Park
Nature & Parks
Kariya Park, located in Mississauga, Ontario, is a picturesque Japanese-style garden that pays homage to the city's sister city relationship with Kariya, Japan. The park boasts a serene atmosphere and features Japanese trees, statues, a zen garden, and a pond inhabited by koi fish and turtles. Visitors can enjoy the stunning magnolia and Japanese cherry blossoms in spring or the tranquil winter scene with ducks on the pond and snow-dusted trees.
It is a good, small and a cute place to hang out. The park is quite small but picturesque. The ponds look good but not clean enough. You can usually see ducks and turtles in the ponds. You can see the most beautiful trees at this park. It gets quite busy during cherry blossom season. Better to go early in the morning or late in the evening.
S A — Google review
Kariya Park is a hidden gem in the heart of Mississauga. This beautiful Japanese-inspired garden offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The park features picturesque ponds, charming bridges, and lush greenery, all thoughtfully designed to create a calming space. The cherry blossom trees are a highlight, especially in the spring when they’re in full bloom, but the park is lovely year-round. It’s a great spot for a quiet walk, a picnic, or even some meditation. There’s ample space to sit and enjoy the surroundings, and it’s a popular spot for photographers and nature lovers alike. While the park is on the smaller side, it’s well-maintained and offers a tranquil experience without needing to travel far from the city center. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat!
Robin S — Google review
I discovered Karina Park during the pandemic when everything was in lockdown. I have been to the park several times over the past 3 years. It’s a lovely, serene, Zen park for those who want to be in nature to slow down their day, meditate, or just enjoy some quiet time. Pros: It’s a small park without large crowds, electric scooters zipping by, or dogs (I love dogs but even dog parents need a little break). Lovely ponds with ducks and turtles. Cons: It is near Celebration Square and Square One so when there is something going on there, you might hear noise. Overall, a nice space for anyone to relax and enjoy peace in nature. Mornings are best for quiet relaxation. Spring and fall will offer more varied colours for flowers and trees.
Cindy R — Google review
There is a dreamy park located just outside Toronto that is characterized by endless cherry blossoms, making visitors feel like they have embarked on a spring journey to Japan. With cherry blossoms soon to bloom all over the city, it's fun to plan a trip to the enchanting Kariya Park. Visitors will stroll among Japanese buildings and nearly 80 dreamy cherry blossom trees filled with pink and white flowers. Kariya Park is located in Mississauga and named after the city of Kariya in Japan. It also features an attractive bridge over a pond that offers stunning views of the cherry blossom trees. The best time to see the cherry blossoms in the park varies from year to year, as the flowers have just started to bud in the Toronto area, so stay tuned for peak bloom predictions. This beautiful little Japanese garden is an oasis in the city center, where one can walk through the gates and escape the city's hustle and bustle. There are beautiful ponds with water birds, and as you enter the park, the first thing you see is the traditional Japanese pavilion. This building is beautiful in itself, but what makes it particularly special is the meaning behind the structure. The pavilion has sides representing both Mississauga and Kariya, serving as a tangible symbol of the friendship between the two cities. Kariya Park is filled with walking paths, one of which leads to a bridge overlooking the pond, a famous spot for photos with views of the pavilion, pond, wildlife, and cherry tree. Mississauga is home to over 500 parks, and while Kariya Park is one of the most distinctive.
Shamsan A — Google review
This lovely little Japanese garden is an oasis in the middle of the city. It is located directly south of the Square One Shopping Centre. There is no washroom in the park so it can be difficult. You will also find cherry trees in Mississauga Kariya Park, and they bloom in the month of April end or May. cherry blossom time is perhaps the most popular time to visit. The main structural feature of the park is the Pavilion, a Japanese-style wooden building with two sections. One section represents Mississauga, and the other, Kariya. Right in the middle, you will find a large bronze bell called the friendship bell. Directly in front of the Pavilion is a large pond with a wooden bridge crossing over it. Here you will find lots of wildlife and wildfowl, everything from ducks and geese, to koi fish and turtles. The Statue of Friendship is a stone sculpture of a boy and a girl sitting together affectionately, with smiles on their faces. This one will definitely make you smile too. There is no parking space in the park and there is limited street parking. The place is accessible for old people and people with limited mobility.
Sukh B — Google review
KARIYA PARK Kariya Park is located at the heart of Mississauga. The City Centre - nearest to Square One Mall. I visited the Park last August 9, 2024, Friday afternoon. The Park features Japanese Garden, Pavilion, Walk ways, Duck Pond, Cherry Trees and most people coming to this place find solace to meditate or reflect. It's a small garden where you can sit quietly to find peace. This place has no parking lots. You can park along the road and pay for the parking. No entrance fees. In the entrance, you can see the sign that dogs are not allowed, bicycle riding, sport activities, feeding wildlife, picking flowers and no professional photography without permit. I think the Park will look gorgeous during the Cherry Blossoms.
Shirley J — Google review
Park was beautiful for it's size. Very calming atmosphere and a great location. This park has a couple of ponds with fish, ducks and turtles. The bell has a long history and is centered in the park next to the river. Good for family outings, kids and couples, or even a nice morning walk.
AM3 — Google review
It's not a park. Better to call it a 'yard'. Very very small area. Have nothing at all. Only a medium size cherry tree inside & three medium size magnolia tree before the entrance door. You can walk past the park just in two minutes, the area is that much small. No parking, no restroom, no pet allowed, only three benches, no picnic benches. Inside the park, two small ponds with small wooden bridge above, a statue, a large bell, a few trees & ducks on the ponds. That's it. If you saw some stupid reviews & think to watch cherry blossom at the park, Do Not Go There. It doesn't worth your time & money. Local people from the high rise buildings around the park, use the park as their yard.

The Art Gallery of Mississauga is a free-admission public gallery that showcases temporary exhibitions of contemporary art, including works by local and international artists. The gallery's diverse displays feature a range of artistic expressions, with a specific focus on photography and indigenous art. Visitors can immerse themselves in the world of Canadian culture and history through the ever-changing exhibits. Whether you're an art enthusiast or simply curious about unique art techniques, the Art Gallery of Mississauga offers a captivating experience for all.
Amazing place for Art 🎨 lovers. Most of the time beautiful art collection can be seen under one roof. Quite and clean place with parking and toilets facilities. Very cooperative and courteous staff on welcome desk.
SYED R — Google review
The Art Gallery of Mississauga (AGM), situated at Celebration Square, offers an intimate setting for visitors to appreciate artworks in a serene atmosphere. However, locating the entrance can be challenging due to its position at the end of a lift lobby corridor and unclear signage. Recently, the AGM hosted its annual juried show of visual arts, showcasing 45 selected pieces from 300 submissions by emerging and established Ontario artists. The exhibit features diverse artworks, including sculptures, tiles, photography, drawings, paintings, and multimedia installations. As art appreciation is highly subjective, this curated selection allows viewers to experience varied artistic perspectives and creativity. An opening ceremony honoring the top three artists will take place next Thursday, and attendees are eagerly anticipated. BTW I was surprised to find out that I was the first visitor on AGM’s first day of reopening. I must be an art enthusiast!! No admission fee charged for visiting the AGM.

Not a big one, but a cozy- little art gallery inside a Mississauga city hall….. :);):) it used a leftover space really well for sure!!! 👍

Beautiful art on display at the Art Gallery of Missisauga. Absolutely loved the abstract pieces, and my favourite- Susan Low-Beer Water Colour on paper.. The gallery is much smaller than expected, but definitely worth a visit if you haven't been. Free entry!
Cerise — Google review
The Art Gallery of Mississauga is a free‑admission public gallery that focuses on contemporary art, with rotating exhibitions featuring local, national, and international artists. Its location makes it easy to combine with a visit to Celebration Square or Square One. The gallery often highlights diverse voices, including Indigenous, newcomer, and youth artists, which gives it a strong community feel. On the downside, it’s a small space, so you can see everything in under an hour, and exhibits vary in impact depending on the rotation. Still, it’s a welcoming cultural stop that adds depth to Mississauga’s downtown.
Amir A — Google review
Yes, it's very small but that makes it easy to get through and enjoy. Knowing that you don't have to Pace yourself or hurry to the next piece of art. Don't forget that it's also free (3$ donation is suggested). Good place to walk through on your way somewhere else at the very least and I like how they keep changing their exhibits (inviting local artists?)
Silver T — Google review
Showing as open but actually closed! I trekked all the way out to Mississauga to visit this Art Gallery only to learn that it is actually closed (for the next 4+ days). Hard to believe that they couldn’t be bothered to take two seconds to update the Google listing to show that they’re temporarily closed. Be warned…I would suggest that you call ahead the day before to confirm that they are actually open when they’re supposed to be.

This place is truly a hidden gem. It is an amazing public gallery with a variety of shows. I had the honour to be in one of these shows. The area is spacious and the staff a very courteous.

Jack Darling Memorial Park is a spacious green area located on the shores of Lake Ontario in Mississauga. It offers various amenities such as a dog park, playground, splash pad, and picnic areas with seating for up to 75 people. The park also provides barbecue facilities and public washrooms for visitors' convenience. With its sandy beach, walking trails, and picturesque views of the lake, it's an ideal destination for outdoor activities and family outings.
Jack Darling Park is a wonderful family-friendly spot with a beautiful beach that kids absolutely love. The water is shallow and safe for children, but it is best to bring proper swimming gear, especially for the little ones. The park has a splash pad, a large playground with rides, and plenty of picnic areas with BBQ facilities, perfect for a fun summer day. The walking and biking trails are excellent for a relaxed stroll or a scenic ride. It does get quite crowded on weekends and holidays, and parking can be tricky, so arriving early is a smart idea. Overall, it is a lively, welcoming park that offers plenty to keep both kids and adults happy.
Farhan S — Google review
Had a fantastic day at Jack Darling Memorial Park! The free parking is a huge plus, with plenty of spaces even on a busy weekend. The Lake Ontario shore is beautiful, and the fishing scene is lively – tons of people casting lines and having fun. Great for picnics, walks, or just chilling by the water. Highly recommend this vibrant park!
Pradip J — Google review
This park is the perfect spot to launch your paddleboard or kayak and enjoy a peaceful sunrise or sunset on the water. It offers convenient amenities like public washrooms, a foot rinse station, and plenty of picnic tables and open space, ideal for a family BBQ or picnic. Just be sure to arrive early; while there is ample parking, it fills up quickly!
Marta S — Google review
The park is pretty, beaches are nice, but it's very crowded on the weekends and we couldn't find space in the parking lots. We saw that many many cars had parked on the right side of the road where there are signs that say parking is forbidden on certain hours and days. However, we saw some of the cars there with fines on their windshields. Does someone know what these signs mean then? Those cars were outside of the days and restricted hours so ...utterly confused
Katerine C — Google review
Scenic, family-friendly park by the lake Jack Darling Memorial Park is a great spot for all ages—lots of green space, a splash pad, playground, picnic areas, and one of the best off-leash dog parks around. The lakefront views are beautiful, and One of the best parts is that the park connects directly to the Rattray Marsh Conservation Area via the waterfront trail, making it perfect for a longer, scenic walk through nature. It gets busy on weekends, so parking can be tight, but it’s a perfect place to relax or spend time outdoors with family, friends, or your dog.
Priyanka S — Google review
🌳 Jack Darling Memorial Park – Mississauga Review 🌳 Jack Darling Memorial Park is truly one of the best spots in Mississauga for a picnic or a relaxing day out 🌞🍉. The park is spacious with plenty of sitting areas, making it perfect for families, friends, or even just a solo escape into nature 🪑🧺. 💚 Nature lovers will be amazed – the greenery, walking paths, and overall calm vibes really make this park stand out 🌿🌸. You can easily spend hours here enjoying the fresh air, the views, and the peaceful environment. 🚻 The only drawback is the washrooms – they are available but could definitely be cleaner and more hygienic 😕. That’s one area that needs improvement. ☕ Luckily, there’s a Tim Hortons nearby, so you can grab your coffee, snacks, or even bring along some food before heading into the park 🥤🍩. ✨ Overall, if you’re looking for a beautiful picnic spot in Mississauga, this park is a gem! Just be prepared for the washroom situation, but everything else – nature, space, and convenience – makes up for it. 🌳💫
Abhineet D — Google review
This location sounds absolutely perfect for a morning outing. It offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the beauty of nature while connecting with loved ones. The chance to watch the sunrise over the expansive water would be truly breathtaking. It's a fantastic spot to get some exercise in and create lasting memories. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful and engaging experience.

A place of history, nature and spirit . JD memorial captures important local history, connects one to the legacy of visionaries who helped conceive and conserve the Lakeshore at Port Credit. The lakeshore has been landscaped with care and nuance to make it a unique place for rest , reflection and renewal. Beaches and reclamations are good to exercise, feel the breeze and connect with the Universal Spirit

Shopping mall
Square One Shopping Centre, situated in Mississauga, Ontario, is a massive two-level indoor complex housing over 330 stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues. It has evolved into Ontario's largest shopping center and the second-largest in Canada since its establishment in 1973. The center offers an array of big-box anchor stores and brand-name clothiers alongside a diverse dining experience at the food court.
Square One is huge with tons of stores—Apple, Best Buy, Walmart, even Jollibee! Great lighting and air, but easy to get lost. Could use a small arcade or family space. Washrooms are okay. Bus terminal access is good but could be more seamless. Great interior design btw.
Ronel A — Google review
I usually go there mainly for the Rec Room, and it’s always a fun experience with family and friends. There are plenty of gaming options to choose from, which makes it exciting every time. Personally, I really enjoy bowling and basketball—they're my favorites! It’s a great place to spend quality time while enjoying a variety of indoor games. Definitely worth a visit!
Pinki G — Google review
Having visited Square One since my teenage years, I've seen it evolve into a premier shopping destination. The overall cleanliness is impressive, and the covered parking with its spot sensors is a welcome improvement. While the mall has grown, there are opportunities to enhance the visitor experience. I'd love to see fresh plants replace the plastic ones to make the space feel more vibrant. Utilizing empty spaces for new amenities like locker rooms or public art would also be a great addition. A nature path and more diverse food options in the food hall would also be nice. In terms of safety, a more visible security presence could help, perhaps supported by a dedicated app with a low-digit phone number for reporting issues. Additionally, electric shuttle cars would be a valuable addition for people with low mobility, helping them navigate the vast space. Overall, Square One has done an excellent job, but as Canada's largest mall, there's always room for continued improvement.
Ali K — Google review
Square One is a massive retail hub, often cited as the second-largest shopping centre in Canada, after West Edmonton Mall. It boasts over 2.2 million square feet of retail space and houses a vast array of stores, including many luxury brands, attracting millions of visitors annually. It's also at the heart of the "Square One District" development, which is transforming the surrounding 130 acres into a vibrant mixed-use community. Just come ready to shop and other extra curricular activities
Obinna D — Google review
Great mall for shopping - many stores to shop at whether you want clothes, technology, or any other stuff. It also has a Walmart for general shopping, a Dollarama, an Apple store and many restaurants and fast food places. I would recommend eating at the Food District which has many amazing restaurants with high-quality food. In particular, I recommend eating at Dal Moro’s Fresh Pasta To Go. It had the greatest pasta I’ve ever tasted in my life, and my kids absolutely loved it! It can be found at the end of the food district or right at one of the entrances of the mall.
Max N — Google review
With over 340 stores under one roof, this expansive shopping mall in Mississauga offers a wide range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options for visitors of all ages. From major international retailers to unique local boutiques, there’s something here for every taste and budget. Just two blocks away, you’ll find a Cineplex cinema where you can catch the latest blockbuster movies—making it easy to turn a shopping trip into a full day of fun and relaxation. The mall also offers free, well-maintained parking lots, which make visiting hassle-free, whether you’re stopping by for a quick purchase or planning to spend several hours exploring. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises, allowing you to stay connected while you shop, dine, or wait for friends. While the level of customer service can vary depending on the store, many staff members are helpful and friendly. Above all, the mall’s central and easily accessible location makes it a go-to destination for both locals and visitors alike.
Henri S — Google review
Plenty of different shops and a good mix of options. It gets pretty busy on Saturdays, but the atmosphere is lively and happening. Much better vibe compared to Scarborough Town Centre.
Hajara H — Google review
This mall is Great. Has everything you need. Great food court. Clean facility. Clean washrooms. Great restaurants. The mall layout is nice and easy to get around. Season themes are nice. Bus terminal adjacent. Lots of parking but still very difficult to find parking on weekends. The area can get very congested. Free mall WiFi is hit or miss. Many clean washrooms and water fountains available throughout the mall. Nursing area available as well. Police station attached.

Mississauga Celebration Square is a vibrant outdoor space located in front of Mississauga's City Hall. It offers various activities throughout the year, including splash pads in the summer and skating rinks in the winter. The square hosts free events that showcase the city's diverse cultures, featuring food and heritage from countries like Egypt and Japan. Visitors can enjoy open-air concerts, movies, and cultural festivals at the amphitheater with Jumbotrons.
Living on the 32nd floor right in front of Mississauga Celebration Square feels like being part of the city’s heartbeat. The view is always alive — from concerts and cultural festivals to the sparkling lights of the fountains and the skating rink in winter. It’s the perfect blend of energy and beauty, where you can enjoy the excitement of city life while relaxing with breathtaking skyline views. Whether it’s the sound of music drifting up on summer evenings or the peaceful glow of the Square at night, every day brings something new and special to enjoy.
Mrs S — Google review
Celebration Square in Mississauga is a vibrant and energetic public space that offers something for everyone year-round. Whether it’s summer or winter, the square always feels alive and welcoming. I’ve visited multiple times and have always enjoyed the atmosphere. In summer, the splash pad and outdoor movie nights are a big hit with families. In winter, the area transforms into a beautiful skating rink with lights and music, which creates a festive vibe. The square also hosts amazing cultural events and festivals like Canada Day celebrations, Diwali, MuslimFest, and more—truly reflecting the diverse community of Mississauga. The large open space, big screen, and performance stage make it ideal for public events and gatherings. Food trucks, nearby cafes, and restaurants add to the experience, and there’s plenty of seating and shaded areas to relax. The space is clean, well-maintained, and accessible. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the parking situation—it can get quite crowded on weekends and during big events, and finding a spot nearby can take some time. But if you’re using public transit or parking a bit early, it’s manageable. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for families, friends, and visitors. Highly recommended!
Daniyal S — Google review
I recently visited Celebration Square for the Canada Day celebrations, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The entire area was buzzing with energy and excitement. There were numerous food trucks offering a wide variety of delicious options to satisfy every craving, from sweet treats to savoury street food. The stage performances were lively and engaging, showcasing great local talent and keeping the crowd entertained throughout the evening. They also had fun photo booths and interactive promotional stalls, adding to the festive atmosphere. The highlight of the night was definitely the fireworks at 10 PM – a truly spectacular display that lit up the sky and left everyone in awe. It was a wonderful way to cap off the evening! Celebration Square is a great place to be in the summer. They seem to have events and programs running all season long, making it a perfect hangout spot for families, friends, or even solo visits. Highly recommended if you’re looking for free outdoor fun, live entertainment, and a vibrant community vibe! Some pics attached from the Egyptian fest too!!
Prakriti A — Google review
Celebration Square has always been one of our favorite places in the GTA. It is lively, fun, and full of energy. In the summer, it becomes a popular spot for families to gather until late. It has one of the best splash pads in town. You can enjoy evening snacks from the regular food trucks, and my personal favorite was the crepe truck. We have so many fun memories here!
Asma A — Google review
I really enjoy Celebration Square, it’s a great community space with so many fun events, and I love spending time there. However, I think event organizers should reconsider including activities with strong political messaging, such as those focused on Gaza. Most of us come to Celebration Square to relax and enjoy ourselves, not to deal with political protests or speeches. Another concern is safety. At an event just two days ago, security told us that about 10 phones were reported stolen. On top of that, it’s disappointing to see some people throwing trash around and making the space unpleasant. It’s a wonderful place, but issues like theft, littering, and unnecessary political displays are really affecting the experience for many visitors.
David T — Google review
Mississauga Celebration Square is one of the city’s main landmarks and the center of almost all major festivals and community events. It’s always lively, especially in the summer, with concerts, cultural shows, food trucks, and family activities. I definitely recommend visiting, but unfortunately at night it sometimes gets a bit dirty because some people don’t clean up after themselves.
Amer H — Google review
Mississauga Celebration Square is truly the heartbeat of the city — a vibrant, energetic, and community-focused space that never fails to impress. Whether it’s a regular evening walk or a special event, this place always has something to offer. The weekend programs are absolutely amazing. From the Canada Day celebrations that light up the sky with fireworks and music, to the Jackalope skateboard competitions that bring thrilling energy to the square, there's always something exciting happening. I also got to experience the Bollywood dance party, and it was nothing short of electric — colorful, high-energy, and inclusive. Events like these make the square feel like a piece of downtown Toronto, right in the heart of Mississauga. The layout is spacious and modern, with a big open-air screen, fountains, stage, and wide steps where you can just sit, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere. It’s a perfect blend of urban design and community warmth. It’s also well-connected and easily accessible, with nearby restaurants, parking, and public transport. Every visit feels fresh and memorable. Whether you're there for a cultural event, a food truck festival, or just to chill with friends, this place delivers. I absolutely love it and feel proud that such a dynamic space exists in Mississauga. Five stars, always.

Rattray Marsh Conservation Area is a serene natural oasis located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Spanning over 100 acres, this breathtaking preserve boasts walking trails, boardwalks, and an abundance of birdlife. Visitors can immerse themselves in outdoor activities such as hiking and bird-watching while being surrounded by the captivating charm of the marshland. The area is home to diverse plant and animal species, offering nature lovers a unique experience.
A hidden gem in Mississauga! Rattray Marsh Conservation Area is one of the most peaceful and beautiful natural spots in the GTA. It’s a perfect place for a walk if you want to reconnect with nature without driving hours out of the city. The boardwalk trails are well-maintained and wind through lush forest, wetlands, and open marshland. Being here feels like you’re far from the city. There are also scenic lookouts and benches along the way to sit and enjoy the view. It’s great for photography, casual walks, and even just clearing your mind. Parking is free but limited, so going early is a good idea on weekends. Also, no bikes are allowed on the boardwalk, which helps preserve the habitat and keeps the area quiet and clean. Overall, Rattray Marsh is a must-visit if you enjoy nature trails and want a quiet escape close to home.

A hidden gem in Mississauga! It’s a beautiful conservation area with a long boardwalk over the marshes. You can follow the boardwalk all the way to a shingle beach. The beach is fairly long with lovely views of the Toronto skyline. It’s a peaceful place; even on the weekend it was not busy. One of the entrances to the conservation area is from a quiet, secluded residential area. It’s a great place to connect with nature and get some exercise.

Beautiful park! Took the stroller and did the most of the Waterfront Trail, the Knoll Trail and Silver Maple Trail. I would say the Knoll Trail was best for the stroller as it was almost all boardwalk. The Silver Maple Trail had parts where it was less flat / maintained, with tree roots and such, making it a bit harder without a proper jogging stroller. There was a couple of small steps where the Waterfront Trail connected to the Silver Maple Trail, as well. No entrance fees or tickets needed. Overall the park is gorgeous, the trails are well maintained and it is a great spot for hiking!

No tickets required to enter the place. We can park vehicles at Jack Darling memorial Park as there are no parking at Rattray Marsh Conservation area. We need to be in foot only on the broadwalk, no bicycle is allowed. Get prepared for insects and ticks. It has a good views and many animals to view.
Dhruv P — Google review
A lot of great views. You will have to park through John Darling Park. The view of the skyline and the water in John Darling is worth a trip. And an entrance to the marsh can be found around the back. Alot of nice spots to stop and take pictures on the trail. ~40-60 minutes to enjoy everything. No tickets needed.

The Bradley Museum in Mississauga is a historical site that offers a glimpse into the early pioneer life through its three well-preserved buildings. The main attraction is the Bradley House, a charming residence dating back to circa 1830, along with The Anchorage and a Log Cabin from the same era. If you're visiting in March, don't miss the Maple Magic festival where you can enjoy maple-themed activities and learn about the history of maple syrup.
A longtime GO-TO museum hidden away in southwestern MISSISSAUGA which is a beautiful example of our historical local past of the 1800's. This year, as part of Mississauga's 50th anniversary the museum has a special display on show until December. A bit too late but perhaps something to put on NEXT YEAR'S calendar is their October events. We found out from a family friend in Barrie of their PARK YOUR PUMPKIN and PARADE OF CARVED PUMPKINS the next day after HALLOWEEN. We live in Mississauga and had not heard of this!!! We took our pumpkins down during the day and then attended that night. (And they recycle the pumpkins too!!!). Mostly for younger children but a great evening with some delicious apple cider and popcorn made over an open fire like the early days of the settlers. There has also been a program called the AUGMENTED REALITY SCAVENGER HUNT which has been going on for the last half of October. I just wish this had been advertised more by MISSISSAUGA for a better attendance on this lovely evening of surprisingly beautiful HALLOWEEN/ALL SAINTS DAY weather.

Wonderful place for field trips to help teach children about Canadian History, specifically the 1800’s!

Quiet, small historical site. There's a small amount of parking. When I went unfortunately the house was closed for renovations. However, as I went for a War of 1812 reenactment weekend, that wasn't particularly disappointing. But just bear in mind that if you're looking at my photos, don't expect any troops fighting battles if you go!
Tony S — Google review
Restored and reconstructed buildings from early settlers in the Port Credit area. The grounds and gardens of the park are quite lovely. A trail leads south through the park towards the lake. The trail is suitable for any age walking traffic, but not fully accessible. A rugged stroller could travel readily, but a wheelchair or motorized scooter driver would struggle. Some effort has been made to acknowledge the presence of First Nations peoples throughout this area long before colonial settlers arrived. On the path leading to the log cabin are stencilled paintings of moccasins in various styles. Interpretive signage along the path describes the designs and the First Nations they are associated with. There is a ceremonial sweat-lodge and a gathering area. The park and museum are worth a deliberate visit, not just by happenstance after an accidental wrong turn I made to find it! Came here for the Halloween harvest festival. Fun activities for the little ones like coloring, face painting and petting zoo. Staff and volunteers were approachable and friendly. Loved the place and decorations!
Jasmin R — Google review
Good place to spend half a day with kids. They give you pan cakes, coffee and snacks to much on as you visit the farm. Volunteers form most of the staff here. It would have been great if they provided a summary of things to do ... we were kind of clueless where to start.
Abhishek R — Google review
Great place to visit any time of the year. In March they organize a Maple Magic festival with tours explaining how maple syrup is made. You can taste maple syrup and delicious Indigenous food. If you’re looking to eat moose or deer this is where you can find it along with sweet pine tea and other delicacies of original Canadian food. Learn about the history of Mississauga with the help of knowledgeable employees and volunteers or just enjoy the beautiful area. There’s a fairytale like log house and other historic buildings that will bring you back in time of the settlers arrival to Canada. For practicalities: there’s free parking and toilets on site.

Benares Historic House is a beautifully restored 19th-century Georgian family home located in the scenic estate of Clarkson neighborhood in Mississauga. The house serves as a repository for historical artifacts and offers insight into the former owners, the Harris family. Commander James Harris, a British military officer during Queen Victoria's rule, established this historic house on a vast estate.
What a great surprise! My partner and I took our 3 year old here last Sunday and it happened to be a kids craft day. Our daughter enjoyed making a necklace before we went on our tour of the Benares house. Our tour guide Marika (I’m not sure how to spell her name) was an absolute delight! She was so passionate and informative which made it engaging and interesting to learn about. I loved the tour and all the little details in the home. Our 3 year old also enjoyed the home and all the things to look at. Would recommend :)

The Riverwood Conservancy is a hidden gem in Mississauga, Ontario, spanning 150 acres of natural beauty. It's a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers, offering various activities such as hiking, birdwatching, astronomy nights, and art classes. The park boasts diverse landscapes including meadows, forests, wetlands, and ravines that are home to over 475 plant and animal species.
Riverwood Conservancy is a 150-acre green space along the Credit River in the heart of Mississauga. The conservancy was established in the1980’s with the purpose to sustain, conserve and protect the wildlife and green space within the city. It boasts gardens, meadows, woodlands, wetlands, ravines and trails and is the perfect place for nature lovers to explore through walking, hiking, cycling, fishing, birding and so much more. Various scenic trails run through the conservation. They are accessible and well-marked, each one leading to a different experience. With a diverse collection of wildlife, plant life, trees, flowers and over 180 species of birds there is never a dull moment. Sightings of deer, foxes, rabbits, beavers, muskrats, turtles, chipmunks, squirrels and even salmon swimming upstream are common here. Each season brings its own adventure whether its flowers in the spring, the butterflies in the summer, or changing of the leaves in fall. My favourite spot is MacEwan Terrace, a gorgeous flower garden with hundreds of species with a recent addition of a new dock over some wetlands. Riverwood is rich in history and agriculture and honours its commitment to conservation, sustainability and education. It acknowledges its First Nations contributions and is home to historical artifacts, learning centers and several heritage sites including Chappell House, the Field Station and the MacEwan Barn. It has a number of sensory gardens which encourages touching and exploring nature for oneself and hosts a variety of events and activities like birding lessons, yoga in the park, and art classes at Visual Arts Mississauga. You can even book birthday parties here. Entry and parking are free, and the park is open all year round. There are washrooms located in Visual Arts Mississauga building which is accessible at street level and there are garbage and recycling bins throughout the park to help keep it clean. The conservation also encourages community involvement and provides varo=ious volunteer opportunities. Hike, walk, run, meditate, read, paint, write, workout, kayak, or bring a picnic lunch. Whether you prefer doing something restorative, active or creative, this is the perfect place to spend a day!

An absolutely beautiful park/conservatory right in the heart of Mississauga. Offering both a beautiful garden area, plenty of hiking options, and city amenities such as an art centre - this park has it all! In addition to everything above, they also have a great team, dedicated to hosting events in the park. They are a combination of both paid and free events, but even with the paid events they are more than reasonable (often around $5 fee). Open year-round, this park is an absolute gem, and a standard that all other parks should aspire to be.

I sprained my ankle on a trail and phoned Riverwood Conservancy front desk. These heroes came with a special wheelchair. They pulled and pushed me up the hills and brought me to my car and made sure I was safe and taken care of. They also gave me ice packs for my swollen ankle. I feel immensely grateful for their kindness. Thank you both! Wish you all the best and have a wonderful happy life! ❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Palladium is an absolute blast! Whether you’re going with friends, family, or even on a solo trip, it offers a great mix of fun, energy, and quality entertainment. The space is clean, well-organized, and has a lively vibe from the moment you walk in. I really enjoyed the variety of games and experiences available — from arcade machines to simulators, there’s something for everyone. The staff were helpful and friendly, and everything was running smoothly. You can tell the equipment is well-maintained, and there’s a lot of effort put into keeping the space modern and welcoming. I spent a good couple of hours here and didn’t get bored once! That said, it is a bit on the expensive side, especially if you’re planning to stay for a while or bring kids. The credits go fast, and food and drinks can add up quickly. But for a special outing or occasional treat, it’s worth it for the quality and experience you get. Overall, I’d highly recommend Palladium to anyone looking for an exciting time. Just be prepared to spend a little more than expected — but you’ll leave with a smile!

I had a fun and engaging time at the bowling alley. The atmosphere was lively, with upbeat music, glowing lanes, and friendly competition. After choosing our bowling balls and getting set up, the game began. It took a few frames to warm up, but soon I found a rhythm. Whether I won or lost, the experience was all about enjoying time with friends and creating great memories. Highly recommend 😍

The washrooms a complete disaster. Garbage all over the floors. People don’t clean up after themselves, and clearly the restaurant doesn’t either. There was food abd plates left over for over 3 hours until they cleaned it up. Playdium isn’t what it used to be that’s for sure. If I come back it’s not by choice. A group of us went to this beautiful park yesterday (Friday, Aug. 23rd). We came here 2 years ago and liked it so much that we decided to return. Both times, it was not crowded and there was plenty of free parking! We had a wonderful walk through the park and by the Lake! The gentle breeze off the water was so refreshing as the day was hot ... and the scenery was gorgeous! Great place if you're into photography! We stopped at the snack bar by the harbour to enjoy a relaxing break while sipping on our delicious coffees! We brought our own potluck lunch and ate it under a large picnic shelter that was surprisingly not occupied when we got there! Then we had a fun time playing a game of Taboo! It was a bit of a drive for most of us, but well worth it!! I highly recommend visiting this park whenever you have a chance!! 😊👍💜

Great venue. It was my first time there and I have enjoyed the show. Even though my ticket was waaay at the back, the view was still great. As the usher told me 'no bad seat in the house'
Renata K — Google review
Beautiful venue, very clean, very spacious, staff is all very gracious. My one and only complaint is that the box seats we had, had a very obstructed view. Very difficult to see the show, but we did the best that we could with what we had!
Jessica L — Google review
Great place to rent. Even though it is owned and managed by the city, its very easy to work with the staff. Also the house technical/stage crew is very professional and well organized. Their efforts made an 8 hour event go very smoothly.
Tom H — Google review
Parking was easy the venue was beautiful. I appreciated the selection at the concession stand and that it was open after the show we attended !!! That was really great. We appreciated the booster seats for our little one. Staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful.
Irene K — Google review
Beautiful performance the other night. Only downfall is that only once Concession stand was open and it was a packed concert so the line up was very long. There was not enough time to get your items if you're coming from balcony. Concession stands should be open on all floors. There were also many seniors so it was difficult for them to get to the lower level.
Patrycja S — Google review
Very big and beautiful. Wish the air conditioner is stronger because it was getting hot and humid inside waiting. Easy to find and plenty of parking spot underground. The washroom was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful for directions.

Square One is the largest shopping mall in Ontario and the second largest in Canada, offering a wide range of shops, department stores, and services. With over 330 stores, restaurants, and entertainment options spread across its two million square feet, it's a shopping destination that can easily occupy an entire day. Located in Mississauga with close proximity to Pearson Airport, it's convenient for out-of-town visitors and international travelers.
Well if you enjoy shopping I’m sure that you would enjoy shopping here they do advise that they have over 320 different shops lots of fast food restaurants and they do have which was nice to see Jamie Oliver restaurant Italian. They do have 7 car parks and this is a transit port as well.

This was my 2nd time here for GO connection. I was lost the 1st time here trying to find which bus was at which platform. On this second visit, I found the departure board and the 'station' . It's on Station Gate @ Centre View. There's a washroom inside

It's a good mall, seems a little beaten down. Alot of renovations taking place in upper parking lot. But most of the mall either paint fading, rusting or outright broken.

I was posting 4 stars before when I started using it. Now I will post 1 start or less washroom are disgusting. They don’t take care or they don’t give importance to keep places clean. They have young staff is ok but they stay at staff room they all shift I’m go all over Ontario for work and I see another fit4less n better conditions speaking in cleaning. This place has very good machines to do a good workout. but very dirty and has no ventilation system and often smells very bad. People don't use deodorant. They have enough staff to be in the staff room.

Starbucks has a toilet which is always out of order. It's all good on the square one but I don't think that you'll find any toilets easily. However, it's a good place to board the bus.

Great service from GO. I lost my phone a week ago on one of the GO buses, and called the lost and found. Both the person on the phone and in the station were very helpful!!!! They managed to get the phone back within 2 hours. Thank you so much! And the driver and the bus were the best! : )

Hello. So just yesterday I came to the bus station to get my ticket. The person helping me was an older Asin lady. I was very polite and respectful and had some questions to ask since I have never used my presto card for the go bus before. She was being rude and very unhelpful. For some reason gave me quite the attitude and at the end added an eye roll. I did not appreciate this kind of costumer service. I hope this helps the management with training the employees. If you don't enjoy your job or are having a bad day, it's very unprofessional to let it out on the costumer.

Lake Aquitaine Park, situated in the heart of Meadowvale, Mississauga, is a well-maintained recreational complex offering a variety of activities. The park features scenic walking trails, cycling paths, and exercise stations along the lake. Families can enjoy the summer splash pad while children play and parents relax nearby. The park also boasts a fishing pond with rainbow trout and pan fish like perch and sunfish. In winter, visitors can partake in cross-country skiing on the picturesque grounds.
Great park with plenty of wildlife. Good for bird watching, squirrel feeding and now even light shows. Newly paved roads and a playground upgrade in the works.

We will definitely be returning for more memorable moments. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and picturesque getaway.

January 2023 Very different feeling to visit in Winter as the lake is frozen and it is very brown. Still it is good walk around the lake if there is no snow. Summer 2022 Visited this place with my kids as we were looking something close by. There is beautiful trail around the lake. You can walk or cycle on the trek. There is plenty of activities for kids in the park including splash pad, swings and play area. For adult, there is open Gym scattered all over the garden. Lake is beautiful but there is small place to sit with kids. However there is no safety rails so be careful if you visit with kids. The place will be little busy on weekend but still there is plenty of space. Other unusual thing I notice was that squirrel can come very close to you and may ask for food. They are not dangerous. The place is very accessible for old people and people with special needs. However the trek has some slope so it can be tiring for kids and old people. Tips: You can park your vehicle in Meadowvale Community Centre parking. GPS navigation will take you to paid visitor parking site.

Love this park. We take the dog there. Nice walking track around the man made lake. Lots of birds and squirrels. Lots of green space. There's workout equipment and a kids' playground. Few benches. An asphalt track for walking, cycling, running. A lake where people have fished. And it's beside the Meadowvale community centre.

Lake Aquitaine, so serene today, so nice to sit and watch the ripples of the lake, while feeling the nice breeze in your face. It is just the perfect weather today to walk around and just simlpy observe. So many things to do and see. You can just clean off the machines and workout at each station as you walk around. Or just sit on a bench and watch the ducks swim leisurely in the lake. Bring your snacks, many bins to dispose your garbage. Just go and enjoy. 🙂

This is an amazing park with a big play grounds for kids. This is a green park very near by to Meadowvale community center and library. Walkable from Meadowvale town center. They have lots of exercise circuits all along the walking trail. It’s a one huge mega circle of trail. And it also has many sub loops in it. You can spend more than half a day here. The lake is good for personal fishing and it houses a ton of geese. Good trial for biking and walking. My kids love biking this circuit.

Located near Lester Pearson International Airport, it offers Middle Eastern cuisine cooked in wood-fueled ovens at Paramount Fine Foods restaurant.
I had the chance to attend a 905 Raptors game, and it was an absolute blast. The venue's proximity to a variety of delicious eateries makes it incredibly convenient, and I appreciated that they also offer a diverse selection of food options inside the arena. Paramount Fine Foods Centre is owned and operated by the City of Mississauga. Opened in October 1998, the Paramount Fine Foods Centre (formerly known as the Hershey Centre) has become the premier sports and entertainment facility in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). To date the facility has hosted over 3000 event days and welcomed more than 4 million guests. The Paramount Fine Foods Centre has community events such as the annual Carassauga Festival and The Little Native Hockey League’s March Break tournament. The Paramount Fine Foods Centre is proud to be home to the Raptors 905 basketball team, which is part of the NBA G League (the official minor league of the NBA). In addition to the main event Arena, three attached ice surfaces are the home of hockey teams in all of the major Mississauga and Toronto associations. In September 2007, a 200,000 square foot expansion, now known as the Sportsplex, opened to the anticipation of soccer enthusiasts throughout the GTA. The complex includes a full size FIFA indoor artificial turf, gymnastics centre, triple gymnasium, fitness centre, meeting space and licensed lounge. Outside, two artificial turf fields with a full lighting system is now used year-round, domed in the winter months, for football, soccer and other community sport activities. The Sportsplex welcomes almost 100,000 visitors each month. The Paramount Fine Foods Centre has established itself as the premier 5000 seat facility here at 5500 Rose Cherry Place, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

It was ok, I got first row seats for my kids but we had security or crew standing in front of us the entire time almost making it impossible to see half the game and it was kind of a waste of money, we could have watched it better at home. Overall not entirely impressed and not sure if I'll go to another game, but the game itself was intense, just wish I could have seen more of it.

Shopping
Erin Mills Town Centre is a vibrant shopping hub located in Mississauga, featuring an expansive two-level layout filled with a diverse array of clothing stores, department outlets, and quick-service dining options. The mall's modern architecture is accentuated by a striking glass sphere that enhances the overall shopping experience. Visitors can enjoy the convenience of attached Cineplex Theatres, allowing for seamless entertainment without stepping outside.
I’ve heard from family that Erin Mills Town Centre has a better facility to take morning walks. And so, because it’s winter time, I decided to get my running shoes on and get started with my warm up time. The parking lot is huge so there’s no problem looking for a spot. Upon entry, I noticed that the floor is sparklingly clean! The mall guards’ visibility is also noticeable. First, I explored the area ensuring to locate the washrooms, the food court and the mall map. I found all 3 quickly. I was glad Walmart and The Bay are both in the mall. All stores such as clothing, kitchen appliances and novelty shops are present. Also services like nail salons, barber shops, movie theatre and mobile stores are available. It’s literally all under one roof! Highly recommended!

This mall exceeded my expectations in every way. The spacious, clean layout makes shopping a pleasure, and the impressive selection of brand name stores offers something for everyone. What really stood out was the friendly atmosphere - both staff and fellow shoppers were welcoming and helpful. The two-level design is well-planned and easy to navigate, with plenty of comfortable seating areas throughout for when you need a break. The food court is definitely a highlight - it's huge with an amazing variety of dining options that cater to all tastes and budgets. As a family-friendly destination, this mall hits all the marks. Kids and adults alike will find plenty to enjoy, and parents will appreciate the thoughtful amenities. The ample free parking is a huge bonus and makes visiting stress-free. Whether you're looking for a quick shopping trip or planning to spend the day here, this upscale mall delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended.

Great mall, very spacious and clean. Lots of brand name shops. People are friendly. Upscale. Very big food court with lots of selection to choose from. Great for family as well. Lots of seating areas. It has two levels. Lots of free parking.

Ok... i grew up with this mall. It was THRIVING in the 90s. There was a mini golf course, movie theatre, fountains, what felt like hundreds of tv screens forming a cube in the centre, a 3 floor restaurant called JJ Mugs that had the TALLEST milkshakes a kid could ask for, MOVIES were FILMED here! And now it is... rebuilding after a LOT of change. And a changing world. The new Cineplex Junction theatre is AWESOME (every seat is VIP), and there's a surprising amount of geek / nerd / otaku friendly shops. The food court is rather nice & varied, and JUST got a Korean Corndogs place... But it has work to do. (Now that it JUST lost The Bay, we'll have to see what they do next...)
Shaggy S — Google review
The Erin Mills Town Centre does not have a big main building, but it’s surrounded by other smaller shops like LCBO, Indigo, Home Sense and others. And in the summer, it hosts the Mississauga RibFest. In the main building, it has cinemas and the food court has very nice view. It has restaurants like Turtle Jacks which has a 2nd floor outdoor patio. It’s a pleasure to visit every now and then.

Doing a lot better and starts to get busier towards lunch. They have a SPIRIT store here with friendly ghouls to assist you.

Very nice mall, clean environment, and staffs are very friendly. Love it. One feedback is that there air conditioning is blasting unusually high, especially near fanning areas. Not drafts but actually fan is blasting cold air. Napkins on the table would be blown off the tables in the food court. That’s how high the fans are set at.
Pot — Google review
Small, cozy and beautiful mall. I often go there to meet my friends over a cup of coffee. Even though this mall doesn’t have many options for shopping Variety clothes and shoes They still have some decent places to shop clothes and shoes in cheaper price. I wish they have some more stores for brands. Play place area on the lower level is fine, but it could be better. Parking is big. Overall, it’s a good mall to hang around with friends

Adamson Estate is a picturesque waterfront property located near Port Credit, offering tranquil views of Lake Ontario. The estate includes quaint buildings and landscaped gardens, with the oldest structure being a barn built in 1875. The historic home, dating back to 1920, showcases Colonial Revival and Flemish architecture. Visitors can explore the well-maintained grounds and learn about the property's history through informative plaques.
The Adamson House is a heritage house. It's along the lake and within walking distance to parks. There are benches along the stretch with wonderful views of the lake and the families of mallard ducks in the area. You can actually spend some time studying the exterior of the house, if you're interested in history and that sort of thing. It's a wonderful area for some quiet time, a good walk, or strolling with loved ones.

The Adamson Estate is such a beautiful place. The buildings themselves are a hark back in time 1900s. The history is very neat to learn about, with many plaques about with information to read. The property is stunning and very well taken care of. Many photo opportunities to be had, as the area is very scenic. For wedding photography you will need to book a permit ahead of time. There is a neat old pet cemetery on site. Many nice spots to walk / sit and enjoy the views of Lake Ontario. Any day spent at the Adamson Estate is always an enjoyable day.

This is a gorgeous spot for a photoshoot. It's well kept and maintained. Had to get a permit from the city since the photoshoot required a setup. Having to get a permit was annoying and pricey (~$160, 5:30-6:30pm) but fairly simple. Once you have a permit, you can essentially have a set up anywhere and take photos wherever you please. Online it says the park closes at 4:30 but the last booking through the city is 6:30, I believe. Also, no scattering of rose petals or confetti allowed. Overall, beautiful location.
Madiha Q — Google review
Great shoreline park with a trail continuing in both directions along the shore, some trails may deviate from the shore for short sections. The buildings in the park were two different homes at one time. Both are used as classroom space by a nearby academy so no access was expected although COVID-19 further prevent that. There are sufficient outdoor posters and signs to explain the buildings and the grounds associated with them.

Adamson Estate is a hidden gem located right on the water's edge in Mississauga. Currently it's a public park and campus of the Royal Conservatory of Music. It's the perfect place to escape the noise of the city for a quiet picnic. The house Is made up of some unique architecture and the gatehouse is the only one of its kind in Canada Couple the beautiful grounds with the perfect location and you can see why it's such a popular spot for photographers. It's also right in the Waterfront Trail which is quite popular with cyclists and people out for a walk.

Golf course
BraeBen Championship 18-hole Golf Course & Driving Range is a beautiful municipal course located in the Heartland area of Mississauga. The course offers stunning views of the surrounding cities and was built on top of a former garbage dump, providing unique elevation changes. The challenging layout features deep fescue, numerous bunkers, and undulating greens, making it a real test for golfers. Despite the tough conditions, it's an absolute blast to play.
Staff was very friendly and kind, I was only there for the range but man the course looked very well taken care of. Great view from the range as well. Can't wait to play thr course.
Project S — Google review
Fun filled well maintained track! Where trees usually separate each hole layout, these are replaced with rolling hills! Ensures you play each shot with intention! Great staff!
Raymond C — Google review
Played on Sept 13, 2024 for $104 including power cart. An interesting course that was designed on top of a garbage dump site. Views of Mississauga are nice and the course itself is well maintained. Not an overly challenging course, but you still need to hit straight because of the deep drops that are on either side of many holes due to course elevation. Also, identifying fairway direction and target zones can be difficult due to the vast openness of the course and lack of tree/bush lines to use as guides. Overall, a short, fun and decent course in the middle of the city.
Maria D — Google review
5-star for what you are getting - a public course owned by the city in the heart of Mississauga for a very reasonable price. The course is immaculately kept for a public course with well maintained tee blocks, fairways and greens. The course layout is challenging, with the long grass and sometimes narrow fairways making it a ball-losing experience unless you are that rare golfer that hits it straight every time. I also love that the course is built on top of a dump with sweeping views of the city - a great example of habitat reclamation. Although Lakeview is more famous, this is the better course IMO. There are blind shots on at least 3 holes and the course would benefit from fairway bells for safety. The driving range is fine but a long walk uphill. The practice facilities need a chipping green. Overall excellent.
Marc J — Google review
The driving range offers well‑kept facilities, affordable ball buckets, and rental clubs for practice sessions. Staff are noted for their friendliness, and course conditions are praised for maintenance and value, though some reviews mention tricky roughs and uneven sand traps. Overall, BraeBen stands out as one of the best public golf experiences in the region. scenic, demanding, and well‑run, making it highly recommended for anyone seeking both challenge and scenery.
Bong A — Google review
Amazing course and the price is right.... Lots of hills, best with a cart to be honest. I even got an eagle on par-5 hole 6
James T — Google review
Well maintained and great views. Not alot of trees but the fescue is pretty deep so if you shoot out of the Fairway it's hard to find a ball.
Connor C — Google review
There is no denying the City of Mississauga have done a fantastic job with their municipal courses, Braeben in particular. Every time I have played there, the condition they have the course in has been top notch and the layout of the course is a very fun layout to play. Some difficult holes where par is a good score along with some easy holes where it's not that hard to make a par really gives a nice balance to the course. The only downsides there would be having some sort of way to communicating where on the green a flag is (Red/White/Blue, or having a Grid on the scorecard indicating the green position for the day), and a few holes that can use a bell to indicate when a blind landing zone is clear (Holes 9, 14, 15 and 16 for example). Other than that, I've got nothing but good things to say about Braeben. Overall: 4.5/5 Tees: 5/5 for every tee that has been redone, 4.5/5 for the ones still waiting to be re-done Fairways: 5/5 Bunkers: 4/5 - I'm also glad the bunkers are also undergoing renovations, even if they weren't bad in the first place. Greens: 4.5/5 - The Staff have done well with maintaining the greens with the amount of traffic that the course has Staff: 4.5/5 Value: 5.5/5 Scenery: 4.5/5 - The Urban Scenery of Braeben is hard to beat when it comes to urban and suburban courses. Driving Range: 4/5 - It would be good to have a grass section to hit off of, but you can't complain about hitting 90 balls for the price other ranges charge for 45

Hazel McCallion Central Library is conveniently located near the Art Gallery of Mississauga and the Living Arts Centre, making it part of a cluster of tourist attractions in Mississauga. The library offers a well-structured and organized environment with an extensive collection of titles and complete reference information for research purposes. It's an ideal example of mid-century modern architectural planning. Visitors can enjoy a peaceful environment for studying or reading, as well as friendly staff and various services including good Wi-Fi access.
The recent renovations have definitely improved the accessibility, with more individual study spots, additional washrooms, and water refill stations. However, I do miss the old vibe of the library. It had a nostalgic charm that reminded me of 'old Mississauga'—a more homely, inviting atmosphere. Now, as you approach the stairs, the in-between platforms feel very pale and sanitized, almost as if they were designed to be easy to clean. The previous design had a lot of wood, cozy a spot to sit, and curved details that gave the space more warmth and character. I understand this is just the way buildings are being designed today, but I wanted to share what the old library felt like, especially for anyone younger who might be curious about its original energy.

Pretty amazing place. They've got the whole package. The architecture is beautiful and modern. The facilities are modern, clean, and spacious. Almost everything except for consumable resources are free. Lots of seating and various areas. The staff are amazing. Everybody there we spoke to were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We went to a makerspace workshop by Abby which was free and informative. The amount of stuff they have available for the public to use is astounding including computers, printers, 3D printers, sewing machines, and more. They have laser, vinyl, and Cricut cutters. Jess and David at the counter were so helpful and explained and toured us around to see things. They even directed us upstairs where we met Curtis who took us into the photo and video archive workspace where you can bring your old media to be converted into a more modern digital form. I can't say enough about how amazing it is that we have such a high quality free resource, and it makes me proud and grateful to be a Mississauga resident when you experience something like this. Shout out to Aras and Justin in the makerspace who were a great help with the vinyl pinter/cutter and the 3D scanner going above and beyond.

Was amazed to see this library, so modern, posh with so many resources available. Becoming a member was a breeze. Great collection of books with massive space to hang out read books or work there. In summer they have book club and encourage children to read and spend time in the library. They also have a gaming room with PS5, XBox, gaming pcs. The maker space is awesome with sewing machines, 3D printer, vinyl cutter, circuit etc and have many introduction sessions to use these. Their collection of regional books and news papers from different countries is pretty decent. Love spending time with kids in library during summer and most weekends. They also have passes to Royal Ontario museum which you can borrow for a week. I also saw pickle ball shuttle and ball set but I have never tried borrowing that. I have seen some schedules like movie night, family game day, Lego day etc but yet to try them in winter. The staff is helpful and kind. Overall it’s the best any city can have.

This establishment, generously referred to as a "library", has been gutted and renovated at a reported cost of $49 million into a sterile facility that lacks warmth, quiet, or purpose. What was once a place of at least some academic character and contemplative solitude has been reduced to a hollow void, with little reason to stop by other than to perhaps charge your laptop. The interior now resembles a parody of some liberal tech-startup company's break room. The first floor I visited bore rows of long workstations, separated by five-inch plastic dividers that offer neither privacy nor peace. Visitors are packed together, fully visible and audible to one another, creating an environment that feels more like some co-working space nobody asked for, sooner than it does a library. The furnishings are of the tacky wayfair.com variety, a fitting match for the postmodern, minimalist aesthetics that are devoid of any meaningful design. Gaudily colored shapeless blobs, and plasticky uncomfortable stools. The books have been relegated to these cheap low, melamine shelves that disrupt browsing and remove any sense of spatial organization. With no architectural features or acoustic buffers to break up the space, sounds and sights travel freely, turning every foreign phone conversation into one that you are required to hear. While open spaces can be elegant and functional, here, they exist merely for the sake of being open, with nothing for the patron to look at, save some minimalist propaganda posters, reminiscent of corporate HR reminders, which clutter the space with bland, moralizing messages about homophobia or some other virtue signal. The atrium, once a striking feature, is now a hollow shell with blank walls and RGB light rods that add nothing of value. Noise from the adjacent event venue and occasional unpleasant odors further degrade the atmosphere. The staff seems indifferent to the fact that the space is hardly used as a library anymore, with some patrons just using the space as a daycare, and others simply using it as a place to take a phone call on speaker. The $49 million spent on this renovation seems dubious in its allocation. The result is a facility stripped of character, functionality, and identity. This is no longer a library in any meaningful sense; it is as if somebody was forced by pain of death to dump some bookshelves inside of an asylum's waiting room. The only thing that this facility could have used would perhaps entail finer looking bookshelves, new carpeting, a new bathroom, and new computers. In fact, an entirely new library building could have been built for a small fraction of the "renovation" cost of $49 million. If you are seeking a genuine library experience, you may in fact be better off reading your book at the local bus stop.

The library is a wonderful place for all ages! It’s not only a peaceful spot to read and learn but also a fantastic environment for kids. They have a safe play area with multiple learning toys that keep children engaged while sparking their curiosity. A perfect balance of education and fun — highly recommend for families!

Beautiful library in the heart of Mississauga. Perfect place to study or work, with lots of conference rooms, quiet spaces, and many more amenities. Underground parking is available too!

Very great library! Spacious and clean. The only thing I’d say is if you’re looking for the quiet space, don’t go on a weekend where Celebration Square has an event, because it won’t be quiet since the sound from loud music comes right through into the quiet area on the 4th floor. Otherwise, it’s great and highly recommend!

Dixie Outlet Mall is a sprawling, enclosed complex housing over 135 outlet shops of well-known clothiers and houseware brands. It's Canada's largest enclosed outlet mall, offering designer clothing at significantly reduced prices. With stores like Guess Factory, Tommy Hilfiger, Levis, Rickis, and Fairweather among others, shoppers can enjoy discounts ranging from 30% to 70% off regular retail prices.
Great place to shop for clothes. The mall is not too crowded and next to the place where I can get my car wash for $3. Drop the kids and wife off and take the time to clean your car. Highly recommended 👌it is the only mall which affordable and you can actually buy things instead of windows shopping. There was an event for spring break, and my kids love it.

Dixie Mall will be your best shopping destination in Mississauga if you’re looking for outlet deals. It’s not the fanciest mall, but it gets the job done, especially if you’re more interested in savings than aesthetics. If you’re into sneakers, athletic wear, or casual kicks, Dixie Mall is a great spot to score deals — especially at the Nike, Puma and Urban Planet outlets. It can get busy, especially on weekends or holidays. Try-on space is limited in some stores

Very decent sized mall with brand shops that had good offers during my visit. The Nike clearance store had great bargains on their trainers. Winners also had a very good array of clothes and accessories on sale too. Bought quite a few nice outfits at great prices.

Decent mall with some good brands. Plenty of free parking and a bus hub. A lot of good food inside and nicely designed food court. Clean mall. Clean washrooms. Kids paid play area available. Grocery store adjacent. No access from the mall. Free WiFi is hit or miss. Seems a bit rundown in some places. Many empty storefronts.

Plenty of parking. Most outlet stores have a good deal and option to eat at food court. Visited so many times during weekday. Enjoying shopping as not too much crowd.

Small Mall with plenty of parking :) It's a single floor mall , looks like kind of old one . Normally food courts are placed on top floors or in the interior part but here there small food court in the entrance itself 😄 A winners , and few brand shops and a no frill , treasure hunt in the premises There used to be some seasonal attractions in one of the parking lots like light arrangements during Xmas time ( drive in ) Vintage car show by local owners in summer .a few pics attached

Dixie Outlet Mall is a great place for shopping near Toronto. There’s plenty of parking, clean amenities, and a nice food court. The highlight for me is the Nike Outlet Store — it’s perfect for families and has great options for kids. Overall, a clean, friendly, and convenient mall for everyone!

Dixie Outlet Mall is a great spot for bargain hunters and deal seekers. It’s not the fanciest mall in the GTA, but it offers a wide variety of outlet stores with solid discounts on popular brands. You’ll find clothing, shoes, accessories, and even home goods at affordable prices. The layout is easy to navigate, and parking is usually convenient. While the mall could use a bit of updating in terms of décor and amenities, the value makes up for it. The food options are decent for a quick bite, and the atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly. Overall, it’s a practical destination for shoppers who care more about savings than luxury.

Sky Zone is an amazing spot for kids and families to have fun, and I visit regularly—often twice a week! The activities are always great , and the staff is usually nice. However, during my last visit, I ordered a pizza, and after waiting over 50 minutes, the associate became frustrated when I asked about it. When it finally arrived, it was uncooked. I hope they can improve their food service.

If your kids have energy levels that scare you, SkyZone is your new best friend. Clean, safe (lifeguards—I mean, court monitors—everywhere), well-organized, and legitimately fun for every age. 10/10, will be back until my children grows up. Five glowing, bouncy stars! 🌟 The real game-changer for us? The membership. We crunched the numbers after visit #2 and realized we were basically throwing money away with single-day passes. The monthly membership paid for itself in less than three visits, and now the kids beg to go multiple times a week. Unlimited jumping + special member jump times + 20% off food and parties? Yes, please. Worth every single penny.

We had my son’s 7th birthday party at Sky Zone Trampoline Park Mississauga, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The customer service team in California (yes they are in US) made the booking process smooth and stress-free, and our party host, Nerissa, went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Nerissa did a fantastic job organizing the event, keeping the kids engaged, and ensuring that all the parents and guests were comfortable. She made serving food and drinks so easy and handled everything with a smile. Thanks to her, we could relax and truly enjoy the celebration. Highly recommend Sky Zone for anyone planning a birthday party—fun, organized, and completely hassle-free!

My 9-year-old daughter was playing and jumping when six 18-year-old boys suddenly joined her. They were jumping much harder than she could handle, and she lost control. They ended up stepping on her head while jumping with no consideration for her safety. There was no staff supervision or security at all. She suffered multiple injuries and severe bruises on her face and body. The place is completely unmanaged, the staff show no responsibility, and they only care about taking money. The facility is also very dirty and poorly maintained. I am waiting for the hospital report to submit it to them.

A must do tubing activity in Credit River -- Absolutely scenic beauty around the river water for a complete stretch between Terra cotta conservation area at Heritage rd and tenth line-main st intersection. Very safe for children and non swimmers. Easy for tubing. Check for water level though, it's high right after the storm, perhaps in June. Later water level reduces. We went there on July 25th 2020. It was extremely peaceful and amazing experience. It was the first time for us to do this activity. We needed to get off the tube due to low water levels at a few places as te tubes were getting stuck in rocks. But wasn't really a big deal if you like getting into the water. Took us ~4 hrs to complete 2.5 kms of a stretch. Recommend to carry some food items, water bottles, music, zip lock bags to safegaurd electronic items. Also sunscreen and cap are must on a hot sunny day. Additionally carry your rowing stick just if you get stuck anywhere due to tree branches, rocks etc. That's handy and you won't need to get off as many times as stick would help you get out of that. Life jacket is a must for young kids. Also prepare your mind to get completely drenched in water, advice to wear swimming clothes and water footwear (shoes better as it's too rocky if you need to walk in river water at times to get your stuck tube).

Nestled in the heart of Mississauga, Snug Harbour Seafood Bar and Grill is a popular spot with a stunning waterfront view. Whether you're looking for a romantic sunset date or a casual family dining experience, this seafood specialist offers a relaxed, modern interior and outdoor patio seating to enjoy the breathtaking views of the marina and lake.
Amazing experience. It was a restaurant on our list for a few years, never got to try it out as sea food is not primary to our liking. Finally gave it a try and we were impressed! The trout was so good! It had no fishy taste (which I often get from seafood) which made it an exceptional experience for me. The sauce complimented it well! Took one star off the food as the sides could see some improvements - rice/veggies felt like cooked out of a precooked/frozen pack. Server was aware & very cooperative to make changes to your order if you have any dietary specifications/restrictions. Overall exceptional experience 9/10!

🌞 A delightful lunch at Snug Harbour It was a delightful experience for my wife and I to have a leisurely afternoon lunch at Snug Harbour with another couple. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived; the owner personally greeted us and even held the door open, which was a very considerate gesture. Our server, Chelsey, was kind and attentive the entire time, smiling warmly and making sure we had everything we needed. Both the burger and the fish and chips we ordered were tasty and filling. Our friends raved about the freshness and flavor of the mussels and clam chowder. During the day, the breathtaking views of the waterfront contributed to the relaxed, welcoming ambiance. It was the ideal place to relax.

They have got a beautiful and huge patio with excellent lake views. Excellent place for romantic or family lunch or dinner with your loved ones. The service was top notch. Food was delicious, crafted with care and authenticity. Hardly any veg options on the menu but this place is mainly for seafood lovers so cant complain much Would love for them to add few more vegetarian dishes though. Drink recommended to us was one of the best sangria we ever had. Having a free on-site parking at Port credit was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend.

This restaurant has been around for years and years. I even took my first dates here for dinner eons ago.. lol 😆. The food is okay 👍 at best. But the service, location and ambiance get 10 stars 🌟 all day long. It is still very popular and busy which is great news because this restaurant is like an institution in Port Credit. So they are busy with locals and tourists alike. Especially during the summer. The mussels are a hit along with the pastas IMHO. But all in all you will have a good time here 👍. Happy eats everyone 😎

Emerald Chinese Restaurant in Mississauga offers a massive dining room with an extensive menu featuring seafood, Sichuan specialties, and dim sum. The restaurant is known for its variety of dim sum options and ample seating, although there may be a wait during weekends. The cart-style dim sum service adds to the excitement of the dining experience. Despite being a bit confusing to find, the location is convenient and popular among locals and visitors alike.
I know a lot of reviews on here said that this place is overpriced but the prices make sense for what they’re serving — my family came here for my grandmas birthday dinner and we all loved it! The prices are pretty typical for an authentic ethnic restaurant and the quality is honestly worth more. For context, we are Chinese and found the food very authentic. The staff were super kind and the food was delicious. Also the automatic tip applied to the bill was pointed out to us which was kind but it also honestly saved us the trouble of calculating our own tip (we always tip our servers and you should too!). Overall a great experience coming from a Chinese family, try it out!!

Had some time to pass and stopped in for a quick meal. The atmosphere has not changed to me over the years. Service is super awesome, and food was so tasty. We had 1 serving of pork with crispy skin, mixed veg with chicken, and small white rice. Small sake on ice was presented. Server was friendly and good knowledge of menu. 100% recommend a d next time will do dim sums.

NO WIFI. great food. Lots of parking. Come early for dim sum. Family of 4 ate and was full for about $110. Tip is included in bill. Would come again, food is a little cold but delicious. Really good for big group trips. Cocos beside here for boba after. I recommend. Ask for bill at table, complimentary tea. Place is clean and they do takeout. Servers are nice, looks like they speak mainly mandarin. Once you pick a dish from their carts they push around. They stamp your card. Dim sum you don’t order from the menu. They do actually order on demand if you want. You can walk in, no reservations necessary

We visited this dim sum restaurant every summer when we drive back from vacation and pass by. It is little surprising not too many people are eating in the restaurant comparing to previous years! The food is still keeping same quality, but since less customers, the deep fried dishes were getting cold when the waitress pushing them from the cart. I prefer the hot taste.

Honestly reading the reviews I was sceptical and people were right. We came here specifically to try the Lunch Dim Sum as they still had the carts that went around and honestly it was a big mistake. First off the place is WAY too expensive for the quality of food they offer. We spent almost $400 for a group of 6 for Dim Sum which is ridiculous and a complete rip off. All the food on the carts was cold and below average at best. We even ordered a few made to order dishes and were completely disappointed. I’ve been to many Chinese Style Restaurants in the city and this was by far the worst one I’ve been too yet. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but for the quality of food we got versus what we paid made absolutely no sense at all. Everything was pretty heavily fried and even worse in what seemed very old oil. They automatically add a tip so be very careful but I would totally stay away from this place as it’s a complete rip off. Don’t be fooled by my pics as everything tasted way worse that it looks especially with everything being cold just sitting on the carts. Do yourself a favour and find another restaurant.

We stopped in for dinner for 2. The restaurant is dated and facilities dirty and in disrepair. We ordered 4 items. Fried rice. Very fresh and nice..the chicken ball..mostly dry breading- gross..General Tao...so salty we couldn't eat it...and chicken wings.. they were okay.. aftee listening to them banging dishes loudly and a female manager yelling non stop ..we were hit with a $117 Bill!!!! This was by far one of my worst dining experiences! Do NOT recommend
ADTR I — Google review
It's been a while since coming here, but I was in the area and was craving dim sum for lunch. COVID destroyed the dim sum cart service and is sadly missed, but all the same options were available. Service was prompt and accurate! The quality and speed were on point! Admittedly, I did not look closely at my bill to see if gratuity was already added as I included a tip in my total. As always, I would definitely return for quality!

Masrawy Egyptian Kitchen is a relatively new restaurant located just outside of Streetsville, offering classic North African small and shared plates in a modern setting with patterned tiles. The eatery provides covered patio seating during the summer and serves up incredible Egyptian cuisine. The restaurant has been gaining popularity, so making a reservation is highly recommended to avoid long waits. With an increased seating capacity and ample parking, Masrawy offers prompt service despite potential busyness.
We visited this restaurant early Sunday evening and it was busy. Lots of birthday celebrations and restayrant smelt like charcoaled bbq which brought up my appetite. This restaursnt has so many vegan 🥑 🌱 🥗 options. I am not a vegan however I decided to try some vegan food & was totally satisfied with two vegan dishes I ordered. Koshary($13) The combination of rice, lentil, chickpeas & pasta & when they were served warm, it was interesting. When all the beans, legumes, pasta were mixed with spiced tomato sauce, dakka (garlic infused vinegar) & hot sauce, it was creating such a unique dishes that I have never tried before. Mama's Molekheya($16.50) This royal mallow leaf green soup might not be for everyone. Texture is slimy. But for me with roasted garlic & fresh ground coriander this soup was very much enjoyable. I could just drink up the soup. Egyptian rice & vermicelli that served with soup was delicious as well. My friend ordered Arugula Salata ( $16.00) It was served with cranberry, walnut, olive oil, lemon and added grilled chicken($8) Sweet pomegranate molasses dressing & killer grilled chicken made this salad so good and portion size was huge. I would return to try some more meat dishes.

We recently visited Masrawy and had a really nice experience! One interesting thing is that they don’t serve the usual soda brands — they have their own brand instead, and it actually tastes quite similar. We were a group of five and ordered one appetizer, three main dishes, and a dessert to share. For the appetizer, we tried the Hawaoshi — it was good, but nothing too special. For the main courses, we had the Chicken Tikka, which was absolutely delicious! The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The Masrawy Fusion was another highlight — it reminded us of a shawarma served with fries and rice, and it was very tasty. The Lamb Chops were also good, though the portion of meat was on the smaller side. We noticed that the portion sizes were quite generous, which makes the dishes great for sharing. The service was attentive and friendly, matching the overall experience. The only thing we were expecting was a bit more Egyptian-style décor to match the restaurant’s theme. For dessert, we shared the Om Ali, which was unique and different from what we’re used to, but we all really enjoyed it! Overall, it was a flavorful and authentic experience.

Masrawy Egyptian Kitchen is so, so, so good. We came as a group of 10 and it turned into a full feast. The Lamb Shank Fattah was a showstopper, tender meat falling off the bone over saucy rice, easily feeding the table. The Masrawy Mixed Grill was another hit, loaded with kofta, chicken, and beef, all juicy and perfectly seasoned, with plenty of dips to keep it lively. Even the Kawashi with fries had us picking at the platter long after we were full. The food here tastes like Egypt on a plate: rich, soulful, and made for sharing. The prices are reasonable, the portions generous, and the owner makes the rounds like you’re a guest in his home. Even our pickiest friends were too busy eating to talk. Already planning our fourth visit :)

This is a must visit place. The food is absolutely fantastic. We loved every dish. Highly recommend to check this place out. I deduct one star for the service. I had to ask multiple times for water and follow up food. They should assign a waiter to the table to reduce confusion. The staff was not being mean they just seemed out of order.

Absolutely love this Egyptian restaurant! The food is always delicious with rich, authentic flavors. The serving sizes are huge. One main dish is more than enough for one person. I usually end up getting the rest packed and enjoy it the next day. Every dish we’ve tried so far has been consistently tasty and well-prepared. It does get quite busy on weekends, so I’d recommend coming early or visiting on a weekday for a more relaxed experience. Highly recommend!

In the 2 times we came this week, both had great service and food and gave the nostalgic feeling of Egypt. The one who helped us was sari (not sure of spelling), Thank you sari for the quick and kind service. Taking a trip from Alberta to try this restaurant and has exceeded our expectations and we felt as if we had our meal in Egypt itself!! On top of all of that the food portions will make you leave the restaurant full and satisfied. As a final remark, Please open a chain in Alberta as we would love to see this near us!!

It’s a place where you can find peace and freshness of nature while trailing through the park. A beautiful stream flows across the park, saw some fishes jumping over the surface. Quite spot to enjoy with family and friends.

Very nice area. It’s a good park for having picnic, there are picnic benches and some shaded seating areas. Bbq is allowed but You should bring your own. It’s a great trail for along walking or biking. All the way is well maintained and it’s good for toddlers or parents with stroller. Large and free parking lot. Clean washrooms.

It was a nice hike. Some parts of the trail was closed off due to construction but it's an easy trail. Also leads in credit valley trail and can go into the main roads for additional hiking. There's ample free parking but the roads leading to the parking/park are bumpy so drive slowly.

Very beautiful conservation area along a credit view river. Many varieties of natural plants and flowers are conserved in this park. People are doing the camping in this conservation area as well. Rest Rooms are available in the park and 3 picnic areas are available for having the group lunch and gatherings. There’s a nice view of credit river from the steel wooden walkway bridge in this park. #parksexplorer

Really pristine and lush conservation area. Multiple picnic areas, a beautiful and serene river that runs along, lot of vegetation makes this a perfect space for any kind of outing. The picnic areas are especially large so even with bigger crowds, you will not get the feeling of being congested. You can set up your barbeques here as well, we saw a few of them. Be it with friend or family, both kind of groups can enjoy here. The trail is also interesting here, did not completely cover it but was surrounded well with the forest area.

Visited the place with my kids on Monday evening. There were very few people and good place for kids to play and enjoy. Followed Culham Trail for some distance. It is nice and clean area and kids will love it. There is good cycling track so you can enjoy. Good place to take kids for quick picnic. Carry mosquito spray if you are planning to visit in the evening during this time.

J.C. Saddington Park, located on the west side of Port Credit harbor, offers scenic views of Lake Ontario and the Toronto skyline. Originally a landfill, this park has been transformed into a picturesque outdoor space with expansive picnic areas and multi-use paths. The park's design reflects 1970s planning in Canada and is part of the waterfront revitalization movement.
I recently visited this park and found it to be an amazing spot to spend time with family, friends, or even alone. It is the perfect place for picnic and open ground for kids play. If you want to stay till dark, there are campfire spots. If you enjoy exploring and a bit of rock climbing, you can make your way to the shore through the rocks. It’s a peaceful place to sit, relax, and enjoy the sounds of water flowing and striking the rocks. Just be cautious and avoid the rocks with algae as they are slippery and could cause you to fall into the water. The view from there is truly fascinating. At the intersection of the lake and sky, you can spot small clouds and tiny buildings in the distance, creating a surreal and picturesque scene. However, I did notice a couple of downsides. People have littered in few areas, which are the best spots to enjoy. Additionally, there were quite a few mosquitoes in some areas, likely due to the season. Overall, this place is a fantastic destination with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Just be mindful of the slippery rocks and the mosquitoes. Ig- @touring_heart

A Peaceful Dog Walking Haven at J.C. Saddington Park J.C. Saddington Park has become our favorite spot for early morning walks with our dog. It’s so peaceful and not crowded, making it perfect for a relaxing start to the day. The park is close to Port Credit, which adds to its charm, and it’s one of the best places to walk dogs in the area. With multiple parking spots depending on where you enter, it’s convenient to access. I also love the feel-good factor of exchanging smiles and greetings with fellow early risers—it really sets a positive tone for the day. If you’re a dog owner looking for a serene park, this is the place to go!

Had a delightful afternoon stroll in a fascinating locale, rich with historical references and offering picturesque views of the water. Calmness at its peak. No hussle for getting a parking spot, a place to sit with a view of flowing water, walking space for pets, and a good company of nature are the best things about this place. Volunteering is a kind of dedication, a donation of love and time. Volunteers are serving the public and the society. No matter when they are doing voluntary work, they should never bring any impetuous attitude towards others. However, when I had a vegetarian lunch yesterday at the basement of Fo Guang Shan in Mississauga, I encountered two opposite behaviors. The vegetarian food here is always delicious, but volunteers who serve people should try their best to treat people with respect! When I was queuing for food I met two middle-aged Asian Fo Guang volunteers in a row, which made me a little surprised. I don't know if they have the heart to help others? The first one showed her lack of respect for people who line up for good in her gestures and tone, which made the person who was served feel incredible and innocent. The other one criticized the volunteer who was also distributing food with her in a very disrespectful tone. I could have sat down and enjoyed the delicious vegetarian food, but my mood was a little affected by what I had saw. I thought: "Buddhism is a pure place, but it is a pity that it is stained by dust by these noisy women ."
Terry W — Google review
Volunteering is really about giving your time and energy to help others, and usually it comes with patience, respect, and kindness. That’s what makes the experience feel special for the community. I went to the vegetarian lunch on September 6, 2025, at the basement of Fo Guang Shan Mississauga. The food was, as always, really good — fresh, tasty, and clearly made with care. But honestly, the atmosphere this time didn’t feel as positive as I expected. While waiting in line, one volunteer spoke and gestured in a way that felt a bit dismissive. Another criticized her fellow server right in front of everyone, which was uncomfortable to see. A lot of the volunteers also looked unhappy, and there weren’t many smiles, which made the whole experience feel less welcoming. This was only my second visit to the temple, and I came hoping to enjoy both the food and the peaceful environment. Instead, the tension between volunteers and the lack of warmth during lunch really stood out. I just want to share this respectfully: a smile, a friendly word, or a little patience goes a long way. It would make visitors like me — especially newcomers — feel more welcome and connected.
Leo N — Google review
It is a warm and very relaxed environment once you enter the Temple. Their invitation to visit the temple is a blessing and the programs they offer is truly wonderful to attend. You don't have to be of any specific culture to attend. Their doors are open to all cultures. Thank you so much for accepting all cultures. Very peaceful place to learn about oneself and about the Temple.

It's a large place. There's equipment, but I was hoping to see splashpad as well. It's close by the river. There's also a library on the area and arena. It has a basketball court. It's just a little annoying as there are lots of people trying to skate at the place or riding bike at such speed and tell you to watch out. Ribfest is also held at this place sometime.

Heartland Town Centre is a sprawling complex filled with a variety of stores, including big-box retail, hardware, furniture, and discount stores. Additionally, it offers an array of dining options. This shopping destination boasts an extensive range of shops and eateries that cater to all preferences. The layout is modern and the surroundings are spacious, creating an inviting and lively atmosphere for shoppers.
Heartland Town Centre is the ideal location for those seeking variety. Clothing stores, electronics, household items, groceries, and a number of eateries mean that there is something for everyone in this area. Each plaza has its own lot, making it simple to enter and exit, and parking is typically good. It can take some time to walk between the stores because it is rather dispersed, but driving makes it very convenient. Families, weekend shopping excursions, or simply running errands all at once will find this place to be ideal.

There are a lot of nice outlet stores! Parking is plentiful. It's quite a busy area, so beware of some people who clearly don't know how to drive properly or feel entitled. I got cut off 3 times in a parking lot despite having the right of way. I prefer to shop here during the week early mornings. Not so crazy and congested with traffic. Otherwise some great deals at this location.

Heartland Town Centre in Mississauga is a huge outdoor shopping complex with over 180 stores, including big names like Walmart, Costco, and Winners. It’s great for variety — you’ll find everything from fashion to electronics, home goods, and dining. However, it’s very car‑centric and not pedestrian‑friendly. The stores are spread out across large parking lots, so walking between them can be inconvenient. Driving and finding parking is usually easy, but traffic can get heavy on weekends. In short: excellent for one‑stop shopping if you have a car, but not ideal for strolling or public transit users.

Nestled in the charming Port Credit area, Old Credit Brewing Co has been a staple of the craft beer community for over twenty years. This brewery prides itself on its commitment to quality, producing just three exceptional beers that showcase traditional brewing methods without chasing fleeting trends. Their amber ales and pale pilsners undergo an ice aging process, resulting in a smooth finish that's hard to resist. Seasonal offerings like their holiday honey ale add a delightful sweetness perfect for winter sipping.
Absolutely smashing first visit to Old Credit Brewing. Stopped in on a whim, returning to Hamilton from Toronto. Had a great chat with Brandon, grandson of the founder. Sampled each of OCBs three brews, the Amber Ale, Pale Pilsner, and Holiday Honey. Clearly, a focus on a few brews is a recipe for success. My partner and I enjoyed all three brews and came home with some of each. And apparently I'm getting a new T-shirt for Christmas. The shelves and shelves of items customers have brought in are a wonderful personal touch. Steins, glassware, statues, pictures, and what caught my partner's eye - wooden shoes! Local brewery, family business, great beer! I'm excited for the spring for patio weather and hoping OCB will recreate their outdoor patio. Thanks, Brandon, for such a warm welcome! Looking forward to seeing you soon!

The beers are great and tasteful. The place is a little outdated when it comes to interior design, seems like they are trying to keep the 80's style alive but it's starting to loose it's charm.
Dima B — Google review
Old Credit Brewing offers incredible beer made in a fire heated copper kettle which you can see from the window outside. It is aged at a low temp for two weeks while the brew master makes sure it is fully fermented, meaning minimal unfermentable sugar left over. I do not get bloated when I drink this beer and I don’t taste a bitter after taste...every other beer makes me bloated and almost always has a bitter after taste. The beer is also “ice aged” at -3 degrees for 8 weeks, I have never heard of any beer that includes that amount of care. No pasteurization, no additives, no preservatives, just triple filtered pure beer. I have been to my fair share of breweries and I can say for certain that this brewery is way above average in cleanliness and the customer service is solid. I would recommend to anyone looking for a family oriented special brew. My favourite is the Pale Pilsner. Cheers.

Stopped by Old Credit Brewery today and had such a great experience. Not only was the beer excellent — smooth, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care — but the people made it even better. I had a quick chat with the owner, who was out offering hotdogs with a pint (a nice touch!), and also met the master brewer. Both were incredibly friendly and down-to-earth. You can really feel the pride they take in what they do. Personalized, welcoming service and genuinely great beer — what more could you ask for?
Evgueni K — Google review
Old Credit Brewing is such a quaint and cute family-run business! We came here for a free tour, led by Brandon (the grandson of the founder Aldo - whom we even got to meet - at age 89, he's super young and sharp!). There, we learned all about the brewing process - from how the malts are boiled, what sparging entails, the fermentation and maturation process, etc. We even got to taste their pale pilsner and amber ale beers! The beers at OCB definitely have a clearer, purer taste. There's minimal aftertaste (apparently, the ice aging process helps ensure most of the sugar is fermented, which helps minimize bloat as well). It was so great - and this is coming from someone who despises the taste of beer. Their honey beer (Holiday Honey) is available only for sale, so we bought a bottle of it. It was great, but I definitely preferred the amber ale. Will definitely come again to support some of our small, local businesses!

The arcade games are enjoyable, with a mix of classic and modern options, but the selection feels a bit limited if you’re planning to stay longer. While the games are fun, you might find yourself running out of things to do after an hour or so. The atmosphere is lively, and the place is well-maintained, making it a great place to hang out. If you're visiting with friends or family, it’s a good spot for a short gaming session before heading elsewhere. Overall, it’s a nice place for a quick visit, but if you’re expecting hours of entertainment, you might find the options a bit limited. 4 stars!

The Receive Room at Square One is such a fun hangout spot! They’ve got all kinds of arcade games, bowling, and more — perfect for a night out with friends or family. The place is lively, the games are well-maintained, and time just flies when you’re here. Definitely worth checking out if you’re around Square One!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Rec Room Mississauga is honestly one of the best entertainment spots to hang out with friends or family! 🎉 The vibe here is super energetic and fun – there’s something for everyone. 🎳 The bowling alley is absolutely amazing – clean, well maintained, and perfect for groups looking to have a good time. 🥳 You can also enjoy a game of table tennis 🏓 which makes it even more exciting if you want a mix of activities. 🍹 The drinks and cocktails here are really good too – refreshing, well-made, and the bar has a lively atmosphere. Great spot to chill between games. 🕹️ The arcade section is another highlight – packed with a huge variety of games from classics to modern ones. It really gives you that nostalgic yet updated gaming feel. Super fun and addictive! 🎮✨ Overall, this place has it all – games, bowling, drinks, food, and an amazing atmosphere to keep you entertained for hours. Definitely one of the top spots in Mississauga if you’re looking for a mix of fun and relaxation! 🙌🔥

While at Square One Mall, I stumbled across The Rec Room. They been around since 2019, but it’s my 1st time ever seeing it. I tell you, it brought back a lot of fun memories. It’s a place that I hanged out after school. The only thing is, back then you have to go here for this, then go there for that. Well, at The Rec Room, everything is in 1 place including food and drinks. It’s a much safer and cleaner venue to go to. It’s a great place for work functions, reunions, or any celebratory activities. One can bowl here, play arcade, ping pong, billiards, and so much more. What’s new is the Axe Throwing, Archery, Darts Throwing, and Shuffleboard. I hope they would consider opening another one that is centrally located within the GTA where parking is free. There’s washrooms facility on site. The card at this Rec Room cannot be used in another Rec Room location, but the money attached to the card can be transferred between locations with the help of Customer Service. This Rec Room is located in a mall, so there’s no issues for people with mobility. They have a promo for everyday of the week. Photo is attached.

I had an incredible experience at The Rec Room. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and served promptly. The variety of games made the entire visit fun and engaging. What truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional service from David, the Assistant General Manager of the eatery. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and even offered complimentary items from the menu, which was a generous and unexpected touch. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail genuinely elevated our visit. The Rec Room is already a great spot for food and entertainment, but with team members like David, it becomes unforgettable. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to others.

This is one of my go-to arcades in Mississauga. A lot of cool games and great food! I wouldn’t go all the time considering the prices but definitely a place to go to once in a while!

Very nice place, lots to do. There are different deals everyday. Axe throwing is 18 plus and Archery is 13 plus. Arcade is very well equipped but Some of the games are very expensive specifically VR stuff. There are also live events and lots for the adult crowd.

Amusement center
Fantasy Fair, located in Ontario's Woodbine Mall, has been entertaining visitors since 1985. It boasts a wide array of attractions including a 1911 antique Looff carousel, arcade games reminiscent of the 80s, and a variety of rides suitable for both children and adults. The indoor amusement park features 12 full-sized rides such as the drop tower, climbing wall, Ferris wheel, bumper cars, and more. Families can enjoy unlimited rides with a reasonably priced family pass.
With the price of tickets we could only pay for our daughter and one adult, which was a disappointment. They don’t make it easy for families. My husband had to watch and was not able to join our daughter. Owner would benefit and bring in more consistent customers if they lowered the price and made it decent entry price for working families.

A great place for kids. Couple of rides/activities for adults too. There are various ticket options. Around 10+ rides too. However, couple of rides were not working when we visited on 17 May. Saw some damaged rides too. Kindly fix them please. Staffs were great. My daughter enjoyed this place. Will definitely visit again.

Great place for toddler/preschooler/younger kids. If kid is under 36” , many rides in their list are restricted. Though there are small rides throughout which needs a loonie or so to operate. Half of the rides in their list were not operating today. It wasn’t that busy so we had a chance to go on the operating rides multiple times.. kids loved the rides they’ve got on to and all of us thoroughly enjoyed visiting here. 10 tickets for 59.99$ Family day pass for 4 is 95$ (unlimited rides)
H P — Google review
It was great time with kids at fantastic fair. Staffs are very kind and friendly really appreciate that. Some rides are closed and out of order. Better to maintain all rides. It is indoor place so families willing to come in winter times too.
Thee P — Google review
A hidden gem for families, especially with toddlers. Fantasy Fair is located inside an older mall near the airport — the mall itself feels a bit outdated and not very lively, but there’s tons of parking and a decent food court with plenty of options. We got an unlimited all-day pass for our 2-year-old for just $15, which gave access to the carousel, the spinning cup-and-saucer ride, and the indoor playground. While only a few rides were open for toddlers, it was still a great deal — you can ride the carousel together as many times as you like, and the playground alone is worth the price compared to other indoor playgrounds that often charge the same or more just for playtime. A nice bonus: there’s no entrance fee, so you can walk around, watch the animatronic dinosaurs, or just relax on the benches without spending anything. For babies and very young toddlers, there are plenty of $1 or $2 coin-operated rides outside the main area. The place does feel a bit worn and many rides weren’t operating, but it’s still a great indoor option, especially in winter. Definitely worth a visit if you’re okay with a little wear and tear.

First solo trip with my daughter, and we stopped here for a break, she loved it! Pretty well-organized, and the staff were genuinely friendly. Noticed some weekday closures (probably cost-saving), but it didn’t affect her fun at all. Great pit stop!
Lu L — Google review
Very nice rides for kids. Unfortunately, the operator of the toy factory was extremely rude and told us “not to use the store” when we were walking through the aisles. Not sure what that means. We left immediately as she was very angry at us for browsing her empty store. Not sure kicking out customers is the best business strategy. Soured the mood. Will never be returning to this mall. Very sad as we came specifically for the fantasy fair.
Johnson Q — Google review
Half the rides are closed down. Children at a certain height can’t ride on the horses that go up and down on the carrousel and was also told my child probably couldn’t go into the jungle gym as he just past 4”5. It’s disappointing and some Of the staff aren’t as friendly. Staff can be seen sitting on the rides while waiting for customers. Place is so run down half the stores are just liquidation stores with no employees to even be seen

Went here with family for youngest siblings birthday, was pretty good! It seems to be better suited for younger kids (15 and under) but older ones as well as all ranges of adults can enjoy the activities they provide as well. It was the perfect way to unwind. We did run into a small issue of young kids taking a turn when we were still using a hole in glow in the dark putting, but it’s no big issue. Unfortunately this was the only photo I got, but I did come third place haha!

The CN Tower is a must-see landmark in Toronto, standing at over 553 meters tall. It's known for its glass floor and revolving eatery offering panoramic views of the city. Visitors can also experience EdgeWalk, a thrilling hands-free walk around the outside ledge of the tower. As one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World, it's a Canadian icon and symbol of Toronto.
A overwhelming experience for me as a photography buff. The views offered are simply awesome, you can see the surrounding as if from flight, don't forget to make a time lapse movie that would make you proud. CN tower of Toronto, being the highest man made structure from its completion in 1976 to 2007 when Burz Khalifa became tallest. The highest level that a visitor can go is 457 meters from bottom, total height being 553 meters. There is a revolving restaurant at 355 meters. You can sit near the window and enjoy the 360° view where skyscraper buildings of 60+ floors appear small below while dining. The height affects air pressure and feels like being in a flight. The views from CN tower lift while ascending itself is quite rewarding. You are arriving main deck, you get free access to observation deck and glass window floor to look through and stand on the glass panels which offer the view if ground floor from 350 meter level. There you can buy the top deck ticket for 12 CAD and ride another lift to go to 450 meter level which is highest visitors can go. Nice view from there also, you can see two rail stations, lots of highways, Billy airport and numorous skyscrapers along with beautiful lake. You can also feel little sway at top deck that adds to the wow. Tip - you can reserve the table at 360 restaurant in advance, can skip the line while entering tower, get free access to main observation deck and very good dining experience on the price of minimum 75 CAD spent per head in restaurant, where as you can buy a 80 CAD ticket for CN tower entry, long line with free vitamin D greets you and you have to spend extra on food with limited seating, access to only main deck levels and still have to pay 12 CAD extra for top deck. So, booking a table in 360 works out to be more rewarding.

Obviously this place has an amazing view. I ordered an old fashioned. It was perfectly made. My food was amazing. I got the multi-course meal that included an appetizer, the main dish, and a dessert. It was definitely on the pricey side. For one person with a good solid tip and of course the alcoholic drink. My total bill was about $160. That said the view is amazing. The service was great. The food was amazing. Absolutely worth every bit of it and it was a great evening to myself with a beautiful sunset. I highly recommend getting reservations and I would also recommend to look and see what time is sunset is and get there about a half hour before

I recently visited the CN Tower with a group of friends on a weekday, and it was an unforgettable experience! We decided to buy our tickets online beforehand, which meant we didn't have to wait in long lines. This definitely helped make the whole experience smoother and more enjoyable from the start. The moment we stepped into the lift, the excitement was already building up. The staff in the elevator were not just professional but also incredibly funny and engaging, which added an unexpected and delightful touch to the ride. The fast ascent gave us a sense of anticipation, and the view as we reached the top was nothing short of breathtaking. From the observation deck, the city sprawled beneath us like a living, breathing landscape. The buildings seemed to stretch endlessly, while the cars and vehicles below appeared as tiny moving dots—it's amazing how perspective shifts when you're so high up! The day view was spectacular, offering a clear, panoramic look at Toronto's impressive skyline, and we could see all the way to Lake Ontario. But what really made the experience even more magical was seeing the city transition as the sun began to set. Watching the sky change from golden hues to the deep blues of night, the lights of the city flickering to life below, was truly mesmerizing. One of the highlights of our visit was the chance to see the vastness of Lake Ontario. The enormous water body stretched out endlessly, and you could almost feel the peace that it brought to the bustling city. It’s hard to put into words how incredible it felt to take in such a stunning sight from such a height. While we soaked in the views, we also treated ourselves to some delicious food at the restaurant, which had its own glass floor. Dining while looking out over the entire city, surrounded by the endless sky and twinkling lights, made the meal even more memorable. Everything down below seemed so small and far away—the buildings, the busy streets, even the people—all of it felt like a different world from up there. It was a perfect blend of nature, cityscape, and human activity, all from the comfort of the CN Tower. The whole experience left us with a sense of awe and wonder, and we all agreed it was a memory we’d cherish. Whether you're a local or a tourist, the CN Tower offers a truly unique way to experience the city of Toronto. It’s a place where the beauty of the skyline meets the serenity of the natural world, making for an unforgettable visit. I can’t wait to go back again—this time maybe to see the city from the glass floor! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an incredible view, great food, and a fun, memorable experience.
Raveena B — Google review
We enjoyed the beauty of the tower. We opted for the trip to the top. It's a tad overrated. The clouds at the top made getting good pictures a difficult task. The elevator is super crowded, but very fast. The staff members are kind, respectful and helpful. I think going to the observation deck would have been a better option for us. It is lit beautifully at night from the outside. The glass floor and big beautiful images behind it were fun!
Amie S — Google review
I visited the CN Tower with my family a few years back, and the view from the top is absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. You really get to see the city from a whole new perspective. Standing on the glass floor was both exciting and a little nerve-wracking. I definitely felt a bit anxious looking straight down, but it was a fun and memorable experience. It’s one of those iconic spots in Toronto that’s worth visiting once. Whether you go during the day or at night, the view is stunning either way.
NJ C — Google review
The CN Tower is a must-see! A unique place any time of year. The view from the top is indescribable – the entire city looks like a scale model, with Lake Ontario stretching out to the horizon. The biggest attraction? The glass floor, which you step onto with a little trepidation, but then burst into a broad smile 😄 The whole experience was perfectly organized and with very friendly service. It's worth buying tickets online. If you're in Toronto, you simply can't miss it! I recommend it to anyone who wants to see Toronto from a completely different perspective. An unforgettable experience!
Apartamenty S — Google review
My first time experience here was amazing. The walk to the restaurant is a little bit much but once you are in the building it’s actually pretty neat. You go up the sky lift that gives you amazing views of the city and immediately out of the elevator you are guided and seated to you seat. Now I did make reservations that were honored so I’d recommend making arrangements ahead of time, we were there for a birthday and they accommodated my wishes of acknowledging the special with a cute placard and a special desert for his birthday with a cute placard. The food however was 10/10 I had the lamb shank and grits, with a deconstructed Caesar salad. Everything tasted great even my guys food was good he opted for the seafood route with a lobster style meal and Brussels. I can say 10/10 even our waiter was attentive and helped up pick out items and plan our meal accordingly. I missed his name but he was amazing and well wishes to him. I inquired about if there were any semi sweet wines and he recommended me one and even let me sample it ! Of course it was amazing right from Canadian vineyards which was a plus. I’d definitely recommend if you are okay spending a good penny.

Ripley's Aquarium of Canada, located in downtown Toronto near the Rogers Centre and CN Tower, is a modern and expansive indoor aquarium showcasing thousands of marine species. From barracudas to rays, jellyfish, octopi, moray eels, and giant sharks, the aquarium offers a diverse range of sea creatures. Visitors can enjoy educational behind-the-scenes tours, interactive displays, and even in-water experiences with Cownose and Southern Stingrays.
Fabulous fabulous fabulous. An aquarium whose glasses are as clean as it could be, no fishy smell and despite of its size it is quite difficult to maintain that. There is a huge filtration plant at work that contributes to it but that is only one part. The staff efforts are the main hero here. That's first fabulous. Second fabulous is the variety of fresh water and marine life available to see. From tiny fish and other life forms, to huge animals that are a sight to behold in a aquarium environment. Just visit to see the variety. Lots if information displayed about natural habitat, needs of conservation etc. And the third fabulous the concept itself. The glass tunnel inside tanks where you can enter to see the creatures all around yourself, the moving conveyor to felicitate the smooth flow of visitors without crowding or obstruction of view, the open tank concept where you can dip your hand in water to touch some of the creatures, the decor that is inspired by marine life forms and upkeep, all are good. There is a separate section for aquatic or amphibious, reptiles like crocs and caymans. Plenty of offerings for children to play constructively and a inside eatery as well souvenir shop to explore. Highly recommend. Buy tickets in advance to avoid wait, open time tickets available on line as well on spot.

Ripley’s Aquarium is an amazing place for families. My son loved watching the stingrays — you can see them from above (bird’s-eye view) in open water, just a few feet away. The kids’ section has a small filtration system for play purposes, where children can learn how water moves through the aquarium. It’s educational, fun, and a great way for kids to explore and understand how filtration works. The place is clean, well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for both kids and adults!

Its a really cool, fairly big aquarium. It was a little cfowdwd, but other than that, it was fun. There were so many decorations and things to see, and unique sea creatures. The kids indoor playground looked fun, and all the tanks were very clean, and the creatures were well maintained. The only problem was the food. I there were more fikd options. The only cafeteria type food place only had a couple crowded tables, and barely had anything on the menu. But that wasnt enough to bring my rating down to a 4 stars, because the aquarium is so great. I love this place.
Eva B — Google review
Awesome for all ages. Plenty of seating arrangements for elders. Touching the sting ray is the best thing as a climax kids can have. My kids had an amazing day. The aquarium has a lot of variety of sea creatures . Moreover the way it has been presented is amazing. Information display is very clear and simple. Its worth the money. Memorable experience.

9:00 a.m. Toronto My CityPASS said I could visit Ripley’s Aquarium anytime, so with an hour to spare before my CN Tower reservation, I decided to head inside. I asked the girl scanning tickets how long it usually took to get through. She told me about an hour and a half. It was Monday morning, and the place was completely empty. It was quiet, the kind of quiet that hums in your chest. Just the low music and the faint whoosh of water cycling through the tanks. The blue light made everything look like it was breathing. I wandered slowly, taking in the small faces of the fish and the strange calm that filled the rooms. There was even a “quiet tent” set up for anyone who needed a break. I understood why. If I had another encounter with that sawfish staring at me like it was judging my entire existence, I’d need it too. For a quick stop, it ended up being one of the most peaceful hours of my trip so far.
Alduien — Google review
It was nice, but honestly, $56 for adults and $38 for children is way too expensive for what you offer. There were no glow fish, no dolphins, and not even a dolphin show. For the amount you charge, at least include some impressive or unique marine life that makes the visit feel worth the money. They seriously needs to improve its exhibits or reconsider its pricing it feels more like a tourist trap than an educational experience.

The only reason why I give it a four star is because it would have been nice to see some Halal Options in Market as it had None and we had to find Cheese pizza to eat. Also bathroom could been cleaner! Overall Very Amazing and Unique Market to visit.

If you would love to visit local market as a tourist, this is the place to go! It has nice market atmosphere and I see long queue at many shops in the market by locals. It also cater both raw and ready to eat food. So you can buy beef steak to cook in your homestay or buy ready to eat food. Variety range from meat to seafood to fruits to bread to tarts to desserts and even maple syrup! Beautiful atmosphere and nice yummy food.... A nice brunch place and market!

Had a terrific time spending the day browsing St Lawrence Market. Bought an amazingly creative bouquet of flowers to brighten our hotel room. Had a delicious charcuterie lunch made from purchasing items from various vendors. Dessert was the largest berries we’ve ever seen, sweet, juicy, and delicious! Bought some pork belly to bring home after our trip. Purchased wines, a few souvenirs for our kids, generally had a nice day browsing through the enormous market. For reference I’d say it is about six times the size of Pike Place Market in Seattle.

Pretty much every visitor to Toronto knows this market. It's in a class of its own among public markets. Think about the scale, the vibe, the amazing selection and quality of products. You can even eat and drink while you shop—how great is that? On a nice day (if it's not too cold), the outdoor patio is the place to be. It's spacious, with pigeons wandering around, and another market is just across the street. Picture this: you're eating a lobster roll or pasta, feeding the pigeons, enjoying the scenery, and chatting with friends. What a fantastic scene!

A nice place to visit, lots of options for fancy goods, food particularly seafoods, meats, cheese, backed delicacies, sweets and farm produce. Liked the bright, happy vibe and roaming carefree environment. It was Christmas buying time, it added colourfulness. Good for buying souvenirs too.

Wonderful experience of the oldest market in Canada! There was a booth that has been there since before Canadas birth! The main floor is where fresh food is sold. The lower level has all the international flavours… will visit again. Lively atmosphere… need sitting area in winter. Has a mini-museum in lowest level where the jail used to be.

Possibly the best market in downtown Toronto. Full of fresh and unique items. A really great peameal bacon sandwich. Fresh coffee. Fresh seafood, including sushi and pickled herring. If only it opened earlier

The Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto is a must-visit for hockey enthusiasts. It houses an extensive collection of hockey memorabilia, including famous gear and the prestigious Stanley Cup. As Canada's national sport, ice hockey has deep cultural roots in the country, and this museum serves as a sanctuary for fans to immerse themselves in the sport's history. Visitors can explore exhibits paying tribute to iconic players, watch videos showcasing legendary moments, and gain insight into the game's evolution over the years.
A must-visit in Toronto! The Hockey Hall of Fame is impressive for both die-hard fans and those just discovering the sport. You can get up close to the Stanley Cup, see historic memorabilia, and enjoy very well-designed interactive exhibits. You truly feel the passion of Canadian hockey. A memorable experience I highly recommend!

We had a fantastic visit to the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto. An absolute must for any hockey enthusiast or even casual sports fans. The exhibits are world-class, rich with history, and beautifully curated. Standing in front of the Stanley Cup and exploring the interactive displays was a highlight. The only disappointment was that the theatre was closed for a private function, which we only discovered after purchasing our tickets. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand. Overall, the experience was outstanding, and we highly recommend the Hockey Hall of Fame for an unforgettable glimpse into the sport’s greatest moments.

I'm not a massive hockey fan, but this museum was a great way to spend about 2-3 hours. Every gallery is filled with history, epic moments and team superstars. Jerseys covered hallway cabinets and screens showing the best plays were everywhere. I'm sure if your a hockey fan, you'd enjoy it even more. They also had a fairly large gift shop, with lots of NHL merchandise. My favourite section was definitely the hall of masks.

I spent all day here, from opening to close…to give a hint at how much I loved it here. Unlike the baseball and football halls of fame, which feel stuff, self-important, and frankly boring, the Hockey Hall of Fame is bright, vibrant, with loads of ways to explore and interact within the museum thanks to QR codes and “quests” to complete. See Rocket Richard’s 500th goal puck? Scan to QR code to watch the goal! Find a cool artifact and want to learn more? You can watch the conservator talk more about it. Beyond the 100+ year history of hockey as a sport and the NHL in general are also games where you can shoot a foam puck on goalies…or become a goalie yourself! And I haven’t yet gotten to the Great Hall, a former bank turned into a stunningly gorgeous “cathedral to hockey”, with the famous Stanley Cup and other trophies. The old bank vault now holds the most historic of treasures, a fun touch! Absolutely anyone can come in here and have fun. NOTE: the HHOF is in the basement of the Brookfield Building. There are signs all over telling you how to get to the entrance (but you will head downstairs). When you buy your ticket, your hand gets stamped for reentry…the basement of Brookfield Building has a food court with well over a dozen stalls, perfect for lunch or a snack.

It’s not getting any better then this. I’ve you like, watched, played or heard about it. Go there and experience this awesome collection of memorable. It’s interactive and so so nice. Shot pucks or watch the Stanley cup and all the other trophies, a wall of goalie masks and a full lockerroom

I’ve been coming here since I was young, and it never disappoints. There’s so much to do and see, with an incredible amount of hockey history on display. The interactive section with shooting and goalie saves is a blast—always a hit with kids, and big kids like me! The gift shop is awesome, full of memorabilia and souvenirs for hockey fans. This is an absolute must-visit for any hockey fan!

I visited the Hockey Hall of Fame last week during a day off in downtown Toronto, and it honestly surprised me in the best way. I’m not even the biggest hockey expert, but the place pulls you in immediately. The moment you walk in, you’re surrounded by historic jerseys, sticks, and stories from different eras of the sport. The layout is easy to follow, and the staff are friendly without being overbearing. One of my favourite parts was the interactive area. The goalie simulation is harder than it looks—I missed more shots than I care to admit, but it was fun and made the experience feel more lively, not just like looking at displays. The Stanley Cup vault was another highlight. Seeing the original bowl and all the engravings up close felt special, especially if you’ve only ever seen the Cup on TV. The building itself is beautiful. The old bank architecture mixed with the modern exhibits gives it a unique charm. I also appreciated how clean and well-kept everything was, even on a busy afternoon. There’s a small shop on the way out with decent souvenirs. Prices are typical for tourist spots, but nothing outrageous. Location-wise, it’s super convenient—right near Union Station and surrounded by plenty of food options. I spent about two hours inside, but you can easily stay longer if you’re a hardcore fan. Overall, whether you love hockey or just want a memorable Toronto experience, it’s absolutely worth the visit.

Very nice experience, worth the price if you are a fan of professional hockey. I removed a star because I was hoping for more hockey history outside professional organized play. I also think there should be way more seating spots since there is so much to read and many people were older and visibly tired. I still appreciated the visit a lot.
