First time to Duck Donuts for my donut lover toddler.They have variety of donuts and option for customise also.My daughter loved it., made fresh and serve warm.We also tried their milkshake which was yummy.

They have lot of options. Honestly best donuts ever. So soft and moist. So delicious. If you are craving donuts this is the best place to go. They make the donuts after we place the order, so fresh and warm. We can watch it in the making. So good. Very nice staff. Totally recommend!

The donuts were nice and soft but I thought the flavors all tasted kind of the same. They were just sugary donuts. But overall, it’s a good place to go to and an enjoyable treat.

Best donuts I have ever tasted hands down. Freshly made to order. Had one with maple icing, bacon and carmel. Was absolutely delicious. Staff was really friendly. If you are lucky enough to be within reach of one of these stores, go there.

At the last minute, I needed to order 14 (yes, FOURTEEN) dozen donuts for a work thing this morning and the gals at Duck Donuts KOP were SO nice and accommodating. I am so grateful they were so sweet for me throwing this at them at the last minute. I appreciate them and recommend them not only on service but look at these donuts (🤩🤩)

The donuts are small and I didn't like the texture. They were too soft and hard to pick up. The icing is too wet and sticky. The flavors tasted artificial, you can taste the chemicals. Menu area is in the back of the shop and pick up in the front. Awesome staff!

All the doughnuts are based off the same cake doughnut and are cooked to order. Then you decided what topping you want on your doughnut. They were decent. If you like toppings on a doughnut then its your place.

Ordered the bacon and cheddar panini with the fresh berry and fruit parfait with the cold brew coffee with vanilla sweet cream and WOW what a great start to the day! The coffee was not overly sweet (which can be off-putting) but a really good balance of sweet cream and coffee. The panini was very good with a good portion of eggs and a couple strips of bacon which tasted great and was cooked perfectly. The cheddar was sharp which helped cut through the richness. Fruit parfait was also good and was a nice to round out the heaviness. It was a bit pricey as what I just described cost me a little over 20 bucks. Treat yourself sometimes! I will be ordering again!

Food, and service were great! Only 4 stars though because it was a bit pricy and they had a really limited selection of coffee sweeteners and such. Specifically they had no Stevia or creamer/heavy creamer. Edit: Went back and gave the place a second chance since the food was good. But 2nd time I was here the service was VERY slow. Super nice people though. Had to knock it down to 3 stars.

The Corner Bakery Cafe in King of Prussia Pa Was Clean; Not Crowded; but they Don't Serve at this Location any Pancakes. Erica told Me either the Old or New Location Doesn't have them. Which was Upsetting to Say the Least. Change this Location to Serve Pancakes at this Location Immediately Please. Otherwise I Will have to Go to Another Eatery All together. So make the Change and We Will Keep on Coming Back

Nice place to get a quick breakfast. Service was extremely fast. The food was very good. The wife enjoyed her scrambler. I had the BBLT egg sandwich. Good sandwich. The breakfast menu is not a large one. But they have lunch and dinner for your liking. We enjoyed our meals. I should add that the coffee is good also. Next time we're in town, we'll be back.

I had the Harvest Salad. It was well made. Very fresh products used. Staff was friendly and helpful. The very big gentleman that served us was polite, cared whether we enjoyed the meal and cleaned up the table immediately for the next customer. It makes me and my family want to go back .

Limited menu as far as flavored cream cheese is concerned, whatever menu you see online doesn't match what they have in person. Went in the morning on a weekday and bagels tasted stale, hard and chewy. The breakfast sandwich bagel was decent and prices were good.

First time here in a while and it did not disappoint. The bagels are the real deal! This was an everything bagel with the creamiest chive cream cheese. The portion for cream cheese was amazing. The staff is so nice and the space still has the homey feel it always did. It’s a community gem!

WOW! This place has great customer service. I people who work are really nice, they make you feel welcomed. I did not rushed. It was nice inside, it felt homie. Is to order, my bagel was ready in minutes. I was surprised how well the my bagel sandwich was put together. Every Ingredient stayed in place, not like some places where you take a bite and a whole bagel sandwiches falls apart. This bagel shop is all around a good place. I highly recommend you go try it.

Delicious bagel store - while near KOP, still about a 10 min drive away. Definitely has a family, small neighborhood feel - they offer a variety of flavors cream cheese that I believe are locally made - a nice change from the large chains they compete against. They make a variety of baked treats and will also make a bagel sandwich to your specifications. The coffee is a bit of a let down but focus on the bagels and you won't leave disappointed.

Absolutely delicious bagels, spreads, lox and whitefish salad! I ordered a catering order the week of mother’s day and boy did these guys come through! Perfect bagels, abundance of nova lox, onions, tomatoes and capers and they could not have been nicer to work with! There was a small mix up when I went to pick up my order and the owner immediately offered to make it right! We will absolutely be back in the future for saturday morning breakfast sandwiches and fish try/catering orders in the future!

Have been getting this place for years, twice in the last few months i’ve had a whole hair cooked into the egg in my sandwich! Absolutely disgusting. Why aren’t the cooks wearing hairnets?

Best bagels in town and several cream cheese flavors to choose from! Their egg sandwiches are sooo yummy. They even threw in this cool rainbow bagel for my son this visit.

Location is very good , accessible is bit less easy depends on your route , this is just a convenience store no GAS, parking is very few spots . So don’t expect a regular wawa and stop here instead it is quick stop convenience store.

Find everything you need and more. Snacks, fresh made sandwiches and local favorites like the Philly pretzel. A coffee ssction to truly delight. Make exactly the cup you are in the mood for. They are so busy off highway the parking can be a real challenge navigating. Great sercice too!

2 different times I ordered something for breakfast like 6 months apart as well and they give me someone else’s order I didn’t check it before I left very sad to spend money on something and it not be what you ordered. Will not be returning to this location.

Love wawa but for some reason this location can NEVER get an order right.this location is most convenient location by where I work but after today I am driving miles outta my way to another wawa like this is the hundredth time somethings eiter missing or just wrong😒

Parking can be a hassle during the lunch rush but beyond that, my sandwiches are always well made. When you ask for extra, extra is what you get. Staff is always pleasant.

The wait time at this Starbucks is outrageous. Whether you’re in store or at the drive thru, prepare to wait. My order is simple- a decaf latte- and I’ve waited 15-20 minutes in store despite being one of 3 customers waiting. At the drive thru, I’ve waited to place an order at the kiosk for 10 minutes, and witted at the takeout window for 5. I don’t know what they’re doing, but it’s not good.

I arrived at 2:52 to a line of cars. I understand that they are closing at 3:00 recently, but I was under the impression that if I had been waiting for minutes prior, they would be able to serve me. I made it to the screen at 3:02 and asked if they were still able to serve me. Upon being told no, I explained that I had been waiting for about 10 minutes and was told "No you weren't dude. There was no line."

I got to Starbucks and I was the only customer in line at apx. 915am Saturday morning 3.15.25. I placed my order and my latte came out in about 6 min but my warmed chocolate croissant took about 15 minutes and came at the exact same time as orders customers placed that came into the store way after me. The baristas were running around (literally) like they were super busy and they were not. The napkin holder was empty and the barista seemed annoyed as she literally ran to get me some napkins. I layer asked the same barista for a fork and she seemed annoyed by that as well. Both times she rudely told me to wait while she got the items .The barista at the register was friendly, but the other one was not and seemed annoyed by my request for napkins and subsequent request for a fork. The barista who was rude has pale strawberry dyed blonde hair. They were not understaffed as I counted 5 or 6 baristas on duty.

Wasn’t very appreciative of the attitude from the barista with the hat and side shave. Around 10:30 on 02/22 I ordered a drink from the iced tea menu through the app. Somewhere I apparently hit make it a blended drink when I did not want a blended drink. When my order was finalized I asked the barista about why it was blended. That’s when the attitude began for no reason. In my work experience in customer service, when a customer says “this item isn’t what I ordered” then we fix it. Not, get an attitude with the person which doesn’t remedy the situation and leads to these negative reviews. It wasn’t until after I sat down with fiancé and she asked if something was wrong did the barista say she could remake it. Already angered by her initial reaction and belittlement I let her know we’re good cause clearly she’s too busy.

This is one of my least favorite Starbucks locations. Seems to consistently be understaffed, long lines, and long wait times. If you visit this Starbucks, be prepared to wait a decent amount of time for a simple order.

The Courtyard where we are staying "prudly serves Starbucks", my least favorite coffee. We walked less than a minute and were pleasantly surprised to find Pour Richard's coffee. The best cortado I've had since Cuba.

Delightful Cafe with excellent service and well crafted artisanal coffees. Plenty of convenient parking and a clean restroom.

Such a gem! This little coffee shop makes hands-down the best coffee in Philadelphia. The beans are imported and roasted in house. As a giant bonus they are also making their own line of liqueurs. These are FANTASTIC. I could not recommend enough. If you’re in the area, buy your beans or get your cold brew in a jug to bring home

Amazing coffee. So cool you can see them roasting the beans. Very fresh and delicious bakery items that are made in house. The staff is wonderful and helpful in understanding all of the different roasts and brews. Love it here- their coffee is delicious and better than any other commercial chain coffee store in the area. I can’t wait to go back!

Best coffeeshop in the Wayne, Devon, Berwyn area by far. Very inviting interior. Great place for remote work. Amazing breakfast sandwiches (the onion used with the eggs is a great touch). Best iced coffee i ever had (unique flavor syrups like Blackberry and they use frozen coffee ice cubes to prevent dilution). Only issue is that parking can be tough during peak hours but its worth it to get in.

Terrible service! I go there just to get coffee because I'm not spending money in that place otherwise. There's one nice lady that will greet the customers but other than that the other workers are ghetto. I guarantee that you can go the whole transaction at the register and the person working the register won't say one word to you. Line is always long! Just bad customer service skills.

All my flavored lattes from this specific location always have a significant amount of coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. The lattes also never have flavor. I don’t order regular, bland coffee for a reason. Please do better.

Everything I go to WaWa the staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. The food is first rate, including breakfast and lunch. The sandwiches are very good. The pizza is surprisingly very good. I go there nearly everyday for food and drinks. They have a great variety of food and snacks and specialty drinks.

You can smell urine coming from the mens bathroom more than 10 feet away. It's absolutely disgusting in there. 2 stars for it being a Wawa alone.

Great location for Wawa! Stop here often on my commute. One complaint is all the truck traffic that blocks things off. The staff is friendly and quick. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious and made right every time. The gas prices are usually cheaper then all the other locations around town. The store is bright, well organized, and clean including the bathrooms.

There is a staff member that I completely adore she is not only helpful to the shoppers she is loving towards them. Her name is Mrs. Barbara.

Stopped for brunch on a weekday about noon. Stopped serving their limited breakfast menu sometime earlier. Only choices were coffee and tea drinks, a limited selection of donuts and bagels. The coffee drink was fine, the donuts and bagels were fair, a bit over priced. Considering how awesome the Founding Farmers food is, I was somewhat disappointed.

The donuts and food are all delicious! The only problem is the service. It’s such a difference compared to the restaurant upstairs. One instance we asked if they had anymore donuts and she said no. I went online to look and they had them. So I sat there and ordered pick up then picked up at the same counter…awkward. Today I had to pick up donuts for a birthday party for work. They opened at 7am and I drove an hour away for these. I arrived at 7:20am thinking I didn’t want to be that person who came in the second it opened. She told me it would be a few minutes. At 7:50am she then tells me they haven’t made the filling for the strawberry donuts. I said just give me whatever you do have made,I didn’t actually get donuts (not what I ordered) but something until 7:55am. I was the only person waiting so I’m just surprised they don’t prep prior to opening so you can purchase their food during their open hours. I don’t usually complain but 30+ mins for donuts when it’s not busy was not expected. As always the food is good just unfortunate experiences compared to founding farmers upstairs.

Open untill 11pm. Yet the coffee shop on the firsr floor stopped making and selling regular coffee at 6...They only had Americanos or esspressos... Manager told us he did not want to waste a pot of coffee. Which makes little sense when you are a coffee shop. For reference we called ahead to make sure that they were still serving coffee. Consider closing the coffee shop portion at 6 if you do not plan on making more coffee for paying customers. Do not recommend.

I visited this location for lunch in early October. The service was excellent. We were seated quickly our server was courteous and efficient. I ordered a vegetable and avocado sandwich with fries and a creamy mushroom soup. The food was from mediocre to bad. The fries were old, the bread for the soup was stale and the bread on the sandwich tasted like it was from the day before. Maybe I was just unlucky, it was my first time but likely my last.

My friend and I got chai latte, and none of us liked it. The chai is too spicy, even for someone like me that gets chai because I like the spiciness. Also, please change your default tip %. Minimum of 20% for a take out is just too much, and we all know most people feel bad about going through the app and picking custom tips.

Stopped in for a quick coffee. I had an iced coffee which was not bad at all. Service was great. They had a small selection of baked goods, I did not have any. I was a little disappointed with the coffee selection. Plain coffee hot or iced and lattes. Limited menu. Not bad just thought they'd have a bigger selection. I did not see any other coffee shops nearby. The outdoor area is stunning.

This place reminded me of Starbucks. There was a lot of room and I was able to access the store with my electric scooter. My only complaint was that my drink was supposed to be frozen but it was mixed weird with the drink contents becoming separated. I didn’t finish it. It seemed like something was wrong with it. My husband enjoyed his small coffee which was made fresh.

I ordered the Blue Steel Ener-G drink and the vegan ganache brownie (pardon the pic, I had already bitten into it). The drink was tart and minty. Very much like a NA version of a mojito. The vegan brownie you would never know was vegan. Rich and decadent. The pistachios were a nice touch but the rose is a bit lost with in the rich flavor of the ganache. Overall it's a nice alternative to the Starbucks of the world.

I'm a mall employee, and this has been my go-to spot for coffee since it opened. I couldn't get through the day without at least two large lattes from these folks. They've got some nice food options, too! But to be honest, the main reason I come here every day is because of the manager and her staff. They're an incredibly friendly and welcoming group of people, and they really do work their tails off! In other words, the food and coffee are good, but it's the manager and staff who turned me into a loyal customer. If it weren't for them, I'd probably still be stopping at Wawa every morning on my way to work!

This coffee spot is great for locals working at KoP, and their hospitality shows. Martha is a star manager & keeps a clean tight ship. Their coffee is just as good! Full Moon Latte was phenomenal

The first time we came here the coffee was excellent and the service was good. The last two visits have been totally different! This time the coffee was tasteless despite adding an extra shot to the two shots supposedly in a 16 oz. The person taking our order was muttering something and had an attitude. He glared at us and didn’t speak at all other than to ask for an order name. He was even chewing gum which has got to be a health violation? Never going back to this place again.

I love Gregory’s drinks but the service is here was not up to par. I could tell from first minute of walking in. Contempt lady at the cash register - after I ordered, muttered “16 o 24” multiple times, I could not tell if she was talking about the check number (I was using inkind), price, or what. She kept repeating it and then finally said “what size do you want”. Just kind of rude for no reason. And the guy making my smoothie was smacking his gum… that can’t be sanitary.

Martha and her team are phenomenal. She takes the idea of hospitality to another level, and you can tell she has impressed upon her team its importance. They remember everyone’s name, their order, off-the-cuff details, et al. They brighten my day before my first sip of coffee.

Great food and service! Don’t let the location fool you. It’s nestled in this building without a sign outside but I saw so many regulars picking up food while eating in there. I can’t wait to come back to try other dishes/food on the menu.

No frills Eatery in the 1st floor shops of the apartment buildings. The food was excellent and had great flour and a wide variety for the size of the shop. All the essentials for curries, tandoor, veg/non-veg , with some unique fish dishes. Definitely try the fish and the bread basket.

can't ask for anything else and the price was reasonable, biryani was the best and chef made sure our food was delicious and kids could enjoy the food. I definitely recommend this place for any one who crave for indian food and breakfast 😋.

if u love indian food.. this lil hidden gem is a MUST TRY! this was the 2nd time my family and i visited Urban Treats and the food didn’t disappoint AT ALL! they will also adjust the spice level to whatever you prefer. my favorite was the butter lamb with cheese naan and the chili fish.. but everything we had was amazing. now let’s talk about customer service. the first time it was a lil difficult to find the establishment but one of the gentleman was kind enough to guide us there over the phone. once inside they were very pleasant and even sent us home with a complimentary dessert.

It was closing time , but Rahul at reception with smile welcome and served so well did not rush us but excellent service, we order Veg Biryani, Tandoori Chicken , veg Springroll, dry Manchurian. everything was excellent.All employees who worked there were nice , since when you get good food and excellent service during closing time, that is nice , we were traveling and stop by but will recommend friends and if we get chance to go again we will sure go back . 👍

I had dinner with my friends. Everything was very delicious. We ordered Paneer Malai Tikka, Mix Veg, Malai Kofta, Manchurian Noodles, Chilli Garlic Naan and Tea. The service and ambience were also great!

I travel quite a bit, am vegetarian, n Panera is an easy chain for me. This location, next to Staples n TJMaxx, did an amazing job making my Mediterranean sandwich. Loaded it up w fresh veg. They were out of baguettes bc i usually sub that bread but still, kudos to whomever made my dinner. And it was to-go ready super fast. Location is good. There's some shopping. Good parking. Very clean location. I liked seeing the employment of elderly that were very sweet.

I was very pleased with this Panera location and here is why. We arrived close to closing and the staff was very pleasant. Our order came out perfect. The margarita flatbread pizza is my favorite and they made it perfectly. This was our first visit and certainly will not be our last.

Love Panera bread! Always know what to expect. Food is tasty. Service is generally great. I would prefer for coffee to be always available, and with the time stamp when it was refilled. Tea is great, but not sure when it was refilled either. Love the free internet, for a quick meeting to discuss projects. Gets very busy during lunch.

I have been coming here for lunch regularly for going on two years, and I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback! This team is awesome, they get it right 10/10 times. While I was awaiting my lunch order today, during what was clearly their lunch rush, I watched the team handle a rude customer complaint with grace, dignity, and the utmost customer service skills. These guys are awesome!

Everyone is very nice, but I have to give a shout out to Vince. In the three years I have been visiting the king of Prussia location, Vince has always been polite, friendly, professional and goes above and beyond no matter how many tasks he is juggling. He’s an incredible employee and shining example of what incredible customer service should be and can be. I hope Panera knows how valuable he is along with all of the employees there, everyone is so friendly. Besides that, the food is top quality, consistent every time. Flavors hit the mark on everything; super selections amazing breakfasts and everything is very clean! If asked, my only suggestion is maybe try different bagels, more dense not so soft and switch up desserts more often. Bring back green goddess veggie sandwich, it was the best! Great lattes and cappuccinos! Good job, highly recommend !

Not a very clean restaurant, not stocked well, over priced for quality. I came here recently, got lunch, and was pretty disappointed. The restaurant wasn't very clean and the bathroom especially smelled fairly bad and probably needs to be cleaned more often. The two items I wanted were the corn chowder soup which they were out of and the summer strawberry chicken salad but they were out the three dressing it came with so I had ordered that with another not as good dressing. So I bought that salad and tried the strawberry lemon mint drink and that together was almost $18. I think that's a bit much for a barely mediocre salad and drink.

Tuna melt was delicious. I always modify my tuna sandwich to the way the ingredients use to be before they change their recipe for all their items. Panera has the best tuna hands down. And I love a location that have good customer service. Thank you to the young man who made my tuna sandwich and turned it into a tuna melt. Appreciative.

This place is busy and we were seated immediately. The coffee was hot and fresh. We ordered pretty quickly and the food was delicious. My eggs were cooked perfectly; I love dipping my toast in the yolk. The sausage was high quality and had a nice snap to it. My husband’s pancakes were delicious and his bacon was a nice balance of crispy and chewy. Classic diner at its best.

My sisters visiting from out of town and we were looking for a place for breakfast. So we took her here and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly, clean and welcoming environment. Food was fast, delicious and hot. Will definitely visit again.

Had breakfast here today. My server was absolutely awesome. Coffee was topped off before I could get the cup half empty. Service was fast. Employees were friendly. Great experience overall. Came here with the family (2 adults and 2 kids) and got out under $50 with tip, which seems hard to do any more these days. Very reasonable pricing. The outside is very cute with a giant chicken. Walked in and was greeted by a friendly host and waited less than 5 minutes for our number to be called. Server was friendly and efficient, owners were very present too. Restaurant was clean with great atmosphere and decorations. Had the Florentine Benedict, which had a delicious hollandaise, best I've had in years. I was underwhelmed however by the 4 pieces of spinach, so next time would order a regular as it's not worth the extra dollar. Coffee was also tasteful from a local Philly shop (Ellis I think the owner said?) But overall it was the breakfast experience I was looking for, which as a mom of 2 small kids, is hard to get and rarely happens. Definitely check it out!

My husband found this gem and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely delicious- it brought back warm memories of my great-grandmother's cooking. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and polite, making us feel right at home. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town.

Had 2 eggs over easy, rye toast, bacon and shredded home fries. Very affordable !!!!!! Excellent quality, food was hot and wait time was minimal. I wanted a quick place to eat breakfast before work. My shift started at 10 am, I got to the cafe at 9. I ate, paid and left all by 930. Service was very polite and prompt. They play a lot of older music, which is aligned with the vibes and interior decorations. It's a really special place 🔥

The 4th Street Cafe was a fantastic breakfast experience. The kitchen crew runs like a well oiled machine, the service is great and the food is terrific - some of the best pancakes I ever had. If I lived closer I’d be a regular. Keep up the great work 👍 🥞 ☕️

This Starbucks place was a huge disappointment. We ordered a Frappuccino and a dragon fruit drink. We had to wait more than 20 minutes for our drinks. Granted, it was a busy day, but there is something systematically wrong if everyone has to wait that long. Even busier places operate more seamlessly and quickly. Maybe more staff training or something needs to be done. And the wait was exacerbated by the fact that it was too chilly inside. And the taste was subpar. The Frappuccino was too watery. You know how such drinks taste after the icy parts all melt? It tasted like that from the beginning. And the drago fruit drink was like that as well. The only redeeming part of the experience was the receptionist. She was quite professional and kind. But I would not recommend this place.

This was the worst Starbucks experience I have had. Waiting 20 minutes for my order and ended up canceling because it was still not ready, and I was now fourth in queue . only one girl called Marge was outstanding and working very hard.. The manager was only concerned about training a new member of Staff, even though no one was in the store ordering. I complained to him and his only reply was that it was a busy day today. The place was dirty and not the normal good standard one gets consistently at Starbucks. A new manager is definitely needed in this location.

I’m starting to wonder if the franchise is just going downhill in general because I feel like it’s really just never very good anymore… but this location specifically is probably the worst I’ve been to. I only stop in here for emergencies if I don’t have time to go out of my way for the actually good coffee shop down the road and they miss the mark EVERY single time. Not only does it take 10-20 minutes to get a drink, even when it’s slow, but the drinks are NEVER good. I’ve tried everything too like asking for light milk which translates to them as none, order regular and they fill it halfway up with milk or foam?? I just don’t understand how something as simple as a pumpkin foam cold brew or espresso can be so butchered? This is coming from someone who worked at the only starbucks within an 80 mile radius that was also directly off the interstate and attached to a gas station. I KNOW buy and I know it’s not easy at all like believe me, but it’s also stupid expensive (my drink was like almost $8) and should not be disgusting or incorrect every single time, like the machines they give yall are basically doing everything for you. Even my food orders are repeatedly messed up to the point where I’ve stopped getting any. It’s just disappointing as hell like I get it, jobs suck, making coffee for a million people sucks but so does repeatedly wasting money on a nasty drink that takes years to make. My guess is it’s probably a lack of staffing, overworking and lazy management (seems to be the theme in these places) Again, I only go as an emergency because starbucks has gone downhill so much but this place needs like some serious retraining or something i don’t know but i will just be going without coffee from now on if it comes down to it because it is so not worth it.

This place is hysterical. I have several Starbucks around and this is by far the worst. I preporder via the app. If I don’t do it at least 30 min ahead at this location, I get scolded by the person at the drive thru, even then… it’s not enough. “Um… well you only preordered 30 min ago and so we are still working on it…”- said with attitude every time. The fact that I even have to think about preordering that far ahead is mind blowing to me. Is the expectation that I preorder 2.5 hrs ahead? I have never had any other barista at any other Starbucks make a comment about the amount of time ahead I place an order.

I usually never have issues with the food I order here but the service I’ve received multiple times has been off putting to say the least. Ordered my drink here this morning and waited over 10 minutes past the estimated ready time to ask if they were working on my drink yet. I purposefully asked the one woman making drinks who didn’t look super busy, and after asking where my drink was and that I ordered through the app, I was told “I’m on drive thru he’s making mobile drinks.” I asked the worker who was busy about the status of my drink because at this time, over 40 minutes had passed of me waiting. I was met with a “we’re working on over 40 drinks I’m not sitting here watching paint dry” instead of an actual update/solution as to when I could possibly expect my drink. I asked nicely both times, and instead of being helped in a nice way, I received slick remarks and an unhelpful tone back. Why work here if you aren’t going to have good customer service? I won’t be returning.

Got in the drive thru line at 9:45, one of my daughter's friends really needed food, so she went inside and ordered. She ordered at least 5 minutes before I did at the window. She ordered sous vide bites and a drink. I got my drink through the drive thru and it then took another 8 minutes for her to get her drink that she ordered inside almost 15 minutes before that. It didn't make sense. There always seems to be this type of service at this location. Months ago we went when no one was there and it still took a long time for drinks. Horrible management.

I ordered ahead and was fine waiting for my drink but AJ at the drive through decided that I needed to be scolded for being in the drive through line too soon after ordering and that they had to prioritize my drink. I asked how that was any different than just ordering from the drive through. Apparently it’s an issue with their computer? I already didn’t like coming to this location but that was super uncomfortable and unnecessary

Wrong item/missing items in my order. Where's my bacon? The avocado toast was weak as well. Skimping on ingredients so early? Requesting refund.

This Dunkin’ somehow managed to combine bad attitude, zero communication skills, and the wrong order all in one visit — that’s talent. While waiting at the speaker, the attendant was juggling conversations with other people, so when she finally addressed me and I didn’t answer right away, she got annoyed. Told her I was there for a mobile pickup, got silence, then she sarcastically asked if I could even hear her. Pulled up to the window, got a side of attitude with my coffee, and surprise — my order wasn’t even correct. If you want your caffeine with a side of eye-rolls and incompetence, this is your spot. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Horrible atmosphere , didn’t feel welcomed. When I walked in they tried to rush me to order twice and then when I said my order I had to keep repeating myself and the cashier walked off . Then him and this older employee tried to argue with me and he told me to get out or order on the kiosk ! I told them I wanted to speak to a manager and I want somebody else to help me . Everybody acted like they couldn’t speak English ! And just ignored me . Everyone was hostile and I felt scared for my life arguing with to men when all I was trying to do was order something ! I will be putting a report in also through Dunkin’ Donuts. They also said it wasn’t a manager they could help me so I asked for the next person in charge and they acted like they couldn’t hear me

Orders a large and was given a medium, not even filled—this is not the first time…I’m sure not the last. It’s usually with the morning people. In the evening, it is much better service.

Good service at the drive thru, she was very nice and fast with me order, place looks clean and well lid.

We went through the drive through. Staff was polite and professional. Coffee was good.

Pure chaos. Coffee machine broken and everyone in there is speaking broken English so hard to understand that I left my sandwich behind because the lady handed me my bag and mumbled something incomprehensible to me repeatedly. Disaster. Go to Starbucks down the street for conference room treats.

We picked up a cookie cake yesterday. We have been customers of Mrs. Fields for 10+ years and have never been disappointed until this cookie. We asked for the cake to say "herzlichen Gluckwunsch" (a ü for the German word was not available). The decorator did not plan enough space for the second word, and improvised by writing onto the border of the cookie. For the price of these cookies, I think it's fair for customers to expect a more aesthetically pleasing design. It ended up looking sloppy. Additionally, the cookie was thinner than we are accustomed to and thus slightly over-baked around the edges. This is not the quality we have come to love from Mrs. Fields.

I ordered one mini cookie sandwich, tapped my card to pay and the worker quickly tapped the tip prompt for himself without letting me see. I was not given a receipt. My total was $3.17. If the employees feel the need to tip themselves without consent, they need to be paid more and tipping needs to be taken away as an option. This is unacceptable.

This location is not what it used to be. Ever since they changed ownership in 2022 the quality has severely gone downhill. Their decorating skills are mid and the cookies are hard. The prices continue to increase and are outrageous.

Cookie cake is so good. I love this place.

Ordered a cookie cake for our son's birthday. Picked a specific time for it to be delivered through Door Dash. It came as promised, at the promised time. The cookie was delicious, decorated as shown on the website and was very cute! Well worth the price. We are not "icing" people in our house, but each of us raved about the icing they used. Not too sweet, very tasty. Would highly recommend.

The girl at the counter is terrible. Always had her AirPods in, watching whatever on her phone, not paying attention. Hope can you hear customers at the counter of you have your head down in your phone and AirPods in?

bought 2 boxes of cookies through a Mrs FIelds fundraiser for my niece. Paid $10 for shipping frozen. The cookies arrived late, are stale and taste like chemicals. I assumed if I was shipping it frozen it was cookie dough but it wasn't . It was individually wrapped stale, awful tasting cookies. My sister also bought cookies and didn't pay extra to have her shipped frozen and said hers were inedible as well. I have contacted their customer service for a replacement of an edible product or a refund, too soon to know if they will respond. Note - this was not bought from the KoP store but this is the only place I can find to post a review.

Service was GREAT! Latte was very good. Roast beef sandwich was plentiful and tasty. The bakery items seemed standard, nothing special. They have several salad and sandwich options along with pizza.

Karen always treats us well! Food is always done right the first time. The coffee desert is the best and the spring rolls are amazing here too. Make sure you book reservations in advance as they are very busy on the weekends.

Drinks are awesome. I got a cinnamon roll to go with my macchiato and cant say that it was as spectacular as the drink. It was alright but could be better. Haven't really tried any of their other food but I'm sure it's as awesome as the drinks. Service is great as well. Nice people. Would come again.

The food is wonderful!!! Truly. But they MUST have more than one person on staff on the weekends. The sandwiches are complicated to make and people won't stay in a long line for one person making food. There's too much competition here in the town center. We'd consider coming more often if we knew the was more than one person working.

I wish I could rate this place with zero stars. This weekend I visited Davios Bakery. The store had a weird smell, noisy, empty and not cozy at all. But it is not all about the environment, the coffee was disgusting. The coffee was not even tasting Something similar to coffee, and the milk was sour. I strongly consider that this was my first and my last visit to this place.

I was disappointed. Stopped in for breakfast with my family. I do have to say my Iced Latte was good. We also ordered 2 Gelato's, 2 parfaits, 1 nitro, and a croissant. The lady working promptly prepared our beverages. She proceeded to take multiple other orders from other customers. It took 10 minutes for us to get our Gelato's and 20 minutes to receive our parfaits. The Gelato was good. We ordered the granola and mixed berry parfait, and was extremely dissapointed in the amount of berries, there was barely any. Maybe 10 blueberries and a tablespoon of what may have been smashed blackberries and raspberries. Overall the size of the parfait was good but berries should have never been mentioned in the name. We also had to remind the employee that we ordered a croissant. The croissant was not disappointing but was not good either, Wegmans has a much better croissant. We would have been better off grabbing a bite at Starbucks. Makes me worry if their bakery is this disappointing their steakhouse next door may never be worth the visit.

Maple bourbon gelato was rich and flavorful. Bourbon really came through and surprisingly maple was not too overpowering. Not too many flavor options but they have more than just gelato. I'll have to go back to try the food.
