Restaurant
Located in Gilbert, Arizona, Joe's Farm Grill is a fast-food-style eatery offering classic American dishes in a sleek space situated on a working farm. The restaurant prides itself on serving comfort food prepared exceptionally well, with the majority of its ingredients locally sourced from The Farm at Agritopia. From pulled pork sandwiches to salads with grilled Portobello mushrooms, the menu features produce and herbs harvested from the farm and meats from locally raised animals.
This is a great family spot, and we saw many other families with the same idea. We appreciated the kids menu options for our little one. The location is refreshingly lush, with grapevine lining the walkway to the entrance and orchard trees around the building. The menu is full of American comfort food with some emphasis on southwestern flavors. They make a nice burger with good ingredients and a variety of fun combinations. The fritters are delicious! Looking forward to trying more from the menu next time.

Interesting setup for breakfast. A ton of seating but you go up to order and then they will bring you the food once its ready. They will also clean the tables afterward. Had the breakfast tacos, eggs, roasted potatoes, eggs sunny-side up, French toast sticks, and pancakes among the group. Overall everyone enjoyed their food and would love to come back again

I discovered this place about one year ago. Great food. Cool atmosphere. Great service. Long line at times, but very worth it. Nice outdoor areas to sit and eat. My favorite is their ribs. $24.00 for a full rack. Other places charge that for only a half rack. Fall off the bones perfection. My only complaint: the last time I got ribs they were not very good. I don’t know why. But hey, no place is perfect. Things happen. Their cheesecakes are fantastic. Oh, if you go there on your birthday….$15.00 of your bill. How’s that for a birthday gift? Awesome.

You really got a lot of food for the price! Huge hamburgers! Made to order cookies! Yummy milkshakes! I like this farm area it has a winery and some shops. Washrooms are in a separate building outside. Lots of outside tables with misters on. The only thing I didn't care so much for was the drinks. Here it's an organic farm, why don't they carry more natural drinks or drinks with sugar instead of HFCS their is a homemade lemonade and non sweeten tea, but that was it. Coke and Pepsi- yuk. Then they have you wait in line to place your order. Servers bring your food out, servers keep asking if you want refills, why not make it where you can order at the tables?

Joe's Farm Grill had been our our want to go list for quite a while. Last night we finally had the opportunity to go 20 minutes before they closed. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Noreena. She was super happy & excited to share her passion for the resturant & their food. It was a nice surprise to encounter someone so happy and passionate about their company, the food, and their sustainability efforts, especially at the end of a long day. She took the time to tell us her favorite foods & why. She guided us to delicious dinner options that we throughly enjoyed. We really appreciated her efforts and passion. While the food was delicious, we look forward to coming back for Noreena's captivating personality. Thank you for fun a evening!

Always a favorite breakfast spot especially for entertaining visitors. Great for large groups and when weather is beautiful. Lines go fairly quickly, but recommend going before 10a to avoid traffic. Lots of places to take family pics too. Highly recommend adding this to your breakfast places.

This place had a cool vibe. I had Joe's Big Breakfast and for the most part it was good. I wasn't crazy at all about the coffee cake. It was dry and lacked the coffee cake taste. I should've went with toast. Also you had to stand in line too order your food which was a bit different than normal. However the line moved at a good pace and once you ordered the food came out pretty quick. A+ on that. The staff was very friendly and tentative. Asked if you needed anything and refilled my beverage fairly quickly. They did forget the extra bacon I ordered but I got full off the food I did order. Good job y'all..

Glad I found this spot! The line to order the food was well worth the wait, and the food came out fast. Corn fritters get 👍🏼👍🏼 from me. Sonoran dog with a side of garlic fries was awesome. Fresh lemonade with strawberry added was also delicious. Then to top it off, a peach-mango milkshake that I will definitely order again. Lots of attentive staff deserve praise too.

Cosmo Dog Park

Park
Nestled in the heart of Gilbert, Cosmo Dog Park is a delightful retreat for dog lovers and their furry companions. Spanning 2.5 acres, this unique park offers designated off-leash areas where dogs can frolic freely, making it an ideal spot for socializing and playdates. With separate sections for large and small breeds, every pup can enjoy their time without any worries.
One dog run area is open during construction. The beach is closed, the lake drained. There is still green grass and shade 6pm and later in sweltering June. If you have a dog that likes rolling in cool grass, then there is still something to be had here. June, 2025
Matt M — Google review
Would’ve given it five stars, but I’m not sure about the water quality in the pond. It’s reclaimed water, and is a very weird color. But it was a hot day, and my dog didn’t care. Luckily after we finished, and lady told us there was a fresh water rinsing spot for my dog. I was grateful for it. Be prepared to get some degree of wet yourself if you go in the pond area. Dogs are romping around, playing, and shaking off water, and some will get on you. That’s not entirely bad in a hot day. There is a large area next to the pond area that has a couple obstacles for the dogs too.
Borealis B — Google review
What an amazing dog park! All enclosed but separated big and small areas, hangout area, and swimming area! Overall the best place in the area to take your dog! Only wish it had more parking.
Jason C — Google review
Most of the part was blocked off by fences. Only the large and small areas were open. Nothing was open around the beach area. Area is well maintained, and it looked like most people poop scoop.

First timers with our 7 month old English Lab..what fun she had..first time in the water!! They just refurbished the lake, very clean. Just an AWSOME Park!!!

Love this park has plenty of different options depending on the day and what the other dogs are feeling lots of friendly people free dog bags and pooper scoopers a small dog area and multiple big dog areas including a fenced in beach park with a lake that lets your dog walk in the water making this very comfortable for any dog that has not been swimming before giving them the opportunity to walk right into the water they have a spot where dogs can long jump into the water off the side unfortunately it was still closed for some reason when is went a few days ago I’m hoping it will be open soon but to be honest it didn’t stop my too boys They made there way regardless of the gate being locked great facility…

After being referred here by some new friends I made at another dog park, I brought my girl here last weekend to play in the water and WOW. What a beautiful little water park it is! My girl loves playing in water but has never gotten to actually swim before and she had the time of her life. There's a big sandy area that leads right up into the water and gets deeper the further you go so it's literally like a small beach for dogs.. how cool is that?! I've never seen anything like it before! The water looks clean and it's surrounded by several large grassy areas for them to run around in, as well as several rinse off areas where you can hose your dog down to get all the sand & dirt off them. I'd recommend bringing a couple towels too! The whole park looks very clean and well-kept and overall I was very impressed! It's an awesome place to bring your dog for exercise and socializing and I definitely recommend checking it out, especially if your fur baby enjoys water activities. My ONLY complaint is the grassy areas need more seating and either more trees or a ramada for shade, because one grassy area only had a few benches and small trees and the rest has none. Other than that, the Cosmo Dog Park gets a thumbs up from me! We'll be back again very soon!

I’m from Wisconsin. I lived in Gilbert Arizona for a few years and then returned to Wisconsin. I’m on vacation and took my dog to Cosmo dog park this morning. I was so excited because Gilbert is such a classy community that I had high expectations for this dog park. I understand that construction is being done, but that’s not the issue. I was really disgusted by how much dog poop was at this park. Every 2 feet there was another mound of dog poop that I tried to avoid stepping in. People don’t seem to pay attention to their dogs at this park. My dog did not seem to enjoy the park either. It felt very dirty and unkept. I will not be returning with my dog. I will find a cleaner and better maintained dog park to visit. I do not recommend.

Event venue
Topgolf in Gilbert is a sprawling entertainment venue that offers a unique and fun experience for friends and family. It features a high-tech driving range where you can swing microchipped golf balls at massive targets, adding an element of competition to the game. The posh lounge provides a great atmosphere to enjoy drinks and games, making it more than just your average driving range.
Topgolf is an incredible destination for anyone looking to combine fun, food, and a touch of competition! I recently visited with a group of friends, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it an excellent spot for people of all skill levels—from beginners to seasoned golfers. The setup is very user-friendly, with climate-controlled bays and high-tech equipment that tracks your shots and scores automatically. This takes the pressure off and allows everyone to focus on having a good time. The variety of games available ensures there’s something for everyone, whether you’re aiming for high scores or just hitting for fun. What really stood out to me was the excellent service. Our host was attentive, friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were also top-notch. The menu offers a wide selection of delicious options, from shareable appetizers to hearty mains, and the cocktails were expertly crafted. Overall, Topgolf is much more than a driving range—it’s a full entertainment experience. Whether you’re planning a casual hangout, a family outing, or even a team-building event, it’s the perfect place to unwind and have a blast. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

My family and I went for an outing this evening and we had so much fun here! We come here all of the time but I feel compelled to leave a review because Taylor B. really made our experience great! She was so friendly and fun to talk to. She provided really good customer service and was so attentive. She was efficient in helping us and everyone around us too. What a hard worker and nice person! Thanks for making our night. Also, shoutout to Keith (?). He was also really fun and interacted with us!! It seems like a great and supportive environment at this place! Essentially, we were beyond happy with our experience tonight and we want more people who work like Taylor!

We enjoyed our time playing the golf games.... BUT the restroom was a disaster. I read once where you could judge a restaurant by the condition of the restrooms. Glad we didn't eat there! Mens restrooms main floor. Friday March 21st 940 pm.

It is always a lot of fun going to TG with the team. People who are not golfer or goto TG often takes few shots and tries to hit the golf all with a club. The food was decent and the temperature was not too high the day we visited TG. I have been to this place many times, once a year for most part.

Great place to visit and hit some balls. It was a lot of fun! Food was great and the service was quick. The issues are that the golf clubs provided are old and the handles are deteriorating. And the fans were going but no most. It was very hot outside. Overall it was a great fun time.

Its Always a blast. Wattress was amazing and attentive and the food was fantastic. And I scored 707, so I really loved it even more. Top 5, no big deal. Anyways. Love the place and family did too!

I’m a frequent customer at Topgolf, visiting the location about 5 to 6 times a month. However, yesterday was one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had there. While sitting at the bar, the bartender never approached to ask if I needed anything. After trying multiple times to get his attention, I finally ordered a beer and then asked for a glass of water. He didn’t say anything, just walked away, started greeting and chatting with his coworkers, and completely ignored my request. After realizing he wasn’t going to bring the water, I decided to leave. It was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience to be ignored like that by a bartender.

Food was great, had a party here for 50+ and we all golfd it was a blast. What a great time and great idea for party's and events! P S. If you are looking for a fun evening, after sometime there I realized this concept is similar to bowling, you each take turns and many of the golf games are tied into video games. We played Golf Sonic Hedgehog, Angry Birds. I can't say it anymore, this was a fun great experience. I never do things like this, what a great first impression. P.s.s. the upstairs bar makes absolutely amazing cocktails! I had an Espresso Martini, it was 100%!

Shopping mall
SanTan Village Marketplace, located in Gilbert off Greenfield and William's Field, is a vibrant open-air shopping destination that offers an experience reminiscent of the Chandler mall. With popular retailers like the Apple Store, a spacious Barnes & Noble, H&M, and Dillards alongside delightful dining options and entertainment venues such as Build-a-Bear and Harkins Theatres, it’s perfect for family outings or romantic dates any time of year.
If you are new to the area and have not been to the Santana Village outdoor walking mall, you are missing out. There are a lot of stores to walk to and thank goodness in the Arizona heat, they are all air conditioned. There are some nice steakhouses and sushi restaurants and barbecue and pizza restaurants. So you can go and grab a drink and any type of food you want. There is an outdoor patio store and a Dick's sporting goods store, as well as Bath and Body, Victoria's Secret and an Apple store and book store. Love this mall! Make a day of it and have breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as get your hair done, drop off your clothes to be tailored and have your nails done too. Nearby to drive to is an At Home, Shake Shack a Flower Child restaurant and Red Mountain Weight Loss after eating all day. Lots of other chains to choose from across the street from the outdoor walking mall. Enjoy!

Hale Centre Theatre in Gilbert, Arizona is a beloved destination for live entertainment, offering family-friendly shows year-round. The 350-seat theater-in-the-round provides an intimate setting with impeccable acoustics, ensuring every seat offers a perfect view. Renowned for captivating performances and state-of-the-art facilities, it has become a favorite place to see play productions. Established in 2003 as part of the longest-running American theater company, this privately owned theater continues to be a staple in the community.
Love the Hale Theater. The theater us so intimate and produces some great choices of productions. My husband and I just saw The Scarlet Pimpernel and it did not disappoint. It always amazes me how they manage such a professional musical with dancing and great voices in such a small space. We have been patrons for years and look forward to many more!

We came to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at Hale Theatre and were absolutely blown away by the entire production. The quality of the set, costumes, and performances was top-notch, truly impressive from start to finish. My daughter is currently in musical theatre herself, and watching this show only fueled her passion even more. She said it’s her dream to one day perform on a stage like that and be surrounded by actors as talented as the ones we saw. She’s already begging to come back and see it again! We’ll definitely be back for future shows. Thank you, Hale, for such a magical experience!

We went there to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. It's a relatively small floor, surrounded by the audience. We got there and there were no stage props in sight. I was wondering how they were going to pull this off. I was pleasantly surprised. They had plenty of props and they wheeled them out as needed. They did a fantastic job. I'll def be returning here to see more plays in the future. Big free parking lot across the street.

My first visit to Hale Centre Theatre for "Singing in the Rain." My husband booked seats for my girlfriend and I and at first I thought we were in the rafters! Not the case! It is a wonderful venue with a center stage that provides a total experience, good views and easy access to seats. The show was the best I've ever seen! The singing and dancing, yes, amazing tap dancing, made my heart soar, remembering the fabulous musicals of long ago. The cast was superb! Their talent was far beyond what I've seen in a local theater. Loved it!

This was a really good spot to see a concert. It was really nice how it was kind of seated in the round. Not totally round but more of a U-shaped with them in the middle. Every seat was extremely close cuz it's not a very big place. The show we watched was actually next door to the main theater. It was very good but the only reason I would take one star away is that it was very hot in the theater. Being as hot summer in Arizona they could have had it a little bit cooler. But I was sweating quite a bit most of the time. Uncomfortably hot. Also you need to be sure and bring your own water in. When the band took a break there was a woman came out with a little cart and was selling candies and water. But when we first got there there was no one out selling anything and I ended up having to go back out to the car and get some water that we had there because it was so hot we were dying of thirst

We saw our first play there, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and WOW! What an impressive show. The set, performers, music, all of it was fantastic. Charlie was kind enough to take photos with fans at the end. The was quite the performance and we look forward to many more. The venue is quaint and there is not a bad seat in the house. There are light and sugary concessions; nobody fussed about us bringing our own snacks. Such a fun place.

I just saw Anastasia. It was SO GOOD. Brought tears to my eyes at the end. The actors were so talented, especially with their singing!! The usher was friendly and helped us find our seats. This was my 3rd time at Hale Theatre— it’s such a fun experience.

My daughter took me to see Anastasia, it was such a beautiful presentation! We loved it! The actors, singers, dancers, sets, costumes and lighting were spot on. I've never experienced such a wonderful venue to be able to see the actors and singers so up close. Such a beautiful experience. I can't wait to attend another performance by such talented cast.

Postino East is a bright and airy restaurant in Gilbert, offering light Italian fare and an extensive selection of wines by the glass. Since its opening in 2012, it has become a popular spot, known for its elegant bruschetta with various toppings like prosciutto, fig and mascarpone. The restaurant offers a classy yet comfortable dining experience, pairing expertly selected wines with shareable food items.
Our first time here was fantastic! Our server was incredibly nice, and the hostess happily accommodated our request to sit outside, which was lovely. The "board" we ordered was really tasty, and the whole ambiance was great. We'll definitely be visiting again. Thank you!

Love love love Postinos! The Gilbert location by far has the best patio and vibe, with the newest location in Peoria has the most artfully and fabulous decor, in my opinion! We love all the Postinos, from food to team servers, cocktails and happy hour! Perfect lunch or dinner space, or mid afternoon “let’s take a break!” place! Sydney was our primary server and she was pure joy! She was thorough and efficient and made my bday the best! When she was going off duty she made an effort to say goodnight and asked if she could hug me! She is like your favorite daughter showing up to make your day even more special❤️ Ask for her if you pop in to the Gilbert location! Wine and bruschetta board $25 and the olives are amazing! Meatball starters with a sauce the rivals an Italian Nonna! Did I say- we Love Postinos?!! Go❤️❤️❤️

This place has been a to go spot for us for years. Their great selection of beer and wine paired with great food makes this place all over the valley a must visit. My only gripe lately is that their meet and cheese boards are more fillers than actual meet and cheese. I wish they would give an option to add more cold cuts and cheese options. They can charge for it, but at least I would get what I want.

First time ordering here. The food and descriptions looked amazing online. I had it delivered from Uber eats, it only took about 10 minutes to get here but my food was not at all what I thought it would be. Tomato soup very runny and tasted more like it was watered down with tiny flavor. Sweet potato fries not so good at all either.. Very greasy, no seasoning of the sesame seed but maybe a toss of 3 tiny little chive sprinkles.. and the dip was even worse, even after I warmed it up still packed with layers of grease.. Side Romano salad with my panini was probably the only item that was decent. Maybe my order would of been better eating inhouse :), but again it only took 10 minutes for delivery to get here ... IDK, Just Very disappointed, I was really looking forward to trying a New Place :(:(

On July 4th, 2025, I reserved a table at Postino East to celebrate my daughter’s 14th birthday. Our party included myself, my daughter, and three of her friends. We arrived five minutes before our reservation time and were seated immediately. The food arrived quickly, was delicious, and the pricing was reasonable—$200 for a birthday meal for five people felt fair. However, the service left much to be desired. 1. Hostess: The hostess who greeted us did not smile or offer a warm welcome, despite us arriving in good spirits for our first visit. She asked my name, removed the “reserved” sign from the table directly behind the hostess stand, and walked away without a word or a smile. 2. Table setting: Although I reserved a table for five and noted that it was for my daughter’s 14th birthday, the table was set for only four. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing. 3. Service: Our server, Ethan, introduced himself and took our drink orders: three prickly pear lemonades, one Sprite, and one iced tea, along with five waters. While the drinks and food arrived promptly, no one noticed that we were missing a set of utensils, so I had to ask another server for the fifth set. Ethan did not check on us at all during the meal. Our drinks were empty halfway through our meal and remained that way until the end of the meal. When Ethan finally returned to ask if we wanted dessert, I requested refills for the kids, and the check. Other than taking our order and payment, there was no interaction or follow-up from Ethan. He did walk by a few times to other tables. Was Ethan rude? He was not. He was simply indifferent to us being there. Despite the lackluster service, I still left a 20% tip, out of respect for servers who often rely on tips—though in this case, it was not earned through attentive service from anyone - least of all Ethan and the hostess. As we left, the hostess remained as silent as she had been when we arrived. I said “thank you” and wished her a good day, because good manners cost nothing. Kindess and a smile are free. Unfortunately, I gave far more courtesy than we received from the staff at Postino East. It’s disappointing that what should have been a special first visit to celebrate my daughter’s birthday was marred by inattentive and indifferent service. We received better treatment at Topo across the street when we stopped there for ice cream—just a smile and a greeting made a difference. Postino East can and should do better. Had a wonderful girls night here tonight! Madelyn was super helpful and had a great attitude. She brought everything to us super quick and recommended the meatballs which are for sureee my new favorite menu item. Seriously get the meatballs.. you’ll be mad if you don’t.

Postino has the best bruschetta boards around, with both sweet and savory options that are seriously delicious. They’re doing a fun Battle of the Bruschetta right now, where you try new flavors and vote for your favorite. I’m excited to keep trying the new combos in the next battles.

Coffee shop
Nestled in the heart of Agritopia, The Coffee Shop is a charming and airy cafe housed in a renovated maintenance garage. Boasting a rustic-boho vibe and a rose-filled terrace, this spot offers garden seating where visitors can savor their coffee drinks, sandwiches, and delectable treats like cupcakes, whoopies, scones, muffins, pies, and cake.
Very busy all the time. This is because the food and environment is unbeatable. Starting with a GLUTEN FREE pumpkin chocolate chip scone just the right amount of sweetness. Moving on to the breakfast burritos, I got the Parker with chicken and mushroom spectacular, we also got the supreme which is DELICIOUS.

This little joint seems to be especially busy throughout the morning regardless of the day. Hard to find parking, I can’t even imagine a Sunday morning. We came in on a Tuesday at 945am assuming that not many people would be there and still waited for about 15/20 minutes to get a spot. Not a big deal, just surprising. Definitely very popular but overall pretty mid. I wouldn’t say that this is a sitdown restaurant and more of a courtyard where you can wait in another line to order and then go sit to eat. If you order coffee, you stand and wait for them to call your name like a typical coffee shop, and if you order food, you get a number that you put at your table and it is brought to you. There was a lot of different types of options for breakfast foods, but overall just sandwiches, burritos, and omelettes/granola.. 2-3 vegan options as well with tofu. Many students were doing homework on the inside while people that were eating were outside where it was very sunny. I got a cookie butter chai, and my friend got a pumpkin chai, which we’re both pretty good but definitely sweet and had the powder chunks still at the bottom. I ordered the Indio panini which was pretty typical: egg, cheese, onion, and avocado.. definitely needed some type of sauce, but it’s not like there are waiters that you can ask for some unless you want to wait in line again to ask. It came with a side of greens that kinda just tasted wet and a little bit sweet, I noticed that a lot of people around me also were not eating theirs, just felt like a waste. My friend got the waffle and said the fruit tasted fresh, but that it was hard to mess up a waffle. Overall, I probably wouldn’t go again just because of how busy and chaotic it is, lots of families and kids running around/screaming etc., but definitely seems like a spot to be for college students.

It was ok. Coffee was amazing, food pretty good, just so crowded. You have to be OK with a long line and kids running around everywhere and birds out on the patio eating scraps off plates people left behind... it was OK, probably won't go back.

Loved the matcha the chai was too sweet for me. And the pastries were delicious as well. Tried there fall menus coffee and it was great . The person who took my order was very considerate as she helped the barista to pronounce my name, which coffee places usually skip as it's hard to pronounce.

I NEVER leave reviews but my experience today was unfriendly & not welcoming. I ordered lunch for pickup, & long story short when I walk in to order I wasn’t greeted, acknowledged or assisted where to pick up my order. No worries it gets busy but fortunately I’m the only person in line. I wait patiently for about 10 min before someone even says “welcome in” or even offers me anything to try on the menu as they don’t know I’m picking up. Finally I get the acknowledgment to order. Instead of a “Hi how are you” I get a “what can I get you” This may seem small and tedious from a communication perspective but to someone who’s unfamiliar with your location or even your menu/ pickup service this pushed me away from business here. On top of all that my sandwiches & chips incorrect. You have MULTIPLE flies in your desert display. Best wishes

This pumpin’ spot in Agritopia is giving Aliso Viejo, CA vibes in the most positive way. Everyone’s in activewear, a bike group is eating breaky together, and other clusters of happy community members are meeting over some thoughtful, clean food. The cashier was attentive and caring, giving us more time to comb through the menu without rushing us. However, she got my sandwich order wrong. I had kindly asked for the tuna panini instead of the tuna sandwich. The wonderful waitress took my plate back to the kitchen and panini-pressed the sandwich—lettuce and all. It didn’t taste great, but I appreciated the gesture. The rest of my table enjoyed their food, and I was very happy with my Scotch Kiss Latte. I could taste all the flavors—Monin Butterscotch Syrup, Torani White Chocolate Sauce, espresso, and milk. It’s definitely a repeat menu item for me from now on!

Chick-fil-A is a beloved fast-food chain renowned for its delicious chicken sandwiches and nuggets, complemented by a variety of salads and sides. Customers often rave about the exceptional service they receive, with staff members greeting them warmly and ensuring their dining experience is top-notch. One visitor shared how they felt like royalty when their request for extra pickles was promptly fulfilled, along with an abundance of Chick-fil-A sauce at no extra charge.
I had a fantastic experience at the drive-through today thanks to Brandon! It was 106° outside, yet he walked up to my car with a big smile and genuine eagerness to serve. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. As a small business owner, I truly appreciate seeing young men like Brandon working hard and setting such a great example. Chick-fil-A clearly has a winner on their team. Thank you, Brandon, for going above and beyond!

Skip this one and go to one that really knows how to do their food, right Not sure if they're under new management or what the problem is but they obviously cooked 400 or 500 nuggets in advance of their lunch rush came in at 1:30. Got cold nuggets asked to have them made fresh got more cold nuggets thanks management your idea of staying on top of things and making the drive-through move quicker is only suffering your quality and disappointing your customers !

I went a few days ago. The service was amazing! Went through the drive through and there were so many smiles and friendly faces. The food was nothing different than the usual which is really good. The service just made me smile.

First off, let me start by saying they don't skimp on the sauce My wife and I have not had breakfast at this location yet we've had a chicken sandwich and chicken strips and nine times out of 10. You've had a good experience they don't tend to serve stale old chicken 🍗 like other locations do this is definitely one of the better locations In Gilbert
Barry W — Google review
Our chicken was nearly room temperature and stale tasting. Not what I would expect from Chick-fil-A typically. Parking is ridiculous at this location. It's very tight and even being very experienced driving a full size truck, it was a challenge to park because the lanes are too narrow. Also, the car pick up signs are not very prominent and more than half of them are taken up by dine in guests. I've been to this location twice and both times was a poor experience. Chick-fil-A is great but I'll be avoiding this location.
Brandon R — Google review
I was able to order breakfast on the app. After driving to the location and waiting inline behind a couple cars it was 6 minutes past breakfast. They claimed they didn't have anything left to make it, and wanted us to order lunch. The truth is they put it all away to prepare for lunch in 6 minutes, and wouldn't pull what they needed back out.The policy is you have to be checked in the line by 1030, but they don't have the app set up to stop excepting breakfast order 15 minutes before it ends, like most places. If I wanted lunch I would of ordered it, If I knew I couldn't get breakfast I wouldn't have wasted my time driving there. I would of just gone home and made my own breakfast, which what I ended up doing.

Nestled within the vibrant Barnone complex in Gilbert, Fire & Brimstone Pizza Restaurant is a must-visit for pizza lovers. This charming eatery specializes in wood-fired pizzas crafted from locally sourced ingredients, ensuring each bite bursts with flavor. The menu features an array of imaginative toppings, including prosciutto and fig, as well as house-made sausages that elevate the traditional pizza experience.
Beautiful spot for outdoor dining. Misters and fans keep it cool even when it's 90+ out. We tried the prosciutto and fig and buffalo chicken pizzas. Both were tasty and the weed and savory offset made for a great variety to share. The crust is light and airy and has that perfect amount of char from the fire oven. All the ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. We look forward to trying some other varieties next time. The chips and salsa was also surprisingly good. Mild and flavorful green salsa and crispy chips.

Another great place for family and friends. Tonight's experience was a great oneoutside seating on a warm night with the water mist cooling things down outside felt so comfortable, classy. Brick oven pizza 🍕 😋 delivered great taste but my choice tonight was the meatloaf and potatoes 🥔. Outstanding job to the cook. We will definitely be back here for sure. Also brew made beer set the night off very well 👌

The pizza was pretty tasty. The only drawback was that it was so busy it took an hour to get it. The bar co-located kept us company while we waited for the food. Great vibe here!

Great wood fired pizza place with counter service delivered to your seat. It is located in an interesting complex of shops restaurants and brewery. Seating is very small but you can get your pizza delivered to the brewery just across the hall or other areas of the complex. I was there in June when the temp outside was 110 but the outdoor area would be great in the spring fall and winter when the temperature was better.

First time, and was pleasantly surprised! The pizza was really unique and good, although I'm not of a simple pizza fan, I truly enjoyed their wild selection! My unique favorite was by far the pickle cheese pizza, it was something special. Will definitely return as the crust was thin and crispy and the atmosphere is truly enjoyable. You can bring your own booze, it order from the bar, it's up to you!

Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch is a sprawling natural area featuring seven ponds, hiking trails, and an observatory. The park is home to diverse wildlife including ducks, waterfowl, fish, and desert cottontail rabbits. Visitors can enjoy scenic views of the lake from a floating boardwalk and explore the park's flora and ponds through interconnected walking trails.
What an incredible oasis in the middle of a largely desert region! The shady trees and water bodies make it a great hiking area even during the summer. Short easy hikes and you can make them into longer trails according to the route you plan out. We went during peak summer so some of the ponds were dry, but still there’s a lot of water birds and other wildlife for bird watchers and nature lovers. We happened to go on a cloudy day and really enjoyed the place. There are benches to sit on and contemplate the view. All for free!

Me and my kids we love this place. We discovered it and will always make this a place to go back to for years to come! It is absolutely beautiful. I’ve seen so much wild wildlife here so many beautiful families here just enjoying the nature and just being with Family and friends and taking family pictures and having picnics and trail hiking I just loved the vibe the feeling the experience was everything. I’m so happy I discovered this place.♥️

I came to visit during the weekday mid afternoon. There were several people, dogs bikers but you are able to have the space you need without feeling crowed. The Riparian Preserve offers different trails that are paved and non-paved so it can be enjoyed by everyone. Great location for professional or non-professional photos, spending time alone, spending time with people, and/or enjoying the beauty of it all. The trails are all labeled with orange signs or you can find small maps. They offer educational signage about wildlife, plants and the solar system. The preserve is well taken care of and has plenty of areas to be explored.
Moncerrath N — Google review
This is a really great spot for walking, running, and walking the dog, especially in the summer since there is lots of shade. The scenery and wildlife is spectacular: birds, squirrels, bunnies, etc. There is a mix between paved trails and dirt trails, so can be a good spot for those who have mobility issues. Lots of ponds/lakes for fishing. There are a few restrooms around the perimeter. The preserve connects to several trails that can take you to other great parks in Gilbert. Parking can be difficult as the lot is very small.
Jordan S — Google review
Great park for walking. Unfortunately a lot of the ponds are currently dry. The paths are well maintained and clean. There are a few homeless that made me a bit uncomfortable but generally I felt safe. There are so many ducks and birds it is amazing. The community around the park is very nice. I go here to walk or run the trails and very much enjoy it.
Katie K — Google review
Large nature preserve Park in Gilbert. Native vegetation and also non-native ones grace the Park. Cotton tails rabbits sightings delights visitors throughout the Park. Several ponds, some dry, are scattered through the parks perimeter along with expansive pic-nic areas situated by the ponds or on tree enclosed coves (which require Pryor reservation). It takes at least a couple of hours to explore the Park's entire vast acreage. It is definitely an enjoyable, free and refreshing way to commune with mother nature on a weekend (very busy) or a weekday, if possible.

Fat Cats Gilbert did a wonderful job hosting my son and his friends for his 12th birthday. The hostess was so helpful and interacted well with all the kids. Food was great and the lanes worked well! We will use fat cats gilbert again for our parties!

We loved Fat Cats! Not a ton of games, but the ones they have are actually good — not outdated like most gaming spots. The kids had a blast with mini golf, and we’re already planning to come back to try bowling and maybe catch a movie next time. The happy hour was a nice bonus for us parents, and they pour a great margarita! My only small gripe — one of the non-alcoholic drinks was almost $6, which is more than some adult beverages. Other than that, the place was awesome — clean, fun, and something for everyone. Definitely recommend!

Fat Cats Gilbert totally exceeded my expectations! We came in for a casual night out and ended up staying for hours. The bowling lanes were super clean and had a cool, modern feel. After that, we hit the arcade—which had a great mix of games for all ages—and then ended the night with a movie in their recliner seats (SO comfy). The staff was awesome and made everything easy, from check-in to food service. It’s rare to find a place that has great activities, good food, and solid customer service all in one. Definitely coming back soon!

Freestone District Park, located in Gilbert, Arizona, spans 88 acres and offers a wide range of recreational activities for visitors of all ages. The park features a stocked lake for fishing, lit sports fields including softball, basketball, tennis courts, and sand volleyball courts with water timers to keep the sand cool. Additionally, there's a dedicated skate park area for skateboarding and in-line roller skating. The park also houses the Freestone Recreation Center which hosts various programs and classes for the community.
So much to do at this park. Soccer field, basketball courts, a little lake to fish in, the water is reclaimed water to I catch and release. It has a skateboard park too! Lots of trees and places to have a birthday party there! They also have little rides for the kiddos and you can ride the little train for a small fee. We had fun feeding the ducks!

This is a gorgeous park with local fishing available; tons of birds and wildlife, the grounds are very clean and it’s just a nice atmosphere to be in :) my only complaint is that the attractions were not staffed well, we got tickets for the train but waited through 2-3 scheduled ride times because there wasn’t a staff member to conduct the ride. Kids still had a great time and enjoyed the train once the conductor showed up!

Barbecue restaurant
Restaurant
Joe's Real BBQ, located on Gilbert Road, is a cafeteria-style spot offering mouthwatering traditional barbecued ribs, chopped brisket, and pulled pork. The restaurant is housed in a historic brick building dating back to 1929 and exudes the ambiance of Arizona's golden age. It provides a casual and relaxed setting for families to enjoy deliciously smoked dishes over pecan wood.
What a great place to celebrate a birthday! The line servers were so hospitable and friendly, exactly what you'd expect if the Walton's went for a meal on the town We ordered a 2 meat platter, with sliced brisket and ribs. Both were succulent, but that moist brisket is some of the best we've ever had. Great Americana ambiance with homemade BBQ sauce, and... Homemade Root Beer on fountain! The best root beer you'll find is right here, and they can serve it as a float. The Mac and cheese is tasty with a breadcrumb topping, and the potato salad was ok. If you have any room left in your breadbasket, then finish off your meal with a peach cobbler, a la mode. I was happier than a squealing pig running through a pen full of farmer's daughters.

Haven’t been to Joe’s BBQ in yearss and was really excited to get a baked potato. I ordered a baked potato with everything on it & added pulled pork on the side. The presentation of the baked potato was so phenomenal I had to ask hype up the sweet gal that made it! Her name is Leilani and the photos of her potato masterpiece are attached below. The young gentleman at the cash register was so friendly as well; great banter with my friend and I. Had a great dinner with my friend here at Joe’s BBQ :) Food was delicious and staff were kind.

We stopped here for lunch and ate too much. The place was buzzing. The meats are very flavorful and fall off the bone. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. This is a cafeteria style restaurant and a very popular one. Service is helpful and friendly. Free parking around back and the place is comfortable with extra seating outside. One of the best if not the best BBQ place in the valley. We highly recommend it, but bring your appetite or you will be bringing lots of leftovers home.

My family loves going to Joe’s Real Barbecue, especially for birthdays since they give you $14 off your meal. I always go for the house salad with chopped brisket it’s juicy, full of flavor, and so good I don’t even need dressing. The portions are big, the food’s satisfying, and we enjoy hanging out at the picnic tables while the kids play games like cornhole and Twister.

The Hello Culture Gilbert just had our monthly Content Shoot here at Joe's Real BBQ in September. Management was very accommodating to our group size, the area outside and in the enclosed patio were extremely clean and well taken care of. They provided our event with cold waters to combat the heat as well as had such a lovely space to gather content for this and other local businesses. We really appreciate Joe & Tad for working with us for this event & we can not wait to partner with them again in the future!
Sarah K — Google review
The cuisine, while decent, is not commensurate with its price point. While the chopped brisket is a flavourful, albeit supplementary option, its high fat-to-meat ratio diminishes its value. The mac and cheese, lacking in a robust and distinctive flavour, is overpowered by the taste of the pasta. The inclusion of an extra sharp cheddar could potentially enhance its profile. The service is commendable, yet the high cost remains disproportionate to the quality of the food. Additionally, it’s a very crowded and boisterous place.
Rodrigo A — Google review
Hands-down, the best ribs, cornbread, and barbecue sauce. When we originally lived in Arizona, we used to come here often and loved it. Finally moved back and it’s as good as ever, if not better. Been to endless bbq places, even in Texas and this is still number 1.

Amazing BBQ at Joe’s BBQ! We’ve been here so many times and it’s always great. The food is fantastic, the BBQ flavor is incredible, and the root beer is a definite highlight — so good! Great job to the whole team — we’ll definitely be back again and again!

With its inviting outdoor seating surrounded by the lively atmosphere of Water Tower Plaza Park, it's the perfect spot for a quick bite or a leisurely treat.
This place was delicious. The ice cream is to die for- prickly pear soft serve, yum!! We also got the brisket elote, and I'm in love. It is one thing I WOULD NOT MISS if I was visiting this Phoenix area.

This place was very interesting. I loved the night atmosphere and vibe. I got the chicken Topo Loco with no hot sauce, but the chicken was coated is some sort of other hot sauce because it was too hot to even finish. I definitely have a low spice tolerance but half of the people in my family didn’t even finish theirs either. BUT, I will say if this was not spicy it would be my favorite burrito ever! Adding fritos inside is so creative and I loved the crunch. Overall, 4 stars but if there was no spice this would easily be in my top 3 favorite burritos

Very cool place. The wife and I shared a burrito and prickly pear ice cream. The burrito was huge and very good. The prickly pear ice cream was good but tasted a little too much like raspberry. I would go back definitely.

The huge beaver was the initial draw along with the ability to get ice cream and burritos at the same window. The burritos are so good we have driven 12 miles each way every day of our vacation. We have tried all the meats, all the drinks and the ice cream. We also bought the t-shirt and will be taking a burrito to the airport when we leave. The pork loco is the favourite, the salsa is so good and spicy a bottle is also going home. The prickly pear lemonade is amazing, but so is the horchata. The ingredient combination in the burrito is perfect with crunchy and creamy, spicy and sweet.

They serve burritos, elote, and soft serve ice cream. Try the Loco style burrito where they add fritos. Must see the gopher building. Eyes are lit at night. The gopher meat is sweet and succulent. They only eat roots and grubs and stuff like that. The purist organic meat there is. Just kidding.

Me: Topo Loco Bowl with pulled pork and a watermelon iced drink Him: Topo Loco burrito with brisket and a DC Neither one of us could finish our meals!! The portions are always VERY generous and soooo dang good! The crunchy Fritos is always my favorite part. It’s a little spicier than I remember, but I LIKED it. Reminds me that I’m ALIVE! Looking forward to the second half for dinner…at home…out of this crazy heat! Oh! The watermelon drink was real nice. I can feel the electrolytes helping my body stay hydrated. (Not really…but my tastebuds are happy) Topo: South Gilbert Rd and East Page Ave

✨ Local gem alert! ✨ Just tried Topo in downtown Gilbert (known for burritos + dreamy soft serve) and it lives up to the hype. I ordered the Topo Loco with chicken (warm, flavorful, super satisfying) and the prickly pear + vanilla swirl cone dipped in a lime shell (refreshing and so unique). Perfect for a quick bite with big flavor in a fun setting. 🌮🍦 Will totally go again! 10/10 desert girl (& dessert girl) approved. 🌵

Some of the best soft serve ice cream you can get in the area! Great main menu and specialty items. Here I tried the strawberry shelled ice cream with strawberry puree inside, absolutely divine!

Mexican restaurant
Rancho de Tia Rosa is a vibrant Mexican eatery located in Gilbert, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere with its brightly colored hacienda, ceramic tiles, and patios. Families often choose this restaurant as their go-to spot due to its consistently delicious food. The colonial and folk art Mexico-inspired design creates a festive and comfortable environment for diners. The outdoor seating is particularly praised, providing an amazing dining experience.
5/10/25: Short version - I only just now looked at the less-than-stellar reviews for Rancho and am utterly shocked at what I was reading. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Rancho. From the bright colors to the myriad displays to the food, everything was wonderful. Long version - a few weeks ago we stopped by Rise Up Bakery, a few doors down from Rancho. It was then we spotted the joint and were captivated by the exterior decor. Since then, we have been wanting to check it out but we don't live close by (30 miles away). Well, we popped in this particular Saturday because there were three places in the area we were visiting. We had high hopes the food would be just as exciting as the outside decor and boy was it! The place was near empty, which was surprising considering it was Mother's Day weekend, but it had just opened for lunch about 30 minutes earlier. I was floored by how huge the place is. Since it wasn't crowded, I walked all around taking pictures of all the wonderfully bright & eclectic items that decorated the walls, shelves, floors, and ceiling. There are three individual rooms for larger gatherings; the booths looked plenty comfortable, but we sat at a table (the cushions could be thicker, I will say); the patio wrapped around the entire east and north side of the restaurant and it looked decently shaded, though I did not notice misters. One gentleman brought waters to our table seconds after we were seated, and our server (Julia) came over quickly for a drink order. After a few minutes she returned for our food order. The entirety of our stay she was buzzing all over the place, serving other tables (inside and out) but she always popped by frequently to ask how things were. We never felt neglected or forgotten. The food? Dee-lish. We ordered the sample platter and my favorite was the tamale, followed closely by the bean chimi. I was surprised at the tamale's sweetness and enjoyed the crispiness of the chimi. My sister ordered the steak burrito and I opted for the papas con carne with all three meats. The chipotle creamed potatoes were creamy and the southwest chili corn was not overly spicy, which was pleasing since I am not a huge fan of too-spicy food that burns my mouth and makes me sweat. ;-) The drinks? Horchata is my go-to and it was wonderful. We had no intention of ordering cocktails but the booth behind us had a customer who was refusing to take the drink she ordered (she wanted a pina cola smoothie, not a boozy one, WTF) so their server returned it. As we are sitting there enjoying the sample platter, I see the cocktail just sitting there at the bar, all alone, wondering what it did wrong (LOL) and I thought, "to hell with it, I'm going to take it." Waste not want not, my mom always said. I wasn't just going to steal it so I waited a couple minutes until someone popped up behind the bar and told them I would take it. I think she thought I meant to take it for free, but I explained I didn't want it thrown out (that's a waste of good alcohol!!) and that I was at a different table and thus it should be put on our bill. After one sip I was smitten, it was very, very good. Probably the only thing that could have made it better was it if was frozen vs on the rocks. Regardless, it had the right amount of booze in it and it was a pretty large drink; perfect to share with my sister. Was it a bit pricey? I can see how some people would say it was, but we wanted to splurge a little since we both had a hectic week at work -- and we both agree, the higher cost was worth it. Especially taking into account that we both had leftovers. Heck, I had some of the leftover papas con carne for dinner and I still have enough remaining that my next two or three work days I am set for lunch. We would totally recommend Rancho to anyone looking for good Mexican food. In fact, as we were leaving, my sister texted her boss (who lives in the area) and told her she should check it out.

Great looking restaurant considering it's in a strip mall. Great decor, fun atmosphere. Unfortunately the food was terrible. The salsas they give you with the chips were sweet. The bean dip was super smoky and had odd taste. Our good was the same, the 3 of us had issues with our entrees. The only thing we liked were our drinks.
Jezabel T — Google review
Beautifully decorated. The staff didn’t seem to have each others back. Our server had 2 large 12+ person parties and her colleagues didn’t even try to help out to see if they could take our order or even get us more water/chips and salsa. Waited 20 minutes to order. Finally ordered. Our nachos came out 20 minutes later. Not sure why the nachos took so long. It looked slapped together. Several tables had partial orders as well so they also did not get to eat together. My cheese enchiladas came out 20 minutes before my son and partners meals. The red sauce was sweet and had an unusual taste to it. Their steak burritos were bland and falling apart. The meal was overpriced. Apparently they had fairly new cooks, but if the recipe is the same, should that matter? I would not recommend. Go to Chipotle!

I discovered this restaurant (early version) in the 1990s when it was Rosa's on University. They were amazing and especially their fish and *shrimp* tacos. For me the shrimp tacos were just DELICIOUS. We'd drive from PV once a week to go to Rosa's. Then, I moved out of state years ago but would always make one of the two Tia Rosa's a stop on my Phoenix visits. All I know is our visit Saturday will be our last. The shrimp taco's I had were terrible compared to what they used to be (i.e. AMAZING). I've noticed hits and misses over the years - and didn't even mind how much they'd shrunk. It was just an excuse to buy 3 instead of 2. But what I got served Saturday was simply .... unacceptable. So basically, one "miss" too many.
Gmv N — Google review
The atmosphere at Rancho de Tia Rosa is absolutely beautiful. From the charming architecture to the inviting patio, it’s clear a lot of thought went into the space. The staff was friendly and the service was great, which made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The food, however, didn’t quite live up to the setting. The food wasn’t terrible by any means but it also wasn’t great, especially considering how the environment is. The menu feels a little stuck in the past, and I’d love to see it updated to reflect a fresher, more modern take. Still a lovely place for a casual meal or drinks with friends, and with a little menu revamp, it could be truly outstanding.
Eden L — Google review
Went to this restaurant for the very first time. I loved their rustic interior. It was like walking into a historic building. Food was delicious, the staff were pleasant and funny. Quiet atmosphere with no loud music playing like we see in many Latin restaurants. Loved that aspect of it. We had the stuffed chicken Casadilla and veggies burrito enchilada style. Took away a star as service was a bit slow and definitely cleanliness needs attention. Definitely will visit again.

Don’t believe the bad reviews!!!! This spot was on the regular with my family for years. We honestly haven’t been for years since today. It tasted better than I remember and my now older kids said the same thing. It was Great!!! Service Food Atmosphere!!! We always took advantage of the great lunch specials and will put it back in the rotation again.
Mike L — Google review
This is such a cute place! Our server was great. He was attentive and patient and made sure our drinks were filled. Fun place maybe for some drinks? I definitely wouldn’t eat here again, not even the chips and salsa. Salsas are way too sweet! Why is a salsa sweet? I went with my family and no one liked their food. It’s just not an authentic mexican food like we imagined, but everything else was great. We got a kids quesadilla, mole, carne asada plate, and enchiladas. The mole was not too bad. The enchiladas were particularly awful. If they improved their recipes this place would be packed, they have great bussers and servers.

Restaurant
Located at 1652 N Higley Rd Suite 112 in Gilbert, AZ, Arizona Pita is a well-liked eatery situated within the vibrant Higley Marketplace shopping center. Customers often rave about their delicious chicken shawarma wrap, praising its rich flavor and succulent texture. The pita bread served here is exceptionally soft and enjoyable to eat. While the French fries are nothing extraordinary, they still make for a decent accompaniment to your meal.
First time trying this place and I thoroughly enjoyed it! The Jumbo Pita Wrap was amazing and their fresh juice was the perfect sweet thing. I can’t wait to try something new or maybe I’ll order the same thing again haha — it was THAT good!

So disappointed. Extremely overpriced for rubbish. Reall feel like I'm owed a partial refund because I paid $40 for lettuce. No feta chunks nor banana peppers like in the photos that d the Grek Greek Salad. What did I pay for? Lettuce, soggy tomato and cucumber. Salad dressing was flavorful and watery. The vegetarian platter was supposed to have tabouli which is why I ordered it, but was given lettuce and soggy tomato slices. Tzatziki sauce was also watery. They're pulling a bait-and-switch. The three falafels were good as was the Baba Ganoush. The humus was flavorless and moist. The Dolmades were filled with brown soggy rice. The Grilled Chicken Shawarma Salad was just chicken pieces --- which were pretty good -- with lettuce, soggy tomato slices, soggy cucumber and some olives. Again, the dressing was watery and had no flavor.

Ordered Chicken Shawarma Pita. Bread was light and fluffy. Chicken was curry flavored. Good taste. Baklava was good not great. Overall didn't feel authentic. Temperature inside was warm. I was sweating while eating. BEWARE! They also charge a fee for using your card to pay. I was not informed prior. Kinda sneaky.

Culinary Dropout is a British-style gastropub chain known for its quirky decor, inventive cocktails, and comfort food. It's the perfect spot to gather with friends and relax in a plush booth on the covered patio. The place offers games like cornhole, foosball, and ping pong at their Arizona locations. Live local musicians provide entertainment while experienced mixologists serve up delightful drinks.
Loved everything about Culinary Dropout. The food, service, cocktail’s & the atmosphere was wonderful. We all felt the prices were competitive for the area. Another plus, parking was a breeze with a garage right on property. We were looking for a special place to take out of town guests, friends recommended Culinary Dropout & they didn’t disappoint. We will certainly be going back to this gem. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

This is one of my go to restaurants for great food and environment. It never disappoints! Everything is delicious from the drinks to the food and especially the desserts. There's always something new to try with the care they take to add seasonally relevant items to the menu. We had a wonderful lunch experience last weekend! The place is beautiful with a cozy atmosphere, and we were seated right away with no waiting time. We really appreciated her attentiveness and professionalism. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The decor added to the warm and welcoming vibe, making it a perfect spot for families to enjoy quality time together. Culinary Dropout in Gilbert is one of my go-to spots, but this visit felt like the kitchen was playing a practical joke. The appetizers were still rock solid: wings, shrimp, pretzels with fondue, and Brussels sprouts all came out like they were cooked by someone who cares about life. The drinks were also winners. The Playboi Stache was good, Campfire Vibes was great, and the alcoholic coffee drink was so good I forgot its name, which I think is the point. But the fries… what happened? Every plate had the same sad, cold fries. I’m not a fry conspiracy theorist, but it felt personal. I ordered the 36-hour ribs with a salad and coleslaw, and my plate arrived with cold fries instead. They fixed it, but the ribs themselves were drenched in sauce like someone said, “Eh, let’s cover our tracks with barbecue.” They were tasty, but I have my doubts about the full 36 hours of smoke. Dessert pulled the save. My daughter had the strawberry lemon meringue and demolished it like it owed her money. Still four stars, still love the place, but let’s bring back the fries I know and love before I have to stage a peaceful potato protest.

Me and the family had such a great time visiting the museum of natural history. My kids are infatuated with dinosaurs, so be able to see the fossils and skeletons was really neat to see their eyes light up. I love to exploring most of Arizona’s natural history as well. It was a very educational day for us and we are excited to come back.

I spent an amazing friday afternoon at this museum with my kids and it was a hit! The dinosaur exhibit with a real waterfall was a wow moment, and the hands-on activities and play areas were a huge hit with my 4-year-old twins. They loved exploring the Native American and Maya exhibits, and learning about the wildlife native to Arizona. One of my twins was initially scared of the mammoth skeleton, but with some encouragement, she faced her fears and we ended up staying for almost 4 hours. The museum is well-curated and engaging for kids, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a fun and educational outing with little ones.

A cool experience for everyone and I got in for free! Natives get in for free with Tribal ID. Lots to read and look at. Real fossils! I took my time and read just about everything I could. Even with it being crowded, we got in smoothly, and enjoyed our experience. It's 3 stories big. Take your time to look at everything. For $16! Worth it.

Lots of dinosaurs, rocks, crystals & panning for gold, cultural relics of the indigenous Indians of the area, the jail, the mine, plus more. Lots to learn & see in a smaller museum. Fair entry prices. Clean restrooms & exhibits. Really fun museum! Well done!!!

Great Birthday Party Experience! We recently attended a birthday party at Altitude Trampoline Park and had a great time! We were greeted right away, and the gentleman at the front desk got us checked in quickly and guided us to the right party room—which I really appreciated since it was our first time there. I loved how open the layout is—you can see almost the entire space, which is so helpful when you're keeping an eye on more than one child. There was always a staff member nearby, which gave me peace of mind. The party host was amazing! My son asked for a specific cupcake topper, and she went out of her way to make sure he got the character he wanted—even though she didn’t have to. She also made sure all the kids were served before the adults, which I thought was really thoughtful. Overall, it was a smooth, fun, and well-organized experience!

I have to say I love bringing my grandkids here. Went to my granddaughter's birthday party here. So much fun. We had the nicest birthday helper, he served the pizza to the kids, lit the candle on the birthday cake, and cut and served it. Gilbert Farmers Market, located in Downtown Gilbert near the iconic Water Tower, is a lively open-air market held every Saturday. It features a wide array of local and organic produce, fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as artisanal food products from over 60 vendors in the summer and nearly 100 vendors in the fall and spring. The market aims to promote sustainability, healthy eating, and green living while educating the community about the benefits of consuming locally sourced food.
Fun little market to enjoy every Saturday! We spent a long weekend visiting Gilbert from North Idaho. We wanted to do something fun and local and this did not disappoint. More food trucks than I had anticipated.

Hands down my favorite place in Arizona! The produce is fresh and reasonably priced. The selections for food items throughout is fantastic. The food trucks are great ( just wish the lines were shorter). Very clean and well organized.

I absolutely love this farmers market. I loved them before when they were in downtown Gilbert and I love them just as much (if not more) now that they are at the Chandler-Gilbert Community College. They are much bigger now (over 150+ vendors) with a bigger food truck section, a section for children to play, and much more room to walk around and hang out. While I understand some people are upset over the COLLEGE no dog policy, what I don't understand is those who are so disgruntled over this that they refuse to come to this market anymore. The COLLEGE has a no dog policy, not the farmers market. And honestly, the people who are that upset over this seem to have no regard for those with dog allergies even being next to them outdoors (me included). There are other public places people can take their dogs to mingle with other dogs like dog parks or establishments that have patio policies for dogs. The presence of dogs didn't stop me from going to the old market location even with my allergies that would flare up. So it really shouldn't stop people who have dogs from coming. I mean, you have to leave your dog home (unless it is a service dog, with some exceptions for emotional support animals) in many other business establishments so this shouldn't make or break someone's farmers market experience.

I love this farmers market. It has so many local crafts items fresh produce fresh meat fresh seafood. I mean it’s just amazing. They’re truly is something for everyone! And there’s also food trucks. How could you go wrong?

New location has ruined the experience. No dogs allowed. No shade. No plants and you're surrounded by desert. Even when it's 73 degrees out, it feels so hot. We won't come back and will start going to another city's farmers market because this one just sucks now

Liberty Market is a sleek cafe located in the heart of Old Town, housed in a historic corner building. This award-winning establishment offers American light fare, sandwiches, salads, breakfast plates, hand-tossed pizza, and a variety of specialty coffees, fine wines, and handcrafted cocktails.
Stumbled upon this great restaurant. We had been traveling all day with flights and driving which had us really hungry and hungry for good food. Looked old fashioned and nostalgic on the outside and the inside didn’t disappoint. Obviously the interior had remodeled during recent times but very tasteful done, which is a good mix of local feel, modern hip hangout, cozy spots for private conversations and esthetic updates. The food did not disappoint. We had the tuna tartare and the pepperoni pizza. Both flavored well and seasoned appropriately. The menu had so many things we would like to go back and try. This place is a MUST is you’re in Gilbert Arizona. We had Kate as our server and she had a pleasant way about her, enthusiastic about life, knowledgeable about the menu and checked on us joyfully.

Absolutely love this place! This was my second time coming to Liberty Market and it never disappoints. I had the chilaquiles this morning and they were delicious — full of flavor and perfectly made! The atmosphere is warm, the service is friendly, and the food always hits the spot. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and good vibes in Gilbert!

Excellent choice for downtown Gilbert, Arizona. The restaurant has many great menu items for everyone. The service was outstanding and very attentive. The food prices are responsible and the food quality is amazing. There are several parking options on the street or at a nearby public parking lot. I recommend making brunch reservations in advance because it is a very popular location.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lynda and I stopped in for lunch today, and Liberty Market absolutely delivered. I ordered “The Best Chicken” (yes, that’s really the name on the menu) — a perfectly grilled chicken sandwich with a slight tinge of spice, layered with melted cheese, fresh tomatoes that make it pop, crisp onions, and a tangy green sauce that ties all the flavors together. Paired with hot, fresh French fries, it lived up to the name. The atmosphere is outstanding: exposed brick, rustic charm, open bar, and high ceilings that make it feel cool and open — exactly what you want when it’s 106° outside. The place was buzzing with families after church, yet there was no wait when we arrived. Service was top-notch. Our waitress was attentive, and the manager, Julie, personally stopped by to check on us. That kind of care is rare and shows why Liberty Market has been a Gilbert favorite for so many years. If you’re looking for a go-to lunch spot in Gilbert, Liberty Market is it. Great food, great vibe, excellent service, and a true community feel.

I hadn’t been to Liberty Market in years, so I went back for Sunday breakfast with a friend who loves the place. We ordered the American Standard with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, Liberty potatoes, and pancakes everything was flavorful, especially the fluffy pancakes and tasty berry compote. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and I’d definitely come back, maybe even for that giant cinnamon roll next time.

Loved a family brunch at this restaurant. Service is great and food came out very quickly. Everything tasted great. We had breakfast burrito(the sauces were tasty), avocado toast and grilled veggie and eggs.

Liberty Market is always a fantastic choice for dinner and tonight was no exception. Duke did a fantastic job and made sure that my wife and I had a great dining experience. We got the burrata to start with the extra bread add on. I highly recommend the extra bread, it is only a couple dollars more and it is well worth it! For dinner we had the Salmon & Polenta and the Braised Short Rib. The servings were perfect and the food itself was delicious. I did not get a picture of the short rib because I was starving but it was perfection! Would highly recommend a visit to Liberty Market when in downtown Gilbert!

Located in Gilbert, Arizona, the Gilbert Arizona Temple is a stunning architectural marvel that belongs to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. While only members of the church are allowed inside the entire building, visitors can still admire its beautiful stained glass windows and serene atmosphere from the waiting room. The temple has served as a sanctuary for weary travelers and refugees. Its intricate design makes it a must-see attraction in Gilbert, which is also known for its small-town charm and family-friendly environment.
I always love going here. Such a spiritual experience every time. Walking the grounds is always my favorite. The flowers are so pretty. There's always a dove in the gardens, which I think is pretty cool.

Beautiful temple. Went by there on a Sunday so we weren’t able to go in but I’m glad we were able to go see it. Pretty cool to see from the freeway as well.

A beautiful temple of tbe Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Anyone can walk around. The temple is reserved for members of the church with a temple recommend. In it we are able t I do eternal work for our families and.an esters as well as make covenants with the Lord. It is my place of refuge and.peace, and place of the Lord to pray and to feel closer to my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. My grandson was married here as well.

It’s great how this temple is built near the freeway for viewing much like the San Diego temple so it’s easy to spot and visit. Beautiful design, clean area and surrounding area, and a pleasure to visit

I absolutely love the Gilbert LDS Temple. It’s stunning inside and out and always feels peaceful and serene. The design reminds me of a giant, glowing sugar cube, especially at night, and the inside is always refreshingly cool thanks to the strong AC (which is a huge plus in Arizona!). Some of the lower reviews seem to misunderstand how temples work. The temple is open to the public during open houses before it’s dedicated, but after that, access is limited to those who hold a current temple recommend. This isn’t about excluding people it’s about preserving the sacred nature of what happens inside. The grounds, however, are always beautifully maintained and open for everyone to enjoy. Whether you’re a member or just admiring the architecture, this temple is truly a gem in Gilbert. A peaceful, sacred space that lifts your spirit just by being near it. *note not all days are full of positivity and love, but striving to do your best is what counts.

This beautiful temple has an amazing path to walk around. You can sit and relax outside. Lots of parking. It's a place for members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints to do proxy work, get married, and to do baptisms for the dead. You need to be a member to go inside with a temple recommend. During my visit it was closed for cleaning.
JamiSue S — Google review
Amazing place. So beautiful. There is such a feeling of peace here. Anyone is welcome to walk the grounds, but to be able to participate in the ordinances inside you need to be a member of the church.
Bryce B — Google review
The most beautiful building inside and out. For those who are not familiar, this building is a temple for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Only members of the said church are allowed to enter into the entire building while most everyone can enter the waiting room if acting and dressing appropriately. This is a reverent building which means everyone is quiet and respectful. I was married (sealed) to my husband at this beautiful place and it was an amazing experience.

American restaurant
The Farmhouse Restaurant is a charming, long-standing American eatery in Gilbert that has been serving delightful breakfast and lunch for over 25 years. Originally located in an old farmhouse, it has since moved to a historic building but still retains its nostalgic ambiance. The restaurant prides itself on offering farm-to-table cuisine, showcasing the freshest local ingredients in rustic yet refined dishes.
Date of Visit: Sunday, March 24th, 2024 Our latest visit to our go-to breakfast place reaffirmed why it holds such a special place in our hearts. Accompanied by my wife and in-laws, we ventured out for a morning feast, eager to indulge in the comforting and familiar ambiance that we've come to love. From the moment we walked in, the warmth and professionalism of the staff were palpable. It's not often you encounter a place where service consistently hits the mark, ensuring each visit is seamless and enjoyable. Here, it's a guarantee. The team's dedication to providing a 5-star experience is evident, with attentiveness and genuine care for diners' needs at the forefront. The food, as always, was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish we ordered was prepared to perfection, bursting with flavor and presented with care. My choice, the veggie omelet paired with pancakes, was a delightful mix of light and hearty, a testament to the kitchen's ability to balance tastes and textures. The pancakes, fluffy and golden, served as a sweet counterpart to the savory omelet, making for a satisfying and well-rounded meal. What sets this place apart is its consistent ability to deliver an outstanding dining experience. It's a rarity to find a spot that never falters, where each visit is as good as, if not better than, the last. This breakfast spot has become more than just a place to eat; it's a cherished weekend ritual, a place where memories are made and traditions are upheld. To anyone looking for an exceptional breakfast experience, I can not recommend this place enough. Whether you're a fan of savory omelets or have a sweet tooth for pancakes, you're in for a treat. It's hands down my favorite breakfast spot, and I'm confident it will win you over, too.

We visited based on super positive reviews and perpetually long queues. We went early Sunday morning and there was no wait which was a bonus! Wholesome food but we didn’t think it justified the long queues. Fluffy pancakes were delicious. Scrambled eggs were ok.

Me and my husband had a nice breakfast here. It was our first time eating here. It was so cute and personable. The waitress was really nice! They have really great fresh omelets and fruit. I got a veggie omelet that I wasn't even able to finish because it was so filling! My husband got a bacon and cheese omelet.

Driven by this restaurant multiple times and have always been curious why there is so many people outside. Well I finally got to try it out! For my first time being here, Only a 5 minute wait to be seated at a table. In total there are maybe only 15 tables inside all crammed together. Hence why there are always large groups waiting to be seated. I ordered the country fried steak and was not pleased to find biscuits on top of the steak soaking up the gravy. I would much rather have the gravy on the steak by itself. Potatoes were excellent 👌🏽 Other orders shown had no complaints besides an overwhelming amount of tomatoes in the veggie scramble vs the amount of other vegetables in it. The cinnamon roll was labeled “famous” but didn’t find it to be any bit memorable. Parts of the cinnamon roll were very hard and the frosting tasted like lemon. Might return, but not with a crowd. Best to go with a small group.

We had brunch here with a group of 7. It's a small and cozy place but we were promptly seated and service was awesome. Had the French toast with fruit and home fries. It was delicious. The freshly baked blueberry muffin was fantastic. Husband had the waffles which melted in your mouth. This place got busy real quick but the food was amazing!

If you think size matters, please come here! The server, Liz, was so sweet and amazing! The food quantity was giant and delicious! Even my partner didn’t finish his food… the cinnamon bun is highly recommended!! If you’re looking to be hydrated, also come here… the waters were in the biggest glasses it was amazing! Super pleased!!

The farmhouse restaurant is a perfect spot for breakfast. Small, friendly service and good food. The was one huuuuuuge Cinnamon bun and so good but the chocolate chip pancakes were even better. I had ranch house breakfast. But honestly the gravy I wasn’t a fan of so much. Maybe just my flavor profile. Omelette was nice. Could have been fluffier. But I would come back.
Nematolah K — Google review
Big menu with lots to choose from. Tons of creative omelette options! Everything we've had is delicious and servings are a very nice size. Will cook your eggs/omelette in butter if you ask! Usually have homemade muffins too. Service is good, coffee is delicious and the coffee mugs are large so you don't need a constant refill. Only drawback is there's often a wait. One of our favorite breakfast places in Gilbert!

In town to see a veterinary specialist with my doggo, Brian was a great waiter, excellent service. Had the Italian sub it was very good, cheddar, jalapeño potato’s Brian recommended were delicious and unique. Mango cobbler was weird but I say give it a try. Nice sandwich, pizza shop for sure. Unique food variety.

This is how y'all package takeout fries now? Are these lunch sacks even meant to come into direct contact with food? Gross. And the website says it's $1.25 each for 2.5 oz of ranch dressing and green chile aoili... but I recieved 2 ounce cups. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but it has really gone downhill.

Flancer’s is an amazing small business with incredible food. My family and I have been coming here for two decades and will keep coming back because the food is excellent and the service is top notch. Truly couldn’t ask for more. We ordered in for a meeting, the food looked awesome, when we noticed one of the sandwiches was on regular bread instead of gluten free, they were amazing and brought a new order! They went out of their way during a busy lunch hour on a Friday to make it right! This is great customer service and is so appreciated! We will definitely order again! They are a favorite in our office!!

Pizza restaurant
MOD Pizza is a trendy chain eatery where customers can customize their own pizzas. The atmosphere has an industrial-chic vibe. One can't go wrong with their Maddi pizza, which offers extra cheese and bacon. The restaurant aims to satisfy customers by providing exactly what they desire, although caution should be exercised with excessive wet toppings as it may result in a soggy crust.
Mod Pizza is a fantastic option for a quick, delicious, and personalized pizza experience. I love that I can customize my pizza with exactly the toppings I want, and the price stays the same! The ingredients always seem fresh, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The pizzas cook quickly, so even when there's a line, you're not waiting long. It's a great place for a casual meal with friends, family, or even just a solo treat. Highly recommend Mod Pizza!

I don't leave bad reviews I like to praise anytime I can but unfortunately this is a bad review. Ordered several pizzas on the app requested extra cheese, bacon and mushrooms on both pizzas. Recieved the exact opposite it's either shrinkflation gone wild or the staff being told to be chinchi on the toppings. Barely a trace of bacon, hamburger, cheese and mushrooms. Never have I got MOD pizzas so cheap on toppings. Plus when I went in to get the pizzas the staff never said Hi or can I help you, not a word they just kept working heads down or talking. I should have never gave them such a high tip on the app due to this type of poor customer service. I have been here many times and other locations and it's always been good until today. Sad probably have to drive to a MOD further away to get better service.

This was our first time here. The prices are very reasonable, and depending on what you make, the pizza is amazing. The place is very clean inside. They have the pellet ice, like they have it at Sonic. The workers were very friendly we will be back

Taliyah (manager) is SUPER AWESOME!! We love this location, and while having a tad issue with ordering pizza crusts that were not to our liking, she handled the situation with ease, grace AND a SMILE! Taliyah is professional and it’s clear she’s a phenomenal team leader, as it shows with the total environment (very clean and organized) of the restaurant and her kind and efficient staff members! Way to go MOD PIZZA SANTAN VILLAGE!

We walked in. No line. Plenty of staff. The girl at the counter was not friendly at all. She didn’t look at us either. She took our order begrudgingly. My husbands pizza was super sparse but he didn’t ask for more stuff and that’s on him. He felt odd and she was off putting. After the girl made them the manager was rearranging them. I think he was trying to redeem them. Overall this place is good. The pizzas were cooked perfectly. The crust was so wonderful The person on charge of pizza cooking is skilled. I had the double crust. So good. The location is great. Interior is too loud really to enjoy your meal though. But it has a patio. Except the patio was not clean or organized. Despite ample staff. The tables were scattered and dirty. There was no garbage on them, but no chairs were pushed in, tables were misaligned, table tops were greasy and crumby. There were napkins on the floor that I cleaned up after I wiped and straightened the table. The soda area was clean and organized. The floors were clean. The girl cutting the pizza was friendly and smiled. I like the pizza a lot and the quality of the crust, the crust options and the topping variety are what sells the place. The young blonde’ish girl may need a refresher lesson on customer service. I will Come again. Usually the place is kinda messy but the people are usually nice and the food is always great.
K K — Google review
We came here for a fun girls day lunch. We walked in. There was 3 people behind the counter and one customer sitting at a table. Not one person greeted us for probably 3-4 mins. Zero acknowledgment. I told the woman I never eat here and asked for help with what sauces they offer she rudely and quickly pointed the the sauce and then just stood there. Each pizza order was like pulling teeth to get toppings added and acted put out with each request. The pizza itself was delicious but, the service was AWFUL 0/10
Molly W — Google review
The food was really good! The staff on the otherhand was not. Young girl was very dismissive and not in a good mood. Soon after we ordered, she was all smiles with her coworkers in the back room laughing. Unfortunately those smiles couldn't be towards the customers. Young guy wasn't even wearing work attire, just a tee, jeans, and had headphones on. Completely disrespectful as well. I asked several questions and he listened to his coworker over us ordering. Then he would have the gen z stare at us like "umm did you say something?." He was rude when we ordered, attitude when i asked him what else came on the pizza and responded with a "um whats on the board" being a smartass, and it was obvious he didn't care about us. Both employees acted like they were annoyed with our presence until we sst down then they were all smiles with each other. Also, why is there political stuff inside of a big box pizza food chain? Who cares im here to eat pizza not watch the news. Pretty annoying experience and shoutout to the employees for doing a great job ignoring, dismissing, and disrespecting customers.

My first time at a Mod Pizza and I have to say it is very good but, I personally prefer Fired Pie. We went to the Mod Pizza in Gilbert on a Wednesday evening about 6:30 PM. There was no wait and plenty of seating. I found the facility itself to be in need of a little cleaning but it was not bad by any means. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the prices are very good. As for the pizza it is yummy and I love the crispy crust. I found the flavor to be good but just not quite as good as Fired Pie to me. i did like that they have a 6" or a 11" pizza to chose from and all the toppings were fresh and yummy. I would certainly go back again.

Veterans Oasis Park is a sprawling 113-acre outdoor recreation area in Chandler, offering a variety of activities for visitors. The park features scenic trails suitable for horseback riding, biking, and leisurely walks. It's also an ideal spot for birdwatching and picnicking. The park boasts diverse Sonoran Desert plants and houses the Chandler Environmental Education Center. Additionally, there's a 5-acre lake stocked with various fish species, making it perfect for fishing enthusiasts.
One of my favorite places to wander. 118 acres of ponds, desert trails, abundant native plants and animals. Each time I go it's a new experience. It also has a community lake for fishing, picnic areas, and a nature center that continually hosts events. And dog friendly. So much for my pups to explore! Worth going!

What a beautiful park! Came here for a jazz concert in the evening and decided to come earlier to check out the Nature Center, walk around the lake and go a little off trail to the man made running creek. So fun that my granddaughter wanted to walk around 3 times. A lot of people came to fish. Springtime the cactus blooms were so pretty.
Judy R — Google review
The Veterans Oasis park has different walking trails, offers a lake for fishing, several benches for bird-watching, large covered ramadas, the Chandler Nature Center (Chandler Native Plant Oasis), and much more. Offers different signs to learn about wildlife and how to be safe. I came in early morning in mid-October and the weather was amazing. In the morning it was about 60 degrees. The park was active: people walking the trails, fishing, several people walking their dogs and there was a group of people with their dogs getting dog training classes. The park still offers plenty of space to enjoy your time outdoors.
Moncerrath N — Google review
When reviewing this park, I have to compare it to Riparian Preserve, and in comparison, this is the lesser of the two. Although these places are meant to be natural, that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t have some structure and a certain cleanliness appeal. It’s fine if you’re in the area and it’s what’s nearby, but I don’t think it’s worth making a special trip to see it. That said, everything is worth visiting at least once. Saluti
Frank F — Google review
I enjoyed this park. There is a small waterfall and lots of different creatures. Birds, lizards, fish, squirrels, gophers, and a cat. The nature center was also filled with interesting displays and pamphlets about Maricopa parks and desert landscaping.
Lauren J — Google review
This is a beautiful park, with trails, a pond, monuments to veterans, and lots of wildlife that can be seen (birds and rabbits mainly). Just want to point out a few things to dog owners, as I often go with my german shepherd. The water is not swimable, for dogs or people. Theres lots of rabbits and it is always packed, so if your dog is reactive, you're going to have a rough walk. This is more of a scenic park for strolling.
Jasmine S — Google review
Wonderful park. Great place for a sunset and to find some peace.

Serene atmosphere. Lots of natural scenery to take in. Nice trail around the lake. Good for taking long walks in a scenic environment. It's even great in warm Spring mornings. There are always some people around, mostly walking their dogs, but still not crowded.

I observed a large, fat rat on the toddler playground, specifically nestled in the corner of the small, fake rock mountain. The rat was right next to the soft mulch play surface where toddlers sit and play. Rats pose a severe health risk to young children, as they can transmit diseases through their droppings and urine, which will contaminate the mulch. Immediate action is needed to clear this rodent issue. Parents should be aware of this until the park confirms the area has been professionally cleaned and treated. The safety of our children must be the top priority

I'm from the east coast first time on the other side and this was a warning place to take the whole family so much room there ball fields and basketball courts volley ball scorer so much to do and a little play area for the kids
William A — Google review
Nice park with ducks. There's a volleyball court, basketball court, play ground, and fishing pool. It's pretty big and nice pavement around the park. It would be a good place to have a picnic and they also have a pavilion area with lots of seats. A great place for a nice walk. It's close to Costco and other shopping centers. There are plenty of parking spots.

One of the nicest parks I've been to in Greater Phoenix! I've lived in the Phoenix region for over 7 years and, between all the sports that my kids play, I've been to more parks than I'm able to count - and this morning I visited Discovery District Park for a rugby game. Aside from the variety of things in this park (lakes with fishing, small hills for bikes, fields, walking paths, picnic areas, beach volleyball and basketball courts, intertwined with walking paths) this park was a great place, with lots of friendly community members, to visit. As in its easy access location, and the close shipping district with lots of quick food options for hungry athletes, and this is one of the best parks I've been to in the region.

Dillard's is a well-known department store chain that offers an extensive range of products, including stylish apparel, trendy shoes, and chic accessories. Shoppers can also find beauty items and home goods to enhance their lifestyle. Many visitors have praised the friendly and attentive staff who genuinely care about providing a great shopping experience. For instance, Denise received accolades for her helpfulness across various departments, while Patricia and Melissa in the men's fragrance section were noted for their friendliness and expertise.
I came into the store the other day for some men's shoes and was approached by Kyle w. First of all i want to say how professional he looked in his attire very smart looking. Also I was extremely happy and pleased with the way he presented himself. He was very professional and informative about the shoes I wanted to by. He was such a great help and when I go back to your store I will definitely look out for him thank you.

Very clean. Departments well merchandised. I came in to get men's shoes and belts for a wedding, and was looking for something with some quality leather but only found 'genuine' (which means fake in the leather industry). And those products would have been considered if they didn't seem so overpriced. After looking around the men's department I never had anyone ask me for help either. At least the store is well put together

I go out of my way to come to this Dillard's to see Raquel at the Clinique counter. She truly goes above & beyond - and makes my experience a memorable one EVERY TIME! She's knowledgeable, personable and always makes me feel VIP cared for and wonderful every time I come here! If you have the opportunity to meet Raquel at San Tan Dillards-I can guarantee you will be happy you came here! I hope she is valued as an excellent employee/manager as much as she is valued by her customers!! - because she gives San Tan Dillards a great name & has made me exclusive to Dillards since I met her! 💕

Denise was the best! So friendly and helpful. She genuinely cared about our experience. We received great customer service in every department we shopped in. I love the selection of Brahmin bags that they have. The size of the store is pretty good for the SanTan Village.

My son, his fiance and I went to the shoe department. His fiance was looking for shoes for their wedding. She tried on a few. The woman working in the department helped her. We noticed that the shoes she tried on was missing a piece. She said wait let me look. We never said we wanted them. She started ringing them up. We thought she was looking for a discount. She then announced the price. We told her we were going to think about it. At that moment her attitude changed pushed the shoes. She lost the sale even if his fiance wanted to go back.

Selection is good but good luck trying to get anyone to help you in the women’s department. I only wanted to find a pair of jeans. Tried getting someone’s attention at a service desk and once they finished their socializing one lady finally addressed my question - quite dismissively. I found a pair to try on and went to another counter. This associate could barely be bothered to open a fitting room for me and was annoyed I even asked!!! The associates need training in customer service and basic human decency
Julie M — Google review
Came here for a prom dress and my daughter found one she loved and that was unique. Some dresses however you can tell were worn and returned. You can get better deals on those but we opted for brand new which can cost upwards of $200+.
Alexandra S — Google review
This place is horrible, dont even try shopping here within 2 hours of closing time because everyone is so hell bent on going home all customer service has completely gone out the window. The customer service manager sent the employee who handles tailored suits home early to save labor and when I needed his help for my wedding suit was completely dismissive at first so I just remained calm so I could get my suit and then he tried to say the system was down. Then I finally got him to take my measurements and he looked me straight in the eye, shook my hand and said he'd "call me tomorrow" and even though I knew he was lying to my face a small part of me believed him but it's been 2 weeks now and he hasn't called. I since went to men's wear house and they are wonderful. Customer service is top notch, I didn't feel I was burdening anyone. Horrible place, simply horrible experience and I will never return. Thanks anyways guys...

Higley Center for the Performing Arts

Performing arts theater
Located at Higley High School, the Higley Center for the Performing Arts is a versatile venue hosting a wide range of performances, from concerts and plays to dance recitals. The state-of-the-art facility caters to both local and touring acts, making it a cultural hub in Gilbert. While parking can be challenging during busy events, the center's well-maintained and friendly staff ensure an enjoyable experience.
First time tonight. Saw Mark Wood of the original Trans-Siberian Orchestra perform a show called the Trans-Siberian Experience. The venue is what’s being rated here. Outstanding. Convenient. Clean. Well laid out. Plenty of parking. Friendly helpful staff. Easy to get around. The large auditorium we attended seats 1230. Not too large, not too small. Excellent value. Tickets for this performance in Phoenix would have been priced two to three times higher. Will return.
AJ L — Google review
This is a really nice auditorium. The stage size is big, it's got a curtains that come up, the lighting's nice the sound is nice. Backstage there's separate dressing rooms that have a little fridge. You can get access to the stage from both sides. Overall this place was really nice. There was a lot of seating both sides and a center, the chairs weren't extremely uncomfortable at all. Overall it's a nice auditorium. Especially For a high school this is a really really nice Performing Arts Center.

I have watched my daughter perform multiple dances here over the past few years. The facility is clean, has ample parking and even offers a snack bar at most events. Great auditorium to watch a dance recital or competition.

Went last night to see the Monkee Men (Monkees Coverband) at the Higley Center. It had convenient parking and the seats had enough leg room. not tons but better than some venues. Water and peanut M&Ms was $6. a little high for a small venue, but was happy they had some refreshments. Nice to have a local place to see some shows at affordable prices.

Unforgettable show Tempus! The venue is beautiful and well taken care of

Highley was fine. The only thing I would complain about was the volume of the sound, 30db above pain. For the performers, the piano player was great as well an the guitar player. But the voice of the guitar player was not at all what I was expecting. His stories were good but his singing voice was way below expectations.

Gilbert Regional Park

Park
Gilbert Regional Park in Gilbert, Arizona is a family-friendly destination offering a variety of activities for all ages. The park features a large splash pad called the Falls with over 50 water features, as well as the Mountain, a 17-foot-tall playground with swings, slides, climbing structures, and a zip-line. Additionally, there's a dedicated play area for little ones called the Creek.
Good place for day picnic. Lots of options for kids to play and enjoy like a mini theme park. Loved the zipper line and the water games. They have good number of picnic tables and parking slots. Worth visiting the place with kids

First time visiting over the weekend with our family of 6 for an informal Pokémon meet-up. This park is massive! It has a variety of playground area and swings, many ramadas, tons of grass and splash pad. Only minor gripe is the majority of it is on a hill so be mindful for your smaller children. It’s a beautiful place though and has many walking paths with a lake as well.
C C — Google review
My son and I absolutely love this park. We went for 4th of July and had a blast. The only issue I had was that it took me over 2 hours to leave the parking lot. The parking attendants did nothing but stand around and watch hundreds of people in their cars trying to leave the parking lot- cutting in line, honking, yelling. It was honestly terrifying, I’ve never experienced anything like that in my entire life.

Gilbert Regional Park is an absolute gem for pickleball players! I recently visited and was incredibly impressed. The facilities are truly amazing—the courts are well-maintained, plentiful, and a pleasure to play on. Beyond the fantastic courts, the atmosphere created by the people here is wonderful; everyone I encountered was friendly and inviting, making for a great, welcoming experience. The park itself is beautiful and clearly well-managed. Knocking off just one star because, like any popular place, it can get busy, but overall, it's a top-notch destination for a fun game of pickleball! Highly recommend!

We enjoy this park because it has a variety of play equipment for kids. There are a ton of areas really well thought out and fun for all ages. We bring our family here multiple times throughout the week. There is a nice overlook by the swings that gives a nice view of the greenery and the water.

We always have the best time here. Please make sure u don't let ur lils run...I know it's a DUH.. but sometimes u get excited and wanna run and play with the lils . Just don't . I fell so hard and hurt my knees really bad but it's my own fault for RUNNING . We are all taught as small children don't run by the pool or in a area that's wet . I didn't listen to my own self. Life happens just don't want any little kids to hurt themselves or a parent get hurt so bad they can't walk. I almost cried but was more embarrassed then anything else. The bathrooms and sinks are always so clean compared to other parks. The rocket the kids climb in is really cool but sometimes has dog poop in it. Idky but we have been there a few times n it's happened so beware. Sometimes people can be a little rude but stand ur ground and eventually they go away. I've only had 1 incident here with a racist women. Until she seen my niece then she shut up. Doesn't stop us from going back tho... Have fun!!
Melinda V — Google review
Great park! Plenty of bathrooms and tables. So many fun things to do and try!! Splash pad is enclosed, but that's the only part that is. Lots of slides and swings and things to climb on. That being said, not a great place if your child is a runner. It's multiple levels and not fenced and there is a pond not terribly far away. There is not really a spot that you can see everything from, and it's usually pretty busy here. So if you want your kids to stay close and easy to see, you might want a different park

Whether it's lunch or dinner, the restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with high-quality ingredients and lively atmosphere. I enjoyed our meal and service here. Ashlyn was our server and she rocked it. Our table got all different plates and we all tried different items and all were delicious. Huge portions! Pretty kid friendly, little more upscale than a normal Italian place but not like UPSCALE. I’d go back.

Came in with a party of 7, immediately got the vibe that our server (Alisa I believe) couldn’t care less the be there. She was kind but the service was not there. We ordered drinks immediately when we sat down, took about 15 minutes (per round) to receive our drinks. 2 drinks (a wine and a spritzer) was unavailable. Our server did not tell us this till 10 minutes into our drink order. The people in our party that did not receive their original ordered drinks waited about 25 minutes for their first round of drinks. In general the drinks took forever, I think it was more on our server than waiting in the bartenders. I think she just forgot to grab them from the bar. We ordered an appetizer (artichoke drip). It was pretty good and came out pretty quick. We did noticed other tables had bread which we ended up having to ask for a basket. When it came to ordering 2 guests ordered salads that we never received. The food took some time to come out which is to be expected. About half of our group said their food was room temperature when they received it. We had to ask for cheese and she only offered it to half our group before walking away. Overall the food was okay, but the service was not great. I may be coming back if I had no where else to go.

We went here for a birthday dinner. This was our first time here and we went in the evening on a weekday. We were sat immediately. This place is huge and open atmosphere. The music was just the right level. Our server, Adair was spectacular, very attentive, polite , well mannered and very humble. Immediately I could tell he was there type of person who want to make your experience a delightful one. He offered tips and suggestions . Didn't even try to upsell or push anything on you. When I come back, I would trust Adair with his recommendations.

Mexican restaurant
Cafe Rio Mexican Grill is a fast-casual restaurant that serves up traditional Mexican dishes, such as freshly made tortillas, burritos, and tacos. Their menu boasts delicious food options and their lime beverages are incredibly refreshing. However, it seems that the prices at Cafe Rio have increased recently. This change has affected the value of their rewards points system, as previously earned points were enough to redeem a free burrito but not anymore.
Ordered through the app and went to pick up my meal. I was a little early from the estimated time of pick up. The woman working the front let me know the food wasn't ready yet and offered me a drink while I was waiting. How kind!

This was the worst $30 date night ever. My husband and I both got the grilled chicken and it seems like we got the chicken that had just been sitting there for hours. The chicken was so tough my knife or fork wouldn't even go through it! If you zoom into the picture I took you can see the hard layer on the outside of the chicken. I even paid for double chicken in my order, which was obviously a mistake.
S W — Google review
Ugh, why can't they get an order correct? We don't order online and we changed locations in hopes of getting our order correct. My husband was so happy they made the order correct, he didn't noticed they left out the warm mango salsa that is served on the side. He had to drive back for the special salsa that should accompany the coconut shrimp tacos. We LOVE their Coconut Shrimp tacos just wish we could eat them hot sometime. Their food is 5 star when they serve correctly!
Mini M — Google review
We have been going to this Cafe Rio for years, sadly I don’t think we would be back to this location, they are not longer serving beef barbacoa, which was the only meat we like. Pork is too sweet, the rest of the meats don’t have much flavor. Time to find a new favor place to eat.
Careli Q — Google review
Food was tasty as always, but the pork barbacoa wasn't broken down at all. Huge chunks of pork in both salads I ordered, but an easy enough fix. One employee was a bit curt. Tried adding sour cream to my salad, and when I questioned it (I am a creature of habit, and on the rare occasions I'm near a Cafe Rio, the pork salad is my go to), they responded that sour cream has always come on the salad. But no attempt to add it to the second one... 🤷‍♀️ And then rude about giving a piece of fruit for the Nino quesadilla, even though the menu states it does come with fruit. More training definitely needed, because those were not cool interactions to have with customers.
Tabatha N — Google review
We REALLY miss Cafe Rio since moving to San Antonio. So it’s always one of our first stops when we come back to visit Arizona. Prices have gone up A LOT since we moved. But portion sizes have done down or not changed. Love that they offer a military discount to their service members. Please keep doing that! Order your burrito enchilada style!! So good! We will continue to visit.
Jill H — Google review
This location has eliminated all but one sauce for their food. Are they trying to close their doors like Chipotle is gonna have to. I WILL BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION UNTIL IT HAS THE FULL CAFE RIO MENU. And if this is the future of Cafe Rio, guess I am gonna have to finally try Someburros.

Hot dog restaurant
Mugsy Dogs - Gilbert is a delightful eatery that offers a vibrant atmosphere with booth-lined seating and outdoor tables, perfect for enjoying their creative menu of hot dogs and burgers. The friendly staff prepares each meal fresh upon ordering, ensuring every bite is packed with flavor. While the service can be a bit slow during busy times, the quality and quantity of food make it worth the wait. Their Chicago dog is a standout, though some might prefer traditional pickle spears over hamburger pickles.
Wow, I was on my way to Lowe’s and saw this hot dog place in the same parking lot and figured I would give it a try. Just had a great dog. Went with the Mugsy Dog and tater tots ( they have fries) . Had diced onions, tomatoes and relish. Just awesome.

HOT DOG WAS OLD, SEEMS LIKE THEY HEATED IT UP ON THE GRILL. THE BUN WAS OLD AND WHO PUTS SLICED ROUND PICKLES ON A CHICAGO DOG? THE MAC AND CHEESE WAS AWEFUL AND THE BACON BITS HAD SO MUCH BURNT OIL IT WAS ON THE RIM OF THE PLASTIC BOWL SERVES IT IN. MY WIFE DID LIKE THE SLIDERS AND FRIES SO I GAVE THEM TWO STARS FOR THAT. I REALLY HOPE THIS WAS A ONE OFF.

So I had high hopes be ause we need more hole in the wall type local places. I don't know if its because it felt like my hot dog was reheated or the small amount of onion rings, i just was left wanting more. Nice staff but just ok on the food.

Fun place to get hotdogs and burgers. They have a big menu with lots of different. Combinations to try. It can be hard to find a seat when they are busy but that’s because this place is popular. The Mac n cheese dog was our favorite. Be sure to try the Mugsy sauce.
Noah P — Google review
Service was very friendly and the food was made fresh as soon as we were ordering it. Everything was very tasty and the price was reasonable for the quantity and quality of food. My only issue was speed and order of service. We ordered 5 meals and they were cooking. Watching them, they were taking their time. 2 people came in after us and they started their food too, however even though our food was done, they served them first and thus ran out of fries. We then had to wait even longer, while our food was sitting there to get fries. Finish one order and then move on to the next. They also were running out of a lot of condiments so had to ask for multiple refills.
Zachary P — Google review
I am concerned about how disgustingly dirty this restaurant has become. The food has been good but now I am concerned after seeing the inside. I stuck to the floor, the soda machine was filthy, the air vents are covered in crud, the floors have built up grime, the cooler is covered in sludge, its essentially scary. I hope you(the owners) decide to take more pride in this place just as the previous owners did. Please make the food fresh, dont pre cook the hotdogs and let them sit there.

Breakfast restaurant
Hash Kitchen is a popular spot for a lively brunch with friends, featuring trendy decor and a fun atmosphere complete with an in-house DJ booth. The music can be loud due to the live DJ, but it adds to the party vibe. The chilaquiles are flavorful with a rich rojo sauce, and the Valentine's drink is both beautiful and delicious. Despite some wait time for food, the overall dining experience is enjoyable.
We had such an amazing experience at Hash Kitchen thanks to Kaylee! She was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to craft a custom drink that was absolutely perfect. It’s rare to see that level of creativity and care, and it really made our visit special. I’m already looking forward to future meals and meetings here. Big shoutout to Bridgett as well, she was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Both Kaylee and Bridgett truly elevated the entire experience. Highly recommend Hash Kitchen for not just the food and drinks, but also the wonderful people who make it great!

If you’re looking for the ultimate brunch experience, Hash Kitchen is it. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was electric but still welcoming — perfect for a weekend treat. The live DJ kept the energy upbeat with a mix of feel-good hits that made the entire brunch feel like a mini celebration. It’s not often you find a place that nails both great food and great vibes, but Hash Kitchen delivers on both. We brought our two kids along, and the experience was just as fantastic for them as it was for us. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt at home. Despite the lively environment, it was family-friendly, which is a rare balance to strike. Now, let’s talk about the food — absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered came out hot, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The highlight for me had to be the Bloody Mary bar. It’s next-level — fully customizable, fresh ingredients, and perfectly spiced. You’ll be thinking about it long after brunch is over. From savory dishes to sweet options, Hash Kitchen offers something for everyone, and the portions are generous. Whether you’re a brunch enthusiast or just looking for a fun place to enjoy good food with family, this spot checks all the boxes. Five stars from us — we’ll definitely be back!

Parking wasn't easy to find, but not bad. You can hear the bumping tunes from the other end of the outlet so you know exactly where you're going, to join the party that is #ash Kitchen!! I found my friend awaiting my arrival with an empty plate and the server didn't miss a beat to get me started to match my friends pace!! Drink selection is plentiful and the server guides me to what would best quench my thirst. This was my first visit to the brunch spot so I needed a moment (or a few) to look over everything and try to decide what I wanted to try first. I asked our lovely server and again she directed me to something that would most satisfying my early afternoon breakfast craving, chilequiles! Food came quickly but not too fast, we got to order another drink before the food arrived. Food was delicious, and drinks were amazing. Mixologist, Haley, is amazing behind the bar!! Fun atmosphere, great service, wonderful food, and fantastic drinks. It was an experience that I will soon be having again!

Movie theater
Regal Gilbert Stadium 14 is a luxurious theater complex with multiple screens, plush seating, and a concession stand. Visitors are greeted with comfort and elegance upon entering the theater. It's tucked back location offers a peaceful movie experience without the chaos of bigger theaters. The recliners in all theaters provide comfortable seating, and the theater is never too busy, ensuring quick service at the concessions. Despite its hidden gem status, Regal Gilbert Stadium 14 is well-kept with great sound and screen quality.
Watching movies here is always a fun time. They’ve got tons of snacks, the popcorn is warm and buttery, and the drinks are super refreshing. It just feels better enjoying it all at the theater totally worth checking out!

⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ Came in with my family to watch *King of Kings* and no one warned me I needed to start saving months in advance to afford it comfortably. I’m talking **\$100** just in tickets and snacks. A hundred bucks! For popcorn, soda, and the right to sit in a squeaky chair for two hours. I don’t usually go to the movies and now I remember why. It’s not a night out, it’s a financial commitment. I came for entertainment, not an existential crisis at the snack counter. Next time, I’ll wait for the streaming release and enjoy it in my PJs with snacks that didn’t cost me half a paycheck.

The railing is right in front of the screen. They need to raise the seats up so the railing is lower than the screen. Also, the carpet along the stairs, and some areas along the back row, smell strongly of cat urine. This was in room 7. We definitely will avoid this theater.

False advertising. Tron bucket. It’s says “only in theaters 10/10”. We pre booked. They sold out yesterday? Why on the ad does it say Only 10/10? You sold out 10/9? That math does not math. That’s not even girl math. “Sorry we pre released Thursday”. No. It says 10/10. “You should call ahead next time” we pre booked through your site with the promise of 10/10. We came here because of this ad and the manager heard us (walking behind the kid trying to help us) and just kept walking. And as a manager you would have heard my husband getting a little louder and come over at least shook his hand an apologized? Not a thing. No even a glance. Head down. You have minimal staffing of teenagers who are unpaid and don’t care. The one kid that did “try” to help just said sorry. Over and over. I could just walk in and watch a movie, no scanner and I don’t think anyone would care. Basic food. No alcohol or even Dr Pepper. Also wash down the bird poop outside and clean better inside. It’s filthy. Have a greeter? I even asked my husband “did we come in the right door?” Because no one cared. I got “hey good evening” and he kept walking. You have blood on toilet seats with the bathroom doors propped open. That’s implies cleaning in process. No cleaner.

Came after seeing advertisements for promo bucket and cup for harry potter. I quickly booked the tickets a week in advance. I then tried calling multiple times to verify this location would have the items but every call went unanswered. I live over an hour from this theater but still gave it a chance. I showed up early to try and secure the merch. I was then told that the product hasn't come in. I contemplating leaving but decided to enjoy the movie. A female working at the concession was visibly frustrated when working on my order. I still chose to ignore her attitude. When looking for our theater, i encountered a stench thorough the hall and inside the room. I've never been to regal theaters before but I will not be going ever again. Not worth even the causal movie. Speaking for myself, the experience wasn't what I would like to repeat.
Habrina M — Google review
Theater wasn't too bad but the prices here do seem higher than say AMC or Harkins. Plenty of parking, including accessible spots. Once you get in, they have concessions area where you can get your popcorn. They have salt packets to season your popcorn, and speaking of which their popcorn just doesn't seem to taste as buttery as other theaters. However, very nice generous size! I love their reclining seats- wide and comfy. Movie screen was big and clear. Overall decent experience.
A Z — Google review
The theaters have really great, large comfortable seats, with lots of room. They're also very clean. If they would update their food and drink area it would be alot more appealing. First impression wise.
Eena E — Google review
Decent enough theater however patrons are being overly loud and Regal isnt enforcing it's own rules. Snacks are mid and the online booking fee was 50% of the ticket price (for an older movie). Be better, Regal!

Western Skies Golf Club

Golf course
If you're seeking a delightful golfing experience, look no further than Western Skies Golf Club. Nestled just a short drive from downtown Phoenix, this beautifully renovated public course boasts an impressive 18-hole layout that stretches over 6,700 yards. With its stunning mountain backdrop and well-maintained greens, it offers both beginners and seasoned players the perfect setting to enjoy the game.
Played course March 16, 2024. The gentleman in the pro shop were outstanding and warm welcoming. Practice facilities are in great condition and allows you to work on every part of your game. They also have a cart girl that is constantly driving around. As for the course it is in excellent condition. I have no complaints about any tee box, fairway, green, or bunker. The maintenance crew clearly cares about their jobs and should be recognized. The prices is definitely worth it, other courses charge twice as much and look the same or just SLIGHTLY better but not worth the extra $100. Definitely will be back if I am in the area again.
Ovell I — Google review
Solid course. I played at 3:20pm and was able to get all 18 holes in for $58 after tax. I enjoyed the round. Pace of play could have been a little better, but for the price, the course was worth it. Just know there isn’t much to it. Not much for hazards or elevation. Very forgiving for a beginner. If you’re looking to play a solid course on the cheaper side of things, this is a great option. I don’t live in the area, I’m more up by North Scottsdale, but if I did live nearby, I’d certainly come back here and there to get a cheap twilight round in.

This place has a huge and greatly maintained golf course and driving range. They also have food and beverages. I also like to train watch in the parking lot next to the Warner Rd railroad.
Aidan L — Google review
This was my first time using the range at Western Skies, and unfortunately, it’ll be my last. What should have been a casual, low-key experience turned into an uncomfortable situation over a simple misunderstanding about sharing a bucket of range balls. Instead of calmly explaining any policy, management chose to approach the situation with a hostile and accusatory attitude. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. We weren’t trying to get away with anything shady—just two people casually hitting a few balls, and suddenly we were being treated like we’d committed a crime. I understand policies are in place for a reason, but there’s a right way to communicate with paying customers, and this was not it. A little courtesy and professionalism would have gone a long way. The aggressive tone and complete lack of understanding from the staff—especially management—left a really sour taste. Unfortunately, what should have been a friendly and welcoming golf facility now feels like a place where you're walking on eggshells. I won’t be coming back, and I’d encourage others to think twice if you value respectful customer service.
Robert D — Google review
I've always considered Western Skies to be a decent course for the price, but the recent rate increase no longer reflects the value or condition of the course. On our latest visit, the round was plagued by slow play, poorly maintained rough, and heavily worn tee boxes. To make matters worse, the cart staff was unfriendly, and the course marshal was inspecting golfers’ bags for outside beverages — something I’ve never encountered at any other course. Given the experience, you’re likely better off playing at other nearby courses like Lone Tree or Bear Creek, which offer better service and course conditions for a similar price.
Dominick E — Google review
First time playing and will definitely be making this a regular course to come to. Great first experience! Terry in the clubhouse was excellent. I walked on for a solo round, and he was awesome getting me checked in! He even checked in with me after my round and asked about it! The clubhouse and bar were nice, with outdoor seating overlooking the driving range (which is open at night and has lights). For it being mid-June, the course was in very good shape. Arguably the best tee boxes in the area, they're full, green, and FLAT! The course layout is long but rewarding for good shots. The greens were fast but true. You can hit a bad shot off the tee and still have a chance at the green here. Overall, great experience and great course! Will definitely be coming back!
T S — Google review
The Course was great. Lots of par 4s and 5s the play seems evenly spaced out so no one gets stacked on each other. The Hospitality seems to be where they fall short. Check in people are a little short like they have better things to do besides check you in.
Jayson K — Google review
As others have said this course has been around a while and you'd think they'd know how to grow grass on the fairways and on the greens. They are holding the pre-qualifier here for the Waste Management on the 23rd and I'm embarrassed for them. The course is in terrible condition. The maintenance staff drive around like they're in a derby and tear up the grass in front of the greens (hole 10 is a perfect example), plus they over-water so there's lots of mud on the fairways and around the greens. They seem to have only one goal in mind and that's to pump as many people as possible through to collect top dollar. There is usually 2, sometimes 3 groups waiting on the second hole (par 3) and same for hole 4 (another par 3), though I've seen 4 groups sometimes waiting. They have a starter but no marshal going through to check pace of play. When the starter does go through they never say anything to the slow groups and it's not uncommon to see a group 2 holes behind so it backs up everyone behind them. I wouldn't recommend this course unless you don't mind getting frustrated as hell with a five hour round.

Water Tower Plaza is a charming community park located in the heart of Gilberts Heritage District, making it a vibrant hub for both locals and visitors. Established in 2008, this compact 0.7-acre space features delightful attractions such as a splash pad that offers kids an exciting way to cool off during those warm Arizona days. The iconic Gilbert Water Tower looms above, serving as a picturesque backdrop for family outings.
family friendly place to relax and enjoy all Gilbert has to offer. under the water tower there are plenty of chairs to sit and relax, I like to come and read during the week. the newly renovated water pad is a great place to cool off. fun for all ages. there are plenty of tables and chairs to have your lunch, play a competitive game of chess or gather with friends and family. there is a large grassy area for children to play ,have a picnic with friends or play with your furry friends (remember to pick up after your furry friends ) At night the plaza lights up, whether you are coming out of the theater and want to talk about the play you saw at the Hale Centre theater or just want to let your meal digest from one of the many restaurants on Gilbert rd. Gilbert water tower plaza is the place for you.

There’s a ton of fun and excitement happening under the Gilbert Water Tower! You’ll find great restaurants, live music, theater shows, and some awesome nightlife. The whole area really comes alive at night with an energetic vibe.

A cool oasis in Downtown Gilbert. Home of the Gilbert Water Tower, this small park has a grassy hill, water play area and plenty of seating. A great space to visit in the mornings & evenings for great views of the sunrise & sunset. This is a good place for portrait photography, too. (Updated): the town recently completed an upgrade to the Water Tower Plaza. This includes a renovated splash pad, new public restrooms, and a newer grassy area. The splash pad also has seating and a shade canopy. All of this ups the family friendly space with more room for playtime ..and lots more ways to get soaked. Gilbert Water Tower Plaza continues to be a great place to relax, cool off, and see free shows. If you are in the area stop by

Gilbert officials have done a great job making this part of old town a destination. There's so much around the Water Tower Plaza including numerous great restaurants, the Hale Theater Performing Arts Center, small eateries, coffee shops, BBQ, and more. Just across the street from this "pocket park" is a bank of public restrooms with hand washing stations adjacent. Smart. Convenient. The old pump house can be easily overlooked. It's just feet from the old water tower. A nice spot to visit any time of day.

Nestled in the heart of Gilbert, Mother Nature's Farm is a delightful escape that comes alive from September to December. Originally a Christmas tree farm, this charming spot has transformed into a vibrant pumpkin patch and sunflower field, perfect for family outings or romantic getaways. Visitors can enjoy scenic hayrides while exploring the rustic beauty of the farm and interacting with an array of friendly animals, including pigs, goats, donkeys, and even turtles!
Mother Nature’s Farm has so much to offer! We took our kids to visit the pumpkin patch and animals on a Friday and had such a blast! There are many things to do to keep the little ones entertained and lots of rest areas for when you need a break. We enjoyed feeding the animals, racing the pedal go-karts, the corn pits (those were new this year!), and the bouncy houses. You get a free pumpkin from the patch inside the farm with each paid entry ticket. Highly recommend this farm for fall festivities. This is our 3rd year visiting and we will continue to come back every year! Also I very much recommend getting there right when the farm opens at 9am so it’s not too hot by the time you leave.

We had so much fun! We went during rain-mageddon (Oct 13th, 2025), but still had fun! Their maine haybail maze was flooded, but there was another my daughter got to go in. We didn't try the slides (sounded too wet?) and couldn't find other things like the human hamsterwheel, etc. But, we tried the pedal cars (even in the mud), the hay ride, pet the animals, got facepaint, and played in the corn pit! It was all very fun! While the price feels a little steep, everything (besides snacks, bigger pumpkins, and animal food) is included and we had a great time, even in the thunderstorm! Workers were all very nice, and I can definitely see making this a yearly tradition! Thanks to everyone who made the magic still happen!

DONKEYS!!! Overall, the atmosphere and the scene are awesome. I saw alot of games for kids, which are fun. Haven’t tried the food or drinks there yet. The staff are friendly and super helpful when you asked directions. I was so into the animals I forgot the time. Also got to bring home one nice pumpkin 🎃.

My family and I’ve been going to Mother Nature ‘s farm for about 10 years now. The anticipation of the season and going to “the Farm” has always been exciting for us. Leisurely spending the day at Mother Nature’s Farm feeding the animals, Talking the kids into going down the huge slide, taking hayride to see the beautiful sanctuary that it has become Is Immeasurable.. Moments that have made our memories ! There are so many activities for children and adults. And …..you get one pumpkin per entry fee Perfect size for the kids, What else could you ask for? We are thankful for the Kelsall family for Giving us, a little slice of Heaven

My husband and I have been going to Mother Nature’s Farm for a few years and we love it! It’s accessible and family friendly, there’s always parking and the pumpkins are not expensive. Everyone is nice and smiling! We love it!
Hillary W — Google review
We have been going for 8 years now, every October. But this year was highly disappointing.. usually there is a large amount of pumpkins and it’s so awesome to see all the pumpkins laid out to choose.. but there was hardly any to choose from.. and the ones left were definitely the gross ones. So my kids didn’t even get to get a pumpkin. The staff was not friendly or welcoming.. lady at the side gate.. had friends she was more interested in talking to than us, just took our money and ignored us. kids working the slides were cussing loudly enough for my kids to hear. a cow was in distress and we told someone, and later on during the night the teenage worker was sitting on the cow! The price increase is no longer worth it. It used to be 10$ and every kid got cute stickers to decorate their pumpkins. Now they get a terrible experience and no pumpkin. Sad to say since we have brought my daughter here every year since she was a baby that we will no longer return. There are nearby farms for the same price with more to do for same prices.

Great variety of fun for all generations, including our family of 17, aged 1-73. Animals, mazes, slides. Adequate places to sit in the shade, take pictures for the fam. No disappointment! The highlight by far for our family: Best hayride ever with Farmer Marshall. He made it fun for all of us. Our only regret - we didn't get a picture with him.
PKD — Google review
I get that pricing has gone up everywhere but was a little crazy to think that they charge 17 dollars per person over the age of 1 (that is what the website stated) for a family of 4 after taxes it came out to about 70, which includes a pumpkin per purchased ticket. In previous years they had them all placed out on the ground and the kids were always so amazed by that! This year they had like 10 rotten pumpkins on the ground and brought out 2 bins of pumpkins and just let everyone hurdle around to try and get one. I’m sorry but my 4 year old couldn’t even see into it let alone dig around to find one with 10+ others doing the same thing. Grated this was the busiest we have ever seen it in the 7 years we’ve been here so maybe that’s why. However there was only one worker there that was nice. The rest of them look like they hate their life’s or act as if you are inconveniencing them. Parking is a joke but it’s always been like that. There quarter machine was down to get fed for the goats so if you don’t have quarters you had to buy carrots (thankfully I had quarters) because the goats don’t want the carrots! I noticed carrots piled up against the fence. Besides that the kids loved the slides and the bounce houses. They did extend inside the farm and added some more slides and such. They area where you can buy pumpkins was beautiful like always with plenty to choose from. We made the best out of our visit and still had lots of fun. Just wish somethings were a little better

Cluemaster Escape Rooms

Cluemaster Escape Rooms offers a great experience for groups looking for an exciting challenge. The escape rooms, such as 'Escape from Death Row' and 'The Mysterious Murder of Madame Mesmerelda,' provide just the right level of difficulty to keep players engaged. While some suggest adding more light for better visibility, the overall ambiance and decor in the lobby are well done. Game masters are described as helpful and sweet, providing guidance without giving away too much.
We just did our first escape room together and it was so much fun!!! The 2 of us did the space themed one “Search and Rescue”. We absolutely loved all the puzzles in this room and everything was very well made! Kyle was awesome & super friendly! We’re definitely coming back to try the other rooms!

We did the Cell block room. They had some unique clues and puzzles to solve. We seemed to need the helper for constant clues.. or just a check to see if we were on the right track. They weren't actual clues but he guided us through the whole thing it seemed like. The clues are a little choppy or don't flow together well. My friends and I do a lot of these and while we had fun, it could use some improvement.

We recently booked the Witching Hour Escape Room. First off I want to say, the staff were very nice. The facility was very clean and the actors did a very good job and were helpful. What threw my family off was how this experience is promoted as "scary." We had my 9 year old son with us as well and were worried this would be too scary for him. Turns out, not scary at all. We were also very disappointed with how small the actual room was. It's only one small room. The instructions given state nothing is there to deceive you, yet there were a lot of "extras" in the room that were pointless and purposely threw us off. That being said, we did complete the room. We really wanted to like this room, and I do not usually write negative reviews. The business itself was pleasant and the booking and waivers were made super easy to complete. The room itself was just so very disappointing. My children had been looking forward to it all week, and we left very dissatisfied with the experience.

I took my son and his friend to do the Search and Rescue room today and they had a blast! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. The manager took my 16 year old son's $70. She didn't let him and his friends play OR offer to put the money toward another date if he brought a guardian. He did not get to play. And failed to read the fine print. No grace given to an excited boy with his friends. The manager was extremely rude to a 16 year old. Shame on Cluemaster.

Located at the intersection of Greenfield and Guadalupe Road, right next to the Riparian Preserve at the Water Ranch, Southeast Regional Library is a spacious and modern facility offering an extensive collection of over 170,700 reading materials in various formats. Visitors can enjoy comfortable seating by lakeside windows while indulging in their favorite reads. The library also provides high-tech amenities such as internet access, word processing computers, and age-inclusive programming.

My children and I enjoy visiting this library on a monthly basis. The staff is kind and willing to help. Only “complaint” is that election field workers usually hang out front to collect signatures however it doesn’t deter us from visiting.

the nature preserve outside and the library itself is beautiful. the value of “we accept/welcome all” is absolutely amazing, and I am not against that at all. i believe children have just as much of a right to be here as anyone else, and I genuinely don’t mind a shout every now and then, as kids will do that. However, the shouting is not “every now and then.” it is constant and library staff do not say anything to the parents so it goes on for hours. there are also grown adults speaking at full volume, watching videos, etc. there is zero library etiquette here. its not a suitable environment to get any kind of work done or even read. the purpose of libraries is to rent books and read. thats WHY library etiquette exists. but this place really does feel like more of a entertainment center.

The Southeast Regional Library was remodeled from the old Gilbert Town Hall, which explains its wide hallways and high ceilings. The library offers a wide variety of books, and the spaces for adults and children are separated, making it easy to focus. The children’s area, in particular, is decorated so charmingly that it feels like stepping into a storybook. All the staff members were very kind, and I had an enjoyable experience using the library. I would love to visit again in the future.

This is on the walk to the library which is also very pretty one of my favorite places to go. Can spend a whole day there just marveling creation which is nice is pretty is good. Pack a picnic and bring a book. There are a wide variety of birds and ducks and if you walk a little ways toward or past the canals you will run into a little petting zoo farm type place. The sweet man dresses up like Santa as well at Christmas time.

I absolutely love this library and the fact that it is next to the riparian preserve. The librarians are so amazing, helpful, and kind. But there is one thing though that I cannot stand, EVERY SINGLE TIME I go into the library there are people asking me to sign something or donate money. I usually have my kids and they are wanting to go right in and I just think it’s really annoying that I have to have these people (often the same people) wanting to stop me and ask for things every time when I walk in and when I walk out. I’m not exaggerating. This is why I only like to do pickup now. I wish that this wasn’t the case, it isn’t at any other library I go to.

The menu features creative tacos, burritos, salads, and Mexican appetizers like loaded nachos and sea bass ceviche. The restaurant offers a killer happy hour with housemade margaritas, ranch water cocktails, and street tacos.
Great tacos in a great location. When I came here for a early dinner, they were not busy at all and I was seated right away. They have a good menu with lots of choices. I ended up getting tacos of the day and it was good. It was a cauliflower Taco which was a bit interesting but surprisingly really good. The house Margarita was also a great deal during happy hour. Overall the food and drinks are great.

Had a great time at this establishment. The food was delicious and the “Joyride” margaritas were a hit ! The price of the food is reasonable for downtown Gilbert. I had the chipotle shrimp tacos and carne asada tacos with a side of Mexican street corn. My sister had cactus/crinkle Frys with a bowl of carne asada. Don’t forget dessert, the churro with a side of sauce is DELICIOUS!!!! We definitely will be back for Happy Hour. The staff is amazing. -Ashley from Gilbert,AZ

If I could give 10 stars I would. Start off, we were greeted very friendly with a smile. Sat down at our table, chips and salsa came quickly. Chips and salsa were wonderful. Then Isa came and took our drink orders. She was friendly and had a great sense of humor. We order our food, wow! Delight. It's so great to find a fantastic restaurant with exceptional service. Shout out to Isa and all the staff for making this place rock!

I’ve been coming to Joyride for several years now and the service just continues to go downhill. I used to work as a server for over a decade so perhaps I’m extra critical. We had an early dinner tonight - ordered some apps and drinks from the happy hour menu (their happy hour used to be SO much better before they changed it)…then ordered some tacos which came out cold, but I digress. Not sure who our assigned server was because they do “team service” which is a terrible idea IMO because some of the servers are decent and some are terrible so who am I tipping here?? Our initial server couldn’t even be bothered to smile at us in any interaction with her and it’s frustrating to feel like asking for simple requests, like silverware, was a burden to her. We had to ask for a high chair several times because the hostess forgot to bring one. We had no silverware/roll ups and none were brought even when we asked the server so a patron from another table had to give us some. I had to ask for a soda water multiple times before it finally came. I could understand if the place was slammed on a busy night (it wasn’t) and I’d be sympathetic if any of these misses were at least acknowledged but no such case. We were seated on the patio near the Postino entrance and servers from there kept coming through a small opening on the patio to go use the bathroom. They were squeezing behind my husband throughout our meal, asking him to move his chair every time until he finally asked them to stop. Then, the hostess brought an entire party of 8 people and plus 2 dogs behind this opening instead of just going around through the actual entrance of the restaurant. We were celebrating a special day and this was so disappointing because I used to love coming here. The name on our check said “Jill” but I honestly couldn’t tell you who Jill was. One server, a gal with pink hair, was sweet and probably the only one who actually even smiled at us. Again, as someone who used to work in hospitality, it’s part of your job to be friendly to the guest. We’re paying for the food but the tip one gets is because of the experience we’re expecting to receive when dining out. Team service is a terrible model in my opinion. I feel sorry for the food servers who get shorted good tips because their coworkers are slacking and/or lazy.

Right on the main drag in downtown Gilbert. Beautiful outside patios in the front, back and side. Mist of water going I. All outdoor areas. Only a few people Taking advantage of outdoors. Too hot at 108. Plenty of seating inside. Greeted at the entrance and seated promptly. Happy hour pricing on drinks and food items. Enjoyed the prickly pear breaded sticks and seasoned fries. The tuna salad was a bit too hot for my spouses taste and the wait staff took it off our bill. The chips and salsa were fresh and warm. Overall a good choice for first time customers.

Mexican restaurant
Cafe Rio Mexican Grill is a Mexican eatery that offers traditional dishes like handmade tortillas, burritos, and tacos. Although some customers have mentioned that the line can be slow-moving, they appreciate the delicious sweet pork burrito and generous portion sizes. The restaurant itself is clean and easy to find a table. It is a popular choice for those looking for quick and tasty food in town, even though it may be slightly pricier than expected.
It's not sit down dining but it is good, fresh food. The wet burritos are huge. Lots of menu options. Fresh horchada. We'll go again for a quick, delicious meal.

I came in around 3pm, chicken was burnt and dry, they were out of most options despite having half a dozen employees just standing around, food tasted a day old and I wish I had just asked for a refund. Instead I just got up and left, I couldn't even finish the food, it was disgusting. Just save yourself the hassle and go to Chipotle. You'll be glad you listened to me.

Let me paint you a picture: I walk through the front door to find my pregnant wife in tears — again — because of your restaurant. This is the THIRD time we've ordered from you, and each time has been a total disaster. She's ordered the steak every single time, and not once — not one damn time — has it actually shown up. No steak. No add-ons. Nothing she asked for. Just a pile of disappointment. Meanwhile, my quesadilla? Absolutely vile. It was drowning in sauce that was supposed to be on the side, and had weird, unidentifiable chunks in it. It looked like something scraped off the floor. Totally inedible. Then there’s the sweet pork salad. Missing ingredients left and right — no lime, no tortilla strips, and it looked like it had survived a tornado. It was a joke. I'm eating a corn dog from the freezer while my wife is trying to choke down this mess because she "doesn't want to waste food." That’s where we're at. Honestly, this is pathetic. When Cafe Rio starts losing to Costa Vida — Costa freaking Vida — you know things are going off the rails. We want our money back. We want a real apology. Something I can show my wife and say, “Hey, maybe this was a one-off.” But let’s be real — three separate disasters say otherwise. Call me. I’m beyond frustrated and ready to have a conversation.

Lots of parking in this shopping center. 🚘 This is kind of a fresh-Mex/American. Meats, beans, rice, and lettuce. 🫘🍚🥬 You can choose how to build your tacos, burritos, and salads with the ingredients they have available. 🌮🌯🥗 It wasn't busy when I was there. I was helped right away. The food was good, but the tortilla can get really soggy depending on which ingredients you choose. If you get it to-go, maybe get your salsas on the side. They do have an app for discounts. 📲

Ate here tonight at 7:00pm walked in and there was only a few couples in line and a few couples dinning. The staff was so unfriendly borderline rude that we even entered the building. The dinning area was filthy and the fountain drinks were out of syrup and covered in mold. Dressings were forgotten that were paid for and they were so rude when we ask for it after waiting in line again.

I grew up coming to this location and have always loved it! Coming back after a while was so disappointing. I have 7 specific complaints from my lunch experience on the 4th of July 1. Felt rushed while ordering when there was no line 2. Because she was rushing us my boyfriend who is lactose intolerant didn't have time to say no cheese on his burrito 3. The lettuce was literally old and shouldn't be served 4. Staff didn't do anything to make it right and acted rude when I brought it up to them. 5. My burrito was smaller than his but we ordered the exact same thing. Plus his burrito was still smaller than what they used to serve and other locations still serve. 6. My boyfriend also ordered some guac on the side which had a salsa spilled in it. So he didn't want to any of it because it tasted different and didn't seem appetizing. (Waste of 2 dollars) 7. I didn't even feel full or satisfied with my burrito by the end :( Unfortunately I don't have any desire to go back to the place I grew up loving as a kid

There was a dead fly in my salad. Not joking. Full wings, legs, the whole thing right there in my bowl. Disgusting. No excuse for this. If the kitchen can’t keep flies out of the food, what else is crawling around back there? I don’t care how good the reviews are this place lost all credibility in one bite. Eat here if you like surprises. I’m done.

Although the location always seems to be busy, the lines seem to move fairly quick and the service is typically friendly. Larger servings, and the food is has good flavor. Love the fresh tortillas and a fan of the salads. Reasonable pricing; five adults ate for $60, and there were leftovers. (My wife is a much bigger fan than I am.)

Asian restaurant
Clever Koi is a trendy restaurant and cocktail bar that offers a diverse range of Asian comfort foods and handcrafted cocktails. With locations in Central Phoenix and historic downtown Gilbert, this hip eatery features an open kitchen where guests can watch skilled staff prepare small plates inspired by the flavors and techniques of various Asian countries such as Thailand, Korea, China, Vietnam, Japan, and Indo-China. The restaurant's wooden bartop showcases a variety of stylish handmade beverages including beers, spirits, and sake.
Yo it has been a minute where I can say I had a 10/10 first impression when it comes to restaurants in the valley! Terrance “Bacon” gave us the experience of a lifetime! Again , first visit…. I’m a pretty picky but open eater and I’m always willing to try all cuisines. All of the food was rich with flavor and was cooked perfectly. It may be because we can 30 minutes into opening or that’s just really how fresh the food is on a normal basis. Either way I have to give the food a BIG 9/10. And I mean that from the heart. The FOOD heart!!!!! The short rib dumplings 9/10 The low mein and orange chicken 9/10 The trio of steamed buns 10/10 Pork ramen 8/10 The fried banana fritters……. Bruh….10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All the drinks were perfect. Based on this visit I would highly recommend. Free parking within walking distance. Plenary of seating inside and some available outdoors.

We had dinner there this evening and it was overall a decent experience but I wouldn’t return. Short rib dumplings: 2/5 Five steamed dumplings in broth. It came out at room temperature and we had to ask the kitchen to remake it. The second version was noticeably warmer but still not as hot as it should be. I think this dish has potential if they can figure out how to serve it hot. Krazy Fries: 4/5 Came out piping hot! Crispy fries covered with pieces of pork belly. I think the garlic aioli was a bit too heavy handed. Would recommend getting it on the side to preserve the crispness of the fries and pork belly. Chow mein: 3/5 Not sure why they call it chow mein when they use Japanese yakisoba noodles. This dish was tasty but nothing special. It came out hot but the noodles were a bit overcooked. Bulgogi steak (side): 2/5 We ordered bulgogi steak as an added protein to the chow mein. Our server said it would be sliced but it’s not thinly sliced the way traditional bulgogi is. The steak was lukewarm and not very tender. It tasted nothing like bulgogi. Fried rice: 3/5 Also decent but nothing special. Came out hot which should be expected of all dishes but it seemed hit or miss here so I’m mentioning it. Orange chicken (side): 3/5 We ordered orange chicken as an added protein to the fried rice. It was four battered pieces coated in an orange glaze. It was hot but overcooked (the chicken was tough and stringy, not tender). Kids chicken karaage and French fries: 5/5 For $10, this was the best value and best executed dish of the evening. The chicken was hot and crispy and tender (not overcooked), and the French fries were very crispy and hot. I think this place is okay if you’re not seeking authentic Asian cuisine and not picky about the temperature of your food.

Our server Carlee was so wonderful! Thank you for being so compassionate to your customer service today, my best friend and I had an amazing time! The food is also beyond delicious, with a variety of very unique items. We had an appetizer that had the most yummy chicken, my friend usually doesn’t like pickles but wow did he love them on our chicken! The ramen bowls are perfect in size, flavor, and spice! Allowing you to add complimentary house made sauces. We love coming here!

Clever Koi, you Koi-mplete me. Feeling koi-ful today! We ordered two trios of baos (mine with pork belly, kimchi tempura cauliflower, and the featured steamed bun of fried shrimp), duck ramen, and a golden myth cocktail. Did we over-order? We sure did! The portions here are generous. Share a trio of baos, share the ramen, but don't share your cocktails because they're seriously good. I really enjoyed all my baos and I think these baos are definitely worth ordering. Each version was interesting and delicious. I especially liked the kimchi tempura cauliflower. As for my duck ramen, as much as I like duck, I found my ramen to be super rich. It was thick, packed full of sodium, and lacked a certain balance. I mainly ordered the ramen because our waiter spoke highly of their ramen, even saying that they're known for it. I do want to rty their other noodle dishes though. All in all, I had an amazing time here! The vibes were vibin' and the interior is just completely gorgeous. In a world full of fish, be a koi.

Mediocre, kinda over priced, Asian *inspired* food for white people. I actually really liked the pork belly steamed bun! But the ramen and Dan Dan noodles were not great. The ramen noodles had a nice texture but the broth was lacking. Rich but needed more flavor and complexity. (I tried both the chicken and pork ramen broth). The chicken meat was fine but my boyfriend said the pork meat was weird, like they deep fried it or something. Both ramens included a cold poached egg. I would’ve preferred a softboiled egg like you would usually get in ramen. The Dan Dan noodles were crazy. First of all, they were made with udon noodles, and secondly they had no Sichuan peppercorn taste at all. I only tasted peanut. Though I’m not surprised the food wasn’t great when I saw that they used udon noodles in their Dan Dan and pad see ew. Staff was nice, general vibe was clean and trendy. I didn’t love our table location which was in the middle of the floor next to the expo window, but our reservation was pretty last minute.

I visited The Clever Koi because I was craving a good bowl of ramen. I arrived around 6:30 pm, and while the restaurant wasn’t packed, it had a lively crowd that gave it a welcoming energy. I was seated within two minutes of walking in, which was impressive for a busy evening. Even if I had been with a group, I doubt the wait would have been long. A menu was brought to me within three minutes, and my order was taken shortly after—everything moved smoothly without feeling rushed. The space was spotless, and it was clear that management takes real pride in keeping the restaurant well maintained. My server, Eric, was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I ordered the Pork Tonkotsu Ramen along with the pick-three buns. Based on Eric’s recommendation, I chose both the chicken and pork buns as well as the crispy chicken karaage thighs. The food arrived within 15 to 20 minutes, giving me time to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant had a mixed crowd and a calm vibe that made it easy to unwind. I didn’t try any cocktails, but the drinks I saw being served looked fantastic. The food itself was excellent—the ramen was flavorful and satisfying, and the buns were a standout. Eric’s service made the experience even better. Overall, The Clever Koi delivered on every level, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a comfortable, inviting environment.

I will definitely come back. More of an Asian Fusion menu. The steam buns were amazing as was their more creative version of orange chicken. The place has a great vibe and is much easier to get seated here than the other Gilbert strip restaurants.

Great atmosphere and polite staff. We ordered several types of food. The chicken ramen was kind of bland and had to add a lot of siracha to give it something. The duck ramen, the duck was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, good flavor. Wish they had gluten free broth options. The soy sauce is way over powering flavor. The bulgogi dumplings were good. Nice flavor. We also got the Pad Se Ew, had to add chili oil because the only flavor we got was like a vinegar base. We added the bulgogi steak to it and it had a lot of salt as a crust. The steak was medium, so that was fine.

Mexican restaurant
Rubio's Coastal Grill is a beach-themed chain that is famous for its Baja-style fish tacos and Mexican-inspired seafood dishes. Despite limited parking availability, the restaurant's location is excellent. The food quality is commendable, and the staff members are friendly and helpful. While the store itself may feel outdated, it caters more towards takeout orders rather than dine-in experiences.
This place is a hidden gem! Great service and delicious food! The server Star was upbeat, positive, and greeted everyone with a warm welcome as they entered thru the door. You can tell she takes pride in her job and cares about what she does. For the food- The coastal trio did not disappoint. Beans are super yummy seasoned with gourmet pepper. Love that they have a rewards system and text $5 off when you sign up. Salsa and beverage bar is the best and super clean.

absolutely amazing quality every time! i haven’t been to rubios in years before tonight and i am very pleased that it tastes identical to how it always has! the shrimp is so GOOD! the California bowl was my order tonight, but also the nachos are bomb too. i also wanted to point out the cashier is nice and friendly. he seemed very hardworking from his multitasking as he took on orders between time! highly recommend for a filling yet healthy meal 🖤

I ordered a beer battered fish burrito, extra guacamole, extra cheese. 16 or 17 dollars. I ordered a quesadilla, extra cheese. 13 dollars. I got the complete wrong burrito. It was cold. The quesadilla didn't have extra cheese. The chips were stale. And there wasn't even a spoon worth of old guacamole with the chips that come with the quesadilla. Literally the only thing done correctly were the prepackaged cookies. In total, with uber, I spent over 50 dollars.

I stopped by this afternoon with an old friend to reunite at our favorite lunch spot. The location we'd typically meet up at is on Power Rd, but it's gone downhill. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding.

Most excellent service and food! They were happy to give me extra lime crema on the side of my perfect fish tacos (because I like extra). The beans were nicely peppered. The chips were a bit too hard but the delicious salsa from the salsa bar softened them up.
