Amazing bar pasticceria! We ordered 3 flavours Pasticciotto and Cioccolata calda. Amazing food! The deserts was delicious! The cocoa was amazing!

Asked for fresh orange juice, got half of the cup. Crowded, noisy and no place to eat your passticery. Too much sugar in pasticery.Unpelasant staff but this is common in Italy.

Wow. Amazing cakes. Was still Warm pastry filled with ricotta and pistachio cream. Good choice of sweet and savory pastries. Lovely cappuccino to go with your cake. Not too expensive. Cappuccino and a cake 3.80!
Elzbieta W — Google review
In September, we visited this pastry chain on a recommendation from my Italian friend. We tried the pasticciotto (cream tradizionale), and though we don’t have a big sweet tooth, it was delicious. Definitely worth trying at least once!
Sabrina P — Google review
OMG I dont even know where to start. The puccia with mozarella, dried tomatoes and wallnut was very very good. Pistachio pasticcioni was so amazing, it was fully filled with pistachio cream and very crunchy, simpy astonishing. Gelato is very cheap, very big and delicious. And the cherry on top is the nicest service imaginable, must visit place!!
Arek M — Google review
We tried their gelato- pistachio & puccia vegetarian. Both were absolutely delicious. Staff was trying their best to explain us though they didn’t know English- so they were accommodative and were very welcoming. All of their food preparations indeed looked amazing. No place to sit & eat though.

Very nice costumer service with a pleasant natural smile. We just ate the best Pizza🍕 in Italy 🇮🇹 , followed by a sweet creamy and very light for the belly Pasticciotto We had a very comfortable time We ordered 2 additional Terra Terras😍

Arte Fredda in Alberobello, Italy is a popular gelato spot that has been serving delicious Italian ice cream for over 20 years. It's a perfect place to cool off during the town's hot summers. The gelateria offers a variety of seasonal flavors, such as grapefruit and watermelon in the summer and roast chestnut and persimmon in the winter. Visitors praise the friendly owner and recommend trying the chestnut ice cream.
excellent ice cream and coffee! I took the lemon flavor and I was delighted, real lemon without sugar and additional sweeteners. I really enjoyed eating it. my friend took the oreo flavor and the biscuit pieces were inside, real oreos, not some substitutes. the waitresses were very nice, I tried to order in Italian and they were immediately smiling and approachable. it was crowded, we barely got a table, you have to go inside yourself, order and take it to the table, you can wait in line to order. but I didn't mind waiting when I tried that excellent gelato.
Petra L — Google review
The ice creams were moderate, the sweets were no fresh, the cups of coffee were dirty. There were a lot of people so we thought that it would be good. But it was not.Althought was almost the only shop with shadow.I do not suggest it.
ΕΥΗ Π — Google review
I had the pistachio and pomegranate gelato, real flavours and not to sweet. It was so good we went back and tried another pistachio and added cassata flavour. You van really taste the pistachio pieces. Very nice treatment by Katie.
Yaxiel A — Google review
WORST EVER! Avoid this place! I threw my ice cream away at the nearest bin outside the shop, which I never thought would happen in Italy. Ice cream is literally frozen water with colorants. It melts completely in less than 1 minute, you need to sip it if there is anything left. Incredibly bad. I cannot believe the 5 star reviews, I would give it -5 if I could.
Iulia P — Google review
Real gelato, great flavors and also good pastries
Dana L — Google review
The worst gelato I have had in the entirety of Italy. The gelato was icy and did not have a creamy texture. The pistachio was particularly bad, which is usually the hallmark of a good gelato place.
Felicia D — Google review
The ice cream was decent. I got the stracciatella and caffè. I came around 5pm and there was a rush. They were able to manage the rush pretty well. And the lady who served me was nice enough to setup the credit card machine even if she initially motioned for cash. They were quick but not rude. She took the time to ask me if I wanted 2 flavors instead of just one. The tables outside were clean and there was always someone who wiped it with disinfectant in between customers. AMEX cards accepted.
Mary ( — Google review

Fantastic authentic gelato and granita. Met the owner and she was fantastic in explaining all their delicious unique flavors like fig and dairy free almond gelato. It's a 3rd generation gelatoria.

A bit away from all the Trulli hustle you find this place. Really good ice cream at a good price and a nice guy. Definitely recommend going there and trying the gelato (I had passion fruit and fior di mandorla 🤤)

Absolutely delicious gelateria, with great flavors of both gelato and granita. Fresh and cool on a nice hot day. The owner is so kind, and spent a moment explaining her products with me and a bit about the local area. Please stop into this lovely shop if you are in Alberobello, you will not be disappointed.

Gelateria Gentile offers a variety of delicious gelato flavors at fair prices. Customers have praised the distinguishable and tasty flavors such as hazelnut, cream, and Kinderbueno. The waffle cone is also highly recommended for its great taste. While some found the gelato to be average, others loved the flavor options and the overall experience at this gelateria.
Very good ice-cream, bravo. I tried pistachio and coffee and both are delicious.
Varban D — Google review
This was in Alberobello. Not as busy as Bari but just as wonderful with Granitas and Gelati. The gelatos are open and piled high not the new way of hiding them under lids.
David B — Google review
I travel a lot and tried many gelatos in different places. This store has average gelatos, for from the best, and not the worst. Their waffle cone however, is pretty bad, neither crunchy nor fresh-made.

Rude service. No taste ice cream. The smallest ice coffe I have ever seen in my life. Not a visite worth. Stay away.
Paulina P — Google review
Only had the gelato here. It was average tasting. Servers appeared to be having a bad day as were rude and unpleasant, which we found surprising for such a touristy place.
CHV — Google review
As earlier stated by previous commenters, this is an absolute scum cafe designed specifically to trap the tourist. Nothing was anything near to the quality of an average Italian cafe.
David G — Google review
Gelato and Caffè Leccese were nothing special. I had to wait for a long time for the coffee after I paid, asking numerous members of staff to make it. Then a very rude young lad argued I couldn't take it outside, where my family were sat, already finished their drinks and gelato. I wished I checked the reviews before!
Ag P — Google review
Very, very, very rude, to everyone in the restaurant. There are 3 employees standing at the door, one takes orders, one delivers, and one just stands there being the boss and rude to customers. We ordered Americanos, which already cost extra just for the water (€3 each), and when we asked for a little extra hot water they added another euro to the bill. Uncalled for greed. Everywhere else in Italy they've been fair and welcoming....but not here.
7 H — Google review
Rude and uneducated employees .. my expectation was a good ice cream .. I threw it in the trash without flavor…
Risa Y — Google review
Rude with deceitful pricing. It’s places like this that ruin a beautiful city and stain a visit to Alberobello. I’m Italian and I travelled all over the South and didn’t have one single experience even close to this. Shameful, I’d give zero stars if it was possible.

Rename to Parking Attendant Cafe Nothing I’m saying here is new—it’s just a pattern. The staff act like they’re getting commission for every extra euro they squeeze out of you. Basic service? That’s a luxury. You’ll wait forever to get seated or helped, but the second you sit down, they suddenly spring to life—to push the bill. I’ve had more pleasant interactions with parking meter attendants. If this is their idea of hospitality, it’s a joke—and not a funny one. You’re made to wait when it’s convenient for them, but the second you sit down, they’re laser-focused—on getting you to pay. I’ve had smoother, more thoughtful service from a vending machine. This is not how you run a business.
D Y — Google review
coffee was good, panna cotta was great, but too small unfortunately. we also got panzerotti and it probably wasn't the best place to try them the first time, because they didn't wow us in any way. they were fine as a cheesy fast food snack, but the tomato part of them was probably just the color. the staff was super nice tho :)
Kristína R — Google review
This place was an absolute disaster. Prices were extremely high — a small tiramisu for €6.50, beer for €5.50, and coffee for €2.50. None of the food had price tags, and the staff were very unpleasant when asked how much things cost. Overall, the service was inappropriate and unfriendly. But that’s not all — the toilets were disgusting: unisex, smelly, and dirty. I would never come here again in my life.

It was a rainy day, we went in as three people. Service not really friendly, didn’t smile at all (not a must, but…), looked bothered. Two of us had ordered and drank Aperol, and the third person had to use the restroom in the meantime. She was literally followed by staff INTO the restroom, who then told her, she HAS to consume to use it. The Aperol was alright, but the service is a big no go.
