Accommodated our whole group (53). The man working was fantastic. Gelato is the best I’ve had in Italy. We were also in and out in around 30 minutes. We plan to return tomorrow night.

Best gelato so far and staff are very helpful and friendly. Apparently they make all their own gelato and it’s a different recipe for each type. Unlike lots of places where they use the same base mixture.

Is there a bad gelato shop on Italy? This little store makes me continue to think that it may be impossible to find one. Very central and delicious gelato shop on the main drag - hard to miss and frequented by quite a few people. Many, many flavors to choose from. Recommended!

One the way back home we needed a Corona test and because we were already in the middle of Montecatini Terme we decided to get an ice-cream. The ice-cream was very delicious. Together we had Amarena, Pistachio, Fragola but my favorite was milk chocolate. We could enjoy our ice-cream outside the store at the terrace.

Great gelato! This is *the* place to be on a Sunday afternoon, crowded with families all visiting, having a treat before walking back and forth to the main square. Lots of good flavours, somewhat patient with my attempts at Italian, would recommend if you're in the area and looking for a sweet treat.

I visited here on Tuesday with my Partner! Amazing. We had no idea what to choose! So both had the Fruit tarts because they are one of our favorites at this time of year! The pastry was perfect! Lovely and crispy and delicious. The fruit was just right , very fresh, custard and the glaze awesome. Sad to have gone on my last day and not my first, because I would have definately gone everyday. What a wonderful place and lovely service!

Not only I will never visit this shop again, but I can assure him that all of my tourists and colleagues will avoid this place like the plague from now on. I lead 50 people's groups on a weekly basis. BIG mistake my friend, BIG mistake!

However, despite trying in our best Italian which has been perfectly acceptable elsewhere, the person serving behind the counter refused to give us the time to be able to converse as they were busy and instead, we were given two espresso coffees and told to sit down; we would have happily ordered cake and more drinks but were made to feel like an inconvenience. Not the start to my birthday we wanted and based on this experience, we will not return. BTW the coffees were €2.40 and we were made to feel in the way by wanting to pay for our drinks ... we felt our custom and money wasn't good enough as we were foreigners!
