Vintage is a charming French brasserie located in Vail Village, offering a delightful menu of classic dishes alongside an extensive selection of cocktails, wine, and beer. The restaurant is renowned for its diverse brunch beverages, including spicy bloody marys and Champagne-infused cocktails.
Vintage is well-loved for weekend brunch. Many are not aware that they offer an outstanding, authentic French dinner menu. The atmosphere takes you directly to Paris and the food is creative and delicious. No doggy bag for us, only clean plates.

We drove into Vail to meet friends at a midway point. A quick search revealed vintage to be one of the highest rated restaurants. I made a reservation for lunch, sitting outside on a spectacular afternoon. Immediately, the staff adjusted the umbrella for the sun, ask us if we wanted heaters on the other side and began the first of many many water refills. The staff continued to be outstanding through the entire outstanding meal. We ordered from the brunch menu, one getting the chicken sandwich, another the decadent French toast, two of us getting the galettes. The feathery puff pastry pulled apart effortlessly filled with the ideal amount of creamy egg and topped with the accompanying onions, spinach, etc. They have an excellent wine and cocktail list as well. This being brunch, we contained ourselves to ice tea. Excellent!
Laura T — Google review
Great food. We love their brunch which only is available select days/hours. I wish they had a nonalcoholic drink menu because they have awesome fresh squeezed orange juice, hot chocolate, mocktails, which are all awesome but require asking. They can accommodate menu changes for example I got the eggs Benedict but swapped the bread out for toasted crescent which was amazing. Probably one of the best crescents in the US, and I am kind of a crescent snob if that’s a thing. We also love the puff pastry and avocado toast. Can’t go wrong with anything you order I am confident. Fancy or casual, up to you. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They take reservations. For the first time since coming here we learned they have complimentary parking only steps from their entrance. It’s impossible to find on your own though. You have to turn in the dead end road that goes in front of their front door, have someone ask the hostess inside to open the garage door for you, and then quickly pull forward and into the garage door on the left before it closes. It’s ONLY for the time you are dining with them so you have to move after your are done eating, which is fine as there isn’t much to explore in this area. But it’s so much better than walking 9 minutes from Vail or Lionshead public parking. And not found on their website anywhere which actually is a miss. So you heard it here first :)

#1 Perfectly cooked steak! My husband got the Vintage American breakfast with steak and he said it was perfect!!👌 I got the Bacon Huckleberry French toast and it was delicious!! This place is a vibe! The decor is so cute!!

Classic brunch spot in Vail but we were disappointed. Service was EXTREMELY slow (over an hour to receive our food after ordering) and quality was fine at best, especially considering the price and time we had to wait. The fries were good Probably wouldn’t recommend unless lines elsewhere are too long.
David L — Google review
Went in on a Saturday morning in August. Did not have a booking. Wait staff were a bit rude when talking about seating us, which seemed weird as there was probably 15 open tables inside and out. The atmosphere is beautiful and outside was a lovely day, so now we know. I recommend booking and booking outside in the summer. They were pretty quick to come around for drinks orders but slow for food. Bottomless mimosas were good value, got 4 in the 1.5 limit and the wait staff were pretty good and bringing new glasses when they saw they were empty. Food was tasty, just lacked the presentation I would have expected to make this fantastic. The Dill with It Bloody Mary comes in a smaller glass than all the others so that was a bit of shame too, but the piece of smoked salmon in it was great. We spent $110 including tip for 2 people.

We had the pleasure of visiting Vintage in Vail for brunch yesterday, and we’re still raving about it! From the food to the service, everything was absolutely top-notch. Although we didn’t have a reservation, we were perfectly happy sitting at the bar, where we were waited on by Marco, who was nothing short of exceptional. He recommended a cocktail for me after I asked him to surprise me, and he suggested his personal favorite, the Victor Hugo. It was perfectly prepared—balanced, flavorful, and delightful! We started with the beignets, which, although on the smaller side, were fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. For our mains, I ordered the Southwest Benedict, which was bursting with flavor, while my husband enjoyed the American Breakfast with smashbrowns. Both dishes were impeccably prepared, and we loved every bite. The ambiance of Vintage added to the experience—it’s cozy yet refined, making it the perfect spot for brunch. We left thoroughly impressed and can’t wait to return. If you’re in Vail, don’t miss this gem, and be sure to sit at the bar and ask for Marco—he’ll elevate your visit!

We had beef bourguignon, steak, and duck. Everything was delicious. The desert special was also very good. The restaurant has a great atmosphere inside and outside. The service was also very good. Highly recommended.

The Little Diner is a cozy spot located in Lionshead Village, right next to Vail Village. You can easily walk between the two or take a quick free bus ride. Sitting at the bar allows you to watch the food being prepared and helps with decision making. The Farmer's Breakfast is highly recommended, and you can upgrade to a delicious chocolate chip pancake for just $1.
The staff was very polite and swift to seat and serve us. They had good music and a friendly atmosphere. Croissant sandwich was flavorful, bun was fluffy and light. Eggs and ham were seasoned and cooked well. $12 for a sandwich is a fair price compared to nearby diners

Yummy, fluffy pancakes, enormous crepes with great cocktails. Try the Peanut butter Hot Chocolate with or without Whiskey, delish! Keep the strollers at home, their intimate space has a few 8 tops but mostly 4 tops. T
Helen J — Google review
During our first of what will be many visits to Vail, our friends raved about The Little Diner for a classic and comforting brunch that hits all the right notes. My wife had the large, fluffy biscuits generously smothered in rich, creamy sausage gravy—savory and indulgent without being overwhelming. Accompanying the biscuits were perfectly scrambled eggs and a hearty serving of crispy hash browns, adding both texture and balance to the plate. Being an omelet fan, the Southwestern was a standout on the plate—beautifully golden and fluffy, filled with delicious chorizo, their specialty chili's (with more requested on the side), and chock-full of cheese. With both dishes, their crispy hash browns (watching how they were prepared) were a knock-out of the park. I was able to ask for a side of pancakes, and they were brought out early with our mimosas, which made for a perfect breakfast appetizer. Each component was well-prepared and flavorful, making the meal feel both satisfying and familiar. It’s the kind of brunch that reminds you why diners are such beloved staples—simple, hearty, and delicious. Plus, sitting at the bar not only gave you a look into how the kitchen runs, but also the friendly and regular touch from the wait staff. If you're in Vail and craving a traditional brunch done right, don't miss out on The Little Diner as a staple that's worth a visit.

Where do I begin? How about 2013 when my bride Julie and myself celebrated our first anniversary in Vail. We went to The Little Diner for breakfast. This was my first experience with eggs Benedict and I couldn't have tasted anything better! Since then, any time we visit we make The Little Diner our first stop. We had the pleasure of speaking with Brian (the owner) a couple times too. I've tried other eggs Benedict around the country and only Norma's in Palm Springs came close, but was still 2nd to The Little Diner. Our most recent visit brought us once again to The Little Diner and the eggs Benedict is still outstanding and Poncho throws down the BEST hash browns around! However, the best part of this trip was running into Jim Little on the shuttle bus on our way to The Little Diner! Yes, the one and only inventor of "Jim Little's Famous Eggs Benedict!!" What a sweet man. We spoke for several minutes and he encouraged me to try other items on the menu because they are ALL very tasty. 😳 What? Give up my Benedict? I said I would and will. Did I mention he's a Vietnam Veteran? Thank you Jim for your service and the wonderful eggs Benedict! The Little Diner...you can't go wrong. 🤗

A gem! The best seats are at the bar, which surround the kitchen. You watch them cook everything. The food is delicious. The staff is wonderful. Pictured: Bagel sandwich with tomato slices instead of meat and the vegetable omelette. The biscuits and gravy (not pictured) are so good—so good.

This place is everything you want in a diner! The pancakes were amazing, nice quality everything, super friendly and attentive staff! Coffee was great. I have nothing but great things to say about this place!♥️ wish Austin had something this good.
Amberly L — Google review
Fun atmosphere! Very entertaining sitting at the countertop watching the well oiled fast paced kitchen. My lemon crepe was wonderful, my bacon and chai were too. My husbands burrito he said was decent. He paid extra for green chili sauce bringing his burrito to $20.00 and didn’t get very much of the sauce and he said it had the texture of Hormel chili he thought the chorizo in it was ok but not anything special. The man behind the countertop was all business and seemed to want to rush our ordering and paying our bill. Subtly annoying but nothing that ruined the experience for me. I would go back but husband said he wouldn’t. They did a good job of serving the large amount of people coming in. Breakfast sandwiches and other items I saw being cooked looked very good.

Westside Cafe & Market is a popular local spot located in an across-the-highway strip mall. This cozy restaurant serves up delicious down-home cooking from breakfast to dinner, and is known for its Big-Ass Bloody Mary cocktail, which comes in almost-fishbowl-size glasses. The bar offers a variety of cocktails including the Bakon version with bacon-infused vodka and a kabob of pickled vegetables.
Our first time in Vail and a lot of restaurants haven't opened up yet. Our hotel is right across the freeway so we tried it out. Our first night here and we split a bacon cheeseburger with tater tots. Everything thing was excellent. Tots were chrispy and burger was cooked perfectly. Decided to go back Our last night in Vail, I had the beet/ arugula salad with grilled chicken and hubby had elk chili. Again, our food was excellent! Our waitress was great but we didn't get her name.

The bavarian pretzel was nothing special, something you can get in the frozen section of the groceries store. The Bison burger was cook perfectly and the French fries with them were plenty. The grilled chicken sandwich was big and juicy. The sweet potato fries were good.

Excellent food. Great atmosphere and service. The orange juice is a must try! I think the price is actually reasonable for the area. Give it a try, I highly recommend

Yesterday I had the best breakfast here since I relocated to Colorado almost a year ago. I love breakfast & brunch and I’ve visited at least 10 different places but none of them can compare to Westside. The food was flavorful, yummy, and the portions were everythang! And Alisha was such a great waitress…I wish there was a location in the Metro Denver area because this place made my day!! I love breakfast for all three meals and this place would definitely be a place I’d frequent! Thank you for being the best part of our Vail adventure!

Nestled at the top of Bridge Street in Vail Village, Big Bear Bistro is a vibrant and cozy cafe offering a delightful array of breakfast and lunch options. The menu features an assortment of sandwiches made with natural meats and freshly baked breads, along with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices. Whether you're craving a hearty meat-filled sandwich like The Masterpiece or a lighter option such as The Tree Hugger packed with hummus and veggies, there's something for everyone.
Went to look for a nice cafe for breakfast and this place had vegan options and this place had a lot of great options! We liked it enough to come back for dinner too! Sandwiches are really good and vegan eaters have a menu as well as substitutes for meats in other items.

Great takeout service. Hence the reason I forgot to take pictures of the food. My friend had the breakfast burrito which was quite good as I also took a bite. As a gym rat I had to cut on calories which is why to all people looking for a protein hack, all you have to do is order a “side” of eggs and ask them to put bacon. It’s a little cup with a good amount of eggs and slices of bacon. Straight fuel and protein. The aesthetic is really cool and the flowers right now in the summer give it a really cool touch. Always somewhat busy.
MAURICIO R — Google review
Ordered the Mona Lisa, Big Bears take on the Caprese Salad, it was absolutely divine. Flavor explosion in all the right ways! The rest of the family ordered the chai tea latte, chicken tortilla soup, the BLAT sandwich - all delicious

Great location, great food, great hot latte. Came in the off season and got a Masterpiece sandwich (I added an egg because it was breakfast time) and a pumpkin spice latte. Everything was delicious and I love the fresh baked ciabatta roll!!!

If I could give this place 10 stars on all I would. The atmosphere- sounds of river rapids, view of the river, dog friendly, view of a mountain. 10/10 Service-quick and friendly 10/10 Food-the Javidoo was phenomenal, the bread was fresh and crispy. The sandwich as a whole was sooo good. I could have had two.

My family went here for brunch and it was amazing! Best food we've had on our trip so far. The croissant French toast was DELICIOUS. It was so flaky. The omelettes, crepes and coffee were all really good. The service was really good, and they had a cute little patio we sat at that was perfect for kids.

If you're looking for a great place for a snack in Vail, Big Bear Bistro is a must-visit. The Masterpiece sandwich is simply phenomenal. I'd give it ten stars if I could! Just be prepared for Vail prices - we paid about $50 for two sandwiches, two drinks, and a small bag of chips. Still, the food is top-notch and completely worth the splurge.

Ludwig's Breakfast is an elegant and upscale restaurant located at the Sonnenalp Hotel in Vail. Overlooking Gore Creek from its glass-enclosed terrace, Ludwig's offers a full menu of European delicacies for breakfast. The restaurant is known for its sumptuous breakfast buffet featuring a wide variety of options such as eggs cooked to order, sausages, French toast, waffles, empanadas, and chilaquiles.
Came here for brunch and was so impressed with the selection, quality of the items, and the notation of numerous gluten free options. Our server Mary was exceptional! She helped answer my many questions about the ingredients due to my dietary restrictions and was so friendly! The views of the greenhouse overlooking the pool and gorgeous snow made everything complete. Thank you for an amazing brunch experience!

Wonderful Mother's Day brunch in an elegant yet rustic environment. Over overlooking the pool with dining in the sunroom. Food was abundant and high-quality. Not over salted or over done. A true traditional European culinary style. Waiters and waitresses dressed elegantly in Bavarian attire. Lots of space to spread out while you're waiting for a table. Charming bar.
Angelique S — Google review
Everything tasted fresh, like it was good quality, and it was well prepared...but I don't know that Eggs Benedict is really worth $40. I did not try the buffet (because I was not that hungry), but it looked like a nice setup. If I was with a group I would come early, enjoy a leisurely breakfast/brunch, and splurge on the (kind of) pricey buffet! Oh - 3 stars for atmosphere because it looked a little dated (for people that care about that thing - although I don't).

Our table of five enjoyed a delicious breakfast at this establishment. The fancy avocado toast, acai w/ peanut butter smoothie bowl, chorizo burrito, Belgian waffle, and 3 egg omelette were all hits. I.e., everyone was very happy with their meals. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the brunch buffet with family this past weekend. It was absolutely delicious. It is in competition with the buffet at Broadmoor in CO Springs. They had soooo many options and the food was fresh and felt healthy??? This is not country buffet. Not sure of price because my grandparents paid, but I think whatever it was it was worth it.

German restaurant
Restaurant
Alpenrose Vail is a well-established German-Austrian restaurant in Vail, offering traditional European specialties since 1974. The restaurant is known for its homestyle cuisine featuring German, Austrian, and Swiss delicacies such as goulash, dumplings, and Kasspatzle.
Coming to Vail I was most excited to visit an Alpine restaurant serving the most authentic German/Austrian food I have had since I lived in Frankfurt and Vienna. We were welcomed immediately by an excited host to show us the various cozy seating options. We chose the Biergarten, but don't overlook the animal fur covered seats inside. Our server, Smara, went above and beyond to make us feel at home (in the Austrian Alps of course) but also was incredibly friendly and attentive. She told us the history of Alpenrose Vail and we may be back just for this experience. Hands down the most authentic German/Austrian meal outside of the real thing.
Matthew H — Google review
One of the most amazing restaurants ever! Loved the ambience, the food, the staff and every little detail. My first experience with German cuisine was absolutely amazing, and it was vegetarian friendly with lots of options available. The desserts are also amazing and I would recommend making reservations as it fills up quick. A must visit in Vail!
Ananya M — Google review
We had a wonderful experience at Alpenrose in Vail, our table on the front porch offered a charming atmosphere. We began with an Alpen Spritzer and a small Alpenrose Pilsner, then moved on to the Schnitzel Rockies & Roses and the Zartes Kalbsgulasch - we ordered both with mashed potatoes. For dessert, we tried the Palatschinken and the Apfelstrudel - each was excellent. The food was authentic and flavorful, and the service was warm and attentive. Alpenrose is a must-visit in Vail for anyone looking for an authentic European dining experience.

After a hike at Meadows Loop, we came down the gondola to find a place for lunch. Saw this with strong yelp and Google reviews and opt to check it out. Line was only 5-10 min but place was pretty full. Think of it running at near full capacity. We absolutely love the themeing indoors with the cuckoo clocks and woodsy feel of seating area. Had the cheese fondue, their veal mushroom dish, and also their vegetarian curry. Highly recommend as everything was cooked to perfection and not overly flavored that they crushed your taste buds. Also got their non alcoholic spritzer. Def recommend for those looking for a fun German alpine fair.
Andy — Google review
The reviews are spot on! This charming German restaurant is conveniently located in Vail Village. Our server, Samuel was very attentive and hospitable. I made reservations ahead of time and requested seating in the patio which had amazing views of the farmer's market and the mountain. The food was incredible! We got the Pretzel and cheese, Schnitzel with spatzle, Bergsteiger "beef" stew, and for drinks I got the Limoncello.

This was SUCH a vibe, waitstaff were very friendly, positive, & upbeat. They truly made the experience. We loved the decor, setting, & outdoor & indoor spaces. We had the fondue, smoked salmon, & apple dessert and highly recommend!

What a beautiful design of this place you feel like you're in something 200 years old. The indoor seating is fantastic as well as the covered outdoor seating which is highly popular. The German beers are outstanding. Always lots of people having fun. Great staff

I just can’t stop thinking about our evening at Alpenrose Vail — it was truly magical! After a beautiful day surrounded by Vail’s breathtaking mountain views, we found ourselves in this cozy, charming spot that felt like a little corner of the Alps right in Colorado. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. Every dish we tried was absolutely outstanding: • Perfectly cooked, tender meat with rich, balanced flavors. • Crispy potato rösti with a creamy, silky sauce that melted in our mouths. • And to finish — a decadent dessert that was the perfect ending to the evening. And, of course, the schnaps — the perfect final touch that made the whole experience feel authentic and unforgettable. The atmosphere, the food, the drinks — everything was flawless. Alpenrose isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience you’ll want to return to again and again. Five stars, without a doubt — absolutely deserved! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Opened just two seasons ago, this inviting eatery offers a delightful array of unfussy yet imaginative dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients. Great breakfast and solid service. Their breakfast burrito was a winner, thanks to the avocado sauce that was served with the wrap. Their espresso was also great, and their strawberry banana smoothie was nicely blended. The side of potatoes we ordered was a huge portion, and the sides of sausages were well cooked and seasoned. Their hot tea was also great. Great little eatery inside Gravity Haus.

The restraunt is located inside the hotel which is nice. We were a group of ten. We had drinks and appetizers. I feel like we had great service when we first got there then it got busy and we were on our own. I had to leave our table to find someone to bring salt and pepper. This is an expensive restaurant and the food was good not great. They boast about their steak but it is bland with no seasoning and not sure if they have a new person grilling steaks but they are not cooked properly. We asked for med and it was rare. Someone at our table asked for well done it was medium. We had to send it back 3 times. The waiter should have stood there when she cut through it the first time it was sent back. Instead we waited till he served others on the other side of the restaurant. He did take care of it at the end but this shouldn’t happen for an $78 steak. I don’t think I would spend the money here. There are so many good restaurants in Vail.

Best food in Vail so far for us, even better than the institutional hot spot if you what I mean. Bison steak ; perfect charred, temperature and salt level. The mushroom and savoy cabbage side dish blow the roof off. Service is friendly, attentive but also relax and not stuffy. The dining room is beautiful. Hope to come back next time when in Vail.

We had a lovely experience dining here. I ordered from the 3 course Fall menu and it was great. I had the tomatoes and burrata, trout for the second course and for the third course I got sorbet because I am gluten free. Overall our dining was wonderful. We loved our drinks and our server was very helpful.

A lot of people who are not locals don’t know that this is actually also a coffee shop with an extensive menu of great coffee choices. Service was great, and the coffee was great. nothing to complain about.

The Slope Room offers an incredible dining experience! From the amazing drinks to the perfectly prepared dishes like the delicious trout and sweet potato fries, everything was top-notch. The service was fast and attentive—our waiter even turned down the fireplace when we mentioned we were a bit warm, which added to the comfort of the evening. Fine dining with a personal touch. Highly recommend!

Went for their New Years Eve Dinner. The bartenders and staff were on point. They were all working so hard and yet friendly. The food came out beautifully plated and the flavors well balanced. Only complaint nrom me was the Wagyu was over cooked. An tough. But they were super busy and I as a chef know sometimes its hard to keep the staff up and on top of it everytime. So things happen. I plan to return and enjoy their unique crafted cocktails and some wine and the charcuterie and other delicious menu items.

Loaded Joe's in Vail is a versatile venue that transitions from a cozy coffee shop and diner during the day to a lively pub with music and drinks at night. Recently relocated to a more spacious area near the Vail Covered Bridge, it offers ample seating for patrons to enjoy their coffee while people-watching. The establishment serves some of the best coffee in town, sourced from Seattle's Rococo Coffee Roasters, and features an affordable breakfast menu.
Came here during the week while shopping at the Vail Village. It was busy, but they were very efficient in taking the orders and starting each order right away. There were good options from hot or cold coffees and teas, also having fruit smoothies. We had a large party so ordered coffee, tea, and smoothies. It was a hot day, so I preferred the smoothies. There's plenty of seating here from the bar stools to the larger sofa sitting area. Service was very friendly and efficient. Nice place to come for a refreshment while at the Village.

I encourage you to improve your customer service experience at Local Joe's on Bridge Street. Every interaction is an opportunity to uplift and inspire. I hope you'll take this chance to reflect on the impact of your words and actions on others. Remember, kindness can transform lives. I wanted to support my local business, but I hope you'll understand why I won't be returning. Let's strive to be kind to people. The way you treated myself and my friend was extremely unkind and hurtful and I can only hope you don’t treat people like that daily. Be better.

Extremely disappointing experience- would not recommend. My partner, sister, and I visited Loaded Joe’s in Vail yesterday (10/17) around 5:55 PM, and I now completely understand why the reviews are so low. We went during non-peak season, so there was absolutely no excuse for how poor the experience was. The blonde woman working was incredibly rude and unhelpful from the moment we walked in. We had to initiate conversation and ask about the “Best Happy Hour in Vail” which was advertised in the Vail Daily and the main reason I chose this spot to show my partner around for the first time. Her response was, “The best I can do is the summer Coors Banquet special for $3.50… maybe like a dollar or two off some beers. Nothing else.” That’s it? If that’s what they’re calling the best happy hour, that’s incredibly misleading. Still, we ordered three Coors and I even tipped (I was a waitress for years and always try to show the utmost respect to service staff). We sat down to enjoy our drinks, and about 10-15 minutes later (at 6:10 PM) she came over and told us, “I need to sweep so I need to kick you out.” The place is supposed to close at 7 PM. When we mentioned we still had open beer cans, she said, “You can sit on the patio.” It was 38 degrees outside. We ended up finishing our beers freezing on the patio, completely baffled. I’ve been coming to the Vail Valley for years, and I’ve never had such a rude or uncomfortable experience anywhere. If you’re visiting Vail, go ANYWHERE else, even Benderz in Avon, where we always have a great time and friendly service. Loaded Joe’s completely missed the mark on hospitality and basic customer respect. Definitely will never be coming back and will certainly be telling all my friends who visit the area as well to stay clear. The poor reviews didn't lie!

The staff were extremely friendly, greeting us enthusiastically as we walked in the door. This larger location is a great improvement from the small basement space I fondly recall from years back. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast, latte, and a smoothly while reading the local Sunday newspaper they provided. Tim, went out of his way to accommodate us. We didn’t like the ketchup on the burrito - too sweet for our taste preferences.

Tim, You need to think twice before trying to embarrass, humiliate, talk down to and raise your voice to. My wife is my Queen. I do not and will never tolerate or allow someone to disrespect her, her friend, or their children.i hope you understand that had I been with her today, your disrespect would have been dealt with in person. I really hope you reply to this review yourself, and apologize to my wife, her friend and their children for the way you talked to them and disrespected kids. My review will be removed after that happens. If not, I have 6 more email addresses and an enormous following on social media. I’m actually thirsty for a coffee right now.

Love this coffee shop! Probably the best mocha I’ve had. Also, the staff was super friendly (and patient with our group) and the vibe perfect (amazing playlist too!). I’ll be back to try their sandwiches!

I was very disappointed with Loaded Joe’s in Vail. Given the location, I expected a classy and welcoming coffee shop experience. Instead, the blonde barista behind the counter was blasting music at an uncomfortably high volume. I politely asked if she could turn it down since I had brought my elderly grandparents with me, but she refused and told me that loud music was the only way she stays awake. This was incredibly disrespectful and made the visit unpleasant. Vail is known for quality and hospitality, but unfortunately this place did not live up to that standard. Would not recommend.

In the evenings, it becomes a popular post-slopes hangout with an array of drinks including rotating beers and signature cocktails like the Bougie Beet.
Cozy, Relaxing Ambiance, and Friendly. When it is freezing butt cold outside, you want to have a cup of hot latte or hot chocolate inside. Small place but makes you warm inside. I don't drink coffee, so I had a cup of hot chocolate. So tasty!! It was perfect 👌 and my butt no longer feeling cold.

Amazing coffee and fantastic breakfast burrito. They were so welcoming and kind when I walked in to order. I had a cappuccino that was perfection and a bacon egg breakfast burrito. They were so quick and I claimed one of the corner cushioned seats and sat back with a good book. Amazing atmosphere! Highly recommend if you want a good strong coffee and nice place to sit back and enjoy the view from the window.
Nickole N — Google review
I am not sure if I had very high expectations walking in or if it just wasn’t what it should be. The atmosphere and the aesthetic is great. I am not one to leave anything except 5 star reviews but I do believe this place could work on a few things. The first thing that got me quite mad is how they only serve cold brew in one size. There are two sizes and they only serve cold brew in the smaller size. I asked her to please give me one in the larger cup, she said it wouldn’t be possible because she wouldn’t know how to charge me. Then I went to the extreme, I told her give me the large size and I will pay for two cold brews, I don’t care if I pay for two just give me the larger size, she said no. After all of that, and paying $8 (tip included) the cold brew they gave me just wasn’t good. The coffee simply didn’t taste good, this doesn’t come from a place of bad wishes for this place but from a place of constructive criticism. I review coffee places almost every week and this one just needs work. Especially on the cold brew if you are charging $6 a cup. I did like that there were quite a lot of options to choose from on the menu’s lineup including cocktails and others. I will most likely be back for ski season, I will give this place another chance due to it’s convenient location in vail, and if I notice the things are different, you have my word I will change this to a five star review.

Nestled near the ski slopes, Sonnenalp Vail offers a luxurious stay with its Bavarian-inspired decor and top-notch amenities. The resort boasts 4 restaurants, an 18-hole golf course, and a rejuvenating spa with two pools. Guests can enjoy spacious rooms with modern comforts and stunning views of Vail Village or Gore Creek. For skiing enthusiasts, there's convenient ski storage available. Additionally, the resort provides bicycle rentals for exploring the area in warmer weather.
Located in the heart of Vail, the location doesn't get better than this. My room was immaculately cozy with a fireplace and heated floors in the bathroom. The service is also top notch -- from the moment you pull in there are people to help at every turn. I really appreciated the large glass water bottles and coffee in the room, and even received fresh cookies at turn down. Can't wait to come back and spend some time in the beautiful spa next time!

Sonnenalp was absolutely amazing, from the check-in to the check-out. We loved everything about this hotel. The cleanliness was top notch, the staff was so friendly, the restaurants were excellent. I literally can't say enough positive things about this hotel. We went with some friends, Mike and Shelly Oswalt, which have been going there for the past 40 years, and they raved about Sonnenalp, they did not embellish anything about it. Everything thing lived up to what we were expecting. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that is going to Vail. Thank you Sonnenalp for an amazing stay, we will be back soon.

Stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my husbands bday. Hotel was accommodating to requests, even got a charcuterie board and sign to surprise my husband upon arrival. Nice staff. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. We both got really sick, due to stuffy rooms/dusty rooms. Pool was cold. For the price tag, I’d expect a bit different but overall a nice weekend away.
Angelica Q — Google review
We really like this hotel, it’s well maintained and cute… like Disneyland in the 60s. Only drag is the pool area is small, so the ‘parking’ crowd claims the chairs all day most days we’ve been there. Just can’t ever find a chair. That aside, nice spot clean rooms.
Nicholas F — Google review
Absolutely loved my experience at the Sonnenalp Vail! Will definitely stay again at my next visit. This hotel is very clean, has amazing service, and the design has so much character! Beautiful hotel. The library loving room bar is a fun environment. The pool area looks exotic with tons of trees and it overlooks a creek. It’s a 2 minute walk to the center of vail village and the farmers market is right next to it. Highly recommend.
Danielle W — Google review
This place was almost really nice, but there were a few things that just prevented that. 1) our room was kind of stuffy; we could have used a fan, 2) there were only 2 flimsy pillows on the bed, so not enough support, and 3) there's a resort fee that wasn't disclosed until we checked out, which is weird given that it's not really a resort. Staff were friendly and helpful, though, vand the ambiance is very cute.
Beth U — Google review
Our stay was overall very nice. The front desk agent was extremely welcoming and helpful, which made our check-in experience pleasant. However, our experience in the breakfast area was disappointing. The lady working there was quite rude. My husband and I both ordered omelets — he specifically requested no cheese, and I asked to add bacon, ham, and all the veggies. Unfortunately, my omelet came without the bacon and ham. When we brought this up to the server, she responded quite rudely, saying, “You guys are not paying for breakfast, this is complimentary.” We explained that we were aware the breakfast was complimentary, but that doesn’t mean the order should be incorrect or handled disrespectfully. Aside from this incident, everything else about our stay was great, but the breakfast service definitely needs improvement.

Swiss Chalet Restaurant is an upscale dining spot located at the Sonnenalp Hotel, offering a cozy cabin-inspired atmosphere. The restaurant has maintained its traditional Swiss fondue and raclette concept since it opened in 1986. According to Johannes Faessler, the menu hasn't changed much over the years, as these classic dishes are perfect for bringing together multigenerational families for a delightful dinner experience.
So many good things to say.. where to start? Firstly, if you park here at the valet it's free. Second, OH MY GOD IT'S SO GOOD HERE! The service was perfect 👌 They had a specialty fondue we got that was spectacular!!! I mean from the first bite absolutely perfect. The veggies were perfect, the bread, everything, this place deserves a Michelin star. Went here for our anniversary and couldn't have picked a better dining experience.

It was such a unique experience! Felt like I was in Europe. A little taste of Germany, Swiss and Bavaria all under one roof! Our waitress Sigi and waiter Javier were amazing! She made excellent recommendations including the garlic herb cheese fondue, French onion soup, sausage sampler and my favorite the Dark chocolate with hazelnut fondue. Everything was a delight. My wife and I came out well fed and satisfied. Will be back soon!

We had such a wonderful dinner for the 6 of us last month, when we were in town for my sister’s wedding near Vail. It was a fun group and Sigi made the experience even more positive! She gave us recommendations on everything from the drinks to start our evening to how to order the right amounts of each dish appropriately to which items were can’t-miss on the menu! Thanks Sigi and the team for ensuring we had some wonderful wedding weekend memories in Vail!

My husband and I went to Vail, CO for a couple of nights and found this beautiful restaurant. Sigi was the one who took care of us. She did an amazing job. The atmosphere was beautiful as we sat outside and watched all the people walked by. She even provided a blanket for the brisk weather as the sun went down. The food was amazing. The French Onion soup was the best I had ever had (and I have had a lot of French Onion soup). I highly recommend this place. We did not stay at the hotel so I did not score that.

Up the Creek is a charming restaurant located by the serene Gore Creek in Vail. The warm and inviting dining room offers a farm-fresh American menu, featuring seasonal mountain-town favorites like pan-roasted trout, braised short rib, and bison tenderloin. The restaurant also boasts Vail's only creekside patio, where guests can savor their meals while enjoying the picturesque setting. For Thanksgiving, Up the Creek offers a special three-course dinner at an attractive price.
Made a 12:30 pm reservation so I could ski in the morning then walk over for lunch. I recommend this place. I’ve been coming here for at least 15 years and it’s always delicious. Started with the truffle fries which came out quick, which was nice. I was hungry from skiing. The arugula and pear salad good. The short ribs are good but I usually get the trout. Just order dessert. They are all good. I ate the dessert before I took a picture. During the summer this place is great as well. Sit outside along the creek for a nice lunch or dinner.

The service was fabulous, Francisco was super friendly and attentive at all times... the food was great... we loved the carpaccio... the only thing is that they bring out the main menu at 4pm... very late after lunch time. But they still managed to bring us 1 main dish.
Diana A — Google review
Considering the prices, Im very disappointed. First thing was that the host wasn't very friendly. Next, our food took about 45 minutes to come out and there was no apology or attempt to make it right. The worst part was that the food was so mediocre. To pay as much as we did, and wait as long as we did, for a sandwich that had basic deli meat and cheap bread was so upsetting. The fries were so basic, like fast food mcdonalds type of fries. Also, my 4-year old's kids meal was $25. Which wouldn't be a problem if the food and service reflected the prices properly, but it didn't. The only nice thing about the place was the atmosphere.
Kristy S — Google review
Good food but the menu doesn’t change much. For the price I might expect a little more inspiration on the menu. But the service was good and location was great with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
TravelR — Google review
Up the creek but definitely not without a paddle. The seared duck was paired amazingly with the sweet potato and fig sauce. The asparagus was tender and flavorful. While the broccolini was somewhat lacking the bone in pork chop and garlic mashed potatoes were superb. The real star of the show was the bacon jam that was paired with the chop. The drinks could be improved, only one beer on tap and a limited selection of wine by the glass. The manager was attentive but the servers could stand to have their attire reviewed. At $50+ per plate I dont want to see my servers boxers. Overall very happy with our experience. We will definitely be back to try more.

We loved this place because it was quiet and calm, compare to other restaurants in Saturday afternoon. The tartar was good, the gyro was good, we also shared the brownie which was awesome. I would rate my martini as 3/5, but I probably misheard what kind of vodka they use, I would ask for alternative.

Super cute spot by the creek. They have mocktails. Dessert was good. It’s not particularly inexpensive but… you’re in Vail.

We love going to Up the Creek! Been here several times and every time the service and food is outstanding. I love that it’s a laid back vibe with a classy menu. Right next to the creek it’s always peaceful. The staff is always friendly and the service is quick. Here’s our favorite dishes (honestly you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!): scallops and prawns, mac & cheese, pork chop, elk, non fried calamari and the whipped butter with the dinner bread is so good! Not only do we love eating here for everyday occasions, we also hosted our wedding welcome party at Up the Creek. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food and awesome service. Mike and team were so great to work with and they created a killer custom menu for our event 💯

Restaurant
Almresi Vail is a charming restaurant in Vail Village that offers a cozy and rustic dining experience with its mountain cottage-style decor. The restaurant is run by the Thoma family, German expats who have brought their love for Bavarian culture to the Rockies. The dining room exudes an Alpine cottage ambiance with dark wood paneling, cuckoo clocks, and a pastry counter filled with strudels.
Almresi was recommended by friends and we were absolutely delighted by everything! Food and service were exceptional, at a pretty reasonable price for Vail. Highly recommend the raclette, generous portions. And the decor and ambience were cute modern Tyrolia. We really felt like we had stepped into an Alpen lodge. Well done and will be back!
Susan G — Google review
Our dining experience was average, everything from the food to the atmosphere. The one redeeming quality was the service which was great - attentive and friendly, albeit the vibe just feels unauthentic and overdone. The atmosphere feels very touristy and definitely family friendly (which is great!), but we were looking for a more intimate date night spot and this is not the place. We had a later dinner reservation and it was way too bright inside, the food was on the blander side, and even items such as the salad came presented beautifully - but was really just iceberg lettuce and nothing to write home about in terms of flavors. We had 2 different entrees, the pretzel and a salad all leaving something to be desired. The drinks were good though! Would not come back and would recommend trying other spots in Vail Village.
Kelsie K — Google review
Unmissable taste of the Alps in Vail. I’m from Switzerland and this is the best and most authentic alpine restaurant I’ve tried in the US. The German draft beers are the best in Vail (if you’re into European beers) and the traditional Swiss/Austrian/German dishes are delicious. The first night we ordered the “Raclette Grill & Fondue” dish that lets you grill raclette cheese, sausages, beef, and much more. As a traditional raclette meal requires, cornichon pickles and small potatoes were correctly served alongside. We came back the next day and were just as gratified. The pretzel with cheese dip and the “Resi’s schnitzel” served with spätzle were equally authentic and tasty, though the “Alm Pasta Südtirol” was disappointingly bland. The service and ambiance were fantastic. The owner and our amazing server Hendrik were both German, the staff wear traditional Bavarian clothing, and the wooden interior feels like a cozy chalet. Make sure to finish your meal with digestif shots of the sweet schnapps.

This was our second time eating here. This time was our 10 year anniversary. The food was absolutely delicious and we felt like we were back in Switzerland. It is nestled at the end of a shopping area surrounded by trees and water. The staff put the experience over the top and I would give 10 stars if possible! We didnt know they closed at 9; we were enjoying ourselves and the food so much. Never once did they make us feel that we needed to leave or hurry through our dinner. We overstayed by 50 minutes and not once did they elude to the overage of time. It was the perfect dinner from food to setting to great staff! Thank you for an amazing anniversary!

Einfach wunderbar!! From the ambience, service and food, absolutely awesome. My wife and I dined here for the 1st time yesterday and were highly impressed. All the servers and other staff were either German or Austrian, so it was very nice to be able to order and communicate in my native tongue, surely a great way to add authenticity. We sat outside overlooking the creek which was very romantic. My wife had the salmon and I had the pork, both great and the sides reminded me of Omi's cooking from back home (Berlin). The dessert choices are nice and ours was truly delicious! Followed that with adult coffee and 2 shots of schnapps! The 'Chef/ manager/ owner'is also extremely pleasant! Highly recommend if you're in Vail and looking for a nice Austrian/ German restaurant, you won't be disappointed. All photos taken onsite by myself.

Restaurant was styled to vintage looking European restaurant. Food was ok, not great. I could pay same price for better food. Ordered $32 pork ribs with red cabbage, not impressed by it. Ordered $30 pork schnitzel, it was dry and we had better ones for much lesser price. Overall, this is Vail village, price is expected, but I would not be here again. I should have given Alpenrose a try instead of this. Service was as expected.

This popular breakfast restaurant is well-known in Vail Village and serves deliciously prepared eggs, bacon, sausage, croissants and other pastries. The ambiance is cozy and homey, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a morning meal with friends or family.
Honest Review : First - Love that this is a small business trying to make it work in the midst of giant Vail owned restaurants. Second - I had been a rush customer ordering only coffee and croissant and had found the croissants to be not that great. However, last week I went in and actually ordered breakfast - the Cheesy Bacon Omelette and Cafe Latte. It was more than expected - really good. So - wanted to share with you that this is a great alternative to the Little Diner - Omelette was great (get the Swiss cheese) as was the Cafe. Attached are some pics - hope you like it as much as I did !

A perfect place for a quick bite to fill you up after/before a ski day. We made a pit-stop before we got on the lift and had a nice hearty meal that was balanced, tasty, and filling! The restaurant has lots of charm and makes you feel cozy and homey when you enter with all its personal decorations and memorabilia surrounding you while you dine-in. They also have outdoor seating, so you can supplement a beautiful day with a beautiful sandwich!

I have been going here since I was a kid and had many fond memories. Now the place is a profound embarrassment. The petite dejuener, what is supposed to be a breakfast cheese plate, came as a pile of old shredded deli cheese and a stale roll! Maybe good for a rat, but utterly insulting to a paying customer. The place where I learned to love brie and blue cheese as a child is now serving food fit for a jail mess.

Okay, a bit disorganized or maybe they were just busy. Staff were pleasant enough, although rushed. 16oz coffee was $6.50 not too bad IMO but definitely expected more. Also they don’t have lids. The food being served looked tasty enough and they were packed so that’s usually a good sign.

Ordered a croissant but it was hard and dry. Even after they warmed it up for me. Like the kind you’d buy at a gas station. Do not recommend the croissant.

Pretty bad crepe. There was no dulce de leche. Just bananas and nuts. The ice cream had frost bite too.

Please note- this is Not! A French bakery! They have no fresh bakery goods and need to change advertising as. Deli not a bakery- I spent hours on foot trying to find it and was extremely frustrated! I’m sure their deli food is great but when I heard a friend share the same experience on her recent trip to Vail I knew it was time for my review.

Restaurant
Nestled in the heart of the Vail Valley, Yeti's Grind is a charming local coffee shop that offers an array of traditional coffee drinks, signature lattes, and simple snacks in a cozy rustic-chic setting. Run by a husband and wife team, Nate and Tara, this community staple aims to bring the Vail coffee-loving community together. The cafe serves up craft coffee, delectable teas, pastries, sandwiches, burritos as well as ice cream products.
Very conveniently located in the heart of Vail, delicious coffee drinks and fantastic patio out front with a view of the slopes and skating rink (by the looks of it) in the winter. We were here for a girls trip in late Fall and decided we needed a coffee during a stroll through Vail. We picked Yeti’s Grind out of convenience and were very happy with our choice. Alongside great coffee drinks they have cute merchandise also. We got to enjoy our drinks out in the fall sun looking at the slopes. Definitely recommend for your next coffee break in Vail.
Ralitsa C — Google review
Nice place to relax, comfy seats, good atmosphere, and good aesthetic. The coffee cups really make their brand “unique” with the Yeti on it. I approve of their iced coffees, it was better than I expected. The breakfast burrito was also quite good, definitely recommend ten out of ten. Service was great, kind, and friendly.

1. I tried Italian Stallion coffee and it is amazing. My cousin tried COCOMEL and it was good. 2. Parking available only at garage no street parking available. A cozy and stylish coffee shop with amazing brews, friendly staff, and a relaxing vibe. The aroma, décor, and taste make it a perfect city escape. Everything is top-notch — just a bit pricey, but then again, so is the city. Worth every sip for the quality and atmosphere! ☕✨

I really enjoyed this place on a recent trip to Vail! Saw the excellent reviews and knew I needed to make a stop. My veggie breakfast burrito and latte were SO good. Burritos are fresh (not just some reheated chewy filled tortilla) and they are also served with hot or mild salsa. I ordered a cocomel latte and I’ll be dreaming of it until I return on another trip to Vail. It’s a coconut caramel latte with a sprinkling of sea salt on the top - and the sea salt makes it, so don’t skip!
Allison F — Google review
Best coffee! Cant go wrong with the Cocomel iced or hot (they put salt on the foam which is delightful)! One of the best coffee shops I have been to!

Tavern On The Square, formerly known as Centre V, is a chic and contemporary New American restaurant and bar located within The Arrabelle at Vail Square. It offers a casual yet stylish dining experience with a year-round patio for guests to enjoy. The interior features rustic charm with oversized comfy booths, while the outdoor patio provides stunning views of Vail Mountain.
Awesome experience. The food was delicious, the place had lots of windows, so you could see the amazing show falling and a beautiful architecture while having a meal. Went the with wife and two daughters (3 and 13), we all love it. Service was fast and helpful. The food was not only really good, but it also looked fantastic.

Located in the heart of Lionshead, T^2 is welcoming and wants you walk in and get some grub! The only restaurant we went to more than once during our stay. They had a great list of food and drinks for some good food nearby. Ate some chicken and waffles for the protein, but really liked the bison burger more.
Andy L — Google review
Tavern on the Square is a 5-star gem! We visited twice in one day, first for breakfast and again for cocktails. The breakfast spread was incredible, with an amazing omelet station and an impressive pastry selection. Later, Neil crafted an incredible espresso martini that was the perfect pick-me-up. But what truly made our experience special was the exceptional service from Jay and Neil - they were warm, attentive, and made us feel like locals. If you're in Vail, do yourself a favor and stop by Tavern on the Square. Be sure to say hi to Jay and Neil, they'll make your day!

We dined here while staying at the Arrabelle Hotel during our recent Vail visit. This restaurant is attached to the hotel and its outdoor seating has beautiful views of the slopes. Service was lacking big time. Food came very late and it was very difficult to get our server's attention. Waters were seldom refilled. In one word- Service was disappointing ! Coming to the food : We got Chicken Wings which were very different but not in a good way. I would rate them 7/10. Assorted dumplings did not have any dumplings. It had bunch of shallow fried shrimps, gyoza and chicken sate kind of appetizer . Very misleading menu item. Ordered quesadilla for my kid and it was not good. My wife ordered a Mezcal drink which was watered down a lot. The only saving grace were the desserts which I must say were truly mind blowing. The Toasted Pineapple Gelato was one of the best I've ever had ! (a big reason I am upgrading my review to 3 stars from 2 stars) and the chocolate bomb was amazing too. Overall - We will NOT return to dine in here but we will be back for desserts for sure if we are in the area !
Sushil P — Google review
There was a long hair in my food and the server did not care. We had to ask for a manager when we were charged for the food and when she came over she said she was never informed about the problem. She then asked if everything else was good and to have a good night. She did not care at all or offer us anything. She said sorry but it didn’t seem genuine. We will definitely not be back. Very poor customer service.
Jenny R — Google review
Short rib poutine only had two small pieces of meat. Service was bad. They brought the soup without a spoon. It took them forever to bring the spoon. They brought the drink after all the dishes came out.
Shane B — Google review
The hours were wrong when we went. They stayed open a lot longer than what was posted online. The staff was friendly. We ate outside, which was nice. The indoor dining was not available, which was fine. The view is nice, the staff is nice. My son was not a fan of the burger. The grilled cheese was good. The Cobb salad was fine. Would not recommend the nachos. They do have a few gluten-free options, although a Cobb Salad was the best dinner choice for that. I noticed a lot of vegetarian options. They have a nice drink list, but none of us drank anything that night. They did refill water quickly, which was nice. Great staff.

We enjoyed a late lunch after attending the Vail Farmers Market. Choosing Tavern was a spur of the moment decision but one we didn't regret. We sat out on the patio and enjoyed a great view of the base of the mountain. The service was prompt, courteous, and very helpful in assisting us with our menu selections. The food was excellent including it's presentation. We would return in a heartbeat.

Nestled at the base of Vail Mountain, Crespelle is a charming creperie that beckons both skiers and food lovers alike. This cozy spot offers an array of sweet and savory crêpes, perfect for fueling up before hitting the slopes or enjoying a leisurely meal. The menu features delightful options like the Pillow Drop, which combines chocolate ganache with toasted marshmallows and graham crumble—a must-try for s'mores enthusiasts!
Food was amazing! The guys cooking it are very friendly and patient with all their patrons. Grab a mimosa for the morning or a beer in the afternoon. There is a crepe to go with either.
Antoniette V — Google review
My review is based solely on the crepes. There are a variety of food but we have tried two of the crepes and both were tasty. The strawberry one (shown in rhis picture) was light, fluffy and delicious. The downside however of this resturant is the seating. It is mainly a bar with probably three or four tables. So keep in mind you might not be able to set especially if you are a large family
Khaled M — Google review
Crespelle is a small place in the village in Vail serving beer and sweet and savory crepes, including egg-filled options for breakfast, plus coffees and cold pressed juices from Colorado. Though you can roll your own, and all the sweet crepes on their menu are vegetarian, the only vegetarian option they advertise is the “Rabbit Food” which gives you the sense they’re not necessarily into the vegetarian sensibility. I did roll my own and had a Yard Sale crepe (a.k.a. a build my own) with gruyere and a kale and spinach mix. It tasted great though it was a little light on the kale and spinach. There’s a nice selection of “Pressery” juices (made in Colorado). I had the Green Zinger juice which also was great. They serve nice looking drinks at the bar (though I was there mid-day which is not prime-drinking time for me). There’s not so much space to sit inside (and they had the chairs upside down on top of the inside tables so it looked like they didn’t want you sitting in there.) but there’s a nice patio outside which was lovely to sit in in the middle of July. (I’m not sure how my wimpy California sensibility would feel about sitting outside in the heart of winter’s ski season. Crespelle is good for a quick and tasty bite, and probably for your day-drinking needs as well. The crepes were legit.
Rick L — Google review
Great crepes and juices. Both savory and sweet crepes! Very friendly staff as well. I think the only thing missing from their sweet crepe line up is the classic lemon juice and sugar. Please enjoy this place while in vail.

Crespelle Crepes is inside 7 Hermits brewing. They still have the crepes and they were delicious! I wanted to post this review because there was a post about it being closed and the Crespelle sign is on the glass door. The large outer sign says 7 hermits.
Kimberly F — Google review
My husband and I were vacationing in Red Cliff, but stopped in Vail to shop and grab a bite. I saw Crespelle had gluten free crepes, so we stopped in. My husband had a very tasty beer, and we each ordered a crepe. They were delicious!!! The bartender was very nice and attentive, and we loved the environment so much, we went back two more times! Definitely hit this up when you’re in Vail!
Tess S — Google review
We loved the crepes we ate here. My dad was glad to get a beer at 7 Hermits which is also here. We tried a couple different breakfast crepes (served all day), a dessert crepe (because why not), and nachos. The nachos were huge! Everything was amazingly delicious! Grateful for prices that weren’t too expensive in comparison to many restaurants in Vail Village.
Megan D — Google review
I have never written a bad restaurant review before but my Dad and I came here and ordered crepes two of which included chicken. When we got them and took a bite we discovered the chicken had been replaced with beef. We told the waiter and he just shrugged and said they probably ran out of chicken and because of that just decided to throw in beef instead. Overall very mediocre food and below average service - would not recommend going!

My mother and I came here for dinner last night. The wings were great. The butternut squash soup was disappointing. It had no flavor and came out lukewarm. The lamb chops were very good, and she enjoyed her salad. The salmon she ordered to be added to it came out on a separate plate whole, but it was well-prepared.

Service needed improvement, as the server was unavailable most of the time. Had to go place an order and pay the bill at the cashier. Curry was delicious. Beet salad was ok, as any average salad you could have. 5 grilled prawns was not tasty. Atmosphere is nice, especially the outside seating area

Went for dinner — The food was amazing, the ingredients fresh and well-handled. They gave us a heads up that dinner food menu is appetizer only, but there are actually many good options of generous portion (5 plates were more than enough to feed us 2 hungry diners after a day on the slope). Would recommend!

Had the huevos rancheros (picture below). It tasted great and had beautiful presentation, but the portion was small compared to the price paid. The dining room was elegant with a great patio view. We have made several trips to Vail Village and have come to this restaurant each time. The food is decent. Just be prepared for a side of surliness (or more likely, nearly complete indifference to your presence). If this place were in Houston, Chicago, LA, or any other city where it would face significant competition, my bet is that it would go out of business.

Beautiful property in a prime location. Sean and the front drive team were amazing, and very helpful with suggestions on the area and complimentary rides. Kim at the grab-n-go cafe made the best Lattes for us, they tasted like they were made with love. Everything was perfect except the in-room air conditioning didn’t work and the room never got below 72°F which was uncomfortable. It was in the middle of the night when we noticed it didn’t work, so we didn’t say anything. I’m sure they would have moved us to a different room, had we noticed earlier.
Johan H — Google review
We recently dined at Hythe, and while the food was decent, there were a few things that could be improved. Our soup wasn’t served hot, and while the steak was cooked okay, it didn’t quite stand out. That being said, the restaurant and hotel itself are absolutely beautiful — it was our first time visiting, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The hotel is truly amazing and worth experiencing. Our server, Kevin, was polite but seemed to lack energy. Drinks took longer than expected to arrive, and he didn’t check in for refills. For a place of this caliber, we were hoping for a higher level of attentiveness. Hopefully, management will keep an eye on this so the service matches the standard of the setting.
Tarcy M — Google review
We used to love this hotel. We got married and used the room block here, and have come back every year since for our anniversary. This year we came once again for our anniversary, and we sadly will not be coming back for future trips. The staff here used to be very personable and did all they could to make you feel special. This year, made a few promises over the phone and did not follow through when we showed up. Once you're checked in, they're not interested in you and are on to the next. Seems they care more about making money now than their customers, which is what used to set them apart. We're bummed because it's a beautiful hotel and we've made such great memories here.
Makenzie — Google review
To say we love this place, is an understatement. Everything about this hotel is luxury, beautiful, and amazing. Our room had the breathtaking mountain view that we cannot get enough of. The staff was amazing too! Super helpful, very friendly, and all about customer service. We checked out about 9am, left our luggages and car valet with the hotel while we went into Vail Village for 4-5 hrs. We then called car shuttle to pick us up and it showed up in 3 mins. There was also an amazing, huge farmers market in the middle of Vail, it was the perfect weekend. My only wish was to stay one more day.
Evan W — Google review
Came in the off season and enjoyed every minute. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the staff was so kind, and the location was near enough to so many places to eat and shop. Complimentary s’mores on our private ground floor fire pit was a nightly hit with my three kids.
Marita D — Google review
Great hotel, but crowded with poor service. They were staffed for the off season but the hotel was slamming with multiple conferences, fall leaf peeping crowd, etc. I’m a Marriott Platinum and my room wasn’t ready till 6pm. Then, they have the audacity to charge $65 per day for parking and the wait to get our car on departure was OVER ONE HOUR. The line to speak to the valet was 25+ people deep, extending through the lobby. And they won’t let you retrieve your own vehicle. The staff was working their butts off, but management has this hotel extremely understaffed yet priced like a Ritz, which it’s not. Buyer beware.
Casey S — Google review
Was so excited to stay here for our Vail trip! It was clean, modern, comfortable, and the staff was friendly even though it seemed to be a very busy weekend — the valet area stayed pretty consistently crazy while we were there, so be prepared for that. The lobby bar made a fantastic aperol spritz and we did in-room dining for breakfast and it was lovely. Will definitely be back! (Also, I left something behind in our room and they were great about getting that back to me!)

Stayed here many years ago. It used to be the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort before went under major renovation. Love the easy access to Eagle Bahn Gondola. Overall great experience. We had an amazing anniversary weekend at the Four Seasons Vail. Veronica at the front desk was wonderful. She let us know that they upgraded our room to a suite, and made sure to have memory foam pillows in our room. They provided us with complimentary champagne and strawberries for our celebration. Everything from the room, service, and valet was amazing. We enjoyed their spa and other amenities. We can’t wait to stay at the Four Seasons resort in Vail again. We highly recommend this beautiful property if you’re staying in Vail.

Came here just for the hot chocolate. The staff were very friendly and service was relatively quick. The hot chocolate is very rich and thick. We split it between two people and were feeling very full (and almost sick) after finishing it. But definitely worth it. Pricey for sure but a cool experience, great view, and really tasty.

Our stay at the Four Seasons Vail was nothing short of incredible, thanks to Omer, the manager. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He surprised us with a beautiful room upgrade, took care of our supercar like it was his own, and ensured that every detail of our stay felt effortless. This is exactly why we always choose the Four Seasons when we travel—the service is consistently outstanding. Omer’s hospitality made this visit truly memorable, and we’ll definitely be returning to the Vail property.

This is just a review of the hot chocolate, which is worthy of a review itself. It’s excellent, among the world‘s best and the presentation is great as well. Large enough to split with another person (you definitely don’t want to have one yourself) which makes $20+ price tag more justified. It’s Rich and The chocolate bits that melt into it add another layer of texture and flavor. Highly recommend. Pro tip you can go to the restaurant and enjoy the hot chocolate even if you’re not staying at the hotel

The Sebastian - Vail is a luxurious hotel offering elegant accommodations, some of which feature kitchens. The Gambit Bar, located within the hotel, exudes sophistication and pays tribute to classic flavors with a modern twist. The hotel boasts stunning mountain views and provides exceptional service and amenities. With over 8,500 square feet of event space, including ballrooms and an outdoor terrace, it's an ideal venue for various gatherings.
I don't understand the low reviews! The hotel is beautiful and well maintained! The location can't be beat, walking distance to so much and close to the bus stop. We usually stay at the Four Seasons just across the street, but for the price, I would choose the Sebastian again. The pool area here is actually preferable, as the heated pool is actually warm! Great hot tubs and gym, too. Our room was very nice, and the beds are SO comfortable. We even received a complimentary charcuterie board upon arrival. Staff was nice and accommodating. Room service was great, too! The only suggestion I have is to have an operable coffee maker at your complimentary coffee station along with a couple milk selections. A coffee station is surprisingly important to me and the coffee maker was down our second morning, so that was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a great stay.
C C — Google review
Check-in and Arrival Our arrival was delayed when a team member recovering from surgery was unable to assist with luggage, we unloaded and took the luggage on a cart. Room Comfort The first room we were assigned had neither air conditioning nor hot water. Although the hotel offered us a different room, the replacement still lacked A/C, although airflow was better and we had a hot water. It’s an inconvenience to repack and move floors and unpack again. Amenities The hot tub was initially inoperable; after a few hours the maintenance team had it resolved, —but the delay was frustrating as it changed our plans for the morning. The restaurant was closed so we were not able to try it. Rates and Value When we asked about extending our stay, the quoted rate was nearly double what we originally paid. The significant jump didn’t align with our experience of multiple maintenance issues, some sort of concession would’ve been appreciated. Service and Location Staff interaction was warm, attentive, and apologetic. Their genuine friendliness and willingness to help were the highlight of our visit. The hotel’s location in Vail Village is unbeatable—right in the heart of the action, with shops and restaurants just steps away. Overall While The Sebastian’s team and its central setting make it an appealing choice, the persistent maintenance problems—and the steep extension rate—mean we’re unlikely to return.

A Truly Exceptional Experience (Before I Even Stayed) I never actually stayed here—yes, you read that right! A gas leak emergency meant there was no heat, no hot water, no restaurant—nothing. But what truly stood out to me was the way the hotel handled the situation. The manager, Robert, personally called me to explain what was happening. He was respectful, patient, and genuinely caring in his approach. It’s rare to encounter such excellent customer service, especially when things go wrong. Robert didn't just inform me about the situation; he made sure I felt valued, reassured, and taken care of. He even helped me find a great alternative place to stay for the two nights. While I didn’t get to experience the hotel’s full amenities, the kindness and professionalism I encountered left a lasting impression. If this is how they handle an unexpected situation, I can only imagine how top-notch the service must be when everything is running smoothly. I’ll definitely be back to stay—this experience was more than enough to earn my trust.
Jay W — Google review
The Sebastian Hotel did not disappoint. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient throughout our stay. The public areas and pool deck are beautifully maintained, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, with excellent beds, high-quality linen, and great sleep comfort. A nice touch is the in-room fridge, stocked with a complimentary soft drink that’s replenished daily. Tea and coffee-making facilities are provided, along with a lovely selection of Molton Brown amenities in the bathroom. The hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and key attractions. Although the room was comfortable, it was a bit dark due to the small windows and lacked a view. There are signs of minor wear and tear, but overall, the hotel remains clean, spacious, and very well maintained. We were part of a wedding party, so we didn’t get a chance to try the hotel’s food offerings. We’ll definitely return to Vail, and The Sebastian will be our first choice for accommodation again.

The front desk staff at this hotel were genuinely helpful and kind — they really tried their best to make our stay comfortable. Unfortunately, the overall experience was brought down by poor management. There were several issues during our stay that could have been handled much better, but it felt like no one in charge was available or willing to take responsibility. The front desk team deserves credit for staying professional and doing what they could, but it was clear they were working under disorganized leadership. With better management and communication, this hotel could offer a much better experience

Hotel concierge was so helpful! I was stressed when my baby’s and my luggage didn’t arrive and he did everything he could to make my stay enjoyable. He also gave us a great tip to schedule a taxi for our flight home - rather than uber. The uber never showed (no drivers available) but we had a taxi ready and waiting!

I had such a great stay! Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. A special shoutout to Mayara at the front desk! She went above and beyond to help with everything I needed.

Marriott's StreamSide Douglas at Vail offers bright units with balconies and kitchens, creating a casual apartment hotel atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the pool, sauna, and gym facilities. The convenient shuttle service makes it easy to travel around the area. The staff is accommodating and friendly, offering early check-in when possible. The outdoor hot tub provides a relaxing experience with its hot temperature and strong jets.
The hotel is divine. The rooms were clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and pleasant to the eyes. The staff is helpful and each and everyone of them went above and beyond. In fact, they were extremely helpful from before I arrived until I left. The highlight of my stay were the amenities on site: free shuttle bus to the village, fireplace with enough wood for a month, playground and activities for the children, and a spa with sauna, steam room, pools and whirlpool spa. The location is close to everything and I can't wait to return and enjoy Vail again.

Excellent Vacation Club. Beautiful room with perfect beds and nice furniture. We only stayed one night but I wish we would have stayed much longer. A bit noisy due to the location close to Interstate 70 🛣 highway
Helmut K — Google review
Recent room renovation was not quite complete. The smaller bathroom was missing towel racks and needed a shower door installed. This had no major effect on our stay or our enjoyment of the property. However, the pool and hot tub were out of commission due to 'needed urgent repairs.' We were told 'it should be opened by tomorrow ' every day. It never opened during our stay. This was disappointing. Overall, we were very pleased with the location, parking, and unit amenities and would stay here again. 😀

Full week and no bed change or clean towels unless of course you pay more. I use marriott for work travel monthly and never had an an issue getting a bed change and clean towels... not impressed.

This was a perfect spot for a one day layover for our family of 10. The price was just right. The amenities were awesome, the kids loved it. Especially the outdoor and indoor pool. The game room was great as well. Only a 2 minute drive across the road to suoer market, McDonald's and Starbucks. You can take a free shuttle into vail village and back. I would definitely stay at this location again. Rooms and hotels very clean and comfortable.
Nick H — Google review
Check-in was quick. I requested a top floor room a few weeks before arrival. I was surprised when they gave me a middle floor room without acknowledging the request couldn’t be filled. The resort itself was nice, but nothing over the top. Nice gym, pool, etc. I really liked that there was a walking path near the hotel that followed a stream. They had a shuttle service to take you to the village. The room was nice. There were a few issues that shouldn’t have been there, but they fixed one of them quickly. The dishwasher was not connected and slid right out from under the counter. The bathroom fan was noisy. There was an outlet missing half the plate. None of those were deal breakers. There is no AC so at night sleeping with the window’s open is a must to keep the room cool. Overall, not a bad place to stay in Vail. I will definitely try them again.

Everything was great... the view.. the property... the staff all great.. only reason I rated the room a 4 is because it had a slight smell to it that wasn't pleasant however the room was very clean..

First Chair is a delightful dining spot nestled at the top of Bridge Street in Vail Village, perfect for those looking to fuel up before hitting the slopes. Launched during the pandemic, this fast-casual eatery has quickly gained popularity with its mouthwatering breakfast burritos and inventive menu options that cater to both morning and evening cravings. From classic breakfast burritos to unique creations like chicken and waffle burritos drizzled with syrup and hot sauce, there's something for everyone.
Great place , awesome fun menu and great staff. Stopped in pretty early , had a breakfast burrito and ended up staying till well after lunch. Staff was great ,food was good and prices were fair. Will definitely go again next time I'm around.
Mike D — Google review
This day it was an average burrito but I’m sure it could be better any other day. It’s a “smashburger” as advertised with tater tots but it didn’t really seem at all like a smash burger more like ground beef with chopped up potatoes. It did not have enough sauce for my liking. The cheese could have been melted more. I had to reheat it later, which helped.
Maxim P — Google review
Stop in for a quick bite while in Vail. Nice find. Quiet spot with some good burritos. Going to make this a stop when we are in Vail.
Jeff S — Google review
I would recommend the smash burger burrito ot was very good. The Nashville hot and chicken fingers were less than ideal, wouldn’t recommend . The bartender was nice and friendly.
Sarah — Google review
This was the worst breakfast burrito I’ve ever eaten. The potato wasn’t cooked enough so every bite was like chomping right into a raw potato. The cheese wasn’t melted either. The staff was very kind though!
Alexander F — Google review
Amazing! They have a top notch happy hour from 6:30 - 8:00. The nachos are a must as well as the super big burritos. Fair prices for Vail. Highly recommend coming here for the drinks, bar tenders, and food!

Entered this establishment expecting to have such a good time and was met with racist remarks by the person behind the bar (didn’t catch his name but he looks like shaggy from Scooby doo). He started his tirade by pointing out we were clearly not from around here. Then proceeded to say we had “really thick accents,” and so he inquired further by asking “are you all Mexicans?” He then finished it all off by saying “I’m not Mexican.” He ruined our happy experience visiting vail. Such a shame. Made everything so uncomfortable that even his buddy behind the bar started turning his head in disapproval.

Nestled in the heart of Vail's Lionshead Village, Revel Lounge at The Hythe is a stylish retreat that emerged from a $40-million renovation of the former Vail Marriott Mountain Resort. This chic venue, part of Marriott's Luxury Collection, offers an inviting atmosphere with mid-century modern touches—perfect for enjoying lunch or unwinding after a day on the slopes.
The restaurant is cute! Nick and Dylan behind the bar were great. Couple of items came out from the kitchen missing things but the bartenders handled it well. I’ll be back for the wine list, drinks and service. Food was okay.

An Unforgettable Culinary Experience at Revel – The Hythe Hotel, Vail During our recent visit to Vail, we had the pleasure of dining at Revel, nestled within the elegant Hythe Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The highlight of our evening was the Colorado Fitch Ranch Filet Mignon, a masterpiece crafted by Chef Ed and his talented culinary team. This 6oz prime filet was served Oscar style, adorned with delicate crab, velvety tartiflette, charred corn purée, and crisp asparagus. The presentation was stunning—each element thoughtfully placed, creating a visual and gastronomic delight. The filet was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, complemented beautifully by the creamy textures and fresh, seasonal accompaniments. A glass of red wine completed the pairing, elevating the dish to a truly luxurious experience. Equally impressive was the service. Our bartender Jason mixed cocktails with precision and flair, setting the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable evening. Kevin, our waiter, provided attentive and knowledgeable service, ensuring every detail was taken care of with warmth and professionalism. Revel is more than just a restaurant—it’s a celebration of Colorado’s finest ingredients, hospitality, and culinary artistry. Whether you're a local or visiting Vail, this is a dining experience not to be missed.

Revel was a perfect spot for us to cozy up for dinner after a day on the slopes! We were staying at the Hythe which made it even easier, it’s a great choice for dinner in Lionshead. Atmosphere echoes a “hotel restaurant” vibe, but food and service (thank you, Mark!!) are 5-stars. Prices align with most vail restaurants too!
Bridget F — Google review
Had a wonderful meal at Revel tonight :) Started off with a few cocktails all of which were perfectly balanced. The Gothic Line was particularly good. Had the lamb , elk and beef. All very delicious and large portions. Service was on point. I was weary after some of the recent negative reviews but this place was excellent and we will be back ! The atmosphere is fantastic, very modern and clean. This would be the perfect place to come for a laid back apres of you’re not into the loud dive bar scene. Was surprisingly chill this evening. This place deserves to be fully booked .

Great dining experience! The restaurant offers delicious food, particularly impressed with the fresh fish and meat. The service is top-notch - staff are friendly and attentive. The ambiance is charming, especially with the beautiful view from the windows. Definitely recommend this restaurant for a cozy evening and enjoying a great lunch or dinner.

I came looking for a steak, and found an amazing filet mignon. Everything was delicious. The bartenders were friendly and engaging. The beverages were spot on. Lovely place
Nancy D — Google review
The food was absolutely horrible—disgusting and completely not worth the price. The service was even worse; our server left in the middle of service to go sing a song, which is just insane. I have never experienced something so unprofessional in a restaurant, especially one recommended by the hotel concierge. It’s shocking that a high-profile hotel would recommend a place that operates at such a low level. The management clearly has no control or standards. Such a beautiful location, yet ruined by awful workers and terrible food. This was a complete waste of money. I strongly recommend not coming here.

Starbucks is a renowned coffeehouse chain originating from Seattle, offering its distinctive roasts, light snacks, and WiFi access. Customers can conveniently use the app for ordering and pickup. The ambiance of some locations is praised for comfortable seating and breathtaking views. Despite varying opinions on coffee quality, many appreciate the consistent taste. Some stores offer unique features like mountain vistas, spacious lobbies with live music, gift shops, and friendly staff known for their excellent service and skill in crafting beverages.
This Starbucks sits inside the hospital lobby. Don't worry; the map app is guiding you to the right place! The hospital concierge staff is very friendly and will gladly point you in the right direction. Audrey and the rest of the Starbucks staff are always warm and happy to recommend a good drink!

This is a really nice Starbucks with a lot of comfortable seating and some tables. The views are fantastic; one of the best I've seen from any coffee shop. Despite what some people say about the quality of their coffee, I find that it's never under- it's or over-extracted, unlike many local shops that I go to. Since I drink it black, that's very important to me. The only downside of this location is having to walk through the hospital to get there. It's close to the entrance off the frontage road, but requires a little more walking from the village level, 3 stories down.
David — Google review
This Starbucks is a treat for the senses in every season! Come for their delicious offerings and impeccable service. Stay for awe-inspiring mountain views and the spacious, relaxing lobby. Enjoy the scenery from a wonderful sundeck. You may even hear a professional pianist playing on the baby grand piano. While visiting, you'll also find a unique gift shop and a pharmacy with an excellent staff. Conveniently located between Vail Village and Lionshead on the 3rd floor main lobby of Vail Health Hospital, this is a favorite stop for staff, locals and visitors. Jump on the free bus and enter through the front or back of the hospital. It's also walking distance from both Lionshead and Vail Village parking structures. Worth the trip!

I bought two drinks three minutes apart from each other because they made the first one wrong. I ordered the second one the correct way to the person taking the order still made it wrong. Drove 2 miles away to get it made at a Starbucks at city market because they know how to do it right. So basically $18 for one drink because the people here at this location don’t know how to make A drink to order.

10/12/2025. The two girls working this morning, I don't know what ethnicity they are, but they discriminate against tourists. I've been staying at a hotel nearby for 4 days and I walk there almost every morning to buy coffee. Do you know how a good cup of coffee in the morning with a friendly, cheerful staff can affect a person's whole day's work? Especially when I bought it and paid for it myself, I didn't ask for it. Don't look down on other people.

Ricardo C — Google review
After spending my afternoon today getting X-rays on my knee, I made it over to this Starbucks at 4:40pm, 20 minutes before their posted closing time. I saw two brunette employees sitting in chairs at the pick up counter on their laptop/phones. I asked if I could order something and one of the girls barked at me that they were closed. I sat down at the seating area in front of the cashier counter and waited for my ride that was 30 mins out. At 5:00pm the girls went around to behind the counter and the one that barked at me (pink jacket) turned on the espresso machine and made herself a huge coffee to-go while also adding things to a big Starbucks to-go bag. They then proceeded to gossip with a Vail Health employee at the pastry counter about how a co-worker of theirs is worthless and walked past me sipping her coffee at 5:10pm. I’m appalled at these employees’ professionalism especially in a medical building and hope their management looks into this.

McDonald's is a well-established fast-food chain famous for its burgers and fries. In Vail, there's a McDonald's in the town center, offering classic menu items and a child-friendly atmosphere. The Little Diner is also recommended for those seeking a more upscale dining experience. Meanwhile, the West Vail location blends into its surroundings but offers the familiar McDonald's fare with healthy options like chicken nuggets and drive-thru coffee.
I hard ordering from a kiosk but here we are now. The young gentleman at the front counter handled a disgruntled customer in an extremely professional manner. We didn't get his name but we complimented his handling of the situation.

Had some issues with milk availability. And eating not allowed inside, only to go. In general a bit strange place, just 2 employees for the whole building. Maybe they should hire more personnel and enable eating inside. Building looks like a castle, unique design.

We pulled up to the menu board right at closing time, the auto greeter said hello to us, sat there for a second and the menu board shut off in our face, we were there before 11. Staff acted like they didn't know english to even talk to us but we had a spanish speaking passenger to communicate and they still refused.

I hate everything about this place. And it looks new but the design is absolutely terrible. Could never get an actual person to help me but couldn't pay at the kiosk. 15 minutes later I was able to get my single cup of coffee. I've got pretty low standards for mcds, but this was awful.

QDOBA Mexican Eats offers a modern dining experience with a customizable menu of Mexican cuisine, available for dine-in, takeout, and catering. The restaurant is known for its prompt and friendly service, as well as its clean and welcoming atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy a warm welcome from the staff and fresh food served with efficiency. Additionally, the establishment has ties to an interesting backstory involving its founder's connection to another popular chain.
I’m from out of town and I really enjoyed the warm welcome as soon as I entered the door! I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile from everyone, everything was fresh and the service was fast. The employees also had some cake that I noticed so I inquired on where they got it from, the manager told me where to get some from but he was nice enough to offer me a piece. They ended up giving me the rest of the cake, everyone at this location was so nice and I really appreciated their hospitality! Definitely recommend this location!

Went here and got a basic burrito and coke. Literally $18. I thought the lady was joking but she wasn't. Paid. Ok. Then she started making fun of me in Spanish (I speak Spanish) from behind the counter. Very poor experience. You should be ashamed.
Eric P — Google review
I seriously don’t think i have ever been able to enjoy my meal here. Been here maybe 10 times and every time I ask myself why I did that again (oh yeah- no other options) I love QDOBA because they are committed to not using artificial dyes. That’s why i eat at QDOBA so much. This location is terrible and not up to brand standards. Everything they make is so sloppy you cannot even eat it. Not to mention how gross and unsanitary the line is. Burritos too full and poorly wrapped. Gallons of cheese and salsa in bowls making them wet and unappealing. The amount of cleanup required while trying to eat the products from this restaurant make it easier to just cook yourself
Love2eat — Google review
Today was such a poor experience. I was the only customer in the restaurant and no one would speak to me. All the staff was too busy talking to each other to listen to my order. So as it was being made I had to keep correcting them. They were out of rice, I asked if there would be more and was willing to wait but they didn’t respond. They were out of bowls so they used small paper bowls and tin foil (that got soggy on transport). Between the staff not listening/ talking over me to the lack of food items I was disappointed.

I had an amazing experience at this Qdoba in Vail, Colorado. The service was extremely good—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and efficient. The food was excellent, with fresh flavors that truly stood out. The restaurant itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Definitely one of the best Qdoba experiences I’ve had!

Well, lovely Neighbourhood but the place felt ran down and if you own a Tesla, you’re going there for the charger you better just plug on a normal 110 V plug. It’s about the same luckily there’s a charger nearby. Also I was leaving. I asked if I could have some water for the roadand they would give me one for free but they had to charge me for three more a dollar each felt cheap room is OK no AC unit though.

I had a very bad experience with Starbucks inside the Safeway supermarket in Vail. I'm talking about the booth inside the grocery store, it's a busy time of year to have just one employee with less customer service training. They gave me hot chocolate with cheese Danish and a cheese and ham croissant 🥐, I was waiting to be served for 17” and when the girl served me the food was not very good, the first time someone gave me a pastry from the display , that was not fresh at all and the hot chocolate was watered down milk. My wife got sick to her stomach with the hot sandwich 🥪 gave her. I've never had any problems with Starbucks, but this time it was bad. I'm sorry, but I can't give you a good review this time.
