I typically love a classic juicy greasy burger joint. But this was bad. $17.50 for a bacon burger and sweet potato fries. My wife got the Mormon burger with onions rings. Nasty! Meat is pretty tasteless. Onion rings were mostly bread and tasted like old grease. Same for sweet potato fries. Kitchen or perhaps the waitress messed up the order. I ordered my burger with no onion. and I was served the Onion rings not fries and my bread soaked up all that nasty onion grease Don't waste your $ here. And the $6.32 in VA Meal tax and fees. " yall get better "

Greeted immediately and staff very friendly. Food came out quickly we got a Cheeseburger onion rings, triple grilled cheese and tater tots . Everything was excellent and the decor is classic retro diner. We will definitely be going back.

This was our first visit and we will be back for many more. The food was excellent! I really appreciate them keeping to the original layout of the restaurant. It adds so much to the experience. They also offer turkey and veggie burgers which can be substituted for any menu item instead of beef. The food came out quickly and made fresh. Great place!

Great historic diner that opened in 1942. What a blast from the past. Love nostalgic places like this and the food did not disappoint. Everything cooked to perfection and flavorful. Our server was extremely efficient and friendly. Just an all-around great place. We're definitely go back when in town and try something new.

Absolutely the best Reuben I've EVER had. The sauerkraut wasn't too overpowering, which can ruin a Reuben very quickly. Also, wasn't greasy at all, which also can ruin them for me. Exceptional quality and taste! Highly recommend you try it if you haven't!

Excellent option for old time diner feel. Reuben was delicious. We also tried the Parmesan fries and onion rings. Shakes flavors seem to be endless. The rootbeer float shake and the chocolate mint were two tried. We also had a cherry berry float which was delicious. The service was outstanding and it was fun to watch the food get prepared. There is seating on stools at the counter along with booths and some tables outside.

Absolutely delicious. Prices seemed high for a burger joint but quality is unmatched so extremely worth it. I'll be back soon for sure.

In Bristol passing through for a hike day. Started my morning here. Great, fast, friendly service even when it was busy! They hand delivered my order outside where I sat at the picnic tables. So many delicious desserts and my favorite was the sausage, egg, and cheese hot sandwich.

Blackbird Bakery in Bristol is an outstanding spot for anyone who enjoys fresh, flavorful pastries. From the moment you walk in, the warm and lively atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The indoor seating is comfortable and inviting, creating the perfect place to sit back and enjoy something sweet. The pastry selection is incredible, offering just about every type of treat you can imagine. From doughnuts to custom creations, each item is beautifully made and full of flavor. Everything tastes fresh and prepared with care. Service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made the experience even better. The only issue worth mentioning is the location. The traffic flow around the bakery can be tricky, making it a bit of a hit or miss situation when trying to get in or out. What a great spot to stop before continuing our trip, beautiful environment and lot of sweet choices. Don’t get overwhelmed by the options, the Greek and Bacon quiche are really good savory choices. But my favorite was the Dream Cake, I tried the pumpkin flavor, it was great!

If you are ever in Bristol, this is a must! On my way through Bristol, I always have to stop at this bakery. My favorite bakery! The donuts are so delicious. My fave is the white cream filled donut. It never disappoints. So fresh and full of delicious sweet cream. Plan on gaining a few pounds just walking in the place. 😂 The atmosphere reminds me of a vintage coffee shop that you would see in a big city. Love this place. It is a good thing that I don’t live in Bristol or I would be in trouble.

Such a warm and cozy place. The people are truly friendly and make you feel at home. There donuts and other yummy treats are some of the best we have ever had. They are worth the trip back up to Bristol to just there donuts alone, and I have not even got started on how amazing there coffees are!

Absolutely love this place. I made the mistake last year of checking it out after the smaller one didn't have what I was looking for. They gave me address and I've been visiting the main store since. There's not much I've tried that I don't care for other than the donuts but I'm picky when it comes to them. The crepe is absolutely amazing. They have several choices for filling as well as fruit. If you haven't been in your in the neighborhood I suggest giving it a try. The breads and all the treats are so good and the service is well above average. I mean even then the lines out the door and around the block the employees always have smiles on their faces. I'm pictures I have bird bites. I got the pepperoni and cheese ones, there's also a crepe a few slices of dream cake and lol a donut. (First time trying this donut can't tell you how it is haven't eaten yet but it's a cake donut)

Wow it's all I can say! All of the desserts looked top-notch. Sorry I don't have any pictures to post I should have taking pictures of the strawberry cake 🎂 before I ate it. If you're ever in Bristol this is a must stop for satisfying your sweet tooth your coffee fix and a nice funky little vibe! ❤️❤️📚☕

620 State will continue to be my favorite sushi spot! I have moved out of the area and me and my husband visit every time we are in town. It’s always on point and delicious. Service is great!

Great early dinner in Bristol, VA with fabulous server Madeline. Beautiful indoor and outdoor seating, huge bar with extensive choice of cocktails. We shared “first date” calamari, Szechuan beef stir fry for my husband, grilled salmon, cheese grits and asparagus for me. Desserts were lava cake and ice cream, and turtle cheesecake. 5 stars, for food and ambiance, but mostly because of Madeline’s attention, suggestions, and kindness. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went here for anniversary dinner. Great atmosphere, great service! The food was cooked and seasoned perfectly and the combo asian american menu balanced each other well. We had steaks, and fresh sushi which was on point! The price was affordable. If you are in Bristol definitely stop here.

I’ve traveled much of the world, and never have I had such a delicious cheeseburger as the one I had Friday night at 620 State restaurant! It was cooked to perfection (medium rare as requested), was super juicy, and the seasonings made it taste amazing! I skipped the bacon, but the flavor was definitely still there! The server was also prompt, friendly, and attentive!

Today was my first time eating at 620 State even though I have eaten at several other of the Stir Fry Group restaurants numerous times, so I had high expectations and I was not disappointed. I had the blackened salmon with mashed potatoes. It was delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly medium and the pico and avocado which topped the salmon was fresh and tasty. Service was excellent and my glass never got empty. It was a flawless dining experience.

Definitely the host in that place no have service , no welcoming, no smile , no say any word , he was long face and sad because he is the first experience that you have in that beautiful place Bonus waiter was very good

We sat outside and enjoyed our dinner! We ate the 620 sushi roll, rainbow roll,and crunchy shrimp roll! All were amazing! On Wednesday they have select wines for 6$ per glass! I enjoyed a nice glass of Josh cellars cabernet! Beautiful restaurant inside and nice street view on patio!

Passing through the town found this place a great choice. Locals go there from the looks of it at the lunch hour.. It was a great choice too! The food was very good... So if you in the area passing through on I -81 in Bristol you mite want to go to the place you will not be sorry...

Waited a long time for food at lunch. Server was apologetic. My daughter's pizza was good, but my chicken breast was dry. Brussel sprouts tasted like they they just put the balsamic vinegar on it after cooked. Salad was good

Went for lunch with very few customers. Waited an unusually long time for a grinder and sandwich, at least 15 but probably 20 minutes. The waitress was great but she can only bring what’s put out by the kitchen. While the food was good nothing wowed us. The prices were fair, not cheap or expensive. The restaurant is nicely decorated. We drive past Bristol monthly and had been wanting to try this place for a while, glad we did.

Ordered dinner while in town for a conference. I used DoorDash and it arrived sooner than expected which was great because I was starving! What I recieved was all amazing, the greek chicken, sweet potatoes and black beans. I was disappointed I didn't get the gluten free key lime pie I ordered and not sure if it was an issue on the resturants end or with the DoorDasher. DoorDash is offering me a refund for it since it was missing. Other than that, I'd definitely eat here again and hope to try the pie one day because I've heard so many good reviews on it.

The place is cool looking, the staff seem nice. The food is bland. As you can see the salmon is not a half pound filet. The price seemed rather high as well. The asparagus was burnt and chewy.

Both servers took great care of me. I sat alone!! The food was great. I had never been. I enjoyed all the food I got here both times.

Frommagio Pizza was delicious. Asparagus was delicious. Brussel sprouts were delicious. Service was a little slow. There was a line to pay at the dessert counter. But the food and the restaurant are pretty amazing!

Delicious food with some unique twists! We love to try shrimp and grits wherever we go and these were at the top of my list! Creamy grits and fresh shrimp...yum! My husband said his trout was very good. I highly recommend the cornbread made with blue cornmeal. Our server was fantastic... excellent overall!

Breakfast: Omelet was outstanding! Potatoes perfect! Coffee ok. Dinner: trout was spectacular and seasoned without being overwhelming, Filet perfectly done. The staff at Vivien’s were wonderful and so kind! One thing I would add; with the average cost per menu item, I would expect dinners to be served with a small salad before the main course. Something to consider.

I've been here twice so far for breakfast, and each time, all aspects have been on point. Great and attentive service and very fresh and delicious food. The first time, I went in for the basic Bristol Starter (eggs, meat toast, etc) but was instead talked into a limited pastrami hash they had made, and it was a wonderful recommendation. The next time, I did try the basics, and they were also fantastic. You'll pay a little for atmosphere and quality, but trust me, it's worth it.

We had the special of the rangoons and the trout dip for an appetizer. The shrimp and grits for the meal. The food an and service were great and the atmosphere was very pleasant. It was nice to have an upscale meal without having to leave the hotel. Great job Vivians.

We had a fantastic brunch. We were seated promptly, checked on well by the waitress, and the food was great. We had the deviled eggs, lox, and huevos rancheros. The restaurant is small and can get loud if crowded, so be aware of that.

A lovely establishment with a friendly and helpful staff. My family and I were taking a long road trip and stopped here for dinner. The servers made us feel very welcome and treated my children excellently, even though this is clearly a higher class establishment. The portions were large and the food is clearly quality. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on the food is that it may be just a little too high class for some people. The dishes are complex and that may be a little bit too much for some people, like me.

My wife and I recently visited J Frank after hearing great things and having it on our list for a while. We made the short trip to Bristol with high expectations, and while there were certainly highlights, the overall experience was a bit underwhelming. We started with the trout dip, which was delicious and easily the standout dish of the evening for me. The cocktails were decent—not exceptional, but still enjoyable. For my entrée, I ordered the 14 oz. New York strip, which came with a Caesar salad and duck fat roasted potatoes. Unfortunately, the Caesar salad was surprisingly basic, lacking the depth of flavor I typically expect from a fine dining establishment. The steak itself was overcooked and didn’t carry the richness or seasoning I had hoped for. On a more positive note, the potatoes were excellent—crispy, flavorful, and well-prepared. My wife chose the sirloin and crab cake entrée with creamed corn. Her sirloin was cooked beautifully and packed with flavor—she considered it the highlight of her meal. However, the creamed corn had an overpowering nutmeg flavor that didn’t quite work for her palate. For dessert, I ordered the crème brûlée. It was good, though at a $10 price point, it didn’t quite stand out in the way we hoped. Overall, our experience was good but fell short of the elevated expectations we had going in. That said, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was charming and well-executed. While it may not become a regular spot for us, we wouldn’t rule out giving J Frank another try in the future.

The restaurant used to be one of the top restaurants in the Bristol Tennessee area but has morphed into a sad excuse for a culinary escape. Yes, we know food costs have risen and covid interrupted the supply chain. However, the level of quality should not diminish. The previous two times we came here the rack of lamb was served almost raw. The sauce placed on the lamb was atrocious. So we decided to give it one more chance. My wife ordered the oyster rockefellers, which were dry, but more importantly burnt. They were sent back. The side salad was good. She had the salmon special, stuffed with crab which she enjoyed. The salmon was perfectly cooked and moist. I had the panko crusted rainbow trout with the butter sauce and capers on the side. My side dish was potatoes cooked in duck fat which was also good. The rainbow trout was prepared correctly, but the sauce lacked a little consistency in terms of thickness and flavor. Over the last two years, the menu has shrunk down in terms of the number of appetizers and main dishes. In other words, what used to be something of an event going to J Frank, is no longer special.

The food was SOOOOO GOOD! If you are looking for a fine dining spot, this is it! The crab cakes were delicious, drinks were 🔥, cake and oscar were phenomenal alomg with the special beef wellington. Go feed you body, mind, and soul and go there!

This is a must eat at place if you’re local or traveling through. The atmosphere is very cozy and the way the place is laid out is very unique. The homemade dressings on the salads were delicious, the dry aged steak was the best I’ve ever had and the sides are fantastic. The service was very good, the waitress we had was very attentive. The chocolate cake really topped off an amazing meal. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu!

Absolutely incredible dining experience. Staff was super friendly, baked Brie was amazing. Filet was so tender I could cut it with my fork. The rolls and infused butter was so yummy. Amazing cocktails and unique dining decor. Taking this old house and turning it into such an amazing place was a great idea. Definitely worth the drive to Bristol.

I love this place! We have been going the last few years for New Year's Eve or day. This year we did dinner and it was delicious!!! Everything was spot on! He had the Sea bass and I had the 5 oz filet, and both were just incredible. The appetizer of oysters Rockefeller didn't disappoint either. Even the photos came out delicious! It is a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it. Bonus; the atmosphere is classic & adorable, especially around the holidays. Just a fantastic experience all the way around. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

J Frank has a charming atmosphere, but the food wasn’t as good as we expected and not hot. The service was inconsistent, sometimes our server was right there and then they ended up making drinks at the bar for a bit. There is potential for a better experience, ours just wasn’t great.

It was a bit pricey .... However, the food was good. I had burnt ends and rib platter w/fried corn in butter brown sugar rub and collard greens. I will say the ribs and the collards were by far the best on the platter. Environment's got a cool blues type of vibe with blues music in the background playing and a lot of different paraphernalia as you'll see by the pictures. If you're ever in Bristol I would definitely recommend stopping in. The food and the experience are well worth it. Thanks for such friendly service and good food!

We stopped in on a whim after hearing the live music walking by and had a wonderful time. The music (Jason Lloyd & Mike) was great, the staff friendly, and the barbeque was excellent. I really enjoyed my player with burnt ends and pulled pork - the recommended fried corn was super tasty as well. Seemed popular with lots of locals. Will definitely return next time we're in town!

Overall terrible experience. Hell, my infants bath water is warmer than the food we were served…. We had to ask for a highchair 3 times, my husband ended up going outside to find one while the girl at the counter went back and forth between the front counter and the kitchen talking with coworkers. I overheard the conversation between the waitress and cook about the cheese on my burger. “What is that cheese? Wait no… leave it like that! *the girl laughs* ” spent $82 and couldn’t even eat the majority of the food. First time at Delta Blues and it also be our last.

This may be unpopular opinion but the BBQ was mids at best. We shared the 5 meat platter. Sausage was good. Brisket, Burnt ends, and pulled chicken was all mediocre. Ribs were not good. Beans weren't good. Mac n Cheese. 3 stars. Was cold in middle. ( not worth the up charge, especially when " the fryers are down " and options for sides were limited. And 2 small pieces of toast? I hope this is not really " the best bbq in town " And the fountain soda was all kind of flat. Definitely order something in a can.

Wow! I'm not a fan of BBQ but the reviews said have lunch here and I'm SO happy we did. The pulled chicken was the best I've ever had, same with the pulled pork. But the collards yall, the collards were out of this world! Service was at the counter with a smile and I'll also say the Mac and cheese was 🔝 as well!

wish we lived in Bristol for this bbq. we stopped for gas and lunch driving home from Nashville...delta blues was a premium choice. ordered a 2 meat combo w 2 sides to share, sausage & brisket w baked beans& slaw- everything was outstanding ( that seldomly happens especially w BBQ!) we grabbed a Togo box ultimately eating on the back patio. the interior was blues music decor & atmosphere & inviting. if only we could live close by!!!

Excellent BBQ with good atmosphere and vibe along with pretty decent prices. They have really unique specials like on Cajun Tuesday you can get Cajun shrimp, oysters, and even alligator. The staff was super friendly. They could use more dessert options but otherwise this place is great! You should have no qualms coming here!

This was our 1st time there and we just happened to be near by at the escape and wanted dinner after. When we entered there was a couple there starting to play live music which was nice and a change of pace. The food was excellent. I will say they seem way understaffed as far as waitresses go. It was a full house with only 3 waitresses that I seen the whole time. They were doing their best but with so many people it was hard to keep up. We would definitely give it another go next time we visit. It's worth a chance just for the food and entertainment.

I bumped them up on atmosphere because I asked the waiter to turn it down a hair and they did right away, it sounds a lot better now. food is still delicious, service is really good. *** in response to your reply, I said the food was delicious, so it's not that you didn't make me happy, although I might suggest you hold off on karaoke until 8:00 p.m. or later. Maybe allow people a chance to eat their dinner in a pleasant atmosphere, because sorry but the truth is, not everybody has a million dollar voice. OR you could turn it down just a hair, as it was very loud and I listen to my music loud, so it was obnoxiously loud, my dinner date does not like loud noise and it was even worse for him, so if you truly care about what your customers think, you will appreciate my honest feedback, and that I have stated four times now, your food is delicious. It's just too bad from your response I can't tell if you're being facetious or sincere. So not sure I will return. There's a lot of good places to eat in Bristol, that's for sure. 🤘🏼😉

Stopped here to get some Fried Green Tomatoes and a Black & Bleu burger with fries. The Fried Green Tomatoes came with Pimento Cheese Spread and I'm not totally convinced they went well together. The Black & Bleu burger sorta just fell apart, and I had to resort to using utensils to continue eating. Not a big deal, just not what I was looking for. It was pretty slow in there, and there was a live sports podscast going on. A family of 8 celebrated their toddler's birthday, and about 4 of some friends of the waitress came in for wings. Nice atmosphere with a view of State Street. I'll go back and try something else, but for me it's not anything I'll be craving.

Visited Stateline Grill for the first time in a long time and it was quite good. For an appetizer, we had the fried pickle chips and they really hit the spot. The burger was very good and the veggie Quesadilla was extremely tasty and surprisingly filling. Service was very good and the staff were attentive and friendly. Please give me a thumbs up if this helped you.

Was in town for a concert and walked down the street for dinner, had a seat outside and enjoyed people watching while enjoying the weather and great food and drinks the server's where very friendly and personal food was great would definitely recommend.

Best bar and grill in Bristol! The staff here goes out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. The food is excellent. I've been here many, many times and never gotten anything we didn't like. Chicken tenders are first class, the quesadillas, delicious! We Love this place! Would definitely recommend for the best State Street experience.

Wow! I live no where near here but I’d still say this is my new favorite restaurant. The interior decor and music were totally my style for a brunch place. (I gathered inspiration for my therapy office actually! lol) Our server Kristen was great. She helped me make decisions on what to get with a vegan diet and promptly answered any questions I had. And the for purpose of offering all the praise I can (not that I was looking for any of the qualities, but I’d love for her and management to see just how impressed I was!): she had great positive energy, described the specials with sufficient details, was efficient, attentive, personable, friendly, well groomed… all the great traits of a server that make an experience 👌🏻👌🏻 This is the breakfast bowl turned vegan and I actually loved it. Most times I order something like this at places it’s super greasy and not too flavorful. I don’t know how they cooked this but it was great!!! A lighter oil with a packed flavor. Delicious. My husband loved his cherry limeade cider and check out this presentation of the ginger fizz.

Amazing atmosphere and dining experience. Hostess was very welcoming. Waitress was very kind and attentive. My guest and I tried the beet salad and the veggie panini and both were excellent. They offer breakfast and lunch options along with a variety of drinks and dessert options. There is a bar area if you would like to seat yourself there. If there is no parking on the street there is a side parking lot that is free specifically for the restaurant.

Spacious cafe/restaurant. Sandwiches were delicious! They also had a small selection of beer. Staff were experienced. Cool atmosphere. 100% will return!

We went for brunch on Saturday. The food was good. I tried to order a breakfast bowl with grilled chicken as a protein but was told I couldn't do that. So I ended up getting a garden salad, adding grilled chicken as a protein. I'm not sure why I could get grilled chicken with my salad but not on the breakfast bowl.

** Additional update: New location is beautiful and good is even a step up if possible!! YUM! Excellent service and the food quality is so good!! I had the biscuit and gravy and I "hooked it up" (according to menu) w chicken and an over medium egg. Crazy good! My friend had an excellent omelette and cheesy grits that were the lightest I've ever had. Their latte is amazing too. I cannot wait to go for dinner! 🤞 Wonderful quality! The quiche and all salad is fresh and fast. Cuban coffee is to die for! We had the egg sandwich w goat cheese this time and it was perfect. Updated: Visited the new, expanded location just across the street from their old location. Wonderful service and quality!! Can't wait to try dinner service. We had a taste of the mini biscuits and jelly from the chef. Then my husband got the burger which was great! Loaded w cheese and bacon and an egg on a bakery bun. I got the Lettuce wraps with pork belly and collard kimchi. Yum! Wish they gave a bigger serving of the kimchi! Highly recommend.

The food is delicious, the coffee is wonderful, the atmosphere in their new space is refreshing, and the employees are so nice. I am so proud of the owner Em, her brother Josh, and the entire team for creating such a beautiful restaurant in the heart of our downtown. I have always tried to visit Bloom at least once a month since they planted roots in 2017, and it has been rewarding to see it blossom into something so amazing. We love Bloom! (P.S. Get the fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese if they’re on the menu when you go!)

A fun little spot in the middle of small town Bristol, VA. We came from out of town for a wedding and was looking for a brunch spot, and this was it. They have a lot of great food, and perfect for anyone looking for gluten free options, hard to find in a small town! Their menu was labeled and servers double checked when I had questions. So good we even went back a second day. They were out of the gluten free bread, so substituted with Cauliflower Naan, really good as well! All of their desserts are gluten free too!

If you're ISO great BBQ, you found it. If you're looking for from scratch, high-quality cooking and smoking - you found it. Absolutely incredible food, kind people, relaxing vibe - couldn't have asked for a more perfect lunch! Don't sleep on this spot!

We stopped in while we were traveling thru from Chattanooga, TN. The food was incredible. I ordered the pulled pork with mac and cheese. It was delicious! The owner was super friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend this spot! Support small businesses.

We were on our last "push" to get home and thos came up with a bunch of stars. Home cooked everything. I got ribs. Greens and cole slaw. Wish I didn't live 400 miles away. Would love to sample more

Great screened in porch with the smell of slow smoked barbeque wafting through the air. Got pulled pork and Mac and cheese with coleslaw. Rob had same with a side of sliced pork. Peaceful place off the highway. Staff very welcoming. Lovely day traveling north and stopped for late lunch. The very best of real smoked barbeque. They specialize in their own homemade sauces and dry rubs too.

Everything about this place was amazing food staff and we will be back next time we come through.

A Bristol MUST! Hands down the best food. What an incredible and unique experience. Owner was super friendly, the guy running the Smoker greeted us as we walked from the parking lot. Menu was incredible, we got one chicken and one brisket taco, a Cuban sandwich and a side of Mac n cheese. He told us to head to the greenhouse and we weren’t really expecting an actual greenhouse. It was heated, super cool decor and had a big long row of tables. Then the food came WOW!!!! First of all the Mac n cheese is unlike anything I’ve ever had. The tastiest! The Cuban was incredible and mouth watering. Tacos were so yummy and fresh. Everything was made fresh to order. From now on this is the only place we’re going to eat at when we visit the area.

It doesn't get any fresher than this. We had the Tacos, Chicken salad sandwich with potato salad and spicy pickles. All homemade and delicious 😋 Great staff and Matt was extremely nice. Best chicken salad I've ever had at any restaurant. Even got the bbq to take home!!

First time diner at the Bistro on 6th. The overall vibe was kinda cool and laid back, and our server, Sophie, was friendly and welcoming. The food was hit and miss. I had the champagne pork (hit), which was quite tasty, and the presentation was nice. However, my date's dish, the Bistro Burger (miss), was not what you would expect at a restaurant that presents themselves as an upscale bistro. The meat was lackluster, the toppings were ok (pickled red onions were a nice touch), and the bun, while light and airy (clearly not commercially produced), quickly became mushy and flat due to the juices from the ingredients. The fries were nicely done, crispy and hot with the just right amount of seasoning. His soup, the tomato bisque, had an outstanding flavor, but could have been smoother (for a bisque, it was too chunky). The impression we walked away with was that the person in the kitchen is more of a cook than a chef. While nothing wrong with that, it certainly did not support the upscale bistro facade. All in all, I would recommend going there for the entrees, as there is a nice selection to choose from, rather than the $17 burger.

This place has a very quaint appearance. The food was great. The staff are very friendly and super efficient. The pickle board appetizer was awesome. But wouldn't pair it with the shrimp and grits. The saltiness of the pickles are a bit much when combined with the salty Creole. AGAIN. Both are great. Just not together. Only negative was the bourbon prices. We do look forward to a return visit. Samarah, one of our servers, was awesome.

Yum!! We stopped here for lunch based on reviews and our meal was delicious. The chicken wrap and salmon salad were things we were order again. Definitely suggest this place. Service was excellent!

Wonderful little restaurant in downtown Bristol, nice employees, very good food. My wife is celiac and had the roasted beets and enjoyed them. I had Philly cheesteak. Excellent and unique as it’s served on Cuban bread. A worthwhile stop in a historic part of town. We brought our dog and dined on sidewalk outside. Was fine.

Had a nice meal before a show at the Paramount nearby. We started with the blood orange old fashioned and they were good, not sure $16 good, but good. The pickle plate was really good. My wife has shrimp and grits and it was good. I had the steamed mussels, and while they were good, they were covered in tomatoes, which there was no mention of on the menu, the Old Bay version mentioned tomatoes, so you can imagine my surprise when the other one had them. We were able to move them to my wife’s plate. We had one other issue they solved quickly. In general, a good place, good service and good food, just a couple of easily fixable issues.

We got in an hour before they closed. Not only did they get our order in quick (and it was AMAZING), Alyssa recommended the whiskey (Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel Finish) for the meal and WHOA. Please come here of you can.

Went for brunch and had the best experience. I ordered one of the best espresso martinis that I’ve ever had! It was so smooth and creamy I loved the added cocoa on top. The muffins were so good. I had the usual. It seems very simple but everything was great. I will definitely be back! The only downside is that it can get a little smoky in there since it’s an open kitchen.

Immediately you know it’s going to be delicious when the chef is cooking in front of you. Seasonal menu of small, tapas-style plates to share, as well as larger “dinner” sized portions. We got the cornbread to start and split a large platter of jerk chicken and side of the Parmesan grit fries, and it fed 2 adults just fine. Even for a Saturday night, it wasn’t noisy, which made the ambiance ideal for a date night. Our server was attentive but didn’t awkwardly hover. Can’t wait to go back for the next seasonal options!

I came here for a Sunday brunch. All you can eat buffet and it was outstanding. Food was great. Great drinks menu. Craziest Bloody Mary I’ve ever seen. Came for dinner later. So so good. Innovative delicious menu! Follow up: came for brunch and they just kept bringing us more and more delicious food! It seemed like I was cheating the system. The biscuits and gravy are delicious. And the homemade hot sauce is wonderful on the fried chicken. This place is heavenly

The food was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was very unique. However, our waitress was overloaded by waiting tables and making drinks at the bar. It took longer than expected to get our food. I will definitely try again with hopes of better service.

Phenomenal experience with my family (party of 5) on a Saturday at 6:30 pm. Chef T immediately spoke with us, and the great service began. The menu was different, which we loved as there was something for everyone. The oysters Rockefeller and cornbread appetizers were great. The cocktails were really tasty, and we recommend trying the Adam and Eve. For entrees, we enjoyed a selection of the duck lasagna, prime rib, fish n grits, and jerk chicken. All had great flavor and were prepared perfectly! Can't get over how friendly and interactive of an experience we had. Chef T checked back on us several times, sharing knowledge, stories, and smiles. The staff were attentive and location easily accessible. If you get a chance, go check them out!!

We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. We had a reservation, so there was not a wait. This being our first time dining here, we ordered more than we could eat. The food was absolutely delicious! We travel to Jamaica regularly and know what to expect...the Jerk chicken tacos were actually better at Union 41 than in Jamaica! Please keep the Sunday Supper wontons as a regular item on the menu. Chef T thanked us for visiting her restaurant, and we had a brief conversation. We will definitely return and become regulars. What a happy serendipitous occasion! Our dinner plans fell through and we chose this place because of the close proximity to the Country Music Museum. We had a show there and so we rushed in to eat beforehand, not realizing the magnitude of that fateful decision! Accepting a comfy seat at the "bar", imagine my delight to see Chef T working away! I had the most joyful occasion to eat a heavenly brunch prepared by her in Roanoke once and I never forgot it. I couldn't wait to order. We had crab beignets first - so delicately crispy and divine. I chose the pigx3 and that pork changed my life. It was fried on the outside, which gave it the perfect light crunch but the meat was incredibly moist (I said it) and tender. The cornbread stuffed squash was yummy and the soup beans were simply perfect. One friend chose the blackened fish, the whole fish and nothing but the fish, and one chose the tacos. Both were fabulous. I've never seen fish that flaked off the bone and melted in your mouth like that crispy little guy! We didn't save room for dessert but we did it anyway. Banana pudding was misleading because of the plantains... Did it matter? Absolutely not - only to make it that much more scrumptious. The rum cake we ate after our show and it was still delicious. (I was afraid to try the cereal milk ice cream.) Everything was so much better than we hoped. At one point I expressed my undying love for chef T, purely on a culinary level, mind you. I loved the service here as well. Everyone working behind the "bar" and our waitress seemed genuinely happy to be there. They all go out of their way to give you a great experience. We appreciated their sensitivity to our time schedule and how friendly everyone was. We can't wait to go again! Thank you so much, Chef T and everyone working!

My husband, friends, and I had a fantastic morning at Southern Craft! We snagged a table outside on the patio, and it was the perfect way to start the day. The manager was super friendly and knowledgeable, sharing guest favorites and helping us navigate the menu. *The Food:* - I devoured the banana pudding French toast - it was love at first bite! 🍞️ The real banana slices, banana pudding, and nilla wafer crumbs were a match made in heaven. - My husband's hog and home fries were a highlight, with candied bacon, regular bacon, and smoked pork belly. The fire apple aioli on the side added a nice kick! 🔥 - The house-baked blackberry muffin was a showstopper - massive, moist, and topped with cream, honey butter, and blackberry jam. We all fought over the last bites! 🥧 *The Service:* - Our server was top-notch - attentive, friendly, and made sure our drinks were always full. *The Verdict:* We'll definitely be back for more of Southern Craft's delicious breakfast dishes! As a family that smokes our own food regularly, my hopes weren’t high for this place. We have been disappointed more than once with BBQ spots … well we are SOOOO glad we gave it a shot. We got the “Butchers Block”. It comes with all the meats and four large sides. We got the potato salad, pepper jack grits, fried okra, macaroni and cheese.. and added tots. Let me tell you, that was an IMMENSE amount of food. We had three adults and two kids… and left with almost as much as we ate. I think you could easily share this amongst two families with ease. Everything was delicious. My favorites were the burnt ends, pulled pork, and pepper jack grits. We will 100% be back. Highly recommend.

We split the burnt ends, sliced turkey and pulled pork! Cole slaw, beans and sweet potato casserole. Also the corn bread skillet. Everything was amazing. We had a lot of great meals in Bristol but this was the best. Great atmosphere and location. The turkey was the best ever!!! Sauces are all great and the Amber beer was spot on.

Happened to be in Bristol , so I stopped in for lunch . I just missed the lunch crowd, the place was nice and quiet. The service was nice . I went for the 3 meat sampler . The ribs were nice ,the pulled pork was good and I really enjoyed the turkey. I also enjoyed the sides You Definitely won't be disappointed at this location.

During my stay at the Sessions Hotel, the enticing aroma of the smoking meats drew me to the restaurant for dinner one evening. I decided to sit at the bar, where the bartender was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The menu was filled with an array of intriguing and appetizing options, making it difficult to choose. Relying on the bartender's recommendations turned out to be a fantastic decision, as her suggestions were spot on. I wanted to sample a variety of their meats, and upon her recommendation, I ordered the three-meat platter which included wings, sausage, and brisket, accompanied by three sides: cole slaw, tomato & cucumber salad, and baked beans. The wings were outstanding—perfectly smoked and lightly fried for a crisp finish, with a flavorful rub. The spicy wing sauce, which I believe had a hint of apple, added a delightful sweetness that balanced the heat. The brisket had a wonderful bark and was both flavorful and moist. Although I am not fond of smokehouses that serve "hot dog" style sausages, I found the sausage here to be quite tasty. The sides were equally impressive. The salad was packed with fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, and just the right amount of onion. The baked beans were exceptional, especially when enhanced with their Fire Water hot BBQ sauce. The cole slaw was also delicious, fitting perfectly with the BBQ theme. Additionally, I enjoyed sampling their various sauces, including the Carolina vinegar style, which I usually don't favor but found quite appealing here. Overall, it was an excellent meal, and I would definitely return.

My wife and I have gone out of our way to visit Tootie's twice over the he past year while vacationing in the area. We had dinner there once and most recently went for ice cream. My wife enjoyed a rootbeer float and I loved the Black Cherry Ice Cream. Great prices at a cute local spot. I highly recommend it!

One of our favorite spots to eat! Such a cute little local diner, we love coming here and seeing the sane faces every time! Always full of devoted regulars, and the same people working it for years. Shows you just how wonderful it is! The food is always delicious, tastes like a homecooked meal from grandma’s house! They are fast at cooking it here, and are always so kind! They keep it clean here, and the atmosphere is amazing!

Cutest little restaurant! We stopped before heading to the racetrack and got burgers. They were absolutely delicious. Fries were great. Husband even bought some of the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and they are SO soft! Highly recommend stopping!

This place is a GOLD MINE find!! Delicious cheeseburger and Onion Ring s!! Better than The Burger Bar in Bristol hands down!! Wonderful customer service very friendly and even gave me extra pickles!! Very low prices on food. definitely will be back!! You must go!!

The food was amazing! We had the Cobb salad, chicken sandwich (a must-have), great fries, and salmon tacos. We liked it so much we came back the next day for happy hour and tried the deviled eggs, hummus, and nachos. The server was a bit slow, and we didn’t care for the hummus, but overall it was a great experience with good drinks and a nice view.

Came up to the bar shortly before closing in hopes to get dinner to go. We were informed that the kitchen was closed and we asked for recommendations of nearby places. During this time they made contact with the kitchen who said they would still be able to get our food prepared for us. While we waited we enjoyed the views from the roof on a nice relaxing evening. There was live music shortly before we arrived so being earlier would make for a more lively experience as well. Service was great and all the staff we dealt with was pleasant.

The employees at this bar are all super friendly! And they host live music all the time. It's a good spot to go up and relax. Amazing views, nearly a full 360 of Bristol & the area. Plus, the view of the Appalachias in the distance is to die for.

One of our favorite places in Bristol. Beautiful scenery, great food, nice atmosphere, best service. Excellent place to watch the sunset. Menu is fairly small, but still enough options, and everything is delicious.

I wanted to find somewhere nice and local for our anniversary. I told my wife to wear a beautiful dress as I had a surprise date for her. We arrived and were told our table would be 30-35 minutes and to feel free to get drinks from the bar. After a couple of drinks each and 40 minutes later we received a text that our table was ready. We approached the hostess who told us the kitchen decided to close early and that we wouldn’t be receiving a table or served any food. Both of us being too hungry to endure another wait line decided to just go through the Dairy Queen drive through on our way back home. So much for a special anniversary date.

The fish they served in the salmon was bad. My friend is pregnant, and you can kill someone with bad fish. You shouldn’t serve bad fish, period, but especially not to a pregnant woman. We ordered something else in replacement and it took another 20+ minutes for an UPDATE on the new food’s expected arrival. We ended up leaving and half our party not even getting to eat because of how long it took, and the bill was STILL $34+ for one entree and one appetizer-each. The hummus was lacking flavor with inadequate bread to dip ratio. The burger was WAY overcooked and cut in half and put on its side with the toppings next to it?? Like? Why would you serve a burger like that? The corner of the rooftop we were seated in just randomly didn’t have any lights over it so it was super dark. Our waitress was not very attentive, even after we’d had to send food back. We had to ask for a refill on waters. Just.. don’t come here. They made it look really cute and atmospheric online, but honestly it’s just over priced, bad service, and they send the food in what looks like dog bowls because it comes all the way from the downstairs kitchen. We legit got Taco Bell instead… If that doesn’t tell you how bad this place is, I don’t know what will.

They are awesome! This was my first time coming here. I am allergic to almonds and they took great care to make sure my smoothie didn't come into contact with almonds. That's great customer service! I highly recommend them.

Everything was great except for the boyfriends standing up front hugging and kissing on each other. You know do what you want on the outside but not at the front in front of everyone. This made me and quiet a few more feel uncomfortable. The bowls are spectacular but I don't approve of the affection going on while customers were in the store. Everyone was super nice, i felt sorry for the ladies sitting being the gentleman where this was taking place. WOW! their faces were speechless. I don't judge but please take it elsewhere especially if there's customers in the store. Thank you and God bless

This smoothie shop has an adorable setup with a lot of charm. I stopped in hoping for a cold brew, but they were out of that and no recommendations were offered outside of selecting something from the fridge. I grabbed a glass bottled Coke from the fridge, but there was no opener available. When I asked to take a 360 photo, the employee said yes but seemed disengaged. So I took a photo and left with no beverage. Unsure if it was a bad day for the employee or it is just a shop primarily caters to regulars who already know the menu.

Stopped in at this smoothie shop on a road trip and definitely had a 5-star experience! The staff was friendly and patient and the menu options were extensive and hard to choose just one thing but the super smoothie I chose was delicious!

We realized there was a problem with our order when patrons seated after us were getting their meals.y companion ordered a pick 3 appetizer plate for his meal. I ordered the grilled Shrimp alfredo. I did not realize the shrimp were blackened. The manager understood our concern regarding our long wait and discounted our food order. I would really have to think hard before patronizing this establishment again

We were driving from Richmond to Knoxville, TN and were happy to see a Cheddar's! The hostess was friendly and seated our party immediately. It was the lunch hour. Our server, Ryan, was awesome and took very good care of us. He was fun and friendly. The croissants were fabulous, our food was just as we ordered and was delicious. We thought the portions for the price point were amazing. We had a lot of food! Thanks for a fun dining experience!

Eat here if you like good food and bad service. Never in my life have I spent almost 3 hours in a restaurant due to a server being so inattentive. Server came and got our drinks orders, and after about 10 minutes we got our drinks. Came back to take our order. Food took awhile but that isn’t the servers fault and it’s also lunch hour on a Sunday. Got our food, salads never came. Server said she’d be back with the salads. The salads came after we were done eating. Took another 10 minutes to get boxes. Our party was back in a corner where I could only visible our sever with one other table. There was a table right behind us that was dirty the majority of our visit. As someone who works in a corporate chain restaurant, this type of service would absolutely not be acceptable. To add the cherry on top of the cake: our server decided to add herself a $20 credit card tip when she was given $27 in cash. Had to chase her down to give her our payment in the first place so maybe she felt she deserved an extra $20 for all her sought after effort. Cheddars, do better.

Seated immediately. Ethan was very detail oriented and provided super service. Food was exactly as it should be. We had a delightful experience. We both had the Louisiana Pasta. Very deliciously seasoned.

Went there tonight with my wife and had a small mishap I'd rather not say because the service was great and the food was on point. It was funny almost exactly when the mishap happened the manager walked up and asked us how was everything and we hated saying anything but I think he could read my face lol so I said something. Again because I don't want anyone thinking it was something horrible because that's not it. It's a small thing that just happened because in a kitchen things happen. This said the manager took all the food off my bill and that's really not what I expected him to do at all! But I really appreciate that and I hope nobody was in trouble because of it!!! Cheddar's was fantastic tonight! ShaRon was fabulous, along with super helpful. Food was brought out hot, and the portions were awesome sized! Restaurant was a little dirty, (trash, visible, on all floors) but it was dinner time, so I guess that's to be expected. Overall fantastic experience

This place is a gem! We were looking for somewhere to eat while we stayed the night in Bristol on our way back to DC. If you love southern country cooking, soul food and extremely friendly people, stop here! You won’t be disappointed. The fried chicken was some of the best I’ve ever had. The fried okra was also delicious and the banana pudding blew my mind! The restaurant was homey and clean and the food was all delicious and affordable. A charming restaurant in a charming town. We’ll be back on our next trip!

Excellent customer service. The staff were quick, friendly and professional. The food was AMAZING , fall off the bone smoked ribs the barbecue sauce was something to be reckoned with. The baked Mac and cheese was the best I’ve had in a while ! Salmon patties , greens and barbecue beans flavored to perfection. And I can’t forget the fluffy cornbread. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good home cooked meal.

We visited Eatz for the first time the other night and we arrived about an hour before closing. The service was alright, but not exceptional. There were others that received their drinks before we did that came in after us. The food is wonderful though! I have zero complaints about that! The catfish is the biggest fillet I’ve ever seen! The cornbread is sweet (just like it should be) sweet tea is great, the bbq sandwich was huge and one of the best in this area! The only thing that disappointed us was they had ribs Thursday, Friday’s and Saturdays and we weren’t told about that :/ we definitely would have tried the ribs if we would have known they had them! But other than that, everything was superb! We will be back!

I remember eating here they have some of the best soul food. I wonder if they're still open? I know that it says on Google it open at 11:00 a.m. but when I went on Google maps it had an empty storefront as of late last year. I don't know if it's the same place or not.

Look at those thick-cut fresh fries! Baked Mac is best ive ever had. (Kinda sweet tasting...) Didnt know i loved collard greens (with hot sauce) til i tried them here with their cornbread.

The service is excellent. Our waiter went out of his way to take care of us. The fish and chips and chicken fingers were both very good. The homemade chips with beer cheese is also good.

My party of 6 enjoyed our time here. The service was excellent and the food came out quick and fresh. One of my guests ordered a hamburger on a gluten free bun and it came out with a regular bun. She told the server it was wrong and the server took it back to the kitchen and they made her a new one. The manager came to the table and apologized and when the food came back out they brought her another order of loaded fries also. The staff handled the mistake properly and professional. It was a great experience.

We had an overall pot experience. The live band outside was good; the restaurant was not busy. It took over an hour to get served and the food wasn’t worth the wait. The manager did give us 20% off, acknowledging the poor service.

We had an enjoyable time at this establishment. My wife and I visited here,after going to the speedway lights. I loved the old signs and cars . The food was tasty. We were there in a Tuesday night. Got a meal deal for $10 which included an entree and a side. Entree choices were 8oz sirloin, 1/2 rack baby back ribs, panko shrimp and wings. I ordered the sirloin, med. rare, baked potato with sour cream and butter, and it came with garlic toast. The steak was a nice cut and it was perfectly cooked. Rarely (no pun intended) do I say that. Neat atmosphere, neat server, very reasonable prices. I'll go back.

We pulled in at 8:30pm on a Saturday night. Not busy at all. Should’ve been our first clue. We were seated immediately, the waitresses showed up kinda quick and took our drink and appetizer order. Our one and only drinks arrived shortly after. Another 8-10 goes by and she comes back to ask what our appetizer was. We remind her and she goes away. About another 5 minutes goes by and she takes our food order. We give her our order and she is off again. We then wait almost an hour for our food. Now this would’ve been a little understandable if they were packed. But there only 5 other tables besides ours in the whole restaurant that were occupied. My son ordered the ribs that came out pretty much burnt. My daughter had ordered her steak rare but it came out well done. When informed though they did fix it right away. In the roughly hour and twenty to an hour and a half, we never received or were offered any refills. Really the only thing worth eating there was the potato skins. It had been many years since me and my wife had eaten there because it wasn’t good the last time we had visited. We decided to try it out again in hopes that they had changed. Sadly they haven’t and we won’t be returning.

We eat at Logan’s probably a few times a year. This particular one we’ve probably been to maybe 5 times. It’s about 80 miles from our house so distance being the biggest deterrent. We were there at what should be the busy time of day and there was 6 tables in use. The food was mediocre at best. There were 6 of us all eating a different meal and we all agreed that the only good thing about the entire meal was the rolls. We’ll not be eating at this location again anytime soon.

After a long long day of travel we stopped and ordered our steak and glass of wine we were craving for, and were told "we are OUT of wine". How is a restaurant out of wine? And then in additional they were OUT of our favorite Thousand Island dressing! Then our salad came.... I took one bite and our steaks were out on the table. Terrible experience. Won't be back!!!!! Only good thing was the waiter was excellent.

We had a really great dinner with a bottle of wine on a random week night while passing through. My ribeye was cooked perfectly. The Caeser salad was not the best I've ever had so I would probably not get that again. My wife got a dinner sized salad and was VERY HAPPY with the size taste and variety. The wine price was really good. The rolls were amazing. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. Parking was easy and the bathroom was clean.

Got 4 eggs, scrambled with 2 butter milk pancakes. It was delicious. Very quick, friendly and wonderful environment as well as our waitress. Recommend this as a great place to eat.

Original waitress went home sick or something. Took a while to get me back into rotation, I guess. Was offered no free rolls and my hamburger steak was a frozen, gristle laden pattie. Will not order that again Second visit was not much better (4-08-25). Bathrooms were filthy, server had no idea how the take home meals worked nor were they informed of the T-MOBILE special deal. They were friendly though. Our drinking glasses had a crust of something on the inside and out. The silverware and plates didn't seem to have the same crust. Biscuits were hot, cornbread was cold. Chicken tenders were ok. I won't order the shrimp and grits again. Flavor was ok but the shrimp were very bland and tasted as if they were cooked separately.

We enjoy crackers barrel as we are on the road. It's a sit down that is quick. We had fast good service today. Food was good as usual. And enjoyed the shopping in the gift shop alot of cute fall and winter items out.

I use to love eating the meatloaf. The past few times have shown me that they have went downhill on the quality of their food!!!

I do Cracker Barrel pretty often and it’s generally speaking very consistent. Today was unfortunately not. My chicken fried chicken was half the size of normal even though were there were two pieces there are usually two pieces and they are much larger. Fish pieces were extremely small almost like nuggets or bites if you will. Everything tasted really good, it’s just the size of entrée including the sides. They were about half of what they usually are and I ordered extra so I could take it with me and pay the extra two dollars for the side upgrade. Like I said, I’m a little disappointed, but I am still pretty much a fan of Cracker Barrel and their chicken fried chicken, and their side orders rock.

Typical Cracker Barrel meal and store. Service was fantastic after a night of driving we needed fresh, hot coffee. Just after we sat down our server brought us two hot cups of Joe. Breakfast was tasty, and filling. Ironically the eggs Benedict were not poached but easily solved with over easy eggs. I did think it was great that they had Impossible Sausage as an option. The peach French toast was tasty and the Country Boy breakfast came with a lot of food.

Consistency in their food quality is nationwide. Our server was excellent. My only negative is that the biscuits are getting smaller and you have to request extras. I guess cost reductions mean no more baskets fully loaded.

Stopped in on a road trip looking forward to the Cloud 9 wings I visit every Mellow I come across.. Ordered food and they had no wings 👎 Pizza was fresh and good, I might add the Hoagie is an impossible thing to eat without disassembly then reassembly, little too messy for my likings. Service otherwise was good she did well. But the wait was an hour and a half with 4 other people in the building.

My wife and I ate here for an early dinner. We had three appetizers from the happy hour half price menu and a calzone. Our server, Emily, was outstanding. She made great recommendations, was friendly, and kept our glasses filled! We enjoyed our visit and will go back again. Thanks!!

We discovered this chain years ago and it is always great to find one in a town we are visiting or passing through. While it isn’t either a traditional NY or Chicago style; this is probably one of the best artisan pizza chains available. We enjoyed a Great White and a Pepperoni on this visit.

It's always a good meal if garlic is involved. The Holy Shiitake pizza has become the only pizza I crave. Add in an order of cheesy spinach dip and I've got all I want. No wait to be seated but service was really slow. Our waiter also disappeared on us. Pizza was overpriced and did not have any flavor. The pretzel bites were good. The chicken wings were very tiny and had barley any meat on them. The wings came only with 3 pieces of carrots and 3 pieces of celery. Would not come back here again.

One of the best pizzas in the area. The crust is wood-fired til crispy and the toppings always seem fresh. If you don’t mind a wait, stop in for the huge beer list and and spicy beer cheese! Great service and atmosphere. If you want more than one pizza, go halfsies!

Celebrated our wedding anniversary here today! Everything was amazing! Lobster and coconut shrimp was our favorite. The sirloin was so tender and cooked just right! I recommend eating her! You will not leave hungry!

The dragon calamari was so delicious- a little spicy but I really enjoyed it. Our waiter , Logan, was extremely helpful and kind. He came back several times to check on us. I would definitely recommend coming here!

Very clean, at first we were very impressed, great service, very attentive and super quick with breadsticks and salads. This is where the glitter ends no longer all sparkly. My fettuccine alfredo was brought out so quick and the soups, I had a little person in my head saying that was too quick, no way my food is ready I ordered like 5 mins ago. The waitress brought the wrong soup on accident and when she swapped it out she mentioned all the food was already made on the line all she had to was grab it. Now this is where it gets interesting. Back story I had just fasted for 35 hours for a surgery and I was so hungry I could have ate anything at this point. I knew to slow down and chew my food, but dang I was having flashbacks to 1999 when Olive Garden was a once a week thing for all the ladies in the family while the kids were in school, bad I know, but hey they caught on quick and learned to be sick on OG days. Sooooo, I paced and did not over eat. About an hour after we left I felt super gassy, and almost nausea like. I shook it off, when we got home five hours later, i was feeling much worse. Mind you hubby dipped his breadsticks in the Alfredo sauce as well. He woke me up saying he felt a little sick and pooped his guts all out, within 15 mins I was on the toilet and started shaking, felt the heat rise up and just like that I was puking everywhere. It was food poisoning, all the signs and symptoms were there, hubby had fasted with me that morning. Replaying what she said I think all that food was prepped and sitting out & the alfredo sauce was bad. Lesson do not eat here when they first open. Order something special. Hubby says the sweet tea was good. Overall one star for service and second one for salad ams sweet tea!

Their salads are uniquely always so cold and crisp. Don't know how they do it but every Olive Garden I've gone to delivers this.

We had a large party, with kids, on Mother's Day. Of course a drink was spilled, everywhere, but the staff was very kind and cleaned it up quickly without making faces. The food was better than I expected from my last visit and the drinks were tasty, and strong. I'd give all 5s except the waitress made me go out to the car for my ID and then had delivered the drinks we ordered before I came back in....

We’ve been coming here for years, never had an issue! Food is a little pricey, but well worth it! My kids love it here, and they have a wonderful kid’s menu to accommodate them! I am in love with the chicken Marsala, and the shrimp scampi! Portion sizes are always filling! We love the Togo feature, and that we don’t have to go inside when we order online! Service is always great, and the restaurant is always spotless!

The food is excellent and the staff friendly. Our waiters and waitresses are always helpful when ordering. Often I have to make adjustments due to health issues and Olive Garden meets the needs deliciously.

Hosted my wife's birthday party there. Food was amazing, seating was cramped though. And our server seemed a bit aggravated. But over all it was a great time.

Got to Bristol late and was hungry. Found this nice little Mexican restaurant. Order the fajita dinner. Chicken was a little dry, but everything was delicious. Chips and salsa were fresh and delicious. Had sweet tea to drink and was very good as well. I would most certainly come back here to eat!

The service took a while to get to us and not many tables at all were seated and I was actually tempted to leave as my patience ain't the best.... But great we didn't!!! This place was right on point in every way, kids loved their chicken tenders and fries, the margaritas were strong and tasted great with a great price tag.... The guac was fresh!!! The shrimp and cucumber soup is very hot but one of the best soups I've ever had, without a doubt

This restaurant is clean, nice and quick. Everything we have ordered has been delicious! Tacos, taco salad, chimichangas it’s all very good! I love that they combine the bean dip with the cheese dip. Perfect.

Absolutely the worst Mexican food I’ve EVER eaten! Both the burrito and enchilada was nothing more than some ground beef in a tortilla - no cheese, no tomato - just flavorless ground beef in a tortilla! I’ve eaten Mexican food in Mexico, Texas, Arizona, and Miami and this place sucks!

Nice place and great service. Ordered the chori pollo and it was really good, just enough heat to slow you down. The Patron Cucumber Margarita was awesome not sure how I'm going to get another since I am only visiting the area.

Saw a sign for Perkins off I-81 and was happy. I really enjoy Perkins. I was seated and knew what I wanted. I wait, and wait, and wait. Nobody came to serve me. After more than 10 minutes I got up, saw a server and told her I was leaving and why. She didn't know what to say or do. I get back on I-81 and decided to call and talk to manager. She was apologetic and asked me to return and she personally would take care of me. After already driving 15 minutes I was not about to waste half an hour total to return. Being off an interstate you should know and be ready for customers at all times. Where the problem occurred I don't know. But I was given a seat and no service followed . Extremely disappointed

We arrived and were seated immediately, and our drink order taken. We were there for breakfast. We both had build-your-own omelets and pancakes.Both were good with fresh ingredients. Service was from smiling faces and great attitudes. Prices were very fair, booths were comfortable. An all in all good experience.

Oh man! I’m on the road and called in a crunchy chicken salad to go. I’ll admit I was prepared to have something handed to me out of the fridge. This was one of the best salads ever! The chicken was cooked fresh. I would definitely go back. The hostess was the most friendly and accommodating. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

I gave this place 3-stars a couple years ago. They've come a long way! We stopped for breakfast on Sunday. We were seated quickly, waited upon promptly by Beth, and served great food. I had eggs Benedict and forgot to ask for extra hollandaise sauce (because it can be overcooked and dry), but it was perfect! We all enjoyed our food. Beth was very attentive and efficient. The icing on the cake... I used the restroom and 2 employees were at the sinks with lather up to their forearms chatting. They left with very cleansed hands! (I recently left another cafe where the waitress came out of a smelly stall, waved her hands under a dribble of cold water and wiped them on her shirt as she exited!) 5-Stars IHop... Everyone is doing a great job!

We did not get our drinks or order put in until 30 mini after we sat down. We got there at 7:15 and did get our food until 8:45, which has never happened to us at any restaurant. We didn’t get any silverware, had to get it ourselves and our appetizer came out with our meal. I got the classic with bacon and my burger was raw, I completely lost my appetite and could not even finish my onion rings. I have never had worse service from a restaurant until I came here with my family. I will never come back to an ihop.

We ate at IHOP for a late breakfast on Saturday. Food was good, as usual, but prices are ridiculous. I know inflation has made food prices skyrocket, but $15 for an omelet at IHOP is intolerable. I had the over 55 special at $9 which is still too much. We all had the food we expected at good quality with a great waitress. But $45 for 3 people to eat breakfast is over the top. My family and I ate at the IHOP in Bristol Va, our check was $79.95 and some change we checked our bank statement this morning and was charged $99.95, we had also left a more than generous cash tip on the table, so explain to me how you can justify adding money to our card?? We will be turning this in as fraud!!!!!

Food was good. Refills and extra butter nonexistent. Outside was worn down looked closed. They were unable to take cards due to system error and they didn't know how to add the ticket up or add tax on it. Tried to charge me $5.44 in tax on a 35$ meal.

I have been to this restaurant many times and had few problems, but recently I went in when they were somewhat busy and ordered chicken and pancakes just for the tenders to be entirely raw on the inside. The waitress was kind and made sure it was resolved in some manner, but I was kind of confused about them having to bring the food to the back of the store instead of someone in charge coming out to speak to me. It may have been due to how busy they were, but I don't know for certain. I hate to say I don't feel comfortable coming back to any IHOP after this experience. (Excuse the poor photo)

Stopped in for a bite around 10 pm. Hailey was our server. So sweet and upbeat. Food was excellent. Our daughter had the chicken fingers done Nashville hot style. They were amazing!!! Great potato skins appetizer and our burgers were so juicy and flavorful. Great place!!!

Years ago, while on road trips, my wife and I would love stopping at O’Charley’s for the warm, slightly sweet rolls that would melt in your mouth like cotton Candy. Those days are done and past. Very disappointed in the state of the rolls we bought while passing through Bristol. As you can see from the photo, no longer are these rolls, they are more like flattens pancakes. They stuffed 16 rolls into a bag, cramming them in. Bye bye sweet fluffy goodness. Along with forgetting to include butter and a spoon for my soup, this visit was a bit disappointing.

The Manager take the eggs benedict platter, but I didn't expect less. We want quality for our money and this place...DOESN'T DELIVER. Even when had goods the bad experience let us very disappointed.

The food was pretty good but the server was not. We told her when we ordered it for that we would get an order to go when ours came out. A different person brought the food and our server never came back to fill drinks or check on us until she brought the check. Then we had to wait on the to go order to be made. We asked for 2 sweet teas to go since she hadn't refilld our glasses all night and she gave us 2 iced coffees?!? At least that's what we think it was. Otherwise the food itself was very good.

OMGoodness!!! J Frank's has got competition now! Brooklyn Grill & Cafe was so good in all ways! This felt very upscale, for a decent price. The flavors were delicious, the portions were huge, and I mean huge. My filet mignon was bigger than any I've ever seen and for a very reasonable price too! He got the ribeye and he was very happy with the flavor and taste as well. Everything was cooked to perfection, even the salad was delicious. The service was top notch. You can really tell, they are aiming for excellence. We had two steak dinners, with side salads, 2-Yuenglings, and a piece of homemade cheesecake to share, oh so delicious, although wasn't necessary, I'm glad we didn't pass on it. The entire bill plus tip 25%, was around $150. Very worth it for this upscale of a meal and classy atmosphere. This is the place to celebrate important events for sure. It is really rather stylish looking inside, with some fun things outside to take pictures with. Top notch A++

A great find in Bristol, which has very few decent restaurants to choose from. This place is a diamond in the rough! My first time here was also a first date and my lady friend couldn’t have chosen a better place! She had the filet and I had the ribeye and both were prepared perfectly! The service is also excellent. The only thing I would add would be white tablecloths and softer lighting, which would take the Brooklyn Grill to a true five star establishment in the heart of Bristol.

The food was so salty and it was. Disgusting and the 50 dollar stake tips tested like it was ground beef never go here ever I’m never going back there ever again NOT GO HERE even if it’s ur first time and when we ask about the salty and they said u can buy a new meal if u want a lot of salt order the crab cakes.

The Porsche Club loves to eat at the Brooklyn Grill every single time! Excellent food and service every time! Great ambiance as well! The restaurant provides ample of parking, an incredible range of appetizers, entrees, and other menu items, and excellent culinary presentation. There, everyone is extremely friendly.

We love this place! Their specials are always delicious and the ribeye is great. All the sides are delish, too. Always good service, food is served hot, always a good time!

We both had a House salad with Ranch dressing. Ordered Shrimp Cocktail and Fried Mozzarella for appetizers. Entree we ordered the Steak Au Poivre and the Cranberry Chicken. Everything was delicious! The waitress Kari was so attentive to what you want or need. We never went without a refill. After traveling for 4hrs and looking for a good dinner this exceeded our expectations! Whenever we come back to Bristol we're eating here again!!!

Shoney’s never disappoints. It’s been 10+ years since I’ve been to one and when I return it’s still the same great place. This location has highly trained staff, fresh and delicious foods and offerings and a clean dining area and restrooms.

Friday night seafood buffet is absolutely AMAZZZING!!! Terrific service, the food was delicious, all super fresh, and Preston, the young man who works at the food bar is a sweetheart!! My husband and I will be going back for sure!!

Beautiful Shoney's, great staff, and overall really good food. I'm excited to see what they do with the place when they change brands. Buffet/bar was ultra clean and everything tasted great and fresh. Restaurant was also spotless, with nice decor, local art on the walls, and clean restrooms. Only complaint was my baked spaghetti - just didn't taste very good. Maybe change the sauce recipe? All the staff were really friendly and our server was attentive and helpful.

I haven’t visited this Shoney’s location in years, the food was pretty good. I love a good salad :) Also, the hush puppies, and apple skillet always my favorite. The waitress was friendly, and was very attentive!!

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. I am on a road trip and needed a place to stop by to have lunch. There are several as it is a chain. The menu had a variety of options ranging from classic American food to stir fry to tacos. There was a buffet option and have decent sized portions for a lower price. If I see this chain along our route again I will stop to eat there.

I was here a couple of weeks ago and had the food bar. It was pretty good. Some of the items on the bar looked like they'd been sitting a while and wasn't very fresh, but overall the food was good, especially the salad part. Some of our group had the breakfast items and the biscuits and gravy looked good. I'd have it again. Waitress was super nice.

The staff is nice and always friendly, but for the love of God please consider getting new dinner ware The plates have scratches and food particles on them. The cups are muggy looking and it smells like mildew. Everytime I eat there I get sick. I know an inspector hasn't been there cause it's no way that should go unnoticed

All the food was left over lunch choices, babies were dried up, mashed potatoes dried up, veggies under heat lamps too long they were dried out, meatloaf had no taste, rolls were hard they had been out so long, Mac n cheese dried up, the list goes on. Went the entire meal without refills till the very end because our waitress was talking about her weekend worth the waitress from the other side of the restaurant. While the manger was running around hitting on the waitresses, and being loud and obnoxious. I dint know what happened to Golden Corral... but they went from one of my faves with high quality foods on the buffet for reasonable prices to lousy food with poor quality at very high prices. So disappointed my family and I will never go there again. Didnt bother to disturb the manager to complain... remember he was busy with the waitresses. You gotta do better Golden Corral...You gotta do better.

I get so excited to see a Golden Corral. However I always leave disappointed. I never met my waitress. I filled up my own cup of water. The food always underwhelmes. It is what it is though. I usually eat at the one in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia. I'll go back to that one. I'll skip the one in Bristol though. The food was not as good.

Well after a good drive and a little shopping nearby we decided to go eat at Golden Corral. Usually a safe bet. Foods usually consistent and always fills you up. That was the thought and it was more than the truth. This Golden Corral was a step up from the rest. Better staff, service, and quality of food. The steak was delicious, the shrimp fresh and tasty, the fried fish was phenomenal, and the rest of the buffet was grand. Couldn't have asked for a better experience at a restaurant. A real winner. Kids were pleased, parents were pleased, and bellys full. Thank you... Sorry for the shotty pictures, I had planned to take better ones but my appetite made me loose my train of thought. This was more or less the aftermath of or Fiesta.

They were very busy but it was father's day. We expected that. They could've done better with waitresses getting us drinks and actually having a1. I would've given it a 5 star. But, it wasn't an unpleasant experience. We ate and celebrated their dad, and had a good time.

How do I start. My wife's grandmother requested going here today for her 82 birthday. I knew it has been going down hill for several years and we haven't been eating here but we went along with her grandmother's request. My feet stuck to the floor, dirty nasty carpet when we were in line coming in. One step above dog food at best and that's a shame. This use to be a really good family friendly economic place to go. $85.00 for a family of four. Totally rip off. Nasty food. We ended up stopping at Burger King on our way home to get something we could eat.

They took away the taco bar... They changed the ham... Mashed potatoes & macaroni & cheese & Rolls was excellent.. The roast beef had to many burnt ends in it...the fried chkn was soggy..Our waitress was excellent... The tiny burger bottoms were like a rock.. They need more main dish options.. !!

Good selection of sushi! The service was great! I got a Philadelphia roll and the salmon was too smokey! We also got the green river, eel roll, dragon egg and crispy spicy tuna. I would definitely get the dragon egg again!

This restaurant is amazing! The soft shell crab tempura is delicious, the Vietnamese Rolls are unique and well created with a wonderful mango sauce, the sashimi and the nigiri were both very good, and the hibachi steak and shrimp dinner was excellent, with wonderful sauces. The tempura cheesecake was incredible, and that's coming from someone who rarely eats dessert. The service was great! We travel a lot and eat at Japanese restaurants all over. The Osaka Japanese Steakhouse gets a rare heart on my map, because it is that good

Age tofu is absolutely fantastic, have it every opportunity. Soup is excellent, as are hibachi selections. For dessert, mochi is wonderful and well presented. Restaurant is getting older and could use a make over and deep cleaning. Nice folks all around and very efficient and polite. Great place!

Okay... friends of the area mentioned this place being well-known for the sushi. At first the decision was to place an order for takeout. Sat in the entry way on cozy chairs reviewing the paper menu and specials that were posted on a bulletin. One of the gentleman greeted us and offered the special for the day. Walking inside, the ambience fills every corner! The choice for takeout was now dine in!! Welcomed at our table and treated like royalty - the entire visit! I’ve been a regular at Osaka restaurant since 2006. I love going there to see the diverse range of workers. The food is highly recommended! They source their ingredients from a Japanese company, which results in delicious and authentic sushi. If you’re looking for more authentic Japanese cuisine, Osaka restaurant is a must-visit!

The BEST place I've eaten at since I moved out to Tennessee (about 2 months ago). Food was delicious, the price was fair ($50 for three of us including an $8 tip), and the service was fast and friendly. Very happy with our visit and will definitely come back again.

Best fish and chips in FL..Canada.. Tennessee! I do not eat coleslaw..but their coleslaw was amazing!! Morgan is such a great attentive waitress...So glad we found you! This was our first visit but not our last! Amazing food! I had fried catfish, Greg had Alaska white. Absolute perfection! They have baked potatoes for the non fry people.

We stopped here this last weekend since it was recommended by our neighbors. As certified seafood lovers, this is by far the best fish market we've ever been to! The people there are very welcoming and helpful, and gave great recommendations 💕 any kind of seafood or unique meat you can think of, Greene's has there. We picked up some catfish and their house made Cajun breading and it's incredible! (Pictured) We also ate their cajun crab dip in one sitting it was so good! It's wonderful to have such a fresh source of seafood so close to home. We can't wait to go back to the restaurant and get some clams!

It has been years since I had been to Green's Seafood and I regret not going back sooner. I had the blackened grouper and it was delicious, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The fresh hand cut fries were great. I don't care for crab, but my sister said that her crab legs were better than what she got at the last 2 beach trips we took! The meals were delicious and very affordable. We will definitely start going there more often! Our server Morgan was so kind, hard working and honest!!!

Outstanding vegetables that taste like Mom’s. I had grilled and fried fish. Both were seasoned well as that is my pet peeve. I ordered two meals and glad I did to sample the menu. 5 stars. Great little market for buying fresh fish. We enjoyed our meals of fried catfish, slaw and a baked potato. Service was fast and good. The crust was honestly the best I've had on catfish and these are huge and heavy pieces. Parking is fine and prices are expected for the quality and amount. All the tables around us got fried clam strips or calamari and it looked great too.

i was super excited because the reviews was decent but my experience was not up to par to say the least.. the deviled crab had a doughy taste i was gave 2 hush puppies and my fries tasted like they had been sitting for hours. Definitely not worth the price go elsewhere for seafood this place is a joke

Great little seafood market and restaurant! We picked Sea Bass from the case and they blackened it and made us a wonderful lunch that included coleslaw, hush puppies and another side. We chose green beans. Service is always fast and friendly!! We go every time we're in town

Wow… this place was a big surprise. While parking is limited you can’t beat the prices and flavor. A real authentic Italian feel.

I absolutely LOVE this place! They have some of the BEST food in the area! Their lamb gyro and deluxe calzone are to die for! They also have excellent service. My food is always done in a reasonable amount of time, my order is always correct, fresh and tasty! Check them out! (P.S. Fast friendly staff. Our server was very polite and answered all my questions. Very small indoor seating, but also has very nice outdoor seating area. Food was hot and fresh and good. My husband especially liked the philly cheese steak. Prices were fair. They serve bottled drinks (20 oz or 2 liter). We will definitely return to try the pizza!

Me and my family eat here every year on my grandmothers birthday she loves the chicken and ranch pizza trying to order it today on her birthday they lie and say it’s not even on the menu after we are looking at the menu and it’s clearly on there we literally have this pizza every year so she then proceeds to put us on hold after 6 minutes we hang up and try again she then starts to get angry telll us it’s not on the menu and that they’re busy and hangs up on us I can’t think of anywhere that would allow employees to talk to paying customers like this they just lost our business for sure and honestly after listening to this employee talk to my grandmother on her birthday I don’t know why anyone would want to go there in the first place also the food and service has gone downhill ever since they reopened a few years ago maybe they changed owners I don’t know but I do know this we won’t be going back and I wouldn’t encourage anyone to go there especially if they’re busy they will just catch an attitude and tell you stuff isn’t on the menu even if you are looking right at the menu very unprofessional and I can’t think of any place that would allow employees to talk to customers the way I heard her talk to a 77 year old woman today honestly they are lucky I’m taking the time to just give them a bad review opposed to going down there myself and letting them know how I feel in person!

Coming back from Gatlinburg Tennessee all of us were starving so we quickly looked up on Google Maps for restaurants closest to us and this Italiano Cafe popped up. Not a very big place matter of fact while we were there there weren't really any indoor seating. They had a number of tables right out front and then a covered area with a few other tables. We all needed to use the restroom as well which is located outside on the back of the building. There was an older lady that was working and she was super sweet and chatted with us for a little bit. We ordered a pizza and I got a meatball sub. Food didn't take too long. The pizza was good, in my opinion it wasn't anything special but it definitely was good pizza. The meatball sub was a little soggy for me but the meatballs were actually really good. Definitely a local mom-and-pop shop. There was definitely a little in and out traffic while we were there. I could see this being a popular place for the locals. I would say it's a pretty good staple and if you needed to grab a pizza and a sub this wouldn't be a bad choice.

Hands down the best pizza we've had here in Bristol! The dough was amazing, the crust perfect! The calzone was huge! So glad we only ordered a medium! It's a small little place inside. There are 4 tables inside for dining and another 6 picnic tables outside, with 4 of them being on the side under a carport. Would definitely recommend you check this place out Update: went in for a dine in, and was impressed with everything. Our new weekly place!!

Italiano’s she says as she answers the phone . In the cheeriest voice , that makes me want to hear it again . The food: well it was good ! 4.10 sauce on lasagna was so , so good, garlic knots excellent. Service: great! 5.0 Portion size - better bring that appetite, or like us stuff yourself ! Either way. Reviews got me here. Near to no meat in the goat curry. They were nice enough to redo, ended up tasting different and totaled to 2 more tiny meat cubes. I asked the chef directly and he said it is what we get here in Tennessee. Ordered Lamb Seekh Kebab, it was nice but 1/4 was raw. I live local, I cook meat, born and raised on Indian food, I have no words.

Even though i live in bristol, tn and theyve been here a while, my son and I visited today for the 1st time and omg it was delicious. We both got the buffet and I order3led the Mango drink. 10/10 amazing food, we will definitely be back.

We actually called in an order to the wrong restaurant and arrived here with no order in place. This was the BEST possible outcome. We arrived 10 minutes before they closed when we figured out we’d ordered at the wrong place. They welcomed us to place an order AND sit at the bar to have cocktails while they made our last minute order. Like I said, BEST DECISION EVER! They have a full well/bar with tons of options. BUT THE FOOD… are you kidding me? Absolutely the best Indian cuisine in this area you can find. We can’t express our gratitude enough for the wonderful customer service, classy hospitality, and intricate & beautiful flavors in their food. 10/10 recommend them for ambiance, customer service, and high food quality. Had an amazing meal at this Indian restaurant. Food was rich, flavorful, and absolutely satisfying! The malai kofta was perfectly creamy with just the right hint of spice, and the dal makhani was cooked to perfection, buttery and comforting. Every bite was pure joy. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Indian food!

I had the best time today at the restaurant. The buffet was delicious and contained a variety of unique dishes. My husband and I are planning a trip to India. The wait staff provided suggestions for great places to visit. Overall, we had a great experience and will be returning.

Beautiful restaurant, though darker than we like for lunch. My shoes stuck to the floor near the buffet, but the buffet itself was clean as were the tables. Lots of options on the buffet, some scrumptious and others average. Options were extremely light on protein. Staff was friendly and efficient, though they started to clear the table before I was finished and took away my beverage before I was finished. In their defense, my husband had already left the table to pay. We paid $40 for buffet, tax and tip, with water to drink.

Everything was delicious! The dishes had that filling, homemade taste. We ordered the Spanakopita and it came out on time before the main meal. The dough was perfectly flaky. We had the Chicken de L'Giardino and Chicken Cacciatore. The sauce was nicely seasoned and the dishes were hearty. The prices were reasonable and our waitress was nice and friendly. The owner would occasionally come out to greet customers. We're so glad we tried this place!

food was okay, i mean it was fresh don't get me wrong. but how does it take a hour and half to make a kid's spaghetti, lasagna, and a Stromboli? that is crazy to me. also the waitress we had was horrible. my child accidentally hit a cup and spilled the drink. no biggie we helped clean it up and got it all taken care of and usually after that happens you get a new drink right? not here. we waited and waited after a hour i had to ask for another. and another thing was they brought out all of our meals separately, with easily 30 minutes in between each of us getting our food. i would get it if it was just the kids meal but it was all of the meals, which is pretty rude in my opinion. and my partner let his food get cold before he could eat it so i wouldn't have to eat alone. if i could give 0 stars i would.

We ate at Alfredo's for the second time. In all my years and places I have been, this is the by far (without exaggeration) the best food I have ever had. On this visit, I ordered the Greek Homestyle Dish. On the previous visit, I had Spicy Chicken pasta. The owner came to our table to see if we had any questions as the menu has a wide variety of choices. One could tell he takes pride in cooking and cares about the customers experience. Great experience from ample parking, easy listening music, and amazing food.

Good food. Had the Eggplant Parmesan, it was very tasty. Great attentive service and we had a friendly waitress.

This place reminds me of a great italian restaurant that I used to go to in florida but closed down many years ago because of hurricanes and financial problems. When I get this food here all the time, they have the best Greek pizza I've had and it even beats the other Greek place that's very Mad. So you understand what i'm talking about. I highly recommend this place because they even do delivery. Which is rare nowadays because of apps. Try their greek pizza and all of their pastas are so good. I tried to get this place at least once or twice a week. But most of the time I get it every two weeks.

This place is great. The owners are amazing. Their cleanliness and attention to detail is top notch. The Reuben sandwich is the best ever. Don't let the exterior and small size fool you. Get in there and try their food. They have a great little Cracker Barrel ish kind of store inside too.

Ate here today for a late lunch and the food was fantastic. The owners are so friendly and make you feel welcomed. I had the pinto beans and cornbread and my boyfriend had the hamburger steak and French fries. Both means we’re delicious!

Great little deli! The burgers and sandwiches are great! The onion rings,tater tots and fries are also good. They have homemade potato salad,cole slaw,macaroni salad and deviled eggs which I haven't tried but I feel like they also would be good. They offer ice cream,lunch and dinner plates also. I am a contractor and stumbled upon this place for lunch one day when I was in the area close to it and now when myself and my crew are in the area nearby we go here for lunch. We all really enjoy their food!

Never had a bad meal here. Everything is good. Gotta try the friend mushrooms if you like them you'll love there's. Also the burgers are awesome. Good service nice people.

We did not eat there we just went in because what years to be an Amish store but it changed hands. It was adorable ambiance but since we did not eat I couldn't rate it so the star was just so that I can be able to leave this message it was nice and clean the owner was a super friendly so we are going to go back and try their food next time.

So initially the food tasted very good however, several hours later, both the wife and I had diarrhea. Didn't think it was the food from this restaurant until I ate my leftovers the next day for lunch and I had diarrhea again after eating the food. Not sure what the issue was with the food since it did taste good but we won't be back to this restaurant. We also had to go ask for our check since our waiter was absent after we got our food. I also had to get up and get my own to go boxes since no waiter present.

This place his really good food. We go here once a month because the food is great. But, I am giving them three stars because the service has been awful, the bathrooms gross, and just overall the front of house not feeling like they care about their customers. All the food in the images were great. Highly recommend the fried mushrooms and peel 'n eat shrimp. So good! But you may have to wait 15 minutes for a drink refill and step over used paper towels in the restroom. 100% great food, 0% service. But by far, the best Mexican food around. That is, if you call peel n eat shrimp and friend mushrooms Mexican food. Oh, they also play country music, very weird. If the front of the house could get it together, this could easily be a 5 star restaurant. Oh, there was an oddly placed cup labeled "Money" at the cashier. Perhaps they meant tips?

My husband and I dined in on 10/26 for our anniversary. When we walked in, we saw the board of specials had Whiskey Sour for $4.25. We each enjoyed 2 of those with our delicious fajitas. The waitress came by with our bill and we handed her our credit card without reviewing the bill. After she brought our receipt back, I signed it, and then we noticed they charged us full price, I believe $9 each for a total bill of $74.95.We brought it to attention of the waitress and since she was new said she would get someone to take care of it. We were then brought a new ticket for a total of $53.04. We assumed they had backed out the original and only charged the $53.04, but as I review my credit card this week I see the full charge $74.95. Disappointed as the food was delicious and service was great otherwise.

The food here is very good quality and large portions. Prices are a bit higher than other Mexican restaurants in the area. The service is good. I've eaten here twice and had both orders come out wrong but were the issue was quickly fixed.

Come hungry, there are a lot of options to eat at this Mexican/Seafood restaurant/bar. The portions are incredible. The food was great. We had ocean perch and grilled shrimp, calamari--that came with fried peppers--, fresh warm tortilla chips, chicken, pork, steak, and shrimp fajitas.

WOW, Great food! I meant to order the chicken chimichanga but didn’t and was brought the beef and it was amazing, seasoned perfectly, will never order chicken again. And the salsa bar was maybe the best I’ve ever seen. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. 10 stars, go and eat too much like we did. $25 bucks for lunch for two is a great price also.

Food was ok. My husband ordered dinner portion of the fajitas and i ordered lunch and rhey were the same size (basically 2 lunch portions). Also 5/6 of us were sick the next day after eating here. We think it was the salsa bar as the ones of family that were sick ate off it. I was hesitant in putting that jn the review but i see others have had rhe same issue.

Seriously some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in East Tennessee. Delicious! The owners are delightful and so kind. We will return!

We read about Shanghai Restaurant in a Southern Living article, and it was every bit as good--or even better--than described. The sevice was superior, the food was soooooo delicious and plentiful. We will be back next time we are in Bristol.

This is literally the BEST Chinese restaurant outside of Washington D.C.! The food was excellent, the service and atmosphere was impeccable. We loved talking with the owner and will drive the 2 hours from our house to enjoy this family restaurant again!

Am a truck driver and happened to be in the area. I'm completely amazed of the friendliness and service at this family restaurant; the food was one of the best I've had in a long time...the to go portion I wish could have been a little more but, none the less amazingly delicious 🤤🤤🤤. Thank you for the complementary water bottle the gentleman offered me; I believe he was the owner. Thank you again; I can't wait to be in the area again.

The price I paid for the food was a little too high! The large shrimp friend rice literally was a big plate of rice and like 9 shrimp maybe 8. The sauce was sour sauce was runny. So I paid almost 60 for for a plate of rice, 9 shrimp, 2 egg fooya, and sweet and sour chicken! And the shrimp friend rice didn't even look like shrimp fried rice. More like real rice, egg and 8 shrimp

This is an amazing family-owned gem in Bristol's historic downtown area. We dined outdoors on the covered patio, right along State St. Some highlights of our meal include: the best hot and sour soup I have had anywhere; shatteringly crisp *homemade* spring rolls (the peppery beef one is especially delicious); locally sourced roast duck; pan-fried shrimp and water chestnuts; and a chow mei fun strewn with fluffy egg and vegetables. Everything was delicious, and we can't wait to return!

Had dinner and listened to music during Rhythm and Roots. Great food. Good atmosphere. The owners are really nice people.

A bit disappointing. It's your typical Chinese food, a bit pricey for what you get. The quality of food was ok, nothing to rave about. $6 to upgrade a combo's fried rice to porc. (The others in the region is only a couple dollars). Speaking of combo, it came with a wonton soup... It only had 1 wonton. The norm is usually 2 or 3, but I've never had just a single wonton. This was also a take out order, since I was in town traveling... And the order did not include utensils of any sort. (Sticks, spoon or fork). I likely wouldn't order from this place again.

Rankings near the top of the list noting some of the best Chinese in the area! Beef and Broc entree and a spicy beef and vegg plate. Not too spicy but certainly a kick! Delicious flavors. The rice was very tasty!

I’ve only lived in the Abingdon/Bristol area for a short time now but China Sun quickly became my go-to takeout spot. The food is good quality and affordable, but most importantly the staff there are fantastic. One of the first things I learned is they appreciate and respect their customers, every time I’ve gone they’ve been quick to help and friendly the whole time. I plan on going here for a long time to come (and thank you for the free donuts!)

I got the king paper chicken lunch special because I thought the portion would be small, Well I got fooled. The food was great and the American lady that waited on me was very helpful & nice. The owner knew her regular customers & thanked them after having a chat. I do recommend this place.

I ordered the Orange Chicken. The chicken was apparently left over from a couple of days earlier it was so tough I couldn't cut it with a table knife. There was very little sauce which I've always enjoyed with the steamed rice (not this time). There were a couple of very small pieces of orange and limes, green bell pepper and what appeared to be thin slices of carrot. Needless to say most ended in the trash. With all the positive reviews I thought I'd give it a try, live and learn.

This place and the lady managing it deserves fifty stars during this COVID 19 situation. She was more than accommodating & sweet and you did not have to be afraid to use the bathroom because there were more than enough supplies there to take care of yourself while waiting for your food.... It was amazing....

You’re going to go here because you’re going to get excellent Chinese (American) that’s so far above the insta-worthy chains. That’s it. That’s all I’m giving you. Ok. Ok. Here’s a picture. Overall, it's a decent little place with pretty good pizza. I might have gone 3 stars on the food, but since it was a special and it was only 10$, I felt that offset it some. Atmosphere is a very centered around after sports pizza and local teams, which is fun, and the girls behind the counter were very nice. The pizza itself is just okay with the crust flavor being the best part. The texture was soft and a little doughy/ greasy, so you couldn't really pick it up at all without a little mess. I was pre-warned to get it well done but i like to try and review based on how it's presented naturally.

Paid $27 for a pizza that was the most under cooked, lousy, sloppy, wet pizza I’ve ever had. Went to pick up a slice and the bottom of the pizza was wet and doughy, all the toppings fell off. I took the pizza back in, they remade one and I checked it when I got in my car and it was exactly the same. Worst pizza place I’ve ever been. If you like soggy wet pizza this is the place to go. I strongly do not recommend this place as I will NEVER eat here again.

This used to be our go to place in Bristol for pizza because we support local only when dining however time and time again over the past year our pizzas arrive and they’re either undercooked or missing ingredients or rock, solid and cold. But today we gave it one last shot for lunch, and unfortunately, our cheese pizza was cooked on top but solid black burnt on the bottom and our cheese breadsticks were also burnt to crisp and not edible. I can no longer recommend this place for local pizza :( and wont be ordering again.

Pizza special on Tuesday. The wait, only a about 10 minutes. Should have been a few minutes longer. The crust was light and airy while there are dough parts throughout. Heard a lady ask for Well done on her pizza as I was heading out. Now I know. The pepperonis were plentiful. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Finished off the leftovers the next day. I ordered a 16’ pizza when I got home it looked small and I thought maybe they had given me the wrong pizza because there was no sticker or name. I measured it and it was 13’ so I figured they gave me someone’s medium because they are 14’. I called them and they told them about my pizza and they told me to bring it in and they’d figure it out. As soon as I walk in they start asking “ is that the guy that actually measured his pizza” while laughing at me. The man who I assume is the manager ( he was about 5’6 -5’8 and 270-300 lbs mid twenties or early thirties) asks to see my pizza and then rudely said we’ll go ahead and get out your tape because I think that’s 16’ , I said I didn’t bring it then I offered to show this picture and he said no I’ll measure it in a hateful and rude tone. Several minutes passed by they were all in the back laughing at it and I got some mean looks, he came back and said I can make you a personal pan or another large, I told him whatever he preferred I didn’t mind. My pizza is still open in the back the entire time and got cold he didn’t try to heat it up or anything yelled my last name once the personal pan was done and didn’t offer an apology or sorry for the inconvenience he just walked off shaking his head. Very rude and sad, this was my favorite pizza place growing up and the only complaint I’ve ever had, but the rude service and underwhelming pizza I will not be returning. I hope the man that was so rude learns to treat people with respect instead of mocking them with the other workers and being incredibly rude before that once wonderful pizza place is ran into the ground.

First time visit. We walked in they were busy and we were told 45 min for pickup. At 30 min our pizza came. It would be nice if they would put more toppings on as we had 2/6 slices with no toppings at all. 5/10 on taste.

We went to Bella's to purchase some wings. While we waited, we couldn't help notice the aroma of the pizza. When we watched them take the pizza out of the oven, they looked the best we had ever seen. So, of course we ended up getting a pizza as well. OMG! What a treat. Both were wonderful. Fresh ingredients and a touch of magic on the pizza. It must have been because we had never had a pizza like this. Be smart and give them a go, you won't be disappointed.

We were excited to try this brewery. No one greeted us when we entered. The restaurant was mostly empty. We waited at the hostess stand for over 5 minutes. Then another patron told us to get our own menus from the hostess stand and find a table. The bar tender was working hard to serve the customers at the bar and wait on tables. A homeless woman came in and ate a peanut butter sandwich beside us. We wanted to try a flight of beer, but the tap system was broken, and most beer was not available. We tried 3 appetizers, and I wouldn't recommend any of them. They are frozen food being dropped in a fryer.

Brandon made our second visit as great as our first last month. The spirits were fantastic, food was great and loved the atmosphere was fun. I would definitely recommend stopping in and enjoying some food and spirits.I am sure you will meet Brandon and he will make your visit special.

The Vienna lager was 100% spot on. The brown ale was better than most. What a fine brewery in a cool location.

The service was great. The bartender was very knowledgeable with the beer and the food options and let us try a few of the beers. The food was ok, and the beer itself was just ok. The atmosphere was really underwhelming. Pretty plain and not as much decor/memorabilia as you would think there would be for being Michael Waltrip’s brewery.

The chili burger was very good. It had chili obviously, bacon, beef, a crispy onion ring. Others had the grilled chicken sandwich which was also excellent and came recommend by the bartender Kayla. I tried a flight of thier IPA's and the Amber. Nothing stood out, but they all were pretty decent.

I was just passing through Bristol, and I looked up top wing spots, and MW Brewing popped up. Wings were AMAZING (I did buffalo crispy). Looking for good wings? This place rocks! I can't speak for the rest of the menu. Had their West Coast IPA, which was really good! Number one complaint...I couldn't grab a six pack of the beer I like to take home. Crazy! And they were out of growlers. You are a brewery. Have your beer to sell! Keith was the bartender, and he was awesome, laid back, and knowledgeable about what they had! Will definitely stop by the next time Im in town.

Great experience! Service was quick and friendly. Went over the events happening this weekend. Food was delicious. Pretzel wheel, chicken quesadilla and burgers were all served hot and fresh. Blonde Ale and Bold Rock Blackberry Cider were excellent. Also a surprise visit by Michael Waltrip himself. Definitely would recommend, we will be back in September!

Delicious. Passing through, we needed something quick and easy. We got a cheeseburger and wings to split. Service was quick and professional, food was quality and delicious, bathrooms were sanitary. Good price for amount of food you get and quality. Great place to swing in!

Everyone- I want to take a moment to acknowledge the manager, Scott, at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. Earlier this week, I placed a lunch order for pickup, but unfortunately when I received my food, it wasn’t what I had ordered. Naturally, I was disappointed and tried to call the restaurant. They were understandably busy, but eventually I was able to connect with Scott. From the moment we spoke, he was kind, professional, and willing to listen. I explained the situation, and he immediately apologized and worked with me to find a solution. He took down my correct order, asked me to give him a 30-minute heads-up before coming by, and assured me the food would be made fresh. When I arrived, the staff greeted me with sincere apologies, and Scott personally came out to ensure everything was correct this time. He went above and beyond to make things right, showing respect, professionalism, and genuine care for both the customer experience and the restaurant’s reputation. Thanks to Scott, what started as a frustrating situation turned into a positive experience. He truly turned it around and showed me why I’ll remain a loyal customer. Fine food and service was ok. Having said that, when you market yourself as a sports bar, you should show the NBA playoffs. The Clippers game was on and was on and turned off with six minutes to go. I asked to have it turned back on, it never was. With around a minute to go, I informed the server their tip would be impacted and that they still had time to turn it on. They never did, the manager came and put her hands on my drink, in my hand. Thankfully, a busboy paid for my drink, and I left. Complete disaster of an operation at this establishment. Beer and wings? Sure! Sports? Hell no. Clippers lost at the buzzer, found out in car.

Honestly the food was ok. Not the best wing's we have eaten. It tasted more like oil on every bite we took. And the wing's were to crispy on the hard crunchy side. The atmosphere felt really dead 💀 and our waitress was a little hard to get a hold of. Especially, for it being dead when we were there

My husband and I went 3 times and will never go back. Im not one to complain but they are pitiful, takes forever to get waited on every time and the customer service was horrible each time, I was disappointed and thought it would get better at next visit but it did not. They need to train their employees and managers because it's a mess. This was about a year ago so I can't speak on current experience, this is my first review but the lack of service i cannot forget.

It's almost always short staffed when coming here. You ask for extra sides and they charge way too much for a small amount of what you asked for. Overall the servers are great, the food is pretty good. These servers are just overworked and I hope they get treated right because they show up when no one else will!!! Just wanted to shout out the servers here. We see you! You are all doing amazing.

Had coupons for free 6 wings so me and my friend each used one and I got fry’s. The general manager came out and said he wasn’t going to honor them anymore and was very rude about it. 10/10 don’t recommend going here if that’s how they want to treat thier customers

Visiting and decided to try this place. Parking lot seemed a little sketchy, but we tried it anyway. Grill was on the entire time we were seated so it was as very hot! Most places turn the grill on only for cooking, nope not here. You could also smell the propane from the grill the entire time. Soup was very clear, but had a decent taste. Salad was served with shrimp sauce. (Shrimp sauce was very watered down.). I ordered steak and shrimp….very disappointing. Steak did not have a good flavor and had lots of fat. Shrimp was petite salad shrimp cooked on the grill, not what we are used to at hibachi. We had three guests and our food bill was over $100. We were automatically charged a 15% gratuity (which I was fine with) but we were taxed on our gratuity as well (which was a little more than 15% of my food bill.). I have never known an establishment to tax gratuity. I would fine somewhere else to go. For what we paid, the food didn’t meet expectations.

My sashimi was completely frozen, basically inedible… I’ve never had that at any other place I’ve been to in my 23 years. I thought I’d give it another try but very disappointed and won’t be back. 16 dollars down the drain. My food was also placed in a Togo box with ice under the fish in the container and I picked it up 10 minutes after ordering it, so the fish was definitely already frozen. I also can’t have ice in my car since I am currently on break from my work place. Very weird.

The inside has been completely renovated. Food always on point!

The food and cook were amazing! We had a child at our table and he spent extra attention performing tricks for her. The food was delicious and perfectly seasoned. Large portions. Food prices are high but alcohol prices were very reasonable. $4.50 for a Sapporo. We will definitely be back.

The Hibachi Grill was so good the food was excellent the gentleman wonderful job on the grill I had the steak shrimp zucchini carrots and fried rice

The cook was not entertaining and engaging with the table, the food was not to be expected for a restaurant like that for the price, he made fire at first after that it was lack luster to say the least… Do not recommend! Scallops were fishy shrimp was old and over cooked, fried rice was the worse I’ve had at any Japanese restaurant! Spicy tuna roll was literally diced tuna and rice! Absolute waste of $140!

I’ve been to several hibachi restaurants in my life and this one was by far the most disappointing. Definitely priced on the higher side and smaller portions than other places I have been to. The actual cooking of the food was mediocre. Our chef did not perform at all. Not even an onion volcano. Additionally, no sushi chef the evening we were there , so sushi was not an option. Our service was less than average. Our waitress did not hand us, drinks , plates, silverware, ect . Just set them on the corner of the table. I have never been to a restaurant where the waitress does not set your drink, plate ect in front of you. She was nice, but did the bare minimum. I will say, this was the best cooked shrimp and beef I have had at a hibachi restaurant. Not at all over cooked and flavorful, the rice on the other hand was quite plain. Finally, they included a 15% tip on a ticket for 4 people. I normally tip 20%, but since they force a 15% tip I didn’t tip anymore. Probably won’t be back.

Food was amazing don’t get me wrong but tell me why we called the store I kid you not 10 TIMES and no one picked up a single time. I’d also like to mention this isn’t the first time this has happened to me or someone in my family. When we did get there to place our order in person considering we couldn’t on the phone the open sign was not on. It’s a Thursday around 7. They don’t close until 10. Make that make sense.

This has to be the WORST pizza plus I have EVER been to. The waitress is rude and doesnt have ANY service skills. The manager couldn't care less about the food quality and customer service/satisfaction. We arrived at 1245...lunch. came in and went to the bathroom with 2 little boys. There was poop on the toilet and no soap. Went to the bar and it was covered with pizza but it was all old, hard and burnt. The tomatoes looked soft but okay, but were actually rotten when you bit into it. I asked the waitress for a pepperoni and cheese due to it not being on the bar and she said "ill check if the manager wants to make one" The pizzas were so nasty even a 3 and 4 year old wouldn't eat it. Needless to say, we will never return to this place.

Had my first and last experience with your lee highway location today. We came in for the buffet and arrived a few minutes before 1. Very disappointed in the service and quality of the food. Salad bar had empty items that where never filled. But the main issue is the pizza was dried out and not really edible. We brought this to our waitresses attention and she said basically oh well the lights make that happen. Never offered to fix anything fresh or ask if there was a certain pizza we wanted. Finally 20 minute later at about 2 o’clock she told us she thought he had a couple pizzas in to put out and we waited 20 minutes or so more and nothing ever came out. I will say she did seem to be the only one working and actually doing anything. The other two guys that where there seemed most concerned with going outside to vape and would only come in to check someone out. Again very disappointed never had an experience with pizza plus as bad as this and likely won’t be back.

The special every third Friday is awesome! Pizza was delicious and awesome price! I will be back!

I stopped in today (8/10/2025) and was so impressed with the patience of an employee named Matt. He was working at 4:45 pm and he handed a situation that a customer had (in front of me) with patience that I lost long ago. I told him I couldn't do his job for one hour and I couldn't. I admire people like that. This is a great location with amazing employees who can deal with much more than I could.

Great gas station great food. The self checkouts look great but I wish we had one of these locations in Tennessee cause I live in Alcoa. I would also be nice if we had a Car Wash in area like you guys since I know some of the other sheets have car washes And I wish you guys can request that we need one at Alcoa in Knoxville and everything.

Honestly I would rather rate this place a 0 out of 5 if I could at this point. Every single time I order drinks and sometimes food through door dash they can never get my order right. I don't understand how it's so hard for them to read and retrieve an order. Just a moment ago I ordered 2 Gatorade glacier freeze ZERO and got REGULAR, I ordered a 20oz mountain dew ZERO and got a live wire, and I ordered a 1lt diet Pepsi and got a 20oz diet Pepsi. So I pretty much wasted my entire $15 I spent. I am a diabetic and cannot drink regular drinks with sugar so I need them to be diet or zero sugar. I would absolutely love to have a refund or to be offered a replacement or something. Something for all the trouble I've had with this location. But I'm really not sure if I will be doing anymore business here because of the constant trouble. And it's not door dash's fault because all of them tell me they have to take whatever they have in the bags.

Sheetz in Bristol, VA is clean, neat, and nicely arranged. It even has a Tesla Supercharger site. All roadside convenience centers should put in DC fast chargers for Tesla and for other electric car brands. As electric cars become more popular, the convenience stores will begin to sell less gasoline and more electricity.

Messed up a milkshake, when asked to fix it they said they made it right and “we can review the camera footage.” This is obviously something to do to avoid fixing it because nobody wants to stand around and wait for camera footage, I say that as someone who used to work food service. The sandwich also only had half the ingredients on it. Short blonde lady specifically was being really nasty about it. For the record I like it here, I wanna come back, but current food staff is weirdly rude.

Don't fall for the free air scam. I pulled in with one low tire and left with two flats limping to the nearest gas station. The machine appears and sounds functional. It even notifies you when the tire reaches the default psi of 35, but it's nonsense. Apparently, it beeps when it empties the tire of air too.

Several major issues with our order today and when we asked to have one of the mistakes fixed, they remade it wrong a second time. The short haired blonde woman behind the food counter got weirdly hostile about it and "offered" to check the cameras to "make sure." We gave up, because of course we did! Who wants to stand around doing that? I don't know if they're having a bad day back there or what, but they shouldn't be taking it out on customers. I've worked food service before and this was unacceptable behavior and unacceptable service.
