Seafood restaurant
Restaurant
Nestled in West Bay, Calypso Grill is a beloved island gem offering a blend of classic French and vibrant Caribbean cuisines. The restaurant's funky and eclectic dining room, complemented by gentle breezes from the tranquil harbor, creates a unique atmosphere. Chef George Fowler's expertise shines through in every dish, with fresh seafood sourced daily from boats docking right at the restaurant.
Our family had the most amazing dinner here on Easter Sunday, so good in fact that we came back a second time! The food was fresh, presented beautifully and tasted amazing. And you HAVE to save room for the sticky toffee pudding, trust me!! Also, the service was top notch…whether it was refilling a water glass, checking in to see if we needed anything and providing an appropriate pacing between our appetizers and entrées. The setting is also charming inside and out. If you want to have a delicious meal don’t hesitate to book a reservation.

This may be the best restaurant that Grand Cayman has to offer. The ambience of the small hut with open walls next to the peer was just relaxing. I cannot remember our servers name (he was Italian) but the service he and the owner provided was nothing but great. The bread and Piña Colada were a good starter. The conch fritters, salt fish fritters, and coconut shrimp were great. The entrees which was the grilled mahi mahi and fish n chips was absolutely amazing! Finally, the desert which was the sticky toffee pudding was delicious as well. Overall the atmosphere was relaxing, the service was spot on, and the food was soothing to the soul.
SilverHawk X — Google review
I went there for a weekday dinner. Quite pricey for the type and quality of the food they serve. Ricotta gnocci was great, but the crab linguini was disappointing. Also, the sticky toffee pudding was a bit too sweet for me, but I can see how some people may like it. However, the ambience is very nice. It's suitable for date night or a family dinner. Most people sat outdoor for dinner since the breeze is nice and cool.
Ki P — Google review
Spectacular location right on the water with a great breeze flowing through the entire restaurant. Reservations not required, but recommended if you want to sit on the patio. Menu presented on a chalk board and our server provided ample details. The food was amazing and we spent well over two hours without any pressure.
Scott H — Google review
Very nice restaurant on the water bayside. Excellent service, cool old-style atmosphere, great food. We can recommend the Seafood Rundown (not very spicy), Fish Stew, Crab Linguine, and Ginger Tuna. All very good. This place is expensive. We paid $470 US two apps, 4 mains, 6 or 8 drinks, and one dessert. Sticky Toffee Pudding is one of the best desserts I have ever had and I’m 58YO.
George G — Google review
One of the gems on the island. Fresh seafood with romantic sunset dinner views. Menu seems to be constantly changing except for a few staple dishes. Grilled mahi was immaculate but everything was super fresh. Save room for the sticky toffee pudding for dessert.
Maksim S — Google review
We visited after a friend’s recommendation, and it genuinely exceeded all expectations! Probably the best dining experience we’ve had on-island in the two years we’ve been here. We came for lunch and everything was spot on, the food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were perfectly balanced, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet refined. What truly made it exceptional, though, was the service. Carl was outstanding, he was attentive without ever rushing us, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He gave us the perfect amount of time between courses and made the whole experience feel personal and memorable. Carl really made this lunch for us and we’ll definitely be back soon!

2nd night in Grand Cayman had a wonderful dinner . Calypso Grill. It was all good. The only thing I wouldn't order is the crab seafood bisque. The Mahi Mahi was amazing. The view of the water was very romantic.

Italian restaurant
Nestled in the heart of Grand Cayman, Ragazzi Italian & Pizza Restaurant Cayman offers a taste of Italy with a stunning view along Seven Mile Beach. Since 1999, this restaurant has been captivating guests with its variety of flavors and exceptional customer service. The name "Ragazzi" means "good buddies" in Italian, reflecting the convivial atmosphere where patrons can enjoy strong espresso and engaging conversations.
Always on the best of the best List. This place never disappoints. I have visited several times and have never had a bad meal. Phenomenal service. Miss Faye’s pizza for something different, but don’t be afraid to add a side of red sauce. Lobster penne on point.
John S — Google review
The was great and the service above average. We were sat and served very quickly. As many that come to Cayman we were celebrating out sons 18th birthday. My biggest issue with our evening was the fact we were sat in the middle all families with small children. Not young but babies that were screaming. We felt like we were in the kiddy section. We were looking for a nice - special evening and all we could focus on was getting out as fast as we could!
B N — Google review
We had a delicious meal at Ragazzi’s. I couldn’t decide what pasta to get so the server offered to split two dishes in half so I could have some of each! The lobster pasta was delicious with huge chunks of lobster. The mushroom ravioli was amazing and Miss Faye’s pizza was so good! We had some of their delicious specialty drinks but they also have an extensive wine menu with an amazing assortment of some of my favorite wines. The service was great. A must visit!
Kara K — Google review
Absolutely terrific! We wrapped up our last day of diving in Cayman with lunch at Ragazzi, and it could not have been a better choice. The service was spectacular—warm, attentive, and full of personality. Our server from Argentina had a smile that truly stole the show. The food was even better. The orecchiette was perfectly al dente, with a light, bright tomato sauce (highly recommend adding shrimp!). The gnocchi was just as impressive—pillowy and perfectly cooked, with a dreamy cream sauce that we savored until the very last bite. And whatever you do, don’t skip the tiramisu—it’s homemade with fresh mascarpone and absolutely unforgettable. From start to finish, it was a perfect meal. Highly recommend Ragazzi to anyone visiting the island!

5 star all the way around! Excellent menu and vibes , we loved the pizza and gluten free spaghetti. Also shoutout to Danni who is the best and took great care of us, we appreciate your great work.
MC S — Google review
I reserved a table for my family on the last day of our vacation on the island, and did the right thing. We really enjoyed everything that we ordered especially pizzas and soup of the day with mushroom was a delight. One little thing that I did not like that a few times empty dishes were taken away about 5 minutes after they were emptied. Maybe it was because of the amount of guests though. It didn’t affect the overall experience. A real gem!
Walter W — Google review
Fastest service we experienced anywhere we dined in the entire world. Ordered tuna sashimi to start and was great. Bread basket with cheese breadsticks were great - we showed up starving. Everyone enjoyed their meal including short rib, bolognese spaghetti, gnocchi and chicken Alfredo. Service was fantastic. Sat outside along the parking lot which would be the only thing we would change. Would rather sit inside but we booked late. Received a follow up email thanking us for our business. You can tell the business is dialed in. Will be back to try a pizza during our 2nd week in GC.

The BEST Pizza we ever had!! And, the breadsticks are amazing too. Will Definitely go back, just wish we had discovered it at the beginning of our vacation!

Anchor & Den is a stylish and cozy lobby lounge, bar, and restaurant located at the Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort. The space offers a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and reconnection. The menu is globally inspired, featuring comfort food from around the world. The chefs travel to various destinations to find inspiration for their dishes, resulting in an unparalleled focus on global cuisine.
We came here for a special menu night - A Taste of Asia. We were welcomed with a complimentary sangria upon entry. We didn’t get to try the food off the main menu but I’m sure it was just as good as the special menu because the restaurant was packed, especially with large parties. The setup was very nice with sheer drapes separating some of the larger tables for a private feel. We had wonderful service from our waiter, Prasanth. He was very attentive an friendly. The visiting chefs did a fantastic job. Every dish was delicious. My favorite was the Tom yum soup. It was packed with deep flavors. One of the best Tom yum I’ve ever had. Our waiter told us the visiting chefs were actually Thai and Nepalese who prepared the special menu.

The breakfast here is amazing! We walked over here for breakfast at the recommendation of our friends and it did not disappoint! The buffet is where it's at. They have so many unique options for all different types of food fares. Fresh fruit, omelettes, Mediterranean food, middle eastern style breakfast food, meats, yogurts, smoothies, cheeses, pastries, etc. There's so much to choose from. We brought our four children and it was well worth it. Would highly recommend!

We were lucky to get a table for their Sunday “Wanderlust Brunch” and this was a BRUNCH! There were various buffet stations that included charcuterie table, international dishes of the day, sushi, seafood, American breakfast items, raw seafood, desserts, bubbles, and more! We had the package at 85 KYD. You can literally be there from 12-3pm. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
Hemala R — Google review
We didn't realize this was actually in the Marriott, in my experience hotel restaurants are really hit or miss. The service was great and the 'restaurant' had a nice, relaxing vibe, the food however wasn't as good as we'd hoped. We had the steak sandwich, the pepperoni pizza, the tuna salad, and the pita. The food was prepared well but overall just lacked flavor. Also the tuna seems like it came out of a can which is disappointing considering how accessible fresh fish is (we could be wrong about this but it had a similar consistency to canned tuna, it definitely didn't seem freshly prepared). We went for lunch so I'm unsure how it is for dinner, sometimes there's a big quality difference between lunch and dinner.

lobster bisque incredible octopus is more like one leg with a lot of wet corn swordfish skewers bomb service lovely prices ok pay in cayman dollars nice for once shoutout to waiter who brought us bday cake nice vibes very nicely lit and good music
Zelda — Google review
Lobby restaurant in the Marriott, classy and casual. Eclectic mix of cuisines, from Argentine Asado to Spanish tapas to Japanese sushi. There is sometimes live music, and breakfast is also good. A little pricier than local restaurants, but if your staying nearby, it’s convenient. Fantastic cocktails, too.
Brett D — Google review
Always a great dining experience. The cocktails and food are always enjoyable and amazing quality. The desserts are divine and a good treat. The service is impeccable and they always ensure you are taken care of. Definitely my favorite brunch spot on island.
Vandanaa B — Google review
Had a wonderful Christmas dinner at Anchor & Den! The grilled octopus was very well cooked and the accompanying ingredients of radish, potato, and parsnip all worked so well together. My husband really enjoyed the Seafood Black Rice Paella. He said the rice was moist and extremely flavorful. The crepe soufflé was so light and delicious! The ice cream had a tart cheese flavor and then the lemon sauce was tangy and delicious…perfect finishing touch. For drinks, I had the mocktail stormpoint which was really not great. It just tasted like a $15 small glass of juice with ice. The virgin mojito was much better and literally more than half the price. Amazing service and knowledgeable staff!

Seafood restaurant
Restaurant
Perched on the edge of the ocean with stunning views of George Town harbor and Seven Mile Beach, Lobster Pot offers a delectable menu centered around fresh seafood. Diners rave about the Cayman Trio featuring broiled lobster tail, grilled wahoo, and garlic shrimp. The restaurant also excels in steaks, offering popular dishes like Surf and Turf NY Strip and Reef and Beef Filet Mignon. Despite its unassuming exterior, Lobster Pot boasts charming marine-themed decor inside.
Cannot fault it: great food, fresh, generous portions and great views. We had 5 in our party so got to try quite a range and while budgets weren’t stretching to $60 for a lobster tail, pop just what we had was great. The sandwiches came with a generous portion of fries, the lobster salad had generous pieces of lobster and everything was fresh and lovely. Just need to be careful of opening times as it closes between lunch and dinner. On a practical note, the sign outside was confusing as it suggested it was only open certain days for lunch, but we were fine on a Tuesday. Friday they do burgers which seems to be restricted to that day.
Daniel — Google review
We came back here for our 10th anniversary to the island of Grand Cayman and celebrate our anniversary dinner here at the lobster pot. The food is delicious on our server was very attentive and we felt like we were very special guests knowing it was our anniversary. We shared a bowl of lobster bisque soup as well as their Cayman trio dinner. For dessert we had a key lime pie with mango sauce. It was to die for by far the best key lime pie we had and the mango sauce is what made the big difference. We also enjoyed the sunset from the beautiful dining patio seating. Highly recommend this place for at least one of your meals!!🥰❤️
Kathy C — Google review
Watching the sunset, the comfortable sea breeze, and the many fish swimming leisurely in the water... all this beauty was ruined by the excessive mosquito bites outside... so we had to move indoors to eat. The interior is old-fashioned and you have to walk up stairs to get to the restaurant (I don't know if there is an elevator). French snails are the appetizer we often order, but the taste here may be innovative and different from the traditional taste... Caribbean lobster tails are a must-order dish whenever I see one, but was I unlucky today? The taste and texture were disappointing, with a chewy texture. If you are afraid of mosquitoes, don't sit outside to eat. Many people go indoors because of this. I am very troubled by mosquito bites on my skin. ……

It's simple: This is the one meal from your vacation you won't soon forget. The most established restaurant in George Town has earned its longstanding reputation. From the moment the door opens, every detail sets the tone. With one of the most stunning views on the island, a perfectly curated menu, exceptional cocktails, and warm, bespoke service at surprisingly reasonable price; It’s an experience that defines Cayman dining whether you're a local or here for a day. You might expect a restaurant so close to the cruise port to be a tourist trap, but you’d be completely wrong. This is authentic island hospitality paired with world-class food. Thank you for being a highlight of our trip.

Had escargot 17.95, ceviche 15.95, lobster thermidor 65.00, rum cake 9.25 and Santa Margarita Pinot Grigio 55.00. Dustin was our server everything was fantastic. Arrive around 6:05 if you want to enjoy a few minutes before sunset which was at 6:30 for us. It gets dark after. They fed the tarpon down below around 7:35pm. Fun for the kids just fyi.
Troy B — Google review
Excellent sunset dinner experience. There is a beautiful view of the water from the patio seating and we had a lovely meal of fresh seafood. There are shades on the patio. We started with a cocktail. I had the spicy Maggie and it had some good heat from the scotch bonnet tequila! Then we split the coconut shrimp and jerk pulled pork spring rolls. They were delicious!! I also tried the conch chowder. It was good with lots of meat but I probably wouldn't order again. Then we split the yellow curry seafood, Cayman trio, and fresh grouper of the day blackened. All were amazing. Seafood was super fresh and well prepared. So many flavors. We finished with the creme brulee if the day which was white chocolate and raspberry. It was very tasty!! Service was excellent. Well timed and very friendly. We arrived around 545 and had no wait.
L S — Google review
Our visit to The Lobster Pot was absolutely wonderful! The setting alone is worth it — we sat out on the outdoor patio overlooking the water, where the views were breathtaking and the fans kept the evening comfortable and bug-free. One of the highlights was the fish feeding experience, which my 4-year-old got to participate in — such a fun and unique touch that made the evening extra special. The service was top notch from start to finish — warm, attentive, and professional without ever feeling rushed. Every dish was prepared perfectly, from the fresh seafood to the flavorful sides, and the drinks were equally impressive. You can truly taste the care and quality in everything they serve. If you’re looking for a beautiful waterfront dining experience in Grand Cayman with great food, excellent service, and a family-friendly atmosphere, The Lobster Pot is a must!

Ristorante Pappagallo is a picturesque venue that offers an ideal setting for weddings and other special events. The restaurant's charming wooden bridge, silver thatched ceilings, and beautiful surroundings create an unforgettable atmosphere. The staff at Ristorante Pappagallo are dedicated to helping guests refine every detail of their event, from custom floral arrangements to specialty decor and high-end linens.
The brunch is UNREAL! You have to book it well in advance- do not wait until you've arrived to the island, it will be sold out. All the food- meat lovers, most massive variety of seafood and so many veggie/plant items plus desserts galore. Service is great. Ambience is so soothing, being out on a pond and surrounded by nature. This whole experience was perfect

We absolutely love dining here. It’s become one of our favorite spots over the years. The staff is always so friendly and the food is exceptional! It’s a little more of a drive to get there if you stay along seven mile beach but it is definitely worth it!

This place was incredible from start to finish. I went with the chicken scarpariello, and never had anything like it, the sauce was out of this world. I tried some of my family’s meals as well, and all were delicious. Tito waited on us, he was extremely friendly, easy to talk with, and knowledgeable, which makes sense with his 19yrs of experience there. He definitely helped make the experience an even better. Last thing, both the cream lemoncello and the homemade lemoncello(that their bartender makes from his Italian family’s recipe)are worth trying. We will definitely be back the next time we are in grand cayman.

Executive chef Massimo De Francesca brings his expertise to this open-aired hut perched right on the shore, offering unique coastal Mexican fare with Caribbean and street food influences.
Such a great find, and spot to watch the sunset!!! The mexican food is absolutely delicious and authentic / worth every single penny. The service was really lovely, quick and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. 100% recommend if you are a tourist or a local!! Cocktails are on the more expensive side but very potent and delicious, so i'd say worth it as a nice treat!!

We love Coccoloba! We visited twice on this trip & once 3 years ago, and have never been disappointed. The service is friendly & incredible, the food is top notch & sooo fresh, and the views are breathtaking. Highly recommend the churros for dessert! Their non-alcoholic drink options were delicious too. Easy access to beach to hangout before or after you eat! There is a parking lot nearby. We will come back here every time we’re on the island! Thank you!!

Being an owner of two Mexican restaurants, I was anticipating something great here. What I received was a great location on a great beach with good margaritas and a beautiful sunset. My entry inside the hotel lobby was unremarkable. Not one doorman or front-desk agent looked up or spoke to us. We found the restaurant winding through the resort on our own. What lowered this visit to two stars (including the lobby entrance) was the food versus the cost. The salsa was by far the thinnest, most watery salsa with no flavor that I've ever had. The octopus tacos were decent, but not parallel with the ambiance. Service was slow and a tad boring. The flies on the patio were a nuisance and had it not been for the good margaritas and location; this place would have been a one star.

The BEST restaurant in Cayman Island, during our last visit, we ate there everyday! The Elote, Shrimp Tacos, Ceviche and Load Potatos are a MUST! The drinks are incredible too.

Nestled in the heart of Grand Cayman's Seven Mile Beach, Ms. Piper's Kitchen + Garden is a charming restaurant located in the backyard of Ms. Piper's cottage. The cozy setting is adorned with Ms. Piper's travel mementos, creating an inspiring atmosphere for guests to enjoy her carefully crafted menu that changes with the seasons and features locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant offers small, medium, and large plates to cater to different appetites.
I actually can't wait to come back here as I think I've found my new local favourite spot! Service 10/10, every single staff member was absolutely lovely, smiley, welcoming, helpful and accomodating! It was fast too and they put you right at ease. - Shout outs t.o Alejandra, Alia, Juan and Caryl for their exceptional friendly service and aura's. The aesthetic is beautiful, from the gardens, carefully crafted and air conditioned interior to the pool area which has a stunning bar you can sit at. It honestly felt so tranquil and relaxed here, it was unbelievably perfect and you can tell every single piece of furniture has been picked with love! The coffee is a must try, (lattes are sooo good) and the food is just incredible!! So reasonably priced and delicious!! It came quick, and hot and fresh and the menu was stunning! If I wasn't so full I would have definitely had dessert! - I spent around £35 for a latte, sandwich with fries and a cocktail (happy hour) including service charge. I honestly can't recommend this place enough, it's amazing for solo dinners, couples, families with young children and even a casual business meeting! They have live music on Wednesdays and weekends too! - 10/10!!

Our first night in the Cayman, we ate at Ms. Pipers. We loved it so much we ate there our second and third nights as well. An exquisite rotating menu, creative and sumptuous with a glorious selection of desserts (we've already sampled four) and on top of that the service is impeccable. They made us feel at home as soon as we stepped on the premises. Special shout-out to Jenny ✨ you're our girl! Make a point of visiting on Wed, Fri, or Sat when they have live music. It's top-notch.

The best restaurant on all of the island. We went back several times, as evidenced by the photos. Everything is immaculate. The lunch specials are must tries-- they are low priced for the island, absolutely delicious and huge generous portions. The desserts-- immaculate. Drinks were also the best we had on the island. The staff are so kind and professional, V and Juan were very pleasant and lovely each time we visited. The manager also impressed us with his professionalism and humility. The atmosphere is great too, the decor is unique, tasteful and fun, and there is live music occasionally. The high rating is all genuine, they deserve every star.

This was my second visit to Ms. Piper's. I absolutely love this place. It is absolutely gorgeous. Stunning, really. I love how well put together everything is. The food is always so phenomenal and mouth-watering. The service is impeccable and impressive. They treat you like family. The manager, Letizia, is always so warm and friendly, and our server, Patricia, was so kind and amazing. We truly enjoyed chatting with her. I will absolutely be back for another visit next time I'm in Cayman!

Giving 4/5 ONLY because it was unbearably hot and we had no fans pointing to our table so we just sweated through dinner. BUT everything else about the atmosphere was wonderful. I loved the low lighting, greenery and there was so much attention to detail, even down to the scrapbook-style menu. The food was absolutely delicious. All 7 in our party enjoyed what they got. My steak was cooked perfectly. It is definitely on the pricey side but you can tell they put time and effort into their dishes. The band that played was very good. It was a great experience.

Really nice atmosphere, perfect for breakfast or lunch. Garden and the dining area is pretty, and is located within Marriot resort next to the pool. The food is decent, although to me it was a bit saltier than usual. They have local food options, which was what I was looking for.

Here’s a polished version of your review that really captures the magic and warmth of the experience: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After an unforgettable weekend in Grand Cayman, we saved the best for last with dinner at Ms. Piper’s Kitchen + Garden—and it could not have been more magical. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was enchanting, with a perfect blend of charm, warmth, and island elegance. The food was absolutely outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every bite felt like a celebration of local ingredients and culinary artistry. The cocktails and presentation were just as impressive, making the entire dining experience feel special and memorable. What truly set the evening apart, though, was the service. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Their attentiveness and hospitality elevated the night from a great meal to an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be coming back. If you’re in Grand Cayman, Ms. Piper’s is a must—easily five out of five stars, and honestly, it deserves more.

They have really tasty healthy fresh food here. Sea bass and chicken were great. I’d recommend getting 3 side salads with your main dish. They are big portions so you can take some togo. I also like that they’re the only restaurant I went to that has the pricing in USD

Ate here for a light lunch before our flight, the best avocado toast I’ve ever had! The sunrise smoothie was also excellent. I would highly recommend to other people with dietary restrictions as they were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating.

Food service is great! Very informative staffs. I am not totally familiar with their menu since it's my first time eating there. They offered me their best seller wrap, Jerk Mushroom Wrap! One of the best tasting wrap I've tasted (that is very healthy) I also ordered their matcha (unsweetened) I like it! Milk is well textured which gives out nice aesthetic design of art on top. For the dessert I tried the berries cheesecake, gluten free, dairy free and soy free! I enjoyed it and definitely coming back!

I was so excited to have a healthy vegan place to eat while on vacation. The cafe is 100% vegan and mostly gluten-free. The food is super delicious; I ate there twice a day and walked over for my morning matcha. Next time I’ll definitely be back!

One of my favourite cafes on Grand Cayman. Their coffee is the best as are their salads. I am however miffed that they removed 3 of my favourites from the menu. I get their salads several days a week. The staff are wonderful and friendly.

Definitely worth checking out. The people working there are very friendly and helpful. Pumpkin soup was really yummy, the one with lentils is good, but a bit too spicy. The burrito was a bit dry, but decent overall. Brownies and cheesecakes are delicious. Pad Thai was also good. As was the rest of the food :) Coffee was good, not great, but still good. Parking is available, which is great. Not cheap, but, hey, this is an island. I would come back when visiting the island again.

My colleagues and I enjoyed a fantastic lunch at the New Island Naturals Cafe! The restaurant was so nicely decorated, food was fantastic and the service provided by Green was amazing! He even suggested we order the Nachos. I don't like mushrooms but they were absolutely amazing. I'll be ordering them again and again! We even got a special visit from Chef Crystal. Well done Chef Crystal and team!

Probably a 3.5 for us. Great atmosphere. Nice selection of unique pastries — the baklava was delicious. One downside is that there was a fly buzzing around in the pastry case. The sandwich we got was ok. My husband ordered a coffee and received an americano (not a huge deal we are just particular about coffee!). Staff was very friendly.

A must if you are in the area! Absolutely perfect for a morning coffee, sandwich, smoothie. The staff is the friendliest we have come across. The ambience is cozy and fun. Order 2 bagels and two coffees . Only one sandwich arrived . I explained that must be some misunderstanding but was ignored no solution offered. I was happy to pay for second bagel if they didn’t charge me but was totally disregarded. I tipped them as well around 20% plus in advance of the service ! Don’t waist your time go somewhere else….

Jessie's Juice Bar is a great cafe and juice bar with a wide selection of tasty smoothies and juices (pictures below). The customer service was fantastic and our server was very helpful and friendly. He pointed out some great locations around the island as well as some places we should avoid. They have an extensive menu but I would recommend the acaí bowls, because you get to choose your own smoothie base, and the ham, cheese & egg croissant. Some smoothies we got were the Chunky Bob, Peppy Longstocking and the Cacao Mint smoothies. Great cafe and great people. Highly recommend if in the area.

We visited this afternoon Friday 8th November 2024 at around 12:30. The only person seen, and who was behind the counter was nothing other than extremely rude and unprofessional, her general attitude is not something which I'd expect from anyone let along a business. My wife and i entered the premises, had a seat and were getting our cash out, and about 2 or 3 mins later, this person then came over to the table and said are you ready to order, I said no, do you have a menu, reply was no, it's up on the board. I then said I'd come over and order in a couple of minutes, i was told in no uncertain terms..... 'You have to order just now or you have to leave, I said, well, we'll just leave and take our business elsewhere as you have a very bad attitude. She then said its Company Policy if you don't order then you have to leave, and all this within minutes of walking in the door. Totally unacceptable. The place was empty as well, and my wife said, she's wasn't surprised that the place was empty given her attitude. Very disappointing experience, and this person is not someone who should be working at Haagen-Dazs, especially at the front of house. If this store isn't doing too well, then perhaps this is one of the reasons as to why.

Best food in Grand Cayman no debate. I am not Vegan or Vegetarian and been coming to Cayman once a year and mainly eat at this establishment. The staff is friendly and the food is utterly amazing. I’ve been to many countries and have eaten at many different restaurants in my life - this is in the top of all of them. Brunch, Lunch, and Dinner. Keep up the great work and I’ll be back!

A vegan’s paradise!!! We were in Cayman for 6 days, we discovered The Esgy Vedge on day 3, and would often have both lunch and dinner, and on the weekend, breakfast and lunch there. The food is delicious, the portions are large, the pricing is great! I wish I had a place like this back home. From the drinks, to the salads and the meals, everything was so good! The buffalo sandwich… OMG, upgrade to the onion rings, you won’t regret it. The sauces are so yummy, I would often order other sauces to try them all, the chipotle mayo, the hunny garlic, the Caesar, and the buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressings were our favorite. We had the nachos, cauliflower wings, which are amazing! The Mac and cheese, pancakes, and my favorite breakfast item, the shroom omelette! The only thing we did not like, was the hash browns, they were too oily, but they offered to change it for another side, which we did! Customer service here is a given, no matter who waited in us, we were treated like special guests each and every time! They even helped us plan what to do o the rainy days :)

Cute and clean inside and friendly service. I’m allergic to dairy but my family isn’t, so at first they were hesitant to eat here. Everyone loved their food and wanted to order more but couldn’t because we were too stuffed… will have to return! Edit, we did return the next year, and I did try several new plates, and each was excellent. In fact, I ate here multiple times each day and now I wish they could franchise to my city. Loved the food and the staff, can’t wait to go back!

Great spot for a snack or light meal! Second trip here in two days. Last night, we stopped in for ice cream and noticed they served breakfast and lunch. The ice cream was really creamy and sweet. The mango popsicle was natural and refreshing. It had chunks of mango. Today, we had the Scoops Club Sandwich and bread pudding. I loved the sandwich! It was fresh, not too spicy, and very filling. The bread putting was rich and flavorful. The glaze intensified the flavor. The gentleman behind the counter was polite and friendly. When delivering our food to the table, he also brought glasses of ice and cold water. I would eat here again.

Allora café is rated a 10/10 in my book. The food was delicious and beautifully plated. The service was delightful and punctual. The design of the cafe set a soft Italian vibe that made you feel at home. With great soft lighting and big glass windows to add natural lighting. It really gives off the Italian flare. Although I wasn't able to get the drink I wanted because they were still waiting on the shipment. The waiter did offer other suggestions and gave us a complimentary pastry when we had finished our meal. Allora café helped make an already special day even more special. I had the greatest experience with the waiter Paolo. He was so pleasant. I found a piece of hair in my pizza and he took care of it right away and brought me a new pizza. He also gave me and my mom a red velvet cake on the house. He also gave us his favorite and best selling gelato on the house and a some snacks for later on the house. That is the most amazing experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. Thank you Paolo for the great experience.❤️❤️

We had such a great experience yesterday thanks to our amazing server, Paolo. There was an issue with my daughter’s pizza, and the moment we brought it to his attention, he handled it with such professionalism and care. He immediately had it sent back to be remade and made sure we felt completely taken care of throughout. Paolo checked in with us regularly, offered my daughter a dessert to make up for the inconvenience, and even brought out some gelato samples—which totally made her day! His kindness and attentiveness truly went above and beyond. What could have been a disappointing moment turned into a memorable experience, all because of the way Paolo handled it. We will DEFINITELY be back, and I sincerely hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you, Paolo, for turning us from potential lost customers into loyal ones. You’re a gem!

Best gelato in Cayman as well as Coffee & Pastries. As for gelato, they serve about 20 different flavors, all delicious and our favs are pistachio, hazelnut and salted caramel. Update: we just tried 3 different pastries we brought home from this place and they were honestly terrible. Very bland. Stick with the gelato!

Amazing gelato, really good stuff. It was so fresh and so tasty. We tried five flavors, each was better than the last. I felt bad because after I ordered the gelato I saw the croissant with pistachio cream (see picture). It looked to die for. Next time. Do not miss this place.

After having dinner, we were craving some desserts but unfortunately it was quite late. Luckily this shop was open til 11 so we went for it!! We couldn’t find it from the navigation of the map but once we asked some of the people nearby we were able to find it The place was clean and tidy with a cute interior. The workers were polite and patiently waited for us to look around. They had many of their desserts in display and we soon chose the Napoleon, Raspberry cookies, and the Tiramisú cake. The desserts we chose were delicious!! The raspberry cookies had enough filling to go well with the biscuit and the jam itself wasn’t just pure sugar; you could taste the tang of the berry and the seeds that came with it. The Napoleon was light and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness. And fit the Tiramisú was also light & delicious, but a tiny bit too sweet for our taste. But overall, we absolutely loved the place and the items we bought. Planning to go back to try out more items.

I always visit this shop! They have the best gelato just like you’re in Italy. But I’m just disappointed with their customer service, before it’s not like this. I think they need to have a service training. Their people don’t even know how to explain the flavours. And you need to keep repeating cause people don’t understand simple english.

The place has lots of seating outside and inside with nice views. All food looks amazing for the most part. My husband ordered Egg Crepe which he seemed to like. I ordered Nutella (which was probably chocolate syrup or different type of Nutella). It’s was good, I just prefer for crepe to be thinner, it was a bit too thick for my preference. I do recommend this place for breakfast. ☕️

Conveniently located near the cruise terminal and shopping. Great views of the port. This place is really 3 restaurants in one. You can also order from the Lucky Slice Pizzeria or Mojo pub. Plenty of seating inside or outside in the shade. The crepes are huge! One can easily be shared by two people, unless you're really hungry. The crepes are stuffed well with good ingredients. Deducting one star because there was no a/c when we ate there in early August. We will definitely be back though.

Similar to Menchies but in the Cayman Islands. However only about 8 flavours, but has a great variety of toppings. Prices are a bit crazy, but not sure if it’s a Cayman Islands thing, or just Peachwave. Overall a mediocre experience. Flavours were good, but the atmosphere and pricing need work. Service didn’t stand out and no one was eager to help.

Oh my swirl! Peachwave Frozen Yoghurt in Cayman is an absolute blast! The moment you step in, you're greeted by the fun, vibrant interior that's as sweet as the treat you're about to devour. It's spick-and-span clean, though a catchy tune playing in the background could have been the cherry on top. Get ready to embark on a flavour adventure with countless, delectable options to choose from, all waiting to be mixed and matched to your heart's content. Pricing based on weight? What a 'weigh' to go! And don't even get me started on the toppings! Whether you're a fruit fanatic or a candy craver, there's something to delight every tastebud. The quality? Imagine the creamiest, dreamiest frozen yoghurt you've ever had. Now, multiply that by a gazillion. Peachwave's got it right and at a price that won't leave your wallet feeling light. On those scorching Cayman days, Peachwave is the go-to oasis for a sun-kissed refreshment. So, grab your spoon and dive in!

A bit pricey but worth it, self service pick n mix and charged by weight. Can eat in or walk over to Governor’s beach and enjoy with the ocean breeze.

Amazing fantabulous super cute delicious.....and what not...☺️☺️ It's a nice experience with family friends or casual meetings. You can choose from various flavours to various toppings to various sizes... They have edible spoons and cups as well. 💕

Great for a family treat after a Sunday morning thrashing around on the tennis court. You need a robust wallet or kids on a tight rein as we spent $36 on four tubs. Delicious flavours and lots of toppings to choose from. Top tip - when the kids are flagging (but not yet high on sugar) hot foot it home and bang the leftovers in the freezer for later!! 🤣

One of my favorite places to go along Seven Mile. Staff always super friendly and helpful. This is my little treat to myself. Great flavors to choose from, lots of extras to add . Be mindful it does add up in cost. Great coffee here and other drinks. Super clean and nice and cool inside.

Bakery
Nestled in the vibrant Camana Bay, Petit Paris French Cafe and Bakery is a delightful haven for food lovers seeking authentic French flavors. This charming bakery boasts an impressive selection of freshly baked goods, including delectable pastries, artisan breads, and savory quiches. Guests can indulge in gourmet salads and hearty sandwiches made with fresh ingredients on crispy baguettes.
Simple little bakery. Very fresh and good food. Cool atmosphere. My two cents the French part is lost a little bit…..Just stick to something the local chefs enjoy making

This place is ok but has a pretty tenuous connection to Paris at best. The baked goods are pretty nice, but picked over and small selection. Mostly their menu is local food and coolers full of processed foods from American brands. The coffee was undrinkable. The “cappuccino” was a half litre of warm milk. I couldn’t tell if there was any coffee in it. We poured them out. Closer to Starbucks than a French café.

Thank you for delicious food, fast and friendly service and very affordable prices. We will come again and again and recommend this cafe to everyone ❤️

Small café, good breakfast, frappe coffee 😍. I love to go there on Saturdays morning.

The only restaurant open during the morning for breakfast in the area. Food made fresh to order.

We learnt of this place by a Facebook post and since we were at the 7 mile beach area we decided to check it out. Got croissants, a mushroom quiche, a sausage roll. 2 fresh juices ( wake) and the most incredible cakes. Everything was delicious and tasted fresh even at the end of the day.

Great food! One of our favorite places to visit while in Grand Cayman. The Lamb Sausage roll was wonderful!

The french bakery was so unexpected. They had a wonderful selection of sweets and also some amazing looking savory treats. The bakery was clean and inviting. The owner was very friendly and helped us make some choices. I will be going back!

Frozen yogurt shop
Ginger Lily Frozen Yogurt offers a similar experience to popular frozen yogurt chains like Pinkberry and Red Mango, with a slightly more limited selection of flavors and toppings. However, the quality of the options available is still quite good.
In the vein of Pinkberry or Red mango, but I think the selection of both flavors and toppings was much more limited. The ones we had were good though.

Bakery
Sweet Dreams Cayman is a charming bakery located in Squires Seaside Shopping Plaza in Bodden Town, Cayman. Founded by Ortal Alexander, also known as Alexis, the bakery initially specialized in custom cakes for special occasions but has since expanded to offer a variety of desserts, pastries, and coffee. Visitors praise the delectable crepe cake and high-quality coffee while enjoying the cozy pink-themed interior and friendly staff.
I came in day of to request a cake for my dad’s 80th birthday. The staff here were so accommodating of this last minute request. They said they could make a cake in two hours and helped me pick the best flavor combination. I wasn’t expecting much in terms of decor because of the short timeline, but when I came to pick the cake up I was amazed at how beautiful it was. Taste is the most important thing though and my family was not disappointed. We were wowed by the strawberry and vanilla cake with a light frosting that was perfectly whipped and sweet (not like thick icing you get on many cakes). My mom is very picky and even she was impressed. I’d highly recommend!

Came into the shop with a group of ten, and the staff was very kind and accommodating! We ordered coffees and bakery items. My latte was one of the best ones I’ve ever had. The ambiance is super cute and fun, too! Overall just a great experience. Whether you’re a local or tourist, Sweet Dreams is a must.

10/10 experience at Sweet Dreams! Worth the drive to this precious coffee and sweet shop. We enjoyed every bite. Didn’t even get a picture of the decadent chocolate chip cookie! Lovely owners and great setup. We will certainly be back.

Beautiful boutique style cafe/bakery. Friendly staff! Wonderful food! Ara helped us with our order. She was so friendly and hospitable! The shop is so cute too! The caramel Crepe cake was so delicious and my mom had their “known-for” cinnamon rolls. We now know why they are known for them!!!! DELICIOUS! 😍 highly recommend!!!

This place is so cute! Open 7 days. We had good coffee and cinnamon rolls there. They are kind of hidden away at the back of the plaza.

Truly the best bakery on island and one of the most accommodating bakeries i've experienced on an international level. I have a gluten allergy that often makes it hard to find options that are tasty. Sweet dreams Cayman has great GF options, and is flexible and easy to work with. The location is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is attentive and kind. I have ordered here a few times now and will continue to during my time on island. I've tried their gf cake, cinnamon buns and donuts and have yet to be disappointed. Thank you to the team at Sweet Dreams Cayman for allowing my literal dessert dreams to come true!!
Amanda M — Google review
My friend and I were looking for something sweet as a treat after dinner. We saw the cinnamon buns and decided to try them. They are sinful and delicious. It's a very quaint café & bakery. We will likely go back before flying home. 😁

Amazing! Cannot recommend enough! We went three times on our trip to cayman! Highly recommend the crepe cake. I’ve never had something so delicious-rich, smooth, but not sweet! Both chocolate and vanilla versions were amazing. Coffee was high quality and made to order. The cookies were pretty good and the nuts were really tasty. WiFi is available with air conditioning blasting. Love the pink vibe inside. Such a wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff.
