The coffee, tea and breakfast food are excellent! Freshly brewed and baked. The service is quick, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this to anyone in Worcester that is looking for a good cuppa, coffee, and a yummy breakfast to enjoy, enjoy! Plenty of off street parking and located in the heart of many very good restaurants on Shrewsbury Street.

Back in June, after an unlabeled nut muffin, to which I have a known allergy to, sent me to the emergency room within 30 min in full anaphylaxis, I came in later that week to let them know what happened--I was told to call Dean (one of the managers), so I did the next day. From the start of my conversation, Dean had the most belittling and unprofessional attitude. He, from the get-go, was lying to me, saying this situation never happened before, when I was told by the cashier that gave me his contact information that this EXACT situation happened a month ago with the SAME muffin, because it is labeled as "Orange Cranberry" and should really be labeled as Orange Cranberry Nut because it is made with nuts and FULL of them. Dean was immediately defensive and aggressively asked "What do you want me to do about this?". I suggested labeling food items (especially ones with major allergens like tree nuts) appropriately to avoid this happening to anyone else, as any respectable establishment does. I was told by Dean that I shouldn't be eating out if I have allergies, (I have not in the past 15 years required an emergency room visit for my allergies) and when I expressed frustration of his lack or remorse and lack of empathy for my near-death experience, I was told that I should have my lawyers contact his lawyers. Cherry on top, he hung up the phone when I was mid sentence. I didn't even get an apology from him, he didn't check in to see how I was doing now, he didn't even offer a free coffee for the "inconvenience" if you can call it that.. Such blatant disrespect, its actually sad. Needless to say, I would stay far, FAR away from a place as mismanaged as this, because not only is their customer service dead, you can't even count on being respected as a human being, let alone a paying customer. His attitude is deadly, and I hope that change comes soon to InHouse. I hope Dean learns to manage his emotions and his establishment with a little more grace and composure, I wouldn't bet on it though. **Picture shows the muffins, Orange Cranberry muffin is the muffin that is actually an orange cranberry nut muffin. Also note that the pistachio and corn seem mislabeled as well....

Employees were nice but I asked for a blueberry scone and received a muffin. Also waited 15+ minutes for a simple bagel with cream cheese. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked for my order and they just then grabbed my bagel off the shelf to be toasted. Probably won’t be coming back.

The iced matcha latte was very good & the service superb. The hummus wrap had very little hummus on it and would have benefitted from some type of seasoning such as a basil leaf or two, or perhaps fresh mint or dill.

They aren't too many good places coffee places in worcester open till 8pm. So while on the lookout, I came across inhouse coffee. This place serves great coffee. We have been going their every week. They have some really good options to flavour your coffee. They also seem to have a great variety of teas. I am always on the lookout for good bagels and this place has some really good and fresh ones. They also have other baked goods and desserts to offer. The cannolis look delicious, haven't tried them though. The best part is the lady at the counter. She always greets you with a big smile and just makes your day better with that delicious coffee she makes. This place should be on your list if not yet.

Such a heartwarming place for this Christmas season. Great place to get some work done!! The music and lights are just perfect! Also their Tiramisu Ice coffee is pretty good, if you enjoy Tiramisu cake, you'll definitely enjoy this coffee. It has a great aftertaste and smells just as great even afterward. Definitely give this place and this coffee a try!!

It was so good. The grey cold brew is amazing. I had such a good experience because the barista was very kind to me, and the space looks very spacious with high ceilings. I think this is a great, relaxing place to read a book. Oh forgot to mention, there are so many coffee beans collections here.

This coffee shop is slightly off the beaten path, but it is exceptional once you’re there. the coffee is wonderful and they do a lot of community activities, which is cool. Lots of seating area.

I loveeee it here. I drive 40 minutes for the staff and vibes and amazing mocha latte. They are seriously one of my favorite places to go, and they work so hard to bring you super fresh, roasted in house beans, that the product speaks for itself. Also, they are perfect if you need a quiet place to go enjoy some coffee with a pastry and get some work done!

Happened across this place while traveling through Worcester. The inside houses the retail shop and the roastery. It was cool to see all their coffee processing and roasting equipment. The retail space was clean and bright and cheery. The drip coffee was good. The espresso was even better. There was a tremendous selection of single origin beans from all over the world in a variety of roasts. I chose an African light roast (Burundi Hafi) to take home. I brewed some this morning and was blown away. No sourness, no acidity, it tasted to like a high quality milk chocolate. The price of $22 a pound is very reasonable for such a high quality product.

This place is awesome. I go out of my way to stop in whenever I'm in the Worcester area. The espresso and espresso drinks are awesome. But that's par for the course. What will blow you away is that their drip and iced coffees taste like a good V60 brew. And their pour-overs are even better. I also mail-order from here when I can't get down there. There was recently a snafu with their delivery service. I emailed them, they apologized and rushed me out a complimentary order. The customer service both in-person and online is AWESOME. The in-person facilities and ambiance are also cool. It mixes an old-fashioned coffee house with books, music, a place to sit and think/study/write with a banging event facility for coffee tastings and live music. I'm a coffee nerd and this place checks all my boxes. Go there soon!!

Wonderful coffee roasters and cafe! Coffee is top notch — hot, cold, nitro, etc. Nice selection of house roasts. Light breakfast items and some bakery also available.

About a 10 minute walk from the courthouse and across the street from city hall, so it is well located for a break. I wish I had tried the bagels, but I didn’t realize they had hot options, so I went for the pumpkin pie as a snack. The pie was good. The pastries looked like they had better days although perhaps they had fresh ones outside of the display case, which would have been good to try. On another occasion, I’ll give a breakfast sandwich a try. I wish they had simple syrup for sweetening the coffee and fresh cream and milk options to adjust one’s coffee to taste. I ordered a latte just the way I like it, so I don’t need all of these options, but I did notice there weren’t any set out. Also there were no washable silverware, so you only had the option of plastic forks and spoons that were pretty flimsy and not ideal for sitting in. It is great for take-out, though. The main thing about this spot if you’re ordering in is the coffee to order and the ample and varied seating areas. It looks like a good place to sit and work for a while as it is calm, and it also has plenty of seating to have a conversation or a meal. Modern and comfortable furnishings. Big windows looking out towards the park.

The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and even spoke Spanish, which was a nice to see. The bagels with cream cheese were good, and I enjoyed the hot vanilla latte. My friend tried the green machine smoothie with almond milk, and it was nice to see they offer lactose-free options. Would recommend.

This is one of the places people always return to! I always leave honest and accurate reviews and this place is 100%! Everything! Employees are so kind and amazing! The place is clean and the lady in charge of the place was amazing!!!

Love the vibe of this place, it makes for a calming and relaxing place to enjoy delicious food and beverage options. The service is also phenominal. Got the avocado toast and was pleasantly surprised that it was made with foccacia! The maple chai latte just hit the spot on a chilly morning. I highly recommend this place whether youre grabbing a coffee to go or sitting for a bit.

Absolutely incredible place! I tried them for the first time a few months ago because it caught my eye with the cute aesthetic!! But little did I know it would become my absolute favorite place! Very clean, super organized and amazing coffee and food!! They are always recommending me to try different things and everything is incredible 100/10 absolutely have to try it!!! I stopped in to Fuel America on a Sunday for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. It had been a few years since I visited. The dinning area was fairly busy. There were a couple people ahead of me in line, and things moved quickly. I ordered the Farmer's Pan Sandwich on wheat bread (Egg, ham, cheese, red pepper pesto, and siracha mayo) and a 16 oz. hot coffee. The person helping with my order provided me all my options for what I wanted the sandwich served on and the cheese selections. My sandwich was ready quicker than I expected. The only reason I did not give overall 5 stars is that the creamer container was completely empty, so I used milk instead. My sandwich was very good and had a nice little kick of spice. I will definitely stop in again. Prices were very reasonable and service was quick and friendly.

A got a Farmers pan sandwich that looked like a 5 year old made it. Very disappointed. I also got a hot chocolate that tasted like warm milk; lacked chocolate flavor. Very disappointed😔

I am normally a big fan of this place. However my most recent $17 salad was not edible for me. I can not eat chicken and I always make sure to specify that when ordering. I usually sub it for a boiled egg (hence the extra dollar). Today I got my normal salad and smoothie but when I got home and opened it, there was chicken and no egg...good bye lunch for me. The smoothie was just as good as always though.

Coffee and a Fruity fruit acai bowl. The coffee is great..I love the selection of Bowls especially the fruity fruit. The girls are usually very friendly. And Tisha always greets me with her beautiful smile and bubbly personality.

Mariah was very kind and patient with me as i was browsing the large menu. She also acknowledged the tip and was grateful. The team working today was so humble and kind. They have great employees here.

iKrave Cafe has pretty good food with fast service, great if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and the food is classic cafe food. The atmosphere is similar to that of Dunkin, but they have a wide variety of options. The food, although not incredible, was good. The sandwiches and bagels have lots of toppings and are freshly made. Overall, check it out if you’re looking for something reliable and tasty in the area.

The staff is so sweet. Food served at a great pace. Ordered the Lox(Salmon) bagel (along with a few of other orders). All was delicious!!

Honestly crazy came in today wanting to get my drink and food for my kids, as one of my kids proceeded to joke to another one of her siblings the person taking the order thru drive through couldn’t speak proper english and we tried to explain the drink and then they said they won’t serve us. Went on Easter because our usual spot Bagel Time down the street was closed. There is no comparison. We got a bagel with cream cheese and a breakfast sandwich. The asiago bagel was burnt and had no flavor and the breakfast Sammie was flavorless and had a bad egg to meat ratio. Can't understand why anyone would go there over Bagel Time... Don't waste your time and drive 4 minutes down the road for a better selection and flavor.

After going to a bougie coffee shop and getting two incredibly disappointing coffees, my friend and I Googled some other coffee places in the area and stumbled on iKrave. I'm so happy we did! They have such an extensive menu in terms of coffee flavors, smoothies, frappes, baked goods and a small lunch menu. Their prices are also WAY more affordable than other places. Staff was friendly and efficient, lots of seating and TVs, bathrooms, AND a drive thru! This is definitely my new place to go for coffee!

Nice breakfast menu and fun communal dining loft space. Three of us stopped by for a quick bite which unfortunately wasn’t so quick. The salmon on bread was delicious and the cut fries are great. The dry brioche roll (w/ egg sandwich)we were served totally missed its prime although overall a fun experience.

We went to Birch Tree in Worcester and totally loved the vibe! The rustic, cozy interior is super cool – it feels like one of those hidden gems you’d see in a movie. The menu had so many fun options, it was hard to choose. My mum had the coffee and absolutely loved it – strong, smooth, and perfectly made. I had the lemonade, and it was super refreshing with just the right amount of zing. The feta and olive toast was fresh, flavorful, and had the perfect salty bite. The pizzas were seriously delicious – thin crust, cheesy, and full of flavor. Everything looked so pretty, we had to snap some pics before digging in. It’s the kind of place where you want to chill and stay for a while.

Housed in the historic Crompton Building in Worcester’s Canal District, this is an excellent cafe for meeting up with friends for coffee and a light meal. The cafe has a bakery section where you can buy different kinds of breads and other baked goods and an expansive open room with tables and chairs for sharing a meal and/or beverages. Can order and pay at one’s table by scanning a QR code. The food is good, but not exceptional; coffee is excellent. Nice social vibe/energy.

Very spacious with a cute rustic place. Rustic interiors. We’ve visited Birchtree multiple times with or without friends and family, and always enjoyed being there. They have an easy to order system, and service is quite prompt. The taste of the bakery is excellent and meals are delicious. It’s a great spot for having a quality time with loved ones!

I was reluctant to provide a review for this place because I don't want it to be too crowded when I go to Worcester. But that's not the way I roll, so... the place was excellent. Really cool eccentric atmosphere and the food was terrific. The Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It's also connected to a lot of really cool shops that you can check out before or after you eat. There's parking in the back and then an entrance to the left of a patio, no sign though, and then you go up the stairs and the restaurants on the right. People say the bread is awesome also. We'll get some next time we go. Kudos to the owners, they seem to be doing an excellent job!

We recently stopped here for lunch between college visits with our daughter. This place is amazing - we had the grilled cheese and the meatball sandwich. They were both phenomenal, and the fries are so good. Portions were quite large, we probably could've shared 2 items between the 3 of us. We also tried the peach lemonade (beyond good) and a lavender latte (quite tasty). Their eat in ordering system was easy to use (scanning a code at the table and ordering, with them bringing it to you when ready). I loved the comfy, cozy energy and the staff were so nice.

We stumbled in here because we saw the great reviews and we were close by. We went up to the counter to order and the service was nice. Pretty expensive $10 for a breakfast sandwich $15 for lunch sandwich. Plain grilled cheese for $14. We ended up ordering 2 iced maple lattes which were decent, I thought the espresso tasted a little off, possibly burnt or sour. Almond croissant was really yummy. Bacon egg and cheese sandwich was mediocre, they recommended the brioche and I thought it was too thick and dry, maybe it might be better on a croissant. Salmon toast was $13, bread was burnt. Salmon felt fresh but the burnt bread overpowered it, picked red onions are a nice touch. Overall, with a few simple quality fixes could do much better, especially for the high price point everything is at. Turns into a cocktail lounge/bar some nights and the space is definitely fit for that I bet it would be an awesome experience.

Went for dinner recently & everything was delicious!!! Bill & Jannette were fantastic! Two of us had the veal, one had the seafood medley & I had the chicken salad wrap. We also got the tuna ahi appetizer & a complimentary amuse-bouche. We can’t wait to go back! If you haven’t been there yet, you’re missing out. Also BYOB which is great 🍻🍷

From the welcome, to the presentation, to the atmosphere to the final course, I can't possibly tell you how amazing this dinner was. If you're looking for an enjoyable evening produced by a couple who truly loves what they do, this is the place. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

The food that Bill and his crew are able to create in their very small kitchen is terrific! Our group of 10 all enjoyed our dinners and conversation with the crew. I didn't give 5 stars for atmosphere because the venue is not extravagant with decorations. It is simply decorated which is ok with us. They did have nice tablecloths and candles on the tables for the dinner crowd! It is a special find for food and wine lovers.

Can't say enough about Bill and Jeanette and the ridiculously great food. Tiny intimate spot...book well ahead.

If you're looking for something tasty and filling at a low cost, Theatre Cafe is a great little place to grab a home-cooked meal away from home. A cozy cafe right next to the Hanover Theater, the Theatre Cafe serves breakfast/lunch/dinner, and has a variety of specials daily. It's a small place, with warm, cozy vibes and a very friendly group of folks working there. Dining in is an option (there is very limited seating but plenty of room to relax at your table), along with takeout and limited delivery. My favorite meal there has been the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich on herb bread, but their fish & chips, and their croquettes with string beans are delicious as well. One of the tastiest lunches in Worcester.

Very pleasant atmosphere and quality products. I tried a very good brownie and hot chocolate, but the service was AWFUL. I was visiting the city and was expecting to just grab a table for coffee and dessert and leave, but without even saying “good afternoon” the attendant served me with to-go packages (there were still 2 hours left until closing according to a sign on the door and she confirmed it when I asked). I understand how tiring some work shifts are, but she started lifting chairs and sweeping the room while I was still eating my meal there. Manager, train your employees and your cafe will take off.

The coffee was very good, a little cool. The brownie was very chocolaty 🍫, too much for my taste. Everything cakes and muffins etc. looked great. I am sure they are very tasty. No prices for the cakes and sweet treats. I agree with other reviewers, quite pricey. The coffee was good value, the sweet treats are a little more expensive. I wanted to try this place. Coffee ☕️ definitely recommend.

Chill cafe for a coffee and something sweet. I’ve been coming here even prior to its renovation and always appreciated it as a local pit stop when visiting Worcester. But now I’ll be moving to the Elm Park Local Historic District; so this is going to be my neighborhood cafe. Good coffee and nice selection of baked goods.

Not good for ordering a cake but great to walk in. Their sweets are not too sweet and not heavy! I love their sweet and pastry and also their coffee. HOWEVER, I wanted to order a customized cake and I believe I talked directly to the owner but she was rude and ended up charging me extra for some little sprinkles! I asked her to at least use more sprinkles but she ignored my request. Will def but from their pastry in shop but will never order customized cakes from them

Overpriced and overrated. Owner is a miser who cuts corners for money, like the time they had a roach infestation and kept the store open anyway so they wouldn’t lose money. Horribly unsanitary. There are so many better places to get coffee and pastries. Don’t waste your money here.

Desserts are usually a bit too sweet and a tad expensive, but I love their vibe and they have great coffee! I got an apple dumpling today and it was so delicious. If they’ve got their tiramisu I highly recommend it! I’ve been here several times and service is friendly and comfortable. I love staying to finish a drink and read a book.

Clean, nice and the friendly staff. One big problem. April 23, 2025, it was nice 66f outside. The AC is blasting inside the store. Impossible to sit inside, freezing. Must be have been like 55F inside. Not sure if Starbucks is doing this on purpose or not, so the customers don't stick around inside the store. I asked the staff to lower the AC. I was told that the staff does not control AC and it up to landlord of the building to regulate the temp. Nothing they can do about it. One more problem, ,the store was empty, but Startbucks WiFI was slow 4 Mbps.

This is usually my go to Starbucks due to convenience of location. I would say for the most part my drinks always come out great and the workers are very friendly. My only complaint is how long it can take on certain days to make certain drinks. There have been a couple times I’ve had to wait about 20+ minutes for two drinks but aside from that everything else is pretty solid.

I’ve been coming every morning here for the same drink since I moved to Worcester. Today I came to the drive thru at 10:54am and was treated with so much disrespect, this is the second time an employee was rude here. However, this was the manager (female-dark with glasses and braids). I brought my initial drink with my receipt for proof and asked them to remake it since it was made with water and not lemonade. The manager at the window states “you do this everyday and I'm not gonna be able to fix it, but you can ask another location). I asked for her name she said “actually I don’t have one) and slams the door in my face. I came only one other time to swap a drink I had paid for. Why would I not be able to bring a drink back I paid 7$ for to be made the correct way? I was in disbelief, especially since I paid for the drink and in no means was I disrespectful (I have the video, which I showed the cops). As I pull off I’m in the parking lot with my two dogs, the cops show up. They ask me what happened and I showed them what went on, they agreed that I was treated poorly, that the manager actually made a different story to dispatch. The cops went in and came out because that manager told them she wants a no trespassing order. Keep in mind I was so nice and polite, it’s not like I didn’t pay for the drink! Ridiculous but I’ve reach out to resources that will be looking into this so this location can teach their employees customer service etiquette. Now I’m banned from this location all because I just wanted them to swap the drink out with the receipt?

If you're expecting a traditional Starbucks experience at this location, you might as well try and find another spot. The drive-through is insane… Literally took me 20 minutes today to get a coffee and a food item. All of that is somewhat unforgivable because we know how busy coffee spots are these days, but the service is just not there either. Lackluster employees who are clearly not happy mud through taking orders and trying to hide their obvious distain for customers.

This has to be the worse Starbucks in MA. They do the opposite of what you ask for. I asked for a white mocha and it was completely awful. Every time I go through the drive through they have managed to consistently get my drink wrong for paying 8.00(plus) for a drink it should be right

Sort of inattentive, didn't put everything I asked for in my order, people get away with vaping inside. So if you're looking to have a meeting somewhere the employees won't be able to describe you if asked to do so later, this is the spot, and check your order.

You have to try this place! Both sweet and savory waffles on the menu; truly something for everyone (vegan options, too!). The waffles are different than the "Belgian waffles" you've had at restaurants in the past; these are real liège waffles with a little sweet crunch on the outside. Food comes quick and there is ample seating. Try it if you haven't been yet!

We went for Belgian waffles, but ended up getting the pork shoulder ramen for breakfast. There's no wrong time to have an amazing food experience. The soup was clean and crispy to the pallet. The ingredients all played seamlessly with the miss broth... I think I dreamt about it again last night. Also, try the "London Fog" Earl Grey latte. Sammy is a delight and makes apparent that quality is of the utmost importance.

We've been to this little shop twice now, and each time I come I love it a little more. The first time I came I ordered a Yin and Yang (coffee + tea brew), the second time I got the rose bud tea. My partner got iced coffee the first time, and a hand drip the second time. We're both very pleased and love to come here for quick dates, yummy Asian snacks, or work sessions.

Really cool place. Only waffle place I know of in Worcester. They have a variety of waffle such a Sprinkle waffles Oreo waffles, waffles they also have different types of coffee and tea. They have a back room where you can sit in and a little relaxing area you can go in as long as you take your shoes off before hand it's family-owned their son is almost always in the shop with them also there is no parking lot only street parking with meters right outside. Most coffees are around $3 and they are a decent size probably equivalent to a medium at other places.

Best coffee in Worcester, by far. Might be the only serious single-origin coffee in town. And the waffles are amazing! I grew up in Worcester and we've never really had a great coffee shop before. Very exciting!!

The waffles here are so crazy good! We tried a California and a waffle sandwich (both gluten free) and we were super impressed! Kind of a small, hole-in-the-wall place but definitely check it out if you're a waffle lover!

So good. Hands down. Best waffles we have had in Worcester. Our kids loved the fun waffles so much! We kept going back for more after our first waffles. We each ordered something different and everything was unique and full of flavor! Loved the savory waffles with a touch of crunchy sweet.

Great food with fresh ingredients and flavors. Stopped on for a lighter dinner and the vegetarian bowls were excellent with quality ingredients, bold flavor and ample portions without being too much. The fresh made juices were refreshing and delicious. Service was quick and prices were reasonable given the quality. A great option for a healthy, flavorful meal.

I have been going to nu for almost a decade now and love it every time. However, this breakfast sandwich I got today was a bit of a rip off if you ask me: $9+ for one egg and two strips of bacon…? They used to have the best sandwiches but they have definitely become skimpy :/ I’m still going to be going back for the smoothies, but just very dissatisfied with the food as of recently.

Nu Kitchen is my favorite spot, I come here weekly for coffee or lunch, and it never disappoints. The food and drinks are always fresh and delicious, but what truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere. Every visit, I’m warmly welcomed by Lisa, who is incredibly kind, helpful, and hardworking. She also recently introduced me to the manager, Mikayla, who went above and beyond to assist me with such care. The entire staff here is amazing, and their kindness keeps me coming back!!

I really liked the vibes and the seat yourself style, it made it really easy. Although there were a lot of people using tables for work so it had more of a cafe vibe which is fine. The food was good and I liked my coconut coffee. I got a breakfast burrito and I was a bit confused by the bread options because in my head I thought that’s weird I guess it comes with bread so I chose baguette but it turns out that’s the bread for the burrito. Oops. Anyway it was really yummy, the bread was fluffy and it turned out to be a good breakfast sandwich.

Fun place with lots of interesting nibbles. I really enjoyed the seasonal coffee/tea flight! We also got a gluten-free waffle with vanilla, chocolate sauce and syrup! It was a delicious sugar rush!

I visited Nu Kitchen in Worcester for breakfast. The person at the register wasn’t very friendly, which was a little disappointing. My order came out quickly, but unfortunately, the food was cold. On the positive side, I really appreciated that they offer gluten-free waffles, and the overall quality of the food is great. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and I love that they serve meals on real plates with cutlery—it makes you feel right at home.

# Review 2 (Feb 22) I went back because I had a great experience the first time around. Something has happened to this place since then. Service is abysmal. They gave us cold coffee. Not a big deal, asked them to reheat coffee. He forgot about it and we had to ask again. He went to reheat coffee and forgot mine (I went with 3 other ppl). Had to ask for my coffee. They gave us 2 glasses of water for 4 people. Not sure what's happening here. They never checked up on us for anything. No hot sauce, butter, jam or anything. I could've sworn they had this a month ago. We got 2 build our omelettes. The differentiating factor between our omelettes was cheese. One had cheese and one didn't. We wanted chicken in both. The food comes and the server said that one has chicken and the other doesn't. We tried confirming with him that one has cheese and the other shouldn't. He just said that he doesn't know cuz he didn't take the order (different person took the order). They also changed toasts. Now you get cake rusk from the looks of it and not actual toasts. # Review 1 (sometime late Jan 2025) (5 stars) Very cozy spot for brunch. Went around 2pm on Friday and got their omelette with all veggies and a sandwich (I forgot which). Both were delicious and generous portion sizes. Coffee was delicious.

Excellent Cuban-American restaurant with nice interior space (and soon outdoor terrace), good food and service. Their bocadito breakfast sandwich with a cafe con leche is awesome, on par with what one would get at the renowned Versailles in Little Havana, Miami. The Reyes Cafe also has a worthy and needed social mission as a training center for residents and graduates of the Hector Reyes House, Worcester. Local business worth supporting with your patronage! After Memorial Day, 2025: New outdoor terrace seating in back of the restaurant with handicap ramp.

The aaado with beans and rice were super good. The tortilla omelette with chorizo and cheese were excellent. Relatively cheap too. Worth every penny.

Brought a middle school Spanish class to here to practice vocab and experience Latin American food. We got friendly, enthusiastic (and even educational! ) service, as well as great food. The kids especially loved the fried plantains. The patio was quaint and pleasant in the nice weather. They've really made the best of the space. Kids had a blast, and were able to use a lot of the Spanish they had been learning. Kind of a hidden gem among the slicker and louder places on Shrewsbury Street.

Amazing atmosphere, Delicious Cuban Food, and Great Service. Try the Cuban Sandwich, a coffee, and read a book. Promise you won’t be disappointed. Ps: THEY HAVE THE BEST TRES LECHES IN THE WORLD!!!

The place was small but comfortable. The staff was friendly. However, service was slow and I don't mean the kitchen as I know it was busy but the waiters were all over the place and didn't come back at all to see if we needed refills or of we wanted the check. I had to get up to ask them. The food could have been great, but the Ropa Vieja was doused in vinegar way too much vinegar. The chicken sandwich was very good and the breakfast was decent.

The cowboy burger was yummy. The fries were delicious, they tasted homemade. It was a good portion for a reasonable price.

This was our first time here and it's a really nice spot for breakfast or lunch! First and foremost, the staff are so lovely and friendly, so expect to be greeted with smiles all around. The menu is huge, but it looks like they have breakfast and lunch specials to help with your decisions. We got the avocado breakfast sandwich and the breakfast burrito. The food is exactly what you would expect from a local greasy spoon, and is reasonable for the price of the food. The potatoes that came with the breakfast burrito were either not well heated or had already cooled by the time it got to us, and had a strange flavour (sour somehow?). The hash browns were extremely oily, but we enjoyed the sandwich and the burrito! It seems like a great spot for quick family meals, and they have small tables outside as well!

They have all day breakfast, salads, sandwiches, coffees, dessert, bottled drinks, smoothies, acai. They make everything fresh and delicious. A very good amount of options. There's to-go or eat in. I love this place. I go here often. I go here to get food for myself and my boyfriend then it cost $20 to $30 however it's very worthy it.

The cafe was set up nice. Good place to lounge and chow down. I ordered the corn beef, house fries and eggs. The corn beef was alright. Could have used some seasoning. Home fries were good. Eggs good. I would only go back if I had a court date and need a quick bite to eat.

Loved this place! Visiting from out of town and came here due to the outstanding reviews and was not disappointed. Came for breakfast and the service was quick and friendly. Breakfast sandwiches and pancakes were tasty. The parking situation was a little annoying to deal with, all street parking was full and the closest lot was a full $20 (😱) for an hour. But the restaurant itself was great.

Breakfast sandwiches are good with reasonable prices. The store staff is really nice and very kind. Both eat in and take out are recommended.

My first enjoyable specialty caffeinated beverage. I ordered the special, Spiced white mocha pumpkin hot latte. I took my first sip outside the shop in the morning sun and couldn’t believe my tastebuds. Telling myself that this was the best coffee drink I’ve ever had. I started to fantasize about trying to make it at home. I later realized that there was a major barrier to access because of the cost of a home espresso machine. So I returned to Acoustic Java two more times to taste this wonderful drink but both times they did not have milk or pumpkin flavor. I was greatly disappointed. This reminded me of the time my local mcdonald’s ran out of burger patties. Who goes to a coffee shop in the fall, expecting to order a pumpkin coffee? I think everyone does. Please bring back the pumpkin flavor, we are all waiting🤣

Cute little pocket of a top notch coffee shop you wouldn't expect by the location and exterior. The coffee is amazing and I hope I'm not blowing up a secret but the plain iced coffee has been an awesome drip of the high grade featured coffee every time I've been there.

Acoustic has some of the best coffee Massachusetts has to offer. The owners and staff have a passion for coffee and it shows. Their espresso is used at one of my favorite spots in Worcester, Birch Tree Bread Company, which is where I learned about Acoustic. I've started getting my home coffee here and its always a fun experience when I pick it up from them once a month. The staff is usually excited about a new roast and there always seems to be something unique or different to try when I pop in. So far I've not been disappointed by anything I've had here. Highly recommended.

This is the North store near Clark University. I've reviewed the southern one and they are both excellent. This one is smaller with a definite college vibe. Coffee was great, muffins were tasty, service was quick and friendly. Wi-Fi is solid and this is a good place to catch up on email, need, etc. Note, due to the size the tables are not large so their southern store would be better for a gathering of more than 3 people. Highly recommend!

Really neat coffee joint right near Clark's campus. Their sizes are huge and the flavors are good! Small, has a handful of small tables, seems like a good place to sip a coffee and read or relax during the day. Street parking only.

Best coffee in Worcester. The food is great, too. My favorite thing is buy a lot of coffee to take home, they often have specials. The nitro cold brew is very creamy. The teas are all very nice to drink and look at!

I've been to coffee shops all over the northeast, mid-atlantic, and Midwest, and Acoustic Java definitely stands with the best. Wonderful coffee, food and service. It's great to find a place that roasts their own beans (and knows what they're doing), but isn't pretentious and snobbish about it. Best in Worcester by far.

I used to love Panera, but the prices started getting really high for such small portions so I stopped ordering for awhile. I thought I'd give them another try when I was craving soup and a salad this week, and honestly I regret spending my money here. The food tasted fine but the portion sizes are unbelievably small for what you pay. My half size salad was over $10 and smaller than my hand and had what looked like a tablespoon of dressing. Barely enough to even taste once it was mixed in. The cup of soup was also quite small, the container wasn't filled all the way, and the soup tasted extremely salty with very little inclusions (mostly broth). For the price, I expected at the very least enough salad dressing to cover my salad... The food tasted okay, but it wasn't good enough to deal with the crazy prices and tiny portions so I'll likely go elsewhere for my soup and salad in the future.

I love Panera but this location is not the best. Very frequently stocked out on food items (didn't have broccoli cheddar soup tonight). And this (see photos) is exactly how my sandwich came out of the packaging... Not sure who thought it was okay to use a destroyed piece of bread with a huge hole in the middle. Panera is not the cheapest so I expect much better quality control than this. -Jeff

I have not been to a Panera for many years, but I decided to give it a try on a Sunday morning after making a ton of food on Saturday. I was looking forward to a quick treat that I didn't have to slave over. I ordered using the Pick Up option on DoorDash. My wife ordered the Croissant Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich ($8.59). I ordered the Ciabatta Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich ($8.59). I also ordered the Spinach & Bacon Soufflé ($8.79) to share later or keep for Monday morning. Both my wife and I were underwhelmed by the size for the price. When I opened my sandwich, the bacon was all crammed up on one side. With some of these negatives out of the way, the flavors and freshness made up for feelings of being disappointed in the size of each item. I feel I could spend less at Dunkin, but the quality isn't always great at Dunkin. The order was ready when I arrived, and the staff member that grabbed it for me was friendly. Based on the good quality and taste of the ingredients, I would order from this Panera again.

This location is always wonderful. The shift supervisor today at 7:30 helped me and was so kind during the process. The food is great, the employees are helpful and cheerful. I feel like many reviews are during bad experiences but I want to go out of my way to give a huge praise to this Panera! Great job and thank you, I will always be a regular at this location!

I created an account and ordered for pick up. I redeem a free cookie which I didn’t receive. Also ordered a tomato soup, sandwich which comes with my chips I selected. I did not receive my chips nor my croutons for my soup. And of course I didn’t release until I got back to my job. Staff need to make sure to double check orders they checked off they gave me the cookie but did not. They sealed my bag so to me I’m all set now I just have to double check my order before leaving but as I was on lunch break I had to rush back to work.

Honestly I ordered through door dash & they forgot 2 of my items the first time. Luckily I was able to get it redelivered but once they realized it was MY order again , they apologized & even gave me some extra treats for the inconvenience. Whoever the manager is that approved it clearly knows how to rectify things properly. I appreciated it & so did my whole team! Thank you again ♡ ♡ ♡

This is great little bakery and deli hidden away behind rice square. They are the only place in or around Worcester that has legit Italian canopies filled fresh when ordered, never soft or soggy. Their Italian bread and hot or cold sandwiches are excellent, giving Regatta and Belsitos some serious competition. They offer true European style espresso in the back.

IIIIII love this place. Every time I’ve been, I’ve gotten a sandwich from the deli, pastries from the pastry case, coffee from the cafe and some kind of Italian good from the shelves. The sandwiches are always insanely good, my personal favorite being the classic Italian, with its quality ingredients and freshly made bread that I literally crave for every meal in the days following its consumption. But surely you cannot go wrong with anything off the menu. They fill their cannolis as you order and their sfogliatella is fantastic, again as I’m sure is true for everything else. Coffee is delicious and fresh and always exactly what I’m needing. Every day I am so ridiculously happy I found this place for myself, and for everyone I know that will listen to my recommendations.

Very friendly authentic foods and made with fresh quality ingredients. Italian pastries are incredible. If you want a large order call ahead of time! Perfect for any special occasion. They have everything from cookie platters to pies. I highly recommend the carrot cake,it was so delicious, light and fluffy but the frosting made it even better! Breakfast sandwiches are freshly made and they offer deli sandwiches for lunch I also grabbed some pasta with sauce to cook at home. The people are so kind & friendly here. The place is very clean. I live over an hour away and I'll be returning again as it's worth the drive.

I recently brought my out-of-town guests here, and they were just as equally impressed as I always am. The atmosphere is charming, and the aroma alone is enough to make your mouth water. We absolutely devoured the DELICIOUS Italiano Sandwich – it's perfectly balanced with fresh ingredients and that incredible bread. A true masterpiece! What truly blew us away, though, was their incredible customer service. They were busy when we visited, and we had a bit of a wait for our order. They offered a free dessert to make up for the wait. OMG – these desserts were so delicious, I honestly wish I knew what I ate! Each bite was pure bliss, a perfect ending to an already fantastic meal. Palma's, you've won my heart (and my stomach!) over and over again. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won't regret it!

If you’re looking to fulfill your need for an Italian sub from a small deli in Italy. This will fill all of your needs, complete with the elders arguing in Italian across the eating area. Staff were kind and attentive. Sandwich was made quickly. This sandwich is massive and full of meats, cheese and vegetables. Bread has a good crust, and chewy inside. If you are choosing to get your Italian to go, order it dry or you will end up with oil everywhere. Overall good place to grab a sub in the city.

Five stars for the subs. They are excellent. However, I wasn't impressed with the pastry at all. Lobster tail was alright and the Raspberry Puff was yuck. The cream in it was sweet and like plaster. I like to know that the cream shares properties of dairy and not general contractor materials. I will keep driving to Wrights Dairy for my pastries, but this place makes top notch sandwiches. You can't be good at everything

We are new residents in the neighborhood and making a point of visiting local cafes and restaurants. This is a very pleasant and intimate cafe with a nice selection of breads, bakery, sandwiches, coffee and other beverages. The chicken salad sandwich on sour dough bread was very good, as was the almond croissant. The iced house Sumatra blend coffee is full bodied, flavorful and balanced.

I have traveled through much of Europe and spent time in France several times. The quality of the baked goods at Crust, equal the quality of those in France. I don't think it's possible to make a better croissant than those produced by Crust!

What a wonderful little spot! Delicious coffee, an amazing assortment of baked goods, such friendly staff! Get there early if you want a yummy plain croissant, we went later in the afternoon and they were all sold out! Ended up getting a corn, bacon and cheese croissant, which was so good!! While we were there many people came in to buy their bread, coffee, and pies. The music is nice and soft, and the window seat is a great place for people watching. Would love to come back and try some of their other menu items, today they had a churro doughnut!

Tried twice and the breakfast sandwiches are subpar thrown together garbage. Was so disappointed to come home and see a lump of soggy bagel, pre made egg slop and a homemade sausage that really isn’t tasty. Giving 2 stars because the coffee is good and I’d stop for that again but breakfast sandwiches are terrible.

From the customer service down to the food itself was a delightful experience. The breakfast sandwiches are large and flavorful, the donuts are the correct size and perfect flavor. Don't let the artisan prices scare you away. This place is worth your time and money! I went first thing in the morning and everything was still warm. Mmmmm.

Probably the best cinnamon roll I have ever had, it didn’t look like it would be amazing but boy was I wrong. It’s like a croissant dancing with a cinnamon roll, and then they end up eloping and making these wonderful little buns of joy.

Very clean I had egg and cheese on a bagel I had it to go they put it in a plain bag was just great I also bought the coffee roll which is big for my daughter and she destroyed it but it was too big for her so she only ate half of it I recommend this place you like old style dining that tastes great

Sausage egg and cheese croissants are great. They serve New England brand coffee which is one of my favs and is delicious. I love the diner food here. The first place I ate at when I moved here and I keep coming back.

The place doesn't look like much, but don't let that scare you away. Fantastic old school donuts that you can tell are made right on premises. A nice counter with some tables for food cooked on the grill. Very friendly people. I haven't had the coffee but it is restaurant supply New England Coffee so it should be fine if you care for that. I've given up donuts since Dunkin Donuts started selling mass produced garbage, this place brought me back to enjoying a sweet treat.

Solid breakfast place. It has a good variety of donuts but it also has more than Donuts you can sit down at a table or grab it to go seems like the place has people coming and going generally throughout the day but of course we're going for donuts I'd advise to get there earlier so there more fresh. It also has a small parking lot.

It was first time for me here so i found this shop on google maps. After finding my way there they welcomed me in a very happy face and directly helped me in choosing the coffee and donuts, and then when the guy knew i walked a long way and might get lost, he offered a ride back home which was very nice from him. Order wrong. Sausage and egg NO CHEESE!!!! Instead I get cheese but no egg. I am lactose intolerant. Teach your damn employees what happens when a lactose intollerant person eats cheese. No napkins No straws Also a second sandwich was ordered but never made. I know labor is tough right now, but consider closing for a month and starting over. I should have seen from other reviews that this Dunks is not up to standards.

Food. Every part of the order wrong. I asked for a hot mocha with no sugar. They gave me a latte With sugar .. completely undrinkable. Asked for a sourdough sandwich to have sausage instead of bacon, and they give me Only bacon and still charged me the sausage like an add on. Service, took 10 minutes because they kept skipping my order despite having been in line first. Then between the two of them, said there was a translation misunderstanding and then they just Guessed what I wanted, without asking me to repeat it, which i kindly would have. NOT a recommended. Only reason I didnt settle right then was that they were making me late for work and it was 90 degrees outside

My food was done sandwich not toasted and no cheese , my coffee was black had not creamer and no sugar.

The worst experience, customer service was very bad, I used a gift card for payment and at first they didn't want to swipe the card, then after they swiped it, they threw it back at me, very despotic, not friendly at all. Dunkin donuts from main Street in front of city hall is not a friendly place.

Ordered an iced cappuccino. They gave me an iced latte. I asked to have it remade. Each time they took it away then turned around and handed me literally the exact same drink in the exact same cup. Gave up after three tried because they clearly don't know how to make their own drinks.

Small but very efficent with an excellent staff. The consistentcy is amazing given the volume of customers they serve.

I cannot go to this location anymore, which is a shame because it is a 2 min walk to get there. For the past couple months, they have made a mistake on every order. The last straw is this morning, where she made 3 mistakes in this one order. I always make sure the order is correct on my end, and these employees are just not competent enough. They also regularly put items in the oven that should not be heated at the same temperature, so things are often burnt or underdone.

Husband stop to grab me a coffee and the intercom was either broken or the girl that was working was just ignoring him. He finally pulled up to the window after waiting in a very long line and she yelled at him and told him he had to drive back around and wait in line again to order. He asked for a manager and she continued to yell at him repeatedly to get back an inline again. She finally said “she’s working on the intercom” after she told him it wasn’t broken and to get back in line. This girl shouldn’t be working with PAYING customers or working there period if that’s how she treats them. 8/4/25 2pm

Im not crazy for Dunks coffee but when you need a coffee there is a Dunks almost on every corner here in New England. Service was good.

Workers here need more training. If the picture for the frozen ice cream coffee shows it with whipcream, add the whip cream unless I say I dont want it. Got it at the window without the whip cream which is fine but dont laugh and say I need to add it myself. This dunkin sucks, always late, always messing up orders. Constant bad experience that I have to drive to a further dunkin donut to get my order right

I give up. I work right next door. Occasionally I will order a sandwich or a bagel. I have never received a sandwich or bagel that was not burned to a black crisp.

It's dunkin donuts it depends on what you get and your style of coffee they have great smelling coffee beans but without their expresso shot it's to watery unless it's done right it's not the best. But overall they have many coffee and many food options just find your flavor and customize be specific on how you want it otherwise it might be not be to par.

i ordered an iced chai and the lady made me a frozen one. no worries, but i tried to explain that i ordered it over ice, not frozen and she was arguing with me saying it only comes frozen. she had asked somebody else if she was correct and they explained she was not. she did not apologize to me, but i did get the correct drink in the end.

Dippin donuts and honeydew is better. Check your receipt too. Lots of scammers. Try to use cash.

Every. Single. Time. My order is somehow wrong. Whether it's my coffee or my food. And the person taking my order, no matter who they are, are rude. Constantly saying "ok" without hearing me and in a rude tone. It's getting annoying. They make sandwiches wrong (cooking bread and other stuff together instead of the bread being separate). I used to be a manager of a dunkins for 4 years, and I have been more than understanding but the constant mess ups are infuriating. Also, make sure when making a coffee with Splenda, the dispenser isn't empty... I wouldn't recommend this dunkins to anyone till they fix their problems

We put in an online order today, and they forgot our snackin bacon, and they forgot the egg and bacon on my partners avocado toast. I understand that stuff happens it’s just frustrating throwing our money away in this way.

Don't trust that they will get your app order correct. They forgot a whole sandwich on my order. They put the Chipotle aioli on the wrong sandwich...just a horrible way to start the morning...it's not like they have a receipt to read what's in the order and what's on each sandwich. I guess them double checking anything on the order is beyond them. Luckily there's better Dunks locations around...this one ain't it.

EVERY time ive been to this location my order has been WRONG. Today ordered my pepper bacon wake up wraps wirh american cheese as i always do and they have white cheddar cheese. I ordered a frozen chai with butter pecan oat milk and whip cream i was given a frozen matcha with butter pecan asked to fix it the boy rolled his eyes and made a frozen chai NO butter pecan with whole milk. This is a HUGE allergy concern i cannot have milk. Why should i pay for something I CANT EVEN HAVE

Past 2 months August/September 2024 I come through every weekend and coffee tastes so bad. I have to throw it away And my food order is messed up every time as well as instructions on the coffee.I can’t have cream and that’s been in my coffee two times in those trips. It’s just not worth going back anymore.

I stop in most mornings. All is great other than the hash browns. Hot, cold, crispy, falling apart, in with cold donuts. It’s not just here. It’s all Dunkin’s, never know what you’re going to get….when it comes to hashbrowns…

At this point I think they screw up people's orders on purpose. Incorrect order everytime. Ordered caramel/cookie dough on the app and this coffee has mint.

Awful service. Don’t DoorDash cause they don’t care enough to wait to make your drink until the dasher gets there. You’ll just be left with a melted cup of melted mush. They also don’t care enough to answer the phone when needing to ask questions about allergies. Also a man followed me out of the store one night and they did nothing.

Went to dunkins for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Mistake number 1. Whole bagel was ice cold with lops cream cheese on it. Absolutely disgusting. They jus rush people's orders thru the drive-thru as fast as possible. Make people's food correctly. I'LL STICK TO DONUT EXPRESS. Absolutely NASTY

Went there this afternoon and ordered a medium smoked vanilla cold brew with cold foam, it literally tastes like regular coffee and no type of smoked anything. Not worth almost 5 bucks

This location consistently prepares orders incorrectly wasting time and our money. Delivery orders should at least consist of what we order instead we received an order with nothing that we ordered. I would give zero stars if I could. Go eat somewhere else.

We went to this Dunkin’s at 2am on a Wednesday night. We got a few wake up wraps and a grilled cheese. The grilled cheese had extra cheese upon request, but MAN it did not really taste like anything. I mostly tasted just the bread still, and here’s an added picture for reference! Atmosphere is mid, we saw a dead fly on one of the shelves in line… Service was not bad. The guy didn’t seem like he hated his life, if you see this, thank you for your service!

Staffs are extremely RUDE! Was trying to use my rewards for an iced matcha latte and iced coffee, The lady was screaming and quoted “stay home and figure it out yourself “ when I asked if she knows how to choose the correct reward for the drinks. However, the lady scanned my rewards for both of the drinks also made me pay for iced matcha latte. Ended up losing 1000 points

To whoever is running this Dunkin - you should have your staff focus on customer service. This is the only location where I’ve had consistently poor experiences and today was more of the same. The girl working on Thursday, 6/26 at 11:15am needs a MASSIVE attitude adjustment. Not acknowledging most of the customers, my pick up order took almost 20 minutes to complete, and once she finally did she threw the bag down on the counter in front of me without saying a word as if I personally did something to her. I get that food service isn’t the most fun job and customers can be challenging too, but taking it out on other customers is unnecessary and uncalled for. If staffing is the issue and you’re unhappy and over worked then take it up with management rather than taking it out on the public.

Employees can’t follow directions at all. I usually place a pickup order and half the time it’s not ready when I drive up there (I give them at least 10 mins before going there), or it’s wrong. Today my sandwich had yellow cheese instead of white cheese and my matcha had way more vanilla in it than I asked for. I purposely put ONE pump in the app, not three for a medium, it’s not a mistake on my part, and I don’t want someone hitting the pump a bunch of times. Also I ordered 10 munchkins and I didn’t get a single glazed one! It’s 10:30am, they can’t be out of them. I used to work at Dunkin’s as well so I’m pretty disappointed every time I come here.

The 'barista' was probably the most unprofessional I've seen. She scowled at me when I placed my order. I asked for a coffee with cream and sugar and I guess she assumed I meant cold? When I said hot she rolled her eyes. Both times when I received my sandwich and coffee I said thanks but she didn't bother replying.

Ordered my food sourdough sandwich. Got to work and mold on my bread when i opened it up completely it was through the whole slice of bread. The person who made my sandwich there is no way they didn’t see the mold on the bread yet still served it to me. So disappointed now i am stuck in the office 9 to 5 with no breakfast 😤 my morning all thrown off.

Slow or short staff who know half of order no team work too much talking 🤔 anyways

“They’ll wait.” Absolutely despicable dine in service. I’ve never felt the gross disrespect and nasty attitude from any Dunkin’ branch. Came here around 12:15pm. I waited 6 minutes while THREE staff serviced the drive thru. I asked for assisted and was told to wait. Waited another minute or two and asked for assistance. Another staff member tried getting the attention of the manager who replied “they’ll wait.” I walked out. Unacceptable dine in service!

No one paying attention to counter. Standing here over 5 minutes while they are gossiping in the back currently. All can be heard. Mind you, there are beeps when main doors open when someone enters the establishment…… coffee never is accurate of what’s asked….please retrain these employees!!

This Dunkin has a bad atmosphere, there is one employee that is super rude, I believe she goes by the name of Sherri, Spanish woman with black hair and has red in it, she has an attitude Very rude to other costumers act like she owns the place, this Dunkin is not kid friendly, messes up on orders all the time always hear the complaints it’s ridiculous, sticking with my honey Dew Donuts, they are always friendly and always has the best donuts in stock! The most impressive services the most amazing atmosphere ever!

She claimed her name is ally. Was extremely rude.. left me waiting at the register saying nothing . So some other ppl walked in telling me they ring up where food os delivered I guess. And when I walked up gave her my money and told her what I wanted.. she refused to serve me. She said she was taking the man who just walked in behind me. I was like why u seen me waiting their and said nothing. 2 other ppl walked in confused too. She claims she dont have tp tell me nothing and she can take orders where ever she wants. Supposedly her name was alley No uniform or tag. And the man behind me kept telling her to take me 1st cuz im.in a rush and been waiting. I would never go there again.. worst customer service ive seen in my life.

Took forever in drive thru. I was the second person in line and from the time I arrived till I left was 15 minutes. The person at the drive through was also eating food while talking to me. I’m not from the area, but it wasn’t a great experience that’s for sure.

I have never had a bad experience at this dunkin....staff has always been so pleasant, coffee made perfect, food delicious and hot.

I’d honestly give them 0 stars if I could. Majority of the employees here have a terrible attitude and they act like you’re an inconvenience to them. They’re rude, entitled and clearly don’t give a damn about their job or the people they serve. At this point you couldn’t pay me to go back there. This is part of the reason people are dropping Dunkins as a whole and going elsewhere for their coffee. If you hate your job so much, quit!

Patricia if you don’t like your job stay home. Needs some customer service training tell me not to order what I want because your busy is not right. Horrible service. Just for wanting my muffin warmed and butter she decides to take her anger on it. Do better if you don’t like your job find another.

I love coming to this Dunkin. I just have a problem with one employee who's name is maria. She is very unpleasant. She asked my husband to tip her, then became upset when he said it's optional. Sense then he never went back. When I come through the drive through she sighs and says yup when I say my order. I have no problem with anyone else. Other employees are all pleasant and fast.

Ask for a small hot latte the skin cat that was working on 10/05/25 around 8pm Give me a black regular coffee with milk. I didn't try it at the time cuz it's so hot. as soon as I hit the hallway I tried it it's just a black coffee with extra milk.

Best Dunkin around - we literally go out of our way to go to this dunkin over others closer!!!!

Had to break my food apart because they brunt My bread 0/10

Went here one day. Manager got crazy and acted like he was in the right to tell me to leave rudely and cold no training l, asked to see contact his GM and refused. Claerly the 1st amendment doesnt apply here! And the staff give me THE STARES not me. Its sad when someone has no tarining how to deal with all clients so dont come here its negative and no good vibes!
