My wife and I came here today and had a great experience. The place is very clean and well-kept. Our waitress, Kayla, was friendly and outgoing. Even though she was handling multiple tables, she made sure everyone was taken care of and didn’t miss a beat. She’s excellent at multitasking. The food was delicious, and overall, we had a really enjoyable time.

Great atmosphere and decor. One of the best looking cheesecake restaurants. Very clean and organized. Plentiful menu options. I would definitely recommend going to this location. I had reservations and it does get very busy.

Great experience at the cheesecake factory. Our server, Will, was very friendly and attentive. The food was also really good. The bread is a great classic along with the fried cheese. Great cocktails and mocktails as well. I really enjoyed the chopped salad. We took cheesecake home and I loved my Cinnabon cheesecake. It was a bit loud at the end, but other than that it was an amazing experience.

I enjoy a truly bespoke experience but my son really wanted to try this place. The menu is seriously packed. It is like 8 pages of options. I could hardly decide. In the end I got a salad of some kind. I dont eat dairy so my son got the cheesecake but... he has not stopped talking about it so I can say, it is probably very good.

Horrible service. Sat for an hour before we even got our appetizer, when the table next to us placed their order when we first sat down. They got their check and to-go dessert before we even got our entree. 1 hour and 40 minutes for 1 app and 2 entrees. Also took cheesecake home, and found a FINGERNAIL on top. No it’s not a hard piece of whipped cream, no it’s not coconut. It’s a FINGERNAIL. I don’t post reviews often, but felt it needed shared. Disgusting.

I’ll never steer you all wrong. We would have been better off with Wendy’s. I will say the drinks were amazing; that’s where the praise stops! We haven’t been here since 2017; this place has fallen off so bad. I had the chicken madeira and she had the pasta farfalle. My mashed potatoes were cold and hard like they were scooped out of some extra large bag. The chicken was ok because of the sauce. The asparagus had no flavor whatsoever. Her pasta tasted like it came out of a bag as well. The music was too loud and didn’t match the ambiance. Because the music was loud, everyone was forced to talk loud. Our waiter was ok but seemed to have too many tables to deal with/ I loved the fact he asked about any dietary concerns based on what we picked! We waited 30 minutes to have boiled in a bag food. This is our last time coming here. Nothing can make me come back here! Who says this place is good? I don’t understand. Go across the street to Sullivans instead; I promise you won’t be disappointed or ill pay your bill for you!!! Edit: I see that management comments on the bad posts. Here’s my suggestion: turn the music down just a little bit and ensure the food comes hot out the kitchen. Let’s start there. Also, I don’t appreciate the passive responses I see on other posts.

Waited 1 hour for a old fashioned burger with the patty that was the same size as the tomato slice. Kitchen backup is not an excuse, other tables that sat down after us got their food and left before we got our food.

First time to Duck Donuts for my donut lover toddler.They have variety of donuts and option for customise also.My daughter loved it., made fresh and serve warm.We also tried their milkshake which was yummy.

They have lot of options. Honestly best donuts ever. So soft and moist. So delicious. If you are craving donuts this is the best place to go. They make the donuts after we place the order, so fresh and warm. We can watch it in the making. So good. Very nice staff. Totally recommend!

The donuts were nice and soft but I thought the flavors all tasted kind of the same. They were just sugary donuts. But overall, it’s a good place to go to and an enjoyable treat.

Best donuts I have ever tasted hands down. Freshly made to order. Had one with maple icing, bacon and carmel. Was absolutely delicious. Staff was really friendly. If you are lucky enough to be within reach of one of these stores, go there.

At the last minute, I needed to order 14 (yes, FOURTEEN) dozen donuts for a work thing this morning and the gals at Duck Donuts KOP were SO nice and accommodating. I am so grateful they were so sweet for me throwing this at them at the last minute. I appreciate them and recommend them not only on service but look at these donuts (🤩🤩)

The donuts are small and I didn't like the texture. They were too soft and hard to pick up. The icing is too wet and sticky. The flavors tasted artificial, you can taste the chemicals. Menu area is in the back of the shop and pick up in the front. Awesome staff!

All the doughnuts are based off the same cake doughnut and are cooked to order. Then you decided what topping you want on your doughnut. They were decent. If you like toppings on a doughnut then its your place.

I was craving some ice cream at the mall, so I stopped by Cold Stone. I was happy I did because the ice cream was good; I had no complaints. I got a coffee flavor; almonds, and chocolate chip toppings. I paid around $7, which isn't the cheapest, but it's also not the most expensive I have paid for ice cream. The service was quick, and the portion size could have been more generous, but it was just enough for me, making it worth the price. The creamy texture and perfect balance of flavors made it an enjoyable treat. I have never had a problem with Cold Stone; you get to choose the flavor and toppings of your choice, making it a personalized experience every time. Plus, the friendly staff always makes the visit enjoyable. I will say this location is hidden in the mall with a lot of foot traffic, without any seating nearby, so the atmosphere doesn't encourage staying close by; it's more grab-and-go.

Cold Stone Creamery is always good, this location in the King of Prussia Mall is no exception. They only get 4 stars because they didn’t have Butter Pecan ice cream. Probably because it’s a smaller store. You won’t be disappointed if you stop by, but if you like Butter Pecan like I do, you may be a little disappointed.

I went to cold stone for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The two ladies there had no clue it was my first time and the service that was provided was phenomenal. Kai and Jenny were so understanding of my needs they explained the process of making an order and assisted me with the reward program sign up. Ice cream was delicious but the customer service and the attitude from the employees towards customers is genuinely disgusting. LITERALLY CHANGE ALL YOUR STAFF. Will not be returning. So sad to see!! Very snobby employees, that were very rushy, kept rolling their eyes and they kept talking about customers right in front of customers and saying how hard is it to get ice cream.

I recently visited this location and had mixed feelings about my experience. The burgers were okay, but the chicken nuggets were a letdown. They were overcooked and fried in old oil, which was dark brown and gave the food a bitter flavor. To make matters worse, they were dripping with oil, making them unappetizing. The picture attached shows the replacement nuggets I received, but unfortunately, they were just as bad as the original order. Additionally, the employees didn’t seem to care about my concerns or the food quality. Overall, I was disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience. Overrated brand!!

This was our first visit here. The burgers were delicious! The shakes were really good, but small and $8-$10 each. The fries were great, but the pickle chips weren't so much. The service was also great! Everyone was friendly and very helpful! We will absolutely be back again!!

During my recent visit to Shake Shack at King of Prussia Mall, I couldn't resist trying their classic ShackBurger along with a side of regular fries and a refreshing soda. My family and I had a trip planned and this is where we really wanted to eat. My burger was ridiculously delicious, maybe the best I've ever had. My son loved his as well. Wife gushed about her chicken sandwich too. Service was fast and the lady we talked to was very friendly. Absolutely lived up to our hype and I will look for an excuse to go back ASAP.

The best thing about this place is the customer service. They were so kind and caring. The workers were busting their butts and I have to commend the fact that they stop were professionals. We went to other restaurants in the area but had a poor experience. This was great.

We have just celebrated my daughter’s 9th birthday there and had a great experience. She wanted to do it at the Melting pot with her little friends. It was seamless. I ordered a kids’ preset menu, it was a lot of food, and a lot of fun cooking. For the entree I recommend teriyaki steak- it was the hit among the kids. The service was superb. Abby did great. We were in a separate room, there was enough space for the kids to be loud and have fun. My only wish was that the space had a little more light, that is always the case for me in all Melting pot locations- too dark and ambiance not too cozy. Having said that we had a great experience, everything went very well, thank you to the managers, Kay and everyone for making it a memorable party!

We enjoy this location a few times a year. Today we took part in their Masterclass event. The little added touch of mixing our own cocktails, cheese, and chocolate just made an already fun meal even more amazing! Brandon did a great job giving us instructions and tips to make sure our end product would be perfectly tasty. I highly recommend watching for the next Masterclass event and sign up ASAP. It's totally worth it and they fill up fast!

First time here and it was super fun! the only comment I have is that for being a melting pot the cheese part goes back really quick, I thought I could use it for the meat as well but no, but regardless it was a lot of food!!! The staff were very friendly and they even did a mini birthday cake for me! I always appreciate those details!

Our waitress Rainee was very attentive. It was our first time we celebrated my birthday here. The service was excellent. There was so many options to choose from. The food was absolutely to die for. The atmospher was a romantic vibe but definitely meaningful for any occasion Definitely would come back again!!!

A Celebration Of Love was the occasion for a gathering of the Team honoring our new Bride To Be & our group enjoyed steaming pots of traditional cheddar fondue and a gruyere fondue with breads and veggies for dipping. I chose the California salad pictured & loved the candied walnuts with the tangy goat cheese. We had the traditional chocolate and crunchy peanut butter and the flaming turtle chocolate pots. Our server, John, set both pots of flaming turtle afire for a table display and repeatedly offered additional dippables, like pound cake, fruits, and brownies to dip in the warm melted chocolate pots. The entire experience was enjoyable & recommended for large or intimate gatherings. They are tucked away just off mall Blvd by a hotel, so make sure you use the GPS to find your way if you have never been there before. The interior is kind of dark, but there is plenty of seating. There is plenty of parking outside as well. They offer different course packages that you can make selections from their list of choices. I'd definitely go there again.

We tried Bonefish here the other night for the first time. I have to say, it was okay. There is nothing that stood out to us about our dinner. The service was okay, the food was okay. Nothing was bad in any sense. But in the same way, nothing said come back and try more items. Stop by and try it if you want.

Come in this past Saturday 5/10 for a Mother’s Day dinner with my family. We didn’t have a call ahead but were surprised and please do be seated quickly. Our server was very attentive and the atmosphere was comfortable. My only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is that this is the second time I’ve come in the last couple of months where the fish was a bit over cooked and lacked flavor even though i specifically picked a fish with toppings and sauce. Over all I enjoyed myself and the pineapple cocktail was delicious.

Great restaurant in the King of Prussia mall. Started with the Bang Bang Shrimp. You can’t go wrong with this appetizer. Then we had the Burbon Glazed Salmon, the Blackened Mahi Tuna and the Shrimp and Scallops over pasta. All the food was delicious and our server (Cadence) was excellent. Very friendly and efficient.

Ordered the bacon and cheddar panini with the fresh berry and fruit parfait with the cold brew coffee with vanilla sweet cream and WOW what a great start to the day! The coffee was not overly sweet (which can be off-putting) but a really good balance of sweet cream and coffee. The panini was very good with a good portion of eggs and a couple strips of bacon which tasted great and was cooked perfectly. The cheddar was sharp which helped cut through the richness. Fruit parfait was also good and was a nice to round out the heaviness. It was a bit pricey as what I just described cost me a little over 20 bucks. Treat yourself sometimes! I will be ordering again!

The Corner Bakery Cafe in King of Prussia Pa Was Clean; Not Crowded; but they Don't Serve at this Location any Pancakes. Erica told Me either the Old or New Location Doesn't have them. Which was Upsetting to Say the Least. Change this Location to Serve Pancakes at this Location Immediately Please. Otherwise I Will have to Go to Another Eatery All together. So make the Change and We Will Keep on Coming Back

Nice place to get a quick breakfast. Service was extremely fast. The food was very good. The wife enjoyed her scrambler. I had the BBLT egg sandwich. Good sandwich. The breakfast menu is not a large one. But they have lunch and dinner for your liking. We enjoyed our meals. I should add that the coffee is good also. Next time we're in town, we'll be back.

I had the Harvest Salad. It was well made. Very fresh products used. Staff was friendly and helpful. The very big gentleman that served us was polite, cared whether we enjoyed the meal and cleaned up the table immediately for the next customer. It makes me and my family want to go back .

This was crazy! I bought two classic rolls & two topped rolls. The topped rolls were oreo & it was delicious, but I couldn't even enjoy it! Got them home & had to reheat them. They're not all the way done. The man who took my order was a bit rude! Disappointed it took me 30 minutes to get there & get home to not be able to eat most of my rolls. The roll was very doughy in the inside & I'm not impressed! I threw more away than I could eat!

And when he's not busy playing "Find the Floating Mystery Object" in your drink, he's auditioning for the Olympic Games in Mental Gymnastics, trying to convince me that his card machine was working when it clearly hadn't gotten the memo. The cherry on top? Watching him deal with the customer next to me. "Would you like these items together?" Customer answers. Cue the barista's Oscar-worthy performance of asking THE EXACT SAME QUESTION again, slower this time, like he's explaining quantum physics to a golden retriever. Nothing says "five-star service" quite like treating your customers like they're failing a pop quiz. Trust me, I don't write reviews unless something really grinds my gears – pun absolutely intended.

I recently visited the Cinnabon in King of Prussia, and it was a memorable experience—for all the wrong reasons. We arrived 30 minutes before closing, eager to treat my mother-in-law who flew in from out of state. Instead of warm cinnamon rolls, we got a frosty reception from an unhelpful young teenager who told us they were sold out and closed. Meanwhile, we could see them stuffing leftover rolls into bags in the background. Despite filing a complaint with corporate, we received no response. What happened to good old-fashioned customer service? Stay away—I’ll never give them my money again!

What a sad excuse for a Cinnabon. Maybe that's why they sell the center of the roll. This was super thin, short, not much cinnamon or frosting and was stale. Didn't fill the container and was only about an inch tall. What happened to Cinnabon?

When did these pretzel prices go up so much??!!! 1 for $6.99 ?? Are you serious? I couldn't believe how much my total was after ordering 1 pizza pretzel bite, 1 cinnamon bite and 2 regular pretzels...they basically robbing us.

Thé store staff was very rude! We wanted to buy 2 pretzel dogs, the total was 8$and we only had 100$ and a 5$. The guy told us they can't accept a 100$. When we asked him the reason, he told us to buy only 1 pretzel dog instead. This is crazy, they should put a sign if they have a such a rule.

Today at approximately 4pm I stepped up to order and not only was the lady completely rude, she got smart with the customer behind me who kindly asked her to pull her mask up over her nose. The lady rolled her eyes and went back to making pretzels with the same nasty gloves she’d just taken money with.

My mom and I went for lunch at Bahama Breeze around 2:40 p.m. The restaurant itself was clean, but it seemed like they were still catching up from the earlier lunch rush—several tables still had dirty dishes and glasses on them as we walked in. Service was efficient and straightforward, though nothing particularly memorable. The food, however, was quite good, and the portions were generous. I had the shrimp tacos, and my mom had the ham and pork sandwich, which was flavorful and well-prepared. Overall, it was a solid lunch experience with good food.

Nice place! The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. The "loaded" plantains are really good and I definitely recommend them. The seafood chowder is spectacular. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu! The main reason why this is 4 stars is because of my drink - I got the pineapple coconut martini, and it felt like there was no alcohol at all. It tasted like juice, possibly laced with alcohol. Very disappointed in the drink and will likely not order one again from here.

The food is amazing.. the ambience is beautiful.. if you have a small appetite then try Light portions.. we went for dinner..we tried the Firecracker shrimp, grilled chicken with Cilantro-crema, Jerk chicken pasta and lemonade with raspberry..it was delicious..

I recently attended Bahama Breeze and Tré D. was my server. He was extremely nice and polite to me and my date. He offered different options on the menu that I could enjoy due to being lactose intolerant. Everything was brought out in a timely manner! He kept checking on our table without being overly annoying haha. I would simply go back just to have him as my server again! 10/10 recommend.

They had 5 people working when I went there, so the orders got filled quickly. This location has "Orange Julius", which is a drink from the 1980's or 1990's, so we went there for a drink of nostalgia, and it tasted just like it did 30+ years ago. I would go to this location again.

Worst DQ experience ever. Came in for a 6 inch blizzard cake and waited quite a while for someone to slowly walk over to answer questions (a lady was playing with her phone, and refused to come over, all other staff suddenly disappeared to kitchen when we walked in), the guy doing cleaning job stopped and came over and the answer is “we don’t have 6 inch”. There are a bunch of staff standing near the kitchen, chatting, and nobody wants to come over. Very bad attitude and seems like nobody wants to work, it seems like customers owe the store money to make the purchase. We spent 35 dollars and they don’t even want to give a bag for the cake. When asked about folks and cutter, “we don’t have any”. No 6 inch cake, no folk, no bag, no knife and no work ethic. What is this store opening for? If I’m the store owner, I will definitely fire all of them. First time ever that I see formal workers go hide to kitchen and pushed the janitor to answer customer questions. And everything is “we don’t have it” without even checking. Will never come again.

I'm a big fan of DQ in every summer, but this store really blow off my mind. Ice cream should have be a place bring people happiness, using, I don't know, a smiling face to start with? I enter this store on the mothers day. The moment I stepped into the store, I saw six staff behind the counter. Two min later I decided which cake to have, all staff disappeared to the kitchen - nobody seems care to help. A staff with a mop has to drop the mop and came answer the question, and took out the cake we wanted using the same hands just holding the mop 2 min ago. During the checkout I want a bag to keep it cold - nope, just a plastic bag; I want some forks/knifes - nope, they don't provide it; I want to ask if they will carry 6-inch cake - nope, they don't know. All the other staff just standing there, ignoring me asking questions, and playing the phone. I received too many "nope" and too many ignorance in a short 5-min shopping experience - broke the record that I even received in any agency. Seriously, if someone really hate this job, don't take it.

Editing the review based on today’s experience I have been eating banana split from Dairy Queen since 5 years this the 1st time that i dont see any ice cream or strawberries or pineapple on it. I literally had to go and ask for more. They usage add a good amount of everything included in banana split without asking. If you dont want to add stuff dont work here please. You people have the worst staff who just wants to charge the people without giving any stuff This is first experience Went on a weekend. The person who helped was calm and service was good. No complaints except the store smelled little different than the DQs we have visited earlier in different places.

For not being a full DQ with a kitchen, they still did a good job here. I was with a group of college students who ordered a good mixture of drinks, ice cream treats and food including pretzels and hot dogs. Everything was prepared properly and tasted good. The people working were friendly and efficient, even though it was close to closing time. This dining area was a bit small and dated, but I think a lot of people take their food outside if the weather is nice.

Try to avoid this DQ. No drive-thru; staff are robots and no bathrooms. Any walk-in DQ should have a bathroom and welcoming staff. Ice cream is great as usual.

Nice Dairy Queen in King of Prussia. The store was cool and clean on a 100 degree day and the ice cream came out as expected. Nice small seating area in the front if you dont want to take it outside and have it melt all over you.

I've been to several Kilwins locations, and this one definitely stands out for its very generous portions. These were honestly some of the biggest scoops I’ve seen at any Kilwins — super satisfying, especially if you're looking for a treat that feels worth the price. My friend was going to order 4 scoops but ended up going with 3 after seeing how much ice cream they packed in. Just a note: as you go up in scoop count, they reduce the size of each one a bit to make it all fit, which is understandable, but good to know ahead of time. Flavor-wise, it’s the usual Kilwins lineup, solid, classic options like Toasted Coconut, Salted Caramel, etc. Nothing too unexpected if you're familiar with the brand, but still delicious. The store was very busy when we visited, and while the staff was kind, respectful, and patient, the space itself could’ve used more attention. There was quite a bit of melted ice cream on the ground, likely from cones dripping in the heat, and with people stepping in it, the floors were noticeably sticky. Not the cleanest vibe, which took a bit away from the experience. One downside compared to other Kilwins I’ve been to: they didn’t accept the Kilwins loyalty card here. That was a bummer since other franchise locations do honor it, and it’s disappointing when you assume it’ll be valid across the board. That said, the team here was happy to offer samples (which some Kilwins have stopped doing), and they moved the line efficiently even during a rush. Overall, it was a satisfying stop — especially if you're in the mood for a big, indulgent scoop — and I’d come back again when the craving hits.

Great ice cream shop! There were a lot of flavors of ice cream and lots of other chocolate items and candies. We mainly just went for the ice cream though, which was delicious. I got the two berry flavor and it was very good - highly recommended. Overall, great ice cream shop!

Let’s start by I live in the community and I come here all the time! Always great service and friendly faces! Today was not the best experience and actually the worst I’ve ever experienced. Yesterday I tried the Dubai chocolate not the truffle one.. it taste really good thought ill grab another today as walking by.. maybe a bad decision because someone was not having a good day and decided to try and ruin someone else to make them self feel better if I can add the image of him in this review I will! Tall wearing a black hat short sleeve black shirt tattoo on arm beard first time seeing him here was yesterday but he didn’t help me thank God! I was standing by the chocolates for one he did not greet me fine no big deal.. a girl helped me and she gave me the incorrect Dubai chocolate she gave me the truffle one I noticed before existing came back and explained he came up to the register instead of saying oh I apologize, he said there are two Dubai chocolates that was the first attitude i replied I pointed out the one and I was standing directly in front of it. No big deal right.. he grabs the correct chocolate no box just puts it on the scale and looks at me does not even hand it to me I replied can I please have the box you took the other chocolate out of he rolls his eyes and gives me a big box when they have mini boxes I said that box is too big for this small chocolate he rolled his eyes again and said it does not fit in that box not only did I purchase this yesterday and it fit fine the girl just put it in there are you kidding me he grabs the mini throws my chocolate in there I will make sure to put this review every where I can with his images if I can upload it terrible horrible absurd dude get out of customer service if you hate yourself, people, and your job you are ridiculous and disgusting. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid you if they come here the girls are so nice try being like them and see some professional help for your really bad energy and attitude I can’t believe this experience I cannot seem to add his photo here I think I’ve described him pretty well date 8/29/25 management team do something about this !! They have great selections of ice cream flavors.. Chocolate Ice-cream alone had close to 6-8 flavors. We have tried their special edition chocolate caramel cookies & cream, and I loved it. The ice cream quality was great which was rich and luxurious in texture , and the surprising elements were pieces of cookies and fudge which added the bit of crunch to the ice-cream. The waffle cone was classic with sugar flavored and crunchy texture. I would definitely try their ice cream with waffle for sure which elevates the whole experience of having an ice-cream. I have also tried their sample of chocolate toasted coconut which was yummy. Chocolate and coconut was an interesting flavor to try out in an ice cream and it was so good. Next time I would definitely get this scoop.

I have always loved going to Kilwins for some sweet treats. But my last visit was worth the 5 stars. I asked for their $100 ten lb chocolate bar (which I like giving away as gag gifts to friends). The manager recognized me and gave me some bad news: the price had DOUBLED because of tariffs! I was rather disappointed, and he knew it. He went into the backroom then came back with the bar and gave me an exception for the day, knowing how much it would mean to me. This shop is full of good people and fun treats. Definitely worth the trip every time. 🙏

I stopped in here on my way, home from vacation. Love this place. Best ice cream I ever had the New Orleans praline ice cream. The carmel over marshmallow. Shakes fudge all extremely high-quality ingredients. It was always a hit, but at this store, I met the best employee her name is Delaney. She was a total star funny fast and very good communication and attention to detail. She has extremely good customer service skills. She also recommended that I try different things. She's a star fantastic people skills on top of the hospitality. 5 stars

Great place with great chocolate. I want ya huge fan of their icecream. It was a bit pricy for the quality, but that’s not their specialty. The marshmallow pop was great. The chocolate Carmel’s are out of this world. They have salt from numerous different countries, but I couldn’t taste the difference... they are all just salt. Haha the prices are high on chocolate but that’s going to coincide with high quality ingredients. Will go back again. They make great gifts.

We picked up a cookie cake yesterday. We have been customers of Mrs. Fields for 10+ years and have never been disappointed until this cookie. We asked for the cake to say "herzlichen Gluckwunsch" (a ü for the German word was not available). The decorator did not plan enough space for the second word, and improvised by writing onto the border of the cookie. For the price of these cookies, I think it's fair for customers to expect a more aesthetically pleasing design. It ended up looking sloppy. Additionally, the cookie was thinner than we are accustomed to and thus slightly over-baked around the edges. This is not the quality we have come to love from Mrs. Fields.

I ordered one mini cookie sandwich, tapped my card to pay and the worker quickly tapped the tip prompt for himself without letting me see. I was not given a receipt. My total was $3.17. If the employees feel the need to tip themselves without consent, they need to be paid more and tipping needs to be taken away as an option. This is unacceptable.

This location is not what it used to be. Ever since they changed ownership in 2022 the quality has severely gone downhill. Their decorating skills are mid and the cookies are hard. The prices continue to increase and are outrageous.

Ordered a cookie cake for our son's birthday. Picked a specific time for it to be delivered through Door Dash. It came as promised, at the promised time. The cookie was delicious, decorated as shown on the website and was very cute! Well worth the price. We are not "icing" people in our house, but each of us raved about the icing they used. Not too sweet, very tasty. Would highly recommend.

The girl at the counter is terrible. Always had her AirPods in, watching whatever on her phone, not paying attention. Hope can you hear customers at the counter of you have your head down in your phone and AirPods in?

bought 2 boxes of cookies through a Mrs FIelds fundraiser for my niece. Paid $10 for shipping frozen. The cookies arrived late, are stale and taste like chemicals. I assumed if I was shipping it frozen it was cookie dough but it wasn't . It was individually wrapped stale, awful tasting cookies. My sister also bought cookies and didn't pay extra to have her shipped frozen and said hers were inedible as well. I have contacted their customer service for a replacement of an edible product or a refund, too soon to know if they will respond. Note - this was not bought from the KoP store but this is the only place I can find to post a review.

The cashier at Bang Cookie’s was super friendly and very informative. The place is clean and neat but just feels bare. The price of the cookies are very reasonable considering how thick they are. They are crunchy out the outside but gooey in the inside. I ordered the Sea Salt Chocolate Chunk and would order this one again. I orders the Bourbon Kitchen Sink for my husband and he felt it was a little dry.

Delicious cookies every single time. I love their special creations! The cookies are indiividually wrapped and the perfect balance of cookie and toppings/filling. Every bite is perfectly balanced! These cookies BANG (💥) your mouth!!! Instead of crumble like that other spot (😔)

Quality cookies for sure. We got strawberry cookie and espresso cookie. Both taste good. Personally, I like the espresso cookie more, as it’s less sweet and has a nice coffee taste. Today is their grand opening day, but I find the staff really friendly even after a long day, which I really appreciate. The store is much bigger than I expected. We will come back to try their kitchen sink cookie, which was sold out by the time we went.

My children and I are very satisfied with our cookies. They are very Delicious and loved how they were packed up as well. Doesn’t matter how you have them if it’s just the way they’re delivered to you, a little bit warm or nice and hot with or without a glass of milk. These cookies are a must have now.

The internet sensation Bang Cookies has arrived in King of Prussia. Located on Allendale in the shopping center, it shares with Panera. Look up because these 🍪 are on the 2nd floor, so access the ramp in the back, the stairs, or the elevator in front. The bakery is big, bright, & clean. The fresh baked aroma is pretty fantastic and will linger in your head after you leave. These cookies are huge and shareable. The everyday flavors are to the left and the weekly rotating flavors to the right inside the glass display. The thing about these cookies is that the flavor names are exactly how they taste. The Bourbon Kitchen Sink Cookie delivers the heady hit of Bourbon, and then you taste all the other ingredients in a crisp exterior and soft brownie like interior. We sampled 6 flavors. They were all delicious, with the highlights being Bourbon Kitchen Sink, Sea Salt Chocolate Chip, Snickerchurro & Smores Cookie. Service is energetic and attentive and guided me thru the offerings.

My boyfriend and I arrived at 9:20 PM to witness a man yelling at a woman, insisting that she tip the young server at the window “better.” The couple argued back and forth for a while until another male employee opened a different serving window and demanded our order. I stepped forward to speak with him above the shouting, explaining that we had never been there before and didn’t know what we wanted. I mentioned that I understood they were closing soon and that we could leave if that was preferable. The male employee glanced at his watch and said, “Yup, we do,” offering no assistance and clearly indicating he didn’t want to serve us. My boyfriend and I exchanged looks and decided to leave, feeling unwelcome. We had hoped our experience would live up to the hype, especially since we are locals living just five minutes away and would have loved to find a nice ice cream parlor nearby. However, given the abundance of options in the King of Prussia area, we happily took our business elsewhere.

Booked Petrucci's Ice Cream truck for our campus's ice cream social, and it was a hit! Everyone loved feeling like a kid with cones and ice cream. Will have them back every year! Great service and yummy too! Thank you

We came here last night for the first time. We were served by a young man who was extremely helpful. He gave us some samples to try because we could not decide between so many options. We ended up on his favorite, moose tracks. We will be coming back soon to try some more flavors.

Tried out Petrucci's when they had their truck at a music festival and they were very good. Nice, rich ice cream in many flavors. Attentive and courteous staff. Would recommend!

Creamsicle twist was tasty, but I had about two mouthfuls of a large cone before it just slid right onto the ground. Staff said it melted fast, but that us ridiculous. Almost 6 bucks down the drain. Won't be coming back, would suggest using a cup if you want to enjoy (it was tasty).

There is a pup cup available. Wish there was vegan ice cream, but I'll settle for nice water ice. Lots of space to spread out, especially if you bring your dog!

Ordered the banana split which came with vanilla ice cream and chocolate fudge. Strawberries, banana, and pineapple, plus whipped cream rounded it out. This would have been tastier with chocolate ice cream but was still pretty good! The store offers cones, cups, and sundaes. Stop by and satisfy your sweet tooth!

I enjoy the ice cream, however the people working the day I was there were rude. I stood right in front of the cash register, right in front of two employees who were talking to each other and didn't even notice we were standing there. So we went to Cold Stone.

Simply don’t go to this store. We have never eaten on a Häagen before and after this NEVER going to a store nor buying any of their ice cream. I wish I could put negative 5 stars. First time and last time. Tried to order a Sunday and my wife explain how she wanted. The woman behind the counter somewhat rude sort of snap with attitude saying “that is how a Sunday come”. My baffled wife told her that her attitude is not the way to treat a customer and the person was VERY RUDE trying to imply she wasn’t. At this point I intervene and told her the same. Simply walk out without ordering. Safe yourself time and don’t go to the store. Also VERY VERY slow service. BTW she is the manager. Talk about service and caring about the brand. The District Manager should close this store. Update to address their response: there was no miscommunication. My wife was asking for an ice cream and the attitude the employ used against her was demeaning, very rude and total disregard of any customer service. You don’t explain a customer with attitude, you guide them careful and try to sell (or even upsell). While I do agree that the store was busy (only 3 people plus us and if this is busy wow), she wasn’t alone. They were TWO employees and the person that acted this way came out of the back to “support” the other. Don’t support this business.

The worst experience I had at this shop. The lady at the front counter treat customers really bad. To begin with she was on her phone all the time while serving and wanted us decide our orders in a jiffy and got annoyed when we added to the order. After that she had the audacity to say that she doesn't want to serve us anymore. Hopefully this gets reviewed by the management.

Really good ice cream, really hard workers. Jeff and Carrie-Ann (the two managers) frequent my Wawa on their way home and are always polite and courteous, so I stopped by. They actually hooked me up with ice cream, Carrie-Ann even brought some to my store for me to try (she's a sweetheart). I've never really heard of them not working, and they're the managers. I didn't really go there, even though I'd always kind of wanted to, but they both convinced me. Actually, I think I'll stop by today, see them and buy a bunch of ice cream.

The general manager needs to be fired immediately! When I say HORRIBLE I mean HORRIBLE service ! She was VERY rude and had distasteful behavior! She called me ugly and told me to go to cold stone upstairs! I asked for the manager she told me she was the manager . I called corporate to report her . I waited in line behind someone that was buying and she blantantly ignored me and helped the other ppl . Made fun of my clothes and weight because I complained about what she did and how she went about it . Not to mention when I was walking past she had her camera out recording me which is why I stopped and argued with her. Wanted to get some dessert after lunch and stopped by pressed after seeing they had dairy free ice cream. The lady at the counter was super nice. I didn't notice the sample tray on the other side but she got me 4 little tasting cups of each flavor. We opted for chocolate churro and tropical sundae. Both ice creams were delicious. The texture was smooth and creamy. The fruit in the topical sundae was fresh and the combo of flavors was excellent. The chocolate churro was basically just chocolate ice cream with syrup on top but it still tasted great. I think it's a bit expensive for what you get but worth it for the occasional treat.

We placed a corporate order for 40 smoothies. They never showed up and we were charged for them. NEVER use or patronize this establishment

Ordered online on Sunday, it’s Thursday and tracking says it will be here between 3:15-5:15. Shipping label shows it left Monday = NOT fresh. If you need to ship there are much better options

On a fine Friday evening my wife and I decided to go on a good old fashioned mall-cruise. After an hour or so of browsing various shops looking for the perfect 70th birthday gift for my mother-in-law I found myself parched and in search of a refreshing beverage. “Look! There’s a juice bar!” I jubilantly exclaimed, as we strolled over to examine its offerings. Having reviewed the menu from a few paces distance we joined the line. It didn’t appear to be much of a line, only two people together at the counter. After 5 minutes of standing there it became apparent that the jock philistines ahead of us in line were evidently intent on ordering one of every of the most complicated items on the menu, one at a time, and the sole attendant of the stand rushed to fill their requests with all the vigor and urgency of a garden tortoise receiving end-of-life care. Finally, after what probably wasn’t all that long, but was definitely a small eternity to wait in terms of retail delivery, it was time for our brain trust to settle their bill. Now I don’t know whether it was sticker shock or basic stupidity but it seemed like they were filling out an application for in-house financing. At least that’s the level of information evidently required for the purchase of their Açaí berry-turmeric pro-biotic, organic, gluten-free, no sugar added, frozen, dairy-free yoghurt surprise with extra kale or whatever it was they took the Lord’s time ordering. Gratefully, whilst the shorter of the two was fumbling through his possessions to locate his drivers license, our friendly testudinidae attendant motioned for us to come to the register at the other side of the stand. We ordered our juice, were presented with the juice, and paid for the juice in the space of, perhaps fifteen seconds. Now I know what you may be thinking, dear reader, that none of this is the fault of Pressed, and that I should be more gracious and forgiving and such an experience does not merit a single-star review, and I agree! However our troubles have just begun. The juice presented in two unassuming plastic bottles containing a blue liquid which was the color and consistency of recycled windex, and a yellow liquid which was the color and consistency of the kind of puke your dog does when his dinner is late. The taste, I can only assume, similar on all accounts! Not to worry, imagined I, for surely the benefit to our gastrointestinal health will make up for the sordid experience of purchasing and consuming these vile and reprehensible liquids. Have you ever passed cold patch asphalt? Would you like to for 48 hours? Drink some Pressed juice! But fear not reader for your bindings shall be released. At precisely 6:45AM on my drive to work the following Monday morning a certain cramping came over my lower intestine, and a cold-sweat began to bead my palms and forehead and a rumbling akin to the drums in the deep of Moria emanated from the pit of my bowels. “Well, I guess that’s how today is going to go” I thought to myself before a prayer to the lord I’d make it to the office before the spirit of Moses himself released the waters of my bowel. Leaving the car running, I scrambled into the office, threw open the door to porcelain salvation, and rushed to undo my belt. Unbeknownst to me, our comrades at Pressed somehow managed to install what had to be a small black hole at the base of our company toilet: the event horizon of which laying just beyond the seat. Have you ever considered what it might be like to experience spaghettification via one’s rectal sphincter? To truly hope that God is real? To beg the lord Jesus Christ for delivery from the damnation of your intestines dropping out with the kind of violence ordinarily reserved for world war or Cormac McCarthy? If so I could not recommend that satanic blue liquid any more! I sit here now, septic overflow alarm blaring in the background, unable to comprehend the devastation left behind at the hand of Pressed. Rethinking the experience has led me to reconsider my review, as the entire ordeal has brought me closer to God. 5 Stars

I typically love pressed juice and have been to this location several times for soft serve. This past weekend I ordered the vanilla soft serve and acai, and the vanilla soft serve was clumpy and odd textured, and the acai one was runny

Girl had attitude for no reason and became confrontational. Messed up our order. Manager needs to fix it or get fired themselves.

One can easily tell that this gelato isn't of the highest quality since it is displayed in the stereotypical mounds (indicative of using chemicals to keep its consistency). I could taste the chemicals in the Ferrero Rocher and Nutella flavors I got. The taste was good, but would have been better without the chemically tastes.

We recently went to the KOP mall and found out about this place, while walking around (near cold stones). We loved it, this gelato is so decadent, rich and creamy. I can't wait to go back for more!!
