Yummy pizza for sure! They piled it high with my favorite toppings. I tried the thick crust and it was very good… light and crispy on the bottom, and perfectly cooked all the way through — not doughy at all. One star off for the wait… it looked like they were filling three DoorDash orders for every person standing there in line, so it took a while to get through. But again, the food was yummy!

Always good pizza, prepared fresh. The crust and sauces are top notch. Nice array of toppings to choose from. I do wish they had regular sausage. Ample seating. One of my family's favorites.

The best thin crust pizza I have ever eaten! The garlic pesto sauce is superb! Always get it, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

First time here and I love it. Thin crust. The marinara sauce doesn’t taste like a food chain but fresh and natural. Ingredients were really good and cheese it’s more crafted than industrial. Definitely will come back.

This place was perfect for a quick lunch for myself and coworkers, about 12 of us got through the line quickly. Pizza was delicious especially with the pickles! 🥒

Staff was courteous. My pizza was just the way I like it. I even tried the Hot honey sauce which added a new level to goodness. I topped off the meal with a chocolate chip brownie. It was a nice ending to a delicious meal.

We’ve been eating Skyline since the 1970s. Our family loves it. Today, it was inedible. The coneys were soggy and falling apart. The chili had the consistency of water and almost no flavor at all. The adults couldn’t finish their meals. The kids took one taste and stopped. We brought this up to our server. Her response? “I’m so sorry. Here’s your bill.” We walked to the register and complained. She kept giggling. When we insisted that we were not joking she said “Oh! So sorry about that. That will be $47” I was shocked we had to pay for food we couldn’t eat. But the employee said “Sorry, I can’t take anything off of your bill.” This place used to be great. Now it’s the worst in the city. Avoid at all costs.

Got to finally try their breakfast, and it did not disappoint! If you like Skyline, you will love the breakfast.

UPDATE: Management reached out to address my concerns and get feedback. It’s clear they care about their customers. Kudos to them! Ordered a few chilitos. This is what I got. When I said something about it, both the manager and the waitress argued with me that it was made correctly. No accountability. They said, “sorry we couldn’t make it how YOU like”. They acted like they did me a favor when they took it off the bill.

Waitress was friendly. She explained how ordering worked and was helpful. Food ce quickly and had great presentation. Food was good but when all the cold items are on top of the chili, it makes it cold. We liked our food but the burrito needs some ground beef to give it a better base. I was still hungry. The nachos and chili dogs were liked by my family.

The burrito was surprisingly good, so was the cheesecake! Pleasantly surprised that we had a wonderful experience and the refills kept coming fast!

My first time at a Skyline Chili and I cannot believe I have missed out on this for so long in my life!! These hot dogs were delicious and so flavorful! I only ordered 1 but you cannot tell because of the MOUND of cheese on top! Hands down an incredible bite and great value!

I did not have a chance to try last time when I visited Cincinnati. I tried this time. The open kitchen give me a feel like Waffle House but not that greasy... It's a waiter served fast food Restaurant. Service was good and prompt. Chili with extra cheese is the main character for most of the dishes.. Delicious and impressive.

I really enjoyed the food at Chick-fil-A. The burgers were delicious, the bun was fresh and super soft, and the chicken was real, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The fries were amazing, but the best part was the house sauce. It’s a unique blend of mustard and other sauces, not sweet but not like a regular sauce either... it’s so tasty! I highly recommend it. The only downside was the nuggets, which were quite small pieces of chicken. I expected a larger size for that dish, but they were still really tasty. My daughter loved them! I’ll definitely be coming back.

My initial experience at the Chick-fil-A on Merton Road in Mason, Ohio was fantastic! Even with a decent number of people inside, the staff were genuinely kind and helpful to both my sister and me. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and the Pineapple Dragonfruit drink was a delightful surprise. It offered a similar refreshing taste to some Starbucks drinks I enjoy, but at a significantly better price point.

Lovely place! Despite our huge family and complicated orders, they got everything right with incredible speed of service. Very kind and attentive, with a warm atmosphere. So fun! Highly recommend. :)

Not much to say here, Chck-fil-a is known for their quality and promptness of service, and this one is no different. The place was clean, the staff friendly, and the food hot and fast. No complaints. Would stop here again if in the area. Would recommend those from the area to stop in.

Great location! Food Elsa’s served quickly and was very fresh. The staff even came to our tables to ask if we needed refills which was something that’s never happened to me at a Chick-Fil-A.

I purchased a Cobb salad today at the Mason, OH site. The salad was much below standard. The chicken was nearly non-existent with the exception of a small piece of chicken. The rest of the "chicken" appeared to be crumb-like pieces that are leftover at the bottom of the pan it is cooked in. So, good luck with expecting quality here.

I usually don't do a drive thru at Chick-fil-A but let me tell you this one was an incredible work of art. They had a walk out drive thru where they hand you your order. How they kept the cars moving was a site to see. We barely stopped when moving through the drive thru. You know what else. The food as always was wonderful!! Keep it up Chick-fil-A.

Stopped by Skyline and went all in—4 cheese coneys and a side of fries. No regrets. The coneys were exactly what I needed: soft buns, snappy hot dogs, that signature chili, mustard, onions, and a ridiculous amount of shredded cheese. Messy? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely. Each bite was a perfect mix of savory, cheesy goodness. The fries were solid too—crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Definitely recommend. Service was fast and friendly, and the whole vibe was chill, just like you'd hope for when you're about to crush a comfort food feast. If you're craving something different, cheesy, and a little nostalgic, Skyline hits the spot.

this place is good! close to kings island and service was super speedy. the food was amazing. only bad thing is google says they close at 11 and they actually close at 10:45 M-F.

We came in late after a very long day at King's Island. My daughter had never had Skyline before. The server at the bar was so nice to her. She offered her a sample of the chili, gave her some recommendations and talked to her about her day. It made my daughter feel very big, recognized and she loved the experience. I wish I could remember the servers name because she deserves to be recognized for doing such a great job. The rest of the staff was great too and the food was excellent. Thanks to a really good end to a really good day.

The coney dogs were exceptionally small, literally like a ≤1.5oz hot dog, about as long as the palm of your hand and the thickness of a slim jim. And the buns were completely soaked through and just inedible slimy mush. In short, it was the worst chili cheese dog I've ever had, and that's including places like Rally's/Checker's, Sheetz, Sonic, and Circle K. Truly abysmal. I ended up just throwing away the buns and eating the contents with my hands and a spoon, But since they were so small, out of three hot dogs it was only about six bites in total. If I could have afforded to waste the money I would have just thrown it away entirely and bought something different at a different restaurant. The chili is nice, so I'm sure it's good in a normal bowl with the normal accompaniments, but you can definitely pass on the dogs.

Good food, we had the 3 and 4 way along with a coney. Everything was great. We had great service by our young waiter who was very attentive and polite.

When you walk in no greetings, no smiles making you feel welcome to come in at all. Store was semi clean which was nice as there were events going on around this store and everyone around them were busy. Bathrooms were clean but the store was freezing as many waffles houses are but this location was so cold we said forget it and left. Again no employees said anything which is sad because just 32 mins down the road in Xenia not a single person is a stranger but treated a regular.

This waffle house was very nice and clean compared to most I will say it wouldve been nicer if there were more people working on the inside cuz there was only 2 (a cook and a waitress) so it did take us a bit longer to get our meal but besides that they were very hard working and the food was good

October 3rd. Hadn't been to Culver's in a long time and I hadn't had their ice cream in a long time. I got a single hamburger, fries and a drink it was $9.92. I decided to get the flavor of the day and I was very disappointed. It didn't look anything like the picture. There was so much hard chocolate on top that you couldn't even taste the caramel. I don't see anywhere in the picture that shows that it's top with hard chocolate.

Service was friendly, food was fresh and tasty, dining area was clean. Restrooms were clean, Plenty of parking, easy in and out. Delicious custard!! Always a favorite.

Staff was helpful in bringing things out and taking our trash tray back. Food was very good. Somehow ended up with fries instead of onion rings and they gave us onion rings to fix the order right away. They have a veggie burger option which looked good.

The staff were friendly and brought our food out pretty quickly. They forgot the bacon on my burger but were quick to fix it. The burgers we had were good. The fries were nice and crispy. The atmosphere was stuffy for it to have been a burger joint. I will be back but I’ll use the drive through instead.

Was in here everyday for awhile. Sometimes twice a day. I am a Type 2 diabetic. I have to eat at certain times. Why would ANY business update their computer systems in the middle of a business day, thus not allowing them to do any business? Didn't get to eat my cheeseburger from here that I planned for. Won't make that mistake with this business again.

On May 1, I visited this establishment and was greeted by a bright and friendly lady at the register. However, I noticed that her manager was yelling at her to hurry up and stop talking. I was appalled by this interaction, as the young lady was simply trying to help me since it had been a while since my last visit. After my order was completed, I waited for about 5-10 minutes before receiving my food from the manager. I requested some mayo on the side for my fries, but unfortunately, the manager's response was a bit rude and disrespectful. I decided to ask for a manager and approached the kind young lady at the register for assistance. She confirmed that the woman who had assisted me was indeed the manager. I learned that her name is Alexis, while the helpful young lady was named Amber. I believe it would be beneficial for the establishment to consider improving customer service training for their management team. A more positive and respectful approach towards both staff and customers would greatly enhance the overall experience. I had hoped for a better interaction during my visit. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Amber took our order on Saturday. Give that girl a raise or a bonus or something. She was AMAZING! She made it fun to order food. I have never in my life enjoyed ordering dinner that much. She was fun and funny and quick and jokes appropriately with us. If we lived there, we’d be there every week! The gentleman that gave us our food was great too but I didn’t catch his name. Way to go!

Opened the sealed bag (so what's coming is not the delivery driver's fault) to a sloppy pile of French fries. We ordered a small, regular and large and instead of packing them correctly, they just tossed them inside randomly, so the entire top of the bag was nothing but loose fries. By the time we LITERALLY dug the rest of the food out, we found they shorted us an entire burger. Worse, the burgers we did receive were wrapped in cheap aluminum foil that broke apart as we unwrapped them. They were bland and undercooked. The fries were cold and dry and many were burned. It has been a very long time since I've had this poor of a restaurant experience. All this for just under $70.

This is the second time we’ve visited in a month and were granted and waited on by Amber C. What a friendly ambassador for your company. She’s always in a great mood and loves to joke back-and-forth with the customers. She’s very lively and always gets me to get more food than I really needed. Ha ha. I even joked with her about that. Hopefully this franchise appreciates her as an employee because I think anyone would be lucky to have her working for them

Stopped in today after my daughter appointment at children's. We were greeted when we walked in. Sat at a booth everything was very clean! Our waitress was so nice and kept our table clean and drinks full! The food was AMAZING! I wish I had ordered a waffle because my daughter let me try it, and it was 🤌Chef's kiss🤌 great experience! It was the worst cheeseburger I've ever eaten in my life. The buns were burnt, the ingredients inside were stale and the burger was burnt. It was the first and last time I ate it. I think they deliberately burned the buns because there is no other explanation. I bought 6 burgers and paid 37 dollars. They charge 10% fee to go. This is a robbery. Instead of food, I ate coal. Don't go here to eat anything.

This is one of the better Waffle House locations. Clean dining room, friendly staff and fast service. My breakfast was yummy!

The District Manager was there covering staff, the entire team was standing around on their cell phones barely acknowledging customers, outside of one team member Josh. Josh a newer employee was fully focused on the job, and his customers even covering for people playing on the phone. If it wasn’t for Josh we would have left. As first time patrons of Waffle House all I can say is 5* Josh 0* everyone else.

I was very pleased to see Waffle house open, my server Jess rocked. It was nice to have the same menu and a bottle of ketchup again. You guys did an awesome job, Thank you Waffle house.

I was definitely expecting it to be more than regular Panda Express, however double the menu price on almost everything is ridiculous, especially since the fried rice tasted like almost nothing, and the orange chicken was so dry and bland it almost didn’t even taste like Panda Express. Don’t go here and spend tons on what doesn’t even taste good. Instead I’ll recommend you go to the skyline across from the racers, great food, and it’s not double traditional skyline price :)

The ladies that gave us the food were super nice and gave large portions. The food it self was okay. The cafeteria could totally use a good cleaning. With lots of people there were little to no clean seats that were open . I mean there were seats avalibe you just couldn't sit at them due to being sticky, sauce covered and trash ridden.

Undercooked? This didn’t taste like Panda Express normally does. No trays To carry my food and counter was very messy. This is probably because they didn’t have trays for customers. Soda machine would only deliver water for everything I tried, but I didn’t try them all. The customer service from the young servers was good and kind, so no complaints there.

I personally haven't had any real issues with this place until last Sat night of haunt. The worker did a piss poor job keeping food stocked and had eveyone waiting for anything other than orange chicken. They told us it would only be 5 min, when in fact it took over 27 minutes. The food itself was a little undercooked, maybe to rush it out but most th time this place does a decent job. These were the workers the day of the incident. Good help is definitely hard to find now a days.

The food s terrible, the crab Rangoon appeared to have moldy cream cheese and no crab! The spring rolls are mushy and tasteless! Don't waist your money! I had to throw everything in garbage!

Great value when using a meal plan.

On my way home from a 2 hour drive and exhausted I picked up my food in the drive thru. I thought it felt a little light so I checked the bag and I saw all my containers burrito bowl, chips, guac. But got home and opened my bowl. It was only cheese and lettuce. With dirt on the lettuce!! (Pics) So maybe the blessing is that I didn’t eat it but when I sought support on pepper chat and calling, they said they’d give me a free entree coupon. I won’t be eating at chipotle for the foreseeable future. I just want my money back.

First off, the dinning room floor was disgusting. Then they overcharged me for my meal. Lastly, I found a leaf from a tree in my rice! Disgusting! I'll never visit again!

This place gave me food poisoning. First time I’ve stopped at this location. My first warning should have been when right after I paid for my bowl and pissed off guy came in demanding his free meal “that you guys promised me on the phone after messing up my food yesterday.” For which the staff began to fight him on giving him. When I left they were still arguing. When I began to eat my bowl at home, the rice was crunchy and undercooked and the meat was extremely salty. I stopped eating and threw it out cause it tasted so bad and off. Then about two hours later the worst stomach pain I felt in years started. I almost went to the er and it was textbook food poisoning. A $12 dollar bowl almost cost me a $2000 er trip. Don’t go to this place, it’s not safe and needs serious attention. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Started charging for hot sauce. Two burritos and chips was $31 and the burritos are not big portions like they used to be. Go to la jaiba or tortilla garcia. Better food and better portions for the money.

The employees are just horrible. They show that they don’t wanna be there by how they prepare your food and how they charge you and everything. I ordered a large chips Demetri they charge me. They handed me my bag and walked away. I thought my chips are in there apparently they’re not and if you use the app to complain about anything, they won’t reimburse you or even give you like a free shitty queso coupon. I hope they fired the entire staff and rehire people who actually want to work. I know this generation doesn’t like working but learn to get over it.

This place constantly over charges me for tacos (rice and cheese only)! They barely EVER give a full scoop of meat and have to ask for extra, and they charge a double for less than 6oz of meat. Their chips were so raw I almost choked trying to eat one on my way home. Ended up throwing the whole bag away. The fountain drinks were (juices) were all almost empty, so I opted to get tea instead. The tea was so watered down and "tin" tasting, I can only assume they just kept adding water to an already made batch over an extended period of time. Terrible experience.

Let me set the stage -- I like going to the same three or four restaurants because they're predictable and I have some social anxiety around new places. I'm not a picky eater, but I need a "script" when ordering otherwise I start to get nervous. So I go to this Chipotle with a gift card... everything is fine until I'm being rung up. I ask the worker for chips and a drink in addition to my food, and before I can also ask for queso, I get cut off. I didn't hear the total, so she raises her voice and tells me it again sternly. I hand her my gift card, which she snatches out of my hand and uses. I tried to ask for queso with the intent of paying for it, but she says "it's extra." And shoves my food at me. I'm a bit shaken up from this encounter, it was very unprecedented and I'll be reluctant to return to this location.

They must be paying people for the good reviews. This place was the same 6 months ago, as it was today. You WILL wait a minimum of twenty minutes if they make you pull forward at the drive thru. The ‘manager’ Calvin treats you terribly, both visits he’s done so- when it’s his fault the restaurant doesn’t operate right. The food that I waited 23 minutes for was less than favorable. Save your time, money and patience and go to ANY other restaurant in Mason.

This place is dirty. Looks like the tables and chairs haven't been cleaned in months. The drink area was sticky and had lids scattered all over. Few in the holder to choose from. Trash was overflowing. The chicken sandwich was good. We'll pass by next time we are in the area.

I put 0 star for service. Because I ordered 6 pieces of classic chicken legs and 2 spicy. I wait for my special order 30 min🙄. And I ask my order and than they’re make my order. Ok that’s fine,but you guys put 5 pieces of spicy chicken legs and 2 classic. I want go back but….. Next time I will check my order bag first and come to my home 👎

The chicken lacks flavor. First time having Popeyes in a very long time. There is no seasoning on the chicken. Drive thru was fast and accurate. Never went inside so don't know about the atmosphere.

Spicy chicken strips were dry like beef jerkey . Breading was so hard you could not bite through it. They had to be sitting out for hours under a heat lamp. Wait was 35 minutes from the time pulled up to drive through to time when got food, but I'm not holding the slow service against them as most places are short staffed but there's no reason to serve hours old food. If it's old tell the customer it's out and not sell them old food. Only reason for 2 stars was the biscuits we're good.

Jets has great pizza, but the last 3 times I’ve ordered via text (15% off) the order has been lost or it has been delivered with a different order. Apparently they use AI when using text ordering. Yes there’s a follow up reply so you can verify the order. Had to call the store on all 3 occasions. They really need to work on their app as well. Other chains apps work flawlessly. They use DoorDash for delivery as well and I believe that’s where the problem lies. If they had their own drivers, I believe there would be less mistakes

I ordered direct from website at 7:30. They said it would be 70 min. According to their own tracker, it was “on the road” within 20 minutes. It’s now 9:23 and I still have no pizza. Called the store and it turns out no one picked it up to deliver. Hopefully they remember to refund my card because they sure didn’t remember to call me to tell me no pizza was coming. 😅

I'm pleasantly surprised at this place. I've been wanting to visit Jets pizza for awhile and finally got to. The four corner for $8 coupon wasn't working so I got the medium 1 topping for $9. Best pizza for the price I've had in months. Crust perfectly cooked. Sauced great. Cheese was amazing. Service was great. Only thing that forbids a 5 Star is canned mushrooms. I mean . Like whut?

Visiting from Arizona and decided to order delivery lastnight. I ordered for 3 adults and 3 teen boys. Got a veggie and a pepperoni 8slice pizza also the sweet chili wings. This pizza has got to be the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had plenty. There was barely any sauce. The pizza wasn’t fully cooked, cheese not melted and the crust was doughy. The wings I asked for them to be well done which they were not. They were extremely gummy but the sauce was good. If I could give zero stars I would. This was a complete waste of my money. My boys didn’t even eat any of it. I added some photos so y’all can see what we had left over to go to the trash smh.

When ever I visit my father in law ordering JETs has become a tradition!! The pizza never disappoints so many great options but my favorite is the Eugene Supreme and the NY style cheese pizza with a side of JETs triple cheese turbo Stix always makes for a delicious meal!! If you ever get a chance stop in your won't be disappointed. PS. Grab the garlic butter dipping sauce<3

First off, out of white rice? The store was absolutely destroyed as well. It was only 6 o'clock and they were almost out of everything. There was even upper management there pretending not to see how behind they were! I was thinking for a little while that it was just the Chipotle by my house, but the more I visit other locations, the more it's clear that ALL the locations are back sliding. Chipotle used to be so good!

I have ordered takeout from this Chipotle location multiple times, and almost every time something has been wrong with my order. The portions were ridiculously small, and the ingredients were often incorrect or missing. I ordered hard-shell tacos, but what I received were smashed soft tacos with missing ingredients. The fajita veggies I got looked terrible. Additionally, the store was filthy, and it seemed like no one cared about the hygiene of this location.

Wow, I wish I would have looked at the Google reviews before going to this Chipotle. We came into this location after a super fun day at Kings Island around 7pm. They had run out of brown rice, plain rice, lettuce, Sofritas, forks, and cup tops. The food stations were a mess, dirty containers were piled up on all the back work stations, the garbage was overflowing and every single table surface was dirty. Not once did I see an employee come out to wipe a table, refill anything or take out the garbage. The staff almost seemed surprised people were there to buy food and would need things like eating utensils. My brother's family had to go ask for forks, so you'd think by the time we got through the line after them that they'd be restocked, nope! When I asked for forks for our burrito bowls the employee was like, "How many do you need?" They never restocked it and I watched as costumer after costumer came through and had to ask for utensils, which were doled out costumer by costumer. So inefficient and frustrating for everyone. It was shocking to see a Chipotle so horribly managed, not what you normally associate with the brand. We'll never return to this location. If the front of the store is so poorly managed, I have serious concerns about the sanitation of the kitchen.

The employees were unconcerned with the state of things in the restaurant (see pictures), there was a lack of ingredients available with nothing being cooked to replenish, the college age employees were flirting with customers rather than paying attention to hygiene, food and safety guidelines, refuse management, tables and floors were covered in food, the ingredients bar had food mixed together, beverage dispensers and ice dispensers were empty, the employees were handling food items and then touching their hair/faces/cash register without changing their gloves…This is the first time I’ve ever seen anything so bad. This place needs help!

The employee was talking to her friend for 12 minutes, and there was no one available to take orders. She didn’t care. There was no rice, and she used the old rice, which was only about a quarter of a spoon. She didn’t add lettuce or guac, even though I told her. She acted like she didn’t want to work. This will be the last time I visit — I do not recommend this place at all

The server making the food was slapping half full scoops of food into the bowl. He was moving faster than I could speak. The double scoops came out to about a single scoop as he haphazardly slopped the food down. I ordered double meat and at best got a regular serving. They were clearly operating with speed, which I respect, but there was nobody else in line. - No customer service skills - Charged for double, received single. - Not paying attention to what theyre doing. - Rushing for rushing’s sake. I was excited to be staying so close to a Chipotle for the next few months, but no longer.

Ordered from this location through the mobile app. When I arrived to pick up my order all the employees were sitting outside smoking pot. I sat in the drive through waiting for my order for quite some time cause the employees decided to finish their little parking lot pot party before they decided to go back into work and complete my order along with the other customers waiting in the drive through line behind me. When I finally got my order and got home I had to throw my food away cause it smelled so bad. Guess they didn’t even take the time to wash their hands before preparing the food. I mean seriously at that point I had already waited so long for them to finish smoking their pot what’s an other minute going to hurt them to at least wash their hands seriously!

Just got home a bit ago with Taco Bell for dinner. Drive through worker didn’t say one word to me. Not the total, not “would you like sauce?”, not have a good day… not one word. Just took my card gave it back, then began handing me my drinks. Then handed me a bag of food. I asked for sauce and he handed me a good amount which I was happy about. But not one word. Then shame on me I didn’t sit there and go through my order to make sure it was all there, I got home and was missing a crunchy taco and chicken enchilada burrito. I tried calling the restaurant but of course no answer. I would have drove back but realized silent Bob didn’t hand me a receipt. Thanks Taco Bell.

They put my Nacho fries that seem to be hours old upside down in my bag, my cheesy fiesta potatoes were so stale and disgusting I had to throw them away, the Dorito tacos were very very stale. I would never eat at this Taco Bell it was a disappointment and not worth the money.

Long wait in drive thru after 11pm. Confused why this is the only fast food place open when a world class theme park is 5 minutes away and closes at 10-11 during the summer? Staff was friendly, but clearly overwhelmed. AI got my order spot on though.

Save yourself time and skip this location, if you are just in the area there is a chipotle and a mcdonalds right next door. Waited 40 minutes for our order with 2 small children. Employees were rude when we asked about the order because 40 minutes is a reasonable wait to them. Got a refund and went to the mcdonalds across the street. While getting a refund, they put an undercooked quesadilla back on the grill that a customer had thoroughly handled. Dining area was not serviced once while we waited. Really glad I had already requested a refund at that point and didnt end up eating there. As we were pulling out, employees were in the parking lot smoking weed.

Stopped for lunch on my way home. Arrived at approx 1pm. Every single table in the lobby was dirty. One bathroom was out of order even though employees were going in and using it. No one to greet you when you walk in, just screens that take 5x as long to navigate due to amount of questions they ask you. Employees all hiding in back laughing and listening to Sean Paul so loud it over powers the overhead sound. Only saw them when they came around and yelled someone's name then quickly disappeared. Food was hot which was surprising due to the shape this store was in. I will definitely never stop at this location again

This location has replaced the drive through with ai, allowing them to eliminate jobs and funnel more profits to the richest in this country. Until the rich are taxes much more aggressively and a universal basic income is established I will never use any business that replaces workers with AI. The owners of this franchise disgust me and should be ashamed of themselves. But I doubt they have any morals at all.

LarderRoom...When it's late, and you need that drive through spicy chicken sandwich. The line was extra long, but they got me taken care of. My spicy chicken sandwich and fries were hot, and the employee was nice and courteous! I would definitely visit this location again, but I'd go a little earlier if possible lunch!

Best Wendy's we've been to in a while. It was clean, we got our food quickly and everything was correct! That has not always been my experience at other Wendy's locations, so it's really nice to visit a Wendy's and have no issues. This is close to King's Island, and a good option if you want to leave the park for a more reasonably priced meal

We stopped to get Frostys after leaving King's Island. We decided to go inside because the drive thru line was long. The line inside had about 3 people, but it took about 20 minutes before they took our order. The lady at the register was slow and not very friendly. She didn't understand how to apply a coupon from the app, so I ended up not being able to use my coupon. I gave 3 stars because the Frostys were good.

We was there June 26,2025 around 2:30pm. We came up to the counter & the cashier walked up with a mouth full of food. We ate our food in the dining room & almost every table was dirty, there were stacks on dirty trays on almost all the trash cans at least a 100 in each stack. We were staying at a hotel not far & came back for breakfast the next morning. It was after you guys was open around 9:45-10, all the chairs was up on the tables and it looked like someone just poured water on the floor and pushed around with the mop. We asked if it was opened & was told yes. We came in & the manager slams some metal cup holder down there on the counter. She takes our order & goes on taking stuff apart to clean. It looked like they were doing the cleaning the closers should of done. She bags our food & sets it on the counter, don't say anything then turns her back to us to go back cleaning. So we interrupted one employee eating & then we bothered, annoyed another. You can let them know we won't be back

I went in and ordered 2 medium biggie bags with bacon double, one with sauce and one without, and spicy nuggets and i got 2 double cheesburgers with sauce in both and regular nuggets and 4 spicy on the side. Very disappointed and upset.

I was trying to make an order in the drive-through. And all because the employee or manager couldn’t hear us she began to have an attitude for absolutely no reason, we were being very polite as could be there was no need for it. I’m thinking it was the lady with multiple moles on face. The disrespect was unacceptable and not needed. If you can’t hear a customer please ask them nicely to speak up. Not talk to them with a harsh tone. And if you can’t even be respectful towards customers, don’t work there.

I went to get a late lunch. I went through the drive through and started to order. The woman taking my order mumbled and I couldn’t understand her. I apologized and asked if she could repeat herself. She proceeded to start shouting at me “I SAID WHAT DIPPING SAUCE? BBQ, RANCH, BUFFALO…” and getting an attitude. I apologized again and gave her the rest of my order. I pulled up to the window and she refused to talk or help me and had her coworker do it instead. I hope she’s having a better day, but there’s no reason to start yelling when someone can’t hear you.

Ordered a cheeseburger plain add lettuce and was given a bun, cheese and lettuce with no burger whatsoever! Seriously the incompetence is truly mind blowing! I had worked all day and was starving but apparently I should’ve checked my food before I left because I literally threw my money away for absolutely nothing. Probably should inform your employees that if I didn’t want the burger I would’ve said no meat. Thanks for the disappointment

To wait 30 mins on cold nasty food is crazy. Granted it was curbside and they was fairly busy. Order was wrong and she offered to remake. Wasn't waiting 30 more smh

Drive thru was extremely slow. About 3 minutes per vehicle. 1st window Rep didn't look at me or say one word, just stuck the receipt out the window. 2nd drive thru Rep smiled and said have a nice day as he handed me the bags. I typically inventory my order efore exiting the establishment's parking lot and it's a good thing I did. My medium french fry was literally half full. I checked the bag, in disbelief, surely they had just spilled out. Nope! Not a single stray fry in the bag. Please note: I'm a very tolerant consumer. I rarely complain to a rep about anything. I'm the type to almost never even honk my horn when cut off by a negligent driver with their face glued to their phone. Sorry, I digress. I park near the entrance and stomp my way to the counter, shoulders puffed to twice their normal size, steam jetting from my ears, eyes devil red. Before I could bellow the words "WHAT THE HECKY" the the Rep read my mind, apologized and handed me an overflowing, fresh, hot, medium order of delectable fries. The stars aligned and all was good. By the way, I was kidding about my militant approach to the counter. I never get angry over food and know better than to take it out on the rep not knowing if they are the responsible party. Nevertheless it wasn't a great or good McD's rendezvous. Your mileage may vary.

They made me wait in spot #3. For one sandwich. You had one thing to do! Just a sandwich. Egg, sausage and cheese. So i waited. And 5 minutes later you bring me a sandwich with NO EGG ON IT!!! I didn't have time to walk in and complain about my sandwich. Try hiring someone that can take pride in their work. Not teenagers that don't care!!

Absolutely terrible experience from last night (July 13 at 8:30 PM) Went through the drive-through with an order that had five items on it, waited 30 minutes to get to the second window then we’re pulled up to the third window and then 10 minutes later someone came and asked us what we ordered. at that point, we had a friend reach out to us and ask us to add something on our order for them since we were still there. I got out of the car and went inside to order two more items while I waited for 30 minutes for those two items I watched probably about four teenagers on staff just goofing off the entire time messing around with their friends who were patrons in the restaurant. There was one teen worker with brown hair and glasses, who actually was taking initiative and trying to make sure that things were being run smoothly. three little girls had ordered a sandwich while I was waiting in line for 15 minutes and got their food five minutes after that when my order included a double cheeseburger and a snack wrap and I waited for over 30 minutes. My friend who was in the drive-through had to come inside and say something to the workers because she was so fed up. We spent an entire hour at a fast food restaurant trying to get under 10 items. Do better.

Honestly have not been impressed by this location. My son got a cheeseburger happy meal. They did not include the cheeseburger. They have also given 1 toy in an order of 2 happy meals. They have forgotten apple slices multiple times. I've also received old food. Then Friday night the cashier rings up a coke with one of the happy meals (we ordered milk with both). We don't give our kids soda so we told the MOD. The MOD however said the cashier rang it in like this and we said we just want what we ordered and the MOD said we needed to buy the milk. Instead of taking the soda back and giving us the correct item.

The only reason this gets 2 stars is because I’m trying to be nice… but I really debated on 2 stars. The staff was quick and got me my food in under 5 minutes with them being busy. BUT I ended up throwing my food out after the drive thru attendant told me they have MICE in the speaker in drive thru…. And if they are that close god only knows if they are inside. I recommend making the 10 minute drive to south leabanon McDonalds instead…. Atleast they don’t tell customers they have rodents while handing them their food.

The pizza was flat and gross. Sad sad pizza. If you guys do one thing good .. it should be pizza. Avoid this pizza hut. So sad. Literally the worst pizza I've ever got from any pizza place. Bread sticks were just so so .. brownie was better than the pizza. But still not awesome. Ps I was there at 10:15 on a Saturday and it didn't look busy.

My phone order never went through making the start of my trip here frustrating then the general manager got a rude tone when I gave her my free pizza coupon. (Because they messed up my order previously) Which was fine I guess. But then I asked for the receipt because I was confused by the total and 3 times she said “I said it was two pizzas” (I had ordered one pizza and an order of breadsticks on the phone) which I wasn’t blaming her clearly it was the person who took my order on the phone but the way she kept saying it was nasty and defensive. She then proceeded to talk to her coworkers behind the fridge about it after I told her I wasn’t blaming her and honestly I wasn’t even mad at the circumstances. Her tone and the way she got defensive was unprofessional. I won’t be coming here again. This is 100% the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. The pizza was wonderful, the service phenomenal, the only reason I'm giving this a poor review is because someone from another store came in to cover, both people scheduled at noon bailed and left the poor guy alone to man the entire store with no help. One guy doing a two to three person job! The service he gave was awesome but he definitely needed some help and wasn't being given any from upper management from the look of it. Y'all should give the dude a raise, he's one helluva good worker!

12/31/2024- 11:24 p.m. Ordered here on a whim because I was waiting for someone at Kings Island. Ordered the MyHut box online, picked it up & paid for it in the store just in case they weren't open (sometimes the hours of op don't always match up). Got my food & left. Had 2 slices of my personal pizza then I bit into one of the wings. My mouth was instantly burning. Since I was in the car (dark) driving I had to turn on the light to see what flavor it was (I ordered Honey BBQ) it was Buffalo wings. I drove 10 mins back the other way to return the wings. When someone finally approached the counter (skinny dark haired lady with glasses....maybe a manager) asked if she could "help me"....I took the wings out of my box & told her they gave me the wrong wings. She asked in a I don't really care attitude, "what makes you say that?" I said: "because it's supposed to be honey bbq wings." the way she responded back 'ok' ...it was if I was hollering at her & she was being defensive. She took the old wings....tossed them in the trash & told me it would be 10 mins. I told her ok. NO apologies were offered, a 'my bad' or nothing. Her customer service was abysmal. I was polite.....she was not! Will not return.

Ordered 3 pizzas and wings. Wings were wrong flavor. Pizzas were less than 1/8th of an inch. No one from Corporate or local store will respond. Had to deal with a lady with 5 piercings in her nose claiming to be the District Manager. Very standoffish. No compromise. Been waiting over10 days and no response. This needs to be refunded or addressed properly. Otherwise, you lost a regular customer. See pic...I measured that. They messed up the ordee and wont fix it. Been calling Mandy Clear but no way to leave her a message.

Mike (Monroe) was outstanding!! He was super helpful as we have traveled from out of state with a large group. He made sure we were well taken care of and such wonderful customer service to top it off! He definitely cares to take care of guests, ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!!

I placed an order on the Pizza Hut app on my iPhone. I redeemed a coupon for free breadsticks. I get to the store to pick up my food. They handed to me and I drive home on my way home. I get a phone call from the manager, claiming that I didn’t pay for my order or that part of my order didn’t get paid for, even though that my receipt clearly says that it was I do not appreciate getting phone calls on my way home after picking up the food being accused of not having enough money in my bank account. Paige the manager specifically made a comment about me not having enough money to pay for it. I promise you I’ll be calling corporate and this will not be the end of hearing from Me Edit: the manager Paige MADE A DELIVERY DRIVER PAY FOR IT UNREAL!!

I really had a craving for their sub but when I bit into it I got a mouth full of bread. And it had Jalepenos on it when I opted out of them. Had to take those off.... When I say it was one of those I just wanna cry cause I had a bad day and now my food gave me my 13th reason!! Neither of our subs barely had any chicken and spending 17 dollars on two skinny drowned subs in THIS economy..... I'm done!

We were in the area and wanted pizza. A nice little plaza not far but not too close. Traffic was nowhere to be seen though it was busy! We can see why the food and service were good. Not exciting but fair enough. This is one of many pizzeria and a chain though the "Mariachi" pizza is quite good...I will be back in this restaurant to be sure.

Been going there for years, even provided me a safe place to get work done on my laptop while my home internet was shut down last year! Above and beyond friendliness. Amazing food for a good price, frequent coupons keep bringing me back.

Waited 20 mins to order our food, they never acknowledged us entering the store, I decided to order online. Said it would be ready at 8:39pm however we didn't receive it until 9pm. Just one large pizza half pepperoni and half cheese. Altogether waited a little over a hour. When we were finished we all started getting up, my 4 year old slipped on a piece of ice and busted his head open on the metal trim on the wall. The corner of the metal trim is sticking out. He had to get his head wound glued shut.

Ordered a plant based sausage and banana pepper pizza and got enough banana peppers for 4 pizzas. It was extremely soggy, undercooked, and disgusting. Reached out to customer service but received no response. Definitely won't be going back.

We ordered the hot chicken and it was drenched in ranch. Even after trying to scrape it off it was still covered. Also ordered an olive and mushroom pizza that had so many toppings you couldn’t even see the cheese. We are from out of town but we regularly order the Donato’s close to where we live and this location was a total let down.

I ordered a pizza and salad yesterday for pick up. The pizza wasn't ready when I arrived (still in the oven). The employee pulled it out the oven cut it so some pieces were very lg and others very small (not uniform) and the pizza wasn't crispy like normal. I also ordered a very veggy salad w/o onions. The salad was pulled from the case at the front of the store and it had onions on it, the lettuce was turning pink. I don't know how long it was sitting there but I couldn't eat it. It addition to not being how I ordered it, it wasn't fresh. There was no other customers in the store the whole time I was there waiting, or in the parking lot around the store, so I don't think the lack of attention to what they are serving was due to being busy, The employee seemed to care less about what she was doing. She had to be reminded that a salad went with the pizza and never looked to see if there were any special instructions. I still like Donotos, but I will go to another location from here on out.

Food was fresh. Vegetables were generously sized. Prices were reasonable. Server was friendly. Good climate control. Eating area was fairly clean. Restroom could use a strong deodorizer.

I went in on a Wednesday (chicken burrito special) that I had saw online. Took daughter there first time she was excited. Father and son were there. You could tell all the food had been sitting. It was around 430 ish. Nothing looked fresh. But I said forget it. We got it, I still pick chipotle over this location atleast. Older man (the father) was getting mad I was asking for extra things bc they were literally scrapping the bottom of these bins for sour cream? He got angry and had son take over my order? Over sour cream. Well w the Wednesday deal you get a drank. I never got a cup. I went back up to get a cup and he refused. When I got charged the original $11 and instead of the Wednesday deal that I never said anything about he refused to give me a cup and so did father. When the Wednesday deal was 7.99 or 8.99 with a drink included. Good for you who go in with fresh items and happier workers at that time

The manager is always so nice. It doesn’t matter if you come in when they’re in their final hour: he’s incredibly kind (as his staff). Consistently the best Qdoba I’ve been to.

The nachos are great here and I think that it's a really good place if you want to get in and get out as quickly as possible.

They exclusively use Uber eats for delivery, a company that prides itself on being "freaky fast." Fix your labor issue for your drivers and quit tanking your delivery time. Took me over half an hour to get a sandwich delivered! Should be half that.

Workers were very rude. We came as a small group and they definitely had a lot to say about it. Slammed doors on us and the one worker was playing on his phone instead of working. Definitely don’t recommend!!

This location sucks. Every time I place a delivery order, they cancel it because they are either “too busy” or don’t have a delivery driver. The manager always has an attitude when she calls to let you know they can’t deliver, too. Either close the store or hire competent management.

As annoying as it is- ALWAYS check your sandwich before leaving this place. I ordered a veggie with extra pickles, to go... got home and my sandwich was ✨spicy✨. Somehow when I said “pickles” they heard “hot peppers”. Like this sandwich was LOADED with hot peppers..... no pickles in sight. Very very very disappointed to say the least.

Placed a delivery order and they gave me a sandwich with HAIR in it. They also only gave me a medium when I paid for a large but whatever, I wasn't worried about that. I called to ask for a refund and was told they can't do that. Only refunds on cash orders. They said they would remake my food or give me a credit. Sorry but I don't want JJ for a long time because I literally took a bite of food with someone else's hair in it. Then I had to listen to the "general manager" talk about who is there and how he's not sure dark/black hair got into my food when no one there has dark hair. I'm like look, I don't care whose hair it is, just please refund me. Still wouldn't, and now it's being escalated. Absolutely insane. In the picture where the hair is on the wrapping, I had pulled it off the sandwich (with a napkin), and laid it out to show it's really hair.

This place is terrible. DO NOT come here. They are not wicked fast, I've been here for over a hour waiting on 2 sandwiches. Save your time.

We placed a large curb side order for a family reunion on a Thursday for Sat night, more than the 24hours they request. The store was not properly staffed and I've been waiting for an hour and a half for my pickup order that was supposed to be ready between 5-515pm. The gal inside is working her tail off , but clearly the manager ser her up for failure thinking she could be the only one in the store and getting this order done . I wouldn't order from them again for a party of any sort.

I stopped in today and had a disappointed experience. The employee was on his phone. Had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes. For two Coffees When one of the copies was finally finished it was nothing but creamer and I asked him to remake it, and the second one came out the same I left without even getting a proper coffee won't go back to this location

The drive thru service at this location has been steadily declining over the past 2-3 months. These days I'm ecstatic if it is simply average. This morning was awful.

Second experience with the young lady whom has different colored hair being extremely rude. Yesterday she got very irritated when I asked an easy question. This morning she was upset and irritated that customers (including myself) were there shortly after open. She was yelling “relax people, we just opened even though we were all quiet and calm. Then she said well people will have to wait cause I haven’t set up anything yet. Despite her attitude problem, I thanked her when my order was finally ready. She glared and didn’t say a a word. Luckily I will not have any reason to return to this location. Was an unpleasant start to a vacation day. Please send her to anger management or customer service class.

I really love this Dunkin. I’ve been coming through this drive-thru regularly for years now, and the staff are always so kind and pleasant. My order has only been messed up once in all the time, and you could tell it was chaos inside on that day. Whoever runs this, keep up the good work and keep those employees happy! They are doing a bang up job!

Very easy to get in and out with treats on my way to work! Always a hit with the coworkers. I love the specialty donuts, keep em coming! The cuter the better. ☺ Employees are very nice, and they even have little things you could pick up as last minute gifts. Will be back!!

When they get my order right it's nice but that's about a quarter of the time. That means if I go twice a week for a month they only get my order right twice a month. Very friendly staff though

This location sucks. The food and coffee are okay but everything else sucks. There is little to no parking and only two stools to sit at the counter and today the managers decided it was more important to have their coffee break/meeting than it was for guest use.

We just ate at the Burger King on Fields Ertel in Mason and the experience was better than any restaurant experience we’ve had in a while. The food was correct, the place was clean, and the staff was over the top nice. They were even having a great time amongst themselves back in the kitchen. It was super nice to see people being so happy and positive!

The customer service was TERRIBLE the girl working drive thru was so rude from start to finish and the time I waited in the driver thru is embarrassing (20min) only one car at the window and two in front of me to order. We only got 2 sandwiches and a fry

Probably the worst service i’ve ever received at a fast food restaurant. Went to order in the drive thru lady was rude told me to wait twice after asking me what i wanted to order then i ended up sitting there for 5 minutes drove around had to go inside nobody took my order for 10 more minutes.

Had two large door dash orders, Shae (Shay) had everything ready before I arrived, very courteous and professional. Dining room was spotless.

The Whopper was great and the French fries were hot. Side Fries chicken and mozzarella were cold and dry. Polite staff.

10/25 Service was slow & food was edible, but definitely was sitting there for a while and needed to be selling fresher food.

Just had a pickup order for the brown sugar sandwich. I got it home and took it out of the box. The bacon was old cold and seemed like it was sitting for 4 or 5 hours The bun was dried out and hard. WRONG BUN TOO. Shame on that person thinking that's acceptable to serve this. (Manager to boot also)I will not be back to this location. Also walking in to this place to pick up the order my shoes stuck to the floors as they were sticky and seem like they weren't cleaned for a few days. At least it was 50% off and I didn't pay almost $7 for this sandwich sad part is I love Arby's however I will question going forward. STILL A WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY TODAY.

Did an online order. Go to pick it up. Someone already picked it up camera through drive thru. Bull crap. No one is going to know my last name to pick up. Its very uncommon. Then says we can remake it up but it will be 10 minutes. 15 minutes later. Tried to talk to manager and it was same person trying someone came through drive thru. I will NEVER go to this location again and I suggest everyone else avoid this location as well.

Tried again. For $10 could the roast beef be hot? Barely warm and I came in on Saturday about 1pm not a lot of traffic in or drive thru. Zero excuses folks.

This was probably the worst Arby's I have ever been to. The cook was sneezing, and the food came out cold. The fries were just crumbs.

The carpet was littered with garbage. Which would be understandable if it was busy, but we were the only people there. A party of two with seven employees behind the line and it took over 5 minutes to be greeted. We ordered a bowl of chili, two chilitos, and two hot dogs with cheese. Almost 10 minutes to get that food out to us and when it reached us our server giggled and said that the chilitos might be "a little wet". The foil was filled with so much liquid that the tortillas had been reduced to inedible doughy sludge. $26 for slow service and incredibly sub-par food. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Skyline.

UPDATE: Jessica is THE BEST SERVER, Atmosphere is awesome… music is appropriate and not too loud, temperature was perfect, but when you go to this location, you MUST ask Jessica to be your server. What a gem! Couldn’t think of it before she had it to your table it or, at bare minimum, asking if you wanted it. Jessica I need a … oh you have a glass of water in your hand… ok well I need more… crackers were in your other hand… ok well I need mmmoooorree napkins… in your third hand… wait what? How did you…? She’s magic I tell ya! Jessica made me upgrade… 93 out of 100. Way to go Jessica! 5 stars.

Service was slow because of special Greenway but they got my order wrong by forgetting cheese and onions for my 4way. Drive thru speaker was distorted and drive thru wait staff did not check order. I split the onions and cheese with my wife.

Never had a bad experience at a Skyline until a few weeks ago. It took us 45 minutes to get our food. The store was just about empty with a full staff. Two orders were wrong. Not sure if we walked in on some sort of strike the workers were on but it sucked.

Skyline is a favorite. We visit at least once every time we're in Cincinnati. I wouldn't pick one location over the others, but this one has a very easy parking lot and a nice relaxed atmosphere compared to the others.

I was in here 3-12-22, I ordered 4 chilitos, 2 cheese coneys, and 2 regular coneys. I saw them putting my order together but I didn't see sour cream, so I asked about it. Literally I got nothing but Attitude. All I did was ask a question. When the tall gentleman brought my food over, he handed it to me and said nothing. I have been coming here for years but not anymore, you're Restaurant is being ran by children, plus it was so cold in your store, when it is freezing in a restaurant, it will not be a good experience. Do better Western Row Skyline!!!

Friendly staff, good service. Greek salad is a great value and a favorite of mine. If you've never tried the Greek salad at Skyline, you need to. No fast food chain can match this salad. Plus, pictured you will find the best ways, Chili Cheese sandwiches and conies in the USA. Skyline Chili also has fresh brewed unsweetened tea.

Very slow about making the sandwiches. They could care less how long u wait. Only 6 inch options. No footlong at all. They took forever to make them.

Don’t even want to give a one star. Employees kept rolling their eyes at me and kept giving me a bad attitude. NO GOOD SERVICE,AND RUDE EMPLOYEES, DIDNT EVEN ENJOY MY MEAL!

The steak and cheese sub is one of the best subs friendly staff also

The workers messed up the peoples in front of me and they took forever.

Great tasting healthy sandwiches for a great price

I will say this is my 1st time stopping at this location, I usually go to the one in maineville. I ordered my sandwich online, which was super easy to do. When I got to the restaurant to pick it up, they dropped the fries so they're fresh and hot. Who can't appreciate that?!? The staff was very kind and respectful. And the food was perfect.

Food was great. Staff was friendly and the restaurant appeared clean. It was busy but the food didn't take long. If I'm in the area, I'll go back.

I would like to start this review by saying that for a period of time, I was a frequent Penn Station customer. Today's visit wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great. The restaurant was clean, the service was prompt, and the food was delivered quickly. We ordered: 1. Lemonade 🍋- this was prepared well, tasty, a little on the sweet side (4.5/5 🌟) 2. Club - this was missing something, and I can't figure it out. The meat tasted slightly over cooked. (3/5 🌟) 3. Pizza 🍕sub - this had great flavor, but the execution of toppings was not ideal. All the meat and cheese was piled together. The meet also seemed overcooked (3.5/5 🌟) 4. Frys - much to my dismay, these came out cold 🥶 and seemed to have been sitting awhile. (1/5 🌟 ) when fresh, these are a 5. I will eat Penn Station again.

Club sandwich had very little meat, was dry and was totally missing any lettuce and tomatoes. Location had good sandwiches in the past but this visit was a big disappointment.

Floors could of been swept to make the place look cleaner. Would of went a long way. Employees never smile and act like your bothering them but the food outweighs that at the moment so we still going there at least 2x a week.

Went in 45 minutes before closing took thirty minutes to make our subs and we were rudely kicked out 10 minutes before they actually closed. Also got the complete wrong subs and fry’s were cold.

Jack is the best service worker ever, he needs a raise ASAP!!!!! He took my order so quickly and with so much wit and humor! My sandwich was made in quick time and tasted so delicious I know it only could have been made by the one and only Jack of no trade!!!!!

Best subs in Cincinnati !! The only place I get my subs. Always delicious and cooked to perfection. The extra (such as lettuce onions) made to order. The staff are always so very helpful. 😇

My favorite sub restaurant has always been Jersey Mike's. I go there quite often. This is the first and last visit at this location. None of the food was made correctly and the bread was very hard. I have not experience this before.

Hit the spot. Great bread, fresh sliced cheese and meats. I had the Jersey Shore and wife had the turkey, both very good. Friendly service.

I've always like Subway but damn, that was way too much oil on my tuna sub. I could have opened a refinery with that much oil. It soaks into the bread making for a sloppy mess. Dial it back, lads.

We order on a regular basis from this location. My husband will not eat anything that onions have touched. We’ve thrown away many sandwiches over the past two years because they had onions. I tried typing NO ONIONS PLEASE in the special requests in addition to unselecting onions. Finally fed up, I emailed a complaint explaining that when the order is wrong it’s not worth the gas or effort to return. They responded by telling me to return next time & they’ll make it right. We stopped ordering for a few months hoping the culprit (always the same guy) would be gone eventually. Tonight the order was correct but the mayo on both sandwiches was a massive glob on one side! This location has ruined us on Jersey Mike’s for good!

My family and I have been coming here for decades. It gets better every time we go.

Ok went in a week or two ago, with a gift card. Tried to pay with gift card. Cashier tells me "I'm Sorry Sir, this card is not active." (Ok, not a problem). Go home check it out ONLINE, says its active. 🥺 (Head Scratcher). Fast forward to TODAY. Go to a Monroe OH location, NO PROBLEM! Please explain this to me.. 🤔😕
