Creams is nestled in a prime location and is easily accessible. The inside is clean and spacious which provides a good sized seating area. The menu is vast and has a variety of desserts for all tastes and ages. The staff are friendly and helpful.
We ordered the Strawberry and Banana Crepe with Salted Caramel Ice Cream and Fudge Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream. Both desserts were beautifully presented.
I would have enjoyed the crepe more if it wasn’t completely soaked in chocolate sauce, which made the pancake soggy. However the Salted Caramel Ice Cream was a very tasty edition and cut through the sweetness of the chocolate. My friend didn’t think the Fudge Cake was anything special. Overall we didn’t have a bad experience.
Would I go again? Yes but next time I shall try something less chocolatey!
Disappointing Visit After Years Away
I visited Creams after a good few years, hoping to relive some fond memories but sadly, it was a major letdown. What was once a beloved dessert haven has really gone downhill.
The store itself was run-down, with dirty floors and a generally neglected atmosphere. It didn’t feel welcoming or clean, which already put a damper on the visit.
I ordered the vanilla cheesecake, but it was far from what you’d expect. The texture resembled curdled milk with a soggy base, and it had no flavour even the strawberry syrup couldn’t save it.
What made the experience worse was the poor customer service. The staff lacked basic courtesy and didn’t seem to take any pride in their work. When I asked one of the employees about the drop in quality, I was told, “This store is a franchise — we can’t do much.
Dear Creams, please take note: to run a successful business, customer satisfaction, good food, and a clean, welcoming environment are key. Sadly, none of that was present and it’s hard to see why anyone would want to return.
Also how are you changing customers £2.95 for a bottle of water.
This is probably the worst Creams Café I’ve visited in the entire UK. The service was extremely poor, and the store felt completely disorganised. Basic hygiene standards were not being followed, which is very concerning for a food establishment.
Staff were more focused on chatting among themselves (in Urdu) than on fulfilling customer orders, which contributed to long wait times and an overall lack of professionalism. I had to wait far too long to collect my order, and it’s clear I’m not alone after reading other reviews, I can completely relate.
Very disappointing experience. The customer service at this branch is truly unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
The staff can definitely improve on their service. The interior is beautiful but not attractive enough and was too dark. Prices were decent. Got myself a caramel frappe which wasn’t too good either. I wonder why they serve in takeaway cups for dine in. Will think about coming again 🤞
It’s been a few years since I last ordered from Creams Cafe Luton, and I’m so glad I did again! I ordered delivery with two milkshakes and a selection of waffles, and everything was perfect. The waffles arrived fresh, warm and full of flavour, and the milkshakes were just right – creamy, rich and delicious.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail: they included proper plastic straws instead of paper ones, which made the milkshakes so much easier and more enjoyable to drink. Such a small thing made a big difference.
Overall, really satisfied with the quality and service – I’ll definitely be ordering again soon.
Staff were very nice and patient and helpful when helping me choose a gluten free option, and were very careful as I’m celiac. The cookie dough was decent as well for something with no gluten.

The ice cream was very tasty, I ordered two ice creams and two milkshakes, but unfortunately they brought me a milkshake of a thick consistency that is impossible to drink,I had to wait until it melts, it reminds me of ice cream,not a milkshake ,I asked for vanilla/blueberry flavour ,and I could feel only vanilla flavour.
As far as I know a milkshake is a liquid drink,when I kindly asked to change the drink to something more liquid,he looked at me very indifferently and said "no,that's how we do the milkshake"
I told them that the ice cream window was all fogged up and it was impossible to see the "flavours" names,she didn't do anything about it either..
The staff is very unfriendly,angry,didn't even smile and in my opinion they don't care how to serve customers.
P.S even if the restaurant/coffee shop has a great atmosphere, delicious food, but when the service is so poor, you just don't want to come back there anymore,where you are not welcomed.
Ordered delivery and the crepe arrived as shown in the pic, completely smothered in nuts and chocolate with no sign of the actual crepe. When raised with the store a replacement was promised but never arrived. When asked about it I was brushed off by impolite, unprofessional staff who really didn’t care. The staff have an attitude, lack complete understanding and really need to be trained in customer service. Not only wa s the food unacceptable the response from the staff was appalling. I would not recommend ordering from them again or going there with their attitude.

Ordered their cornflake tart with custard because I had it before. The portion size was great and so was the taste, today portion size is half and it was stale. Won’t be going back. No remorse from Gen z staff. My daughter also ordered waffles and it was cold.

The hygiene is terrible. I experienced this for the first time earlier this week. The guy serving me used his Hand to take a piece of cake and put it into the takeaway box. Cmon man that’s just basic hygiene. Wear gloves or use a utensil. Then, when a scoop of ice cream had rolled down the ice cream unit he flips it back into the pot so he can serve it to some unsuspecting customer. If you’re the manager you need to sort your act out! Pathetic disregard for customer service and hygiene. Shame on you bro!

The food was horrendous, I ordered a bloody apple crumble, it was apple no crumble I could have made that it myself, also I asked for some red velvet cake they did not serve that although it were on the menu, aswell as the milk cake. I was absolutely fuming. The service was poor, no eye contact. Pretty disrespectful on his phone.

My nephew has severe FISH & NUT ALLERGIES, I had called to be reassured that the desserts we had ordered did not contain any nuts. I am disgusted with the way I had been spoken to, I did not expect a staff member to reply with “Nah” several times when I had asked whether the desserts were nut free. I wasn’t reassured by this so I asked again specifically, he then replied with “I’m not sure, you should read online and some of the ingredients we get do not have the ingredients label”. I then asked to speak to the manager regarding allergens but was told that the manager is not in store and the gentleman doesn’t know when he will be back.
If you or your children suffer with any allergies I would HIGHLY AVOID ordering from this place.

I ordered a cornflake tart and custard, which had hardly any custard and it was thick and curdling. The young boy was sitting down eating when I went in to complain of my dessert. I was asked if I want another or my money back. To which I responded another. He stopped eating did not wash his hands went in the freezer took out a cornflake tart put it in the microwave with again hardly and custard so I asked for more. To which he begrudgingly gave. He used his bare hands to tell if it was cooked by dipping his knuckle in and packed it up to go. Its safe to say I wish I had just accepted the refund.
I will never return they dont care about there customers. The location for a driver is awful, no parking.
Downtown are tax evaders who accept, cash only! This is only known to you when you arrive to collect and not over the phone when you place the order. Most law abiding companies post pandemic want you to pay by card/contactless.
I ordered a Big American waffle for collection and they gave me this! The waffle is burnt on the sides without cookies and cream for £9..and when I arrived the shop had a closed door.. I called and after they gave me the order and then they locked door.

This was my first time visiting Hong Buffet and was pleasantly surprised.
It is a very reasonable price of £25 for unlimited food, deserts and soft drinks.
The food variety is great and the quality of the food was lovely some really great dishes that we both loved, it isn't a fine dining experience by any means but cheerful and pleasant place with great food!

If you’re looking for an inexpensive, all-you-can-eat meal and aren’t fussy, this place does the job.
The place is clean but lacks personality — more function than flair. The layout is typical: Chinese and Indian cuisine, salad bar, a few token sushi rolls, teppanyaki and a soft-serve machine in the corner.
Service was polite but minimal, which is expected for buffet style.
But if you’re a foodie chasing depth, authenticity, or freshness, you’ll likely leave underwhelmed. Mediocre — not offensive, just forgettable.
They have a wide range of food. For the price you pay, the quality and quantity of food is exceptional. £23 for unlimited food and non alcoholic drinks. They keep refilling everything promptly even on days when it is crowded.
Overall, it's worth the money! There’s a wide variety of dishes available, and they were consistently refilled, which was great to see during busy hours. However, I was a bit disappointed with the live cooking counter. There was only one young lady handling it all on her own—she was clearly trying her best, but it just wasn’t enough to keep up with the demand at such a large and busy buffet. More staff at the live counter would really improve the experience.
Nice decor, came late and alot of things were finished. There were no chopsticks to eat sushi or straws for drinks. The icecream scoops were in dirty water, don't think anyone checks or tidies up between sittings as tables were dirty. Lots of kids running around making mess. The food is okay, lots of choice, better than alot of buffets but staff and service is poor. Didn't get any dessert as not labelled and I have nut allergies, no staff around to ask they were busy cleaning up to close but it was still early.

With so many poor quality buffet locations, it's easy to set your standards low. But this little gem is a real cut above its peers, with great quality food, a real spread of food including sushi, tepanyaki freshly made/ cooked.
The staff are helpful and attentive and the atmosphere is absolutely top notch.

I ordered Choco Brownie Waffle, tho it looked good, the taste was average, i’ve had better waffles before for this price approx £11. Vanilla ice cream had no flavour honestly, would try other options in the menu and review em soon.

Such amazing service Hanie was such a nice man. We couldn’t pick between two flavours of cookie dough so he offered to do half and half for me and my mum.
It tasted heavenly 100% be coming back again.
I have been here many times before and have always had a really nice time. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful, atmosphere is always nice and the desserts are amazing. On my most recent visit I decided to opt for the kunafe heaven, a mixture of strawberries, chocolate and crunchy kunafe beautifully presented in a glass. Wow.. literally the best strawberry kunafe dessert I have had so far!
10/10 Had the brookie dessert at Treatz Luton and it was amazing – warm, yummy, and loaded with chocolate. The vanilla ice cream on top was the perfect match. Staff were friendly and the place has a nice vibe. Definitely coming back!

We went in to get ice creams as a treat for the kids and a coffee for ourselves not being hungry as we’d just eaten but when we looked at the menu the mint aero cookie dough looked too good and we were not disappointed. Staff were really helpful and friendly and grabbed us a high chair from downstairs for the baby.

On Wednesday, I came to collect a cake I had ordered for a surprise baby boy shower. I selected the “Chocolate & Pink Curls” design online and chose blue as the colour option on the website, assuming the entire cake would be themed accordingly. However, when I collected it, only the piping on the top was blue — the side curls remained pink and chocolate. I also used a heart emoji in the personalised message, which unfortunately came through on the system as “????”.
I was honestly so disappointed — especially knowing it was an oversight on my part. But these three lovely ladies really came through for me. Despite it being the last collection slot of the day, they took the time to make all the modifications I requested and completely saved the cake for the occasion.
I am so grateful for their patience, empathy, and the extra effort they made. I truly hope their management recognises the care and dedication they show to customers and that they are rewarded!

The rudest service I have ever experienced. Absolutely no customer care. Two male team members sat up on the worktop dangling their legs, the girl serving customers wouldn't look you in the eye, say please or thank you. I'd ordered Americano coffee with cold milk and received americano coffee without milk. When I asked for milk, a bottle of shop bought milk was loudly placed in front of me and I was told to help myself...

I have ordered from uber eats and this is hands down the worst cookie dough I have ever had in my life through delivery. It was really great value for money if the quality was actually good, but when we received the cookie doughs it was very hard and even tasted a bit burnt. I eventually had to eat with my hands as the cookie doughs were not soft enough to eat with a spoon.
To clarify I ordered through Uber eats, unfortunately I didn't experience good food for a dessert parlour. My children found the cookie dough not soft but hard. We had a signature shake which was good.
A school cake that was Okay, and then a £6 mojito(non alcoholic) with a blob of ice(the size of a tennis ball) the drink lacked colour, the same as it's flavour.
We were very disappointed, I will try you again in a few months, if you improve I will update my review accordingly!
The waffle stick was surprisingly small, resembling tiny breadsticks. The chocolate sauce was very plain, nowhere near the quality of Nutella. It didn't match the images in the listing. The ice cream was of poor quality, with hardly any strawberry pieces. It’s the worst dessert I’ve ever had. I reported it through Uber Eats.
Ordered on just eat last night. Both pancakes came very overcooked to the point lf being crunchy. My friend has been put off oreos now for quite some time as the overall taste made us both feel sick. The cookie dough was tiny and horrible in flavour for the 7.50 price tag. £24 for 2 pancakes and cookie dough that went in the bin. Waste of money and horrible stomach aches after. I'm sticking to 2 bro's. Never let us down and always consistently amazing and fresh. Never again from this place.

We asked for I scream with our desserts only 4 whip cream came quarter full. Banoffee waffle stick was too small two in a box. Did not taste nice. We are not happy with the desserts.

I was at the shop on last week Wednesday, the owner had disrespected his staff in-front of us customers had shouted and screamed, the quality of deserts are as they should be, was advertised completely wrong, really overpriced, it wasn't clean and very unsanitary and found a hair in my cookie dough. Food was very cold. Didn't feel welcomed. Overall my experience was very bad and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat from there. Far better desert shops in luton other than ice box. I hope this makes you fix you service and also how you treat your staff. Do better!
Ordered 2 desserts which cost more than priced in the menu. Took 20 minutes for the orders to come out, considering the shop was empty with staff just sitting around. Orders came out completely wrong after being explicitly explaining what we wanted. Told staff it was wrong he offered to bring out the sauce we wanted we kindly declined as we had waited so long. Was cold when we ate it. Said they would replace it, but we weren't about to wait another 20 minutes for desserts. Staff were in the back the whole time. Poor experience all round. Would not recommend.

Milkshakes are alright, nothing brilliant. However, the new edition of kunafa Matilda cake and cookie dough is literally terrible. They didn’t roast the kunafa so it was just soggy and the texture was horrendous. I also placed an order quite some time ago which got cancelled and I never got my money back from it. The staff are alright though. If you want good cookie dough (just not the kunafa one) come here. If you want anything Dubai chocolate related go somewhere else.

I don't really know what I've done without these donuts! Oh my gosh they taste so amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. The service was absolutely amazing. I was served by such a kind and generous young lady who was absolutely fab. I will definitely be visiting again ... forever!!! 😄
My current favourite from the menu is Dubai kunafe strawberries, blue lagoon and also the kinder bueno Karak chai
It’s a nice little spot to grab a quick treat to have in the car or take home. Plenty of parking spots nearby.

We try this place for first time and our experience are average. Doughnut and waffle on stick is nice and fresh but to small. Special the doughnut is very small for the price. Doughnut sundae was nice and milkshake was pretty average. Probably would try again but definetly go there , come very expensive ordering online.

Ordered through Deliveroo, On the app it said 20mins delivery time. 20mins passed I rang and the lady said another 30-40mins ( that the app delivery times need to be updated). In total it took 1 hour 30mins to deliver to me. I ordered 50/50 waffle (fruit glorious fruit/sweet kiss). Cold waffle, Not enough fruit and sauce, Very very dry. Not worth the money. The whole point of paying and having a desert that costs over £10 is to enjoy a warm moist quality desert with sufficient toppings and sauce. I wish I had read the google reviews before hand to see that this place already has low ratings for the very same reasons I am dissatisfied with!

So I ordered from here today through Uber Eats really looking forward to it as the food looks amazing. However, I am DISGUSTED with the service and APPALLED with the food!!
Firstly, the food arrived 2 HOURS LATE!! Within those 2 hours I was trying to get an update through Uber Eats and by calling the restaurant but that was no help. Upon delivery I nicely asked the delivery driver why I wasn’t able to reach the restaurant at all, to which he simply said that they put the restaurant phone on DO NOT DISTURB so that they didn’t have to deal with customers! THAT’S RIDICULOUS!! And to begin with I was unable to cancel my order through Uber Eats because as soon as I placed the order, the restaurant almost immediately placed it in the delivering stage!
The food on the other hand is OVERPRICED! The waffle I ordered was COLD, VERY BARE, EXTREMELY DRY and BURNT (literally had black burnt spots on the bottom). As I ordered a 50/50 waffle I received 2 scoops of ice cream which arrived HALF MELTED, one was an average chocolate ice cream which was fairly nice whilst the other was AWFUL because it literally tasted like sour/bitter flour (only was I could describe it). My order was also missing a drink but honestly that’s nothing within this experience!
Now I understand that restaurants can get really busy, having worked in one previously, however the way this place dealt with this is DISGUSTING! If you don’t want to deal with customers don’t open up at all!
Delivery time was terrible, it was over an HOUR late, when they said it would arrive latest 30mins. I called the shop, they said it would arrive in 5-10 minutes, instead it was another 30minutes, I called again and they said they are just about to leave to come drop the food off. I told them how I called before and the man said he wasn’t sure who spoke to me but the food will take now 20minutes. I said my food is over an HOUR late, he response was ‘we’re busy’.
Once my food arrived, the waffle was plain… it costed almost £10 and it had barely any chocolate sauce on top. Also the crepe was STALE.. it was rock solid, i had to throw away. This place is overpriced and not worth the wait.
The worst desert shop in Luton by far I will never order from here and will never advise anyone to order from here .
Utter joke of a dessert company 2 hour wait times for a cold crepe this is not The first time I’ve ordered from here I have ordered the box before where the brownies taste like there store brought .
But this time the service was so bad I felt like I have to login and leave a review i ordered my desert on Uber eats at 9.30 it came at 12 at night they clearly don’t know how to use the delivery applications as it was never updated had no idea who was coming or going .
The milkshake was completely melted it was just milk at that point the crepe was so cold it was like eating sand paper .
People who open business and treat it like a joke don’t deserve to have any customers .

placed an order through uber eats, the restaurant called me and informed me the items i ordered were out of stock so i asked for them to cancel the order. the employee forgot to cancel the order and i was charged the full amount i contacted them the same day & she told me the refund would take 1/2 days. several days go by and still no refund so i called the shop to find out what was happening the lady told me she’d call me back in ten minutes and never called back. i contacted them the next day again and the manager said he’d refund me after a while of explaining the situation over and over again the money was sent but only a partial refund was given he claimed that’s all i had paid, i sent screenshots of bank statements and uber eats receipt and he still refused to pay the remaining amount. The staff talking on the phone were very rude and no help whatsoever the man who gave the refund was very rude considering it was their shops fault he had told me to never contact the shop again or order from there and frankly i would not want to order from them again very bad customer service.
Awful service, was lied to repeatedly by the shop that my order (placed at 9pm) called at 10pm to see and said it had left for delivery. Called at half past again and was told by a lady that it has only just been made and sent for delivery, got the delivery drivers number and said he'll be with me in 5 mins. 20 mins later and no driver and the shop have said my order hasnt even been made!! Its 11.15pm!!! Absolute joke, was just lied to repeatedly and to top it off the item I wanted was now sold out!
Very disappointed and sadly repeats all the negative comments about delivery. Will not be wasting my time with them again due to the lack of care the staff had.

Awful place, my parter ordered food at 8:00pm on Just eat and didn’t recieve until 11pm. He recieved one update to say it was delayed by an hour which does warrant for the remaining 2 hours that went by! When I called up they didn’t answer the first call and then I called again finally got through and the lady was extremely quick to speak to me as if she was rushing me off of the phone, no refund offered for the inconvenience. Just a rude response and 3 hour wait. AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL!
