people in the establishment for the bar service to be that slow and when we were sitting at the bar before being seated the bartender took forever just to get to us and to close out our tab. I noticed she didn’t really make too many rounds to make sure everyone was being taken care of like I’ve noticed most bartenders do. I probably won’t be back for a while and hate that I had to experience this on my first visit since people said this place was good. Very disappointed.

The restaurant is located a few blocks deep in the West Village complex, with some street parking and free covered parking just around the corner from the restaurant. Inside, the space was quiet and even serene when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon. I was surprised to see that the fried calamari was listed as gluten-free on the menu, since most breaded seafood isn't. While tasty, the batter was a little crumbly and my husband, who prefers his calamari on the smaller side, was a little weirded out by what he called "the big, juicy squid rings". The serving size was less than what we would have preferred, but given the price, it's all right as a starter. Our entrees were where L'Thai shined. The husband's pad woon sen was tasty - hot, well-seasoned glass noodles with good hunks of chicken throughout. While his dish was great, we both agreed my order of the yellow crispy chicken reigned supreme at the table - a crispy filet of chicken breast atop a fragrant, vegetable-specked puddle of yellow curry. The fresh (gluten-free) coating stayed crisp as I dragged happy spoonfuls of rice through the sauce until every last drop was consumed. As an added plus, our meal ended up being far cheaper than we expected it would. The menus don't currently have prices because the owners are in the midst of reprinting them. Our server offered to let us know exact prices if we needed, but we decided this would be a fun guessing exercise. When we got the check, our jaws dropped at how economical our meal had been, especially given the taste and the sublime service we'd received. Side note: There's a funny dress code here of no gym shorts or sports wear. I haven't seen it enforced, but there's clear signage out front and figured you should know if visiting.

L’Thai Organic Cuisine&Wine Bar is located in the center of West Village with indoors and outdoors seating area. The ambience/decoration is nice. The food which is presumably made of organic components tasted very good. Service is OK with friendly staff.

Loved the spring roll. Still have fried on the menu but no longer offer so brought out steamed, disappointing. Steamed dumpling were okay , but I’m prefer fried.

This place is awesome. The food was tasty and serves organic, gluten free and msg free offerings. The staff was very attentive and the prices are reasonable. The ambience is great for a date night or a quiet meal with family and friends.

The dishes are delicious, you won’t order any wrong dish there. The waitress is very kind and sweet!

This hidden gem is the perfect spot for lunch or dinner!! The food is exquisite and fast. Yoko is one of the best servers as well as the rest of the ladies! They are always making sure everyone is taken care of at all times!! Don’t walk, run to this beautiful establishment. I try and make a visit at least twice a month!

So this was my third time going to this place. The first two experiences were amazing. However, this last experience was horrible. When I first arrived, it took the waistress a good minute to acknowledge me .. Then she asked me if I was picking up.. & I told her that I was ordering food. So she then proceeded to point me to the directions where to order the to go order.. She then asked what I wanted to eat and before I could answer she got really loud and impatient.. I then said I’m not sure, she then rolled her eyes and walked away.. she was very RUDE!! .. When I got my food, I tried to explain my frustrations to her coworker of how rude she was.. The coworker then proceeded, to justify her coworkers behavior. This is my last time going to this place. Service goes a long way and a big factor . There are soo many other Thai food places that have amazing service. Also when I got home and started eating my food, I notice that a crack shell was inside my food. Won’t be back!

So my dental office ordered lunch on Tuesday. I’ve eaten at Longhorn plenty of times for lunch and dinner and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I ordered the grilled chicken strawberry salad. The salad part was full but they literally gave me a(1)grilled chicken tender. I know it was the lunch portion but again I’ve ordered this same meal at the Longhorn on Dallas Hwy and they gave me a chicken breast. My coworker ordered the same and received (1) grilled chicken tender for that big salad. Next time just make it where you need to order the chicken and salad separately because this was a joke. Very disappointed with order. My office(8 orders) spent a lot of money that day and if you order a salad you only got a piece of the meat not the entire thing (steak or chicken). If you ordered a burger or sandwich those items looked fulfilling. Both meals are from my coworker and I.

Decent food. The Lemon Garlic chicken was tender and juicy. The Longhorn steak was overcooked in the outer and undercooked in the middle. The Chicken Parmesan was fine. The appetizers were tasty.

This was Saturday evening 6/7/2025 The food was not good. The salad was old both times. The manager knew that but wanted the server to give it to me anyway. The silverware was dirty. We sat there for about 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order. Typically I love longhorn.

The waitress was very nice and accommodative. The steak was chewy but it could have just been the cut. The sides were excellent.

I've eaten here on and off over the last several years, the food for the most part has been consistently good. Prices are fair and service is decent. The lunch chicken sandwich is Yuge!! Chic fila should be ashamed of themselves!! 😅

Spectacular Service from Mr. Cleveland! Danielle was absolutely amazing! My food was a incredibly delicious! Thank you guys so much for making my experience a memorable one!❤️

My family and I have eaten here 3 times in the last three months. It is located about a quarter of a mile from the Burn Center at the Wellstar Hospital for which we have driven over 100 miles each way to/from. The food is delicious, is very attractively displayed on the plate, and is very large portion sizes. There is a wide variety of items on the menu. The servers were always very friendly and polite. The general manager was super friendly, and checked on us to make sure that our mail was good, and that our service was great. What's my family find something they like on a menu, they tend to enjoy kidding again. We have enjoyed the chicken tender plate with sides, a delicious salad, and club sandwhich from there. We enjoyed the chicken tenders so much that we got them more than one time. Their specialty boom boom sauce and chipotle sauce is especially good with the tenders. One picture shows double fries. The hot, fresh rolls are amazing! One of the times we were there, we saw that they had a private area for large groups, whose group seemed to be having an excellent time and whose server appeared to be very attentive. We highly recommend this place.

My 92 year old Mom, Sister and female Cousin drove down from north Georgia for the day and my wife and I decided to go to O’Charley’s for lunch. We were delighted with the welcome from the hostess and were seated right away. Our server was so pleasant and attentive and the food was prepared and presented very well. We were all very pleased. This level of service speaks to the strength of leadership and the attention we received by the manager meant a lot to me and my family. I highly recommend this location!

Wonderful time last Sunday! Fresh rolls, perfect food. Bar service was slow for no reason at all, they had no one there. And our server while wonderful sorta wandered away toward the end when we wanted to order dessert to go and the bill.

Was invited here to celebrate a friend’s birthday and we had a really good time, food was good and the service was great. Their salmon was really good, ended up not taking any food home so that is a good sign. They were out of hot tea, that was the only down fall other than that no one in our group had any complaints other than my 3 year old daughter who did not enjoy her children’s cheese pizza. Their pumpkin pie was also a really good treat to share with my 2 children.

We didn't have to wait long to be seated by the manager. Our server Justin was very attentive. We ordered spinach artichoke and fried dill pickles for the appetizer. Main courses were cedar plank salmon with mashed sweet potatoes and fresh broccoli, chicken tenders with fries, lasagna and chicken bacon quesadilla. Our server Justin was impeccable!!

The food is nothing short of frozen entrees heated up. I was kinda perplexed at the high prices for the little quality received. However, the service was spot on. I had never been to O'Charleys before, so I wanted to give it a shot. I saw all there is to see, and it will suffice. Not ever planning to go back. But the service was great!

Pretty busy night. But they are always busy at this location . Ordered fry California sushi roll and vegetable fried rice and veggie tempura . Our waitress was very quick to approach our table and take our order, however after our food arrived about 20 minutes later, which was great. However our waitress never return the entire time we were eating. She did not come back to ask us if we needed refills on our drinks, she did not come back and ask if everything was okay. Now I know that they are busy however it would have been nice to get some refreshed lemonade. The other party had a glass of the sweet red wine which was delicious from what I'm told. We express to the waitress at the end will be looked for her to get our check that we would prefer her to have come back a bit more frequent and to also check on us because the second California sushi roll was not correct. However we paid for it anyway because she did not return to our table in time. Normally I do have a pretty decent experience here. Maybe the waitress was new I'm not sure and there was slight English barrier language barrier as well. She gave me my number she said you are her number she said you always call the shop to schedule with her and she said you need to have her number

Tried take out sushi. Love the insulated take out bag! Spring rolls were flavorful and crispy. With two sushi rolls there should have been more wasabi. I think shrimp rolls would have been better in the restaurant as they would be warmer.

We’ve been going here since 2017! My husband brought me here for the first time while we were dating — I’ve never been to a hibachi before this. The food has been our absolute favorite from all of the hibachi we’ve ever been to. Their service is consistent and the employees are so kind. First time here, nothing stood out, it’s what you would expect from any hibachi restaurant. What was lack luster was the service. I came in for lunch and the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all but service was slow. I was ignored when I asked an employee to locate my server and it took forever for him to check back in and provide beverage refills. Service goes a long way and they dropped the ball here.

Dear Miyako Sushi Team, I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your East-West Connector location recently. On your website, it clearly states that your restaurant closes at 10:00 PM. Based on that, I arrived at 9:25 PM intending to place a takeout order and possibly dine in. However, I was informed upon entry that the restaurant was closed at 9:30 PM, and no further orders could be taken. This discrepancy was not only frustrating but also caused confusion for myself and four other groups who arrived around the same time under the same impression. To make matters more confusing, even after 9:30 PM, the doors remained unlocked, which gave the appearance that the restaurant was still open. I understand that staff may need time to clean and close down, but the public-facing hours should reflect your actual last-call time for both dine-in and takeout. This visit was especially meaningful for me as I was celebrating a new job offer—and all I wanted was to enjoy sushi from one of my favorite places. Unfortunately, I left disappointed, with my plans disrupted and unsure if I can count on Miyako for future visits. I strongly encourage you to update your website and Google listing to reflect your accurate closing time and ordering policy, and to consider locking the doors once you’re closed to avoid misleading other guests. It would go a long way in preserving the otherwise great reputation your food has earned. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I truly hope steps will be taken to correct this so that other customers don’t experience the same frustration I did.

The food was good and it came out quickly. Maybe a little too quickly because it wasn't hot like I expected it to be, so it made me think that maybe this was sitting out for a while. It was warm, but that warmth went away in like a minute or two. I got the House Special Fried Rice, and my friend got the shrimp fried rice. Both were good. I got my steak medium-well, and it had crisp edges, which I liked. It let me know that it was actually cooked the way I wanted. Waitress was nice and attentive. She seemed timid, but she still did a good job. The fires that came from the hibachi grills occasionally were entertaining. Great place to come for a little date or if you wanted a nice chat with friends over some food. I don't like the gratuity because I feel like that's your automatic tip even when we were going to tip anyways but it's becoming more common so if you want to avoid that at this place, don't sit at the hibachi grills or bar. Overall: 8/10 definitely ordering the fried rice again. Two people were almost $40, which wasn't bad.

Delish! We’d been craving hibachi and had no idea where we could get it close to home. Everything was nice and we didn’t have to go too far. 😊

Very friendly service. Ms. Anita is a server and she greeted me with a smile and laughter to brighten my rainy day. Ms. Monsheri is a cook and my bacon Angus cheeseburger deluxe with hashbrowns were exceptional!!! Will visit again before I head back to Florida 😀😀👍👍👍👍

Why would you not eat at waffle house and to well when you in Atlanta. I ordered the Patty Melt hash brown bowl... Amazing and they even have a walk up window. Outstanding

Best Waffle House experience I’ve had in Atlanta. Service was great so great I had to speak on it before even getting my food. When your attitude is good I trust the food will be good. Thank you for kindness and patience in the morning to the lady with the red locs 😊

Marie is a sweetheart. She works the counter and is always pleasant when I come there. I come at least 8x a month. Today was a bad morning for me and even with the mask she could tell I needed affirmation. She was so bubbly and positive. Her words Iof encouragement that it's a beautiful day.... instantaneously made my day better. She was a blessing to this disabled veteran today. I have been here 3 years and only go to this waffle house. The service is great! The food is good too obviously.

We called before we came in and the manager said it was fine to park our bobtail. Everything was cooked well. I enjoyed my breakfast. Eggs were hard scrambled without having to ask. We had to ask our server to remind the kitchen of a couple things we'd ordered but it was pretty busy, and they fixed the issue super quickly. Our server was courteous and waited until we were almost done with our first cup of coffee before trying to refill it, which I loved.

The Bacon Rancher was super disappointing. The patties had no seasoning and was overcooked, which caused the whole burger to have an overwhelming taste of bland beef. The Triple Dipper was good. The cookie skillet was super sweet but tasty.

Usually, chili's gives me great service, but tonight was a different story. Our waitress was not good. We had to request the manager Jeremy, and he was outstanding, very professional, and promptly expedited our food. He managed to salvage my mother and sister's birthday dinner.

I had a great time at this location. My food came out fast and fresh. My server was Makayla and she was great. She made sure all of our requests were met and I will definitely be coming back thanks to her! 10/10

I'll be truthful and honest. This was the best food that I have put in my mouth. I don't usually clean my plate, boy howdy I did this day. Perfect service. The waitress was awesome. The food was cooked to perfection. If you like Chili's then go here. It's in Austell around the corner from Kay Jewelers. Trust me, believe.

My sister and I enjoyed celebrating my brother's birthday. The server was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time and food. They even brought my brother a birthday ice cream. It was a wonderful experience. We will be back soon.

Everyone was nice from the door person to the bartender. My food was hot and it came out quick. The server put bacon in my soup I don't eat pork but she bought out a new one and didn't take the old one. It was late so we was cutting up it was almost empty so they let us enjoy ourselves.

Chili's you really need to get your stuff together. You used to be a descent chain restaurant. I came in late, 11:34 p.m., but you close at 12 am. I ordered a beer, and I asked the bartender if the kitchen was open. I wanted to order food. She said I could go to the TOGO area to order, I politely asked if she could just add to my order and would tip accordingly. I hate patronage a restaurant and feeling as if I'm a nuisance instead of a customer. Until you change your company culture and start understanding customers are the reason you're in business instead of a problem, I will not patronage your business again. Your company is equivalent to Apple's B, service, and food. Why would you lower your standard? To top it off, the wings were way overcooked. After a year, I have you a second chance, and you failed once again. I just wonder who will open up in your spot once you have to close your doors. I just wish that management recognized the issues. Three of us went to this IHOP for brunch and we each got one of the breakfast specials. Robert and I each had an egg & swiss omelette special that came with a couple pancakes and choice of meat. I can't recall what the sauce was on top but i want to say salsa. Regardless, it was a very unique but tasty addition! Candi had the french french toast special which also came with pancakes and choice of meat. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of hers. Everything was so delicious and enough to satisfy our appetites. I personally can say that i was even borderline stuffed! The waiter was excellent. With our dietary restrictions he was accommodating, and throughout our meal he was attentive but not the least bit annoying. I really appreciated that he waited until all of us were done eating before offering to bring the checks. That earns a 6th star IMO! I wish I could remember his name because he earned recognition ...and a raise! Overall, i believe this was the best dining experiences I've ever had at an IHOP. About 15 or so years ago, i had 2 separate bad experiences back-to-back which left a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak (but not at this location). Since then, i think I've only tried the food one other time, but it wasn't at all impressive like today's visit. I would highly recommend this location and I'll try to find out the waiter's name so you can request him personally if you want to guarantee excellent service as well.

They are very friendly and attentive. They took care of me and my son and kept checking on us, making sure we were doing alright and refilling our drinks. I recommend this IHOP restaurant.

Got a 2-2-2 2: 2 pancakes, 2eggs and 2 bacons with extra bacon but I switched my pancakes for Gluten Free pancakes. Randy the Mgr was soo nice and Derrick who took my order was quick, friendly and answered my questions about options. While I was waiting on my order I saw Randy help a customer find a pickup order that was in the wrong spot and difuse that upset customer calmly and with a smile. Great job!

HOLY CRAP, this place was amazing between quick service, amazing customer service and such a wonderful atmosphere. The waitress was a sweetheart and I am 100% coming back here.

I dined in earlier today, the food was hot and good, no issues there. My service was good as well, the lady who served me was very kind, though she looked sick. I could see into the kitchen area, the cooks, or whoever was back there, were being very rude to her. I’m not sure what happened but she didn’t look well. I’m concerned for the well being of the servers. It is clear that she did not seem well but no one offered to help her, or so it seemed. Very disappointing and sad to see that. They need to do better to take care of their servers

I always have a good experience at this location with my to-go orders. Today, I called to place an order and I accidentally hung up. While I was trying to call back, the employee Brandon was calling me to see if I still wanted to place an order. To me that was above and beyond. And although they were busy when I came to pickup my order, Brandon and the managers still had positive attitudes and took care of me and the other customers. In these times when customer service is at a low, I appreciate kindness, attentiveness, quality and quantity.

I came here with a friend for dinner. It did take about 5 minutes for someone to sit us down. After that, service was fairly decent. Food came out in a relatively good time. Food was hot. The food tasted pretty good as well. Good place to eat, but maybe not so much at a late time when service staff is smaller.

I had the most lovely experience at Dolly’s! As soon as you enter, you’re surrounded by the sweetest coloring sheets from all the kids that have eaten there and hung their artwork up. And the entire restaurant is adorned with southern charm from their curtains to tables to wall decor. Our waiter was so kind, and made us feel like family. I asked for chocolate milk, and they didn’t have any premade so he hand-mixed a glass for me. The food was tasty and I wish I lived closer so I could come again. I got an omelette and hash browns and sausage — all of it was wonderful. Thank you Dolly’s for such a lovely breakfast experience.

This is not a must try kinda restaurant. They really should be a shame of themselves. We travel all over trying all kinds of food from all walks of life. When we came to this restaurant it was totally disappointing. The server was nice. The restaurant tables where a little dirty but we looked passed that. Waited awhile for our food. When we got the food Grits where cold so cold that the cheese wouldn't melt they where not done at allll then the almost $5 corn beef hash was not even 2 oz in size not worth it this was a waste of time and money. And to top it off we where told the owner was the cook! When you know better you do better we will not be coming back to this place.

My first visit was amazing but next day visit was not good enough. Consistency in customer service important to any kind of business. Eggs, home fries and any kind of meat is good. French toast is terrible. They might be forget your order, make sure they got your order!

This is a true rarity these days - the classic family run southern restaurant that seems to have gone the way of the dodo bird. Excellent and affordable food served quickly by a kind and attentive staff. We went in a group of 10 and had no problems getting seated and had no issues with our order!

Omg, my husband and I had lunch at Dolly’s Farmhouse for the first time today and my lord the food was awesome! Mr. Brown is a phenomenal chef and our server Amy was magnificent and very charismatic. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and what they had to offer, she was kind and had an infectious smile and attitude. We will be returning very soon

This place had excellent Meats and the mashed potatoes were good. The fried pork chops were excellent and even the hamburger steak was good. We didn't like the corn it tastes too vinegary. The biscuits were divine. The atmosphere very homey. We came at the end of the day,so they didn't have country fried steak. I will give them another shot for breakfast one day.

The “h” in Thai of Austell might be silent, but the flavors? Absolutely not! This spot is a hidden gem for authentic Thai cuisine, and let me tell you—their coconut soup makes me extremely happy. So happy, in fact, that I devoured it before I even thought about taking a picture. (Trust me, you’ll understand once you try it.) As a vegetarian and someone who’s lactose intolerant, I opted for coconut milk in my chai tea instead of heavy cream. While it did coagulate a bit, the flavor was still on point—a warm, comforting pairing. The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, making it great for a quick bite or a casual lunch meeting. And if dining in isn’t your thing, their food holds up beautifully for takeout and delivery (shoutout to my many satisfying DoorDash orders). Bottom line: The food is so good, I forgot to take pictures. If That’s the only evidence you need—go taste it for yourself!

My favorite go-to Thai restaurant, they are so family oriented and have a comfy atmosphere in their restaurant. I always get my fav soups, coconut and tom yum soup. Always the sweetest! I have been buying from them for years 🤍 Usually fast take out as well

This cozy restaurant in Austell is a hidden gem. I tried the spicy fried rice with chicken, and it was delicious. My mom, a regular here, always gets the veggie fried rice. My daughter opted for the plain chicken wings, which I didn't find particularly impressive, but she enjoyed them. I'll definitely be coming back.

It is really good food and I've been here many times. The service is always courteous and fast. The atmosphere is quite cute and quiet considering it is a small restaurant. I would recommend it as it is well located and reasonably priced compared to higher end Thai restaurants in Atlanta.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Enjoyed our Pad Thai and chicken curry. Small place. Service was good. The food was pretty darn yummy and flavorful. We enjoyed our food. Ambiance was okay but not great but the food made up for it.

The staff were very friendly. I would have rated them a 5 in that area if I didn't wait almost 40 minutes for salad, steamed white rice and sauteed vegetables. The restaurant was small but very clean in the dining area and all.the guests appeared to enjoy themselves. My food was tasty but the portions for my entree were smaller than most takeout restaurants. The Thai salad was regular size and very good.

This is my go-to Thai food restaurant for the past 14 years since it's near work & I love supporting family businesses. The interior is clean & intimate, prices are reasonable,and the service is great. As for the food…it’s consistently delicious and the spice level can be adjusted for those who love spice without flavor being sacrificed. My favorites are pad won sen with shrimp, shrimp pineapple curry fried rice, spicy basil duck, spicy basil (minced chicken), fried snapper, massaman curry w/shrimp, green curry with salmon, green curry with shrimp, Tom yum soup, pad Thai, spring rolls, and Thai tea!

Tried it for the first time after reading the reviews. It was really good and hit the spot. I had the fried catfish with cabbage and candied yams and cornbread. The fried catfish tasted like it did need a little more seasoning on it, but overall, it was good with the hot sauce. I would recommend this place if you're looking for good soul food. The customer service was also really good. I did spend $18 and some change on the plate.

I came to pick up a load. It was not ready. So I started looking for something to eat. I put in soul food. Granny's soul food came up. I called and asked if he had some oxtail's , he said girl come get you some of this good food and yes, sir. It was good. I went in there in everything looked so good. The place was nice and clean as well. Everyone was very nice. I will be back in saved it in my GPS..🥰🥰🥰

Friendly employees. Great food. I only had sides and they were all good. The Mac n cheese was very creamy and filing. The green beans were seasoned well and so good. Make sure to try the fried potatoes. Mine were hot, crispy and so good. My friends had the fried chicken legs and had to wait about 15 minutes. I guess it was cooked to order, but it was worth the wait. She said it was crunchy on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside.

So glad I found this place drove 40mins and every bite was worth the ride. They make fried meals onsite so if you’re wanting fried chicken or fish you may want to order ahead, but if you don’t it’s still worth the wait. I got fried catfish (two whole pieces) baked Mac-n-Cheese (definitely NOT box Mac-n-Cheese) and fried okra. My mom had a huge turkey wing over rice, cabbage and yams. We were impressed with everything even the dessert and the meals came with cornbread muffins that won’t dry nor overly sweet. They a lil pricey for a can soda(1.50) but the food was so good I’ll just BYOB next 🤭. But I will be back to add to my back. Young lady at the counter customer service 10/10.

My family and I just placed a large order, 4 pork chop dinners, 3 fish dinners, a beef rib tip dinner, a slice of lemon cake, and a sweet tea. Everything was good but I'm very disappointed in the slice of cake for $4.95. Ya'll can do better it's hardly a slice it's so thin.

I ordered take from Granny's Soul Food. My husband said that the service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. I had the Fried Whiting Fish, Mac n Cheese, Fried Okra, and a Cornbread Muffin. Overall, the food was good with some minor issues: The fish was well-seasoned and fried well, but it did not taste fresh; the mac n cheese could have used more cheese; and the okra needed a little more salt. The cornbread muffin was perfect! I look forward to trying them again!

Fantastic find. Never, EVER discount a place in a strip at a gas station! I had the BBQ chicken drum and thigh meat that was amazing. Great hickory smoke and BBQ sauce with collard greens and black eyed peas! Everything was delicious!

This Panda Express has gone downhill the rice doesn't taste like rice very hard and may be OLD cheap rice but I dont think so maybe its what they call the PLASTIC rice. Also my favorite the Teriyaki chicken was rubbery and didnt tasye good either. In addition you cant taste before you buy anymore. Staff is nice and friendly but I won't be back. Waste of money remembering why don't eat this type of food anymore

Panda Express is not the same how it used to be when I was growing up! I haven’t had it in a while due to the lack of consistency with the quality of the food but I decided to give it a chance today. The rice is really bland and flavorless slightly undercooked—luckily I was able to get fresh chicken because I came during the lunch rush. the honey sesame chicken was okay. I also had a side of teriyaki chicken and it wasn’t the best. Way too much fat on the chicken. They have new refresher teas— I tried the pomegranate pineapple.. that was the best thing I purchased.

I don’t like writing negative reviews, but unfortunately, I did not have the best experience today. We placed an online order at this location. When I was able to get the server’s attention, I informed her about the order and was told they were working on it. Thirty minutes later, after speaking with another server and then the original server again, I decided to take matters into my own hands and got in line, as customers in line were receiving their orders in a timely manner. Once I got in line, I finally received my order—along with apologies from the staff. Please consider improving the process for handling online orders. It should not take 45 minutes to an hour for an online order to be fulfilled. I arrived 20–25 minutes after placing the order and still had to wait over 30 minutes to receive it.

The food at Panda Express is generally good but the service at the camp creek location is always bad. They are often out of items and are very slow. I am happy they are open 1 hour later now but it doesn't matter much when you cannot get served in a reasonable amount of time. I placed an order via the mobile app arrived at the store 25 minutes later waited patiently for staff to service guests and when it was my turn they were unable to locate my order. I waited over 30 minutes thinking they were just busy but turns out they supposedly never received it. The manager Adriana was not pleasant or helpful and said she could not provide a refund because I did not have a confirmation email although I had an order number in the app and charge on my credit card. I would avoid this location if at all possible.

My family and I love going to Panda Express . I do not like giving negative reviews and there was nothing wrong with the food but I saw few roaches running on the counter. That's a no for me. I won't be going there for a long time. They need to have the restaurant treated for roaches.

Horrible customer service! The manager DEUI is combative confrontational and unprofessional. When an employee was simply asked to return the correct change he offered to call the police on the customer for simply having the audacity to ask because he was a black man.

Ordered door dash. Order was wrong. The food was all mixed together as if driver didn't care how he placed it or held. I ordered steak but received beef which looked like dog food. My place was a mess!!! Very disappointed and now Panda Express will not answer the phone calls. Poor service!

I remember this place having better quality food before Covid. All meals also came with wonton chips and a salad for appetizers. Today, I ordered the Stone Mountain Roll and Salmon Sakura Roll. They were ok… not good. not bad… just ok. I told the waiter I wanted to order more and she brought me the check. I feel discouraged to return. I still have a taste for sushi.

This has to be the worst Chinese food that I ever had. We ordered shrimp lo mein with chicken and chicken fried Rice. We ordered both dishes spicy and neither were. Both dishes were tasteless and bland. I didn't even know that you could mess up an eggroll, but they found a way. Nothing was good. I would get a refund if I could. I paid $30.10. I will NEVER eat here again. And I found hair in the chicken fried rice...🤢

I’m so upset ! I got all the way home to eat my shrimp fried rice and wonton soup with my 6 month baby and found a nasty rusty staple in my food! I rushed it back up there and they didn’t want to give me a refund at first! Beware this place is nasty, smells like mothballs, and food is dangerous to eat! My daughter could have ate that damn rusty staple! DO NOT EAT HERE!

First off there was a smell inside that I can only describe as old mop water, second no one greeted us or came to seat us or ask if we wanted to place an order until we had been there for at least 4 min. An older gentleman came from the back spoke and seated us. All the while a young lady and man walked around and talked amongst themselves. We overlooked the smell because the reviews were favorable towards the food. The food was very enjoyable. We would eat here again but we would get it to go next time. The lack of customer service and the odd smell is my basis for three stars. The first photo is my husband's plate of Lunch special #27 and my plate was lunch special #28 with fried rice. My husband had egg soup and I wonton. We also ordered Super Crunch Roll Sushi. I enjoyed the sushi just wasn't expecting the actual eel to be on it. My husband liked the eel so I gave him mine.

This restaurant is beyond unacceptable. Not only was the place dirty with sticky floors, filthy tables, and trash in the corners, but I also saw roaches crawling around. That alone says everything about how nasty and unsanitary this place is. The bathrooms were disgusting, and the entire restaurant had a foul smell that made me lose my appetite. If roaches are visible in the dining area, I can only imagine what’s happening in the kitchen. This is hands down one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever stepped into, and it should be inspected by the health department. I would never think about eating here again, and I strongly warn others to stay far away.I returned the food and left They over charging people

This place was closed to the public and only take out after pandemic and finally open up. They have a good selection of food and some sushi which for the lunch menu looks very decent the price. It's not a luxury place but it's well maintained clean and the service is on point.

I bought the $5.99 shrimp and fish snd also, the $3.99 special butter shrimp to try them. Wow, super nice people and freshly made food. Delicious. Back for lunch in September. I had the fish and shrimp plate for $9.49 with the coupon. Soo tasty! This store really cares about its food and customers. Thank you staff for treating me and my friend like welcome guests! ❤️

The manager Shannel at store #3741 was very pleasant. Took my order and it didn't take long at all. I always get great service when she's working. That's an employee that deserves to be noticed and a raise!! She's the best. The store was clean and her interactions with the other employees was pleasant as well. Thank you for having great customer service.

What can I say I must let others know about this location. This was a thriving Capt D'S with good food and good service this is an isolated visit for me because I don't tend to buy from food establishments where the parking lot is empty. Most of the time I pass it even though it's very close to my 🏡 I don't think I will return. The dining area was completely empty at 5pm weekend day. The country style fish is not a tasty fish. The menu does not specify the type the cole slaw was solid white not even a speck of color let along a few carrots. I spent ~20$ for one meal. I did not enjoy anything the hush puppies were dry and flavorless. I won't even go into the cashier's attitude because this review is getting quite lengthy 😕☹️!¡!

I ordered two 3 PC fish meals thru the drive thru and when I got home, I was missing the hush puppies for both meals. I had the fish and 2 sides, and I thought hushpuppies automatically came with the meals, unless this has changed. Overall food and service was good and hot, but dissapointed that I was missing hushpuppies. I was looking forward to them.

Other than the price, I truly enjoyed the fish. It was freshly prepared and tasty. Used to be inexpensive to dine with Captain Ds, like everything else the game is really out of control .

They claim to cook for fresh to order but my kids $7 chicken tenders was over cooked and hard then the drinks had all types of dirt and dust and hair inside em.. Grosssss never eating here again!

I pulled up to this location super hungry, hoping to enjoy the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich I had from another Panera in Georgia last week, which I truly enjoyed. Unfortunately, todays experience was terrible. First, there was an extremely long wait time in the drive-through—at least 10 minutes (7 to order, then 3-4 more at the pick-up window) with no one ahead of me. When I finally received my sandwich, it looked like it had been put together by a 3-year-old—it was torn apart and messy, almost like someone had taken a bite out of it. I decided to go inside to ask for a refund. The manager, Jacob, insisted that the sandwich “comes like that” (looking torn apart), and when I asked for a refund, and handed him the bag he pointed to the trash can behind me and said “oh we can’t take that back”. He then grabbed the bag with an attitude and tossed it into the trash behind him. To make matters worse, the inside of the restaurant looked disgusting. I’ve never seen a Panera this run-down and unappealing. Honestly, I thank God this experience happened because I would not have eaten there, given how unsanitary it appeared. I wouldn’t eat at this location even if someone paid me. It was gross. Don’t be fooled by the exterior, go check it out for yourself. 🤢

Absolutely pitiful. Not only did the workers have attitudes, but THIS was what $13 got me?? No bacon on my sandwich as requested and this disgusting puny egg.

I went to this location for the first time in years. Ordered through the app and picked up the food. Got home and the Greek salad had wilted lettuce and cucumbers! I had to throw all of the cucumbers away! I called and spoke with a manager and she said that the veggies should not have been wilted. I said ma’am, I have no reason to call the restaurant after reaching home about the quality of this food! Instead of offering to replace the salad and offer an apology, she said to bring the salad back for them to see it and they will replace it. Who in the hell is going to go back to this low star restaurant to bring a salad back for it to be investigated?! That’s okay Panera, I haven’t been to your restaurant but a few times years ago and I will continue that same process to never to return in the future! I didn’t get the manager’s name, however, she was there around 7PM on August 28, 2025.

Customer service was horrible!! They were rude and didn’t care how long I waited. Upon entering the store, no one ever greeted me or anything. After using the kiosk and no interaction with a person. Placed my order went to the pick up area where again no one greeted me they just through my order on the counter. I had two orders and was picking up for another order. Had to ask for bags with handle since my order was large. Girl did not know how to tell which bag was which when I gave her the order number I had to show her which one was which with the order number. Just in general, horrible customer service

DO NOT ORDER IN THE DRIVE THRU! I Love Panera but their drive thru and mobile app needs help. Ordering through the drive thru is ALWAYS a long wait! You will be waiting at least 20 minutes. I have ordered multiple times at the drive thru and at different hours and it’s always a very long wait. Over 45 minutes for a bowl of soup is ridiculous! Their drive thru system needs help. Very disappointing. Ordering through the app is the same. I place orders online and receive alerts that my order is ready to pick up and when I do my order is almost never ready! And this is becoming very frustrating. This is my favorite place to have a bite and enjoy a calm, relaxing environment but there are many flaws with their customer service. They have many delicious vegetarian options. Their baked goods are always so warm and fresh. Panera is my favorite healthy fast food place, but I don’t come here as often anymore due to long wait times.

Ordering at the kiosk is a great way for me to customize my favorites. We enjoy the variety of healthy and vegetarian options. We sometimes have quick business meetings over a meal.

Food is always pretty decent Normal Panera food. However, this location in particular has really loud music compared to the other Paneras in the area And it’s very difficult to focus. I asked them to turn it down one time as respectfully as possible. I think the music got even louder lol. I’ll go to the other locations to work.

The service is what makes the place. Or server Chrisani was intentional in making sure we felt welcomed. She was knowledgeable and kind. The food was fresh and flavorful. It wasn't overly seasoned so I was able to add salt at my discretion. I ordered the shrimp and grits and a side of bacon. The shrimp were grilled which was different and welcomed. The fresh vegetables in the grits was different and delicious. My friend order the pancake breakfast. The food came out quickly. The prices were reasonable and there was ample parking for the size of the restaurant. Great choice if you're in the Mableton area.

Parking: Free Food: I ordered salmon and grits. The salmon was overcooked. I did not have to add salt to the grits. Service: I forgot the young lady's name. She was an excellent waitress. Atmosphere: There are two entryways. They have outdoor seating. The inside is small and quaint. I will go back.

It was great best breakfast burrito ever. My wife had grit bowl and I don't even eat grits but I tried it and I would actually eat there's. This place is a must at least one time for sure. Try it out. They don't disappoint.

We came here after not being seated at another popular brunch spot! We were so glad we came!!! Most of us are from out of town. They welcomed us in, took our orders and served us with a smile and SUPERB customer service. Everything was good and the only good left was from folks who were full! Note, the chicken salad has craisins in it. IT WAS DELICIOUS! Try everything! Salmon Croquettes, shrimp n grits, omelets! All delicious. We have nothing but great things to say about this spot. My children and I came here on Friday for a Uno game night. The vibes were amazing. We came back Saturday morning for breakfast. The food, the service, and the staff were beyond amazing. Top tier. We’ve found our spot!!! Thanks for your outstanding customer service.

First time trying this restaurant and definitely be the last. Wings are not your traditional wings you would expect. They were breaded and the menu did not state that. They look way over cooked and not appealing at all. I should have checked the reviews before I came in. The server was very polite, but that the only thing I can say positive about the experience.

Visited the Cenacle Bistro on a Sunday afternoon and had a great experience. Parking is free and accessible parking is available. There was little to no wait time, live Jazz music on the inside, and refreshing music on the outside where we sat and dined. My family of 3, including myself, a 3yr old and a 13yr old opted in for the catfish and grits platter, the honey chicken biscuit, and a kid’s platter. The food was delicious and seasoned well, cooked fresh. Our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was excellent to say the least & fairly priced. We loved dining outside hearing & watching the traffic past through. Can’t wait to visit again!

I would give this spot a 3.5 stars. Customer service was great, but the food was just ok. The cabbage was fresh & lightly seasoned. The plantains were smaller than I’m used to. They tasted like they were fried in old oil & sat out for too long. The curry goat was the best thing on the plate and made everything better. The establishment itself was clean. I took my food to go, so I couldn’t tell you what the restroom gave. All in all, not sure that it was worth the price.

I got the jerk chicken with rice and beans, cabbage, extra gravy, and cocoa bread, and it was all perfect. You can tell they really care about the food they serve. The young lady at the counter was super sweet and so easy to talk to — she made the whole experience even better. Between the food, the atmosphere, and the service, everything was just on point. If you haven’t tried this place yet, do yourself a favor and go! I’ll definitely be back soon.

I had been searching high and low for good oxtails ever since I moved to this area. The search is finally over. I love this place and appreciate the great service every time I go. I’ve had the oxtails, brown stew chicken, jerk chicken, patties.. everything is excellent! Made fresh and with love. Highly recommend!! Can’t believe it doesn’t have 5 stars on here yet.

Tonight was my first visit to De Irie. The staff were welcoming. The establishment is clean (glass, front-end, floors, counter, and tabletops). The cabbage and greens were flavorful, seasoned well, and not greasy. The curry chicken was a little heavy on the salt, and I was not able to eat that entree; that is my only issue. I did not order peas and rice, which possibly would have absorbed some of the salt. Nevertheless, I give my first impromptu visit/ experience 4/5 stars.

Island vibes ambiance when you walk in, the owners are always in there. They are very friendly people, l've had a couple different patty's and the jerk chicken dinner plate everything is always phenomenal. The best jerk chicken I've ever had and l eat at a lot Caribbean places. Smokey spicy seasoned perfectly. Serving size was huge it was enough for two meals for me. I will definitely be back to try other menu options and continue to spend my money here were the people care about you and the food they're making.

My wife and I was in town and decided to stop by this establishment. From the moment we stepped in. We knew we was going to enjoy our food just from the smell alone. The atmosphere was very clean and peaceful in the service was very great. I appreciate them very much. We tried the oxtails, Curry goat, jerk chicken wings,curry patty ,jerk chicken patty, beef patty and Cocoa bread. Me and my wife loved everything that I just shared and give them a 10/10. Best Jamaican food I had in a long time. We also tried the soursop juice and that was slap. Best cocoa bread I ever had. I swear they treat everything with love.

Hi there! I stopped at De Irie Jamaican restaurant for the first time because I wanted some Jamaican food and I was in the area. When I tell you the food is good 👍🏽 😋! I ordered the lunch special curry chicken 🐔. The food have a freshness and the flavors within the food are amazing! Stop by to see for yourself....u won't b disappointed.....

The service was really good. Our waitress was on it and our food was their quickly. Appetizer there on time and there was a good amount of time between the appetizer and the entree. I would say the mozzarella sticks we're good, but the rest of the food the Tap House burger, steamed veggies, and the wings were just not too good. The burger was well done, but medium like ordered. Might try again not sure at the moment.

Today was the first day Taps bar and Grill was open. And for a first day opening they were pretty great! Obviously things were a little delayed but that's normal for any new restuarant opening. The Moscow mule and bloody Mary's were delicious! I had the mozzarella sticks which were HUGE and very delicious. Our servers name was Phillip and he was very helpful. He answered all of our questions and was very prompt. Can't wait to come back!

I have been to Taps several times throughout the past few months and I waited a while to write a review. I want to like Taps. I want them to succeed, but their biggest issue is consistency, or the lack thereof. Some nights service is slow and drinks take 15 minutes to come out, despite being completely empty. Other nights, like yesterday night for example, our server Andrew and the woman working at the bar were rocking and rolling and on top of everything. You never know what you're going to get. I have had several things on the menu, and some things taste great and always come out fine. Other nights, like tonight for example, we receive "nachos" with huge chunks of jalapenos, barely any cheese, and enormous pieces of lettuce? Classic bar staples should be able to be a go to meal or appetizer and shouldn't take 20+ minutes to come out. When it finally does come out it should be something coherent and actually edible. Nobody wants to bite into a huge chunk of jalapeno pepper. I want to continue to give Taps a chance, but with the inconsistency in food quality it's better to stick to drinks only and getting food elsewhere.

Friend and I visited this place for lunch. This place was awesome. The food was great and the service was outstanding! Pleasant environment, not a long wait, the food was fresh. Great variety of beer selection 98 to be exact!!! Lol. Portion of the food was excellent for the price! Tan was our waitress and her service was outstanding. Great smile!!!. Our family went to Taps Bar & Grill for lunch today and had an excellent experience. Tan took amazing care of us on the patio. The beer was flowing and everyone enjoyed their food. Our special needs son thoroughly enjoyed the establishment and we can't wait to come back and visit.

Enjoyed a birthday lunch with my sisters. Never had fried deviled eggs & they were good with some of the lettuce. The onion rings and Turkey burgers were great. Overall,we enjoyed our meals,no complaints.

We came in to watch a specific game . It was on the big screen BUT the tall benches got in the way so we watched on smaller tv. Food was excellent. Beer and alchohol choices were also top notch. Pricing is very reasonable.

First time visiting here; I tried the Tuna Melt Sandwich. The fries were great the sandwich wasn’t to my liking. It was a bit mushy. It also lacked seasoning, the sandwich comes with provolone and banana peppers. The peppers kinda took over it.

FINALLY another GREAT Breakfast Restaurant in West Cobb. THUMBS UP Breakfast was delicious!!!. The food was great.. Waitress was Great.. The food was inviting and is tempting enough go return the next day for the same dish. My wife ordered the catfish, in which I snacked on while I ate chicken and waffles. All I can say is that it was Good eating....

Cute little diner spot, can get really busy on a Saturday morning. We got there around 9am which seems to be just before the rush hour. I enjoyed my meal (portions were great) and true to their word, prices are very reasonable/affordable. Staff were friendly, and food came out within a reasonable time. I was pleasantly surprised by the biscuits as I was not sure about the whole wheat component but it was light went well with their homemade blueberry jam. Lots of options to chose from, and I appreciated that they had a variety of meat options. I would eat here again.

There was nothing great about this experience. I had the tostadas (1 chicken 1 steak) the steak was overcooked and the chicken was extremely bland and dry. I couldn't even finish them. The only bright side was the waitress (reason for 3 stars) she was very polite and apologetic about everything. I definitely don't recommend.

Not good at all. My family and I came in around lunchtime. There were about 3 people at the bar and no one else in the establishment. It took about 23 minutes for our food to be brought to us. The steak was very much overcooked. The nachos did not contain enough cheese for the entire meal. This was not a good experience at all.

Ordered take out from here for the first time since it’s on my way home. I order chilaquiles. I hate to say they were NOT good. Rice and the salsa they use taste funny. It made my stomach hurt unfortunately I won’t be going back. The lady who took my order over the phone was nice though but the food is just not it. :/

Perhaps it was an off night, but our service and wait times were under-whelming, as our total experience took an hour and a half for two of us to eat. We went to a Harley event in the recent past where La Salsa provided the food. It was delicious, so we went to the actual restaurant one Thursday night for what we thought would be a great meal. Two servers were working, and one of those was behind the bar. Both were serving tables. The table we chose had not been cleaned, and neither was the second one we chose. The table got cleaned, but the server left the rag atop the bubblegum machine next to us! Our server was nice but very distracted with a car problem which she told us about, and slow to bring drinks, appetizers, and eventually food. The place was not crowded--only four tables with patrons. The kitchen was slow to prepare and the food came out lukewarm. The kitchen got my order wrong, and I had to wait again for a replacement. The bartender-server's three small children visited with their grandmother in tow, and the bar server took them to the vending machines to get treats but we still had no food at that point. We asked for extra napkins and were forgotten about. People at the table adjacent to us gave us their unused ones. I could go on but will stop here. We had a poor experience and were not tended to in reasonable time. We will not return for a second try.

Their food is normally wonderful. We went tonight and sat there for 45 min and still didn't get out food, so we decided to leave. We ONLY ordered 2 x tacos with rice and beans. We also ordered cheese dip, which we got, then only was given half a bowl and told they were making more. When we asked for the check for our drinks and the dip, the dip was full price. The server was rude. Idk if we'll be going back. We go there pretty often and have never had this issue! I was very disappointed tonight and had to run through the drive food to get some dinner. 😔

I hate to post this review as I’m a true Hong Kong city lover but after I spoke with the manager and just got a call Uber for your refund I had too. I ordered Mongolian beef with lo mein and got Mongolian beef with a screw in it I was so appalled and upset I could never eat here again. And was told that it probably was a screw the fell from the machine or tool they use to cut the beef!!!! Nah I’m good on that. No apologies or nothing just call Uber for refund. I could have gave this to my kids or been eating and not paying attention this is dangerous. Check yall food please.

I ordered from this place through Uber Eats, and when the food arrived, there was a worm in it. I called the restaurant to let them know, and the person on the phone just told me to “call Uber Eats.” I tried to explain that this wasn’t about the delivery, it was about their food literally having worms in it. His response? “If there’s broccoli in the food, it’s hard to clean everything off. There’s nothing we can do about that.” Are you serious? That’s your excuse for serving contaminated food? No apology, no concern, just total dismissal. Stay FAR away from this restaurant. I’m honestly shocked at how little they cared.

The food use to be so good . I’m a northerner and we all kno good Chinese food is hard to find in Atl …it use to be the closest thing to perfection for me and some dishes still are . But the wonton soup is consistently flavorless and watery and the sweet and sour sauce is bright, thick, almost solid and flavorless,.the chicken for the sweet and sour chicken has not one drop of seasoning . I was so disappointed last night because I haven’t had them in a while so I didn’t kno the quality went down so much .

The entrance is blocked by a lot of strange people who are just standing on your way. If you order something with meat and vegetables just get the meat cause otherwise you’ll get just vegetables. The food is not that great and the atmosphere is heavy. Not worth the money at all. Last time.

On and off I've been going here for over 20 years this was disappointing I called in and ordered soup and broccoli and he said cash only Since I normally use a card I went to the ATM across the street came in to pay with cash and was delayed by the person in front of me arguing about payment of an order this was going on and on so I asked if I I could just pay and get my food The Man behind the counter took my $20 bill gave me back $3.16 I asked how much was the lemonade to add to the order he told me the price I wanted to give him the remaining $3 He tried to charge me for the whole order again including the food that I had already paid for I told him I gave him a 20 and he kept telling me I did not Repeatedly I told him yes I dd. Eventually I had to call the police but she was fine with that they took a long time to come so I had to call my son I just wanted my money back on the food he refused to do either kept saying I didn't pay even though he gave me back $3.16 from 20 My son was very calm but he was making it clear that he was not leaving until I got either All he had to do was count the register do a batch report but he knew he was doing a theft because he took a video recording and edit it to try to show it to my son in the police the fact that he edited the recording and did not show the person that was in front of me when I came that left the fact that he edited the recording and did not show me giving him the money and him giving me change this person is stealing from the black community and he is getting away with it because we tolerate it. I would have called the news media if I had to or whatever because I was not going to be stolen from by someone who gave me so much disrespect after taking my money. Eventually he did give me my food and told me never to come back which I have no intention if you're in the Wes End Ralph Abernathy area avoid this store at all costs read the review behind mine as well there is much reason to believe they are filthy because worms in your food? I was craving Chinese food so a coworker and I ordered from here on 9/29/22, BIG MISTAKE!!!!! Burnt Crab Rangoon, fried rice that came with what was supposed to be Sesame Chicken, yet another disaster, the rice tasted scorched, and Beef Lo Mein was extremely greasy, otherwise tasteless, no vegetables, nothing just bland, greasy noodles!! $35.00 worth of garbage!!!!! My coworker ordered Mongolian Beef, which was every bit as lackluster as everything I ordered, you should not have to take food home to doctor it up or throw it away after spending that much on it!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO AN ENEMY WHO LIKES CHINESE FOOD LET ALONE A FRIEND OR FAMILY!!!!! I would downgrade to McDonald’s before dining here again, at least you can trust them to be substandard or get your order wrong on a regular basis! INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UNHYGIENIC FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!! It's a shame and very unfortunate but this shows how this restaurant do not practice hygiene and caution while making their food. I got launch today at this location and took two bites, suddenly all I saw was a disgusting long hair hanging on the food. I don't have long hair and no one in the vehicle has long hair, so definitely not coming from me. Wasted $11 dollars and oh how I wish I could throw out the bites I took. So disgusting. Never buying at the place.. would not recommend

Everytime I come to this location, mind you I woke just up the street at the 7 brew coffee stand. I am met with the worse attitude from the employees, I ordered a quesadilla today and had been waiting over 20 minutes to receive it and when I asked about it they said I received it and and ate it, I had been sitting at that table for 20 minutes with absolutely nothing in my hand but the receipt and my car keys and everybody in there did not see me eat anything not once!!!

0 cars in drive through. Over 15 minutes to get 3 cold potato tacos. Place looks very unkept and they are doing that trick to have cars pull up to keep up their drive through times. Corporate will be notified.

I was in the lobby yesterday ordering and workers there were harassing another employee a young girl who couldn't be no more than 17 or 18. I felt so so bad for her cause you could tell she was trying not to cry poor girl hope she finds a better place of work

The Thornton rd location is closer for me but it's been a hit or miss over there,. So I drive a little further and come here. I always pickup my food at the drive thru and the customer service is top notch every time.

I went got two boxes of food. They were awful we didn't even enjoy it.. both had a lot of junk in them.. this the second time in the last two months yall served messed up food. No taco taste at all. Be a long time before u see me again... wasting my money there..

If I could give a 0 I would. Ordered a grilled burrito left off the cheese and the tortilla strips and both missing. Horrible and over greasy. Never ordering Taco Bell again. Gross. And chicken quesadilla had a FEW bits of chicken. Horrible

My food was so good I enjoyed every oyster and shrimp bag til it was gone!. The atmosphere was welcoming. My waiter was so great I wish I could’ve tipped her more!. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon. Freshly made.. even the sweet tea was perfect!.

Four stars for the food because the wings and sweet potato fries were tasty. Five stars for service because my server Joi was fantastic - very attentive, very sweet, and kept checking in with me to make sure my meal and beverage were okay. One star for the atmosphere because the woman at the front who was rude. She did not greet me when I walked in, and ignored me when I greeted her. Her rudeness never got any better, in fact, it escalated and culminated in her yelling at my server while my server was attending to other customers. It was so noticable that the other customers and I ended up commiserating with each other about how deeply unprofessional it was. We came to eat well, and enjoy the company we came with, not watch one employee berate another. Again, Joi was lovely, She deserves a raise and an apology. My advice? Hire for the kind of atmosphere you want your guests to experience. Your greeter today IS NOT AT ALL PLEASANT and not the kind of atmosphere your guests deserve.

Was out of town visiting the hospital and needed to grab lunch. This place was close. I had been craving seafood and they did not disappoint. Way better than expected. As good as a boil cooked at a real Cajun home. The seasoning was just right and not overly salty. I asked for hot and they brought it! Usually my biggest issue with Cajun seafood restaurants is the sausage but theirs was great. I should also mention that my server was super friendly too. Great all around place.

We had the best experience at The Tasty Crab thanks to our server, Tracy! She was absolutely amazing — super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. She made our meal even more enjoyable with her positive energy and great service. You can tell she really cares about her customers. We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Tracy!

I eat here maybe every other week. I usually order, make your own seafood boil (1lb shrimp no head, 1/2 lb sausage & come with corn/potato, tasty crap special sauce), or the rice and chicken wings. If placing an order for pickup, they're quick and always get my order right. I have no complaints. I'm about 2 years since eating consistently at this location.

I’ve been here plenty of times either by myself or with my family. Today’s service honestly was terrible. Tracy was our server. We were ordering and with a rude attitude “thats not on special today, what’s today - Sunday right?” I don’t know how she talks to everyone else but the slick remarks aren’t needed. Usually service is great so maybe she was having a bad day. But attitude definitely needs to change. Food was great! Hot, not over cooked!

UPDATE: I received no response after I reached out to the company's email, as they asked. It seems as if they are just trying to make themselves "look" concerned to the public. Very disappointed to see they really don't care about their customer service. I was really looking forward to my seafood boil, but I was pretty disappointed when I got home. The shrimp weren’t deveined, which hasn’t happened in my previous visits. I tried to sort it out by calling, but the customer service wasn’t great. The person I talked to seemed to have trouble understanding English, so explaining the issue took a while. Even after that, I couldn’t get a clear answer about whether the shrimp should have come deveined. I sent pictures to help explain, but the response was that no one else had this problem and that the shrimp comes from the seafood market. That’s not how you should run a business that cares about their customers. I think this will be my last visit there. There’s a Juicy Crab down the street that might be a better option for next time.

I visit this location today after lunch time and the young lady that gives the food in drive-thru had the worst attitude in the world. My drink was leaking, I asked for sweet and sour sauce multiple times and was never provided with it. I had to ask for napkins and ketchup multiple times and were priced with two. She was an extremely rude person. Please remove her from the drive thru window, she is truly misrepresenting the brand. Extremely disappointed today.

I used the self-service kiosk, so my order was accurate. I don't understand why I waited almost 10 minutes for a fairly standard order, especially since neither the lobby nor the drive-thru were very busy.

Everyone isn't homeless!!! I came to this location after visiting a friend who is currently in Wellstar hospital. The manager treated me like I was a homeless person. The manager!!! I purchased a chicken meal that came up to $9.32! However, before I left the building I had to use the restroom. This man (the manager!) came banging on the door! How rude!! I will NEVER buy anything from here again!!! By the way, I am currently a Store manager and I would never treat my customers like he treated me!

I'm just gonna hold back on any words that I have to say because I'm really irritated right now. Just know after all the waiting they still ended up not bringing any of the sauces even though multiple of my orders had chicken nuggets...... yes I may sound like a fat guy, but I'm not we all know the pain of ordering chicken nuggets and not getting sauce! And I get home and 1 order of nuggets is missing !

Came here to eat breakfast we decided to dine in. First walking in we were greeted by another customer we stood in line and the guy told us we have to order from the machine. Second we waited 30 minutes for our food (separate orders) when my order was called I walked up and to my surprise the elderly gentleman that ordered when I did was still standing there waiting to pay when I mentioned it to the lady she stated well he has to wait because we are short staffed! My friend ordered an ice Coffee just like I did but when her order came up she was told the machine was broken and they weren’t serving ice coffee I will post pics as proof. Had I not wiped the seats we would’ve sat in dirt with small kids. Poor management poor customer service! If you want better pay you have to do better what I experienced today was not worth $13/hr more like $2.50/hr.

Worst place ever. I hardly ever eat hamburgers or fast food but I was craving a burger. I order for me and my daughter and this is what I bit into. Raw patties. Then they didn’t even give us our iced coffees. I tried calling and reaching out and nobody ever answered or responded. I didn’t eat for 2 days after this. It doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. The employees ignore you on top of it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE unless you want to be ignored and get sick from undercooked food.

I stop and get breakfast for my baby and I order hot cakes with sausage but got bacon than ordered chicken biscuit meal got down the street and no biscuit. Went bk and waste my time for work to go bk and u say I'm sorry I forgot like read please people have jobs to get to and not b late.

After looking at other reviews, I guess they already know and don’t care that the manager is RUDE. You’re going to get an attitude from her simply for placing an order. They are advertising a $25 12 piece family meal. Her response when I ordered was “Idk what to tell you because we don’t offer that it’s $32.99. I don’t care what that menu say In my system that’s the price” even if I was willing to be understanding of an “error” I refuse to have someone like that serving my food. I’ll go to bojangles! The fact that this is located by the hospital and you’re dealing with people who can be sick with that attitude is very ugly. She tried to clean up her attitude once I told her I was recording but I was already disinterested

Friendly service. Food is always good but can take 'a minute' sometimes-- but that's not unusual for a Popeyes. Problem with the atmosphere is the man who homesteads in the corner all day and has extremely loud, obtrusive...and often scatalogical and otherwise inappropriate...conversations with no regard for decorum or for the rest of the diners who are just trying to eat their chicken in peace and not be grossed out. Hopefully, this problem has been, or will be, addressed. Whenever I see him there, I just leave and go eat somewhere else: it's that bad. Without the disturbance...5 stars.

If you like Terrible Service with a Terrible Manager then this is the location for you! I have never experienced a suppose to be team leader with such a nasty attitude run a store! I placed a order inside the store at 12:15pm and was still waiting at 12:46 for my order. After standing and watching her continuing to through the orders that were on the trays on the counter then I was done!! She never once turned around to acknowledge me to say that my order was coming up just straight attitude the whole entire time. I politely asked for a refund and just left the store. As a business owner I will NEVER allow a person to run my store such as the Tall African American female with the dreads. Never Ever would I return to this location again! They have the nerve to have you waiting forever on a simple order then come with bad energy! No Thanks ‼️

I don’t ever post reviews but if you want change within community then we have to speak up. Me and everyone I know who has visited this location has had a terrible experience. The workers are very rude, you’re treated like an inconvenience, the wait is always so long and it’s clear that nobody inside wants to be there. It takes alot for me to say something but it’s been this way for far too long. Please management provide customer interaction and service training. Idk what’s it called but it’s needed, very unprofessional location and makes company look bad. Maybe a wage increase to boost morale or incentives for workers to be more polite/nice with customers. Let’s make the location great for everyone. Right now unfortunately it’s not. There was only one time I came by location that even though experience was still not good, a girl named Joy had a positive interaction.

Absolutely HATE this location! I waited 45 minutes for a cold 5pcs tender w Mac & cheese. EVERYTIME I come to this Popeyes I’m waiting for 30-45 minutes up to an hour!! FOR ALREADY PAID FOOR! & then I expect my food to be hot because it took so long, NO! My food is cold! &my order is NEVER right!!!!! I ask for spicy chicken, I get regular. I ask for a large drink I get a medium. Absolutely do not recommend. They will pull cars into the parking lot to avoid their time going over in their screens! They don’t take orders after 10:15 because they close at 11. Can’t wait until they shut this location down & put up something else. No way I waited 45 minutes for COLD chicken tenders & COLD Mac & cheese. & I stay all of 2 minutes away. Smh. NEVER AGAIN

I went through the drive through today and ordered a three piece chicken. I drove home and I opened the box and discovered five biscuits and an order of mashed potatoes. How can anything like that happen? Are there any quality control systems in place. This is totally unacceptable. I tried calling the store but just as I suspected, no one answered the phone. I’m a very unhappy customer.

So this location is a little urban. They let you know immediately what they have & do not have. But their customer service is on point & accuracy is always spot on. Only drive thru is available at this time & it runs smoothly. * update 4/13/23* Normally when ordering in drive thru there are no issues & if they are, they are quick to resolve them 1. Missing second strawberry biscuit from order 2. NO drink received , realized it once I drove off- SMH 3. No communication from the person accepting payment & giving you your food at the window. Like, did not say anything when my items were missing 4. Yelling from the chicken line to ppl out the drive thru window 5. COUPON NOT applied - this is the only reason I went here on today. SMH Chicken I didn’t receive was hot & fresh but dang no drink, & still paid full price. SMH

I just spent 30 bucks on chicken wings and they did not pluck the feathers, you can taste that it was not seasoned through can taste the raw meat. What a freaking waste of money. Definitely not a place for people that does not smoke or those of us asthmatics or allergies, the place wreaks of smoke all over.

Love the place, but I feel like they need to open up a few windows because of all the smokers! Other than that cool hangout spot!! They also have pool tables, which is a plus! 🙌🏼👏🏽 & Great Drinks! Them banana shots are 🔥

This place is a vibe. Its your friendly neighborhood cheers if you will. If you can stand the smoke, I definitely would recommend this place.

Whenever we sit at a table it always takes a long time to get initial service…way longer than it should be but we are patient because we know the food is so good! Once we actually get service our waitresses are usually very good & attentive after that. If we sit at bar we get helped faster but it’s so smoky at bar. Miss Pam, 1 of the bartenders is my favorite! They have awesome daily specials & the Cajun prime rib bites are amazing too. Few pool tables & a vibe similar to a cheers bar, lots of regulars. Plenty of parking.

Very grungy and cluttered inside. However, there food was good and so was the service. There were a nice amount of locals having a great discussion.

There is too much smoke in the place for me. Prices and food were good, people were friendly. Not complaining about people smoking because it's their choice and I been there a few times before.

Today was my first time ordering here and the atmosphere was amazing. Everyone is very helpful and have great customer service. I ordered the cod fish and chips and I wasn’t as satisfied with my food. When I opened my plate I thought maybe I took the wrong food because it didn’t look like fried fish to me. So I thought ok maybe it will be ok. It wasn’t as seasoned and you can taste more of the grease. So my first impression wasn’t what I was expecting.

I've driven by this place a lot and there's always people inside. I'm often busy during their open hours so I made a point to come and check it out. I wish the pancakes were fluffier but I was happy that the chocolate chips I asked for were in the pancakes and not just tossed on top. The biscuits and gravy we got were good, but my husband says there was just enough gravy for one biscuit, but he didn't ask for more. I asked for maple syrup and they actually had some instead of the maple flavored syrup. They have house blend, dark roast and decaf on the menu for coffee, and we asked for dark roast and they brewed some fresh for us both when we arrived and when we were given the option to take some to go. The staff were super friendly and on top of things, we never had to flag down our server. Overall the good was good and I want to return to try other things on the menu. Oh! I forgot to say that the cronuts were super fluffy and hot.

Ok, So I just left here. The service was unmatched! Excellent customer service, friendly staff and the restaurant was clean. I had a Mocha and the waffle meal. The mocha was really good but I did not enjoy my food. I gave them four stars for the excellent customer service.

We came here for breakfast and there was a good size crowd. We were greeted and seated promptly. We ordered Crab a cado, steak and eggs and a kids meal. All items arrived hot and was exactly how we ordered them. My steak was cooked just the way I ordered it in between medium and medium well. We also wanted to try the blueberry muffin and the donuts which were both amazing! The blueberry muffin was sliced in half and placed on the griddle which was an interesting take but gave it a nice crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. The donuts were ordered with caramel and powdered sugar. There were no left overs of either. Oh the hot cocoa was so creamy. All in all our waitress was amazing and got everything right! We will be returning very soon.

I’ve visited this place twice—once to sit-down and once for takeout. There’s always a lot of people in here so my family and I figured this was a good place. During our first sit-down visit, we were seated fast, but the food took way too long, and the food was mediocre. Our takeout trip, turned out to be a huge mistake. We were given a 40-minute wait, which turned into 60 minutes. To make matters worse, both orders of buttermilk pancakes were sour. It’s almost impossible that someone else didn’t complain about their spoiled buttermilk pancakes. I immediately called the restaurant and was told the manager would call me back, which she never did. I gave it a day and called again, only to be informed that the manager couldn’t refund me because I had taken the food out of the restaurant. Seriously? It was takeout! I even had the food in my refrigerator, ready to return it and show them that we hadn’t eaten the pancakes because they were inedible. The girl who answered the phone once again told me that the manager would call me back, and again they never did. I will NEVER WASTE my money on this place again. It’s one of the few breakfast spots in the area, but I’ll gladly take the drive to find a better place with better food and better value for my money. The least the manager could have done is call me back. It’s clear that the manager doesn’t care about their customers or the quality of the food at Eggs Up in Austell!!

Placed my order online said would be ready at 1:03 walked in at 1:05 there was no welcome when I walked in, finally got help she asked my name went to check on my order comes back and says it's not ready but I can see my food sitting the moment I walked in. I finally asked another staff member she a walked up checked the screen noticed my order had not been bumped so it had been sitting the whole time I was there getting cold and soggy and the avocado started browning. Finally walked out at 1:17 and I asked for cheese in my eggs and there was none even after the waitress asked the cook if it was cheese in the eggs. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied by this being my first experience I took pictures of my food and will be leaving several reviews about my experience

Wife and I came at 10:40AM. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait. After 20 minutes we were seated. We placed our order with Anna at 11:10AM. she was an excellent server. The cooks were very busy and we did not receive our order until 11:45AM. Our omelets were a little undercooked and sent one of them back and the manager came back to argue with me about how underdone. She claimed that white gelatinous egg that I pointed out was actually melted yellow cheddar cheese. Coffee was okay and we finally ended our meal at 12:10 which spending an hour and a half for 2 omelets and cup fruit seemed over kill.

Misleading and not worth it. My kid and mother wanted the Red, White and Blue Waffle as pictured on the special menu we were given (see 2nd pic). The first picture is what they received. I counted and each waffle had 4 blueberries and one strawberry sliced into thin slices. There were 4 thin slices of banana and a dollop of whipped cream. Not as pictured and not worth $10. This was our first and last time here.

We came to Zaxbys Sunday to celebrate my child’s birthday . My brother treated all of us and after paying we realized something had been left off the order . We came back to counter to get the frozen lemonade our cashier forgot . The cashier was amazing … however the manager that she asked if she could just give us the drink kept asserting that the cost was 1.25. Which we weren’t opposed to paying the cashier was showing kindness because we had spent $122 dine in. I understand children have to learn however Jas? Was condescending to the cashier in front of customers and rude to the customers . THATS NOT GOOD BUSINESS. If you have to assert yourself to show power you don’t really have it. If it weren’t my child’s birthday I would’ve asked for a refund and took our money elsewhere . I can honestly say this store will NEVER get another dime. To the young lady with the locs . You sweetheart are a gem and have great customer service thanks for taking orders from all of our kids like they were adults and being patient. JAS, even if the store was yours your behavior was off putting and not very gracious .

There are two Zaxby’s near where I live, and this location has always been my favorite for being the fastest. However, tonight my family and I had the worst experience with the order taker, Leyla. She’s not a good order taker and makes the process more complicated than it needs to be. I asked for two orders of the eggrolls, fully aware that one order comes with two pieces. Leyla asked my spouse, who was placing the order, “One order of eggrolls comes with two eggrolls. Do you still want two orders?” He responded yes. Simple enough—we wanted four pieces total. No different than ordering two number ones. When we got to the window and paid, I checked the bag and realized there was only one order of eggrolls. My spouse flagged her down and told her one was missing. Instead of correcting it, she got defensive, saying she had asked if we wanted two eggrolls and we said yes. I explained exactly what was said, and she told us to pull forward. As she walked away, she slammed the drive-thru window. At that point, I was upset. I blew the horn to get her attention, and she tried to ignore us until another young lady came over. Leyla eventually approached the window again with an attitude, as if she was ready to argue. I made a few comments about her lack of professionalism and asked for a manager. A brown-skinned man with dreads came to the window, but he clearly didn’t care. He handed us the missing eggrolls, and when I asked for her name so I could contact corporate, he said, “I can’t give that information out,” and shut the window. If you can’t handle the simple task of correcting an order in a professional way, maybe find another form of income that doesn’t involve working with the public. Someone more customer-friendly should definitely be handling the front window.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at Zaxby’s during my recent visit. The staff was inattentive and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. My order was wrong, and when I politely pointed it out, I was met with attitude instead of an apology or any effort to fix the issue. It felt like my concerns didn’t matter at all. For a place that promotes hospitality, the experience was frustrating and completely unacceptable. Order was at 9:21 "and to the young lady who said "he ain't talking to me like that she seriously need an attitude change or she will be in fast food all her life if that attitude does not change !

No one answers the phone when you call especially when your order is incorrect I tried calling four times. No one picked up the phone. If the distance wasn’t an issue I would go back up there, but that’s fine. I’ll deal with this issue another way. I’ve had a couple of encounters. I have tried to excuse the service level, but not anymore.

I had pulled into the drive-thru around 3:34 and I was greeted with two very unpleasant workers. they were talking to me like they were rushing to have me out there but yet they made me pull in the curbside pickup. and my Sprite tasted a little off. and they got my order wrong.

Everything food, hot, fresh, quickly prepared. Customer service wasn't the best. While the young lady with the braids working the window, said all the appropriate phrases, the demeanor and speedy and dismissiveness came off as rude and unprofessional. Other than that, this location generally provides great customer service, friendly, professional and great food. So this warranted a review, due to the oberservation and demeanor of the window server.

I hope the owner see this review. This is the worst zaxbys have ever been to. This was my first time on Friday 10/17 and it will be my last. Customer service is horrible! Me and other drivers were in the drive thru for over 30 minutes just the place our orders. And when I finally get to the window and pay the young lady told me to pull up to the door they will bring out my order, I waited again for another 5 minutes 😒 I tried to have patience but OMG it is awful! The lemon pepper dry rub was so wet and saggy! Omg I will never go back there.

This place never fails! I’ve been here multiple times and tonight was my first time back in a while. My go to order is usually the jacked up on a MAC burger or the Cajun persuasion. Tonight was the first time I had the sweet potato fries and they were soo good. This place is definitely worth trying at least once if you never have. Oh , and I always get the strawberry shortcake cheesecake for dessert, probably the best I’ve ever had. Staff is super friendly. Keep up the great work!!

I wanted to love this. I love supporting local businesses. This is my first time supporting this business. I will try again and hopefully change my rating but... The positive: sweet potato fries and cole slaw. They taste fresh. The fries are not frozen bagged fries. The portion size is large. The okay: fish sandwich and mac/cheese. Too often, cajun means salty. That's what happens here. Swai is already not a spectacular white fish but it is mild which means it can be overwhelmed quickly. If you take the cheese/lettuce/tomato option, it will be overwhelmed with cheese because its too much cheese. I would also say don't put the slaw on the fish sandwich. It will make it soggy since the lettuce and tomato started to make it soggy. The disappointing: peach cobbler pound cake. This picture is everyehere when advertising this business. I thought this would at least be a fresh piece of cake since the business is "pastries and bistro." This suggests someone is making pastries in the business. This cake is no better than a Walmart pound cake (not even Publix) which they then top with a half cup of diced canned peaches and more glaze. Say what?! If you're going to charge someone for premade store bought cake, get a quality cake or work with a local bakery to source their cakes. To say the least, it was not a good first impression. I'll let it breathe and maybe try again.

I saw this place going to work over the summer and OMG it is amazing!! My fiancé and I went for the first time closer to the end of the day and the food was great. The second time we went, I picked up the food earlier in the day and it was even better. We've been several times and always get the mac n fries *chef's kiss* and get to enjoy it for about 3 meals each We will continue going here and telling all our friends and family about it by sending them photos of our food and making them jealous

Ordered off doordash and wasn’t disappointed. The Mac tasted “ethnic” IYKYK The Korean BBQ chicken wings were flavorful & spicy. The Banana Pudding cheesecake was delicious. The Red Velvet waffle is real good with the white chocolate on top. && The lemonades have just the right sweetness. 👍🏿👍🏿

They got THE BEST burgers ever, it’s come to the point where I don’t want a burger from anywhere else. They’re sturdy and stay in place when you eat it which is good cause they’re BIG. Cheesy, two tomatoes, delicious bacon, always seasoned to perfection. Y’all do me right every time, I could cry it’s sooo good 🥹

I drove a hour to Paige’s Bistro on May 26th to try for the first time. Props to them for being open on the holiday! I ordered online & paid around $40. Upon arrival they weren’t too busy & the employees were very nice! It didn’t take long for me to get my order. My fiancé got the peach cobbler waffle with lemon pepper tenders & the Cajun macaroni. I got for myself the strawberry shortcake waffle with hot honey tenders & Cajun macaroni. The tenders are a very good size & they’re sauced very very well. The hot honey does have a strong buffalo taste but is not overpowering the honey, personally I’m not a big fan of buffalo but these were still very good. (I mention this Incase there’s others who may be thinking of getting the flavor but may not be a huge fan of buffalo) the waffles were so good! I do wish the cinnamon sprinkle on the waffles could be optional when ordering online but overall they had a perfect amount of toppings & were delicious! The Macaroni was good but The two orders of it I received were pretty greasy. It did have a really good cheese pull which I loved. A non Cajun option would be a plus! We shared the Strawberry crunch cheesecake slice & it was absolutely delicious! Overall a really good experience when ordering & picking up. The food is good & I will definitely be back to try some of the other many options they have!

The times that I went the food was hot and fresh, and even though it was crowded, the attendants there made sure to speak to everyone, letting them know the status of their orders. I had the Churro waffles with hot honey tenders and fries and it was absolutely delicious 😋. I also had the Get it together fries with chopped hot honey tenders shrimp and Mac and cheese. Yes, it would seem that the combo would not work, but the flavors blended seamlessly, danced upon my tongue, and made me very happy. The portions are surprisingly huge and it is a very good value for your money. I will definitely be back ASAP!!! Ohhhhhhhhhh before I forget the in-house made lemonades are absolutely delicious 😋

The location of this Wendy's is simply genius. It's so close to the park that you can go there to grab a bite to eat before or after your day trip to Six Flags. A Wendy's is a Wendy's, but being able to feed a family for $10 tastes so much better when the park food costs $20 per person. Also, the service is fast. Whether you order in person at the counter or use the tap screen option in the store, this fully staffed restaurant will have your food out to you in no time at all.

Visited this location after going to Six Flags - it was around 10:30pm. 4-5 cars in front of us. Took 25 minutes to get to the window. Order process was awful - the AI order taker didn’t understand anything we asked for. Finally the employee, who was nice, informed us they were out of several things we ordered. Fine, we changed our order. Paid, got our food. It was wrong. Burgers were very over cooked. Fries were good. And the frostys were just off. Texture, taste, everything. They were gross. Maybe it was an off night, but probably won’t return.

The atmosphere is wonderful, but the employees are unwelcoming. I liked the utilization of the kiosk, but when asking for fresh food the staff seemed as if that was too much. I then stepped outside, and once coming back in after roughly 7 minutes, I didn’t see my order on the screen and walked to counter to confirm. I was asked for a receipt after telling them my order number, but the kiosk obviously doesn’t print receipts. The cashier then came up and said that it may not be as hot… if it’s fresh then it would have some type of warmth. I checked my food once leaving the store and my nuggets , burger, and fries were all disgustingly cold. The only “fresh” items were my beverage (that I clearly made to my liking) and the chili cheese fry. Terrible experience.

After enjoying a great day at Six Flags, my daughter and I went to Wendy’s Six Flags and had a horrible experience. It started at the counter as we where placing our order the cashier walked away as we where placing our order and didn’t come back so we eventually moved over to another cashier. Then we went to find a table until our order was ready. My daughter ordered a nugget meal and I ordered a classic chicken meal with no tomato because I’m allergic to tomato. When we found a table it was dirty and I went to the counter to asked for something to clean the table with. A young man behind the counter offered me 2 dry paper napkins so I asked him for some cleaning spray so he came to the table and cleaned it himself. When our order was ready we got our food. My daughter’s food was fine but when I got mine I received something that seemed to be old and not on the menu. The classic chicken sandwich looked like a chicken tender sandwich which was dry and burned with a tomato on it and a piece of lettuce that I couldn’t eat. Meanwhile the employees were laughing and yelling at each other; it was utter chaos so I paid for something that wasn’t editable and left very disappointed, unhappy and hungry.

The actual employees were fine. However, this restaurant chose to use AI ..therefore I WILL NOT be returning and I will be filing complaints with any relevant agencies in order to ensure that their business suffers for this insulting decision.

Food was delish! Dine in orders always seemed backed up. Heard/saw multiple times during "back up" orders were called out and handed off with missing items. Spent lots of time and counter space managing current orders, drive through orders, pick up orders and order edits/redos.

First their card reader was down, so cash only. Did not provide a receipt. And as usual my order was wrong. 9 times out of 10 our order is wrong. Thats why we will never go back again.

The food is decent, service you receive depends on who attends to you. I would rate the overall service as average, nothing special. The entire lobby/ interior of this location is always filled with smoke from the kitchen!! Something needs to be done about their vents/ air filtration systems in the kitchen because it's not functioning like it ought to.

Spent over $25 with delivery for a salad and chips. The chips are just crumbs from like the the bottom of the bag. Forgot my vinegrette salad dressing so I'm sitting here eating a dry ass salad and chip crumbs with no salsa. Won't be ordering again!

Food was horrible and if I could give it a zero I would. For $14 my protein bowl quickly turned into guacamole and sour cream soup. Completely inedible. Each attempted bite was liquidy and made me want to vomit. Service wise the kids were nice. Atmosphere was empty (I see why) but at least clean. Needless to say I will never return. I truly avoid writing reviews but this experience was that bad.

STINGY on their portions. Just got the PUNIEST amount in bowl then usual at this location - I asked for little more, but lady told me “sorry I can’t put anymore on it.” WILL BE GOING TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS FROM NOW ON!!! They were nice here but that’s ridiculous and I’m sure it comes from their managers. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE - I thought the NEGATIVE BACKLASH yall received loosened u up a bit but apparently not at this location.

One of the WORST Chipotle restaurants I have ever had. Their staff are UNSAFE and do not follow food safety protocols. The Cobb County Health Department should shut down this establishment for unsafe food conditions. I witnessed the staff putting rice back on the counter from the container to continue serving it to their customers. When I addressed this critical safety issue, the manager refused to address it and was disrespectful. Stay away from this bacteria-infested restaurant. Chipotle needs to re-staff this location with competent and respectful employees who care about food safety. Beware of this disgraceful and awful restaurant! Fire the store manager and save our community from unsafe and careless food service people.

I ordered a salad online and picked up through the drive thru. Got home and had no lettuce in my bowl. I also am doing low carb so I didn’t order any rice and beans. Imagine the slop of a bowl I opened that was only chicken, sour cream, corn, salsa, and cheese. I ordered a SALAD and got no lettuce. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this chipotle either, but this is the one of worst. They also consistently forget the dressing with a salad. I called in to try to let them know and you can’t get anyone on the phone. They deserve every one star received. DO BETTER!

The customer service and food are good, but PLEASE for the love of God train the service line employees how to wrap a freaking burrito! Every single time I order a burrito here they annihilate it trying to wrap it to the point where it doesnt even look appetizing anymore. I end up having to tell them to just put it in a bowl. Wrapping a burrito should be the basics of being hired here.

I don't generally review fast food restaurants because my expectations are rarely very high. But if a customer doesn't eat pork, and asks that a breakfast sandwich be prepared without pork, it seems like a fairly straightforward request. This location could not comprehend and I was sent on my way with a bag of sausage. Apparently no pork means extra pork.

Do not come to this Burger King! I’ve got me a number one and the man that was on the intercom. He never ask me what drink do you want? He gave me a Diet Coke. It was an older guy with a very nasty attitude.I got my food and I pull off and I start eating some of my fries and I found a piece of hair. I turn around immediately around. I didn’t have an attitude, even though I was mad, and I told the lady at the window what happened started off with my drinking anywhere a piece of hair in my fries. She went to make me another wobble meal, and I tried to give my drink back to the man, and he literally snatched it from me. I will never go back to the Burger King because I shouldn’t have to be eating someone’s hair in my food. I will be reporting them.

I found a bug in my food. And when I returned the food, I was only given half of my money. I told them this was not going to work. The called the police on me. And I still haven’t got my refund.

I’m knocking on windows, and the workers are just ignoring me, no concern about the fact that they are locked and no explanation... but it’s fine. I’m reporting to the district manager and posting pictures of the spot I’m standing and being ignored. They could at least explain the situation like new hours, or something.

I had the stew brown chicken! Falling off the bones so darn good! With rice and cabbage. No complaints!!! So tender and fresh. Store was clean but small. There was a lot of traffic coming thru here while we were there. Testimony to the good food. I would recommend

Very Disappointed! I ordered a shrimp curry meal and jerk chicken meal without knowing their prices done went up! charging $54.00 for both meals with no drink is ridiculous to me and that was without knowing the total initially when it was taken over the phone. Prices on their website, aren’t updated either. I asked for a refund, and they told me they will not do so but, offer 10-15 dollars but no thank you!! Not happy with the customer service and will not be returning. Maybe try updating your prices on all platforms to avoid inconveniences as this one.

My hubby loves his oxtail fix and we were excited to find this spot. But wow it is expensive… we paid 32 for L oxtail. It was okay to share but the food was burnt and had gristle and something sweet added to it so it tasted a bit funny. We also got the patties, which were 3.50 a pop and were okay. I may give jerk chicken a try but not really looking forward to being back.

TWEEKS ROAD TRIP FOOD REVIEW! Super yummy Jamaican / Jerk food join in an unexpected business district of Atlanta! So I had the chicken curry, and my wife had the dark chicken soup on "rice and peas". Both were awesome.. but I also sampled the Jamaican Jerk Wings.. which were REALLY good.. but hardly spicy at all. I'll have to ask for "Jamaican hot" next time. One unexpected bonus was the variety of authentic Jamaican drinks and beverages they had in the cooler. I didn't know what half of them were.. so I tried a sweet, non-alcoholic, malted barely soda (sweet)... that was surprisingly good! (think malted milk.. minus the milk.. + soda). Yum! I think the owner stuck his head in to check on things.. you could tell he loved bringing this ethnic food-love of his to the masses of Atlanta.. and the care showed in the quality of the food. So yummy.. Over all.. good place if you're craving some authentic jerk, oxtail or pasties. :)

I was hyped up but was disappointed. I did it via Uber eats so it might be that the food doesn't travel well. Oyster wings were not eatable, the breading seem promising. They were tuff and chewey. We struggled pulling them apart and stri gs in teeth. We just threw away. Banana pudding not homemade and too much pudding vs Banana and vanilla oreo. Jerk chicken wa good but reminded me of the soul food place in the west end. The cornbread was delivered ice cold and not so tasty. Maybe I'll try again in the future at the restaurant.

I am from out of town and try to visit every time I go to ATL. The food is tasty and they give you enough food for two to three meals - maybe even more depending on your appetite 😁. I don’t know why people have complained about the service. They were friendly and easy to talk to. We even had a couple of laughs! Will continue to make it a point to visit whenever I’m in town.

As a fellow restaurantuer this Jamaica MI Krazy hits on all cylinders! Service was great upon arrival and you could feel the family energy! They put they all into this! Today was my first time at Mighty Seafood. I definitely will be returning. I ordered a platter that came with a crab cluster, shrimp, 2 boiled eggs, sausage, potatoes, and a corn cob. I chose to have it seasoned with Old Bay and the garlic with herb mixture. I waited about 20 mins and it was worth it. The food was seasoned and cooked to perfection. I ate every bite. I ordered the Key Lime cake slice for dessert. It was moist and delicious. I am so happy I found this black owned gem.

Today must have been a really off day. The food was ok. It looks great but wasn't so much. Apparently the steamer was down and no one was informed. My crawfish were dry and most tasted old. There was a heated argument between the cashier and the cooks girlfriend, who doesn't work there. And after ordering eggs and corn 10 mins after my first order they still were not done 45 mins later and when asked about it the cashier stated no refunds and everyone else was there before me. When I had been there before the rest of the customers. Lastly I ate in and asked for a container for my shells and was told I had to pay for it. I asked what other dine in customers did and she said just put it in the bag. Last year I loved this place. Today is another story.

Great FRESH food cooked to order. Jumbo Shrimp, Perch, & Wings were very good, wanted more but didn't want to be greedy. 😃. Busy place at times, can be a wait time, the food is cooked as ordered. Fresh! Love all the menu items but catfish, I don't eat it. I can't wait to get the Oysters soon. Staff is courteous, but stern. Love the sauce and seasonings. Going back soon. 🤫

Recently had a baby shower that Mighty Good catered! Food was amazing. Chef Cash and Emery were on time, professional and made our event a success! Grits, shrimp, pasta, fish nuggets….everything was on point. Going forward, only call we’ll make for our events is Mighty Good! Thanks fellas

The food was very good. But it was just a little high on the price for the amount of food you get. If I am going to spend a twenty on a one person seafood meal I would prefer Red Lobster

Good food and good customer service!! Service is a little slow but they get your order right and the food is better than other seafood spots in the area. Only thing I suggest is that they have a second person giving orders to waiting customers because the food will be ready but the cashier is busy helping new customers. It's simple one of the cooks that makes the order come forward and call out the order number when busy to make the transition smooth. If they get this right they'll have 5 stars in my opinion.

I am not from G.A. but I had to try this. My kids and I loved it. The tenders were a little too crunchy for my 6 year old. Other than that, we all want to stop by American deli prior to going back to FL. The Philly is a must try

Got the wings and shrimp meal. The wings are TINY. I would not recommend getting wings from here. The shrimp was good though. I tried to give them a chance after new ownership, but I'll pass going forward.

The food is good and the customer service is great! The previous Chinese lady that used to work the register is no longer here. She had the worst attitude problem ever. Im so glad they fixed that issue. Now the place is all around awesome!

For fun I ordered the Creepy & Kooky meal. The burger on the purple bun looks great. The picture of the chocolate shake shows the cup filled to the brim. Unfortunately, it appears they only fill the cup about an inch short of the top. For $4.29, the cup should be full. I don't know if this is policy or just a lazy employee. Either way, it will be long time before I'm back.

We waited 10 minutes in the driveway thru for this kids meal. Got home to find this absolute nasty mess. Over-cooked or just old. Looks like they just chopped up some meat to add to the burger which was torn. So disgusting and completely inedible.

I ordered two meals from here. When I got home , me and wife started eating. She was like I have a huge hair sticking out of my burger. I asked her to let me see. I opened the burger up. When she gave me my refund It was half of my money. I was like what’s going on, she told me I didn’t bring the drinks back.she then told me I’ll have to wait for a manager because she couldn’t give me all my money. I told her that was not going to work. This the most messed up part about it. They called the police on me. 2 cars of police came. Call the store talked to a ernist. Told me to call back in 5 minutes. Now they want answer the phone. This is not over something needs to be done about this place.

Having the BK Big Fish shrink from whopper size to jr size, while increasing the price is one thing.... But now to advertise a new delicious sounding whopper sandwich...the "Steakhouse whopper'...and charge me over $9 for it.... Show me where the crispy onions are, on my Sandwich?!?! Where's the bacon?!?? Show me what part of what i was served, looks like $9 with no sides no nothing extra?

I got terrible customer service at the drive-through. The cashier tried to shortchange me five dollars and some change and got a attitude when I called her out on it. The manager didn’t seem to care terrible experience. I probably will never go back there.

This one the restaurant had a very warm atmosphere. The food was so tasty. Our waitress, was excellent and wanted to make sure that anything we needed was taken care of. She was very caring to my disabled mother and assisted her getting in and out from the table. She even held the door when we left. I will definitely revisit this establishment.

This hot steamy pho was so delicious!!! This place has 3 different sizes of pho. I had a large bowl of pho soup with juicy meatballs, tendon, steam veggies, tripe and all the delicious sides of bean sprouts , lime, 🤤 basil 🌿, you know the works!! And I had to top it off with the BEST juicy FRIED CHICKEN 🍗 wings!!! Somebody knows how to fry chicken in that kitchen 😋. This is some delicious and real reasonably priced hot food!

Great food! Great Service and stuff. They check on you all the time. Awesome recommendations on food. I wish that the Pho was a mixed Pho with everything in it! But so far it’s really good. It does save us about 20 mins of a drive to go to our regular spot. Tried the passion fruit tea and I was shocked at how amazing the tea is! I loved it! So definitely worth it. And the food is on point the wraps are also amazing!

The customer service was not that good after the fact they were not trying to accommodate for anything. Owner looked like she had an attitude after we talk her and she walked away . Best pho I ever had. And great service. We didn't have to wait long or ask for ANYTHING. They brought spoons and chopsticks, napkins at the table, water was brought before we ordered, ect... They have sweet tea that tastes diabetes; which is just the way I like it. Lol. But since they don't offer soda, it is a great replacement for that sweet tooth. I also ordered the pho chicken noodle soup. My hubby got the beef house special. I ordered the small and he got the medium. The broth was bold, the rice noodles were perfect, there was plenty of meat, the bean sprouts were fresh and crisp... i could go on. A must try! 👌

Their service is excellent. Our tables were attended by Rául Cuevas and Arelis. They were very attentive and made sure we were all happy with our orders. I rate them A+. They frequently visited our tables, verifying we all had what we needed. Will definitely return.

We were in the area and decided to try Taqueria La Tecampana after seeing some solid Google reviews. I ordered the birria tacos since they seemed to be a crowd favorite — and they were actually good. However, the consomé wasn’t hot, and the birria was only warm, which took away from the overall experience. The adult meals came out first, but my 5-year-old son had to wait another 5 minutes for his food. Unfortunately, his fries weren’t fresh, and his chicken quesadilla came without any cheese — which was surprising. Our waitress was hard to find most of the time, so we had to ask another staff member for help multiple times. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so the slow service and lack of attention were frustrating. Our water glasses were never refilled, and the lemon slices served with the water were inconsistent — two were fresh, but the other two were mushy and unappetizing. From the five desserts listed on the menu, only three were available. We tried the churros, but they were disappointing — especially with the artificial-tasting dulce de leche filling. The dining area was clean, but the restroom was in terrible condition. One more surprise was the automatic gratuity added for our party of four — two adults and two young children — which felt undeserved given the poor service. Was the food great? Maybe just the birria. Would I recommend this place or return? Definitely not.

Visited on Father's Day, so it was busy, but we were seated quickly. Our waiter seemed either new or unsure. He was polite, but he clearly needed more training. Food was tasty, but my portion size was noticeably smaller than the rest of my family's. Two negative issues stood out: 1. The waiter confused drink orders and mistakenly told me that I had the wrong tea (which I didn't); and 2. The ladies' restroom was very dirty. Overall, it was not a terrible experience, but there is definitely room for improvement. We'll likely return since Olive Garden is one of my daughter's favorite restaurants. I just hope for better service next time.

Love it that we finally have something other than those nasty fried chicken spots over here. It’s new so please show everyone some grace when you’re on the waiting list and when you are ordering! Be sure to show some grace as they navigate on the new atmosphere and the way things are to be done. Everyone is nice (let’s hope it stays that way) Food was fresh and hot! This is our weekly meet up spot(for now). The service is 10/10 and the atmosphere is Italian haha. I love it when they dim the lights. Very excited to have been here for their opening day. Atmosphere was wonderful and they were very busy, yet everyone was quite attentive. Several individuals from mangement stopped by to ask about the service and food. We had the chicken parmesan (chicken was so tender and juicy) and stuffed chicken marsala (my sister loved it). She also had the Minestrone soup and I had a taste and it was perfection! Tasted like the one I make at home. Our server Emily, was kind, knowledgeable and attentive. Emily provided service with a smile. We also met Madison! She is a gem! Great smile, can hold a conversation and was just wonderful! Excellent food, amazing service and I'm just excited we have an Olive Garden in our area! We will be back 😀

First things first. The restaurant is called "Olive Garden". We received a salad with NO OLIVES!! Where do they do that at?? Then it was dry. Dressing was extremely scarce and I know I had Lettuce caught in my throat at least twice. Next we were waiting for our orders for a long time. We ordered original chicken parmesan, shrimp & chicken carbonara and seafood Alfredo. Simple dishes. So we waited for an extended period of time. Drinks were terrible. I recommend not getting mixed alcoholic beverages. Just do wine!!! Food was a disaster!!

Newly opened restaurant in Austell. Very clean well organized and the customer service is great ! There was not a wait when we walked in during our lunch time just to have some dessert. The service was pretty quick. Our waitress was very kind and personable. We ordered a couple of desserts It only took about 15 or 20 minutes to come out. Our total visit was about 1 hour and a half. Enjoy the atmosphere, quiet with soft music playing in the background. The crowd started to pick up towards the end of our visit. We paid our check via the kiosk on the table. Our waitress came back and checked on us frequently during our visit. We ordered the strawberry cream cake which was absolutely delicious! Very fresh with fresh strawberries and strawberry puree. The other dessert was the risotto cheesecake with strawberries. Extremely soft, very very fresh and very tasty. We also had the donuts to share at the table and of course they resemble beignets. They are very fresh soft covered in powdered sugar with raspberry sauce and chocolate sauce on the side.

I came here on their grand opening day and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with this location and the level of service provided. We were in and out with appetizers, drinks and main courses in 1.5 hours with no wait. All of the food was fresh, reasonable priced and portion sizes were great. They have lots of great specials and the menu is very diverse. Parking is good as there is a large lot available. I also like that you can join the waitlist ahead of time to lessen your wait. I’m glad that this area now has a good regular restaurant to go to when you want something nice, but not over the top.

I haven’t been to Olive Garden in over ten years they just opened this location decided to try it the young lady at the front desk did have a little attitude but our waiter made up for it he was very knowledgeable of the menu I had a new item on the menu my wife had chicken scampi and it was scimpy both was dry with no flavor I’m sorry I really don’t and won’t recommend this place if you like good food

Unfortunately, this spot was not what I was expecting. A friend raved about this place, was in the area, so I gave it a try. It's a self-service Cafe. You walk up and place your order, get your drink, and then the cook brings the food out to you once your order is cooked. The food was OK, I had chicken and waffles. The waffles tasted like something my kids could cook at home. People at the table next to me had fried fish baskets.

My husband and I went out to brunch for Mother's Day and found our new favorite brunch spot! The service is super welcoming and comfortable. We ordered at the register and sat out outside, where the food and drinks were brought in a timely manner. The fries were absolutely delicious and seasoned to perfection. We also enjoyed the French toast sticks which were crunchy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside- topped with a gentle powdering of sugar. The mimosas were phenomal- not to mention very pretty. The service was homey and kind. I highly recommend this establishment for a delicious, aesthetically pleasing, and filling meal. Thank you to the staff at Cafe Blue, we will definitely return to try more of your main dishes when we are craving brunch. 🍹

Nice cute spot, my daughter and I went this afternoon. She order the shrimp and grits and I had the fish with fries, I wished I would had ordered the grits. They were delicious and the sauce was even better. The service was great, it's just self service. I wasn't expecting that. However, the food was good to us and we will be back.

Came here with my daughter today. I was a little nervous because we were the only ones there when we first walked in…. But definitely worth it.
