Bodies of Water
Rewalsar Lake, also known as Tso-Pema or the Lotus Lake, is a picturesque square-shaped lake nestled at an altitude of 1360 meters on a mountain spur in Rewalsar, Himachal Pradesh. The stunning natural beauty of the lake is complemented by its surroundings, which include lush greenery and floating islands of reed.
Visited Rawalsar Lake, and it was a truly peaceful and refreshing experience! The lake, surrounded by lush greenery, offers a calm and scenic atmosphere. We also visited Gurdwara Sahib and nearby religious sites, which added to the spiritual charm of the place. The serene environment, with its mix of nature and spirituality, made for a perfect getaway. A must-visit for those seeking tranquility, natural beauty, and positive vibes!

It has a small zoo for kids. You can enjoy a museum in a gurudwara and a museum. It is a very peaceful place for meditation. You can stay here for a night.

Beautiful and very peaceful place to visit in this area. This Lake is very beautiful with fishes 🐠 and Ducks 🦆. It may become more beautiful if bushes at surroundings of the lake were removed.
Rohit ( — Google review
Rewalsar Lake is calm, beautiful, and a great place to just sit, chill, and stare into the distance like you’re solving the mysteries of life. The view is lovely, the breeze is nice… but let’s be honest — there’s not a whole lot to “do” here. And before you get any bright ideas — don’t feed the fish. Unless you’re carrying ₹5000 just for the fine. The fish look hungry, but the rules are stricter than school exams. There are some snack stalls nearby and a few places to try Tibetan food, which is actually pretty good and worth a bite. Overall: Great place to relax, click some peaceful pics, and enjoy the lake view — just don’t expect too much action. Come here when your soul needs a break, not when you’re craving an itinerary.
Shishir K — Google review
Rewalsar Lake is a serene and spiritual spot surrounded by three beautiful monasteries, a Gurudwara, and a small temple. The calm atmosphere is perfect for reflection—though the temple’s loud music at times disturbs the otherwise peaceful setting.
Mukund G — Google review
A very peaceful and holistic place .The whole town is surrounded around the lake People live over there in peace and harmony, mostly Tibetan. Good place to stay to purify your soul and mind.
Paramjit S — Google review
It is located around 18-20 kms away from Ner Chowk. The road to reach there is narrow, and being widened at the very end. The whole town is located around the Lake. The lake is sacred amongst Hindus, Sikhs and Buddhists. There’s a monastery, a Shiva temple and a Gurudwara around the lake. The lake is beautiful and it has lot of fish inside it. The garden needs a bit of maintenance and cleaning. There’s a car parking inside the lake premises.
Parul T — Google review
Lake Rewalsar, also known as Tso Pema, is a significant pilgrimage site in the Buddhist tradition. It was one of the highlights on our two-week road trip. The lake holds deep spiritual meaning, with unique stories and beliefs in both Buddhist and local traditions—each version equally fascinating.

Hindu temple
Hiking area
Place of worship
Located near Janjehli in the Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh, Shikari Devi Temple is a popular Hindu shrine and pilgrimage site. Positioned at an elevation of 3359 meters atop Sikhari Devi Peak, it offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas. The trek to the temple from various valleys is challenging but rewarding, with stunning sunrise and sunset vistas.
HIked 7.2kms +1083 steps to the Shikari devi temple (hunters godess) from Raigad one way. Its the highest peak of Mandi district, 3218 mtrs high. Took me c5hrs to & fro today (25Feb), 95% walk is on snow, encountered snow blizzard during descent. Plan for early morning with the aim to return back by 2/3pm (we all know weather gets bad post noon)
Sidharth G — Google review
Spiritual bliss amidst breathtaking beauty! This temple is a hidden gem, nestled in the mountains with a stunning view that will leave you speechless. The trek to the temple involves climbing 1100 stairs, but trust me, it's WORTH IT! The scenic route winds through lush green grasslands, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains that will take your breath away. The mountains stretch as far as the eye can see, with rolling hills and verdant valleys below. As you climb higher, the air grows fresher, and the atmosphere becomes more serene. The temple itself is a peaceful oasis, perfect for introspection and connection with nature. The architecture is beautiful, and the ambiance is calm and soothing. You can feel the spiritual energy emanating from the temple, making it a truly uplifting experience. The views from the top are simply stunning, with the sun casting a golden glow over the mountains and valleys. It's a perfect spot for photography, meditation, or simply soaking in the beauty of nature. I would highly recommend this temple to anyone looking for a spiritual experience, a challenging trek, or simply a chance to connect with nature. Whether you're a nature lover, spiritual seeker, or adventure enthusiast, this temple is a must-visit destination!

Shikari Mata Temple is a peaceful and scenic place located at about 3,332 meters in the Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh. It can be reached by road with mesmerising views of entire janjheli & shikari valley . From the parking area, you need to do a short uphill hike of about 10–15 minutes to reach the temple. The place is surrounded by green meadows, forests and amazing mountain views. It’s not just a spiritual spot but also great for nature lovers. A perfect mix of beauty, calmness and a bit of adventure. Highly recommend!

Shikari Mata Temple sits atop on peak -about 3,359 m above sea level. High altitude: steep climb, over 500–600 stone steps. It’s a roofless temple dedicated to the goddess of hunters, Shikari Devi. It is said to be built by the Pandavas during their exile, the temple’s mythology stretches back to the mahabharat. Local devotees said, Despite a roofless shrine, the temple always remains snow-free, even during heavy winter snowfall—while the surrounding peaks are blanketed.

We want this place and this place was beautiful and I was getting different kind of spiritual connection over there And landscapes are really amazing from the top.
Soul__ A — Google review
If you’re fit to hike 1200 stairs one way then you must visit this awesome spiritual place and pay homage to the very revered Shikari Mata. This is perhaps the only worship place on earth which has no roof at an elevation of more than 3350 meter. Miraculously when the entire hill is snow capped the deity idols have no snow on them and visible throughout. It’s around 18 km from Janjehli Valley and can be reached through the forest road half of which is tarred and another half is off road. Better go by local cabs to avoid vehicle breakdown and also to enjoy the breathtaking view on the way. A must visit place for all travel enthusiasts.

Historical place
Nestled along the serene banks of the Beas River, Shri Triloknath Temple is a historic gem in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. Constructed in 1520 AD by Sultan Devi, the wife of Raja Ajber Sen, this sacred site showcases stunning North Indian temple architecture and features a captivating three-faced idol of Lord Shiva.
Very beautiful temple and beside river very calm no rush here. Ancient in design and architecture.

Very ancient temple, almost 500 years old. Onecan feel the history here.
Dr. T — Google review
I visited Shri Triloknath Temple in Mandi and had an amazing experience. The temple is carved out of a mountain, and all the God murtis are too. It's really beautiful and unique. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the view of the beas river is stunning.
Akash S — Google review
The most serene, most beautiful ancient temple on the bank of river Beas. (Bipasha). Its not very big, but perfect in ancient architectural schema, a Sikhara type stone temple with amalaka at the top and very inteicately curved stone motifs on it. The main shrine is with Garvagriha and square mandapam before it. a few other smaller temples are present in the courtyard, but two are comleyely ruined. The courtyard is wonderful, overlooking the mighty Bipasha, with this temple complex and trees. On the other bank another beautiful temple can be seen on the other bank at the confluence of the Suketi Khal with the Bipasha river. The most suitable site to errect the Panchavactro Temple. If one turns to left, the british era beautiful bridge can be seen. This place is a little spot of heaven on earth. The temple have many carvings with a distinct stylisation. The main deity is a big idol of Lord Shiva in its three headed avatar, Mata Parvati on his left lap, mounted on the Nandi the bull. What I found most interesting in this temple is an intricately curved, big Nandi idol in standing position in the temple. I have never seen such a idol of sole Nandi figure in standing position, but always on sitting and awaiting position at entrance of every shiva temple, and this one has one such idol as well. The other idols are many Ganesha idols, Kali murti, Mata Parvati and a peacock mounted six headed Karthikeya in meditative pose, - this is also interesting as it is not common to see the Dev-Senapati ( Commandar-in-chief of the gods) with a Japamala ( rosary). There is a "Padachap" in front of the entrance. The inner pillars must have been very well decorated with stone curvings, but all those has been stiffed off. The plaque outside mntioned the construction is of sixteenth century, but from the ageing it seems profoundly more olden, or perhaps the temple has been sujected to flooding and inundation for prolongged period repeatedly over the millenia., and/or it was recontructed by Sultana Sen the queen of Ajber Sen on an older site predated by a few millenia perhaps at 1520. There is a source of spring within the complex as well.

Mandi, an ancient town in Himachal Pradesh is full of mysteries. The place is quite famous for its scenic beauty but it's way more than that as the town contains a lot of history and spiritual significance in its old structures and folklore. Mandi is called the Kashi of Himachal because it shares the same spiritual significance as Kashi. The town is built on the bank of the Beas River, at the confluence of the Suketi Khad stream. Besides the river ghats and among the town's streets are over 80 stone-built ancient temples, Including Triloknath. The Triloknath temple is one of the oldest surviving temples in the town, dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva. It contains a three-faced murti of Shiva, hence the name Trilokinath, "Lord of Three Worlds". It is said that the temple was built by Sultana Devi Queen of Raja Ajbar Sen in 1520. There's a sculpture of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, Goddess Narda, and Goddess Sharda, a stone image of three-faced Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, riding on the Nandi along with that of a few more Hindu Gods and Goddesses.
Altamash — Google review
A very beautiful old temple where very less people visit. Temple is very beautifully made but severely damaged by past rulers (Moguls probably). Beautiful relics and idols are still kept for viewers to admire. It also has its own "Leaning temple" like 'Leaning tower of Pias'

Baba Bhootnath Mandir, located in the heart of Mandi town in Himachal Pradesh, is one of the most revered and historically rich temples of the region. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, this temple stands as a timeless symbol of Mandi’s spiritual and cultural identity. Built in the 16th century during the reign of Raja Ajber Sen, the founder of Mandi, the temple beautifully blends history, devotion, and heritage into one divine experience. The architecture of Baba Bhootnath Mandir reflects the classic Shikhara style commonly seen in North Indian temple design. The intricate stone carvings, wooden panels, and beautifully sculpted idols showcase the skill of artisans from ancient times. The sanctum sanctorum enshrines a majestic Shiva Lingam, symbolizing the eternal presence of Lord Bhootnath — the Lord of Ghosts, another name for Lord Shiva. The temple complex, surrounded by small shrines, creates a serene and spiritual ambiance that instantly fills the heart with devotion. Religiously, the temple holds immense significance for Shiva devotees, especially during the grand celebration of Mahashivratri, which is the most famous festival in Mandi. During this time, thousands of devotees and sadhus gather from all over Himachal Pradesh and beyond to offer prayers, perform rituals, and participate in the traditional Mandi Shivratri Fair, a week-long cultural and spiritual extravaganza. Visiting Baba Bhootnath Mandir is not just a religious journey but also a walk through the living history of Mandi — often called the “Varanasi of the Hills” due to its numerous temples. The peaceful aura, divine chants, and architectural elegance make it a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a blend of spirituality, history, and heritage amidst the scenic beauty of Himachal Pradesh. A place where devotion meets history — truly divine and timeless.

I visited Bhootnath Temple in Mandi and had a wonderful time. The temple is beautiful and has a serene atmosphere. It's situated right in the middle of the market, making it easily accessible. However, the surroundings can get quite rushy. The architecture is impressive, and the temple itself offers a calm and refreshing experience.

Raj D — Google review
Gurdwara Guru Gobind Singh Ji is situated in the town of Mandi. The Dasvin Patshah came to visit the area on the invitaionof Mandi's ruler Raja Sidh Sen. Guru Gobind Singh stayed here for a little over six months. His tents were set up on the bank of the nearby River Beas, while the Raja's family accomodated the Mata ji's in the Palace. The Inner place is maintained by the Rulers family. When Guru Sahib was about to leave Mandi, Raja Sidh Sen asked him who would protect Mandi after his departure, who will save us from Aurangzeb's cruelty. The Raja asked his question just as the Guru aimed his banddukh at a clay pitcher floating down the river. The Guru's musket ball pierced the pitcher adding one more hole than its maker, some unknown potter, had given it, but even with that extra hole it continued to float down stream. The Guru used the still floating pitcher as a metaphor to enforce his answer. Turning to the Raja, Guru ji remarked: "Jaise Bachi yeh Handi, Waise Bachegi teri MandiJo mandi ko lutengae, aasmani goley chooteygein.""As this pitcher was saved, so shall Mandi be savedIf anyone tries to loot it, musket balls will rain from the sky Some of Guru Ji's belongings are still preserved here; a Bed, a Rabab (musical instrument), a Bandukh (Musket/Gun), a Gun Kuppy (powder horn) and a Talai (Mattress). There's also a rock in the River Beas on which Guru Sahib is known to have often sat in meditation, during his stay in Mandi. Guru Gobind Singh was known to be an excellent marksman, both with a musket or with a bow. Some of his arrows, which were weighted with an ounce of gold, still exist in collections in Punjab. The ounce of gold was added to afford medicine for any attacker not killed by an arrow shot by the Guru. However, more often than not, the gold served to support of the victim's surviving family members. One wonders if gold was used as well for the Guru's goley (musket balls).

We spent a lovely time sitting by the lake, enjoying our snacks and soaking in the scenic beauty. The gentle breeze and quiet surroundings made the experience even more special. It’s an ideal place to unwind with friends or family, away from the noise of the city. Whether you're looking for a peaceful walk or just want to relax and enjoy the view this lake is definitely worth a visit

Lake in Sunder Nagar, Himachal Pradesh is super calm, peaceful, and quiet. It's a perfect spot for a little walk or a picnic. When we were going to Ner chowk , we stopped here and had our lunch that we brought from home, right next to the lake. Lots of people from around here like to go for walks in the morning and evening. For people who are visiting, it's a great place to take pictures and have snacks by the lake. There are stalls selling yummy momos and burgers, which are really popular. It's so nice to sit by the lake, munch on some momos, and watch the water. One thing I noticed when I visited the lake is that there aren't any dustbins around. I made sure to take my litter back home with me, but I hope everyone who visits does the same. Otherwise, the place might get really messy with litter, and you can already see some litter around the lake.

Sunder Nagar Lake is more than just a beautiful landmark in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh—it’s a special part of life for those who grew up nearby, including myself. My school is right next to this tranquil man-made lake, and for as long as I can remember, waiting for the bus after classes meant spending quiet moments by its shore, soaking in the calmness and watching the water shimmer with the afternoon sun. The Sunder Nagar bus stand, situated right beside the lake, became a regular spot for reunions, laughter, and the beginning and end of countless journeys—a hub of daily life and energy. What sets Sunder Nagar apart is truly its lake; without it, the town would lose its very essence. Evenings here are magical, with the golden light softening everything and locals—students, families, and elders—gathering along its banks for a stroll, deep conversations, or just moments of peace as mountains ring the horizon. Many locals and tourists alike are drawn to this serene reservoir, which was shaped from the Beas-Sutlej Link Project, offering shady walks, beautiful views, and that rare sense of calm that lingers even when life gets busy. There’s something intimate about knowing a place not just as a visitor, but as someone whose memories are woven into its landscape. Sunder Nagar Lake has grown with the town, shaping its character and its people. It’s not just an attraction—it's the heart that keeps Sunder alive, connected, and somehow always welcoming you home.

Pics are from 2019. One serene place to visit. Can be reached both by trekking and by bus. They say the water of the lake is holy. • Floating Island Phenomenon At its center floats a small island of vegetation that shifts position over time-covering roughly 7 % of the lake's surface, with the remaining 93 % water Local lore frames it as a "microcosm of Earth" and says its motion foretells natural events • Spiritual Significance A three-storied pagoda-style temple stands on the shore, dedicated to Rishi Parashara. Built in the 13th-14th century by King Ban Sen of Mandi, it was reportedly carved from a single deodar tree and decorated with fine woodwork. The site sees major festivals like Rishi Panchami, Sauranahulia, and other fairs that draw pilgrims from across neighboring valleys. . Legendary Origin According to myth, after the Kurukshetra War, Bhima-one of the Pandavas-struck a mountain with his elbow to create a depression in which the lake formed for Lord Kamrunag, who wanted to stay there forever.

Jalori Pass, also known as Jalori Jot, is a stunning mountain pass located in the Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh, India. At an elevation of 10,800 feet, it offers breathtaking alpine views and is surrounded by picturesque scenery. Visitors can explore the area by staying in Shoja and driving down to Jalori Jot to embark on a hike to the popular Sareyol Lake near the Jalori Jot temple or towards an ancient fort.
Spectacular view from the top! The snow was fresh and clean, it felt so good to be here. The trek to the top (of the viewpoint) is not extremely difficult and quite attainable — even if you have aged folks in your group. You can seek help from the guides outside the main gate if you want any support material like walking sticks or gumboots/snow boots. These are available on rent.
Pratyay — Google review
I visited Jalori Pass during my solo trip in June 2024 and even without snow the place felt magical. The moment you start heading up from Jibhi the scenery begins to change. The road is around 12 km but it’s very steep and narrow and if a vehicle comes from the opposite direction there can be huge traffic especially around the curves. So if you’re driving yourself or even taking a cab just be prepared for that. You can get a shared cab from Jibhi to the starting point or if you have time you can wait for the local bus which comes every one or two hours. Once you reach the top you will find a small temple and a few stalls selling tea Maggi and snacks. I took a short break there before starting the 360 viewpoint trek. The trek itself is about 45 minutes to an hour depending on your speed. It’s slightly steep in places but very doable and the trail goes through pine trees and greenery all around. The higher you go the more peaceful it gets. And the view from the 360 viewpoint is simply stunning. You can see the Pir Panjal and Dhauladhar mountain ranges surrounding you in every direction. It feels like the sky opens up and the mountains just keep rolling one after the other. I sat there for a long time just soaking in the view breathing in the cold fresh air and enjoying the silence. It was one of the most calming moments of my trip. This is the kind of place that doesn’t need too many words or activities. Just reaching there sitting quietly and looking at the mountains is enough to make you feel peaceful. Highlights Breathtaking views from the 360 viewpoint Peaceful forest trail with pine trees and mountain air Small temple and local food stalls at Jalori Pass Surrounded by Pir Panjal and Dhauladhar ranges Perfect for a short peaceful solo trek Tips The road from Jibhi is very narrow and steep so drive carefully and avoid rush hours Shared cabs are available or wait for a local bus if you are on a budget Wear comfortable shoes the trail is short but has some steep parts Carry a water bottle and light snack for the trek Early mornings or late afternoons have the best weather and fewer people

Bus drops off right at the temple and you can start trek straight away. 5km one way through the forest. On the other side is Raghupr fort another trek. The lake is small pond.Serolsar Lake is in Tirthan Valley of Himachal Pradesh, located 75 km away from Kullu. The lake is situated at an altitude of 10,170 ft. To access the lake, you've to trek for 5 km. The trek starts from Jalori Pass, the highest altitude point that connects Kullu valley and Shimla Valley. The lake is guarded by thick tall pine trees on all sides. Next to the lake is Budhi Nagin temple. Serolsar Lake is surrounded by a narrow track and a fence around it. The Serolsar Lake wears stunning colours during different times of the year. The lake looks white during winter, half snow-covered and half green during spring and summer, and lush green during monsoon and post-monsoon. This is something worth observing if you have the oppurtuinty to trek multiple times to this lake. Apart from the scenic beauty, the Serolsar lake has religious significance as well. Ilt is a pilgrimage place for the locals. Locals from the surrounding villages come here every saturday to do the parikrama. They mostly offer ghee and oil to the local diety. It is believed the goddess is submerged in the lake and protects the entire region. Serolsar Lake trek is a paradise for someone who loves forest trails. The entire trail is through the dense pine and deodar forests. You also encounter clearings after every hour of the trek which makes them nice resting spots for trekkers to rejoice. From the 360-degree Viewpoint, you get great views of Pir Panjal and the Great Himalayan range. Serolsar Lake trek is an easy trek. It can be done by both fit beginners and experienced trekkers. It's a series of gradual ascents and descents until you reach the lake. The only steep ascent you encounter on this trail is the one that takes you to the 360-degree Viewpoint.

Jalori pass ... The most beautiful trek I have witnessed Start from SoJa . Went during February end and it's the last snow of that season. The whole trek was covered with snow .. 2 feet deep. And it's just heavenly. - wear snow boots as u can get cold feet and take a good amount of food and water if you are starting this Trek. - at the top around 12 km away is the mountain 360 degree view and a beautiful temple is located. - there all the camps and food stalls are available but during heavy snow , all get covered and shut down. - from the temple there is a trek of 3 km to the fort - for having a fort view. - also 2 km away from this point going above is the place where 🎥 " yeh Jawani hai devani" movie shoot was held.. it's just snow covered trek and you can see all way the white 🤍🤍🤍 color.. - the trek is just freaking awesome and you will have wonderful picture points and views during the journey. ❄️❄️ Feel and Experience this beautiful 🤩🤩 snow covered place.

Jalori Pass - The most beautiful place I have ever seen. At entrance you will see the temple of Mahadev and Durga Maa. In snow ❄️, Jalori pass looks absolutely stunning, beautiful, awesome, I won’t have words to describe this place beauty, all the around if you will se their would be snow covered mountains 🏔️ with surrounding trees make this place looks more eye catching and beautiful. The people here around are so nice and friendly. I visited this place on march 21, 2025. At that time it was all around snow and make sure you take up warm clothes when you visit here, because in the evening the temperature plunges very down, and chilled air make you feel more colder and coldest so caps, mufflers, gloves along with very warm jackets make you feel warmer over here.

The journey to Shikari Mata Temple can be quite an adventure; for instance, I recently embarked on a thrilling trek from Club Mahindra Janjehli to the temple with local guide Mr.
On 17th April 2024, I trekked from Club Mahindra Janjheli to Shikari Devi via Buddha Kedar with my local guide Mr Jogi. The 12.5 km trek was tough but exhilarating. We started at 7 am and reached the Shikari Devi temple at 1130 am. It is a very scenic route passing through forest and meadows. Take energy drinks, an umbrella or a stick and some snacks with you. A guide is a must.

A patch of rough road in between but easily manageable to drive . There are a few shops where you can buy eatables . A good space in parking ground then about 1000-1500 stairs climb till main temple .

Prashar Lake Camping and Trekking is an enchanting experience nestled in the heart of Himachal Pradesh, approximately 50 km north of Mandi. This stunning lake, perched at an elevation of 2730 meters, boasts crystal-clear waters surrounded by the majestic Dhauladhar mountain range. The area is not only a visual delight with its deep blue waters but also holds spiritual significance due to the three-storied pagoda-like temple dedicated to Sage Prashar that stands nearby.
Prashar Lake is a fantastic destination for nature lovers, trekkers, and those seeking tranquility. The combination of natural beauty, cultural significance, and the sense of adventure makes it a memorable visit.

When you're just 5-10 minutes away from lake, views are mesmerizing. Roads are not in good condition so don't drive too fast. Locals on the way sell something they call Pudina which looks almost different than what we use in Delhi. From parking, lake is quite close. I saw people climbing one more nearby cliff. I think view from that cliff would be amazing as it is at good height. There's Prashar Rishi's temple situated just aside the lake which makes the whole view all the more beautiful.
Pushpinder C — Google review
This place is awesome for trekking. One can go by bus in summer time closer to the temple, but in winter bus will not go to Parashar instead it will go to Baggi. After Baggi you have to trekk through the forest and climb hill. After a 9 km trekking you will reach Parashar lake. There is a small camping arrangement and a room too to stay. It can accommodate four people easily and it's very comfortable to stay. Be careful when you climb the hill in winter because it will be fully covered by visiting this place may be a lifetime experience for anyone.

I have been there in that camp. They are caring about their customer. Too polite, please don't judge them. They don't know how to rent their things to customer, you need to ask them. They have many things anyone can easily rely on that. But yes need to improve the food.

Nestled at an impressive altitude of 3,359 meters in the Mandi district, Shikari Mata Mandir is a vibrant Hindu temple that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys. This enchanting site, often referred to as the 'Crown of Mandi,' is perched atop Shikari Shikhar and can be reached via a scenic 600-meter walk through lush Kharsu oak forests.

Located at an altitude of approximately 3,200 meters, Shikari Mata Temple is one of the holiest and most spiritually uplifting places in the Mandi district. Nestled amidst the majestic mountains, it’s not only a revered shrine but also the highest peak in Mandi. The temple holds ancient significance, dating back to the era of the Pandavas. I’ve had the blessing of visiting this sacred place multiple times, and each visit has been a deeply energizing experience. The environment is pure and powerful—filled with positivity, peace, and the divine presence of Shikari Mata Ji. You can truly feel the spiritual energy in the air. One of the most memorable visits was when we trekked to the temple from Devidarh village. It’s a beautiful and challenging 9–10 km trek through a dense, serene forest. It took us around four and a half hours to reach the top, and every step felt like a pilgrimage in itself—soothing the soul and connecting us with nature and divinity. In 2025, I had the fortune of visiting again with my family to seek blessings from Mata Ji. From 2018 to 2025, many things had changed, including the stairway leading to the temple, but the peace and divine energy remained as strong as ever. Jai Mata di🙏🏻🙏🏻

Paragliding high fly is an exhilarating experience that offers breathtaking views and a sense of peace. The adventure begins with a thrilling ride up Dobhi hill atop a jeep, creating excitement even before taking to the air. Once airborne, gliding over the beautiful valley and Beas river provides an amazing perspective. The experienced pilot ensures comfort throughout the approximately 10-minute flight, allowing for a serene and memorable experience. However, it's important to be cautious of potential price discrepancies with local guides.
the first real adventure of my life 8000ft drop it stopped my breath for a moment but one you start to gild and everything goes silent now its just you and your thoughts and wind hitting your face. it was pure peace for 15 min untill i touched the ground and came back to normal life. but on the other side we got cheated by these local guides there and they charged us double because of our foolishness that we forgot to bargain.

Great place to visit...... Really nice and calming place to visit with your friends and family..... You can enter with a very nominal fee of Rs.10 per person for indian citizens for foreign citizens Rs.50 per person........ You can also take your own vechicle to the shore with entry fee of Rs.100 per vehicle. You can also enjoy motor boat ride with Rs.1000 per hours basis which is quite expensive in my point of view. One thing they need to improve on that there roads needs maintenance which is in poor condition and they also needs to built sheds in between the roads for visitors.
