All around great experience the few times I’ve stopped by. Cozy coffee shop and bakery nestled into a house with a wrap around deck and garden patio seating. Seating options are lovely! Assortment of breakfast items both savory (bagel, burrito, sammies) and sweet (muffins, scones, ricotta cakes, and much more). Everything is made in house and the chefs/staff are very kind and welcoming. Americano was solid - not too strong, not too light. **Coffee is only served in sturdy to go cups for the 12oz size, styrofoam for 16oz and up (hopefully this updates sometime soon).

Had a coffee and breakfast burrito. The burrito was too spicy, and the potatoes were tater tots smashed up. Eggs overcooked. Product was microwaved, not very good. Served on a paper plate Nothing special about the coffee or burrito. They still have COVID protections up too...good grief. No place to charge my phone. Building and grounds are poorly maintained. They had a box of used paperbacks and wanted $3.50 a piece for them. Most places would give them away. Unlikely to go back.

Nice place, a little strange with the attitude at the counter, but maybe that is small town stuff... They "reminded" me to tip, maybe I look like a bum 😂. Porch was nice with my ecojarz poptop mason jar lid 🙂. No leaking for my backpack

Cute little coffee shop. They have plenty of seating, both inside and out. Good espresso and snacks! This would be a great place to meet up with a friend and hang for a bit! They service one order at a time, so don't expect Starbucks speed.

Weird vibe, feels rude and unhelpful. All the coffee fixin's were well behind the bar. Had to ask for sugar three times, and the grey-haired gentleman didn't say a word. Plopped white sugar on counter (didn't ask if I'd like the natural sugar, which was also there). I asked for all things "for here", but was given paper plate (they have ceramic), and a plastic spoon to throw away after stirring coffee (had to ask for something to stir coffee too... nothing at hand, all well-behind counter). The gentleman was much friendlier and interactive with the "regulars", as I observed while there... plenty talking with them. Just felt creepy, vibe-wise, and will not be returning. Place really needs work to be customer friendly (both service and setup).

My girlfriend and I absolutely love Luna cafe! We go there multiple times a month. And every time we feel super welcomed and everything is always delicious. I highly recommend getting brunch or breakfast there! Also we love Jimmy!

Great coffee, muffin, GF & sandwich place. It can be busy & take a minute to get your order but it's worth the wait. GF muffins are amazing & the scones are yummy looking too.

My go to cafe! Not only does the food and drink never disappoint, but the atmosphere is incredible! Super inclusive, fun, and cozy. The atmosphere is almost like cafe in a fantasy world - with gnomes hidden in strange places; Tall windows decorated with stained glass, plants, and little charms. The other customers are very inclusive, always making me feel comfortable. There are lots of eclectic wing chairs and tables that allow you to choose a private seat or something open to admire the fun decor. There are also great tables outside with umbrellas and trees for shade. There's even a little library and game shelf. I've seen people playing all sorts of games here. I even bring clients here for work meetings since it's always a hit. My partner is vegan and I have a lot of dietary restrictions: There are plenty of dairy free drinks options, a great tea selection, great coffee, freshly baked in house goods (very generous portions), a vegan date bar that's amazing, and the staff has always been super kind and accommodating to any dietary restrictions for us or friends. Highly recommend!

Wowww!!! 😲 What cool little café! One of the coziest little places I've ever been in. The owner is super nice and they make some fantastic coffee - the best in Longmont in my opinion. I love the decor! I see why this little place has such great reviews. I could hang out here all morning drinking great coffee. Businesses like this are why I love Longmont so much 😊 I'll be sure to bring all my out of town guests here, it's now a mandatory Longmont experience!

The food is spectacular! The environment is incredibly welcoming as well as relaxing! wonderful place to hang out or just stop in real quick to pick up your beans and grind them yourself for the week. This place is amazing. My friend and I happened across it by taking the bus the wrong way and I’m literally so glad we did. The coffee was wonderful and the atmosphere is incredible. It’s quiet, cozy, with carpet floors and nice art and decor. I haven’t found any place like it. I live an hour away in Littleton and will definitely be back.

Longmont’s most intimate coffee shop tucked into a historic downtown building. Their lattes, cappuccino and mochas are great and they have a tasty selection of food for breakfast and lunch. A lot of Longmont groups meet here at the large roundtable. Highly recommended!

Fantastic spot to go hang out with friends, family or by yourself to relax with good music and even better food and coffee. The atmosphere is awesome and such a unique look, not what you’d expect until you experience it yourself. The employees are attentive and do their job well, always making sure dishes and tables are clean for new customers to come in to sit. Even during the busy time they strive to make sure the environment is relaxed and clean and that everyone is taken care of in a timely manner. The coffee is fantastic, I’ve tried different flavors they’ve been delicious every-time, even their Italian soda which my husband loves and the breakfast burrito is to die for especially in the morning when you need a quick pick me up. I personally love the little nook to the side, a great location to sit and read or work. Even better; during the summer they have outside seating so even your beloved pups can come with! Which mine do indeed love. Will come back every chance I get! <3

The cinnamon roll was kind of mid, wasn’t warm and the icing tasted kind of bland. However, the everything bagel with cream cheese and the caramel macchiato was wonderful.

Creole cuisine in Colorado? This we had to try! Loved the decor of the place and the service was great! Items we ordered as of 6/2025: - Beignets - $7.99 - Delicious and a must have. Not too sweet with a lovely pillowy center! With coffee this is a slam dunk. Just don't make the same mistake I did and blow on it to cool it down (powdered sugar EVERYWHERE). - Blackened Salmon - $18.90 - Great blackened flavor. If you like Cajun blackened flavor then you'll love this. Salmon perfectly cooked as were the eggs! Cajun home fries was pretty good especially if you like that Cajun seasoning. - Country Fried Steak - $16 - This was absolutely delicious. The sausage gravy was rich with a nice spicy kick to it and the steak itself was very tender and fried to perfection. I would 100% order this again. - Complimentary Biscuits - Huge and delicious! The buttery crispy exterior gives way to a soft crumbly interior. Quite satisfying. Overall we were quite happy with our meal and would happily return next time we're in the area!

WOW, probably the best restaurant we have been to in a long time. The Po Boy had me raving to the staff. The sauce was perfect, and they even make their own hot sauce to go with the food. My 2 year old LOVED the gumbo. The pancakes were good for the kids. The biscuits were divine, and paired well with the homemade strawberry rhubarb jam. The staff was super friendly. It was packed near closing, you can tell people love it. We had some sort of juice that was really great too! The bloody Mary was not that impressive. I would skip it next time.

A wonderful spot to have lunch and some nice drinks. A large free parking lot is right across the street. Soft music playing out front. Busy place but I was able to grab a single seat at the bar right away.

Luciles has been in Longmont for almost 30 years. The quality of food has been consistent over the years and is as popular as ever. The price and portion are quite reasonable.

This is a beautiful gem of a place here in Longmont! The decor and atmosphere is very cozy, and the food is divine. The beignets are incredible and a great value. They always come out hot and taste delicious. Their hot honey chicken benedict from today's specials was one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time. The service is also very friendly and efficient. Lucile's is a must-visit in Longmont for breakfast or brunch.

So this was our first time at lucile's. I found them since we were coming up for the haunted market. Now I have had some delicious cajun creole style food and this place is on my top 5. My ol man got the cajun biscuits and gravy with red beans and jalapeno grits. I ordered the smoked salmon Benedict with half grits and half potatoes. For drinks he had the Cuban oj and mine was the lemonade with cucumber in it. Very light and refreshing i might add. The beingets were MASSIVE but that strawberry rhubarb jelly with it was all amazing!!!! All in all everything was a 10 out of 10. Will most definitely be back when we are in the area.

This place does it so right! The main highlight is the healthy food - unmatched in Boulder. For example, having quinoa cakes as a toast alternative is wildly good. They also have the most robust coffee and drink menu around, done skillfully always. The venue is a little funky - you gotta be okay with orange! - but who cares when the rest is so good?

Everything about Tangerine Restaurant is just perfect! The food was absolutely delicious and arrived really fast, the overall vibe of the restaurant was super cool, and the service was amazing. Our server, named Gabbi, was super friendly and nice! She was accommodating, helpful, and made sure to check on us a lot as well as right after we sat down. Highly recommend!!

Solid breakfast spot serving tasty food. We came Saturday morning and there was no wait, we were seated immediately, had our orders placed within 5 minutes and our order (both drinks and entrees) served within 10 - super efficient service. Ordered coffee, a chai latte, the Vegan breakfast plate and the Eggs Your Way. The food was pretty good; loved that they had vegan and vegetarian options. The potatoes that came on the side were very cold. Overall enjoyed our meal here

Love Tangerine! This week I was there once for breakfast and also once for lunch as I had a friend in town who was staying nearby. Both times we had a lovely experience! I dined outside as well as inside and was an equally good experience although with great weather the patio was very refreshing. I had the grilled chicken sandwich for lunch and substituted for the gluten free bread. Instead of fries, substituted the side salad. For breakfast I enjoyed the breakfast tacos. Highly recommend Noel he was a great server!

Great service from the host and servers, nice dining atmosphere, food came out quickly, and reasonable food prices! Definitely an awesome place for brunching. We couldn’t decide on the Pear French toast or the Strawberry and Banana waffle and the server said we could do half orders so we went with that but I think we misunderstood what he meant and got a plate of half pear and half strawberry french toast. It was totally okay though since it was still delicious.

I ordered the Praline pecan pancake, and it was delicious! I also got bacon with scrambled eggs. The eggs should have been hot rather than just warm. My daughter got the wrong type of potatoes, but she ate what she was served. They were not busy but did have some regular customers in there. They also have an outdoor eating area.

The service and ambiance was great. However, the food was bad. We ordered a savory crepe with mushrooms, spinach and bacon. It was filled with a giant log of cream cheese that ruined the dish. The crepe was too thick, like a pancake that they rolled up. Spinach and mushrooms were not chopped up or seasoned. The Rueben we ordered had far too much thousand island dressing. Waitress was very nice though!

Nostalgic brunch diner, long running establishment. It has had its ups and downs, but overall the food is good at this location! Mexican options are always good, I enjoy the chicken fried steak and savory crepe with added chicken! Prices are reasonable, free parking and WiFi are nice and the staff are generally prompt and friendly

Me and my best friend decided to try a new place for breakfast this morning and we landed here. This cute little spot did not disappoint! The waitress was amazing with her service, the food was delicious and we both loved the atmosphere too! Highly recommend this place! We will definitely be back! One of our new favorite places!

This is in a small shopping center in Niwot. The food was good but not spectacular. I had Chicken Dalad sandwich My wife had tomato soup with Toasted Cheese. They have outdoor seating. They had a wide variety of sandwiches and other type of foods. The prices were reasonable.

Go anywhere else! The service was awful. The server was rude, mean and terrible. The atmosphere is bad. Bathrooms are atrocious. The food is ok, if it's actually cooked. Best of luck getting what you order. Extremely over priced. Not worth the time or money. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The steady decline of the restaurant is tragic. After over 10years they have gone down hill every year. Our last visit resulted in an ice cold skillet with uncooked spinach, raw mushrooms and no cheese or bacon anywhere. Our other dish was a luke warm but mostly cold burrito. The burrito was filled with uncooked hash browns, cold eggs and 2 cut up sausage links. Both dishes left much to be desired... we sent the "sizzling" skillet back for being cold. After 5min we were only to be served by another cold skillet. Not even warm to the touch. Nothing was cooked or even warm. All and all. We will never be eating here again. We would recommend going anywhere else for breakfast.... even the gas station around the corner.

We've been Garden Gate customers for a long time but our last two visits have been terrible. Today the service was poor, coffee was cold, silverware wasn't clean, toast was burned (and wrong bread), and the blueberries in my breakfast were mushy and green with mold! Plus, the prices are higher than most other comparable restaurants in the area. Unfortunately, I think that means we won't be back!

I went in for breakfast early, and the food portions were large for a single person, and while the food was hot/fresh, it was average or just lightly above for the particular dish I ordered at $17.81 before tip. The place opens at 6:00A.M. so it is nice if you're out of your house before the sun rises. I would say that most of the menu is pretty expensive for what's offered. One example is $5.00 for a side of hashbrowns or a side of green chili. The service wasn't necessarily bad, just minimal. It seemed clean indoor and quiet, so that's a plus.

I walked in and immediately felt welcome. That "hometown diner" kind of welcome. The friendly servers all helped each other and ran the floor like a well oiled machine. Food was delicious and came out fast. Coffee was excellent and was never empty. I would not hesitate to recommend Janie's and will definitely be back!

Been to this place two mornings in a row because it was so good. This is not fancy, but the kind of place that locals love. The staff makes you feel like a regular and the food is fresh, cooked to order. This is the kind of place where the little 4th of July decorations were still up into August, but no one minds. Highly recommend Janie's because they provide exactly what I hope for breakfast: great food and great service.

Went in with my Mom and my daughter the other day and it was a breath of fresh air. Great food, great atmosphere, great everything really. Loved my chicken fried steak skillet too. Oh man it was yum!

Great diner! So much fun and the food is delicious and well priced! Such a classic Longmont location and has great waiters and staff! Definite recommend! Gets busy sometimes, but if you go on off-hours it’s not crowded at all. Very walkable as it is on Main Street and has both street parking and public parking in the lots nearby!

The kids wanted pancakes and we thought about going to IHOP but decided to spend money on a local restaurant. Janie's was the perfect spot! It's cozy but still has a lot of tables (mostly 4 person booths). We ordered kids pancakes (cute shape and face!), regular pancakes, a smothered burrito and huevos rancheros. Everything was yummy and portions were large. I was especially glad that the green chile was vegetarian since I don't eat pork and often can't order huevos rancheros at other restaurants. All the staff was very friendly and especially nice to our toddler. We'll definitely be back!

This is a small but tasty restaurant. The food was delicious and the portions are big. Service was excellent. Happy we stumbled upon it.

I went for lunch and ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a salad on the side and a glass of chocolate milk. They forgot to put the bacon on the burger. The burger was mediocre, the salad was good, and the chocolate milk I believe was regular milk with Nestles or Hershey's powder stirred in because some was in the bottom of the glass. For $4.75 for a glass of chocolate milk, I think real chocolate milk from a jug would be more appropriate because it is much richer and tastier than regular milk with powder stirred in.

While staying in town for our anniversary we chose here for our anniversary breakfast. Service was fine, waitress was friendly. Food ...so-so. As you can see presentation wasn't really appealing. We ordered biscuits and gravy and the special, peaches and cream pancakes. Would prob try another local family restaurant next time.

Haven't been here since high school, recently diagnosed with gluten issues so I was SO EXCITED they have a whole Gluten free menu! What a joy. Best waffle I've had in a long time - GF or not! Berta was our server, such a lovely person. Food was fast and fairly priced, nice atmosphere and they even gave us coffee to go! Will be back soon.

It’s been a while since my last visit to Le Peeps in Longmont. The food I had today was not quite as good as I remembered. I had the tamales and it was very dry, the refried beans were bland and the salad garnish on the plate looked sad, only the eggs were okay. I guess I should have known better to order Mexican in a non Mexican restaurant. The service was good though.

Great breakfast! I had the lumberjack breakfast with OJ and my wife had the La Petit French Toast. With coffee. We both asked for crispy bacon and it was cooked perfectly! Staff wad extremely friendly and good! Our wait staff person has worked there for 14 years! Reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

We had breakfast here twice once before and once after Paul and Kristi’s wedding. Lots of choices on the menu. Our group was from 8 to 10 people and no one had any complaints. The servers were attentive and accommodating.

I heard the food is good, the greeting I received upon entering wasn't. No one greeted me, when someone finally did they didn't have an answer and had to ask someone someone else. That person seemed so put out that she would have to actually work that I turn around and left. Bad day or no, that was very bad customer service.

A microwaved bagel does not turn out to be like the requested toasted bagel. Too gummy,had to toss it. Coffee was good sitting outside was good in morning . A bit too cool in morning with a/c rating is for this visit. I'll try again. People were nice

Usually coffee is good. I ordered an iced coffee and they poured steaming hot coffee over a ton of ice. It was super watered down and still warm when they gave it to me so by the time I got to my car which was parked right outside, even the additional ice they added had melted into the drink. I would have much preferred they just said they didn't have any cold iced coffee made.

I had such a great experience at this coffee shop thanks to Abby! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what she does. She took the time to make sure my order was perfect and even recommended a drink that ended up being my new favorite. Her positive energy made the whole visit so much better — you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. The coffee was great, but Abby’s amazing service made it outstanding. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went to this place twice. Coffee is average but the service was appalling. I was told I would get a free drink if I signed up for their loyalty program. When I went back the next day to let them know I never received the coupon they told me to call their corporate office. Ok. Then I paid for my coffee and they said it didn’t go through and made me pay again. Both charges are now on my credit card. So instead of a free coffee I’ve paid twice for one coffee. This whole thing took over 30 minutes!!! At no point did the manager do anything. Really unbelieve that they would hold up a customer and make them pay twice for a coffee.

I have the new Ziggi's within walking distance and they're good, but this location is my favorite coffee shop in town. Staff are friendly and coffee is delicious. Tip well, folks!

This is my favorite coffee shop! I first went here when it was Gizzi's and then Brandon changed the name to Ziggy's. He and his wife are generous souls. They donated to the military boxes when my son was in the Rangers! Our son and daughter and spouses , and our grand children have fond memories of Ziggy's!

Our waitress, Katelyn, was the absolute best! Perfect timing, very attentive, and always smiled! She helped us with understanding the menu items before ordering. She anticipated what we needed and brought it without our asking! We were very happy with her thoughtfulness and her pleasant disposition. We will definitely go back to this location based on her excellent service.

I really like coming here often, the service Mary always offers is great very professional and I really recommend Perkins in Longmont to eat, specially pies.

I just have to say Mary Craft is by far the most consistent server at the Longmont location. She has always been amazing since she worked at 86th and Sheridan many years back. I ate at perking this week and her service is phenomenal. She's friendly, Kind, fast and just smiles everyday she works.

I went to the restroom to wash my hands first, and before I even opened the door, I got a strong scent of old urine. I sat down and my server was very nice. I noticed that the floor and some of the tables needed attention. I placed my order (my usual: All-Star, eggs over easy, double hash and waffle extra butter) and when it came out, it was not the complete order. I received the waffle and bacon first, then the eggs, toast and hash browns. The bacon was good; the waffle seemed to have been sitting for a moment because the extra butter I asked for didn't easily melt; the eggs were overly cooked on one side and under on the other; the hash browns were good, just slightly past done bordering on extra extra crispy; the toast had extra butter like I like it. The tables were cleaned just before I left. Overall, not the quality I am used to getting at home. Hopefully the next one will have the consistent quality I am used to. Didn't hate it, but can't say I really liked it.

Service was mediocre as I say this as a fellow server in the industry for 25 years. She never even asked me if I wanted a refill on my coffee. I thought water was standard at the table as every other waffle house I’ve been to I automatically got a cup of water. But I could be wrong. She was just not very interested in providing service. I thought thinking a gift for coming in was typical in the service industry, but apparently not. She literally completely ignored me except for having to just deal with me to take my order. And I was super nice! Typically, when I go to Waffle House, I tip anywhere between 50% and 150% but this time I tip extremely low, which is unlike me. My tab was $14.50 and I tipped $2. Normally I would leave a $20 bill. She should be more aware of the people in her section if she’s going to make money. given that it’s right next to a hotel, I would think that hustling off all the travelers would be a thing. Or maybe it’s just me. Just a little advice.

We've been eating here often because the food digests well and we've had plenty of awesome interactions with the staff. We really enjoy it! I just wanted to compliment the staff today. They got bombarded with hundreds of customers out of nowhere. Seems like the Cali & Texas transplants all stayed home because of today’s minor rain, that’s the only thing I can think of as to why so many were randomly there on a Tuesday afternoon lol! The customers need to learn some manners. I’m so sick of how customers treat employees, from the grocery stores to the restaurants. Hell hath no fury like a slightly inconvenienced middle aged/geriatric white lady. The Karens were Karening today! My husband was waiting for our pickup order and this one Karen started pacing and huffing & puffing. She turns to my husband and snottily says “How long does it take to make a soup!?” My husband told her “Have you looked around and seen how many people are in here!? They’re doing their best.” She rolled her eyes at my husband and he shrugged & laughed at her. Then a woman named Jane started loudly complaining and being rude. Next time, stay home and make your own freaking soup, Karens. Or, here’s a concept… BE PATIENT, PRACTICE SOME EMPATHY, AND USE YOUR MANNERS!! Great job to all of the Panera employees!! Especially the guy I talked to on the phone. He was so pleasant and jovial throughout the chaos! Give them a raise!

I love Panera but it seems the quality has gone down quite a bit. I was very surprised. We got half a sandwich and soup with a drink and it was about $40. I wasn't impressed. It used to be so fresh and the plate much bigger

Absolutely outrageous, I ordered a 16$ Ceasar salad today, via delivery, and when it arrived it was literally the size of a stick of deodorant. If I could post pictures I would. 0/10 would not recommend. Was too expensive for a cup of lettuce and 3 Croutons.

Don’t go at lunch and don’t use the kiosk to order. We ended up paying for an extra meal. No receipt it’s printed off no drink cups given to us. The manager wasn’t sure the status of the order and could not print me a receipt to double check the order. Won’t be back

Using the ordering kiosk is so confusing. It took my wife and I 4 times the amount of time than ordering to a person. I don't recommend using it. The food was good.

The counter service was quick and friendly. It was our first time here and the cashier explained the menu options to us with a smile. Food was good but not exceptional. Clean restrooms. Unusual beverage options available.

Concierge level of customer service I just got rung up by Brent Gooch - I felt really taken care of, and they delivered my food to my table and asked how everything was and even took my tray for me I wouldn’t have even come here because I thought everything was too expensive - I had gotten a gift card so I came to check it out. I gotta say that it’s actually worth it for the money that they charge The food was good and I’m gonna finish this milkshake off

I have to take a moment and leave an honest review after countless similar experiences here – in hopes that it will help improve the overall situation happening at this Chick-fil-A. For perspective – I grew up in Florida and just moved to Colorado. Chick-fil-A in Florida is a very very common thing. There is pretty much one every 5 mile radius. I realize of course, that is not the case here in Colorado, and so I can give a certain amount of grace for the scarcity of this food chain, but not complete relentless forgiveness because — everyone is getting paid right? Over the past three months, I have probably been to the Chick-fil-A location at least 20 times. And not one single time have I had a hot item. Lukewarm nuggets, ice cold sandwich actually, lukewarm fries. The line takes way longer than Chick-fil-A is known for their lines to take, and most of the time the employees don’t really know much about the menu items, unfortunately. The majority of them are friendly, which is of course appreciated – but the knowledge isn’t there. All that being said, my main thing when I go to Chick-fil-A, which is the only drive-through chain I ever go to in 2025, it’s just that I want the food to be hot and fresh. I don’t think that’s asking too much, especially considering the prices nowadays – but nonetheless, it seems to be a struggle because it just doesn’t ever happen. By the time I leave the parking lot and take a bite, I realize it’s lukewarm too coldish. If you guys could get a handle on the food temperature that would be an amazing improvement, and then the speed of the line, your whole rating would change, and I know you can! So I’m rooting for you. Much love.

My family and I are traveling from Alabama, and my 8 year old daughter was so excited to see Chick Fil A. It's her favorite place. Thanks for being consistent, Chick Fil A, no matter what state you're in. ;)

Excellent customer service. Unmatched. Went through the drive thru and got back to work with no chicken on my salad. I called and talked to the manager and she had my corrected order delivered to my workplace. I’ve had many problems like this at other restaurants/fast casual dining and never have I had such a swift and pleasant response. Thank you! Frequent this store and this just solidified my choice!

Chick-fil-A is a clean and well maintained restaurant that provides consistently good food. I've been to this location many times and have never had a mistake on my order, and the food is always been well made and fresh. It is a busy location, but they are adept at making and serving your food quickly. As with other locations, it is not open on Sunday. The girl who took my order was very friendly and seemed to really be enjoying her job, which is to my mind a very unusual thing.

I like to go here and they always have very good customer service. But tonight was very disappointing. First time ordered via MobileThru, and they didn’t only forget to give me the condiments and sauces I wanted (chicken fil-a sauce x2 was missing), they even forgot to put pickles on my spicy chicken sandwich, even though I opted for 2x pickles. And on top of that, they almost gave me the wrong order! (They give you the option to put in info about your car so they can easily see who they have to give the order to. And behind me was only one, totally different car, so it’s easy to see that the order they tried to give me could in fact not be mine) Very disappointing if you’re in a rush and just picking up the food and then realizing at home that what you ordered is missing.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Some business associates took me here for a brunch the other day and what an amazing breakfast! It’s a really comfortable atmosphere and the folks that work there are so pleasant and prompt. They seem to genuinely like their jobs and that’s always a good sign to me. Large assortment of breakfast items and sandwiches and there was five of us at all of our meals. looked absolutely delicious. That being said, I highly recommend the omelettes!

We had a good experience at First watch. Kenley was kind and attentive she gave the best customer service. She came and checked in on us a couple of times even though she was pretty busy. The service was pretty quick and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this place.

Great place. We were greeted promptly and sat quickly. Service was prompt and friendly. We were given waters immediately and got our food fast. I had the biscuits and gravy. They were really good paired with the million dollar bacon. I also got a million dollar bloody that was fantastic. One of my buddies got the sante fe skillet and really enjoyed it. Another got the biscuits and gravy and he really enjoyed those as well.

The food here was pretty average for brunch food. Poached eggs were more like over easy, and our over easy eggs were cooked over medium. Really recommend the Cinnamon Toast Cereal Milk coffee and the Belgian Waffle. Our server, April, was not attentive to our table and talked to the table behind us (her friends) more than she talked to us. She dropped our drinks off and said "I'm supposed to pour these for you but I'm not going to". Terrible service and average food.

This place was recommended by an owner of a restaurant across town........I had the lemon ricotta pancakes with fruit sprinkled with powdered sugar and orange juice for a drink.....my wife had the avocado toast......the food was delicious.....the waitress was nice and polite.......the drinks tasted like they were fresh squeezed from the fruit........I got the vibe there was no refills on the juices just on water........we spent all little over $50 for the both of us........would recommend and go back again.......pack your patience because parking is at a premium.........I would try to get there as early as possible to find a parking spot or drive around till a parking space becomes available.........

We had such a great experience at First Watch! The ingredients are fresh and clean, which I really appreciate. The pancakes were absolutely delicious and perfect for the whole family. The Purple Haze was amazing—refreshing and unique—and the Trifecta was just as tasty. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly, making it a great spot for a casual breakfast or brunch. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about the team at Einstein Bros. Bagels. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted with a smile and genuine friendliness that makes my morning better instantly. The staff is always upbeat, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what they do. Even during busy hours, they keep things moving smoothly and make sure everyone feels taken care of. It’s rare to find a place where the service is just as good as the food—but this Einstein location nails both. Great people, great energy, and of course, amazing bagels. 5 stars all the way!

Staff is always kind, but lacks training. I said no to slicing my bagels (I ordered 6) but they were all sliced. Not the first time this has happened. Further, my bacon egg bagel sandwich tasted like cinnamon and sugar. Obviously cutting board is not wiped after each use. And it took forever. The guy behind the counter said a ton of online orders were ahead of me. I get it, but very frustrating.

This is one of the best Einstein’s locations I’ve been to. The bagels are fresh, the staff is friendly, and they actually seem to care about getting your order right. It can get busy at times, so you might have a bit of a wait—but that’s just how it goes at any good spot. (...so, just Enjoy the Moment🙏)

Sandy was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. My partners coffee drink was ready before we finished paying! Quick service and a good cup of coffee.

Service was great! The cashier was helpful in the ordering process. The lady making coffees knows how to make a good iced latte. And the gentleman working on the sandwiches did a wonderful job and was so sweet.

The cashier lady was really funny and kind, she had a really good conversation with me and my padre and even gave us some extra goodies! Also the bagels were really good! I got a pizza everything bagel and it was so so good! Definitely recommend

$9 bucks for a small, hardly stuffed and only okay breakfast burrito. Can get better and cheaper ones elsewhere. Love the drinks, especially their house made chai! But do think they need to up the food game

I love this Brewing Market location and not only does this location serve coffee and other coffee related drinks, but in the evening they also serve beer! Plus there is live music here weekly (I think, haven’t been in a while).

Breakfast breads were bland, tasteless and dry. Two days in a row, first lemon poppy because they didn't have banana bread, then next day, thinking banana bread was made fresh, nope. Coffee was alright

We hosted a community appreciation event at the Brewing Market’s Espresso Vino that was elegant, simple and thoroughly enjoyed. Sydney made the whole process easy from start to finish. We've been stopping here for more than 15 years. We like the drive-thru and the indoor seating both.

I used to really enjoy this location. The staff was so friendly that I would spend an hour a week chit chatting with them. The new manager Marlena makes me feel completely unwelcomed any time I come in. I have had to learn when she's there vs when she isn't so I can see my favorite baristas and not feel like I am being stared at until I leave.

I have been seriously troubled by the new GM's (Marly?) pattern of overbearing and rude attitude to a number of employees. As I understand the third place policy, every single team member should feel safe and comfortable at work and frankly the workers now seem sullen and sad behind the counter. I have a feeling the manager is so tough on the store due to their union participation. This is both illegal and immoral and a form of intimidation and quite frankly disgusting. I wish this store had the energy and joy it used. Unfortunately due to more constraints to have union workers fired, the manager has ruined any home feeling this once cozy store had. I am still happy when I see some my favorite baristas (Jalisa, Seb, Glenn, Vicky, Edith), they truly bring life back into the room.

I don’t know what’s going on at this location but it needs to change if it wants to keep this daily customer. Over the past few weeks the service and quality of my drinks is horrible. I am a regular between 5 & 6 am. I order a 24oz Brown Sugar & Oat milk shaken espresso . The past 5 times they have handed me a beverage full of ice where the coffee line is at least 1 inch from the top. I can see ice above the liquid level to boot. I ask to please fill it up with a bit more oat milk and every time I get argued with. This morning the barista argued with me again. Took my drink and said I’ll only add a drop. Handed me back my cup and he didn’t even do that. THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION THAT DOES THIS. I order from Boulder and Broomfield locations during the day as well and have never experienced such rudeness and low quality. How do I pay $7.51 for a beverage that is all ice and then get argued with?? So I actually transferred this drink into an 12 oz cup no ice, it did not even fill it up. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for 34 years. I started at the original one in downtown Seattle. You are about to lose a customer unless you can change things and quick. I’d rather go to a local spot with customer service. The picture I am, including is the drink, and this one is actually fuller than the one they gave me yesterday.

Starbucks has been my preference for consistent, intense flavor drip coffee. No more. The use of automatic machines produces watered down, flavorless coffee. The service was great.

It is unacceptable to have to wait close to a minute for the barista to finish what they're doing on their phone before they look up and ask me what I'd like. If it was important, any acknowledgement would have been nice. It felt very disrespectful.

Stopped in for my birthday drink, hadn’t been to this location before but they were still the nicest Starbucks staff I’ve met :) specifically, Glenn helped make my day special. Thanks!

Wonderful, authentic experience all around. The exterior is so unassuming, but inside is a fascinating blend of vibrant and rustic-ranchero. Service is wonderful - very attentive despite choosing to sit away from the bar crowd in the far dining area. And the food... oh my. Absolute best barbacoa and lengua I've ever had. Great beans and rice. One of the best horchatas in Longmont. And their variety of hot salsas is fantastic! This is the only place I'll visit when I'm craving truly authentic Mexican food.

I ordered 4 tacos with different meats and all of the meats were tough. I am not sure how even carnitas and al pastor were hard to chew, the Milanese was also like jerky. I did not like my food but my friend seemed to like his burrito. The price was good though and the place was not busy at all on a Thursday evening.

The food is authentic, it's the first place in Colorado to really remind me of the Mexican food in California. Nice vibe, the staff are all friendly and nice, good music. Sometimes the service is a little slow, but there's like one or two servers, it's just a hole in the wall. I definitely recommend to anyone who thinks $5 is too much for a taco.

Decent but definitely a Mexican dive bar. That isn't a bad thing but I felt like I wasn't really wanted there. I ordered a second margarita and the bartender walked away and never came back. Bummer cause the one I had was pretty good. Camerones rellenos were decent also but again, weird vibe. Oh well, plenty of other Mexican restaurants around

Waited over 25min for my order to be screwed up 3 different times. Simple steak bagel no bagel. To easy. First they give my bag with no food. Just a biscuit, cookies and condiments. I said "excuse me, I'm missing my whole order? This is just a biscuit". After another 10min they give my food only for them to give me raw "meat" with raw onions, like they were quarter pounder onions, not grilled by any means. On top of the fact it was missing the egg. They make it a 2nd time but again its raw, so raw I almost got sick the instant I bit it. The worst part was the slimy, disgusting mystery meat they tried to serve as "steak". I've eaten some pretty uncertain stuff in the Army, but this wasn't even something I'd serve a stray dog. I ended up throwing it all away because I wasn't going back in again. Every time I've stopped at this location my food is gross, messed up or missing (worse than the typical McDonald's).

Was in drive through ordering food. The lady taking the order was listening to music and humming. Then screams and says having a hard time hearing you sir. Tried giving her a code and then says your code is invalid pull around. We get to the window and then said can we get a couple ranch. She said 30 cents real ignorantly. We give her a dollar and asked for two ranch. She then tried handing us the two ranch. We asked may we have our change and she see said no real hostile. I will not spend my money here again. Poor service. The old white lady should have no business being in someone’s drive through ordering food my business has been lost.

Third time I have stopped here,ordering at kiosk is useless never get a reciept even though you pay with a card,cash register can't even find the kiosk, ordered large double fish with cheese and extra tartar sauce and a big Mac sandwich. NO Reciept,no Extra Tartar sauce and everything was cold!

Just went through the drive through. Whatever older lady is working there tonight absolutely should not have a job. She was the most hateful person i have ever experienced in customer service. Rude to absolutely everyone and it didn't matter how polite I tried to be. . The gentleman working with her was great, very kind. It's a shame anyone even has to work in that environment with her. I feel terrible for him or anyone else that has to deal with that for hours. If they were smart they would get that toxicity out of there.

If I could, I would rate this place zero stars. Old lady in drive thru is rude. If you’re unhappy about your job, go somewhere else. Fries are old, stale and not fresh. I’m not paying $20+ for stale food so I told them I would wait. The tell me to wait and walk when they waved me over. I go to window, and they try to give me the wrong size. Old lady told me to leave because I received 2 fries. One fry was stale and the other was the wrong size. I just want what I ordered and paid for. Employees were disrespectful and rude. I will making a phone call to the manager. I would rather drive a few extra miles than deal with these ignorant, rude humans.

There were goods and bads. Ice cream machine was down, big surprise. My daughter got 9 nuggets in her 10 piece, but I got 4 strips in my 3 piece. The staff was very nice and the restaurant was clean.

It took 9 minutes to get a cup of coffee. One customer had been waiting 15 minutes for food and was going to be late. Asked for a refund and the staff made it worse by arguing back. Yeah, he was upset but they weren't interacting with him until he started yelling, and staff made it worse by arguing and getting defensive. Busy, not clean and overall really sorry we stopped here.

Ordered Uber Eats from this location. The portions they gave me were MINISCULE. I've been to many a Qdoba, and never have I been served such stingy portions. Bear in mind, this cost $15!! Suffice to say, I will not be coming back.

I come here fairly often and the staff ALWAYS fails to follow simple directions and always just seem mad that they are their to work. The manager is ok but even he has an attitude alot of the time. Just not a very well tan business. Food is always ok but they always have to make my food twice cause they fail to follow directions. Hopefully managment sees this and has a little chat with ALL the staff about customer service.

I want to give a huge shout out to this team led by Robert (Manager) who was able to provide a last minute order. I had attempted to schedule catering the night before for a meeting I had scheduled the next day. Unfortunately, my order did not go through(my fault). In a desperate attempt to ensure my team of 18 plus had lunch, the catering representative contacted this Longmont Qdoba and made it happen with a 15-30 minute notice! The food was exceptional as well as their customer service. Thank you so much Robert and team!

I had a bowl and food wasn't even warm. Steak was very hard and rubbery, and the rice was not hot enough. Th portions are very small. I've been a customer for 6 years now, but I think Im going to start looking for other options.

OK, I’m not a former New Yorker, but I lived in Philly for 20 years and that is one hell of a food city. If you’re going to survive in the Philly food scene, you better be damn good, and that’s true for bagels just like anything else. I’ve also had my share of NYC bagels in my east coast travels. Big Daddy’s are the best bagels I’ve found out here. Better than Moe’s, Rosenberg’s, or Odell’s. They’re genuinely good bagels - texture, taste, seasonings. They have that slightly sweet, nutty, malty flavor a good bagel is supposed to have.

The bagels are just as good as advertised! A true NY style with a strong crumb and tender crisp outside. Priced like your everyday hangout, I'm definitely stopping by every time I'm in town!

Went in this morning and had the Buffalo Chicken on a Jalapeño Cheddar bagel. Was literally the best bagel sandwich I ever had. Was served hot and fresh and reasonably priced. Might be a little bit of a drive for me but I will definitely be going back. I want to try more of their flavors!

Normally i’d shoot this shop a ‘5’ ( for Colorado) Unfortunately, i feel inclined to tell the awesome staff that your bagels have been missing the mark lately. Im starting to see and taste hints of Panera Bread & Einsteins. Im truly hurt and disappointed that my favorite bagel establishment for over 10 years is falling to the tastes of chipper & buffy. They are more doughy then ever, lacking of that special ‘bagel taste’ (did you change water supplies?) and too much corn meal. Can you get a bagel with more than 11 granuals of salt? I counted. Too keep this short and to the point, your bagel quality is rapidly falling down hill. Please wake up, smell the coffee and taste what you bake. If this is now your standard, 1 customer down, and so decline begins.

I come to this bagel shop quite often to grab a bite before school or during lunch. I’ve noticed time and time again that the atmosphere there is severely lacking. Some of the staff members seem to be kind and hospitable. Others do not. I finally asked the name of one of the less than satisfactory employees. Taylor seems to always be having a bad day and does not seem to want to work there anymore. A small mistake was made on the order & it seemed to ruin her day even more. She continually gave the guy behind the counter that took my order dirty looks and had a scowl on her face. The last thing I want to see and deal with that early in the morning is someone who seems to hate their job and is grumpy and unfriendly. The only reason I’ve gone back the last three times is because my partner really enjoys the cream cheeses, other than that I have no interest going to this location. I think this bagel shop could do so much better hiring people that are pleasant and know how to smile.

Place is a joke, i grew up in New york. Bagels there are 10x better and half the price. Shouldn’t be anymore than $3 for a bagel with cream cheese, and a breakfast sandwich should be no more than $6-7, you guys are absolute clowns. Unfortunately the people of colorado don’t know what good food taste like so they are stuck thinking this garbage is good and reasonable.

ordered online and still had to wait forever. i ordered a quarter pounder, i get it, but having worked at mcdonalds before it does not take as long as it took them to get me my food to cook it. they send EVERYONE in the drive through to a spot and the only person who actually was nice was the guy who brought out my food. mcdonalds needs to stop worrying about drive through times and worry more about customer experience and service. what is the point of a fast food drive through if it takes 30 minutes. i could see in the window they had a ton of workers there too so its not due to shortage. trust every other recent review from this place and know that if you go here you will be waiting a while for your "fast food"

Came here on 9/29/25 around 4:40pm I had made an online order and was not able to get it due their system being down according to the employee. I waited 20+ minutes and nothing changed. I had used points for part of the order and now I’m down money and points. Got tired of waiting and went to Chic Fil A across the street instead. I’ve never once experienced this over the years. Disappointing….

I have a complaint i ordered breakfast i got the wrong sandwich and missing a kids juice i tried calling and the call won’t go thru, i went back to pick up the juice but the sandwich was for my mom and when she got to work she had sent me a picture of her wrong sandwich so i tried calling and i couldn’t talk to anyone, lately our orders have been wrong before there was a really nice spot on guy called felipe in the mornings and marisol they both were fast , great service great coffee and now I haven’t seen them and things went south.

My spicy McChicken was a joke, dry, under sauces, missing my pickles. Also the order was missing my fry. It takes 30 seconds to check an order, it's not that hard. Do better.

Too expensive for bad food. And they want us to use the app so they can sell our data. Forget that. I’m tired of needing an app for everything. It’s not going to happen. This “fast” food restaurant is also super slow. They’re constantly making people pull around to the front and wait. So, bad food, high prices, slow, and requires an app. All around terrible.

Waited for more than 30 minutes in the drive thru for just two plain hamburgers and a medium fry. They brought out about 10 big orders before mine (I was the first in line) when they finally brought what I thought was my meal (the employee said it was mine) it was not. I couldn’t even eat it because it had cheese and I’m lactose intolerant. I couldn’t even care enough to go get my money back. What a waste.

Worst customer service. Alexis is rude and is the manager. Waited almost 20 mins. Had to leave tried to ask for my money back and he told me to calm down and if I was patient enough it would've been ready in 5 more mins. Didn't know how to work the system and someone else had to come over. I know it's McDonald's but my god. The operations manager was having a meeting and literally did nothing. Don't be in customer service if you cant handle it.

Wow I mean wow, what a great experience for a great afternoon coffee. I would've never guessed how peaceful it could be inside a safeway. The Barista named haylei was very nice and extremely timely. Also very welcoming to a nice conversation really a great experience!

The only Starbucks in town that offers a consistency in their drinks. Permitting the cool dude with the rad earrings is working. You are the only reason this place is the best. Keep up the great work. All other places take note.

I just love the Firestone Starbucks the ladies that work there are awesome. They can remember people's drinks as if they just ordered it. They always have a smile and they have great service.

Although Starbucks makes a great cup of coffee and the people are very friendly, I have issues with their personal cleanliness. Today's visit was without exception when one of the employees literally licked the syrup off her hand as she handled the syrup dispensers and continued to stock without washing.

So we went to this Starbucks today and ordered 3 drinks. Two of which were supposed to have extra sweet cream. Not only did neither of them have it, but they tried charging us again for the extra sweet cream. The drive through cashier and who I’m assuming is a manager or supervisor tried arguing with us saying that we weren’t originally charged for it and couldn’t have the common courtesy of coming to the window while trying to make her point. After having to ask for our receipt we were able to prove they did indeed charge us for both of the sweet creams. Also, there have been issues here before and speaking with the area coach apparently doesn’t work.

I have been going to this location for years and have always been satisfied with the service. And today, I was reminded why this location can be one of the best! Frankie is such a sweet and kind barista. He has truly some of the best customer service. Thank you!!

No public restrooms, period. At a McDonald's. The chain that (seemingly) has the only free restrooms in all of Europe. To quote a great movie, "Just what country do you think this is?"

Came in with hungry kids and drive thru was packed, lobby wasn't as bad. I have 4 kids and they all needed the restroom, well this "awesome" location doesn't have a public restroom. Had to rush out of there to get my kids somewhere to use a restroom. I live 40 minutes away from this locations so I had no idea about the no restroom situation here. We ordered the food online and we ordered 10 mins ago and they took forever to make it and when we got there they didnt take orders until we had to enter to get our food, They didnt make our drink right and walked off like they didnt want to speak with us, I understand its a fast food location but there is no need to take a long time when other McDonald's locations near the are are at a good pace. Need to do better then get the help and staff to do so. I usually go here back then its its starting to become a habit of how they care. Needs to change!!!! GETTT MORE EMPLOYEES OR SUM!!!!

I have never left a poor review in my life but was blown away at how poorly we were treated tonight. Our order took well over 45 minutes. There was one other table that was waiting when we walked in so I know they waited even longer. We had to bring the receipt up to the counter to get our order, finally. The other party saw us do this so they did the same. We did not get our food until 9:30 pm. The girl with the fake red hair, that worked there, was yelling towards her staff, so we could hear. Commenting that nobody should be eating in the lobby at 9:30. It was obvious that she was hinting for us to get out. It was super rude and made us uncomfortable. We hurried and ate in 15 minutes. We understood that the drive-thru was busy so we blew off the delay, at first. But after being treated like that, I feel it should be know that girl has zero business skills.

This McDonald’s was one of the worst ones I’ve gone to. We got to the drive through with a mobile order and sat for, I’m not even kidding, 10 minutes while they took the orders of multiple people in the other lane. They popped up once halfway through to apologize for the wait, then we heard nothing for another 5 minutes. Once we FINALLY got to the window, the person working the window stopped me because they forgot to put one of the burgers in the bag, which I appreciated. We had ordered 2 cheeseburgers PLAIN, as well as a triple cheeseburger and a bacon double, neither of which were plain. We drove all the way back to Boulder before we ate, and of course the orders were wrong and the burger was not plain, instead with everything on it. Overall, 0/10 horrible experience.

PARKING EVERYONE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. you can have a meal as simple as one small frappe!!!!!! they will STILL park you!!! not only that, they will tell you to go to a spot thats TAKEN and you cant park there for 20 minutes because they only have one poor guy taking them out. this mcdonalds is THE worst one in town, genuinely do not go here for "fast food" . unprofessional and absolutely annoying to go to MCDONALDSand wait longer than i would at a sit down restaurant!!!!! GET NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!! PLEASE !!!! not a single mcdonalds restaurant in longmont knows how to run it please for real you guys need to start making changes.

Traveled to Fort Collins today and while heading home Potato Olés sounded so good. I decided to go through the Taco John’s drive-through. I had a special order and my order was made quickly and everything was perfect. Employees were very nice. Service was excellent for fast food.

BEST late night bite in town! Always fast, hot and fresh. Caitlyn is hands down the brightest employee to talk to no matter how late in the night it is. They are truly a gem. I love coming here to see her and eat the most SUPERIOR, delicious, Taco Johns meal.

First time I ever ate here. Tacos were great. Tater tots are awesome as well. The sweet tea rivals Bojangles and Popeyes!!!

Every time I’ve come I get a large fry that they fill less then half full and are always ice cold. I wish I had good things to say about everything else but honestly it’s so apparent how much they don’t give af. Only meat in three bites of the crunch wrap and everything else is 95% lettuce. The soft taco tortilla was crunch and hard on the sides and looked like someone had squeezed it in their hand for fun. Avoid.

The new manager is better than the other one was. Still has quite a ways to go before 5 stars, tho. They still miss something in my order every time I'm there, and if they pay just a little more attention to special orders, things would be better for sure! I'm just saying, if someone orders a quesadilla without the sauce, it's for a reason.

Tonight at 9 PM, I ordered through the Taco Bell app, and my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered four soft shell potato tacos with extra sauce, two crunchy Cantina chicken tacos, and two hard shell tacos. When my order arrived, it was missing the two Cantina chicken tacos, and instead, I received a random soft shell chicken taco with purple cabbage. The most egregious issue was with the potato tacos. The potatoes were rock solid—literally inedible. Knocking them on the table sounded like hitting a rock. They were so hard I couldn’t even bite through them, leaving me to wonder if they were overcooked or just extremely old and refried. Additionally, none of the extra sauce or sides I ordered were included. I contacted DoorDash first, only to be redirected to the Taco Bell store since the payment was made through them. After calling the store five times, an employee finally picked up, responding with a brusque “what do you need?” rather than a proper greeting. As I tried to explain my situation, the employee started talking to his coworkers in Spanish about missing trays of meat and other issues, completely ignoring me, assuming I couldn’t understand. When I interjected to ensure he was still on the line, he responded rudely and dismissively, telling me, “it’s not my problem, I can’t help, call DoorDash.” Since he hadn’t even listened to me the first time, I had to explain myself again, and he realized that DoorDash wouldn’t be able to help. He then said, “oh, you did it through our delivery app? Then call corporate because I’m not doing anything about it.” Throughout the call, I was trying to be really nice because I understand people are busy, but not once did I raise my voice or be rude back to him, aside from being stern toward the end. When I requested to speak to a general manager, he claimed to be the manager and continued his rude and unhelpful attitude, refusing to give his name and sarcastically stating his name was “Taco Bell.” Frustrated and realizing that he was going to continue to be rude and that this phone call was going nowhere, and I wasn’t going to just be yelled at, I hung up and contacted DoorDash again. They managed to secure a refund from upper management due to my history of orders and because they too received unhelpful and rude commentary from the store employee. As a manager in a local restaurant, I understand the challenges of the job, but the level of rudeness and dismissiveness I encountered is inexcusable. At no point was I offered an apology or any assistance. I will be reaching out to Taco Bell’s corporate office to address this issue. Overall, I would not recommend visiting the Taco Bell on Main Street in Longmont, especially during the night shift on Thursdays when this manager is working.

Ordered the Senior 55+ Special, the meal was good and hot. The service was sketchy at best. When I arrived at 7am, the waiter hadn’t arrived at work and myself and another customer had to wait about 20 minutes for our order to be taken. After my meal was consumed I never received a bill so I just left payment on the table. I come to IHOP for the wonderful pancakes but the pancake (1) I received was burnt. Come-on you can’t make one pancake right?

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but unfortunately all the bad reviews you read on here are true. What is more concerning is that since these kind of reviews have been left numerous times in the past weeks,months, and years and nothing has changed. it’s rather disappointing… so I’m not even sure why people still leave reviews because nothing seems to be done about it. In short, once seated took about 15 minutes for the waiter to even come to ask what we wanted to drink. Placed our order at that time since everything seem to be taking so long. Waited over an hour for our food. There were plenty of empty tables but obviously couldn’t seat the people in the waiting room due to being so understaffed. Multiple tables around us up and left before getting their food after waiting for so long. My stubborn streak came out and I decided I was gonna wait till I got my food. Again, over an hour for two of us once the order was taken ( 25 minutes after arrival) I have no idea how a big party was ever going to be served! Pancakes were better than expected but not worth this fiasco. The women’s bathroom also was disgusting with a terrible sewage smell. I wish I would have read reviews before going. Very disappointing and will not be back.

Disgusting...filthy...if staff wiped down your table, they pushed everything onto the floor. The floor was full of food, trash, and puddles of liquid that no one cleaned up. The staff was in the kitchen talking so loudly the whole restaurant could hear. People were leaving without paying after waiting for their server to come by and check them out. Heard staff complain about that. Server never came back to ask how food was or refill our drinks. Waste of money. I will never go back there again. Poor service and filthy!

We came on a Saturday morning at 9:30. I thought the place might be closed because it was so dead. But we got seated alongside about 6 other tables that were in varying stages of service. We were seated and then ignored for about 15 minutes while we watched a waitress grab a fellow customer to go outside for a smoke. We ended up leaving, still never being acknowledged.

I went to this IHOP with my mom & 5 year old daughter. When we entered the building, it was empty so I went to the restroom while we were waiting to be seated. When I entered the restroom, there was someone coming out of a stall & heading toward the sinks, as we crossed paths, we made eye contact & I smiled but she just looked at me like I was gross & looked away. I knew she worked there by her clothing & I let it go, hoping she shouldn't be my server. Unfortunately, she was training the nice young man who serviced our table. After taking both orders we only dealt with her from then on. The whole time we were there I was very uncomfortable & only stayed because I didn't want to ruin the good time my mom was having with her granddaughter. She made me feel like she could've done something to my food or drink. I didn't want to touch any of it to be honest. I understand that not everyone likes everyone, but when you're at work, you're supposed to stay professional, no matter what your personal feelings are towards someone in the workplace. Looks hurt just as much as actions & words.

I ordered the T-bone steak as I usually do when I am in Longmont waiting for one of my medical patients I pick up and drop off and this was the first time my steak 🥩 seemed to be cut off at the end!! What the heck??

Still dirty plates with food served on it. Eggs swimming in grease for no reason. Skimping on gravy probably because the kitchen wasn't prepared or this is the new scheme to maximize profits to add a teaspoon of gravy. They're great at business I'm done with entire chain.

Every time I go to this location they mess up my food. This is my melt from the other night. It's not toasted even slightly, just white bread. The only reason we went there was because it was Christmas Eve and the only place open. I always order through the app, so at least I can get customer service's help when the food is bad. Even my daily 25% off coupon isn't enough reason to go there more often.

The service and food were horrible. I know that sounds excessive but we pulled up to the drive through to order and the guy literally made us keep repeating everything in our order over and over again. At least 4-5 times. We could see the screen which had our items on it so I don't understand why but moving on.. we got our breakfast. The kids loved their French toast sticks. Our breakfast sandwiches were so disgusting and soggy. I felt so sick after eating it.

I worked at north college burger King and know that they have goodstandards and food quality control for a fast food restaurant. With that said. We just ordered drive thru and the lady couldn't even speak English. Second she messed up the order because of the lack of language barrier. We get home and the chicken fries which are to be made to order definitely were in the warmers for at least 2 hours. Hard as rocks and cold. My dog wouldn't even eat them. 😒

Went through the drive through and when we got home literally half our order was missing, when I went back and inside to get what we were missing they only came back with fries in a bag. I tried to call to just get a refund before having to drive all the way back and no one answered. Kinda seemed like they were all stoned to be honest. There’s a time and place to smoke weed and it definitely isn’t before/during/after work. Like usually the food was all cold/soggy. If you want Burger King the one on hover is a much better option

Worst food ever! My husband went thru the drive thru and asked for the Bacon & Swiss Crispy Chicken. They told him they didn't have that sandwich. He parked and went inside to see the sandwich on the menu as the #8. He ordered it and asked for none of the sauce, they put sauce on it and then apparently tried to wipe it off instead of making a new sandwich. It was disgusting, it was so greasy and wet...yuck.🤢 Totally inedible, I tried eating it because I was so hungry but couldn't finish it.

Disgusting. I want my money back for the 2 Oreo Shamrocks I ordered and then back inside and complained and the manager did nothing to satisfy to complaint. The syrup mix was laying ontop of the ice cream not even mixed in.

Had a VERY hard time ordering my food.. they tried telling me 3-4 time to "use the computer" (their word) But it was down! Finally after they understood that I needed THEM to do their job, I continued to give my order as slow as I could manage.. some how got fish fillet instead of chicken... had to say "pollo" for them to understand what I wanted... mind you this is Longmont Colorado.. had no clue being bi lingual was a requirement to order good ol american McDonald's?? Not a single person in the store speaks clear consise English.. this is a drastic failure on McDonald's and on whomever owns this location along with the one on Ken pratt/Main...

The lady taking our order was rude. My mom had never been to dunkin so brought her here for coffee because I've always had a great experience but every question my mom asked the cashier seemed annoyed and responded with attitude. Even tossed the bag with our donut in it at us.

I came here for some weekend donuts and coffee. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The store was clean. The selection of donuts was pretty good. It was easy to get to right off of CO-119 and there was a good amount of parking.

I go in every week to get donuts for my customers. The staff has always been great! Always friendly, quick and never bad customer service! They have always been pleasant. I am really impressed with the friendly, service oriented staff…EVERY WEEK for many months!

You’ll probably be ignored for like 10 minutes if you go inside. There was a woman and a man working. The woman was working the drive through which I know can be difficult and the guy was doing food. She sat there there looking at the screens and occasionally looking over at us. Was about to leave but luckily the guy asked her if she got us and she said not right now. So he ended up taking our order and was very nice.

I ordered a matcha late with extra matcha and some extra sugar. The guy tried to hand me a completely unblended drink. He said it looks like that because he didn’t add water. That’s a very important step to making a matcha late….. I asked him to please blend it. When he handed it back to me he said “it’s a good as we can get it”. It tastes like sweet milk. You’d have better luck going to Starbucks for a drink.

I go to the store almost everyday. In order the same things a large iced coffee and a chocolate donut. And every day for the past week I have gotten a large coffee that is 90% ice. You can see the ice all the way to the bottom when you first get it. I'm sure if you poured it out it would be compared to a small. The amounts of ice are outrageous just to save money.

In Longmont there aren’t any places to get coffee after 7pm with the exception of Starbucks or Dutch bros. The coffee is good BUT why am I forced to have a lengthy awkward conversion with the person at the window every single time. Please stop asking me if my day was fulfilling. I just want coffee in peace.

I used to really enjoy coming to this Dutch Bros on Main Street—it’s actually the location where I first discovered Dutch Bros! Unfortunately, the quality of both the drinks and service has noticeably declined over time. I understand that staffing and training likely fall under management’s responsibilities, but there just seems to be a consistent lack of attention to both customer service and drink quality lately. I make the trip up from Boulder specifically to visit this spot, but after today, I think it may be my last. I do hope things improve, especially since they’ve started using the new mobile ordering app, which is a step in the right direction. Would love to see this location thrive again with better staffing and more consistent service.

The ownership is either incompetent or stupid. 30+ minute wait because they’re either too cheap or lazy to hire more than the 1 16 year old kid that was working by himself. I feel bad for kid. Bad ownership and management however. Not to mention the same issue as CJ. Why in gods name when I order online and it tells me to pickup at the window am I then told at the store they can’t give them out through the window and I have to go inside. Terrible experience overall. Again I don’t blame the kid working. And don’t try to make me go fill out some bullshit on your website with an auto response. Take accountability and be better. Not even Hyperlink, expect me to copy paste your crappy link.

I never leave negative reviews, but oh my gosh! I ordered a head on the Ziggy's app so that my drinks would be ready by the time I got there. But by the time I got there they didn't have my drinks ready and made me wait an additional 20 minutes. They had me pull forward and said somebody would bring my drinks out to me, but then I waited 10 more minutes. I think that they forgot about me. People behind me were pulling out and leaving and I saw them getting their drinks but I did not receive my drinks for quite a while. I only ordered three drinks. I don't know what was going on it might have been a mistake but I was kind of disgusted and I was running late for work. Not a good experience and I had a baby in the car Harriet

Ordered a hot mocha, they forgot to add the espresso and steam the milk so I got room temp chocolate milk instead. Gross! They also tried to upsell my order 5-6 times for one drink, pretty obnoxious. Will not be returning here.

Prioritizing mobile orders over the drive thru customer is not smart. I adore the coffee and price for this amazing product. That said the crew here just gabs more than focusing on getting the customers taken care of. That get pissed when us as customers barely can barely afford luxuries as an $8 cup of coffee.

Messed up size of my drink then forgot to add cream to my drink then forgot to hand me burritos then forgot to hand me salsa. After allllll that. My burrito was still frozen. Avoid this location!

Coffee is good. The staff is great. I used to think the coffee was the best, but I feel like something has changed with it over the past couple of years. It's still not bad. I would recommend trying it to judge for yourself.

The people working were very friendly. I got an iced matcha latte and boyfriend got a caramel latte with a breakfast burrito. The drinks were very good. The Matcha was very refreshing and not too bitter. The burrito was a little cold in the center but, very good otherwise.

My go to coffee place when I’m in town. They have delicious drinks, a big selection and many milk options. I always enjoy the bean with the drink as well. The sticker made me smile, employee was quick and courteous.
