So my friends birthday was March 29th and I ordered the cake two weeks ahead of time due to the availability of when the cake could be made. I paid 220 for the cake. The cake was beautiful but after just one slice as you can see it tasted so bad. The cake taste like it was in the fridge for about a week it was dry and the chocolate cake looks lighter then chocolate it was really really dry and I was very very disappointed because all the reviews I thought this was really a good spot for someone to make me a detailed cake of my choice. Then when getting the cake delivered it was a bit of confusion because it was a mm Uber foodie driver and he knew no English and told the cake lady he was at the place of residence but was not and I had to wait an additional 10 to 15 mins at 7 in the morning to receive the cake because it was a bit of confusion. All in all the cake would of been good if I guess it was made closer to the time of me needing the cake. I definitely know it wasn’t made a few days prior due to the dryness and taste of the cake. I don’t wanna discourage others but just be more aware. She does make beautiful cakes… just maybe the timing. I hope this review serves purpose in the best way.

I’ve ordered custom cakes from many bakeries but this one definitely takes the cake! Cake Lush sculpted a delicious cake of a Chanel Bag from a picture that I provided and it is simply extraordinary and of the highest quality; you can tell that there is immense attention to detail in their process. They also do an excellent job communicating with you throughout the order process up to delivery. 100% will use again and recommend to anyone.

Cakelush by far is one of the best cakes I’ve had, her cakes are moist and delicious. The cake was not dry like other cakes I’ve had from other companies. I truly recommend cakelush for all your cakes.

This was by far the best cake I’ve had. So creamy and delicious. I was blown away. My cake was delivered on time and was perfect too. I would highly recommend using cake lush if you have any event in Miami.

There is absolutely no positive customer service. I must say this is the most unprofessional, untrustworthy and desperate cake company, I have ever experienced. If a customer is asking for corrections to be made to the product…make corrections that’s called customer service and if you cannot produce the product that a customer is requesting , then refund them. Do not be so desperate to hold on to money that you have not earned nor produced the product …that’s business 101. Warning to others save your time and money this not a reputable company to work with nor bring your service too.

I'm stupid glad we slid thru this spot for breakfast. We were there on a Friday morning, so it wasn't crazy crowded, but I can easily see how it would be. The layout is nice and open, where you can see the bakers baking from your table. There's also a nice coffee/takeout counter up front. Our server was very attentive, and as I always appreciate, she made us feel at home. The menu isn't crazy extensive, and that made ordering a lot easier. I went right for the French toast. Just a couple thick slices of fresh-baked bread brought together into one big ol' slab of decadence. I'm gonna describe it just like it's written on the menu, "Brioche dipped in Vanilla Bean Custard, layered with Florida Pecan Butter, Crème Anglaise, Blueberry Coulis, Whipped Cream & ZTB Farmhouse Lemon Thyme", yeah, all that and then some. It was so deliciously rich I couldn't finish it all in one sitting. We also had the Egg Platter with two eggs, crazy crispy delicious smashed potatoes, labneh, pickled onions on top of fresh avocado, marinated olives, and spelt sourdough. That was fresh and impressive as well. I had the hibiscus lemonade, and it was worth the words I've heard describing it, "Awesome and alone worth the visit". All in all, I was very pleased with this spot and would recommend visiting. If I lived around there, it would easily become one of my morning treats. Oh yes, the restrooms were very clean and well-equipped.There are two individual rooms (is that the right word?).

My husband and I ordered breakfast — one egg platter and one avocado toast. The taste and quality were great, but the bread portion was disappointingly small, especially for a bakery. This was particularly surprising with the egg platter, where the bread came as two tiny strips alongside the labneh — not even equal to a single slice. The bigger issue, however, was the service — slow, inattentive, and unfriendly. Aside from the hostess, no one seemed interested in engaging with us. It took a while for someone to take our order, even longer for the food to arrive, and no one checked on us afterward. When we finally managed to get someone’s attention for the check, it was handed over without a word, barely any eye contact, and certainly no thank you or goodbye. Perhaps the mandatory 18% service charge has something to do with it — if the tip is guaranteed, there seems to be no motivation to provide decent service. Overall, while we really like this place for its baked goods, we won’t be returning for dine-in. It seems better suited for grab-and-go, or for picking up their bread at Whole Foods.

Incredible bakery in the Wynnwood area of Miami. I have been looking forward to going to this bakery for a while based upon it’s reviews, and the food is amazing. Large on-site bakery produces some unique items and fresh bread. I had an almond croissant that was very good. Highly recommended.

Excellent food and service. Nova bagel and egg platter were 10/10. Very crowded but worth the wait for a table. The service was fast once we sat down. We would return again.

I have heard so many good things about Zak The Baker over the years but after trying Zak The Baker for the first time, I honestly don’t see what the hype was about. I’ll go into more details below: I went to Zak The Baker for a weekday lunch and was seated with minimal wait. It took a few minutes for a server to greet me and the service was overall pretty cold. The restaurant has a mandatory 18% service charge and the staff didn’t seem to care about providing good service because the gratuity was already tacked on to the bill. I ordered a Cold Brew Coffee ($5.50) to start. The coffee was good and locally brewed in Miami. The server advised they only have Whole, Almond, and Oat milk for creamer, pretty limited in my opinion for the cost of the coffee. For food, I loved the variety of fresh and locally grown items. I wanted to get the Caesar Salad but add a protein, and the server advised they can’t add proteins to the salad because “they are a fully Kosher kitchen and restaurant” and he seemed to get an attitude about it. The restaurant doesn’t advertise themselves as being a fully Kosher restaurant or I would have never come here as I don’t have a need to pay a premium to dine at a fully Kosher restaurant. The server advised the only protein they could provide was Salmon and it would be prepared on a separate plate. So I opted on spending less and getting the Tomato Bisque and Grilled Cheese ($15). The tomato bisque was really good, the sandwich was average and the servers completely disappeared after my food arrived and I left as soon as I flagged someone down for my check. My stomach was messed up later in the day after my meal so I’m not really sure about their food preparation at the restaurant and won’t go back.

The great thing about Zak the Baker is how they keep prices low while still using high quality ingredients they even harvest from their own farm! Extremely affordable which is amazing for Miami, especially in Wynwood. I had a sandwich for $12, honestly…you can’t beat that.The servers knew what they were talking about, super knowledgeable ,made the whole experience really smooth & welcoming. The space is bright, cozy, and it’s the kind of place that reminds you why simple, honest food can feel special. My experience was nothing short of exceptional . The best part was taking home a box of pastries to share with my family, you can really taste how fresh they are . Definitely a Miami gem .

The display case was filled with the most beautiful, masterfully made pastries. We were tempted by them all but settled on a bagel since we were visiting—if we lived here, we would have gotten a loaf for the week! What we got: - Nova Bagel 3.5/5. one of the better meals I had in Miami! The pickled onion was a colorful touch. The bagel itself was ok. - Frisee Salad 4/5. in dire need of veggies on the trip. hit the spot with its freshness. I liked the amount of dressing it came with but my partner felt it was too drenched and overwhelming. I’m sure if we got other pastries, they would have been fantastic! We arrived at 11:30am on a Monday in June and had no wait! After we arrived, the place was quite busy with people coming in. The staff was polite and they said that a few people cover an area so they support each other. The glass, open kitchen was gorgeous and fun to watch the busy staff prepping for the next day’s baked goods.

The croissant was so good! And the cappuccino! Overall the price is fair but that mini baguette prosciutto chess sandwich shocked with about $12 price… though my friend found it really delicious.

This bakery has amazing bread that we always make sure to come for out of our way. But as we purchased their cheesecake that cost (60$!) for a small cake - this is a bit much. But when we realized it wasn’t even baked inside - literally the cake was like yogurt inside - not what a cheesecake cake supposed to be. Not for 60$. The outside parts that were cooked - were good. And the kids ate cake anyway - but if you put such a price on your tiny cake make sure it’s good! O m disappointed

I visited this bakery based on a recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. Everything I tried was delicious—the croissant dough was absolutely spectacular, flaky and buttery in all the right ways. The only downside was the service. The girl who helped us didn’t seem too interested in answering our questions or explaining the different options, which took away a bit from the experience. Still, the pastries were excellent and definitely worth trying.

Stopped by true loaf after eating at Lucali's witch was an amazing experience! I had a difficult time deciding what to order. Since I'm visiting from chicago. I had to make my one choice count! I did. Got one loaf of banana bread with chocolate chips and walnuts, and two huge chocolate chip cookies. It did not disappoint. Banana bread was huge and weighed at least 5 pounds legit brought it back with me to Chicago lol...super soft amazing flavor the best part was it wasn't overly sweet same with the cookie. Only thing it was super pricey over $30 for the loaf and two cookies but it was worth it. 100% recommend!

Ok bakery. Won’t go back. Assorted breads, pastries, sandwiches. There were no donuts so that was very disappointing. I see posts for their great donuts and they didn’t have 1 donut. Hmmmmm. The chocolate croissant had very little chocolate. It was difficult to eat due to its large size. It crumbled apart terribly when I ate it. Beyond messy, and odd texture for a croissant. The overnight oats were good. The peanut butter cookie dipped in chocolate was just ok. Took one bite and didn’t want anymore. Weird texture for a cookie. All mush. Husband had a guava cheese pastry that he said he liked. I thought it was ok. I wouldn’t go back here. Too many other choices around.

This place is great! We have been to probably 8 to 10 bakeries and pastry shops in the Miami Beach area and this is the best one. It is just a small mom and pop operation in a very nice neighborhood with super good quality pastries, and bread.

If there was enough accessibility, I would give a five star rating across the board. Unfortunately, my daughter wasn’t able to choose her bakery item due to her being wheelchair bound and the entire bakery items being accessible for viewing for people at a height of at least five feet. She was not offered a paper menu and there was no board menu available for viewing. I chose a Madeline for her which was actually pretty tasty. I had the little rum cake which was moist and delicious. Please think of all your patrons when planning all components of your bakery and create a universal design that can work well for everyone.

I’ve been a customer of this bakery for a little over three years now, and I truly love it! Their desserts are always fresh, and the service is consistently amazing. The girls who work there are always so kind and welcoming. For about four or five birthdays, between family and friends, we’ve ordered their cakes, and believe me, they never miss. The cakes are always moist, flavorful, and beautifully made. I’ve tried so many of their desserts: the passion fruit pie, Nutella cream puff, strawberry cream puff, their cookies, brownies, and recently a new one they have, the mixed berries pavlova which was absolutely incredible. If you’re looking to order a birthday cake or just treat yourself to something sweet and delicious, this is definitely the place to go!

I ordered cake for myself and my husband’s birthday. It was ready on time. My cake was red velvet which is so tasty, my husband’s cake was cookies and cream tast as well. Everyone loved both and asked where I got them. My husband’s (left) had a little accident from our side but it was looking awesome.

dbakers Miami is amazing! I’ve ordered two cakes from them recently — one for my husband’s birthday and one for my sister’s today — and both were absolutely beautiful and delicious! The designs were spot on, and the flavors were incredible. Even today when there was a mix-up and my cake wasn’t ready at the scheduled time, they immediately made it right by baking a new one that was ready within an hour and a half — and they even gave me six matching cupcakes for free! That’s real customer service. Mistakes can happen, but how they handled it showed true professionalism and care. The pizza was on focaccia and it was so delicious. I'm not usually a pizza person but my mouth is watering as I'm writing this review. The desserts were kind of expensive 3.50 for the mini ones. They were delicious 😋 Also the fresh squeezed juice was really refreshing

Loved our visit to Rosetta Bakery! We had some freshly made sandwiches along with coffee and tea, and everything was delicious. Really charming spot with a great selection of both sweet pastries and savory sandwiches. The bread was top quality — tasted just like Italy. I ordered a pizza, a slice of focaccia, and a Coke, and it came out to around $30. A bit on the pricier side for a quick bite, but the quality made up for it. The atmosphere was lovely, and overall, I had a good experience. Would come back when I’m craving that true Italian bakery vibe.

I love this place in Miami! It has very good cafe with many choices! The food is amazing, very fresh everything and amazing tasty! You have so many choices and all looks soooo gooooddd that you don't know what to choose and at the best .... you would love to eat from everything something... Either sweet choices...... Either salty.... hard to decide but every bite is worth! The girls inthere are very friendly and answer to all your questions or concerns! Definitely not my last time there! Definitely a MUST if you look for a good breakfast or a small thing in between! TOP BAKERY!!! I LOVE IT!!!

The staff behind the counter was extremely helpful and friendly. I tried a custard-filled eclair, and it was delicious (served chilled). They were playing great EDM/house music over the speakers, which I loved! And everything on display behind the glass, on the counter, looked absolutely delicious. The latte was tasty. For two eclairs, and a latte, my bill was over $27, which did catch me by surprise, a little, tbh. I do recommend giving this place a try!

One of the best brunch places in brickell. Chilaquiles was an underrated but top notch dish. They ran out of the croissants so will be back to try those. Service was mid - fast in the beginning but then slowed down. They got dog water bowls for a pet friendly outdoor seating which is always a plus in the hot Miami days. Sake mojito was super refreshing. Definitely recommend this place overall. No reservations but call ahead for seating and wait time

I had the brunch with my friends here but I haven’t heard from the staff to ask how do I like the food so I have to wrote it here. The matcha tastes like it’s diluted, I could not taste the strong flavour Matcha should have. For the Salmon burger, the upper brioche was not fried and had not enough sauce on it. The minced salmon burger contained even some fish bones inside which was so dangerous and not professional. The environment couldn’t be called decent for the heavy smoke from the open kitchen. I feel sad that I was waiting for the waiter to ask about my feelings about the food but they didn’t come to me. My friend told me the brunch in America was like this basically, I feel bad about it because the brunch I had in Europe was all better than this not cheap one.

Every time I’m in Wynwood, I have to stop here and get their pecan pie. It is the best pecan pie I’ve had as it’s not overly sweet. Their salted caramel pie is also delicious but I forgot to take a picture of that. The service is always excellent and the ambience is very cheerful with its colorful decorations. I will always be returning here whenever I’m craving something sweet.

I visited the Wynwood location after dinner to grab a pie slice before heading home. The attached pictures is exactly what I was served and no, I had not taken a bite out of it yet. I was basically served all whip cream. Especially for being called the “cookie monster”, this order was completely lacking. The quality of Firemen Derek’s has gone down since I first started going.

Fireman, Derek, your cakes used to be so soft so moist so delicious like I used to anticipate waiting to eat just that first bite I could remember. My mouth used to be so watery I used to feel so alive with every piece of cake or pie but lately I don't even know what to say. i'm eating cornbread and cornbread. I should put that in there too cardboard is that the word because when I put my fork through the K it crumbles apart nothing stuck together. Nothing is fresh. Nothing is wholesome. Nothing is fluffy. Nothing is soft. Nothing is soft melting in my mouth my mouth is not watery. i'm so disgusted and so disappointed that you guys have allowed your brand your standards. The taste the value to diminish it by not giving people fresh food when I say I used to order from you guys like every other day every week and to just ordered this last confetti cake, birthday cake or whatever cake you wanna call it with the sprinkles it was horrible man. Yeah yeah I gotta get it together. Get it together. Give people what they pay for this is not free when I'm picking up free food from you guys we're paying for fresh food. I mean I would only expect something fresh when you go to a restaurant when you sit down to eat that they're giving you something fresh. Please do better. Keep it FRESH everyday‼️

I have been a loyal customer of FIREMAN DEREK’s since the store opened. I have enjoyed many of your baked products , including crackpies, guava cookies, and Oreo cheesecake pies. However, my experience at the WYNWOOD store today has left me deeply disappointed and motivated to never return. The lack of respect and civility displayed by your manager was truly unacceptable. I arrived at the store and ordered a few items, including a slice of “CRACKPIE”. I took a bite while and immediately realized that the pie was stale and frozen. I explained to the manager that the pie was not fresh and didn’t taste right. Her response was dismissive and arrogant. She claimed that they didn’t get fresh pies because they were delivered twice or three times a week and that they had three stores, so they couldn’t possibly have fresh pies every day. This attitude was unnecessary , especially for a simple question. It doesn’t even make sense: since FIreman Derek’s have 3 stores, shouldn’t they be able to deliver fresh products ? you have Specially I had paid for a fresh piece of pie, and I didn’t expect to be served something frozen and unappetizing. If the pies are not FRESH, please put up signs !!! It’s only fair with the customer to know they are not paying for fresh pie. When I asked what I could do about the situation, I offered to get another product to substitute. After she cut the slice, to my shock, she asked me to pay for it. As a side note, the full pie I had purchased and paid for was already in the trash. She asked me if I was going to eat it, and I said no, so she put it in the trash bin. She insisted that she couldn’t give me “free food,” but the point is that it wasn’t free. I had paid for something and didn’t get what I paid for. Any decent business would try to make a customer happy, especially a loyal one. This manager turned her back on me the moment I asked for her name and went to the back of the store, never to return. I want to make it clear that during all this time, I spoke to everyone in a respectful tone and didn’t make a scene or yell at anyone. I simply expected the situation to be resolved in a civilized manner. This is not about a bad experience, a bad slice of pie, or even about the $10 I wasted in the trash. This is about a business’s respect for its customers. I left your store feeling frustrated and completely disrespected. If you don’t want to run out of business maybe you should be more concerned with keeping customers, perhaps you should be more cautious about who you hire as a manager and make decisions on your behalf. I don’t have the name of this manager because she didn’t provide it. Three unhelpful and arrogant workers were involved in this situation. No one offered any assistance. They all kept pointing to the policy signs, as if I were trying to “scheme the system.” All I wanted was a fresh slice of pie and to go home happily.

I’ve been hearing about the hype so this visit was long overdue. I ordered off Uber. I tried the chocolate chip, Nutella and lemon cloud. Cookies were huge! They were also surprisingly soft for their size. Chocolate chip was just the right amount of sweet, a little crispy on the outside. Nutella had a bit too much Nutella for my liking and I love Nutella but I do get it- there has to be a decent amount in it lol. The lemon cookie was the perfect balance. All in all, decent cookies

Honetly, these are not the best cookies in Miami, very doughy, average ingrediants kind of plain jane, there is nothing special about them. I was def not impressed but rather disappointed. True Loaf Bakery makes a better chocolate chip cookie, crunchy on the outside, premium chocolate chunks and a way better flavor. I am perplexed how this bakery was nominated as the best cookie baker in the city by The Miami New Times, did they pay for the review? For me they were average, something you expect at pot luck supper, nothing to write home about. I dont understand their 4.6 star review. Maybe their customers were high and had the munchies? I wont be coming back. Wow.. Your response is obviously not in the realm of reality. I suggest you go around to the competition and try their products and than try yours, the outcome is obvious. No I wasnt paid to write this review, it was an honest critique. I really am passionate about everything I review and seriously your products are mediocre. Your feedback review you sent me, was that an a corporate exercise or do you really want to improve your products? Ill gladly bring you some cookies from the competition and we can sit down and compare. Take me up on my offer?

I'm so glad I have to make a point to go to Little Haiti and to Cindy Lou's. If I could go more easily, I'd easily gain 15 pounds. I made a Toogoodtogo pickup with them and loved every item that was in the bag. The bakery is purely counter service---maybe there's a window counter where you can park yourself if you really want to dig into something? But they do not sell coffee or tea, a.k.a. your baked item staple drinks. They do sell milk to keep your inner child cozy. It's really more of a pick out items you want and take it home with you to indulge kind of a place. The space is clearly more industrial and dedicated to the baking part of things, and I'm completely okay with that! Here's what I got: Rocky road cookie: You know the crispy part of a brownie? Like brownie brittle but with things inside? This was that embodiment, with chunks of brownie batter surrounded by melted marshmallow and crunchy walnuts. It was so airy that I almost forgot I was eating a cookie, and calories. White chocolate macadamia cookie: Crunchy, a little chewy, a lot smooth white chocolate and macadamia flavor. So good. Funfetti cookie: One of my favorites, and I usually don’t like sugar cookies! The shortbread in this cookie was light, buttery and crumbly without being greasy. I want one just thinking back on it! Oreo chocolate cookie: I took 4 days to eat this one because it was so dense and satisfying with a few small pieces at a time. There was a slight mocha flavor to the chewy, thick dough, topped heavily with Oreo pieces. Lots of stuff going on for a great time in the mouth, haha. Vegan banana nut bread: I legitimately thought this was crumble cake because of its sugar coated surface. It turned out to be a super moist, albeit a little oily, banana bread chock full of nuts. That sugar coated top, though, gave it that special bite that set it apart from a homemade banana bread. I was thinking I could make these items last for a week. They were gone in 4 days. I was so happy to have them and so sad when they were done. I will absolutely return to try the entire rest of their menu and gift them to anyone whenever I have a chance!

Love this place! I think I’ve had every cookie and dessert they have even the limited editions.

We have ordered delivery from here a few times and have now tried everything on the menu they have on doordash. There is not a single item on their menu I would say is not good. We do have a few standouts that we love. The coconut chocolate chip cookie is a must if you like coconut. Any poundcake on the menu I would say try. The chocolate cake is so delectable 🥰. The espresso cookie is so different and yummy. The carrot cake is one of the best I've ever had and that is something I try at every place. The pictures I'm posting are half eaten because I always forget to take pictures before I start eating from here. We're new to Miami and have been trying a lot of dessert places and this is one I will definitely get when friends come in to visit.

Guava and red velvet are my absolute favorite flavor cookies. Every time one walks in, you are welcomed with a smile! Best cookies in Miami. Thank you for making such tasty treats :)

My friend and I just happened to walk by Cindy Lou's and saw the sign saying "seriously delicious" so we thought we had to try it. As soon as you step into the shop, the smell overwhelms you and it just smells so good. All cookies are baked in store and they are massive so can be shared. If you're feeling hungry though you can have definitely have one to yourself. All the cookies looked so delicious and it was hard trying to decide which cookie we wanted but ultimately chose the red velvet and cream cheese cookie and it was absolutely delicious. Will definitely come back here if I'm in Miami again.

I don’t know how long this bakery has been open because there is still a menu posted on their door about pizza but there is no atmosphere in the dining area. It is bland and cold but we did take out and sat on a bench outside a bathroom anyway because all tables were full. The other seating option is bar seating. As for the food. It was exceptionally good. We had the ABC (almond, banana, and chocolate) croissant which was amazing. We also had a croissant with egg and fillings in it that was delicious. It was not like a croissantwich, it was more like a frittata of sorts but with the croissant as the dough. We were hoping to get a horchata matcha we read about but apparently that was last months special. I asked about this months special and there was none. I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t have cream for coffee. I think it is a staple for a place that sells coffee but definitely a Miami thing with so many people used to milk/mylks in their coffee. If you are visiting, know that there is a toll to go into the island that this place is on but the views will be worth it.

Omg!!! This is the best egg sandwich in Miami!! Garantee!!! And the house fries are addicting.. delicious. ... the orange juice is 100% natural. Our friends recommended this place following our south Florida Ruck Club meet up and it was phenomenal! We were sooo hungry we didn’t remember to take pics before eating so will definitely be back and order the same to capture the Shakshuka and the customized Avocado Toast that includes smoked salmon and pickled beets (recommendation from Juan our server). We finished off with an Almond Croissant. Mmm mm mm!

My now husband and I came across Cake Lounge by a recommendation from our wedding venue. Alejandra was one of the preferred vendors of our venue along with a few other shops. I researched all of the vendors and made a tasting appointment with cake lounge over the phone. Alejandra had a wide variety of cake flavors and they all tasted amazing! The flavor that stood out in particular was the key lime because it was so unique and we ended up choosing that along with traditional almond for our wedding cake. It was evident by all of the sample cakes she has displayed in her shop that Alejandra is amazingly talented! I came in to our tasting with a few photos for inspiration and Alejandra delivered!! I was amazed by how beautiful the cake was on the wedding day. It was more beautiful and better than I had even expected. I provided her with the cake topper as well as a figurine of our dog and she seamlessly made them all work together. I would recommend Alejandra and her business to anyone who is looking for a delicious cake that is also very beautiful! Looking forward to using her in the future for other special events.

We have used services of Cake Lounge Miami numerous times. They are always able to accommodate all our orders, even at extremely short notice. It is always easy to place an order and they always deliver on time as promised. I was looking for a bakery that could make a photo cake for my sister‘s 70th birthday. Cake Lounge was the only one I could find. I visited the bakery to try a sample of their cake. The sample I was given was moist and delicious; the cream was light and had the perfect amount of sugar, in a word, the sample was excellent. There was also a light liquor at the base which she mentioned consisted of two different liquors. I made arrangements to pick up the $240, plus tax, cake on Friday morning. I was disappointed with the look because I expected the photo to cover the complete surface of the cake like all other photo cakes I had seen. The photo had been substantially reduced. I was disappointed, but the hope that the cake would taste like the sample I was given, would make up for everything else. When we cut the cake, it was completely dry, there was no liquor of any kind, The frosting in no way resembled taste test frosting I was given to try at the store. I had been assured the cake would be baked on Thursday. There was absolutely no way that cake was baked the previous day. Finally, I left a voicemail when I picked up the cake to express my dissatisfaction with what we had agreed and what I was picking up. I received no response. In the evening, after we cut the cake, and I got over my embarrassment, I left a detailed voice message. No one has responded and this is now three days later. If you try a sample at Lounge Cake of Miami, and your experience resembles mine, you cannot be certain that the cake you will be ordering will taste anything like the sample they offer you as a taste test.

Amazing! Everyone at the party kept asking me about the cake. Moreover, they were shocked to find out it not only looked good, but also tasted delicious. People have the idea pretty cakes must taste horrible. Not with Alejandra's. They're soooo good!

WOW ...WOW ... WOW! I discovered the Cake Lounge browsing through YELP. I wanted a super cake for my mother's 88th birthday. The cake was exactly as ordered and much, much more than I expected. The cake had two tiers (one coconut and the pother chocolate). They were moist and very tasty. The art design and work was flawless, the fondant was smooth. Will definitely use this business again and would highly recommend giving the Cake Lounge shot ... it'll be well with it!

Alejandra was a gem, from beginning to end. I reached out to her wanting a custom cake for my husbands 31st birthday only to change the cake design 2 days later as there was another birthday boy included for the day. Alejandra was understanding. The birthday celebration took place May 5th so something with a celebratory theme was perfect. Alejandra suggested some ideas along with feedback for the concept I wanted. What I got in return was an amazing cake design that tasted SUPERB! From first speaking with Juan to owner Karolina my 2nd experience was more than incredible. Karolina took over and was patient and amazing from beginning to end also with the kindness of Rogelio with the handling and care of the delivery, which you rarely see these days. I asked her to create a cake for my Grandmothers 100th birthday that we were celebrating in Miami Beach at Mr.Chow’s restaurant. I had a few specifics to the cake that she knocked out of the park but wanted her incredible craftsmanship and technique to show which she did to say the least. She is the best of the best. My grandmother had a squirrel named Mr.Peanuts on her balcony for many Years which she would feed peanuts. That was my theme.. and the cake she created was the most UNIQUE and amazing cake I have ever seen. The flavor of raspberry and Vanilla was delicious and the entire cake was incredible. This restaurant has been around for as long as I can remember. It is a staple of Miami Beach, and a throwback to older days. It’s so nice that it’s still exists and offers great food at affordable prices (for Miami Beach standards.) So when my friend suggested this place, I jumped at the chance because I hadn’t been in such a long time. It was an easy walk from where we parked, and it was a nice place to go after beach day. It is a diner feel and the menu reflects that. they even do “TV dinners” specials. I ordered the chicken Parmesan sub, and it came with house chips. The portion was enormous, and the meal was delicious. I loved the house chips. They were super fresh. On a side note, I also ordered a soda, it came as can soda, which is fine but, it was the most expensive soda I have paid for. Honestly, for that price I would’ve gone with a beer. But other than that, it’s a great place to enjoy a casual meal. The ambience is cute and the service was adequate.

We were looking for a restaurant open late that served good looking desserts & drinks, and boy did we stumble upon the PERFECT place! Our server John made our evening, with perfect recommendations, we left very satisfied and happy to have interacted with him. We were so excited to see him again when we came in again for breakfast the next morning! We will be coming back here on our next trip, without question. 10/10 service from John, and delicious yet affordable foods!

Intook club sandwich which was great. Unfortunately, fries were bit old and chewy, but they solved it rapidly and got the solution. The house looks like a barbie house, as its pink but outside to have a food or drinks is best what to do while your’re at the beach area. They also have great selection of shakes!

Big pink is definitely the right name for this place. Everything here is massive! The menu’s huge with loads to choose from and the portions are even bigger. I had the mac ’n’ cheese steak sandwich which was tasty and the chicken in a biscuit was nice too - never seen anything like it before, mostly just ’cause it was so big. Our waiter was great really friendly and kept checking in on us, topping up our drinks without us having to ask. If I’m honest, I wish the portions were a bit smaller so the prices weren’t quite so steep. I was desperate to try a slice of cake, but I was stuffed and couldn’t justify the cost just to take it away. Only real downside was how freezing it was inside, no idea why the air con was on so cold in the evening (I’m visiting from England so usually used to the cold!) Would’ve loved to sit outside, but all the tables were taken. I definitely need to come back to try the cake

Easy walk from south beach. They give big servings of food which matches the prices ($80 to over $100 for two people with drinks) The service is good, the drinks are strong and you will have leftovers. I would go back and try other options than what I got the two times I went.

I have been coming here for years and always recommend this place to my customers visiting in town. The doughnuts and croissants have always been amazing. Before today, I would give this place 5 stars. However, I tried the butterfly pastry (like an elephant ear, aka Palmier) and it was terrible!!! Not made with real butter like the other pastries I’ve tried. Didn’t taste very fresh either… Had to throw it away. The woman at the register told me I had to “purchase” something else. They could not offer me anything in exchange; even if I didn’t like it. What a waste $8.03 plus tip. What’s worse is, I do not feel like a valued customer; as they do not care about recitative business. Good customer service is hard to find. I won’t be recommending this establishment anymore. Such a shame!

First off, the people that take orders here are clueless about what they sell. That wouldn't be ridiculous if they had a full menu instead of the fixed limited items they sell, most of which are premade. Next up, this place needs to be $$ but when you see what you get even for $15, the breakfast buffets down the road are a far superior option. That being said ingredients is used here are excellent. The sandwiches taste great provided they are constructed correctly. It took these guys 3 tries before they were able to make my sandwich exactly as proven menu.

Chill modern style bakery atmosphere front of the shop so you get fresh air as you stair out front for was great few selections on as far a drinks but good selections. So it's not truly a complaint. Experience was Pleasant

This used to be my favorite place to go in the mornings. I love getting a ham and cheese croissant with pickle and mayo. I was just told they have no pickles (what?????), and that I'd have to spread my own mayo. I'm sorry but what is a kitchen for? And when I got back home, I learn there's mayo already on it. Okay, not only was service unhelpful, but rude. I miss the staff that used to be there, who knew how we liked our coffee. Now this place has no soul. Never going back.

I was quite disappointed with this place. I read that they had a good baguette. It wasn't anything special. I also ordered a quiche which did not feel very fresh and was re-heated in the microwave (no real French bakery would do that). The restaurant did not seem very clean: lots of dirty tables, dirty windows, bird flying around inside the restaurant. This is a pass for me, there is much better in Miami.

The food is really good. The baked "goodies" are really good. This place could KILL it, if it took a more "panera" approach and menu. This place could do a great dinner crowd and weekend crowd, but their hours are hit and miss, and never open on evenings. Really, if this place would consider looking to the panera model, it would lead downtown in sales.

I work right in front of La Provence so I used to love it for the convenience, the yummy and fresh food. However the last month's I've felt that the service and quality of the food has gone way down. The food seems to have been there for days and there are even some little flies around the bread area. Service was never spectacular but now it's even worse, it seems to me like the Management changed

A Hidden Gem on 15th Street! Miami Beach 🏝️ Absolutely incredible French bakery — the service is warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere feels like a little escape to Paris. I had the best croissant I’ve ever eaten here — perfectly flaky, buttery, and fresh. I didn’t try the chocolate pastry, but I had to take a photo — their pastries are crafted and decorated with such care and love, it’s clear they take pride in every detail. A must-visit spot if you’re in the area!

We had lunch at Maison Valentine en route to our flight out of Miami -- and it was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful, the lunch was great as were the desserts, and it has a great feel -- a quintessential French cafe. Highly recommend!!

Went for lunch yesterday sat at the table for 50 minutes waiting for them to heat up a quiche. There was not a single person in the restaurant complain to the owners. They try to do the right thing, but I will never go back. They don’t know how to run a restaurant no less at café on 15th St. in South Beach pathetic.

I literally think they have the most perfect tasting food & coffee of any coffee shop I’ve ever been to. The owners come from Macedonia and Italy and they truly care about the quality of every menu item! Just as important, the vibe is so cozy and friendly. Truly 10/10 kind of place! Found my go-to bakery in soflo! There is certainly a lack in quality, local, and trendy bakeries in the area. Being from Chicago and having traveled quite a bit, this bakery reminds me of something you would easily find in Chicago, NYC, Boston, etc. It has the it factor. Isn’t too try hard and they’ve got a blend of fresh and creative flavors. Waiting for the cardamom bun to return in the fall! Fun and vibrant ambience in a Sunday morning- the place was packed! So excited to return once they return!

This coffee shop nails the little things. The minimal, concrete vibe with wood stools and a sleek counter feels modern yet warm, and the staff are excellent. The ice in the coffee is crisp and clean, showing their attention to quality. But what amazed me most were the napkins—a small detail, yet chosen with such care that it speaks volumes about the shop’s thoughtfulness. When even the napkins impress you, you know every part of the experience has been considered.

It has taken me a long time to come to terms with the fact this is best bakery in the united states. I am a bakery lover. I have been to countless bakeries around the country and world to find the best and how lucky am I to have found the best bakery in the country a few miles away from my home (am i lucky or does the universe just want me to gain weight?). The croissants are the best I’ve ever had. I don’t know what they put in the dough, but it is phenomenal. I went over the weekend and they had cardamom buns which I had been looking forward to for weeks because there is no cardamom buns in the United States that are worth having quite frankly. Now these are worth having. I wanted to gate keep so bad but I can’t anymore. Baker and Barista deserves all the hype and more.

What an amazing experience! Our 3 day trip to Miami we stopped by the first day when we just happened upon it while walking. The gentleman working was so kind. He really made the experience so great we had to stop back in before leaving town today! They were incredibly busy today compared to the other but he recognized us immediately and made us feel so welcomed. The coconut cold brew is the BEST cold brew I've EVER had. If im ever back in Miami I will be back! UPDATE: I couldnt stop thinking about the cold brew before leaving the city. We went back to Baker and Barista for a 3rd time and I asked if they had larger batches of cold brew available. This wasn't something they were prepared for but I was.. with my own gallon jug! They were so accommodating for my insane request and I am happily drinking my cold brew from 10hours away lol AMAZING STAFF!

Baker and Barista is a gem in every sense of the word!!!! Nestled towards the latter end of Design District- I recommend parking at paradise plaza and walking over because it's well worth it! The vanilla latte was excellent, as well as the smores drink! My highlight was the amazing olive oil cake- wooooooooooooooow. The team was so friendly and welcoming- this place is a staple and you can tell everything is made with love!!! We need more places like this in Miami. Baker and Barista, Godspeed ahead!!!! Our cake was nothing short of spectacular: a masterpiece of artistry and flavor that went beyond all expectations. The customer service was outstanding, and my daughter was absolutely thrilled with her cake this past summer, a beautiful C for her name all in pink and gold goodness. At our event, guests couldn’t resist coming over just to admire this show-stopping creation. Seriously, the best! I found Frudeco's Bakery site while scrolling on FB. My birthday brunch was approaching, and I just couldn't resist. My cake fit the decor and was as colorful as my personality. I drove from Florida City to Miami just to pick it up. We'll be worth the ride. When they stated in their commercials that their cakes are as good as they look..... Well No Lie Detected There. This cake fed my soul and made me smile.

Marco responded promptly and thoroughly to all of my questions, making the process smooth and stress-free. I ordered a cake for my husband's surprise 50th birthday (golf-themed), and it exceeded all expectations. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious it was! Several even asked where it was from so they could order their own! The presentation was equally impressive. The cake was beautifully crafted. Photos simply don’t do it justice. The level of detail they put into both the design and flavor was truly remarkable. I highly recommend Frudeco Bakery for anyone looking for exceptional quality, taste, craftsmanship, and service.

Frudeco makes the most original and stunning cakes I’ve seen! Not only are they beautiful, but they’re delicious too! They even honored my request to make the letters ombre and did such a good job. The most delicious cakes are made at Frudeco. I’m obsessed with their cakes, not only are they delicious but they are decorated beautifully. The customer service is stellar and the staff is always so friendly and helpful.

I ordered a Frudeco number cake for a friend’s 50th birthday celebration. The photos do not do justice to how gorgeous the cakes are: the flowers, candies and other decorations were all so artfully arranged and breathtaking. The cake is also truly delicious! The bakery had the cake delivered to my home and they took the utmost care in delivery and kindly updated me when the cake left their bakery and when to expect them. I will definitely be ordering more cakes from Frudeco Bakery!

Such a fun stop in Miami! We popped into the Sugar Factory for a drink and tried the candy shop cocktail — super creative and tasty. The whole restaurant was decked out for Halloween, which made the vibe even better. Definitely worth stopping in if you’re looking for a fun atmosphere and unique drinks.

I went while on vacation in south beach. We were the first people there on a Monday morning. We were waited on by yuengling. He was amazing and welcoming. I only got cheese fries since I intended to come for brunch but they only serve brunch on the weekends. The fries were fresh and delicious and I can’t wait to come back for brunch!

Eliseo and Yani were amazing!! Very excellent and speedy service!! The drinks were delicious and the food was great. We mentioned it was our anniversary, and they went above and beyond for us. Additionally, we came in just before closing, and they still took care of us with red carpet service. The meatballs were amazing and the ribeye was cooked perfectly. You must check out this place and ask for Yani next time you’re around here.

Don’t let the name for you. This is a local that is full of great sandwiches, breakfast items, and fabulous pastries. Be sure to get the guava puff pastry. It’s out of this world. There are fresh juices and lots of locals that tell you that the food is great and the price is right. Sandwiches bought here are about 50% cheaper than other nearby restaurants that specially cater to tourists. This is a local restaurant, catering to locals and tourists alike!

I love Cuban bakeries! Excellent cheese rolls & guava roll pastries!!!! A bit expensive ($13 for 4x cheese rolls + 2 cheese/guava rolls). But we came all this way to enjoy ourselves!

This bakery is divine! The guava and cheese pastry is life changing! I've fallen in love and will be back. I was surprised how incredibly afforadable the pastries were. We were able to purchase 3 pastries for under $5. I'm not sure where else that's possible. In the 3 days we were in Miami, we went to this bakery twice! Don't skip this one.

TLDR; listen to the man behind the counter when he tells you what’s good. We came in first thing in the morning because I’d heard so much about this spot. Overall, I think it’s worth a visit but probably not worth the hype. The Nutella cruffin I ordered was literally a layer of pastry wrapped around a tunnel of Nutella to the point where it was impossibly to finish and tasted like I was eating out of a jar of Nutella. The eggs on toast was quite nice, but I’m not a fan of creamy eggs, so it’s a no for me (however this is really just a preference, because my partner loved it) The best thing was the spinach pastelito- so flaky and not soggy on the inside at all. The flavors were absolutely on point. This is the one thing I would 100% come back for. The cappuccino is pretty good too, but their iced coffees are only so-so (to be fair, I live in Seattle, where the bar for iced coffees is really high).

It was a Saturday morning the first time I came to Caracas Bakery and I gotta be honest, I was so frustrated as it was so busy, I decided to leave and dine somewhere else, just because I didn’t want to wait in line. I decided to give them a second chance, this time it was after a beach day early in a Saturday afternoon, there were some empty chairs this time, and it couldn’t go any better. I loved it!! I had their flat white, perfectly balanced and with the right intensity coming through, priced pretty competitively. I got to sample their turkey egg croissant and the breakfast sandwich. They were both great, but that breakfast sandwich was next level. I couldn’t resist to have a dessert before leaving so I went for the cream Danish, it was delicious. The guava and cheese danish is on my list for next time. All in all, I loved it and will repeat it pretty soon.

The B.E.C. here is PHENOMENAL and probably the best I’ve had in my life. The eggs are perfect and the sweet potato bun is light and delicious. I liked their coffee and my boyfriend got a guava pastry which was also AMAZING. The line was a little long and there wasnt much seating, but for good reason too. We came here during a Sunday morning and the parking lot was full, but I get why! I’m a little sad I discovered this place on the last day of our trip because I would have spent every day getting breakfast here if I could. Delicious, (rightfully) busy, worth it.

Coming here on a Sunday and/or Monday is a ritual my husband and I have been doing for the past 3 or so months. To be honest, we really enjoy the food a ton. It’s what keeps bringing us back. So much so sometimes we’ll do both Sunday and Monday! With that being said, the guy that works at the cashier has no sense of warmth or what service actually is. I’ve worked in hospitality for over a decade, so let’s just say I’m familiar with what great hospitality is. Yesterday, there was some sort of miscommunication on what my order was. When the wrong item was brought out, I kindly told one of the waitresses that we didn’t order that. I then heard her go back to the cashier and tell him that. He then comes back around dropping it back at the table…. I once again look at him and say we didn’t order this. He proceeds to tell me “that’s what’s on the ticket”. With all my respect, that’s not how you handle miscommunication at a restaurant. The energy of the waitresses also became more rude when they came back around to pick up some of our empty plates / coffees. We give you plenty of our money on a weekly basis and this is how we’re treated? I used to recommend this place to everyone but can now confirm I won’t ever recommend it again, nor will I ever be returning. I’m truly only giving it 3 stars because we loved the food there. But what’s good food with terrible hospitality?

Everything is just too delicious—from the breakfast menu (the Merguez toast is my absolute favorite) to the pastries that are simply irresistible. It’s always packed, which says a lot, but the team moves quickly and the service never feels slow. The energy is vibrant, the food consistently fresh, and every visit feels worth it. Well, let me tell you something about of “Atelier Monnier”, the most beautiful and comfortable bakery / coffee pâtisserie / pastry shop and winery boutique in Miami Beach. In my first visit here, I was looking for a nice gift and I found it: Belgium chocolate! This is my favorite place last six months for almost everything (reading and writing, enjoy the moment, breakfast, brunch or just for have a coffee any time). Letizia, Matthew and Jose are doing a great job here! They are so nice people, always are smiling, being polite and kind with everyone! So, my suggestion is, If you wanna enjoy the genuine French pastries, including macarons and chocolate, great coffee, or just a glass of French wine, please, stopping at 1300 Collins Avenue and don’t forget come here! It’s a good deal: reasonable prices and amazing quality. (My favorites: almond croissant, veggie croissant, la baguette, naturally! Talking about of wine, I tried some of them, my favorite is Saint Brice / Saint Emilion 2020. The only thing that is expensive is orange juice. But, Who wants orange juice usually when is possible have a coffee or drink wine?!)

Best deal in south beach. We had a bottle of awesome wine and pastries for under 30 bucks while seated on the street in the heart of it all. The bakery has a great breakfast and several bottles under 20 dollars. They are all good. Just sitting and relaxing while people watching. When everywhere else is 50-100 bucked a person for mediocre food at best this place really shines. Seriously a good deal.

We really enjoyed our breakfast this morning! Lola was incredibly warm and welcoming. She also made the best cappuccino and iced coffee for my husband. I absolutely loved my cappuccino and it reminded me of my travels in Italy and our breakfasts there. My husband would have ordered another iced coffee to go but already had espressos at our hotel. We will be back! I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a quick and tasty breakfast!

This place makes the BEST cakes I have ever tasted in my life. I ordered a simple cake of Dulce de Leche and vanilla inside and it was fantastic. Not too sweet, which is usually what you get, but just perfect. The decoration was also beautiful. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they recreated. The service was also great. I have zero complaints only good things to say. Thank you!

Walked in on a whim on the way home and found this little gem. It is a Nicaraguan bakery with a very cute aesthetic. A lot of pinks and flowers. The girl behind the counter didn't seem very pleased by me but I did I ask A LOT of questions as nothing had labels or explanations and I'm not familiar with Nicaraguan baked goods. So I didn't know what I was looking at in the cases, but everything looked divine, therefore all the questions I ordered a tres leches and a sugared bread with cheese in it (didn't catch the name). The tres leches had a really good flavor I just wish it was a little more wet. But I would definitely come back and try other items.

I ordered a strawberry shortcake from Cakeology for my husband's birthday. We traveled to Miami for his celebration and the cake was personally delivered from the bakery. It arrived in tact without any mishaps. I appreciated that the store stayed in touch with me via What's App and even checked back to ensure I liked the cake. I really liked the taste of the cake because it was not overly sweet and had a unique twist, that I couldn't quite place...kind of like mixed in graham crackers, but I am not sure. Cake showed up TWO HOURS late and looked nothing like the photos. I asked for it to say “happy birthday Gemini” in script and to be lilac colored. Instead it came in blue, gray, and dark purple. The letters were cardboard and had glue residue on them. The frosting looked crumbly and like sand and there was a line on the stop like they’d dropped something on it. In the middle of the cake was tin foil and cardboard ?? It was nothing that I asked for and we threw the whole thing out when we saw there we shards of tin foil in it. Also this isn’t a store front or small business. They make these cakes days in advance and in a factory/ industrial complex which is why you can’t pick up. Suffice to say it ruined my birthday and $120 later I am still mad.

Got a reveal cake last minute and arrived on time!!! Made my Miami experience even better . Communication with Alfred was perfect and he got everything exactly how I wanted . I messed up the frosting taking it out the box but still came out lovely.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased two slices which totaled $21.27, strawberry shortcake and guava pineapple and both slices of cake were hard and obviously old. Also, they included a Service Charge for each slice, which totaled $2.55. I don't mind that, because I usually tip anyway. However, they just included it and didn't warn me that it would be included. It was as if the older lady cashier was being sneaky about it. The guava pineapple looks like a sponge (SEE PICS) and the fork isn't even moving in the strawberry shortcake. Shows clear lack of moisture and how hard both slices are. If you are going to serve old cake because you don't want to lose out on the product, you should at least discount it and let customers decide if they want to buy old dry cake. My mom is a chef, so I know old cake and also owned a restaurant and know how it is to have to throw away product. The right thing to do is give it to a homeless person, employee, or just throw it away. Selling it to customers will only guarantee that you lose future business.

I’m not into cakes but stopped by just because of the interior. I bought Cookie Monster for kids and they loved it, but I couldn’t find anything for me. Maybe in future they can add more pastries or “healthy” sweets.

The Key Lime Pie was the worse I’ve ever had. It was served pre sliced and it tasted way too tart. If you want the real deal head to the Florida Keys it’s worth the drive. This place seems to buy frozen and pretend to serve fresh. I would have expected something like this at The Olive Garden food chain.

The best dessert place I’ve ever had in Miami! My wife and I had the oatmeal pie, chocolate chip cookie, cake pop, and the turtle pie. Every single thing was soft and moist and melted when you ate it. The aftertaste was even amazing, I’d recommend this business to ANYONE! I pray they are open forever so I can selfishly always come back when I have a sweet tooth 😂. The only thing is the service charge of 15% automatically being charged. I can get if it was a sit down restaurant but not a take out place.

I went here for the first time in their opening weekend. I know they had just opened, but maybe 4 customers were in there total. The staff seemed overwhelmed, took forever to acknowledge me, asked what I wanted then walked away for 5 minutes focusing on other things. I got a few treafs that were just OK but way too expensive. On top of that, they add a surcharge to your total without telling you. They offered me a soft serve of a vegan cookie butter that tasted amazing. This past week, thanks to the sample, I was actually craving that cookie butter soft serve. I go back to the shop, and even though their paper menu has the cookie butter listed, they have all new different flavors. Once again the staff is all frantic, not welcoming and barely notices me. There were only 2 other people in the shop. I decide I’ll still get something since I’m already there. I got an ice cream cone (the cone wasn’t even filled) and with tax + mandatory surcharge (I wouldn’t tip them with that customer service I’ve received now twice) was about $11. Ridiculous! I won’t be going back.

This is a bread wholesaler, they offer a fabulous deal on "To Good To Go"! Delicious fresh breads! I use to go to their stores in NYC & sometime buy their breads in store like Plum Market here in Miami.

If you want a legit Bakery, well this place is precisely that, and while the location is nothing to write home about currently, it's all about the quality of the food. It's the highest of high. You would think there is no way they can do all these different baked items at a high quality, but trust me when I tell you it's the exact thing you've been searching for in Miami.

Great, freshly-baked Italian inspired bread. It's hard to pick a favorite because each loaf tastes great with just some olive oil or butter, but the Mezzo Doppio seems to be what I buy the most of!

Excellent bakery that makes one of the best breads in the entire city that even rival the bread Publix makes. I've had the normal sourdough bread, the sesame sourdough bread, the Focaccia, the baguette, and the Brioche (my fave: sweet and citrusy - all of the bread here has excellent flavor and is baked to perfection. You do have to come I believe on Saturdays only for the bread and I highly recommend placing your order on the app the day or so before you plan to pick up.

I wish they had a coffee shop there. Sweet employees. Should be open more days than just Saturday and need a better seating area with tea/coffee. We bought the pastries but by the time we got home it was a mess, so I wish they had a spot to relax and try their goodies there.

I'm an Uber driver who had the pleasure of having had the managing director of the bakery as a rider today. He kindly offered me a freshly baked Italian baguette. It was absolutely marvelous. I'm so very thankful and happy to pass along my most enthusiastic endorsement of this bakery and their products. What he didn't know is that I'm semi retired and driving for Uber for fun. From 1986 to 2001, I headed up food and non coffee product development for Starbucks. Before that, I developed and designed menus for Pan Am and Delta Airlines. So after 40 years in the biz, I know what's good. This is beyond good. You won't be disappointed. Thank you for the sample. I'm now a loyal fan.

Ordered chocolate chip cookies from here and when they arrived they were obviously different cookies from the picture and based on their texture and taste had been store bought (like from the grocery store packaged food / cookie aisle, not even from the grocery store bakery). I ordered the Tiramasu cup and I guess they didn't have any more in stock so, instead of telling me, they just gave me a carrot cake and topped it with the cocoa powder on top so I would think it's a tiramasu cake. It's 10 plus tax for mostly creme and some cake crumbles in between. We had to wait outside it was weird....

I recently ordered the carrot cake and tiramisu from this dessert store, and they were both incredible! The flavors were spot on, with the perfect balance of sweetness. They’ve definitely become my go-to for satisfying those late-night cravings. Highly recommend!

The place felt clean and fresh. The food was delicious. Loved the raspberry tarte. We were able to find a building public parking around the corner for $3 per hour.

Excellent eatery at Lincoln Road Mall in Miami beach. Great customer service, all staff friendly. Had quiche Lorraine ( ham and cheese) with French onion soup. Also enjoyed the Paul chicken club with broccoli cheddar soup, both meals served with greens and potato wedges. For dessert we had Millefeuille Fraise (Strawberry Napoleon) all excellent.

We have last breakfast today so we decided to visit the Paul Miami Beach. The strawberry napoleon which is awesome. The custard cream is not to sweet and very light but still creamy. Strawberry is not too sour and it is fresh. The goat cheese quiche was delicious it was soft and melted in your mouth. This is really surprised me. The employees are very friendly. We will definitely come back. This is very nice place to go after shopping and beach.

Wonderful place! The food is very good, friendly service and there are so many options it's hard to decide what to get. Great selection of salads, sandwiches, coffee, drinks and desserts. Great location with tons of shopping around it. Very nice place with a nice vibe. You can also seat outside and enjoy the weather.

We found this place on accident, but after eating the first day we went back the very next day and ate again. The coffee, pastries, salad and the lemon dressing, was delicious. Everything we had we delicious. We hope to find more PAUL bakeries in other places we travel.

Great selection of pastries, service is somewhat slow. Bathrooms needs update, and cleaning. There is indoor and outdoor seating. I always like berry tarts😁

Best breakfast so far in Miami. On the infamous Lincoln Road but outside of the blocked-off area. This French style restaurant was packed at 10 a.m. on a weekday. I got the Madame croquette it was basically a fried egg on the best grilled cheese sandwich ever with turkey on the inside and reminded me a little bit of a Monte Cristo but it was not fried and man was it tasty. My friend had the breakfast sandwich on their baguette and she said it was delicious. They serve fresh orange juice tons of coffee and they have a wide variety of breakfast items. In addition they serve lunch and dinner I've attached the menus as a photo so you can see them. Even if you don't go here for a meal I'm sure at some point if you're in South Beach are going to walk Lincoln and when you do you should at least stop by here and look at their delicious French bakery items that you can buy. Many people were having lattes and chocolate croissants. Staff was very friendly and you don't have to wait to be seated at a table. He walk through online and order based on the menu then you go grab a seat and they bring it out to you. I suggest if you have more than one person in your party that you have them walk in with you to see what they want on the menu and then go and grab a seat inside or outside. This way one person orders the food and the other grabs a table. They do allow smoking on the patio so if your non-smoker carefully choose where you're going to sit. I will close with they have a fresh squeezed orange juice and it was just what the doctor ordered for my breakfast. Enjoy!

When I stayed at the Loews hotel, I had breakfast at Aroma everyday. It does not make sense to pay for overly expensive hotel breakfast prices when you can have an outstanding breakfast here with excellent quality at half the price. My go to was a cappuccino with oat milk and an everything bagel with cream cheese. They have many options. I enjoyed sitting outside with and enjoying my breakfast amongst the palm trees. The coffee is delicious and reasonable prices- 100 times better than Starbucks.

Good service, noisy seating by the main road. Be very careful what you order. There was a hair in my salad. Turned me off right away. The avocado as you see was off. The scrambled eggs were over cooked. The Turkey bacon was too greasy. Left the food as pictured. I’d come back because it’s right next to a bunch of hotels. Just order something minimally handled.

We stopped by here mid day to stop and rest and have a cup of coffee. The coffee was nicely brewed. The staff were friendly and helpful with coffee selection. The price for a cup of coffee was very reasonable. The place has a great indoor and outdoor atmosphere. The outdoor sitting is a great location for people watching.

Great espresso and coffee place located near Loews Hotel. Walked in, quickly greeted and ordered, which was ready within a few minutes. Perfect place if you want a quick or light breakfast. Indoor and patio seating available.

I had breakfast for several days at this place, during my 10-day visit to Miami. Had been here before, 7 years ago and I remembered how good the latte was. Still super good. What I like most, besides the pastries and excellent coffee is the kindness of the employees- all of them. As a tourist, I like places that are not in a hurry (like Starbucks). The employees are always patient with tourists that want to ask for the options and understand the menu! They are super nice!!!

Very long slow lines but they do have a delicious aroma coffee light which is one of their signature drinks. It was very good and similar to a Starbucks Frappuccino but better coffee quality of course. It’s worth the wait, if you don’t mind waiting.

Love Aroma in Israel so when I visit Miami I enjoy stopping by! This location is very conveniently located to Miami Beach as it runs parallel. The iced hot chocolate is so refreshing! There’s a good sized outdoor seating area with umbrellas. Located right on Collins Avenue.

A good coffee shop option in the neighborhood. The croissants are delicious and the price is reasonable. The place is nice to enjoy a good coffee. However, they must pay more attention to details. A few weeks ago I came for a croisant with cheese to take away and when I got home I realized that they had given me a baguette.

I love this place, we stayed in Miami Beach for a few days while we waited to board our cruise ship. We initially stumbled upon it but ended up coming here for breakfast every morning we were here. The owner is kind, fun and the service was impeccable! Thank you for all the memories!

Amazing service. Julio helped us and he was very nice and attentive. The food was great! Croissant with ham, egg and cheese was delicious. And the dulce de leche one was out of this world. The French toast were a little dry not that good but everything else was super good.

I had to get as much as I could as I wouldn't have time to go back. So I ordered a beef empanada... the flavors were amazing. I ordered a quiche Lorraine and that was amazing. Then I ordered the egg and cheese croissant, which was so huge, but so heavenly the way the bread flaked. I got a side of 2 hashbrowns with that. This place is a definite must try. I was not disappointed. The lady at the register was so sweet!

One of the gem in Miami. The egg Benedict was delicious. They bake all the bakery items after we ordered. Almond croissant will melt in your mouth. I highly recommend this place for breakfast.

I moved away 8 years ago and every time I come to work or visit my family I come to this great place! The food is fresh and delicious plus you will appreciate the service from Erika who is absolutely lovely, helpful and friendly. La Provence in right on 41st street in the heart of Miami Beach. Come visit Erika and Julio and enjoy a great experience. By the way—Try the yogurt it is freshly made there, no preservatives no weird ingredients just good yogurt with real probiotics. And remember to leave a good tip for the service ☀️

This store is located inside the Fontainebleau hotel; go through the beautiful foyer to the left. Now this was a very posh and expensive place. We felt very rushed and didn’t get a chance to really look around. We should’ve let people go ahead of us because the staff there was very pushy. Not a great atmosphere at all you can feel it. The staff member who took our order, Clarismel, was horribly rude to us! She was probably having a bad day but it was not necessary at all. After we got our drink, we asked another staff member to correct it and he was much more amenable. The iced espresso was ok, not a great flavor and definitely not with the $9 even if it was 4 shots. It wasn’t shaken and had no presentation at all. However, the cinnamon cruffin was absolutely delicious! Probably one of, if not the best dessert we’ve had in awhile. And being from NYC and having Dominique Ansel and other famous bakeries, that says a lot. It was expensive but after we tasted it, it was worth it. So, go for the treats, not the coffee or the pleasantries because there were none.

Gelato - pistachio was really good! Creamy, low sugar and perfect amount of flavor. Cookies - fresh and chewy. Vegetarian or Vegan options are plenty. A bunch of options for gluten free as well. A large amount of pastry and cakes available as well. Location - inside of fountainblue hotel. Enter the hotel and make a left on ground floor.

A very delightful, ambient and upscale café within Fontainebleau hotel it is located right near the lobby area. It’s open from morning 7 AM to 10 PM every day their coffees are amazing. The showstopper is the rotating ice cream machine that they have. I highly recommend anybody who is interested in trying some new Flavas to visit this place I am a coffee fan and love to come here almost 3-4 times a day. Staff is nice quick and very helpful. They also have some light snacks and bakery items which you can munch on throughout the day. I give this a five star for service food, ambience, and overall quality. Keep it up. 👍

Chez Bon Bon looks like a fancy little café tucked into the Fontainebleau, but looks can be deceiving. Honestly, the place is wildly overpriced for what you get, and the service left a lot to be desired. I specifically told them I had a pork allergy and ordered a tuna sandwich—simple, right? Instead, they handed me a turkey bacon sandwich. Not only was that completely wrong, but when I brought it up, the staff seemed confused and didn’t exactly rush to fix the issue. Service felt disorganized and inattentive, like no one really knew what was going on or cared to double-check anything. The only thing that saved this from being a 1-star review was the ice cream. It was genuinely great—rich, flavorful, and creamy. But sadly, a good scoop of ice cream isn’t enough to make up for careless service and overpriced food. Definitely not worth going out of your way for.

Fancy looking cafe in Fontainebleau was conveniently in lobby. Line was super long, but they did have a large variety of beverages, desserts, gelato, and food. Also took a while to get our items as they came scattered. Great coffee and my favorite food item was the chicken parm sandwich.

As you can see, the treats are amazing. Very generous portions (considering the price points) and beautifully presented. Service terrible. Young woman acted like she couldn't be bothered. Desserts are amazing, though.

It’s a nice bar and restaurant inside the resort. Highly professional service and food is good. It’s fairly pricey, but sort of goes with the resort as it’s a really nice place.

We were enticed by the Google reviews because we wanted some authentic local food. We were welcomed by the friendly staff but I was disappointed that there weren’t prices or ingredients listed anywhere. Since I’m vegetarian, the ladies were happy to suggest some options. When I agreed on the arepa with beans, cheese, and plantains, I was shocked to see that the price came to $16 before tip. No sides included - only the sandwich. Though it tasted delicious, I wished I was more informed before making my purchase decision.

This amazing bakery is run by a lovely woman from Venezuela who puts her heart into the food she cooks. The pastry on the ham and cheese croissant was incredibly light and flakey. The arrepas have flavorful fillings and are perfectly spiced. My mocha was strong and tasty. I enjoyed the lovely music that filled the room as we ate. If you are in South Beach, don't miss a stop here for breakfast or lunch. It was well worth the long walk from our hotel.

So many delicious options to choose from. I got to try their empanadas and their ham and cheese croissant, which were both to die for. The sauces they serve with their empanadas are fantastic!! The people there were just as lovely and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and support this lovely local business. 10/10.

This bakery is amazing!!! 100% recommend for anyone in the area. I was staying at the Loew’s and this was right around the corner. They have freshly squeezed juices. The mango juice is to die for, and the coffee is one of the best I’ve had in a long time. I had a “mini lunch” and it was very filling! The ladies working here are lovely. I felt right at home. Support this small business!

Fantastic bakery with a wonderful owner. Every item was so delicious and well seasoned. So full of flavor and perfectly balanced. Loved the empanadas and butter cookies. The fresh orange juice was so tasty as well and refreshing from the Miami heat.

1.14.25 After walking by this cafe many times, I finally stopped in. They offer various types of coffees, sandwiches, and the most amazing pastries. I really struggled with what to get because they looked so good. When you walk in take a number so you don't lose you place in line. They only accept credit cards over $5 min purchase. Once you order and pay, they give you a number to put on your table. You seat yourself, and they bring you your food. There are several tvs on and music plays in the background, so it's a bit loud. They also have a few seats outdoors. If you're in the area, I'd say this a must stop.

Great assortment of pastries and Argentinian food. Only reason for the 4 stars is because coming at 7pm the empanadas weren’t too fresh. Understandably. But I’ll definitely come back and try more food items, especially their sweet offerings.

This is where I eat breakfast every morning when I am in Miami! It is affordable, delicious and the service is great. An egg medialuna, alfajores and fresh orange juice is my go-to order. All of their pastries are delicious though! They also served me some the best espresso I’ve had so far in Miami!

Im always coming here for Argentinian pastries but this time im a little disappointed.. the food was ok milanesa de pollo almost burned and medialuna con huevo and bacon so so.. the Argentina atmosphere wasn’t..on there no more.. the food changed but a least the pastries tasted good

A North Beach classic, although I just discovered the new location on 71st a few steps from Collins Ave. A warm croissant with a Cortadito coffee is irresistible, although in general all the pastries are delicious. The prices are very convenient and the staff is very friendly. If you pay by card your minimum consumption must be 5.

When there with my fam in a Sunday morning! We got the Buenos Aires breakfast with is 16$ include coffee, eggs , bacon , sauces , fries and bread. The people who run the food and drinks were so nice

This place is on point. Everything is made fresh daily. The pizza has the perfect crunch, brightness and balance of cheese. The pastries will make you forget your diet. Wear stretchable pants, bring your appetite and a love for quality coffee. You can't go wrong at Andrix Café.

Service was outstanding but the pizza was only average mostly because the crust was a little over cooked. Have BOGO beers at happy hour but only have Corona and Peroni. They do have a wine selection and and extensive desert case. Definitely worth a try when in the area.

So yummy!!! The cream filled donut was to die for and the cappuccino was perfectly made! The cafe has a cool and inviting atmosphere at all hours of the day. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The plaster ties and pizza were fresh and incredible!

Absolutely amazing, I talked about this place to friends that are in Miami and some that are about to go visit, I fell in love with every aspect of the cafe! Pastries are unbelievably good, so is their pizza and their coffee. Their staff are friendly and there to help you, the place is clean, well located and fun to sit around! Definitely keeping this place saved for when I’m around.

By just one look one could see that this café is run by a real Italian who put all his heart in it. The food is amazing, the coffee is good and the service makes you feel welcome the second you walk on. I can only recommend everyone to try it and would love to come back soon.

The display of pastries was not enticing in any way. I wasn't sure how long they had been sitting there throughout the day. Also, nothing there was labeled with a price or description. Regardless, I ordered a piece of chocolate cake (going against my better judgement). It was almost $8. It was a thin, small slice of cake. I have not ever been charged that much for a slice of cake EVER! The cake itself wasn't bad but NOTHING extraordinary. And for $8 it better be EXTRAORDINARY. I don't recommend going here unless you don't mind wasting money.

Visit 1: Delicious and friendly. My 3 person group had 20 minutes to eat and Nadia (host/waiter) and John (cook) taken care of us really well and promptly. Nadia was especially wonderful, accommodating and entertaining. Visit 2: Ordered crepes with smoked salmon for breakfast. After a bit, we were told no appropriate crepes available. Other crepes were suggested, we accepted. What came out of the kitchen was underwhelming, to say the least. Friend ordered vegetarian crepe with mushrooms. First time, it came with chicken, second with no mushrooms, third try was as ordered. However friend could barely try it, as it was unappetising. Another person from my party got sick during our walk back to hotel and could not keep it down once we made it, spending entire morning in bed.

Ordersd the ham, cheese, and egg crepe. One of the best crepes I've ever had. Friend ordered the Pain Perdu. It was also amazing. Service was excellent even thought the place was busy. Not sure why the other bad reviews. And to the people complaining of the price. Prices are clearly posted. Nothing seemed overpriced. About $10 for a crepe with greens on the side. Left full. What more do you want for $10.

Just read the other reviews and they are spot on. Service is horrible, rude people and my dog would consider the food inedible. Like another reviewer mentioned, about giant mugs for espressos is completely accurate. Mcdonald's serves better coffee. Tip (15%) is included, for the horrible service. Everyone that works there has "0" customer service skills. This is what happens when you hire cheap labor. If this place doesn't change their ways soon, it wont be around for much longer.

Place has an awful service. We didn't try the food because it never came out of the kitchen. When we asked the waitress, her answer was to yell at us " I don't work in the kitchen". Don't spend your money on that overpriced hole. It was also hot and there were a few flies. Health Department should look at it for real.

I had been going just for Eggs Norwegian Chef's Special 2 Poached eggs, Smoked Salmon, creamy Hollandaise sauce on Homemade Brioche. lol, they already know me because I also order a baguette with the amazing homemade jam with Goat cheese with coffee just Delicious !!!! Anytime i show up with my family or by myself everything is done perfect! They also deliver and it gets to you warm and exactly like at the restaurant ,great service Who will complaint when you have a piece of France in Miami Beach? I just love this place!

A feel good bakery for sure. It has Latin fare but they specialize in Venezuelan goods. My friends from Venezuela rave about how authentic it is. Wide variety of empanadas including Venezuelan and Colombian and Argentina. All types of different flavors. Desserts galore. Some of the best tequanos and green sauce that I’ve ever had. The coffee is also fantastic and comes in a wide variety. Very affordable and friendly staff. A win-win.

Authentic Venezuelan Breakfast and Bakery priced reasonably. Everything was cooked perfectly we ate breakfast here for 4 days and I would highly recommend it! Ask them to warm your food up when you order and you will be amazed! Don't forget to tip!
