The staff is so wonderful! We have a very friendly 2 year old and 8 year old , and they kept up with their constant chatter and still kept everyone well served. The service was quick and the orders were all correct. I would say that the food is not great, but not bad. Definitely not someplace I would go out of my way to have again, but it was decent.

Excellent place to eat, excellent!!! Was greeted by the owner's wife, she was amazing!!!... Our server Lily was just as amazing!!! And the owner Joe came out and greeted us at our table, and I love extra hot sauce and he made me up some very good hot sauce and added Habaneros to make it warm enough for me to enjoy my food!!! Very good place in Davis Oklahoma to visit, wouldn't pass it up if you love Mexican food

Great salsa! One of the best salsa I've ever tasted. However the good things just stop there. Wait staff was not friendly at all. The people who brought chips were more friendly than the servers and they did not even speak fluent English. Fajitas were mediocre. So was Nacho and Tostada. However they brought the food out super fast. I remember the food being great 5 years ago, not anymore.

I was on my way to Ada and saw this place out of the corner of my eye. I was actually going to stop at Los Generales. I'm so glad that I turned around and ate there. The street tacos are so yum yum in my tum tum. The waitress was very nice and actually recommended the street tacos. She got a mega good tip for pointing my stomach in the right direction. My tank is on full now. It was like filling your car up with 95 octane instead of 87. 💣

The Service was okay, probably better if I had been a local. The salsa had less flavor than a tomato plucked from the vine. The steak fajitas were stuffed with so much cheese that’s all you could taste. The fajita steak, unseasoned as well. To claim to be authentic Mexican food, I don’t think so. It’s been tamed down and bland with no spices or flavor. Maybe to keep the older local patrons coming back. I don’t know. The frozen margaritas were just that. All ice and no tequila, gave up trying to drink all of it. I got tired of trying to get it to thaw enough to drink. If your looking for bland food, weak drinks and watered down salsa then you will probably love it here. As for me, I won’t be back. I think the people were nice there, don’t get me wrong. But this place stems from a Senior citizens retirement home dinner menu

The staff was amazing. I'm writing this here because I feel so bad that I forgot to tip yesterday. To the waitress that helped our table outside yesterday around 5pm I am so sorry. You were fantastic and the next time I am in Davis I will stop by for sure and correct my error!

I wanted it to be better. No flavor at all in the shrimp cocktail. You can tell they use a lot of frozen ingredients. The wait staff was great but the food was not... especially for the money.

Boomerang Diner Does it Right If you are looking for a friendly diner, tasty food, at a reasonable price, this is the place. The three of us stopped here around 9 am on a Sunday morning. The place was busy, but we were able to find a seat quickly. The service staff were excellent and attentive. The menu has plenty of choices, as to be expected from a diner. For breakfast, I chose the Big Breakfast. True to its name, it was sized very heartily. All items - bisquit, gravy, hashbrowns, eggs, and bacon - were very tasty and satisfying. The coffee was fresh and piping hot. Definitely a place to stop in, even if it is just a few minutes off the interstate highway.

Made a stop in here while traveling thru . Our food was good . Service was very good, waitress was very friendly. Food came out in a timely manner. We were back on the road in no time.

We stopped by for a late lunch on a Thursday after the nearby safari with a group of 9. It was pretty empty and I think everyone else that was there already ordered. We had a really nice server - I think she was the only one there besides the kitchen staff. Aside from a couple of forgotten things ordered, we were in and out and were full and sleepy by the time we left. We ordered fried mushrooms and cheese curds (they were great) along with an assortment of salads, burgers, fish, chicken fried steak and sandwiches. The price point is great! We love a good homey diner and that’s what we got. Spent around $120 before tip for our entire meal and still had leftovers. It’s definitely a town staple and you can tell everyone kinda knows each other.

This place was just beautiful as the atmosphere fit a small 1950 diner a very small diner as it did get crowded and not enough space to move as only 36 people could fit in there and I wish they would expand as thier food and service was so amazing even tho they got very busy the two servers still managed to take care of us and other people . The food was something else they had food that not many restaurants have and they were surprisingly delicious would definitely recommend if you are passing by in a road tirp just to have a fun different vibe while eating .

Stopped here mid-afternoon on our first visit to Davis. The food was delicious. We opted to forego fries for a shared order of mini skins (fried potato slices topped with grated cheese, bacon and ranch). These were fantastic! We also had burgers and a bit of breakfast (served all day). Service was friendly and helpful. We're looking forward to visiting again one day.

Went here after visiting Turner Falls and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious…especially the burgers…And reasonably priced! We received great service from a sweet young man (didn’t catch his name though). We are wishing they had this diner near us in Fort Worth! It was really good!

Deb, the owner is awesome! She makes you feel very welcome. She has the best customer service around! The food was amazing! Everything made from scratch! When in Davis, we will definitely be back! It was our 1st time being there, and we certainly picked the right place!!

Listen, the atmosphere will throw you off a bit. Its an old building that could probably use some work BUT when I tell you this is a diamond in the rough, I mean it. Great food. There's hardly ever more than 2 people working so this isn't a place for 17 of your friends and family to meet for lunch. However, if you and a few friends want a phenomenal burger with some perfectly crisp onion rings? This is the place. Also if you're a ranch lover, request a bottle with your lunch. You will thank me.

Nothing better than a burger cooked in an old establishments kitchen. Second time to stop here, and once again a great burger and onion rings. The jalapeños on the burger gave it just the right spicy taste, and compliments the burger with the lettuce and tomato. The onion rings have a light batter and are perfectly cooked. It the type you bite and the whole onion slides out because it’s too tough to chew threw with your teeth. Ice tea was great, not the old stale kind you sometimes get. Definitely stopping by any time in near Davis!

Came here from okc waited an hour for our waitress to come tell us the cook walked out then we said ok cool we will be patient and wait another hour later our food comes out 1 by 1 they served locals first over our 12 top table kids for their food last (chicken strips and fries) and again one by one I understand things happen but we got a half way I’m sorry no discount offered nothing. This place can not handle big tables def for locals only!!! Don’t waste your time we have a 2 hours drive back and should have just left instead of staying and being nice!

Forget the national chains and support the local holes-in-the-wall where the waitresses call you "hun" and are super-friendly. According to the waitress, this place has been around forever and going by all the regulars who stopped in while I was here, I believe it. Burgerland is the bomb and a must-visit if you like experiencing the real America! Sadly, there's a Sonic across the street. No respect...

Friendly staff, $15, 8 shrimp, fries, unsweet tea and the meal came with vegetables, but I said no to vegetables. Fries are cooked thru, but not crispy, just the way I like them. Lot of choices, look forward to going back.

Awesome Burger. They waitress was very friendly, we came in about 25 minutes to close and she was very attentive. Highly recommend this place.

Y'all gotta get in here for some of Judy's amazing southern country home scratch cooking. Ever seen pickled onions and tomatoes or a wonderful scratch slaw or what I assume to be a green tomato chow chow on the salad bar? It's here!! The main star is of course the chicken fried steak! Wonderfully tender and the breading is hand battered scratch that is perfectly seasoned and is missing the ingredient that I hate in commercial chicken fry so that's a super plus!! The taters, the gravy, the smoky black eyed peas and the cabbage are sure to make your tummy smile. Super friendly country service. Great humor and atmosphere, And SANITARY!! get on down here, ya hear!!

On Wednesdays they have a buffet option or you can choose something from the menu if you’d rather. I had a ham steak and my kid had a chicken fried steak. We both had the Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and I had sweet potato waffle fries. My fiancé had the best burger he’s had in a while there so I definitely recommend their food.

A really nice place for lunch I think they open from 11:00 to 2:00 they have a real nice buffet and you can order off the menu the people are great they've been there forever. Love this place. Usually end up staying after closing time talking stuff for that nice

Best buffet on this side of the tracks!!! Definitely won’t be disappointed. Just make sure you wash your hands or grandma will get you!

This is hands down 100% the best food and price I’ve had in a long time. I honestly can not think of a time I’ve been this satisfied with a meal and I eat A LOT lol. Absolutely superb meal at an affordable cost, if you don’t eat here and enjoy it then the issue isn’t the restaurant…

The lady server lacks customer service (did not follow-up what we need nor ask how was the food. We ordered lunch specials 1 and 5. Lunch special #1 contains burrito, taco and beans. We were not informed that the burrito contains eggplant without a meat. Lunch especial number 5 is grilled chicken and chorizo , rice and beans per menu but I received chewy chicken bits in red sauce, rice and beans. The salsa a bit off. I had to add a dash of salt , pepper and sugar to taste a little better. The chips tasted like fried tortilla wrapper with no added spices. We have drove Davis and passed the restaurant several times during our trips in the past years. During this trip , we decided to give a try and so far did not passed our taste. My husband was very disappointed. We will not go back again.

House made salsa was very good. Our dinner, which consisted of chimichanga and Davis burrito dinners, was delicious! There was little no interaction with the staff. Not friendly at all or even a thank you for coming.

4 was given cause the food was better the 2nd day. I loved the chicken tortilla soup, my asada plate was ok not much flavor the day of purchase. The rice was dry but better flavor day 2. The chairro beans yuck. The TORTILLAS AWESOME!! TO END ON A GOID NOTE!!

The BEST Mexican restaurant in Oklahoma. We eat here frequently and are never disappointed-can’t say that for any other place in Murray county. The salsa is great and we always share the fresh guacamole salad-handmade and fresh and soooo good! We usually share the steak fajita nachos or the sampler platter. Both exceptional. The wait staff is friendly and welcoming-we love Tisha!

The Servers seemed to lack communication with each other. Drink order was asked for 3x before our drinks were made. Dat with empty drinks, salsa & chips for the most part of our time visiting. A big roll of some type of cable was lying on the windowsill between our table & another which was partitioned with drab curtains. Do not recommend & will not visit again.

As soon as the waitress came up to us, she immediately started judging us. It felt racially motivated, as I’m a white girl and my boyfriend is Hispanic. She slammed the waters down and threw the straws onto the table. We ordered fajitas for two, and she acted almost offended, then made a comment about how we would “have leftovers.” My boyfriend ordered a margarita, and while already pulling out his ID, she rudely said, “Yep, pull it out.” When he misplaced his wallet in a different pocket than usual, she sarcastically asked, “This isn’t going to happen when it’s time to pay?” and then tried to laugh it off like a joke. Not funny. Just rude. When the fajitas finally came out, she carried the skillet with her bare hands, no cloth or mitt. They weren’t sizzling, and when she set them down, they looked like dog food smothered in onions. The queso I ordered as an appetizer didn’t even come until the food arrived, and it was literally cheese water. The whole time, my boyfriend and I felt uncomfortable. Watching her treat other tables kindly while treating us with attitude made it painfully obvious we were being treated differently, and we can’t help but feel it was because my boyfriend is Hispanic. We wanted to just leave, but decided to bring it up to the manager. His response? “That’s how we cook them, sorry.” No care, no concern, no effort. When I said we just wanted to leave, he replied, “That’s fine, bye.” We’re visiting from Dallas, and while we didn’t expect top-notch Tex-Mex, this place was absolutely horrible. Between the bad food, the unprofessional staff, and the discriminatory treatment, we would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.

Great food and super affordable the manager Tim was super friendly and Kara was such a nice girl and brought me my order and everything tasted amazing. They made sure my order was correct and gave it to me in a timely manner. The work crew was super friendly. I got to sit in the lobby while waiting for my order and they came out and conversed with us never seen a more friendly store.

Just traveling through to go home and I called ahead for our pizza and the young lady was very helpful, went above and beyond. She even had it planned out when our pizza would be put in and ready by the time we got there. Great experience and very grateful for the extra help. Thank you!

Food wasn't bad, service was a kinda slow, the bathroom was marked as no public bathroom but it worked fine as we had to try and use it after being there for almost 2 hours due to a slow servicer. In the end they said they couldn't separate our groups bill and I wondered why didn't they just put in separate orders to being with. We had explained from the start that we where on sperate bills. Also we had to ask for our bill after sitting there for 20 minutes after finishing eating.

They are never on there job especially in the evening time when I need to pick up an order I say in the drive through and nobody was to be found so I walked around there is two of them just playing around and I have seen them out front smoking not tending to customers every time my boss makes an order they sit around or they can't get the job done absolute worst

Ordered off of door dash and was let down by doordash! Pizza hut came through with the delivery and im so greatful! Its so awesome the manager lacey is awesome friendly and the driver for pizza hut is awesome as well! Nobody out pizzas the hut! Thank you guys all my buisness

Came here to grab pizza during our return to home from Turner falls, Davis OK. We stopped here and ordered 3 toppings large pizza. Taste is good. This is open until 10 PM which is good for tourists. Have large parking facility. People work here customer friendly and attentive

The place looks great on the inside, it looks like they've been doing construction for a while and now everything is freed up and open. The food was served really fast and it tasted really good. The staff was great and helpful because I had a coupon on my card and wasn't sure what it qualified for. They explained it really well and I enjoyed my visit.

We were a little disappointed to see just how condensed the entire menu was considering it was the nearest dining option but overall we managed to find something suitable for each of our family members. The food was good and came out quickly but not many options for kids. (I want to say the menu had French toast, silver 5,and a grilled cheese available for the kids) The lady at the counter was super patient and helpful and was mindful in placing things out of reach of our baby which is always a plus!

The food was awful. I asked for over hard and broken eggs. I received over well eggs. Tell cooks there is a big difference. Also had to ask for the ham and potatoes that came with our meal. Then potatoes and eggs tasted as of they were cooked in old oil. Our experience here was terrible and I do not suggest it to anyone. We not be coming back!!!

At first I was a little disappointed because I tried calling in my order just so I wouldn't have to wait as long for it to come out since I was working and was taking a sit down lunch break instead of eating while I drove... The lady on the phone didn't think she could take a call in order if I were sitting in and placed me in hold...I was pulling in the truck parking lot by time she returned so there wasn't a reason to order over the phone HOWEVER... The food was GREAT!! I ordered the steak omelette egg white only add spinach and buttermilk pancakes. It was delicious. Service was very good... I love Ihop! This location did not disappoint as far as the quality of food... perfect! I almost forgot...its located inside of a hotel that also has a casino! Oklahoma 35 northbound side exit 55 and truck parking available at the very close truck stop.

This is one sweet place for breakfast. Hot coffee, orange juice, or sweet tea. Their French toast and hashbrowns are on point... It's a laid-back place to get breakfast. One of the coolest places you'll ever eat at. Local patrons help out the ladies by serving the customers and taking their orders. They'll even tell you to make yourself at home to get your drinks. Best place in town.

Bread was doughy and had a bad yeast flavor. Chicken fried steak portion was very small and very tough. Took a while for the waitress to get to us. The onions on the hamburger steak were very good. It was edible, but not enjoyable. First visit and last visit.

Small hole spot Food was good. Cinnamon buns are a amazing. The older women there is very rude. Almost like she don't want to be there. the young lady cooking is super sweet. Just a heads up Older lady don't like people paying with cards she gets mad. Or ask to bring home food.

Terrible business decision. And the clerk said “I’ve had people walk out because of it” well I’m another one. I will not be back. AND OWNERS I REPEAT OWNERS…look at all of the $$$ you are losing. I guess u don’t care and neither do I.

Workers make good food but store owner hasn't been opting in to any coupons for the app. This makes it difficult to order ahead so you can stop in on the way home from work and grab a sandwich ready to go with no wait. Instead you have to drive all the way home to grab your coupons and then drive all the way back and have to wait on them to take your order and then make it. And it's just not feasible to order without the coupons because a regular ham and cheese footlong sandwich should not be $12. Not a combo or a meal. Just the sandwich. And it's not even that they won't take the coupons because you can still use the coupons in the store, it's just an inconvenience issue. It's enough of a hassle to take us from eating two subs here once or twice a week to maybe once a month. I'll also tack on the issue of the lady running it not allowing "pizza subs" which used to be a menu item. It's just a salami and pepperoni sandwich with the sauce they use for the meatballs. Other subways in the area will still do it no problem, such as in pauls valley, but we've been given the excuse It has something to do with putting the warm sauce on a cold sandwich, even though it's getting toasted anyways? Makes no sense to me and just seems spiteful.

Young man rang up All American club wrong. Put Turkey $11.19 then charged $4 for ham and $2.10 for bacon. I asked why it was so much he said because of the extras.. should have only been $12.79 plus tax as the second sandwich was rang up right..

Placed an order online as I do multiple times a month. Drove 15min to pick up my order and was told they have no order. Went back and checked only to see my order had been cancelled and not by me. Tried to place my order again but was cut off due to it now being 8:30pm. Tried to ask the employee, La Rai Williams, if there was anything that could be done and she immediately became confrontational and told me she couldn’t help me. When I asked for the managers name and number, she told me she wasn’t giving me the managers personal number and “That’s not how this works”. I never asked for a personal number. They even went as far as trying to say my husband yelled at them when he originally went in trying to pick up the order which absolutely did not happen. I am disgusted at the way we were treated.

The two gentlemen that made my cold cut trio had epic hero vibes. I could sense a greatness within them. Pay them more. Good work future adventurers! And when the time comes, pick the right path. It will pay off. Now do I mean the RIGHT path, or the correct one? Therein lies the riddle! Best of luck! Wear a condom!

Does anyone else hate going into a place to spend your hard earned money and you feel like an inconvenience to the person getting paid to serve you? Businesses need to get their ship un order and get these ppl to customer service training show their workers that they care and get more hands on in their shops to make sure product and service is on point. It would be better for business if your employees were happy to be their, friendly, and well trained. Work hard at something if you want it to be great and successful with frequent customers.

People eating while handling food and using glove to take money/orders but then leaving their gloves on to handle food items? These are both health concerns and gross. Managers should be better trained on these issues and enforce healthy standards Also, I asked for no ketchup on my burger but got it anyways. Yay I get to not enjoy my food now

Asked for lite chili got extra chili... Had to call carhop back and ask for fries that wasn't drowned in salt. Ya they brought tots out ... But the carhops were super nice

I come here pretty often to get food before I have to go to work and it's normally all right except today I ordered the number one just a Sonic cheeseburger with tater tots and a route 44 half and half tea what I got was a cheeseburger with nothing else on it just cheese no lettuce tomato pickle my tater tots are fine and I got a medium tea with like coffee cream put in it it was horrible it wasn't that busy today and I was pretty kind to the employee I don't know what happened today it just wasn't that great

Woman taking our order couldn’t understand anything we said, so ordering took forever. Then it took 10 minutes to get drinks and one Jr. Breakfast burrito. I took one bite of the breakfast burrito and nearly choked from the salt. This is what I saw when I opened it. 🤢

Every single drink we get is so full of ice you get maybe 3 drinks out of a route 44.

One of the worst sonics. My husband and I travel all over the country due to his work and this is by far the worst sonic experience I’ve had. When ordering I had to repeat myself multiple times. Then only after I ordered and we had been waiting for a little while they send someone out to inform us they don’t have onion rings so we would have to choose something different. Well that’s fine but why not tell us when we ordered and I ordered the bacon cheeseburger toaster which comes with an onion ring and bacon to which had neither. Sonic really needs to fix this location.

One of the best Sonics in this area. They do it like the Sonics of 40 years ago...fast, hot, well prepared and tasty. The employees actually act like they want to do a good job, with a smile. All Sonics should run as well as this one.

The food was delicious and cooked to order. My only complaint is that the female that took my order had an attitude and also ran register for gas station. So not only 1 encounter but 2. The gentleman who prepared my order was very friendly. The atmosphere in the gas station was pleasant. I recommend eating the food. Place was clean.

The most impressive part of the service was that there was one, ONE person working. She took the orders, made the food, and coutered/served it up. There were 3 orders ahaed of mine and I was still out of there in less than 5 minutes. Located in a gas station convenience store. Walk in and a man behind the front counter with a red political baseball hat showed me where to order. The lady behind the food counter was very nice and courteous but looked overwhelmed, it is possible they did not have enough hired help. Tried to order a mushroom burger but they were out of mushrooms. Changed my order and was given a number. The seating area was clean but had many distractions. I also noticed the booth had paint streaks like it was a rush job and definitely was not painted correctly. Overall the food was good and the service was good but the environment and the inside decor needs help.

The website, says they close at 9. I was out there at 830, and was not greeted promptly even though there were no other customers in the store. When I was greeted it wasn’t very friendly and they let me know they close at 8. Please change that on the website if those are the hours so people don’t make the trip out there just to be turned away.

Food was ok but poorly made. Half the toppings were under or half off the sandwich. Ordered 6 combo meals with root beer floats. The lady making drinks had a hard time counting to six and kept stating she was confused...we were the only customers at the time and for the whole visit.

The fried Cod, Shrimp, & hand breaded Chicken strips are great.

Lady working moaning about having to make food and screaming that she can't make a shake because she is by herself even tho there is no one else for customers in the store... would recommend getting her retained or replaced. Very unprofessional. If I could 0 stars I would.

This place is great, coming from someone who has tried literally all mexican restaurants within OKC and surrounding. The only thing this place is lacking is salsa - is could be better. Otherwise superb. Got the mocaleta and the enchiladas. Cheese enchilada is fantastic, best I've ever had. Molcaleta is sooooo good flavor presentation, great. Service quick and easy. If you're around.. Come here.

First time here Always like to try new places when passing through Oklahoma. Service was great. The gentleman waiters working there were quick and friendly. Will definitely come again and get the carne asada tacos. And my husband loved the molcajete. 3 star on atmosphere probably because of the other customers around us didn't make it that welcoming . Pretty sure on other occasions it is welcoming.

Visiting Oklahoma as a tourist and found this beautiful place and absolutely delicious restaurant right in the heart of downtown Davis Oklahoma. Me and my husband came back both days of our vacation to eat here. every single thing we ordered was amazing. steaks cooked perfectly, enchiladas flavorful, juicy chicken, and tasty drinks. friendly service, traditional gorgeous authentic Mexican decor and atmosphere. an Absolute MUST visit spot if passing through this town. if you are looking for the BEST Mexican food in the USA you can stop your search right here, and there is no exaggeration in my statements at all!!

I can't get enough of this place! I wish I lived closer I'd go everyday of the week. The staff is friendly and fun. The atmosphere is calm and eye catching. The food is so good 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 I highly recommend anything with steak! Everything I've ordered from here so far has been phenomenal. 🤌🏼 They have really amazing deals on drinks and specials daily. They have outdoor seating available for the nice outdoors days! It's also right off the main road for an easy stop and go. Extra parking is in the back!

This place is on the main street of Davis. It's no frill and the employees spoke very loudly while we were there. Didn't bother us, just letting you know it's loud. The white queso is good but you pay for it. We knew this because we've had it at their Edmond location. The staff was friendly and the food was great. It's a great find when traveling. We would definitely return. The chips at this location are way better than the Edmond one. Rice and beans were very good. The salsa is so yummy at both locations and the tortillas are fresh like I make at home.

Cute Mexican restaurant on main street in Davis. Service was great. Food came out quickly and was cooked well. Street tacos 🌮 are top notch. Chorizo Queso was soooo good. Thanks so much ❤️✌️

Lovely little Mexican food restaurant in the small beautiful town of Davis Oklahoma. Love the chili rellano and the beef fajita street tacos. Fajita meat was so tender and very flavorful! Staff very friendly and very reasonable prices. Try it, you won't be disappointed 😊🌞
