Loved the place and the warm and cozy ambience. The place gives a warm Italian feel. The songs playing inside are soft Italian songs. Variety of sitting options are available, whether it is for work or a date with your partner or family outing. The food is tasty and service is very quick. The staff greets you warmly with a smile. Could be a little expansive but it is definitely worth it. The white sauce chicken Alfredo pasta is a must try along with the hot chocolate.

Beautiful little place, with a vintage like ambience. We tried the veg Spanish Paella and Sauted Veggies- and fell in love with both of them. The food and the vibe of the place is amazing. I'd love to visit again just for the Sauted veggies - @piccolo folks pls don't change that recipe. Besides that, the drinks were good - pure vanilla shake and cold coffee. The exterior facade is very picturesque, almost making you feel like you've stepped into a European eatery. Full marks to the service too. Quick and polite. We were lucky to get a table quick, despite the near -full occupancy.

Lot of variety of bakery products, pastries, cakes, biscuits, veg and non veg snacks etc. This place is highly popular among the residents and visitors of Dehradun. Fast food and pastry are delicious here however bakery feels a little expensive. We had sping paneer roll, creamy veg croissant in fast food and Lemon swiss roll , Tiramisu in Pastry. Everything thing was delicious other than Lemon swiss roll which for me feels little different but feels ok to my wife so I guess it was worth a try. Sitting arrangement is small not much space other than that everything seems perfect.

One of the best bakeries in Dehradun! Bake Masters is THE PLACE for an amazing range of cookies, lamingtons, salty crackers, rusks etc. The Buns & Breads are fresh and fluffy, pastries are tasty too, keep an eye for Vegetarian (eggless) ones they are clearly marked on the name tag. The products are well labeled and stacked for visitors. There are quite a few flavours available for cake orders and tea cakes & marble cakes are something you should definitely try. The team is kind and assists well, owners at the desk always make sure you taste-test new things that they’ve made. I always pick cookies and rusks in bulk and send it to my family and friends in different cities. A happy customer, always! :)

One of the best bakeries located in Dehradun city. Loved almost all their bakery products. The packing was good. The prices were good. Quality and taste has to be one of the best. The owner was very generous in offering us samples of some of their products. Their products are a must try.

Bakemasters store is very different than a regular bakery store, it's more grand and aesthetically designed to add value to each item on display. Ofcourse the variety is endless that speaks volume about the hard work being done in their in house bakery. Staff is cordial and helps you find and taste sample items as well, billing is also quick and hassle free. Must visit.

This is the newest bakery in Dehradun compared to the older established ones however the quality and variety they have brought has made them one of the most preferred ones now! I have been coming Dehradun very often but this time got chance to purchase from your shop. A cozy place for coffee and food. They have given a patio all white look. The place is beautiful with indoor and outdoor seating. Apart from coffee and cakes, you can get everything to eat here. The service is polite and good. And we liked everything which was brought hot and delicious. We ordered coffee, garlic bread, mushroom bruschetta, their special pizza and paneer chilli dry. It cost us a little more than 1900 rupees. Recommended place for family and friends outings.

Very disappointed with the experience. The food had neither the taste nor even presentable —definitely not worth the price. The only redeeming factor was the ambience. We even had to ask for water, and it was never served even after we were done eating. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

In the heart of Dehradun city, where you see a lovely narrow road quite near to the famous Welhams Girls School, lies this beautiful restaurant. It's a good combination of the old world space and new layout of a happening place. I had walked on to have lunch and the choice of food was truly amazing. The cafe mocha seemed like a powdered liquid, and the sandwich tasted rather bland, not quite meeting expectations given the pricing. Also, Chhaya Cafe stands as a testament to women empowerment, with a notable representation of women at every level, from the counter to the chefs. This empowering presence adds a commendable and noteworthy dimension to the overall experience, making the cafe a unique and inspiring space where women play a key role in driving the establishment forward.

The view that you get from Chhaya cafe is unmatchable. Just order a nice, warm cappuccino, get yourself a couple of good books and enjoy the Himalayan view on a monsoon evening and chill. This is exactly what I did and absolutely loved my time here. Although, I did not eat anything, but the sheer quiet and tranquil time I spent here during the evening was enough for me to warrant a come back, which I shall be doing soon. Like, really soon. Great view but unpalatable food . Yes! We went to a famous cafe in Rajpur, enjoyed cool breeze in their terrace area had a muh full of strong cold coffee. P.S That's how we like it, but when it came to the food, well continue reading. . A mexican veg wrap, cheese sandwich, white sauce pasta, veg noodles and crunchy Chinese salad(Wai Wai & coleslaw). @chhayacafedoon . Instant regret! Veg wrap was unbelievably mexican stuffing inside a roti. Yes! a roti. Cheese sandwich was bread roasted in butter with cheese inside. We had deliberately asked the staff whether it had veggies inside. Yes! They said. Noodles were okayish and salad was a new taste some people would like. Now the pasta. Each of us(4 people) had few bites of pasta which had a hint of pickle taste for inexplicable reasons and that was it for us. After paying a handsome amount for the food we had to leave we all had something funny going on in our stomach for hours after that. . . Food: 6/10 Drinks: 8/10 (we just tried coffee) Ambiance: 8/10 . For what it's worth(view) just have a coffee and stay away from the food. We would recommend the staff to either carry on with their decor business or atleast put some efforts into the kitchen and not just exploit the view they've got.

While it formerly enjoyed popularity and customer loyalty, you now feel the experience is 'pathetic,' indicating a drastic decline in quality and service. Never buying anything from here again.

The place is very crowded, and it’s located inside the shopping street. I don’t think it’s worth the hype. According to the lady (owner), their bestseller is pista butter cookies, which are somewhat similar to Frontier Biscuits that you can buy in your own city. P.S. I’m not a local.

One of the best bakers in dehradun. Sanitization and hygiene was maintained, staff was working fast and even after so much customer at the head they were tackling each and everyone politely. Plum cake,butter cake and salted chips are some of items which I have been eating from years. All food items are available at a reasonable rate and they taste good and fresh. Birthday, anniversary, recovery any kind of cake are available here but inform them timely and they will give you a nice service. Even for elderly people rusk and namkeen are good choice.For vegetarian people eggless cakes and pastries are alsl available.But only concern is that don't bring your vehicle to the market ( paltan bazar) it is getting crowded day by day, please try to understand that paltan bazar is meant for walking and then shopping. Recommend dishera- plum cake, muffins, cream roll, chocolate truffles, choco lava cake and salted chips.

Found a cockroach inside their bun. A few years back there was a glass shard I found inside the bun. Wondering what unhygienic conditions their kitchen is in !!

Very Sorry to say but the quality of the products has gone down drastically. The milk rusk I bought were smelling of purified oil. Once I ordered chocolate muffins, they were hard and tasteless, none of the kids had it, had to throw them. We used to buy so many packets of rusk and biscuits for our friends and relatives, whenever they visited or we visited them. I don't think that's gonna happen anymore, not Worth the hype. I hope they improve the quality and regain the trust of customers again.

I ordered multiple products and made sure that all the biscuits that I got were made from butter and not vegetable oil. It was only when I came home, I saw that the hard box packaging of multigrain biscuits, which said made from butter and was also higher in price, had plastic-covered biscuits inside it, which had vegetable oil as an ingredient instead of butter (Photographs attached). I don't know if customers have been aware of this scam.

4.5 stars for sure—it’s that good! The Lotus Biscoff cheesecake is absolutely divine, a real treat. Service is excellent, and the atmosphere is wonderfully inclusive for everyone, accentuated by great music. Even when someone was smoking, it didn’t feel disruptive since there was a designated area for it. And the coffee? Unmatched! This is the only place in Dehradun (after visiting over 30 cafes) that made my coffee exactly as I wanted it. They didn’t insist on their own twist but followed my instructions perfectly—a refreshing change! Customer relations here are also on point. The owner personally took my order and was polite, warm, and welcoming, with a charm that immediately catches your attention. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

The environment and the indoor seating were nice. I found the coffee to be average I ordered a hot mocha and tried the pizza, which was above average. I didn’t try the desserts, so can’t say about those. A lot of people had recommended this place, so I went. For me, it’s okay to visit once or twice. Yes, the prices are reasonable, but for me, taste matters more not the price column.

I absolutely love Eddie’s! The owner of Eddie’s is actually the sister of my school teacher, who was also my class teacher in 6th grade — and my favourite, too. The first time I ever tasted their cake was when my teacher brought it on the last day of 6th grade as a farewell treat. And bro, I was in love! Later, during college, I visited Eddie’s a few times with my college friends and always ended up telling this little story about the owner being related to my teacher (lol). Also, fun fact — the owner took part in MasterChef! We used to ask our class teacher if she really was her sister, and those little moments were so much fun. Their cheesecakes are to die for. The whole place is super cute, cosy, and aesthetic. All the love! 🩷

Near and cozy place to dine in. Their food was very delicious. I had Margerita pizza and veg burger they were tasty. The best part was hazelnut frappe really delicious.

Awesome and one of the best bakery in Dehradun. Must visit if you are lurking around the town. Tried the chocolate pastry, bun maska (which was too good), milk badam (must try) and coffee. Small sitting place inside the shop with an accommodation of 4-5 peoples. Had a nice time there, all sort of sweet snacks and savories items available including cream roll, Nan khatai, bread, pastries etc. Do give them a try! Recommended from my side.

I am reviewing after a month, but it was one of the best bakery in town. They served yummy burger, lassi was too good they should work on pizzas. They are giving a jaggery homemade candy which is awesome.

I was travelling from dehradun to Mumbai so wanted to have local pizza so I went to doon bakers. Their they gave me raw pizza which I can grill it and make it at home also. So after 8 hours of travel at home I grill it. It was so fresh and taste amazing. My daughter loved it. All the items are affordable and worth the value spent, in terms of quality and quantity. They seem to have got the pricing just right! When it comes to food, it’s a wow place to be! The staff is very thoughtful and considerate about the diners. The consistency, that the chief and his team manage to uphold with their food as well as service is applaudable. The range and presentation of food and beverages is impeccable. I’m highly impressed by how hygienically the food is prepared and so gracefully plated. So, BBC is certainly, a place to enjoy some nice food, music, and simply relax with a nice cup of coffee, (Well! Hot chocolate, in my case). :D

The ambience was good , however the food was way below average. Neither the taste nor the quantity justifies the pricing and the time you spend waiting for your order. The platter was a tiny platter with almost nothing worth the taste. It was my first and last visit today. Would not recommend. The Carolina crepe portion was also surprisingly tiny. The food did not match the description, too simple compared to the description.

Keto omelette was unexpectedly good. I don’t care much for omelettes but this really hit the spot. Ordered a Japanese Matcha Latte which was unavailable, so opted for a Himalayan green tea instead, which was your run-of-the-mill Twinings green tea. The ambience of the place is comme ci, comme ca. The auality is degrading day by day, the service and hygiene getting poor as well. The guy serving the chat items doesn’t even wear gloves and shows resistance when requested to. Food kept open uncovered, there was a dead fly in our food which is extremely pathetic to see, and the guy was so casual and said ‘koi ni dusri bana deta hu’. Such a poor management.

My wife ordered a Casata cake for my birthday last night through Swiggy. At 12 midnight when we cut it, it had an unusual smell. I still ate some of it thinking that I may be over reacting to the pungent smell. After that I got sick on my birthday. So, essentially it was a stale cake. This is unacceptable. Never order cakes from this place. :(

I bought four items from here. I bought apple pie and it tasted like garlic and onion. I don't know if it was stale or what. The hindi proverb Unchi dukan phike pakwan perfectly fits this shop. We ordered a cake for a special occasion and were extremely disappointed. The flowers on the cake looked dull, lifeless, and more like thrown-away flowers than fresh decorations. On top of that, the cake color was completely inaccurate compared to what we had asked for. For this, we were charged a good amount, but the quality was definitely not worthy of the price. To make matters worse, the employee even had the audacity to argue with us instead of acknowledging the mistake. This was supposed to be a centerpiece for our celebration, but instead it ruined the moment. Very dissatisfied with both the presentation and the service.

Some items are top notch while some need to be spruced up . Nonetheless the items are fresh and always decent . Tried the paneer kathi roll which was good but the paratha was hard and not crisp. The filling was tasty. So overall the roll was a 3/5. The caramel cake (3/5) this time around looked and tasted different from the ones bought from here in the past. We prefered the earlier version. The sauf rusks were crisp and tasty. (4/5) The pineapple pastry and chocolate pastry were good aswell. (4/5) The staff gets the job done. No complaints as such.

Standard Bakers used to be very trustworthy in terms of taste and quality. But now not only the taste has deteriorated but also the product quality. Packed items are not fresh and taste worse. It was time when standard Bakers used to sell fresh stock but now it is only focused on infrastructure and aesthetics. It is highly regretable that even after so many critical reviews there quality is declining day by day.

I've always had a lovely time here, the cakes are their specialty, always fresh and delicious. The seating area is small but cozy and comfortable and well designed. The service is also great! Today we were given a complimentary cake - pineapple - this was yummy. I love coming here to sit with a friend and have a filling and satisfying meal/snack to complete the experience.

We picked up khandvi, which was tasty. The mix murabba was nice as well . The cream roll was average. The dry mango pickle was well prepared. They have a wide range of food items, sweets, pickles, savoury delicacies to select from. The staff is pleasant. And gets the job done. They have a restaurant on a higher floor and the there is ample seating. Some seating is available on the ground floor as well next to the chaat counters. Parking is available. Gaurd helped us park our vehicle.

Food is good not the best but good (Pasta is surprisingly amazing) . Don't order any momos dish and chopsy as they are ok. I recently revisited CCD after a long hiatus, and the coffee was as good as I remembered. However, I have a couple of feedback points for this location. Firstly, while I understand the desire to maintain the beauty of the transparent door, it might be beneficial to place a large sticker on it to prevent people from walking into it due to optical illusions. Secondly, I observed a concerning incident where an elderly lady accidentally hit the door, and despite other customers coming to her aid, the staff seemed to ignore the situation entirely. A bit more sensitivity and awareness from the staff would be appreciated in such circumstances. Overall, a pleasant visit marred by these small issues.

Needs a washroom though as the one shared with the hotel is less than desired.

When it opened up in Dehradun, it was the only place to get macaron. The location of the place is free from the hustle bustle of the city. The outdoor seating arrangement is absolutely magical with all the fairy lights. The interior of the place is amazing too. Its obviously a little expensive in comparion to any other pastry store but its the reputation of the place that should precede its price range.

It’s a famous landmark in Landour, but that really doesn’t do justice to the food they serve. Honestly, one of the best bakeries I’ve been to. The quality of food was excellent. It was overpriced but it is expected at such a remote location. The bakehouse is quite busy so you might have to wait outside. The banana Coco chip cake was amazing and so was the muffin.

Supposedly the best bakery in town, but they do have some hits and some misses. Their cakes and rusks are good and so are croissants. Their breads (all varieties) are soft, spongy and tasty. Their donuts are average and some of their desserts too. Also I feel most of the products are fairly overpriced.

Chic Choc is also popular for its fruit cream but Casa Mia’s was less sweet, more rich in fruits and a must-try. They've also got an excellent range of hot and crisp patties which in the winters would be ideal, but before you get to them you must grab some of its frozen drinks and desserts. Pathetic experience ever not expected at all, we visit at 10 around they took our order and serve at 11pm the moment we started having it, they turned off the light and we asked the employee shall we leave “he stated YES”. Not at all recommended anyone here where low class service given by the employee.. worst attitude at all of the employee who serve the client like this. Adding photo for the reference as my friend took the phot, you may see they turned off light and put the shutter down, you may also see that employee clearly who was too rude with us and standing like he has not done anything wrong, take some action against him.

I ordered a one pound chocolate truffle cake for my birthday with a simple design and safe to say, I was terribly let down by Eltham. The design required pink icing/frosting which was of such poor quality that the pink dye literally stained everyone's hands and refused to come out despite several washes. The truffle cake was rock hard and most definitely stale, even as I was assured of a fresh cake. Having sampled truffle cakes from several bakeries in Doon, I know enough to say that no truffle cake should be that hard if it was fresh (no matter the amount of time it may spend in the freezer/fridge). We had to dig our spoons in with both hands to get a piece and moving forward, it only got harder. Considering the exclusive price of ₹800 that the bakery asked for the cake, I am extremely dissatisfied by the product I received and the only thing to say is that if Eltham cannot hold up the standards that a customer expects for a price like that, they should lower down their rates to that of the local bakeries, instead of harping on quality that is next to degradable. I liked the bakery for their breads and croissants but this was my first time ordering a cake from them as well as the last.

Cafe has a great atmosphere and staff was also nice. I bought eclairs and banana cake which were delicious. Only sad part was their kitchen was closed so couldn't taste the food. Definitely recommend for pastries and cakes.

This place serves best coffee in town undoubtedly. I love their freshly baked buns and croissants. The only downside of the place is, at times they serve stale desserts which is highly unacceptable and can be worked on. Their menu items are decent and their pastas are must try if you’re visiting their place. I just love their blueberry cheesecake and Belgian chocolate pastry. They know how to handle the amount of sweetness in their desserts. Neither to sweet nor too bland these two picks never let me down.

Do not order HOT drinks for TAKEOUT. This is the cup after 4 minutes of getting an Americano to-go. Burnt my thighs because the coffee spilled while I was taking a sip as the base just gave way. Coffee tastes great but the take-out cups are a hoax and not recommended for hot drinks. Hope you do better Dunkin'

It's a cosy dine in place. The availability of multiple donuts is amazing. Coffee and burgers are okay too. Dunkin Don't, which was on the 1st floor of the mall has not been shifted to the Second floor near the Bata showroom. There are a few tables and chairs for you to sit. The donuts are always sweet and sugary. Some offer was going on so I ordered one coffee and another one was free, so I ordered a cafe latte cold. The cup wasn't sealed properly so while getting out of the mall, coffee spilled from both the cups. The staff also informed that burgers have been discontinued by the company.

Fresh. Soft. Crunchy when needed. Gooey when needed. Bliss. The burger was cut in half on our request and looked incredible. The first bite in and we wished we had ordered two. Such flavour ! Such juicy tender chicken ! I must point out that Dunkin doesn't get enough credit for its burgers - they really are some of the BEST out there. Conclusion Don't be fooled by the name - Dunkin Donuts is a one-stop fix for an entire meal with burgers, wraps, sandwiches, coffee, shakes, etc. And yes - AMAZING doughnuts. Pro-tip : Check your SMS inbox for regular updates about offers.

Average place . Loved the coffee in mug. 🍩 were average. Overall a decent place . The burgers were lousy, even buffet has better burgers and they were priced so high. Would have loved some more options in the menu, place is not crowded that's a plus point . The ambience of the place is nice. Should add high chairs . Many of the donut flavor were missing. Decent place to visit.

A friend suggested me this bakery an year ago, since then I'm buying cakes from here, be it for smaller occasions or big. You shouldn't worry about the taste, it's always great. In terms of design you need to tell them carefully and then you are good to go. Glad found this bakery!

Got Bento Cake from them for Rs 150 which tasted fine. They seem to have limited variety of cakes and pastries which was a turn off. From the outside it appears to be a full fledged bakery but it can be termed as more of a cafe. Please do ask for bill for the items you buy. Would request them to add more bakery items to their menu which would be highly appreciated.

Tried there bakery several times as it is near my house but it so happens that all there sponge bases no matter what flavour you choose taste like vanilla base . The variety is less , and even their chocolate pastries have a very strong taste of cinnamon in them .. not something I am a big fan of . The quantity provided is good but I am not a big fan of the quality . Have tried their donuts twice . Was good once and bad the next time so consistency is also not maintained. As a last minute resort for Father's day, we stepped inside this little patisserie. It is so beautiful with its blue and pink pastel shades. Now for the food, we didn't get a cake (because they were sold out on dry cakes and normal ones). We bought pineapple pastries instead. They were eggless, moist, fresh and delightful. One of the few cafes that serve genuinely GOOD coffee in Rishikesh. They have some of the best Tea cakes, cheese cakes and probably the only bakery specializing in Sourdough breads. Located on the road to 13 Manzil temple, and Laxman Jhula side of the river. Pretty laid back atmosphere, with a very cute Husky named 'Kira'. Do give them a visit.

I visited Doon Memories and really enjoyed it. The place has cozy sitting and a friendly vibe. Their cakes are the best—soft and delicious. I also tried pizza and sandwich, both tasty and fresh.

We ordered a customised cake today.The delivery was late by almost 50 minutes. We were still fine with it because we were expecting a good cake from them. But the cake that we received was completely different from the image that we had shared. The picture had clarity but the size was so much disappointing. Instead of accepting their mistake, the lady justified it by saying it wasn't possible for a 2 pounds cake. We have been ordering from another bakery for 2-3 pounds and have never ever had any such complaints. It was my worst decision ever to try something new. They literally altered the image size. That was the best part of the cake and they ruined it for us. My experience was extremely disappointing. I will never ever order from this bakery again.

Such a big disappointment this bakery is! After seeing all the 5-star reviews, we ordered from Doon Memories for Teachers' Day. It was supposed to be a simple printed cake, but what we received was a huge letdown. The picture they printed was so small, as if it was for a 1 pound cake, even though we ordered 2 pounds. When I asked the owner about it, she gave so many excuses, as if I was ordering a cake for the first time. Dude, Downtown Bakers is way above your standards. There's no comparison between them and this bakery. Honestly, she didn’t even use 1% of her brain. I had sent her a picture of the cake design I wanted, including the image to be printed. But she printed the entire picture including the cream piping, which should have been part of the cake design, not the printed image. And the best part? She didn’t even accept her mistake and kept giving ridiculous reasons. P.S. - Replying to every review won’t be enough to justify ruining someone’s special occasion.

The cakes are made on orders, it would be nice if you will make an order a day before the event as the owner will need time to find the materials especially in the pandemic for the cake like for fruit cake, black forest etc. You can also customize the cake on your own basis like from the colors, flavors, toppings, and toppers. The price for the cakes are definitely fine. I will definitely recommend you to buy from here.💜

Would like to share my feedback, where the restaurant owner responded my call addressing they are the best bakery of Rishikesh, I cant get this taste even in Delhi, although their cake tastes so bad, that we couldn't even had a single bite.
