Fast food and pastry are delicious here however bakery feels a little expensive. We had sping paneer roll, creamy veg croissant in fast food and Lemon swiss roll , Tiramisu in Pastry. Everything thing was delicious other than Lemon swiss roll which for me feels little different but feels ok to my wife so I guess it was worth a try. Sitting arrangement is small not much space other than that everything seems perfect.

Bake Masters is THE PLACE for an amazing range of cookies, lamingtons, salty crackers, rusks etc. The Buns & Breads are fresh and fluffy, pastries are tasty too, keep an eye for Vegetarian (eggless) ones they are clearly marked on the name tag. The products are well labeled and stacked for visitors. There are quite a few flavours available for cake orders and tea cakes & marble cakes are something you should definitely try. The team is kind and assists well, owners at the desk always make sure you taste-test new things that they’ve made. I always pick cookies and rusks in bulk and send it to my family and friends in different cities. A happy customer, always! :)

Bakemasters store is very different than a regular bakery store, it's more grand and aesthetically designed to add value to each item on display. Ofcourse the variety is endless that speaks volume about the hard work being done in their in house bakery. Staff is cordial and helps you find and taste sample items as well, billing is also quick and hassle free. Must visit.

Your biscuits and rusk are awesome. In my entire life of 50 years must have had biscuits and cookies from hundreds of bakeries but nothing comparison to your Rusk and biscuits. I have been coming Dehradun very often but this time got chance to purchase from your shop. Do open shop in Mumbai so we can have it daily with our morning and evening tea and even would love to eat your other products

The auality is degrading day by day, the service and hygiene getting poor as well. The guy serving the chat items doesn’t even wear gloves and shows resistance when requested to. Food kept open uncovered, there was a dead fly in our food which is extremely pathetic to see, and the guy was so casual and said ‘koi ni dusri bana deta hu’. Such a poor management.

My wife ordered a Casata cake for my birthday last night through Swiggy. At 12 midnight when we cut it, it had an unusual smell. I still ate some of it thinking that I may be over reacting to the pungent smell. After that I got sick on my birthday. So, essentially it was a stale cake. This is unacceptable. I bought four items from here. I bought apple pie and it tasted like garlic and onion. I don't know if it was stale or what. The hindi proverb Unchi dukan phike pakwan perfectly fits this shop. So i recently went there and packed a mango cheesecake and a blueberry cheesecake to my house it really looked good so i was thinking to have it for dessert after dinner , me being patience looking forward to eat it after dinner made me remembered the quote ‘ALL THE GLITTER IS NOT GOLD’ the cheesecake literally tasted like excessive sugar topping and a base with PARLE-G biscuit . The place is very crowded, and it’s located inside the shopping street. I don’t think it’s worth the hype. According to the lady (owner), their bestseller is pista butter cookies, which are somewhat similar to Frontier Biscuits that you can buy in your own city. P.S. I’m not a local.

One of the best bakers in dehradun. Sanitization and hygiene was maintained, staff was working fast and even after so much customer at the head they were tackling each and everyone politely. Plum cake,butter cake and salted chips are some of items which I have been eating from years. All food items are available at a reasonable rate and they taste good and fresh. Birthday, anniversary, recovery any kind of cake are available here but inform them timely and they will give you a nice service. Even for elderly people rusk and namkeen are good choice.For vegetarian people eggless cakes and pastries are alsl available.But only concern is that don't bring your vehicle to the market ( paltan bazar) it is getting crowded day by day, please try to understand that paltan bazar is meant for walking and then shopping. Very Sorry to say but the quality of the products has gone down drastically. The milk rusk I bought were smelling of purified oil. Once I ordered chocolate muffins, they were hard and tasteless, none of the kids had it, had to throw them. We used to buy so many packets of rusk and biscuits for our friends and relatives, whenever they visited or we visited them. I don't think that's gonna happen anymore, not Worth the hype. I hope they improve the quality and regain the trust of customers again.

I ordered multiple products and made sure that all the biscuits that I got were made from butter and not vegetable oil. It was only when I came home, I saw that the hard box packaging of multigrain biscuits, which said made from butter and was also higher in price, had plastic-covered biscuits inside it, which had vegetable oil as an ingredient instead of butter (Photographs attached). I don't know if customers have been aware of this scam.

We ordered a cake for a special occasion and were extremely disappointed. The flowers on the cake looked dull, lifeless, and more like thrown-away flowers than fresh decorations. On top of that, the cake color was completely inaccurate compared to what we had asked for. For this, we were charged a good amount, but the quality was definitely not worthy of the price. To make matters worse, the employee even had the audacity to argue with us instead of acknowledging the mistake. This was supposed to be a centerpiece for our celebration, but instead it ruined the moment. Very dissatisfied with both the presentation and the service.

Some items are top notch while some need to be spruced up . Nonetheless the items are fresh and always decent . Tried the paneer kathi roll which was good but the paratha was hard and not crisp. The filling was tasty. So overall the roll was a 3/5. The caramel cake (3/5) this time around looked and tasted different from the ones bought from here in the past. We prefered the earlier version. The sauf rusks were crisp and tasty. (4/5) The pineapple pastry and chocolate pastry were good aswell. (4/5) The staff gets the job done. No complaints as such.

Standard Bakers used to be very trustworthy in terms of taste and quality. But now not only the taste has deteriorated but also the product quality. Packed items are not fresh and taste worse. It was time when standard Bakers used to sell fresh stock but now it is only focused on infrastructure and aesthetics. I got my cake from Swiggy, and it arrived perfectly fine, not a single spill! It was delicious, and the packaging was great, with all the info on it.

We ordered a beautiful first birthday cake for my daughter dehradun bakingo. Well our expectations were shattered and our moment with our daughter celebrating her first bday was ruined when we did not recieved the cake on time, it was past midnight and on top of that the cake we received was damaged. We contacted customer service and the store at that very moment. Well customer service do not work pas 11pm and the store apologized and told that morning the money will be refunded and ask to keep the cake as an apology for ruining the celebration. Next morning I contacted the customer service and it was so delayed service over WhatsApp. Finally I got them over call and to my surprise I was asked if the cake is still with you I said yes. So they told me that the refund will be given to you only after picking up the cake. Well that's the height of shameless behaviour. First ruin the special moment and then not responding to the complaint properly and aske for the cake back before initiating any refund. And say I am sorry won't happen next time is not going to bring that moment back. I won't be ordering from you guys next time. I have no issue with returning the damaged cake and no need to refund my money. I will think I have donated that cake to the poor today. But this behaviour is so cheap and unprofessional. Love their cakes! 1. My first time ordering from them was a Fruit Cake, and I was very pleasantly surprised by how rich and tasty the cake was. It was a little smaller than I had expected, but the quality almost made up for that. 2. The other time I tried a Blueberry Cheesecake, which was again absolutely delicious! What I loved was how balanced the sweetness in the cream cheese was compared to the slight saltiness of the biscuit base. Just loved every bite! Would definitely order again!

We tried the Trio Bruschetta and Arugula Sandwich. Both were just yummy and it was a delicious breakfast for us. Portion size is great. One disheartening thing is we saw full size cakes being thrown in the bin. If this can be managed through effective handling of cooking only necessary items or giving away to the poor, it can make a big difference

It’s a famous landmark in Landour, but that really doesn’t do justice to the food they serve. Honestly, one of the best bakeries I’ve been to. The quality of food was excellent. It was overpriced but it is expected at such a remote location. The bakehouse is quite busy so you might have to wait outside. The banana Coco chip cake was amazing and so was the muffin.

This place has my heart! I landed up here accidentally while I was roaming around waiting for my hostel to check me in. I guess the only reason I ended up here was because it opens earlier than most cafes in the street. I visited every single day of my stay afterwards :) The view from the balcony is just mesmerising. The staff is very friendly, they wouldn’t bother you even if you’re seated for hours (unlike many other places in the vicinity, understandably so they care about table rotation). The place has a free WiFi, and power plugs :) So work away for as long as you want. The food and beverage options are decent, and the pricing is alright. The menu is vegan friendly.

Very poor quality if food. Uses subpar ingredients. The nutella they use for the waffle is also some local brand. I saw it with my own eyes on the counter shelf. The mushroom sandwich tasted bitter. It was priced 400Rs and honestly there were only 4 pieces of mushroom and a dollop of Pesto. Intially the servers were adding mayo I had to tell them that it mentions pesto and not mayo. They were themselves surprised. They don't even know their menu. Coffee was pathetic. Tasted just like milk. Please do not visit this cafe. Infact all reviews seems to be fake. Please be mindful.

Disappointed with the Chef's culinary skills. We ordered 'Chilli Basil Noodles', we received salty chowmien noodles. Ordered 'Greek Salad' specifically asking for feta cheese, we received an over-sour-salty marinated salad plate with salted cottage cheese, rendering it inedible. The pastries were delicious and well made. The muffin was also good but could have been much better at that price. Later we also ordered two lattes which was equally good. For two people we paid around 1400 which is a bit pricy for many people including us. But we were so frustrated from the food we have had so far at our stay and other cafes that we coulpd justify the price for the experience. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Tapovan atleast once and more if your budget allows.

The prices are lower than most and the quality is better than most. We tried the fresh fruit cream and the Danish pastry, both of which were delicious. Chic Choc is also popular for its fruit cream but Casa Mia’s was less sweet, more rich in fruits and a must-try. They've also got an excellent range of hot and crisp patties which in the winters would be ideal, but before you get to them you must grab some of its frozen drinks and desserts. This is the only place in Dehradun (after visiting over 30 cafes) that made my coffee exactly as I wanted it. I absolutely love Eddie’s! The owner of Eddie’s is actually the sister of my school teacher, who was also my class teacher in 6th grade — and my favourite, too. The first time I ever tasted their cake was when my teacher brought it on the last day of 6th grade as a farewell treat. And bro, I was in love! Later, during college, I visited Eddie’s a few times with my college friends and always ended up telling this little story about the owner being related to my teacher (lol). Also, fun fact — the owner took part in MasterChef! We used to ask our class teacher if she really was her sister, and those little moments were so much fun. Their cheesecakes are to die for. Awesome and one of the best bakery in Dehradun. Must visit if you are lurking around the town. Tried the chocolate pastry, bun maska (which was too good), milk badam (must try) and coffee. Small sitting place inside the shop with an accommodation of 4-5 peoples. Had a nice time there, all sort of sweet snacks and savories items available including cream roll, Nan khatai, bread, pastries etc. Do give them a try! Recommended from my side.

Oh i absolutely loved this cafe! Not only is the coffee top notch (for all the coffee lovers , yes they do have freshly roasted beans!! ), the bakery items are sooo good and fresh. I visited this cafe on both the days i was in landour, the location is good, you can actually sit here , work and watch the sunset peacefully meanwhile indulging in their Carrot cakes or apple crumble pie or any other item. I even got home Camel's back coffee ( medium roast, nutty), and loved it. They have a collection of books too if you just want to cosy up and read. I actually found a book On Mussoorie and the various walking trails you could take there. Had a great time. Would highly recommend !!!

Lotte's is one of those little gems in Landour. The café is small and super cute, with a cozy vibe that matches perfectly with the calm and misty surroundings.

This is an og cafe in Landour. As a first time visitor, the café vibes in this one feel quite original and authentic. My friend took some coffee which he liked, and we shared a carrot cake which was hands down superb in taste. As a tourist, I’m honestly quite surprised by how authentic and organic this café feels, there’s some sense of peace and tranquility that I haven’t felt elsewhere, like this is a real café guys. I visited during evening time, and I think after that it becomes bit too dark on the roads so avoid visiting too late. It will be a long time before I visit Mussoorie again, but definitely looking forward to visiting here next time. Café staff was also quite friendly so credits to them.

This place is an island for me in Mussoorie or perhaps in Uttarakhand. I have been traveling in India for 5 weeks and it felt so amazing to go to a coffee shop that not only sells top quality home roasted coffee and very delicious food but it is so clean and neat and the interior design is so beautiful it made me feel home and I went back multiple times. Thank you for this nice experience. I bought a bag so it will remind me at this great time. It would be amazing to see more similar places across India.

Best of the best in town… it’s our fav go to place. I have been to so many top notch cafés but none can beat their coffee. It’s literally heaven🤌🏻 their plain croissants and cakes, plus pastas are worth the try. They do have their own bakery factory so you can trust blindly. And another best thing about them is their staffs… so gentle, their services, the way they talk everything is sooo good.

Pathetic experience ever not expected at all, we visit at 10 around they took our order and serve at 11pm the moment we started having it, they turned off the light and we asked the employee shall we leave “he stated YES”. Not at all recommended anyone here where low class service given by the employee.. worst attitude at all of the employee who serve the client like this. Adding photo for the reference as my friend took the phot, you may see they turned off light and put the shutter down, you may also see that employee clearly who was too rude with us and standing like he has not done anything wrong, take some action against him.

I ordered a one pound chocolate truffle cake for my birthday with a simple design and safe to say, I was terribly let down by Eltham. The design required pink icing/frosting which was of such poor quality that the pink dye literally stained everyone's hands and refused to come out despite several washes. The truffle cake was rock hard and most definitely stale, even as I was assured of a fresh cake. Having sampled truffle cakes from several bakeries in Doon, I know enough to say that no truffle cake should be that hard if it was fresh (no matter the amount of time it may spend in the freezer/fridge). We had to dig our spoons in with both hands to get a piece and moving forward, it only got harder. Considering the exclusive price of ₹800 that the bakery asked for the cake, I am extremely dissatisfied by the product I received and the only thing to say is that if Eltham cannot hold up the standards that a customer expects for a price like that, they should lower down their rates to that of the local bakeries, instead of harping on quality that is next to degradable. I liked the bakery for their breads and croissants but this was my first time ordering a cake from them as well as the last.

Cafe has a great atmosphere and staff was also nice. I bought eclairs and banana cake which were delicious. Only sad part was their kitchen was closed so couldn't taste the food. Definitely recommend for pastries and cakes.

This place serves best coffee in town undoubtedly. I love their freshly baked buns and croissants. The only downside of the place is, at times they serve stale desserts which is highly unacceptable and can be worked on. Their menu items are decent and their pastas are must try if you’re visiting their place. I just love their blueberry cheesecake and Belgian chocolate pastry. They know how to handle the amount of sweetness in their desserts. Neither to sweet nor too bland these two picks never let me down.

One of the oldest bakeries in Dehradun. Must try is coffee and croissant. It has old retro vibe, located in upscale area. Crowd is good, food options available. Nice place for an evening chill.

I have been to other bakeries, and this is the best. It’s comfortable here. The customer service is outstanding. Alfredo pasta was absolutely delicious! Everything in this place looks so good. Very clean, friendly atmosphere. The place offers a lots of variety. Multigrain Khari, Jamaican Coffee cookies, pineapple pastries and Plum Cakes are the highlights. The pastry names may be ordinary but the taste is far from it. Best apple pie I have ever tasted.” Definitely our new go-to bakery!

Got Bento Cake from them for Rs 150 which tasted fine. They seem to have limited variety of cakes and pastries which was a turn off. From the outside it appears to be a full fledged bakery but it can be termed as more of a cafe. Please do ask for bill for the items you buy. Would request them to add more bakery items to their menu which would be highly appreciated.

Tried there bakery several times as it is near my house but it so happens that all there sponge bases no matter what flavour you choose taste like vanilla base . The variety is less , and even their chocolate pastries have a very strong taste of cinnamon in them .. not something I am a big fan of . The quantity provided is good but I am not a big fan of the quality . Have tried their donuts twice . Was good once and bad the next time so consistency is also not maintained. The staff is very polite and helpful There is ample parking space present outside The interiors of the bakery are very cute and it has savoury options in its menu as well . There is a chai shop called chaisum beside it that also belongs to the owner .

Must visit this place around Christmas 🎄, they make delicious ginger cookies. They have variety of designer cookies. Their alcohol cake is amazing, n u should also try their brownie.

The owner is really welcoming. I have not had this good brownie in a while. Subtle flavors in pastries and donut was very good. Must visit. The staff is really humble. Love from Rajasthan.

As a last minute resort for Father's day, we stepped inside this little patisserie. It is so beautiful with its blue and pink pastel shades. Now for the food, we didn't get a cake (because they were sold out on dry cakes and normal ones). We bought pineapple pastries instead. They were eggless, moist, fresh and delightful. Waiting to try them out for another occasion as well. Good work there !!!

That was my first order with cake and flakes. There cake was absolutely amazing. Thank you for making a delicious cake for my husband’s surprise party! I would definitely not hesitate to use and recommend cake and flake again! I know this picture is not good enough but it was so pretty same as we envisioned. I ordered a dark chocolate cake for my brother's birthday which was delicate and luxurious to eat, everybody loves it & it's a prime example of good quality. I'm completely happy with the customer service. It's a must visit patisserie.
