Shopping mall
Paris Van Java Mall, located on Jalan Sukajadi Nomor 137-139, is a vibrant shopping center with a variety of brand-name stores, dining options, and entertainment. The mall features an open-air concept with numerous restaurants and cafes for visitors to enjoy. Inside the spacious mall, visitors can explore department stores, boutique shops, a grocery store, a cinema, a bookstore, as well as restaurants and coffee shops.
PVJ mall is a big shopping mall with lots of upmarket shops, heaven for shopping lovers. If going by Grab then have to pay 3k entry fees for drop and same for pick. Pick n drop should be free in lobby. Some area is not air conditioned. Restrooms were clean with beautiful fishes in water and lots of green.
Maninder S — Google review
Among all the semi-outdoor malls, PVJ is definitely the best for me. The layout is neat and super aesthetic. Not really huge, but not too small, just nice to walk around. Walking around here feels nice and not too crowded, though parking is still a pain on weekends. 😆
Indaharum — Google review
Lovely mall and lifestyle center, offering various shops, restaurants, entertainment center, sports and more. We came here for dinner and it has a wide variety of restaurant you can enjoy. Big chain ones as well as Indonesian food and the latest, hips munchies and snacks are available. It's accessible for person's with disabilities and it has ramps and lifts. The parking lot is spacious. Toilets are also clean. The traffic jam heading here can be a bit problematic. Make sure you're coming during the non peak hours time to avoid it.
Indah S — Google review
The mall is a bit confusing to navigate, and there’s no clear directory to guide visitors. The toilets are very dirty and poorly maintained — really disappointing. Definitely an area that needs serious improvement.
Putera D — Google review
The mall is big but elevators not conveniently located esp. if you are tired walking fm floor to floor. Too big oso not a pro factor. This mall seem to be quiet crowded than others shopping.
Rich L — Google review
For a family who have a stop over in Bandung, highly recommended this place, top floor it has small area for animals where you can feed, there is a water fall. On the ground floor there are good selections of restaurants, cafe, western as well as local food.
Susy S — Google review
the mall is a bit confusing with the layout, but I'm kinda impressed with how they have mini zoo, ice skating rink and cat cafe on the same floor. I think more malls need to have this kind of concept, so kids can have more options to play, other than mall indoor playgrounds or arcades.
Pinga — Google review
A mall with a natural concept offers a refreshing break from the typical shopping experience. Upon entering, you're immediately surrounded by lush greenery, natural light, and an open-air design that creates a serene, inviting atmosphere. The combination of indoor plants, water features, and sustainable architecture makes the space feel more like a tranquil garden than a busy retail center. The overall ambiance is calming, making the mall a perfect destination not only for shopping but for unwinding as well. The shopping experience is enhanced by the thoughtful integration of nature throughout the space. Stores are spaced out with pockets of greenery, and there are plenty of seating areas where visitors can relax and enjoy the surroundings. Many of the shops reflect the mall’s eco-friendly ethos, featuring sustainable, local, or organic products. This makes the experience feel curated and intentional, offering a mix of mainstream brands and unique, environmentally conscious boutiques that cater to those seeking more mindful purchases. Dining at the mall is another standout feature. Many of the cafes and restaurants offer outdoor seating amidst trees and plants, creating a peaceful dining experience. The food options often emphasize fresh, organic, and farm-to-table offerings, which align with the mall’s natural concept. Overall, the blend of nature, sustainability, and community focus makes this mall a unique destination that goes beyond shopping, offering an enjoyable escape into a thoughtfully designed space that prioritizes both the environment and the well-being of its visitors.

Zoo
Bandung Zoological Garden, located in the lively city of Bandung, Indonesia, is a popular tourist attraction for families and wildlife enthusiasts. Spanning 14 hectares, this captivating zoo is home to a diverse collection of animals from Indonesia and around the world. Visitors can enjoy exploring well-maintained enclosures that house native Indonesian wildlife as well as species from overseas. The zoo offers an enjoyable and educational experience for visitors of all ages.
I really enjoyed my time at Bandung Zoo. What stood out the most was the opportunity to feed the giraffes for just 25K—such a unique and memorable experience! The animals all looked healthy and fresh, which speaks to the good care they receive. The overall atmosphere was incredibly pleasant, with a refreshing breeze and plenty of trees surrounding the area. Additionally, the musholla was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to visit for both animal lovers and families looking for a relaxing day out.
Qoriyana N — Google review
It got better since the last time I went here. I bought my tickets online, the ticket redeem process is smooth. You got a snack when you exit the zoo. The ticket for the zoo itself is quite cheap, 50k on weekdays and 60k holidays and weekends. Some of the attraction can be paid with QRIS, but better get some small denomination money for when you want to take a picture with the lovely animals there
Kharits M — Google review
The show was just spectacular! Not only the bird show, they had dogs, guinea pig, and binturong to perform. The zookeeper had great knowledge about the animals and enthusiastic to engage with the audiens. Bandung zoo can gain more attention from the visitors if they are willing to improves the cleanliness. The pathway somehow were slippery (covered with moss), more windows need to be clean, and smelly in many areas. Animals variation were good enough for the children to see. From my observation, the animals here seem healthy and not undereating like many years ago.
Mariana L — Google review
...this zoo, located in the heart of the city, has existed since the Dutch colonial era. It remains intact to this day, serving as both an educational tourist attraction and a picnic spot to enjoy the cool natural surroundings. Unfortunately, the zoo's management is less than optimal due to dual ownership...
Hendra S — Google review
The place has awesome potential but sadly not maintained well .. so many animals to see You can feed the elephant- deer and parrots There is a special are where you go it to feed the parrots and they are so friendly We were excited to ride the elephant but it was not available at the time .. so many areas were broken or simply ignored which made me so sad
Hik A — Google review
Bandung Zoo offers a mixed experience for visitors, blending moments of enjoyment with concerns about animal welfare and facility maintenance. The zoo's location amidst lush greenery provides a pleasant setting, enhancing the overall ambiance. However, several enclosures appear outdated and in need of renovation, which detracts from the visitor experience. Animal welfare practices are a significant concern at Bandung Zoo. Some enclosures are notably small, and there's a lack of enrichment activities for the animals. These conditions may raise ethical questions for conscientious visitors. On the positive side, the zoo houses a diverse array of species, showcasing Indonesia's rich biodiversity. Educational opportunities are available through guided tours and informational signs, offering insights into the natural habitats of the animals. Visitor amenities, such as food stalls and rest areas, are adequate but could benefit from improvement in cleanliness and variety. The staff members are generally friendly and helpful, contributing positively to the visitor experience. In summary, while Bandung Zoo has potential due to its natural setting and species diversity, it falls short in terms of animal welfare standards and facility upkeep. Visitors seeking a comprehensive wildlife experience may find the current state of affairs disappointing.

Soup restaurant
Dapur Dahapati is a laid-back venue known for its classic dishes like oxtail soup, salads, and ribs. The restaurant has a leafy, covered patio that provides a relaxed atmosphere. While parking may be limited, the service is efficient and the food is served promptly. The oxtail soup is particularly praised for its tender meat and flavorful broth. Additionally, their fried oxtail is highly recommended despite being slightly oily.
Tender fried oxtail with soy sauce. The place is small but cozy.
Ramadion S — Google review
The food was decent but not extraordinary. The soup was well-flavored, and the vegetables were fresh, but some of the dishes lacked seasoning. It didn’t quite meet my expectations for taste, but the ingredients were fresh. The service was great! The staff were friendly and attentive, though the waiting time was slightly longer than expected. Overall, they made the experience pleasant. The atmosphere was cozy, with a warm, family-friendly vibe. However, the restaurant was a bit crowded during my visit, which affected the overall comfort. Despite this, it was still a good place to enjoy a meal with family or friends.
Jeerana ( — Google review
It is legendary indeed,BUT... would be superb if they could maintain the overall quality. Since the beginning, difficult to park the car, and the parking guy only showed up when we were about to leave with no help whatsoever. Then, the ground staff was also not helpful, some of our orders were not served, and even the complimentary drink was just a wishful thought. There is no such no smoking place even indoors, and dont aim to look at the floor - you can find tissue, toothpick, and dead cockroaches. Finally, about the food... it tasted better a long time ago, but now we have to find a scrap of meat underneath the pile of onions and bones. Looking forward for improvement in their services.

Timeless Oxtail Soup in North Bandung Located on Jalan Cipaganti, this renowned oxtail soup restaurant is a true culinary treasure in North Bandung, offering an authentic taste of “tempo doeloe” that has stood the test of time. The oxtail soup here is rich and flavorful, capturing the essence of traditional Indonesian cuisine. Each bowl is a comforting blend of tender meat and perfectly balanced broth, a taste that rivals even the most famous restaurants and hotels in the city. However, be prepared for a few trade-offs. The parking space is quite limited, which can be a bit of a challenge, especially during peak hours. Additionally, the prices are on the higher side compared to other local spots, but the quality and authenticity of the food make it a worthy indulgence. In conclusion, if you’re in North Bandung and looking for a taste of authentic oxtail soup with a nostalgic twist, this restaurant on Jalan Cipaganti is a must-visit. Despite the parking and price considerations, the exceptional flavor and timeless appeal make it a standout destination for oxtail soup lovers.

A little nice and cosy place for the best oxtail soup in town, confirmed many times by the local and a must try when you are in town. We enjoyed the food very much to our taste and liking, the gado gado and bee hoon Soto is delicious too.
Adelina T — Google review
All time favorite! A must try dish! One of the best original cuisine in Bandung. The taste of the broth and the meaty oxtail soup is very comforting. I ordered the soup dish and the fried oxtail dish. The combination is just unmatched. So good and so delicious. Worth the price with no waiting list. But beware, since this restaurant is popular and many customers would come by, the stock is finished very quickly, you can book or come by the resto sooner so that you can get a portion or two to eat. The parking space is quite small, i think only fits up to 5-6 cars and a few motorcycles. So take note before visiting Dapur Dahapati with a huge crowd. The interior is very traditional and the space is quite homey.
Nyilla L — Google review
Food was absolutely amazing. Comfort food central. Although a very small selection of dishes on the menu but they do everything just right. First time I'm having the dry oxtail. This has been stewed til the meat was almost failing off the bone. Not overly sweet like a lot of indonesian dishes. Chicken is freshly fried. Lightly seasoned. Crispy on the outside and still juicy as you sink your teeth into them. Gado gado's highlight was the creamy smooth peanut sauce.
Matthew L — Google review
Went here for dinner after a rainy afternoon, it isn’t crowded. However you need to mind the there is limited parking space. Service here is okay and it didn’t take long for the food to be served. By far this is the best sop buntut (oxtail soup) i have ever tasted. The meat is very-very tender and if you are lucky you might get a huge piece just like i did. The soup is also flavorful and is already a bit sour so you don’t need to add extra lime. Best paired with white rice and it is the best combination after a rainy afternoon. This place has always been a must visit every time i go to bandung from year to year. I highly recommend you to try this if you are visiting bandung! 🙆‍♀️

Miss Bee Providore is a breezy cafe located on Jalan Rancabentang no. 11A, Ciumbuleuit. The spacious front yard is equipped with swings, seesaws, and an Angora rabbit hutch. Inside, there's an indoor playground near the dining area for parents to keep an eye on their kids while they play. The modern interior features a glass house aesthetic as its roof.
If you love the feeling of eating and drinking like you are in grandma's house, along with the cool breeze and good music to accompany you while reading your favorite book, you need to come to this place. I ate the chicken and mushroom it was so delicious I forgot to take a picture of it. Don't miss the dessert, coffee Baileys mouse, oh my! So yummy!! The signature tea was soothing. My family and I went here multiple times in the past (almost) 10 years or so. We always make time to visit Miss Bee 🐝 the place is always so peaceful, the food is always great, and the service is incomparable Today, Mbak Shelvi set the bar high for the service, she’s very communicative, informative, and assisted my inquiry to have a small birthday celebration with her own personal touch! The place is wonderful for individuals and groups. Recommended to visit during morning and afternoon 🌞

It's been probably more than 10 years since my last visit (and honestly couldnt remember how it was before). But let me tell you, that this should be your go-to restaurant on bandung trip esp for families. atmosphere is warm and cozy, a mix of heritage and modern building. Food is surprisingly good, i ordered ikan dori and it came with urap and perkedel jagung. But what i want to highlight is the service. Every staff was extremely friendly. One of the staff even gave additional jelly to a kid customer because he dropped it on the floor. Kudos to all the staff!

The service was great, mas Ripan was very helpful and warm. The atmosphere was nice, serene and calm. The food options are great. I believe that you can bring your family, friends or colleagues to have a brunch or dinner here. I ordered hamburg hosti and chicken caesar salad, the taste is nice and the portion is generous. My friends ordered nasi tutug ayam, nasgor kampung, thai beef salad etc. Everything was nice and satisfying

Farmhouse Susu Lembang is a charming artificial village that offers a unique European atmosphere, complete with picturesque replicas of famous European buildings and landmarks. Visitors can immerse themselves in the experience by renting traditional Dutch costumes for memorable photos. The village also features a mini zoo where families can interact with various animals, including feeding calves, sheep, rabbits, and even exotic creatures like hedgehogs and iguanas.
Mom approved! Nice little visit with kids. Plenty of spots to sneak in a little snack - kids friendly meals are also available. Kids were served food in little car shaped plates. Lots of souvenir shops around. Lots of fun feeding sheeps and rabbits. The cow and fish feeding areas were pretty dirty so we avoided them altogether.
BHUSHAN — Google review
Farmhouse Susu Lembang is one of the most family-friendly attractions in Bandung. The place combines a beautiful European-style village atmosphere with fresh mountain air, making it very refreshing to walk around. The highlight is the small petting zoo with sheep, rabbits, and other animals that kids really enjoy. You also get a free cup of fresh milk with the ticket, which is creamy and delicious. The architecture, gardens, and photo spots feel like stepping into a fairytale, though sometimes it can get quite crowded, especially on weekends. Overall, it’s a lovely spot to relax, take photos, and enjoy the cool weather of Lembang.
HendraTPR — Google review
The place is less cold compared to 8 years back. The good side is, there are more kids-friendly activities to do here. U can ride the train for another 25.000/pax and feed the rabbit or sheep at 20.000/pax. Feeding the cow with milk need to pay another 20.000/pax. How i wish they have included all these extra fees in the ticket.
Syafiqah S — Google review
It's small and overrated. Lot's of the spot are not as good as advertised. Dog and cat feeding area has no dog. A cat was locked in a cage with only a little bit of cat sand. I watched the cat desperately dig the sandbox that barely had catsand in it. The store across the restaurant smelled like musty wood. There's only lamb, cows, rabbits, owls, and cats. The gelato is just sweet, not a premium quality, and small in portion. The only good thing is the restaurant. Food is pretty good (oxtail, mie Jawa, and satay). You have to pay extra for some photo spots and feeding animals after paying expensive entrance fee (expensive considering how small and disappointing it is). It's only good for taking photos on some spots

Fake attractions, tourist trap. Expensive too. Such a waste of time. Only thing interesting here is the cookie shop. That's it. Parking: 4/5 plenty of parking spaces Attraction: 0/5 contrived and low quality, nothing interesting at all. Price: 1/5 expensive Facilities: 2/5 nothing to brag home about Recommended: if you go here, get the free strawberry milk. Taste much better than the free chocolate. Better yet save your money and go elsewhere.
Sapiderman L — Google review
35k for entrace ticket get one small drink of choco, strawberry or plain milk. Inside quite big with animal feeding, games and photo spot with rent costume. Quite nice for family with children to play around

One of the best tourist attractions in Bandung It seems well maintained and has many things to do inside Plus a coffee shop “by the forest” that has clean food and a good view TIP: You can either exchange your entrance ticket with chocolate milk or strawberry milk next to the entrance or you can use it to get a voucher of 25,000 at the coffee shop to use for food or drinks and even water

The Great Asia Africa is a popular tourist destination in Bandung, offering a unique experience of exploring replicas of villages from Asia and Africa. Visitors can enjoy the sensation of traveling to different countries, including Japan, Korea, and Africa. The park features famous landmarks from various nations, allowing guests to immerse themselves in foreign cultures. Additionally, it boasts a small zoo and opportunities for shopping and dining on international cuisine.
I really enjoyed my visit to The Great Asia Africa in Bandung! It’s a creative and colorful place where you can explore mini versions of different countries, perfect for photos and trying traditional clothes from Japan, Korea, India, and more. It was fun walking around and seeing all the details, and I loved the cultural vibe. That said, I feel like one visit is enough for me. It’s great for a weekend trip or for those who love taking pictures, but I wouldn’t see myself coming back again. Still, it was a lovely and memorable experience that I’m glad I tried!

We visited this placed during the ramadan and so many tourist. We enjoy our time . We must ready more energy because we need to walk from the top area to down below of hills. We can see the iconic building from asia and africa . The put on good area with good arrangement of flower and tree , we can learn about every replica that they put so many things . Besides that they provide food corner , toilet, and souvenir shop . The entrace ticket that you buy include 1 free drink which can exchange in counter in food corner closed by the entrance. If you feel tired you can use gondola , and you can buy the ticket in gondola gate . Besides that there are sky ride , small train , rent the traditional clothing , souvenir .

There was raining when we came to this place. Some part of the way to going down was slippery. It is because of the moss. Need to be careful or better coming here when summer time with no rain. More safe!! Buying ticket in advance via online platform are cheaper..

Honestly, nothing exciting but at the same time, it is not boring either. This place is for those who love to take photos in different countries outfits, which is not my cup of tea. They do have ride like train rides, sky ride and horse ride. Practically, that's it. You can skip if you want to. At the same time, you can visit BUT do lower your expectations.

Good zoo in Bandung, not as complete as TSI but still nice zoo, accessible by walk or can rent the scooter. The safari journey took around 10 minutes, nice zoo if you have baby and kids. We can feed the animal and there is cat cafe, 20k per 1 hour.

It was a really nice place for families with young children. Unfortunately, there were some places that were under constructions and we didnt managed to see all the animals. There are some animals that you would need to pay to see, which is not added in the entrance tickets. So, be sure to bring some extra money for some purchases inside as there are animal feedings, animal shows and souvenirs ups for grabs. There are also a cat cafe inside and a huge food court for meals

Even though it's raining, it doesn't make us to difficult for recreation, even for toddlers. The animals are also quite varied, healthy, lively and active. The children would very happy to be here. And Also, you'll find that a safari to see animals in a caged car gives a different. sensation.

Under a 6-minute walk from The Great Asia Africa, here are a few close by recommendations for when you get hungry exploring around.

Saung Pengkolan 1

$$$$affordable
Sundanese restaurant
Saung Pengkolan 1 is a restaurant located in the beautiful highlands of Lembang, offering not only stunning views but also a variety of menu options such as grilled carp and various types of sambal that will tantalize your taste buds, especially if you love spicy Sundanese cuisine. The atmosphere is pleasant with a forest surrounding and different seating options available. While the food receives mixed reviews in terms of portion size and temperature, many visitors appreciate the delicious flavors.
I’m a quarter Sundanese and I wanted to let my New Zealand wife try what Sundanese food is. The view was amazing and we sat on the “floor seating section” as it had the best view. Good experience overall. It’s metres to “The great Asia Africa” an amusement park of sorts

10 July 2025 Don't be deceived by the crowd or cars in their parking area. Every time we pass by at lunchtime, this place is always packed with people or cars. At last, when we wanna have late lunch and pass by, there is no crowd. So we stop by to try it out. Got no comments on the foo. Everything is not good. Fried chicken is hard. Sate is tough. Everything serves cold. Serving was very slow even though there was no crowd. The view is pretty good. One time is enough 😂 Do you wanna good view or good food ?
IKM — Google review
This resto has a decent nasi liwet package, 60k is worth my money. The sambal is okay too. The karedok also nice. I specially asked less sweet and more spicy. Tahu (tofu) also tender and served hot. The atmosphere is nice, the view is amazing with forest in the surrounding. The personnel is limited, so quite overwhelmed by guests during lunch time, even though ramadhan month.

The food taste just so so, the price are medium. But the children love the fish pond, birds cage and the rabbits. They served various Sundanese food. Unfortunately no free smoking area, so you must dealt with the heavy smoker visitor. My wife love the view though.

Definitely not recommended place to eat. Let me describe all the sins: - the resto told me they made a mistake for taking the orders but it took one hour to revised it and i had to come to the kitchen first. - so many flies and it was so disgusting - the staff not helping and it’s indeed such a bad service idk because of the young staffs that they got no idea about manner and how to serve the customer? - the food not that great, better find another resto around that have a greater service i - and FYI they only had few customers not that much for such a big space resto Not worth your time and money!!! 👎👎👎

There’s a lot of kind a table like if you want it with view, great airy, ‘lesehan’ sit without chair, and this place quite big, there’s a second floor, but for the toilet isn’t too clean, there are a few bird, fish. For the taste of food itself I’ll give it 3 out of 5
Fira P — Google review
It is a traditional Sundanese food that looks so crowded everytime we pass. But i'm sorry it's not as good as the crowd (at least for me and my family). And a bit overpriced if i may say.
Abu A — Google review
If there's another choice rather than this restaurant, i suggest you to choose another. The food is not that bad, but it doesn't worth the money. I ate with my friend and it costs me around Rp.150k just for a small dish. The floor is oily and somewhat sticky. I dont think its ever been cleaned. For a place which some high member of the state come and leave, i dont think this place pay attention to the cleanliness of the place. The view is great tbh. It would be so nice if they keep the price a bit lower and the floor cleaner. The staffs are also terribly bad. They arent nice at all. No smile, no whatsoever.

Nestled in a picturesque setting, Orofi Cafe by The Valley offers a delightful blend of international and local cuisine amidst stunning panoramic views. The cafe's charming decor, reminiscent of Santorini's iconic aesthetics with its white and blue-themed ambiance, provides an Instagrammable escape for both locals and tourists. Visitors can enjoy traditional Sundanese dishes as well as international favorites like pizza and pasta while taking in the breathtaking scenery, especially during sunset.
A nice place with a great view overlooking the city of Bandung. The food we ordered was nice, the price decent. The staff was friendly and helpful. A praying room was available at the same level with the parking area. It's to my wonder that the place didn't seem to serve many patrons. There was enough space and tables to bring a big group of friends or family there! And I regret not trying their apple pie....

First time here, didn't set any expectations since its weekday and the resto seems quite. Ordered pizza, katsu set, rawon, corn soup. All was great. We're surprised by the taste and the services were top notch! Would like to highlight the rawon; 50k for such a tender and big chunk of meat is super worth it! Ambiance also superb! It was lovely night at Orofi. Looking forward to come back!

One of fave place to visit in Dago area. The F&B not over-priced & taste good too with great view. Usually we came on weekend, a bit crowded tho there was no waiting time. We prefer weekdays, since the place is semi-outdoor, so they dont have non-smoking area. *all prices before tax *Disclaimer: the review is based on my personal taste & experience at that time. So it might be differ from others opinion.

It's on the third floor, above the valley. Its cafe is a unique blue and white shade and offers a view of the city. We can get a beautiful sunset or sunrise shot here. And at night we could see a great view of the city lights. I was ordered Iga bakar dan spaghetti seafood, manggo smoothies and lychee Float and they are have a good taste, the ptices bit pricey tho. The service are good, the waiter/s did a good job. This cafe is recommended to you hangout with your friends or family.

Great view especially during the clear afternoon. Great place to chit-chat and hang around with friends and family. Great photo spot. Love the architechtur of this place. The food is ok with slightly over-priced, since you pay for the food, the atmosphere, as well as the view. And the restroom was incredibly clean during the weekdays. Wear something extra since the afternoon can reach as low as 19 to 17 degree Celsius.

Floating market
Recreation center
Floating Market Lembang is a renowned culinary destination offering a wide range of meal choices sold on floating boats in a designated lake. In addition to the market, visitors can explore miniature town replicas, enjoy a mini carnival, and experience the famous rainbow slide. The affordable ticket price includes complimentary drinks. This attraction has something for everyone, from adventure seekers to photography enthusiasts, with diverse attractions and photo-worthy spots catering to all ages and interests.
Famous Floating Market in Bandung, which sells snacks, foods, drinks and also deserts. There’s entrance tickets that you can buy once you arrived including welcome drinks (warm ginger, juice and tea). The area is nice for family gatherings and kids friendly. Kinda crowded where I visited so better to come here on weekdays. Not recommended on weekends or public holidays
발렌타인미레 — Google review
The environment is clean and well-maintained with ample seating and dining areas around the lake. However, weekends tend to be crowded. Parking is available but at an extra fee. Overall, the Floating Market Lembang provides a good mix of activities, scenic views, and comfortable cooler weather, with payment mostly handled through an entrance fee plus tokens for food and additional activities
Arshad K — Google review
Upon arriving at the Floating Market Lembang, one is immediately struck by the sheer scale of the place. It's an expansive family destination, a sprawling tapestry of attractions that promises a full day of diversion. As you step inside, the initial entrance fee of 40,000 rupiah per person seems a small price to pay for the promise of such a grand experience. A welcome drink voucher is a nice touch, a token of hospitality that can be redeemed at your leisure, either to quench your thirst upon arrival or to cap off your visit before you leave. The true heart of the market lies in its ingenious monetary system. Forget regular cash; here, the economy runs on wooden coins. This unique detail adds a delightful layer of immersion, a tangible novelty that makes every transaction feel like a charming exchange from a bygone era. You can trade these coins for a dizzying array of goods from the vibrant stalls on the boats: from local delicacies and refreshing drinks to handcrafted toys, clothes, and even plants. Beyond the bustling market itself, the grounds are dotted with an abundance of benches and seating areas. These are more than just places to rest; they are vantage points from which to soak in the picturesque scenery, to share a laugh with family, or simply to take a moment of quiet repose. The planners have also clearly prioritized comfort and convenience. The restrooms, though spaced out, are numerous and immaculately maintained, a welcome relief from the usual state of public facilities. Prayer rooms are also thoughtfully provided, with separate areas for men and women, demonstrating a consideration for all visitors. As the day winds down, the temptation to purchase a memento is strong. The variety of souvenirs, many of them freshly made, makes for a perfect final stop. The Floating Market Lembang is not merely a destination; it's a meticulously crafted escape, a well-rounded experience that combines cultural curiosity, culinary exploration, and family-friendly fun.

The **Floating Market Lembang** Overview Floating Market Lembang is a popular recreational park built around a man-made lake. While it is inspired by traditional floating markets, it functions more as a **family-friendly theme park and culinary center** where vendors sell food and snacks from colorful boats lined up on the water. Diverse Culinary Experience:The main draw is the wide array of local Indonesian street food, snacks, and drinks sold from the floating boats. Popular items include batagor, chicken satay, and various traditional cakes. Visitors must purchase coins to buy food. Variety of Attractions: The market offers much more than just food, making it great for families and groups. Attractions include: Themed Areas:Rainbow Garden, Mini Town (Kota Mini with miniature houses), and Kyotoku Japanese Village (where you can rent kimonos). Activities & Rides: Boat rides (like paddle boats and duck boats) on the lake, a Rainbow Slide, go-karts, ATV rides, a petting zoo (with rabbits and other animals), and feeding fish. Most rides require separate tickets. Atmosphere and Setting: The market is praised for its tranquil lake, lush green surroundings, and cool air, providing a refreshing break from city life. It's considered a great spot for taking photos. Good Value:The entrance ticket is typically affordable and often includes a complimentary welcome drink (coffee or juice). Crowds: The market can get very crowded, especially on weekends and public holidays, which can detract from the experience. It is often recommended to visit on a weekday or early in the morning. *Separately Priced Attractions: While the main entrance fee is low, many of the rides and themed areas require an additional purchase, which can add up. Not a Traditional Market: Some visitors caution that it is not an authentic, traditional floating market like those found in Thailand or Borneo, but rather a modernized tourist park. Summary of Ratings Overall, Floating Market Lembang is generally well-received. It is highly recommended for those visiting the Bandung area looking for a fun, food-focused, and family-friendly outdoor destination.
Samir S — Google review

De' Ranch is a family-friendly park that offers a range of activities for visitors of all ages. It's a great place to enjoy horseback riding, with options for both regular horses and ponies. In addition to riding, the ranch features various games such as archery, biking, and trampoline. The entrance fee includes the opportunity to indulge in chocolate or strawberry milk. The spacious parking lot accommodates many visitors who typically spend 2-3 hours at the ranch.
Good for a family trip. They have some thematic playground and some good restaurants as well. You can feed the sheep on the other part of the ranch. If you like horses it will be a very perfect visit for you

Parking lot is very spacious, most people spend about 2-3 hours. Eating area could be so packed so, get seats before order some foods. Free milk after the entrance is too sweet, it tastes like sugar. There are so many food and drinks stall, order at the stall and pay at nearby cashier. Activities for mostly kids are available, but adults can enjoy some too. For example, horse riding or ATV. Good spot to take charming natural photos

An amusement park with a country and cowboy background. Not as wide as I thought. The green view was beautiful, but was not really instragammable. Entry ticket was 25K, but basically you must pay a separate ticket for almost every attraction. So yeah, the total cost was expensive. Playground near the food stalls was free of charge luckily. Some most popular activities were horse and delman riding. The gold mining was interesting but quite difficult as the gold was hard to find, and the gifts were not so attractive. Entry ticket can be reedemed for a small cup of milk, but the taste (and volume) was not as good as in Farmhouse.

The cost for the horse rides are reasonable and the rides last for more less 3-5 minutes. You get a really nice mountaneous view of the land. The area is spacious lots of family activities to do.

Great experience for family recreation place. It's 15k for adults/children's ticket. You will get any chocolate/strawberry milk. It's school holiday and crowded but they can manage it for free milk. It's better no straw so we can reduce plastic used. Adults can also ride a horse, delman, flying fox, feeding rabbit, ride a bike, etc Children have many choices to play such as ride a horse, delman, trampoline, flying fox, etc. Some games has maximum weight for safety. It's so chaos at restaurant since many stalls already have 4 -5 people who worked in each stalls, they still can't serve fast. We ordered Soto ayam, it took more than 30'.

Kebun Begonia is a popular small garden known for its colorful flowers and also offers the opportunity to pick fresh vegetables. Visitors can purchase fresh flowers and even enjoy delicious blueberries along the way. While it can get crowded on weekends, it's recommended to visit in the morning to fully appreciate the beauty of this place. The garden has two parts, with the first part being more developed and lovely, while the second part is still in progress.
Beautifull place to sightsee you also got a free ice cream!! but theres limited spot to take pictures, since every good spot was either small or theres an object ruining it (ex : huge umberella, signs or statues) 😢😢 you can also buy plants here

It's a small but nice garden full of flowers. The garden has 2 parts, the second one is not that developed yet, but the first one is lovely. It was hot when I went there, but it's also windy, so it's actually comfortable to roam around. The staff are nice and helpful too. They also have a small area for animals. They're caged in qute a small place, but looked well maintained and friendly too. They sell the feed for a cheap price, about 5k each (for a small packet), but it's quite a lovely experience for the kids. Overall, it's a nice place for taking pictures and playing with small animals.

Lots of photo spots but still have to queue each time due to the crowd. The ticket is only IDR 20k per person (expect to pay more if you bring DSLR camera, but phone camera is free). There's a restaurant in there but don't expect too much. I would say, it is totally worth to visit at least once (if you do like photography). :)

Nice dining place in Lembang. Located inside neighborhood area, the place is quite spacious. It is crowded in the morning but less people during afternoon. It is semioutdoor but cool and comfortable. Food itself is good, we order the tofu and it tastes good. It is know for its tahu bawang putih, and it is soft, and the sauce condiment is good.

Tryin this popular place among local citizen and bikers. Located in Lembang, near imah kopi croissanterie. I guess the owner is taiwanese, from the pictures that are posted on the wall. Steamed tofu with garlic and grass jelly served with lemon are must try here (based on what I see on social media). As for young people like me, the taste of the steamed tofu is just so so. You cannot expect much from that dish. Instead of my opinion, my father also uncle really like the tofu. Rumah kayu also served nasi campur, you can choose any dishes that you like. The taste of all is a little bit bland for me. Overall if you like any kind of simple food, without much herbs/ spices you may like this place.

As Tofu Team (over the Team Tempe) this likes heaven, they have one of the best Tofu and it’s all homemade. The Texture is so soft and it’s very savory, delicious! They do have other options as well beside tofu, as typical Sundanese restaurant, but the best one is Tofu!

Cozy and friendly staff. The food is very tasty. We especially loved the bebek penyet. We also tried the green chinchow (can skip as we find it so-so) and the highly recommended banana fritters (really highly recommended 😝😝) even though we r stuffed to the brim 😅. The banana fritters is realllllly goood. Remember to save your stomach for this dessert. I also ordered the Temu lawak kunyit jahe tea to settle my stomach. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 It helps! The one reason why i gave 4s instead of 5s is because of the houseflies. Too many, annoying.

The prices are reasonable, which attracts many customers. One popular item is the cabe gembot, a blend of paprika and green chili, sold at IDR 10,000 per pack with 9-10 pieces.
Tahu or tofu, inspired from Chinese food, the tahu tauhid original from Lembang is one of the best tahu in the world (my opinion) yet their tahu is fresh, made from best soy beans and the fresh water from the mountain, makes the tahu soft, firm and tender, you can buy the raw tahu and also the one that their already fried, don’t forget to buy the tempe and also their sweet soy spicy sauce

I visited during Ramadan thankfully they still open early. The tofu is so soft and juicy inside but crunchy outside. The snack is also tasteful like the cassava snacks.
Suyandi L — Google review
Best tofu in Bandung area. This original place, however, quite hard to reach since you have to pass crowded market, located in narrow street off the main road. Beside Tofu, you must try Sate Kelinci.

Yummy tofu producer.
Krido S — Google review
Nice place, not too crowded to buy fried tofu or even not fried one. Even the street quite small but there's a quite big parking area inside
Fikri E — Google review
This oleh2 center specialized in tofu, tempe (soy bean cake) and various vegetables products. Priced reasonably low, no wonder many customers purchase their items. I didn't want to buy anything since I already got 3 packs of bags, but my friend insisted I must buy the cabe gembot (the fat short green chili - I guess this is a mix of paprika and green chili). Only IDR 10,000/pack (9-10 pieces), I got 2 packs (sold out, no more left). Other items that I bought were tempe (IDR 8,000/pack) and tempe gembos (IDR 5,500/pack). This place got quite ample parking lot that helped our bus driver change the bus tires, and provided our comfort for toilet needs.

Totally a must visit if you're in Lembang. I was here during breakfast time, we had nice, hot fried tofus, comro, bajigur, and rabbit satay. Suitable for cold weather.

Traditional soft tofu... they also sell the ones fried so you can try it right a way....

Restaurant
Burgundy Dine & Wine is a romantic dining spot located in Bandung, specifically on Jalan Maribaya No. 163, Lembang. Surrounded by lush forests and towering hills, this restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience with a variety of dishes including tempura and western cuisine. The indoor space has retained its vintage Dutch colonial style, while the outdoor area provides stunning green views.
only in Bandung, a fancy place to eat, with delicious dishes and perfect wine to add warmth to dinner, I will come again, others must come here

Good place to chill and vibing. It’s located on the top of the hill, thus they have really beautiful view to the valley around. The weather felt nice up there. The restaurant have both outdoor, indoor, and semi-open area. It’s a good choice to have in this pandemic era. They also sell wine, but the only downside is the lack of “wine tasting” menu. I feel like they are missing an opportunity here. The food was good but not great. But overall it’s a good place to have a scenery-type fine dining or just to relax.

Reviews vs reality gave me a whiplash. For a place that advertises itself as a “sophisticated dining experience” i had a subpar at best and disappointing at worst experience. Not much is special when it comes to the menu though it aligns woth the price point so that’s expected. But the place is so unkempt that I’m left confused by every single marketing material attached to the place online. The view is the saving grace. Air’s nice and crisp too.

We love the restaurant ambience and concept. Worth price. Please dress up to make customer more comfortable.

We came in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch after a hike that left us soaking due to unprecedented rainfall. The place was practically empty since it was Ramadan and the staff was nice enough to lend us towels from the villa. We had a very pleasant lunch with an amazing view overlooking the mountains as mist rose after rain from the valleys below. There were tame pigeons in the yard. I was expecting it would be more of a wine tasting/vineyard experience but it really was just a restaurant with nice view, very young grapevines that weren’t yet even bearing fruits, and limited wine selection as only one bottle of the few options we were eyeing was available in stock. The food was not the highlight of the place I’m afraid as everything we ordered: the very pricey steak, nachos, and mushroom soup all were plain. The highlight clearly was only their view and service, but perhaps not the wine selection or food. Still would recommend coming here for a relaxing lunch though if you happen to be in the area

Excellent service. Tbh, i dont like their Cordon Bleu cause put Ginger in the ingredients. And a little bit strange for me cause they put condensed milk for pesto pasta 🤮. Other foods are great.

A nice place to chill and hangout with friend. Just make sure you vehicle is in a good condition. Food was great. A bit pricey but worth it Will come back if i go near this place again.

Restaurant
Congo Gallery & Cafe is a unique dining spot located in Dago Pakar, Bandung. The restaurant offers a distinctive experience with its polished wood-toned interior and a lush forest backdrop, creating a romantic and serene atmosphere. In addition to serving local dishes, the cafe also functions as an art gallery featuring wooden artworks. Visitors can enjoy the cool ambiance and bring their pets along while indulging in delicious food and drinks.
The restaurant has a spacious area with a nice ambiance, making it perfect for a relaxed hangout. I tried the buntut bakar, and the oxtail were tender and flavorful. It’s an ideal spot if you’re not in a hurry and just want to enjoy the atmosphere. Another plus is the large parking space, which is always convenient.

A great place to gather, take photos Unique goods and have a large parking area. for food the price is still affordable even though the place is this luxurious

Somewhat seeems like not well maintained. I came saturday night and very quiet, only the other 1 table ordering their food. Food is just so so and nothing speciial. Jjust the view and nice weather that we enjoy most. Read in their photos, this reestaurant was since 2011 -- but i think need some renovvation (adding lights) or food menu renewal.

Nice ambience, fresh and cool air, friendly staff, good food especially "Baso Goreng", highly recommended. Good credit for they policy to really separate smoking and non-smoking place into two separate buildings about 50m away one each other, well done. Visitor can also find some nice art works from oldies stuff.
Rustam E — Google review
This restaurant has spacious and comfy seating place. The environment also beautiful and has a lot of photo spot place. The food has variation in western like steak, pasta and indonesian. We order tahu pletok, t-bone steak, tenderliin, chicken gordon blue, chicken creamy and soto bandung. For the drink we order ice chocolate, ice tea bunga telang that can change colour from purple become red when poured by lemon or sugar. The price a little expensive. The waiters are quick in response and polite. The minus is small bugs in the wood table.
Felicia G — Google review
Been here around four times already, and the place never failed me. The food are delicious, the ambience is superb, the service is warm. The indoor is just perfect for friends or family time, the outdoor is also fun because they have a mini playground, so the children can play while waiting for the meal. They also have private space, suitable for business meetings (rsvp and minimum expenses applied). They open during the pandemic with health protocol. The only minor for me is that they don't have nursing room. I had to leave early to change my baby's diaper. Hopefully they would consider to provide one.
Dzakia D — Google review
Dining surrounded by lush greenery. Plenty of dining areas, some with good view of the city or hills. They are good at traditional foods (tried baso goreng, nasi timbel and sate maranggi) and pasta could be better. Small playground for the small ones. Vast parking areas. Staff were courteous and quick.
Wahyu H — Google review
The taste of the food is good, and the place is cool and comfortable, there is even a small playground for children. Our lunch menu choices are carbonara, redling steak, mozaru chickin, and Congo signature iced coffee.
