We visited this afternoon Friday 8th November 2024 at around 12:30. The only person seen, and who was behind the counter was nothing other than extremely rude and unprofessional, her general attitude is not something which I'd expect from anyone let along a business. My wife and i entered the premises, had a seat and were getting our cash out, and about 2 or 3 mins later, this person then came over to the table and said are you ready to order, I said no, do you have a menu, reply was no, it's up on the board. I then said I'd come over and order in a couple of minutes, i was told in no uncertain terms..... 'You have to order just now or you have to leave, I said, well, we'll just leave and take our business elsewhere as you have a very bad attitude. She then said its Company Policy if you don't order then you have to leave, and all this within minutes of walking in the door. Totally unacceptable. The place was empty as well, and my wife said, she's wasn't surprised that the place was empty given her attitude. Very disappointing experience, and this person is not someone who should be working at Haagen-Dazs, especially at the front of house. If this store isn't doing too well, then perhaps this is one of the reasons as to why.

nice combination Crape with ice-cream and Mojito frozen made you refresh and I like the place decor so beautiful.

While cruising to Georgetown . Entered the store and encountered one of the most rude individuals I have ever met in the service industry. I was born in England was actually looking forward to a visit to the British Territory. Whoever owns this place needs to follow check on their employees.

Feeling down on a hot day you can definitely go to camana bay for that cookie and cream ice cream and with that beautiful server kizzyann. Her smile and warm welcome is definitely the go to for a cool down.
Rochelle C — Google review
If you're looking for a light refreshed cocktail but it is not happy hour yet, this is the spot. Try their infused alcoholic spirits with a flavored sorbet or an extra shot to your liking. I had the raspberry sorbet and prosecco which I enjoyed.
Leika T — Google review
It’s a great brand and this does not disappoint. The staff are friendly and the shop is clean and welcoming. When it’s hot outside this is a great place to grab a sundae and a seat. Easy walk to the other shops and they have cold water. Parking is a bit tricky but not a problem.

Love the Espresso Americano and delicious Choclate Chip Ice Cream and Macadamian Cream, I think. We really appreciate the Kind/professional/ smart person working there! Thank you for making us feel so welcome, we were so happy to come back a second time!

Visitors praise the clean and tidy interior, along with the friendly and polite staff who provide excellent customer service. The ambiance and decor are highlighted as major draws for patrons, making it a favorite spot for many.
Best gelato in Cayman as well as Coffee & Pastries. As for gelato, they serve about 20 different flavors, all delicious and our favs are pistachio, hazelnut and salted caramel. Looove their pastries and coffee too, especially prepped by a barista named Christian, he makes bad axx cappuccino and matcha latte. Lucky us, as it’s just a few minutes of walking distance from our apt, we can come at any time of the day, hooray~ PS oh congrats on the awards, tanti complimenti~~~~~

I thought this place was great! Nice sandwich options and the staff offered to toast and add tomatoes to my sandwich. Lots of a great gelato flavors — I personally enjoyed the sour sop! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Very nice stop before and after our Red Sail excursion! Update: we just tried 3 different pastries we brought home from this place and they were honestly terrible. Very bland. Stick with the gelato!
Kara K — Google review
Best gelato in the area! Authentic and used traditional way of storing gelato which is metal tins with lid. We particularly enjoyed the pistachio and hazelnut flavours. They also sell cakes, cannolis, spreads and other Italian desserts and pastries.
Mary N — Google review
Amazing gelato, really good stuff. It was so fresh and so tasty. We tried five flavors, each was better than the last. I felt bad because after I ordered the gelato I saw the croissant with pistachio cream (see picture). It looked to die for. Next time. Do not miss this place.
J R — Google review
After having dinner, we were craving some desserts but unfortunately it was quite late. Luckily this shop was open til 11 so we went for it!! We couldn’t find it from the navigation of the map but once we asked some of the people nearby we were able to find it The place was clean and tidy with a cute interior. The workers were polite and patiently waited for us to look around. They had many of their desserts in display and we soon chose the Napoleon, Raspberry cookies, and the Tiramisú cake. The desserts we chose were delicious!! The raspberry cookies had enough filling to go well with the biscuit and the jam itself wasn’t just pure sugar; you could taste the tang of the berry and the seeds that came with it. The Napoleon was light and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness. And fit the Tiramisú was also light & delicious, but a tiny bit too sweet for our taste. But overall, we absolutely loved the place and the items we bought. Planning to go back to try out more items.

I love this gelato spot I come every time I visit- it’s so good and creamy ❤️❤️❤️ you must try!
Jezebel D — Google review
Coffee done right. Excellent espresso, foamy, rich, full of flavor. The decor is elegant and cozy. Plenty of ourdoor seating. Staff very cordial and efficient. Unlike Starbucks, they served ceramics when you enjoy it on location. :-)
Brian T — Google review
I always visit this shop! They have the best gelato just like you’re in Italy. But I’m just disappointed with their customer service, before it’s not like this. I think they need to have a service training. Their people don’t even know how to explain the flavours. And you need to keep repeating cause people don’t understand simple english.

We were a group of 6 for dinner, seated outside. We waited for about 10 minutes to order and about 35 minutes for our food. Staff was very friendly, atmosphere was very nice and relaxing, great music. The food was good, did not disappoint, but wasn't impressive. We'll definitely return.
Laura V — Google review
This is a nice little place in Camana Bay which is not far from 7 Mile Beach. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. There was a harp player, entertaining the guests, very different from most places. As for the food, it was okay. Ordered a steak had a lot of fat and tendons. Ravioli was on a dry side. Alfredo was good but did find inconsistency between different plates. Meatballs were good with arrabbiata sauce. Overall it was a delightful experience
Amyn Z — Google review
This was our first time visiting this restaurant. Barefoot Man performance is what originally brought us in. If you get the chance to see him perform, do it!!! The service was exceptional!!! Rajat was very attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We were even given an appetizer on the house since it was our first visit. Each dish was presented as a masterpiece and so fresh. I regret not trying Pane & Pasta on our last trip. We will definitely make it part of our itinerary next year. Highly recommend!"
Melissa D — Google review
We had the Gnocchi Octopus and Catch of the Day (Snapper). The gnocchi was cooked well but the octopus was a bit rubbery. We requested to the snapper to be cooked in lemon butter sauce but the sauce came on the side instead. The fish was dry and bland as a result. In speaking to the staff the chef neglected to cook as he should have which would’ve have made for a great dish - lemon butter sauce itself was tasty. Don’t think this was worth the price.
Hemala R — Google review
There’s always room for pasta! This restaurant offered the best fresh pasta. The ambiance was clean & welcoming. Indoor & outdoor seating was available. Various wine & cocktail selections as well. The staff was professional & attentive. We were so satisfied with our dining experience, we came here twice during our visit! Was a bit overpriced but that’s the island way!
Grishma P — Google review
We’ve eaten here a few times over this visit and past visits. The pasta is always dependably good. The service is always very welcoming and accommodating. And the aperol spritz and wine selections are great. We enjoy the restaurant and it’s off the main path vibe a lot.
Chris W — Google review
5 stars doesn’t do Pane & Pasta justice! We initially went for breakfast where they do a breakfast deal - $5 (KYD) for any coffee and any pastry. The pastries are made in house daily by their baker, authentically Italian. The coffees were the best on the island!! Rodnel is the best waiter; so friendly, very chatty and patient, and very accommodating for the child. We really thought he was the manager!! However, all of the other waitresses and waiters were exceptionally kind and friendly! The good vibes called us back and we decided to change plans and return for lunch the same day. The food is made by their Italian chef (yet again), including the house bread (baked fresh every day). It was delicious, as were the drinks. And everything was very well-priced. To top it off, their bathroom was so clean and well-done our 8 year old was the first to comment on how lovely it is. Do NOT miss this gem on your trip to the island! Thank you Rodnel for your exceptional service!

Nestled in the vibrant Camana Bay, Petit Paris French Cafe and Bakery is a delightful haven for food lovers seeking authentic French flavors. This charming bakery boasts an impressive selection of freshly baked goods, including delectable pastries, artisan breads, and savory quiches. Guests can indulge in gourmet salads and hearty sandwiches made with fresh ingredients on crispy baguettes.
Simple little bakery. Very fresh and good food. Cool atmosphere. My two cents the French part is lost a little bit…..Just stick to something the local chefs enjoy making
Matt T — Google review
This place is ok but has a pretty tenuous connection to Paris at best. The baked goods are pretty nice, but picked over and small selection. Mostly their menu is local food and coolers full of processed foods from American brands. The coffee was undrinkable. The “cappuccino” was a half litre of warm milk. I couldn’t tell if there was any coffee in it. We poured them out. Closer to Starbucks than a French café.
Kevin M — Google review
Thank you for delicious food, fast and friendly service and very affordable prices. We will come again and again and recommend this cafe to everyone ❤️

Small café, good breakfast, frappe coffee 😍. I love to go there on Saturdays morning.

We learnt of this place by a Facebook post and since we were at the 7 mile beach area we decided to check it out. Got croissants, a mushroom quiche, a sausage roll. 2 fresh juices ( wake) and the most incredible cakes. Everything was delicious and tasted fresh even at the end of the day.
Chandravir A — Google review
Great food! One of our favorite places to visit while in Grand Cayman. The Lamb Sausage roll was wonderful!

Paperman's Coffeehouse is a popular cafe in the Cayman Islands that specializes in fresh and aromatic coffee. They have a variety of coffee drinks and teas for non-coffee drinkers, as well as delicious sandwiches. The customer service team is always friendly and upbeat. Cuban sandwiches are definitely a must-try!
Cayman's favourite coffee shop; strategically spread to go round. Peopled by warm and friendly personalities, quite committed to high end customer service/satisfaction. Equally committed Management/ownership. Spots an array of exquisite pastries and flavours to suit any and all...
Ikechukwu O — Google review
I used to order a Cuban sub sandwich or a club sandwich from Papaermans - best sandwich shop around, especially in Cayman. The Caprese is a classic vegetarian option, while the Cuban, let me tell you, is to die for. The pickles, the meat, the bread. What more could you want? Lovely, the staff, so lovely.
Rufus D — Google review
Papermans makes great panini sandwiches and pastries. They also do decent coffee. It isn't my favourite as I find it a bit bitter. The service can vary greatly. Sometimes the staff is super friendly and quick. Other times you end up waiting ages and the staff are a bit miserable looking. The seating area is great though with some seats outsides. The atmosphere is good for conversations or doing work on your laptop.
Jillian C — Google review
Caramel latte is always great! Love their muffins and their almond and raisin scones!! The Customer Service team is always so pleasant and upbeat!
Lisa J — Google review
Great food but a bit pricey. Service is not always great and no custom orders. Everything is made earlier then just finished when you order.
Aaron G — Google review
The lady was very rude to my friend and told her to wait really harshly, I would recommend a chocolate milkshake to be added to the list but I love paper-mans 10/10

The establishment has garnered praise for its exquisite flavors and tender meats that are cooked to perfection. Carnivore in Grand Cayman is a top-notch butcher shop with an incredible selection of premium and specialty cuts. The staff is knowledgeable, and the quality is unmatched—highly recommended! Yesterdays pick, tenderloin and smoked prime ribeye (I salt and peppered them before grilling) 🙌

If you're looking for a quick lunch in Camana Bay ,Carnivore should be at the top of your list. The Tex Mex salad was one of the best I've ever had, the steak tartare is yummy. My son loves the Mac and cheese (absolutely fantastic) and even their fries. Also a great butcher shop, so if you're looking for some fresh meat, Carnivore should be your first stop.

Jessica at Carnivore is absolutely amazing! Every time I’m working in the office, I make sure to stop by for lunch, and she always takes such great care of me. She remembered my name and my usual order so effortlessly, it’s such a personal touch that makes the experience even better. She’s consistently pleasant, friendly, and efficient. It’s rare to find someone who brings that kind of positive energy to the job every day. Jessica truly makes Carnivore a standout spot!
Tanya T — Google review
We bought 4 tenderloin steaks, 4 ribeyes, and 2 flank steaks! Seasoned with their house Carnivore steak seasoning, topped with their house smoked sea salt butter, and some of their chimichurri! And were phenomenal! We are from Kansas, land of prime beef, and for beef on an island, of all islands, was the best I’ve had yet! Cheers and good work Carnivore brothers! Our crew of 14 devoured them! Let me know when you get your hats, I’d love to buy a few! We raise and consult beef cattle for a living and those hats are perfect!

The establishment also provides WiFi access for patrons. In addition to its signature offerings, the location features Gelato & Co., Haagen-Dazs, and Scoops for frozen treats and Jamaican ice cream. Visitors praise the helpful and friendly staff as well as the comfortable indoor seating with air conditioning.
We went here with my school as a group. They were so fast! They had a 2 for one drinks, and compared to other coffee shops in Cayman, it's cheap. The only problem is the location as the outside isn't very nice. (they spelt my name right)
Mila P — Google review
They do NOT take the Starbucks app for payment and they'll charge your credit card in USD instead of the local currency, which is a worse exchange rate if your card has a no fee exchange. My venti mango dragon fruit refresher was nearly $9 USD! Their venti is 500 mL. WiFi requires a password and there are only 2 tables. I wish they'd take the app as the full menu isn't on display at this location. Staff was personable. Visited: January 2025.
Rachel S — Google review

Service here is extremely slow. I understand it’s the Islands, but I’m talking molasses here. My coffee order was also incorrect. 🥲 Staff is kind, but they really need further training. On the positive side, the store is very clean.

Standard Starbucks in an office building. It lacks a lot of character and has very limited seating but a good choice
Ryan L — Google review
My Jamaican husband and I went to the starbucks in town and the cashier there is rude and racist eventhough shes from Jamaica too. My husband is in the line saying his order but the cashier ignored my husband because she prioritized the next guy which was white. My husband walked out and sit right next to me disappointed . The cashier knows about it and didnt bother to ask us and apologize. We didnt order anymore as my husband is upset.

They had the ac cranked so it was really pleasant in there. We could have spent more time enjoying this cafe but there was so much island to explore. Cayman Coffee Exchange, located at The Westin Grand Cayman, offers a variety of freshly baked pastries, sandwiches, salads, and delicious coffee options. It's a convenient grab-and-go cafe for those heading out for a day of sightseeing in the Cayman Islands. With its chill sitting area overlooking the hotel pool and 7-mile beach in the distance, it provides a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy your coffee.
Cayman coffee exchange is very reliable. It is next to the beach so you can walk in. When you wake up you can come downstairs and it will be there. There is a variety of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is also ice cream and lots of drinks. A little pricey, but it is worth it. Will be coming back for breakfast and food for the beach.
Elijah — Google review
We started coming here when it was located across the hall, in a much smaller space. It was the first place in Cayman that we were able to get a good cup of coffee ☕️. Everything we have gotten is quite tasty. We start our day with a cappuccino and a coffee, sometimes also a pastry. All their breads and sandwiches are delicious, and the coconut bun is fantastic! It's worth the stop even if you're not staying at the Westin!
JCayman ( — Google review
The coffee shop is inside the Westin hotel. Very chill sitting area that overlooks the hotel pool and 7 mile beach in the far distance. The coffee itself was very good. The workers seemed a bit occupied, I ordered a chocolate croissant and asked for it to be warmed , well I got a cold plain croissant. When brought to their attention the fixed it !
Lauren ( — Google review
Everything I had here was just stellar. The basil burrata sandwich, the muesli, the avocado toast, their espresso-all amazing. The staff is so friendly and has your coffee ready for you almost immediately after you order. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!
Lindsay S — Google review
Nice selection of food, snacks, and refrigerated beverages, plus made to order drinks (hot or iced). Good coffee, had the Caribbean Mocha. Also very convenient hours, as they open at 6am!
Jennifer M — Google review
We've had smoothies (made with fresh fruit not syrup), lunch sandwiches, and coffee. Everything was good and is located in the Westin. The staff is friendly but don't think gratuity should be automatically added for the coffee shop, this applies to just buying a bottle of water too....
K L — Google review
Very good coffee. Not cheap but nothing here is and the quality of the coffee is great.
Tamar F — Google review
This is inside the Westin. I got coffee here twice because it was slightly less expensive than the coffee shop at our hotel. They didn’t have oat milk, but had soy and almond. My vanilla latte was pretty good. People were friendly.
