Food was incredible 10/10. I had a local (greek) red wine as recommended and it was fruity, full and flavoursome. We loved it so much, we are now heading home and stopping in again for another delicious meal. ♥️

Best restaurant on our 3 week long journey through Europe from Sweden. Well worth a detour! We can highly recommend the marrow & carpaccio starter, fabulous ribeye and great Greek wine!!! Top notch.

This place is exceptional, from the friendly and attentive staff to the chefs creations. And they are creations. Really amazing takes on the classics that will leave you wanting more. We had the tomatoe melon and rocket salad elevated by honey and loca breadcrumbs. What a delight. The Greek salad was the version we all hope for but never get in the touristy restaurants. This was really well crafted food. It’s all fresh and quite the experience to see the chefs get the fresh meat from the dry agers which are a ladder away above the kitchen. The setting and is sublime, architectural features that stand out and make you feel comfortable and at easy. The bar is well stocked and the house wine list is excellent. The house wine as well. I have to say we didn’t stop when we should have ;)

What an exquisite place! The food was out of this world, and the wine too. Efficient yet unobtrusive service, and a lovely atmosphere. We were so lucky to get a table for an early evening hour or so, given that it was a Friday night and the place was - justifiably - fully booked. We will definitely book next time, rather than stumble in randomly!

We went here after reading a review in the Greeka blog. We were very impressed. The staff were excellent, the wines (recommended by the staff) matched the food beautifully and the food was great. The food is Italian influenced but we wouldn’t call it an Italian restaurant. We started with fish ceviche and beef carpaccio, which were both very good. This was followed by a mushroom pasta dish and pasta with a slow cooked beef cheek. Again both were excellent. The complementary house ice cream topped off a lovely evening.

Great place! The food was amazing! My favorite thing was the “Lemon Scented Salad”. It was fantastic. Everything we ordered was delicious. The servers were very good and friendly, even though they were very busy. Highly recommended.

Excellent sea food, cosy atmosphere and great beverages

Maybe the coolest bar in Patra. Watch out because from the outside it seems closed thnk to some shades. The drink menu is out of this world, you surely won't find cocktail like mojito here. We firstly had tiramisù shots and then 3 different cocktails, mine was hot with orangy-cinnamon vibes. The atmosphere is totally jazz with studied low lights, everything completed in a red background. Ps the staff was EXTRA FRIENDLY, something really innovative for Patra

Last visited couple of days ago, during a carnival party. The atmosphere is extraordinary, the selection of music is always great as well as the quality of drinks. If you are at Patras, it’s worth it paying a visit!

A hidden gem in Patras! Nice little jazz bar, with great atmosphere and music. I haven't been during a live but I'd definitely try to catch one next time I visit.

If you're looking for a nice place to have a drink you should at least consider visiting Notos! Relaxed and cozy atmosphere, great place, great cocktails and great music. The stuff is also quite polite and attentive. Overall, one of my personal favourites in Patra. I would definitely recommend visiting it!

From a cozy jazz atmosphere to a swing dance fiesta, this place is ideal. A petite jazz bar in Patras, where you can find people of all ages dancing and having great time together. From time to time great live performances are getting hosted there. Due to the limited area though it might get a little bit too crowded sometimes especially on Friday and Saturday. I would recommend this place if you are in the swingy jazzy mood especially if it is a weekday !

Mexican food here is very far from being even close to Mexican. I tried it in many countries, including Mexico, and in this restaurant it was the worst experience. Guacamole is very easy to make, while that sauce was something really strange. Fajitas normally made from beef or chicken and this one I think was from pork, very fat, no pepper and onion, just lots of melted cheese. Tacos tortillas were very crunchy and it was not easy to hold and eat. The place itself looks quite cool, nice tables, interior and design. Maybe be other meals (burgers or local Greek food) is good, however I just tried Mexican and it was a disaster. I would visit this place again to give it a try. Maybe other day.

Great atmosphere, the staff are extremely friendly, the kitchen is good but not extreme, and the prices are quite low. The entertainment value of this venue is exquisite. Beer and wine selection were awesome.

Awesome bar experience! Enormous place!! Often very crowded. Many choices for drinks (beer mostly) and for food as well. Vegetarian options. Some days they have live music and the show is spectacular!!! Very friendly and helpful waiters.

Unfortunately this place is a disappointment for me: I came from hotel, full up to the top and want to drink beer. A waiter saw me alone and ask:”For how many persons I need table?” I explained that I’m alone and already had a dinner in hotel. They gave me eating and drinking menu. I couldn’t read all that on Greek and the other waitresses came so I decide to do for sure and I ordered Franziskaner beer. The beer wasn’t properly cool. And a price of 6,5 EUR is like on the boat for the same beer (from Crete to Piraeus), but that beer was chilled properly. Big disappointment is this place.

It's not bad, overall good experience in reasonable prices. I would have like a better variety of beers, but I will definitely be visiting again.

The worst meat i've ever eaten in a restaurant with "steak" in naming. Potato was ok.

Really nice place close to the sea and spacious. Bit overpriced for what you get regarding food and drinks. We only got a platter to share which was mediocre at best. My gin and tonic was flat but it was changed straight away.

They clearly don’t know how to cook meat at this place. The steaks were terrible. The oyster mushrooms served as a side were inedible. The dishes were brought out almost completely cold. It’s unclear how this place has such a high rating

As always, the staff, the menu, the food, the wines all perfect. I might dare say, that this restaurant is perhaps the only true 5 star establishment in Patra and the greater region. The kitchen is consistently, for years now, producing some of the finest foods I have tasted, and I am refined in the culinary arts. The staff are extremely professional and are always helpful and fast. The owner and excellent sommelier has an amazing stash of fine wines in his cellar (which is temperature controlled), a very wide selection of wines and is very knowledgeable, offering glasses that make a course extraordinary. My favorite place.

Excellent! Food was really tasty and really reasonably priced, our server was really sweet and even gave us a coffee liquor to finish our excellent experience. Would highly recommend this place when passing through town.

An excellent meal, that was served remarkable quickly. The food both tasted excellent and was nicely presented. My only innervation was that as the evening progressed the music for progressively louder, and towards the end my elderly parents couldn't hear the conversation any longer. Perhaps that's the vibe of this place, but to me loud music is better suited to drinking venues.

I don't know why we chose this place to sit at, maybe because we were tired, but I won't make this mistake again. We were pulled in by a very polite and smiling girl and that's exactly the point where the good part finished. As soon as we walked in the place, we were told to sit somewhere at the back in the dark shady area, even though there were plenty of free tables at the sunny front. We were given 5 different menus to choose from, food,cocktail, coffee, wines spirits,a lot... But no choice for a large beer, just small sized glasses. Service was slow and everything was much more expensive than the average.

A very nice bar-restaurant on the first floor of the building. They have seating both indoors and outdoors, with the outdoors area being dominated by a huge tree that hangs over the balcony. Its flowers bloom in the summer in a vibrant magenta that really sets the mood and brings the temperature down. In winter, it provides some privacy from passersby. The drinks are very well made and are accompanied by a snack. They have their own range of cocktails, inspired by celebrities, which contains some pretty imaginative elements. They also bring water before they take your order. Service is fast and can guide you through their menu according to your health restrictions.

Great place, enormous variety of liquors and beautiful atmosphere. The terrace is quite small so better visit Bocas during winter months.

Tasty and imaginative cocktails. There was not enough space at the outside area since the tables were very close to each other. The prices were reasonable and the staff was helpful and friendly. Also the bar was well decorated. Unfortunately, the waitress “forgot” to bring the receipt, which is quite unfortunate because is a practice that belongs to the old dark days of tax evasion in Greece and very few businesses endorse this tactic nowadays. I totally recommend this place to those who don’t know the meaning of the word “legality”.

Visited after long time as a guest in a wedding party. I have found very positive things. The bar is really good with many choices in drinks and knowledgeable bartenders. Although it was crowded the service was quite good. Apart from drinks we were served with finger food which was good but not something really special. The atmosphere and the overall "vibe" is very pleasant and brings you in a good mood right away. The music was ok for my taste, but it may have been a bit different than usual due to the party. A strong point of Bocas is the veranda with the second bar. Even in the winter is fairly comfortable to get outside to relax a bit from the loud music and the crowd of the indoor hall. Overall an excellent choice for a night out in Patras.

Has always been an alternative option for locals that enjoy qualitative traits in a place but also want to avoid the average joe! Excellent decoration, music and drinks! Haven’t tried the food under the new ownership, but it used to be quite good!

One of the best jazz bars of the city that I hope stays alive for a long time. The music is so carefully selected to match the ambience of the place! Good drinks and service, but most importantly the owners of the place are worth meeting... Not a sigle thing can go wrong if you choose it, according to me.

Drinks are a little light. Service is excellent. Atmosphere is great but the whole place is structured in a bad way.

I like the vibe, the decoration and the music. The concept of vinyl-only dj set is extremely rare in general. The service is fine as well. But I don't know what's up with the drinks. Whenever I drink there anything else than beer, I get seriously hammered. Last time I visited I only received smiles, good vibes and treats!

This place might just be my favourite bar in Patras. Every day, there is a vinyl DJ set with fascinating music choices. The coasters are custom made, each depicting an album of the favorites of the owners. The vibe is amazing and the decoration is tasteful.

The place is really pretty, has a lot of potential and has a lovely view. The milkshake was good, but the burger was not. Please don’t call it a smash burger. It doesn’t taste like meet, seems to be some vegan beans burger and you can only taste moustard. Also, update the menu. They don’t have brunch anymore so once you get there the menu is quite different from here, as well as the photos.

While the view of the Odeion was nice, the food was a bit pricey for the quality and quantity. The service was ok.

Banana moon the cocktail bar of Prego is a fabulous stop for evening drinks. Beautiful rooftop seating, beautiful view of the ancient theater and lovely drinks.

This restaurant doesn’t serve traditional Greek food, but it was probably the best food I had while in Greece, and we travelled extensively. Our waitress was friendly and helped me with my gluten free requirements. Highly recommended.

I tried the Prego cocktail (spicy, sour), version without cinnamon. First of all, I would like to point out that I make many cocktails and I am very picky about their tastes. This cocktail, served by charming and pleasant staff, is probably one of the best I have drunk in the last 10 years. The balance between sweet and bitter is perfect, the ginger balances out the sugar. I leave 5 stars even if I don't understand why the use of electronic cigarettes is authorized indoors.

An excellent, pet friendly restaurant with a very kind staff who presented us with the menu at the beginning, including a photo of each dish on a tablet. Delicious food. We also received a tomato soup as a starter on the house, then a cheese and honey pie, and finally a cake and cinnamon liqueur, also on the house. We recommend!

Personally I think this restaurant is really good , the food is nice, the boss is nice as well, they gave us a free starter for no reason I guess maybe a bit of promotion for them as what you are reading , but I think the food and everything else are really nice and worthwhile , the price was fair enough, i just hope that the restaurant could offer more kinds of food , as I would say there is only a limited amount of choices; but over all , everything is perfect , maybe the place was a bit too dark

Stunning restaurant, really clean and well-kept throughout. All staff had perfect English, were very polite, happy and friendly. Menu has a nice variety, everything we had was really fresh and super tasty. Thank you for the wine recommendation! Highly recommend the honey-feta. There was a small mistake with the pasta but they quickly and honestly rectified it, really professional and we’d absolutely go again!

Cuccuvaia Owl Κουκουβάγια is a must-visit! We had an incredible dining experience here. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive from the moment we walked in. It was a pleasant surprise this bar restaurant .I was invited from a friend and like always I checked the reviews starting with the ones with low grades.I was waiting a medium value bar restaurant but the reality was different.Nice ambiance, quick and polite service, beautiful people around and a tasteful (not so large ) menu.Prices Very logic and finally more than "value for money".. A truly beautiful place from every point of view, the waiters are extremely kind, the food was good and the location was welcoming. The only small flaw is that they brought the dish to one of us late and we had to wait, but overall the rating is more than positive. At the end they offered us a typical local bitter.

We had a very bad experience in this restaurant, we ordered sushi and it came after waiting for one hour, we were 5 people and they served us with one bowl of soya, we asked for another one and for napkins, the waiter went and never came back. Then after we finish and ate the sushi with one soya he said that he forgot. I don’t advise any one to try it.

I came here for brunch. The place has a lovely style, I adored the kitch figures of animals everywhere. I got an filter coffe with nut-syrup and a salmon omelet. It was reaaaally nice. This cafe is on the main Street of morning activity in Patras! Located near the center there is a nice view and shaded areas if needed. The food is excellent and I recommend the salty croissant or the pancakes. They have English menus available if needed

I recently visited Terra Cafe for a coffee and had a pleasant experience. The cafe has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The coffee was expertly prepared and had a rich, smooth flavor. The prices were also reasonable. Overall, Terra Cafe is a solid choice for a coffee in the area.

Excellent for our taste bistro. We have tasted and totally recommend sweet potato soup and vegetable soup. We loved all 4 different dishes we tasted both times we ve been there. Staff was friendly the place was clean. I really wish it was a non smoke place to attend more times a week, but unfortunately i live in Greece...not possible. Anyway 5 stars for this beautiful bistro

Food was good.Not special enough to make you want to go back. Interesting menu items that miss the authenticity and disappoint a little. It's fine of you don't know the difference. Staff/management/owner are interested in their regular customers instead of trying to make new customers. Felt VERY irrelevant. Desperately trying to be" high society" but it is not. Gave 4 stars because it's Patra... and different... and some people might really like it.

This place was a really lucky find. We were only in Patras for two nights and were walking to an Asian restaurant, but my 72 year old mother in law was struggling with the hills. This place had pretty lights shining and we thought it looked fine so decided to stop. It was so so good! Really relaxed space, super kind and and friendly waiter (Giannis), and amazing food. It's very European modern. Some really clever dishes and not what you'd expect from a little place on a quiet square. I had thinly sliced beef steak with a truffle mash. Every bite was delicious. My partner had chicken breast with chorizo and a sweet potato puree, and my mother in law had the mushroom and truffle gnocchi. 100% recommend the place!

A positive surprise! Every dish we had (Tuna Ceviche, Chicken Sando and Flat Iron steak) was an absolute 10/10. They would rival expensive restaurants in NY or London, let alone anything in Patra. Service was friendly, the atmosphere was bar-like, so keep in mind most people around you will probably only be drinking.

Nice drinks, nice service. Had a few bad occasions there, but overall I am deeply satisfied. Especially when Argyris is behind the bar, your good time is guaranteed. It is considered as one of the best, if not the best, bar/bistro/cafe in Patras. As for the cocktails, I cannot find a better place in town. It is nearly always packed. Prices are fine. The decoration changes almost every two seasons. It is a must.

My favorite restaurant in Patras. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is relaxing. They do not have the classic traditional Greek food, they have always to offer nice tasty food combinations which make you curious to try. However the most important thing about this restaurant is the staff who are always smiling, helpful and with positive vibes.

We went for brunch which was average. I got the eggs bacon benedict , the poached eggs were overdone and the bread half burned on one side. The scrambled eggs with smoked salmon were also average and the avocado tasted very bad. The staff was friendly and polite but the service was very slow. We had to ask 3 times for ice and twice to pay while the restaurant wasn't busy.

The ambience is a blend of elegance allowing customers to relax, enjoying beverages to meals. Atmosphere is quite welcoming would recommend.
