It’s cool as a pub. As a restaurant you can get better and bigger plates for the same price. The burger was literally of a size of a coin. The plus, the served the meal with some boiled vegetables I wasn’t expecting

Food was quite good, the place is definitely the reason many people go, the backyard is wonderful and the food is one of the best in town. Service was really good, I had the T bone steak and was a bit disappointed with it now being grilled but cooked with seasoning, but overall it’s a great place to visit!

Behind a rather unremarkable sign and a veranda often crowded with cars lies a decent restaurant by Moshi standards. They offer burgers, Mexican dishes, milkshakes, and more. The food is quite tasty. There's Wi-Fi, which you'll need because the kitchen's speed is a clear downside of the restaurant. Go to Blossoms only if you're not hungry right now. For groups, the wait for menus, drinks, and food will be even longer. However, this pace is typical for laid-back Moshi. In addition to a few tables on the veranda, there's a lovely dining room with an order counter and a bar. The dining area is usually stuffy, so I prefer the cozy courtyard with a canopy.

This is one of my go-to places to eat whenever I’m in Moshi. The food is consistently great, and I really like their variety of drinks and main dishes. I usually order the strawberry lemonade and the chicken burger. The service has always been quick and friendly, and the food actually reminds me a lot of what you’d get back in the U.S., which is a nice surprise. Definitely looking forward to coming back again soon.

It wasn't so bad but it wasn't good as well. I am living in Tanzania now. it's very difficult to get a pizza with some green vegetable. so when I see the menu and *Margherita* with green leaves(I don't remember what it said the name). I was excited! finally I could have Margherita with leaves! But It came just with cheese and some. looks no vegetable. so I asked to a staff that it said with green but it seems no green at all. what she replied is...you can see if you eat. Okay... I started to eat...but ofc there is no leaves came. I juts felt this place is same as others. I was expected because the reviews were too good. They serve very slow maybe I wait 30min or more. The taste was good. some staff are good but some are not very friendly no hospitality. They also have some local people as well.

In eight weeks time we ate here twelve times. The reason why we came back so many times is the ambiance, especially in the backyard. There is a very nice, relaxing ambiance and we enjoyed spending our time here. Regarding food: As starters, we liked the flauta's and the taco's very much. As main dishes, we liked the enchiladas, fajitas, Blossoms salad, Blossoms pizza, Chicken pizza and Beef stir fry. As desserts, we liked the smothered banana bread. But to be honest: all the food here is good. The food is more expensive compared to the streets in Tanzania, but it is less expensive compared to European restaurants.

Had a privilege to had dinner here and it was amaizing. From the service to the food was fantastic. Looking forward to have another visit soon and i won't come alone. I will bring friends.

Food was excellent! The Mayai dish and fruit salad were my favorite. Friendly waiters also. But I have one major complaint, there are other people there trying to sell you tours and souvenirs, it’s really annoying right before a meal, the restaurant should not allow these people to do selling inside their space, it’s kind of a bummer when trying to relax and eat. But other than that this place is really good.

The atmosphere was favorable. Chips and fried chicken was what I ordered. The chips tasted good, but chicken was a little too dry. The service was okay. The music was not ao good and the vibe was weak even for a friday night.

We visited for dinner at night. Very nice ambience that's also quiet. I bet it's prettier during the day than at night to see the garden and the trees. Surprisingly, there were no mosquitoes. Perhaps because of the cold weather (we visited mid August). The service was excellent, but a bit slow. They have a good variety of local and international dishes. We ordered grilled chicken on skewers (delicious), beef skewers (some parts were soft, others were a bit chewy), kuku mikange (this is a Tanzanian dish that's 1/4 marinated chicken with stir fried vegetables), mbuzi (goat meat. It was chewy), Greek salad (good), and Caesar salad. The Caesar salad wasn't like the Caesar salad that's commonly known, which is lettuce, romano cheese, chicken and croutons. While it came with these ingredients, it also came with diced tomatoes and diced boiled eggs. Not to mention that the dressing that came with it wasn't a Caesar salad dressing. It was like a light mustard or honey mustard. It was the same dressing that came with the Greek salad. Prices are reasonable. But interestingly, they charge you for take away boxes (2000 TSH per box). Apple pay doesn't work here. So, you better have your physical card with you or pay with cash.

This is an Indian restaurant with absolutely amazing food. The best Indian I've had in Moshi, also cheap at the same time. It was so good that over the month and a half I had left in Tanzania since I discovered this restaurant, I went 7 times with my friends. The staff are friendly but like a lot of restaurants in Moshi, very slow. Once, a group of 8 of us waited for 2 hours. I would call up to pre-order for a specific time. The atmosphere is not the best though, also no decorations, basically a room with walls. The outdoors section is typical BBQ vibes but got very smokey.

As a tourist this club was ok.. the locals seemed to love the music and vibes. My friends and I ordered hookah (shisha) a bottle of wine and 2 large bottles of water. It’s very cheap here. However you have to watch your things because I stepped away from our section and one of the bottles of water was stolen. The rest of the night I clutched my purse real tight! They did play a few Caribbean and American hits, but mostly Afro genre music. If you do come here just be aware of your surroundings.

This is a large, well laid out bar with several sections. They also serve sever" types of chicken with chips, plantain Service is quick and friendly. Only drawback is the very loud music that is pumped in to every spot in the bar; if you're looking for a relaxing, laid back place, this may disappoint.

Amazing place and good music for partying.

Most ppl will go here as it's close to KCMC and there's active security which is great-Sometimes it can get pretty packed and you have to keep an eye on what your paying for. I reccomend doing as the locals and don't buy single shots, buy a bottle and make ur own shots as well as keep track of how many beers your drinking for your bill - even though many foreigners go here it's not uncommon to be overcharged. It's good vibes though and dancing 😊

The only problem i see here is the security to which sometimes they act to hash to some customers , but standing to their point of view i think they do this to prevent unwanted behaviors , but it is gud place to have vibes , gud music and also one of the top clubs in moshi

The food was okay. The Mtura portion is very small, we ordered four for two people and we had to request another portion of mbuzi choma. I loved the mbuzi choma better. We had multiple people servicing our table, which was excellent. I worried that would confuse them and affect our experience, but somehow, they make it work.

I had a very disappointing stay at Summit Lounge — the room was not properly cleaned, basic amenities like [towels, hot water, Wi-Fi] were not working, and the staff were unhelpful and unresponsive. For the price, I expected much better. Never again

TLDR: The view of The Summit is ‘right on the nose’. The service, however, is somewhere near the tail. The food somewhere in between. Looking for a great view and environment ? This is the spot. In fact, a wedding photographer was shooting photos at sunset as we had drinks. The food was quite good but you had to wait for it. With a group, this was awkward. While most got their food within 5 minutes, another didn’t get her ~ pasta ~ for 45 minutes. For out of box noodles this was a mystery that could only be caused by kitchen incompetence. Running a kitchen is hard - I know this well. With a venue this nice poor management feels like an injustice not just to the customers but to the hotel itself. Perhaps someday management will catch up.

I wouldn't recommend this place. We celebrated our Kilimanjaro climb and ordered their most expensive drink (25,000 Tanzanian shillings), but it had no gin. After we mentioned it, the waiter brought a new gin bottle from another restaurant downstairs. So, better stay with drinking beer.

Very slow service. We first needed to order our drinks and wait for them to arrive before we could order our food. Then needed to wait almost an hour for the food was ready. We got the starter and the mean at the same time and both were not very warm. We asked for maintenance and ketshup and they never arrived. So although the view was nice I would pick an other place to have a drink of dinner if I were you

Lovely pub. Service was a little lacklustre especially on Sunday afternoon after the Kilimanjaro marathon. It wasn't busy but staff just seemed out of it.

What a wonderful place to find in Tanzania! Amazing Mexican food so far from Mexico! Peter and Mary are amazing hosts, and their staff were very attentive. The grounds are beautiful and the design feels just like a Mexican restaurant in the US Southwest. Love it and can't wait to come back next time I'm in Tanzania! I was there near the end of October 2018 on this visit.

Just little bit of town, 10 minutes drive from Moshi town. As you approach the restaurant down an unmade road in a rather poor area,i wonder if i lost trying to find this highly rated restaurant. When you finally reach the place it still looks doubtful that a top restaurant could be here. You enter to a cosy looking place and greeted warmly by Nancy. its Very unique (and fantastic) environment under tropical lush trees and the open sky and then comes the good part. A nice table outside in the shade is about as tranquil as it gets. There is a nice playground for the kids to play in, so it is very family friendly. What greets you then is some of the best food I have eaten on any continent.I stated with juice. I thought I was taking a risk by ordering Fajitas,as i really love this dish.It was truly wonderful. meat is so tender and tasty, served with soft flour tortillas,a side is Spanish rice, re-fried beans,Guacamole,sour Cream and salsa. It was so testy.I received my food much quicker than i have in most restaurants in Moshi so that also is a terrific plus The staff are courteous and endeavor to provide service quickly and efficiently,the owner cares Great place to go, i would advice anyone wanting a relaxing place with the right atmosphere for reading, going online with no worry of people bumping your head trying to pass behind you....or just in need of a good cup of coffee and a newspaper...or a good book!! Feels (and looks) like a home! It’s a beautiful restaurant with a play area for kids. The staff and owner are all friendly. Food is delicious, big portions and presented well. You have to try the raspberry juice and pineapple/mint juice. All the cakes are in big portions too! Reasonable priced.

One of the nicest most peaceful spots to eat in Moshi. Breakfast or dinner, both are excellent. I highly recommend the enchiladas. Faster than many other restaurants in the area. Lovely grounds and playground for the kids. you can also get fresh raspberries, feta cheese, baked goods and other stuff to take home too. Price is reasonable, staff and owners are all very nice. Note about the cold coffees, if you're ordering the frappes and iced coffee, they are made with instant coffee.

At the heart of Moshi Town. Most roads connect or lead here. Included in a hotel by its own name. Only a road separates it from a gas filling station. Assorted drinks and food. Affordable making it less expensive from areas surrounding the bar.

Not great. Server could not tell us much about the food they had, and most of the food that is shown on the sign out front was not available. Incredibly slow service. But beer is cold and cheap, so that's a plus.

I tried boiled chicken with chicken stew on the side. This is one of the joints in town to try Chaga cuisine.Friendly and reasonable crowd where one can interact with the locals. A CRDB bank atm is just besides the club where one can withdraw cash if need be. Sorry it was dark for me to get any nice shots.

I sat upstairs near the washroom where to my disappointment we had lots of flies which disturbed my peace and comfort hence my low rating. Otherwise this is a great joint.

A must stop for any cyclists passing through Moshi. Expecting just coffee, it’s a whole modern bike shop with all the tools and parts you could need. Certainly a place you could base a bikepacking trip from for Tanzania!

In August, 2022 we have been in One Bike Pitstop with a group of about 30 uruguayan people. It was an amazing experience! Solene, Hilary and the rest of One Bike team, have prepared all for us. We share a delicious typical buffet for lunch, cooked for a cheff. The food was very good, also tasty, and the most important (well spicy, not strongly spicy as the Tanzania's food, that if u are a foreigner, sometimes you are not used to it). The bar has really good vibes, the place is comfortable, clean, with good music, and algo fresh drinks! All the staff is there if you need something, and they are very sweet and kind people! We strongly recomend you to visit the Bar. Also, if you have time, go with them on a Bike trail, they have very interesting ones, and everything well organized!

We booked a bicycle tour for our family of four with One bike pitstop. Good luck took care that bikes and a guide were ready for us early in the morning. Our guide Dennis was already checking all tyres and each bike when we arrived. There was some stuff that needed attention so he fixed it. Then he took us on a wonderful bike ride out of town through the various villages all part of the Chagga region. We rode along lush green banana and coffee farms, passed villages, people, rivers and amazing views. Dennis took good care of all of us. Always checking if every one was keeping up, making sure we were safe in traffic. With every change of road or traffic he took the time to shortly brief us in a clear manner so that our two teenage kids and us parents were well prepared for the next episode. Along the way Dennis told a lot about the surroundings, the flora and fauna, the people, history and customs, he himself was born in Chagga region so he has many things to share. It was an intens and amazing day. We highly recommend letting Dennis take you on a bike tour around Moshi!

No soap in the entire place - draw your own conclusions. Also if you are white they make the prices up to extortionate amounts.
