We celebrated a milestone birthday for my younger sister at The Capital Grille, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The food was phenomenal with generous portions—every dish felt special. The steak was incredibly tender and packed with flavor, cooked to perfection. The dessert selection was thoughtful and delicious, a perfect sweet ending to a memorable night. From start to finish, the atmosphere and service made it feel like a true celebration. Such a wonderful place to make lasting memories with loved ones.

Fine dining at its best. This restaurant is a must try. Perfect for a romantic night out or any celebration. The service was outstanding and the food, I mean it was perfection. My bf had steak and said it was to die for lol The drinks made very well, string the way I like. 10/10 spot , will definitely return.

I have mixed feeling about this place because the food is so good but it's also sooooooo overpriced - it's also a little too stuffy, in my opinion, especially for being in a mall. The ambiance is very pretty with dim lighting and clean, dressed tables. The front waiting area has cubby boxes with names on them for all the big spenders to keep their expensive alcohol in their pretentious boxes. The wait staff were so attentive and professional, with gloved hands behind their backs when not serving. It was a little much for me. I understand there is a standard to uphold in these types of restaurants but I like things a tad more casual, and I prefer personality over military-like service. But they were definitely on point - every time I came back to the table, my napkin was refolded and my water glass filled. Excellent attention to detail. The food was very good. I understand expensive steak houses all work this way, but it's so hard to justify spending $100 on just the steak - no sides included. Each side was priced at $14-ish also, so if you wanted a potato and vegetable with your steak, it's very expensive. The portions are also a bit small for the prices. But the flavor and tenderness of the steaks were incredible. The desserts are good, but not worth the expense, in my opinion. Overall, I would come back here again because I have a gift certificate. Otherwise, I probably would not spend the money. I have been to other expensive steak houses (Ruth Cris, Gordon Ramsey, Mortons, Peter Luga, etc) and I think some of those are more worth the prices.

This is a great steakhouse to celebrate a special occasion such as an anniversary, marriage or birthday. There are other options other than steak if you wanted (fish, chicken, lamb). The service was great - my water was filled everytime it was empty which is huge for me - and the dishes/utensils were changed out frequently. They had a specials menu with a gold standard wagyu steak. We ordered it but later were told that they ran out which was a bummer. For that, they ended up comping our dessert plate which was beautiful! We had no problem getting a reservation 1 hour prior to arriving on a Saturday night (830pm) but I’ve heard this is rare and normally you need reservations earlier than that for a weekend

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Capital Grille in Paramus. From the moment we arrived, the valet parking attendant set the tone—friendly, polite, and welcoming. Inside, the staff continued that same warmth. Every server we encountered was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. The managers went above and beyond—not just stopping by to check in, but engaging in real conversation and making us feel like valued guests. Even the chef came out to personally greet our table and ensure everything was perfect—a thoughtful touch you don’t see every day. Between the exceptional food, the outstanding hospitality, and even the gracious valet service, this location truly stands out. You can feel the culture of genuine care from the very first moment to the last goodbye.

Biagio's is a great restaurant! The calamari was amazing and so were our entrees. We really enjoyed both the food and the service. If you're looking for a high quality Italian restaurant in this area, I would highly recommend.

We had an event with 40 people. The banquet room was the perfect size. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

On Saturday, September 27, 2025, I went to Biagio's to celebrate my birthday with family and friends. I was incredibly disappointed with the service and food. Upon arrival, I ordered a glass of Moscato and waited. After about 20 minutes, I asked the waiter if he had taken my order, and he said they didn't have Moscato. He didn't bother to tell me as soon as I placed my order. Then came the disappointment with the food. I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and shrimp. While I was eating, I noticed a hair in the dish. I called the waiter over and showed it to him. He gave me two options: make another dish or pay half the price for the dish. I chose the alternative dish but asked for it to go because I had already lost my appetite after seeing the hair in the food. Well, the next day I went to try the dish they made as a replacement, and to my surprise, it was inedible. They made the food with great grudging care. No seasoning whatsoever. In short, if you want a pleasant evening with good food and good service, don't go to Biagio's.

Everything we tried was good. Plenty of parking. The gnocchi ragu, fettuccine carbonara, and chicken francese were good. The garlic bread was also good and different from the usual bread baskets.

Better than good food. Large potions. Very good wait staff. Owner even greeted and checked on us during the meal. Amazed at the low final bill was. Great location and easy to get to. A very warm ambiance and a overall good feeling when you walk in. Thank you. We will be back.

We just had a wedding on June 15th and it was amazing! An absolute blast! The whole staff was attentive and really treated myself, my bride and all of my guests exceptionally. Specifically, Paula, Zack and Shaun were amazing and tended to everything we needed to make the day smooth. We had 78 guests not counting our vendors and had the ceremony in the new gazebo and we thought it was gorgeous. We had brough our wedding favors and left them to display them, which looked amazing. Honestly couldn't have asked for more for my special day!

This place was outstanding! They made my family & I feel welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. The calamari & rib eye steak that I ordered was delicious. The Sangria & chocolate cake were great too. I will definitely return.

I should have listened to the reviews. First time and last time at this place. We had a reservation and were sat at our reserved time, so I was impressed based on other reviews. Until we sat there watching everyone to eat and an hour later our chef came out. Soup tasted like water and everyone pushed it away. Salad was meh. Everyone in our party complained about how overcooked and dry our food was. Our chef was also boring as hell and kept saying the same words over and over as if he was funny. Couldn't wait for it to end to be honest. It's beautiful inside but they need to step it up with food quality and taste. I've also never been to a hibachi that only does broccoli and zucchini for your veggies. Like what the hell?

Good food but was a bit salty. Recommend sushi or fish. Yummy spicy tuna. Very open and has various places to sit.

Best Hibachi experience I have ever had. Extremely good service from our server Jean, she is a pro. Our chef’s name was Razor and he’s probably the most entertaining chef I’ve seen. Very funny guy and made very good food. Would recommend this spot over any other Hibachi place.

Not much has changed here after 25 years. It's still amazing and one of the best hibachi places in Bergen county. The chefs have updated their shtick with references to Minecraft lava chicken, chicken banana song, etc. kids had a blast. Get double rice because it is the best part of the meal and you will want an extra bowl of rice for your leftovers!

We were a party of 11 for my daughter‘s birthday. The restaurant was extremely hot and very uncomfortable. Our server tried very hard and was actually running at times because she had so many tables that she could not keep up. We waited forever for drinks, for water to be refilled, and I have bought a cake and pay you extra to have it at the end of our meal. It took a long time to get somebody to finally get the cake out. We have small children with us and being there for over two hours was not enjoyable. The hibachi chef was adequate at best. We love hibachi and I have never complained about a restaurant before, but this was a very expensive not so great experience. When I spoke to the manager after dinner, all he could say is, I’m really sorry. Probably not going back.

I was expecting it to be quiet for some silly reason and walked-in without a reservation. I was mistaken. It was packed with groups of families and friends. Sat nect to an amazing family and talked just enough (aka not too much). Food and show while cooking was great. Portions are big so order accordingly. I'd recommend sharing. The hour wait was tough but that was on me so call before!

This is the place to come with a big group of people or for your birthday. Very spacious space and a huge area with many hibachi stations. This place is definitely on the higher side and the food was pretty good. The only downside to the food is that they use way too much soysauce in their dishes. It is insanely salty that even the slightest touch of noodle on your tongue is unbearable. Best to make reservation or come and have an early dinner if you want to come here for dinner.

Johnny was the greatest server we had. He was attentive and kind, very appreciative of his kindness towards us and our 5 year old. He went out of his way to make us all feel comfortable. We will be back

An excellent service from manager William and waiter Otávio! The food was very fresh and flavorful! The best Brazilian barbecue I’ve had in 8 years living in the USA. I highly recommend it to everyone!

A few months ago, I had a very satisfying experience with my friends, and the food was delicious. For my birthday, I received a $25 birthday coupon, so I decided to visit again. The servers were friendly, and the salad bar had a great variety, which I really appreciated. One downside was that because we went during lunch time—or maybe because it was less busy—the time between servings was quite long. After one type of meat was served, it took about 20 minutes for the next one to come out, although some types arrived in under 10 minutes. At the end, when I asked for the coupon to be applied to the receipt, they told me they couldn’t accept the code. I tried to make a reservation again right there, but still couldn’t get the code, so I ended up just paying without the discount. Overall, though, it was a unique and enjoyable experience, and I was satisfied.

Fogo de Chão never disappoints! While it's known for its incredible selection of meats, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the seafood options were. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The Market Table is also a must—so many vibrant, tasty choices. Great atmosphere and attentive service made the experience even better. Can't wait to go back!

Marcos and his team provided excellent service. Paola and Layla were very attentive at our table. Food was 10/10. Recommend to not eat breakfast if you’re going to come. Definitely coming back soon.

We came to Fogo to celebrate my sins graduation. I reserved for 30 ppl and it was effortlessly. I chose the buffet style dinning and it included beverages and desserts. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious! There were options for everyone! I absolutely recommend ☺️

What an amazing first time experience! It was my husbands birthday and I listed that on the reservation. When we walked to our table, to our surprise, we were greeted with a happy birthday card and confetti on the table. What a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Alex was our waiter and he was thoughtful, attentive, and well educated on the menu and recommendations. The food itself was immaculate, and we ordered a lot too. 3 apps, 2 entrees, 2 sides, and dessert lol. Every item was flavorful and seasoned greatly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we will be definitely coming back. Highly recommend. Thank you Eddie V’s so much for a wonderful evening!

Usually my go-to place for a drink and live music. Today, the restaurant hosted a special event featuring bao buns and Caymus wine pairing—it was excellent. The live music is always fun, and the servers are attentive. The bar can get a bit loud with the music, but the dining area is surprisingly quiet, and you can’t hear the noise from the bar.

Eddie V’s Paramus is a gem! The Ahi Tuna Tartare was fresh and bursting with flavor, and the Filet Medallions Oscar Style with crab fried rice were absolute perfection. Service was phenomenal — Amy was amazing, and every staff member made us feel like VIPs. I skipped dessert, but they insisted I try one on the house — a classy touch that sealed the night. Elegant atmosphere, incredible food, and hospitality that goes above and beyond!

Decided to visit for Golden Nights for my girlfriend and I’s anniversary and it was a perfect date. The atmosphere was immaculate and there was a live band playing to set the mood. I wouldn’t have changed a single plate that night. The waitress, Amy, was tentative and made sure our glasses stayed full (my personal test, passed). They started us each off with a complimentary Muscle Arancini served over I forget what kind of aioli and it was delicious. I could’ve killed a plate of these alone. Then you can pair your entree with one of 3 wines, we went with the Rose. Not much of a wine drinker but my lady loved it. The Maryland style crab cake was honestly better than all the crab cakes i’ve tried along the strip in Maryland. It was 7oz of fresh crab that you could taste, and the breading ontop really carried the texture. Everything came together perfectly and i would come back for this alone. The entrees were also fantastic. Everytime I visit cape may, I make sure to grab a lobster roll and this took me right there. I had the roll served warm while my lady’s was served cold. The lobster was fresh in both of ours and the roll itself really brought it together well. Finally, and my most favorite part, the lava cake was 10/10. In my opinion, it’s the perfect ending to any big meal. The brownie was warm, rich, and i wasn’t expecting it to be lava cake at first. You should’ve seen the smile on my face when the chocolate melted out the center. Overall, I can’t wait to come back.

The restaurant is very clean very upbeat modern business casual, has live music I’ve had good experiences. I also had horrible experiences to me. That’s what it ranges from you really gotta be in the mood and like your options are not many and that’s why you go here for me. It gets pretty pricey. I went in with two people and I think it cost me like 300 and we only ordered two steaks and two sides not including tip. The wine selection is huge. I would say they have the plain Jane selection like the basic premium selection. Nothing exotic if you were looking for exotic wines, you would have to bring in your own bottle. They don’t have Englenook for example. Very kid friendly very family, friendly family orientated I must state business orientated as well and they will accommodate large parties private rooms, birthday parties, special occasions I recommend this place for such special occasions

Amazing experience at Eddie V’s! All the seafood was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Great drinks, delicious apps and entrées, and the service was so attentive. The restaurant’s design is beautiful, and the live music created such a great vibe. Perfect spot for a special occasion or a romantic date night.

This was my first time at Eddie V’s, and we came to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday dinner. The service was top tier and the food was absolutely amazing — everything exceeded our expectations. Seasons 52 was the perfect choice for our Thanksgiving dinner, offering a great dining experience overall. Parking was a breeze, as there were plenty of spots available, making the arrival hassle-free. We were greeted warmly as soon as we walked in and seated immediately, which set a positive tone for the evening. Our waiter was fantastic—professional, friendly, and even threw in a little humor, making us feel right at home. The sangria was a standout! It was spectacular—refreshing and full of flavor, definitely a top hit of the evening. The Thanksgiving meal itself was very good. The turkey, stuffing, and potatoes were all perfectly seasoned and hit the mark for a festive feast. It truly felt like a well-crafted holiday meal. However, the dessert didn't quite live up to expectations. Instead of the traditional Thanksgiving pie, they offered something called "minis," which were just okay. While it was a nice attempt at variety, it didn’t evoke the same comforting, nostalgic feeling that a slice of pie would. Overall, Seasons 52 delivered a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner with great food and service, but the dessert was a bit of a letdown. Still, it was a memorable experience, and I’d definitely consider coming back next year!

When I think of mall-tethered restaurants, something in me immediately decides not to expect much. But Seasons 52 surprised me. The restaurant is located in the Westfield Plaza mall, accessible from both inside and outside the mall through its own entrance. We arrived through the latter and I was surprised to find a quiet, classy space that that if you were seated in one of the interior spaces as we were, you would never know you were actually inside a bustling mall. Besides the space, the menu is another happy surprise, promising seasonal fare and - best yet - ALL of their menu offerings are under 600 calories. For a foodie who regularly struggles to watch her calorie intake when dining out, this felt like a rare, restaurant-gifted ordering spree. My husband loved his Maui Tuna crunch salad, which certainly lived up to its name with all kinds of textures. He was especially impressed by the freshness and quality of the seared tuna. I decided to go with the soup and flatbread pairing, which proved to be another solid choice. Aside from wishing my chicken tortilla soup had a little more actual chicken, I had no complaints. Service is excellent. Our food was somehow prepared with the efficiency of a fast food restaurant and delivered by our server with the warmth and earnest attention of a fancier establishment.

Everything here was truly outstanding. From the second we walked in and were greeted by the host to the second that we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was incredible (thank you Liz!). The food was on another level (thanks for all the recommendations Jerry!) We had the artichoke hummus, tuna tartare, lobster bisque for appetizers. For dinner we had the Chilean sea bass with a side of scallops + the wild caught salmon with a side of shrimp skewers. The flavors of all of the dishes were either grilled or brick oven and my mouth is watering just thinking about it all. We cannot wait to return for a special event.

My husband and I normally go to Seasons 52 on a regular basis and dine inside the restaurant and are quite happy and satisfied with their service and meals. Today, Hubby and I arrived at 6:35 and decided to dine outside. The Host did not recommend the 2 tables next to the door, but the one after the table that was next to the door. We sat and as we waited I noticed one couple was assigned to the 1st table by the door and then another couple at the other table by the door. They were waited on and received their water and drinks and appetizers. I decided to get up and walk back in the restaurant to the host and asked if my husband and I were forgotten. I then see how the host is telling our waitress something and she looked upset. When the waitress comes to us she apologizes as she did not know she had the table. Jenelly was very sweet and kind. The manager Neyda, came out and stated our 1st drinks were on the house. Hubby and I put in our order, appetizers and main course. My husband gets his appetizers first and I get mine 10mins later. I finished my appetizer about 7:05 and we get our meals at 7:50pm. My main meal was a raw Tuna Salad with grilled scallops and grilled shrimp on skewers. A whole 45 mins later mind you the 2 couples that were seated after us had finished their meals and left. The bill was ridiculous and I did not eat my main meal or scallops and shrimp. As I'm explaining to the Manager Neyda, how I felt regarding the late service, all she did was give me a 1 up eyebrow look as if I was exaggerating and was dismissive. That's when I told her I was not going to pay for my meal, which I did not get to eat and enjoy at the restaurant. I guess all she was worried about is sales and events. The executive Chef, Matthew Christopher was nice and gave a sincere apology. However, at that point I was HANGRY.... I left so dissatisfied and disappointed. Make sure if you sit outside to dine you're not forgotten!

Stopped in for din 💥. Had the filet mignon dish. Not to shabby to say the least. I like a little more char on my steak but Ooo'wellll. Would order it again. Very tender. The carrot 🥕 cake in a shot glass was really funny. I like it though. 👏 Plenty of seating 🪑 at the bar for all you people who can't get tables. Atmosphere was comfortable. 👍 🫶 Keeping it real 😎 🏄

Stopped while on a business trip - located right next to a hotel. The waitress was amazing and very friendly. The food wasn’t as good as I’ve had at other locations. The bread that came to the table was so hard I had a hard time tearing a piece off. It was like eating a crouton dipped in pesto olive oil. Sounds good, but very hard to eat. I’m talking ROCK SOLID. It was 7p so it wasn’t like an off time where the bread would have been an after thought. My salad looked amazing! It was good, but I had to pick out numerous very brown and mushy looking pieces of lettuce. I did like the seeds on top, that was a nice touch. I ordered a special which was Rockefeller Butterfish. I’ve never heard of a butterfish but the description said it was similar to sea bass in taste. It came with sautéed spinach and “lump” crab on top. The fish itself seemed a little undercooked and despite looking appetizing, it had zero flavor. This was the first time I’ve ever used a salt shaker in a restaurant. It didn’t help. It definitely needed more sauce or something. The crab was ok, but I would not classify it as “lump”. More like small pebbles. The plate also smelled a tad fishy, which I’m assuming was actually the crab. I love broccoli and was severely disappointed that it was COLD! Like not even lukewarm. Actually COLD. I didn’t eat most of my meal and the only saving grace was the friendly waitress. I’ve been to other locations and had great dinners, but I was not happy with this one.

Came with my boyfriend yesterday for a wonderful dinner. Tony was our waiter. As soon as we entered we were greeted by a friendly host and staff who asked if we were celebrating anything occasion since my boyfriend had brought me flowers, which we thought was very thoughtful. We were shortly brought over to our seats and to my surprise a very kind woman asked if she could put my flowers in a vase for me on the table which really meant a lot to me. Thank you! Tony was so friendly and attentive and truly was an amazing server. We couldn’t have asked for better service. We ordered the bang bang shrimp, muscles, Chilean sea bass and Salmon. Wish pictures were taken. The food was incredibly delicious! Will definitely come back.

Delicious coconut shrimp amd bourbon salmon dishes paired with the Italian Santa Margherita zpinoy Grigio bottle. Followed with the scrumptious flourless chocolate brownie dessert. Maurice made amazing cocktails for my fellow bar patrons including a strawed brownie garnished chocolate martini. Very good service and attentive staff. Decently priced and highly recommended!

Cindy was a fabulous server; very attentive and knowledgeable. The food and drinks were tasty, The slaw mix was a bit salty and Cindy was kind to replace the dish but we did not feel this was needed. All in all, just what we needed after an emotional funeral service.

Absolutely amazing! Our server Joseph was knowledgeable of the menu items and was very accommodating to our needs. I ordered the Pan Asian Butterfish, and it was perfection — so fresh, buttery, and flavorful with zero fishiness at all. I loved how customizable everything was. I swapped out the jasmine rice for broccoli, and the veggie portions were generous and perfectly cooked. The fish was boldly seasoned while the vegetables were mild and buttery, making such a perfect balance. On top of that, our server went out of their way to double-check everything for allergies, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a place that combines such fresh seafood, thoughtful options, and great service. I’ll definitely be back — this spot is a gem!

I have not been to Bonefish Grill in years. Our server was good the food however, was not so ok. I ordered the orange roughy with lump crab meat. They said the seasonal vegetable was Mexican street corn. That was not a good combination. The Mexican street corn was too heavy a side for that fish. The orange roughy was breaded & it should have been grilled. It was too greasy. The whole flavor profile of the meal was off. My husband got the coconut shrimp & they served it with coconut risotto. Who is in the kitchen planning these menu items. It was a complete fail. The only reason why I gave them 3 stars is because our server was good & the atmosphere was good. If I do go back I will not ordered from that specialized menu.

I have been going to grand luxe with my family for years. I have seen the progressive destruction of what once was a staple for us. The bathroom is crumbling, which compromises my idea of their sanitation standards. I am so disappointed with how they haven't kept up with the aesthetics, and overall cleanliness. Please note the bathroom almost doesn't feel safe with the mildew build up and the crumpled sink. Shame on Grand Lux.

When we first walked in no one was at the front but then the person came and took our names down. We asked to be by the bar and were seated quickly. Chill vibe by the bar. We were there to grab a quick lunch. Friendly waiter although service was slow and it wasn’t that packed. Brought us bread after our apps had already gotten to the table so didn’t get to enjoy it. Only pro to that was being able to eat our apps and not get full with bread haha. Got the spinach and artichoke dip and it was delicious. We also got the buffalo chicken bites which were crunchy and so tasty. Our drinks were good too.

Lovely Dinner at Grand Lux We had a lovely dinner at Grand Lux! We used to frequent the location in Houston when we lived there, but now that we’re in New Jersey, the nearest Grand Lux is over an hour away. It’s funny—since I started writing reviews, I find myself paying much closer attention to the details. First, when dining at a fine restaurant, I expect the table to be set to a certain standard—especially more so than at a typical chain. I was pleasantly impressed that the table was set exactly to my expectations. The bread plate was correctly placed to the right of the silverware, and the napkin was centered with the menu laid neatly on top once we were seated. The food was excellent. I’d usually say “as always,” but the last time we dined at a Grand Lux, I ordered my usual Eggs Benedict and, for the first time, was disappointed. It was well below the standard I had come to expect. That’s why, when something’s not right, I like to give it at least one more try to see if it was just a fluke. That was brunch, though—this was dinner, and it was absolutely wonderful. I had the Chicken Royale, and it was cooked to perfection. The waitstaff that night was just okay. For instance, my first menu choice wasn’t available, but it took quite a while for them to let me know. Bread and drink service were also slower than usual. I understand they were busy when we first arrived, but it was 7 PM on a Tuesday, and by 7:30, things had noticeably calmed down. Given that, I expected the service to pick up a bit more than it did. Overall, dinner was delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

I really enjoyed my time here! The restaurant feels fancy but with a casual flair. The food was amazing. It was my first time having tiramisù. Our waitress, Julia, recommended it. She was amazing too. She was so friendly and attentive and accommodating and just an all around great person. She made me feel like we've been friends for forever even though we had just met lol and I know she was our waitress and she has a job to do but I didn't feel like she was just treating me like another patron. She really matched my energy and that made the dining experience INFINITELY better! We had the mini nachos for apps, rigatoni chicken with brown butter and it came with a side salad. I also had a calypso mojito and a cherry lime fizz. I can't wait to go back and I hope I always get Julia as my waitress 😊 OH! I also met the manager (I didn't get his name) and he was really nice too!!! He came over to introduce himself and apologize because they messed up. I really liked that he took the time to do that. They acknowledged the mistake and found ways to make it better!

Quite a variety of food to choose from. I appreciated the lunch serving ending at 5pm. No matter how delicious food is, if service is awful it comes to naught. The service provided by Bryan Was EXCELLENT, not only at our table but listening to the way he interacted with all the guests. He is passionate about his job and clarifies ingredients (allergies) before serving. Well done Bryan and thank you for your outstanding service.

Went for lunch with my Granddaughter's, we all absolutely 💯 loved it. Great menu something for everybody's tastes. Service was impeccable courteous patient and humorous which we truly appreciate. Very reasonable prices 👌 we had three appetizers five bar drinks five meals and desserts 🍨. Two hours of total enjoyment. I will happily recommend everyone to have a meal here. The decor reminds me of being in a palace.

Best Diner in Paramus. It’s one of the few dinners where everything on the 9 page menu is actually delicious. Service is great and atmosphere is exactly what you expect in a great fast pace diner. It’s always packed so don’t be surprised if you have to wait for 5-10 minutes. I’ve had Salads, Wraps, Soups, Breakfast, Wings, Burgers, and more - It’s all great. I’ve yet to have any Dessert but the Dessert Case in the front entrance… If I had a spoon and unlimited capacity I’d probably try everything in it. Great spot, Highly Recommend.

Wow this is a diner worth your time. I am so pleased with my meal that I have to say I really enjoyed everything. Meat lover fluffy omelette extra egg 2 bucks more worth it. Short stack Tripe Decker Egg sandwich Fish and chips but not any old chips we are talking sweet potato chips. fresh cut and made. 2 bucks more but worth it Honestly you will not leave hungry. Two thumbs up and 100% recommend to everyone.

I hope it was not their fault, but I had very serious dieriha after eating either from TUNA salads or the watery coffee. Tuna was cold even though it was supposed to be at least warm or hot. Coffee was very watery, both Cafe mocha and Caramel Machiato. The staff was kind. I liked the interior with Eadter decorations. However, the food was the most important part.

Great food at a fun diner! We had delicious salads, everything was fresh and well prepared. Menu is huge, you'll find something you'll like. Server didn't check on us, so we couldn't get questions answered after our food was served.

Pretty good as diners go. The portions were larger than I would have expected and the food was quite good. Our server was quick and attentive as well. I didn't love the atmosphere and we were seated at a ridiculous table that sticks out like a sore thumb right in between the front counter and partition that divides the two sets of booths in the north wing of the restaurant... So all the patrons coming and going had to squeeze around us.

We always like this restaurant! We love appetizers! This time the chicken was tasty but the churrasco needed flavor. However, it was a nice time there. The service was delayed although the girl who served us did her best. And our dessert was delicious!

Overall, it was not a bad dining experience. Drinks and appetizers were the best parts of the meal. The crispy conch fritters ( delicious 🤤) and the beef empanadas (delicious 🙂) were especially good, and I would highly recommend it. We had Pineapple-Coconut Martini (delicious 🤤), ultimate pineapple (delicious 🤤), Jamaican Stuffed Pineapple Bowl ( meh😐), and crispy and johnny cake ( meh 😐). The wait times were a bit longer, and there was some confusion with the orders, but our waitress Za'Mani was friendly and professional and was well knowledgeable about new and past menu items.

Good food but fair service! First the hostess just stared at us (3 people) and then looked at her phone. Then after the manger walked over, she grabbed menus and seated us. Then the waitress came by and looked at us at the table. But didn't say anything. Just smiled at us. Then she went back into the kitchen area and proceeded to clean 3 other tables near by. Then after that, she disappeared for approximately 15 minutes. Then she came and took our orders. She didn't know the specials or tell us about the happy hour drinks. She just seemed, "checked out" After about 10 minutes, she brought the drinks and the appetizer. But no plates. Or water we all asked for. Then when the main course came, I had to remind her of the glasses of water. Then without checking on us, (There were only 3 other tables with customers at them) or asking were we ordering dessert she just started doing the check on the table order screen. All in all, the service was less than fair to downright poor. But the drinks and food were really good!

I visited this restaurant in August 2023. My mom had never been to any of your restaurants so we decided to give it a try. Let's just say I spoke too soon. Upon ordering our drinks we were told the sodas were flat. I inquired whether a discount will be given for having flat sodas and was told no. I know every business is short staffed but it literally took forever to get our food and drinks and the restaurant was empty. The lemonade that was served was so tart and sour and tasted as though a whole bottle of lemon juice was served. My Shirley temple I ordered was beyond flat. It tastes as though cough syrup was added. The empanadas were really delicious and my uncle enjoyed his shrimp. But waited forever for our actual entrees to come out. At no time were any updates given. When we received our food we had no silverware. We had to take it from an empty table. When my mom received her food her rice was hard and cold as if it was old rice they served. She did enjoy her salmon. I ordered chicken pasta with broccoli and asparagus. When my food came out it did not have asparagus. By this time we were ready to leave and called for the manager Octavia. We informed Octavia of our disappointment in the food. Octavia did take some of the items off of our bill. I hope the service here improves. I won't be returning to this location.

Visited this restaurant while seeing my family. We had 5 adults, a 1 1/2 year old and a 6 month old baby. Our visit was wonderful. The staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating. They set up a high chair and made room for a small stroller without hesitation. The other servers helped our server and their teamwork was flawless. The waiter that took care of us was excellent. He went over the menu and answered all of our questions. There were a couple caribbean drinks served to our table and all of them tasted like we were on vacation. The food was excellent and looked wonderful as you can see from our pictures. If you are looking for something a little different and you are looking for something with a caribbean flair then you are looking at the right place. The food is wonderful and the server is outstanding.

My family and I came here for dinner again after a while, and ordered some new dishes that we haven't tried before. I definitely enjoyed the Jerk Chicken and Shrimp Pineapple Bowl. We were able to sit in the indoor patio section which was warm and toasty with the heating lamps. There also happened to be a small private party on the side with a live singer/band. Our server was very helpful and accommodating as well. Definitely a place to visit every once in a while.

Both myself and my wife love this place.. especially during Happy Hours.. very tasty food options and drinks are for real.. no kidding those barmen / women knows how drinks are done the correct way. awesome service every time, we dine there mostly 3-4 times a month. highly recommended.

Waiter seated us and gave us special menu items with pictures. I was with my father so it was easier for him to understand as he doesn't speak English fluently. Very friendly service as well and gave us recommendations which we ended up ordering thanks to him. We had a steak dish 'The Brazilian' and it was very delicious. I feel that this is a hidden gem and would come back again!

Wonderful diner with a comprehensive menu. Right next to Valley Hospital and Medical Arts buildings. Worth a stop before or after your doctor's visit or stop by and take something to go either home or visiting a loved one at the hospital. Food is excellent as well as the service. EXTREMELY CLEAN. Prices are on the high side, but quality is there.

Pretty good and fresh lunch and very attentive staff. The waitress’ timing was impeccable to refill our drinks and bring out the order. Potato skins, souvlaki bowl and salmon over salad were great.

This visit I had one of their lunch specials; brisket with a potato pancake and yummy lobster bisque soup. The brisket was covered with gravy and was melt in your mouth good. Update-11/2/19 had the Panini Triple crown with pastrami & turkey. Both meats made fresh, tender and delicious. Chicken soup was rich and flavorful. Service by Donna was excellent. Parking can be a problem during lunch and dinner hours.

We've been coming to the Tom Sawyer Diner for the last 3 years and each time, enjoyed an excellent experience. I can't name a better diner anywhere in NJ. I don't understand why long-time customers will write negative reviews rather than speak with the management when there's a problem. The management has a GREAT ATTITUDE and will always try to make things right. People just love to complain.

It was a wonderful experience of early day dining, on crisp Tuesday morning. I arrived at 09:30 am with a vast amount of available parking; I was parked, ate, and paid in under 30 minutes. I was welcomed with a fresh, new looking building that contained an opened floor layout plan with high ceilings. My server Juneta was professional and friendly when taking my order. I was recommended the pastrami and swiss omelet which did not disappoint. My coffee with decent and a large glass of orange juice came to wash it all down. It's no wonder this location has over 1,000 reviews on Google. I finished it off with a deliciously decorated cheesecake that was soft, fluffy, and semi-sweet to the taste. I would highly recommend this location to any individual or group looking for a nice bite. I would have loved to have coffee that was a bit stronger, and the omelet would have been excellent if the cheese was a bit more melted. An overall 5-star dining experience with no complaints!

This is my go to diner in my area. I adore the owner Steven, his brother, and family. Service is great 👍 I especially love Pavlo and Alfredo. I had the body builder omelet today. Nice portions, consistent food quality, and strong coffee ☕️

First time at Zinburger and the food and service was great. I ordered the Breakfast burger ( Avocado, fried Egg, Bacon, Lettuce, and Mayo ) with Pickles on the side ( thank god, cause I can't stand Pickles. I also ordered the Loaded fries... It was banging!!!!

I walked into this restaurant knowing I wanted to order one of their desserts. Since I felt a little self conscious about simply ordering a dessert and leaving. I ordered zucchini fries with ranch dressing so I wouldn't look so out of place. I've never had them before (but my server had a glowing recommendation for them). My server, Alex Jr., was right about them being delicious. He was also very pleasant during the meal and came over regularly to check on me. I never even had to motion to get his attention, he'd simply come over and inquire about my meal at seemingly the perfect times. I can't help but imagine it takes a lot of skill to develop that ability as a server, and it certainly made taking my order easier. I was surprised to find the zucchini fries were such a large quantity for an appetizer. I took my time eating them, but I knew I wasn't going to be able to finish them. I felt rather embarrassed to admit I was still planning to order dessert even though I'd been unable to finish my meal. He didn't seem to mind though and headed into the back to get a container for me. I barley even managed to pack the food way, before he arrived with the banana cream pie I had been craving. I haven't had cream pie since I came to this restaurant with my aunt over a year ago. It was just great as I remembered and I'm defiantly planning to come back in the future.

I recommend The Double burger for those that love mid rare and taste the juice of the the meat. The only thing I don't recommend are the sides dishes for some reason all of them came overcooked. White Empress and Honey Bee are the best cocktails

I couldn't taste any of the food in fact I couldn't even eat it all because it was so salty. My buddy ordered wings a couple tables down and they brought them home because they were so soggy they put them in their air fryer the next day. The server could not even remember to bring our water and my buddy was at another table and he had to beg for them to bring water. Are you kidding me? I ordered patron margarita for my mother and it wasn't real patron it was patron silver which is not aged for 4 months so I kind of felt ripped off. Yeah this place is a rip-off, overrated, Epic fail.

Hi! I’ve never done a review on here before, but today I felt I had to. Upon entering, the atmosphere was nice. Games on the TV, music playing. Once our server, Sky, came to us…that’s when things went downhill. The food was not great at all, to the point where I didn’t even eat a quarter of my meal. Even in seeing that my plate was still practically full, she didn’t ask if there was an issue or if I even wanted a to-go box. She didn’t stop by our table once to see how the food was, and honestly was nowhere to be seen until we had already started to pay our check on the tablet. Also wasn’t until we were leaving that she finally asked if one of us wanted a refill. When we were leaving, not a single staff said goodbye or wished us well. Maybe we’re just used to decent service back home, but this was just disappointing. Sucks because I spoke so highly of this place the whole drive out to Jersey!!

Apparently, people come here to drink, not dine. Even so, the bartender is careless. My frozen margarita came in a tall glass rimmed with salt. WAY too much salt. The calamari appetizer was crispy, salty, and oil soaked, served with duck sauce. Criminal. The salt lick chicken fajitas came swimming in a soup of mushy onion and pepper strips. The tortillas were thick and pasty. The Pico was not fresh nor seasoned. My dinner companion's meal was salty as well; a burger topped with several mushrooms, anonymous cheese, soggy onion "tanglers," and "loaded" fries. Yes, four fries caught some cheese and crumbs of bacon. His cocktail was the "special" and tasted like a melted lollipop. The server asked how "everything" was, and we were gently honest. She could not hide her contempt, which made us wonder why she asked, calling over her shoulder, "Enjoy!" We came hungry and left mildly nauseated. We knew this wouldn't be fine dining, but we hoped the food would be edible.

Came here to celebrate a birthday. Walter our sever was super helpful and kind! I ordered the tomatoe soup and the flavor wasn’t bad but to me it was too watery of a consistency for my liking. The steak was delicious! Juicy flavorful and perfectly grilled. I didn’t eat the potatoe so we brought it home. The chicken parm was super fresh and great. The drinks were great as well super refreshing. Vibes were great. The zingers are good but def need to be eaten with sauce. The music is a bit loud but nothing crazy. Walter Hooked us up with a tiny serving of Icecream with a candle since they don’t do much for birthdays. Would 100% come back again. I loved the outside porch as well. I do think this location is BETTER than the morris plains location.

Service, food, drinks were great. My wife had an medical episode and the workers notice and called the mgrs. They helped me (husband) be calm and took quick action. My wife felted better. All ended well and they made sure I was escorted to my car. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING

I absolutely love this restaurant. Every dish I have ever had here has been beautifully plated and delicious. It is upscale dining but with a fast food price tag, doesn't get much better than that! I also love how I can go for a quick bite at lunch or for a longer fancy meal at dinner, great variety! My family and I will be returning whenever we are in the area.

I would recommend this Red Lobster. Had to wait a little bit for a seat at lunchtime, but our waiter was doing a lot! He was very courteous the entire time. The menu has changed a bit since the last time visited a Red Lobster, since the one in the area closed. Still the typical choices. Good price specials and alcohol drink choices. The only negative was the rug was slippery. That took me by surprise when my foot slid on the rug. Otherwise, the restaurant was clean and had the expected Red Lobster decor. Would definitely return to this Red Lobster!

I remember when this Red Lobster opened decades ago! The Fisherman's Platter and Cheese biscuits were my favorite! While I couldn't find the Fisherman's Platter on the menu, I did order the Fisherman's Feast! Lobster tail, grilled shrimp, fried shrimp, and fries! Cold slaw on the side. My son ordered fried shrimp, and there had to be more than two dozen on the plate. He couldn't finish them so we took them to go. I also had the stuffed seafood mushroom appetizer. It got finished. There was no room for dessert, but next time for sure. I began photographing the menus, fully intending to get photos of everything we ordered. However, when the Cheesey biscuits arrived, I completely lost my train of thought as my son and I devoured them. So, food photos will be added next time. The service was good and everyone was friendly. Especially Debby, she wasn't our server, but she did take the time to converse, and we really enjoyed talking with her.

Took my mom here for her bday and it was terrible. Our waiter was extremely nice and tried to accommodate us but when we first got there. We waited over 20 mins at the table with a reservation because we had to wait for them to get plates. We actually didn’t receive plates with the biscuits. We got it with our entrees. I complained to the manager and she gave us a $9 discount and apologized. The food wasn’t fresh at all. The shrimp and lobster was made hours earlier cause it was cold but thrown onto hot pasta. You could just tell. The drinks were watered down and had no taste of alcohol. It’s sad because they’ve been having this plate shortage for 3 weeks and a staff shortage. Nothing is being done!! I will never go back! Completely unacceptable!! The manager didn’t care! You could tell she didn’t give a crap! Not sure if Red Lobster will still be around.

I had an amazing experience at Red Lobster! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The service was prompt, and the food was absolutely delicious. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits were fresh and perfectly fluffy—just as everyone says! I ordered the Ultimate Feast, and every bite was cooked to perfection—the lobster tail was tender, the shrimp flavorful, and the crab legs were easy to crack and full of meat. The atmosphere was cozy yet lively, making it a great spot for both family dinners and casual nights out. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the attention to detail really stood out. Came here on a rainy afternoon lunch with my mom they just opened and there is only couples of customers inside, the place is well organized and clean, It’s a big restaurant with a lot of sitting space, we ordered lunch with salad, me and my mom enjoyed their warm garlic bread sticks as well as their salad, we didn’t expect how small is their lunch menu servings, if we only knew we rather get the regular one, the server is helpful but took time to come and ask us if we need more bread or salad considering it’s not busy. Food we ordered is ok we mostly enjoyed their warm garlic salad and bread. Probably coming back to try the regular menu next time

I've visited many Olive Garden locations before, and this time we decided to try the one in Paramus. Fortunately, we were seated right away. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. The soup, salad, and the Artichoke Dip with chips were all delicious and perfectly prepared. Both pasta dishes tasted great. The ambiance was pleasant, and the hotel WiFi worked well. Parking is somewhat limited, so you might need to use a nearby garage or the mall parking lot. The only minor disappointment was the men's restroom—it wasn’t properly cleaned, and the napkin bin was overflowing. As we were leaving, our toddler was a bit sad that his favorite chocolate candies weren’t available. Hopefully, they’ll be restocked on our next visit.

Olive Garden as always is really tasty and as usual the portions are huge. My sister said, “I couldn’t finish!!!” Our waiter was attentive and great. The only thing that she forgot was the broccoli on another dish.

This location is really good! You could never go wrong with some OG. All the soups are delicious and you have so many options of pasta to choose from. Currently they have an endless pasta deal going on but me and my partner got full with one plate. Still a very great deal and another thing i should add, their new sauce "spicy three meat" is great and flavorful. Will be back!

After our daughter pre-k graduation we went to Olive Garden for a celebratory lunch. Our 4 year old is a picky eater so we hoped for the best. We have been to many Olive Gardens in our day, all claiming to the best, however Olive Garden in Paramus is the the only true claim to fame we have seen thus far. The service was pleasant and welcoming from the moment we walked in, we were seated right away, then promptly met with silverware, breadsticks, and menus all within minutes of arrival. Our waitress Jennifer was absolutely the best. She was polite, pleasant and didn't make us feel as if we were a burden at any time during our stay. The food was delicious and I mean delicious, you could taste the Chef's passion for cooking in each dish, presentation was immaculate and Jennifer made a solid Long Island Ice Tea for me... well two for me actually. The children's pizza looked as if it was made in the pizzeria, with melted and slightly charred cheese on top, and authentic oven baked pizza crust. For dessert the Tiramasu and Italian Donuts did not disappoint, italian donuts (zeppoles) were prepared hot with powder sugar, chocolate and rasberry dipping sauces. The food portions are also very generous with visible bits of parsley and fresh black pepper. At Olive Garden Paramus you are getting a Little Italy 🇮🇹 Mulberry Street level experience, kudos to the staff for offering such an authentic and warm vm for providing that. grazie mille.

Olive Garden 1620 Bergen Town Center Paramus, NJ 07652 Bread Sticks I dined at the bar and was given decent service from the bartender/server. The meal was off to a great start while I was enjoying warm, doughy breadsticks. However, as I was eating I spotted several fruit flies in the bar area. They were swarming around the bar and were also near the ceiling. Regretfully, I had no choice but to cancel my dinner order. I’m hoping management is able to tackle this issue.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The food was, as always, delicious and full of flavor. I tend to stick with my favorite dish on every visit, and it has never once disappointed me—it’s consistently outstanding. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Liz, our server, was warm, attentive, and impressively knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and answering our questions with ease. The entire staff seemed to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them, creating a seamless, stress-free, and thoroughly enjoyable dining experience..

4 stars compared to a Mom and Pop. Chain restaurants have a purpose but the food isn't as good as a locally owned restaurant. The chips were awesome while the chimichanga just didn't taste fresh. My food came out in a timely manner and the waitress was on the spot. I'll definitely go back but I'll always choose a locally owned restaurant over a Chain.

You don’t appreciate something until it’s gone. After several closures of OTB around the US, it’s nice to still have one left that is somewhat nearby. Since this one is right outside the Garden State Plaza mall, it’s best to come on a Sunday when all the stores are closed. Food is still as good as I remember and you can’t beat their chips and salsa. The place looks a little dated inside, but don’t let that hold you back from visiting. Pleasant experience and friendly staff too.

Used to go to on the border in Hicksville all the time getting served amazing meals with great portions. The birria tacos were absolutely awful today. Barely had any meat in the taco. I was shocked and disappointed.

The service is nonexistent and the food is atrocious. This place used to be good but they have w ed not downhill. Look at the size of the enchiladas it’s embarrassing.

As we were strolling through the mall, we decided to get a plain slice from here for our daughter’s lunch. The store is decent, mostly clean. There are sitting area in the back. Ordering and pick up was smooth and easy process. $5.70 for a single slice was over priced in my opinion. I didn’t like the taste of the slice either. It was too thick, didn’t have enough flavor in the sauce or the cheese.

This restaurant is a self serve, me and my kids always love this Italian restaurant, every time we go to Bergen Town center and in a mood for Italian food this place is out go to, it's been here since they opened this outlet store and the taste of their food is consistent, its price is reasonable and they taste fresh, the server is nice and they are fast and efficient, inside they have enough table and sitting area to enjoy the food they also have a bathroom for customers, considering it's a fast food style this Italian food is one of the best in this area and I recommend for everyone that goes in Bergen town to give it a try.

My sister Gina treated me to an early lunch today at this location and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Especially taking into account the fact that the last time we were at Houlihan's was Christmas Eve 2019 at the one in Hasbrouck Heights where our family had been regulars for many years and it totally sucked unfortunately but that is neither here nor there at this point in time. This particular lunch at the Paramus location was a whole 'nother trip and a great one in every possible way. Our server, Giselle, was personable, professional and at the very top of her game therefore she is indisputably an exemplary member of your restaurant chain who is to be commended and deserves every accolade imaginable. The overall ambience and the atmosphere in general was warm, friendly, welcoming and just plain comfortable. Even the music that was being played while we were eating was thoroughly enjoyable. As far as the food goes, my sister Gina had the Heartland Chicken Salad, which has always been one of her favorites, done her way with grilled chicken along with her own various specifications and stipulations and she loved it. I opted for the SoCal Fish Tacos, instead of my once upon a time usual Pot Roast or Buffalo Chicken Tenders, and they were nothing less than luscious. We both had unsweetened iced tea to drink and were ultimately way too full for dessert this time around but we did take an order of Shrooms to go for a family friend. After all is said and done we definitely look forward to dropping in more often and thank you kindly again to Giselle for her impeccable service and also to the rest of the staff as well. Our experience at Houlihan's was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks in large part to Manager Nellie and her exceptional team. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism from our waiter John he went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch. As for the food, every dish surpassed our expectations. The prime rib was cooked to perfection - tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The wings appetizers were equally impressive, offering a tantalizing blend of textures and tastes that left us craving more. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and cozy, providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening. Overall, I can't recommend Houlihan's enough.

Vern is our favorite server. We ask for him very visit. He’s friendly , courteous, and the best server. The food is always great.

My 2 daughters and I stopped on for a quick bite. We had French onion soup, fish tacos, chicken sandwich and burger. All of the food was good. The portions were perfect. My fish tacos were delicious. Our server was Brian. He made sure we were well taken care of. He kept his eye on our table to insure we had everything we needed. He was courteous and polite. I would return on a Sunday and request to sit at one of his tables. I find that great service is very hard to find. I made a point to let him know that I appreciated how well he took care of our table.

This meal was $16.99 there's no way one taco and couple of fries worth that price, it took 40min for this meal to come too, everything was cold the taco was quite hard. Definitely not coming back to this place.

Happy Hour was lovely with Gigi as our waitress. She was timely, conversational and gave great recommendations. The music helped with the vibes too, as it had great variety. Definitely will recommend!

I love coming here have been coming for a good 3 months now and I have to say i love it . As soon as you come in you're being greeted with joy. The food is great quality all the time super fresh👌. I'd give a 10🌟if I could. Bishoy is the best seriously 😍 he gives 100% service to all guests that come dine in lol including myself . What a delight it is coming here recommend hands down.👌

What a disappointment. Dough is dry, and all toppings were added after it came out of the oven meaning the pizza is cold. If you intend not to include tomato sauce, which is normally a standard, you should advertise is as such. I rather had a sandwich. If this was ment to be some sort of specialty pizza.. it was definitely not conveyed properly on the website.

I came to Mangiamos after teaching all day and was greeted with a warm welcome. Bishoy, my server, was attentive and playful, and “set the table” for a fun and celebratory meal. I was guided to their house Cab, which was yummy, and the lobster and shrimp ravioli. The house bread deflated with the flare of a knife, and the pasta presentation was lovely… and even more delicious. Bishoy ensured I received great service, including topping my wine and promptly removing my empty plates. I left satiated, with a smile on my face, and gave a genuine promise to return on my next trip to NJ.

This pizza restaurant have the best bruschetta pizza we ever had, we always order for pick up every time we are in Paramus area and their food never disappoints, from salad, garlic bread, pasta and their pizza it's all freshly made and tastes so good me and my kids always enjoyed their food and we always comeback for more, all their customer service is nice and very accommodating, the place is not to big it's quiet and perfect for family dine in, they also offer catering services which I already tried for my sons birthday party, its price is very reasonable and they delivered on time, all our guests love their food and ask where this place located, I highly recommend this place to everybody to try their food and hopefully get satisfied like we do.

First time here on a Saturday evening. Bishoy took care of us, checking on us with a genuine smile and great attitude from beginning to end. He was friendly and gracious with all the guests. The service was fast, and entrees delicious with salad, and a fresh out of the oven homemade bread which was a nice surprise. It was a warm, family atmosphere, authentic Italian, with nice music in the background, too. We will definitely be back!

We ordered a regular plain slice, a pepperoni slice, & a grandma slice, all were very yummy & extremely satisfying. We also ordered a side of meatballs,& a meat calzone, everything was amazing & our server was friendly & attentive overall experience 10/10

FYI It was $39.98 for 2 large salads and cheesey garlic bread sides to pick up around 6pm. Check your prices they may be different from the menu prices. Overall salads were just okay but the salad with croutons were not crisp or tasty at all. The two extra plain rolls were wrapped in foil, but not warm when picked up. Should they have been? No napkins were in the bag (which would have been nice to be included when picking up a take-out order.)

The wait for our initial food was a bit on the longer side considering it was early and not busy. My wife ordered the all you can eat menu and we were told we could not share our food with each other even though it was not the only thing we ordered .

came here for dinner with my friends about 2 weeks ago after our football game and the food at this place was pretty good. however, after we finished paying, our waiter started tweaking and throwing a fit because we gave him an $8 tip on a $70 meal for all 4 of us. mind, we’re just 15 year old high school sophomores using just the money our parents gave us and he had the nerve to be rude and ungrateful. i don’t even know what he expected for us to give him but thinking back on it we should’ve gave the waiter nothing for the way he acted that night and we wish we got his name. besides that everything else was good

Went to Applebees in Paramus on Saturday did an online order. I ordered 3 of the 14.99 appetizers all had the riblets, horrible, burnt, dry, hard nothing but little bones all burnt. Called the store after I got home manager says he just came on didn’t know anything but will have the manager on duty call me back. To date (3) days later no response. Shrimp was ok, chicken was ok, onion rings ok but don’t get the riblets horrible.

I came for a family dinner here and overall, I'll give Applebee's a 4.5/5 Food: The food was simply amazing! For appetizers, we ordered The Classic Combo which pretty much filled us! For the main course, we ordered Double-Glazed Baby Back Ribs, Shrimp 'N Parmesan Sirloin and Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp. None of Service: Our waitress was a very sweet young lady, she constantly came to check on us and made sure everything was going well. (5/5) Atmosphere: I'd like to say the restaurant is well maintained...but the booth we sat at were tearing apart and personally, I thought the lighting could have been a bit better, but otherwise, everything was perfect (4/5)

We had charlea as our server and she was THE BEST SERVER EVER. We went late for half apps and it was fantastic especially since it was late and we went as a group of 8. She had great energy and was so nice and funny to us. This had to be one of the funniest and best experiences at a restaurant I've ever had (charlea WAS FANTASTIC)!

I’ve been too tons of apple bees but something here was different. First of all I need to show appreciation to my waiter max he was very polite and was speedy with my order. If you go I would recommend to ask for max. Secondly I’m thankful for the scenery being by myself I was able to see a television entertaining myself. Overall I would recommend coming here.

Had a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to our server, Mariah. She was friendly and helped to make sure everything was just right throughout our meal. We were a group of 5. 3 of them were 3 hungry teenagers. We all loved the pizza and the cheese breads. It was our first time. They told us we had free refills to our drinks. The workers were super nice even though we arrived around 9:20pm and they close at 10:00pm. They deserve a raise 😉.

OMG, awesome thin crust pizza. The crust is nice and crispy just the way I like it. I usually have the 'Simple pie' (just tasty sauce and mozzarella & parmesan cheeses) pie for $6.95 and it's always great. It's a fantastic idea that allows you to build your own pie from a whole variety of toppings. Essentially there's only one, small, size that's plenty for one but also can be enough for two as a light lunch. It's extra cost if you build your own and add toppings or order a special dough. Also their small Greek salad is real good. Plenty of friendly help gets you fast counter service. Clean and bright surroundings. Lots of seating and parking.

Came here on a Friday night with 3 people. The restaurant was very clean, the workers are all nice and the pizza was delicious. I built my own pizza with the classic tomato sauce, goat & mozzarella cheese, red onions, peppers, spicy chorizo and roasted garlic, and the crust was crispy yet thin. Overall, it was a very comforting meal. However, the one change I would make was with the blood orange lemonade. As much as I love lemonade and sweet things, it felt very concentrated and could've been more diluted. I would recommend the pizzas here to anyone interested.

I went there with my family to get pizza today, and what a horrible experience I had. The entire crew needs a customer service lesson. Not only the person took my order was laughing and chatting with other employees while ignoring the customers, but I also saw noticed, the same behavior with other people in line as well. when there were so many young workers chilling and joking about at work Where was the manager ?? – MIA !!! I was able to get my order in somehow - unbelievable - but wait - when the pizza came out of the oven, I told the guy that we are vegetarian, so use clean cutter - he laughed and asked me how ? - I said do you have another clean cutter? He began searching everywhere, but cutter was nowhere to be found. WOW - this place is done in my view. The restaurant was filthy and overflowing with garbage, as if the employees couldn't be bothered cleaning the eating area. My wife had to get some napkins and began wiping off the tables and chairs; shortly after, an employee appeared with some cleaning supplies.

Came here for Pi day, and for their $3.14 pizza, the line was long but was worth the wait. Staff was friendly and made sure everyone got their pizza. For the 11 inch size, I think it was well worth it even if I were to buy it at its full price. Would definitely come back.

Came in for dinner tonight with a larger then average party, there was a very slim number if other guests, so I was thinking awesome, service will be great because they are slow tonight... boy was I totally wrong, not only was the service super slow mid dinner some guy and his staggering girlfriend come and sit at the bar, while she makes her self comfortable for a nice nap he starts talking to some one across the bar, so there goes my tables conversation, and for the bar tender rather then ask her to stay awake or leave, which is basically law in NJ, she was kind enough to place a glass of water next to her Incase she is thirsty when we awakes from her nap. The ONLY reason for the second start is they have mega draft beers on the menu, and with the service being so slow you’ll want to order one so you done dehydrate while waiting for service. Needless to say I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

It's a Friday night where all other restaurants at the mall are packed with long wait time. Only Ruby Tuesday didn't have any wait time. As a result, it turned out to be a great choice. Our waitress was friendly, food quality was excellent and great value! It's such an underrated restaurant. It definitely exceeded expectations.

I like it. The food is delicious. The staff is fast and polite. They are so nice they make u feel welcome. I love there onion rings and there double bacon cheeseburgers and there strawberry milkshakes. You can dine in. The place is very clean and neat.

Just another burger joint like Five Guys or Shake Shack but I found the service to be better here (probably because it's new). Pricing is about the same as Shake Shack. The Smoke House burger that I got probably had the most amount of bacon I've ever had so I would highly recommend that if you're a bacon-lover. Keep in mind that seating is very limited here so most people get it to go.

It was my first time having Red Robin after many years and I was sadly very disappointed. There was supposed to be fresh blue cheese on the burger I ordered but instead it was some sort of unappetizing blue cheese dressing. My friend enjoyed her mushroom and swiss cheese burger. Maybe it's this specific location. I can't say I won't try Red Robin again....I'll just stick with the Clifton location.

Good place to go to for a burger and a beer. The Tavern burgers are the best value and are definitely a cut above the McDonalds and Burger King offerings. There is a full bar and additional items like Cobb Salad if someone with you prefers an alternative to a burger. They will make it worth your while to register with them and will send you specials and a freebie during your birthday month.

Terrible experience. I do t even know where to begin. Ha. First off I waited ten minutes before someone greeted me Finally seated us. Then another 18 minutes without anyone coming over offering to take our order. I literally called the restaurant from our table and when they answered I asked if they could send someone to table 31. Finally a kid comes over takes the order. Two simple burgers. Takes easily 30 mins for the food to come out maybe longer. All for one of the burgers to come out burnt! No question about the level of well done here. See photo. Finally they send another one out at this point I’m eating alone now. Donut tower was order for dessert but they made an onion tower instead so that took 25 mins to come out. Wasn’t the servers fault. Under staffed and poor kid had be on his shift for 8hrs. Poor management and service everywhere has gone down the toilet ever since Covid hit.

If you have to go here, don't expect much. Picture is "Smoke & Pepper" their "Finest Burgers". Couple questions... Where's the pepper? And why is the beef patty extremely dry and looks like dog food? Onions rings were decent, +1 Star. I would avoid this place. Unless you really dislike someone, then take them here. Arrived here just before dinner time, and service was slow. The bartender was our server, who was also serving all the tables near the bar. There's obviously room for improvement here.

We were so confused trying to get this location since in south Jersey they usually have their own seperate building but I am glad we made it. We came at 2p so the resturant was empty and we felt very safe our server even let us have fries while we were waiting for our meal to come out.

Food quality is not good and not served as description. There was no Basil at all. Tomatoes are thin sliced ​​and and these tomato slices were top part of tomato's. I never had caprese salad like this ever. This salad is traditional basic salad. I am so disappointed ingredient quality and taste.

La Bella Roma DOES NOT disappoint. We have been ordering the same pizza several times and each time it's always packed with toppings baked perfectly. It's always crisp on the bottom and mouth watering. Just look at this picture! It's half lasagna and half eggplant Rollatini. Best combo ever!

We went with high expectations based on the reviews, but unfortunately, our experience didn’t go well. The place seemed dirty to us, and the waitress wasn’t patient enough to explain things clearly. Although the service was good and fast, the food didn’t meet our expectations. The prices were fair for what we ate, but we honestly didn’t enjoy the meal. I don’t think we would return. I’m sorry to leave this comment, but that’s how we felt.

Amazing place... honestly not sure why it’s not already rated 5 stars!!!! The food is incredibly fresh, clean, and flavorful. You come here for real Korean comfort food that makes you feel good after. The customer service is always warm and welcoming. My boyfriend and I come here every weekend religiously, and no matter how much I eat, I always leave feeling satisfied and healthy. Absolutely love this spot! This beats any mainstream restaurant in nyc - this is coming from a new yorker nativeeee!!!

For a restaurant named after Korean BBQ, I'm slightly ashamed to admit I've never tried their meats. That said, this restaurant is one of few decent Korean spots outside of Fort Lee and Palisades Park. As such, it's become a return spot for our family members who live fairly local. As soon as you sit down, the default beverage offered is warm barley tea (which is much appreciated during those colder winter visits). The banchan, or side dishes, are few but a little more robust here than other Korean restaurants. During my last visit, we were given plates of standard kimchi, sprouts, and seasoned broccoli. I was also surprised to find pumpkin-egg salad, soy marinated lotus root, and soy-marinated ribeye pieces. The offerings change a little from visit to visit, but they're always decent to downright delicious. While I've not been wowed by anything from the menu, I've found most of the meals to be predictable. Hot stone bibimbap is my regular order, and I love the different proteins they offer here for mixed rice dishes. For those curious about the barbecue but unwilling to pay the high sticker price for a full entree, you can try the galbi, bulgogi, and spicy pork atop a bibimbap. During my last visit, I was delighted by the salmon hot stone bibimbap, which came with a great teriyaki marinade. My regular complaint with Seoul Galbi's bibimbap is that the hot stone has never gotten hot enough for my rice to char and crisp (which is arguably the best part of ordering it on a hot stone. Otherwise, why else would one pay the elevated prices?). When it comes to decor and ambiance, the restaurant is fairly no frills. As far as service goes, the waitresses have always been quick - quick to order, quick to serve, and quick to refill glasses (or, when asked, the side dishes). I also appreciate how slow they are to deliver the check, allowing conversations to linger. When my family and I came with a cake for a family member, the auntie serving our table not only came by with extra plates and silverware, she clapped and sang the 'Happy Birthday' song as boisterously as we.

I ordered Galbi-tang today, and this is what I got. I’ve been to this place many times, and I always order Galbi-tang because it’s my daughter’s favorite. But this is not what we usually get — I mean, the amount of meat in the soup is way less than before. I mentioned it to the server, but server just said, “That’s how the chef made it,” and told me there’s nothing wrong with the soup. I was really disappointed with how they handled it. We didn’t even finish the soup because I just felt so let down.

Great Korean BBQ and buffet place. The food was pretty good. Keep in mind that this review is only for the buffet, we did not order BBQ that day. My wife and I stopped by Friday. The staff were cordial and friendly but they weren't prepared, the service was a bit chaotic, unorganized. The food is diverse, plenty and tasty. They had a wide array of vegetarian fare, lots of fruits, as well as a huge meat selection. The price for the buffet was pretty decent. I would have given it a 5 star if they had a better system, perhaps in a few more weeks they'll get the hang of it. We would like to go back and check out their BBQ.

For the convenience, our family comes here when we can instead of going to other areas. Not sure what the change is, but was a disappointing finish. We had ordered a total of 9 meat dishes. We had 6 adults, and I think at one point we ordered 7 bowls of rice. Our nephew paid the bill, and on our way out was presented a bill for $2.14 for the extra bowl of rice. Costs are up, and so service always goes down. Maybe one thing if this was added to the bill. Find it petty to ask for it after the bill was paid. We won't be returning, and not recommend this place to anyone anymore. Korean restaurants that charge for extra rice, do not keep loyal Korean customers.

8/12/24 Wanted Greek food and had seen the store many times in passing and always forget to come back. We finally made it to the restaurant turns out it’s like a chipotle style fast food restaurant. Oh well we were here already might as well try them out. Turns out it’s really good. They have signature wraps and signature bowls but we opted to build our own bowl. Lima beans could be softer but still was tasty. Beet salad was very good, eggplant was delicious. Hubby had brown rice, lamb, Lima beans, lemon potatoes lentils and hummus with lado. Lamb was so tough, he threw it out. He enjoyed all of the sides except the lentil needed to be softer. OMG The soda fountain was not Coca Cola nor Pepsi branded. It’s handcrafted Maine Root brand yummy!

Super disappointing meal. Tried this restaurant for the first time via delivery. The Lemon Chicken Soup had no lemon flavor and large chunks of very dry chicken that took effort to chew. I had a Grilled Shrimp Bowl over brown rice and I don't know if any of it was supposed to be warm, but it was all completely cold. Nothing was very flavorful. It reminded me of a fast food version of Greek food instead of authentic Greek food. In fact, it's probably the worst Greek food I've ever had. Will not be eating there or ordering food from there again. $26 wasted. It's an hour after eating the food and I am ridiculously thirsty from it. Either the sodium content is super high or something had alot of MSG in it.

The food was not the greatest. They didn't warm up the meat which looked like it was sitting in the tray for hours. It was definitely not authentic Greek. It was basically like chipotle with some Greek ingredients. It filled us up, but wasn't really worth it.

The food is delicious. I've been coming here for years - but a five star experience has become mediocre as of late. It now costs over $18 for a salmon bowl (after tax) and you only get one small piece of salmon when it used to be two large pieces per order. Portion size has been decreased and price increased. Despite the higher cost, I've noticed some cleanliness issues. The area near the drink machine was dirty. Countertop looked as though it had not been wiped down in a long time. This is the same space that the utensils sit on. The utensils are not wrapped - is this container also as dirty as the countertop? When charging restaurant prices for to-go food, I would at least expect the counters to be wiped down.

This was our first visit here. We like to eat clean. We both ordered a create your own bowl. Both of us had shrimp as the protein. I had lentil salad with sweet potatoes and garlic spread. My boyfriend chose beets with sweet potatoes and red pepper feta spread. Here are the list of pros and cons for our first visit: Pros: shrimp, salad, sweet potatoes, lentil salad, beet salad very fresh and tasty. Some seats have USB charging ports for convenience. Cons: red pepper feta spread had enough salt to give someone a coronary. Absolutely ridiculous as with the garlic spread too. Lay off the Morton’s. This is supposed to be a healthy eating establishment. Next when we went to sit down we were forced to sit next to the only other people in the entire restaurant because every single table was dirty. There was just my boyfriend and I and a family of four. I took some pictures to show the tables and even the floor. This is at 730pm. And lastly the bathroom furthest to the back had no toilet paper in the holder at all not even in the back spare part. And to add insult to injury, the paper towel dispenser was not working either. Very unsanitary. It is a shame because this place has a lot of potential but is lacking in customer service, cleanliness, and all around vibe. The music is way too loud and should be more suitable for all ages and genres.

Bonchon Chicken is absolutely amazing! The staff are super friendly and always make me feel welcome. The chicken is crispy, juicy, and full of rich flavor. Every visit is a great experience with delicious food and warm service. Highly recommend!

What happened to this place?? Long one of my wife’s faves, it is now just overpriced, terrible food. I hate wasting food but I threw my meal away. I went up and informed the workers that all the food was stale. I don’t typically post pics in reviews but it is clearly visible here how hard and dried out the “yeero” meat was in the photos. This was a $42+ meal for 3; everyone got a small bowl of stale rice and overcooked meat. We ended up stopping at Chick-fil-A on the way home. Update 11/27/21 Since posting the initial review, the owner and manager both reached out to me and promised to make things right. I was refunded for the previous meal and provided a gift card. I’m happy to say my family returned today and the food quality was MUCH better. Everyone enjoyed their meals and there was even leftovers to take home. Thank you Eons, you’ve won back a customer!

When in the area I stop by for a few s lines Togo. This past year the pizza has gotten noticeably smaller. Still decent. Today though I was given 2 slices that were very small especially the regular. How can a supposedly experienced crew do that or cut them like that? They have eyes and a brain to use.

Had a delicious dinner at Nonna's. Had the chopped salad which is one of my favorites and some slices of their fabulous pizza. Also had the pleasure of trying some of Ryan's cocktails. The elderflower smash and grapefruit mint martini were excellent. Highly recommend!! Ryan was awesome!!

Native NJ peeps living in Seattle for last 9 years. Passed through Mahwah on our way up to Cooperstown for a baseball trip. Our first stop once we get off the plane is for GOOD PIZZA because we can’t get any in WA. Nonna’s hit the spot!! Service was great (thanks Kevin), beer was ice cold, had some slices, pasta, salad, and the eggplant rolatini was the best I ever had! Good portion sizes, meatballs were so tender. I have going to Nonnas for years now and we love the food. We recently had a waiter Ryan who is AWESOME! I wanted my chicken cooked a certain way and he delivered. He was attentive and great server. The food is excellent as well and so reasonable!

I ordered pizza this evening. I asked for delivery to Valley Hospital. Long story short, because they learned delivery was for my son who is inpatient for cancer treatment they asked if we would like complimentary dessert or entree for myself. I declined but can’t stress how much appreciated the offer. My son is sick of hospital food, feeling full effects of chemo but was able to enjoy a slice of the pizza. Thank you so much Savinos!!

This pizzeria is my mom's local pizza shop. We ordered 2 large pies, one plain and, one with jalapenos. The plain pie was good the sauce could stand to be a bit more flavorful and the slices were not even hahaha. The jalapeno pizza had banana peppers instead of jalapenos but everyone still enjoyed it. Overall we will be going back again.

Food is delicious. Craft beers on tap. Bartender complained a little bit. I get it we all have bad days but your patrons dont need to hear you confronting the servers every 10 minutes.

Nice juicy burgers, decent beer, and a friendly staff. It's a little simply laid out on the inside, but that's part of it's appeal as far as I'm concerned. Try it out if you haven't already.

The bar staff were an affable and helpful group of guys. But where the bar staff excelled, the kitchen was left wanting. The “Reuben” sandwich was served with only pastrami and Swiss. I was met with confusion as to what constitutes a Reuben sandwich when I asked about the missing sauerkraut and dressing but was provided the dressing and a little more than a thimble full of kraut. I would return for drinks but would likely skip the dining next time.

We had a blast at the Orange Lantern! It was chaotic, noisy, and challenging to get a table, we nearly bailed but I’m glad we didn’t. Food was better than expected (not a knock just expected standard bar fare and while the menu was standard, the food was excellent. We got steak tacos(generous stuffed with I believe ribeye) the Thai wings (meaty and cooked perfectly) and the onion rings(solid) drinks were well balanced. The entertainment was great, the setlist was solid and the band delivered. A+ night of entertainment. The bill was a lot less than expected to which rounded out a wonderful evening. We’ll be back for sure!

Sad excuse for a slider, when I asked the waitress if this was normal, I got “I don’t know I just work here” Gave me a check that had 3 cokes and some other drink and nothing else written on it. Not sure if she’s ever worked in a restaurant before but it sure felt like I was interrupting her day by asking for an itemized receipt and if my toddlers patty should look like another toddler made it for her.

Don't let the "Dive-bar" appearance of this place fool you... you will be missing out on some seriously good bar type food. Got the steak sandwich and the "Faatz burger"... wow! The steak sandwich is literally a really good steak sliced up, not some Steak-um crap. So good. The burger makes you bring the hunch! Also so good Glad we gave it a try!

Friendly and helpful waitstaff and bartender, good choices for drinks and beer, and a surprisingly large menu for a pub. The chili is tasty and available in a cup or bowl - it comes with cheese, onions, chips, and you can add sour cream if you ask for it. There is pizza, burgers, sandwiches, soup, salads, and the usual pub food. See pictures for a look at the full menu. There are evenings with live music and there is a karaoke night. I ordered via doordash from this location all the time and the portions of protein this location gives have gotten really small. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. I had the same small portion last time I ordered but chalked it up to a one time mistake. It may be hard to see in the photo but there is one thin layer of chicken (that barely goes over the rice) and the rest is a ton of rice. Was never this bad. I am done with this location. I ordered chicken teriyaki, NOT rice with a small side of chicken. What a joke.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I arrived well before the closing time listed on Google, but the cashier was absolutely rude when telling me they were closed. There was no need for such an unpleasant attitude—especially when the restaurant was still supposed to be open. I hope management addresses this kind of customer service issue, because it definitely made me not want to come back.

All I have to say is the customer service is absolutely garbage as garbage as there food that particularly day. I asked the cashier for two kids meal well done chicken one with only noodles and the other with just fried rice. Not only did she charge me for two full meals but she got my daughters order completely wrong. I generally order their Teriyaki chicken special that includes rice or noodles and Chinese vegetables. The chicken is consistently tasty as are the sides. Occasionally I treat myself by adding shrimp to the special which isn't that much more $. The shrimp are small but tasty and you get between 8-10. Prices are very reasonable and the service is quick. Lots of seating both in the restaurant and just outside the door in the mall. They give you a buzzer to let you know when your order is ready. There's also a couple tables outside. Rest rooms are available in the resturant.

I go to this place regularly. Price is going up every few months. Anyway, they hired new male cashier recently who speak Spanish and his attitude is so rude to customer. This place sucks!

I ordered teriyaki chicken. My first time getting food here. I messed up because I wanted teriyaki chicken and shrimp. The gentleman who took my order asked if I wanted fried rice. I said "yes". When I got back to my office, I discovered that they gave me white rice instead of fried rice. I wasn't charged for fried rice (50 cents extra), so maybe he didn't here me through my mask. The pictures of the food on the menu show each dish with broccoli and other vegetables. All I got was some cabbage, buried under the rice. The chicken was good, the rice was OK but I really would have rather had fried rice. I guess this place is convenient for mall shoppers. I would rather go to a neighborhood Chinese restaurant.

Jabed and Fransisco were wonderful and went above and beyond for my family. Chips were fresh, crispy and salty. The gauc, beef skillet queso and salsa was delicious! My family got burgers and they really enjoyed it! I got the quesadilla and it was good. My brother got the wings and liked them. The soup, mushrooms and mac were so good. Super creamy Mac. My MIL got the ribs and chicken and really enjoyed it. Our drinks came out great too! Would 100% come back to this location! Fast service and clean.

I was disappointed with our recent visit. The food quality was poor, with my medium-rare steak arriving cold in the center. Other dishes we ordered also seemed undercooked and lacked flavor. While our server was prompt, the overall experience was let down by the unkempt appearance of the restaurant and the forgetful service we received from another staff member.

I ordered a steak and it arrived cold. I politely complained, and they brought a second one—which was also cold. No effort to make things right, just a dry apology from manager. Totally unacceptable for a restaurant that claims to care about food quality. I don’t recommend it to anyone who expects basic standards to be met.

Just went to eat with my family. The food was absolutely amazing, whenever i go to OTHER locations I tend to find the food is dry. At this chili’s the food is so good and cooked to absolute perfection, just the right amount of seasoning, and so yummy. The manager, Jabed, is also super involved. It’s rare to see someone actually care to see how their customers are doing, but he does an excellent job at keeping the workplace safe, enjoyable, and clean. I had a blast dining at this Chili’s and I would recommend this exact location to anyone. I’m highly satisfied with my visit!

This Chili’s location is truly outstanding! The food was absolutely delicious, but what made the experience even more memorable was the exceptional service. Francisco provided attentive, friendly, and top-notch service throughout our visit. On top of that, Jabed demonstrated excellent leadership skills and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s clear that this location has built an amazing work culture where both the team and the guests are valued. Ordered late night delivery, and good god what an absolute nightmare it was. They took over an hour to just to prepare the food which was 3 burgers a 10 pc nugget and a cookie. Absolutely ridiculous

I stopped by the Wendy’s drive-thru to pick up a mobile order and also added something else at the window. When we got to the window, the employee gave us a horrible attitude for no reason. It was completely unnecessary and made the whole experience unpleasant. We were polite and patient, but the way we were treated was rude and unprofessional. I hope the management addresses this kind of behavior because customers shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable just for placing an order.

Mobile order. Ordered the kid's Hawaiian pizza and the kid's pasta Alfredo. The pizza was good except it was obvious the pizza with sauce was cooked 1st, the cooked ham was added afterward along with the fresh pineapple slices, and then heated in the oven. So by the time I ate it 20 minutes later, it was stone cold. I had to reheat it to eat it. The corkscrew pasta was cooked perfectly but there was barely any Alfredo sauce on it. It looked like someone drizzled the sauce over the pasta. Still would order again just ask for more sauce on the side.

I came here tonight for an early lunch/dinner with friends. I ordered the steakhouse salad half size, which had an excellent dressing and was a nice salad overall. However, it had barely any steak, just three pieces, which for a salad supposed to be centered around steak does not meet that threshold. If they had added more steak, I would have made the review higher. The pizza was good and had a crunchy and airy crust, and our server Andres was kind and attentive. Overall, I'd come back again, but with some changes to my order.

Been coming to this CPK since they were by the front entrance, still miss their fried mac & cheese and chicken milanese! Food’s always great, not a huge menu but they’ve got all the essentials: steak, chicken, pasta, burgers, salads, and of course pizza. The california club and carne asada pizzas are so good, and the butter cream cake is amazing. Staff is always super friendly and attentive too!

The server was kind and sweet. The burger was good, they did not ask how I wanted my meat to be but it was tasty and juicy. The pasta is a no. The food is delicious and always fresh and hot. We get various pizzas, and the salads are a healthy treat. I have a food allergy, and the kitchen is very careful to keep me safe. But we always choose this restaurant because of the excellent service...in one word: PEGGY. She goes over and above to make sure we have an excellent experience.

I had a phone service deal and stopped in to get chicken for my cheat day. I parked in their parking lot for the restaurant. I walked in and waited for the nice man to take my order. I ordered the 1/2 rotisserie chicken and it came to a little over $6. I tried the chicken and it was good, no issues.

The service was great and the chicken was delicious. But the ciabatta bread was just terrible! I really do not like the ciabatta bread at all. It is too hard, dry, chewey and a sour after-taste. The original white bread roll they used to have was one of the best sandwich breads I have ever tasted. It is a shame that they only have the ciabatta or wheat bread now. I've tried both and the wheat bread is only slightly better than the ciabatta. Red Robin, Chick-Fila, ihop, and Outback all have superior rolls that are much much more tasty and so mouth wateringly good. Ohh, also Popeye's just changed their chicken sandwich bread, and it is also super delicious! Why is it that all these other restaurants have delicious bread and Boston Market doesn't? Why did Boston Market get rid of their only good tasty bread? Other than the bad new bread, here is a review: Pros: great chicken and great sides Great new apple struddle thing - it was left out all day and old and stuck together like rubber cement, but wow it was super delicious! I liked it a lot and I'm sure it will taste even better if you are lucky to get it fresh and hot from the oven! Very clean restaurant. Friendly, fast, polite and helpful employees. Lots of tables and seating. Lots of parking and all free parking. Cons: Restroom was a bit small. The all new ciabatta bread as mentioned above is too dry and sour, and the only alternative is the wheat bread, which is not good.

Picked up dinner recently and the quality has gone downhill. Gravy doesn’t look like Boston Market’s typical brown gravy, there looks to be cornbread in the stuffing (which was actually okay), but the worst part was the meatloaf. There were also signs around the store saying they were having supply chain issues so I’m not sure what’s going on.

While the food is reliably delicious, the service and poor management overshadow the food. I placed a large catering order for Thanksgiving, I arrived 15 min prior to my SCHEDULED pick up time and then waited an hour and a half on a line that I hoped was for pick up orders. There were 2 different lines outside, no signs and no staff there to explain what each line was for. When I finally made it to the counter I was “greeted” by a less than friendly employee who seemed to be in no real rush to help me. The staff were completely unapologetic over the extremely long wait and their disorganization.

The food tastes home cooked. Delicious! Nice variety of sides. End your meal with my favorite carrot cake. You can judge a good restaurant by the manager & his staff. The routine and ambiance is welcoming. This manager demonstrates knowledge and leadership. The staff is friendly, kind and understanding. I like it here because I'm welcomed like a good neighbor.

Located right in Paramus, New Jersey with the added bonus of a parking lot (yes, a parking lot!), Ted’s North is the kind of old-school deli that makes you fall in love at first bite. This place has it all: fresh, flavorful sandwiches made fast and packed with quality. Whether you’re grabbing something quick on the run or craving comfort food that hits the spot, Ted’s delivers every time. The fries? Unreal. Perfectly crispy, salty, and downright addictive. I wish I had a picture—but we ate everything too fast. That alone should tell you everything. Ted’s North should be a staple in the community. I highly recommend going as fast as you can—and as often as you can. This place gets it right, every single time.

This place is a stones throw from one of my job sites. Their sandwiches are some of the best I've ever had. I've had several of their cold cut sandwiches I've had their chicken cutlets and I'm a huge fan of their cheesesteak. They have claim to " world's most famous fries". I have to admit they are also some of the best I've ever had. They also Brew their own iced tea and lemonade and put them in those big plastic containers which is a great treat in the summer. Everyone inside is very friendly and professional. If you're in the Paramus area I highly recommend this place.

I was waiting for this review. Finally. All I can say is this, the chili was mad delicious. Mmmmmmmm, good. Beautiful atmosphere, a little store filled with goodness. The staff were phenomenal. Especially the gentlemen behind the register. I happened to lock myself out of my car, and this kind young man took the moment to help me resolve my situation. I don't know your name, one thing for sure, if you ever happen to be in Houston, and we cross paths, I will show you around and take you to a special restaurant and treat you for some delicious gumbo. Fantastic fries, friendly staff, and good sandwich selection. Lots of snacks and drinks as well. Service is pretty quick and convenient, and the line moves fast. Location is very close to Van Saun Park, and lots of parking is available. Overall, I'd highly recommend.

Picked up a sausage, egg and cheese on a roll on my way to work. Very quick and straight to the point, didn't have to wait long. Breakfast was good and the establishment has a nice little nostalgic vibe old school. I'm not a fan of all of these new glamorous spots. Also I wanted to mention that the owner looks like negan from the walking dead lol

YUMMY, YUMMY !!! The fries here are what they are literally known for & they are FANTASTIC. Fresh, hot, seasoned, crispy french fries. The service is wonderful, everyone is so kind, quick and friendly !!! Steve got The Godfather sandwich which seems to be a big hit & delicious! I had a basic turkey sandwich also very yummy! Great selection of sandwiches, chips, sides, drinks and more! Definitely a great go to place if in the area !!!

I really like Ted’s North. It’s the closest I’ve come to a Brooklyn Deli since moving here. The lady who makes the sandwiches is always so nice and friendly. She always makes my sandwich just the way I asked. It reminds me of the community feel I left back in Brooklyn. Love this local spot!

After driving past this for over 10 years finally got a chance to visit it. It’s a nice arcade like setup. Lots of games inside. Relatively clean and most games are functional. Huge space for dining as well. Menu has items like pizza, wings, fries and dips. Food prices are little bit expensive but games are cheaper. There’s option to buy game points based on time or number of points. We went for a birthday. Each group gets their own bench and table. It’s nicely organized with plates and cups. After playtime of an hour, the assistant gets all kids in for food and drinks. Then there’s the birthday song ritual and visit from Chuck E. The associates are help throughout the party with setup, organizing, time management and eventually clean up and wrapping. The food is decent, not the best. The plain pizza I ate, had thin crust with good cheese flavor. One of the soda machines had low gas, drinks were watery. Luckily there was a second machine that had better tasting sodas. Overall it was a nice first time experience for me.

My daughter has been asking to stop at Chuck E Cheese for months now thanks to her summer camp teachers so we decided to stop by for a little while on her 5 year birthday celebration day this week. Firstly id Luke to say the staff is extremely pleasant and not upset that you came in today which is nice. This arcade/ fun center gives you childhood vibes for some of us more senior folks while serving as a brand new fun palooza for your child. Establishment was very clean and staff are disinfecting rides routinely between uses. To enter the bouncy/ indoor park equipment you must purchase Chuck E Cheese socks for $15 a pair which serves as anti slid protection on the Bottom for your child as they play inside and incredible speeds in between the two. They had a fresh salad bar which was very nice to see for the more health conscious folks out there. The pizza was hot buttery and fresh with the legendary Chuck E Cheese flavor baked into every bite. Lavatories are also very clean and there are booths spread out throughout the entire arcade for parents / grandparents who need to sit down for a quick minute. The only reason im not giving then 5 stars is because I believe the $15 anti slid socks requirement should have been made known at the time of arrival rather than have to come back after being told the rules by a random someone. There is plenty of parking out front and a very generous prize showcase for all those with tokens.

My kids really love this place, so we come here quite often. We visited around 6 PM and ordered pizza and fries. There was a birthday party going on, and the staff seemed very busy, so I understand that the food took a bit longer than usual. However, I wanted to point out the fries. They cost almost $5, but the portion and quality felt a bit disappointing. As someone who also works in the food industry, I understand how challenging things can be during busy times—but I do believe this could be improved. I’m sharing this as constructive feedback because we genuinely enjoy coming here and want to see the experience keep getting better.

I took my granddaughter to Chuck E. Cheese, and we had a fantastic time! We used a $34 coupon and got to play for 60 minutes, which was perfect. The games were fun, the atmosphere was lively, and she had a blast. It’s a great spot for kids to enjoy themselves, and the deal made it even better! We’ll definitely be back.

Love that my son enjoyed his time at Chuck E. Cheese. Many games to play, large space for the kids to run around, many tables to sit down with the kids and family. Does get crowded on the weekends after 3pm so try to get their early early 😆.

I recently visited Chuck E. Cheese and had a fun experience overall. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the kids enjoyed the wide variety of games and activities. The food was decent—mainly pizza and snacks—and it came out quickly. The highlight was definitely the games and ticket prizes, which kept the kids entertained for hours. It can get a bit crowded and noisy, but that’s expected in a family-friendly arcade. Great spot for a kid’s birthday or just a fun outing.

Great for a lot of age ranges my toddlers love it here and the new trampoline area is awesome. Stuffed crust pizza is surprisingly bomb.

Wendy's of Route 17 Paramus, N.J. is one of my stopping grounds. Every time I go to the drive-through, there is never a line. Why you ask? Because they have a great system where the first drive-through window is for taking the money and the second drive-through window is for getting the food. This makes for a great experience. Also, McDonalds does not serve salads anymore while Wendy's has an excellent choice for salads. I like the Cobb Salad. Try this Wendy's out.

I generally don’t leave reviews of fast food places, but this Wendy’s had phenomenal service. The staff were genuinely really nice and helpful with the menu and the bathrooms were probably the cleanest fast food bathrooms ever. Good service.

Raul, the manager (I think - he may be the owner) gave such fast and friendly service. The food even seemed better than other Wendy's. Thanks for the great service.

very nice staff. the staff made us feel very welcome. the restaurant was very nice and cleaned. there was a few people but they know how to work in a fast pace in an organized way. the restaurant is very organized. they have bathrooms for women and men. the bathroom has different stalls. the entrance is wheelchair accessible. they have parking. they have a drive thru where you can order. they have table service where you can sit down and eat. it's a pretty medium restaurant. they accept coupons. they have the same sales as New York. I will come back here. the food was good and it tasted like Wendy's. they have a soda machine so you can get free refills. they have different flavors of sodas and juices. I will come back here. they have handicapped parking.

Always fast and hot and fresh when I visit this Wendy's in my travels. They are almost always busy but, any good spot is.

I ordered breakfast at 6:25 am on my way to work. When I got to work my entire order was wrong. I went back with the order 3 hours later to change it. To my surprise the manager arlette santos did not exchange the order because she claims she doesn’t remembered me from earlier that day. I was just asking for the same order without egg. Arlette santos the manager is very rude and has no customer service skills.

Average Panera bread. Good location with convenient parking. I did not have small change, but the counter staff were accommodating, went out of their way to get change from their colleagues. Thumbs up for service!

Sandwich was burnt black, flaking with ash. Both our soups looked like they threw 2 different soups together. Never experienced a problem in all the years of using Panera. First and last time at this one. I reported it to the Manager, but I was not compensated as promised.

Great restaurant! Coffee and teas are great! Free refills! The food and price combinations are a deal; specially "duets" soup, sandwich/salads and a piece a bread for less than $8. Awesome! One thing that I love about Panera it is its environments, you can create your own wherever you choose to sit cozy, chic, geek, family, date, privacy.

Panera bread where you pay diner prices yet order for yourself...serve yourself....clean up after yourself. The bathrooms a mess and this stellar example of a staff member spent the 45 minutes I was there on a FaceTime call in and outside while vaping. Charge fast food prices because everything here, including the mess and the service is basically fast food level

I must be one of the very few folks who never ordered from a Panera Bread restaurant since they went to using iPads for all their ordering! I was astonished st how easy it was to place my lunch order snd how fast it was to pick up my salad, latte and delicious chocolate chip cookie! And everything I ate was delicious and reasonably priced.

We ordered a Panini, asiago bagel, and a Mac and cheese entree, which arrived at the right temperature and tasted very good. The staff was helpful and friendly, and there was plenty of seating even though it was peak lunch time.

Clean Panera with cool furniture and design. However, the serving sizes and potions are definitely smaller compared to other stores. Plenty of parking available though.

What a wonderful hidden gem! I never would have known about it had my friend not taken me, but I’m so glad she did. The food was amazing! We had such a nice time and can’t wait to go back.

Excellent restaurant. The waitress was really nice and I didn't have to wait that long for the food. Since I love hamburgers, I ordered the All Natural Burger (cooked medium-rare) and it was delicious and juicy. Nicely seasoned and the shoestring fries were so crispy and tasty. The garlic aioli was amazing! Dipping my crunchy fries in them was great! The place isn't that busy either. Great experience!

This was my fifth time eating there wanted to treat my sister for her birthday to a special lunch. Partway through my meal, I discovered a fly in the lettuce of my Cesar salad. Our waitress Jamie was gracious. My meal was taken off the bill, however upon reflection after the fly, no one could finish their food, and I feel as though the whole bill should’ve been comped I will not be returning anytime soon.

the fact that a clothing store has a restaurant inside of it will baffle me until my dying day. The additional fact that it is a high quality in pleasant experience will stay with me everyday. A little bit hard to find. You need to go through the gift shop on the third floor. But once you do it is an adorable little space with fantastic service and great food. Honestly the best way to get away from the food court and relax with some great food after a day of shopping. They are only open from 11-4 but seating seemed very easy.

For a mall food, it's good. This is good for veggie lovers too. Love their rice bowl and spicy sauces. Chips was too salty but loved the salsa. Rightly priced. Service was ok. 4 star for sure.

I ended up not purchasing my dinner at that loc!ton. The server that was preparing my bowl was unpleasant, rude, and used foul language towards me. So I decided to take my money elsewhere. It appears better customer service is needed at that restaurant.

Took a few bowls home for dinner. White rice, chicken, steak and birria brisket. The steak was way over cooked ,chewy, flavorless. The chicken was seasoned but rubbery. The birria brisket… stringy mess. Guacamole, completely flavorless … basically mushed avocado. The onions and fajita vegetables were good. I give credit that this bowl actually held up texturally. We picked it up, brought it home , unpacked all the groceries and did a few things around the house before eating and they remained warm and crunchy. For fast food, not terrible, just flavorless. There is certainly worse out there.

Quick QDOBA Mexican meal. The cafeteria style line moves along well. If you like spicy with protein and carbs here it is. I like skipping the 🍚 rice and choosing a spicy mixture of protein,vegetables, and salsas on top of greens. Satisfying without feeling stuffed!

Slow and rude staff. I ordered through the app and went for pick-up. My order was not ready. I waited 10 minutes right next to the cashier (where the mobile pick-up is) no eye contact or questions from the staff even though they were not busy. I finally asked them when my order would be ready. They told me to wait, and a few minutes later, I got my order, but the part of my order and drink was missing. I went back and asked but no apologies. Then I opened my food; protein was missing. Went back to the cashier again, with no apologies or eye contact. The food was terrible too. It was salty, and 1/3 of my chips had a chunk of salt. I am never going back.

Ralphy’s Pizza Restaurant 440 Forest Ave. Paramus, NJ 07652 The sauce has a sweet texture, which has become my preferred type of sauce. The mozzarella did not have a golden char. As a bonus, three garlic knots (not pictured) were included. This was a great alternative to the traditional Italian bread. As another bonus, this pizza parlor has a grocery section. This is a unique, but cool novelty on a local pizzeria. I loved this place for their pizza but I had them cater an event and I was very happy with their food and service! They delivered on time and set everything up. The portions were great for a large party and price was super reasonable. I highly recommend!

Ordered this pizza to be delivered to the playground nearby! Our kids had worked up an appetite after playing in Van saun park and luckily they were able to deliver! Not only was the pizza fresh and delicious, the crust was so soft and fluffy that all the kids ate every bite! Definitely will use them again in the future! The taste was nice, but wish the portion size was bigger. It did taste fresh. I ordered the build your own bowl. I was disappointed by the pick up. I ordered for pickup to go back to the office. I was disappointed because I did not receive the pita I ordered, side sauces, utensil, nor napkins. There was just the small bowl portion and a cup in the bag. I’m glad I checked the bag to see everything missing. The lemonades all sound fancy but they were all bland.

I love Cava but I truly dislike this location! Let’s break it down shall we! 1. If you order take out-you should pick up your food 15-20 mins After your actual pick up time 2. The employees there omg! Super slow and they really don’t care if you are waiting. They will have full blown conversations with other employees and pretty much ignore you. 3. STINGY- like come on now how you not filling up the dressing containers? They literally don’t even fill it up half way. This is not the only time I’ve experienced this service at this location. There’s been multiple and today I had time

I usually place a order for pick up and I love cava, but every time I order for pick up on the app, my bowl is usually missing something but this time I ordered for delivery and my bowl was missing absolutely everything I ordered a bowl with lettuce, chicken, onions, extra onions, corn, pickles, broccoli, olives, and feta and instead all I got was a bowl with lettuce and chicken that weighed maybe 1 gram and since I ordered on the app, I have no way of getting a refund or getting my money back I don’t even understand why they didn’t just cancel the order if they were missing everything. I even tried calling the store twice. No one picked up. i spent 24$ and can’t get my money back for getting something i didn’t order.

First time coming here and it was in a great experience I love the fact that everybody’s Dominican will employees and Anna was very nice and helpful to me. Will definitely return especially to this one who looks great and fresh and the prices are great. Definitely prefer this than chipotle

This was by far the worst cava experience. I ordered four meals for pickup. The toppings were half missing and they skimped on all the toppings. I probably would opt for a different cava in the future or do walk in only. The pickup was an absolute fail.

Service was good but the food was meh. Birria - this was the best! Very good. This I would go back for! Pulled Pork - too smokey, it was like tasting burnt wood... It does not have much flavor, I had to pour all of the pickled onion and salsa on the taco. And added the Birria sauce to make it taste better. Mushroom - the mushroom was smaller than the taco shell, not worth it! And has no flavor... unless you are vegetarian, I say skip it.

Whenever my husband and I come to Garden State mall, our brains are so conditioned to expect a food court meal that it took us some time before we realized this lively taqueria existed. It's on the top floor (or the ground level if you're coming from an outdoor parking lot) and one of several mall eateries that aren't in the food court. The ordering decision tree proceeds as follows: 1) Decide whether you want tacos, cheesy tacos (called, or a platter, 2) Pick your proteins (vegetarian options available), and 3) Determine which toppings and accoutrements you want on top of your tacos. The best part of ordering was seeing the fresh masa and tortilla press right behind the counter, a reassurance that these tortillas would be as fresh as one can get. And they were. Not only that, the meats inside them were incredible. We tried the birria, carne asada, crispy fish, and smoked chicken, all of which were conversation-silencing delicious. I'm also not a bit embarrassed to admit I sipped straight from the small cup of that rich consommé that's meant as a dipping broth for the birria tacos. If I had to pick a least favorite from the bunch, it would be the smoked chicken, but that's not to say they were bad; the other ones just blew me away far more. The chicken tacos were packed with tender meat and redolent of smoked wood, a flavor I wouldn't have expected to encounter in the middle of a shopping mall. Most of the restaurant space seems to be reserved for the ordering and food prep area, but there's a decently sized seating area right outside the restaurant and even more places to sit a little further away from Carlito's if the tables are full.

UPDATE March 2025- great stays great! These are still the best tacos in NJ. The birria and fish are a must. Despite what you might think about buying tacos at the mall these are absolutely the best tacos you'll buy no matter where they are. There is nothing better than the quesa-taco from Carlitos be it the recently added fish, the pulled pork, the brisket, the veggie with the fried plantain, you name it it's all perfect. So if you're a local head over, if you're driving through make a stop for Carlitos..

Quesatacos were amazing, I particularly liked the carne asada. Nicely cut pieces of meat and seasoned well, the churros with chocolate inside very good also. I will be back!

I was really looking forward to ordering from this place the other day the line was out the door. I’d waited for over 15 minutes just to get ahead when I got up. There was one person in front of me. She was ordering and while I was looking around, the workers were very busy, just chitchatting, socializing with friends and each other more than doing work and taking care of customers. I look behind me and there must’ve been at least 10 people with the line at the door, the workers were unfazed by the line and customers as their priority. This had made me really upset since I was really looking forward to ordering here and was starving and seeing the lack of concern for the customers turned me off, and I just left. Unacceptable! Do your work and socialize later!
