Bakery
Buda Bakery & Resto is a top choice in the northern part of Bali, offering delicious dishes with beautiful plating. The staff is friendly and the restaurant also sells bread, cakes, and cookies. Customers praise the seafood salad, salmon, mahi-mahi, lemon cheesecake, eggs Benedict, smoothie bowls, pasta and pork burger. The quality of food and ingredients is highly regarded. Additionally, the bakery offers soft breads and sweet seasonal cookies that are popular among visitors.
First time trying out this café after seeing the great reviews in Lovina. We ordered the spring rolls and nasi goreng, along with hot green tea. The food was delicious, especially considering the affordable prices. Our seating also offered a nice view of the mountains! If you’re in Lovina, you should definitely give this restaurant a try!

What a nice restaurant hidden away inside the lane. The food is made to perfection, the pizzas are crisp & tasty, the bread, the croissants, and the Danish are a dream. Also, the coffee is freshly brewed to perfection, and the open-air atmosphere on the upper floor makes this place my favourite eatery and hang out here in Lovina.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Buda Bakery in Lovina is a lovely spot worth checking out. It’s located on a quiet street, and the rooftop seating area offers beautiful mountain views. The staff are friendly. The place has a relaxed vibe to it. The menu has a good variety to choose from, catering to different tastes. Whether you stop in for coffee or a meal, it’s a pleasant place to relax. Definitely recommend it if you’re in the area!
Megan T — Google review
The food is amazing! Definitely worth the hype! We had green curry and duck and both were great. The only think, I could point out is that the restaurant is outside so doesn’t have indoor AC, which can be pretty rough when it’s heat outside.

Beautiful, fresh and tasty family lunch. Almond latte was so good! Waiters were prompt and super friendly. Would highly recommend and we will be back 😍
Samantha P — Google review
Going with a 4 just because the rates were high. Superb environment and fantastic taste will overshadow the cost. Located at a remote area in Lovina but provides a world class taste. The Red velvet cake, chocolate cakes were totally out of the world. If you are lovina, and not worried about the cost, I would definitely recommend this place
Shiva S — Google review
Fantastic find tucked away in the back streets of Lovina. Downstairs is the bakery with beautiful croissants and breads and upstairs is the open air dining room. Four of us had pork ribs, pizza, prawns and I had the best pork rendang I’ve ever eaten!! We want to come back for the breakfast menu too!!!
Libby J — Google review
The most delicious bakery and restaurant in Lovina. The atmosphere is amazing with gorgeous views of the mountains. The staff are very attentive and professional. We stayed in Lovina for a few weeks and ate here for most of our meals. The bonus is you can pick up pastries and bread on your way out from the bakery after eating in.

Restaurant
The Global Village Kafe in Buleleng is a cozy dining spot where visitors can unwind and savor a variety of dishes, including delectable fried rice, fried noodles, curry, meatball soup, vegetable salad, chicken soup, carbonara pasta, and pizza. The cafe's proceeds are dedicated to the Global Village Foundation's mission of supporting the underprivileged and disabled individuals in North Bali. This social project aims to provide training and employment opportunities for people with disabilities in the region.
My husband and I had an amazing dinner at Global Village Foundation Café. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. Communication was effortless. Considering the excellent food and service, the prices were quite reasonable. It was well worth it, and we would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great meal in a cozy setting!

Best restaurant in Bali north! The food is amazing, the service is exceptional and the atmosphere cozy and warm. I love that deaf people getting the chance to work here and can spread their kindness and love. And all this for a really good price, with 2 dishes and 2 drinks I pay around 200-300 rp. And the best: You are support disadvantaged people and children trough your money (and donation if you want so). Thank you for this special place 🙏♥️
Mind H — Google review
A must-visit in Lovina! This restaurant is truly special — not only because of its amazing initiative to support people with disabilities and those living in poverty in Bali, but also because the food is genuinely delicious. The staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere is quiet and cozy. There’s no A/C, but plenty of fans to keep you comfortable even on hot days. So, do yourself a favor and visit this place when you’re in Lovina. You won’t regret it — and you’ll feel great knowing your meal helps make a difference.

What an amazing experience at this restaurant! The highlight was definitely the incredible variety of cuisines available – something for every taste and preference. They offer authentic local Indonesian dishes bursting with flavors, spicy Thai options, rich Indian curries, and classic Italian pasta and pizzas. Everything we tried was delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a diverse and satisfying meal! 🥘
CARRERA T — Google review
This is a Not for profit restaurant in North Bali, they help with training and employment for people with disabilities , they have a lot of options in their menu with a variety of indian food as well. The food is very tasty but the best part about this place is the people, they are extremely nice, kind and happy which immediately makes you feel welcomed. I would highly recommend this place in north bali.
Ayan S — Google review
The food, atmosphere, and purpose at The Global Village Foundation are awesome. This is a must stop off even if you only stay for a quick coffee! The staff here are mostly deaf, so for those with Gluten allergy / GF Intolerance /Celiac disease, I would recommend coming with an Indonesian Celiac restaurant card, and maybe some key phrases to show the staff on Google translate. If you are Celiac, I would recommend that you advocate for yourself, and come at an off peak time of day - I am confident the staff will be able to support you. For me, all the staff read through the information on my phone (all 6 of them!). They took their time to understand and discussed between them. Then they came back and told me which meals that they could make work for me. I ended up having the Sate Ayam, and a Vanilla Milkshake - both delicious! All ingredients appeared to be Gluten free, and the kitchen and staff took the allergy serious, which is all I can ask for. I would very strongly recommend visiting, as every Rupiah spent supports their mission of helping Bali’s disabled and disadvantaged people.

We knew we were in for something great the moment we walked in through the doors… a cosy garden restaurant-cafe, comfortably furnished, with a warm welcome from their staff. We discovered to our delight their unique menu, with lots of great options and were not disappointed by the food. The chicken curry and fish&chips were amazing… not to forget to mention the ice cold lassi and fresh juices. We were very touched to see so many local conscious products on display, and to get to know more about the social impact work that the cafe stands for. If you can support, please do! Well done to the team! Definitely our favourite place in Lovina. 🙏🏽❤️

Warung Apple is a family-run restaurant in Lovina, Bali, known for its delicious food and friendly atmosphere. The owner, affectionately called 'Apple', is renowned for his hospitality and willingness to accommodate guests' requests. The menu offers a great selection of seafood and local dishes at reasonable prices. Visitors praise the fresh prawns, tender chicken, and flavorful Nasi Campur. With its clean and modern decor, Warung Apple has become a favorite dining spot for both locals and tourists alike.
I love this restaurant. I’ve been here three times now. It’s a gem. I’m now waiting for my third meal. First time I had Marlon, second time I had Satay tuna and tonight I await the seafood platter and spring rolls. Everything is superb. They even have wine but tonight I’m simply having tea as last night I forgot my purse and they were kind enough to hold it for me, while I marched back to get it because I got lost (too much wine lol), so the kind owner scootered me to my villa. They also give beautiful Balinese chips while you are waiting. And don’t forget to try the fried bananas with chocolate sauce. Absolutely yum. Live music is a sweet addition as well

Delicious local restaurant with super friendly staff. We came here twice for diner because the food was that good. If you have the chance to order the 'whole fish' do not hesitate, it is so good! We definatly recommend this place when looking for a good local diner in Lovina!
Nicolas F — Google review
A lovely Warung not far from the beach. The staff is super lovely and the food is really good, especially when they recommend e.g. fresh fish. Prices are good in comparison to beach front locations. Thank you!

Great food, my grilled mahi-mahi was delicious! Second time eating here during my trip, this place never disappoints.

Support a lovely local Lovina family restaurant. Genuine kind staff and local fish. The local guitarist was special. The host genuinely tried to help you with requests.
Jason D — Google review
After eating here last year, we definitely had to go back to Warung Apple in Lovina this year. When we got back from the beach, we stopped by to see if they had a whole fish for the grill. What would you like was the answer. They then ask fishermen friends what they have to offer. During that conversation, they ask us if that is okay. I will keep it short, the photo speaks for itself. 1.5 kilos of white snapper with sambal matah, sambal oelek, garlic butter and delicious 'coconut' spiced vegetables and mie goreng... heavenly! Treat yourself to an evening full of happiness, go to Warung Apple 🙏
Jur W — Google review
By far the best food we had in our 5 nights in Lovina. Really good selection of Indonesian and western foods. We both had Nasi campur ( one chicken and one seafood) both were really delicious. No cocktails but the food makes up for it.

Akar Cafe Lovina is a popular dining spot conveniently located near Lovina Beach in Buleleng. Despite its small size, it offers a comfortable dining experience and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch. The cafe is always bustling with visitors and offers seating options by the street or next to a tiny stream. They are known for their delicious milkshakes and homemade ice cream.
Incredibly nice veggie food, slightly on the expensive side but probably avg for the area. The falafel plate is delicious but if you want to try a load of nice food the tapas platter is perfect.

Perfectly good and tasty ! We tried several dishes and their famous chocolate caramel tart, everything was super good. Very fresh and yummy. Would recommend 100% Vegetarian restaurant (with many vegan options) which will please everyone ! Veggie and not ☀️

This café may specialize in breakfast and lunch, but it easily serves the best food in all of Lovina. The quality was so outstanding that we found ourselves coming back every single day for a big breakfast. As someone with gluten intolerance and a sensitive stomach, I’m very picky about what I eat—but this place was both delicious and incredibly fresh. Every dish we tried was excellent, and not once were we disappointed (which is rare to find in Lovina!).If you go, don’t miss the chocolate ice cream—it’s unbelievably rich and indulgent. Honestly, everything on the menu is worth trying. Highly recommend!
Sivan P — Google review
Came back several times during my three day stop in Lovina. The food was excellent! Try the falafel, the best I ever had, and come here for the breakfast waffles! Home made ice cream! Nice and quiet in the back.
Annalingman — Google review
This place is so so great, friendly staff, really tasty food and drinks, we came back 4 times for while staying in Lovina we loved it so much! HIGHLY recommend the waffles and the coffee ice cream - also they use metal straws and cloth napkins!
Reagan W — Google review
I only visited this restaurant because a friend recommended it, and I regretted it. I was having a heat stroke when I arrived and asked for water. Unlike every other restaurant I’ve visited in Bali, they don’t offer free water. Instead, they charge 5,000 rupiah per GLASS—which isn’t even bottled, just half the size of a small bottle—and you’re charged separately for each glass. I had to ask three times before they gave it to me. The falafel was tasty, but overpriced, the tahini was watery and bland, and the hummus was just okay. One of the staff didn’t even smile or show basic customer service. This place is overpriced, lacks hospitality, and nickel-and-dimes you for everything. I won’t go back.
M — Google review
OMG!!! AMAZING food!!! So good, so flavorful, so fresh! The falafel and the spinach samosas are insane. Also the avocado gazpacho. And the homemade ice cream …. You MIST VISIT!!!!
Monika L — Google review
This may have been the most delicious breakfast I have ever had! Definitely in my top 5. Service was fairly quick and the coffee was good too. We had a super cute table out back looking over a creek, so the ambiance was nice as well. Seriously, if you are looking for a sweet breakfast, go order the banana pancakes with lychee and coconut ice cream. You will not be disappointed!!!

Loved the Grilled Seafood Basket - you get to try a variety of seafood items and sauces and I especially enjoyed the fish on a stick. Owner Ibu Wina is friendly, proactive and helpful. Special mention that they don't try to pressurize you to order more food or drinks and instead let you decide after explaining the options. Such a treat!

Very interesting to meet boss and chef, lady running the place. Well decorated, keep dialogue with guests. We ordered babi guling, curry, juices and soups. Great taste and place for lunch or dinner. I had to try Balines speciality and some simple local cuisine food, enjoyed

The food is very tasty, and the ladies on the staff are friendly. The grilled snapper was perfect, and the fried rice with vegetables or chicken was also excellent. The owner is really helpful and even assisted me at the local market. We had several lunches, diner’s and take away.

A hidden gem with a warm, traditional ambiance and cozy decor. The setting is calm and inviting, with bamboo lighting and rustic wooden furniture that create a homely feel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making the overall experience pleasant from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent—authentic, well-portioned, and full of flavor. We especially enjoyed the grilled fish, which was cooked perfectly and served with fresh sambal and pickled shallots. The mixed platter of fried snacks and vegetables was also satisfying, complemented by a cone of rice and crunchy krupuk. A great spot for anyone looking to enjoy delicious local cuisine in a comfortable atmosphere.

Mentari Lovina Bar & Kitchen is a popular spot for both locals and tourists, offering a pleasant atmosphere to unwind after exploring Buleleng. Situated on the beach, it provides diners with a stunning ocean view while they enjoy their meals. Guests can also take advantage of complimentary kayak usage to venture out onto the water. The restaurant's menu features delectable dishes such as grilled prawns and tuna taki taki, with the option to pay by credit card.
Fabulous restaurant right on the beach with superb lighting and atmosphere. Great for sundowners while listening to the waves lap the shore. When the beach lights come on they cast a fairytale ambience. They have built the front veranda around a massive tree which is all strung with lanterns. They’ve also decorated the inside with memorabilia like old typewriters and funny signs. The food is awesome. Completely recommend everything on the menu and it comes out deliciously presented without having to wait long. We came with friends in March 2025 for dinner at subset stayed after dinner to enjoy a little bit of music with an Irish Coffee to top off the evening. One of the best nights on our month long stay.

We decided to have dinner by the beach at Mentari Lovina since we were staying nearby. We ordered the 200g tenderloin steak, and it was absolutely delicious. They even asked us to try the steak when it was served to make sure it was cooked to our liking. The service was top-notch, and you get to enjoy a beautiful sea view while having your meal! Highly recommended if you’re staying in Lovina!
Michelle C — Google review
We have been here many times for a lunch and it is really good. It’s direct at the beach with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is great and very friendly. The food is also very good. We only tried Indonesian food and it never disappointed. Just give it a try and be surprised!

What a gem of a place this is, so good we did back to back dinners. Service impeccable 👌 Food fresh and tasty. Decent sized served meals. We could eat every night here and work our way through the menu. Steak was cooked perfectly. Ayam betutu and chicken rendang were both full of flavours, beef and chicken burgers on point. Waiters were accommodating to out children's dietary requirements. If ever in Lovina make sure you dine at least once here 🤩

Grilled Blue Marlin well presented & feel fresh. Thumb up for their mushroom sauce. A bit pricey but compared with quality of their food, good service, easy access to parking & cleaning toilets and acces to the beach with bean bag & open terrace, so all worthed to visit 💛.

Chinese restaurant
Siobak Babi Khe Lok in Singaraja is one of the oldest and most renowned Chinese restaurants in Bali. They specialize in serving Siobak, a traditional dish consisting of various parts of pork such as meat, ear, inner parts, and pork rind crackers. However, customers have the option to choose specific parts if they prefer not to eat organs. The taste of their Siobak is truly authentic and can only be found in certain areas of Bali.
I have been here for a long time n the place is already known by the BAB 1 lovers. The siobak is delicious with great spices and soft meat…
Windrajaya P — Google review
The siobak is quite savory and quite thick for the sauce. recommended pork dish when u visit singaraja
Brian P — Google review
One of the oldest standing Siobak Singaraja until these days. A portion of siobak contains meats, ear, inner parts and pork rind crackers, but you can choose to combine them all or just choose specific part (like meat only) since some people don't eat organs. The taste was authentic and can only be found at some parts of Bali only.
Danny K — Google review
I had never tried this dish before while in Bali, and I was shocked to discover that we preferred the Nasi Goreng seafood above their well-known "Siobak" because I had never tasted it before and it's not my taste. Both the seller and the service were excellent.
Reana K — Google review
Part of the northern Bali culinary that you should not miss. The og outlet has been in operation since 1960s. The siobak (sao rou, roast pork) which was originally a Chinese cuisine was introduced by immigrants and then assimilated and transformed into their own version. The dark sauce used is rather spicy and various cuts (innards, lean meat, belly) are up for you to choose. Fried skin was also provided as part of the meal. I tried the mixed one as it provides layers of textures and flavors but found it very ordinary. Service was fast and the price was fair.
Pianized — Google review
Good food in Singaraja! Siobak Babi Khe Lok is a delicious dish that is worth trying if you have the opportunity to do so in Singaraja. Make sure to come and visit! Cheap and very very good!

There are better places for Siobak in Singaraja.
Roland F — Google review
Pro : famous food in Singaraja Cons : place, portion Price : 4/5 Taste : 3/5 Cleanliness : 4/5 Tips : Siokba is mix among meet (like chasiu), pork belly, crispy pork skin, jeroan and covered with sweet-spicy sauce. Don’t forget to add vinegar-garlic to raise your appetite. For me it’s not very special, just can say it is not bad. The portion is small, you need to order 2 portion for male adult. Always follow my reviews, it's trusted and objective

Secret Garden is the most amazing of hidden garden settings.. truly beautiful ambience and peaceful very romantic atmosphere. The food was by far the best we had in Bali. Every meal was prepared to perfection and presented immaculately. It is very reasonably priced and not as expensive as the maps description.. I have been back a number of times as the romantic atmosphere and food is addictive ...fantastic. A special mention to the lady who greeted and served us each night. What a beautiful smile and welcome along with relaxed and fun style. A special lady who really impressed me in every way . Great staff, great food and great setting . 5 star !

We visited Secret Garden in Lovina on a Thursday evening, and the ambiance was truly magical, tucked away in a cozy, romantic garden. The avocado salad was outstanding, probably one of the best I’ve had globally, top quality ingredients with a perfectly balanced garlic lime sauce 10/10. The main courses were delicious, especially the spicy fried shrimp 8/10. Seafood curry was also above average 7/10. The local wine, Two Islands, was a delightful pairing 8/10. While the dessert banana crepes was a bit bland 6/10, the overall experience was wonderful, with great service and a charming atmosphere!
Onur G — Google review
To begin it’s an amazing location. Wonderful place, very cosy. On top of that, the service is so good. They are very kind and hartwarming. As that is not enough, the food is great, well-prepared, fresh ingredients, very tasty. It was the best gastronomic experience in Indonesia we had. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great dinner in Lovina.

The Secret Garden in Lovina is nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, every detail was crafted to perfection. The surroundings are immaculate, with gardens so carefully manicured they feel like a work of art. The service was exceptional—warm, genuine, and attentive without ever being intrusive. What truly made the evening unforgettable were the small personal touches: my wife’s name carefully written on a leaf and presented with a frangipani flower, and the stunningly carved vegetables that accompanied each dish. These details transformed a wonderful meal into an extraordinary experience. The atmosphere is equally special. The gentle music and thoughtful layout of the restaurant created a social, welcoming vibe that made the evening even more enjoyable. To top it all off, we were picked up and dropped off at our villa free of charge—an incredible gesture that speaks volumes about their commitment to hospitality. I cannot recommend The Secret Garden highly enough. It’s completely unique, one-of-a-kind in Lovina, and absolutely a must-do experience when visiting Lovina.

We visited Secret Garden in Lovina, and just like its name, it truly feels like a hidden gem. The garden setting and table arrangement were beautifully romantic. The service was warm and attentive. I normally don't eat avocado, but the avocado salad looked so appealing that I gave it a try—and it turned out to be the best avocado I've ever had. They served complimentary bruschetta in a wooden spoon, which was a nice touch. The seafood curry was decent, and the wine was quite good. I also loved the gong next to our table—after the guests left, I even got to play it myself. Overall, a charming place with great service and atmosphere.

Secret Garden is absolutely the best restaurant in Lovina and the surrounding area. Everything is perfect: the food is exquisite, the atmosphere is wonderful, the staff is fantastic, and the service is very pleasant. The food is fresh and the ingredients are of good quality. If you want to truly enjoy a good meal in a beautiful setting, we highly recommend Secret Garden. We love this restaurant!

Disappointed We expected something really good and it just wasn’t. My wife was greeted with “you’ll have to leave by “you must leave 7:30” not a good start. The gardens are beautiful. The prices are high, much higher than the vast majority of Warungs or Resteraunt in Lovina, which would be ok if the quality was there, it wasn’t! Tanda Pizza does far better Italian dishes. The drinks were poor, the gin fizz was flat, the mojito had so much chopped mint it blocked the straw and utterly dominated the drink. We ordered spaghetti bolognese and spaghetti carbonara, they were inedible, the bolognese was swimming in water and tasteless, the carbonara just tasteless even when extra salt and pepper added to try and help. We did have complimentary bruschetta was essentially a piece of prawn on chopped tomato, again tasteless. It is with regret I write this as I do not like negative reviews and hope this was just an off night. Additionally my wife is a chef and we’ve eaten in many wonderful Resteraunts, locally and internationally.

We had an excellent dinner here, which made us want to come back and repeat the experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the professional approach of the staff, which complemented the great atmosphere. The seating was pleasant in a quiet garden with nice decorations. We were thrilled with the food, which was very tasty and also very attractive. I must also mention the great Bali Lady cocktail, which I have never come across anywhere else. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Restaurant
Warung Jegeg, a local-owned eatery tucked away from the main road in Bali, offers exceptional service, high-quality food, and an elegant presentation that's bound to please even the most discerning palates. Each dish is crafted to order and bursting with delicious flavors. The prices are extremely reasonable for the authenticity and value it provides. This restaurant stands out as the top choice among all the places visited during a month-long journey across Bali.
They have alot of vegetarian options which were really good. You can follow cooking classes as well. The service was great and Fiona, who works there was really kind to us. Would definitely recommend this.

We had clear objective for local cuisine dinner and good review place. Ordered fried rice veggie and meat, soups and chicken legs. Simple place decorated wildly without one style, kitchen run by bunch of women but meal was good and tasty. At the end we had juices. Located close to street going to Lovina public beach

I've eaten in many warungs and generally they give you great value food and are run by lovely, genuine people. It was so disappointing to be taken advantage of in this one. An additional charge for the rice made its way onto my bill (!!), plus a 15% tax and service charge, which warungs typically don't add as extra. None of this was written in the menu. And the place is just a basic, slightly shabby room off the main street. This lady clearly took an opportunity to exploit me as a tourist, which I don't appreciate.

The food made by Viona was truly amazing—so delicious and beautifully presented. Her warm and kind nature made the whole experience even more special.

Don't miss out on this place. The food here is absolutely amazing and traditionally Balinese! The owner Wayan is very friendly and speaks English well. Try the pepes ayam and you will never wanna eat something else. A bit close to a busy road, cooking workshops also available. Highly recommend

Very good food for a reasonable price, everything freshly cooked, very nice owners. They even give cooking classes where you visit the local market to buy ingredients and then prepare the meals together. My daughters really enjoyed cooking there and the food was delicious.

Alam Sambangan - The Secret Valley Club is a pleasant establishment located near an Airbnb in Australia. It offers a serene atmosphere where visitors can unwind and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The menu consists of dishes such as nasi ayam with sambal, nasi goreng, and mi goreng, although the quality of the food is average. However, what truly sets this place apart is its friendly and accommodating staff.
The place is cozy and clean, with a pleasant atmosphere for dining or hanging out. The service is friendly, quick, and very attentive. The food tastes great and the portions are just right. Prices are reasonable for the quality offered. A perfect spot to come with friends, family, or even alone. Definitely worth coming back!🤩

Came on Saturday but there is no people here. It's kinda sad because the place is good. The view is great!! The service also great, the waiter is so friendly (forgot to ask his name). But the pool needs to be cleaned, the bean bags also need to be cleaned, the pizza needs to be upgraded a little bit. The ticket is rp 15k/person for local. The food's price is not so pricey for this kinda place. Just come and enjoy the view and the atmosphere. This place deserves more attention 🥰

They have 2 menus. A menu for Indonesians and a menu for tourists, with prices like 130k for a dish instead of 30k. So be aware of these scammers and ask the kind waters for the normal menu. When I talked to the boss, he told me “oh I’m sorry, we gave you the old menu.” Obviously a tourist trap. On the photo is the menu you should have, even as a tourist. The food wasn’t very good by the way.

Once upon a tome there might’ve been nice place but now definitely lacks management. Staff barely speak English. and whole place needs maintenance. We ordered pizza that we waited forever and in the end appeared to be made from frozen product bought from coco market or so. They don’t have availability for most of menu and I was served worse cappuccino i ever had ( there should be special place in hell for who made it on Bali ). And that’s true they have menu for tourists and three times cheaper for locals.

Absolutely magical place! 🌿 Alam Sambangan in Bali is a hidden paradise with stunning waterfalls, crystal-clear pools, and lush green jungle vibes. On our way to Aling Aling waterfall, our driver suggested stopping here for lunch. The ratings are very misleading. You can see remnants of a once-relaxing place, but now it’s run-down with almost nothing left on the menu. They brought us a ‘club sandwich’: two slices of white bread with lettuce, cucumber, and some mysterious kofta balls. The hygiene was alarming: toilets overflowing, no water or soap, in a state only seen in films of a dystopian future where humankind has almost been wiped out. Prices were outrageous for what you get. I ended up only eating a few fries and drinking a Sprite straight from the bottle. They only seemed to really address my male partner, probably assuming he was the only paying customer. Wounded cats and dogs wandered around, crying and rubbing themselves on you - that says all you need to know. Not recommended.

Warung Bambu Pemaron is a unique restaurant in Bali that offers a menu featuring both Indonesian and Balinese cuisine, all of which are prepared without the use of MSG. In addition to their delicious food, they also provide cooking classes as well as live performances of traditional Balinese music and dance. This establishment is highly praised for its friendly and helpful service, affordable prices (such as a dinner for two under $10 AUD), and adherence to Western hygiene standards.
Very tasty food! Ira is very friendly and open, like all the employees. The place is very beautiful. The service is perfect. My husband and i also attended a cooking class: we really enjoyed it and when we get home i will host a Balinese dinner for the family. A special place with a beautiful view of the rice fields. Thank you ❤️

The restaurant’s location is perfect and very easy to find. We had a delicious dinner here, which was freshly prepared and beautiful presented. We were really impressed by the cooking class offered here: in the morning, we went with Ira to the local market, where we bought fresh ingredients. Afterwards, we were allowed to prepare various dishes together with her and the cook in the kitchen. Cooking together was very enjoyable and Ira speaks perfect English, which made communication very easy. At the end we were able to try our own dishes and even take the recipes home with us. We had a wonderful time and can absolutely recommend this restaurant and the cooking class.

We ate here multiple times and did the cooking class. Cooking class was very professional, interesting and organised. We took a trip to the markets then back to the Warung for cooking. We made the tastiest Indonesian food ever! As for dinner here, it was amazing. As usual good things take a little time as everything is made from scratch, even the wrapping on the spring rolls to the sweet and sour dipping sauce.

The Warung Bambu is a beautiful restaurant with excellent food and very kind staff. The food is freshly cooked an made of fresh local ingredients that are well prepared by the talentes chefs. The restaurant is located near the beach, where you can catch up dolphin tours and snorkling tours while enjoying the sea. The restaurant also comes with an AirBNB that allows you to stay longer and includes some delicious breakfast. They also offers some cooking classes, where you can learn the preparation of local specialities. It includes a drive to the next local market to buy the fresh ingredients and learn about the culture. After returning to the restaurant you learn how to prepare and cook the ingredients from the talented chefs. We would really like to mention Ira, the owner of the business, who welcomed us so nicely and always helped us to improve our stay. We would absolutely recommend this Warung!

"The 10th Table" in Lovina is a luxurious and stylish restaurant with open and semi-open spaces that provide a pleasant evening chill. The staff is well-organized and attentive, offering small complimentary dishes while you wait for your order. The elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, along with top-notch food options like steaks, seafood, and pasta, make it a perfect place for a special meal. Additionally, the restaurant offers pick-up and drop-off services to ensure a worry-free evening.
An absolutely outstanding experience! The ambience was so inviting, warm and classy - perfectly curated music, and outstanding caring service from Angaar our waiter. And the food certainly lived up to all the great reviews - one of the nicest meals we had in Bali. The NZ steak was cooked perfectly (with excellent pepper sauce), complemented by delicious mash, and the must-have broccoli side. The salmon was also perfection, as was the outstanding bone-marrow and the puff pastry starters. Kids were delighted with their burger and meatballs respectively! As much as I loved my steak, that was a seriously good burger I would have been happy with too! Appreciated very much the amuse bouche and delicious complimentary bread (well the rye was sensational but strangely enough the baguette was stale 😬) All up a wonderful last meal in Lovina - if you’re thinking of eating here, don’t overthink it - just do it. Not cheap, but absolutely worth every cent and entirely reasonable for the quality of both the food and the experience!

Superb - food, service, setting all excellent - would love this as a local restaurantback home. Very good, broad menu of sophisticated dishes all turned out to a very high standard. Great setting with choice of seating outside or under cover beautifully designed

Came here for an anniversary dinner; very fancy but perfect in almost every way. We had the duck breast and lamb shank, and shared the seafood platter. They oysters were great. Service was perfectly attentive but not annoying. It was a Saturday night so expected a few more people to be there for the atmosphere. I made a reservation in advance but don’t think I particularly needed to. Music was chill; seating etc was comfortable and enjoyable. Food came pretty quickly - I think we were there an hour and a half for 3 a La carte courses - perfect for us. Cant wait to go back one day…

Best restaurant in Bali, hands down. I live in Lovina and have dined here multiple times with groups of EU/AUS friends. Everyone says it is one of the best meals of their lives. The menu, wine list, ambience, music, decor, lighting and art are all brilliantly curated to create an awesome, high-end dining experience. The food is just superb. From the theatrical delivery of steak tartare and French onion soup, “a la table”, the oysters, scallops, croquettes, bread and butter, duck breast, lamb shanks etc are all of international standard. In summary, I can’t recommend The 10th Table highly enough!! Dress up! Shout out to Angga and Ketut, two of the fantastic waiter team. Cheers, David.

This is definetely the place to be if you crave a good plate of pasta as it should be whilst in Bali. They do the pasta fresh for every order. I watched them doing it whilst sneaking a peak (or two) behind the kitchen glass window. Then, it is cooked to perfection aldente and dressed with a lovely sauce of your choice. The fresh basil pesto tastes so good and homemade that we had to come back all the way from Lovina the next day for it! We also ordered a side salad and the ingredients were fresh and crispy dressed in a well seasoned, tasty dressing. The pizza crust is also thin and good. But the pasta is just superb. The service people are really kind and attentive. 🙏 The atmosphere is not that appealing as it is right on a busy road but we did not care for this as the food is so good and the servers did a lovely job. Recommended pasta type: pasta rigatoni are the best.

TÜRK restaurant & bar is a Georgian eatery located in a less touristy area of Bali. Despite some negative feedback, the place offers friendly service and decent cuisine for its location. Dishes like Khinkalis, Ojahuri, Imeruli, and Badrijani are on the menu. Some visitors found the portions to be small but enjoyed the flavors. The restaurant also provides a great atmosphere for enjoying traditional Russian food.

Unfortunately we paid 250k and left hungry. This is the worst khinkali ever, the dough is thick and impossible to bite through. All the broth drained out of the khinkals because they were not even whole in shape. And the meat is tough as rubber. Perhaps the staff should be taught how to cook khinkali before they start serving customers

We waited for our order for about 1 hour. We had to cancel some of the dishes because we never got them. The shashlik was cold and overdried. The staff tried to heat the shashlik in the microwave despite the fact that we had cancelled this dish. Everything was disgusting, both the food and the service. I advise you not to spoil your mood and not to visit this establishment.

I am very unhappy with this restaurant, the service is low, the staff does not understand English. We ordered salmon and zucchini fritters. We were alone in the hall. There was no full landing. We waited for 40 minutes, and then they asked, "Where is our food? " The waiter clarified in the kitchen and told me to wait another 15 minutes. There was no limit to patience and indignation. We canceled the order, paid for the beer and the water we drank. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant.

We tried couple dishes there, here is what we got: - Ojahuri (beef with potatoes, onions, tomatoes) I like this dish, but the portion is just too small. - Imeruli (baked cheese bread) This is the best dish I got from here! The taste and the texture of the bread and the cheese is just delicious, and the portion is big. I do recommend this one! - Badrijani (eggplant) Yummy eggplant appetizer. The restaurant had issue with the gas, we wanted to sit inside, but the smell of the gas was very strong, probably from their kitchen, so we need to wait until the outdoor seating is available. We visit this place when Lovina having annual festival, so there was a lot of people around the street. -Jul 2023

Kakatua Bar & Restaurant is a must-visit spot in Lovina, Bali. The whole fish soup and European-style fish steak are delectable, while the coffee is top-notch. The staff's friendliness adds to the enjoyable dining experience. She said to me I would need another rice with the satay which I definitely didn’t need, I said ok and then when they served me they tried to give me a third rice was very strange. I only ate 1 rice another rice for chicken satay wasn’t necessary at all.

This is by far the best wrap I have ever had in my life. I actually finished the first plate and ordered a second lol. The pizza was also fantastic. Lovely staff and even lovelier food, I would recommend the chicken spiced wrap thing!

I had a great experience at Barakuda Restaurant, a cozy and relaxed eatery. The seafood offerings were superb, with an array of delectable dishes (including exceptional sauces). The proprietor was outstanding, displaying remarkable hospitality and kindness. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone in the vicinity seeking top-notch seafood dining.
Very sweet owners, the food was delicious and I loved the sauce with the pineapple flavor! The fish was nice and fresh, also the prawns were very tasty. We got free watermelon after the food and they gave me free bananas. Would recommend!

total disaster - not a real seafood restaurant - frozen old fish or seafood / all dishes totally salty / took ages to cook and we been the only guests. grilled prawn been not grilled - fried in oil in the pan - horrible experience - way too expensive as well -
Thailand L — Google review
Expectation management is the important key. The place is run a couple husband and wife with stock supply based on catch of the day. We were there during dinner time and there were only left with fish, prawn and squid with some small lobster. My personal take is skip the lobster and take the shrimp instead due to the value and portions. The environment is not very clean and there were many lizards. One pooped on my younger sister pants and she shrieked. There were also rats and a crab, which hid in a hole that leaded to the paddy fields and sometimes came out of the hole .The food was yummy especially the fried squid. On the other hand, the French fries were not very tasty because first of all, it wasn’t salty ,secondly it was soggy and not crispy like what I thought and last of all it was like mashed potato inside and it tasted bad even with ketchup. The service was good and they served you fruits at the end of the meal as we were the only customer for dinner. For 6 adults and 3 kids , we took 2xseafood package and added another shrimp, vegetable and 2 chicken portion. Every is stuffed . Owner is accommodating

My partner and I were in a mood for seafood, but we wanted really good quality seafood. We came here, and it was empty, which made us think we’d made a mistake. We sat down, and the kind man suggested the seafood for 2, which was 300k ($30AUD). Also, I am pregnant, so I asked for everything to be well cooked, which usually means all the flavour gets cooked away… When it came out, it was everything we wanted and more! There were two types of fish, and both were well-cooked, but still so so flavoursome! There were four sauces, all of which were delightful, including some garlic and vegetables, some sweet and sour arrangement, a chilli one and another delicious vegetable one. Everything was prepared and cooked so perfectly that it really made our night. Matur suksma! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Reviews that this place is a scam is TRUE. Their special platter was TINY, like for one person only (though it says it’s for 2), and the food was not. delicious! The fish, squid and prawns were sooo dry and tasteless, and it was 300K?! While the folks running the restaurant were nice, the place at 7pm was infested with mosquitoes and was not very clean.
Olivia L — Google review
Breakfast, toast with tomato and fried egg very small portion and not enough for 1 person. Good fruit juices, fresh and tasty. Atmosphere not good, dogs and cats around, bad smell from the kitchen, dirty river, ricefield is ok. Prices are average like anywhere in Lovina. The place overall looks not ok and like a restaurant. We thought it is a different restaurant and went inside by mistake, but when the resto owner come to us it was too late to leave 😀

5 stars for the amazing husband and wife duo. Felt like home cooked indonesian and balinese food. Cosy atmosphere. Cute dogs. Large portions of food. Crab soup, fresh grilled fish, buttered vegetables stir fry and their prawn fritters is a must try. And a free fruit platter at the end of each meal. You can try their baracuda if you are big fan of baracuda fillet.

The bottle of wine we had was excellent given it was imported from Argentina and kept in a very warm country. Definitely good value for money out here. Just go here if you want amazing food, it is fantastic.

This Warung is a family restaurant with a Mom who’s make everything in the kitchen alone and her daughters who help her in the dance floor. They are always smiling and very kindly. The Mom has own recipe for a Balinese spicy sauce what is very tasty.Ask her if you want to try it.The food is always fresh, warm, good quality and very very delicious.I think this Warung is the best in Lovina. It costs so little money you feel your friends invites to their house to eat and drink something great.Real Balinese hospitality.

Our favourite place to eat any time, even it is daytime or night. BUT you have to count with the Balinese ceremonies too. We always feel like we are going home and our step Mom just cooking us something delicious. Everything is fresh and of course you have to wait for it, because it is fresh, but it worst to wait. Portions are not too big, but enough. If you are hungry you can try to eat two plates of food from the menu, because the prices are good too. We are superhighly recommend this place to anybody who love to eat good and tasty food.

Owners are really nice and smiling which is good. Food is really good as well but way too small… and the service is really really slow. I’ve been waiting for 1h between the moment I ordered and the moment I have my food (and I was alone…)! I understand that it’s a small business but 1h for one person, when people that arrived after are served before is a bit too much… but I’ll come back too see if it is like this every that or if I was just unlucky !

Just off the main road but the sign is easy to miss. A cute authentic Warung. We had the chicken satay (delish) and the Nasi Campur which was also yum - did have a bit of "spicy kick" if you like it spicy. We also had the grilled Marlin with lemongrass and chilli. The fish was a little overcooked but the lemongrass chilli spices were great. We love visiting these authentic Warungs 🩵

A nice restaurant in a quite tiny village in the northern part of Bali. The restaurant is nothing spectacular but serves okay food for people passing by. I guess the highlight is really the swing, that is visible on many photos. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We visited Hatten Vineyard and the people there recommended us to have lunch at Warung Pencar. We ordered the grilled Baronang fish that comes with rice and soup, and another plecing kangkung dish, which was a bit oily. Overall a nice experience as the warung has a nice view of the sea except that it was really hot and humid. The place is clean and decent.

The friendly staff at Hotel Shri Ganesh are attentive and remember guests by name. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay.
A little paradise close to the sea with family atmosphere. Beautiful garden with swimming pool and nice bungalows. Very friendly and open owner and staff. Delicious food and awesome massages. All prices are fair. We ate here almost every day and did foot and facial massage and a 2 hour coconut massage. All can be recommended. If you ask, the staff will cook more Balinese food that is not on the menu. Special thanks go to Komang and Sudi for taking care of our baby Louis so many times while we were eating 🫶 Nothing to do with Shri Ganesh but want to mention: We cannot recommend dolphin watching. There are too many boats at the same time and they are chasing the dolphins as soon as they appear.

2nd Stay here and really cannot fault it . All I ask for is clean sheets hot shower and good water pressure and it ticks all the boxes. I chose the property because it's pet friendly and can take the dogs for a walk along the beach . But the hosts Made and Kadek are awesome , staff are friendly and attentive and restaurant food is great but also other restaurants in the area to choose from . Don’t read any of the old negative reviews. They are inaccurate. This place is among the best family run hotels I’ve been to. The pictures don’t do it justice. The garden, pool and bungalows are incredible beautiful, and the staff is the most friendliest you’ll ever meet. It has a small spa with good, cheap massages. If you go to Lovina, choose this hotel. You will not get more value for your money. Thank you!

What a great family run place to stay. Perfect place to easily walk to the beach to see the sunrise in the mornings and catch a boat to swim with the dolphins, you can even see the sun setting in the evenings over java. The gardens are very well-maintained creating such a calm peaceful atmosphere. The beds are super comfortable, the villa rooms are simple inside, but provide everything you need. The exterior though of each room is beyond amazing, the best I've seen so far in Bali. So well maintained and a reflection of true bali design and history everywhere you look. They even have a massage spa with 4 massage tables which is so nice having a massage without having to leave the property. The restaurant and bar area has all the nibblies and meals you can ask for. With a large well maintained pool it makes relaxing in this beautiful place so easy.. Attention to the details such as koi ponds and live acoustic music some evenings is what makes it and your stay memorable.

Third and unfortunately last time visiting. I don't like being served frozen food (rissoles) and to make it worse, not even properly heated. The naai goreng was bland and not appetising. Location is slightly hidden from the street, check google map. The place is a bit small with few tables, so can be rly crowded. Once I had a good Chicken Cordon Bleu in Zurich which cost about 30 francs. For that money you can get maybe 7 plates like the one on my pic, and each of them would blow the Zurich version away, it was fantastic. The Sate Babi and it's sauce was also delicious. Loving Hut - Singaraja is a delightful vegan eatery that offers an array of Asian-inspired dishes, making it a must-visit for anyone looking to explore traditional Balinese flavors. The menu features affordable and delicious options like nut satay and fried rice with mushrooms, which are praised for their fresh veggie taste rather than the typical mock meat flavor. While the fruit juices may not be the highlight—often described as too watery—the overall experience remains enjoyable.
The food here is amazing. I had the vegan mock meat teriyaki, satay skewers and mushroom rice. The price is also very cheap compared to other vegan restaurants in Bali aimed at tourists. I would highly recommend this.

Cheap, delicious and perfect for vegans to try out the traditional Balinese dishes! Loved the nut satay ❤ Especially because it doesn't taste too much like that typical mock meat flavour but more veggie-like. The fruit juices are not recommendable tho. They are cheap as well but way too watery, I could've skipped on those. Unfortunately they don't serve dessert. It's written vegan & vegetarian food, but menu has some confusing options. We ordered veg burger, french fries, veg. Pizza & ice tea. Taste was okay, doable, but quantity of fries & pizza was less compared to rate. According to the service & food, place seems little overpriced, but can't complain in a foreign land. Happy to find a Veg. Restaurant close by our stay at Singaraja, Bali. :)

I love all the dishes they do, especially the fried rice with mushroom and vegan satay. The most affordable, the cleanest and the tastiest vegan restaurant in Singaraja. Even though you're not vegan, I can guarantee that you will enjoy the dishes. You will be surprised that there is no animal products in any of the dishes. I visit at least once a month now. Very recommended!

If we could put less than one we would have but one star is the lowest rating possible here. The location of this Loving Hut was quite horrid. Phenomenally loud and absolutely no parking except for I space for a motorbike cramped into a sidewalk. We ordered the veggie burger and a vegetable soup and french fries. The veggie burger was a huge white processed bun with a tofu Patty about the size of a McDonald's sausage biscuit. It wasn't even two 2 inch in diameter. See photo attached. The french fries were skinny and processed and maybe the amount to fit in the palm of my hand if Lucky. The vegetable soup didn't taste bad but it was a scanty portion basic vegetables sliced in water with some flavoring. The Host we're kind and lived in the building. You can see their living room from the restaurant. We plan to report the restaurant to Loving Hut for them to officially review. We highly DO NOT recommend. Was unable to upload photo here. Will try to later.

Please do NOT bring your non-vegan friends here, they'd probably end up hating vegan food. This place is by far the worst vegan restaurant I've been to in the entire Bali. The problem is not in the food, it's in the heart. You can taste from the food that the staff didn't put any love and energy into the food. I was really disappointed. However, if you're vegan anyways, and haven't tried a variety of Balinese and Indonesian food, then you can certainly come here and order a bunch of small dishes, just for the sake of sampling a variety of local dishes at the same time.

4 of us had a great Vegan meal, clean place, quick service. (with only one person there - how did they do it) had to order takeaway of the fried soft tofu dish because we liked it so much.

Teduh Munduk Coffee & Eatery is a delightful gem that you simply cannot miss during your travels. The warm and welcoming staff instantly make you feel at home, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The establishment boasts a pristine environment and an inviting decor that beautifully marries traditional Balinese elements with modern touches, creating an enchanting ambiance. The culinary offerings are truly the highlight here; each dish is crafted with care and bursting with flavor.
Not only is the food delicious and affordable, the owner/chef is a sweetheart. She directed traffic as I parked my car. She let me charge my iPhone. She made several dishes less spicy for the kiddos. Service with a smile. And the food is also very delicious and made to order. The views are great as well!

Teduh Coffee and Eatery in Munduk is an absolute must-visit! You feel right at home here because of the super friendly staff who greet you with a smile. The place is also squeaky clean and tidy, which is always a plus. The decor is a perfect blend of classic Balinese and modern design, creating a wonderful atmosphere. But the most important thing, of course, is the food. The dishes are not only delicious, but the portions are also just right. You definitely won't leave here hungry. We tried the iced lemon tea ourselves, and it was absolutely perfect! You can taste that it's freshly made. In short, whether you come for lunch or dinner, Teduh Coffee and Eatery is definitely worth a visit. A true gem here in Munduk!

Madi is a great bartender. He explained us everything so well that we got the food more delicious. Although I'm sure anything would be delicious here. Everything was very clean and well presented. Many thanks to the other two people working. I don't remember their names, but their smiles brightened up our dinner. Thanks also to the driver, Putu, who recommended and brought us to dinner. 10/10 for the delicious dessert. Don't leave without trying the pancake and red sangria made by Madi. 🫶

This warung was such a great recommendation from our driver — the food was absolutely delicious! I had the chance to try authentic Balinese dishes, and everything tasted so fresh and homemade. I ordered the Ayam Betutu, which was full of flavor, and for dessert, I tried a local specialty with fried banana, chocolate, and cheese — surprisingly tasty! The food is made from scratch, so there’s a bit of a wait, but it’s totally worth it. The staff were kind, responsive, and very efficient. The whole experience was amazing, and the prices are more than affordable. Highly recommended if you want real Balinese flavors in a warm, welcoming place!

The Sande Coffee Break cafe receives high praise for its knowledgeable and proactive staff, including the young man named Made. Not only does the cafe provide stunning views, but it also offers a variety of delicious treats such as Balinese Coffee and freshly made hot fritters with chocolate sauce. Additionally, customers can enjoy palm sugar and cinnamon stick spoons to enhance their experience. The cafe is known for its welcoming atmosphere and the owner's friendly nature.
Small coffee shop with very friendly service. We ordered a cup of coffee and a cup of tea. At our suprise we also received a delicious sweet tasting snack for free (1/2 of the snack in the picture). Location of Sande Coffee Break is one meter away from the rice fields. So an amazing view when enjoying your coffee or thea (different flavor options for both). After your break you can walk through the rice fields. This will only take about 30 minutes from start to finish (if you don't stop all the time for taking beautiful pictures).

The Hidden Gem in Munduk . If you are in Munduk seen waterfall and all. You need to be here just give cherry on top for your trip. It is simple cafe run by a very sweet family Salamat his wife and too beautiful kids. The location is to die for right next to huge luss green rice field. Evening you see sunset if weather is fine . They also sell some spices and salamat is guide and trek orginizer too if you need the service . I visit thrice in my short stay here. They serve various teas like jasmine, hibiscus 🌺 etc long with local coffee and beer . They don’t have anything to eat just have banana fitter but they are yup with the tea and view .

Nestled in the lush surroundings of Lovina, Warung Pule Kembar is a charming eatery that truly embodies the spirit of family and community. Run by a warm and intelligent family, this delightful spot offers an authentic dining experience where every meal is crafted with love. Guests rave about the tuna cooked in banana leaves, served alongside sambal, rice, and fresh veggies—all sourced from their own garden.
I went there because it was only one minute from my hostel. I was a bit disappointed at first because it was closed but they opened specifically for me, which I found very touching. It's a freshly opened warung, only six months old, run by a couple with their two sons. You actually eat in their house, in the first room when you enter, which consists of a kitchen and a small dining area, only two tables. They cook everything fresh, thus taking a little bit long but it's not an issue to me, but especially they cook with the heart. Each one of them help in the kitchen, they cook as a family and it warms my heart. I had a very simple dish but oh my it was delicious! They are genuinely interested about you and the father even offered me some banana and papaya as dessert coming from their garden. What a nice gesture! Honestly such a beautiful place to dine in! Don't hesitate to come eat there, they need your help to grow and they definitely deserve it!

Best Warung in Bali! For three weeks, we visited a different Warung every day, and this was by far the best, most enjoyable, and most delicious one! The owners are incredibly kind, and their super sweet sons help out in the kitchen. As a family, they prepare your food fresh on the spot, using mostly ingredients they grow themselves. The food was absolutely delicious! The parents handle the cooking while the sons prepare the vegetables and plate the dishes with so much love and care. We truly think this is the best Warung! Highly recommended! Greetings from the Netherlands!

The best restaurant on the island. You must go there when you visit Rovina Beach. Great traditional food at a great price. And a great family. I went to eat 8 times during my stay near here. I will go back when I return to Bali. Wonderful local restaurant

That’s how real Bali tastes and is. Starting with a meet of a family who runes Warung, you can feel real kindness and love coming from their harts. They are hardworking, caring about dishes and all guests. Food was freshly made from scratch next to us, came hot, full of taste and looking beautiful. I can for sure say it was the best experience of my entire Bali trip. I felt here just like in home. During waiting for dishes on of sons told us a lot about Bali culture, religion, stories that you cannot find in internet. You just can’t miss this place while in the north of Bali. Worth riding here just to experience this.

Beautiful family blooming in Lovina jungle 🤍 Such a pleasure to have meals in this small warung, beautiful family cooking and helping together to make delicious food. Can feel they put a lot of love in the meals. Two biggest trees in this area just right on the garden beside warung, very good energies. Sometimes the door closed, can send there text from the number on google on WhatsApp. They are helping and loving.

You should believe others who tell you this is a special little place run by a really kind and intelligent family. I ordered tuna cooked in banana leaf with sambal and rice and veggies on the side. The meal was absolutely delicious and piping hot, everything made fresh using ingredients from their garden. I spent quite a while chatting with the chef's 2 sons, who were really engaging to talk to and had great English. They told me a lot about life in Bali and we're interested to hear about England too. I got the restaurant's insta account and if my partner and I get married I've promised to invite them to the wedding! Best of luck to you and your family, you have a lovely warung with great food.

Mister Crab is a beloved dining spot nestled near Jl. Pantai Penimbangan in Buleleng, Bali, where locals flock for an authentic Asian and Indonesian seafood experience. This charming eatery boasts an impressive selection of fresh seafood, including crabs that are cooked to perfection. Guests rave about the delightful chili crab and baked options, ensuring there's something for everyone’s palate.
Best Lobster I ever tried. We order 300/350g lobster with garlic butter for 175k each, highly recommended! Then one kg of green mussels, quite sweet but good, and the crab was pretty full and tasty. They even provide gloves if you don't want to get pretty messy
Galindo — Google review
This is my favorite food place in North Bali so far. The taste is delicious and portions are very generous! The sauce they use to cook seafood in is a bomb, very nice! Every detail is thought for from the apron to protect the clothes from a sauce splashing, to a gloves to keep the hands clean. We've had a set B with an add on of a squid. Scrumptious!
Yelena L — Google review
I tasted lobster for the first time in my life. It's not comfortable to eat it. I know that there are special devices for cracking lobster shells. Here they can offer a knife instead of these devices. So it was my fight with the lobster shell for its meat. It was an interesting experience. Good prices.
Myroslava K — Google review
I didn't come to order the live seafood that they displayed in the aquarium, I ordered a size S lobster and a size S squid to try one of the seafood dishes in the Singaraja area.Grilled squid is only seasoned with soy sauce and the lobster taste is not fresh, fishy and too salty, as another reference at @Griya kepiting far provides a better experience with a more seasoned taste, taste and portion are commensurate with the price. However, despite all that, the speed of service and friendliness are quite good.

We were tired and hungry, we chose this place based on good reviews, but were disappointed. The portions are very small, even my child didn’t get enough. They take a long time to cook and when my son and I had already eaten, my husband waited another 15 minutes for his dish. The food was certainly delicious, but for this price it was not enough; we did not expect that 1 portion of spaghetti was about half the size of a normal portion. I don't recommend this place

Geprek Chicken Katsu - the chicken katsu isn't cooked, it's golden brown, but the inside is still red :)) - The geprek chili sauce is bland, doesn't have any taste, is it salty or not, isn't it spicy, huff, even though it's not cheap, you know? 2. Chicken Katsu - Same as the minus above, the chicken katsu wasn't cooked - What kind of sauce is it? No bbq, no tomatoes, wow, I'm so confused that I can't eat the sauce, it's better to just use chili & tomato sauce if it's like this 3. Almond Coffea - strange after taste, like using coffee flavoring (Original) 3 Pesanan yg pengen banget aku review biar owner nya perbaiki: 1. Chicken Katsu Geprek - ayam katsu nya ga mateng, golden brown sih, tapi dalem masih merah:)) - sambel geprek nya hambar, ga ada rasanya, asin enggak, pedes engga huft padahal ga murah juga harganya loh? 2. Chicken Katsu - sama kyk minus diatas, ayam katsu nya ga mateng - saos nya apaan sih😭 bbq engga, tomat engga aduuhh bingung banget sampe ga dimakan loh saos nya, mending kasi saos sambel & tomat aja deh kl kyk gini 3. Almond Coffea - after taste aneh, kyk pake perisa kopi

Have been in Bali for 4 years and this was without a doubt the worst food i have had. I don’t usually give bad reviews, only ever given 3, I think, prefer to give only good reviews so people that follow me know the places i recommend are worth it. But in this case there is No hope for Hope. In reply to your response - i asked to speak to the manager when we paid for our meal and suddenly nobody could speak English however I stated clearly exactly what I said in the review to the cashier, 2 guys that I took to be cooks at the servery and one guy who was serving - i stated that I would be giving this review. We ate the tiny tasteless portions because were so hungry. The nasi goreng seafood had no seafood, no fkavour except for stale rice and was brown without any taste of soy sauce so i dont know what was used to colour it. I ordered the mixed seafood grill to be told it would take 30 minutes even though there was no one else before us and 3 people arrived after. So i ordered the chicken steak with extra fries. I got a tiny piece of tasteless chicken smothered in pasta sauce (from a jar i suspect) a few fries and some soggy overcooked beans.
