Pathetic service at Limbda chawk branch. I had ordered a tea waited for nearly half an hour. When asked whether the it's ready. They had not started making even. They were simply busy in their mobiles and don't care about the customers. Really pathetic and hopeless service.

Cafè Bia is a wonderful outdoor café on the way leading to kalawad, Rajkot. They got some cool interior inside. Fake wooden trees lighted with small lentils, cozy tiny spaces for seating are there. They have variety of food ranging from indian to Mexican And Spanish. They have got variety of coffees and tea. It adds a star. The only things which will disappoint you is mosquitoes, during evening and night time, the mosquito attacks are at it’s peak. Otherwise it is nice place to chill out.

A very calm and cozy atmosphere is there at FDC. If you want to spend some quiet time from the crowd of other cafes, this is perfect. Ample indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff is very friendly as well as helpful. Your order tweaks are definitely taken here. The Maggie was super good as well as coffee was nice. My very First Experience was very very BAD to be HONEST. I have been to many cafes in my life but this cafe service is too bad. The VERY FIRST order me and my friend ORDERED A TEA. Which was worst and also the cup was not to clean and not felt hygiene. The NEXT Thing the WAITRESS come now and then between your two people conversations. Order order order and we are like let’s atleast finish the order which we are already in. The staff is only trained to take orders and this happed 5-8 Times in 7 mins after already we received or one order. They Cutt of the conversations already going with the person you have been. FOR ME ITS BIG NOOOOO. Never visit a place where they do not value customers and their comfort zone.

Again the quality of snacks are awesome and we'd like to visit here again and again. They always have something new added into there menu. Now it's a popular place for couples, friends group and youngsters, so it is crowded in the evening for few hours. Communication and behaviour of staff is very friendly and they help you to select your meal. Espresso is awesome and they are continuously putting their efforts for better service.

The DONUTS are actually Pastries shaped in a circle and hollowed out in the middle. There is no docut texture, it’s just cake texture. The showcase donuts don’t exist. Disappointed. 👎

Price: Quite reasonable Staff: The staff was kind and all but when we ordered, the staff didn’t attend to our order promptly and was twiddling on his mobile phone. After 5-10 minutes we asked how long would it take and I guess that’s the time he remembered we ordered so he said 5 minutes to put on the chocolate sauce. Note that we are the only customers at that time. Food: It was actually good and very moist. We liked it. Conclusion: Downside was the serving time I guess but other than that, it’s a good place to have desserts.

This review is compared with CCD and Dunkin Doughnuts. This place mainly serves doughnuts and coffee. The doughts here are great and they have good offers for combos. The cCoffee here not good when compared to CCD but overall its not a bad deal with the Doughnuts. They don't serve all kinds off coffee as expected by the coffee lovers but it does the job. Overall its a nice place to chill with friends and have meetings too.

Beautiful place to spend time with your loved ones. Specially at night the ambiance is lovely. Though the place is bit inside the main road It feels little insecure to visit at night when you are alone or in couple. This place is really peaceful and food is also good. You get the Nyari dam view if you come in the day time. Overall the place will give you a satisfactory feeling.

Very quiet and nice place away from the city. Especially the seating on the first floor is really breezy and calm. Do plan to go after 10pm for good calm vibe. Lower ratings because of two main reasons: firstly, benches and tables have large rusted nails poking out of them, ready to pierce your bottom if you sit without checking. It’s a very serious safety hazard. Secondly, kitchen looks quite dirty. That can never be acceptable. People deserve better, especially if they’re paying.

Worst - Horrible Cafe Ever !! Ordered sandwich and got fungus absolutely free.. !! (Pics attached). Went to the loo and got a feeling of Sulabh Sauchalaya absolutely free.. !! (Pics attached). Service is hopeless!! Guy with specs sitting on a cash counter taking order had no clue about Menu !!! Can see match sticks and remains of cigerattes everywhere on the floor..!! Worst part is they are charging for food like hell and couldn't even serve hygienic food or provide clean seating space & loo/toilet !! Had a nightmare going to this cafe!!

Awesome experience at this place it is just near of nyaari dam which is great in view from here and perfect place for family and youngs. It is with terrace sitting and you can avail types of tea and coffee with number of snacks and fast food like🍴🍕🍔 pastas, pizza, paratha and etc. here also it will gives you greate experience as meal with awesome views. Only the things is not kids playing amenities here. It is inside from main highway and good road to reach here, large sitting arrangements and parking place is here so there should not be any problem.

Located inside a lane on Kalawad Road highway - ensure to lookout for their signboard. Sizzler was good, pizza and nacos were average. Too much cheese in pizzas and nachos which eventually ruins the overall taste. Ambience is good. Service is good. There’s some room for improvement for sure.

CCD has always been my favourite and I have visited this outlet so many times for the coffee. I like the coffee here but whenever I order any food staff takes more than 30 minutes to serve. On my last visit I ordered 2 coffee and spinach corn toast. So after 30 minutes they served me only coffee and when I asked about the food they replied we haven't put it in the oven yet 😕 And then they gave it but it wasn't cooked properly and it was not fresh also, I could literally feel the dryness of the bread and sour taste in filling. And more than that many times I felt their staff is not interested in giving you any services.

The food was quite good but the service and behavior was not. We were 6 friends hanging out together and already had ordered worth 800 rs, but they insisted us to order more to let us sit. When we went to order for 150rs item, they didn't allow us to order less than 200rs per person. They did NOT have written that anywhere in their policy. Also when we tried to order for 200 one, they told my friend to sit on other table alone to eat. The behavior from staff was rude. As they did NOT have mentioned it anywhere in policy, it didn't make sense!

I wrote an excellent review just a week back but today it was a pathetic experience. The staff is rude and behaved badly. There were some flies in the cafe. Thats a very big let down. They should keep an insect repellent in the cafe. And some sensible staff.

Visited the place as its called the branch of "the big bite" of race course ring road. But if you are fond of that original place then should go there only and avoid going to this branch. Small area according to the location is ok. You dont get option for large pizza over here. Also the food you get may or may not be fresh as it had happened with our case. Limited staff so your order may get time. Slow service. If possible avoid going as you can find many other fast food restaurants anywhere in rajkot

I just had a very disappointing experience here. I ordered a hot Americano, which was served in a very small cup and tasted extremely strong. I politely asked if they could add some water to make it milder, but the person at the counter rudely replied, “You should’ve asked for a bigger glass earlier. Now you’ll have to pay ₹5 extra for it.” I was genuinely shocked — being charged extra for a little water after already paying ₹85 for the coffee felt unreasonable and unwelcoming. This kind of customer service and policy is truly disappointing. I definitely won’t be recommending this place to anyone, and they’ve lost a customer in me for good.

I really wish they served real tea instead of that machine tea, ambience was average some of the lights were not working, food was decent taste wise. Coffee was good. But i have expected more from a coffee brand. Overall an average experience

In this summer heat, had to ask to switch on the AC. The coffee was not bad. We ordered a regular coffee and a cappuccino strong. The regular one was very average but the cappuccino was a little better. Mind you, takeaway cups are charged at 5 rs extra. The prices have been updated. Full points for the atmosphere & hygiene. They also have books and some games for time pass. But service was so delayed and they weren't even that full. Good place to have quick bite with friends. It's on the 3rd floor in crystal mall. It's not much crowded so you are welcome. Their service is not good as before. Also the staff are not educated enough. They don't even provide bill. So be careful and calculate the price of your order.

A good place to kill time and hangout with friends. As the name suggests its placed behind 2 door and ambience is dark with small led lights all over. It was a hookah bar before and the interior has not been changed. When you enter in there it has a peculiar smell but after a while u gt used to it. The food is good and love their cheese Maggie. Seats are very comfy as they hav sofas. Also they have a projector where songs r playing with audio. Price is bit high but worth the time spent there.

Only ambience and location is good. Else taste is not ok and food quantity is too less as compared to others. Rate is too High. We went for one birthday celebration dinner 12-13 people. We got table in 8:30 8:45 and we got main course at 10:15 so service is too much slow. We ordered Panjabi cuisine, so they put 2- onion salad plat in that only one 1/4 lemon in single plat, we ask for more lemon , but now they served sabji and nan roti, we almost wait for 10 min and starts meal then they come with 5 piece of lemon. That kind of service and sense they have. I literally decided to not go again in this restaurant in future. That kind of service I feel.

I visited their restaurant for a weekend lunch and I loved their ambience, seating, and service. I had a potato starter for what i forgot the name, and in the main course, i had their thai curry. Both of the items tasted delicious. I even had their cold coffee which was good. Overall, an excellent place.

We ordered one mexican dish (name i forgot) and dum biryani Mexican dish was good. Biryani was not good at all like it just tasted like masala rice one you make at home.I couldn't taste any spice on that biryani it was not good. Staff and service is excellent though. I love this place. Tea is excellent. Snacks are also tasty. Ambience is great. I'm sure you must be thinking why then I gave 3 stars? Well, I went there 3 times and noticed something... 1st time, they had sanitizer at the door. Staff were wearing masks & AC was also working. On my 2nd visit, I saw that the sanitizer bottle was there but was empty. The staff members were very casual and either not wearing masks or the masks were on the chin/on neck. And today, sanitizer bottle was missing. Staff members wore masks but AC wasn't working. I'm sure, my comment will be taken seriously, without any offence and actions will be taken.

A very nice place to meet over a tea, but the seating was really uncomfortable. The food was not so good and was even pricey. I bet you would get way to better maska bun at any road side stalls then here. Even the tea was bitter on the name of karak. Poha had hardly any taste was just too spicy. Great place for hangout, you can visit here with Friends & family. Open restaurant is quite beautiful. Wooden tables gives classic touch to restaurant. The food is also great, staff is supportive. Asked for starters recommendation, and tried broccoli soup and cheese sticks, and it was really good.

Not a good experience, this place strongly recommend management, please resolve managements issue, We go with family today, but no one asks how many people for having a dinner, we ask one person who would likely to book a dinner table for us but he didn't even care, I call him thrice but he doesn't listen, he was busy to book a table who talked to him rudely or angrily, so without taking dinner our family came out without any hesitation. Very Bad experience

The unique about Mad House Mocha is their ambiance and lots of different sitting arrangements. They have an indoor restaurant which can acomodate around 25 to 30 people, Gazebos, rooftop and plenty of outdoor seating arrangements. It seems they also do special arrangements for couple for a special dinner dates. We have tried much food options and food was reasonably good, specially the Broccoli Almond soup was delicious. They do not have a dedicated parking space but due to its location, there are enough parking space ava just outside the restaurant. Pretty cool place with different idea. Perfect when summers & little early winters. They have few indoor seats though if needed. 1 less star for food not great quality as other hotels; but still food is quite good as 4 star. Must try it.

Heard a lot about this place so we ventured. But we were pathetically disappointed. Ambience is good. But when you look at their menu card, you realise that you made a mistake. We asked for veg Au Gratin and to my shock, they said that they have just changed the name of Backed pineapple to this unique new name. And can you believe they sell Gujarati food on the name of Sizzlers? The quantity is very less and food is below average. They served bread in a dirty plate. DON'T EVER GO THERE. WASTE OF MONEY.

Staff needs to be more polished. Food quality depends on what you are ordering. We had a sizzler and a garlic bread. Sizzler was good but garlic bread was very bad.

A good decent restaurant with great food. Went around 10pm so no wait at all. Were given a side table with multi coloured chair which were pretty comfortable. Got welcome shots and some hot fried balls served as welcome drink which were good. Asked for starter and the staff had good knowledge of the food, make and ingredient so they suggested a bbq paneer starter and it was nice. Then asked 2 suggest a sizzler which was zero spicy and made some changes. They managed to serve exact same sizzler and same taste which was asked. So not only the food is yumm but staff is also helpful and ready to assist. Good idea to go a bit early and not at 10:30pm coz by the time to reach at end of you meal they run out of rice and shuts the espresso machine off so you don't get dal rice or and espresso Good place to go with family as well.

Jazzy, with dash of desi flavor is what I would say about ambience. Food is good but again, not many jain options..The best was the novelty with which they served the dishes. Music was bit loud and uncomfortable as we couldn't listen one another even though on same table and side. About drinks - i did not like what I ordered, although it was on their "loved" list. Prices - just a bit more than many other but it all compensates in ambience n food.so try out this new joint for its novelty at least once.
