1Grand Hotel De La Reine

Hotel
The Grand Hotel De La Reine is an 18th-century hotel located in Nancy City Centre, offering formal rooms and suites with modern amenities such as WiFi, refrigerator, and cots. The hotel features a terrace, fine dining options including an on-site restaurant and bar, as well as afternoon tea. Situated on place Stanislas, the hotel's prime location provides easy access to attractions like Musee des Beaux-Arts de Nancy.
There’s something about this hotel that separates it from any other! A certain feeling, perhaps. Views from square-facing rooms are out of the is world, the breakfast is utterly delicious, and the interior is perfectly elegant. But what truly made my stay was the staff, both during my stay and after, when they were able to send me items I’d left behind through mail.
Joshua A — Google review
The location of the hotel is great. The interior is old but ok. The rooms are a bit stuffy and very noisy. You can literally hear everything from the neighbors and from the street. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is the highlight. It’s served in a beautiful room with view to the Place Stanislas. They offer a great variety of everything. I do NOT recommend the restaurant. They weren’t very helpful and not flexible at all. I‘m vegetarian and I repeated several times that I don’t eat meat nor fish. They still served me a dish with fish eggs and fish sauce. It was just overall a very unfriendly experience which I wouldn’t expect in a restaurant of such level. Also in 2024 you should find a vegetarian dish on every menu or be more flexible.
Elena E — Google review
Building is beautiful. The interior is warm and cosy. The staff is nice and efficient. We went there for a drink. I personally tested two different but standard cocktails. They are NOT at the expected level for a place of this nature… Real pity. 😕
Andrea V — Google review
Most horrible hotel experience. Like sleeping in the sewers. People fighting under our window all night, and to top it off, 10 minutes of glass being thrown into a truck at 8am right under the window. 4 hours of sleep max. I’d rather sleep on a park bench…
Juliette L — Google review
The front desk staff were amazing and made our stay really fun. Loved the light show! A bit noisy overnight on the weekend, there must've been parties in Stanislas square. Didn't get much sleep.
Sarah K — Google review
Stayed two nights at De la Reine, it was just wat we needed. Location is perfect; close to the shops, restaurants and the park. Very comfortable bed (soft) Downside of the room; no safe or fridge. We stayed on the first floor which you can not reach via the guest elevator, the people from the hotel had to help us get to the room (via the staff elevator) with our stroller for our two month old baby.
Marlies S — Google review
In the most beautiful piazzas in Europe🇪🇺, Place Stanislas, from the name of Stanislas Leszczynski, former King of Poland 🇵🇱 and Duke of Lorraine 🇫🇷. The perfect spot to admire the night light and motion on the buildings, during the summer. Excellent everything, from service to breakfast to room confort. Kindness and charm 🇫🇷 It’s France, of course!
Diva R — Google review
this 'hotel of the queen' is a grand old lady, she shows her age , could do with a bit of paint or even cosmetic surgery but she still has lots of charm. Rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable. Excellent breakfast (more brunch than breakfast) with view of the most beautiful square in France. Cosy bar Very friendly and helpful staff. all this at quite reasonable prices. I enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to go back again.

Event venue
Hotel D'Haussonville is a charming 16th-century mansion located in the heart of Nancy's old town. The individually decorated rooms offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and seating areas with wooden floors. The hotel provides a typical French breakfast and has a lounge for guests to relax in. It's an elegant choice for those looking to stay in a historic building with modern amenities while exploring the city center of Nancy.
The Hotel D'Haussonville is exceptional place to retreat to following a day of exploring the beautiful and fascinating city of Nancy. The location is perfect. While very near the center of town (5 minute walk), it is also located on a quiet street. Lively cafes and very good restaurants are close by. Hotel breakfasts are delicious and offer a wide menu. Maybe most important is the wonderful staff who are welcoming and very attentive to needs.
Jeffrey E — Google review
A wonderful historic mansion with spacious room, a terrific breakfast, very friendly staff and a great location. We have stayed here several times and consider it the best place to stay in Nancy.
Carl S — Google review
Hotel D'Haussonville seems to get lots of 5* reviews - for good reason! We loved it. It is small, the service is personal and friendly, and the location is perfect for exploring central Nancy. The building dates from 16th century and has been beautifully restored (though the age does mean there are no lifts, which may be a constraint for some). The rooms and bathroom were very comfortable; the breakfast was excellent; and the staff were great. Much the best hotel of our trip through France, Germany and Switzerland.
Nick C — Google review
The attraction of this hotel is its individuality. You feel looked after by the staff who are interesting and interested. We were greeted warmly by Amy and then checked out by the lovely Jodie. The hotel is in a beautiful building and you do feel like you’re a part of its history while you are there. The breakfast is very good with a varied choice of eggs, pastries, crepes etc. Our bed was really comfortable and the bedding was exquisite. My partner and I revisit this hotel whenever we are in Nancy.
Helen K — Google review
I was accommodated in this hotel, but I can only recommend, great staff, every day amazing breakfast, 3 min walk to Stanislas square around amazing restaurant. For breakfast, you got fresh roast, coffee, juice, tea, a selection of the best French cheeses. They prepared anything for you. They always cleaned the rooms. A great experience.
Niko Y — Google review
Our room on the 1st floor was lovely. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable, snug and warm. As its an old building I would call it quirky and charming. Bfast included freshly baked local pastries. Its location is fabulous, in the middle of historical Nancy. There is an endless choice of restaurants, patisserie and chocolate shops. The staff are charming and helpful. Loved our 2 days here.
Lance F — Google review
A wonderful experience from the first on-line interaction to book until we sadly pulled the room door closed as we left. Dress circle location, gloriously atmospheric but comfortable room, and lovely people. Could not recommend any hotel more. Ps - it was our first time in Nancy and we just loved the town - a hidden gem.
Stuart C — Google review
Excellent small hotel in wonderful Nancy. There’s no restaurant but you wouldn’t want to stay in when surrounded by a wonderful array of restaurants Less choice on a Monday however. Its a short drive and walk back to their car park but its completely secure.

Hotel
Hôtel Stanley by HappyCulture is a charming and conveniently located hotel in the heart of Nancy. The rooms are casual and comfortable, featuring wood floors, flat-screen TVs, and complimentary WiFi. This pet-friendly hotel warmly welcomes dogs with excellent amenities and services at no extra cost. Its central location makes it an ideal choice for travelers arriving by train or looking to explore the city on foot. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, making their stay efficient and enjoyable.
Stayed in Hotel Stanley in June 2025 for a primary school residential to Nancy from the UK. Throughout the whole booking process and stay the Hotel Stanley staff and management were superb. The hotel is quintessentially French and has many modern features. It has great character. The bathrooms are a little small, but this is down the style and character of the building. We had one minor issue during our stay that was resolved swiftly and professionally by the staff team. Breakfast was a good continental buffet which met the tastes of each member of our party. Would highly recommend. Finally, a special mention to Quentin who is quite clearly a dedicated, professional and highly skilled manager.
C H — Google review
Perfect stay close to all the attractions, city, shopping. The Hotel team is great, very welcoming and supportive. The room was nicely decorated and the beds comfortable. We will definitively come back and recommend the hotel to others.
Michael W — Google review
We highly recommend this Hotel. The staff is very kindly and the products of the breakfast have a high quality. The bathroom is quite small. It will not suit for oversized people
Daniel K — Google review
The staff was friendly and helpful, The rooms were clean. The breakfast was outstanding. We were there on the 22nd and 23rd of June during hot weather and the room was miserably hot. The windows on the south side of the building face a court yard and don't receive much of a breeze. The room had a 50cm oscillating fan, but the electric outlets were not located close enough to the window to move air into the room at night. I asked the front desk if they had an extra fan, but they could only provide 1 per room. The rooms had a heavy stand located near the door, presumably to prop open the door to accommodate some air flow. On the second day one of the house keepers kindly propped open the door to the empty room across the hall from ours which created a pleasant airflow and provided some relief from the heat. At any other time this would have been a perfect stay but in hot weather I'd probably pay a premium for air conditioning.
R C — Google review
Do not plan your stay in this hotel if you are going in summer. There is no air conditioning and the windows are out to the street so if you leave it open it can be really noise. We had a fan in the room which was broken and when we complaint they sag they there was nothing they could do. The noise doesn’t come only from the street though. The building is very old so you hear every step and conversation of others staying there. Less but not least, the rooms were not clean and the bathroom floor has never seen a good scrub. 0/5 do not recommend. We left before the planned stay.
Franciele M — Google review
"This place was perfect for a one-night stay! The room was clean and comfortable, just what I needed after a long day. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. It’s a great spot if you’re just passing through or need a short stopover.Since it's an older building, the walls are quite thin, and you can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms.
Hidden J — Google review
The Stanley is a fantastic place staffed by truly capable and wonderful people! Our room was charming, clean and quiet. I enjoyed sitting in the window, lokking at the beautiful buildings and watching people on the street below. Just perfect.
Nathan S — Google review
The room offered excellent quality at an affordable price. It has a French balcony against the main street. The famous Stanislas square is only 650 meters away from the hotel. There is an underground parking lot close to the hotel. It costs 18 Euro for one night.

4Hôtel Mercure Nancy Centre Place Stanislas

Hotel
Located in the heart of Nancy, just 200 meters from the stunning Place Stanislas, Hôtel Mercure Nancy Centre Place Stanislas offers elegant and stylish rooms with amenities such as Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and private bathrooms. The hotel features a relaxed bar and lounge where guests can unwind after a day of exploring the nearby UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The hotel is ideally located for Place Stanislas, other tourist attractions and the railway station. We stayed in a privilege room which had an exceptionally large double bed which was very comfortable. The room was air-conditioned ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of variety to suit every taste. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. We will definitely be staying at the Mercure next time we visit.
Cheryl C — Google review
The a/c is a centrally controlled system- and it was off, our room was 26 degrees, told to open the windows. By 5am it had cooled to 24.5 degrees and the noise in the street had woken me several times. The fact that they don’t have individual ac in the rooms and can’t turn on the central ac on a hot day means there will be periods when the weather is changeable that you can’t control temperature. Breakfast was great, one of the best I’ve had. Location very convenient - just a 5 min walk to the square - but somewhere we could drive to and park the car also.
Andy K — Google review
Parking was on the premise, 15€/day. The mattress was top quality helping to get a full rest. Breakfast was well presented, good selection of high quality food. They also had a big selection of tea. Size of the room was rather compact though, and the standards rooms were on annex building where it's connected by a corridor with additional steps and it can be annoying with lots of luggage or a buggy. The reason for selecting this hotel is for the affordability and most importantly the location. It's probably the best located hotel in Nancy for the historic centre. Overall, it was a very good stay. Location is just perfect and it's just few steps away from the main plaza, and all the bars and restaurants.
Ale L — Google review
I use Accor Hotels all the time when travelling in Europe. I stay in France, Switzerland, Belgium, UK and am a Gold Member. I had booked three nights with my wife for us to explore Nancy. I have never met such a rude, dismissive, aggressive, surly or disinterested member of staff as I did the young lady on reception here. Consequently we ended up staying only one night here and moved onto Belgium earlier than planned. I have been using Accor Group Hotels for 30 years, usually they are terrific with fabulous staff. I will never, ever stay in this hotel again, this nasty, petty minded member of staff should be nowhere near paying customers
DW — Google review
General speaking this hotel was up to standard of what to expect when staying at a Mercure. Nice breakfast, clean rooms and dito atmosphere. It went a bit wrong on our first day. We left the hotel by 10am, returned by 1pm to find that our room hadn't been serviced yet. No worries, there's still time... When we returned by 6pm, it still wasn't done. They were, by then working on the room next to ours. Thinking that ours would be next, we kinda hurriedly went down to the lobby to allow the staff to do their magic. Only to find that nothing happened at all No made up bed, no dirty crockery removed, no refill of the complimentary mini bar,... Contact with the person in the lobby changed little but not much. Staff seemed a little helpless at times, especially the younger (students?). Everyone has to learn sometimes but maybe the training should be a bit more thorough? Overall not a bad experience but disappointing
Justnils 2 — Google review
The hotel is very well situated, very close to the place Stanislas. The parking behind the hotel is convenient, but it may need a little new paint. Especially, the stairs between the first and ground floors were quite worn. The reception is very friendly and efficient. We got upgraded to the luxury rooms on the third floor. The room was spacious, the double doors and double windows provided a good sound isolation, and the bed was comfortable. However, the air-conditioning had a very foul smell of rot and mold to it. So we were forced to turn off the air-conditioning, open the windows wide and live with the noise, heat, and mosquitos of a summer night. The air-conditioning is really in urgent need of a decontamination.
Not B — Google review
Good things are. Clean, close to the Stanislas place. Normal room is extremely tiny, so if you are tall or big - think about other options. We were with the dog, so including 30 eur per night per dog it was extremely not fair. Also there is no gym at all, which is pretty strange for 4 stars they declared. Size of the room is not allowing you to exercise at all

Very convenient location (very close to the pedestrian area and also close to train station). Very nice modern rooms. Small but beautiful Spa. We were there for a weekend trip and enjoyed our stay in Nancy in this hotel.
Melanie P — Google review
Update on my review, one star for the lowsy reply- do not use your answer to justify things that have nothing to do with the fact that your spa was not at all relaxing, overbooked and yes I left because I was frustrated - but thanks for spying on your guests. original message here -How can you call yourself a SPA hotel if you can reserve only for one hour and then even arriving a few minutes early there is still too much people (12 persons) and no place for you to lie down. You should definitely erase spa from your name, this being the main reason this hotel was booked for.
Salvattorio B — Google review
Word cannot express how amazing the staffs here including the dront desk staff! Impeccable services (with a smile and much professionalism) Definitely coming back to stay in this gorgeous boutique hotel when I visit Nancy next time. Thanks BW at Nancy!
Fuzz W — Google review
The hotel is absolutely lovely, clean calm and luxurious, the only issue I had was the bed, the rooms are expensive, I thought we were going to have one actual bed, but it was 2 small beds made into one, which meant all night long me and my companion were falling into the gap in the middle, I would definitely stay there again but request a different bed, the spa was nice too 👍
Elif O — Google review
Perfect location, the room was small but comfortable. The bathroom had the necessary amenities and the AC was set at the right temperature which is not always the case in France.

Had a really lovely stay of three nights here. The location is super convenient, amenties nice, but the beat thing about the stay was the staff, who was absolutely lovely and beyond helpful. Thank you!

Rooms are nice enough. Pretty standard. Location is good. Right near a car park and train station. Easy walk into the action. Service was ok. Set up more for business groups and meetings I think, rather than travellers.

As an ALL Diamond member I visit many Accor hotels but I am taking the time to write this feedback as I was really impressed by the team. From the welcoming at arrival to check out I was really treated as a very valuable guest. Bravo!!!
Rudy M — Google review
A really nice hotel with very good rooms. Placed centrally in Nancy it offers everything you need as a weary traveller. We booked at short notice and was offered a junior suite which was the best they had available at the time. The room was located at 7th floor which was the top floor for the hotel. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. We arrived quite late and the hotel restaurant was closed for the summer. The receptionist kindly offered to reserve a table for us at the nearby Brasserie which he strongly recommended (and it was very good). Out room was clean and had everything we needed. The content of the mini bar was included in the room price (2 bottles of water, 2 sodas and a juice). Not that we wanted to spend time watching TV, but I did look for an English speaking channel just to get a news update and the only one was CNN int which is not my cup of tea. The hotel could do well by adding content for its international (non-french speaking) customers. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide selection of warm and cold dishes. Coffee was good. The pastries were cold and there were no real cereal unfortunately.
Jens W — Google review
Perfectly situated in the city centre, close access to brasseries and restaurants. Rooms are modern, clean and very quiet. Absolutely recommended when looking for best value for money. Amazing friendly staff.

We had to make an unscheduled stop in Nancy after a breakdown—and luckily ended up at the Mercure Nancy. There was nothing we asked for that wasn't provided. We would love to come back and have the fondest memories of both Nancy and the Mercure! Merci beaucoup encore une fois : )

Great location, nice, clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff
Vania C — Google review
The location is great. Next to the train station and a short 10 minute walk to the town center. The rooms are small and carpeted. Personally, I am not a fan of carpet in a hotel room. The rooms seemed clean overall. My daughter and I were comfortable. Unfortunately, the room was on the side of the street with the bus stop and the noise kept me up most of the night. Loud, drunk people and honking cars were very disruptive. The windows do not open, so we could not get any fresh air in the room. The breakfast is not worth the cost. It's an okay hotel, if you stay I would recommend saving money and getting breakfast from a local spot. If your room faces the bus stop, ask if another room is available.

Novotel Suites Nancy Centre is a 4-star hotel located in the heart of Nancy, France. The city itself is a captivating blend of historic charm and modern vibrancy, nestled amidst picturesque green hills and rivers. The hotel offers 68 cozy suites, each spanning an area of 323 square feet. Guests can enjoy amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi access and "Suitebox" service, which includes unlimited internet cable access and free calls to landlines in France.
A few days ago, I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights, and it was a truly wonderful stay. I must highlight the attentiveness of the staff, especially the three receptionists (one of them, Eloise, a pregnant woman, and a young man who welcomed us upon our arrival). I also want to highlight the attentiveness of the breakfast staff (who were truly very friendly). I really feel at home. I hope to return soon.
Yeni Z — Google review
The receptionists. Some were friendly, some were neutral but one was distant/ aloof. Cleanliness. Was generally ok. However, the room wasn't made up on Sunday 29 December 2024. Later in the afternoon, a knock on the door to ask if we needed anything for the room. On arrival, we found the room rather warm so turned down the temperature of the air-conditioning. Yet the air vents continued to circulate hot air. I was informed that I needed to switch off the air conditioning unit and open the window to allow the cold air in! The bed was small with the mattress sagging towards the edges/sides. The casting facility onto the TV from my mobile phone was unsatisfactory as the program got frequently interrupted. The elevator gets busy at breakfast time so just use the staircase.

Spacious suites, friendly staff, parking available. 10 minutes in walking distance from the city center. Very good pizzeria across the street next to the Kinepolis ( movie theater).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 – Great Hotel for Families, but Watch Out for Breakfast Charges Nice hotel in a good location. We had two adjoining rooms, which was perfect as we were travelling with our grandkids – very convenient setup. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Unfortunately, we couldn't get on-site parking as it was full, but we found parking about a 10-minute walk away, so not too bad. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We ordered drinks in the evening, but my Heineken was flat, which was disappointing, so we decided to eat out instead – luckily there are lots of great restaurants nearby. Breakfast the next morning was a real highlight – the spread was fantastic with a good mix of hot and cold options. However, at checkout, we found out only one room had been charged for breakfast and were asked to pay an extra £40 for the second room. If I had known it would be £80 total for 6 people, I might have made different choices. It would have been better if the cost was made clearer at the time of booking or check-in. Overall, despite a couple of hiccups, it was a great stay and we’d consider returning.

Novotel Nancy is a modern hotel offering a pleasant stay with its seasonal outdoor pool, relaxed cafe/bar, and meeting space. The hotel's ideal location is just 3.6 km from the Church of Saint-Francois-des-Cordeliers. While some guests found the lobby area and rooms to be on the smaller side, they appreciated the friendly staff and delicious dining options at the restaurant.
This hotel is well located for ease of access to the nearby motorway and yet it is not noisy. Our room was superb. Very well appointed and clean. The staff who dealt with us were conscientious and courteous. This was a first class stay.

Our family enjoyed taking advantage of the two-room family deal. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very dark at night thanks to their blackout curtains. I personally liked the heavily carpeted corridors. Breakfast was very good - plenty of variety and good quality fare. Unfortunately the pool that we hoped to enjoy was closed for the entire weekend, perhaps due to expected poor weather which never seemed to materialise. Reception service was quick and helpful. A word to the wise - the fee was not deducted from the deposit as we expected but was charged separately. We were frustrated to find that the bank reserve placed on our room deposit was not released until a full week after we checked out, so funds we had set aside for our trip were not available to us until we were halfway through it.

The staff is very hardworking and very friendly. Unfortunately, it seems that this hotel is a bit understaffed. We have been coming to this hotel for about 10 years every year and each year it becomes a bit more disappointing. the inner workings of the hotel, like the bathrooms and toilets, tend to show their age more often, buttons falling off and a minor leak, but the friendly staff very quickly helped us. The food had definitely changed over the years. For dinner I can recommend the small Ceasar salad, the large one is... A lot. The cheeseburger not so much. The desserts are very literal to their description, and not to my taste, but that has no effect on my review as that is personal. The breakfast buffet has definitely gone downhill over the years, no doubt because everything is getting more expensive. If you are at this hotel as a stop for a trip, there is a very large supermarket nearby.

Car Park is Free and included cctv felt Safe and secure which is great, car park entrance is on your left opposite the ibis not well signposted but easy to come back round should you miss your turning. Rooms - feel new ok rooms no English to channels in case you want that Bar restaurant- bar you can sit round and restaurant on site Staff - the let down at this hotel is the staff especially at reception very rude and no customer service skills a smile and greeting guests explaining what’s on site etc would help

We booked a room for 4, were given a room where the sofa bed was not made. Had to change room. The new room was ready for 4 to sleep but only 2 cups for tea or the bathroom, 2 sets of towels. We arrived late and were happy to see there was room service until midnight… but when I called at 22:40 I was then told the kitchen was closed… all we could get was Pizza…I ask for little cheese only, and the pizzas arrived covered in so much cheese you could not see or taste the tomato sauce. The worst was the room was a sauna… temperature on max and impossible to cool it down ( airco was off) but to turn the heat off and open the window and sleep with the street noise. Even then it remained quite hot, likely from the surrounding rooms heated equally high. Breakfast was also disappointing… limited choice and a day or 2 old pastries, and doubtful how old the eggs and sausages were also as they tasted strange. Finally, with the smoking tray at the entrance, the double doors entrance section smells like an ashtray which is a very unpleasant welcoming or leaving impression. All in all, for a 4 star hotel, some standards not met…and quite some improvements necessary. On the positive side, the price was reasonable, location easy to get to, facilities are nice and clean.

Nice hotel close to highway. Clean rooms. Nice garden and terras. Outside pool with beds. High bar rates. If you don't want to have dinner in the hotel, there are (fastfood) restaurants and an aldi supermarket within a 5 a 10 minutes walk.

We had a quick one night stay in Nancy and the Novotel was the perfect solution for our needs. The room was comfortable and quiet, the beds were quite comfortable, the room was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful. Check in and check out were a breeze!
Kimberly F — Google review
Great location, but unfortunately, this hotel has disappointed twice now. 1. Plastic sheet was placed on my bed which made the bed noisy and extremely hot. I had to take it off to be able to sleep (picture attached) 2. In the name of eco-friendliness there is an empty bottle kept in the room to fill water. But I don't understand why is it a bottle and not a jug if they had to provide a container. It's difficult to fill water in the bottle with the size of the hole and fountains that they have put. To fill the bottle you need to continue pressing the button (you cannot press once to start and again to stop) 3. Slow internet speed - I got around 4-5mbps which is not bad but definitely not enough to work with onedrive

I would have given 0 stars but it wasnt an option. Were greeted by a horrible stench. Things were missing from the rooms and looked as if someone had just slept there and the housekeepers werebt bothered to clean. We were ripped off

Excellent and very affordable hotel! The service was excellent. Surveillanced parking with an automatich fence is available under the hotel if you request it in advance when booking and if there's space available. However, there's no elevator from the garage, so keep that in mind. Breakfast is also excellent.

A wonderful stop over hotel for us. Staff were lovely, rooms excellent.

Nice staff. Clean. Practical location. During daytime arrival plenty of parking spots. In the evening it might get more difficult. My biggest complaint is the sewage system. It‘s too loud, so whenever someone upstairs showers or flushes, there is a 100% chance of waking up.

Location is good. Rooms are very badly designed. The toilet is super small and cheaply made. Also, the breakfast was very bad, we had a jambon and one type of cheese for breakfast! Unbelievable... I'll never go there again. Pay a bit more and go to another hotel.

We stayed at Adagio Access Nancy Aparthotel as a stopover during our family Christmas road trip through Europe, and it was perfect! The location made it easy to explore the beautiful city of Nancy, the apartment was clean, cosy, and well-equipped, and the staff were warm and welcoming. It was exactly what we needed for a comfortable and restful night before continuing our journey. We’d happily stay here again!

On Saturday, July 12, 2025 between the hours of 10-10:30 am local time I visited reception to ask for extra towels, toilet paper, and to refill the shower gel in the room - the lady at the desk was rude but assured me that someone would be taking care of this. I come back around 22:00 the same night and none of these things had happened, I’m only upset because I had just come back from spending the whole day at the water park and needed to wash off but couldn’t and all the supermarkets around me were closed at this hour…
Jackie C — Google review
We chose this hotel because of its central location, and it was definitely a good choice. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a large paid parking lot on the street in front of the hotel (Quai Sainte-Catharine) (paid from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., free at night and on Sundays, definitely not expensive). The rooms are quite large, the bathrooms are large and comfortable, the hotel is clean.
Miss 0 — Google review
We have always loved aparthotels and this was a good example of a simpler one. The bed was comfortable and the room was very good with everything we needed. We were, however, disappointed that the air-conditioning cannot be reduced below 24 degrees as a matter of policy in the hotel; 24 is a very hot sleeping temperature for Scots and it was fairly pointless even having it on as we just sweated and tossed and turned all night. Also the directions for arriving by car could be greatly improved if there was an explanation that you need to go to Reception to gain access as there is no intercom and that the car park is under the building (as opposed to what looked like the car park behind the building). Also clarity over the pricing would be good as the website implies it is free when it was far from free.

Room amenities and location are nice. But if you are checking in during non office hour you will be in a big trouble. Self check in is super unfriendly, esp if you dont speak french
Cheuk H — Google review
Wonderful location in a quite side of town with paid parking right across. Rooms are clean and there are free water dispenser on the ground floor and paid laundromat service. Guest have to sort out the rubbish and dispose on their own on the last day (which is OK) Things to note is that the check in closes at 9pm on weekdays and earlier on weekend afternoon and evening. But they will send instructions on how to retrieve booking for those who are checking in late. I saw on Saturday people who are waiting to check in during the break time, but it may be too early hence they did not seem to know what to do. Definitely will stay in this chain again
Wee K — Google review
We been for many times in this good located and nice Aparthotel in Nancy. The rooms are nice, the bathroom big. The reception extremly friendly and helpfull. The only negative point this time was that there is no more reception of foreign TV channels for whatever reason. The charming receptionist advised me, that it would be now a good opportunity to learn French. In the interest of all non French speaking guests, I hope this problem will be solved till our next return.

Hotel REVOTEL - Nancy Centre Gare is a contemporary low-rise hotel offering bright and relaxed rooms with complimentary Wi-Fi. Conveniently located near the city center of Nancy, it's just a short walk away from attractions like Hall du Livre Book Store and Place Stanislas. The hotel features Wi-Fi throughout the property, private parking on site, and a parking garage for guests' convenience.
Hotel was good, private parking but 10€ per day for a parking too which I think should be free. Rooms were good ( we had family room) it was big and spacious. Never managed to start the AC ( but we survived) Shower/Toilet - nice and clean. Although if you come by car and it’s quite big car, when parking is full at the back, you might struggle to get the car parked as it’s very tight. Only few minutes walk from town center. There is breakfast buffet available ( free for kids up to certain agar, to be honest can’t remember which)
Furistas T — Google review
The hotel was convenient being close to the town centre and with a car park. It was also set slightly back from the road, so we slept really well as it was quiet. The rooms were very small and basic but adequate for a night's stay. For the price it was fine.

Cheap, tiny rooms, clean, decent beds, friendly staff. Exactly what we had expected. Not suitable for a long stay, but perfect for a weekend.

A good hotel for the price. As noted in other reviews the room was small but perfectly clean. Large, comfortable bed, good pressure in the shower, the AC worked well. Staff was pleasant and helpful, some English spoken. Secure bicycle parking in the garage. Breakfast was nothing special but perfectly fine for the price.

Two blocks the wrong way from the station a poorly signed archway leads into the centre of a city block away from the noise. Newish purpose built two star hotel so cramped, clean, functional rooms but everything worked (even the A/C in 34°C) ..... unfortunately away from the tourist sites and restaurants (you may need to try the obviously two star breakfast) but an internet price under 50€ for a double in mid June was very competitive .... small supermarket adjacent

My wife and I drive from Switzerland to UK very often. We have 2 Years old twins and it is the very first time that we managed to relax in a hotel with them. The hotel is located at 5 min to the main highway to continue to our journey to Calais. The rooms are pretty big, clean and comfortable. The checking was in seconds and the breakfast.... My my... Everything super fresh and delicious. The hotel has a kids area that the twin loved. If you have a dog like us, there is a very big park 5 min walking from to hotel. 10/10. We will stay here for now on.

Very well suited for a stay with small kids. There are some toys both in and outside. There are high seats at the restaurant. Perfect for an overnight stop on the road.

The rooms are new and clean. We liked the play area for the kids with a lot of toys and space. The service at the restaurant however was not great. It was extremely slow even though the place was not crowded.
Laura F — Google review
We stay at this hotel on our way to France, we like its good location and the closed parking area. Breakfast included, rooms for families. However, over the past 18 months, the rooms have gotten worse. In our family room we found black mold on the window panes (quite bad in the kids' room), and even a cockroach on a curtain. Breakfast selection has gotten "cheaper". They went from Nespresso caps to bean coffee which tastes quite bad, and the cold cut selection also got worse. We will still stop there, but considering other options.

We just got back from a holiday travelling through europe. We stayed at many hotels in city's for 1 night and out of all of those we thought this was the best hotel we stayed at. We were very impressed with the screen mirror option on the TV in the room. Comfortable bed and nice styling to the decor. The hotel is in a great location to walk in and around the city with public parking directly outside as well as the option of the hotel carpark.
Harry P — Google review
An old hotel that has had a tasteful and modern refurbishment. I can honestly say it was spotless clean. We had a small bit of trouble finding the place initially, but that was down to a combination of sat nav and one way system. Underground parking on a first come first served basis.

Carlos R — Google review

Horst — Google review
Not a hotel for foreign speakers! The cleanliness and service are OK in this hotel. The fact that there are still hotels today that almost exclusively offer TV programs in the local language (French) is almost presumptuous. Of the 43 fixed TV channels, 40(!) are domestic or French. Then there is a single channel in German, Chinese and English. Relaxing with a bit of TV after a strenuous day in this hotel is not an option, that is more than disappointing.
Roman K — Google review
We stayed as a family (x4 people) in one room for one night and had an excellent experience. The room was larger than expected and had been recently refurbished. The bathroom even had a bath! The hotel was easy to locate (we were driving), with parking and very well placed for central Nancy attractions. It was also excellent value for bed and breakfast. We really enjoyed our short stay to Nancy and we'll be back for longer.

Very pleasant hotel close to Nancy railway station. Has a lovely garden/patio area with tables and chairs that guests can use - excellent if you arrive too early for check in or just want to relax outdoors. We arrived by Bicycle (touring) and the Acceuil Velo service was very good, with excellent bicycle storage area (not an old shed/broom cupboard). Breakfast was decent/standard, as was the room.

Stayed overnight on our way back to the UK. Probably the one and only Accor hotel so far who charged us for parking with a motorbike. Room were clean and comfortable. Staff were nice, but we asked them to put a bag into the fridge, and they put it into the freezer, freezing all my cheese and other dairy products - sadly had to throw a couple of them away. Breakfast is basic, but good.
Petra K — Google review
Relatively central location but not a particularly attractive area. Private open air car park, note the entrance is on the right hand side of the road to the left of the hotel. I have stayed in several Ibis Style hotels but style is in short supply here. The bedrooms are small and the facilities strangely separated. It looks a little tired but the staff are friendly and helpful. For me the price is too high. OK for a night or two.
Jonathan G — Google review
When we checked into the room, the curtain was already half torn and hanging down. The front desk staff said they would take care of it, but after several hours nothing was done. I understand that the staff member was busy since they were working alone, but this kind of service is something I have never experienced at any hotel around the world. I am truly disappointed and will never stay at Ibis again.

Hotel with small rooms but very good location for short city trip. The breakfast was really good for the small price. The service was also very nice.

This is NOT A STYLES HOTEL. Worn out looking, rooms really bad, hallways. It doesnt help much that the lobby is stylish when rest of the hotel is bad Stupid lay out. Rooms in different building. Outside fex. Not renovated. Cold. Room so small, we could not even pass each other. No night stand, no night light. Nothing. So dissapointed. Guessing the ibis hotel, which is not styles, on the other side of the train station is a better choice. This was wasted money, ruined our evening, morning. Felt like i was in a real bad budget hotel. Breakfast could be better. Little choices. Only good thing was the coffee machine. And fresh juice if a juice drinker. The staff was not that friendly, breakfast woman hard tol find. Never again checking in here.
Toril V — Google review
Checked into the hotel quickly and efficiently by feriendly concierge. Room was clean and well kept with a comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious with great range of choice. Hotel was well placed less than a five minute walk from Nancy train station. We were allowed to leave our bags in a storage room connected to the reception, which was nice of the concierge to allow this service for free.

The staff is very pleasant and the mood uplifting. My small room was cozy and the beds very comfortable. I was able to open the 3rd floor windows and view the surroundings and let fresh air permeate the room. Noises from other rooms on the floor were exceptionally minimal. Housekeeping is very attentive and thorough. At breakfast you have a variety of fresh offerings, including orange juice from a real orange juicing machine. Do watch out for the second glass sliding door at the main entry!

Lorraine Hôtel Nancy is an informal property that offers a trendy bar with outdoor seating and free Wi-Fi. Situated in the capital of the Meurthe-et-Moselle Department, this hotel is rich in history as it was once the historical capital of the Duchy of Lorraine. It holds significance in the glass-making industry, showcased at Cerfav and Centre International dArt Verrier, where visitors can witness this craft firsthand and even try their hand at blowing glass.
We stayed one night while traveling by car from the UK to Italy, and it was a perfect stopover! The location was convenient, right off the motorway, which made it ideal for breaking up our long drive. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and made check-in smooth and hassle-free after a long day on the road. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring we had a restful night’s sleep before continuing our journey. We also appreciated the free parking, which made it easy to get in and out with our car. Overall, Lorraine Hôtel provided everything we needed for a quick yet comfortable stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone passing through!

The location it self is not beautiful. But very handy just a little off the highway. We’ve used this hotel three times before on our way from Amsterdam to the Cote ‘d Azure. Always nice to stay here. This time our dog came along and was welcomed too. All you need from a hotel. And always a nice free welcoming drink.

A good basic hotel. The rooms are kind of industrial kitch with comfy beds and all you could expect at such a reasonable price. Free WiFi but I would have loved a couple of usb charging ports. The staff are friendly and we are parked outside the door. A complementary drink is waiting at the bar.

This place made me feel like I was road tripping in West Texas and I needed a place to crash for the night that was just off the road. Quirky vibes, and great decor. The room was compact but comfy. Breakfast was decent, the pastries were fresh, and there was free parking. Additionally, there are a few Tesla slow chargers that come at no extra cost. A real bonus! Special thanks to Amine for taking such good care of us :)

It was a bit of a shock to see the outside of the building....but once inside, it's all so FUNKY! Lovely welcoming reception ...we went up to the room with a bit apprehension ..(we're elderly, that explains a lot) but the room is again, TOTALLY funky, modern, fresh, really clean. I love the decor. Well done to who ever thought of this.

Great value for money! Served it’s purpose (to sleep one night before going back to the road). I loved the extra added values they give you! Free drink at the bar upon arrival, happy hour until midnight, and a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff is 10/10 stars ⭐️ in this hotel. Particularly Mr. Lucas who went above and beyond with his service and amazing, bright personality. We slept well, but not overly amazing. The beds are good size and comfortable. The pillows were not my style but yet they provided me with extra pillows just as I requested. The breakfast in my opinion would be the only thing I didn’t like. It was very limited, only cold elements, nothing warm (like scrambled eggs), and the cheese wasn’t tasty. It was all “bio” which I’m guessing goes with the core values if the hotel. I’m giving it still 5 stars because the breakfast is just a preference and for the price value we were very satisfied.

Ibis Nancy Centre Gare et Congrès is a straightforward budget hotel located in an excellent location in Nancy. The hotel offers modern rooms with air conditioning, bath, and shower facilities. Guests can enjoy the informal 24-hour snack bar and on-site restaurant. The hotel provides laundry service, a business center, and an airport shuttle service for convenience. Additionally, there is a garden available for guests to relax in.
A step away from the main railway station, the room was a little small but clean, and easy to use. There were a good desk, well working wifi, a hair dryer in the bathroom, and the staff I met upon check-in was very helpful and friendly. As someone wrote a shower room can be small for a big guy but for me it was fine and it was well isolated so I was able to have a shower without worrying about splashing water, but water pressure was a little low. I like the price as well, quite reasonable. Overall good value for money and it provided me what I needed.

3 stars for the location but quite noisy at night. Windows are not soundproof and facilities are very old. No kettle in the room. Man in the reception appears to be indifferent. Not worth the price I paid. With 100 euros you can find much better hotels in the city.

Room was nice and clean, although the service personnel had forgetten to remove a bag of garbage the previous guests had left behind the room's door. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious and there were some gluten free options as well. Be aware that parking is not included and hit is hard to find somewhere to park cheaply close to the hotel!

I stayed 4 nights at the hotel (room 500). The room is well cleaned and spacious and even the bathtub was available. That was great for me, who prefers to walk through the city. One small remark: The orientation of the showerhead is a little bit inward (off the bathtub) because the shower hose is made from plastic or rubber that has elasticity. This lets me hold the shower head while using it. Adjusting the orientation of the showerhead attached to the hose or changing the hose to the metal one would solve this I think. Except for this, everything is perfect! Thank you!
Tatsuya H — Google review
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. But it was impossible to use bath or shower. Showering would flood the whole bathroom, because the glass cover was too small and on the wrong side of the bath. And then there was no bath plug. I have never seen anything like this.
Palomina _ — Google review
Great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff The bed mattress was not great. The room was okay.
Astrid B — Google review
Perfectly acceptable hotel for an overnight stay with the advantage that it is only 2 minutes walk from the station, something to appreciate when you have an early train to catch. A buffet breakfast was included in my room rate and it was copious with plenty of choice (although no hot dishes, which might not suit some people. My only complaint is that my toilet wouldn't flush, and although they sent someone to fix it, I still couldn't make it work, and when I reported it a second time I was told that the mechanism could be difficult and to keep trying. I did and it still didn't work.

Good hotel to explore the city from, right next to the train station. Good beds. Only downside is that our bathroom door wouldnt close.

Residhome Appart Hotel Nancy Lorraine is a convenient and comfortable aparthotel located in the heart of Nancy. The hotel offers well-equipped apartments with kitchenettes and complimentary Wi-Fi access. It is situated within walking distance of popular attractions such as Magic Bowling, Parc de la Pepiniere, Nancy Cathedral, and Cathedrale Notre-Dame-de-l'Annonciation.
Good location with walking distance to the city centre, rooms were fairly clean , but reception desk service on our arrival date was not good at all . But checkout with lady in reception was polite and smooth.
Siamak B — Google review
A hotel is placed very well - in a quiet district nor far from city centre, but with a lot of convenience. It's not exactly new, but is well kept, and the staff is polite and helpful. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances for cooking, but you need to bring your own condiments.
Roman K — Google review
Not the best of hotels! Staff are good. Had washing done came back a lot smaller than it went! Also lost items while there. The hotel is very noisy! Seems to be people tap dancing all night! Rooms are very old and in need of some modernising! Wi-Fi drops out every 5 minutes. Spoke to staff was just given the number to their internet supplier!
Lee T — Google review
The room was a bit run down, but it was clean, spacious and good value for money. The lady at the front desk was very kind and went out of her way to help us multiple times and spoke to us in French and English :). The breakfast was also pretty decent.
Rhys — Google review
Every door and pipe was noisy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel needs some TLC. Parking was ok. Lots of instructions to use the lift and to get to parking. A key has to be used. But there are instructions written everywhere
Core M — Google review
It's simple and does exactly what it says on the tin. Service was excellent, friendly and informative. Everything was clean. Breakfast was enough choice for 2 teenagers, a vegetarian and a meat eater.
Team B — Google review
+/+ Nice hotel not far from the city centre (20 minutes walking distance). It's not a real "hotel" but offers studio's equipped with a kitchenette. Room, kitchenette and bathroom are very clean. You can order breakfast if you wish to (served next to the reception). There is a parking garage (additional payment) but we didn't use that one and parked the car in the relatively quite street right under our room. (free of charge). -/- It's getting hot in there! There is no airco and the rooms/studio's become real hot, real fast! During weekdays the neighbourhood is not really quite during evenings. No big problem for us, but it might be annoying for those who expect or desire a silent environment.
Rogér D — Google review
Clean and straightforward rooms, well equipped kitchen (including sponge and dish detergent). There is a feeling of cheap materials in the room but seems to match the low price. Our main complaints were the noise from the street (double glazed window has an air vent that lets in all the noise of the passing cars: quiets down at night) and some dubious characters hanging around the entrance. Free parking on the boulevard if lucky (side streets have paid parking)

Appart'City Classic Nancy - Appart Hôtel is a low-key apartment hotel with simple units and complimentary Wi-Fi. It offers 161 rooms and is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from La Meurthe. The hotel provides amenities such as a lift and a vending machine. While some guests experienced initial issues with room numbers, the overall experience was positive, with friendly service and clean accommodations.
I am a performing artist and recently stayed at your hotel with a group. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing due to a serious hygiene issue. When I arrived at the hotel, I noticed a very strong chemical odor in my room. My roommate and I briefly considered asking for a different room, but we soon learned that our colleagues' rooms had the same smell, suggesting it might be from pest control or an attempt to mask another odor. After two nights in the room, I started developing small red spots on my hands, legs, and back. Initially, I assumed it was a mild allergic reaction to the chemicals used by the hotel. However, after staying a third night, the condition worsened significantly—the spots became inflamed, itchy, and swollen, and I developed a slight fever. Upon closer inspection, I realized these were bed bug bites. As a result, I required allergy medication and have been dealing with the physical discomfort for days. Even now, as a performer, I must cover the marks with makeup during performances. I urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of your hotel to prevent future guests from experiencing similar issues. Additionally, I noticed from other reviews that hygiene has been a recurring problem at your hotel. I hope you take immediate action to address these concerns.
Helen V — Google review
Quite simple hotel with very fair rooms, dirty stairs, broken furniture and poor breakfast. Staff is more or less friendly. Elevator was broken during our visit, no help from the hotel provided.
Eugen E — Google review
For 22 days I stayed in this hotel, they did not clean my rome once. I put three days the mark to clean my room before 10 AM and nobody cleaned the room. I need to buy all chemicals and clean my room by myself.
Tijana M — Google review
I have never seen such poor hygiene in a hotel with a room rate of 135 euros per night, and judging by the Google reviews, I am not the only guest who has had the same experience, so now I just hope I don't get bitten by bed bugs or take them home with me. The water flow for the showers was deliberately regulated and in winter there was only very small and not very hot "hot water" and you couldn't use the shower head without turning on the cold water valve and the bathtub stank like there were rotting rats in the sewerage pipes. There was also no hairdryer and no drinking water in the room, which was really bad.
Marilina L — Google review
The worst hotel ever. Dirty, filthy and smelly. They don't even have a house cleaning to clean up your room. The staff are unfriendly and rude. I would never step in this hotel even again...
Cathy S — Google review
We stayed for one night in this hotel and we would not recommend it. We changed the room, but the bathroom was still dirty. There was a big hole in the curtains. The room is overall old and not soundproof, one can hear water flushing in the neighbor rooms. Choose another option if possible
Oleh B — Google review
Currently a lot a demolition / construction work going on so expect some noise when sleeping with open windows. Rooms are ok, have a decent size but in a need of a complete overhaul. It's ok for one night but wouldn't stay longer. Walking distance into the inner city, supermarket and bakery close by. We didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment on that.
Thomas M — Google review
Every room smells like cigarette smoke even though it is a "non-smoking hotel". Also beware that there is only a few hours a day that the front desk is open. I have seen many people arrive at this hotel at night and have trouble getting the room they reserved and have even seen people sleep in the lobby because of this. The limited hours of management on the premises also makes it is difficult to get a package delivered to this place, and if they are there when it arrives, the office is so disorganized that they may not find it for you easily. It is one of the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for!!

A charming little place with wonderful style, a small luxury boutique that makes you feel all comfy and warm. We've booked a room/loft spontaneously after someone else cancelled. Lucky...! Thank you for the nice stay 🙏

A delightful hotel, with a beautifully curated interior, comfortable and spacious rooms and a very hospitable staff. We had a large loft room for a family of four. It was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious. Very good value. Highly recommend a visit to this b&b.

Fabulous hotel with wonderful staff. Superb location close to the Centre , but very quiet and parking opportunities close by. Superb breakfasts. Lovely spacious rooms, high ceilings, and wooden floors. Will definitely stay there again if we visit this amazing gem of a city.

My wife and I checked in here on July 17, 2024. Through the entrepreneurial landlady, we parked our rental car inside a nearby school premises at 10 euros a day, putting our hearts at ease. She recommended we might watch the Nancy light show after dark. The maison including our room was dotted with artworks. The continental breakfast was filled with delights. We even explored the treasures in the maison’s cellar. My wife and I concluded that staying in the maison itself was already an extraordinary experience in Nancy!

I hate telling anyone about how wonderful this place is! We had a splendid 3 days at Maison d'hôte de Myon. Our room had a kitchenette and a loft bedroom. Everything was very well appointed. Our only issue was my husband hurt himself prior to our holiday so getting up and down was difficult for him, otherwise the place exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond...I cannot say enough how kind and fabulous our hosts were.
Elisabeth A — Google review
The Hôte de Myon is a lovely place to stay, with updated facilities, a delicious breakfast, and exceptional people who anticipate the needs of their guests and provide excellent support. My mother and I stayed in one of the studio rooms which had a well-designed bedroom, bathroom and small kitchen... perfect for our needs. The decor is eclectic and interesting, and the hôte is within easy walking distance of the beautiful Place Stanislaus. The owner and her crew went above and beyond for us, and their kindness was genuine. We would love to stay here again, and we recommend this hôte to anyone searching for accommodations.

Top location in walking distance from the Place de Stanislas. A charming small hotel in a quiet backyard. Good clean renovated rooms, ours even had a kitchenette. Very warm family run hotel. Small breakfast with one of the best croissants you can get and locally produce. We will return!
