La Dolcezza is a wonderful sundae restaurant with excellent ice cream. The shopkeeper is polite and the ice cream tastes fresh, with natural flavors that are delicious. I highly recommend the dolcezza flavor, watermelon sorbet, pistachio, and stratecella. No matter what your taste in ice cream is, you're sure to enjoy La Dolcezza's splendid variety!
Visited in July 25, nice variety of flavours including some originals. My wife had the black sesame, which was very tasty. I had vanilla and Le romaine, which includes almond as an ingredient. Very good price quality balance. Staff speaks English next to, obviously, French.

Great homemade ice cream with a variety of creative flavors, including hay! Highly recommend ✨
Clarissa K — Google review
Visited right before leaving Nîmes and it was insanely good! I’m quite picky about good gelato, but I was so very positively surprised. I picked out two flavors I haven’t tried before, which were Black Sesame and La Romaine, both of which were delightful. I also got to try their Lavender Sorbet, which was equally as great. However, among these I recommend La Romaine the most!

The charming interior and outdoor seating provide a delightful atmosphere to enjoy their crunchy fresh bread, satisfying sandwiches, and a variety of pastries. Enjoyed a delicious quiche and a Paris Brest with chocolat chaud on Easter morning. All were delicious! The locals were queuing to purchase cakes for Easter dinner. The people watching was absolutely delightful. Wonderful experience!

Here you really feel the French atmosphere in this patisserie. The place is very nice and offers many choices including mignon, fruit baskets, macarons. Really good and at an affordable price. There is also an ice cream side that allows for a wide selection.

Most delicious food so far, tagliatelle super, Hamburg super personal friendly and not expensive
Cindy P — Google review
Stopped by for some pastries. There was a long line out the door but it moved at a decent speed. We got a variety of pastries that were all tasty except for the really super hard rectangular biscuit. Omg it was rock hard! We only got it because the tour guide on le petite train recommended it. The revolving gelato case is cool!
Kimster L — Google review
Described as a bakery, I discovered it to be also a great "patisserie" that offers a huge variety of cakes, salty snacks and sweet treats. Surprisingly satisfying talking about both the taste, the service and the elegant inside of the bakery. More over, the service is either available outside of the place, in one of the nice and lively squares of Nimes.
Filippo C — Google review
Poor service. Tried to order in the shop. Got redirected to the terrace, only to be told that we cannot have coffee anymore because they need to prepare for lunch. Left for a better place.
J D — Google review
Was walking past this place with friends, looking for authentic French pastries. Walked in, everything looked great and an almond pain au chocolate (written on the label) caught my attention, never seen one of these before. We decided to eat in. And that’s when all the fun ended. Rude young waitress, didn’t know what was on offer, made mistake in the order. The pastries were dry, there was no chocolate in the pain au chocolate!! We didn’t finish our meal. Coffee bland. The worst part was when she told us we had to pay, while still eating, then trying to overcharge us. Reluctantly, eventually we got refunded. Her attitude is unacceptable. Will not return and do not recommend.

Amorino Gelato in Nîmes is a fantastic spot to satisfy your sweet cravings. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, even helping with lactose-free options. The gelato quality is consistently good, and the dessert options are perfect. You can enjoy delicious flavors like lemon and raspberry, and their signature macarons on top add an extra touch of sweetness. The cozy atmosphere makes it a great place to end a perfect day in Nîmes.
The hunt for the perfect crepe was achieved. The choice of toppings didn’t look like much but more than this for a sweet crepe was unnecessary. The home-made chocolate sauces were delicious. (Not sure if homemade but not nutella!) The crepe is small but delicious. Cozy area and we missed the line so it was perfect end to our perfect day in Nimes. Everything looks good too!

Visited both in Montpellier and Nîmes and was really surprised with their different take on ice cream serving. Not by number of scoops, but a fixed "shape" (small flower, larger flower, big flower) and you get many flavours to work as leaves of the flower. And REALLY good ice cream!

Absolutely fabulous spot, I came to Nîmes to see the coliseum. I had stopped at Amorino in Nice prior and felt in love with this chain so when walking around Nîmes I decide to stop there as well. The service was so fantastic, the staff was so friendly and helped us choose a lactose free option for my friend (they have vegan choc sorbet and raspberry macarons) and they have a clean bathroom (always appreciated when sightseeing). So would absolutely recommend if you visit Nîmes! 😀

The best croissants ever! So flaky and buttery soft. The chefs’ attention to detail when creating the cakes and pastries is clear in their beauty! The cakes I had were amazingly delicious. I visited every day of my vacation in Nîmes to try new flavours. The cakes have original flavours and really stand out from all the other bakeries I’ve visited. The caramel-cashew cake was so delicious, I had to have a second! We ordered two slices of ham and leek quiches and two teas to sit down. We waited for a long time and when the quiches came out they were still quite cold. We asked the waitress to reheat them more and they were still very cold bites on the inside. They were very flavorful, but felt like they were frozen quiches and not heated up thoroughly. From our experience we felt like it’s overpriced.

Top patisserie quality. Congrats to the patissier. I love baking and can be a picky sweet tooth. Luckily I picked 2 to eat haha. They all looked delicious. The cévinol is one of the best desserts I remember. Definitely in the last year. The biscuit reminds me of childhood. The topping is a elegant and ingenious mix of flavours. Great texture without overdoing it. My favourite. The merveille chocolate is definitely sweeter. Top class as well. Quite unique. I was expecting something more soft, like biscuit with frosting. It's way better though. I loved eating it as an apple. No shame, my one of five a day. Crunch and velvet chocolate layers. If people ask about your diet, tell them it's a giant data coconut ball. The sugar definitely gave me energy. Till next time!

(Translated by Google) First time I've been to this artisan pastry chef and I'm far from disappointed! I had a blackcurrant cheesecake tart and it was very good. It's refined, delicious, there's a lot of work put into the presentation and I found it well balanced. I didn't really find the taste of speculoos that I was told about in the store, in terms of the pastry, but that's really nitpicking. In addition to that, it's served in a very pretty box. And for the service, nothing to complain about, the lady who served me was very smiling and warm, I will come back with pleasure :) (Original) Première fois que je viens chez cet artisan pâtissier et je suis loin d'être déçue ! Je n'ai pas vraiment retrouvé le goût du spéculos qu'on m'a annoncé en boutique, au niveau de la pâte, mais c'est vraiment pour chipoter. En plus de ça, c'est servi dans une très jolie boite. (Translated by Google) All of Provence shines through these beautiful windows, which makes you want to enter this charming store made of tradition. The welcome from the owner is more than friendly and, if you ask him a few questions about the origin of this ancestral confectionery, he is more than inexhaustible on the subject and, he will even tell you some anecdotes about the city of Nîmes! Thank you dear Sir for your charming welcome, I will definitely come back!

(Translated by Google) A store run by a very nice couple. Opportunity to taste the products. While passing through Nîmes I bought a product which unfortunately had a small packaging problem, but it was replaced and sent to my home, accompanied by a small gift. I will undoubtedly come back and place my orders in the future with this store rather than on the brand's website, we have to keep this kind of small business alive!!
