Natale Pasticceria, established in 1999 near the central Piazza Sant'Oronzo, has become a historic brand constantly evolving. With around fifty flavors including creams, fruit gelatos, sorbets, and granitas, it's a must-visit spot. Their chocolate offerings are diverse with options like rum, chili pepper, and more. Additionally, they offer regional specialties such as Pasticciotto flavor and Maria d'Enghien gelato.
One of the best gelatos that I've ever had! Staff are so nice and would help you if you ask for the suggestions. The Ficchi was my favorite!
Ali R — Google review
All I can say is wow! Don't walk, run to Natale and try their pistachio ice cream. It's incredibly creamy and bursting with flavor! The staff is very friendly, and there are plenty of seating options available. It's a fantastic place to enjoy a sweet treat, whether it's day or night. Their other flavors are amazing as well!
Luana P — Google review
We got here by pure chance after eating at least one pasticciotto every day during our trip. I can confidently say this was the best one I had. It was the perfect mix of creamy and crumbly. not overly sweet and overall incredibly satisfying. It was so good we even went out of our way to go back and purchase one of the overly priced T-shirts… no regrets! The only downside is its price, at €2.20 a piece it definitely was on the expensive side in comparison to others in the region but so worth it.
Nicolas A — Google review
Had the “african coffee” and a brioche, which comes with 3 flavors. It was very good both of them. The service was very nice.
Niclas M — Google review
The best gelato I had so far in Italy. And huge portions. The service was also very sweet and helpful.
Przemysław B — Google review
Absolutely great ice cream! A lot of special kinds to get here with support from the friendly staff. For 3€ you get the “small ice cream”, which are two big scoops. The pastries look good as well, but we have not eaten any.
Johannes R — Google review
Stick to their pistachio flavor and you will not disappoint. It is rich and creamy, not too sweet. As someone who travel a lot and tried many gelatos in different places, I can say their pistachio flavor is among the best I have tried. The berry flavor however, is a bit too sweet and I don't recommend. Their waiting line is a bit disorganized - you need to get a ticket first before you can ask for any flavors, which is not obvious for the new customers. If you don't have a ticket then you get kicked to the end of the waiting line, and waste a lot of time.
Skywalker F — Google review
A wide variety of delicious ice cream flavors – I loved it a lot! The pasticciotto is the best in Puglia – it's truly something special and a must-try! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The pastry shop Martinucci Laboratory is a great place to get delicious gelato and cakes. They have an impressive selection of flavors, and their unique recipes make for some delicious desserts. The staff are friendly and willing to help you find the perfect bite.
We had fun relaxing here and enjoyed our server, the fantastic Francesco! This is a great place to sip a beverage as you look into the main touristy plaza and maybe also get some food or a gelato! Reasonable prices. Lots of outdoor seating. VictorB
Victor B — Google review
During the last 2 weeks in Lecce we visited about 4 times the Martinucci pastry shop (but who's counting?). The pasticciotto was absolutely impeccable every time, we tried the chocolate one, the pistachio-cream one, but the traditional was our favourite. The cannolo and fig pastry were also delicious, they went great with the caffé leccese.
Fanni K — Google review
The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was excellent, truly top-tier in both taste and hospitality. However, I was extremely disappointed by the state of the restroom. For a restaurant of this caliber and price range, having such poor restroom conditions , including no running water to wash hands , is simply unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as it really impacts the overall dining experience.
Aladdin A — Google review
The best coffee in Lecce - hands down. Clean bathrooms, well stocked and atmosphere is incredible. Staff are helpful and spoke English very well.
Christine D — Google review
Diffictult to order since it's crowded but once you do you get to enjoy some of the most fulfilling tastes of ice cream. You can choose from a variety of flavors. I remember getting about 6 scoops (chocolate, caramel, tiramisu, ferrero, pistachio and coconut I think.) There is a terrace with old fashioned tables and chairs (metal) where you can observe the main square. I noticed that this place was getting some sort of occassional police checks but overall a positive experience.
Pavle R — Google review
I do not recommend this café. The staff was rude and unfriendly. We were handed the menu but didn’t even have time to look at it — the waiter stood over us waiting for an order immediately. The ice cream was served in a broken glass (!) — very dangerous, you could easily cut yourself. The matcha latte was completely tasteless. The waiters don’t care at all about customer satisfaction. They know tourists will come because of the convenient location, so they make no effort to create a pleasant atmosphere — on the contrary, they completely ruined our experience. The waitress even mocked us for what we wanted to order, so I opened Google and showed her a picture of an iced coffee with ice cream, because apparently this woman didn’t even know what that was and claimed it wasn’t possible to get it there. An absolute disaster. Thank you, never again.
Ivana K — Google review
We stopped for coffee and pastry. Having visited other Martinucci locations, this location was great, and both food and coffee were better than elsewhere.
JED — Google review
All we have tried during our three visits was of great quality. But watch out when you sit down and order something that is usually of a good price. We ordered a portion of gelato with two flavours and whipped cream which came down to 12!!! Euros and another cup with two scoops of sorbet which we were charged 5! Euros for. Next to us people eating on tables with gelato ordered at the counter for 1/3 of the price. Not cool.

Pastry shop
Pasticceria Andrea Ascalone, located in Galatina near Lecce, is a historic pastry shop that has been operating for over 280 years. Legend has it that the famous pasticciotto pastry was invented by Andrea Ascalone, a pastry chef from Galatina in the mid-18th century. The shop's interior exudes old-world charm with its checkered flooring, chandeliers, and displays of various pastries.
Art can be conceived in many ways ... This is the real Art of the south. The one and only. When the past meets the present. Only Ascalone's can be called real Pasticciotti. The rest Is noise!

Best ever pasticciotto. Tasty for other pastry as well
Kiril G — Google review
Best Pasticcioto we had during our trip, and we had them all!! Wish I could eat one of theirs every day (and also not put on weight 😅)

Originator and still best pasticciotto in the land. Why do I like this place? They make their pasticciotto in only the traditional way, cream filling, no coffee just pastries, and family run for ten generations (since 1745).

You do not only have to taste the PASTICCIOTTI but all the other biscotti as well - otherwise you might miss something. Hint: amaretti!!

Baldo Gelato is a charming gelateria that takes pride in using fresh and carefully selected local ingredients to create their daily production of natural and delicious gelato. Their commitment to quality is evident in flavors like intense pistachio, hazelnut, almond, dark chocolate, stracciatella, fragrant Madagascar vanilla, and indulgent salted caramel.
Really delicious Gelato, the best we had on our trip, some local unique flavors that were amazing, definitely recommend
John M — Google review
Our tour guide recommended this gelato shop and we agree. The affogato was exceptional and almost half the price of others. Well awarded, the scoopers were very personable.
Steve S — Google review
very good gelato, BUT this year they have cut down on the portions massively. I come to Lecce every year with my family, but now a grande cup is actually a medium to small one from the past. We will definitely choose another Gelateria. It's not the cost that bothers us, but that we are fooled with carefully aerated and measured cups as if you steal it and don't buy it
Iosif B — Google review
Gorgeous gelato with a range of both traditional and more unusual flavours made on site. My son went for chocolate and straciatella, which was delicious: I had pear with hibiscus and black olive with orange - both absolutely divine!
Nicki B — Google review
Amazing authentic gelato! The woman is very kind and let us taste some flavours we were curious about. Recommend! Price in summer 2025: 1 scoop- 2€ 2 scoops- 3€ 3 scoops- 4€ 4 scoops- 5€
Léa S — Google review
It was a 5 stars two years ago, it became 4 last year, I am afraid it’s only a 3 stars now. Of course it’s my personal taste, but the base is too milky, killing the flavours. Prices have gone up more than the competition, considering how little the portions are. I hope next year Baldo will go back to its glory.
Ivan Z — Google review
Tried two unique flavours: Mediterranean Breeze and Olive and Orange. Both were delicious! Love the creativity and delicious gelato
Noah R — Google review
Excellent. Great selection of gelato and friendly staff. They have all the usual flavours that everyone seems to stick with, but they also have some daily and weekly specials. We went for an olive gelato, very unusual but quite delicious.

Nestled in the heart of the city, Pasticceria Luca Capilungo is a must-visit for pastry lovers. Known for its unique take on pasticciotti, this charming bakery offers a delightful twist with a secret custard recipe that owner Luca refuses to disclose. The pastries are baked to perfection, achieving an irresistible golden crust that balances crunchy and crumbly textures. What sets them apart is their distinct baking method, which introduces subtle bitter notes alongside sweetness.
Came 20 minutes before they closed and they were busy with lots of customers. I wish slightly that I had come earlier when the pasticciotto was fresh. The crust was thicker than I preferred but the filling was great.
Robyn H — Google review
Amazing Pasticciotto and Burgundy under one roof? Really something special. Luca and his team serve the finest pastries and great coffee in a friendly and efficient manner. Surprisingly, there are also coolers of high-end wines and bubbles that you might check out. I scored two bottles of White Burg to change things up. But maybe get a Gaja and pair it with a great aged steak from across the street!

Pasticceria Pinti is a charming Neapolitan bakery located in Lecce. Despite its non-local origins, it offers an impressive array of Neapolitan cakes and sweets that are sure to delight any dessert lover. The interior features a simple yet tasteful design with neo-antique Italian furniture. Visitors praise the reasonable prices and wide selection of pastries, including chocolate pastries, cream puffs, meringues, and more.
I stumbled upon this café/pastry shop and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. From the moment you step inside, you can feel the warmth and effort the owner has put into making the space welcoming and cosy. This same care is reflected in the quality of their pastries. I ordered a coffee, a Nuvole, an apple tart, and a large coda di aragosta "lobster tail" filled with chocolate and crema. The Nuvole was slightly dry for my taste, but since it’s similar to a brioche, dunking it into my coffee made it just right. The apple tarte was served beautifully warm, and the coda di aragosta was delightfully fresh, crispy, and perfectly croquante. The service was both friendly and efficient, adding to the overall experience. Just keep in mind that on weekends, they tend to get very busy, so service might slow down a bit. All in all, it’s a charming spot worth visiting.

Very cute and very cozy little cafe, with good variety of cookies and pasties. They have sitting outside and inside. People were very nice and patient. But the cookies tasted too sweet to us, Great location
Olena S — Google review
My favourite pasticcerie in Lecce. There is really big choice of pastries all kinds. Even at 22h, they are fresh and warm. Honest recommandation for this place! The service is amazing, no matter how crowded the cafe is, but special thanks to Italian charming man who works there and had a patience to explain the creams in pastries every night we come 😂 Thank you very much, we will come again when we visit Lecce next time 🩷
Beca S — Google review
Really nice ambiance, a cozy spot you’d expect from a good pastry shop. You can choose your own cornetto filling, which is a fun touch. The pistachio one is pretty good, though the prices are a bit on the high side.

The best pasticceria I know in Puglia, you will not be disappointed. There are plenty of options to choose from. They even accommodate for GF and DF intolerances. The ordering system makes no sense. It confuses everything and makes it so the order got messed up every time we went even though I translated it to Italian and had the lady read it as to try to make it clear. Martinucci Laboratory is renowned for its delectable ice cream that leaves a lasting impression. The Amarena and Nociolla flavors are highly recommended for their creamy and flavorful profiles. In addition to exceptional gelato, Martinucci also offers fresh and delicious pastries like pasticiotto in various flavors such as lemon and cream.
Hard to imagine how anyone could give this place less than a 5 star review… I suppose during the summer season it’s probably packed, so maybe the service is slower. I did find it a bit confusing on how to order, but once I asked someone, they were very helpful and cordial. The amazing offerings of pizza, focaccia bread, endless sweet treats and excellent coffee left me with a memorable experience. The beautiful and tasteful decor and artwork, as well as the artistic lighting added to the enjoyment. Plenty of outdoor seating, as well as two areas of seating on the second level on both sides. Highly recommend for for sweets, coffee, or a nice meal of Italian pizza or other dishes!

If you are going there for breakfast at the table be armed with patience as it takes forever to make an order. We decided to take it at the bar therefore. There, service was fast as typical Italian. Croissants were not uncooked as I mentioned to the staff who just took them and sook their shoulders. Pasticiotto was average. Do not recommended.

Unfortunately we had lunch here. Had to wave several times to staff to get a menu. We should have realized then. Eventually they pointed to a QR code being irritated. Well we irritated back saying the QR code didn’t work for non Italian numbers. Anyhow finally ordered and some items didn’t arrive. Food was ok but nothing to write home w. Naturally all items we didn’t get were added to the bill… Not very smooth

TERRIBLE! Waiters are rude, there is no feeling of organisation in this establishment. The waiter didnt give me my check after i payed with card, i didnt even aknowledge the beep sound of the cashless payment he alreayd just rushed off inside the cafe. Once i saw him exit again in the terrace i asked to bring me the check , he said “enter inside to take it”. Needless to say to say the waiter rudely after went inside with me and rudely smashed the check in my hand. Is not that i needed the check so bad, it is the principle of the way the waiter had acted all time during service.

Love this place, amazing pastries (pasticciotto, ice-cream, you name it!), being in Salento for over two months now and came here almost everyday :) I can’t give 5 stars though, as I find extremely disappointing still receiving water in plastic cups and seeing AC ON with open doors. Beautiful little spot right on the coast, with a boat taxi to the island right opposite. We had a brief early lunch. The food was excellent. Nice place right by the sea. Great selection of ice creams. We loved the food too. Coffee was also good. Amazing view. Recommended! I would just suggest to update working hours on Google. We came back two days later and they were closed (it was Tuesday).

Simply the best place to sit drink eat watch people go by and later the sun go down over the harbour sea. Nice food generous drinks and the best ice cream parlour next door. Could not be better.
Steve C — Google review
I had a very unpleasant experience here last week. After paying for my ice cream at the counter, I placed my phone on the small counter where payments are made. I then went outside to sit down, but within just a few minutes I realized my phone was missing. I immediately went back inside and checked near the ice cream freezer and all around the area where I had been standing. I also approached the owner (the lady in charge where I pay ), but didn’t ask her right away, assuming that if I had forgotten my phone there, she would mention it. The place was quiet, with only a few tables occupied, and there was no one else paying during that time — so it was impossible for her to have forgotten who had left the phone there. After sitting outside again and thinking it through, I was certain I hadn’t misplaced it anywhere else. I went back inside and directly asked the owner if I had left my phone there. She quickly said no. I asked again and insisted, also inquiring whether there were cameras in the shop. As soon as I mentioned the cameras, she spoke briefly to someone in Italian and then pulled my phone out from behind the counter ,without showing any emotion or regret. This experience left me very disappointed and uncomfortable, especially considering it involved the owner herself and how she handled the situation

Nice environment and cocktails, I took a moscow mule which was well done, however I paid 27 euros for two cocktails while on aperitivito time! Found it quite overpriced for Italian standards…

Nestled in the charming town of Otranto, Martinucci Laboratorio Otranto stands as a beloved establishment renowned for its exquisite pastries and gelato. This iconic café chain is a must-visit for dessert lovers exploring Salento. Start your day right with their famous pasticciotto, available in delightful variations such as ricotta and pistachio or chocolate cream.
I have visited a pastry shop from this chain elsewhere. Their ice cream is good, they have a variety of pasticciotto , my favorite is with ricotta and pistachio.

Stopped in for a gelato and this was by far the WORST customer service we’ve experienced in two months in Italy. No one even acknowledged us for several minutes and we were one of the only customers in the place. We even tried to get their attention and were ignored. Such a horrible experience I will never go back and recommend you find another place to visit.
Eric T — Google review
Good place for breakfast or gelato, but expected to wait as it is always busy. Didn't see many vegan options so pay attention if you have certain dietary preference.
Fion W — Google review
Service was brilliant. Food was excellent, and the coffee amazing just as Italians know how to do it ☺️ fully recommend visiting Martinucci for coffee, sweets, or savory treats.
Ina C — Google review
The worst customer experience in 3 weeks of Italy. We ordered a couple of ice creams inside and sat in the outdoor patio to eat them, when we were rudely chased away by the waitress telling us that tables on the outdoor patio were reserved for “table service customers only”. It’s worth noting that there were multiple tables free as she did so, the restaurant was not busy at all, so they didn’t really need the table for someone else. She could have asked us whether we wanted to order anything off the menu before chasing us out. We were actually planning on ordering a couple of capuccinos as well, but after this, we decided we did not want to be this venue’s paying customers any more. What sort of place treats their own customers as less because they didn’t order from table service? Worth noting as well that we have tried gelatto all over Amalfi, Puglia and Sicily, and this was by far the most bland gelatto we’ve had. The gelatto was not even close to as flavoursome or soft as from other places like Gelatteria Fisoti (also in Otranto). Do yourself a favour and skip being treated badly by rude and unprofessional staff for the sake of a below-average gelatto.
Laura B — Google review
9.00 euros (!) for two tiny, tiny pieces of cake and the right to sit at a table. While the taste was good, this is preposterous. Also very hectic atmosphere. Service was stressed and rather unfriendly.
Chris — Google review
breakfast lovers unite x) great selection of pasticciotos, full chocolate or lemon and cream amongst our favourites. Grab a rusticco, fried calzone or a frise with tomatoes if you want something salty, and of course ice cream and cappucinos are great here too. I used to come to martinuccis for the lemon meringue pie too but unfortunately that has lost quality this year, they changed the base or keep leaving it too long out so its now dry and sad (there are many martinucci across puglia and I try to eat lemon pies in all of them xD)
Melissa R — Google review
Be aware that this spot gets very busy at times which can mean a bit of waiting. It shows that the gelato is very popular and rightly so, the wait is worth it as the gelato is incredible. Nocciotella, Nocciola and cafe leccese are my favourites.

Dolci Tramonti is a charming café located on the seafront, offering a delightful experience with its covered veranda and sidewalk tables. It's known for its delectable pastries, cakes, biscuits, and ice cream. The Pasticciotti is particularly recommended by visitors. While some find the prices slightly higher than other establishments in the area, many appreciate the extensive array of bite-size foods offered during aperitivo hours at reasonable prices.
Gluten free and lactose free Pasticciotti were so good, I was so happy to be able to try it on this trip. They also have soya milk available for coffees etc. Staff seem to know their stuff, was a great little breakfast!

Dropped by Dolci Tramonti for a late dessert and were seriously impressed. Huge selection of pastries and gelato — we went for the tiramisu, zeppola, and an affogato with lemon ice cream and limoncello. All were spot on. Service was friendly and welcoming, with a relaxed vibe. We sat outside — great atmosphere and a perfect end to the evening. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

The café Martinucci Torre Vado is a great place to have breakfast. The croissants were delicious, and the cappuccino was also excellent. One standout option is the croissant filled with pistachio cream, which is very unique. The service staff were friendly, although their English skills could be improved.
Will be back for sure. The pasticciotto with ricotta and pistacchio was insane. Wide selection of sweets and pastries with wonderful coffee as well.

Much smaller than the branch up the road in Lido Marini and correspondingly smaller selection of ice creams (some more sorbet options would have been good). But friendly service, great location and some excellent cakes.

Martinucci Laboratory - S.M. di Leuca is a popular chain with various locations in Salento. It offers a delightful range of options for coffee, gelato, lunch, or quick snacks. In addition to its delectable pastries like the traditional Pasticciotto from Salento, it serves alcohol as well. With all outdoor seating available, it provides a cool and pleasant ambiance for everyone to enjoy. The establishment boasts an extensive selection of sweets and other treats too!
Nice spot for a quick stop. The combo caffe leccese + fruttone is a must. We had the fruttone with lemon and almonds, and it was the best we tried while in Puglia. The staff was also really kind and efficient. If I recall correctly, we spent 2.40 EUR for each caffe leccese, and 2.20 EUR for the fruttone.

Nenad — Google review
Another day, another Martinucci. Like spotting a McDonald's in the Vatican or a Starbucks in the Sahara, it’s oddly comforting, and mildly disappointing. This one has all the right pastries and all the wrong vibes. It’s like they tried to recreate the charm of Salento and accidentally opened a cafe in Terminal 2 instead. Yes, you’ll get your coffee. Yes, your pasticciotto will arrive. But you’ll feel like you should be boarding a Ryanair flight rather than sipping espresso by the sea. It's not quite as "corporate soul vacuum" as some American chains, but it's got that same slightly sterile, on brand ambiance (with less attention to detail, or the mop...). Perfectly adequate. Entirely forgettable. The culinary equivalent of shrugging.

Finally, we found a place in Italy where we could sit comfortably without worrying about extra charges for the table or service. We had some focaccia, good coffee, and delicious ice cream sundaes — all at reasonable prices, unlike many other tourist spots. This place is not real! Don't come inside if you are not ready to try half of the pastticciotis at peast. I admire to the people who are able to choose one or two flavours. I took half 😂 They are all amazing, I just did not like one- the one with truffles but not because of truffles. That one (in my opinion) has too much cocoa and it's kind of bitter. All other flavours are amazingly good, especially all sort of pistacchios 🤤

Overrated to say the least. After a 50 minute wait we got a couple to take away. Hard as bricks. Nothing compared to the soft and crumbly pasticciotto we had in traditional bakeries (the ones that only have one / a few flavours). I came here this evening for an "aperitivo" with friends. The town, the weather, the ambiance, were perfect tonight, so we expected a fine service at the famous Martinucci. We asked for a bottle of Rosato but there wasn't any. This was a first blow to our expectations because Salento is renowned for rosato wine. In the end we ordered a bottle of white wine and the waiter brought us a bottle of Bombino, not bad at all. The wine and the food came along, with fine "rustici" and other nice appetizers. But we were seven of us and another bottle was needed. We asked for another bottle of the wine we ordered but the waitress brought us a bottle of a different wine without any explanation. When we asked why the difference, she told us that the wine was the same with a different bottle. The wine was different (a blend of Fiano and Greco) and undoubtedly worst. The bottle was also old, with sediments on the bottom... We can't say that the overall service was bad. The food was ok and the first bottle was fine. The price was ok too. But the question is: why a bar with a famous name doesn't have a full choice of local wines on a sunday evening? This is difficult to understand...

Just had an amazing gelato, the best in our vacation in Puglia! Grazie for waiting for us another half an hour and not closing the gelateria as we called to come at 13:15 and we were in delay!👌✨ We didn’t find the pistacchio, but Mango, Coffe and Nocciola were really good!

This is by far the best ice cream ever! The vegan choices are simply amazing! There are a few vegan flavours and all are delicious. The owners are kind, frienly and genuinely caring. IT IS NOT A PLACE. IT’S A RELIGION. I walked in a mortal. I walked out a demigod of dairy. You don’t eat gelato here. You experience it. You feel it in your soul. I took one bite and heard a choir. Birds flew in slow motion. Somewhere, an old man wept tears of joy and didn’t know why. The moment that gelato touched my tongue, time slowed. Planets realigned. Somewhere, Beyoncé nodded in approval. At first I didn't even remembered what flavors I got, I blacked out from joy and woke up hugging a waffle cone and whispering, “I understand now.” The staff smiled at me like they knew I’d never recover from what I was about to experience. And they were right. They handed me a cone like it was Excalibur. I nearly wept. Every city has a gelateria. But this… this is THE Chosen One. The prophecy-fulfilling, flavor-shattering, happiness-summoning miracle we didn’t deserve. Gelateria G.& Co. didn’t just raise the bar - it melted it, swirled it with caramel, and served it in a cup. 11 billion stars. Michelin, call them. UNESCO, protect them. I’m not joking - I’d tattoo the menu on my leg.

Truly loved this gelato and we’ve eaten a lot during our time in Italy thus far. The stracciatella had coconut which was amazing! They had a lot of unique flavors. Texture and taste were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Our ice creams were good. The pineapple was excellent but the Stracciatella with banana wasn’t good - the lumps of banana weren’t nice. My husband had the triple chocolate, that was lovely too. We had two small scoops for €3 which is really good value for the quality of the gelato.

Caffè Parisi is a delightful gem nestled in the heart of Nardo's historic center, where old-school café culture thrives. This mid-century café and bar boasts an inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal spot to unwind. Guests can indulge in a variety of local delicacies, including the famous pasticciotti and gourmet croissants crafted from high-quality ingredients. The coffee selection is impressive, featuring rich espressos that are sure to please any caffeine lover.
This is one of my favorite spot for a relaxing stop during a bycicle tour. The view on the beautiful old town square from the cozy outside seating area is fabulous. Nice coffee and "pasticciotto". You step in history when crossing the door of this bar. The best in Nardo' and the staff is professional and very polite!
Nicola T — Google review
I came here mainly to try the pasticciotto, but sadly, the experience didn’t live up to my expectations. I ordered a double espresso macchiato along with a ricotta chocolate pasticciotto. The coffee was quite average, almost watery, and the ricotta in the pasticciotto was too dry for my taste. The service was slow, but the worst part was sitting outside. They use steel chairs on cobblestone, so every time someone moved or left their seat, the noise was really loud and distracting. If you decide to visit, definitely try to sit indoors!

Very polite service. Good Vitello tonnato. Good tiramisù with a twist - instead of the classic lady fingers they used a chocolate sponge. But the best part was the ice cream - super delicious pistacchio gelato!

Visited this place today and all I can say is that it was an amazing experience. Really nice service and super good food. What stood out the most was the tiramisu, I have never had such a perfect one like this before! Definitely a must have when you visit this place. And while you're at it, add one coffee on top, as they are with cute artworks and taste delicious too.

Scam! They made us pay 50% “bar service charge”! We ordered two cappuccinos inside at their bar, for EUR 1,50 each according to their menu. The waitress told us to sit outside, she would bring our order. The cappuccinos were fine, but when we walked in afterwards to pay the total of EUR 3 (plus a tip, of course), the super unfriendly guy behind the counter demanded EUR 4,5 - thanks to a ridiculous “bar service charge” which none of the cafes we visited during our 3+ weeks all over Italy (and there were many!) ever dared to ask! Unfortunately, we only saw later from the many bad reviews here (filter for “lowest score”) that this is the usual scam of this place. Well, we’re in town for a couple of days, and this bar will certainly never see us again. If you consider visiting Caffè Parisi, better stay away and choose one of the honest bars in Nardò!

I used to really enjoy Martinucchi, but something has changed—drastically. The staff are completely uninterested, and you end up with different products than what you actually ordered, all at inflated prices. It feels like a bait-and-switch, and you leave feeling cheated. Last year, this place was much better, but now it seems like they’re running on some kind of over valued reputation. Visitors can indulge in a variety of treats such as waffles, crepes, cones, and delicious ice creams with toppings like Nutella, pistachio sauce, fresh chocolate, and flamed meringue.
This elegant gem in Lecce turned our casual snack stop into an unforgettable indulgence! Initially, we just popped in for a quick bite before exploring the city, but we were so captivated by the enchanting atmosphere and mouthwatering aroma that we stayed for an extensive tasting session. The service was impeccable, and every offering was an absolute delight! We savored a spectrum of treats, starting with their decadent specialty chocolate and coffee drinks that were pure chocolate indulgences. The house-made pastries were an irresistible combination of flaky perfection and rich, flavorful fillings. And just when we thought we couldn't be more impressed, we returned later for some of their heavenly gelato, which was the perfect way to end our day. Each bite was a testament to the high quality and care put into their products. No matter what you choose, you’re in for a delectable experience that will have you yearning for more. Trust me, this place is a must-visit for any chocolate, pasty or gelato lover!

What a lovely place with lovely waiters! The hot chocolate I drank (CIOCCOLATA CALDA AL LATTE) was heaven on Earth. I also tried the crepes which were nice and thick, and generous with Nutella. I recommend 100%!

Really enjoyed this place! We were served by Antonio and Francesco, who were super fun and very helpful! We had two chocolate and hazelnut ice creams. They were super delicious and one was made without coffee and with ginseng instead, which was an interesting and perfect substitute! The chocolate here is delicious, and the staff are so accommodating! We will be back!

One of the best pasticceria in Salento! Our annual trip to salento is not complete without buying a birthday cake and having pasticciotti (love the ones filled with pistacchio and amarena) at Arte Bianca! Very high quality sweets at an affordable price.

Hi had an amazing breakfast today there with my family. We enjoyed outside the zeppola, the pistaccio pasticciotto and some other sweets. The pasticciera cream was really tasty but the Nutella pasticciotto was not exactly as I was expecting...

This quaint shop in a small town comes with the high costs and poor service one might expect from a big city, but without the quality. The only advantage is the lack of competition from other patisseries in the immediate area. However, a short trip to Lecce reveals far superior patisseries offering both excellent products and service.
Kuerxi G — Google review
I have frequently traveled from Turin to the charming town of Parabita in the province of Lecce, drawn by the allure of local cuisine. However, my recent experience at this particular shop was disheartening. Despite patiently waiting in line, when my turn arrived, the staff member chose to attend to a customer behind me instead. This action left me feeling overlooked and frustrated. As someone fluent in Italian, the language barrier was not an issue, leading me to question if my Asian appearance influenced their service. Such treatment is unacceptable and has significantly impacted my view of this establishment. I am hesitant to recommend this shop based on this experience, as it seems customer service may vary based on one's appearance.

We drove all the way here from Gallipoli seeing they have almond croissants but arriving at 10:30 on a Sunday we were told they were sold out! :( Really disappointed as almond croissants are so hard to find in italy. Bought 2 mini pasticciotti, they have interesting flavours like coco, arancia aside from the regular crema, amarena and Nutella.

Nestled in the charming town of Torre San Giovanni, Pasticceria Fabrizio Napoli is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth. This delightful pastry shop offers an impressive array of baked goods, including cakes, cookies, and their signature pasticciotti. Each treat is crafted with high-quality ingredients that ensure every bite delivers an explosion of flavor and texture. Guests rave about the exceptional croissants—especially the gluten-free option—which are said to be simply divine despite their higher price point.
Last Time I was in Torre San Giovanni was 2018 and sfortunatly this place was not there. Everymorning was just Martinucci. But know I'm so glad I came back with my family in Torre San Giovanni and discovered this place! The first time I walked in I was amazed by the fresh pastries they had in the 'vetrina'. I had a 'pistacchio and almond pesto with figs' gelato and it was amazing. They also offer to put inside your waffle cone a drop of chocolate for free and whipped cream is also free. I'm writing this because in other 'bars' they made you pay an extra 50cent just for the whipped cream! I also tried to save some food by reserving a "Too good to Go' bag and it was big with 6 croissant that we ate for breakfast the next morning" Two days after I went to grab breakfast 3 croissant and 1 pasticciotto with ricotta and chocolate and OMG it was one of the best pasticciotto I've ever had! Last but not least I had a good coffe with a mini babà which was , not surprisingly, delicious. I'm sorry I don't have any pictures. Trust me, You don't want to miss this place if you are around Torre San Giovanni!

(Translated by Google) From the outside, it doesn't particularly attract attention, but as soon as you step inside, your mind immediately changes: the interior is meticulously designed, with an elegant central counter that creates a pleasant horseshoe-shaped path, making the space airy and welcoming. The real love at first sight, however, comes with the first bite: the freshly baked pasticciotti are simply impeccable. The classic ones, with their rich and fragrant cream, are irresistible, but the ricotta and chocolate version also deserves a special mention. A true treat for the palate. All washed down with a well-prepared cappuccino, creamy and balanced, which enhances every flavor. And for those craving something savory? The rustico leccese is a marvel: two golden discs of puff pastry enclose a savory filling of béchamel, tomato, mozzarella, and spices. A small masterpiece of popular tradition. In short, an experience not to be missed for those who love authentic pastries.

We tried three different pasticciottos: traditional, cream and black cherry, and ricotta and chocolate chips. The pastry crust was excellent. Of all the pastries, in my opinion, the traditional one is the best. The cream has the flavor of yesteryear. Prices are reasonable! Prezzi ok!

Barman blended orange peel into my orange apple carrot ginger fruit juice. Horrid. Actually made me feel ill... that should be one star for this experience - I actually feel sick after drinking a ‘healthy’ juice there - but giving 3 stars as previously I had good experience there and cakes are good.

Bad news this time around. The magic seems having left this place, still ok but not the level of grace it used to have. BTW pets are not welcome anymore inside the main room, way lesser tables are assigned to dogs friends. Disappointing , but there are better alternatives walking distance in Piazza Salandra.

We came to this place looking for ice cream and we found a true hidden gem! An entire pastry factory. I even think they make their own chocolate. Amazing! Ice cream was so yummy!

We found here Dedicated people with a big love for chocolate/all things sweet that appreciate the customers and make them feel like home. Salvatore's shop deserves top rating and you'll do yourself a favor trying his Almond Syrup, ice cream, truffles and Salentino Coffee (to name a few of the stuff we've tried). Gotta mention that he's really attentive to children as well - that's a big plus is out book.

(Translated by Google) A wonderful discovery. We found this pastry shop through a Maps search, and luckily for us, it was one of the very few places open in the village, being Sunday, early in the morning. We ordered a selection of pasticciotti to try different variations, and they were excellent! Each one better than the last; served hot, in a clean and tidy environment. Nothing like the ones we've had in various bars so far. We definitely need to go back and stock up! (Original) Bellissima scoperta. Bisogna tornare assolutamente a fare rifornimento!

(Translated by Google) Definitely a pastry bar worthy of note both for the vast choice and for the quality of the products. The pasticciotto was good, even if cold despite being in a display case for hot pieces... It's right to have Rustico available as early as 10 in the morning both because it's typical and because it's a savory alternative for those who don't want sweet pasta. Let's move on to the sore points... my dispassionate advice in places like this, with a heavy workload and excellent product quality, is that you need to have one person ONLY at the checkout (not who makes receipts, takes cake reservations and serves pieces hot!) two at the counter and one who only does table service IF you decide to offer table service; Since their place has an internal and external room, if necessary, 2 people would also be needed for table service..! Take advantage of the potential of your place because it is really high!!!!!!

(Translated by Google) I've driven past it countless times on my way to the beach, but only this afternoon, on foot, did I discover this exceptional artisanal gelato shop. It took me several minutes to decide which spumone to enjoy from the dozens available. And since today is the feast of Sant'Oronzo, I ordered the Forza Lecce alla zuppa inglese, filled with sponge cake and chocolate chips. It's absolutely delicious, and it would be great to try them all. Finally, the frozen yogurt is also amazing: dense and creamy like no other in the entire area.

Lovely place - open until late. Very fresh gelato and friendly staff. Even though it's in the main square and you'd expect a rip off, it wasn't the case at all. Great for after a night out dessert visit. Sometimes they play live music on the square which is ideal.
