I had been meaning to visit this place for what feels like forever and finally got the chance during my recent trip to Dehradun. After a 13-year wait, I can say: it was absolutely worth it. From the warm hospitality to flavors, everything was spot on. If you’re in Dehradun and looking for an exceptional dining experience, this place is a must-visit. My two cents : Don’t miss the garlic naan—it’s a standout, whether you’re vegetarian or non-vegetarian.

I can never forget the taste I have from this restaurant. The FOOD was mouth-watering 🤌🏻. You will feel you are in heaven. We ordered - butter chicken, their special dal makhani, boiled rice, pudina parantha, and one paneer sabji. And you will not feel heavy after having a meal over here. Thank you so much for serving us such a heavenly meal. Now this restaurant is my permanent thing whenever I will be there in Dehradun. TBH, while writing this review I am craving for that food. ❤️🫠

For the name and the hype, I don't think it really matches the level. Service was really good. Ambience is weirdly cheap for the prices in the menu! We had Veg platter and some drinks. Paneer was really good, just for eating Paneer items I can actually come here again, it's so soft and melting in mouth, probably the best Paneer I ever had! Other items are just okay like in any other regular restaurant!!

The Potato Fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, lightly seasoned to enhance the flavor without overpowering it. They were served hot and fresh, and every bite felt satisfying. The Potato Cutlets were the real surprise — crisp, golden brown, and packed with a flavorful potato filling. You could tell they were freshly prepared, not frozen. The chutney served with them added the perfect zing. What stood out most was the quality and care in preparation — even simple dishes were made with attention to detail, which made the taste truly memorable and unforgettable. I have been a regular visitor to the Town table for their fantastic Chicken and mutton biryani. Yesterday a few of my friends went there and had Mushroom for starters, ordered Pasta, fried rice, Mexican grilled vegetables with rice for main course and Brownie with ice cream for dessert. It was a bit disappointing to see really tiny mushrooms in the starters. Also the service guy was not helpful in suggesting some good Manchurian with fried rice. Also the fried rice was quite bland. Most shocking was the ice cream scoop. It was a really small scoop. We ordered another brownie but the ice cream scoop was really small. For the price they charge it was a below average experience.

Visited Town Table with my wife for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The place has a lovely rooftop vibe with a beautiful view of Mussoorie, which makes the dining experience even more special. We ordered cocktails, prawns, mushrooms, and pizza – all of which were delicious. The food was not only very tasty but also served in good quantity, which is always appreciated. The cocktails were well-made and paired perfectly with the food. Service was quick and efficient, and the staff were polite and attentive without being intrusive. Another plus point is that the restaurant has its own car parking, which makes it very convenient given the busy Rajpur Road area. Overall, it’s a great spot for a relaxed dinner, whether you’re going as a couple, with family, or with friends. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Dehradun and want good food with a great view!

The ambience of the restaurant is laid back and relaxed atmosphere. The service is prompt and the chef takes his own sweet time to make dishes which are top class. They have a separate area for small gatherings.

I visited this place with high hopes and expectations but this place turned out to be a very big disappointment. Third class service and staff. Even after calling waiter and waiting for 20 minutes he did not attend us. Then after complaining to the manager the waiter finally came at our table. While taking order also he was distracted by his phone . The plates were too dirty ,i have a habit of cleaning things with tissue at a restaurant before using it and i coild literally see the black dirt stuck around the corners and centre of that white plate . Food is not up to mark , either too spicy or just okayish . Overpriced based on the quality and quantity of food. Late service. The glasses for drinking water had a very pungent smell. Overall the only thing that was clean at this place were the washroom. I hope to see changes in their staffs attitude &mismanagement , cleanliness and service .

Food is good. Comfortable seating available. Other restaurants and shopping stores are also in the same building hence car parking may be a problem. No finger bowl was given. Butter Naans were average. I think hard drinks are also served but no menu was given and only food menu was shown, before leaving saw the bar. Seperate large closed space available for independent functions.

I'll give Town Table a 5 star because apart from their food being undoubtedly good, they treated me with patience for almost 4 hours as I was waiting for my friend who got stuck in traffic. I ordered mexican bowl, portion size was more than enough and taste didn't dissapoint as well. Thier filter coffee was also brought joy to my tongue. The staff was courteous and helpful. If I'm in dehradun again, town table shall be one of my top most consideration.

A must visit restaurant in Dehradun. All the dishes we ordered were excellent. This was my second time at this restaurant and luckily didn’t have to wait this time. While the food, service and ambience were great there was just one little incident which left a bitter experience. While admiring the view outside we requested a waiter who was walking in front of us to click our group picture and he rudely responded I’m busy. Anyways barring that we had good food and a good time.

This place is golden. It has lost its charm now though. The washrooms were dirty but the food is still too good. The food is a little on the expensive side but totally worth it. Farmhouse Pizza - 10/10 Chicken kothe Momos - 9/10 White Sauce Pasta - 9/10 Fried Rice - 8/10 Don’t forget to see the litchi trees on the entrance ♥️

A Place in My Heart — Orchard, Dehradun Orchard has been my go-to spot in Dehradun for as long as I can remember. Since my first visit back in 2010, the food, the service, and most of all, the feelings have remained just the same. It’s surely rare to find a place that holds time still, but this place somehow does it. It carries a quiet comforting warm, homely vibe… like familiar memory that never fades. Every visit brings back a flood of memories from college days and reminds me why this place will always be special. I hope to return again soon… and relive it all, one bite at a time.

Our overall experience was ok. From the time we were seated it took atleast 10 mins to get attention if servers. We had someone walk us to the table but the hanging over could be better. The Himalayan trout is something to try. 4/5 The penne Alfredo had very less quantity of pasta and more quantity of sauce. 2/5 Spaghetti with meatballs was much better. It was flavourful. The portion of pasta here was also less 4/5 Chicken Thuppa was something to try. Really authentic. 5/5

Stopped in for a hot chocolate and ended up waiting forty minutes for the same, only to be served an overly sweetened drink that tasted like Hershey’s cocoa powder mixed into skimmed milk. The service was extremely slow, hot chocolate was practically undrinkable, and it took another fifteen minutes just to get the bill. Overall, the spot feels overhyped. The ambience is cosy. You’ll find much better Tibetan food in the Buddha Temple colony in Clement Town.

Stopped by Orchard Restaurant on our way to Mussoorie and had a wonderful lunch with my family. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The ambience is warm, cozy, and very inviting – perfect for a relaxing meal. Really appreciated the music playlist; it added to the overall vibe. Also, the view from the restaurant is lovely and makes the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone traveling through Dehradun! I'm very satisfied with both the ambience and food. It alludes to a classic, ethnic environment. And the food was superb I'm especially impressed with the crab stew, it was out of this world, and tasted so rich and refined. It took me by surprise. I have yet to try a lot of items on the menu and will surely visit it again to try those out. Even the staff are very diligent, they are quick to do their work and are ready to serve with immense care and understanding.

Dehradoon has a lot of these outlets and I visited the outlet at Clock Tower. The place was relatively free and service was efficient. The food is good and of high quality. The prices are reasonable and ok. The choice on the menu is too good.

Totally waste of your hard earned money. Writing this review sitting here in kalsang itself, ordered 2 type of momos and thuppa. Thuppa was average but momos had filling of radish, like serious. Totally disapointed, will never come back to this place ever again.

We tried shin ramen, ice bubble tea and laphing. The ambience and atmosphere was very good and the service was amazing. Prem bhaiya was very polite and friendly with us. Everyone who wants to try authentic korean and Tibetan food must visit Kalsang.

Food is good but menu is too elaborative . You get overwhelmed bot just by items in the menu but also the price.

Poor service especially on weekends. Less serving staff. My family waited for 20 minutes just for one of the staff to spot us and clean the table. Plus ten minutes for someone to take our order. So a total of 30 minutes. We tried calling the manager, it took another fifteen minutes for him to come out because apparently he was "cooking." The shortage of staff is so much that even the manager was cooking. Like why even allow people to sit when you don't even have proper staff. Like no one is there to wait tables too, we were told to sit wherever we want, which is not really fine dining standards.

I tried their Patiala Veg Thali at Pacific Mall, Dehradun. Though quantity was great but quality is not that great. Dal Makhani was sour, Shahi Paneer was sweet, only saving grace was Cholle, Raita, Zeera Rice, Salad, Gulab Jamun and Cold Drink Glass. Butter naans were too chewy. At Rs 294 including taxes it is value for money but not tasty. Can be avoided.

Rice mixed in a wok with masalas and served in a handi is not “Dum biryani” Not recommended.

I ordered Veg moti Mahal special Thali at Pacific Mall, Dehradun. quality is not that great. Dal Makhani was ok not very good, Shahi Paneer was blend no test, Rs 368 for money but not tasty. Can be avoided.

I choose Moti Mahal when I craved for something Indian cuisine. It is located in Food court, Pacific mall, Dehradun. I ordered Veg deluxe thali which included paneer kulcha, pyaz kulcha, Dal makhni, Shahi paneer, mix veg, raita, salad, rice, gulab jamun and coke. I really enjoyed food. Quality of food was good and quantity was satisfactory too.

Food quality is not up to the mark . Ordered Chicken Handi and Chicken Do Pyaza . First the pieces of chicken was awfully cut with no proper size . Above it was taste less just boiled pieces of chicken heated in pre cooked gravy .

I went for shopping in Pacific mall so I tried Moti mahal thali.... Food quality is nice. Neat and clean served... Taste was also luscious... One Thali is enough for 2 if you are not so much hungry then only... Will try more of moti mahal in Pacific mall Dehradun

Have you ever been to a sophisticated fine-dining restaurant that’s only available for dinner as they make fresh food and even vegetables too☺️ I know you all must be confused so let me clear it out for you guys. I am talking about the Muse the art of gourmet and this is the only branch in Dehradun. They have just reopened and surely with a bang as they are serving a wide range of organic food made from vegetables freshly grown on their farm and this road from farm to table behold a lot of authentic flavours in them. In today's time, we need a place that is not loud and we can sit silently and enjoy our food with family and friends, guys this is the place for you all And majorly wanted to highlight that it's not just a regular normal restaurant it's menu makes it a lot different especially its Turkish food. We had turkey for the first time and to be honest I am a fan. These guys made thanksgiving a very memorable one for me and now it's a chance for you to gather good memories and taste authentic dishes by visiting the place. Regards SHREYA❤️

Nice place and ambiance! They do provide alcohol on certain days. Rates were quite reasonable. Food quality was okay. Good for a try!

A perfect place where you can unwind with friends. It's basically a rooftop bar and restaurant located in Hotel Park View, Astley Hall, Dehradun. We ordered some alcohol and Cocktail along with crispy chicken. Later on we ordered a dish named 'Cheese Bombs' which was hands down one of the best chess dishes I have ever tasted. We really enjoyed our drinks and food and spent a quality time with each other. The only thing which bugged me was the cleanliness of their washroom. The flush wasn't working in the ladies room which kinda deal breaker for me.

You might find it difficult to find this place as it is not located on the main road but at the rooftop of a hotel which can be reached by taking a slight left from Rajpur Road. Although, the delicious food does justice to the trouble in finding the place. I would recommend you to eat their Cheese Balls, I really liked them. They don't offer all brands of beer on their menu so that might be a turn off but the vibe is great at the place and you can definitely try it.

The chef and staff members really very decent and the food was worth the cost. It also has a smoking zone but I can't say about the bar because from the look of it, it seemed close and there was no cocktail menu either.

If you want to have good food this place is for you. Almost everything was delicious, authentic taste. Chicken momo were juicy only missed delhi style chatni with it(they don’t serve mayonnaise). Interiors are really interesting, have beautiful view from windows. Loved this place. Only problem here is their AC dont work. For some reason after shifting from table to table we found that no corner of the cafe was cooler. Thats a big miss. Washroom was very dirty and smelly. Have dedicated parking area for some 4-5 cars. Street parking is also available.

I tried to visit this place in Mussorie, but it was too crowded. So thought of giving it s try in Dehradun. It was too good. I had devil momos and pulled fried pork with vegetables. Both were too good. And the ambience is the place is awesome. Felt like am visiting a place in Tibet or Bhutan. Service is also top notch.

A good four stars for the cafe, three stars for the restaurant. The cafe serves a good variety of desserts and the coffee hits you in the right spot. Love it. The food at the restaurant is just alright, it definitely used to be amazing in the initial days but lately the preparation has deteriorated. I recently visited Kalsang Restaurant in Dehradun during the tourist season and had a great experience. The staff is really courteous and welcoming, which made the whole dining experience quite pleasant. The service was good — the food arrived quickly without much waiting. The only small delay I noticed was with the billing; it took about 10–15 minutes to get the bill served, but that wasn’t a major issue. The food at Kalsang was excellent. I tried a variety of dishes and would definitely recommend the deviled momos — they were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Another dish worth trying is the thupka; it had a very comforting and authentic taste. One thing I appreciated was how the food focused on traditional Tibetan and Thai flavors without going overboard on the spices. You get to enjoy the pure, natural taste of the ingredients. The ambience at Kalsang is cozy, though a bit on the warmer side. The restaurant was packed when I visited (as expected during the tourist season), but it wasn’t hard to find a table. The space is managed well, so even when it’s busy, it doesn’t feel uncomfortable. Parking is another plus — there’s free parking available nearby. Just be aware that during very busy hours, finding a spot might take a little patience. I would definitely recommend visiting Kalsang Restaurant if you’re in Dehradun and want to enjoy some authentic Tibetan and Thai cuisine. I’d be happy to return for another meal. Their continental food is horrible I’m not sure about their Indian food but the other menu they offering the chef doesn’t know what it actually taste life. I thought it was a secondary cook so I confirmed and the staff confirmed it was the main chef. The staff as well is not very professional

Dal makhni was stale. No taste at all. Slowest serving staff I have ever come across. Staff is so lazy they do not have any recommendations for any best dishes there. Gaurav was slow in serving. Disappointed though it is supposed to be oldest best restaurant in town.PATHETIC.DO NOT VISIT.

The name and ambience of the restaurant prez is great. But the staff has zero mannerism and etiquette. It is unbelievable how they only care about money and have no respect for their customer’s time. Keep shifting guests from one floor to another for the comfort of other guest. Poor staff quality the general manager Mr. Pradeep shouldn’t even call himself a manager since he has no sense of respect towards his guest and can’t even manage the seating arrangement of the guest, keeps toying around his customers. Another cute cafe near parade ground “Y cafe & Restaurant”. Ordered black coffee (which they served nescafe only). And a “Big Bully Chicken Burger”. This type of Burger should be bullied as the bun they used isnt the burger bun, chicken patty was in house but lacking in taste. Total bill for two items were 509₹. Pata nahi kya ho raha hai doon city ke restaurants ko 🤦‍♂️ Or may be our taste has changed 😊

Doonites have fond memories of White House, which used to be a favorite venue for weddings ! The Y Cafe is located inside the White House as you enter the main building! One of the few cafes located in the heart of the city to have a big lawn in front. The decor inside has been done tastefully! The place is cozy and exudes very soothing vibes. It's a peaceful place, and you might not feel that you are in the center of the city! There's enough parking available for four wheelers! Overall, it was a nice place to be for a quiet cup of brew with some reading alongside !

This cute little and cozy café has a casual vibe and so it's a perfect hangout zone for an evening chit chats. Even if you are visiting solo, they have a micro library which has various genres (in case you enjoy reading). Otherwise just enjoy looking at their style of interior and decoration along with your meal.

Alfredo pasta was lip smacking good. Nuggets could have been better. I have rated 4 star only because of bun used in veg burger. Very bad, no taste and hard to chew. One of the best bakeries in Dehradun! Bake Masters is THE PLACE for an amazing range of cookies, lamingtons, salty crackers, rusks etc. The Buns & Breads are fresh and fluffy, pastries are tasty too, keep an eye for Vegetarian (eggless) ones they are clearly marked on the name tag. The products are well labeled and stacked for visitors. There are quite a few flavours available for cake orders and tea cakes & marble cakes are something you should definitely try. The team is kind and assists well, owners at the desk always make sure you taste-test new things that they’ve made. I always pick cookies and rusks in bulk and send it to my family and friends in different cities. A happy customer, always! :)

One of the best bakeries located in Dehradun city. Loved almost all their bakery products. The packing was good. The prices were good. Quality and taste has to be one of the best. The owner was very generous in offering us samples of some of their products. Their products are a must try.

Bakemasters store is very different than a regular bakery store, it's more grand and aesthetically designed to add value to each item on display. Ofcourse the variety is endless that speaks volume about the hard work being done in their in house bakery. Staff is cordial and helps you find and taste sample items as well, billing is also quick and hassle free. Must visit.

This is the newest bakery in Dehradun compared to the older established ones however the quality and variety they have brought has made them one of the most preferred ones now! Have been buying rusks, biscuits etc from here for years and have found the quality constant. They also keep innovating so that makes a big difference and shows the willingness to be competitive Highly recommend

Your biscuits and rusk are awesome. In my entire life of 50 years must have had biscuits and cookies from hundreds of bakeries but nothing comparison to your Rusk and biscuits. I have been coming Dehradun very often but this time got chance to purchase from your shop. Do open shop in Mumbai so we can have it daily with our morning and evening tea and even would love to eat your other products

I have been connected as a customer of this restaurant since 2007, and every time I visit Dehradun, I make it a point to stop by. The soup noodles, tea, and overall atmosphere have always remained the same, and I've always felt positive there. However, I'm not sure why, but in 2025, possibly due to inflation or increased popularity, the prices have doubled compared to other restaurants. Now, a masala tea costs ₹90, a regular sandwich is ₹250, and 4-5 soupy momos are priced at ₹250. I would love to visit again, but it's no longer within my budget. Sadly, today will be my last visit. The 2 person cost is 700-1000rs.Finally, Thank you for the beautiful memories, Marigold!

Visited this cafe few days ago and charm of the cafe will get you the moment you enter inside. Plants are everywhere and decor is quite thoughtful. I had their Day's Special mocktail i.e. Chatpata Guava. Drink was topped with freshly chopped coriander and the flavour was perfectly balanced. It was a total chatpata blast to the taste buds. Later on, I had their Pan Fried Noodles which were cooked in coconut milk. There were so many fresh exotic vegetables inside. Taste was very soothing. The cafe owner was very friendly and chatted with us prior to ordering. Then she assisted with our menu selections. It was evening and the place had fairy lights draped inside and out, creating a warm ambience on a cool evening. If you like paneer, I would recommend the chilli paneer in gravy sauce, it was delicious. The dishes were heavy with onion and garlic, so if you’re not a fan of these I would mention at the time of ordering. The serving portions are generous and the location is quiet in the evening.

One of my favorites in Dehradun. The place feels like a small corner hidden across a street in the mountains. Pros- The service is really great. They operate really good covid safety procedures, like plastic covers for cutlery and masked entry only. The menu is pretty diverse. Try this place if you like non-vegetarian food, it has a splendid variety in that style. Cons- It's an okayish place. The ambience is regular, nothing interesting. The food quality is not that good. Some items on the menu might even be unavailable, in our case it was tea and coffee.

Loved the place and the warm and cozy ambience. The place gives a warm Italian feel. The songs playing inside are soft Italian songs. Variety of sitting options are available, whether it is for work or a date with your partner or family outing. The food is tasty and service is very quick. The staff greets you warmly with a smile. Could be a little expansive but it is definitely worth it. The white sauce chicken Alfredo pasta is a must try along with the hot chocolate.

Fast food and pastry are delicious here however bakery feels a little expensive. We had sping paneer roll, creamy veg croissant in fast food and Lemon swiss roll , Tiramisu in Pastry. Everything thing was delicious other than Lemon swiss roll which for me feels little different but feels ok to my wife so I guess it was worth a try. Sitting arrangement is small not much space other than that everything seems perfect.

Extremely disappointing experience at The Tavern Restaurant. The place was overcrowded, and despite waiting patiently, not a single staff member came to attend to us. The table we managed to get was dirty, and when we requested the staff to clean it, they simply turned a blind eye. To make things worse, they expect you to place orders via WhatsApp — which was completely unresponsive. No one cared to check or assist even after repeated messages. For a place with such hype, the service was shockingly poor. Definitely not visiting again.

Atmosphere: Atmosphere is also very good too, view of mountains, on swinging chairs is really great with a slow music.

Tirupati Balaji Multi Cuisine Restaurant offers a spacious environment adorned with traditional South Indian artifacts, creating an inviting and authentic atmosphere. Despite its popularity, we found the seating to be adequate, with a decent number of seats occupied during our visit. The menu is elaborate, featuring a wide range of dishes from Chinese, North Indian, and South Indian cuisines, along with snacks like French fries, sandwiches, and honey chilli potatoes. They also offer sizzlers and pizzas. We began our meal with buttermilk, which had the perfect blend of kadi patta, chili, rai tadka, and salt. For the main course, we ordered a Masala Dosa, South Indian Thali, Paper Masala Dosa, and Dahi Idli. The masala in the dosa was overly salty, but the waiter was courteous enough to offer a replacement had we mentioned it earlier. The Paper Masala Dosa was impressively large, nearly 3 feet long, and ample for three people to share. The South Indian Thali, however, was somewhat disappointing. The puri was unusually large, the sambar had a sweet taste that did not appeal to our palate, and overall, it did not meet our expectations. Service was a bit slow on our visit, as it took some time for the food to be served. However, the staff was polite and responsive. The portion sizes are generous, so it’s wise to be mindful when ordering. Parking can be an issue on crowded days. Fortunately, we found a spot in the lane next to the restaurant. Overall, our experience at Tirupati Balaji Multi Cuisine Restaurant was mixed. While the ambiance and some dishes were enjoyable, others fell short of expectations.

Dosas were good. Even though the name is Tirupati Balaji restaurant, for some reason I didn't liked the sambar! Not just here, for some reason almost all of Dehradun's south indian eateries serve the sambar of similar taste!! I lost my appetite for sambar, have to go back to home and make it on my own. Chutneys were ok ok, not great definitely. Dosas on contrast, were definitely good.

One the most disappointing dinner ever, i was fasting since 8 days then me and my wife decided to have dinner at tirupati as it is a veg restaurant and meals can be served without garlic and onion, i gave strict instructions to the service boy that everything should be without garlic and onion but when the food arrived and i took the first bite it was full of onion, my 8 days were gone please take your job seriously when it comes to religion, chef name is Mr. Prakash uniyal

I never bother to write food reviews but this is the absolute worst food i ever had. I ordered mix veg and it was so bad in taste. The packaging was poor, the mint sauce had a pungent smell and even the mix veg itself looked like it was not freshly made and the taste was so poor that even a beginner cook could make better. This is unacceptable behaviour. Tirupati restaurant please step up your game. If you cant work on taste atleast provide fresh food.

Theme: "Dosas doesn't a South Indian Restaurant maketh!!" Any damn restaurant who can turn around a dosa claims to be a south indian restaurant. This is blatantly false. This eating joint is a perfect example of how horribly over priced and horribly over hyped a south indian restaurant could be in a North Indian city like dehradun. Went to this place with the intention of having a south Indian meal, which this place claimed (and continues claiming) to serve. The food was anything but south Indian meal. The sambhar served was simply dal plus tamarind. That was a real turn off. Entirely avoidable. Better be a roman while in rome and eat some north indian roti, dal or rajma.

Worst experience I had on 28th July 2025. I have been going to this restaurant since 2010-11 and this time I had very bad experience in terms of food, service and after the poor services being provided there was no accountability or no concession provided after serving bad taste food even after being a loyal customer from many years. I got the new lesson that if a customer is hungry and does not have much time to get food changed, the restaurant is not accountable for this and there will be no concession in bill. And they will replace the same cuisine in 2 minutes which took them 30 minutes initially to prepare with only 1 or 2 seats occupied at the time of order.

The restaurant doesn't seem to be equipped to handle high customer volume. They stopped serving a lot of the items on the menu citing rush hour. I had the almost similar experience a couple of years ago. Wouldn't recommend for weekends or holiday times, they can't handle you properly.

I was with kids nd Ordered shahi paneer and dal makhani and told them to put no chilly but they prepared the food in 1 min. Also there was chilly in it which the kids… Taste was also very basic which we can get in any small Dhaba. Later i realised that they don’t even prepared the food they just served the food from their thali menu

The service at Punjab restaurant was quite good, and the food tasted nice overall. While there were a few flies in the dining area, which was a bit off-putting, everything else made up for it. The restaurant provides a pleasant atmosphere where you can enjoy a good meal and spend a nice evening. It seems to be a well-known spot in the area, likely due to its convenient location right on the main road, making it easy to find and access. Despite the minor issue, I’d say it’s worth visiting for a decent dining experince

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. While having lunch, I noticed a cockroach crawling on the table, which is completely unacceptable in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. This not only ruined the dining experience but also raised serious concerns about the restaurant’s maintenance and food safety standards. I have also attached a picture as proof. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves the hygiene immediately. The waiters were extremely rude and showed a negative attitude throughout our visit. One of them even told us to take their number and inform them in advance about what they should prepare for us – which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of that, the food was very poor in taste, and due to the late service, it was served cold, which made the experience even worse. Overall, both the service and food quality were far below expectations.

Really delighted with the experience here. Been here 3 times and the food taste has been constant and delicious. The best thing is they don't have only one particular speciality, you can literally order anything from the menu and it is going to be good. This time we ordered all the veg: Starters: French fries, Mushrooms, Sprin roll, Chilli Paneer dry Main course: Handi paneer, paneer lababdar, garlic naan, mix veg, daal, fried rice, manchurian. Everything was good. Ps. Paneer will taste usual everywhere.

Recently I went to restaurant and ordered their best veg paneer curry on their recommendations only paneer tikka masala. Worst taste ever tasted. On complaining to attendant, it was told that tomato are coming sour from hills, so the curry is sour. Their quality has degraded definitely

A single glance at the menu would be enough to tell the amount of consideration that has been put into creating it, with balanced options for both the vegetarian as well as the non-vegetarians. All the items are affordable and worth the value spent, in terms of quality and quantity. They seem to have got the pricing just right! When it comes to food, it’s a wow place to be! The staff is very thoughtful and considerate about the diners. The consistency, that the chief and his team manage to uphold with their food as well as service is applaudable. The range and presentation of food and beverages is impeccable. I’m highly impressed by how hygienically the food is prepared and so gracefully plated. So, BBC is certainly, a place to enjoy some nice food, music, and simply relax with a nice cup of coffee, (Well! Hot chocolate, in my case). :D

The ambience was good , however the food was way below average. Neither the taste nor the quantity justifies the pricing and the time you spend waiting for your order. The platter was a tiny platter with almost nothing worth the taste. It was my first and last visit today. Would not recommend. The Carolina crepe portion was also surprisingly tiny. The food did not match the description, too simple compared to the description.

Keto omelette was unexpectedly good. I don’t care much for omelettes but this really hit the spot. Ordered a Japanese Matcha Latte which was unavailable, so opted for a Himalayan green tea instead, which was your run-of-the-mill Twinings green tea. The ambience of the place is comme ci, comme ca. First thing first everything here tastes awesome and fresh. Service is fast staff is attentive and generous, always looking after the needs of their customers. Price is also very much justified according to the ambiance, taste and portion size. They have an indore dining area and a small outdoor dining area. They even maintain good hygiene. Overall this place is best to hang out in a small cozy budget friendly cafe. Dining area iss simple yet sophisticated.

I decided to explore it, accompanied by another doonite. Though locating this place is a tough job cause the entrance is a narrow gully and there is a possibility of missing the sign board. Pahalwan paratha serves wide variety of parathas you will love trying every thing prepared with sudh desi ghee... their parathas are so heavy that you will be full with one... we tried their Famous Pahalwan thali and a deluxe thali... I tell you it was soo soo good you should try it once their pahalwan thali but caution go there in your empty stomach cause you will not be able to finish it with your partial full stomach at any cost.. Very much spacious interior and ambiance. Neat and hygiene conscious staff with their polite behaviors of serving... Reccomended place do visit....

Visited the Dhaba today. All in All it's a good place for Parantha. It's situated just in front of UIT College making it a perfect place to hangout for college students. I must say that the Paranthas exceeds my expectations. They are too good. Here are some Pros and Cons: PROS: 1- Quality of Paranthas are Amazing. Fillings are adequate. You have an option to choose between Tawa & Tandoori Paranthas. 2- They maintain proper hygiene. 3- You'll find White butter and a bottle of Achaar at your table. It's my first visit to this restaurant, the tastes good but when the bill has to be paid I was demanded to pay by cash..... After a busy day at work I just walked from my hotel and was carrying my cards . I had to walk to the nearest ATMs. A bad experience after a meal.

Nanking, the name strucks me, definitely have some fascination with the name ! Have lot of good memories of visit to the restaurant while I was a student and had visited the place ample of number of times with my parents ! The place I must say is suited at best place it could be, exactly in the middle of Chakrata road when you are starting from Prem Nagar and going to Connaught place ! Nanking, well known for the authentic Indian and Chinese food it serves, it is a family style restaurant located on Ballupur road. My favorite @ Nanking are Cheese pullao, Afghani chicken and malai tikka....a must try..... use the online reservation request form on website, good way to reserve before we go out to dine.. saved me from waiting outside !

Tasty momos and chaap with chutneys. I tasted their all types of momos and chaaps. Recently I tried Kurkure Momos, it's taste too different with other momos. Located at Rispana, on the way to Harrawala, Dehradun. Very nearby the roadside. Not much spicy and delivery in short duration. Can avail to spot and wait then eat or else can packed and take it to home to enjoy the tasty momos and chaap. So far good feelings the environment as well, didn't feel away.

Hakka noodles and Afghani chaap are a must try!! Avoid cheese momo if you don't want a sticky aftertaste, try steamed veg momo instead, overall a good place but not for someone too picky to eat at a place a little unhygienic 😂 otherwise it's an affordable yet amazing Street food selling place!

We had veg jhol momo and chicken thukpa. It had the comfort we were looking for. The jhol momo had perfect tangy spicy sauce and thukpa was a comfort to my husband who had felt some congestion in the throat.

Good Food, but staff and Specially security guard bodyshames you. Worst experience, The security guard will use inappropriate words and will defame you along with body shaming. Earlier it was good but these incidents makes you question yourself that do I really want to visit such place again for such incident. You want to visit restaurant for a good experience but these rough experience from Guards or Staff affects your interest of visiting such place again.

Okay heres the thing, I could have gone with 4 stars but do bear in mind the location they are situated. You have outlets like Singh Soup bar as well as a Kalsang and many others like Truckers, etc. So this place needs to work on their flavours. All the dishes we tried left us to be desired. We went with chiken soup, veg devil momos, veg chow-min and all were very basic. Not particularly asking for spices but overall flavour, Like it was cooked for lil kids! And what’s about the devil veg momos, only prominent flavour was of cabbage. Nothing that wowed us other than service. Which was quick under 10 mins which either means the food was reheated and passed on? Though the outlet was not very busy, so maybe it was fine. Will update soon. Will i be coming back? Yes, there are many other things that we will try next week. Also, all the items we had came total under 400 Rs which means it’s a quite reasonable place! For Parking theirs a guard that will help you.

It was amazing to see so many bun tikkis being prepared at once! When I finally tasted one, I immediately understood why it’s so famous. The tikki was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right balance of texture. Found this through Google recommendations and so glad that I decided to try it. The location is slightly misplaced and it may take sometime to find the location. It’s not a fixed establishment and is a thela but the service is extremely quick and the bun tikki is like a desi burger. He sells only bun tikki and the dish includes onions and chutney over and above the bun. It’s a fun snack to try something apart from the typical chaats and stuff. Recommended.

Dehradun Diary!! Bun-tikki and veg aloo burgers are popular everywhere, even at home. However, when it comes to Dehradun ,it has become a hot favourite street food since decades. There are many Bun tikki carts in the city but off late Vikki Bun Tikki corner near Dwarka stores has become quite popular. We visited this popular cart which had a long queue and the owner/chef was making them with such great speed that it was fascinating. The Bun tikki was good though a bit too spicy for me!

Small thela guy serving awesome bun tikki visited here after seeing Raghav Juyal interview where he was talking about him. A hardworking guy and his team work with a robot like speed. 35 rs for one crispiest bun tikki ever.

Great place to eat bun tikkis. All that this dude makes are bun tikkis and the snack live up to the hype. He runs this push cart nee stall that is flowing with people in the evenings. We went on a Wed eve and had to patiently wait for him to hand us the buns. Weekends i think will have longer waiting times i presume. His hands are always moving with practise, skill as he dishes out the hot buns with the patti read tikki with dollops of sauce and a dash of curd. Tasty indeed.

I had a wonderful experience at Lhasa Tibet Kitchen. The food was absolutely authentic and flavorful – every dish carried the true taste of Tibetan cuisine, freshly prepared and perfectly balanced. Antique. The original Lhasa. Have been coming here since i was a kid. It has a nostalgic importance. Great home cooked vibes. Not really "aesthetic" according to standards, but the homely vibe and food is worth giving a shot. Easier to park the four wheelers near MDDA park and taking a short walk instead of taking the risk of climbing the often crowded and steep hill slope. Also has good jewellery options - bracelets, earrings etc.

I have been going there since 2016. The food is very delicious and authentic. They prepare fresh right after you order. Full marks on the taste. Service is also nice as it takes time to cook. The only thing which put me off was the behaviour of the lady owner. We had ordered 2 times a particular item and were served once. Prior to billing, I confirmed if that was all. She confirmed and while billing when I mentioned that an order wasn’t served she refused. I asked her again very politely she again refused very rudely and unprofessionally. Even her waiters weren’t aware. She is very sweet usually. But this time she was really ignorant and the way she behaved was very unprofessional and it did hurt me as I have been a regular there. I don’t want to discourage people from going there. You fellas enjoy and I am sure you will not have the experience that I had as she is very cheerful and nice most of the times.

Recently tried them for their Tibetan food & was not disappointed as I came over from a recommendation. Will definitely suggest it to more people. However, I believe the interiors can be redesigned. Nothing wrong with the current ambience but it just felt a bit rusty to me, personally.

I've been a customer here for the past 22 years. It used to be one of the best Tibetan restaurants. The menu has been revamped, and rates have increased significantly over the last few years. I have big hopes for this restaurant, but I'm wondering why it's not as crowded as it once was. To remain profitable, management must significantly reduce pricing. It was rather vacant when I was the only one there during peak hours.

Food was amazing, quantity was sufficient enough. And the ambiance of the restaurant was really peacefully, location of the restaurant was also really easy to find. Would highly recommend if you want some great Tibetian food.

Worst food..we asked for chicken kadai but they served chicken changezi ..when we confronted them they said that the gravy of chicken Chnagezi Is used for chicken kadai. we ordered Chilli chicken but it was also chicken kebab cooked in some sauce. We ordered rumali roti but it was served cold. When we asked for more rumali roti but this time hot the said it was not available. (they weree serving stocks) We raised all the above issues with the person at the cash counter but it seems he was least bother of the food quality. Hygeine is bad.. I recommend dont go their. I even asked for bill but they denied We left the food and paid the billl and went across the street to Naaz Darbar..the food was awesome at Naaz Darbar.

Vatika Restro has some yummy food to offer with very reasonable prices. Mushroom Do Pyaza and Veg Biryani are the best. Loved the ambience and staff hospitality. Live music makes it even more better. Highly recommended for a decent family dinner.

I am sorry to share this comment. I was very happy at staring that I am giving my marriage party at good place. But when I saw the all party was destroyed.. 2 items from menu was not available. No ac at all ( when I called the owner the staff told that he is not at the venue) my all guest suffered alot. As guest were happy dinner. No staff were there to look after the food items. Item vessel were there. No parking. Plus the owner didn't bother to ask for any thing when party started. Staff was only saying sorry and giving excuses. Worst place. Spoiled my money. If you are lookibg for a variety of cuisines under one roof, cosmopolitan may be a good choice. Located at astley hall, the restaurant may be a little tough to reach due to parking issues and walking but once you have done that , the experience is pretty good. I have had a variety of indian dishes here that are excellent. The kalmi kebab is one speciality. Other than that they may suggest a few in house specialities so it would be a good idea to ask for suggestions.

Never order their food from Zomato. It will be stale and contaminated and wreck a havoc on your stomach. A complete 'NO' for their free dish bundled with Zomato order. I won't be astonished if they are found to serve already served, unused food from others's plates. Be specially aware of their online orders. Go there only after having a next day appointment with a gastro doctor. I have been going there for last 10 yrs and with this kind of food quality, off late, they are bound to wind up their business soon.

This was the first time i ever had Authentic Rajasthani food and i just loved it. Its Located above the bank and does give u a feel from outside that is normal But surprisingly once you step in it gives you the feel of Rajasthan, the interior is magnificent walls are nicely decorated with paintings, small decorative things, hanging lights. I ate veg.Kabila veg platter was indeed good but the quantity was not good according to the price. Rajasthani thali was just amazing , if u are eating Rajasthani food for the 1st time you’ll love it. They serve bajre ki roti, dal-bati- churma, ker sangri, panchkuti dal, raita,rice. The round Batis dipped in ghee with Panchkuti dal and churma makes an appetizing combination. Staff is friendly and quick witted. Service is quick. The only drawback is that the place is dark, and without proper ventilation. Their Air conditioner was not working. Overpriced as compared to the quantity and quality of food. This is a one time visit place wont love to go there again.

I have heard the name of this restaurant from many people so wanted to give it a try. It is on first floor & the parking is small. The restaurant I found was less occupied than expected and to my surprise when I went through the menu all the delicacies very sky rocketing high, but still I thought to try it once and ordered some food for two people, the quantity served was average, the taste was not too great and hell yeah it costed me around Rs 1500/-. So Overall experience of mine was not great & I don't think I would recommend this restaurant to anyone as when there are many more tastier, less expensive joints are available.

Good Rajasthani thali both veg and non veg. Service is good and homely but could be faster. Ambience is cosy with Rajasthan village and desert scenes recreated, right from floor to ceiling. Can eat in peace.

Average food, I have eaten much better Rajasthani food. The ambience is good. The service needs to improve though. The kitchen’s smoke was entering the sitting area, was a little disturbing. Price seems to be high, as its the only authentic Rajasthani restaurant.

This place is situated at the outskirts of Dehradun. Pretty good if you prefer a peaceful place. The menu has not many options but if you are a coffee and pan cake lover this place is surely for you. You need to take the elevated road ahead of the MDDA park, continue straight until you see multiple cafes on both side of the road. Cafe Highlife is onto the right hand side. However there are pretty more options of cafea if you want to have some other type of cuisine.

They do server nice coffee, better than most Cafe's in Dehradun, considering their price.

This is the perfect place for meetings and to sit alone and work. I absolutely love their Ginger Lemon Honey Tea and highly recommend it. They have indoor and outdoor seating and the road is wide enough to park your vehicle in front of the cafe as well. Their food is also quite good, my favourite being their Korean Noodles. Definitely a cafe you must go to if you are chilling in upper Rajpur.

Small cafe where you can catch a coffee. Food is average and I found it overpriced according to what they had to offer. Sandwich is a no no. Pasta was average. There is outside sitting facing the road.

So, on my first day I ate at this cafe above Nomad house hostel and my pallatte would feel the homely food. Chef uncle has magic in his hands, Dal made by him was way too delicious than my mom. I mean it. Also the small kid has been too entertaining and a great server. I really wish this cafe to help/support him to study for his bright future. All the best and long way for this cafe to run with some exotic menus.

Perhaps the best place in Deheradun for a chill hangout. Lovely ambience Lovely staff Hopefully the hosteliers have better sense to take the cafe to the next level. If the cafe was in some place like Goa, Gokarna, it would have been buzzing. Will hopefully return again

We stayed for 03 Nights and it was good experience... Rooms were big attached with drawing room and kitchen and bathroom was net and clean. We felt home like feeling there. Location and vicinity was good. Much greenary and clear view of Mussoorie. Walkin distance from MAX hospital. Food was little bit costly .

Rate is too much... 5 piece of very small Aloo Chop will cost you 60 rupees.. 12rs. Per piece, almost double, although all pieces are not equal, I don't even understand Why Aloo Chop is that much Expensive?? it has to be 6 Rs per piece. Not only that the recipe of Aloo Chop is horrible in taste, the aloo stuffing wasn't fry, it was raw boiled.. the frying oil is also smells ... I suggest please watch some YouTube videos of How to make Bengali Aloo Chop, Begni, Bread Chop & Piyaaji.... That will help you A lot
