I got in with my fam of 11 by reseving the day before and putting a 500k that were returned. Amazing views, professional service, and great food. As much as I respect the salmon, it wasn't for me. I wanted my salmon cooked medium,I even said I wanted it medium well but I was flatly told they don't do such thing. So when I got my salmon well done it was just not as tender or flavorful as I usually like it. The sauce was interesting but lacked flavor, and for having "teriyaki" in the description I sure didn't taste it or see it. The red coloring was also an interesting choice for covering the entire salmon, and the sauce turned into a jelly fastThe guacamole was a nice pairing, but could've been a bit more mature and soft. The cocktail I had was great, perhaps a bit too strong for my tasting, but well worth. Lobster was good and there is a wide selection of preparations for anyone. A drink my aunt had was a bit too watery compared to the cheaper and more fruitful drinks found on the beach. The view of the ocean is beautiful but don't be surprised to be surrounded by a lot of yachts. The service was as said, professional, fast, and efficient. I wouldn't have minded some more cheerfulness or welcoming vibes, but hey, she was fast, accurate, and efficient. I think that the restaurant is well worth if affordable, as the atmosphere is unique and the menu is vast and specialized. PS: celebrating birthdays in this restaurant would be a good option, but it's also small drawback because don't be surprised to be hearing a lot of birthday singing.

The food was truly amazing—each dish offered a unique blend of classic and modern flavors that stood out. The view, both during the day and in the evening, added to the overall ambiance and made the experience memorable. We enjoyed it so much, we went twice. However, the service left much to be desired. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty during our afternoon visit (only three tables occupied), it took an unusually long time to place our order and receive drinks. Be prepared to spend up to three hours here, even when it's not busy.

The place it’s quite popular in San Andres if not the most popular. I made the mistake to order a new dish from the menu, don’t do it it’s not good. Haha but my boyfriend ordered the shrimp rice and it was really really good. So I just had bad luck. They are experts in seafood and traditional so maybe stick to it for a 100% sure good experience.

Wonderful place! The food is astonishingly delicious while space provides a magical atmosphere. Pay attention that you need a reservation to get in quickly (2-3 weeks in advance), otherwise you need to wait for non-reserved pool of the tables ~ 1 hour. I had only the impression that too many guests are served by too less staff, hence do not expect to be served quickly. All in all, worth all the money and time!

This place has great atmosphere and appeal. Right along the water and a cool breeze cooling you down for the humid weather. To start off, the wait to go in was about an hour from when we put our name on the list. We came since this spot was recommended. I'd say it was pretty underwhelming for the amount of money we spent. We had ceviche, 2 types of croquettes, tuna, lobster tails, conk and crab. Nothing was memorable or satisfying. Only redeeming factor was the portions for some of the mains were huge. Otherwise, I probably won't return.

We ordered the Regatta lobsters and the Johnny Cay ceviche. The lobster was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The ceviche, however, was a bit disappointing as it was served with a sauce that tasted like ketchup, which didn’t quite match our expectations. We arrived around 2:30 PM for a late lunch, and the place was full, creating a lively and pleasant atmosphere. For dessert, we tried the chocolate cake and maracuyá (passion fruit); it was outstanding, We also had a bottle of wine, which was surprisingly good and felt worth the price. The total bill came to 490,000 COP, but considering we had lobster and wine, it was reasonable. Would definitely recommend for a nice lunch or dinner by the sea.

Such a gorgeous restaurant, you must visit if you’re in San Andrés. The food was delicious, the atmosphere is one of a kind. The view where we sat down was spectacular. I loved peacefully seeing out to the ocean and felt that life sat still for a moment. The music is very mellow and goes well with the theme of the restaurant. It’s very colorful and the service is decent. The wait time for the food was slightly on the longer side but we didn’t mind.

Mediocre food at above-average prices. The service was pleasantly quick and attentive – the restaurant looks super sweet and counts with lovely decoration. The prices are still within reason but a bit above average. That would be acceptable if the food quality matched – unfortunately, quite the opposite was true. I deliberately chose the pork medallions, hoping this would reduce the risk of dry meat compared to beef or chicken. Sadly, that’s exactly what I got: extremely dry, tough, and completely flavorless... I also had a sauce that was described as a passion fruit reduction, but it tasted more like a dilution. Instead of a rich, tangy contrast, it came across as flat and overly sweet – more like syrup than a proper sauce. It lacked depth, balance, and any real connection to the dish. Bottom line: You can go, but you don’t have to...we had better experiences at other comparable restaurants.

You know the food is going to be great when the very first page of the menu says everything is made from scratch. Gourmet Shop Asho delivers on that promise. They offer a wide variety of fresh juices and lemonades — the coconut lemonade is especially delicious and incredibly refreshing. The fish soup, made with coconut water, is packed with flavor and generous chunks of fish. One of the standout dishes is the house fish filet, cooked in coconut milk with shrimp — absolutely a must-try. Highly recommended!

Had dinner here and everything was create. Menu has a lot of pasta items on it, service was friendly and attentive. Place really started filling up around 8, they have outdoor seating. Also liked the atmosphere as well.

Nice food and place. We took the octapus carpaccio which was little bit to much lime on, was like drinking a lemonade. The lobster in butter and garlic was amazing, soft and very tasty, same as the Isla sallad and the salmon, crispy outside and soft inside. General the service was too fast, starter came after 5 min and main dish after 10 min, means we was done after 35 mins, even if we supposed to stay longer. The waiter was a bit tired of life and need some sleep.

A really poor experience! I came here 2 years ago, the food was good. I visited tonight, it was dreadful. The prices have increased significantly, and the food has got awfully worse. The rice was stone cold, I had to send it back. The mashed potato had been heated up in the microwave. If any person willingly pays for such lazy service, more fool them. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant and looking elsewhere.

Worst experience in San Andres!! Please avoid this place. The fish soup had a huge 2 inch bone in it plus a few spines (despite us asking if there were bones / spines and they said no). When we showed them, instead of apologizing they just laughed in our face. Didnt care that my husband could have died. They didnt try to make it right by offering a discount or anything, just angrily told us that all fish have bones… and had the nerve to ask for a tip! The prices are outrageously expensive, my chicken was very dry. I think the chef must have been drunk. Horrible service and worse food and prices. I dont understand how this place is in business. They are going to kill someone.

Food was good compared to what you find on the island. We had to wait around 1h during lunchtime to get a table. Food is fresh and is tasty! I recommend it for lunch. However as everywhere in San Andres the service has its flaws. We waited 1h for the main dishes after being seated as the waiters forgot about our food. Overall I recommend and would come back

Will not be back! NOT recommended for couples. This is the second time I’ve been here and have had to sit in a corner if we wanted to sit outside. All the outside tables are reserved for groups of 4 or more. The tables were half empty and there was no line. But we were refused seating in the outside area with a good view. Tables remained empty during our entire stay there. Food was nothing exceptional. Bland and without any flavor. I ordered shrimp this time and Salmon the last time and was not impressed with either.

The food at Donde Francesca was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. However, the service was extremely slow. From the moment we sat down, it took nearly two hours to receive our food. While we enjoyed the meal once it arrived, the long wait really took away from the overall experience. Hopefully, they can work on improving the speed of service, because the food is definitely worth it.

This is a nice place with a nice location, but as for the service and food quality very average. There is much better food to be had on the island. This is a good spot to grab drinks and enjoying the beach, but everything else is ehhh.

Beautiful View, Deeply Disappointing Experience Let's start with the positive: the restaurant's location and view are magnificent. Unfortunately, that's where the positive aspects of our visit ended. ​While Colombians are known for their warmth, our welcome from the host, Nidian, was incredibly unpleasant and set a negative tone for our entire meal. She showed no understanding of how to accommodate a family, seeming more concerned with staff rotation than the guest experience. The culinary experience was a major letdown. With one exception, the dishes were bland and poorly executed. ​Shrimp Rice & Arroz Caldoso: Both dishes were desperately in need of seasoning. They were watery and tasteless. ​Grilled Fish: Acceptable, but not memorable. ​Side Dishes: The coconut rice was flavorless, and the salad was minimal and appeared old. ​Garlic Octopus: This was the sole highlight of the meal—tender and well-seasoned. ​ Beverages: The "natural" juices were disappointingly artificial, tasting of sugar more than fruit. For a final bill for 4 plates of over $400,000 COP, the value was simply not there. You are paying a premium for the view, while the food and service fall drastically short. We left feeling very disappointed.

Food is authentic, staff is nice and very acomodating, immediately in front of a beach which is probably the best on the island. The downside is way too many people and the loud and obnoxious music playing constantly. Either from the hut / bar next door or from people on the beach listening on loudspeakers.

They have a lot of problems. The reservations are not clear. Beach is not good. And the service is the worst. And if you have something to drink is not allowed. You have to buy to them. La langosta no se las recomiendo.

The worst place I've been in San Andrés, they took 60 minutes to bring the food and then it wasn't what we asked for. We ordered three plates and after all this waiting time, they brought two of them and said they didn't have the other, just like that. Es un lugar costoso, con lo cual no habría problema si la comida valiera la pena. Pero sus platos de 76.000 pesos parecen de 15.000. El arroz de camarones ($47.000) trae literalmente cuatro camarones, una estafa.

My wife, her sister, my mother, and myself were recommended Miss Celia by our hotel. We had finally arrived at our last stop in Colombia and were excited about how good the fish might be in a tropical destination. We were seated by our host at 12:45. We ordered shortly after, and thus began a long hour and a half of stomach growling, twiddling fingers, and letdown after letdown as we saw what we thought might be our food being carried to other parties that had arrived AFTER us. By 1:45 we were scratching our heads. Had our order been misplaced? Did our server forget us? Why so long for a dish so simple? At around 2:10, my wife went to tell the owner that if our food wasn’t at the table within five minutes, we would simply take the check for the drinks we had ordered and leave. Surely enough, five minutes later here comes our food out of the kitchen. I was excited. Maybe I’d be enjoying a delicacy! That might be the reason it’d taken so long! Upon first bite, we were all thoroughly disappointed. Three of our fish dishes were lukewarm, bordering on cold (save for my wife’s which was decent). The coco rice was mushy, clearly made by someone who was either lazy that day or doesn’t know how to make rice. We sent our food back and it returned five minutes later with only marginal improvement in the temperature. To make matters worse, the fish simply wasn’t prepared well. I ordered grilled fish, but it had clearly been tossed in copious amounts of flour to prevent it from sticking to the pan making it more akin to fried fish than the grilled fish it was advertised as. We were so hungry by this point (2:20) that we simply hung our heads and scarfed it all down. We immediately went to the front to pay as we didn’t want to spend any more time in a place that provided quite literally service from hell. The owner (presumably Miss Celia) was uncouth, unsympathetic, and apathetic in regards to the extremely poor service we had received. Even our waiter who happened to be at the checkout counter while we were talking with the owner indicated to her that “no service” (tip) was required. At this point the owner showed her true colors, becoming completely disrespectful by remarking, “they’re gringos, and because they’re gringos they should tip.” This behavior is unacceptable for any person, let alone a business owner aiming to provide quality customer service. Tips are EARNED, NOT AUTOMATIC. She behaved like a child in this moment, essentially ensuring in our minds that: 1. we would never come back 2. her “business” was merely a tourist trap, devoid of any originality, quality, and most importantly, respect. Insulting customers is a seriously amateur move, and it was all the more telling that HER OWN STAFF MEMBER took our side. We will never be back to Miss Celia and we highly advise you steer clear. This was easily, by far, the worst dining experience of my life.

We had fantastic service and very good food. The Miss Celia meal is perfect for sharing and that makes the price just right too. Cute decor with lots of fans inside and an option for outdoor seating.

OMG the best food by far on the whole island ! It is a shame I discovered this place on my last day, I would have gone everyday to try out all their dishes. I had the Estrella de pulpo, it was sooo well cooked and tender, the best I ever had in my whole life ! Also the coconut rice was DELICIOUS. Plus, they have a wine selection...the white wine with this dish was just paradise. Pricing and portions are good compared to other places, fancy or not. Friendly service too. It is well worth the walk from the centro. Not to be missed!!!

I had chicken pasta with cream sauce and my wife had the octopus. My dish was tasty but not enough sauce for my preference. I'm a Gringo though, so I've come to expect that in Colombia 🇨🇴. They just don't typically like their dishes with much sauce. My wife had the octopus 🐙 and it was AMAZING. It was shockingly very tender with good flavor and not chewy at all. The best we've ever had anywhere. Service was quick and friendly. We had planned on going to a different restaurant, but It was a HOT day outside and they have A/C, so we decided at the last moment to eat there. The restaurant is also nicely decorated and clean. Five stars for the atmosphere.

We recently had lunch from Captain Mandy, and it was fantastic! We ordered the salmon with lobster sauce and the shrimp with creamy garlic sauce, and both dishes were packed with incredible flavor. The seafood was fresh, and the sauces elevated each dish perfectly. The portion sizes were generous, leaving us satisfied without being overly full. To top it off, the price for both meals was very affordable, making it an excellent value for such high-quality food. Highly recommend!

We ate here twice and enjoyed our meals immensely. The whole octopus was cooked beautifully. The seafood chowder reminded us of eastern Canadian chowders. Fish was beautiful. And the fried shrimp rice also delish definitely worth a visit

Nice restaurant specialised in seafood - however few vegetarian options available. We had vegetarian rice and pasta with garlic and veggies. I was nicely surprised by the quality of the dishes considering that the restaurant main attractive is seafood. Not many veggie options available in San Andres so I would definitely recommend this place and I would come back. Prices are good considering the quantity and quality.

Best meal we’ve had on the island hands down. We had a 2lbs fried red snapper, 2 coconut rice and plantain plates, one plate of fried shrimps, 2 glasses of wine and 1 coconut lemonade for a total of 70$ CAD. It was not only amazing but very affordable. To top it off, the service was great, Would a 100% recommend.

Food was amazing, service was great too. Fresh fish, amazing ceviche, good octopus and great oriental rice with squid and others. Overall food was a lot better than many other restaurants in the island, and not expensive at all. I highly recommend it. Loved it!

James, our waiter was the best and spoke English. The shrimp and rice plate were excellent, considering they were bagged shrimp. Shrimp is not fished locally any longer. If you don't have cash to tip the waiter, they can't add it to your bill. So, make sure you carry cash. No air-conditioned folks, but it's breezy and has a great ocean front scenary.

I had the shrimp rice. It was okay but a little bland. The service was good. The waitress was helpful, especially with the language, since we don’t speak or read Spanish. The price was a bit higher than what we usually spend, but that was fine. The restaurant is right on the beach and has a beautiful view.

This Restaurant don't even deserve one star. Very bad food, dangerous waitresses. They don't have the food that they show in the menu, I ask for a seafood plate with tostones like the picture of the menu and the waitress brought fruto de pan, something that is not close to tostones and the waitresses olmost hit me because I wanted tostones, he refused to changed. And nobody did anything about it. This people don't know anything about customer service.

If you want to enjoy fresh and delicious fish in a typical place you should visit the fisherman place. You can see the fishermen from this place and you'll feel the island vibes while you enjoy a fantastic view and delicious flavors that will transport you to another place. They have an amazing staff that will make you feel like home. Super recommended 😍

They only had swordfish, it didn't taste fresh, yuck! Very dirty place.

The place is currently open between 12:00 - 15:00, but you'll need to get there early to get a table. Getting there late may also result in fewer menu choices. The fish is fresh and tasty, and the plates are big and full. The prices are moderate for the island.

Pricey place to eat but you are right there on the busiest area of el malecon. Food was ok. Sangria was delicious. Server was a little goofy but attentive. Forgot to take pictures of the food calamari were ok. The shrimp and mushrooms gratinados were delicious. Pasta a little bit watery. Burger was big!

Service was extremely slow. Myself and many others were looking around waiting for a waiter to acknowledge us after we were seated. It was at least 15-20 min before I was able to order anything. There was not much of an atmosphere or vibe and the food was good but not anything special.

Our waitress was lovely and pleasant. 4 of us went at lunch. We ordered two beers a water and a lemonade. 15 minutes later she came to say they didn’t have that kind of beer - ok not an issue but could have come to us 13 minutes before to tell us. No problem any kind of beer we aren’t fussed. It took 45 minutes to get our food and then our drinks finally came! (we were there at noon there were only 4 other tables at that point started to fill up afterwards because the service is at a snails pace) the salmon salad was nice the salmon was over cooked. The fish with shrimp has great flavour, fish was also over cooked. The nachos were horrible. Baby food is what you could call it with mayonnaise which we thought was sour cream. Then Luke warm bread with plain mozzarella cheese melted on it and a dollop of pesto in The middle. It was bland and terrible this had zero flavour and the bread wasn’t toasted. Honestly could have been fine with the food had we just got the drinks as it’s almost 30 above and hot- waiting 45 minutes is not necessary. Disappointed to say the least.

This place gets busy. However its a detriment to the service. The staff could be a little more efficient. We waited 1 hour for pizza. Sure it was busy but it seemed a little extreme. It also seemed to take what felt like a very long time just to pay the bill. The pizzas are reasonable. Packed out mainly with cheese. But they hit the mark if your hungry. Worth the visit but if you arrive at peak times expect to wait for your food.

I was craving Pizza and walked past there before, so I decided to go get some. I ordered my pizza and a lemonade. Got my lemonade, then someone sat down after I got there and I had already ordered my pizza. They ordered 10 minutes after me and got their pizza and drinks quick. I’m here sitting waiting, server just walks around checking on everyone else. I guess because of the way I looked he thought maybe I didn’t have money. The table in front of me was already finishing their pie. Anyways pizza came out AND it was the wrong Pizza a pepperoni one that are quick to make. Told him to give me the check for the lemonade. Honestly I would have loved to try the Pizza but the horrible service, I decided to eat across the street and get something else. Disappointed.

We came twice because the people smile all the time, service is very atte tuve and amicable. We tasted different dishes, all of the outstanding. Everything is fresh. The pasta pomodoro was the best I have tasted and I visit many Italian restaurants. The drinks are fresh and flavorful. To my surprise after tasting Pina coladas in the island in 5 different places, Cafe Cafe make fresh fruit drinks. NOT syrups of odd tasting imitation pineapple like in most places.

Nice position close to the beach and with nice view to the sea, with also others caterers next door, normal fastfood, food was ok but nothing particular. Credit Cards are accepted with toilet. Covered terrace even in case of bad weather or too much sun. Overall a pleasent stay.

The burgers are ok. Presto is better. If you're looking for basic fast food burgers, just go to presto. Same price, better flavors.

El Corral has the same taste everywhere in the country. This particular location is close to the beach. The only recommendation is to have a kid's menu.

The food is good. The ceviche and the fried calamari were really fresh and very good. We also had the fried fish and the shrimp rice which were OK but nothing special. The place has good reviews and we had high expectations, but we were disappointed from start to finish. The first thing we got was the soda which had no carbonation when we opened them. Then we got our appetizer, which was very over cooked octopus, like chewing on a rubber tire. Then we got a shrimp burger and a seafood creamy rice dish. The burger was okay, bit bland, fries were soggy. The seafood dish was something, the rice was good, but the seafood was rough. About the same as the octopus appetizer. The flavors were just off as well. The facade of the dish didn't match the flavor. I would skip, do not recommend. ):

Love the view, this ended up being my favorite restaurant to just chill out after a long day of jet skiing and beach bumming. Prices are good. Get the coco loco it seems to be the best bang for your buck drink on the island, all of them seem to be strong. The ceviche here is pretty good also, I’m not a fan at all of the ketchup based ones but they have it done two other ways also.

My husband and I had a relatively early dinner here and it was spectacular. I let the server choose my entree, which was crab, and OMG it was fabulous. The price of two entrees and a bottle of wine was on superb for the quality. Our service was amazing and so friendly. I would come back here for dinner at any time and would highly recommend it.

Food was delicious, I wish I could’ve ate there more to judge it better, but we enjoyed our dishes. Definitely recommend the full fish! The view of the ocean is amazing by the way. I would say be patient when getting there, food does take a while to come, I made the assumption that it’s made fresh.

Nice little seafood restaurant that has both indoor and outdoor seating. I will point out my server was very friendly and accommodating and trying to help me make a selection. Order the salmon which was delicious and coconut dessert which was good too. Overall great experience and I can recommend this place.

Best seafood on the island and best lobster I’ve ever had. 2nd time in San Andres and I’ve been trying the best restaurants on the island but the lobster here was by far the best! Great service the waiter was very attentive.

This was one of the best restaurants I ate at in San Andrés. The food and service were both excellent and the prices were reasonable. They even had live music. Highly recommended.

Worst service ever experienced in a restaurant the waitres was literally chewing gum while giving us the feeling we disturb her by being there. We ordered and she just served us something else on the grounds that the other food is already sold out. 2 Stars as the food was good its a bit more expensive but it’s next to the Beach so acceptable.

This restaurant is just unbelievably poor. I ordered from the photo on the wall a delicious-looking pot of mussles, king prawns and oysters cooked in light olive oil and garlic for $35,000, one of my more expensive meals in Colombia. After a long wait a dish arrived that shared absolutely zero similarities to the image and was told by the extraordinarily rude waitress in a scornful way that "it's the same but a bit different". The monstrosity served to me consisted of cheap, soggy, inedible crab sticks, drowning in a stringy, milky unidentifiable lukewarm substance, accompanied by some horrible rice which tasted odd and had a strange texture (how on earth do you muck up rice!?!). This was not a language problem, this was clearly a scam whereby they charge high prices to unsuspecting tourists for premium-looking dishes only to actually serve up cheap, disgusting gruel which I couldn't even finish (and that takes a lot!). The waitress was also one of the rudest and most contemptuous I've ever encountered to round off a truly awful dining experience. Seriously this place MUST be avoided. The local authorities should really take control of these obvious tourist traps and scams which are tarring the image of San Andres as a holiday destination.

My recommendation is to avoid this place. It looks very local and has a nice view of the beach. However, the food is quite expensive and not good at all. I also felt that we got a very small fish/portion compared with the locals around. I should read the reviews before visiting this place.

This is a very cheap restaurant, food is fine, service was minimal as expected. I'm only giving it 3 stars because it's right next to the street and in front of a supermarket (it's called The Parking Lot for a reason) and there's a lot of traffic on the street so you get a lot of scooters racing by while you're eating. A lot of fumes involved, not really pleasant. Other than that I saw a roach crawling by the wall, and the place isn't really fancy at all, but I really don't think it ever intended to be. If you want a cheap meal this is it.

What an amazing place! I hurt my knee and thus felt like the place to recover and enjoy the beach at the same time! And what was i right! The friendliness made of for the lack of english ( my Spanish was even worse!) and made me feel at home. All the days the staff greeted me with a smile and positive energy! The food allround was good with a couple of amazing dishes. Something with shrimp, coconut en garlic. Tables, beach, toilet and showers where a nice and always clean. If you want to have a nice place to relax, enjoy good food and nice staff. This is the place to be!

It's a really relaxing place close to the beach. The service is good and staff attentative. It was a shame our main meals were cold but otherwise a good spot on what is probably one of the best beach areas I've visited so far in SA.

The ambiente of the place is very nice but its a too high price for what you get. They even ask you for volunteer tip although you pay 60.000 cop just to be there. It would be ok if the service is perfect but half of the menu was not available and we were not informed that some ingredients in a dish were not available, so they just prepared it without guacamole. The waiter was not able to explain and compensate for this. I think there are better place on San Andres.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. Staff was nice, breakfast was okay, really close to the beach. They even have a nice jacuzzi on the roof. The problem was the room, we stayed in 310. There was a bad smell of mould which came from the air conditioner. Even the curtains had mould spots on them. The pricing of this hotel should definitely enable them to service their air conditioning...

This was my second time staying at Hotel Bahía Sardina. I had a wonderful experience the first time, so I returned with my sister hoping to share that same magic—but unfortunately, this visit was a disappointment. Upon arrival, I noticed the lobby and pool area floors were dirty, which was surprising and made me question the upkeep and staffing. One of the most frustrating moments was being charged 75,000 COP for breakfast for myself and my sister, even though breakfast was clearly included in my reservation. This should have been confirmed and clarified at check-in by the receptionist. I only noticed the mistake after reviewing my booking later, and by then it was too late. I felt taken advantage of. I also booked a tour through the hotel with a man named Clark, only to find out later that I could’ve gotten the same tour for a significantly lower price directly at the marina. I paid 75,000 COP, plus I included extra tip money for Clark and another man named Robert from Montetira Cardora, expecting that it would be fairly split between them. I believed I was supporting honest, helpful staff—but I now feel that my kindness was taken for granted. My advice to future travelers: double-check your bookings and don’t be afraid to explore other options for tours. I highly recommend visiting the marina near the Regatta Restaurant—there are many vendors offering tours at better prices, and it’s easy to compare. It’s disappointing to say this, but I don’t see myself returning to this hotel again. Trust and honesty are essential, and this time, they were missing.

Super nice and welcoming. They helped us throughout our stay. The let us use the facilities and showers on our checkout date. Rooms big and clean. The give towels for the beach. Breakfast is in line with the hotel level. Overall very satisfied.

Hot water for shower and from the bathroom sink, quiet place (i stayed in a room in the opposite side of the street, so I could sleep pretty well, and also because the windows are soundproof), very clean and refurbished (great!), they really care about the clients. It is in front of spratt beach (this beach is awesome!). Definitely would come back again! The only 2 problems I found are (1) that the air conditioning clicks continuously and this can be annoying for some persons; (2) and breakfast lacks variety of fruits and other foods.

First of all I have to say that the food here is outstanding. Every day is something different and it's always delicious. The only downside is that the dining are is really small. If you are here in on a busy week or day. You will have to wait for a table to eat on or seat with a stranger witch I don't know if it's a bad thing or a good thing. Another bad thing is that you can't serve the food by yourself. Someone will serve you the food and it can be a little bit enjoying if you like to eat a lot because you will have to stand up and go get more food every time you are finished. The bedrooms are really big and clean. We where two person and there was two king sise beds in the room. We where staying on the top floor (4th floor) with a viewer over the ocean and the beach. A beautiful thing to wake up on and see the celar blue sea. The only downside there is that the minibar is not free. There is water en soda and some pills for stomach or headaches that are way to over price. There are supermarkets way closer to the hotel that will sell you the same things for half the price. There is a safe locker that is free to use in the room witch is really useful. The pool is rally small, so if you are here on a busy week or day. It will be hard to find somewhere to sit next to the pool. The good thing is that the ocean is five steps away from the hotel. So if the pool is full you will have some options. The bar next to the pool is also very small, but it will get you drunk if that's what you are after or get you the drink you need with out problems. Last but not least the staff is really helpful and kind. They where there for anything we needed or wanted help with. The wifi was really bad we could not use it on the 4th floor, only at the lobby next to the recepción or at the bar next to the pool. I would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars the five days we where staying here. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This place was a surprise as outside the restaurant it says sports bar, however atmosphere inside is nice and cozy with lovely decoration and music to chill - much better than what I expected from a sports bar. We ordered pizza with pesto and vegetarian lasaña (which was a parmeggiana more than a lasaña). Both dishes were tasty, full of flavour and served warm and with a nice presentation. I would recommend this place.

Authentic Italian food at a very reasonable price. Probably the best pizza I've ever had. It has handmade dough and sauce. The ingredients are obviously made fresh and not previously frozen or from a can. Service was good and they were very concerned that we were satisfied. The restaurant itself is very nice with A/C and plenty of seating available. Can't wait to return and try their other menu items.

This place is fantastic and underestimated !! 😍 You can find a spot for a sunbathing or in a shadow. Also, there are beautiful locations to take a photo. You also can do snorkeling here (and use their masks if you don't have any). As for the food — wow!!! We were lucky to try fruta del pan here with amazing shrimps and fish! And the coconut was the most tasty from all we tried on the island! The service also was great — very fast and smiley ☺️🫶 The only thing — it would be nice if they fixed the water in the toilet

Best Jamaican restaurant ever! I had jerky chicken and pork, charcoal smoked taste and a little spicy sauce, heavenly! Cleve the owner is a great guy, I came on Monday which is the weekly closing day, so Cleve invited me to come the next day before opening time (I had a flight the same day) and prepared the dish especially for me, much much appreciated. We came here on our way back from the Beach, little spot with about 5 tables. Even if you are in El Centro, this is worth the drive! We came here the first day for the Jerk chicken. It delicious, moist and with great jerk sauce. On wednesday and Sundays they have Ox Tail and it is absolutely delicious! They have a great team of cooks. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The staff was very amicable. The room had a horrific smell and contained a lot of humidity. The closets/ beds were very bad as they make noise with any type of movement. The shower is cold salt water. However, the flexibility to change rooms was good. The smell, humidity, and antiquated rooms/home were problematic. Very poor wifi signal and phone signal. The stay was quite expensive since it was advertise near the beach which was not one you can enter since it is a sea corner of the island with a lot of stone. However, the worse part of the trip and the stay was one of the dogs hurt my baby daughter by pushing her almost against the wall and a stone statue. I would advise the staff to have more control over the dogs, have them away from the guest, or not have them at all as it can put small children and animals in danger .

The hotel is located in the ocean front therefore there is wear and tear due to the salt water (I read in other reviews that the place is run down) This is completely untrue. Dona Patricia is a true patron of the arts. The entire hotel is filled with sculptures and paintings created by Colombian artists. The hotel is an art museum in its own right ! Sunset Paradise is a private retreat. Not a resort but a quiet reserved sanctuary. The hosts set up the rooms so if it possible, there is only one room occupied per floor at a time; it actually feels like you have the entire place to yourself ! The pool is well maintained and cleaned. The jacuzzi was in fine working order (it is not hot) and I enjoyed the hydrotherapy very much so. Don Fernando prepares delicious breakfast and coffee every morning. I highly recommend staying at Sunset Paradise and would return again definitely !

I had one of my worst dining experiences at Beer Station - San Andrés. I visited the restaurant with a Spanish-speaking friend who clearly communicated my order: a hamburger with only lettuce and onion in the bun, without any additional toppings or sauces. I politely asked for a replacement, and while the waiter seemed friendly and assured me he would prepare a new one, I was disappointed to find that instead of making a fresh burger, they simply tried to wipe off the sauces and present it as new. Where should I even start? Just do not go there! We arrived on new years eve and they did not receive our booking from our agency, luckily the agency tried everything to contact them, but due language barrier they could not solve it. I thought it is the error of the agency, but I read in the comments it is not the first time that happen to them! Imagine, I even send an e-mail for re-confirmation, and they confirmed beforehand! So I had too book it directly over the hotel, which was of course way more expensive than the original booking.. I already then thought may be I should go to hotel Nattivo, afterwards I should have! Go there, trust me! So I paid one night, because the next day I had to switch rooms. On the next day I was there to pay and I packed everything, they told me the rooms are not available. So we can stay in our room. So I paid the whole trip then. The next day they call me again in my room. I need to pay again because they charged me the wrong Season or something! There was NO sorry, no Smile, no Service, no compensation for the whole experience. Not even a drink or something! What a service, for this price…. Friendliness is nowhere to be found! Now coming to the hotel itself; I never paid this amount of money for a hotel in any other country that looked bad like this. (it is wayyy to expensive, for what it is and what it offers!) The building is old. One of our shower was not functioning well. The rooms need to be renovated! The A/C was soo loud, like a tractor! We had to ask several times, that they clean up our room! The service level of this hotel is very low and slow! Another thing, you will receive a huge bracelet, that they can see you are from the hotel. Also you will receive a huge list of rules. Which says if you lose the key, you have to pay. If you loose the towel, you have to pay! Everything you loose, you have to pay. I never experienced that in such an expensive hotel! it must be calculated in the price. It is just embarrasing! I paid almost 1.7K EUR for 5 nights, can you imagine!!! The only things which were ok, is the pool, the service at the pool, the location and the breakfast was ok. Everything else I cannot recommend at al!

We didn't stay at the hotel but one evening we dined at their main restaurant. It had good ambiance, very clean, crowded (reserve!) and although the food was somewhat pricey, it was very delicious and worth it.

When we got to Hotel Casablanca on August 10,2025, the Receptionist did not give a good room, the room was humid and airconditioning was not working properly also the room smells was bad. One day after when I complained and requested to change the room, they changed to a very good room. The persons’s names helped me and made my girlfriend and me happy were, Diana, Valerie and Katherine. Diana working hard and do her best to make the Customer happy and retune the customers to the hotel again.

Location was perfect. Food was great. Service was hit or miss. I don't speak Spanish and several times the front desk was down right rude. With the exception of Denny, Chili and Denise... they were wonderful!!!

Very nice hotel, excellent location and accommodations, a variety of restaurants, and a great bar both in and out (poolside). The pool was also nice and had sunbeds and umbrellas. Breakfast was outstanding! People were always willing to help and had a very positive attitude, that contributed to have a great experience. The low point is that cleaning seems not to be that important, as maintenance, which I would point out as a great improvement opportunity. I will add beach service, sunbeds, and umbrellas.

A poor restaurant, not recommended at all. We arrived there since it had a good review on Google. It turned out to be a total and complete disappointment. We ordered pisco sour, which should be a hit on a Peruvian restaurant, and it was barely drinkable. Drinks arrived after we had our first course. Plates were not well executed, and we received a nearly burned grill dish, which was not good at all. Pretty expensive for what we ate.

The food came luke warm, even though the place was empty, empty as in it was just me and my partner. The food could have been better if it came hot . The rice was def cooked either the day before as it had that ready to be used for fried rice taste and texture. The wait staff was ok, the limonada natural was lacking. Would not repeat and it was "just a meal" not a place to put on the list of "can't wait to get back there again".

The place is very well located overlooking the ocean and the food is actually good with the exception of the Causa (which was terrible) but the Ceviche, the Pasta and the stir fry were very good and the cinnamon desert was excellent. Yesrerday we walked to restaurant around 12.30 pm. Staff told us restaurant opens at 2pm. Today we walked to restaurant again at 6pm...we looked nobody then asked if restaurant still open? Staff said yes with friendly and invited us to terrace then we saw ... there is a couple sitting. If look outside you may think the restaurant close...because people here having late dinner. Food are nice and taste very good. Fresh seafood. Price is reasonable. And nice view. About 7 or 7.30 pm there are more customers at terrace.

We went to Perú Wok for dinner after reading great reviews. Sad to say we had a terrible experience and couldn't wait to leave. When we arrived the door sign said closed but they were open. When we entered, one of the staff sat us and was very grumpy. Our waitress did not smile once and made us feel like we were bothering her just by being there. She and the other waitresses were so unpleasant and had zero interest in helping their customers have a good time. Then there's the food.... WAY overpriced and not great quality. Very disappointing to say the least. I'll add that the ambiance is not great either.. the walls are dirty and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, there were chairs stacked on top of tables. We were really looking forward to having a good time here. I hope this review encourages the management to make improvements in quality and service.

Pizza was ok, good, not great. Our waitress was very friendly and always always smiling. Our pizzas came out hot and fast. It's inside a small open-air mall. Most of the seating is adjacent to the restaurant under a structure that's open on both ends, so no A/C, if that's important to you.

Delicious pizza, all be it on the small side. They offer pizza in many varieties including meat lovers. It arrived pretty quickly. The entire seating is outside, overall the service was responsive. Also delicious dessert as well.

It’s a very warm welcoming environment, There’s an interior dining area and an outdoor area. The wait time for a table is usually very short and most times there’s no wait at all. The service was amazing and the staff were very patient and friendly, all of them greeted us with a smile. The food was great, there is a different variety of meals and all of them are delicious. Best pizza in Colombia so far- this is the real italian stuff: thin dough, good pizza sauces and great toppings on the pizzas. They also have great pastas and amazing lemonade de coco and lemonade de guanabana.

If you are looking for a half decent pizza, please do your self a favor and go somewhere else, the quality is horrible. The service is also pathetic from the owner to the employees. Really disappointing experience. We ordered a dish and waited for over an hour for it to arrive. When I finally asked to cancel the order because of the long wait, the waitress refused and handled the situation very poorly. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and made the experience even worse. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good service.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever endured in my existence, on top of being ignored and waiting around for the hotel guest to be taken cared of first, the food comes out cold 2 times, the frustrated waiter grabs the plate and returns it pissed off like I’m supposed to eat a roasted lobster tail cold with cold rice and cold potatoes, when they asked how was the service I tell them the worst never in my life, you have one waiter for 16 tables and her response was oh yeah 4 people didn’t show up for work, wow ok so if you can’t operate because people didn’t show up for work then don’t open, I felt robbed, we went their bc my wife wanted to try another place other than Francesca’s but trust me don’t waste your money at this “beach club” it’s not a beach club it’s an over flow from the meager hotel that’s 2 blocks away. You’ve been warned.

Great place to spend several hours at the beach but super crowded on weekends. It's not ON the beach and there is another business in front on the sand but super easy access to the beach and you can have you own table for food and drinks for hours. Very safe with lockers available, good staff. We returned for a second day.

If you're into '80s stuff, this is the place to be. A lovingly decorated American diner with all sorts of curiosities to admire. Unfortunately, the service was poor; we had to wait a very long time for our orders (even the cocktails took 45 minutes). The quality of the food and drinks was only mediocre; I've rarely had such bad cocktails (the mojoto was served with far too many mint sprigs, the Terminator only "tasted" of alcohol; I left half the glass). Nevertheless, the place is well-received by locals and tourists alike: it was packed on a Friday evening. Either you arrive early during opening hours or you make a reservation. Anyways, we'll give these restaurant a 2nd chance and return.

Yesterday we went to the restaurant and we ordered 1 tacada and 2 brownies with ice cream. The brownies came 5-10 minutes after ordering. However the tacada came in an hour later, and one would expect for it to be huge after all the time they took, but when it came in it was the most disappointing food. The food itself was good, but they took forever to make that? A huge bowl of lettuce and small portions of beef, guacamole and soup-like beans that were weird looking. And only 4 tortillas for 2 people. Overall the food was good but it wasn’t as good as I think would be for all the time they took. Brownies were just chocolate cake but they were good.

Food is very flavorful and affordable. Sampler was fantastic; one of the best meals on the island. Of course the ambience is cool but also had libe music the night we dined.

I have been here twice in 2 days. The place has a amazing atmosphere. I had the coconut margarita, the best I ever had in my life. I also tried their pizza, was a 8/10. And the loaded steack potatos. AMAZING!!!!! I don't care for potatos and I made sure to get them both days. If you a looking for good drinks and some appetizers this is a MUST. Trust me.

The waitress got 10% tip without asking me if I wanted to tip her, I found that out later when I was checking the receipt, which was dishonest and unprofessional. We went there for lunch today and are on our way for dinner there - don‘t even hesitate to listen to the bad american reviews on here - tip on the bill is usual, you can tell them that you don‘t wanna pay it, however, it‘s usual to pay it (as it is in the states i.e.). Amazing food, ambience, service and view of the beach. They have parking, an outside shower( to remove all the sand or to cool down), bathrooms and a couple chairs on beach with umbrellas to enjoy. I definitely recommend.

Some of the best fish I’ve eaten. We ordered a fried fish with coconut rice and pina coladas. You work be disappointed after a day swimming and driving around the island. They have access to the beach and a shower to rinse off after you are done. Great spot to hit.

This a ocean side typical ceribeean food restaurant. Very basic and don’t expect much cleansing, but the food that it offers its fresh and tasty. It’s good tasty fried fish, great coconut rice. My review stays in the 3 stars almos 2 stars because its very pricey, the service its not great and not very clean spaces.

Omg the best fried fish I've ever tried. And you have to try the Casuela de mariscos, it is spectacular!!!. The restaurant is in front of the beach and also have tables inside. You can have some drinks and order lunch and the waitress call you when its ready. The people are so nice and kind too.

For $20 you get a very average meal. I ordered cazuela de mariscos which I expected to be great. It did have the mariscos but the cream was tastless slimy something. Rice was served cold, the salad was not included into the price and for 5000 COP I got 2 leaves of lettuce, lots of onions and 3 slices of tomato, not even salted, let alone dressing. I have had better meals in Colombia and on San Andrés

This is an amazing restaurant, you can find a great variety of food including pizza, pasta, lasagna and wrap. Prices are good and service is nice. I tasted veggie pizza and 4p. I really recommend you to try it when you can.

Unfortunately the worst food ever. Tuna salad terrible, tuna not edible, very poor quality meet. Plus the worst pizza ever. I love pizza, but here was soggy and salami was cheap and cheese disgusting. On the end it gave me upset stomach ache. I would highly recommend not going there. Plus I am not sure who is paying for electric bill as the doors were always open with 2 full on air-conditionings on. Staff were coming and going without closing them. Plus staff is not responsive at all. My friend order his food while I was in the totalet. No one came to me for 20 min to get the order. Staff didn't give much attention to anything. When we came they gave us Spanish small menu, I had to ask for lunch menu, they gave us, after struggling with Spanish they realize after 10 min gave menu in English for my friend. Why couldn't they do it straight away? Don't recommend it!

One if the best pizza places of San Andres. Oven baked, thin crust.... delicious. Excellent breakfast. A large selection of cakes for the coffee. Non-stop people walking about. The sea breeze and music on the street. Best spot in town. The outdoors section is simple and clean. Indoors have more elegant decoration. We liked the 2 pizzas we had ....the Marinera y Marinara. 12 flavours of Ice cream and all the drinks one expect in San Andres.

Stopped by and had fried calamari with coconut rice, both were excellent! The restaurant has some rock geysers on the back side that are neat to watch while eating. Great view and quick service.

We have rented a Mule and got here doing the tour of the island. We stopped for some food and a beer. No vegetarian option, as usual, but they had some sides that my wife combined into a meal. I had the fish casserole (seafood chowder-like soup) and it was good.

Don’t trust the schedule written on google. It opens randomly. It might get there just like me a some open time to find the restaurant closed and the lady tell you that it’s not her problem and that I should have asked her (I am staying one hour away from there). Not worth your time.

A decent enough place. Female staff member wasn’t that attentive and forgot a few things. Food (Two small starters) was okay but nothing too special. But this was just what I had other dishes looked good not sure in taste and quality.

We ordered corn and bacon pizza and a chicken burger. The pizza is some variation of an Italian one, heavy in sauce and add-ons, the dough is also not really like the original Italian but it was overall edible and tasty, the size (x8) is like for 2 people (unless they are super hungry). The burger was greasy and heavy, also a bit too salty to our taste, French fries were very good 👌 the interior is clean and air conditioned 👍

I've been twice in Seaweed for drinks and really enjoyed it! The staff is really pleasant and ready on the spot. I also had some pizza for takeout and it was delicious even after my ride back to the hostel. The place has some nice lighting and is very tidy overall. I just hung out at the bar for most of my stay but it gave me a good impression. The barista was really sweet and gave us some advice of places we could visit nearby.

All the menus had a wide variety of different foods. We ended up going with seafood dishes that were pretty good. We also got a dessert, cake with ice cream which was our favourite part. Great fresh meat empanadas for 5,500 COP each. We were looking for the recommended fish empanadas but the day we went they only had meat. They were still great and a fairly cheap lunch option. Star kitchen also had great fresh juice options and the portion of patacones was pretty large for the price. The staff was very accommodating and created separate tabs for each of the six travelers in our group as well as brought us chairs and tables to the front of their beach area. If you buy food/drinks you can swim in front of their restaurant and use the chairs. Other restaurant options in this area had tables but they were not as close to the water or were run as separate paid services to be rented for the day. They also had a man cleaning the beach to remove trash and algae, which definitely makes a difference in the aesthetic of the beach scene. Star kitchen was a great swim/lunch spot before continuing on our exploration of the island in golf cart. Be warned though: service was SLOW!

I have had the salad and I love it. It’s a great size. Last time I had a pone bowl with quinoa and omg I wasn’t expecting all the flavors from the warm veggies. July (the owner) takes the time to make sure every dish is well made. I also like the focaccia with veggies. Totally recommend this place

Authentic Italian food. Great prices and good serving portions. We ate here 3 times whilst in San Andres. Their prawn lasagne is highly recommended.
