Park
Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park is a sprawling park showcasing grand Hindu sculptures and hosting regular dance performances and concerts. The park's centerpiece is the colossal Garuda Wisnu Kencana statue, depicting the deity Vishnu mounted on the mighty Garuda. This awe-inspiring monument stands at 75m tall, with an impressive 64m wingspan, making it visible from several kilometers along the coastline.
superb place. you can easily spend 3-4 hours here. i recommend the tour for the museum and the view from top. the guides are super friendly and knowledgeable. if you have a baby/ stroller take the buggy as the walk up can be challenging in hot weather and rain.
Anup K — Google review
Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park is visually stunning. The statue is massive and awe inspiring, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the cultural performances add a sense of meaning and history to the visit. Seeing the monument up close is worth it for the scale alone. That said, it definitely leans into being a tourist trap. There are upsells at almost every turn, from photo spots to paid shuttle upgrades, and plenty of shops selling overpriced merchandise. You can still enjoy the park, just be prepared for the commercial side of the experience. Overall, the views and the statue are unforgettable, but go in knowing you are paying for both the cultural moment and the tourist machine wrapped around it

Was a nice place to visit. Recommend to visit after noon if it's very sunny and hot. Entrance tickets were 150k pp (not 100k as advertised), 350k if u want to take the elevator going up in the garuda statue which we didn't. 40k pp if u want to take shuttle car from entrance to garuda statue and back to where other statues are. There's a performance at 12-1 pm i think. Overall it's a very nice place to take photos, there are many souvenir shops before the entrance, and also money exchanger, atm (we used our European debit card and we had a very good rate, 1m IDK for 52 eur). Spending 2-3 hours here is enough.
Muhannad H — Google review
The legendary Bali landmark ! The humongous statues of Lord Vishnu and Garuda must not be missed. The park is not that big but the unbearable sun makes it difficult to walk around. We visited in mid October but even then the temperature was enough to roast you. Umbrellas, hats and sunscreen are a must. Tickets can be booked online. However they have a paid buggy service to take the visitors to the main statue. IDR 40000 per head. This could have been made complimentary. The buggy does not ply both ways. It drops the visitors mid way while returning to explore the other statues. The park is well maintained and most of the eastern and western part of the island is visible from the top. The frequent landing and take offs of aircrafts at the airport is very enjoyable to be seen from there. There is a nice restaurant where visitors can claim their complimentary drink (if included in the entrance ticket). The park can be reached easily through Grab or Gojek cabs.
Birat B — Google review
We visited GWK Uluwatu and I’d recommend buying your tickets online — it’s much easier. There’s also a machine on-site where you can get your tickets. Before the security check, you can borrow an umbrella at the info desk (they keep your ID as a deposit). I’d highly recommend taking one because you’ll be walking in the sun almost the entire time! ☀️ The park itself is nicely designed but nothing too special in my opinion. We only spent about an hour there and didn’t go up the big statue with the elevator.
Milena — Google review
First time going to GWK in the late afternoon and I think its the best time. Not too hot, so can enjoy walking around. Many things to do and experienced, including going up to 23rd floor of the statue where there's a guided museum and take iconic photo inside. Recomded!
Sukma B — Google review
This place is awesome! We saw the statue from afar and made a point to visit. The park is a nice stroll through a series of incredible status of lakshmi, Vishnu and Garuda. I highly suggest that you come after 10 given that they have a series of shows like cultural dances, theatre performances storytelling and more … all shows happen throughout the day. We got there at 6 pm and caught the very last show which depicted the story of Garuda. Highly recommended!
Lis C — Google review
If you enjoy cultural attractions, GWK is definitely worth a visit. We booked our tickets online in advance, which made the entry process smooth and hassle-free. Since we went on a Monday, the area wasn’t crowded and we could explore comfortably. Be prepared to walk! The grounds are quite spacious. If you prefer not to, you can easily rent a buggy to take you around. Otherwise, think of it as a great opportunity to hit your step count while taking in the views!

GWK Cultural Park

Park
GWK Cultural Park is a must-visit destination in Bali, Indonesia. It boasts the largest statue in the country and offers a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in Balinese culture. The park features lush tropical gardens, food stalls, and traditional dance performances. One of its main attractions is the impressive Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) statue, which stands tall as a symbol of Indonesian heritage.
This place was pretty remarkable to go see and visit. I was travelling with my backpacks at the time going from place to place so I was able to keep my luggage behind the desk, which was absolutely fantastic! It really made my trip a lot better I did opt in to get the Tourist vehicle to drive me directly to the bottom of the statue because I was short for time but it definitely made that trip a lot easier for me and I was able to see a few more things before I had to head out again. Highly recommend absolutely structures. It was quite a few shops andcafés there after.
Stephanie C — Google review
You just get amazed at the sheer size of the statues on display and the write-ups about Hindu mythology are also well done. Overall facilities are good but Bali needs to address drinking water problem for tourists as basic human right to drinkable water.
Brajesh S — Google review
Incredible structures and beautiful scenery, great to spend a couple of hours taking in the majestic sights. The top of tower showcases the legend behind Vishnu/Garuda, and history and construction of the statue. The tour guide was very kind and knowledgeable.
Stephanie T — Google review
Highly recommend joining the “top of the statue” tour — the view is beautiful and the guide’s explanations make it even more meaningful!✨🇮🇩 Our tour guide (in the blue shirt) was not only super professional (10/10) and friendly, but also did an outstanding job presenting the stories behind each statue and the rich history of the entire place. He brought everything to life with his storytelling. His energy and genuine passion made the experience unforgettable👏🙏

It’s a great park to spend some time in, with impressive statues and plenty of space. The Kecak Bali dance was wonderful to see, and the area is clean and well organized. However, I don’t think the entrance fee to go to the top of the statue is worth the price.
Kristijan T — Google review
Grand place take two three hours to visit this place.. u get to see around with lovely picture points and also different dance and music shoes goes on continuously.. all included in one ticket price
Swati S — Google review
GWK is designed as a hindoe cultural Park with an eye to attract many tourists. It is the highest statue in Indonesia. You can easily spend a day here, many programs are going on every day in the park and there are many eateries and shops in the park. Well organized. To get on top of the statue you have to pay to get into the elevator. Good place to get a quick impression about what Bali is about!

Garud Wishnu culture park is an amazing place to be. It would be hundreds of years old and it amazes you by the sheer size of the statues of Lord Vishnu and others. Set between mountains that have been cut to make path, the greenery around and the look is just breathtaking. It could be called a Wonder of the world in Bali. A MUST visit for anyone coming to Bali

Restaurant
Warung Mak Jo is a popular dining spot in Jimbaran, serving a diverse range of local, Asian, and Western dishes at reasonable prices. The restaurant has been a favorite since 2013 and offers an extensive menu with options like Nasi Goreng, Ayam Goreng, black pepper beef, baby buncis, and more. The two-story restaurant provides ample space for diners and features clean restrooms, a small mushola, and limited parking.
Really really good. Amazing food, amazing price, extremely friendly staff. We really enjoyed their Goda-goda, Beef Ribs soto, spinach and corn soup, grilled fish, and their tender juice sambal grilled chicken. Their sambal was spicy, but so good. The dessert Savana was a bit too sweet, but satisfied our tired day. And finally their juices, without ice, they could still make them possible and amazingly tasty. Love everything of it. Highly recommend. Easy to park the motorbikes.

Update: I have been in Indonesia for 10 days and after this meal I got a Bali belly for the first time. I currently do not recommend tourists to eat here. Old review: The food was overall good and the selection too. There are options for people that are not acquainted with the Indonesian taste too. The service was really good and we appreciated the kindness and availability of the staff. They patiently took the time to answer all of our questions and help us order food. The atmosphere is nice and not too noisy

Local experience! Near GWK and was recommended by locals. So we dropped by and the food was surprisingly affordable and good too. The rice with chicken and noodles dishes were all delicious. 🤤 Overall good. 👍

Loved it. Spacious, clean restaurant with good Indonesian food. Went here for dinner, we had ikan bakar rica, kangkung, chicken crispy, and tauge teri. Loved every bite. Then we come again for a buffet lunch of an event I joined. My fave then was the tasty fried chicken (although it's a bit hard) and the choice of sambal. The staffs are very attentive. 👍

This iga bakar is amazing with fresh and very spicy sambal! The place has various Indonesian menu, halal food. My friend ordered ayam sambal matah and tasted great, but the soup is not so good. Overall, the staff was nice and friendly, the food is good, and the price is fair. Even the parking guy are very friendly and helpful.

The best dining experience in Bali ❤️ If you're visiting Garuda Wisnu Park, please do try out this restaurant (around 500m from the Park's rear entrance ) Lovely atmosphere and staff ! Must try dishes : 1) Litchi Ice Tea 2) Orange juice with coconut 3) Spicy grilled fish (careful if you're sensitive to spicy food) 4) Fried duck with rice (Bebek Goreng) 5) Oriental Chicken Salad (dressing was out of the world ) 6) Smoked Chicken Carbonara spaghetti 7) Sweet Cassava (was top notch) Thank you Mak Jo for the lovely dinner !! ❤️

Ketut is an amazing human and artist. I was so blessed to have him as my guide when I visited Bali. He always shows up with his kind heart and smile and took me to magical parts of Bali. He also invited me to be part of one of his family's ceremonies, which was very special and his family dressed me in traditional Balinese clothes and did my hair. All of these memories I will always cherish. I also own two of his beautiful paintings. They help me stay connected to the incredible energy of Bali. I look forward to going back to Bali soon and having Ketut as my guide again. Thank you Ketut. See you soon. 🌞💛✨️

Amazing art studio in Uluwatu. Family run business and highly talented. They also delivered our paintings to us at our hotel. Just go and buy and support this family business.

the painting classes are very nice, a lot of details, colors, explanations, the teacher is incredible, patient and super professional, the studio is beautiful. I really recommend it, it's a unique experience, therapy and happy time.

When you’re in Bali and feel boring of the hustle bustle of Seminyak and Canggu, go and try this painting class with Pak Ketut Sunama and you’ll experience a super fun and fruitful stress release activity. He’s very talented, skillful yet so humble and patient. You don’t need to be an artsy person or painter wannabe, just come and have fun with all the colors. Appr. an hour driving from Seminyak (on busy hours), painting class with Pak Ketut is definitely worth a try.

Would recommend spending some time with Ketut. Mum and I had a great time painting on mother's Day. Learnt some new techniques and had a relaxing day. Would recommend!

I had the extreme pleasure of meeting Ketut and touring his studio. His work is beautiful, colorful and unique. I purchased a small piece to take home to America with me. It will be a beautiful reminder of my trip to Bali for ever. Ketut was sweet, professional and extremely helpful with my stay in Bali as well.

Had the most magical time with Katut at his just as magical Art studio. He was a great help with my friends and I as we created our timeless master pieces. I highly recommend !!

If you want to have nice memories from Bali, you need to go to Zen Bali Arts. All self-painted, no mass production. The owner is great and very talented guy. He is also very flexible in terms of visiting his gallery. We purchased the painting and he also packed it in the way we could transport it on board of the plane. His always tries to "make all people happy". To sum up: don't buy at souvenir shops - go to Zen Bali Arts and you will be really happy. Cheers

Melasti Beach is a stunning coastal gem located in the Ungasan area of Uluwatu, Bali. This picturesque stretch of white sand is framed by impressive limestone cliffs and offers breathtaking views that are perfect for photography, especially during sunset. As a popular party destination, Melasti features vibrant beach clubs like Tropical Temptation and White Rock, where visitors can enjoy lively atmospheres against the backdrop of crystal-clear turquoise waters.
The best beach in Bali! Perfect beach with crystal clear water where you can snorkel, coarse sand and good restaurants on the beach with beach bed option. Few beach clubs are also along the coast which even offer kayak and paddle boat. Enjoyable for both adults as well as kids as this beach is nature’s swimming pool with no waves which makes it even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a perfect sun and sand day!
Nevadita — Google review
Melasti Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I visited in Bali! The turquoise water, clean white sand, and dramatic limestone cliffs make it absolutely stunning. The beach is well-maintained and less crowded compared to other popular spots, so it feels more relaxing. It’s also a great place to swim and take photos, with plenty of scenic spots around. There are nice beach clubs and cafes nearby where you can enjoy food and drinks while watching the waves. The road down to the beach through the tall cliffs is breathtaking and adds to the experience. A perfect place to spend a calm and refreshing day by the sea – highly recommended!
Anoop G — Google review
One of the nicest beaches to swim, perhaps even surf, and have a relaxing day by the beach or go to one of the nice beach clubs there (White Rock seems to be the best one in Melasti beach). Turquoise waters, white fine sand, nice scenery and a nice scenic road down to the beach. A small entrance fee is asked (something like 1euro per person or even less, don't remember the exact amount).
Bill P — Google review
If you want 2 chaise-lounge and don't have cash to pay the lifeguards, just go inside. The cashier has 3 modes of payment. The waves at this beach are not for novice swimmers! Be sure to accompany those of your party who want to have fun in the waves but who may need help to return to the beach. And take a break, even if you are enjoying waves hopping, it takes more out of you than you will expect. The change room is primitive and the showers only work sporadically.
Valérie — Google review
Beautiful beach with amazing views and clear water. We enjoyed swimming and spending time there, but the shore is quite rocky, so it’s not very comfortable to walk barefoot. Still, it’s a nice spot to relax, take photos, and enjoy the landscape. Worth a visit if you’re exploring the area.
Mariem Z — Google review
A lovely beach to chill. Came to watch the sun setting...it was gorgeous. Lovely place to take a dip, build sandcastles, walk on the beach or just gaze at the horizon. There were couples doing photoshoot as well as against the entrance & the various monuments.

Jendela Bali The Panoramic Resto is a popular dining spot located within the GWK cultural park in Ungasan. It offers a relaxed and open atmosphere with stunning views of Jimbaran bay, Udayana University, Ngurah Rai International Airport, and the Bali Mandara highway from its outdoor balcony. The restaurant serves a delectable selection of Indonesian and Asian dishes at reasonable prices.
We got the ticket entrance with the food voucher, best decision ever! Recommend the food after we walked around. The food was absolutely delicious, great price and portion size. Sitting outside with the view was top tier and our waitress was so lovely.

The food is very tasty and delicious with reasonable price. Fast serving and the staff is very responsive. Will definitely come back again, just to eat here if it is nearby. Tip: if you drive yourself, just use the VIP parking lot instead of going down the hill with the shuttle. Yes, it costs 100k, but this fee includes desserts and drinks that you can choose (although limited). So, in the end you will only spend around 10k for parking.

We’re regulars in this reataurant, been super happy with the food, ambiance and service. To our schock, today we came to experience a big change on the menu. The beautiful menu book with photos is gone. Many of authentic balinese and local food is also removed including our favorite dessert creme brulee, such a shame..🥲 However, we’re impressed that after hearing our disappointments from the waitresses, the management approached us and was very welcome with our inputs. Such great acknowlegements👍

I recently visited this amazing restaurant in Bali with my friends and we had such a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious—our dishes were full of flavor and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole vibe feel warm and relaxed. On top of that, the view was breathtaking. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a memorable experience!

We went after visiting the statues, as we had a dining voucher included. It was a pleasant experience with great views. Our waiter spoke English and was very attentive. We ordered Indonesian dishes (duck-based) and they were absolutely delicious, (5min waiting time ) including the dessert. If you go with the local Indonesian food, you won’t be disappointed!
Adrian Z — Google review
This restaurant boasts a truly stunning location with breathtaking views, particularly as the sun sets. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff. The menu is impressively diverse, offering a wide range of Indonesian, Asian, Western, and Italian dishes to choose from. However, while the presentation was appealing, the flavors of the dishes were somewhat underwhelming. The taste was "soso" – decent but not particularly memorable. Despite this, the reasonable prices and the overall ambiance make it a decent option for a casual dining experience, especially if you're looking to enjoy the scenery. I recommend this restaurant for couples or groups seeking a relaxed dining experience with beautiful views and good service. While the food is not exceptional, the ambiance and affordability make it a worthwhile option.
Prih — Google review
The vibes, food and service where amazing. On the weekend there is live music with an amazing voice. The food was absolutely incredible, I came for lunch first. I would recommend the nasi goreng with satay sauce! In the evening I came back to have dinner because I couldn't resist, this time I took mie goreng with seafood, stunning choice as well! Just I would like to give and advice is that the setup of the seats does not make sense for me. I think there could fit more. During the day the terras is always under the sunlight, maybe they can put more umbrella, but in such way that'll not close the view. And during sunset they can remove the umbrellas. But overall always good service, super fast and fresh. It's beside the wisnu statue, so after a visit you can make your belly happy!
Rotterdam A — Google review
This is a lovely restaurant to chill at after the walk around the cultural centre, with refreshing drinks available if you’re just looking to take quick pics and continue with your day or a wide selection of food options should you be wanting to wind down your activities. They’re very accommodating in terms of allergies, and the prices are quite attractive. Good for couples, families or singles with lots of seating options.

Mïnoo Beach Club, located on the pristine Melasti Beach in South Bali, offers a chic and tranquil escape from the bustling day clubs. The club features a stunning 12-meter infinity pool and a unique junkung boat lookout spot, perfect for soaking up the balmy weather. With a rotating lineup of local DJs and a delectable grazing menu, it's an ideal retreat for those seeking a more laid-back beach experience.
We wanted to try a beach club while we were in Uluwatu and stumbled upon this one on Melasti Beach - had a great time there ! Hammocks are very comfy and the pool is really nice. We had to spend 300k (for 2 people) to stay on the hammock, which was okay given the location and pool. Drinks and food were great (I tried a violet cocktail and a strawberry juice + banana fritters), staff was nice. I would recommend going there, the beach is really beautiful as well, although when we were there, swimming in the sea was not allowed. Come early though, we managed to get a hammock but were there at 10.15.

i came around 2pm and it wasn’t too crowded, but most of the daybeds were already taken, maybe just one or two left. it’s better to come early, around 10am to 12pm, if you want a clear view of the beach. the food was pretty average and priced as you’d expect at a beach club. the place is really nice in the open outdoor area, but the indoor section isn’t that impressive, just pretty basic. they have a minimum spend and also charge for all types of seats, which i didn’t really like, so i didn’t end up eating there.

Just wanna write this review because I think people should know that Minoo is super family-friendly. The minimum spend for the hammocks is IDR 300K, and for the poolside beds it’s around IDR 1 million (fits 4-6 people per bed). Most places don’t usually have a minimum spend, but here it’s super chill—no loud music, the vibes are calm, and the staff are friendly. They don’t treat local tourists any differently, which is really nice. Food and drinks are decent. There’s also a rinsing area for after you swim or play at the beach, which is a plus. My kids loved it here because they could play at the beach too! Bonus for my Muslim friends: no pork on the menu! One thing they could improve though: the toilet doesn’t have a water spray. Come on, this is Indonesia—why should we be using tissue only? Hopefully, they’ll fix that in the future. Thanks, Minoo!

The venue is rather small with very limited tables that i had to find table for my own seat.I was very confused trying to find a seat since no staff came to assist me,strangely enough,a staff member only appeared when i was about to sit on the hammock 🤐 And to sit on this hammock, there is a minimum spend of 300k

Nice beach club. Minimum spend of 500k for 2 people to use sunbeds with towel. Would recommend if you’re bringing kids as it is very family friendly, however if you are not with kids you may find the atmosphere by the pool annoying due to kids playing, shouting and splashing. The adults-only beach club next door may be better suited for you! The food is very good, recommend the japanese fried chicken and the calamari.

Restaurant
Palmilla Bali Beach Club is a laid-back beach spot with a Mediterranean menu, an outdoor pool, and stunning cliff views. The club features a boho-chic ambiance with white and blue day beds, hammocks, and lounges perfect for soaking up the sun. Guests can enjoy fruity cocktails and beer buckets without leaving their cozy spots. Visitors praise the excellent service, delicious food, and beautiful beach location.
This beach club truly stands out for its unique island vibe that perfectly captures the essence of a relaxing coastal escape. Surprisingly, the quality of the food far exceeded expectations, especially considering the price—an exceptional value that felt like a hidden gem. Special recognition goes to Shakira, who provided top-notch customer service throughout our visit. Her proactive approach, pleasant demeanor, and prompt responses to our inquiries significantly enhanced our overall experience. She exemplifies what great hospitality should be. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a blend of quality, service, and a distinctive island ambiance without breaking the bank.

to be honest i think palmilla beach club is the most beautiful beach club i’ve ever been to. it has a minimum spend of 200k rupiah which you can use to order anything but if you don’t reach it there’s no refund and if you go over you just pay the extra. i ordered a fruit salad and coconut water, both were okay. the food itself is pretty normal but good enough, just note they serve pork so if you’re muslim maybe stick to drinks. the beach club is quite big with an upper area and it’s not crowded at all which makes it really peaceful especially if you’re solo. i came around 10am and it was still quiet. the beach down there is stunning with super white sand and the water looks clearer and brighter compared to other clubs nearby even though it’s in the same melasti beach area. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. since i was solo they even offered to take my photos which was really sweet. overall palmilla beach club gave me the best beach club experience so far with beautiful views, a relaxing vibe and amazing service.

Palmilla Beach Club is pure paradise! The entrance fee is 100,000 per person, which includes a voucher for either a towel or a welcome drink. If you prefer the free drink option, make sure to bring your own towel. After that, there’s a minimum spend depending on where you sit. I recommend sitting by the poolside, the minimum spend there is 2 million for two people. You can also sit at the bar or the upstairs area, where there’s no minimum spend. The food is tasty and reasonably priced, though the menu doesn’t have too many options. The staff were super friendly, couldn’t ask for a better day in Bali ☀️🍹

The only beach club I know of on the amazing Melsati beach situated at ground level, allowing you to walk directly onto the beach. 200k for 2hrs on the sun lounger, full amount can be used against food and drink. Food was of high standard. After the 2hrs you still have use of all other facilities for the day, so you can get a regular sun lounge on the beach itself and come and go in Palmilla to use toilets, restaurant, pool etc.

Beautiful beach club! Very chill and relaxed, food was great and service was perfect. Our waitress Tri was friendly And attentive. The prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

Paramilla Beach Club was absolutely fantastic. We paid around €100 to get in and use the sunbeds, but that full amount could be spent on food and drinks. Since we stayed the whole day from morning until evening, we definitely made the most of it — breakfast, lunch, dinner, and plenty of drinks. The staff was super friendly, everything was well taken care of, spotless clean, and the pool was stunning. Plus, you could just walk straight onto the beach. A huge recommendation! If you're on the hunt for authentic Indonesian cuisine, look no further than Rendang Roll Bali Jimbaran. This charming eatery offers a delightful array of dishes, including their standout Beef Rendang Fried Rice and tender chicken satay, all customizable to your preferred spice level. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with friendly staff who genuinely care about your experience. While the location may attract some dust from the bustling street nearby, it’s worth it for the delicious food at reasonable prices.
Super delicious food and friendly staff. Great prices too! We had the chicken katsu curry and beef rendang fried rice.
Brogan R — Google review
My experience at Rendang Roll Bali was a bit of a letdown. The staff were friendly, which was a plus. However, the value for money just isn't there. I ordered the Rendang Roll, and frankly, it was a disappointment. It seemed substantial but was incredibly unfilling and lacked flavor. I specifically asked for very spicy sambal, confirming I like a lot of heat, but it was surprisingly sweet. This sweetness was a consistent issue across the dishes; the food was generally too sweet. It reminded me of those overly sweet versions of Asian food you sometimes find in American mall food courts. You can seriously get way better quality and taste for the same price point. I won't be returning.
Nizar C — Google review
We ordered a beef sandwich and fried noodles. The taste was really great and the amount was also generous! I'd highly recommend, we will order from then tonight as well.

Outstanding Indonesian food. I had the Beef Rendang fried rice and they allow you to choose your spice level, the Brulle Bombs and a Jasmine ice tea. I visited maybe half an hour before closing time and still got service with a smile and the quality of the food was outstanding! I will definitely return! Great job lads!
Ashley B — Google review
The fried rice is superb and the chicken satay is tender and fragrant. The price is very reasonable hence delivering good value. Just that the tables were covered with dust as it is beside a main thoroughfare that is climbing a steep hill, so lots of dust, exhaust and noise.
Tony C — Google review
Had the beef rendang roll which was fresh however I feel like 130k for a sandwich, chips and drink was too expensive for the ingredients, service and area. The meal was bad value for money. For context a rendang dish at potato head beach club, a five star hotel/restutant is the same price and is much tastier. I also asked to take it away and asked for tomato sause which they put in a Small platic bag that you would put clothes buttons in. been coming to Bali for 30 years and never seen anything like it. I will say the staff are friendly and attentive. My review is aimed at my percetion of the for poor value for money. Knowing food price points in the jimbaran area that meal should of been 80k max

An excellent place to get some tasty rendang food. We ordered the Beef Rendang Fried Rice, rendang roll and satay. it was really good. The rendang was tender. Staff was friendly. In addition to that, air-conditioner has come. Great!!

Day 2

Southeast side of town
For day 2, we recommend exploring the southeast side side of town. Start the day off with Pandawa Beach, then wind down and take it easy by the time you get to Karma Kandara Private Beach. All together, your day would be filled with about 7 hours of non-stop fun.

Pandawa Beach, located in a limestone area, is known for its white-sand cliffs and statues lining the beach. It's a popular spot for walking, swimming, and paddling with rentable chairs available. Traditionally a fishing village just south of Kuta, Jimbaran offers tranquil pristine waves dotted with colorful boats along its coast. Despite being less developed in terms of tourism, it provides a perfect escape from the touristy Bali areas.
🌴 Pandawa Beach – An Unforgettable Experience! One of the most beautiful beaches in Bali, with soft white sand and clear blue water. The road leading to the beach passes between massive limestone cliffs, giving a dramatic and unique entrance. There are also large stone statues carved into the cliffs — a perfect photo spot! The beach is family-friendly, with sunbeds and umbrellas available for rent, and small local stalls offering snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. 🏄‍♂️ You can enjoy kayaking, swimming, or just relaxing by the shore. 📸 Great place for photos and escaping the crowds. Highly recommend visiting in the morning or during sunset for the best views. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went to Pandawa Beach on a sunny day, the weather was great and the surroundings were quite clean and refreshing. The water was clear with nice waves, and the breeze made it feel cooler. It does get pretty hot though, so don’t forget to bring a hat or use some sun protections 👍
Diory Z — Google review
Tickets fee is 10k rupiah. I think the beach not to full of people like the other famous beach in bali. Beach is nice and clean and wave is not that big. There another attraction here you might to try like paralayang.

If you want to rent cozy chair price is 50k for 2,coconut is 25k. The sand is very smooth. Good place good vibes not too crowded coz its not in high season. Overall very great experience love it❤️
Vinci — Google review
I visited Pandawa Beach at noon and truly enjoyed the experience. The view of the ocean and cliffs is absolutely stunning, and unlike many other beaches in Bali, this place is not too crowded, which makes it perfect for relaxing and taking in the natural beauty. The sand is clean, and the sea water is crystal clear, inviting you to simply walk along the shore and enjoy the calm waves. There’s also a paragliding spot nearby. It’s exciting to see many people flying over the beach with such a breathtaking view from above. I spent my time feeling the sea breeze and taking photos at several famous spots around the area. Overall, Pandawa Beach is a great place for anyone looking for a peaceful seaside escape with amazing scenery.
Luthfil L — Google review
Pandawa Beach is a peaceful gem, perfect for a sunrise or sunset stroll. Well-maintained and easily accessible by road, it offers a relaxing escape from Bali’s busier beaches. Once considered a "secret beach," it still retains a quiet, uncrowded vibe that makes it ideal for those seeking solitude and scenic beauty. There is however an entry fee to the beach. The beach is framed by dramatic cliffs, and carved into them are impressive statues of the Pandavas from the Mahabharata—an iconic highlight that gives the beach its name. Be sure not to miss these as you enter. The shore is lined with a variety of stones, making it a great spot for anyone interested in unique rock or shell collecting. The surrounding landscape is peaceful, making it perfect for a long walk or quiet reflection. If you're driving or riding a scooter, the journey to the beach is just as enjoyable—winding roads with beautiful coastal views. Whether you're looking to start your day with a calm sunrise or end it with a golden sunset, Pandawa Beach is a serene, scenic, and culturally rich destination worth visiting.
Randhir S — Google review
The beach is beautiful and not crowded. Entrance fee local Rp. 8000 and Foreign Rp. 15000. We booked 2 sunbeds with an umbrella, and the price we paid for 3 hours is Rp 100,000. There are a few "Warung" available on this beach serving local foods, etc. Nasi goreng, mee goreng, Bakso. We had our meals, one of the Warung and the foods is delicious, freshly prepared foods. When we arrived, we didn't notice anyone surfing on the beach. We saw many people were on paragliding and kayaking.

If you want a more authentic local vibe, this is your place. Domestic tourists and a glimpse of what Bali might have been years ago. The beach is also white and stunning. Food scene is also more catered go Indonesians and family. Glad I came here. Also, the massage ladies were good, give them some business. They do massages in beach beds.

Green Bowl Beach, located on the southern coast of Bali, is a serene and secluded spot known for its white-sand beach and surrounding cliffs. Accessible via a challenging descent of over 300 stone steps, this hidden gem offers a desert island feel and is popular among adventurous beachgoers, surfers, and those seeking solitude. The name 'Green Bowl' is derived from the green hue of the cliffs and lush vegetation that frames the golden sand.
Beautiful natural beach, way down 350 steps. The problem starts when walking up again. 😆 There’s almost no one at this beach, unfortunately there is a quite aggressive sales lady both at entrance and down at the beach that wouldn’t leave me alone, very forceful and unpleasant. Although it’s very pristine I won’t come back here, there’s no peace with someone trying to sell every 10min. Pay attention to the tides, the beach is only accessible when it’s low tide.
Christina P — Google review
The beach is beautiful, but be prepared for the way down and back up! There are a lot of steps! Watch your belongings as there are monkeys around. I visited during low tide, so make sure to check the tide schedule if you want to swim
Laís Z — Google review
The beach is quite clean. The waves aren't too big, and there are plenty of fish in the coral. However, the beach isn't very wide, and there are many steps to get down. It's a good place to relax.
Gusti M — Google review
Green Bowl Beach is one of Bali’s true hidden gems. The beach sits at the bottom of a steep staircase (quite a workout on the way back up!), but once you reach the bottom, you’re rewarded with a secluded stretch of white sand and unbelievably clear turquoise water. Because of the challenging access, it’s much quieter than most beaches, perfect if you want to escape the crowds. The waves can be a bit strong at times, making it great for more experienced swimmers or surfers, but even just sitting on the sand and taking in the scenery feels incredibly peaceful. You might even spot some friendly monkeys near the entrance. If you don’t mind the stairs, Green Bowl Beach is absolutely worth the effort for a slice of untouched Bali beauty.
Emillia R — Google review
**CHECK TIDE INFO BEFORE YOU VISIT** we found out quite fast this beach is only accessible during low tide for walking on the sand and swimming. We visited during high tide and yet it was still gorgeous, at least from the staircase haha. The wild monkeys will follow you up and down the staircase, but as long as you don't pay much attention to them they will not bother to steal or disturb you. The babies were absolutely adorable. If you don't like being approached by sellers selling their bracelets, I got bad news haha. The sellers that are by the parking area are very persistent, but the ones by the bottom of the staircase were quite friendly and gave us our space when we wanted to enjoy our sight seeing. ALSO very steep decline to get to the beach. No idea how many meters of a drop it is but there are spots along the staircase to sit and take a breath. If you have bad knees or asthma, I do not recommend. Would try to visit again during low tide
Janice H — Google review
If you want to come here, please consider there will be grandmas that force you to buy their bracelets, coconuts, message or litterally everything. I understand that it’s hard for the locals to make the ends meet but they way that these grandmas following us, touching and even mocking us in a way that so rude is insane. One thing i regret was agreeing to buy the coconut to keep them away but turns out they still chasin us. No is a no but these grandmas would never understand that. Apart from that, It was really amazing beach, during the morning and after 3 pm the tides are low, you could see the tidal pools and rocks along the cliff. Be aware during noon the tides could get really strong, Keep your belongings in the rocks. Also, Be prepared for some hike, takes around 20 minutes.
Made R — Google review
Green Bowl is a great little beach. It has a temple in the caves below. The walk down is okay. But the walk back up is hell. Make sure you’re fit & not a fatty. Just saying. Also the monkeys 🙊 at the start are little thieves, so make sure your vehicles are locked and nothing on your bikes. That means the bike compartments, they know how to open them. The afternoon is a better time when the tide goes out. Otherwise there is no place to sit on the sand.
Shane M — Google review
The beach is rough to swim but very refreshing. Noted that there are a lot steps to do before reach it and you will need to stop a few times in the way up. On the bottom of it you will find a very pushy ladies trying to offer you several items (crafts cocunt etc) and they won't let you in peace at all. We stayed for an hour max due to this issue they will also touch you to get your attention. Very annoying. Once you are back on top I recommend you to drink ice cold coconuts from the shops there. Refreshing!

Nestled on the edge of a limestone cliff in Ungasan, Bali's southernmost point, White Rock Beach Club offers a perfect beach club experience. The spacious beds and incredible pool create a great atmosphere for relaxation. The beach is easily accessible and worth visiting, with accommodating staff and good food options. This hidden gem provides well-maintained facilities and a serene atmosphere for relaxation, while also offering vibrant energy. It stands out with its venues suitable for weddings and events.
The perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views Bali has to offer. Good music, friendly service and good food. It's better to book a sunbed in advance. The price for the sunbed is the amount you can spend on food and drinks. They have a really nice menu. On their website you can see the daily program as well. Booked another bed for Sunday, grateful for another day to hang out and enjoy the beautiful life.🙏🏼❤️☀️🌴

I loved the wide open view of the ocean! The water below the beach club was crystal clear and beautifully clean. The music matched the atmosphere perfectly, and both the food and drinks were excellent. All the staff were kind, attentive, and made me feel very welcome. If you visit White Rock Beach Club, I highly recommend booking the Lagoon Bed. It has direct pool access, so you can easily swim and enjoy the view at the same time. I had such a wonderful and relaxing time here, and I’d definitely love to come back again. 🌴✨

We had a great time at White Rock Beach Bar in Uluwatu! The service was absolutely amazing – especially our waiter Willy, but the whole team was super friendly and attentive. We had a lounge with direct pool access, which was just perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day. The drinks were excellent, really well made and refreshing. The only thing that could be improved a bit was the food, which was okay but didn’t quite match the high standard of everything else. The sunset view was simply breathtaking though – the perfect way to end the day. 🌅

An Amazing Experience! The place is absolutely amazing, especially the view — a stunning combination of ocean and mountain right from the pool. It’s a perfect spot for families. The food was excellent across the board. The fish and chips were crispy on the outside, soft and fresh on the inside. The sushi was delicious, and the tacos were just as good. Service was outstanding — definitely a 10/10. Highly recommended!

To sum it up ? It was soo good we had to come twice in the same week! The quality of food and drinks is outstanding The staff is so kind The pool and pool bar has such a romantic vibe even if there’s a lot of people. Infinity pool is always breathtaking but when you have the ocean in front of you it’s something else Just wow!

Had one of our favorite afternoons here! White rock beach club was a beautiful and picturesque venue. There was a beach club area with infinity pools, a restaurant, and a huge DJ stage / dance floor. Venue was clean, staff was super friendly and nice, and food was surprisingly delicious! (I always have low standards for beach clubs as they often focus on the beach / pool / alcohol more than food) We actually meant to just go to the restaurant but they upgraded us to a day bed which was so fab! Willy our server was also a highlight, super sweet, helpful and always made sure we were taken care of (without being overbearing) There was a DJ and electronic music playing but it was fun vibes and more beach chill. Direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches in ulu (melasti) was also cool!

Very cool and clean Beach Club. The direct access to this dream beach is great. Hope they will always keep the beach clean as I I saw (only a few) plastics around. The reservation fee might be considered as high (but cheap compared to France, Italy or Dubai) but you can use it for food, drinks etc. Towels are included. In addition we booked a massage in the Spa. Also a great one for relatively low prices compared to Europe. Food is really nice as well. Great service especially by Willy 💪

A quick quiet relaxing 5 nights great deals to rest and had all our dreams come true. Perth hard working couple that love traveling to cultures abroad. This location and activities were so special we didn’t leave the resort much! The bubble to the beach was epic and the spa/pools and thick wild nature was amazing 🌟 The buffet breakfast was a bit short in options. The tax and service does make it Australia kind of prices. All the staff were SUBERB especially our concierge Leoni 🫶🏼 We look forward to our next visit , hopefully with the ocean view room we requested but learnt it’s only subject to availability when we arrived. See you next year KarmaK

We paid $820 per person for a sunbed and so-called “all you can eat and drink” — what a joke. Service was a complete disaster: • My husband’s main course arrived before the starters. • His starter came 30 minutes after his main, mine came 40 minutes after his main. • My main dish took 1 hour 35 minutes to arrive — at that point I wasn’t even hungry anymore and just ate from my husband’s plate. • All of this on his birthday. Totally ruined the experience. On top of that, several other tables who thought food was unlimited were hit with $700 extra charges on their bills. This place is nothing but a scam hiding behind a nice beach. The only star is for the beach itself. Avoid at all costs.

BEWARE solo travellers / those not staying at a lounge on a beach club / those who catch a grab to the car park and walk down the stairs. (You can go to one of the beach clubs and pay for a lift down/back up) DO NOT leave your stuff unattended anywhere near the bottom of the staircase as I almost lost my phone, wallet & passport in a tug of war with a monkey… Easily avoidable if somebody stays with your stuff or you’re on a lounge at a beach club. Generally just move to the more populated areas, near a lifeguard guard and away from direct access to a forest. I ended up moving of course but found it hard to relax afterward as I was constantly paranoid about leaving my stuff unattended. Beach is absolutely stunning though.

Drinks and food are very expensive here. However, the view, the beach and the scenery is beautiful. There is usually a lift that takes you down to the private beach. If the lift is our of order it is quite a walk to get up and down. Well worth it though. The staff are very friendly here and they provide you with towels, bean bags and lounges.

Amazing beach. Water was clean. Vibes was really relaxing. They said this beach was private. But its not that private because you can simply go to melasti beach and take a 1km walk to this "private" beach.. we see a lot of people do that instead of pay the amount for entering this beach. Food was pricey with just ok qualities. Hate the pizza. Too thick.. Love the coconut. So refreshing. I like to come here in the morning. Not too hot. The wind is also relaxing and the water sound was just so so good. They said if you lucky, you can spot a whale. But im not lucky i guess.

Fine dining restaurant
Nestled within the luxurious Karma Kandara resort, Di Mare Restaurant offers an enchanting open-air dining experience that overlooks a stunning outdoor pool and the breathtaking Indian Ocean. This culinary gem is helmed by Executive Chef Joseph Antonishek, who artfully blends his passion for travel with local Indonesian flavors. Guests are treated to a diverse multi-cuisine menu that showcases the rich heritage of Balinese and Javanese ingredients, making each dish a delightful exploration of taste.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I never recalled giving all top stars to any one establishment, ... until Di Mare. A truly world-class dining experience — Di Mare at Karma Kandara goes above and beyond. My wife and I had the immense pleasure of dining at Di Mare during our honeymoon stay at Karma Kandara, and it turned out to be one of the most unforgettable highlights of our entire trip. Set high on the cliffside, Di Mare offers a stunning blend of luxury, tranquillity, and breathtaking ocean views. The ambience is refined yet relaxed, making it perfect for a romantic evening or a special occasion. The resort’s private beach, accessible via a scenic inclinator ride, adds another layer of exclusivity and natural beauty to the overall experience — but it’s the restaurant itself that truly blew us away. From the moment we were seated, the service was flawless. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. A very special shout-out to Dirta, who looked after us throughout the evening — his kindness, attentiveness, and warm energy truly made us feel celebrated and cared for. He made an already exceptional experience feel even more personal and memorable. The food was absolutely outstanding — every dish was crafted with precision, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour. The burger (standout winner at a culinary challenge), - i could have this one burger and walk away happy. At one other point, we had a question about a particular dish, and to our delight, the chef personally came to our table to explain the inspiration, ingredients, and how it was prepared. That level of interaction and care is something we rarely experience, even in the most high-end restaurants. And then came the moment that completely floored us: we casually asked if it was possible to move to a table with a slightly better view. Not only was our request handled immediately, but to our amazement, the manager had the crew remove all the glass windows around the dining area to give us a fully unobstructed, panoramic view of the ocean and private beach below. That is the kind of service that is simply on another level. The combination of spectacular views, world-class food, heartfelt service, and thoughtful touches made this an evening we’ll never forget. If you’re visiting Bali and want more than just a great meal — if you want an experience that’s luxurious, personal, and completely unforgettable — Di Mare at Karma Kandara is an absolute must.

Five stars for Di Mare @ Karma Kandara—deserved in every way. This was my third visit, and even after 12 years, the charm remains as magical as ever. The service is truly impeccable, with special thanks to Pak Dirta, who made our honeymoon celebration lunch unforgettable. Upon arrival, he welcomed us to a stunning corner table. Noticing I was having trouble capturing a photo due to the tempered glass, he thoughtfully arranged for it to be removed—just so we could enjoy an unobstructed view of the breathtaking beach below. That’s service at its finest. I’ll absolutely return whenever I’m in Bali. Terima kasih, Pak Dirta! ❤️❤️❤️

The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the ambiance of the restaurant is just perfect: vibrant, stylish, yet comfortable. Definitely a place worth visiting, and we will be back for sure

What an Amazing place! We went here for my birthday to warch the sunset and even though they were fully booked, the waiter made everything possible to give us a good table. The food is probably slightly on the expensive side but its totally worth it - 5 star location!

What an amazing place, the views, service and food has been spot on. Our server Trisna was so good and very attentive loved every minute, we celebrated a late 30th and the staff organised a lovely table set up and a birthday cake. The best dinner experience we have had in Bali. Thank you all x

We had dinner at Di Mare two nights ago and ordered the seafood pasta, tuna, and chicken with mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, the food was not clean, especially the tuna, which seemed poorly handled. That same night I already felt bloated, and the next day I experienced severe vomiting. Even after taking stomach medicine, I’ve been unwell for two days straight. This food poisoning ruined the rest of my travel plans — I had no energy to do sports activities and couldn’t enjoy other nice restaurants I had planned. For a restaurant at this price point, the food quality is simply unacceptable. Perhaps this also explains why Di Mare is not very popular in Uluwatu. I would not recommend this place — there are plenty of much better options in the area.

Hard to imagine a more spectacular view accompanying authentic Italian food. All in Bali. The Indian Ocean sparkles on the cliffsides of Uluwatu. The service was was 10/10. All around a perfect dining experience.

The food was fantastic. Especially the main course of pork scallopini and my husband's beef ribs. Finishing with the delicious tiramisu and chocolate cake. Very impressed. 👍🍷😍🖐️😍

Southeast Asian restaurant
Nestled on the cliffs of Bali, Ju-Ma-Na at the Jumana Bali Ungasan Resort is a culinary gem that offers an exquisite dining experience with breathtaking ocean views. This refined French restaurant showcases a delightful array of South-East Asian flavors, making it a perfect spot for romantic dinners or special occasions. The ambiance is enhanced by its Moroccan-inspired design, providing guests with an ideal setting to savor smoky barbecue selections and fresh seafood while soaking in the serene beauty of the Indian Ocean.
Definitely one of the best restaurants for high class refined yet local Indonesian cuisine. Ingredients used are fresh and cooking techniques very impressive. I love how wholesome my meal was. Most outstanding keropok had in my life; We had 2 refills of their hand fried keropok. Service staff were attentive and helped us capture beautiful sunset pictures.

Excellent taste, service, and ambience. The lunch set is of excellent value. Service is great overall. We dine during the pandemic and there was only few guest, yet the service stays 5 star. Excellent service from the moment we entered the resort until the end of the e-mail. Special note to Raju who welcomed us when we entered the resort. The salmon dish brought an unexpected set of flavor with the fish cook perfect. Dessert was fascinating.

Great restaurant with breathtaking views and a slightly strange, but surprisingly working fusion of French and Japanese cuisines. My duck could be better, but overall - very good impression on most fronts: cocktails were good, prices are reasonable, views are amazing, staff are attentive and food is creative. Thanks!

We chose the 4 course set menu with wine pairing, around £250. Completely worth it. One dish more delicious than the next. Outstanding service. Must go if you like french cuisine. Located at the wonderful Banyan Tree hotel in Bali Denpasar

Had a 3-courses dinner over there. Foods are amazing. Waiters are friendly and attentive. Very wonderful experience. If you want to see the sunset, better come before 6 and have some cocktail at the bar.

It's the best fine dining restaurant in Bali. Located on a cliff facing ocean with limitless horizon has definetly made my feast extraordinary. Food was top notch. Perfection in every bites. Staffs are super friendly and well educated. This restaurant is also located inside a luxury resorts, an amazing collection that definetly worth for a stay.

Celebrated our anniversary a few days back in this restaurant. View is super nice especially during sunset time, excellent food and service. A bit overpriced, but it's still worth for the whole dining experience.

I've tried 3 course menu and it was amazing. The place was bit far from the lobby, but don't worry, a buggy service to get to Ju-Ma-Na. A white and classy restaurant and friendly staff. We can choose in door or outdoor. If we come earlier on sunset, it would be perfect. I start with the appetizer king prawn and chakchoucka, a slow cooked king prawn. Tasty and chewy king prawn, continued with strawberry sorbet. The main course is yellow poach chicken, a lightly glaxed chicken breast with truffle cream, pan seared chicken leg, and ended with passion fruit cremeux. It was great experince, having a dinner in a cozy place like this. The chef, oscar also greet me, it was nice! A recommend place to have a dinner or fine dining!

Tropical Temptation Beach Club by iNi Vie Hospitality is a polished beachfront restaurant in Bali that offers an eclectic global menu, a pool, and cocktails. The place provides an amazing experience with delicious food like the 'double trouble pasta' and friendly service. It's recommended to visit in the afternoon for a cozy ambiance and it's also kid-friendly. Booking a lagoon day bed for sunset views is advised as it offers one of the best sunset experiences in Bali.
Great place, we ended up here by accident watching the sea. The club has a nice atmosphere, the service is friendly and helpful (greetings Agus!). The drinks were tasty, the salad is nice, there is a comfortable bathroom to take a shower after sunbathing. A nice place to spend a few hours in the sun by the pool. At the entrance you give away drinks and towels to deposit but towels can be rented in club for 50 thousand.

Went there for an event, visiting from U.S for a carnival experience by Ethan. Place exquisitely designed and architectural bamboo structures into buildings.Toilets wierdly designed, for male and female use. Design of pools and beach front is marvelous. Bars nicely designed and well stocked. Bar service by tge young kids, not very attentive and understanding to your request of orders.Very unprofessional service. Food is ok,but needs more flavored taste, For i stance for the event we sat a place near tge bar.And the server came to us rudely, you can't sit here.Go over there and sit,yet we was buying food and drinks from same establishment.Same money. It was rude and embarrassing by the Tropical Temptation employees. Lighting very poor..Music ,was not a favored choice. All and all,not going there again on visit to Bali.Undwrstand rules, but we foreigners and tourists. BE KIND..

I spent the whole day at Tropical Temptation and absolutely loved it! The place is stunning — amazing ocean views, great music all day, and such a fun, vibrant vibe. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the food and cocktails were delicious (definitely try the sushi and signature drinks!). It’s the perfect spot to relax, swim, dance, and enjoy the Bali energy. I’d 100% come back one of the best beach clubs I’ve been to!

I went last week for a day (from 2pm to 7.30pm) at Tropical Temptation (got a great deal off Klook). We are in our 50's and we had a great time. We liked the music, LOVED the food, it was so tasty! We were not expecting such high quality food, and also amazing cocktails. We got a large day bed which included towels and as part of our Klook deal we got a credit to spend on food & drink. So we thought it was incredibly great value for money. Right on the beach, you can hear and see the waves from where we were, we selected a slightly shaded spot as it was a super hot day, enjoyed the sunset and there was a woman who played the electric violin that was a very memorable experience for us. We even got a complimentary cocktail at one point, friendly, accommodating staff, nice toilets and access to the beach. We booked with Klook but it was valid from the next day, a quick WhatsApp to Tropical Temptation and we had booked for the same day - great service. We did spend over the food & drink credit but still felt it was good value for the amount of drinks and food we had with a day bed, pool & beach access. Things to note: We took Gojek comfort rides down - there is a booth on the entrance road where we had to pay a local fee to get down to the beach where Tropical Temptation is - which was 18,000 IDR each, so have some cash ready for that! Also when we left Gojek were not allowed to come pick us up at the Beach Club, so we had to pay 20k each for a local to take us back up the hill. There were plenty of Gojek rides waiting there. You can't take in any food or drink with you (not even your water bottle) so make sure you leave all that behind.

Spending time at the Tropical Temptation. Good vibes, DJ playing awesome mixes and excellent service from Agus and team. Plenty of food options and drinks!!! The party definitely happening here all day and night. Worth the trip and experience. Very generous portions for food and drinks they won’t disappoint. The crew are super friendly and encourage a fun atmosphere.

Between 10am-1pm there is no minimum spend on day beds (just walk in) - for us, who prefer a more chilled vibe this was perfect. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the setting is perfect 😍 toilets and showers were clean too which is always a bonus. Towel rental was 50k per towel and you need to rent as cannot take own towel in.

We stayed there from 10am until 9pm and celebrated our friend’s birthday at night. It was really worth it. We really love the vibe and the staffs are accommodating. The rates are reasonable enough for a minimum spend required. Although we came here during weekdays, what more if you come on weekends! 😉
