C'est parfait, merci a tous. I have been to some Michelin's restaurants in some countries, and I can say with pride that this restaurant is my favourite. The service, the wine card, the cleanliness, the ambient, and the FOOD. The flavours are complex, yet natural and delicious. Lunch menu is a 🎁 to customer. Highly recommend.

Stunning!!! A creative and refined cuisine, really a fantastic discovery. Glad i went there. Everything excellent, especially the pigeon, diamond tip. The service is impeccable and great also the selection of wines which i really enjoyed It was unforgettable and i’ll go again if i’m back in the city.

Fantastic! Maybe one of the best dinners we ever had. Its beautiful and unique. The service is top level. We will be back one day!
Tore C — Google review
Beautiful fine dining experience. The food was excellent, the menu being is seasonal I can not really recommend anything in particular as it might not be available anymore as you are reading this, but I would definitely encourage you to go for the wine pairing option, the recommendations from the sommelier were spot on. Reservation mandatory. Highly recommended.
Julien D — Google review
Very nice restaurant in the center of Mulhouse. We had the 'riviera' menu, everything was delicious and extremely well presented. The cost is not too high compared to the quality of every single dish. The tables are in a suggestive courtyard, the name 'il cortile' comes from this. Only a minor setback: the staff, even if always very polite, was a little bit 'clumsy' on a few occasions. Nothing major, but you don't expect that in a Michelin restaurant. It's absolutely worth having dinner at this restaurant.
Alessandro M — Google review
Excellent food, great flavour and harmony. Fantastic job from the kitchen. Convincing and full of nice surprises. Thank you. Great wine offer. The friendly service lacks coordination and harmony, unlike the menu, but we got there in the end. Not sure how. Definitely something to keep in mind when booking. But a restaurant is about food and we felt it definitely scored the right mark.
Jean-Michel P — Google review
Anything less than 5 stars for a place like this would not do the experience any justice. Each individual course was perfection, service could not have been better and the price is absolutely reasonable for the impeccable quality provided. We will be back for sure!
Nina M — Google review
Fine small 1 star restaurant. Great food and wines. Clean toilets. No car park. Staff are good but were a little cold during our last visit, perhaps due to the lockdown the following day. A smile goes a long way.

It is a comfortable place to dine, with private rooms available for those who need them and tastefully decorated throughout. The menu has items that are affordable without sacrificing quality, making it great for intimate gatherings.
Small, nice restaurant, with simple interior and amazingly good food. All dishes that we ordered were prepared to perfection. Try pork cheek and/or scallops and oyster mushrooms for entreé! The service was fast, polite and helpful. Reasonable prices. We came direct from the street with no reservation but the place was fully packed shortly so you may consider booking ahead.

Great food, friendly service , food was just delicious. Prices very reasonable , great location, quiet and cozy setting. Food was truely made with care & alot of love was put into it .
ILONKA H — Google review
Very small but almost perfect French restaurant. The fixed price menu at €25 is an incredible value. I had a rabbit appetizer followed by slow-cooked pig cheeks and a fantastic chocolate dessert. Each dish was as well prepared as it could have been and the service was friendly and efficient. The room itself is charming and not too noisy. There are many wines by the glass, carafe or bottle and all at reasonable prices. There were a mix of older couples and families with children. As far as I could tell I was the only person from outside of town at dinner so support by locals seems strong.

Found it on google map but went in its full. The guy said they don't do table run but when I walked pass 30 mins later. There are two empty tables but he would not take me. Just because I'm Asian!!! I am going to call Michelin to make sure if this restaurant was fully approved as sign outside the door.

Located in the historic center, Restaurant Zum Sauwadala is a must-visit for those looking to savor traditional dishes paired with excellent regional wines and the famous schnaps. For a feminine touch, La Winstub Henriette offers baekeoffe and is run by a group of friends. However, visitors watching their diet should be cautious as indulgence is inevitable in these traditional Alsatian restaurants. The friendly staff and flavorful food make it an unforgettable dining experience.
Nice experience of a French restaurant in Mulhouse. I ordered the Fleishnacka. It was served in a broth so the top of the meat/pastry pinwheel was dry and baked and the bottom absorbed the soup. It was fine. I think I would have enjoyed the spaetzle with chicken cream sauce. Nice staff, very welcoming and great ambience. I would come back.
Anthony J — Google review
4 of us went in for dinner on a very busy Wednesday evening. Arrived at our reservation on time and we were quickly sat down. Although menus were given, we didn't get to order drinks and food for another 40mns. It have us time to catch up but it would have been better to do it over drinks. Tarte flambée wasn't the best I've ever had but it was good. My veal kidneys were slightly overcooked to MY liking, but mustard sauce was good, and it was a very generous serving. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food. Besides the long wait to put in an order, once the order went to the kitchen, food quickly appeared. Would definitely give them another chance. Service was gracious and owner very nice. 3 stars for service were simply because of the long wait when we got there. Recommended but expect to be very patient.

A little bit funny why we ended up here, my wife had a appetite for something pork. We have been touring quite a bit of Europe, she being from Asia asked my French friends, can you find a restaurant that has some pork related dishes? And here we have it and more German style restaurant. From movie stars and famous singers and other famous locals that I've been here, locals obviously a favor this restaurant. Not just pork auctions but many wonderful dishes from chickens beef and vegetarian. Wine and beers with a beautiful bar inside. Traditional decor that looked historic. We went the place was loud and packed. We like that because it meant it is obviously good, All of us ate every bite on our plate nothing left. Thoroughly enjoyed being here. The owner comes around to every table and she's a lot of fun. It seemed more family style. Warm atmosphere excellent food great beers and wine. What more could you ask for?

It can easily be the best local restaurant in Mulhouse. They have a great variety of Alsacian food, such variety I couldn't find at any restaurant in Alsace. The place was packed with locals on a Wednesday evening. The waiters were running, but were friendly, and the food was just amazing. Definitely recommend!
Zsolt E — Google review
This restaurant is quaint, and cozy. Alsatian cuisine was good. We had Flamm tarts with emmentaler cheese melted on top. Nice restaurant.
Steven C — Google review
My new husband booked this restaurant for our honeymoon and I was delighted. We had escargot, rabbit in Riesling sauce and pork chops. Highly recommend all three dishes! We also tried a strawberry tiramisu for dessert which was awesome. BUT! You have to try the house Muscat! It comes in a little jug and is the most floral white I have ever tried. A huge thanks for the wonderful and welcoming service and the extra touch of rose petals on the table. Sometimes in France, going out for dinner can be intimidating if you don't speak French - this place is the most friendly place to visit and the food and wine is incredible! Just to give an idea we had 4 glasses of wine plus a carafe (don't judge me lol) an entree, 2 mains and one dessert and it was around 80 euro. I think it was excellent value! Highly recommend.

Restaurant
Auberge Du Zoo is a nice restaurant located in the beautiful Botanical Gardens of Mulhouse. The food is good and prices are in the mid-range level. Service could be definitively improved, especially during busy times.
We had the pleasure of spending a delightful Christmas dinner at Auberge du Zoo, and it was an experience to remember. The location is stunningly designed, with impressive attention to detail that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The grand hall on the ground floor is spacious and elegant, while the upper level offers cozy sofas, perfect for relaxing after a meal. We started our evening with their award-winning cocktail, which truly lived up to its reputation—perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. For starters, we enjoyed the foie gras, which was rich and flavorful. Our main courses included scallops and veal, both of which were exquisitely prepared and beautifully presented. Every bite was a testament to the chef’s skill and creativity. Overall, it was a fantastic evening with excellent food, great ambiance, and attentive service. Auberge du Zoo provided us with a wonderful Christmas celebration, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommended.

This is one of the most atmospheric places in this city. When you get to this place, you are ready to stay there for hours enjoying the atmosphere. The kitchen cooks deliciously and the wait for the dish is 10-15 minutes. Here you can enjoy local dishes👍 Once you have visited this place, you will always remember it and want to return
Oksana D — Google review
Top service, the waiters were very polite. The place is really nice and special but the food was a bit disappointing. I think it’s better to avoid choucroute and alsacien dishes and order foie gras which was excellent or tartare.
Charlotte R — Google review
The place was fine, But the service was horrible, We were waiting for about an hour until someone came to ask if we wanted to order, how is that professional? You charge a lot for yet tasteful food, but incredibly small. It's a bit of a scam and your servers are horrible at costumer service. You should hire new workers to maybe not have your business fail!
Manon H — Google review
Lovely terrace for outside dining. Food was delicious and a good wine list.

Delicious! Friendly and professional staff, lovely atmosphere and delicious food. The beef tartar was out of this world, the best I've ever had! The steak, the vegetables, the foie gras, all amazing :)
Sabrina F — Google review

Anca C — Google review
The place is nice and well kept, the service is 5 ⭐, the food however was a but disappointing. Not just for me but for some of the others who ate. I got the meat Choucroute, and others got the fish Choucroute. We both were disappointed by the sauerkraut itself, and the potatoes weren't done well.. we sent them back and they brought back new potatoes but they were still not done well.. some other people got the steak tar tar and it was really good. But because the service was so good, they kept apologizing and offering other stuff, we didn't need it but it was very appreciated. And they treated us for champagne at the end Which was a nice touch. I'd come back for sure but because I know they are professionals. I just might not order the Choucroute.. Also the wine selection and deserts were great.

A fantastic choice for sharing typical Lebanese cuisine. The menu is designed for sharing. You can take their preselected 6 or 9 dishes and pay per person. You can also add single dishes. For example, we got the 6, but I really wanted Labneh and added it. It was plenty of food. Very good service. Relaxed atmosphere. Delicious.

Very nice people and salad! We stopped here for a very quick bite to eat and told them when we entered that we only had 50 minutes left on our parking meter and would just get a salad. They were very kind, quick and the crudités were wonderful. I also got a cafe gourmand which included a lovely fig tarte. Would definitely come back for a full meal.

2.5 stars! For me sometimes sad I can't give half stars but anyways...... Positive: The waitresses were very friendly. And with english/ german the communication was good. The food tasted amazing!!! Thumps up to the cooks. We had different burgers and they tasted really good the same goes for the fries. Negative: we had to use our mobile phones for the english menu but on their site there was no english menu. With a translator app and half an hour to order we could order. But why not have an english menu ready on paper? What if the customer doesn't have the possibility to look for an english menu?! We waited another half hour for the entree and another half hour for the main dishes. So beside the taste everything took to long in my opinion.

Mealtin'Potes is a small, but well-crafted restaurant with a fusion food menu. The satay chicken with quinoa is exotic and traditional at the same time, and the seafood gnocchi is both unique and delicious. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant!
I've been to a lot of excellent restaurants, and this one is definitely up there. We had a near-perfect anniversary meal there as a couple and I can safely say we won't forget it in a hurry. The trout gravlax starter in particular was spectacular, and I wish I'd had more room after the truly wonderful sea bass to manage more than half of a chocolate fondant which melted in just the perfectly correct way. Every dish had dozens of elements, leading to surprising, novel and very delicious combinations of flavours. The wine was excellent and very reasonably priced by the glass. A gem of a restaurant with careful and friendly service. A must in Mulhouse!

Wonderful dinning experience! Our host was patient with our lack of ability to speak French. Food was of Michelin quality. For American guests just be prepared to debone your own fish if you choose that item. Highly recommend this restaurant if you have the opportunity. It certainly has a truly local feel.

The wine and meat we had was good. The dessert and one of the appetizers were a bit simple.. The service wasnt bad although they kept forgetting to bring some stuff (I have to say it was full).. The 3 stars go specially for the constant cold we felt. I usually do not get cold easily but my wife does and she had luckily warm shoes.. they do not heat so if you are a woman and have UGGs do not hesitate to wear them for a dinner in there

The best is to eat in their terrace, a quiet place without much light for some romantic dinner. The other must is their desserts, they look fantastic. Food was good and the service as well. Only negative would be the speed of the service, but in our case it wasn't an issue. Overall it is a slightly pricesy, but that's the common of a french cousine.

A great place to eat, drink or socialize. Jrana is very tasty, the selection of drinks is excellent. I ate a four cheese pizza and drank wine, both brilliant. The service was very good, pleasant. Kudos to the owner.....

The food is great, looks beautiful, the ingredients are fresh, and it tastes delicious. We were seated outside and there was a lot of smoking and it made the experience poor - though I'm not sure this is something we can complain in france. At winstub you are also close to the center so you have a good view and so close to the main church for a post lunch walk.

The food was good, but the service was really bad, we ordered our food and waited for at least 40 minutes before recieving the first dish. The last dish was served to us 25 minutes later than the first, and they also brought the wrong dish. We pointed out the mistake and after a further 10 minutes the dish finally arrived. Total wait beyond the hour, they didn't even offer the whole dish but only a drink. And finally the POS wasn't working so we paid in cash. Maybe It was and unlucky experience, but It ruined my evening.

Absolutely despicable, Popped in for food. Miserable old women that greeted us was rude from the off. Yes, I’m English. But I’ve lived in France for 10 years. So for her to mutter under her breath that I’m a “cheap tourist” kind of upsets me. Menu is terrible. As you may guess, I didn’t stay for food. And that led to more sarcastic remarks from her on the way out. Avoid this place at all cost.

Usually I'm very critical, but this is amazing !!! Starting from the lady at the entrance, the Personell inside, food (delicious) and timing. The personell inside is so nice and polite, I don't think they're french.

Not really impressed with the food or atmosphere in the outdoor terrace. Table to the left were smokers, and the smell of smoke tainted the flavor of our food. Table to the right spilled a glass of red wine that sprayed my guest and I. No apologies from staff or any of the parties involved. My spätzle hicken supreme was prepared with an institutional type sauce whose flavour profile was based on salt and powdered cheese. The accompanying salad was uninspired iceberg lettuce with a bit of shredded red cabbage and carrot dressed with a commercial Italian type dresssing. My companion's cheeseburger, with rösti patties acting as buns, looked interesting, but the beef was undercooked and he said the cheese had a stale flavour. Given the poor QPR, I wouldn't return.

The french restaurant Restaurant Le 17 in has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The food is good but the portions are small. The beef dish was okay, but the fish dish was a real delicacy!
The food was great, which is especially appreciated since not many restaurants are open in the city center on Sunday at lunchtime. The waiter was very patient, and the new kitchen team is delivering consistently good dishes. The only slight downside was the limited dessert selection, and the duck was a bit too greasy.
Kinomi — Google review
We had a really wonderful meal at Restaurant le 17. We noticed its offering board as we walked through Mulhouse's old city, keeping an eye out for a place to have a midday meal. The daily offering and a menu posted next to it enticed us, and we followed the arrow down Rue Palle until we found the restaurant and asked if it was open for a midday meal. The place seemed just to be opening, but they kindly seated us at a comfortable outside table and we ordered some Alsatian Riesling, which turned out to be very good — I never saw the label, so don't have that information to share. One of our group ordered the plat du jour, a faux filet of beef served wtih potatoes dauphinoise and mushroom sauce, with a dessert of pineapple crumble. The other person in the group and I ordered onion soup. The waiter told us the soup would take some 10 minutes to cook, but the actual waiting time was more like 40 minutes — and that was fine with us, because we enjoyed sitting outside and were not in a rush. When the food came, we all thought it was outstanding, as was the pineapple crumble that followed, which we all shared. I'd highly recommend this unpretentious little restaurant serving traditional French items in the heart of Mulhouse.
William L — Google review
I am second time at this place, it’s nice and food is great, just was a bit disappointed, that it was no onion soup, which was before, they changed menu, and actually it’s why I went there. Pity to come in France and didn’t eat onion soup.
Katerina K — Google review
Restaurant Le 17 is an excellent place with outstanding service. A special thank you to our waiter, Adrian — he was kind, attentive, helpful, and his recommendations were absolutely spot-on. The wine he suggested — an Alsatian Riesling — was exquisite: a beautiful mineral character, refreshing yet pleasantly dry. Truly a perfect choice. The food was beyond praise. The scallops as a starter were perfectly prepared and full of flavor. For the main course, I had the duck breast, which was superb — tender and rich. The perch fillet with risotto was a true masterpiece, and the pork knuckle was a classic done just right — hearty and satisfying. Prices are very reasonable considering the high quality of both food and service. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area — a memorable dining experience!

I'm glad we made a reservation and hade everything go smoothly. From the delectable sea bass to the perfectly cooked steak fillet, the food just melts in your mouth. This is an excellent French cuisine restaurant , is a beautiful setting, with excellent food and service. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The scallop vegetable soup was so reach in flavors, we also had a fish of the day dish that was coocked perfectly. Hot figs and ice cream combine as a dessert was really awesome. This is definitely my favorite restaurant in Mulhouse !

A very solid restaurant combining the larger portions of Alsatian cuisine and the flair of haute cuisine. Had the veal as the main course and tried all 3 appetizers. Oddly enough I think the Fish appetizer was best for me (someone who usually does not like fish). The foie gras was excellent and plentiful. Figs were good but needed better goat cheese. Deserts although solid were not that special. Wine selection was great for reasonable prices and service was excellent. Highly recommend.

On our way to Basel last Saturday for the Eurovision weekend, we made a pit stop in Mulhouse for a late breakfast at Crêperie Crampous Mad, and it was a great decision to fuel up with some proper French crêpes. The weather was beautiful, so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. We were all impressed by the variety and tastiness of the crêpes. It was interesting to experience them prepared differently from what we're used to in Germany – definitely a more authentic French touch. My husband ventured for a particularly unusual combination: a crêpe with sucuk and feta cheese, which he thoroughly enjoyed! I savored my favorite flavors in a delicious crêpe with goat cheese, honey, and walnuts. My daughter was happy with her classic sweet choice of chocolate and banana. The service was notably fast and very friendly. The staff were helpful in recommending different crêpes, which was much appreciated. Overall, the experience was very good – the crêpes were excellent, the outdoor seating was lovely, and the service was top-notch. The only slight drawback I would mention is that it felt a little on the expensive side, perhaps a bit more than what we typically expect for crêpes in France. However, considering the quality of the food and the pleasant atmosphere, it was still a worthwhile stop and a great way to start our Eurovision day.

This is an authentic Alsace region cuisine restaurant recommended by the tourism office in Mulhouse. First impressions - may not be obvious if they are opened. You will have to open the doors to confirm if they are open, and you will be surprised when there are more patrons in the restaurant as thought to be given the location. The ambience is warm and cosy like a traditional restaurant going back in time. We ordered a set €35 (Plaisir D’Alsace) which consists of escargots, la fameuse choucroute and baba au rhum Maison. We also ordered Jarret de porc (€20) for another main. Servings are very generous and value for money. What awed me the most was how the pork is prepared and cooked can turn out to be so different and delicious! Pinot Blanc and kir royal are good to accompany with the meals. Kudos to Griles who went the extra mile and helped to replace the wine which I accidentally toppled over and did not want to charge us for the replacement drink! 🙏🏼 Great service and ambience with tasty French cuisine. Definitely a 5/5!

We found amazing Alsatian foods here. And we think that the locals agree because the restaurant was full of the locals eating there. We tried La Fameuse Choucroute and Jarret de Porc, and they were very delicious. The meat we had were super tender and juicy. However, we had to wait a bit to get seats because the restaurant just had so many guests.

Avenue 294, located in Brunstatt and Mulhouse, is a highly recommended restaurant with excellent dishes and a warm welcome. The restaurant offers a very nice terrace for guests to enjoy. Customers praise the great setting in summer and the perfect service with helpful advice. The beef tartare is particularly highlighted as excellent. Although prices are slightly high, the quality of the food justifies it.

(Translated by Google) From the moment you step inside, the tone is set: you'll be pleasantly surprised by the effort put into the decor. The place aims to be cozy, a touch romantic, and frankly, very welcoming. Even when placing my order by phone, I was pleasantly surprised by the gentle voice on the other end of the line. Once there, this impression was confirmed, and the welcome, the presentation of the wines and the dishes were absolutely fantastic. Here, you don't just come to eat, but to have an experience: a pleasant and convivial moment shared around a beautiful plate of food. Speaking of the food… the dishes are generous, elegantly presented, and frankly, very refined. Naturally, all this comes at a price, and it must be said that the prices are rather high… €10 for a crème brûlée, for example. However, I hope to return soon to indulge my taste buds.

Nestled in a 15th-century convent, Aux Caves du Vieux Couvent is a charming restaurant that offers traditional Alsatian cuisine. The chef's expertise lies in preparing offal and game, which is reflected in the regional specialties on the menu such as fleischnaka, lawerknepfla, and presskopf. Away from the main tourist areas, this cozy spot provides a peaceful dining experience with friendly and professional service.

What a waist of time and money! 1. Tete de veaux was ONLY fat- disgusting ( see the pic).! 2. Two pieces of bagete for a foia gras appetizer. 3. We needed to get out from our table to get some service. 4. Potatoes and onions we not fully coocked. 5 three wines we wanted to order were not available. 6. After making a reservation ahead of time we were seated poorely where the waitress was not able to see us. This is sumbs down place in comparison with several years ago. Sad!

The appetizers were also well appreciated, especially those served to us for dessert (mini brownie and Hazelnut lollipop). In short, a great discovery. Thank you! (Original) Nous y sommes venus ce midi. Nous avons tous pris le menu du jour. Les plats sont très bons, goûteux. (Translated by Google) Overall good discovery of this bistronomic restaurant. The dishes were all very good and the wine very good. The small downside will be on two points: the menu at 75 euros with starter, two courses and cheese or dessert is very good but the dishes are plentiful even for a good eater so it is complicated to appreciate the end of the menu. The second point is the mature cheese platter. I don't know what the maturation involves but it is less light and it would be nice if the person serving the cheese knew the products they are serving. Presenting “blue” cheese when it is Roquefort is not wrong but for purists there is a difference. Just like there is a difference between young/intermediate/old Cantal cheese. So to summarize very well, great time with a beautiful atmosphere, a nice view, good service and good dishes, but the devil is in the details. Thank you again for this welcome, we will definitely come back.

Aude — Google review
(Translated by Google) Despite my 5 star rating (I was hesitant with 4), my opinion still remains divided! Taste-wise, nothing to say, it was very good!!! The problem might rather come from the price-quantity ratio! We took the discovery menu at €82 which normally includes 7 courses. For our part, we had the dessert offered on the menu modified, because we wanted to taste this famous "signature" dessert of the in-house pastry chef, in exchange for the withdrawal of the pre-dessert service. At the cost price of each dish on the menu, it would have come to around €86 without receiving the appetizer, the digestive dessert and the pre-dessert. So this is where the problem arises! Receiving as a starter 1 mini pan-fried foie gras sold for €21.10 and 2 snacked scallops sold for €19.90, I find that the price is really exaggerated for the quantity received!!! So ok it was very good, there is nothing to complain about there, but compared to other gastro restaurants where this type of dish is also presented, there is no comparison in terms of quantity and price. In addition, the presentation of the snacked scallops remains to be reviewed because it is more the salad which is highlighted for almost 20€ I remind you ;-) and the same for the black truffle, mentioned for this dish also, than the you don't notice it in the dish, except in the slightly dark sauce where you suspect that it must therefore be in it... Otherwise, the setting is friendly, the dishes overall are well presented and the staff and service were pleasant. The waitress, to apologize for a very very long wait between the 2 starters, even offered to refill our wine glasses. We greatly appreciated this gesture!! Thanks again. In the end, we ate well and enough at the end of our meal after our 6 courses of course, but to see if the quantities offered are the same in a single dish as in the menu??

Everything was absolutely perfect. I came here with my girlfriend, and we both had steak and dessert — everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. The service was outstanding, and the gentleman who served us was truly a class act — polite, attentive, and professional. Prices were very fair for the quality and experience. We’ll definitely come back!

Nice place, pleasant atmosphere and very kind and nice service. Fortunately - we ate much better steaks... the "famous" entrecote was very unchewed. Although you can't know for sure about every meat - you still expect more from a place like this. The chips - like McDonald's.

The office doesn't exist in Switzerland. We visited the office in Annecy, and the one in Mulhouse is also worth a visit. Friendly and attentive staff. The office atmosphere is nice, and the burgers were great at both locations.

We were relaxing from sightseeing and had a little break with 'Croque de Pub' and a cold beer - it was really delicious - the fries spot on and crunchy, the Croque very tasty together with a salad on the side and a choice of different sauces. Recommend 👍👌

We enjoyed a delicious lunch with exceptional service delivered by an awesome waitress named Carolyn. The atmosphere was buzzing. We ordered a Chicken Roma & Au Bureau signature burger. Both were cooked to perfection. Following our main course we ordered a tea and a small selection of dessert. I felt like a queen when Carolyn brought the selection of tea options to our table for me to choose the type of tea I would like. Despite there being only one waitress attending to our area the service was fast & friendly. Carolyn was not only efficient, she was bubbly & served everyone with a big smile on her face. I can safely say our experience at Au Bureau was one of the best service experiences we have experienced during our 4 month tour of Europe.
Kirsty M — Google review
The potato was tasty and home made, not defrozen. The meat, unfortunately, was too chewy, to my feelings it was an ancient pig. The phrase "well-done" is not known, for some unlucky reason I always get pink bloody stakes. The price of this super secret off the menu "special" deal appeared to be €35. Not worth it, the prices are too pumped for nothing.
Valeri E — Google review
Worst steak I've ever eaten in my whole life, very chewy, i asked it medium and it was overcooked. I think it was a test for my teeth after eating that steak my teeth can stand anything! The food was very expensive depending on the poor quality of the ingredients the french potatoes was defrozen and the steak was bad quality meat the burger was really bad too. Very bad and very expensive food. The waiter was polite, the music was annoying and the place smells weird. Very disappointing experience
Eleni T — Google review
Pretty terrible service. We ordered 3 rib steaks and pointed clearly at the photo which the waitress nodded at. She came out 20 minutes later with 3 racks of ribs instead of steaks. We told her the order was wrong and she put the plates down and said “well what do you want me to do?”. Quite a shocking experience given that it is her job to make things right, not ours. The other waiter started pointing at us as this went down and sounded like he was talking shit to the other customers. The waitress then started trying to educate us on how in France ribs means ribs or something, which was quite frustrating given that we had clearly pointed on the menu at the correct item and we had spoken in English the whole time ( her English was quite good as well)
Ben L — Google review
We were pretty disappointed with the meal. The place was busy. As a result the waitress didn't come to us for 14mins, even though we were waiting. I know the time because I checked it. Nobody came and said sorry, we will be late. They just ignored us. I had to call for the order. Absolutely not right given the bill was not cheap. Food was mixed experience. The burger was nice. But the Entrecote was sinewy. I expected a better quality of meat. Overall, will not visit it again. 😒
Kinsuk 3 — Google review
Lots of the local reviews are higher but I honestly went to quite a few places and think this is the best. The burgers are all good quality meat. My coke in my drink was flat and I asked for it to be swapped and they didn’t charge me. Really fresh food and a nice environment with reasonable prices

Fantastic service Fantastic food! Open till 10 pm. I was driving through France and found a place close to this restaurant to stay. Will, I picked a place to stay and this was the nearest restaurant open past 9:30. This was open till 10 and I got there at 9:20 pm. I was seated immediately by the friendly waitress who spoke English - much to my relief! Manu was in French but Google translate make quick work of it. I ordered the sauteed mushrooms over salad and the beef filet with the Roquefort sauce. There is some magic in the olive oil they use for the salad dressing. It smells wonderful and seems to have layers of tastes and aftertastes. Don't get used to it - you'll have a tough time having your regular stuff. I got to taste it in the mushroom appetizer and a salad they served with my entree. Delicious! I ordered the beef rare and it came as ordered. They were out of fries so they substituted it for a lightly sauted vegetable. I've never had this sauce before and it didn't disappoint. Rich with all the flavor of blue cheese without being overpowering. When the plate arrived I thought there was a bit too much sauce - boy was I wrong! It was all gone by the end of the meal. Every dish I ate was DELICIOUS! I was there well past closing time - something I hate to do, so I was glad there were a few other customers as well. I expected the check to pack a punch but for all the food I ate it was very reasonable. Also, I think their menu changes frequently - not sure though. I must say again that the lady that served my table is an absolute gem! I went in prepared for all sorts of confusion due to the language barrier - but she made my experience so positive that it's worth writing home about. I tried to tip her and she politely refused. Her attitude and her service made this meal fantastic for me.

The worst experience ever. We had reserved for 10 people and when we got there they said that the reservation was made for only two. I guess there is a big difference between two and ten in French. I find the idea intriguing of being able to enhance a basic dish by adding various optional ingredients, despite the fact that there are many other options available. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly, and they spoke English fluently so understanding the menu was not an issue. The menu itself offered a variety of choices, with options for meat, fish, tofu, or additional vegetables in every dish, ensuring something appealing for everyone.
Staff was very nice and the best part is the food is really delicious. Especially the chicken satay🤤🤤🤤

This isn’t an authentic Thai food. It might be a fusion Thai but still far away from the original recipe. If you want to have a quick lunch or dinner then it’s fine. It didn’t taste bad.

The Restaurant was very bad. I would not recommend it, because the noodles were terrible the consistency was rubbery the rice tasted like rocks and the rice kernels were very hard. I dont understand why this restaurant has 4.1 stars because it was not good. And also the Plates ans glasses werent clean.
GJ A — Google review
Disastrous Dining Experience I'm still in disbelief over the truly awful meal I had at Pum Thai Mulhouse. The chicken satay was an absolute insult to Thai cuisine. The meat was ice-cold, as if it had been plucked straight from the refrigerator and served with a half-hearted attempt at warming up the sauce. The noodles were rubbery and flavorless, and the rice was hard and grainy, resembling something closer to birdseed than an edible grain. I've eaten at countless Thai restaurants, but this was without a doubt the worst dining experience of my life. I cannot stress enough how disappointing this meal was. Avoid this place at all costs.
Shabrina D — Google review
The service was good, BUT the food is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! Wok "united colors" is composed of big chunks of onion, lifeless raw tomato, carrot, and cabbage. The sauce doesn't taste like anything. No spices, no fresh herbs. My boyfriend had the pad Thai, it was basically the same dish, except with sauceless noodles and little sad tofu cubes, not even cooked... I can really do better at home. I absolutely don't recommend, when I saw the food I wanted to walk out. Also the place is old, the walls are full of scratches, and stains, the toilets let's not even go there. Sad place, we wanted to have a nice Saturday lunch, wasted time and money 😩 I wish I looked more carefully at the photos before choosing to go.
Claudia L — Google review
The food was either plain or disgusting. The meat was old and tasted like rotten. I could just eat one slice of that beef and I felt like i would puke. The waiter barely spoke any English and he was very difficult to communicate, even though he did his best.

It must be a joke to call this Thai food. Clearly some westernised stuff, but the service was fast and the price was OK. Know what to expect and nothing more.

Generally quite good. Very cordial and welcoming owner, good Wine, very friendly prices. The Food is thai - like , but nothing really authentic (i spent many years in Thailand), but objectively it's hard to expect real 100% identic, so no complains. We are a couple, I was hungry and my spouse wasn’t. We came for a 15 minutes just to eat and drink and go further. We don’t want 350 questions about why someone eating and someone not, why someone come and just drink, why someone come and eat and drink. It’s not your deal why someone order just food or just drink. You just receive order, prepare it and we just pay for it, nothing special, simple and comfortable. Ordered 1 pizza and 2 aperol. The restaurant open until midnight, which is rare in France, so be sure to go when you're in the area!
This restaurant specializes in Tartare - steak and salmon. They offer you a sample first if you order it, to make sure it meets your standards. You can choose between 200, 250 or 300g. There are also about 10 different styles. I got the Le Hug. It had roasted pine nuts, fresh herbs and a cheese that was like Parmesan. It was exceptionally good. A very relaxed atmosphere. Fewer vegetarian options. Extensive wine, drinks and desserts. It was the off season but this place was pretty packed.

House of Delicacies is a conveniently located establishment with easy access and convenient parking. The ambience is pleasing, and the food is delicious. The value for money is excellent, and the staff are friendly and efficient. Despite its unassuming appearance, this restaurant offers very good fresh cuisine. The service provided is attentive, efficient, and mindful of customers' needs.
Great lunch while waiting for train connection. Excellent sushi. Easy access to train platforms by pedestrian footbridge.

Fairly cheap and cheerful food. The salmon sashimi was really lovely, I liked the mixed platter as you had the above mentioned sashimi, four tiny salmon maki, one each of a meat-wrapped cheese brochette, chicken meatballs stick and chicken teriyaki stick cooked over charcoal (it could have just been a BBQ, but the smokey taste was there.) Plus the obligatory pickled ginger and "horseradish-dyed-green pretend wasabi." Plus miso, mushroom and nori soup and white cabbage salad squirted with salad cream for starters. Close to the train station and I'd go back. Large outdoor area with umbrella-covered tables.

I would recoment it mainly for the meat, had a BBQ flavor quite nice. The sushi not bad, not great either. The terrace is nice and the service quick and friendly

Excellent food, waiters, prices and cleanliness. We are coming here since more than 10 years and we were never disappointed. Keep on going like this Baalbek!

The Tower of Jade Restaurant in Mulhouse is renowned for its spotless surroundings, exceptional customer service, and delectable cuisine. Diners can relish in flavorful dishes such as a Chinese shrimp salad or a spicy Thai salmon entree.
I had a really positive experience here ^^ food was really delicious (generous portions!) and had this homey feeling 🍜 Decor is very interesting, a lot of cultural details. It's clean and well taken care of

Impeccably clean, excellent service, tasty food: We were happy about having tried a dinner at the restaurant La Tour de Jade in Mulhouse. All staff were quick and hard working. The young waitress was so smart and could speak English very well! I had a Chinese shrimp salad as well as a Thai salmon dish as main course – both tasted good even though quite spicy. We also appreciated that the table cloth and the glass bottle were of good quality and absolutely clean. Thank you for the lovely experience!

Nice place with great atmosphere, but very busy and the service a bit slow. Excellent food though.. made up for the long wait, even for drinks.
Robert U — Google review
Food was a big disappointment and totally overpriced for a 1 star quality. Haven't eaten such bad Chinese food in the recent last decade in Europe. Very old style westernized Chinese food prepared with no love: very dried Beijing duck, tasteless and fatty vegetables dishes, steamed frozen dimsum (not self made!), oily unsavory steamed fish filet, just a few examples for the critiques. In the bottom line we clearly don't recommend this place to any Chinese food lover!

Badminton and paddle fields are freezing cold, no heaters at all. So the temperature depends how it’s outside. Reception woman told me it’s been like this since years. Well nice, do you think we are animals ? We could play badminton for free outside in the city if we want to be cold lol There are other places to play where you won’t become an ice statue.
Maria — Google review
Our overall experience at this place was very mixed. The overnight stay was unfortunately not enjoyable – the rooms felt more like old locker rooms converted for accommodation. The facilities were worn, outdated, and extremely hot when the sun was shining in the summer, which made it uncomfortable. On the positive side, the sports hall was perfectly fine and met expectations, and the restaurant was excellent – both the food and the service were truly impressive. Just make sure to reserve a table , as the restaurant seems popular in the summer evenings. In summary, while the restaurant and sports facilities are worth recommending, the accommodation itself leaves a lot to be desired.

Booked a night here when we were on the way on our vacation to Italy. We had the family room it is really big and it was clean. Shower was good and the beds slept well. Could have used some more information for the restaurant. You need to reserve a table for the restaurant we didn’t know that and weren’t told ending up sitting inside with the nice weather(my advise book a table in advance before your stay). Service at the restaurant was a bit slow took half an hour before we got our drinks. The food was really excellent didn’t expect that and that compensated for the wait. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would advise to provide so more information in english(like the cards in the room and the menu in the restaurant). The breakfast was not so big it was ok. Thank you for the stay!

Oké for an overnight stay if you have no other options. This 'hotel' and the city it lays in are not a place you want to visit. Regarding the restaurant, it is an abomination. Food of low/medium quality is overpriced, and the staff is very unprofessional. They let you wait for over half an hour before serving you (while other French customers get served directly) and don't even wear proper uniforms, just their own dirty rags. Do yourself a favor and don't visit this place.

We were not expecting much about the food as the reviews about this place were soso... It turned out that the food was okay (I had a wok of noodles, veggies and chicken and my friends had pizzas and Caesar salad). Everything was good, rather large portions and friendly service. We recently ate at this restaurant and, unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. It’s especially unfortunate because the food was good. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined our day. When we went to the counter to pay the bill, the person in charge , a lady was very unprofessional and rude. We asked to pay separately, as it was a business trip, and this clearly irritated the cashier, who didn’t hesitate to show her displeasure in a very unpleasant manner. She spoke to us inappropriately and we were absolutely shocked by this attitude. It’s really a shame, because the restaurant is charming and the food is nice but this kind of service does not make you want to come back.

We had an incredible lunch at Le Bistrot à Huîtres. We did not have a reservation but luckily, there was a table available for our late lunch. We both ate the seafood with pasta which was made with a sublime pesto sauce! At the end of the lunch service the cook came out and spoke to the patrons. Everyone that works there is professional and friendly, and I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.

Very nice and cozy place with various delicacies from fish and seafood. Large selection of oysters. Service is excellent. Price/quality ratio is good. We really enjoyed the visit, highly recommend!
Katrina K — Google review
This rather unassuming little corner restaurant turns out to be a seafood and crustaceans heaven in the midst of Mulhouse. This Bistro has dedicated itself since many, many years to superbly fresh Oysters, always at least five different kinds on the menue. Try them pure, without any additions of lemon or vinegar, the well cooled delicacies have such a unique taste of their own. Of course, lobster, crabs, clams, langoustines, whelks, mussels, velvet clams, grey shrimp, sometimes king crab are on the menue. The fish selection with cod, sea bass, monkfish, salmon, sea bream and others are superbly prepared and leave no wishes open. The chef knows his delicate produce and treats it with greatest respect. An excellent wine list, very friendly service and fantastic desserts complement a culinary experience of the finest. The most reasonable prices will ensure that you will come back soon. This is a very popular place with the locals, the restaurant is rather small, so make sure you reserve a place well in advance! Happy Mulhouse to host such a wonderful place!

I recently had a lunch at Maharaja - Restaurant Indien and had a delightful experience. The menu included broccoli soup, chicken with rice, and various desserts. I cannot comment on the food because I didn’t even get that far. The behavior of the staff was so rude that I felt completely insulted and decided to leave for another restaurant. We had a child with us and asked for a suitable place to sit, but they refused and showed no concern at all for families. There were no child seats available either. The lady taking orders spoke in such an unpleasant way, as if serving us was a burden. The whole atmosphere was unwelcoming and disrespectful. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re going with family.

Plus, probably due to space constraints, if you're unfortunate enough to want to enjoy a starter first... oh well, don't kid yourself, your entire order will arrive at the same time, leaving you with a cold pizza. You thought you were going to enjoy a relaxed, casual meal, but no, you'll leave your underwear there when it comes to the bill. They're too eager to see you through the checkout. Aside from the atmosphere among my group of friends, I found absolutely nothing friendly. Avoid it completely or you'll be stressed out!!!
