Nestled in the heart of Cape Cod, Liam Maguire's Irish Pub offers an authentic slice of Ireland that beckons both locals and visitors alike. This charming establishment is known for its warm ambiance, friendly staff, and a delightful menu featuring classic Irish dishes like bangers and mash, shepherd's pie, and fish and chips. The pub also boasts a selection of draft beers to complement your meal perfectly.
Great menu, delicious food. Our server Cody was excellent. We loved the atmosphere. They also have great entertainment. Me and my family and friends highly recommend Liam Maguire's Irish pub.

Decent pub food with a wide selection. You won't be disappointed with it! Bangers and mash were excellent.

my mom and i were visiting the area and a lot of places were closed so we went to liam’s and sat at the bar. they were only serving wings and pizza so we ordered both and a couple drinks. they had gluten free pizza available which is actually crazy because a lot of places don’t have that as an option yet the cool local irish pub did?? haha we were very happy about that as my mom cannot have gluten and i will avoid it at times as well. the bartender, guy who made our food, and the young girl server were all very friendly and customer service was great. also made a good espresso martini
Megan L — Google review
A popular theme style pub with adequate internal seating. Staff attentive, not a fast food menu, wholesome fare. Reasonable priced menu, with stacks of variety for taste.
Chris E — Google review
A great Irish pub with amazing Guinness beef stew - although it could have done with more veg and a little less beef - but that's personal preference. Entertainment and a great atmosphere, it was a great choice for dinner.
Irene H — Google review
We were surprised at how many great reviews this pub had for their food. We liked their fries however their burger and Shepard pie were quite bland.
Maria P — Google review
The best Hidden surprise when you visit Falmouth is coming to Liam McGuire’s Irish pub . The food, the band ,the staff. This pub definitely makes for one fine memory of your visit to the Cape. The Band starts at 8:00😊

Went here with my wife for our Saturday date. It was the off season and it had been YEARS since we were here last so we decided to stop by to check it out again and have a pint of Smithwicks our favorite Irish ale. It was 3'oclock in the afternoon and we were able to find a couple of empty bar chairs to sit at. The atmosphere was very relaxed and casual and comparable to a few other Irish bars we've been to(Aiden's Pub in Bristol R.I. The Fastnet and Busker's in Newport R.I.) Shay, our bartender was sociable and respectful and was very attentive to all of us at the bar. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and our time there. As the time passed, we discovered that Liam Maguire's also has entertainment on various days of the week which can be found on their Facebook page. Although we were there on this visit simply to "enjoy a pint" the menu for food looked tempting. My wife and I enjoyed our visit to Liam Maguire's and we made a vow to come back again, relax, stay a little longer and enjoy some food, some entertainment and all that Liam Maguire's has to offer!

With over 40 years of history, Quarterdeck has been pleasing both locals and visitors with its delectable seafood, steaks, and other popular lunch and dinner options.
We had a lovely experience at Quarterdeck on Cape Cod. The setting was charming and true to the Cape—warm, welcoming, and full of character. Service was attentive and friendly throughout the meal. We ordered the seafood pot pie and the scallops—both were very good, fresh, and full of flavor. A solid choice if you're looking for a relaxed yet high-quality dining experience in the area.
Michelle S — Google review
Pub kind of atmosphere but downstairs was more quiet which was where our family of 6 sat. We did mention it was a birthday celebration, but surprisingly, nothing was offered even though we didn't order desert. Quick service , right temperature food. Pleasant staff. The food was good. The mussels and kale soup we really loved. Advance reservation is done here, but we didn't wait at all for seating. We didn't stay for the piano bar, but it seemed like fun! Typical prices ! We all had lovely meals , just the cocktail menu was a little minimal. Champagne prices were a little above what I've seen at most places when compared to higher end restaurants even.

Folksy palce serving old (but not tired) seafood standards. Food is hearty and plenty. Can get very busy, so go early or be prepared to wait

The food was delicious. Mahi tacos had so much flavor. Our server was attentive. We highly recommend this restaurant!!

Very popular. The fish is the highlight and the rest of the dishes are so so. It’s a cool vibe actually. Some of the dishes are expensive.

Craved a hearty meal after driving a few hours and checking into our bed and breakfast. We are so glad we chose Quaterdeck. I had the salmon burger and sweet potatoe fries (the burger was charred and DIVINE) and my husband had the pickle brine chicken sandwich (also DIVINE) with French fries. Both were made with love and very much enjoyed on our room balcony. Great value for the price. Do yourself a favor and try it :)

Felt like a blast from the past to the 90s dining experiences of my youth - free warm bread and Andes mints with your receipt 😄 Plus some seriously delicious food - loved my haddock special over risotto and my friend’s scallops were some of the freshest I’ve ever tasted. Server was attentive and warm, the live music was fun, perfect food and vibes all around. Next time I come to Falmouth I’ll definitely come again!
Megan M — Google review
The seafood was very good. We ordered broiled schrod and the salmon special. The service was slow maybe because it was a Friday but in October. Got served 1 hour after arriving and waiting for seating, liked our table at the back where we heard the live music (good) but not too loudly. Waiter was just okay, he was a bit abrupt. When I asked if I could get the cod sandwich grilled, he took a long time to get back to us and then it was one word--no. No sorry or explanation as is polite. Brought us a basket of TWO rolls, for two of us. That was a first for me. Waited a long time just for water and beers. No dessert plus tip came to over $100, was maybe worth it, once. Not sure there will be a repeat visit.

Añejo Mexican Bistro & Tequila Bar is a trendy and vibrant venue in downtown Falmouth, offering a fusion of Tex-Mex dishes and Mexican street food alongside an impressive selection of tequilas. The bistro takes pride in its tequila offerings and aims to present a unique take on traditional Mexican market cuisine by infusing their own culinary twists. Guests can choose to dine at sidewalk seating on Main Street or relax in the cozy alley.
What a breath of fresh air. In a sea of restaurants charging $50 for local cod or $47 for five scallops, it was refreshing to find a place that serves great food and drinks, offers free chips and salsa, and is dog-friendly. No wonder they were packed well past 9:00 p.m. on a Friday. The service was outstanding—our server checked in often and kept our water glasses full. Honestly, they should be teaching the folks over at Water Street Kitchen how it’s done. 10/10!

Wow! We had a great dinner at Anejo Mexican Bistro. We were immediately offered water, chips, and salsa upon our arrival. Our server was friendly and quite attentive. The puerco burrito was the BEST I've had. My daughter loved the fried pickles. This was a great experience!

My boyfriend and I were so excited to try this restaurant as we had heard from many family and friends that it was delicious. We stumbled in on a warm Saturday afternoon with no reservation and were quickly seated at a high top near the bar. We were served by Charlie who helped walk us through the menu and give us his recommendations because we were way too indecisive to decide. The salsa and chips hit the table almost immediately as we sat down and my goodness were they delicious! We had at least two rounds of the chips and salsa and honestly may have even had a third. My boyfriend and I each had three drinks and they were handcrafted and delicious. Charlie checked it on us frequently and provided excellent service that we really appreciated. We absolutely loved the food here and can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Charlie and Anejo staff for creating such a nice memory for my boyfriend and I, thank you!

Food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were good. Definitely get the raspberry mojito. Can get busy around dinner time so expect to wait but it was worth it.

I had a great experience here! Unfortunately I didn’t get my waitress’ name but she was super sweet, attentive, and helpful. The atmosphere was really peaceful at night on the front patio with the fire heaters. Carne Asada was delicious, the portion was huge. I was only sad that I couldn’t finish it all right there!

Anejo was the best experience you could wish for, they are o attentive and fast with the service The food is so high quality and the drinks too A special applause and hats off for the hostess and the server Erin, they are so amazing and nice They made our whole experience so wonderful, I really hope you all get a chance to sit and enjoy this amazing restaurant

Go for: Generous portions of surprisingly authentic Mexican cuisine (surprising, given that the restaurant is on Cape Cod). Avoid if: You wanted to go to a Tex-Mex restaurant. Something surprising: The amount of indoor and outdoor seating is downright impressive for a restaurant in a small New England town. Reservation needed? Yes, primarily for dinner, and for any party size. Overall Experience: 4/5. Overall, this might be the best Mexican food you'll find on the Cape. The seating was quick as was the service, which was also professional. The menu was solidly authentic Mexican food (not Tex-Mex, for the most part) and the portions were huge. Their strategy seems to be pumping out a lot of similar dishes quickly: it would be great to see a little more precision in food preparation, as some of it suggested quantity over quality. Either way, you'll leave happy, and maybe with a to-go box. Value for Price: 5 Sanitation: 5 Food Quality: 4 Menu Precision: 3 Service Quality: 4 Timing: 5 Decor: 4 Access: 4 — 5 among the best, 4 strong, 3 not too bad, 2 mediocre, 1 never again

La Cucina Sul Mare is a popular Italian restaurant in Falmouth, Massachusetts that offers delicious food options for lunch and dinner. Excellent. Public (very close) or street parking. Great atmosphere, a little loud as it got busy but tolerable. Bruschetta, Stuffed mushroom caps, yum and the garlic puree was sweet and delicious! Entrees were Vegetable lasagna, shrimp & scallops piccatta and seafood sautee. Loaded with seafood. Desserts were carrot cake, key lime pie and triple layer chocolate cake. Recommend!

Nice atmosphere. Great service. Beautiful meal presentation. Plenty of public parking across the street. A nice area to take an evening stroll afterwards. This is our 3rd time here and we've never been disappointed. Well, the sangrias were just a tad weak but still good.
Paul D — Google review
Food looks good, but lacks flavour. Oysters should not be bland, the unique special flavour was missing from the lobster. This restaurant is near the sea, but ingredients taste like they have been flown in.
Andrew M — Google review
Three of us went for dinner thanks to open table. We needed to be sure we had a table. We ordered the swordfish, halibut and shrimp and scallop piccata. They were very generous portions and prepared wonderfully. You won't leave hungry. Out server was friendly and polite and took great care of us throughout. I will return and suggest you give it a try.

This was an absolutely incredible experience! First of all, our server, Allison, was phenomenal! She was attentive, helpful, and had a great personality! Then, the food was delicious! I had the lobster bisque and the Fettuccini Alfredo. Very large portions, so be ready to eat leftovers. Thank you!!

My husband and I had such a great meal and experience here last night! The seafood sauté was so delicious as was my husbands chicken parm! Chip behind the bar is a joy. You can tell how well the staff get along too, which makes the whole environment that much warmer and fun. I would definitely be back!

We visited during our vacation and had a. Amazing meal. The staff was so kind and helpful, situating us at a table with plenty of light. The food was outstanding. The oysters were sweet and full of liquor. Everything we ordered was perfect - even though one of us has food sensitivities and needed sauce on the side. Highly recommend - will not be missing this beautiful restaurant next tune around!

New American restaurant
Seafood restaurant
The Glass Onion is a charming New American restaurant in Falmouth, exuding a 1920s ambiance and owned by Tally and Josh Christian. The establishment offers refined dishes such as pan-seared Long Island duck breast and butter-poached lobster with wild white shrimp. It's an ideal spot for a sophisticated fusion take on New England staples. After dining, patrons can enjoy drinks at local watering holes like the British Beer Company or catch a film at Falmouth Cinema Pub.
An absolutely wonderful experience. A vibe true to definition. They open at 5p sharp. We were welcomed and seated promptly. Our waiter was at our table in the perfect amount of time to bring water and take our drink order. The drinks fun and bright kicked off our dining experience with excitement. Moments later, some beautiful, warm bread with spreadable and well presented butter adorned our table. We ordered the Lobster Pastry appetizer. It was decadent and delicious, not to mention incredibly beautiful. We would have licked the plate if nobody was looking… ;-) Between servings, bus staff quickly and discretely cleared and replaced dirty plates and silver. We felt pampered, as if we were the most important customers in the world. Dinner came and it was everything we had hoped for. The duck, cooked medium rare, with skin, and a cherry sauce, was delicious. The fresh green beans and Yukon gold potatoes, the perfect complements. The striped bass, also, flaky, tender, and wonderful. Perched on top of arugula and a light lemony tomato dressing made the dish really pop. The recommended red and white wines paired perfectly. Then came dessert. This brownie thing from another universe. Leaning into a pool of melted chocolate, topped with whipped cream and mint, a luxurious confection that left quite the impression and is in a sugar coma. We left, mesmerized by our experience and wanting to go back. Hands down one of the best most delicious, elegant, and white glove dining experiences we have had out (and there are a lot). Highly recommended. Don’t hesitate.
John R — Google review
A great and very popular year round restaurant. They have many specials in addition to the regular menu. The butternut squash soup is delicious. The ambiance is great and feels upscale and romantic but at the same time cozy and friendly. The service was really great. This is a good place to take someone out for their birthday or a special event. Make a reservation in advance, especially in the summer.
Natty H — Google review
We went to dine here for dinner with a reservation. It was a nice quiet evening, not packed but still busy. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in, and taken to our table. The menu for the food is small, but the wine menu is much bigger. We ordered some cocktails, and 2 appetizers to share. The cocktails all had strong colors, especially the Rub-a-dub-dub, almost unhealthy color (LOL) but with an adorable little ducky on it! The server told us that we are welcome to take the ducky with us if we wanted to keep it. The flavors of the cocktails are a-ok, not the best I've had. The server told us all the specials of the night, and we ordered one of the appetizer special, which was a duck leg with noodles. It was so delicious! The meat was tender and packed with flavor, and the noodles had Asian noodle flavor which we all loved. The second appetizer was a lobster strudel, which sounded interesting. It had super crunchy phyllo exterior and moist lobster meat in the inside. Slightly heavy on the salt but otherwise, tasted really nice. For the main, we ordered Seafood Risotto, Seared Scallops, and Wester Ross Salmon. They were presented elegantly on the plate, good quality and nice flavors. Then we decided to get a couple of desserts to share. We ordered one of the special of the night, whiskey chocolate cake with whipped cream and chocolate mousse. It was rich and chocolate-y, delicious! The other dessert was Creme Brulee, a classic. It was a nice size for us to share, creamy and very tasty! The server was really nice, polite, friendly, and we were taken care of throughout the evening. A nice little restaurant with upscale atmosphere and dishes.

Hubby and I went away to the cape for our 10 year anniversary and picked this restaurant as a special night out. We arrived a little early but they seated us right away in the front glass window which was so cool. It was the old glass so when you looked out it was wavy, loved it. We shared a special salad with apples and cave aged cheddar which was delicious! Hubby ordered the sous vous Fillet and I ordered the lobster and shrimp risotto. We both loved our meals. They brought us out house made mint ice cream and to celebrate our anniversary at no charge and hubby said it was incredible! We really enjoyed our dinner here!

My family and I have dined at Glass Onion numerous times over the years. Not only is this one of the best restaurants in Cape Cod, hands down, it is also one of the best restaurants I’ve ever dined at in my life. The milieu is calm, lovely, and clean. The furnishings are beautiful and thoughtful and it’s certainly a, “fine dining vibe.” The owners are the sweetest and kindest people. They are extremely welcoming, accommodating and always ensure every guest has an incredible experience. I have never eaten anything at Glass Onion that I didn’t love. The salad is so fresh and always made with local ingredients, soups are so flavorful and all of their dishes are carefully curated and executed. We love their cocktail and wine lists too - excellent selections. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!!
Nicole E — Google review
A reliable go to if you feel like splurging or celebrating a special occasion. Like a well maintained dame, gleaming and well polished, the place does not show its age. As far as taste and presentation the food never disappoints. The service the night we went was efficient if a little combative. If there is one reprimand to be made it would be to train some of the staff on how to respond if one has doubts after tasting a bottle of wine. If it feels corked and one expresses doubts about it, not sure saying the restaurant has been serving that particular wine for nine years was the right response. It ended up the wine just needed to breathe but the waiter’s reply changed the mood. We always enjoy it and always feel it was worth the money which for Falmouth is on the high end.
Quasar — Google review
On our 2nd night in Falmouth, we decided to treat ourselves after a full day on the Vineyard. The Glass Onion has been a local staple based on the reviews, so we decided to give this place a try. The interior is intimate and perfect for special occasions and family dinners. Warm tone colors and classic decor the place is cozy. The service was superb, friendly, and attentive, and thankfully, they were able to provide us with recommendations. For drinks we shared a bottle of savignon blanc and their crab cakes. For food they've got a great selection of seafood and seasonal dishes.

Osteria La Civetta is a warm and cozy bistro owned and run by a family from Northern Italy, specifically Emilia Romagna. This region is known for its fertile plains, mountains, and the Adriatic Sea coast. The restaurant offers authentic regional Italian food with a focus on homemade pastas, antipasti, and entrees made with genuine ingredients.

Update 2024: excited to come back this summer again and it was delicious! Last year the olives in the salad were the same castlevetrano and this year they were not which was disappointing. I was also able to switch pasta for the pomodoro dish as I get sick of only spaghetti. The rigatoni was delish! My partner was so looking forward to their basil pesto dish again but unfortunately they switched it to a sun dried tomato pesto, which was delicious and creamy, but not as good as the basil pesto. Another couple nearby also said they were disappointed the basil pesto was not available as well. Please bring back! Also, please put some gliders on the outdoor chairs as the scraping across the stone floor on the patio was so annoying; the noise is overwhelming when it’s full of people out there. Oh and the affogato dessert was delish! Definitely get that - the espresso was so yummy!! 2023: Wonderful place and atmosphere. They make their own pasta in-house! Yay. I definitely only love to eat homemade fresh pasta, if feels better in my system and this place was delish. Their pesto was yummy as well. Oh and the olives they have are my favorite olives (just a funny coincidence). The only thing was that I thought the bread and olive oil was on the cheap side. Not the best in comparison to everything else. Sadly. The Rosso di Toscana wine 🍷 was absolutely lovely! Get a glass! Sitting outside was very nice but a little warm. Wish they had some oscillating fans above to help move sit around in the summer. Our server was wonderful as well. Very lovely. Can’t wait to go again next summer.

Osteria La civetta is such a gem! I have been four times and the food is always amazing! The ambiance is romantic and quaint. We went last night on the Fourth of July and were able to sit on their patio, which is beautiful. Last night I got their ricca salad, which was delicious. I also really enjoy their homemade pasta, which I got the night before. They had a special that came with lobster meat. Their wine selection is great. They have a wine from Puglia that I really enjoy. If I get dessert, I usually order the affogato. Last night, they brought my husband and I limoncello at the end of our meal. I highly recommend dining here if you’re looking for an amazing Italian meal.

We had two couples and have always enjoyed this restaurant and wanted to show it to our guests. Our waiter was incredibly rude not only to us but her fellow workers. We felt almost ignored by her and asked another young lady to take our drink order. After she took it she gave it to the other waiter. She came back to our table and told us she was our waiter and made us reorder our drinks. She was hard to locate at times and others had to bring butter, etc.. our guests the following day couldn't believe how rude she was and I totally agree. The food that night was also off. We live year round in Falmouth and will not be back. Something has changed here and it's not for the good.

All the staff deliver a truly outstanding experience all around. From the service to the food, to the understated elegance of the decor, it's a restaurant for all occasions for families, friends, first dates and old lovers, and anyone who appreciates old world hospitality.

Cute little Italian place in Falmouth, we ate outside on a patio with real ivy and plants with fencing that made you feel like you were transported to Italy. It’s a small menu, but had enough to pick. The charcuterie board was fantastic. It’s homemade pasta, so it was thick, and pretty tasty. The bread was warm and delicious. I hade chicken, it was good, tender with a light cream sauce. Deserts were also good. The atmosphere was spot on, it’s pricey, so would not go all the time, but would sit at the bar and have an appetizer.

This is definitely an iconic piece of cape history. As soon as you walk through the door you know this is going to be a memorable experience. The staff did whatever it took to make the customers feel like they were important and living like the locals.

Perfect dive bar. Cheap drinks. Very American vibe for me as a British tourist.

A real hidden gem! After 4 hours of cycling around the area, my wife and I were looking for refreshments. In the UK we'd have passed numerous pubs in that time, but less so here in New England. Quite by chance we happened across Grumpy's and couldn't have asked for a better watering hole. The venue itself is brimming with character and history, and there's definitely something for everyone! Pool, darts, pinball, arcade games and a wonderful host in Kevin. The drinks seemed really reasonably priced, and I would have happily stayed all day if I could have! There are t many places to choose from around here that have the vibe and soul of Grumpy's, and so if that's what your looking for, this is the place to be! If we are ever in the area again, we'll definitely be stopping by!

If i could leave negative stars, i would. The whole place is just absolutely disgusting. The floors, the tables, the walls and the attitude of the bartender. My husband and i came down here from VT with some friends to celebrate getting married this past July. We were looking to do some bar hopping, and even after a few drinks, this place is trash. The bathroom is like a porta-potty on crack. I’m actually sitting in the gross smelly booth in the corner of the place as i type feeling like i have things crawling on me. If you aren’t 45+ don’t come here, the looks these people will give you is just straight up rude. I asked for a vodka lemonade and the bartender laughed in my face and said they don’t have lemonade. Okay no problem that’s all you had to say. But just so you all know, the tiny bars in VT even have lemonade. If you are an out-of-stater looking for some things to do, this isn’t it for you. The name is 100% fitting for this god awful establishment.

We are from out of state and are down here for a small getaway with some friends. We saw this pub listed on yelp and decided to give it a shot. HORRIBLE IDEA. To start, the floors and tables are absolutely disgusting!! The bartender was extremely disrespectful. The appearance of the building pulling up totally fit the Halloween vibes, scary! We will never come back here and if I didn’t order a beer already, we would have left. Don’t come here. If you like friendly and welcoming places, this isn’t the place for you.

Grumpys! Horrible as usual. Had a 0 person line at 11:20pm and said they’re at capacity and not allowing a 1 in/1 out policy only to see the “bouncer” smoking joints with Falmouth security. That’s fine - but if I was the Grumpys owner I’d probably want the business of the 30+ people in line that were wanting to be out until their 1am closing time on a Saturday. Makes you wonder if the bouncer is just neglecting one of his sole responsibilities…

We had a great time grabbing a few drinks on the way home. Great atmosphere, nice service. If I lived here this would be my daily.

Rustic dive bar with great service, pool tables and other games. Fix the leaking tap in the girls and a good dust and clean would give you a higher rating.

Does it get any better than this? The views were spectacular and the buildings were beautiful and very northern. The staff was very into their work and the drinks were made nicely I just got a feel for a northern fishing town and the people were very welcoming. I sat on the deck and looked out over the water with the boats the smells and the cocktails were a perfect combination. If you are in Woods hole you must stop in and experience this great city and bar. I will be back here again

Sometimes it's hard being a chef to not be super critical. The Fisherman Player was cooked well and tasted good. I expected more for the price. Excellent tartare sauce, the Cole slaw was flat and needed some seasoning. The GFs risotto was warm and I would not call it risotto. It was starchy and needed salt

Enjoying the view from the deck overlooking the pond was a highlight—serene and picturesque. Our server struck the perfect balance of friendliness and expertise, making the experience even better. The artichoke dip and calamari were flavorful and well-executed, and the cod was cooked to perfection. We’ll definitely be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Captain Kidd's. The lobster roll was delicious. Best lobster roll in town!! The table shared the mussels and they were all gone immediately because they were so good. Edith gave incredible service and she made my experience fabulous. I can't wait to return.

We had a fantastic experience at Captain Kidd’s! I had the cheeseburger, and my husband ordered the fish and chips—both were delicious and cooked perfectly. We also shared a dozen oysters, which were incredibly fresh and flavorful. Edith was our server, and she was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Everything from the food to the service was top-notch!!!

Great spot in Woods Hole. We had lobster rolls, shrimp cocktail and clam chowder. The lobster rolls and clam chowder were great. It’s nice when the lobster rolls have a lettuce wrap at the bottom of the roll to prevent it from being soggy. The price was a little ridiculous and the shrimp was very chewy. Worth going once for the views.

Quahog Republic is not your typical dive bar; it's a laid-back, diving-themed eatery with a casual Cape Cod atmosphere. The place is known for its craft beers, cocktails, chowder, and lobster rolls. Their monsta lobsta roll is a must-try, and their fish and chips are made with a buttery gold cornflake and almond batter for an extra crunch.
This dive bar continues to be one of my favorite goto restaurants year round! They are open and pretty busy. Great menu selection plus weekly specials. Pretty good selection of on tap beers and their bartender makes excellent drinks! Checkout my picture of Bloody Mary-with bacon and olives!! My other favorite is lobster grilled cheese sandwich and of course their chowder! This time we happened to drop in on a Friday night and they had live entertainment! Great place!!!

Great spot serving the best Bloody Mary’s in town! We sat at the bar and were greeted by a Friendly smile. I ordered the quahog chowder and it was deliciously rich and packed with seafood meat. We played Keno for a while and enjoyed our time overall! Looking forward to returning.

WOW! 5 stars for Quahog Republic! Who would have expected a dive bar to have such delicious food. The quahog chowder is quite possibly THE best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of seafood chowders. The stuffed quahog was also yummy. The lobster grilled cheese was fantastic, it was LOADED with lobster meat and just the right amount of cheese with perfectly toasted bread. Everything was fairly priced too considering what similar items cost in the area. So so so good. Friendly & attentive service too. It’s a cozy spot and I enjoyed the live music they had going on. I’m gonna tell everyone going to Cape Cod to try this spot. Skip the tourist spots and bougie places that can’t measure up to Quahog Republic & give it a try.

We had an event on the cape and this seemed like the logical place for us to end our bike run at. The live music was a plus. The service the food the drinks were all well done. They have games TVs and lots of space to gather. Prices were reasonable and we will definitely come back next year.

On my honeymoon driving up the Northeast coast from RI to Maine and stopped here 5 days ago. I can NOT stop thing thinking about the Quoahog chowder - both of us! We want to go back for more and we've been searching ever since. Hope to find some chowder as good or better. We also had the new England chowder, fish and chips, mac n cheese egg rolls, a couple of drinks, all also very good.

I wanted this to be better. It was fine. The nachos had a good pub cheese, but that cheese was on very generic tortilla chip. The wife had a quite expensive lobster roll that was relatively small for the price and "fine". If you are getting the hint: there is nothing wrong with the place, it was "fine", but I wanted more from it.

Nestled in the serene woods of Falmouth, MA, Jacks Restaurant & Bar is a charming American bistro that promises an unforgettable dining experience. This cozy spot specializes in classic fare, including delectable pizzas and juicy steaks that cater to all tastes. The inviting ambiance makes it an ideal place for gatherings with friends or family. While it may be tucked away on Gifford Street near the popular Coonamessett wedding venue, its warm atmosphere and local charm draw visitors in.
Jacks is my favorite bar pizza on the Cape or really anywhere for that matter. Jack is a really nice guy and he’s been in the business and very successful for many years. He used to run Papa Gino’s and Paul’s (back when both were much better) and now has his own place and the pizza and food is fantastic. My favorite is bacon and pineapple, sometimes I will add jalepeno. It’s really crispy and very consistent. They also have a nice bar and live music. The staff is friendly. Great place I would highly recommend.
Brash B — Google review
Barstool pizza review on TikTok was an 8. The first bite was an 8, the last bite was a 4. The restaurant design is the worst of all worlds for subtle or sober social interactions. Alcohol-fueled, boisterous and red-faced bar-flies have the advantage of being able to scream directly into the ears of their friends while those in the dining area simply cannot bridge the acoustic chasm presented by the distance of a table. Quiet couples and groups did their best to pantomime while otherwise sitting isolated and silent. The pizza was fine. We had three and they are easy to share. The Caesar salad was served with that not quite wilted but 8 hours too long in the fridge romaine- you know the type where it almost looks just a bit pale, but as you bite into it, the lettuce gives can’t muster a crunch at the end of mastication way that says, “thank god you ate me before I died completely.” The wings were completely fine but the sauces and dressings are not all from scratch. The server was manic but his voice was so well supported by his diaphragm, we could make out his name. He flitted around the room screaming into retirees ears as they nodded in vague acknowledgement of the first coherent sentences they had heard since being seated. We all liked the food well enough. I’m not going back and a single bite just outside the door or take-out would have been enough.

The cutest little place, but not so little once you're inside. Great food everything was good, the pizza, burger, the special and the chef prepared chicken with the salmon sides just for me. Best restaurant on the USA tour so far.

We frequent Jack’s. Excellent bar-style pizza! Very good salmon & Rueben. Good specials. Never had a bad meal at Jack’s. Live music on the weekends that can make it seem very loud so not great for conversation but some of the music is very good. Jack & staff always hustling. Some of hostesses could use a little coaching. Seem a little frantic/disorganized in how they take orders, greet people, process take out etc. very good bar set-up and attentive bar tenders
Thomas ( — Google review
After the Dave Portnoy pizza review I decided to give this place a try. It's so hard to find good pizza on the Cape! Got the pizza takeout and when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready yet despite the fact that I was there around the time I was told it would be ready by. I had to wait quite a while for it. Even though it was fresh out of the over, since I live about 20 minutes away it was cold by the time I got it home. Everyone enjoyed it though. So tonight, we decided to try Jack's again this time in the restaurant. That was a MAJOR mistake. I walked in with two hungry kids in tow to find there was a 30-40 minute wait. Not a big deal! Well, twenty minutes later it didn't seem like they'd seated anyone yet and my kids were pretty miserable. So, I ordered an app at the bar. THIRTY minutes after that, I'm still waiting for my app. So, I checked in with the bartender and the kitchen never made it. The bartender got the order going and comped the app for me which was really nice. About 15 minutes later, I had my app. Now, I've been at the restaurant for an hour and I have a free app and no table even though I was told 30-40 minutes. I saw Jack the owner and mentioned to him that I had a problem with my app and that the wait for a table was quite long and I had been given a grossly inaccurate wait estimate and all I got was repeated statements of "it's crazy tonight!" Not super helpful or comforting. Well, about 1 hour and 20 minutes after our arrival we were finally seated. Nearly triple the wait time estimate we got when we arrived and had we known it would be this long we never would have stayed. Once we sat down, the band in the bar area started playing and I could barely hear myself think. They were good and I loved the music they were playing but the volume was way too loud for a restaurant. The waitress who served us was super nice and stayed on top of things. The kitchen is an absolute mess though. Both my kids ordered burgers and asked for bacon on them. The kitchen forgot the bacon not one burger but on both. Plus, it took a good 30+ minutes for the four meals we ordered. Normally, I'd be happy to order a salad or an app first. However by the time we were seated and with all the noise from the band, I just wanted to eat and get out of dodge. The food was good and not great. The pizza was definitely better hot and was probably the best thing anyone ordered. While the waitress was great and tried to get our food to us as quickly as possible it would have been nice to have gotten an apology from Jack instead of "it's a crazy night!" several times. Most well run restaurants would also comp an entree or give some kind of discount in this situation to apologize as well and that really didn't happen either. Long story short, if you want to try out Jack's definitely get the pizza. Probably come on a weeknight when it's less busy and maybe bring walkie talkies so you can communicate with your tablemates over the music too. I almost never review a restaurant or a small business in a negative manner. However, this was such an awful experience and my kids were so miserable enduring it that I felt compelled to warn other people who might not be as patient as I am. I probably should have seen this coming as they didn't even have my simple takeout pizza order ready on time during my first visit.
Michael C — Google review
We ordered pizza, and it was better than expected. We had been craving pizza, but honestly, many of the nearby places' pictures didn't look appetizing to us. Jack's was fantastic. We ordered 2 pizzas to share between the both of us. The other dishes being served around us looked great, too! It was a busy night, we were seated fast, not the most prompt service but friendly. We parked in the front but there is parking on the side, too.
Amy S — Google review
We were pressed to find a dining spot in the early evening on Saturday. Jack’s has a call ahead option, which got us a table in 15 mins ., after arriving. We shared a bowl of clam chowder as an appetizer. It was pretty good, but could have used more clams. My entree was mussels, which had a bitter taste, rather than a sweet “finish”. Not sure why?? My guest had scallops. She indicated they were very bland, lacking much flavor. The waiter was apparently new and had to consult the kitchen to address our questions.
Chris D — Google review
Some areas are too loud for conversation when it get full. But it's the best bar pie style pizza I've ever had. I prefer the plain cheese over ones with toppings, otherwise it gets too salty for my palate. In the years we've been coming here I've only managed to convince myself to try something else off the menu 4 times!

Nestled in the charming village of Woods Hole, Quicks Hole Taqueria is a delightful eatery that captures the essence of coastal dining. With its vibrant California-style tacos and burritos, this spot offers a unique twist on traditional fare, all while providing stunning water views near the Martha's Vineyard ferry terminal. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, perfect for enjoying outdoor seating where you can soak up the local vibe.
Just what you would expect in crowded woods hole. A small(cozy) eatery with history and great food. Margarita was delicious also. I can see why they have them premixed in a vat. Would definitely return. Not cheap, but it's not a cheap town.

If the Quicks Mex salad was better, it might be 4 stars. Salad was skimpy on the corn and beans and overall underwhelming. Tacos were good, lobster taco was good. They are quite pricey but it’s the location. Coleslaw kind of a weird side with taco, maybe corn salad would be nice. But overall we had a pleasant experience, nice staff. It was OK. Probly not coming back. ALTHOUGH would like to try margarita, could be a great marg spot. Glad it’s an option, but it’s typical cape cod mediocracy.

This summer, 2025, I’ve been loving the mahi sandwich and have been ordering it about twice a month. 😆 The flavors are awesome combination of sweet and savory and of course I always need lots of napkins. I’m totally obsessed with the sandwich and would recommend that you check out the new owners of Quicks Hole Taqueria! Yum!!!!!! My toddler is a picky eater, but I can always count on the french fries for her!

Quicks Hole Taqueria in Woods Hole is seriously hitting its stride under new ownership—and it's right across from the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, making it the perfect stop before or after your island trip (or honestly, just because you're hungry and smart). I came back for the cod bowl (yes, again), and it’s officially my fave—fresh, perfectly seasoned, and made to order. The whole place has a chill, fun vibe. We grabbed a seat on the deck and people-watched while soaking in the summer energy. Co-owners Emilia and Chef Greg clearly care—Chef Greg even came out to check in and chat. The whole staff was warm and attentive, going above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. I’ve heard the sangria and margaritas are fire and love that they also offer some solid non-alcoholic drink options. If you haven’t been yet, go. Support a great local spot in their first season—this team is bringing something special to the Hole.

Really happy to see the direction this place is going and fully endorse it for the first time years! The new (and returning OG 2007/8) management has brought renewed life this establishment. As of August 2025 the food is tasty, portions are improved over past years and lines were far more reasonable than other impromptu lunch spots in town (which I also love but not enough to brave some of those lines). Give em a try even if they let you down in the past, its a bright new day for this restaurant and the new folks in charge need our support to keep it soo good.

I got the blackened mahi mahi baja bowl - it is absolutely incredible. Have had a lot of tacos in my life on the east and west coasts & in Mexico, this has to be at the top of the list as one of the best Ive had. The service was friendly and kind, felt like a place where locals are regulars, staff call you by name and ask how youre doing. Plus the place is super clean and has restrooms and local art on display.

Food was absolutely incredible! Had the mahi taco and a lobster taco. Fresh from scratch and locally sourced ingredients combined with thought and care with great food as the end result. The peach salsa was the perfect sweet compliment to the dish and the habanero salsa was a perfect amount of slow heat. Wait staff was awesome and attentive. Great vibes!

The Landfall Restaurant is a charming veteran eatery in Woods Hole, offering stunning water views and traditional seafood dishes. The restaurant's cozy atmosphere, adorned with wooden beams and nautical decor made from salvaged ship wood, provides a quintessential Cape Cod experience. Locals flock to this waterfront establishment from April to Christmas, enjoying the option to dine on the front patio or back deck while watching ferries come and go.
Stopped by Landfall while visiting Woods Hole, and wow — what a great spot. The view alone is worth the visit, but the food really delivered too. The lobster biscuit? Absolutely on point. Buttery, packed with flavor, and you could tell the lobster was fresh. It was the kind of dish you remember long after the plate is clean. The vibe inside is classic Cape Cod — nautical, cozy, and welcoming. Service was solid, and the pacing of the meal felt just right. If you’re in the area and craving some legit New England seafood, Landfall is definitely worth your time.

Absolutely amazing experience! From views to service to food, everything was a solid 10. For drinks, I tried the Mai Tai while my coworker got the Spicy Cucumber Margarita. The Mai Tai had a stronger Orange taste than expected but I liked it! For apps we got Calamari and Oysters for the table. While I don’t eat Oysters everyone else on the table loved it. For my main, I had the Vegetarian Sautée. Hands down the best one I’ve ever had. It was sautéed in white wine which enhanced the herb and butter flavors. The And, of course we had to order the Baked Stuffed Lobster. Beautiful presentation and great taste, the baked portion had breadcrumbs. A bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it in my opinion! Last, star of the show for me was the Strawberry Shortcake. It was a deconstructed cake and the strawberry purée is made in house! Absolutely delicious!

A must visit. Friendly staff and great prices. We sat around the bar but before there were seats, the bartender came out to where we were standing to take our order. I asked my husband “what should I order?” And the bartender suggested a greyhound. They squeeze the grapefruits fresh in the middle of the bar and I was so happy with that suggestion, I had 3! Nestled on Main Street, Simply Divine Pizza Co. is a beloved gem that has been delighting locals and visitors alike with its exceptional pizza offerings. This cozy eatery specializes in hand-tossed, thin-crust pies baked to perfection in a stone-fired oven, ensuring each slice bursts with flavor. The pizzeria prides itself on using only the finest ingredients and slow-fermented dough for an unbeatable crust experience.
We walked by on the Wednesday night before the Fourth of July and saw some of the folks on the patio eating cheese pizza and it looked absolutely DIVINE (pun intended). We decided to stop in and sit at the bar. We got amazing margaritas (spicy guava and a blackberry), a Caesar salad, a cupa chowder, spinach dip, a classic cheese pizza, and a three cheese white pizza. Everything was seriously amazing. The best pizza I’ve ever had, even over NYC pizza - 10/10, no notes. Dessert was also delicious - cookie a la mode with the salted peanut butter cookie… that cinnamon brown sugar ice cream was to die for. Our bartender was awesome, she was attentive, welcoming, and kind. A MUST if you are in the area - they also do takeout too - it was busy! We will be back!!!

I had a great experience at Simply Divine Pizza Co. The food was good, and we shared a pie that was definitely large enough for two, maybe even three people. While the pizzas are a bit on the pricier side, the quality of the ingredients really shines through, making it worth it. They also offer a wide variety of flavors, catering to a range of tastes. I highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!

My boyfriend and I stumbled in here on a Friday night because we saw the Red Sox game was just about to start. We needed a cozy place to belly up for a drink and get some easy pub food. The bar was dimly lit and a good amount of people there to feel Friday night energy but not overly crowded. We were served us by Jay and we got to engage in nice conversation with him. We had a great night and the food was also delicious, as well as the drinks. We ended up coming back on Saturday night when we knew, Jay would be working again because we had such a nice time with him on Friday. We knew we wanted to return there again for yummy pizza and an ice cold beer. Jay provided excellent service as well as great storytelling him camaraderie. We enjoyed watching the Red Sox game, having a nice cozy place to enjoy some bites and drinks as we were away a cozy weekend for two. Thank you Jay and Simply Divine!

Pier 37 Boathouse is a seafood restaurant located next to Falmouth Harbor. It has a DJ-fueled dance party every night in the summer, and live music from bands and DJs on other nights. In addition to seafood dishes, it has American comfort food such as burgers and fries.
Incredible spot for drinks as well as having amazingly fresh fish cooked just right. Atmosphere was outstanding with great music and an overall postive energy with staff and other patrons. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful setting for a bar grill. The atmosphere and view were second to none. They had live entertainment and the place was packed. Food and drinks were flowing and the staff were enjoying themselves while handling their customers. The drinks were made well and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. This is one of the destinations you must take in while you are on the cape. I would highly recommend this for gatherings parties or a place to come unwind for the evening

This was my first time here and Overall the actual physical restraint was great. However bartender essentially completely ignored me what was an almost empty outside bar. Had to wait for every question even originally getting a first drink. Sandwich came out and the cheese was completely cold. Very odd presentation. Actual fish was good but the cheese really messed it up. Will probably try again but definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.

JJ isn’t just a security guard—he’s a knight in shining polyester. While we’re inside sipping our Rory-made tequila sodas, he’s outside slaying the most fearsome dragons of nightlife: fake IDs forged in the fiery pits of IDGod, dudes who think Axe body spray counts as cologne, women trying to sneak in mini liquor bottles like it’s Prohibition, and that one guy who insists he can ‘totally handle another round’ (he cannot). I once watched him stop a full-blown bar brawl with a single raised eyebrow—seriously, it was like watching chaos pause out of respect. Another time, he broke up an argument over who stole the last chicken wing, tamed a rogue inflatable flamingo, and rescued a guy who somehow got his foot stuck in a chair—all without breaking a sweat. If chaos is a dragon, JJ is the one-man army with the sword, shield, and unmatched smirk. He doesn’t just guard the bar—he rules it. Long may he reign, and may his polyester never wrinkle.

I don't like to go to busy restaurants without a reservation but gave it a shot on a beautiful Saturday at 5pm. We were seated right away and the food, service, and drinks were all good. Only downfall is we were just finishing up and waitress told us that there was a waiting line. I understand if we had been hanging around a long time but we weren't. As we were leaving there were plenty of empty tables that those waiting could have been sat.
Paul B — Google review
Great location and nice vibe, but the service left a lot to be desired. Our experience was let down by poor service at the bar. Mike, our bartender, had the personality of stale bread. We waited over 10 minutes before having to ask for his attention—even though the bar wasn't that busy. He acted like we should feel lucky he even acknowledged us. In contrast, the other bartender was clearly working hard and handling the busy side like a total pro. When our oysters arrived, we asked the food runner for plates and were told, "your server will get them for you." Sorry, but that’s part of your job too! Thank goodness for Kendall—she noticed what was going on and stepped in to take great care of us. Funny enough, Mike only became friendly once we asked for the check. Bartending is about more than pouring drinks—it’s about hospitality!

The best thing about the fried food is the batter is very light. The fish and chips were fabulous - 2 huge pieces of cod. The onion rings looked kind of sad but ended up being delicious - crispy and oniony. I enjoyed my fried clams. The mixed drink had a generous amount of alcohol. The staff were great. The atmosphere is terrific. (Don't go ~4 when all the boats are coming in - noisy!) I'd like to give it 4½ stars. I was here in late June before the Cape season was in full swing.

Italian restaurant
Wine bar
Nestled in North Falmouth, Bucatino Restaurant and Wine Bar is a charming spot that perfectly captures the essence of Italian dining. This relaxed eatery boasts an inviting atmosphere where you can savor exquisite wines and cocktails alongside delectable dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients. Whether you're indulging in the rich Bucatini Bolognese or sharing a seafood pot filled with shrimp, sea scallops, and Italian sausage, each bite promises to delight your palate.
All a can say is wow. The food, the service, the drinks, the atmosphere were just beyond words. The cars were amazing asked all the way down the street after all lots were filled and it didn’t take long to understand why. As full as the place was they were still on top of there game. Live music, games and just simple fun. F you’re in town and don’t take this as a special invitation to enjoy cape life you don’t know what you’re missing. Highly recommended and will be back next year for sure.
Todd C — Google review
Unfortunately, our visit to Bucatino was extremely disappointing. We visited the restaurant with a 96-year-old gentleman, and the staff showed no consideration for his age or comfort. The service was highly unprofessional. Our food was significantly delayed, and every time we politely asked when it would arrive, the response was rude and defensive: “The kitchen has too many orders,” with no apology or even an estimated wait time. To make matters worse, the elderly man was clearly uncomfortable sitting on a hard wooden chair for such a long time. We requested a more comfortable chair from one of the staff members, but she left and never returned. No follow-up, no concern. As for the food, it was not worth the wait. The quality was below average, and the dishes were extremely oily — the amount of grease was very noticeable and off-putting. Sadly, this was not a pleasant dining experience at all, neither in terms of service nor food. I would not recommend Bucatino, especially if you’re looking for respectful service and decent meal quality.

Delicious food with excellent service! Our server Dana was professional and very sweet, checking in on us just the right amount of times. Got the bucatini with ground meat, one of the best pasta dishes I've had in my life. Flavor of the different meats in the ragu was so authentic and bursts in your mouth with every bite. The pasta was cooked perfectly. Also got the meatball app (also great) and the Caesar salad (had too much dressing, but was still very good). Drinks are pretty good, but still give it a 5 across the board due to the outstanding food and service. The ambiance is very welcoming, great for all occasions. Eat here!

Amazing food from start to finish! Bucatini was absolutely delicious . We started with the warm bread rolls served with a garlic dip that was the best I’ve ever tasted. The fried mozzarella was crispy and flavorful, and the wedge salad was crisp, fresh, and topped with a delicious dressing. The fresh fettuccini pasta with scallops in sauce truly outstanding . I can’t wait to return and enjoy another fantastic meal! Highly recommend for anyone looking for great Italian cuisine and a cozy atmosphere.
Lydia M — Google review
We enjoyed our meal here. They were able to accommodate a large party of 20 people between two tables. For how large the space is and how many people in there it was not too loud. Flavors were yummy in the ravioli and salads. Pizza a little underwhelming. We did have a bit of an issue with a gluten-free pasta dish not being actually gluten-free (gluten in the sauce). It was a little bit strange that they would advertise the option of gluten-free pasta, but not actually make the dish gluten-free unless specifically asked. I would advise this establishment to ensure that all wait staff ask specifically about strictness of gluten-free with all people that order gluten-free pasta (at the time of ordering, not plating) so no one is harmed. Would come back here though!

Bucatino is hands down the best Italian restaurant in Falmouth. Every time I have lunch here, I’m reminded why it’s my go-to spot for authentic Italian food, exceptional service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The service is just as impressive. Great food, fresh and scratch made. Plenty of cocktail options and a large wine list. The staff is friendly and professional. There is free parking behind the restaurant. I definitely recommend going there. It was, to me… the best Greek restaurant I’ve been in. The atmosphere was amazing!!! I love it there!!!

We enjoyed our dinner at Estia! All the appetizers that we ordered (see pictures) were excellent! The village salad tasted like the regular greek salad you would get in Greece. Asian fusion restaurant
Bluefins is a restaurant in downtown Falmouth that offers a unique fusion of traditional New England locally sourced seafood and classic Japanese culinary techniques. The menu features a variety of dishes, from traditional sushi and Pad Thai to chef specialty starters and entrees catering to different dietary preferences. The upbeat and creative atmosphere adds to the dining experience. The restaurant is known for its craft rolls, local catch, and upscale martini bar vibe.
Our group of 5 had a pleasant time at Bluefin! They were able to accommodate a reservation made the night of, that we appreciated. The wait was a bit long to get our food, almost an hour after ordering. We got the following sushi rolls: - Eel and cucumber roll - Spicy salmon roll - California roll - Bluefin roll - Dragon roll - Alaskan roll - Shrimp tempura roll Of all the rolls, our favorites were the Bluefin, Dragon, and Alaskan rolls. The fish was generous on the rolls and the balance of flavors/components was very good, speaking from someone who eats sushi/poke regularly and has been to Japan and Hawaii. Overall, food was quite good and while the wait was long, I think we shall be back!

I was expecting an average American style Japanese food but it turned out very impressive. The dishes are innovative but still includes the best part of Asian food. Big props to the chef!

This place is absolutely amazing! In fact, I am editing my review because we came BACK again a couple of days after the first visit! The crispy rice with tuna was EXCELLENT, as were the pork belly lettuce bowls. We also tried the shrimp dumplings, which were delicious! The service was great and the drinks were really creative and GOOD. And as a bonus, the aesthetic was EVERYTHING! The restaurant appearance is simple but very pretty, and the food is plated beautifully. Also, the service left NOTHING to be desired! Attentive, warm and joyful servers from start to finish, and consistent service each time (BIG shout out to Martin and Hailey, because they were awesome!). This place checks all the boxes, EASILY, if you are looking for delicious and visually inviting food, great service and warm and beautiful ambiance. And if that isn't enough, the price point is quite reasonable. If you are in Falmouth, Bluefins is a MUST! You won't be disappointed.

Great sushi - as always - probably still the best sushi/fusion place on that part of Cape. Great food, great atmosphere. Alas, experience ruined by - first time ever for us but still - what was IMHO a very unfortunate and non helpful manager's on duty attempt/response to a very normal and appropriate remark about how our take out order was around 1 hour in making - door to door. A response to our calm "Hi, we have a problem, our takeout is taking an hour plus" was a) it's just 40 minutes b) we are busy today since it's our special night c) how about appreciation that we were able to sit you down d) your order is being finalized now, what do you want me to do A) it did take an hour, maybe it took 40 minutes since kitchen was updated but for us it took an hour, during which we were getting other food and even our waitress was not sure first if the take out was in. Sometimes a banana on the wall is just a banana on the wall. The order was probably just forgotten first ;) B) the fact that it's a busy night is irrelevant and not an excuse C) sitting us without reservation ( party of two ) does not mean we did not appreciate it nor it anyhow justifies bad service after. It's like comparing apples and entropy. Irrelevant ;) D) it's plain wrong to turn this back to customer with "what do you want me to do now". Cmn ... Simple "Sorry it's taking this long" is a good start. "Can I buy you a drink at the bar as you wait" would be nice. "Let me take those 3 rolls of the bill" is extra nice. "Here is a 50$ giftcard for next time" - less than the cost of actual rolls now is a nice gesture. Anything but not "it's 40 minutes and it's almost ready what do you want me to do now". Just unfortunate. We did not came to pick a fight - we actually love this place. Year long. Any season. And we left $350 for 2 people with almost no drinks. Nice, healthy cheque. Please, don't turn missed order back onto customers with "what do you want us to do". Do something. Be creative. We came with no aggression and or arrogance or rudeness. Food and atmosphere was great. As always. Thank you

So we decided to try the Falmouth location cause we loved the Chatham location. We got a seat at the sushi bar, bad idea cause it's a very very tight fit with people on either side. Our waiter was the bartender, so he took our order for drinks and food and never saw him again cause the bar was busy. I ordered 3 rolls, one which they said they can't make without Avacado( all rolls are made from scratch so how come you can't make it with out Avacado) Got our food from a young lady who spoke so.low we have no idea what she said. One of my rools was drenched in spicy sauce, the other two basically had no flavor. After eating we sat there for 20 minutes with empty drinks and dirty plates until we had to ask for the check so we could leave. Guess we are only going to the Chatham location from now on.

We really enjoyed our dinner here. The poke bowl was so flavorful and amazing. The volcano roll was creamy, delicious and a tad rich... Perfect for sharing. The Roll 513 was fresh and delicious. I would return there for any of the items we had in a heart beat. The angry dragon had the perfect crunch from the shrimp tempura. The short ribs were flavorful too. The service was awesome too. Highly recommend!
Todays P — Google review
Friendly, attentive staff and sparkling modern atmosphere, but in the end it is the food that counts. The edamame was steaming warm and the sea salt made it lively but I can have them at home. The Bluefin Roll which included spicy tuna, was too sweet bordering on desert, and the size of each slice, too big to be eaten in a mouthful - I almost choked twice. My dinner companion raved about her wild Cape Cod mussels which looked big and plump. It came with a roti style bread on the side. Not convinced I need to go back.

Located in downtown Falmouth, Courtyard Restaurant and Bar offers a taste of New England with its regional comfort food, local seafood, and brick oven pizza. The rustic tavern atmosphere is popular among locals and visitors alike, especially the patio area where guests can relax by fire pits. The menu features New England favorites and local seafood, while the bar area provides a cozy spot to enjoy drinks.
Our family dinner unfolded into a feast worth remembering. The pizzas—five in total—arrived with beautifully blistered crusts, the kind that crackle lightly before giving way to a soft, airy center. Each was generously layered, from rich sauces to thoughtfully balanced toppings, making it difficult not to reach for “just one more slice.” The pork belly appetizer was a standout: tender with a delicate crispness along the edges, its savory richness melting against a subtle sweetness. In contrast, the fried clams delivered a satisfying crunch, perfectly golden and briny, evoking the comfort of coastal dining. Service was equally impressive—swift, polished, and warm, striking that rare balance of efficiency and genuine hospitality. Altogether, the evening felt less like a simple meal and more like a carefully orchestrated experience.

Worst experience ever just trying to walk in. The guy at the door checking IDs is a total joke. He let 4 girls in right before us with no problem, then suddenly decides to hit us with a cover charge. When I asked why, he made up some story about his boss telling him to start charging “once we came in.” Seriously? That’s shady as hell. When I questioned it, instead of explaining like a normal human, he started yelling at me in front of everyone, making a huge scene, and basically told me to “pay or leave.” Super unprofessional and straight-up disrespectful. It was so bad that another guy (maybe the owner) had to come over and tell him to calm down. Only THEN did they bother to mention that if you’re eating dinner there’s no cover. Why wasn’t that said up front? Instead, I got treated like trash at the door while others walked right in for free. The whole experience left a bad taste before we even sat down. I don’t appreciate being treated differently from other customers or being spoken to so aggressively. Management really needs to train their staff on professionalism and consistency.

Ate here twice during a week vacation, once to go and once there. Both times fantastic. In person was able to seat our party of 12 outside immediately. Fast service, great food, fun atmosphere. A top clam chowder I had on the cape, great stuffed quahogs/scallops too.

A Hidden Gem on the Upper Cape! The Courtyard in Cataumet has always been a favorite, but the new sushi menu is next-level fantastic! Great variety, super fresh, and everything we ordered was absolutely excellent — beautifully presented and full of flavor. Service, as always, was spot-on: friendly, fast, and attentive without being overbearing. Whether you’re a local or just visiting the Upper Cape, the Courtyard is a spot you definitely want to hit. Perfect mix of casual Cape Cod charm and top-notch food. We’ll be back soon!

I recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. As I walked in, I noticed three women go ahead of me without being charged for an entrance fee. But when it was my turn, the guy at the door insisted that I had to pay. What really bothered me was the rude attitude from the security staff. He was not just unkind but also quite verbally aggressive. When I tried to ask why the other women weren't charged, he said something to the effect of, "Only customers dining don't have to pay." But no one ever asked me if I was there to eat or just grab a drink, so it felt pretty unfair. It felt like there was a clear bias in how they were treating different customers. I watched as he picked and chose who got in easily, and it left me feeling discriminated against. It’s disappointing when a place prioritizes some customers over others without any clear reasoning. I really wanted to enjoy my time there, but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope they reconsider how they handle their entrance policies in the future.

This used to be one of our favorites under another name Returned to try it again. Fish and Chips were less than exceptional as was the fresh oysters that were almost frozen. Must have been shucked previously and kept in freezer. Calamari plate was average as well. The old waterfront view was gone as a barge and crane was obstructing it. Definitely will not return ,sadly to report as it has changed for the worse.

Their pizza is delicious too! Highly recommend the Couryard for a great night out!!

Arguably the worst food I’ve ever had on the cape. Our rolls came out still frozen, then when our food came out the pizza and burger were okay but the rest was truly awful. The calamari had no flavor, was cold, was more than half peppers and not actually squid, and tasted odd (I actually didn’t finish it because I was worried about how it tasted), we sent the cauliflower back because it wasn’t cooked at all (the picture on the menu on their website is NOTHING like what comes out to you) it was completely white and barely seasoned and cold. The seared ahi tuna was okay but definitely not seared just regular sashimi. And the risotto balls were truly the worst part of the meal. They were really just overcooked rice and mozzarella deep fried. My partner is already running to the bathroom. I will never be returning to this place.

Great meal with friends at C Salt. Good selection of appetizers, were we had the calamari and pork buns. I preferred the calamari. For the main course I had the tuna and my wife had the salmon. Both were made to perfection. Deserts we're good, but not the highlight of the meal. Service was great, our waiter Craig was attentive without hovering. It is a small venue so reservations are recommended.

Excellent restaurant. I have gone three times with my family and have never been disappointed. I have had the tuna steak twice and the steak once. I also have celiac disease and they were always able to accommodate me. They have a great wine list. Clearly they have a Sommelier working for them. I live over 2 hours away and try to make the special trip once a year. Make sure you make a reservation! If you don’t they may be able to squeeze you in when they open or close but don’t count on it!

Small, quaint and EXCELLENT. This is my second visit to this fantastic restaurant. Don’t let the small space fool you. The food is quite excellent and packs a big punch of yum! Open kitchen, friendly staff and delicious food. If you’re on the Cape definitely pay a visit to this place. I would definitely make a reservation during season because they definitely get packed. The chef is also the owner so you feel the passion in every dish that is served. I would definitely recommend as an app the calamari. I had the Tuna this trip and my husband had the ribeye and both entrees were superb! Be mindful my husband had medium rare and my tuna was rare so if you over cook these items they might not be so tasty! The espresso martini is also quite amazing that was my dessert!

We dined at a restaurant operated by C Salt at a golf course, and we had such wonderful dinner there. From what we heard, they no longer run the restaurant operation there anymore. So, we went to dine at their original location this time. Since it is a smaller space, it can get a bit loud... The front half is occupied by a bar and high tables and stools. Then the back side is more of the main dining area with low tables and chairs. We had some cocktails, appetizers, side dish and main dishes. Cocktails were nice and strong, and very nicely made. We enjoyed their calamari appetizer, really tasty and flavorful. Truffle fries were addictive and great, we all enjoyed them. For main, we all chose some kind of fish items, and they were all delicious! The price point is a bit high, but the portion you receive is pretty good. I couldn't finish my dish, so I took about half of it home. They were high quality with good seasoning, and cooked the way we liked them. But somehow, the one little dessert we ordered to share stole the spot light. We ordered Vanilla Crème Brûlée, and it was really, REALLY good! It was so good that the ones who said “I just want ONE SMALL bite” kept coming back for more and more…until it was all gone. And it didn’t take long for it to disappear either. Needless to say, it was awesome! Our waitress, Sarah was really nice and polite, she took a good care of us. The food was very tasty and we enjoyed our dinner in the energetic yet relaxing atmosphere.

Great place to eat when in Falmouth, MA. We did some Glamping and got a recommendation for dinning at this place. Both the food and the staff are amazing! It is a bit pricey, but worth it. Definitely a must next time we visit.

Prepare yourself to be blown away by an incredible meal. The chef/owner is from The French Laundry in CA and has created a wonderful relaxed armory with exquisitely prepared food. We had the oysters and tuna tartare appetizers. Main courses were the tuna and swordfish dishes- both the BEST we’ve ever had. Mark the bartender was personable and attentive. All of the staff was friendly and had a vibe that they enjoyed working there.

The warm and inviting ambiance makes it an ideal spot for gatherings, whether you're stopping by for lunch or dinner or opting for take-out.
Went for dinner with my family and really enjoyed the experience. The place is new with a great atmosphere and excellent service. The food was delicious, very tasty and the portions were big. We had the Estia sampler and it was fantastic with fresh ingredients and perfectly prepared. The moussaka was incredible and huge, definitely something you can share with another person. There was also live music with two guys playing piano and mandolin and it sounded amazing. A wonderful dinner spot that I will definitely return to.

I am really surprised by all these good reviews this place is not good and not a good value. We got takeout and it was around $70 I should have known cause we just got two salads but I thought that it would be an decent salad and maybe a little different than a pizza place salad…I was wrong. The tomatoes were just sliced the same ones they put on burgers. Everything was just thrown in a container no effort. Portions of the steak and chicken were so small it was insulting such a ripoff. The chicken skewer was technically one they cut in half….

This was a special occasion dinner for my husband and I, but could be an any night meal. We really enjoyed it. I had moussaka and he had chicken kabobs. Both were delicious. Friendly service and a bustling dinner crowd that wasn't too loud.

Estia in Mashpee offers a charming and aesthetically pleasing dining experience, thanks to its beautiful interior and inviting outdoor seating. The service was notably friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. For our appetizer, we shared the tzatziki with pita. While the flavor was a bit too tangy and the consistency was looser than we prefer, it could have benefited from more depth—perhaps more garlic or cucumber—to balance the taste. For our main courses, the blackened swordfish pita handheld was a tasty choice, though we felt it could have used a more generous application of blackened seasoning to enhance its flavor profile. The lamb gyro was decent; the lamb was a touch chewy, but it didn't detract significantly from the overall enjoyment. At roughly $25 per sandwich, it felt a bit pricey for the quality, but the decent food and great ambiance make it a worthwhile spot to check out.

Ate outside at Estia last night. Went for my favorite-the delicious fig martinis! I ordered the lollipop lamb chops for dinner. THE BEST lamb I have ever eaten. Seasoned and cooked to perfection. Beyond tender and cooked perfectly. Our server was patient and attentive. Thank you, Estia, for a wonderful dining experience!

Shuckers is a local seafood restaurant on the docks with great lobster specials and a solid cocktail menu. They also have dog friendly water bowls, so your furry friend can come along for the adventure. The food is fresh and well prepared, with a variety of New England sea food specials to choose from.
Cooper was our waiter and he was great. On top of things and made sure we were comfortable. Food was good. Not seafood people so chicken sandwich and burgers which were great. We ate on the floating barge on the water so we had boats right up against us. Very nice. Overall worth the stop

Just happened on this walking by while looking for dinner while walking our dog. Place is dog friendly, right on the water. Phenomenal atmosphere, great service, food was perfect. Had fish and chips and the cod was perfectly cooked, fries were good, and the cole slaw was the best traditional coleslaw I've had in years (most are soggy and over mayonnaised).

Excellent service, starting with the hostesses who were so kind and inviting. Our server was amazing and the food was perfect-so unique and delicious/fresh, definitely worth the visit! We'll be back next year!! Thank you!

Was recommended that this place had the best lobster rolls. It wasn't the best I had in the area but it was better than average. Not sure of the $36 price tag but it's close to the going rate. Had another lobster roll in the area for a few dollars more and it was massive compared to here. Wife had the Avocado lobster which was two avocado halves with some lobster which wasn't worth the $30. Clam chowder was good. Got the Mac and cheese for the kid and he ate it all. Staff was nice and weather was perfect for outdoor dining in August. I'd go to the place again but would try another main dish if comparing lobster rolls.

We picked this place for the view. The lady at the reception desk was fabulous. It was the service and the food that was not good. We were riding our bikes from Falmouth and we were hungry and exhausted. It took an eternity for the food to show up. Probably an hour and food was so bad that we didn’t know to eat it or send it back. How do you serve a calamari and pot stickers that were fried beyond comprehension. Because we waited an hour, we decided to keep quiet and just eat. The fish sandwich was good but the fries were very mediocre. Absolutely nothing impressive about this place and they really need to work on their food if they want to stay in business. Probably the worst food I have had in Cape. Would not recommend it even for a quick bite to anyone. I would give their food more like negative 10 stars if that was an option. Check out the pictures before and you will know what I am talking about right away.

Unbelievably good seafood! I ordered the steam lobster, which comes with steamed clams and mussels and corn on the cob. I eat lobster all over New England annually, and this is by far the very best lobster I have eaten in decades. The whole belly clams were savory and delicious and the muscles Were very buttery and palatable my server Kelty was professional and friendly throughout the entire visit. All the staff was attentive and helpful with all of my needs. Pricing was also very affordable for such fantastic food… highly recommend.

Such a beautiful view and inviting ambiance at Shuckers when we visited last. Had drinks, enjoyed the fresh air, relaxed on the patio outside while listening to the band playing. We did not eat anything unfortunately but we did like our drinks and the view, breathtaking.

What a great relaxing restaurant for the whole family. Additionally they take reservations which many restaurants on the cape dont do anymore. On top of that the location in Woodshole is perfect for a still after dinner. Looking forward to many more dinners in 2026!

Red's Restaurant & Lounge at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel is a seafood spot that showcases Red Auerbach memorabilia and offers picturesque ocean views from its porch. While it may be challenging to locate if approached from a different direction, Reds provides a satisfying dining experience. Despite mixed reviews, the lunch menu impresses with delicious food and beverages, allowing guests to appreciate their meal while gazing at the beautiful surroundings.
Beautiful location and really good food. The restaurant is located inside the sea crest resort. It took us a min to figure it out. Our waitress was really sweet and nice but something happened that I'm not sure how to feel about... so after we placed our drink and food order, she told us she's bringing the bread out. She never did, and we kind of forgot about it. Until i saw that the couple that came in a lot after us had the basket of the bread on their table. So i asked the girl once she came around, if we could have some bread. She goes, " i think we ran out... yes, we ran out." After she walked away, we saw another waitress bring bread to another table!!! We just looked at each other like " Well, that's weird." Besides that, it was a very nice evening, very scenic location and good food.

RED’S is the restaurant @ Sea Crest Hotel and Resort,Falmouth MA. It is perfectly situated overlooking the bay. Beautiful beach front .You can watch the sunset while having dinner at the restaurant. We stayed at Sea Crest Hotel for 4 days with GLOBUS tour. On 08/31/22 , We had our farewell dinner reception @ RED’S . We had choices of lobster or chicken. The food was delicious and pleasant to the eyes. I enclosed the photos. But we received a horrible service. The staff was insultingly rude , rolling their eyes, slamming the plates down, annoyed when being ask and condescending with their response. When our dinner is coming to an end one of the staff even pulled the big garbage bin next to one of the tables, and she started emptying the plates by banging it in the garbage bin. Unbelievable. They made us feel that we are an inconvenience, they don’t want to be there, serving. How could the owner of this restaurant hired & keep these type of employees ? They obviously doesn’t want to deal with us. We…the tourists are the ones keeping you in business.

This restaurant is located at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel, so you will see the hotel guests enjoying the food from here as well. The inside is nice and big, with most of the space being enclosed patio with the beautiful view of Old Silver Beach. The open space however, also allows everyone’s voice to carry throughout the space, making it quite noisy there even with small amount of patrons in there. I heard they have outdoor seating, and I saw a very small space with tables there. When I inquired about it, we were told that it is not really a part of the restaurant. You can get some food and drinks there, but not the same menu, more like takeout menu. For drinks, we ordered Miami Vice frozen drink and Meadow Mule. They were both quite sweet, and not so strong. What was strong is their AC. It was blasting in there, making the space very cold... For food, we all ordered Red’s Dry-Rubbed Rack of Ribs, New England Lobster Roll, Chili-Seared Yellowfin Tuna, and Red’s Clam Bake. The portion was big, and they were all pretty good. Not fantastic, but good. The service was friendly and welcoming, but it was not easy to find them sometimes. It was not that busy when we went, but then our server disappeared off and on. So that made it difficult when we needed something…and made the dinner a bit longer than it should, good thing we were not in a hurry.

Red’s Restaurant & Lounge can be difficult to find if you’re not accessing the restaurant from the beach. Although some reviews on here are negative, we had a good lunch experience at Red’s. While the service may not be the best, the food and drinks were good and we enjoyed the view with our lunch. Overall we had a great experience at Red’s and enjoyed their food.

Hesitated at the $10 stuffed quahog, but it was so good I would order again. Wings were ok. Cooked well, sauce iffy. Lots of pizzas flying out of there. Staff very friendly and attentive. Cocktails are corporate. Measured. Draft beer selection needs help.

The Good; Lobster roll was incredible! Our kids described the chicken fingers, "the best we've ever had." The poutine was unique and enjoyed by all. The Bland: I got the $30 pan seared cod. It came out cold. The presentation was pretty basic, and the flavor was nothing special. The Price: $200 for 2 adults, 3 kids, 2 adult bevs, 1 app. We went off-season with 3 kids. No refills on drinks. No cookies for kids (even though it's on the menu). Definitely willing to try again, because the staff had to deal with more people in the restaurant than anticipated.

Casa Vallarta Mexican Restaurant in Falmouth has garnered a loyal following, with visitors praising the friendly and attentive staff. The complimentary chips, salsa, and bean dip are particularly popular, setting the stage for an enjoyable dining experience. While some found the dessert options lacking, the overall consensus is that this restaurant offers delicious and fresh food. Although prices may be on the higher end, patrons appreciate the generous portions and quick service.
we walked in from a recommendation from a local as we are not from there. WOW!!!! what a great place. Was very popular but got a seat right away, seemingly authentically Mexican and vibrant inside. Very pleased at the complimentary chips, salsa and bean dip. totally fantastic. could have been a meal all its' own. we both got the burrito bowl. totally amazed at how fast the meal came out yet fresh it was. we had such a great experience with both meal, service and atmosphere that we went back two days later. if every in Falmouth again, we will definitely go back

Honestly, this might be the best Mexican restaurant I’ve been to. Food was incredibly delicious and fresh. I absolutely loved the complimentary chips, the best salsa ever and bean dip. Service was super fast! The only reason I’m removing one star is because of the dessert - it was quite disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend them (fried ice cream, churros, sopapillas). The texture for all three were stale and hard to chew.

I recently had the pleasure of dining here and I'm still thinking about the experience! The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were incredibly generous. I ordered the paso taco, my husband had camarones enchiladas our kids had the California quesadilla, & the barreos tacos and we were amazed by how flavorful and authentic it tasted. We were able to sit outside with our dogs and enjoy our meal together. Our server, was wonderful. They were attentive, friendly, and made our meal even more enjoyable. The combination of amazing food, huge servings, and top-notch service makes this place a must-visit. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!

Stopped in for a margarita, chips, and guacamole. All was good (guacamole is a tad pricey but with free chips, salsa and bean dip) but the bartender expertly dealing with a very drunk patron was the best/worst part. Kudos to that young woman getting him a ride home and some water.

Nestled along the picturesque waterfront, Falmouth Raw Bar is a charming spot that captures the essence of a classic New England lobster shack. With its airy atmosphere and spacious patio overlooking Falmouth Harbor, it’s an ideal place to indulge in beloved local seafood favorites like steamed lobster, fresh oysters on the half shell, and their signature Monsta Lobsta Roll. The inviting outdoor seating allows guests to soak up stunning views while savoring delicious clam chowder and other raw bar classics.
We called to make a last-minute reservation for dinner and were pleasantly surprised to be accommodated for 5:30 PM. Later, we read that this spot is walk-in only — which made us feel even more special for being welcomed in. When we arrived, the hostesses immediately noticed we had two little kids with us and thoughtfully switched our seating from high-tops to a regular table on the porch. The view from there was absolutely stunning. Our server, Sophia, was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind — it felt like being taken care of by a good friend. We ordered the seafood platter, clam chowder, lobster bisque, lobster roll, and fish tacos, paired with the spicy mango margarita. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared. We absolutely loved this place. The friendliness stood out the most — and that’s saying something, coming from a Canadian! I can’t wait to return to Cape Cod and dine again at Falmouth’s Raw Bar.

First time visiting and the food was absolutely delicious. Many people in our party ordered alcohol and every drink was very good. Food was some of the best I’ve had in a while. Grilled steak tips were tender, juicy, and flavorful. Husband got fish & chips- as someone who doesn’t love seafood I would order these just for myself they were that good. Every other bite I had of food here was top notch. Waitress was accommodating and friendly. Nothing to complain about.

We are out of towners who came for lunch one Thursday afternoon with my husband, kids, and mother in law. We expected good oysters — and they were better than good — but we didn’t expect to be completely blown away by everything else too: best lobster roll of my MIL’s long life, biggest most delicious fried clams ever, incredibly fresh cod in my fish sandwich, every the kid’s chicken tenders and sliders were way above average. But the clam chowder… I’m still thinking about how complex and delicious the broth was. Not that heavy sludge most places serve, but light, flavorful, and completely memorable. This place may be known as a night/party joint, but the food is really stellar and the service was lovely. Can’t wait to eat there again!!!

Dined on Tuesday evening...wife had the lobster special; I had the Ahi Tuna steak. Both dinners were great. My wife, who knows lobsters, remarked that the lobster dinner was better and less expensive than her usual lobster roll. Kellie, our server, was exceptional and was very informative about activities in the Falmouth area. Dined the next evening, Wednesday; for the $1.00 oyster special. We started with bowls of clam chowder; which "knocked our socks off". This chowder was amazing and the best clam chowder ever. Most clam chowders have lots of potatoes and a few pieces of clams...the chowder at The Raw Bar had lots of clams and a few pieces of potato. We both enjoyed the oysters; which were fresh and delicious. Our server, Sophia, was excellent and made our evening very special. We plan to dine at The Raw Bar again, when our guests arrive from Florida.

We have eaten at the Raw Bar many times over the last dozen years. This year, however, it was the only place we wanted to eat! We ate in and did take out. Everything was Wonderful! Fried clams, lobster, sliders, kids plates.... delicious! The portions were extremely generous! And let me not forget the drinks! I'm partial to the Falmouth Vice. There's a different vibe, depending on the time of day/night, however the staff is great no matter what the time. Please, keep up the Amazing work!!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a recent experience at your restaurant. While I've had 1 positive visits in the past, I will no longer be returning due to the unacceptable service we received. On our recent visit, we called ahead to inquire about a table for three, including a high chair, and were quoted a 10-minute wait. However, upon arrival with our one-year-old daughter, the wait time inexplicably jumped to 45 minutes. When we were finally seated, we were told your establishment was "not kid-friendly" and that we couldn't use a high chair that was clearly visible and unoccupied near the front entrance. We were instructed to hold our daughter while eating. We asked three times if we could use the high chair, and each time our request was denied. The last time we asked, the waiter claimed that Pier 37 had borrowed the high chairs, which was contradicted by the high chair still being in plain sight as we left. The tables around us were visibly shocked by how we were treated. Before leaving a negative public review, I attempted to contact the restaurant manager to discuss this situation. I left three messages and was told I would receive a call back within 48 hours. It has now been a week, and I have yet to receive a response. I hope you will address these serious concerns.

Golden Swan Indian Cuisine is a rare find on Cape and Islands, offering a variety of vegan options and the flexibility to adjust non-vegan dishes. The restaurant's menu features flavorful Mulligatawny soup, a delightful vegetarian platter, and delicious papadums. Customers can savor classic dishes like chicken tikka masala and chicken korma with customizable spice levels. The knowledgeable waitstaff ensures an enjoyable dining experience whether for takeout or dine-in.
We usually come to Falmouth every other year this time to see the music festivities on the library lawn. Right across from the library is the Golden Swan Indian Restaurant. We never visited there before and thought we should give them a try on this fine rainy day. Also, we have have heard that on a rainy day Indian food is the best to eat. Wow we were glad we made the right decision. The food was amazing and service as well. It is a little gem on main street which can be missed if you have never had Indian food before.
Preet — Google review
I genuinely have no words to express my experience at the Golden Swan. Anything I say won’t be enough. Two of my friends have dairy allergy along with gluten as well. The Golden Swan did an incredible job accommodating our requests and didn’t disappoint us at all. We were lucky to find something in Falmouth where allergies are taken seriously and the staff accommodates customers needs. It is very hard to find this type of service in establishments or anywhere today! For appetizers our waiter Gp had suggested Chicken pakoras (essentially like Indian chicken fingers) even better tho made with chickpea batter. Also, vegetable pakoras which are made with different veggies and chickpea batter as well! The chutneys which came with the appetizers complimented the appetizers very well. The waiter Gp suggested that I mixed my tamarind chutney and onion chutney together to get a sweet and hot flavored which we really all enjoyed as well. Then for our main entrees we ended up ordering chicken curry, vegetable tikka Masala, Lamb Do piaza, and Aloo Gobi without Dairy. The meal came with plenty of rice. When the food came out to to the table we knew we were in for a treat how the food was presented along with the aroma. The food was incredibly delicious and I savored each bite along with my friends. I will highly highly recommend this establishment to anyone and go give them a try!! They won’t disappoint you at all. The restaurant looks like a palace from inside and fancy as well. It’s very clean and customer friendly. I will definitely stop again in the future.

We love Golden Swan! It's a family run restaurant and the food is outstanding! Our waiter remembers our order every time we come in and he's incredibly polite and gracious. You won't be disappointed!

My wife and I were visiting Falmouth for the first time, and we were intrigued (though skeptical) about the Indian restaurant in the center. However, after reading a few positive reviews we decided to give it a go. We are glad that we did since the food was really excellent. We ate Lamb Korma and Tandoori Swordfish. The korma sauce was probably the best we've ever had, and we've been Indian foodies for over 30 years. The swordfish was nicely prepared as well. Also, we were surprised to find Indian wines on the menu. The server provided me a sample of one of the wines and it was good, however I opted for French wine that I really wanted to try. Overall, really great Indian food and fine service and atmosphere.

This is a great place to spend an afternoon. We stopped in on a fall afternoon. many of the tables had propane fireplaces at them. I've been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, they appear to be getting to wrapped up in making a profit more than customer experience. Very disappointing. After years of being able to bring our own picnic lunch, outside food is no longer allowed. We're expected to order from their onsite "truck" but that provides very limited options for our dietary needs, especially those in my group that are gluten free.We were scolded for having a bottle of water (it was a hot day). Not the same experience we used to look forward to.

I have to say this might be one of my favorite places in Falmouth, if not my favorite! My boyfriend and I came here on a Friday night at about 4 o’clock and wow it blew us away. The vibes were stunning, the acoustic music was very relaxing, and the food was delicious! The staff took good care of us and actually offered to remake our pizza when the first one came out a little bit burnt. We would’ve eaten it and not cared, but the fact that they offered and then remade the pizza was the little extra that showed good service. The staff encounters with everyone from the gift shop to the bartenders were amazing. The vibe and the drinks were absolutely incredible. I cannot wait to go back here and looking forward to it. Thank you Cape Cod winery. We absolutely loved our time!

Sampled a pleasing mermaid rose, bought a bottle for later, just took our time enjoying our late afternoon visit. Glad we stopped by.

Had an amazing time here with a large group. Easy to find seating as it is a large space. Drinks were great and food from the food truck was very good! Highly recommend.

Widely regarded as the best pub food in the area, this popular spot has quickly gained a reputation among locals and visitors alike.
Been there many times WINGS are Excellent. Did Teriyaki/ lemon pepper / garlic hot. Definitely get the Blue Cheese. Delicious

I’ve gotten this through delivery and was disappointed. People said it was so much better when you dine in, so I went tonight and it was poor quality food. We ordered the sampler for the appetizer (for $28 dollars!?) and these were the fried pickles we received. The taste was disgusting, they were barely breaded with some sort of nasty coating. The mozzarella sticks were closer to cold than they were hot. The wings were drenched in the sauce, which was sub par. I thankfully did not order any entree as 90% of their menu is hot or spicy, and I don’t prefer that. Not one non spicy bbq sauce on the menu. Highly disappointed in this place and will never be going back.

This place makes bomb chicken wings. Cool atmosphere. Staged in an old train rail car. A must goto spot in the cape.

Food is very good. Prices are reasonable to a little on the higher side, In my opinion. Delivery came reasonably fast and the food was received hot. Definitely one of my favorite places to order from.

Best wings in Falmouth, hats off to the staff, we came in 10 minutes before close and they served us, no issues...food was good. Had the wings and half rack of ribs...wife had Greek salad and chili also good. Would have liked bread or something with salad, and maybe tortilla chips whip chili...although it all was good.thank you Lou

Food very good. My wife & I, along with our summer visitors, would dine there one to two times a month. We would eat at one of several high top tables on the bar side to be served by Ashley as she was very friendly and personable. Whereas Ashly is no longer there, due to a staffing change, we no longer frequent DJ's much anymore. Would love to see her return.

Ordered a pizza for takeout here and was originally skeptical about ordering a pizza from a wings place (with such an extensive menu), but man this pizza was so amazing. It was thick, doughy, and had a great amount of toppings. So good!!!!

Everything was great! Just don't order delivery. They always say an hour and a half. I think they try to wait for a bunch of deliveries before they send someone out. I once waited 2 hours and had to call back to remind them that my order wasn't delivered. I pick up only now.

Seafood restaurant
Epic Oyster is a seafood restaurant with a rustic setting and patio. The menu features fresh, local seafood with inspired Portuguese flavors. Barry takes care of the customer like there's no tomorrow, arriving late but making sure everything is insanely fresh. They have a huge selection of oysters that can't decide which to take and the bisque was flavourful. The lobster roll was out of this world!
We had an excellent experience at Epic today. Our server Mel was very friendly, the food and drinks were delicious and the patio setting was comfortable.

July 2025. This restaurant came highly recommended from two different people. They raved about the place. Not a whole lot of seafood on the menu so we both chose the lobster casserole. Quite honestly, the lobster was pretty chewy - the claw decoration was the best part. With some asparagus and a few potatoes it didn't warrant the price in my opinion. What was amazing to us....we spent over $100 on our meals and when I ask for salt and pepper shakers - they brought out pepper in a small paper container (something like you would fill ketchup in at a fast food) and said "we don't have any shakers". What !!!!
Linda F — Google review
The food was mediocre and expensive. The steak was supposed to be Kobe steak, but i highly doubt it was. I've had kobe steak, and this wasn't anything like it.
Brian K — Google review
We were really disappointed with our experience. Our waitress was kind, and offered great suggestions at the start. Drinks and oysters came out quickly, and we thought we were off to a good start. Unfortunately, we then waited nearly two hours for our main meals. We had two young girls with us (ages 7 and 9), and in that long wait the only gesture offered was a packet of two crackers each. When the meals finally arrived, the restaurant only comped the oysters. At a minimum, given the extreme delay and the disruption to our evening, they should have comped the entrees as well. It was a frustrating experience overall, especially with kids in tow, and not one we’d recommend or return for.

If you’re looking for the best oysters in town, look no further. The atmosphere is simple and pleasant. The staff is attentive and approachable. The rest of the food is wonderful too…but, you come for the oysters…and, they deliver!

okay wow - new favorite restaurant in Falmouth. I got the salmon rice bowl and my goodness. I wanted to come back the next day for it again but they’re closed on Sundays. this is a must try but definitely try to get reservations because it was packed on a Saturday night and we had sat at the bar which was very eventful lol but it was a great atmosphere and even better food.

Love the food, vibes, and staff. My dear father was pleasantly surprised by his greek salad. I enjoyed my spicey marg. Special shoutout to our server Mel and Chris behind the bar, two icons 😎
Olivia C — Google review
Good seafood fare. I gave it four stars because the preparation was very traditional (see below about the lobster bisque). The service was AWESOME! The oysters were very good and like all good oyster places they arranged them in order and gave us a printed list so we wouldn't forget immediately after they told us. The tuna poke was also good and I loved how you could customize the ingredients. The lobster bisque was good but very creamy which I think is how it's traditionally made. It had a good amount of lobster chunks in it. Nothing wrong with the preparation but it's neither my favorite nor does it compare well with how some others have reimagined lobster bisque. The cauliflower fried rice was a little bland too but maybe that's how it was meant since rice is usually bland.

Dino’s Pizza & Sports Bar is a beloved local hangout that perfectly blends the excitement of sports with delicious food. This spacious venue, adorned with vibrant sports murals and equipped with numerous TVs, ensures you won't miss any game action. The casual atmosphere invites guests to enjoy hearty pub fare like pizza, burgers, and subs while soaking in the lively ambiance. On weekends, Dino's transforms into a dance hotspot featuring quality live bands and a sizable dance floor for those looking to groove after enjoying their meal.
What a great place to hang out with friends and family. Plenty of space to spread and watch the games. The Pizza was delicious and the staff was on top of it. They had a knack for keeping your drink full without you feeling like they were hanging around and waiting for you. TVs were where they were convenient and I’m told they also feature live music. Great place to bring the friends or colleagues to unwind. Highly recommended if you’re in town.

Tried Dino's on a recommendation...it was OK. The food was good, the service was good. $2.99 for a side of fries...OK, but the portion was tiny. Asked for some ketchup as the server walked by...she told us "it's over there" . I did not expect her to get it for us but the not wanting to help "face scowel" for asking a question was not very professional...FYI the place was DEAD! I'll try elsewhere in the future

Not busy at all, we have been in a number of times. Female bartender detracted chatting up others at the other section of the bar. Hot food has always been decent. I wouldn't recommend the garden salad. Not even close to 10.00 value.

I rarely leave negative reviews—almost never—but this time I can’t stay silent. I visited this place again today and, unfortunately, got disappointed again. Probably for the last time. I ordered rings, but was brought wings. When I calmly pointed this out, the waitress (the lady behind the bar) told me, “No, you ordered wings. I remember you—you did the same thing last time, trying to confuse your order.” Well, you remembered my face—but not what actually happened last time. Let me remind you: Last time, I was served a beer with a chewed gum in it. I only realized it after taking a sip and feeling it in my mouth. I don’t even chew gum. I quietly told the staff, “Just please change the beer and let’s forget this ever happened.” No scene, no shouting—I tried to be discreet and respectful. I even wrote an apology on the back of the receipt and left a 25% tip. That was the only time anything went wrong with my order before. So yes, you remembered me—but not your own mistake. This will be my last visit while that particular staff member is working there. The place itself is OK, and most of the staff are nice and professional. But that one person ruins the whole experience. Sorry.

This is what happens when your food is rushed and is incorrect. I simply asked for the fried chicken sandwich(which I ordered on wednesday) my previous sandwich came with lettuce and onion with no mayo in which I asked for. Tonight I called in and asked for no mayo but if you have honey mustard I will have that instead. They reply with okay no problem it should be done in 20 minutes! I get there 20 minutes later. My food still was not ready. I stood there for an extra 15 minutes after paying and kindly asked the woman if there was a time frame for my food. She asked for my name. I said well I think someone took my name down wrong but this is my name. She went to the register and picked out my order ticket. As i noticed this I calmly walked out as frustrated as I was. Came home to this absolute disaster of a sandwich. I will never go here again.

Lots of parking. Very big inside with lots of seating and TV screens. the lighting could be better inside, it was a bit too dark. I ordered a beer and smothered steak tips with rice. The 1 Lb steak tips are exactly that. A large portion of steak that will fill you up. I asked for it to be cooked medium and it was done right. The server was great. She was on double duty, bartending and waiting on tables. She was super friendly and on point. I would definitely go back. I imagine this place could get very crowded. It was 4pm on a thursday and it was pretty busy.

Golden Sails Chinese Restaurant 金航 is a laid-back and familiar Chinese eatery that offers classic dishes like noodles, fried rice, and an array of familiar Chinese-American favorites. The restaurant is known for its generous portion sizes, with customers noting the large servings of dishes like General Tso's chicken and pot stickers. While it may not be worth a long drive for the best Chinese food ever, it's a popular local spot offering comforting meals ready in just 15 minutes.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Golden Sails is excellent! The food was very delicious, hot, and well-prepared. I ordered a combo meal for $15, and it came with a very good portion—even perfect for a big-sized man like me. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was ready pretty fast. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

First and last time there. The chicken was undercooked. The fried rice looked like they mixed rice with vegetables and chicken it had no color or flavor like traditional fried rice. Wonton soup was ok. Same with the kun pao chicken bland and the chicken seemed not real and undercooked.

My Biggest Complaint Is How Much Breading Is On the General Tsos Chicken... Everything Here Is Huge Double the Size From the Chunks of Chicken to the Pot Stickers Compared to What Im Used To... But the Breading to Chicken Ratio Was Maybe 70/30... Its Hard to Find A Whole White Piece of Chicken From the Chinese Store... I Did Like How the Rice Was Browned and Not Yellow... The Combo Platters Come With an Extra Side Such as 2 Piece Teriyaki Chicken on a Stick... ABout $18-20 Bucks Per Platter... Id Be Fine Ordering Again But Different Items and the Rice is a Go...

We had a great dine in experience. We had shrimp chips to start which are a blast from our upbringing in London and not seen very often. Singapore rice noodles with curry sauce, Golden Sails special fried rice, sweet and sour shrimp and Orange flavor spiced chicken. Kim made the experience very enjoyable and pleasant. Her attention to detail was not unnoticed. We ended up with another three meals for both of us with the leftovers. We will definitely be back.

*Organic Options* *Highly Recommend* *Friendly Staff* *Food Was Hot & Delicious* *Generous Portion Sizes* We drove almost 1hr to visit and we're very pleased with the service and the food was great. The only thing we didn't like was the size of the General Tso's Chicken Sizes were huge! I'd rather have smaller crispy pieces of chicken however the flavor was extremely unique unlike any other General Tso's Chicken it had like a cherry flavor or something and was absolutely delicious however I was just disappointed in the large size dark meat we got. We would definitely return again in the future.

Golden Sails. e.1977. Ho Lee Fuk is this Chinese restaurant Mai Tai strong. This place in East Falmouth MA on Cape Cod has been around forever and it looks it; yeah, that drink is $8. The food is classic Boston-style American Chinese, most of the waitstaff appears to be in their 60s. It's very good and even the egg roll is LEGIT with real roast pork in it and it is a nice size. That brown plate of stuff is Shrimp in Lobster Sauce, it is clearly derived from the Kowloon (due to be demolished) original in Saugus. Not like the NY version. Lots of ground pork, oyster sauce, egg, and six jumbo shrimp. Pork and green beans “Chow Yoke” is also very good. This is a must-go on Cape Cod, it is a throwback to another time. It should live forever.

The pork chops, sweet potato fries and Cole slaw were incredible. Bar tender Sara has a great personality and the owner even makes time to welcome his guests. Definitely recommend this place!

We had high hopes when we arrived. Only 3 people when we walked in. Ordered baked scallops, not baked enough and too much lemon. Mashed potatoes had way too much pepper. Karaoke started at 9. New guy started his first night at karaoke. Bartender said she’d use my camera to video me singing to my husband for our anniversary. First take was messed up. She disappeared for a half hour and missed it. Nice neighborhood bar but won’t be back.

Everything we got for food was just mid except the clam cakes that were the absolute worst. They were inedible. Will not go back.

My husband and I decided to try this place on a whim. I wish we'd driven by. I got a bowl of clam chowder and it was bad. I should've known it'd turned because it smelled like fish. My husband got prime rib. Ordered medium, got medium rare. It was a decent cut and it did taste good. I'm giving 3 stars for the prime rib only. Otherwise, I'd be leaving no stars. I could see the kitchen from my seat and a stack of clean plates had food on them as if something had splattered on them. Server dropped off our food and only came back to drop off the bill. It wasn't busy. Our server spent most of her time hugging the guys at the bar and hanging out with them like it was a family reunion. We'll never go back.

BnB Burger Bar is a family-friendly restaurant that offers a diverse menu with globally inspired dishes, a wide selection of beers, and live entertainment. The outdoor seating area welcomes dogs, making it a great option for pet owners. The cozy interior exudes holiday spirit and warmth, resembling a large wood cabin. This was a great find! The chicken nuggets are a moist have, and the portion size of the fries was very generous. The manager and server were very friendly, and we were able to watch the Euro 2020 tournament at the bar, which is stocked with three staple American beers. I'll definitely come back here as it wasn't nearly as crowded as other tourist attractions on Independence Day weekend. (Also, very clean restrooms!)

It was December when we visited, so it was full of holiday spirit. The inside was not too big, but had a good amount of seats. It was very warm and cozy in here. It felt like a large wood cabin. We started with some house cocktails. I ordered NO.1, strong and citrusy, very tasty! My hubby went with Fall Skies, but then our server brought a beer...??? He took it back and got the bartender to make the correct drink, which took a while... This one was kind of Autumn Moscow Mule. Sweet and strong. We ordered Poutine to share. Cheesy goodness and comforting, a bit salty but still very tasty, so much so that it disappeared super quick! One of us ordered the Soup of Day: Hungarian Mushroom. It was really nice and tasty, but not hot enough – temperature wise. For main, we had Fresh Catch: Stew Time, Holiday Roast, and Home-Style Meatloaf. Stew was and impressive bowl, packed with seafood, sooo good! Holiday Roast was massive, a bit tough but packed with flavor! Needed a real steak knife, which was not provided with the dish, so I had to ask for it… It was not easy to grab a staff to get a knife. They should provide the real steak knife with this dish from the beginning… Otherwise, tasty and satisfying, enough to be shared among two people. Home-Style Meatloaf was juicy and really delicious! Gravy was good too, but it was so tasty it didn’t need it. We ordered a couple of desserts to share: Fried Twinkie and Coco Pie. Fried Twinkie was a fun dessert, sweet, decadent, and joyful. Coco Pie was very chocolatey, melt in your mouth! Overall, we had a lovely dinner here, all the food from appetizer to desserts were quite tasty. The Portion was big and the price were very affordable. The service has room for improvement, but they were all very friendly, polite and welcoming. I would definitely go back for more!

Looking for a burger? Don't come here. If your establishment has to charge 0.50 for extra pickles, which are paper thin, you don't know how to treat customers. Pickles were listed on the menu as coming with the burger. I elected to have no onion, not sure how many pickles normally come on the burger, but there was 3 total, paper thin, like McDonald's style, on the burger. The $2 diet coke was water mixed with a little coke. Definitely wasn't diet coke. The fries are straight out of the frozen aisle super market, basic poor quality fries. Super slow service. Egg on breakfast burger was raw. Definitely not worth the money. Super frustrated at this place. Complete ripoff.

One of the best burgers I ever had! There was a nice char on the outside and super juicy without being too greasy. Sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious. John, our bartender was attentive, kind and efficient. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating, including a lovely patio in back. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous. We hope to come back and try dessert-the chef bakes them fresh. This a great place-friendly people and amazing food.

Great outdoor seating for social distancing. Staff was super friendly and efficient. When we had only been waiting about 10 minutes after placing our order, the server came to us and said that he needed to take our order again because it wasn't entered in the computer correctly. Because of his error, he said that our entire dinner would be on him! It's always a good sign when businesses offer to compensate you before you even have to ask. We told him the offer wasn't necessary, as we hadn't even been waiting that long. He ended up comping one of our meals! The burgers were tasty and the hush puppies were amazing!

Absolutely LOVE this place! My husband and I decided to spend our 25th anniversary on the Cape. We got there around 3 pm on Halloween. We got a few drinks and did some bowling. We've been here before, on a few occasions, to throw axes. Always a friendly environment with knowledgeable, super friendly staff. They have a decent menu for food choices. The pretzel appetizers with 2 dipping sauces are delicious. One is a beer cheese sauce and the other is a sweet/tangy horseradish sauce and I highly recommend! While both are delicious, the horseradish dip is my favorite. We enjoy bowling here because it's old school duckpin, with palm sized bowling balls. This place is fun for adults and children. We'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Nestled in the charming town of Stow, MA, Jones Tavern is a historical gem that dates back to the late 1760s. Once a bustling hub for travelers and locals during the 18th and 19th centuries, this tavern has retained its warm and inviting atmosphere. Today, it offers visitors a delightful dining experience with fresh New England cuisine infused with coastal flair.
I came in on a week night and really enjoyed the cozy night time vibes with the fireplace on, and had a great meal at a great price point! We ordered fish and chips, ceasar salad, pasta with marinara, and chocolate cake. The ceasar salad was perfect, I would definitely come back for this or even make it my go-to for takeout the price was really affordable! The chocolate cake was also an impressive size, great for sharing between two peoples. Our server Kendall was really personable and friendly and made this a great first experience for us! The restaurant was newly renovated and very clean, if you are looking for a nice meal at a great price point I definitely recommend!

Here’s the 411 on this place! I’ve been coming here for sometime now. It seems the hotel and restaurant is now under new management. They have a new Chef in the Kitchen, Chef Liam, which I have been told has a huge background in food from creative scratch cooking with a Heavy Portuguese influence! (Sounds delicious already). I came in for the shark week menu and Man it did not disappoint! The “surfing” plate is what I got that consisted of sliced hangar steak and scallops, roasted potatoes, a veggie and homemade cristinies and an aioli for dipping . The plate was huge and delicious that highly anticipated $30 dish was well worth it! I’d visit again just for the food alone! The downside was the service. It seemed they were incredibly low staffed, there were lots of guest and only one person in “the front of the house” so to speak. It took a while for guest to have their order taken, brought out etc. to I felt bad honestly for the server she seemed to be doing great but was deff overworked, seemed like she was running the bar and the dining room alone. The one person she had with her was a young boy bussing tables but wasn’t much help , I understand the restaurant business but ordinary guest do not. Unfortunately that portrays differently with different people and can cause confusion and having them think this is a bad place. All in all The food is wonderful here and absolutely underrated. Seems as though the new chef is making much bigger and better strides than the last few. I’ve held off on writing this for months bc I like to make sure my reviews are Valuable. So I’ve been in here quite a few times getting to know the staff and understanding what’s going on like I do all my reviews. The restaurant itself is clean and welcoming, not to mention big! A great place for a function. I’ve stayed at the hotel itself which is also decent. No hot tubs though :( that made me sad as me and my husband search for hotels purposely with them (more like a tradition kinda thing” get out and relax right!? The indoor pool is Very nice too! The staff is great, for the most part, it’s very welcoming at the front desk, the restaurant manager is pleasant, very understanding, (she’s there the most), I believe they only have two bartenders right now, and they are very personable! The staffing issue seems to be significant especially when the place gets a crowded, which I can see why people get upset. Don’t be them people lol no matter where I’ve gone recently EVERYONE IS UNDERSTAFFED. Recession is no joke. Worth the visit and the wait if it gets busy! Here’s some photos of stuff I’ve eaten :)

We’d had a long drive, ordered with Mia, who was really helpful. Drinks and food were delivered quickly and very tasty, great

I was there on 9-10-24 at 6:50 p.m. It started off bad. They had NO fish & chips. I then ordered a hamburger with bacon & cheese with NO sauce. Guess what, they added sauce, no bacon and burger was not freshly cooked. Too cold & waterly. Looks like a microwave burger. Nasty taste. I just left everything there. Even the fries wish I requested extra crispy did not happened. Fries were cold and not extra crispy. Bad customer service. I will never come back. Even their breakfast is cold. The worst place I ever been too.

Terrible service. I would not recommend you dine here. Was not welcoming at all. The server had a nasty attitude and was selective of who got what meat portion additionally they were only serving one cookie per person. Even asked an ADULT where his mother was at and to point his mother out so he could have 2 cookies. Had to ask for ice tea to be served. The food was OK but it wasn’t good enough to deal with the terrible service. Diamond tours should take this place for dinner off the itinerary!

Wow! Cool place, our server was a pleasure, quick and efficient. The menu looked like it was scaled back, typical for our times I guess. Had the bacon cheeseburger and it was tasty, wife had the chicken Caesar and she enjoyed it. Overall pretty impressed and will return.

I'll start with the positives. The young woman working our table was attentive, but poorly informed and untrained. THIS IS NOT HER FAULT. The room was clean, roomy and sparsely appointed. Our order for 3 adults and 2 children was taken and delivered quite quickly. 4 of the 5 meals were terrible. The entree items were overcooked, tepid and incomplete. When we requested the menu items to complete the sandwiches, the server left, but returned to inform us that the items were unavailable. Dissapointing but understandable in this mess that the supply chain has given us. The server apologized and was visibly nervous. She probably had a rough Summer and was preparing fir a round of complaints. That didn't happen. A Supervisor or Manager NEVER APPROACHED us, never set foot in the room, as far as We knew. I tipped the server as I usually do, 20%. I also questioned at the desk if the Manager was available, only to receive a negative response. Usually when I try a place for the first time, a less than favorable experience will prompt me to come back. I'm in the business, I know how things can be. NOT HERE! The lack of care in preparation or concern for the customer by Management does not sit well with me. I won't spend hard earned money in this place. I also don't expect to see this place operating, for very ling.

We had dinner at the Tavern on the last day of our Diamond Bus Tour. It was the worst meal of the trip! Dinner was served buffet style which infers going back for more if you were still hungry. That wasn't happening. One of our number who got a small portion to start with was turned away because she had already been served. And it wasn't that appetizing or tasty. When seated, we were elbow to elbow even though they had plenty of floor space for more tables. I will not be returning either on my own or by bus!
