Where to eat: the 50 best restaurants in Nanuet

I have been here a few times in the past six months and I have mostly loved it every time. The atmosphere is nice and the wait staff is always excellent. I took away one star for consistency, because sometimes the portions are large, sometimes smaller, sometimes cooked differently. I like things to be consistent, so that's my only advice for the establishment. Otherwise, the food has been great, and every server has been friendly, funny and on point.

Went here for the 1st time on Monday November 4th 2024 with my parents. My parents have been here before, but I have not. Host greeted us with a smile and sat us right away in a booth. Easy parking as the place is right in front of the nanuet shopping centre. Place is very big with a bar and plenty of booths and tables. Server greeted us right away as well, as gave us time to decide what we wanted to order. Since we weren't sure what we wanted. They have everything from pizza to salmon to pasta dishes, to sandwiches, and bunch of beers and cocktails. I got a blue cocktail that was very good. My parents also had some cocktails as well. Unfortunately waited too long to write this lol! After we ordered some drinks, we started with the Nachos. We then decided on our entrees, I ordered the california Chicken club sandwich with Sweet potato fries, my mom ordered the same thing but with regular fries, and my dad had the brocoli soup and house salad combo. Server was great about checking in on us, and making sure we were happy. We enjoyed our nachos, as well as our meals. Restroom was also very clean. Paid with a credit card and left a cash tip. Hope to be back sometime soon!

Had a great meal at this BJ’s!! Our waiter Kris was very hospitable and attentive to detail. He was very enthusiastic and made great recommendations about what to order. I would come back here!

Came here with a friend who has been dying to try the pizookie here. I got the s'mores seasonal flavor and my friends got the triple chocolate chunk and the strawberry shortcake. All three of them were delish. We each got the $13 meal deal where you can order from a list of entrees and get a pizookie . It was a great deal! Would come again!

We had an outstanding experience at BJ's Restaurant! Our server Kristian was absolutely amazing—attentive to every detail without being overbearing. He made sure all our allergy concerns were handled with care, which gave us great peace of mind. The food arrived hot and quickly, and every bite was delicious. On top of that, all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of great service and great food. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful place as per usual! I come here on occasion and the food is ALWAYS good. We had Marie as our waitress, and she provided exemplary service. The food we got was delicious. Upon finishing my meal, I wanted to pack my soda since there was a lot left. Marie actually went out of her way to get me a fresh soda in a cup AND remembered my preference with not wanting ice. It was a great experience, and I look forward to next time.

Went to dinner last Friday night with our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter. Christian was our server, and he could not have been more considerate. Service was prompt and courteous. Christian put in our granddaughter's order immediately to make sure she got her food first. He refreshed everything, made sure we were happy with our food, remembering how I had requested my burger, and was it prepared correctly. He was just so polite and thoughtful. Not only that, but my daughter had ordered the prime rib special, but really didn't get to eat much, and Christian brought a to-go box. When the baby lost patience, we sort of hurried out, and the food got left behind. When my daughter called when she got home, he had not only saved it, but Chris at take-out had it ready when her husband picked it up, making sure to ask her for his name so he knew who was coming to get it. Food was really good, service was excellent, and the $13 Pizookie Meal Deal is the best value around. Will definitely return.

Shout out to everyone at the restaurant- top to bottom. We flew into town for a baby shower and had a 30+ party that was originally supposed to be there for 3 hours but it ended up being 4.5 (sorry!) and they were very gracious about the whole thing. All of the food was excellent (I got the chicken parm as my meal) but the calamari was special. I’ve had calamari a hundred times in my life but this was honestly the best. Really appreciate you guys making the special day even better.

An amazing Mediterranean experience in Nanuet. The food here is consistently amazing. The atmosphere is incredible. You will always get a fine dining experience regardless of what you order or how much you spend. Eddie and his staff truly care about your meal and experience. You will see the same faces (staff and returning customers) here over and over again. The menu has plenty of classics, but offers unique dishes you won’t find anywhere else. This is a great place to get a quick bite, have date, celebrate a special event, or host your family/business party.

Would DEFINITELY go back. A family of 4 on a Tuesday night and the place was packed. Didn't have to wait for a table so not too packed. From the greet to the meat it was all excellent. Now the place for the best lychee martini I've ever had. Our server was super friendly and informative. The food didn't take too long to come out and everything was cook to perfection. Would definitely recommend.

Banchetto Feast never disappoints! The food is delicious and the staff is friendly and knowledgable. There are plenty of options on the menu for any taste, but I always recommend the Roasted Pork Osso Buco. It's fall-off-the-bone pork in an amazing mushroom sauce. For dessert, you can't go wrong with either the blueberry or apple cobbler, served warm with ice cream.

Been here 3x before leaving my review. Overall good food. My favorite meal i had today so far out of them. Penne alla vodka with shrimp. Calamari is fresh and good portions.

Banchetto never disappoints. Been coming here for years. The food is always high quality. Their pizza is worth every penny. I got margarita with their insanely delicious cutlets. I swear the chicken quality, again it’s just always consistent!!!

If you are looking for a high quality restaurant in Rockland, congratulations, you found it. This was our second time here, celebrating our anniversary, and we're so happy! Our server, Jose, was open and friendly (he was our server the first time, too) and made recommendations for our courses. They even prepared a special appetizer, the Crab Cake Avocado tower, for is off menu. The food was excellent, the Pear Martini was scrumptious, and when they brought out our dessert, the chocolate explosion, it was on a decorated plate, wishing us a happy anniversary. Please be sure to make reservations, the restaurant is usually pretty busy because it is really a wonderful place to enjoy time with friends and family. Highly recommended!

A little quiet on a Saturday night. Food was just decent as it tasted like old oil. I think of the fryer was clean, the food would have been better. Staff was pleasant but appeared to be short a few people as the bartender was serving tables in the dining area as well as the bar patrons

3.5 stars. The dining experience is amazing, the food not really. Staff is nice, service is fast, and the ambience is pretty nice. The wraps are very, very good. However, our entrees were way too salty. The rice was also a bit to dry. Not the best Asian food place in the Nanuet area, but nonetheless still a decent place (especially for the wraps)!

Emie was our server for tonight and was amazing! She made us feel very comfortable and was hilarious + friendly. It was our first time trying P.F Changs and the food/servicr was great!

Was really pleased with PF Changs. It’s been more then a decade since I’ve been there last and I will say, we’ll make an effort to go here more often. The ribs were phenomenal! The chef came out to meet us. I’m impressed with how delicious it was. We loved it!!!!! Thank you chef Jose Torres Jr. and our server Basil. You guys made our dining experience so enjoyable. We had ribs & eggroll appetizer. Ribs were very good. Egg rolls were also good, just cold. We had Kung Pao chicken, combo chicken & shrimp pad Thai and short rib fried rice. Everything was delicious. Nice size portions. Plenty to take home. Server was nice. Problem was the floors were extremely sticky. Making it very unpleasant.

As per usual we were later than most, ended up being the last table in the restaurant. That said, we did not feel rushed or unwelcome at all. The manager was at the front door to greet us and was very friendly. Our waitress was great and they seemed to work as a team there. The other waitress in her section was also helpful and checked in on us from time to time as well. The food was also amazing and cooked to perfection. Only complaint was the Spicy Chicken could be spicier, but I am a tough critic when it comes to hot foods 🔥 (my wife disagreed!) A+ to the whole staff. I will certainly be back again. We didn't make a reservation and were seated immediately. The decor is visually striking and has an amazing full size Chinese painting on one wall that gives the restaurant a really authentic feel. A great selection of Asian dishes, mostly Chinese, but also Japanese and South East Asian. The food was absolutely delicious! Good selection of oriental beers too. A must if you love Asian cuisine. This is part of a chain, and they have a loyalty reward program me too.

Did lunch here. My family and I (family of 4) loved it all. Our server Kristen was so sweet and just so kind. The sampler was such a hit. My husband liked the fried pickles. He doesn't usually like them. The wings were great. The pretzel bites were such a hit. We had to take an order to go. Let's just say everything on the sampler was amazing 👏. My husband got the small buffalo pizza and I got the Popeyes pizza. We look the rest with us. Everything was really great would definitely go back.

Took the wife and kids here because I heard good things about their pizza and man I am a bit overwhelmed first time I tried fried pickle And they set the bar high the service was quick precise and met with a smile if you're in town this is a must stop and try spot

This place has been popular for pizza since I was a kid but they have really stepped up their game with the menu and quality of food the past few years. A great variety of options and daily special, plus lots of specialty pies. The pizza crust is buttery and the perfect thickness, and a large pie is enough for 2-3 people. The French onion soup is huge and full of cheese. The chicken and vegetables are always fresh, and the service is on point. During peak times, it gets very busy and is very loud in both the bar and dining room. If you want a quieter experience, go earlier or later than the usual 5-7 dinner crowd.

This was our second attempt dining here for wing night, and unfortunately, it confirmed our decision never to return. On our first visit, my husband, daughter, and I were not greeted, and the older woman at the entrance treated us with noticeable hostility—something we observed she did not extend to other guests. It made us uncomfortable, but we stayed because we were hungry and had our daughter with us. The food itself was enjoyable, which is why we decided to give the restaurant another chance. Upon returning, however, we had an even worse experience. As soon as we walked in, the same older woman looked us up and down and curtly said, “Yes?” I politely responded that we needed a table for three. Instead of offering a welcome or even basic courtesy, she repeated the same dismissive behavior—rolling her eyes, grunting, and walking away without a word. Both my husband and I immediately noticed and were taken aback. Before being seated, my husband realized he had forgotten his wallet and asked if they accepted Apple Pay. Her response was sharp and condescending: “No,” delivered with a hostile tone. When I clarified that we would simply leave, she repeated herself with the same dismissive attitude. At that point, I told her we had no issue leaving and would not be returning. As a Hispanic family, we were the only non-white patrons present on both occasions, and it was clear from her behavior that we were being treated differently. I rarely attribute poor service to racial bias, but in this case, the pattern was undeniable. It was deeply disappointing and disheartening to feel singled out and disrespected in our own community. We will not be returning and will be sharing this experience with our friends and family so they can make informed decisions about supporting this establishment. No guest deserves to be treated in this manner.

Grew up going here. Great memories however, I was really disappointed when I need to scan a QR code for the menu. This is extremely inaccessible. I will unfortunately need to consider other options while eating out with my elderly father.

Disappointed. Ordered a meatball parm hero. There was literally 2 meatballs on the hero. 1 meatball on each half cut in half to make it look like more. We have been going here forever. Not going back. Not worth it. Paid $16 for 2 meatballs and a whole Lotta bread.

I grew up in Nanuet, have been going to this restaurant for many years, have always loved this place. I have always loved the friendly atmosphere and nice people working here over all these years, they do a wonderful job, you won't be disappointed!

A great place to go for a quick pizza. I’m not a huge fan of the other dishes but they are okay. Waitresses are always friendly and service is always good

Went here with my extended family of 9 on a Saturday afternoon. The service was great. Very attentive young waiter. Our kids are picky eaters and have food allergies. Their menu is very food allergy friendly. Their pizzas are great, but their wings are some of the best wings I’ve had in the area. Only hot and buffalo flavors, but cooked perfectly. Their zucchini sticks and calamari are very good too. Kids liked their fries and regular cheese pizza. No kids menu I don’t think. Very reasonable prices too. This place is great. Will definitely be going back more often.

OMG! The food here is off the hook. Authentic homemade. Music is good too (Disco). The was our second time here. We had lasagna and veal. We also ordered a pizza to go. We will back especially for the bread. Which was gone before the pics.

Started with fried zucchini, one of the best I've had. Not breaded, just a little flour and covered with grated parmesan. The sauce was light and very flavourful. Pizza could have used another 2 minutes as the crust was a little chewy. All in all not a bad meal. We will be back

I was excited to try the cole fired pizza expecting a nice crispy crust. I enjoyed the sauce and cheese, the crust had a decent flavor but it was soggy, flop. Perhaps it was an off night or perhaps I should have asked for it to be re-fired. I might try it again sometime and see how it goes. Since they have been around since 1933 it must be better than what I got.

Delicious food, only a few young servers holding it all together and you would never know it. They did a spectacular job and the food was excellent from appetizer to dessert.

We're from CT and stopped by later after the Palisades mall closed. Family of 5. Was a nice environment. All staff were very friendly. Food was good. Had a steak and cheese , cheese and gravy fries (disco fries where I'm from) and a couple of Coors. Will stop by again whenever we visit the mall.

The service was excellent. There was no wait for a booth. The restaurant was very clean and organized. Our waitress is very helpful and friendly. We ordered our food and it came less than 10 minutes later. That food was delicious. The atmosphere was very cozy and the restrooms were very clean. I recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Great Diner Fare, service is very nice and attentive. They accidentally brought out the wrong item for a dinner my family was having there and made it right instantly They also gave complimentary sides and cookies due to the mistake. We didn't make a big deal about the error and the extras were all proactively from them. Needless to say we were pleasantly surprised! Super service and a wide menu with fresh foods.

This isn't a review of their food as we left prior to ordering. We went for an early dinner while on a road trip. There was only one other table there. When we entered, the staff person didn't even speak, just motioned us to a table and left, with no offer to get us a drink or say someone would be with us shortly. She went back to her seat and back to looking at her phone. After five minutes, no one had come to our table, even though we were in eyesight of where she was, so we left and went to Shake Shack. If this is how they normally operate, I can't see how they're still in business.

It was my partner’s and I second time here. While we enjoyed the food and service the first time. The second visit was a completely different experience. Once we received our order my partner noticed a small hair on this plate (we ordered chicken and waffles); we assumed it could be his since he does have facial hair. We continued our meal until he noticed a second one, this time under the chicken. At this point we called over the manager and explained the situation, to which he had no response, he took the plate and came back 5 minutes later asking if he would like his order remade and that he wouldn’t be able to do anything about the check (we hadn’t even asked at this point). We explained we did not feel comfortable getting any more food and would just get the check. We explained the situation to our server and the checkout lady, both were unhelpful and only offered us a slice of “cake” to take home. We didn’t even think it was worth it to fight about having the items removed from the check. My bf paid the bill and we left. Will definitely not be back though.

Stale burger bun/so lame. I ran a restaurant, and believe me, everybody knows when the hamburger buns are stale. They get thrown out or donated to the birds. Lettuce in my salad to go was yellow leaves, the part of the lettuce head that you feed to rabbits or toss. So insulting and shameful that they’re getting away with this. $42 and I will never go back. Disgusting. Awful. Rip off. Yuck.

Excellent local spot for pizza, pasta and more… it’s tucked in the corner of this big lot and looking from the outside you’d never think anything of it. But it gets busy for lunch which is telling how good it is. The mussels dish I had was excellent and so was the pizza roll. There was bunch of other dishes I wanted to check out on the menu… I’ll have to come back.

We ate here twice because we loved the food . They treated our large dinner party very well. We will eat there again if we are in the area.

Haven’t had a slice of pizza so fresh and tomato-y in a long time! The cheese does what pizza cheese should: stretchhhhhhhh. Friendly atmosphere and service. I don’t live in the area but I’d come back here for more! All I said was, “Let’s give this place a try,” and bam!! Delicious!

My first time dining at Posa Posa, and I must say everything was excellent. From the greeting as I walked into the door all the way to the excellent customer service offered to our Women’s ministry group. Joey, keep up the great work!!!!! The food was delicious and I will definitely be back for another dining experience!!!

Considering no matter where you go these days everything is expensive, 3 specialty slices and 2 drinks for less than $18 feels like a steal. Always a gem

Service was great. Had their signature burger and was good. Only thing it's the bread can hold all the condiments, so a stronger buns would be nice. Beer selection is good, but didn't see draft Guinness. Great atmosphere. Will return again.

Great burgers. If looking for something healthier, then farm salad with ahi tuna is very good. Sweet potato fries are among the best I ever had.

I was traveling for work and was supporting an account, when a colleague said that I MUST try a Zinburger and boy were they right! The service friendly and pleasant. When the food arrived, the burger literally melted in your mouth. The patty was not even the slightest bit greasy, and all the flavors worked together in this classic “Zinburger”. The zucchini fries were a delightful change to see on a menu; crispy, flavorful with a good bite without being overcooked. I will definitely be going back when I’m in the area.

I come here at least every other week. The service is always great, though beware some weekend nights it is very crowded and there will be a wait time. The burgers are great, but the fries are a bit pricey. Try visiting during happy hour for super savings!

Food is fantastic but overpriced ($15 for burger but it doesn’t come with fries). Service is pretty bad. Drinks never got topped off, sat in front of an empty plate for 20+ minutes waiting for service/bill, etc. Wasn’t even a busy night.

My family and I arrived a couple of minutes until closing after catching a late movie, we decided to take our chances and see if they’d serve us... they told us to come right in, not a lot of places would do such a thing. The food was without a doubt bomb. Wonderful customer service and wonderful flavors.

Get the Kobe beef , it's worth it. Beer and burger place but pretty good choice if you are going to the movies or shopping with significant other.

Decent pizza. Chewy with soft bottom crust. Pie has some uneven cut slices. Freshly ordered pie wasn't a long wait. Friendly staff.

Martio's is my go-to pizza spot. Whenever we have family visiting, it’s a must-stop so they can experience some truly fantastic pizza. The dough is perfect, with just the right amount of crust. The sauce hits all the right notes, and the pizza is loaded with cheesy goodness. If I had to choose between Martio's and any other pizza in the world, I’d choose Martio's without hesitation. Beyond the pizza, the Italian combo sandwich is delicious, and the pasta fagioli soup, garlic bread, antipasto, and gelato are all standout dishes. 10/10, will always recommend.

Excellent pizza, crust thin and crisp but not too thin, not greasy , tasty sauce. Also like their individual pies with nice char. Good price.

Been coming here for years and always enjoyed.. except recently it wasn’t a good experience due to the counter person not being friendly at all and even seemed annoyed by us. But, the food is always good.

I fell in love with this place the first time I went! By far the best burger I’ve ever had! Personally I don’t like vegetables or lettuce on my burger so it may look plain to you but do not be fooled it was freaking amazing!!!! I live 40 minutes away and I would travel there daily if I had the time because it’s so worth it. I will definitely be going here for my Birthday in September.

My husband and I are new to the area and we’re told about G&G and we are so glad we were! Went on a Tuesday night - it was an open mic/jam night where different musicians played their own songs and covers and jammed together and it was such a fun vibe! Bar pie was just okay but the burger & fries, boneless thai chili wings and the belgian waffle a la mode were delicious!! I tried the Sour on tap and it was very tasty!! We will definitely be coming back often!

If you are in the area, Growler and Gill is a Must Go To place for any serious beer enthusiasts. The beer selection is enormous both from the tap and by the bottle. And Hey, even if you aren't into beer, they have delicious wings and the pub food selection is great as well. They need better Brats! But I won't hold it against them. LOL I'd give the place a 6, if I could. The staff are friendly and owner is a great guy. Everyone is very down to earth and helpful. They have a lot of events through the year so check out the website for more information and Have a drink for me!!

Friendly craft beer bar, with great food and two dozen taps available. There is a wall of beer in bottles and cans, and many imported varieties. Plenty of seating and a nice pub menu if you're in need of a snack. There is also a fair wine selection if not everyone in your party wants to have a beer.

Always a fun time at growler. So many beers to choose from - flights of 4 or 6 so you can get a taste of all the ones you liked during the tasting. They also have some nice bar food and a whole wall of beers (which they can cool if needed)

My schedule has been nuts and I’ve been trying to get into this place for a year….tonight finally worked out. I ordered the fish and chips. Wow… this was definitely the best fish and chips I’ve had as far back as I can remember. The fish was perfectly cooked, thin breading….evenly breaded and tasted great. The fries are shoestring and we’re cooked typical. I’ll ask for mine well done next time. And next time being before the years up!! If I wasn’t leaving the country tomorrow id go back sooner… Regardless, the staff was prompt and helpful. The place looks like it can pack lots of people in comfortably. I might just go and order a buffet of good if I have the time… it was that good!

Great and very good quality food. Really liked their polish pierogi, really authentic and tasty. I’m from Ukraine and I’m pretty sure they could have easily been called Ukrainian varenyky (pierogi). Beer and cider is really their specialty. They have a really good variety.

Red Lobster 2.0 rating, because of the server. Otherwise, it'd a zero. That's my rating. Visited Red Lobster in Nanuet, NY, 2 days ago. My wife and I had not been to one in years. All week long, she was raving about it. The experience was such a disappointment. We will never go there again. We arrived and were greeted professionally by 2 hosts. Our server smiled, was pleasant, professional, humble. We reviewed the menu, and everything was pricey. I compared it to other places I've visited, and there was probably a$4 to $9 difference in the items. My wife ordered a beer, and I a margarita. The margarita was mainly ice and didn't taste bad, refreshing. The server brought out their famous biscuits. They were buttery and, nonetheless, disappeared from the basket. We ordered the New England Clam Chowder soup. My wife ordered a cup, and I had a bowl. They came with crackers. Mine was warm. This soup was water, some pieces of chopped clams, and potatoes. I've never used this word in any of my reviews, disgusting. My wife asked the server to speak to the manager. She politely obliged, and after 5-6 minutes, she informed us that the manager said he'll give us fresh soups, and i said from the same batch? She replied yes. We were incredulous that a manager would respond in that manner. At least have the decensy to show face. The soups were horrible, and the reaction by the manager was even worse. We decided to go somewhere else after being charged for the soups. We tipped the server accordingly because it was not her fault, and she was nice and pleasant. Unprofessional and rude manager!

The food and the staff were both very good. The place was not busy at the tome we visited. We ordered from the bar menu all the way through desserts and everything was better then expected. The drinks were not light on liquor, the raw oysters were great quality, the dinner itself was extremely tasty and the desserts were tasty and well plated. There is a gluten free/allergen menu available online as well as at the restaurant. While there is chance from cross contamination I did not have any issues nor did I become sick. The server was attentive and made sure that our meal moved at a good pace but did not rush us. The decor is a bit dated but it works for the nautical theme. Overall, I would return - my family can't resist cheddar bay biscuits.

I typically don't like Red Lobster but the Rockland locations are so much different from the City ones. The food here is great. I came here with a party of 12 or 15 i believe. I ordered the shrimp trio. I got the mash potatoes and broccoli. It came with fried shrimp, shrimp linguini in alfredo sauce and also shrimp scampi. My food was great. Its a huge portion so i packed half to go. The Cheddar biscuits are always good. They no longer serve salad with their entrees so that's a little disappointing. The patron Margarita was good. I highly recommend. Some of the other guest that dined with me had the special Lobster drinks and they loved it. The service here was quick. Our waiter seemed tired of us but he still handled us with tlc and got us everything we needed. He checked on us consistently. Overall loved our visit. Cant wait to return.

Cheddar biscuits are always amazing. Had a nice IPA, the Monday night Lobster & Shrimp scampi special was really good and only cost 20 bucks and the service was great. I had an amazing waiter and he went above and beyond

Totally conflicted with writing this review. Although our waiter was courteous, there was some conflict occurring amongst the coworkers. Our waiter was the recipient as he was scolded on the floor by another coworker. The waiter was annoyed, obviously, but carried on with our service- but seemed distracted. Really wish this hadn’t occurred in the restaurant seating area, then my review would be better. Our food was okay. We will visit again and hopefully have better luck next time. It’s probably still one of the better Red Lobster restaurants I have visited.

Fantastic service! This was my second time visiting the Nanuet location. My family and I dined on a Monday evening. Everything was just excellent! Server was attentive and friendly. My family and I felt like we were at home. Food was delicious. The mussels in white sauce appetizer is delightful and comes with bread. The Key Lime pie is perfectly bittersweet. I recommend it for dessert. Bravo Nanuet!!

I haven’t been out for a while, my son treats me to dinner, so I picked Red Lobster. I didn’t want to eat a full course meal, I just wanted some appetizers and a drink the waitress suggested Bacon-Mac and cheese and Seafood-Stuffed mushrooms. I had a strawberry lemonade. I can’t believe it, everything was horrible. The drink was too sweet, Bacon-Mac dry, and extra salty. The stuffed mushrooms were very oily and the cheese was dry on top of the Mushrooms. I will never go back, it is a no for me.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I heard they make really good pizza, but I tried the salad instead with a glass of sparkling wine. The salad was delicious, it’s a historic spot, old pictures of actors and singers, nice atmosphere.

The pizza is first-class here. In fact, I would go as far as stating it’s some of the best I have sampled in Rockland county. But don’t take my word for it……you have to try it for yourself……The menu is extensive, the prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent. Totally recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to sample the full menu. Update: Everything I have tried here is truly superb….the meat balls, the chicken parm, and today the chicken salad. Being English I love great food……..this place really is in a class of its own.

Good food, Great service, Friendly atmosphere.

Eh. Best way to describe it. I have come here twice now, and both times it took forever to get my food (and both times, I ordered a wrap and a salad). The ham and cheese wrap was decent, on the smaller side. The fries were cold, like they'd been sitting out for a while. I guess you have to stick to pizza, wings, and beer here, otherwise it's not worth the price.

I recently visited Cho Cho San Noodle House for the first time, and while the experience was okay overall, it wasn’t quite my thing. I ordered ramen, and the flavors were interesting, but the pork tasted a bit gamy to me. I’m not sure if that’s typical for ramen, as this was my first time at a ramen restaurant, so it could just be a matter of personal taste. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice, but I didn’t connect with the dish as much as I’d hoped. For those more familiar with traditional ramen flavors, it might be worth a try!

Absolutely love this place! Staff is super friendly and energetic. They take care of allergy needs as well which is so important. Very clean restaurant. Would definitely recommend this spot to any family, couple or individual looking for a good meal😃!!

So far the Malaysian spicy ramen is my favorite from their noodle dishes. The tonkatsu ramen is pretty good too but the flavor is not as memorable. The tuna tacos are really crispy and tasty. The bao buns and shumai were also good and we would order those again, too. The inside is clean and modern.

This was a great travel stop. The staff was very friendly and informative. And soup dumplings under the dim sum section were amazing. And the atmosphere was also very charming, the place was very clean. They had this cool “umbrella” decor on the ceiling made of chili peppers. Would definitely visit again.

Whenever we don't feel adventurous but simply crave some comfort food, Cho Cho San Noodle House would be our top choice. Actually this is the the closest location for us to secure a nice bowl of Laksa, or the closest Laksa-taste-alike (it's called "Malaysian Spicy Miso Ramen" on their menu). We never order from their "Entrees" section, as those dishes are more catered for people unfamiliar with authentic Asian food. We mostly focus on "Appetizers", "Dim Sum" and "Noodle Soup" categories that feature dishes from many Asian countries. Steamed Vegetable Dumplings are never absent on our visit. I have always marveled at the texture of their noodles - soft yet springy, never soggy, always the right degree of chewiness - and even wanted to ask them about the supplier, so I could order some for my home cooking haha! This is also one of the more traditional Chinese restaurants, where they still serve you a free bowl of deep fried crackers with duck sauce. It's always busy there - as many take-out orders as dine-in customers - but the service is always friendly and orderly, never frantic or negligent. The decoration is tasteful, with traditional paintings and calligraphy on the wall and lamp shades.

It was a great experience. The restaurant was clean and stylish. Outside looks is not great with the sign so it was a nice surprise. Everything was good but Korean pancake and dim sum were amazing! Ramen with ribs were bit wired. I wish they can put chashu ( thinly sliced pork ) instead. Roast duck needs a little improvement. Only duck pieces with bukcoy over rice is too simple for $18. Veriety icecream dessert was nice and price was good, too. I'll come back to try more!

Past couple of times ive been here lately ive been noticing my to go orders have had some type of mistake which is an annoyance within itself but this here is nasty. I understand its chicken and finding feathers isnt unusual but this many is kind of crazy to me, the fact that one of your staff saw this still cooked and served it is a little off putting to me definitely not going back. On top of that the wings were the complete wrong flavor, which makes no sense when i had to go through 2 people to complete the order all due to the first gentleman not knowing where to find the wings on the pos system and then after repeating the order 2 times to the girl that took his place to make sure it was correct the entire order was still wrong. To put it lightly this chilis sucks

I used to love this place back in the day but they've shrunk the portion size by a lot. The skillet queso used to be FILLED to the top but now they barely give you any. As for the chicken crisper, the chicken is much smaller now.

My parents and I stopped in this establishment for dinner while in the area after stopping at Costco. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely hostess who brought us to our table, where we met our server Jamie who was spectacular! I started off with a Patron premium margarita, which was very good, my parents opted for Arnold Palmer & a Lemonade. Then an amazing manager stopped by our table to introduce himself and made a sweet gesture of bringing us chips n salsa to our table which was so nice. Now to our entrees all three of us had house salads with our entrees, both my parents had Chili's Famous Cajun pasta with chicken n shrimp which they both loved, I had the Big Smash Burger which was juicy n flavorful with crispy n hot fries which were prepared the way I love them. From the Service to the Food, I Highly Recommend Chili's Grill and Bar in Nanuet NY! Tell them Charlie sent ya!

I’m sorry but they fell off. The best thing was the fries. The waiter was MIA 90% of the time. The queso trio had no flavor and the salsa was watery. The bacon, chicken and ranch was disgusting no flavor or seasoning. The cookie skillet wasn’t even hot, it taste like sweeten play dough. I haven’t been here in 10 years but they fell all the way off.

Super fast friendly responsive service. Servers with personality. The tvs have current sports games, the bar is generous in its choices. The fries are cooked well, although mine were under seasoned. Crispy chicken are anything but tender. Order a burger or fajitas and you will be fine.

Went here for breakfast exactly 2 weeks ago. My brother ordered a banana pancake that was delicious. My quesadilla was okay, not memorable but okay at the moment. The hot chocolate that my parents ordered was typically hot chocolate but they wished it was warmer. House potatoes were a let down. Overall it was okay diner food. Service was a letdown as we had 2 different servers. The first server was slow on water and sauces while the 2nd was quick with coffee so thank you to the 2nd one.

Gluten-free options in toast, pancakes and waffles available! More substitution options available in the restaurant than over food ordering apps. Last couple of times I ate in the restaurant I had gluten -free pancakes with fresh strawberries added. Delicious! Zero tummy issues with orders received in store or via app delivery. I'm gluten intolerant, even traces are an issue, so I am happy this place exists! The menu extends beyond breakfast, so plenty to try for your entire party! Very welcoming folks run the place. Tried this place on a whim as I drove by and it caught my eye, and I wasn’t disappointed. The service is quick, food was amazing, staff was friendly. It’s a bit on the smaller side and gets packed so be ready for a wait or go early. The pancakes were absolutely delightful, and the home-fries were excellent, to my surprise they have sweet potato home fries something I’ve never tried anywhere. The menu has some very interesting options, but if I’m at a pancake place I’m there for just that pancakes.

A throwback to the kind of old fashioned, family-owned diner that is fast disappearing from the county's culinary landscape. The food is good and served in hearty portions and the service is friendly and discreet. A hidden Rockland gem that is now on my favorites list. The hazelnut coffee is to DIE for. I'm bringing my laptop next time.

This place is a nice surprise.. It is located near, what looks to be, an industrial area, but even so, this place is still thriving and rightfully so. Service is efficient and breakfast food is solid and consistent. Place gets busy and the place rises to each occasion. You can tell the restaurant is managed very well. The staff work together like a symphony and it shows with their service. Pancakes are yummy, portions are impressive and price is fair. We tried the banana walnut pancake after seeing a picture here and it was delicious. Highly recommended. Corn beef hash is also a nice side dish. Definitely would be one of our go to spots for breakfast. Well done Pancakes plus!

Tulsi is clean, friendly, and delicious. The staff is so attentive and kind, and they really do their best to ensure your comfort. The food was absolutely amazing, even with the service being so quick. This was absolutely the best butter chicken I’ve ever had, and the drinks were delicious as well. Tulsi Fine Indian Cuisine is a hidden gem that truly delivers on flavor, service, and convenience. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I ordered shrimp broccoli and it was disgusting. I could not even see the shrimp. It looked like it was breaded but it was not? The broccoli was not fresh. It looked and tasted horrible! Do not waste your money.

The front door of a restaurant is always a good indicator. This one was very dirty. The bathroom was also dirty. To start, we got the crab raccoon (exactly as it says on the menu, lol) and the wontons. Both came out at the speed of light. However, they were both super chewy and tasted awful. Almost as if they were just reheated. We didnt eat them. The main meal was a bit better, but not good. The lady working was nice . Overall, terrible experience. Will not return.

The interior decoration was nice but way too many tables for the size of the restaurant. The wait staff was prompt and polite but I had a hard time communicating when I was ordering. They brought out complimentary fried noodles (chips) and a pot of hot tea. Enough to keep ourselves busy waiting for food. My son and I both ordered General Tso's Chicken from dinner combination menu and pork fried rice. It came with a egg drop soup, egg roll, chicken and choice of rice. The egg drop soup was too salty. I am used to very light egg drop soup. The General chicken was ok. The chicken wasn't crispy which I prefer and the sauce was little bit watery. I think perfect generals chicken is crispy and sauce that's sticky with strong flavor. The fried rice had a good smoky flavor but I felt that it needed more sauce. The fried rice was perfect when you had pieces of pork but there wasn't too many pork. The serving size for each dish was plenty. I couldn't finish my food. I would think that the price is on medium side with average dish costing around $12 to $15. I probably wouldn't come here again because of the cost and taste of the dish.

I still went to this place after reading the reviews, hoping that I'd get lucky. I do understand that sometimes people just have a bad experience but I'll be honest, this place is exactly as the reviews speak of it. Literally everything is good, except the food. Service impeccable, atmosphere... Outstanding, Food.. terrible. They should definitely find another batter for the fried chicken and the lo mein was so dry although the shrimp were the only good thing about it, I asked for vegetables, sure I paid for them and didn't get them. The broth (wonton soup) was tasty but I'm not sure what it should taste like soooo... Please do better... Take more pride in your culture an what the food should taste like... And then do it that way

This place has gone downhill. It's one of the few sit down, drink tea Chinese places in town. I choose not to eat there because as soon as walked in, the seater was blowing his nose and didn't wash or sanitize his hand. When I asked him if was going to wash his hands after blowing his nose, his reply was, I washed my hands earlier. We just left without eating there.

Terrible service and rude staff! Went to Sakana hoping for a good meal, but the experience was ruined by the waiter’s attitude. From the start, he was cold and dismissive. We waited nearly 20 minutes before he took our order, and when he finally did, he acted like we were wasting his time eye rolls, sighs, the whole deal. He never checked on us once during the meal, and even getting the bill was a struggle. The food was just okay, not nearly good enough to make up for the awful service. With so many better options around, I won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This is it!!! New favorite sushi spot. I used to go to Bada when I lived closer to Suffern, but of all the sushi places I've tried in the Nanuet area, Sakana is by far the most refined, fresh, and authentic. This place knows real sushi and has a nice wine and dessert selection as well. All of my meals here have been exceedingly delicious - go see for yourself! P.S. The best roll is the Bounty Hunter Roll if you like yellowtail, toro, and eel!

Great sushi spot. Been dining here for years. Surprisingly great special rolls and the fish is always great quality. Our favorites are the crystal roll, fantastic roll, and the mango roll. We try something new every time and this time we ordered the salmon skin hand rolls and we were not disappointed. For dessert, their fried ice cream is delicious.

First time at Sakana it was amazing . Through the years their food wasn’t as good, but we kept our tradition of coming every anniversary. 24 years later I will stop our tradition and never come back. Sakana you lost a very loyal customer

It’s ok, nothin special about the sushi. Service was fine no complaints, But the food quality and freshness is on the lower end. Expect to spend about $25 to $30. I’d your a fan of sushi this isn’t the place, sorry.

This place is exactly what I want for New York style pizza. They have slices ready to go which are fresh, hot, and delicious. There’s almost always someone in the kitchen tossing dough and loading up the oven. They are consistent in their quality and always friendly and efficient. Other New York area pizza shops aren’t always going to be friendly, but that’s never a problem any time I’ve visited Franco’s. The restaurant itself is tucked away in the back of a shopping plaza and not easily visible from the road. It’s a literal hidden gem for anyone that doesn’t already know about it. The pizza itself has all of the elements you want in a pizza. Dough that is flavorful and thin, but still folds nicely. Perfect and fresh ingredients that are dispersed appropriately throughout the pie. Perfectly browned cheese and a well balanced sauce that’s not overly sweet and well seasoned. They have a nice selection of bottled drinks near the front that are bound to have something you’d love. They do have a selection of pastas, sandwiches, and burgers that I’m sure are great, but I feel like it would be a crime to not get the pizza so I do. If they happen to have zeppoles while you’re there, don’t skip on them. They’re lovely little donuts with powdered sugar that make for a nice dessert that it’s too heavy.

We recently ordered from your shop and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We ordered two pies: one plain cheese and one red sauce pie with garlic. What we received was two cheese pizzas, with one topped with just a few pieces of raw garlic. We were a bit confused, as this was not what we were expecting. When we called to clarify, we learned that the pizza we had in mind is actually called a “Sicilian Marinara.” That would’ve been fine to learn, mistakes happen.. but the dismissive attitude from the owner we received over the phone made the situation worse. A simple, “oh there was a miscommunication here, the red sauce pie with the garlic is actually called …” would have been all that was needed. I will mention that I’ve ordered this specific order a couple of times before (I’ve been to this shop maybe 4/5 times) and had gotten what I requested. Not sure what happened here today and why the attitude from the owner was necessary Also, if this was a “garlic” pizza I would also be highly disappointed as this looks like a regular pie to me (See picture) To be honest, the pizzas we did get weren’t very good this time, and after this experience we’d rather support one of the MANY other pizza shops in the area.

The best service experience I’ve ever had dining in in a very long time. For a pizzeria, I didn’t expect to get a full restaurant-level dine in experience, but upon sitting, we were given menus and silverware, and our order was taken at the table. We also received bread and salad. Our server went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience, even giving me crayons as an adult just because of a joke I made, and offering to label our to-go containers without us having asked. It’s the smallest considerations that really make you feel taken care of and valued as a customer and our server did just that and more. I came from a YouTuber recommendation but I’d revisit for the service alone. The food was also good, affordable and portions were large. Their sauces seem to be on the sweeter side, so if you like that, you will love this place. Seating and parking were ample. Restaurant and restroom were very clean.

Amazing place! Great for a quick bite or a group gathering. We were in town for a week for work and went multiple times. Everyone can order their own slices, the dining area has lots of seating, and the staff was awesome! Will totally go back when we're in town again.

Not sure what the name discrepancy is about but all good. I comes up on google as the New 304 diner but it is also called New City Diner. Who cares. Its a diner with all the fixings. The classic dessert case is filled with homemade treats. The service is friendly and we enjoyed our breakfast. The muffins are delicious especially the blueberry and bran ones. Corn muffin also good. Omelettes are always my jam at diners. I would come back for sure!

Standard diner fare with abundance of options. 3 egg.omelette was nicely pan fried, balanced ratio of egg to meat and cheese. Home fries were okay, didn't have bell pepper or onions but had a nice crisp. Diner toast on point, grape jelly. Also has a bar for early morning drinkers.

Had a decent crowd for a Saturday night when we got there, but emptied out quickly. Decor is your standard old school diner. Coffee was decent. Hungry Man meal was pretty good. Eggs were tasty and the bacon was crispy. The slice of ham tasted good too. Pancakes weren't to my liking. Honestly I thought they tasted like oatmeal.

We came with our little toddler, straight from a long flight. Everything was delicious and the service was super nice! We had everything we wanted! Thank you Chris!

I’ve been going to this diner for a couple of years waiting for it to disappoint but it never did. This place is great. The location itself is good. Always plenty of parking space. The service is excellent as well. They always great you with a smile. The food is delicious as well. I have no complaints. Once you sit down, the staff quickly asks you if you want coffee or something else to drink. The food comes out pretty quickly. They don’t play around with that. The food portions are also great. Best bang for your buck. Breakfast for two will run you about $40 plus Tip. I usually leave cash on the table. The bathrooms are always kept clean. Your coffee cup is always kept full and you never have to ask for a refill yourself. Some places you have to stand up and stare at your server for a refill but not at this location. Like I said, I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had a complaint. It’s usually busy on the weekends especially Sunday after church. If you’re in the area and want great food and service, this diner is perfect for you and your family. Enjoy and tell them Eddie sent you. (Which they have no idea who I am) lol. Enjoy the food and service.

This is an old diner with new management. Went for breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised by the great food and service. The French toast was huge, fresh and tasty. I had an omelette that was amazing. I can’t wait to try it for dinner.

Had an awesome corned beef eggs Benedict here and my friend had a delicious blt with fries. The service was friendly and very good and the renovated diner was super clean. Plenty of parking in the back of the diner if you drive up and think there isn’t enough spaces.

Since we came at Memorial day late afternoon, we were the only customers and there was only one cook preparing our order. The food was excellent BUT It took more than half an hour to be served...

Good burgers and steak. Was there during a snowstorm and it was packed. Waitress was hustling to keep up and did a great job. Decent beer selection for a hotel bar. Will return next time I stay up there.

We ate there for our first time in February and the food was excellent!! The chef is amazing, the service was okay.I had the tortellini dish and it was delicious ❤️ We also went last night for the St.Pattys event with the buffet and it was again absolutely amazing.The chef did a terrific job once again.Staff was great as well and the entertainment was just perfect!💚🍀💚🍀💚🍀💚

The food was good and the server was friendly but this place was under staffed. One girl working the bar and the tables. She was also taking room service orders on the phone. Everything took a long time because she was doing everything. The lights were only on in half the room. Wasn't sure if they were open at first. Menu is decent. This could be a good place but right now it is not.

I didn't know you could mess up a turkey club until I ordered from this place. I had to search through the hot wet lettuce and mayo to find a half slice of turkey. 🤮 Right in the trash and ordered somewhere else.

Stopped in for dinner for 2 around 6:40 and got seated @7. Service was rushed which is understandable for a friday night but @ $35 per person for all you can eat… chill. The sushi and other appetizers were good but felt rushed and we noticed the portion sizes got smaller as we kept ordering the same appetizer. side note: we weren’t aware it would cost 35 as the menus we were given had the price covered in white out.

Obsessed isn't the word!! This is hands-down the best sushi I’ve had in a while 🍣 Everything was so fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented! The vibes were cozy and the staff were super sweet too. I’m already planning my next visit.. Nanuet, you’re winning with this one!

Great choice for local all-you-can-eat sushi which includes sashimi plus kitchen items for $31 or $33! I regret not taking a photo of the current menus for reference, that’s my oversight. My friend introduced us to this place which is an easy option to go to when you’re starving and want all-you-can-eat. They have many options as you’d expect which includes both sashimi as well as special rolls and even hibachi and ramen-styled kitchen items. They also serve a variety of alcohol, making this an easy place for a full meal with friends.

I used to come here often and always enjoyed it, but my recent visit was very disappointing. When we arrived, we stood at the front for about seven minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The only employee visible was on her phone and didn’t approach us until I seated myself. We ordered ginger ale, but it was completely flat and watered down. The food itself did not taste fresh, and overall the quality was nowhere near what it used to be. Throughout the meal, we made an effort to say “thank you” when dishes were brought out, but the waitress never acknowledged us and simply walked away. When it came time to pay, the check was brought immediately, but the service and food were both so poor that I did not feel comfortable leaving a tip — which is very rare for me, as I also work in the service industry and understand the importance of tipping when good service is provided. Unfortunately, this was a horrible experience, both in terms of food and service. I won’t be returning, which is disappointing because this used to be one of my go-to spots.

Ive been going to this location for many years, food is always pretty good. But the service has declined drastically, the server we had was a woman caked with makeup who has a big attitude problem. Very unpleasant and saw her gossiping in a different language to her coworkers after telling her about forgetting the plates. If you want business then consider being more polite.

They served us lo mein that had a bug in it. Service was horrific, prior to the bug incident they were not even bringing out everything that we ordered. Stopped eating as soon as we saw the dead bug in the lo mein and promptly showed the waitress to which she grabbed it from me then gave me a measly 15% discount to “ make up for it”. This place is gross and not worth even thinking of going there.

The food has not the best quality, specially the salmon sashimi. I was served almost a hard and frozen salmon which had not the best flavor. The service provided was not good either since I had to seek for a server almost all the time I was there. One of the servers threw the plate to me and even gave me some attitude when I asked for the check. I had to wait for about 10 minutes to get someone to finally check me out. Overall some of the food is decent but I had not a great experience while eating there. I was left unattended multiple times, the sushi had more cucumber than shrimp and again the salmon was not the best quality.

Terrible terrible terrible food. I'm so disappointed that I came here with some friends and they suffered through terrible food and terrible service. Food tastes very bad. Shrimp was horrible. Rice and beans disgusting by the way it's like seven bucks. Hamburgers we're undercooked. Chips and salsa they don't come when you sit it is $5 or $6. One of my friends paid $35 for their lunch because they ordered shrimp tacos which was only three tacos and a side of being a rice. None of it was finished. We paid full price and left. Again overall it's just not good and I will never go back again. Here's your warning! Parking is terrible, The food is terrible, The prices are outrageous, and lastly you will leave upset.

Great breakfast I have been hearing great things for a long time and tried it out for the first time and it was delicious and exceeded my expectations. They have Mexican and American dishes, very fresh, homemade dishes. I would say this is the best breakfast in the area.

Hands down, the absolute best, most authentic Mexican restaurant in all of Rockland County! I've tried Sangrias, Playa Cancun, and many other places, and none of them comes close to Estrella. This is a must try if you want real Mexican cuisine. They also have amazing breakfast and their banana foster French toast is delicious! My only complaint is that they're overpriced for many things. For a little hole in the wall, the prices shouldn't reflect that of a fine dining restaurant. Review update 2024: It seems that the owner has partnered with another former restaurant owner of another restaurant, and they changed the rice, and it's not good! They used to have delicious rice, which I found to be the tastiest rice for a Mexican cuisine, which normally is fairly bland in other Mexican restaurants. So their rice used to stand out, but now that this new partner has stepped in, the rice tastes like bland rice pilaf from a diner....it's terrible. Prices have also gone up. I used to love this place and I haven't returned since these changes have been made. One thing that's so important & keeps customers coming back is "consistency". Once you change something (especially for the worse), you lose customers that way. They unfortunately lost me.

I ordered chilaquiles to go. I think it was listed for 11 bucks on the menu. Person over the phone asked me what I wanted on it and I asked what the options were. One of them was steak so I chose that. When I got to the restaurant my dish was $21. However it was a large portion, the beef was fresh enough if not the highest quality, and it was cooked perfectly medium rare like I asked.

Service was amazing. Melvin is the ultimate hostess. Food was phenomenal. Definitely saving this place in my list of must eats. We had the stuffed chicken, the lobster paella 🥘 and the octopus 🐙 Also Sangria was delicious. The flan is very good. Not overly sweet and fresh they make it in house.

Holy cow this place is fantastic! And I’m a harsh critic. Wonderully decorated. Huge menu. Flavorful home-made food, authentic Mexican, but plenty of choices for people who aren’t into Mexican food. Easygoing, friendly and attentive service. Alcohol. We went for breakfast. And. They make their own fresh squeezed orange juice! Served in a big glass. Delicious! I asked if they have fried ice cream. It wasn’t on the menu, but they made it for me anyway. Plus, it was served on fire! We’re not local, but I plan to come here again whenever I’m at all in the area. There are so many other things on the menu I want to try!

Breakfast combo picaditas - amazing. Overeasy eggs on a corn pancake toasted on the comal (picadita) with creamy smooth beans and rice. Chilaquiles verde also amazing.

Great place for friends gathering and ladies night out. Good wine collection and the food is good too. Theye live music (must check their event calendar if you are Dan Lopez's Fans). if you want some privacy/quiet they have a small room at the back.

I absolutely adore coming to Jackie's. Love the atmosphere and the food is excellent. She carries some excellent wines and beers to pair perfectly with your meal. Such a wonderful find! The selection of wine is not overwhelming and the quality is superb! I highly recommend the California Cab. And the kitchen selection is so good! Tapas were astounding- Shrimp tacos had a nice spicey finish but the Brie & Pancetta was my personal favorite. Abby, our bartender/server and comic relief is great and Jackie herself was chef/chief cook and bottle washer. Make it a point to swing in and stay a while Great music, ambiance and staff. What else could you want??

This is a really great treasure in Nanuet. I have been wanting to come here for the longest time. Hubby asked what do you feel like doing and my first thoughts were to come here. So glad we did. The minute you walk in, it looks inviting and cozy. Wine selections are awesome, they actually had a wine from Africa. I was so surprised, but even happier when ordering it. We shared a cheese plate and olives. The portions are very large. Don’t miss coming here. It’s well worth it.

Food here is excellent! We have been twice so far, and will certainly be coming back. I highly recommend trying the soups. My fiancé had the chicken and vegetables, two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻. I enjoyed a lobster bisque, extremely light and flavorful! Also the restaurant manager, Sophia, was a delight. Lastly, live entertainment, which is always a treat at dinner. Stop on it and prepare to only enjoy!

Being from CT, when we shop at the Palisades Center Mall one my stops has to be Noches de Colombia. The food is always fresh, big portions and great service. For sure delicious desserts, love the Flan!

Empanadas were okay, the inside wasn’t good but the outside was perfect, their guacamole was perfect !! The tostones were really good, the calamari could be crunchier but the sauce was good. They have homemade juice, the blackberry juice was more celery tasting 🤢 The server was very nice, we were the only ones and they were closing down but they didn’t give us a hard time at all, food came out fast and hot. They make the guac in front of you 🤞🏽

The food portions are huge here. We shared a plate and got a side thinking the main dish wasn't going to be enough for 2 adults. But it was more than a enough. The atmosphere is very hard to talk with ones you are having dinner with. The music is way too loud.

Edit #1: The waitress provided excellent service. However, the food was just okay, and I felt the quality didn't match the price. If this had been my first visit, I likely wouldn't return. Good environment and food. Overall it is a nice "Colombian" style restaurant. I would recommend going, especially if you want to try something different (from American cuisine).

I went to this restaurant and I was delighted with the experience. Since we arrived, the waitress service was excellent. The manager Camilo, was very aware of everything, making sure that every detail was perfect, which made us feel very well taken care of. In addition, the food was delicious: each dish with an incredible flavor and an impeccable presentation. Without a doubt, it is a place I want to return to and that I totally recommend.

It was our first time trying this Colombian restaurant and it was great. The food was delicious and in big portions. They also have a large variety of plates at a very reasonable price. It was well decorated and has this home feeling. The waitress was friendly and helpful with the menu. Will come back for sure to try their baked goods.

We loved our Columbian mains which were amazing with lots of flavor. But the service was slow. The music was great but was turned off for a soccer game. Not everyone enjoys soccer. We asked for the music to be turned on and have the soccer game playing on TV. The manager denied and said sorry but the soccer game will be playing all night. We was eager to enjoy a night out of music which turned out to be boring.

From the folks at lites plus, we love you guys and this place! Consistently good pizza and always cooked the way we like it. It’s one of the best pizza places in Rockland county. Aside from their pizza all of their food is good here. They are also the most affordable.

I visited this establishment only because it was listed as having the best wings in Rockland only to be extremely disappointed and met with excessively rude customer service. The wings were twice-fried old and hard to chew. The pasta was less than fresh the only thing fresh on it was the pieces of shrimp that were heated up in a pan #burnt & placed on top of it the broccoli in the pasta was on the borderline of spoiled #soft #overcooked. I attempted to speak with the on-site staff Sarah who was rude Curt and short. So I decided to go back the next day after being dismissed by Sara to meet with a manager who still was not on duty. I need everybody to know that this place does NOT I repeat does NOT have the best wings in Rockland. Please see pictures attached.

We come for the food and this place happens to be a choice of the family when we go out. As others have said it can take quite a while for your order to be served. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating to us. Gluten Free alternatives available including buns for their sandwhich. Definitely a plus for eating out when your gluten free. I can not speak to cross contamination but I have never had an issue.

I read the previous reviews of this place and most of them are very accurate. If you are looking for moderately priced Bar food this place is for you. The crowd is older and a bit loud. There is a small partition between the bar and the dining area. The service is a bit slow. That is what keeps the rating down. We ordered bar food on a Saturday night and it is just what we were looking for.

Great place with awesome staff and great food. New owners/staff since late 2017 and the food is even better than before. On Sunday nights at 745pm, they even host a Trivia Night (free to play) for a chance to win cash and prizes, and it's really entertaining!

Good food but service is not something I'd bet on at this place. Had to wait a while to be seated, and they took over 45 minutes to bring the food out. Once seated, couldn't wait to get out of this place.

The food is the best. The menu of hamburgers is extensive, but my favorite is the pulled pork. the best kept secret in Rockland County. Cozy, and most nights the noise is low enough to have a conversation in a booth. Occasionally a little loud, but still worth going for the food.

Good place and not so bad food but very unfriendly staff. We waited about 15 min just to be responded and seated. Restaurant was not too busy and servers just glance and ignore the presence. Waited about 45 min to get the food. Very unpleasant experience. Would not prefer to go once more.

I was recommended to go to Starbucks on March 23rd, 2025. When I stepped in there was line and I went to order a traveler with a friend. She ordered a drink and traveler. She had change and was giving it to the cashier ( a young Caucasian woman). She said I have the exact change and the cashier stated that I already have the amount and my friend said but I have the exact change. She look at my friend like asked her to sell her a kidney. Then looks at me for validation. I never saw this in my decades of existence that asking for exact change would be such an issue. Then I went to order a traveler and he and an Asian guy started sighing that it would take 20 minutes to make. Okay, that’s fine. They both looked like oh I thought they would cancel. What a difference staff makes. Saturday staff needs to train Sunday staff asap. I will always work out if Sunday staff is present.

This Sunday evening, I stopped by to get matcha tea. Only two of the five workers behind the counter assisting customers. I have to wait over 5 min to place my order and then additional 10 min to get my hot matcha latte at room temperature - crazy I won't be visiting this Starbucks again. I felt incredibly let down with this Starbucks.

On March 22nd, 2025, I came into this establishment not knowing how to order coffee for a large group. I spoke to a young African American and he understood me immediately and helped me get want I needed. And staff women maybe the manager explained what comes with it and ask if I needed anything else. I really appreciate good customer service. Unfortunately I didn’t get the names but they were on the morning shift.

4/13/25 around 10am I experienced the worst customer service ever. The service was beyond slow , but that’s just one thing . I was patiently waiting. After a while I asked about my order instead of an apology what made the experience worse was, I observed two employees sarcastically talking about me and laughing, which made me feel embarrassed and disrespected. Employees should get proper customer service training!! Totally unacceptable.

Place is not well maintained and there is always dirt in the floor. They used to have nice soft chairs now all the chair are made of wood and not comfortable, maybe Starbucks don’t want us to hangout too long anymore. The works experience from today was the slow service, the manager along with the staff where more playful. I believe in having fun at work but not at the expense of sense of urgency. I was in my launch brake and every minutes counts. It took about 10 minutes to get my drink. I like Starbucks but I’ll choose another location.

This is what your breakfast sandwich will look like if you order from this Starbucks. Second sandwich in a week so at least they are consistent! Since it's too hard to line up the bottom and top of an English muffin the result is almost all the cheese is gone, it melts fully into the wax paper--then, heat from the uncovered egg steams the bread making it wet and stuck to the paper---a real morning treat. It truly takes a special person to mess up a sandwich that comes premade this badly, but it happened twice so far. Although my dog is happy he got the soggy treat, I won't waste my money at place charging $8 for a coffee drink with people who don't care what they're putting out. Hands down, one of the worst Starbucks in the tristate area.

I've been anticipating eating at Joe's for several years and finally decided to today with family members. I drove over an hr only to have not so great service. The easy peel shrimp well you had to devein yourself. The server who started out great ended up being terrible and unprofessional, the food was overpriced for the quantity that was provided. Let's just say my desire for Joe's is now no longer and if you still desire to go hopefully you have a better experience.

To whom it may concern: 1 – I went to the Joe's Crab at the Palisades Mall in West Nyack, N. Y. on Monday, May 1, at approximately 2:30 in the afternoon. There were four other people in the restaurant. I ordered the soup, which I asked to be made hot and the clams in garlic sauce. 2 - The soup came out luke warm so I sent it back. The clams came out and I choked when I ate the first one because there was so much diced red pepper on it. First, I had to ask for silverware to eat with. Then it was very spicy to say the least. I sent it back and asked to see the manager. He said that that is the way we make it. I told him it does not say there is diced red pepper on the menu. 3 - The manager offered to make the garlic clams up for me without the spices. It came out much better so I ordered a second round of clams since I did not have the soup. The bill came and the waitress said that the soup and one of the dish of clams were taken off of the bill. I asked why the am I being charged for two orders of clams. The waitress said that I technically ordered three (3) servings of clams. I told her that I sent back an order because it was in-eatable. If the manager wants to give me a free dish of clams to make up for their incompetence, that is O K by me, and good customer service. But don't tell me that I ordered three servings of clams and you took the in-eatable one off as a courtesy. This only show how poorly trained the staff is from the manager to the cook to the server. 4 - You should close your doors until you get what running a restaurant is all about. Joe’s Crab Shack at this location was not good. Service Poor. Cooking Poor. When it first open it was wonderful. Years later it went down. I went here a couple months ago before is closed there was literally nobody there and it was a weekend which confused me to why. As I realized the food wasent good. Asked for a seafood salad and it totally did not even look like a delicious salad no shrimp and way too much salt. The waitress took to long to bring me food. The drinks were awful. Nothing literally that day was good. I hope a good restaurant opens over the old Joe’s Crab Shack.

I have been to multiple locations of Joe's for several times, they are all nice and delicious, except for this one. First, they did not give me the apron as other locations did every time in the past. Not a big deal. But then I was astonished by the portion of the entrees. They used to be good for a big guy like me. For example, the steampot has corns, some sausages, potatoes and the seafood. But the one I got this time has one link of sausage, no corns, less potatoes and seafood. It didn't quite feed me and the price is the same as other locations. The server didn't seem to care much either.

Food is delicious. Service not so much. In fact was one of the worst service experiences I've had. Took them 15 minutes just to seat us in the fairly empty restaurant. They also seems to have forgotten about us as our appetizer was taking very long and our waitress had to ask for our food and it came out that minute. Food was good though.

Went with a group of friends that all wanted to go to joe's. I'm allergic to shell fish but whenever I go to seafood places I always get fish and chips or non-shellfish foods. Intially, I ordered steak and potatoes only to find out a few minutes later the grill wasn't working. So some of us had to change our orders. I settled for fish and chips. I took one bite and asked the waiter if they fried their fish in the same oil as shrimp...She said yes! I was soooo disappointed. I mean, how do you run a business and cross-contaminate foods? No consideration for people with shellfish allergies. I couldn't eat anything there. I had to give my whole order back. One friend was also allergic to shellfish and couldn't even order a burger so he walked out. Another friend ordered lobster tails with 2 sides. The lobster tails were so small and they gave him a ton of rice for $32 (he also had ONE drink). AND we later realized they only gave him 1 of his side orders. I ended up leaving as well and eating some place else, and my friend that ordered the lobster tails wasn't even full and ordered at another place as well. Wasn't a great experience at all.

On a last minute dinner decision we went to Joe's Crab Shack at the palisades. This restaurant is new at this location. We went on a week night when it was less crowded, the service was good and the seafood was excellent even though I wasn't expecting much do to it being a chain. I had the New Orleans steam pots and I can say that the crawfish was amazing along with the shrimp. My wife had the bucket of King Crab and ended up sharing with my 10 yr. old that we had to order another. Overall this will be our new seafood chain and it's miles above red lobsters. For now since is new we will be going only on the weekdays since last Saturday we tried going and it was a 90 min. Wait.

This was a recommendation from a friend and I was pleasantly impressed. It doesn’t look like much but the sushi I had was spot on! Fresh with good portions. I order 6 rolls for lunch and told the server to pick a special one and surprise me. She must have understood but it’s almost a good thing as I was way full. Lots to choose from. The Miso soup was excellent! Do not expect quick service unless you phone your order in. You’ve been warned.... but given that it’s definitely a place I will return to!

i liked it very much. the taste is fresh on the sushi, bento is fine, the udon soup was very tasteful, kids meal serves its purpose. i do think the deluxe sushi for 2 should offer maybe 3 more sashimi pieces and the regular deluxe for 1, maybe 2 more sashimi pieces.

Came here on a whim while me and a friend were in the area. It was a very good meal on the service was excellent. We split the sushi assortment for two. We also tried the bulgogi beef platter which was also very good. The fish was very fresh. The roles were very tasty. One star lost because the Miso soup was very watery. I will definitely come back here next time I am nearby.

This is the Japanese restaurant owned by Koreans and I love it! They had Korean bbq bulgogi menu as well! It's not easy to find Korean food up here and its a treat. We moved to Nanuet from NYC, had dynamic experiences with sushi restaurants. I always missed our favorite Japanese owned restaurant in Queens with their special roll but I'm soooo excited that I now found a go-to place whenever I'm craving for good sushi rolls! Taste, texture, saltiness, presentation- everything was just perfect. Waitress was perfect. Atmosphere was decent, I felt that it was cleaner and more closer to authentic look than any other restaurants in the area. We spent very pleasant Vday Dinner here.

I wish I could this place more stars. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and took very good care of us. Definitely try the fried oysters!! The kids loved the chicken tempura

Salmon Bento box is amazing. Veggie gyozas equally as incredible, nice and crunchy. Do yourself a favor and order the Godzilla special roll. Thank me later 🙏🏾

Delicious food. I've gone here a few times and it's always delicious. Parking is free. The restaurant is very authentic. Try the fried ice cream! So good! Highly recommend it.

I like Matter of Health and give it high grades, but it is super expensive. I paid $50 for 1 Turkey on whole wheat, small chicken noodle, large vegetable soup and Salmon love roll. And their reward program is for the birds. You need to spend like $1,000 for $10. But if you have the scratch it's good food.

Generally I go into the store for a cold and flu buster. Now this is not cheap $11.49 for one. I ordered two on 8/8/25 at 4:26. A young lady was there that I had to wait forever to get served. I informed her that I cannot have grapefruit and wanted to substitute ginger. She PUSHED a sign in my face in a nasty manner. I informed her I will pay the additional. She proceeded to make the drink and told me which one had the " other thing" in there. I tasted it, , there was no ginger. I was going to go back in and complained..But I decided to write this review instead, which would have much more impact.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Diana, the cashier who went above and beyond during my visit on a busy Sunday. Even with the store packed and the line starting to build up, she jumped between two registers to keep things moving quickly and smoothly. She stayed calm, professional, and friendly the entire time, making sure everyone was taken care of without missing a beat. I used to go there 3 times a week for lunch. After what happened today I will not be returning. I bought several items including lunch from the grab and go section in the back, along with blueberries, a watermelon and some snacks. Well the bag they gave me broke in the store as I was making my way out. Rather than replacing my items the manager (a male) gave me a difficult time. He was looking over the bag and trying to tell me the broken handle was my fault. I only have a 30 min lunch break so I told him to keep the food which exploded in the bag and to keep the $27 dollars I just spent. Beyond disappointed in the way I was treated.

Great Health food store. Added bonus with vitamin section and very knowledgeable staff (Ruben is the best!). I definitely recommend for unique grocery items and any health and wellness needs.

I shop at this store whenever I can. First of all, even though the store is 10 years old, it’s in pristine condition. I was amazed when I walked in one day and found an employee dusting the light fixtures. They have a huge amount of staff and they are very busy keeping the place in tiptop condition and stocking the shelves regularly. Every employee will drop anything at a moments notice and help you find a product or get it down from a high shelf. They have a really good produce section with items that I can’t find regularly at other stores. I can pretty much find Delicata squash here year-round, which we all love. They also have a vast selection of organic apples that we are always very pleased with. Their huge supplements department is staffed by a helpful employee at all times. I can go on and on. I keep kosher and find many kosher items that we need. The last time I was there I noticed that even though they stock about 20 types of Imagine soups, they didn’t have the particular one I wanted and had seen elsewhere. They immediately took my request and had it on the shelf within two weeks, and called me to let me know that it was in stock. Color me impressed.

I really like the food but I ordered a soup that was six dollars and it was barely half full. This is the first time I’ve been there and the second time was the same portion. I noticed that it is always the same amount. Not sure broth cost that much .

Just had my dinner at world sushi. Good sushi? Yes. Worth a 1.5 hr wait? Not for me. We waited 1.5 hrs to get food. Kids and adults are starving. Yes the food preparation definitely takes time because they are beautiful and I can see the difference. As much as 1.5 hrs even when it is not in its full capacity? I am not sure. The owner said proudly that he accepted us. I appreciated that. Even better if you tell me the wait time. After the long wait it does not matter how good the food is - I just need to get fed. The restaurant is tight also. You need to be a real fan if you bring a family or any kids there.

Had a great experience here. There's so many sushi places to choose from and this place is above average. The staff was very friendly and enjoyable. The sushi was fresh. My friend and I shared a few regular rolls and two special rolls. My favorite was the wild flower. I would definitely come here again.

Clean, quiet, and good quality food! We can only speak about the sushi, soups and salads. But all delicious. Very nice staff as well. Highly recommend.

This is by far the best sushi we have ever had. Excellent, friendly staff. Amazing experience. We got sushi but they have much more on the menu. Looking forward to going back the next time we are in the area. Small intumate restaurant with only a few tables to dine in. Was slightly hard to find the correct parking lot and they are between two other businesses so it may be hard to find, but well worth the search!

Had dinner Saturday night with good friends we haven’t seen in awhile. The staff could not have been nicer, food was excellent and the price for what we had was great. We sat and caught up and no one rushed us before we ordered and after we finished. Will defently be back and recommend highly.

Searing outside, delicious food. It w the s a random pick on Google, we were looking to eat somewhere and found BonGiovanni, and we were pleasantly surprised how good the place was. Great selection of wine, fish or meat, quiet a few specials - excellent.

Ownership and wait staff very friendly, charged $9 to switch from house salad that came with meal to caesar salad and calimari that I got as an appetizer was straight rubber. If you can cook pasta at home, do that, much cheaper and probably tastes just as good if not better.

The place was absolutely horrendous. Save your money. Portions are skimpy, quality is not there and is pricey. Even the water has a funny taste. Soda is sugary and flat. People are nice though. Just being honest.

I went to a wedding there. They were very nice and attentive. The bathroom was small but clean (always a good sign). The food was tasty.

Just ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches and asked them to verify the order. The lady (Hegda) didn't verify after asking twice. She was rude and abrupt and her manager a man then spoke over her at the drive thru to drive up! No one was waiting behind us at the drive thru. When I got my order the sandwiches only had pickles and mayonnaise when previously I had gotten lettuce, tomato and cheese. I order 2 Pepsi and one was diet, I asked which was which when I was being handed them, Hedga wouldn't even verify but said "I marked it". Horrible service and Horrible food! Go to chic fila for normal service!!

Absolutely terrible experience at KFC. Hedga, who I assume is part of the staff or management, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She clearly had no interest in helping customers and acted like everything was a burden. The rest of the management wasn’t any better—completely disorganized and clearly not trained to handle even the basics of customer service. The store was a mess, the food took forever, and no one seemed to care about the quality or the customer experience. If this is the kind of leadership KFC hires, it’s no wonder the place is falling apart. Do better. Better places out there i’d rather go to.

Tuesday 8 pc thigh & legs for $10 in July. Pot pie ~$6.49+tx Add 4 biscuits ~$4.19+tx Those were the prices if memories serve me right, as the self-service kiosk doesn't print you a receipt and you can't go backwards on the screen (after payment) to take a pic of the itemized total. The self service kiosk only allows you to input a mobile number or email so they could 'send' you the receipt, but most importantly, they COLLECT YOUR DATA if you submit to spam you in the future.

I placed my order online and went to this location. Upon arriving to pick up our meal, we were told that we canceled the order, which was incorrect. The manager then rudely told us he didn't need us holding up the drivethrough to come inside. When entering the manager, Kevin kept telling us we had canceled the order and that it showed up canceled on their end. I explained to him that on my end, the order is still placed, shows paid, and was ready for pick up. You can not even cancel the order on the KFC app. The app showed order ready. My email had confirmation of the order, and my bank account showed the money for the order debited for my account. I explained this to the manager, who did not seem to care but "wanted us out of the store." After waiting 10-15 minutes for our order, we received an incomplete meal. I explained to the manager and again attempted to show him the meal on the app. He then hands me the rest of the meal and says, "Enjoy your free meal." This was extremely embarrassing in front of the 5-7 customers in the store and his staff and is extremely unacceptable. I will never order anything from this KFC again, not worth the embarrassment. Unacceptable behavior from a manager, I've worked in customer service for 17 years and have never seen such an unprofessional and rude manager in my life. Horrible experience. I paid for my order at the self-desk and the manager, John, and another young lady with the worst attitude told that they were out of chicken and they were not going to fry any more. I, of course, asked for a refund because they repeatedly told me that they were not going to do it even though I asked them several times if they could.

DO NOT ORDER CHICKEN HERE. I ordered a 2 piece meal with a thigh and drumstick. The thigh was shaped funny and when I broke it in half to eat, I saw that it was actually a chicken spine and chicken brain. I showed it to the manager and he asked "How did it get in there?" and didn't believe me even though I gave the piece to another staff person and had a photo of it. I will not be back.

Chicken pieces are miniature. Also floor was very sticky. It seems the floor has not been cleaned for days. The only good thing was the service. I placed order online and they were very attentive in filling it.

The chicken wings were ok, but unfortunately I didn't enjoy the rest of my food. The boneless spare ribs were overcooked, chewy and way too saucy. The General Tso's chicken and the few pieces of broccoli were drowning in sauce and not even a little spicy.

Don't eat here I ordered rice with chicken and broccoli the broccoli tasted weird and the rice and the sauce I still ate it cuz I was hungry and I thought probably my taste buds was messing with me or something right now it's 9:38 in the morning and I just vomited two times this morning and felt pain in my stomach since 4:00 in the morning I ate picked up my food around 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon yesterday I wish I would have thought about this a few minutes ago and taking pictures but I forgot funny thing is I've read the reviews but I chose not to believe them

I ordered chicken chow mein from here and I got this. This was basically boiled chicken, lettuce and some onions. When I called the restaurant, the guy educated me that chow mein always looks like that. Don’t order from here.. not the first time things like this have happened.

I ordered small fries and came in a small container so I poured it on a plate and saw a bug in the fries. I couldn’t even open the rest of the food that was disgusting do not order from here !

I was given burnt food. My first and last time. Definitely not ordering again. Not only was it mediocre but it was also unacceptable even considering it's a Chinese fast food restaurant (I'll explain why later). The sesame chicken didn't have a lot of flavor and was mostly breading and a tiny bit of chicken, the fried rice was just bland even with soy sauce, and the egg roll just tasted old. But nothing is as terrible as my burnt shrimp toast which is literally unacceptable. This shrimp patty on a piece of bread came black (shown in pictures below). All four of them were burnt. I'm actually disgusted that someone put that in a bag and expected someone to eat it and not be upset about it. This in completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed- you cannot be serving customers burnt food. Everything else I can handle but when you put burnt food in a bag, charge me for it, and send it out... its truly disgusting. If it weren't for this burnt mess shown below, maybe I would consider ordering it again since it does Ubereats but this really made it my first and last time. Unacceptable and disgusting.

I ordered from this place twice and both times were bad. The first time they barely put any plantains in the container and the chicken wings were so tiny and skimp. Then the second time I decided to give them another chance and the food was not as expected. First of all I wanted wings and and they gave me garlic chicken with a whole bunch of vegetables and five pieces of chicken. Are usually don’t do reviews but this time I had to so others can know what to expect

placed my order through the app expecting a quicker pickup, like the sign clearly says “Mobile Order Pickup.” I went straight to the window, assuming I could just grab my food like DoorDash or Uber Eats drivers do. Instead, the worker told me that only delivery drivers can use that , even though the sign says otherwise. When I asked why, he shrugged and said he didn’t know either. So what’s the point of advertising mobile order pickup if customers are still forced to wait in the full drive-thru line? Super frustrating and a waste of time. And the worker was the lost sasiest man I’ve ever met. Put on your big boy pants and do your job that you signed up for ?! Fix it or take the sign down.

i love this place because it’s open so late. they are quick and it’s tasty but, every time i go to drive thru the lady taking the order is really rude & the customer service from her is just not pleasant. she always takes my order after 10pm and never fails to be rude. please train your staff - or just the lady better customer service.

Never had a problem when placing a pickup order. The person that works to expedite the orders up front does an excellent job! The prices are still reasonable and Wendy's didn't triple their prices like all the other fast food places.

I Asked to have the Chicken heated up a little extra So their Poor management from the short Spanish lady said it comes hot then rolled her eyes at me using her lips to show me how dare I ask them to heat it up extra. I asked for money money back, if thats what goes into making my food. Refund where every I go and I ask like burger king they never gave me an attitude and it was always extra hot. I placed an order by phone. N after I realized I did not unchecked cheese. I called in immediately, spoke to a female n she said she will get it corrected. Unfortunately, when I got home, the cheese was on. She did not do her job right n that reflects very bad when ppl like her is inefficient. Unfortunately, I did not get her name, trusting her word. Had my son's birthday there today Liam and he was so happy with everything ...our hostess and the manager were so sweet and kind. Very helpful and nice..

It's a lot of fun for kids, they have jumping trampolines and more, with a nice selection of token machines. One big downside is the service is not the best, for example when waiting to get prizes there's only one person serving and that takes a while and when they take the next person they don't follow the line they just start helping who ever they feel like. So overall: Fun place to go with family and kids but the service could be a little bit better.

The party went well. We got everything we paid for. Loved that we weren't crammed next to another party happening at the same time. Love the new dance floor installment. The kids liked the Fun Zone.

We had our daughters 4th birthday here this past weekend and although things did not go perfectly the manager was so great at making sure that any issues were addressed. My daughter had the best time, as did her sisters and friends. I love the layout of this Chuck E Cheese with the games/rides for the littles on one side and the older children on the other, it kept her little group of friends together which was really nice!

This location is the best studio C I’ve ever been to my whole life it’s an amazing phase 3 and the stage is in really good condition and the animatronic is in good condition too awesome wall art and other amazing stuff about the location I would 100% go back 10 out of 10 would recommend if you’re nearby please come to the location

Decent place with good game options for kids to enjoy for at least an hour. Some machines are down but they seem to be outdated games.

I recently visited this bagel café and was impressed by the quality of the bagels—absolutely delicious! The overall service was good, and most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, my experience was slightly dampened by one staff member. When I asked her to make my coffee a little darker, her response was curt, and she directed me to "go to the back." She didn't smile or seem approachable, which felt unwelcoming. Despite that, the rest of my visit was enjoyable, and the food tasted great. If not for that particular interaction, it would have been a perfect five-star experience, but I hope the staff works on improving their customer interactions.

Let me start off by saying my pork roll bacon egg and cheese bagel was very good. It’s pork roll, not Taylor ham. It was a little expensive, but it is New York. The wait in line and waiting for our food was a bit long…. Everybody was rushing around but it seemed very inefficient. A lot of people were waiting for food. They need a better system for the employees to work efficiently and serve the customer quicker. You’ll see when you go what I’m talking about. The woman at the cash register was not friendly and so 1/5 stars for service.

$14.28 they charged me for 2 slice salmon everting bagel cream cheese tomatoes . This is not fair price. Change your price or put more salmon

I really like this place . The bakery has a great selection (love the muffins , bagels and raspberry stick) love the chicken and tuna salad , breakfast wraps and sandwiches. The snickerdoodle coffee is incredible! Today I ordered breakfast and a chicken Cobb salad for lunch . Before I continue, I want to let you know that I love salads so much I don’t even use dressing . So with that being said , those hard white pieces of lettuce in the middle of almost every romaine leaf (please see photo) , are bitter and not very tasty. Maybe with dressing you can’t tell but I can tell without ! I couldn’t eat this salad for lunch as planned, I had to wait to get home to cut all those pieces off! It was perfect after! I don’t expect any changes, so unfortunately I just won’t buy anymore salads from here.

Can't believe how much this place has fallen since its new ownership. I paid about $18 for a bagel with cream cheese tomato and lox, and it came with a SINGLE slice of lox on it. I called to ask for a refund and they insisted that I drive back and bring the bagel. I hung up after they transferred me to the third person who simple said they didn't believe me.

Stopped in for bagel which are amazing fresh and delicious with cream cheese . My favorite is sesame bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese their freshly squeezed orange juice and chips for takeout. Exceptional bagels and one of the things I miss most about living in the area. The epitome of a NJ bagel: crispy, chewy inside, large and fluffy with barely a hole in the middle. Nothing outside the city can best these, and I've had ever bagel on the best of list from here to New Brunswick.

A unique Rockland place for seafood, raw, cooked, to take home, or eat on-site. Always very clean and fresh, never "fishy." I go for the oysters on the half shell - a bargain at a $1.25 - and leave with several salads, tell 'n eat shrimp, fresh made seafood tacos (meal-sized), chowders, pre-made dinners and more. They'll also cook your fresh fish right out of their cases for you, and add veggies too. Friendly folk who take care of you and remember your name after a few visits. I miss the place when I'm not in Rockland County....

Hands down the freshest and best seafood in the whole area,including Bergen county , nothing comes close. Been buying there for 10 years now , when they are close, like today, I can't bring myself to buy fish anywhere else. Keep up the good work !

Best Fish & Chips in Ny. Another treat besides all the best fresh fish they sell is the amazing tuna fish salad that they prepare. Josh told me that you will never ever be satisfied with any brand of canned tuna.

Moe's is 5 stars across the board! I eat here at least once per week. The food is always tasty and fresh. I mostly order the bowl and the serving is generous. The staff is curious and personable. I particularly like the dipping sauce counter where there's a variety of sauces to have with my chips. I love it!

Ordered for pickup tonight at this location. They gave me a burrito filled with 30% rice and 70% lettuce. I ordered cheese, pico de gallo, queso, etc in this burrito and none was to be found. It was disgusting. Bring back Northvale Moes!

I bought a pizza at Pizza Hut and had a great experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious. My kids loved it too. I’ll definitely be going back again!

So the place needs a good cleaning. Everything was sticky and the walls were gross. Food was good But had I seen the dining room first I would have left. When we were getting ready to leave it looked like mold under the tables by the windows. I won’t be back again. It’s no wonder it’s getting harder to find a Pizza Hut.

Customer service was great, but the facility itself was disgusting. We decided to eat our pizza in the dining area, and to our shock, we saw a mouse running around. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when I looked to my left, I saw a roach! Absolutely unacceptable. We will never be coming back.

I’ve always been a fan of Pizza Hut and with their new deal of $11.99 for a 3 topping stuffed crust I was ready to try them again. They did not disappoint. I was pleased with how nice the staff was, how clean the restaurant was.... and how quickly my order was ready. If the deal goes away I will probably to. There’s a point where price dictates what pizza I order....

I'm sorry I really tried to give this chain another chance but sadly they let me down every time. I have tried a Qdoba in Westchester when I used to work there and they suffered from similar issues. Management should really be ashamed that a burrito place can't train their staff to properly wrap a burrito. When I walked back to my office I was pleasantly surprised with a burrito that was wide open and I had to eat it with a fork. The actual burrito wasn't even good besides that, and was mostly rice. It's sad as this is right next to my office and very convenient. You would think that they would try to compete with chipotle and have a decent product. Please please don't waste your money at this establishment like I did and be disappointed.

The food is very good, but every time I come to this location they put less and less protein. I practically couldn’t taste the meat. The price isn’t that low for them to limit the portion of protein so much. It felt like they were almost counting the strands of brisket they served. My burrito was supposed to have brisket. It's so little that you can't even notice it.

Qdoba is a fantastic choice for vegetarians looking for delicious and satisfying meals. I particularly love their vegetarian bowls, which are packed with fresh ingredients and flavor. This place is good and their food is awesome. The staff is just rude here I don’t know why. They all look like so mad. Other than that the location is clean and it’s quiet.

So there is a worker named Kevin along with some other workers and they were extremely disrespectful to my daughter. She came in right from cheer practice and they were practically whispering she says and they expected her to hear them?? Then, she says every time she talked, she saw them giggle at each other. She asks for chips for her friend then again, hes practically whispering and when she asks what he said he goes, and I quote, "Did the band mess up you're ears or something?" First of all, it was practice, not a game, there's no bands even when there's games, second of all, when she asked him to repeat he goes "oh nevermind" then looks back at the other worker and laughs. Then she claims they were laughing and discriminating her because she's a cheerleader and young??? Hire better staff that actually knows customer service because my daughter felt degraded and is really disappointed. How disgusting. He was rude from the start she says, and so were the other workers. Also didn't like the food, it was dry. I don't recommend this location because many times have I experienced bad, rude, and disrespectful behavior, but to my 13 year old daughter??? Please deal with this.

I stopped here for a quick lunch and ordered the chicken burrito online. When I arrived I parked in their lot. I walked in and told the nice lady my name. My food was ready and I left. When I dug in the burrito was good and filling. I also enjoyed the chips. I had a good experience.

I’m giving 2 stars simply because I have had good experiences here before. BUT, today at around 11:30am I encounter a very rude employee who I believe is the manager there. He was an older man in the late 60’s probably. Guy has a huge ego and thinks he is smarter/better than customers. Firstly, I was ordering 2 sandwiches. I started with my sandwich and I didn’t hear him say “anything else” since it was loud. When he made my sandwich he said “anything else” and I said “yes”. He then goes “that’s why I said ANYTHING ELSE before”. Umm okay? Then when I proceed to tell him my second sandwich I was reading from a phone so I said “whole wheat on ummm regular” so I fumbled my words a little. He knew exactly what I meant but instead replies “on a regular? What does that even mean?” Again no need for this attitude!!! I kept my mouth shut and we moved onto the toppings. I mentioned early on that I didn’t want bacon on one of the sandwiches and I heard him ask if I wanted something on the sandwich, thinking he meant the bacon and I said “oh no thank you no bacon” and he replies “I didn’t say bacon I said mayo”. MORE ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON!! Finally after this, a man had a small child in front of me and requested a cookie with that meal instead of chips and the cashier said “you have to ask the boss” and pointed to the rude guy making my sandwiches. The rude guy then said “that’s fine, but figure it out next time”. Pardon me??? It’s a child! Also, when we opened our sandwiches when we got home they were awful. Barely any meat and toppings and DRY. He’s very lucky I held my tongue during this entire encounter because no one deserves to be treated this way coming to get a SANDWICH. I’m not sure if I’ll return to this location again. If I do and he’s the guy making my order, I will likely leave or wait for someone else.

Jersey Mike's Subs is impressively delicious from the bread to the ingredients inside. I definitely didn't expect it to be this delicious especially with my dietary restrictions(lactose & pork intolerance). Although seized to impress me. The bread was crunch yet soft. I did pay for a side of pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce I believe was free despite it not being on my sandwich. Another thing was even those there was no dressing it was extremely flavorful. Staff was most certainly the most friendless staff for a fast food place. If you want a fun, pleasant and easy service definitely ask for Kia the GM! (:

There were roaches in the restaurant and when I wrote the note to the owner all he did was storm off to the back. He didn’t even clean it. After asking one the other employees his name it turns out his name was Jerry. I’ve never been treated so horribly and will not be returning.

Decent Chinese food, but the fried rice isn't really fried rice, but Spanish rice with a little meat. No onions or peas. Sesame chicken was very good, and the chicken with cashews was also good. Egg Foo Young was ok, not great but decent. I would come again and try something different.

First time here for pick up. Standard old fashion takeout place. Phone call in was great as it was not the old fashioned asian with hard to understand accent. The girl on the phone was great. Got there and was greated by almost everyone there, from the going girl and boy to the staff in the back that came forward to make sure to say hello and offer condiments on the counter. Only issue i have was 1 meal and 3 apps was over $45. Maybe I'm used to old school prices but that's just my opinion. Food was good for the most part. A little far but we may try other dishes next time we decide to order again.

Great Chinese take out restaurant in Rockland. My family has been coming here for years. The Boneless Spare Ribs and Hot & Sour Soup are my favorite. Their combo platters, Moo Shu, and Chow Fun are also great. I order off their diet menu which is macro friendly and very tasty. Highly recommend.

I’ve tried to order here in the past because I’ve heard great things, but the times I called for takeout they never pick up the phone. When I ordered yesterday, I called someone picked up and immediately hung up. Then I called back and it went to voice mail. I was in the area, so I decided to stop by in person and order takeout. Someone took my order immediately. I ordered a small chicken lo mein, small beef fried rice and a small boneless ribs. The total was $33. I think a little higher than most Chinese places, but I have no problem paying more for quality food. The lo mein didn’t have any flavor. It was very plain with mushrooms and chicken. The fried rice was good, but the beef was hard and tough. Could barely chew the beef. The boneless spare ribs I could eat were really good, but 1/3 of the small box was filled with completely burnt pieces that weren’t edible. I honestly expected better food and experience from the ratings. Maybe it was just an off day, but I was not happy with the quality of the food or the service, since they don’t pickup the phone regularly.

Paid $10 for Shrimp Chow Fun, which is supposed to be a flat rice noodle dish. Got this weird shrimp with soupy salad, that has no flavor and 4 shrimps. Waste of money, don’t order here.

Go-to Chinese spot for boneless ribs and egg drop soup. Egg rolls rock too!

I wish I had more knowledge how this place was set up. Had I known I had to build my meal I would have ordered more. Seeing the sandwich on the plate by itself looks bad. More instructions from the staff would have been helpful. The staff was nice enough but I think the confusion on all our faces might indicate we've never been to this establishment... While the sandwich itself wasn't bad, the zoodles sometimes else had ordered looked really good as well. There looks to be a lot of good food here. I don't feel i can comment more about B.GOOD at this point. Unless one opens closer I won't be visiting all that often.

Wonderful staff and great food. Shanice and Crystal always checked up on me to make sure we was ok with our meal. The food is awesome especially the salads which is A+++ Would welcome anyone to come here and enjoy the food.

I really enjoyed my burger (Luke). It was very tasty and moist. That's the reason for the four stars. The butternut squash soup though was over spiced for me and was a real miss. I am not sure but it may have been the cinnamon. The lost of a fifth star is due to the lack of ice cream for shakes and bacon for our first choice, a salad. Despite these disappointments I will try B.Good again a different location.

First time new customer. First off regarding service, it was absolutely excellent. Michelle R walked me through the menu and was extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. I ordered fries and wanted melted cheese and although the line cook was not sure how to do that since it was not on the menu, she did figure it out and did it with a smile. FYI, the seasoning on my fries was great and it was an explosion of flavor in my mouth. My burger was cooked to perfection. You have no idea how many people have trouble cooking a rare burger. My only criticism would be that the burger should be larger given the price. Your drinks with cane sugar instead of corn syrup were delicious. Lastly, the regional manager happened to be there and he really helped maked my first time visit that much better by talking about the operation and franchise philosophy. I would definitely recommend this store and plan on returning soon.

Ordered avocado toast and got burnt bread with more salt than avocado on it. They gave us the end of the bread which is literally half of what a normal slice would be. When asking for a bigger slice they told us this is what they have, but literally five minutes afterwards someone magically got Avocado toast with regular slices. I'll just stick with Panera Bread!!

I’m addicted. The spicy avocado bowl, and the eggplant meatballs were delish!

Tacos were okay- everything else was just weird. No pricing on the Menu- You has to ask the price of each item (and given different answers) At the end there was no check given, the waiter just gave a number that seemed absolutely outrageous.

Tacos were alright everything just needs more flavor especially the sauces. Nothing was dry though which was a good thing but do better with flavors please.

Truly the best tacos de lenguas I’ve eaten. Also their torta de carne enchiladas is great. Also they serve beer too 👍🏼

Very bad , I usually don’t give bad feedbacks but they literally served us non fresh microwaved tacos al pastor , what a disappointment no wonder the place is so empty

The place is cleaner and more upgraded than the 1st one , very nice, but food quality and service is not that grate as the one in suffern!
